Prepare a delicious tea or coffee, wear your cozy, comfortable clothes (preferably in lighter colors and natural fibers), and show up with a happy mood. If at the moment these conditions are not possible, it is also fine if you are sitting on a chair in your normal clothes — just try to be in a place that feels good for you.

    • Take a moment to revisit the writings from May 2026. Come with one or two questions or reflections in mind. This helps the conversation flow and makes the time meaningful for everyone.
