This is the story of a song coming to life through the raw and uncertain spark of an idea, inspired by intense awakening and emotion. I wrote most of it while watching the sun rise each morning in Paxos, Greece, where I was attending a 5-day gathering.

The song began coming through the evening of the first day of the workshop, after I had been blown wide open in a very unexpected way. On that evening, as I was headed to bed after releasing through the most intense cry I’ve had in a long time, these lyrics and a melody popped into my head: “Where is my warrior?” I picked up my guitar and started fiddling around.

Here is a video of the beach spot in Paxos where I sang and played each morning, developing the song (note the orb, which is almost always present). It was hard to say goodbye to that spot on the last morning, not knowing if I’d ever be back.

After a long journey home, as I waited for my daughter to pick me up at the airport, I was feeling all the feels. I grieved my life-changing journey coming to a close and missed the beautiful soul family I’d connected with already.

But it’s really only just begun.

This was the state of the song on my first morning back in Idaho, watching the sun rise on my local beach (again accompanied by a friendly orb):

Sidenote: If you think orbs are simply light refraction, I highly recommend reading The Orb Project.

The version below (and the main audio for this piece) is where it’s at now. This is a very rough recording that I’ll use as the foundational concept for bringing in more instrumentation and vocals. I know it has way too much reverb… but the reverberant echo reflects the haunting emptiness I felt while writing the song.

No tuning or AI has been used.

The additions I hear include dissonant guitar, strings, some warm and aetherial synth, bass, and a bit of a beat. I’ll see where it goes, and trust that the right collaborators will come in. I look forward to sharing its next iteration.

This process is the medicine.

I recently had the honor of being a guest on a dear friend’s new podcast, The Current Potential (check out her work - it’s awesome!). About 45 minutes after she published our episode on YouTube, she was notified by the platform that it was taken down due to a violation of their “Community Standards.” She chose to protest the decision, and was led through a “Medical Misinformation” training… YouTube’s laughable attempt to lock down the narrative. YouTube ultimately (and unsurprisingly) did not reverse their decision, which was based on our discussion of Brown’s Gas and it’s ability to treat cancer (it can).

Violation of Community Guidelines

“Medical Misinformation” Training

I’m not going to waste much breath on the validity and inaccuracy of this rubric. If you’re reading this, you’re likely aware of the widespread shenanigans orchestrated by the medical-industrial complex.

I will point out that Brown’s Gas (hydroxy gas) is an elegant and broad-spectrum therapy that does no harm. Brown’s Gas generators are relatively cheap and easy to use. The gas, delivered via canula inhalation and/or water infusion, is simply a mix of elemental hydrogen and oxygen, both innate and required in large amounts in the body. Due to gut dysbiosis and non-native electromagnetics, hydrogen and oxygen, respectively, are depleted in our environment. This is why Brown’s Gas is so beneficial.

Further, its mechanism of action is curative, versus suppressive. Hydroxy gas supplementation brings the body back towards homeostasis. Supplemental hydrogen upregulates our intestinal flora’s natural production of the element, and oxidative therapies (via oxygen) restore the body’s tissues and microbiome.

I’ve seen Brown’s Gas produce benefit for a wide variety of conditions and ailments. Thus, attempts to discredit it by the powers-that-were are rampant.

So, we know we’re over the target.

The MMS Question

I’ll be honest — this final “training” question was a little triggering:

YouTube needs a chemistry lesson! .

Contrary to what mainstream sources have repeatedly and erroneously attempted to portray, chlorine dioxide (commonly referred to as Miracle Mineral Solution / MMS) is not industrial bleach. This is easily seen via its chemistry:

Chlorine dioxide is chlorine dioxide. Bleach is sodium hypochlorite. Both have a chlorine atom. But they are different molecules with different properties.

Bleach is more corrosive than chlorine dioxide (has a higher oxidative potential), but a less effective oxidizer than chlorine dioxide (has less oxidative capacity, or electron-stealing ability). Bleach also produces harmful byproducts such as trihalomethanes (THMs), and other hazardous residuals. The byproducts of a chlorine dioxide reaction are benign, endogenous substances: salt (NaCl) and water.

Yes, both are used at high concentrations for industrial bleaching. And they have both also been used — for decades — for commercial water purification.

Remember, the dose is the poison. There are no traditional (i.e., Jim Humble-derived) MMS protocols that even begin to approach a toxic level of chlorine dioxide. Period.

This is All Just So… Dumb

I generally find these global censorship and brainwashing attempts more entertaining than infuriating.

Five years ago, I wouldn’t have said that…

I’m no longer giving these Mockingbird Media platforms much energy, and am instead focused on finding alternative approaches to learning and collaboration.

For this reason, Aethers Reach operates as a private membership association versus a traditional business. Within the PMA structure, I’m free to discuss any therapy deemed appropriate with members, which includes both Brown’s Gas and chlorine dioxide. I know this is our God-given right.

My dear grandmother, the beautiful and infamous Sylvia Parietti-Halldorson, passed away on March 8th, at age 100. She was quite a force.

Although I realize it was a tremendous blessing to have her with us for so long, to know my children had meaningful relationships with their great-grandmother that they will carry forward, I feel the void of her physical absence with my whole being.

My grandma had been having strokes and TIAs the past few years, and suffered from a massive stroke about a month ago, which left the left side of her body paralyzed. For the first time in her 100 years, she was immobile and struggled to speak. She could barely open her eyes, so they remained mostly closed.

I’m incredibly grateful for the dialogue we were able to have during my several trips to visit her these past few weeks. As her veil became thinner and she clearly moved in and out of different realms, she was able to express what she needed to each of her loved ones… what a gift.

I witnessed how her daughters, family members, and friends processed her state in their own ways, and how she gracefully navigated her conversations with them accordingly.

To me, this was clearly the end of the road for her. I knew that instinctively and talked with her about it. My grandma had been expressing for years that she’d had such a wonderfully complete life and was ready to go at any time. She’d been largely able to maintain her independence, travels, and adventures… until now. I knew she didn’t want to live like this.

So we had conversations about her passing. She told me she had a pack on that was so heavy. “Grandma… are you ready to put it down?” I asked, silent tears running down my face. Yes, she said through her nod. “You’ve carried that heavy pack such a long time… longer than most are able to.” Yes, she said through her smile. “It’s so hard to put down, though, isn’t it?” She responded with a big nod, as she squeezed my hand tighter.

I can’t recall how I replied, but I think I choked out something like “Of course… I’ll do my best. But God’s got this.”

I traveled back to Idaho that day to bring my aunt home, with plans to return the next day. It was really hard to leave. I just wanted to be by her side. That evening, as my husband and kids cleaned up after dinner, I sat down at the piano, my grandmother’s words running through my mind. This song, recorded on my iPhone, came forth:

I put my family to bed and knew I had to record something better that my grandmother could actually listen to. So I did. The version shared here is my first draft, which took about 3 total hours to record. I laid down the piano track (one take). I didn’t have all of the words planned, so I sang improvisationally (one take). I recorded two rounds of background vocals (one take each). Then I spent some time editing to adjust volumes and created a rudimentary mix. I added some reverb and compression to the vocals. No auto-tuning or AI.

I wanted to stay up into the wee hours of the night to keep working on it, but didn’t, as I was planning to wake up early and head back to Washington again with my sister the next morning. I resisted the urge to add more or perfect what I’d recorded —- I just needed something my grandmother could hear.

The act of fully immersing myself in this process, the vibrations experienced from heartfelt singing, the satisfaction that came from expressing my message to Grandma through song —- this is my medicine.

And it was my best attempt to fulfil my promise to her.

The next day, we traveled to visit her again. She was out the hospital and officially in hospice care, experiencing the joy of being home, and with constant visitors. She was rallying a bit!

We slowly talked about many things, including the transition she was in, and how hard it was for her to let go. I fought to hear every word, giving her sips of water as she strained to speak.

I spent the night on the floor by her bed, talking to her, holding her hand at times, and working with the caregiver to turn her every few hours. It was very hard to leave the next day, but life called. My son had a ski race that I was not going to miss.

It didn’t yet feel right to play her my song.

I spent the next week with my family, engaged in our normal routine and happy to be grounded and home. My mom, her sisters, and full-time angelic caregivers were tending to my grandmother around the clock, and I planned another visit the following week.

I got my mom’s call on Sunday, March 8th, that things had shifted. My grandma’s breathing was heavy and labored, she hadn’t been responsive for a while, and there were a few other telling signs.

I quickly made arrangements and journeyed back to Washington that evening. My mom and I spoke on the way and agreed it was time for her to share my song. I listened to music and prayed as I drove, hoping to make it.

I was an hour or so too late. I am okay with that, as I feel that these things unfold as they’re meant to. My mom and one of her dear caregivers were by her side as she took her last breath.

My song did get played, and according to my mom, she swears she saw my grandmother respond to it, barely perceptibly — but there was an acknowledgement. And my grandmother left her body shortly thereafter.

When I arrived, I sat and held her hand for a long time. Her face was peaceful. She was home.

There is so much more to say, but I’ll close with the immense gratitude I feel to have had her as our matriarch for 47 years of my life. Her presence will persist.

She left very big shoes to fill.

I’m so honored to have had her as my grandmother. Thank you, Grandma.

As I’ve worked through this, while writing copy for my website (without the use of AI, of course), I became aware of something unexpected — a common thread in my message and mission:

My offerings each present a clear pathway to freedom:

Holistic Healing & Care: A gentle and foundational approach that does no harm and does not outsource to a broken system = Physical + mental + emotional + spiritual freedom.

Educational Programs & Resources: Escaping the programming and seeking the truth = Physical + mental + emotional + spiritual freedom. (Yes, our physical body reflects it when we’re stuck in mind control narratives… sometimes this is the missing link!)

Music: The pursuit of my highest calling = My highest embodiment of freedom.

I didn’t realize how integral the theme of freedom was until I started defining my mission and offerings!

And in these times, I will humbly say that there’s nothing more important than the pursuit and reclamation of our God-given sovereignty.

As the world stands on the precipice of digital IDs, social credit systems, and an automated dystopian control grid that would like to irreversibly subjugate every man, woman and child, now is the time to take notice and take action.

This spiritual battle is unfolding at a rapid pace, and those who willingly or blindly choose it may soon find themselves dependent upon those systems for their basic needs or livelihood.

I’ve spent the past five years poring over information related to running a business in the private realm as I clunkily built out my Private Ministerial Association and various projects. It’s taken me a while to understand the nature of Who We Really Are and the system we’re operating within. It’s been a slow and arduous process… an opportunity to stay patient and trust Divine Timing.

An Easier Path

Originally recorded in late February of 2020, this was written in direct response to the global fear operation that was rapidly captivating the world. I knew something was quite off about it, and it seemed clear that it was related to the 5G deployment and mass flu vaccination campaigns in cities where the outbreaks were worst. Boy, was I right!

Mari Sullivan originally produced the song, and I tracked it with Rachel Field (Resonant Mastering). I recorded it before I learned that I much preferred playing and singing in 432 Hz, so unfortunately this is tuned to standard 440 Hz.

Within the past year, my friend Xeno and I took a second run at it, and this take is a hybrid of both versions.

This is an early release and the official song will be available on all streaming platforms on January 6, 2026. It’s accompanying video (yet to be released) will reflect the song’s core message: in the midst of the chaos, it is our job to recall our highest mission, stand our ground, rise up, and expand our consciousness for the good of humanity.

It sounds grandiose, but many of us are feeling the call.

Interestingly, ’s hauntingly beautiful short film, The Fall, works very well with the lyrics and concept of State of Mind. I’d love his permission to create a alternate video with his film as a backdrop!

With increasing frequency, all industries are being infiltrated by artificial intelligence. Be it “personal assistants” or tools for creation, offers for help from AI are unavoidable and unrelenting. This is pretty obvious to most of us.

Some are wholeheartedly leaning in.

And some, like me, are standing our ground. I’ve actually never logged onto any AI large language model. And I’m hoping to never have to!

In the music world, we’ve now been introduced to AI-generated songs and viral AI groups. We’re also shown holographic performances during which the audience has no clue that they’re interacting with a digital representation of an artist until the end…

Crazy!!

People are flocking to shows where some of the most famous deceased artists are giving “live” and believable full performances. Companies that specialize in producing these shows are aiming to capitalize on the public’s apparent indifference to whether the performers that entertain them are humans or not.

Let’s Collab!

I saw a friend of mine post the other day about a touching song that a buddy of his wrote for him as he was going through a big life transition. I listened to the song, and it was beautiful, as were the lyrics! I went to check out the site it was on, wondering if it was something I should explore for my own music. Thoughts about collaboration with the artist were crossing my mind, as he had a beautiful voice.

It turns out the song (lyrics/vocals, arrangement, melody, instrumentation, etc.) was created by AI based on a few sentences that served as a prompt.

I was shocked!!! A few prompting sentences, and voilà! A brilliant song appears.

The friend’s song was being lauded as a beautiful tribute.

The song creation site, Suno, has been sued, along with one of their competitors, by the three major record labels a year or so ago. But don’t worry, they’re working out a deal now that will both protect the artists and level the music creation playing field…

Turns out you don’t have to be a songwriter to write a song!

Thanks to a friendly collaboration between the major record labels and the AI companies they’re currently litigating, that culture of exclusion is coming to an end!

And although they’re not including artists in the conversation, per the usual, don’t worry — they’re negotiating in the best interests of artists, per the usual.

But I don’t lose sleep over any of this. They can do whatever they want over there and I’m going to focus on what I’m up to over here. All good! I don’t want any part of that dark, dead system anyway.

The Phases Project

My aim with this series is to pull the curtain back on actual music creation. We need to keep the creative process intact and REAL for future generations. Similar to the negative cultural impacts of airbrushed, perfected images of influencers in the media, allowing humanity to create “art” that requires zero independent thought, skill, or grit does society a disservice.

Releasing various stages and iterations of a song is my response to an industry that is speeding towards transhumanism and robbing us of our will to do what only humans can do = create.

It will be messy and off-tune.

But that’s an important part of the process! Songs don’t begin as butterflies —- they all have their caterpillar stage, too.

I hope this undertaking will help me move my songs along! Knowing that incomplete and unrealized versions of songs are out in the world is real incentive to continue crafting!!

For every song, reaching a point of satisfaction is tricky for me, but it’s something I’m working on improving. I’m not aiming for perfection, just committing to the creative process, letting it unfold, and revealing the typically private creation stages along the way.

Here is my first Phases release, a song titled It’s a Corporation. It’s relatively new, compared to others I’m working on, some that were written 10+ years ago. I tracked the keys and vox late one night, from about 12am-3:30am.

My kids think I sound tired! I think the first verse is a little sleepy, but I soon find the vocal groove.

My producer friend added his sauce and I think it’s got potential.

I have so many ideas for its next iteration… the arrangement and chord structure have already evolved, as have the vocals, drums, and lead line. We’re getting bassline ideas down, too.

The final version will be a nice and rich acoustic/electronic hybrid with, inevitably, a few imperfections to prove I’m human.

Hello! I last wrote here in January of 2023…. I did not mean to step away for that long — please accept my apology!

But, I’ve needed this time.

I’ve been contentedly in hermit mode, and fully embracing it. It’s been a season of challenge, growth, and going inward. I’ve been doing real things in my community, with real people, ignoring politics, staying offline as much as possible, and contentedly focused on my family and multiple projects.

In mid-2023, I got the exciting opportunity to create and teach a math program at a private, out-of-the box high school start-up. This was unexpected, deeply expansive, and humbling! And it led to the current alt-education projects I’m now involved with. I’ve also been honing the offerings of the therapeutic cottage my husband and I built, Danny’s Place, and continuing to work one-on-one with a local client or friend or two at a time, walking alongside them in their healing journeys.

It has not been all sunshine and roses. Most people I know doing the work are spending a fair amount of time in the weeds. I’m no exception. My plate has been overflowing and I’ve needed to scale back where I could. So many ideas…. so little time. So, the writing has taken a back seat.

I knew the time would come, though, when I’d dive back in. In all honesty, it’s been really nice to keep my head down, stay out of the hustle, and conserve my energy. So, why am I choosing to jump back in now?

Three Reasons

1) I want to share my music and play with/for others again (something I miss terribly since my Cloud Person days).

If it’s true that our soul’s highest calling is that dream we’d chase if we knew we only had very little time —- that scariest, but most fruitful pursuit — then I should be diving into music-making without abandon.

This impulse has been evolving since my daughter was born 15 years ago. Something about her arrival into my life sparked a realization that if my hope for her is to always follow her heart and share her gifts, I must model the same. But, it’s not an easy journey to commit to, and it certainly hasn’t been linear.

The inspiration to create music doesn’t always feel like a gift. It’s also a source of major insecurity. I can admit that I’ve been consciously and unconsciously holding back for years, out of a fear of failure.

My time in Cloud Person, a Seattle band that peacefully disbanded in 2019, was wrought with feelings of inadequacy and a sense of not belonging. I also cherish the experience and loved my bandmates like brothers. After our breakup, I certainly didn’t foresee that my next endeavor would be to front a project!

Enter 2020, when I suddenly had a lot to say… and I didn’t want to just say it on social media. Although I’d written here and there before, the songs began to really flow. The music became a lifeline, a pathway home.

The truth is, I’ve always secretly dreamed of this. And in these transformative times, there is no more hiding. Many of us are experiencing this in our own ways. It truly feels like the door has swung wide open, and it’s now or never.

I choose now.

If I want to again participate in the life-giving bliss of jamming with buddies, and the magical exchange that happens during an epic show, I have to get back out there.

My second single will be officially launched in about a week, and has been a long time coming (I recorded it in February of 2020). I have a bunch of other songs in the works, and plan to release a full-length album in the coming year.

In the meantime, I’ll be sharing my Phases project, which is a response to the current trend of instant AI “art”. An inside look at the messy, imperfect, human process of organic music creation, I’ll be releasing songs in a series of stages, revealing their natural (and often clunky) evolution.

We’re culturally conditioned to hear heavily produced, edited, and perfected songs…. So this is as vulnerable as it gets!

But I want to help the collective see the value in the creative process, and commit to that process, as challenging as it can be.

This is the antidote to transhumanism.

2) I SO appreciate those of you who take the time to create and inspire.

If it wasn’t for that crazy high school friend (who I always thought was seriously nuts) posting incessantly about Epstein in the spring of 2020, the major deconstruction that began for me shortly thereafter would not have transpired.

The foundation had been laid for me to start seeing through the veil. I’d questioned the official 9/11 narrative since seeing Loose Change in the early 2000s. And, I was growing increasingly leery of the system in general, as I witnessed our elected officials usher in widespread genocide, under the guise of vaccination, while gaslighting the victims.

So, the time was ripe for me to see these completely foreign perspectives my friend was putting into the world. I’m forever grateful that he was committed to helping others wake up. And I’m called to do the same.

3) I want to do my part.

I’ve recently been blessed with the opportunity to assist in bringing forth a beautiful event: a gathering of inspired voices, united by a common desire to help humanity become more Christ-like and live as Yeshua demonstrated. I’ll share more about this in coming days.

My experience with the deeply conscious souls involved, and my exploration of their offerings, has been profoundly expansive. It’s clearer than ever that together we’re anchoring the Krystic path, the one where we choose to retain our organic infrastructure and stay connected to our Great Creator. This is why we’re here!

As I’ve been immersed in this project, I’ve been exploring where I fit in, where I should put my energy, and how I can best help at this time. Here’s where I’ve landed:

• Music: Seemingly selfish, I know that staying aligned with our highest calling is how we collectively heal and remember who we are. This will be my top priority in this project.

• Sovereignty: Stepping out of the public domain and into the private is the way forward. I can share my experience operating multiple projects under a Private Ministerial Association umbrella for the last four years, and help others do the same.

• Vitality: Gone are the days of outsourcing - we are our own best healers. For 25+ years I’ve been acquiring tools and skills to improve my physical, emotional, and spiritual health of myself and my family. By the grace of God, we are happy, vital, and very rarely get sick. My children have never had antibiotics and hopefully never will. I’m passionate about shedding light on simple, affordable, and powerful resources that empower families to take charge of their own well-being. I’ll be starting with chlorine dioxide, which has been life-changing for us all.

I present my offerings without attachment to outcome. If we’re meant to help each other in this lifetime, we’ll connect. I welcome collaboration ideas. We all have a role to play, and we’re all in this together.

It is now blatantly clear this is not the case. With the corporate media fast at work to cover it all up and provide grand distractions, accounts of sudden deaths and life-changing side effects from the clot shot are rapidly accumulating. Related Facebook groups have gone viral, only to be suddenly scrubbed. But the people are persistent and new ones soon pop up. An abundance of resources are out there for those with eyes to see. <Please refer to the short list of groups/content/writers addressing this topic at the bottom of this piece.>

In November of 2021, in the days leading up to the rollout of the Pfizer Covid jab program for 5 to 11 year-olds, I recorded the video with the specific purpose of sharing with my closest relatives. I was distraught knowing that many loved ones would likely be seeking it for their children and felt compelled to share this information with them.

In the video, I review data directly from the CDC, FDA, HHS, and VAERS to illustrate that, clearly, and without question, the Covid “vaccine” would do more harm than good. My delivery is not professional or fancy… and I say “um” a lot. But the information presented is undeniable. 

As I tried to explain in a rational, data-driven way, based on the initial clinical trial, the emergency use-approved Pfizer shot (approved for adults) was far from the miraculous healing product it was pitched to be. According to the HHS documents, Pfizer was required to fund an additional 13 multi-year post-marketing studies, mostly related to heart condition signals identified during the initial (pathetically brief) trial. These studies are ongoing for the next several years and will culminate in 2027. The initial trial, by the way, was only conducted with adult participants. The product was never tested on children.

I also perform real calculations to prove that children in this age range have a statistically zero percent chance of dying from Covid. The shot’s inability to prevent transmission, despite the system’s hard push to guilt people into taking it to protect Grandma, is also covered.

When I originally posted the video (privately) on YouTube, I shared it with a handful of friends to preview prior to sending it to my family. Within hours the video had been banned for “medical misinformation,” AKA telling the truth.

So, now it’s on Rumble. I did not intend to share it widely, but at this point, it seems appropriate. It clearly explains why we are seeing the heart conditions and deaths from the jab and it is my hope that it may help a few people decide to never again accept a needle-full-o’poison.

For anyone suddenly wondering why there is so much harm being caused by the shots and curious what went wrong, why we hadn’t been informed of the risks (as if we have somehow been blindsided), this video is for you.

It has become indisputable that the main players in this plandemic, including those involved with bringing the shots to market and administering them, knew the dangers of the jabs, yet mandated them anyway, repeatedly calling them “safe and effective.” The amount of misinformation that has been intentionally spread and the extent of manipulation they’ve perpetrated on the masses is enormous.

Incredulously, it was recently uncovered that the DOD has been running the Covid vaccine program since the very beginning, carrying out preconceived plans for the plandemic that dated back to Obama’s term.

That means that Operation Warp Speed, the clinical trial process, the emergency use authorization = all a show. They had the vaccine ready to go from the beginning (duh) and have been in full control of the public narrative and rollout. This has been about genocide and mass compliance all along.

The immensity of this truth is a devastation to all Americans, especially those who have dedicated their lives to serving the country they love. Censorship, media manipulation, deathly “medicine” being pitched as safe, government-sponsored mind control….  We don’t live in the country we think we do.

The Covid shot has continually been touted as safe and effective. The data shows it’s not. They have constantly guilted us into getting the shot for the greater good -- mandates are in place all over the world. There is no data to support any of it.

Have you ever seen a mainstream news story directly linking the shot to a death or major injury? My guess is no. (What about media coverage of any vaccine injury?) The media is complicit. Yet, according to VAERS, there have been more deaths and injuries from the two Covid shots listed than all other shots combined since they began tracking. As of this morning, reported incidents from the Covid jab accounted for 57.32% of the total. That means, of the 99 shots that have been passively monitored through VAERS since 1990, the two Covid jabs, since their rollout less than two years ago, are injuring and killing people at an alarmingly unprecedented rate.

Has your medical provider informed you of this? Do you still trust him/her?

Further, a Harvard study conducted from 2007-2010 revealed that less than 1% of total incidents were actually reported to VAERS. What did HHS do in response? NOTHING.

Here is the bottom line: The visible collective has bifurcated into two camps -- those who trust the system and those who do not. Generally, those who do not trust the system instead put their faith in a higher power. They envision humanity living under Natural Law – God’s Law. Those who trust the system must put their faith somewhere – that is human nature – so the system earns their steadfast support.

Yes, it is a possibility to both have faith in a higher power AND trust the system. In fact, many of us were there in the past. But our trust has been derailed by a series of events and awakenings that led us in another direction.

At some point, there was a trigger, a tipping point, and we clearly understood that the system is not looking after our best interests. This is a scary proposition, too much for many to even consider. But it’s the truth.

Awakening happens in stages and is usually provoked by the intake of compelling information. It is the duty of those of us who consume this type of information, which must be intentionally sought out, to share with others. This will hasten the collective awakening process and cause the least overall harm. This doesn’t mean shoving it in people’s faces… just try to broaden the reach and pay it forward.

For anybody approaching their precipice of comprehending the reality that world governments are not operating in the best interests of humanity and are in need of something to tip them over the edge, this film should help!

It’s of utmost importance to continually expose this because more lies are coming. There’s a rumor that they, via the mainstream media, will actually acknowledge the rise in sudden deaths. However, the word is they’ll try to blame it on long-Covid syndrome and climate change. Yes, that’s right!!! Climate change.

What. A. Joke.

I wonder how they’ll twist the rapid reduction in birth rates? Why does Handmaid’s Tale keep coming to mind? Here is one more insightful piece about falling birth rates and rising mortality rates. Yes, this is becoming quite alarming = time to wake up.

Sinead O’Connor’s willingness to address taboo issues and refusal to play by society’s imposed rules is legendary, and these traits are invaluable during modern times. As we watch with incredulity as the masses are continually fooled by widespread propaganda, I have deep reverence for anybody who is willing to speak out about what is becoming blaringly obvious, despite the social impact it will have.

Sinead intimately understands what it’s like to be attacked for personal beliefs and vilified for speaking truth. She became a victim of cancel culture before it was a thing.

I recently came across the bold statement she made about the Pope on Saturday Night Live in 1990, for which she was immediately shamed and defamed. I recall reading headlines about it when it occurred but was too young to comprehend the context at the time.

Sinead was specifically referring to allegations of pedophilia within the papacy and also made a statement about the never-ending wars humanity is faced with. During the SNL performance, she gave a stunning acapella version of Bob Marley’s song, War, and closed with this:

Clearly, her message is still acutely applicable.

Stumbling upon her epic performance again was quite inspiring and I was reminded of another song of hers I discovered back in 2019.

The song, Black Boys on Mopeds, had pulled at my heartstrings and I listened to it incessantly for a month or two like I do most songs that capture my attention.

Fast forward 3+ years and I’m now seeing its lyrical message with an enhanced perspective.

First, she is clearly speaking out against police brutality, which history has proven is a persistently concerning issue. Our justice system, like all other societal structures, is corrupt and rotten from the inside out. For the record, I don’t support the Defund the Police movement, nor do I believe for a second that brutality incidents are accurately or honestly reported in corporate media. But, the unnecessary deaths of two young boys in the UK that were caused by an unfounded police chase required admonishment and accountability and Sinead stepped up to the plate.

She is also illuminating the blatant hypocrisy displayed by Margaret Thatcher and other governmental leaders who give lip service to traumatic events yet perpetuate the same behind closed doors.

And, most profound to me at this time in life, she speaks about the need to extricate herself from the madness - to leave - for the sake of her son.

When I first listened to this song in 2019, the lyric “If they hated me, they will hate you” didn’t quite resonate. It came across as a bit severe, and I didn’t understand her choice of words.

I am now able to extrapolate a meaning. Sinead’s boldness and willingness to publicly address the dark undercurrents of society - that which we are not allowed to speak about - did not enhance her popularity. Rather, she found herself largely ostracized, her music career forever changed. This treatment inevitably extended to her son, so, for his sake, she chose to leave (the specifics of what “leaving” actually meant to her are unclear).

I can relate. Over the past several years, many of us have been compelled to uproot our families and seek out calmer waters in the best interests of our children (and ourselves). These relocations have facilitated an energetic expansion that allows us to ultimately serve in the most significant way. Others are destined to stay and anchor the light in the darkest of locations. It is the Great Migration, and we are all finding our place.

I am grateful to now live in an area where, although of course ideological differences do exist, related dialogue is permitted and welcomed. The soon to be obsolete red/blue divide is alive and well here; the perception that Northern Idaho is completely right wing is a myth. I live in the most liberal city in this part of the state. This was an intentional choice, as I am not interested in living within an echo chamber, nor do I identify as either right or left wing. I’m done with labels. But here, although there is a frustrating amount of political tension, all views are accepted; shunning is not the norm.

A community that can engage in discourse about such important topics, without persecution, is a healthy one.

When I recently stumbled upon this song again it spoke to me so deeply I was compelled to cover it.

Whatever your opinion of O’Connor and her work, she is undeniably full of passion and love for humanity, is brave beyond measure, and embodies an essence that is much needed during these tumultuous, transformative times.

What’s happening with Sinead now? Here is an interview from two years ago. Her transparency, honesty, and commitment to drawing closer to God are in stark contrast to modern pop culture. And she exudes humility and grace. What if all musicians were so convicted and unwilling to sell out?

She is truly a badass.

I’m not saying I agree with all of her perspectives about the world - I don’t - but that is far from the point. What I respect about her is her clear pursuit of following her heart and staying in alignment with her soul’s mission.

And she creates breathtakingly beautiful music.

As I steadily get more comfortable with the vulnerability of sharing my heart and speaking my own uncensored truth, I will endeavor to be more like Sinead: brave in the face of fear and steadfast.

Indeed, we have confidence in the victory of good over evil.

Blessings in 2023. May this be a year of enhanced peace, healing, and awakening for all.

Yes, talk is cheap, but I received what feels like a genuinely concerned response to my presentation of the school lunch study findings at the most recent board meeting. So, although the conversation has just begun, I am encouraged.

Please refer to Part 1 in this series if you’ve not seen it or need a refresher on just how disgusting and toxic laden the meals provided nationally to school children are. Thank you again to Moms Across America and Children’s Health Defense for funding and executing the study.

As I previously reported, I planned to present the horrifyingly revealing reports of the study during this month’s school board meeting, which occurred on November 9th. I went into the meeting with no expectations and a commitment to present myself as collaborative vs. antagonistic. Clearly this is a problem humanity should be united on, but when one questions the standard narrative, even when it pertains to the direct poisoning of children, people get weird. 🤷‍♀️ I know from experience.

When I signed up to speak prior to the meeting (I was the only community speaker that evening), the superintendent sought me out to introduce herself. She thanked me for being there and shook my hand with a warm smile. I immediately liked her energy = a good start.

I used my allotted three minutes to introduce the study, briefly outline the findings, and summarize the broad range of effects on physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellness that this slow, steady poisoning undoubtedly has on the developing humans we have the privilege of caring for. I advised that my intention was to bring the information to their attention and initiate a solutions-based dialogue. And I offered to help in any way I could, noting I knew of numerous parents/caregivers also interested in working on this issue, as I’m sure many other people in the community were.

I did overlook extrapolating a bit about the origin, dangers, and biopersistence of glyphosate – doh! I often forget that that this isn’t a household topic for most. Perhaps I’ll speak specifically about glyphosate at the next meeting I attend.

I provided a copy of the press release (with links to the study data) to each board member and the superintendent and agreed to email it to them as well.

I was able to have quick conversations with two of the board members after the community portion of the meeting, who both expressed their appreciation for sharing the study. I sensed their authentic interest in making some improvements.

The superintendent again found me after the meeting and we had a heartfelt conversation. She mentioned a school she’d heard of in New York that had established local partnerships to accomplish a farm-to-table food supply for their children. I felt her authentic passion for the issue and she twice told me she had goose bumps thinking about the prospects of what we could achieve locally.

She asked me to reach out to her directly to discuss further, and we have since exchanged a few emails. We’re scheduled to meet December 16th. Her willingness to follow through is promising.

Of the five school board members I emailed the article to, one immediately replied. He is one I spoke with after the meeting, whom I also observed speaking assertively, and solely, on behalf of the students regarding another agenda item addressed that evening. So, I’m not surprised that he’s the only one who responded and I appreciate his desire to engage. He advised me to be persistent as the board has many agenda items they’re (understandably) tackling this school year.

Again, it’s too early to determine whether any actionable steps will be taken to right this wrong, but even slow, baby steps in a positive direction will make this effort worthwhile.

I am grateful for the initial supportive response and couldn’t have envisioned a better outcome.

Today, on this day of gratitude, I am grateful for my dad. It is his birthday and he would have been 64.

I am grateful for the traits he embodied that I strive to attain: unconditionally loving, rarely judging, humble, unpretentious, open-hearted, FUN, and very wise.

I am grateful that he chose to become a family man at age 20, his first year away from home, as a freshman with a basketball scholarship at St. Martin’s College. It was the beginning of his adult life and the world was his oyster. Yet he (and my mom) chose unselfish love - they chose life, amidst the advice of some to choose abortion.

I am grateful for the beauty that came from his passing. I learned to embrace each day, never take my healthy body for granted, and not save chasing my dreams for a later time in life that isn’t guaranteed.

And I’m grateful for the clarity he brought to me in a dream shortly after his passing. The dream was an answer to my prayers and the inspiration for this song.

A few days after my dad’s soul left his body, I was painfully conflicted, tormented by my uncertainty of our true spiritual nature. I needed to know where the heck he was. My mom had her perspective and I had mine. One thing I knew for sure what that he was definitely still around. I strongly felt his presence, and do to this day.

Before bed one night I pleaded with God to bring me clarity. My dad then came to me in the most beautiful dream I’ve ever had. And his message was that my mom and I were both right.

He told me with the brightest, most luminescent and joyful smile, that he was going home. I understood that his spirit had moved on to exist with Jesus/Yeshua, in a realm where God’s love is experienced to the highest degree.

As he walked out the door of our home towards the woods, it was clear that his physical vessel would go lie with Earth for his energy to be reincorporated into all things. I’m reminded of this whenever I see an eagle, which always feels like a visit from him. I believe his spirit will someday again take physical form – maybe it already has.

Upon waking, I felt an immense sense of peace. God, through my dad, had directly answered my prayer.

The dream, which I remember vividly to this day, has served me well over the years. It ultimately gave me the confidence to embark on my own spiritual path, led by my heart and internal compass, and immune from external influence.

I know my dad is always with me. And I know death is simply a gateway to another state of being. Everything is God’s creation – we are God’s creation – and our place in the cosmos and true nature of origin are slowly being revealed.

We are remembering our exquisite power and there is nothing to fear.

Actually, calling it “food” is generous. The meals surveyed were chemical-laden, nutrient deficient and made in a lab.

If we ever needed proof that the industrial agricultural system was systematically poisoning us, here it is.

Findings from the study, which was produced with funds amassed by Robert F. Kennedy’s non-profit Children’s Health Defense and Moms Across America, an organization founded by Zen Honeycutt, were published on September 28, 2022.

It’s been said that ignorance is bliss. But when it comes to our children, this cannot be the case.

For anyone out there who is unaware of the dangers of our nation’s industrial food system, it’s time to take the blinders off.

Our youngest generation is being significantly harmed via food they ingest on a daily basis and we now have evidence of the direness of the situation. Here is a press release which includes links to the actual study data (please read thoroughly to get the full context), and below is the shocking summary of findings.

The testing of 43 school lunch samples shows:

• The majority of the samples were abysmally low in nutrients.

• 74% of the samples contained at least one of 29 harmful pesticides.

• 4 Veterinary drugs and hormones were found in 9 school lunch samples at levels up to 130.76 ng/g.

• 100% of the school lunch samples contained heavy metals at levels up to 6,293 X higher than the EPA’s maximum levels allowed in drinking water.

• 95.3% of the school lunch items contained carcinogenic, endocrine disrupting, and liver disease-causing glyphosate. 100% of all wheat samples contained glyphosate.

Due to its extreme prevalence and biopersistence, glyphosate is one of the most important toxins our generation has been tasked with eradicating. The chemical is the active ingredient in Roundup, a weed killer manufactured by Bayer/Monsanto (Bayer acquired Monstanto in 2018). These two multinational companies have quite a history of bringing unsafe products to market and were responsible for the infamous and deadly Agent Orange during WWII. Bayer recently agreed to pay upwards of 10.9 billion to settle over 10,000 Roundup lawsuits based on the clear link in scientific literature between glyphosate and Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, among other cancers.

According to several studies, prolonged exposure to glyphosate increases cancer risk by up to 41%.

Wheat is likely contained in every single school meal served, meaning many children are ingesting a steady stream of glyphosate. Once or twice daily meals during a single school year would certainly be considered prolonged exposure. Now imagine the accumulative effect of multiple years of consistent consumption.

Although, finally, we are beginning to see progress on the eradication of this hellish chemical - it will be completely banned in Germany in 2023 and banned for residential use in the US in 2023 (Why only residential? Why not immediately???) - as of now, it is still readily available and commonly used throughout the world. I get a visceral reaction when I see it on store shelves.

If this feels too overwhelming, rest assured. Thankfully, there are very effective ways of getting it out of our bodies, and forward-thinking companies are having their products tested for glyphosate and verified by third-party organizations. I will be writing about this in Part III of this series.

Now, back to the study.

As I read the details, I was devastated by the magnitude of the data. It was the same emotional overwhelm I felt at times when I was deep down the vaccine research rabbit hole. I’d spent many long nights tied to my computer after my kids were in bed, beginning to truly comprehend the depth and extent of the damage being done to our children in the name of good.

Sometimes, and I know I’m not alone, I’m simply overcome with the gravity of the situation. Reading these study findings was one of those times.

It is undeniable that our food system is slowly, systemically poisoning us - the study proves this - and school-aged humans, with their smaller bodies and developing brains, are especially vulnerable.

According to Moms Across America, “thirty million genetically modified meals are served daily to our children.” In the United States, there is an average of 170 school days per year, which brings the annual number of school lunches served in our nation to 5.1 billion. According to the USDA, in 2019 (the most recent accurate data due to school shutdowns) their School Lunch Program provided meals to 4.9 billion students.

Thus, we can see that a large majority of school lunches are served to low-income students whose families qualify for the program; as usual, children with the lowest socioeconomic statuses, and the greatest need, are most negatively impacted.

Children from these families are especially vulnerable due to their likelihood of poor-quality food at home — non-poisonous food is expensive. They are also commonly participants in state-funded health care, which subjects them to low-income clinics that almost always mandate strict adherence to the CDC’s childhood vaccine schedule and have few or no holistic or integrative treatment options.

Further, these children already have an increased propensity for mental health conditions due to stressful life situations exacerbated by the aforementioned factors. The toxic, low quality meals they are consuming at school exacerbate their risk and the physical, emotional, and spiritual effects of these “food-like products” reduce their quality of life and ability to thrive.

Thus, the gap between them and their peers who are blessed with caregivers who have the means and instincts to provide poison-free food is further widened.

It is a dismal scenario.

So, because this project is all about developing solutions, and we are here to collaboratively create change, what can we do? Under different circumstances, the call to action would be simple: pull your children out of public school and stop allowing them to eat school lunches. Problem solved.

However, this is about as realistic as requiring all families to safely keep their children home from school at the drop of a hat. When the stay-at-home orders were first dictated to us in the spring of 2020, my heart sank with the incredulousness and callousness of the proposition that families could actually accommodate this directive.

But I digress – my intention is not to rehash that nightmare here.

It is challenging for families to pull their children out of public schools for many reasons: homeschooling isn’t an option due to work obligations, children come from split families with differing educational ideologies, private schools are expensive, etc.

The bottom line is that modern society has been intentionally crafted to keep us beholden to the public education system, which serves as childcare for a large majority of us. The controllers-that-were created it this way to weaken our familial ties, keep as many adults as possible working and paying taxes, and indoctrinate our children to ensure they grow up to be even more blindly subservient than their parents.

Under this structure we are destined to fail, and it’s not an easy feat to break away from the slave system that has been insidiously and meticulously designed to lure us in and entrap us.

But it can be done and we are watching it happen in real time.

Although the most obvious and efficient step towards educational sovereignty would be to completely turn our collective backs on the public school system, that’s clearly not yet within reach. Therefore, during this great transition we must focus on building the new, tangential education systems that will better serve humanity while concurrently improving the public school experience for those children who will continue to attend.

So, how can this be accomplished? At the most basic level, we need to inform and educate, as these study results were likely not covered by your local news. (!!!) We need to mobilize, create a plan, and (respectfully) demand improvements.

I am well aware that political advocacy can feel like beating your head against the wall. Like many of you, I’ve sat through state congressional hearings on the topic of vaccine mandate bills, listening to heartfelt testimonies from grieving parents whose children have been severely impacted by the product(s) being discussed. I’ve observed the outpouring of convincing data being presented by qualified medical officials and scientists, data that clearly demonstrates the risk-benefit analysis is not in the product’s favor, only to helplessly watch our public servants cast their vote to further restrict our medical freedom and ability to choose.

And usually, the majority of voting legislators aren’t even present for the testimony; they simply show up to cast their vote as they initially intended, completely ignoring all public comment. Pharma companies are often their biggest campaign contributors, after all.

Political advocacy is an exhausting, rarely gratifying labor of love, and those of us who have felt compelled to join the fight on these great issues of our times have likely experienced the need to frequently step away.

But there is always a time to re-engage, and for me, the time is now.

Over the past two years, following a lifetime of exploring, I finally embarked on and completed educational programs for functional nutrition and quantum coaching. It had become blaringly obvious that there were major deficiencies in our medical system. And those of us who embraced a different paradigm needed to step up.

The skills acquired and new letters after my name lend a breadth to my voice and will enable me to help and heal in an expanded way. I am thrilled to be able to formally move into the field I’ve been relentlessly researching for decades. It is long overdue.

And although I wasn’t specifically planning to merge my new wellness career with my (apparent) passion for advocacy, when I learned of the school lunch study I was compelled to action.

Although I’m skeptical that the public school system will be able to reinvent itself from within, it is possible. There are countless huge-hearted souls who have dedicated their lives to working with our children in this capacity. Maybe they will rise up and take action, or maybe a seed is simply planted. Either way, it’s only fair we make a legitimate attempt to shed light on these deep-rooted issues and offer solutions and support.

Do you live in the United States? Here’s what you can do.

The Call to Action:

1)   Share the Moms Across America press release with your local school department’s nutrition director.

I recently did this and here’s how it went:

I easily found the appropriate number online and placed the call. The director (we’ll call her Joelle) picked up and we had a pleasant conversation (the interactions I have with locals are one of my favorite parts about living in my new-to-me small town -- people are friendly, accessible, and generally not in a rush 😊). After reassuring her that my desire for contact was an honest attempt for collaboration, I shared the general findings of the national school lunch survey, which she’d unsurprisingly not heard about.

Joelle informed me that our district was part of a broader educational zone that included multiple other districts. This zoning allowed them to make collective food purchasing decisions, garnering greater buying power. She explained that food decisions were largely dependent on the directives coming from the zone’s overseeing bodies (Ah! Of course – centralization). I agreed to send her the report via email, per her request, which I hoped would open the door to further conversation once she’d reviewed it. I did let her know that I was writing about this topic and would be sharing it publicly.

It’s really not surprising that centralization was involved here as it’s insidiously infringing on society at a rapid pace. Our country was founded on the premise that individual states would function independently and autonomously, with thoughtful but restrained national oversight. Our forefathers’ intention was to enable states to govern at a decentralized, local level while ensuring the benefit of a robust national military presence on the global stage. Despite this, we see massive evidence of centralization, a top-down structure that requires the outsourcing of power directly up the chain, in all governmental systems.

I saw the effects of centralization firsthand in WA State about a year ago when I became involved with a state-wide group advocating for the removal of masks in public schools. We understood that the local school boards really didn’t have the power to change any of the mask related policies as they were beholden to both the governor’s and multiple overseeing organizations’ directives (the WA State School Directors Association and the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction). The superintendent actually directly threatened to withhold funding from any school or district that did not comply with the governor’s “mandates.”

This move towards centralization has been insidious and sold to us as progress and the natural order. However, as my friend, Eryn, so brilliantly explains in her recent article, it cripples the downsides of this structure way outweigh the benefits.

It’s unclear how much this structure will actually impact my local school district’s ability to source their food differently and function independently from our established zone. According to the USDA’s School Lunch Program website, creating connections between local food sources and schools is a top priority. But is this actually in practice anywhere? And is it actually a local priority? I aim to find out.

2)   Share the press release with your local school board.

Attend your next school board meeting. If possible, gather a group of aligned community members who are also enthusiastic to put their energy towards this issue. I’ve witnessed the synergistic effect that an impassioned, well-spoken group of parents has on a board meeting. Remember that we have strength in numbers.

Bring enough copies of the Moms Across America press release and the associated data for each school board member in hand. Consider bringing additional copies for anyone interested, and maybe even get fancy and print out a QR code people can scan to link them to the press release. Prior to the meeting, find out how the meetings are run and if you’ll be allowed to add the topic to the agenda. If able, speak without abandon. You will surely attract other likeminded folks to the cause.

I plan to attend our next school board meeting on November 8th.

3) If your school district is part of a zone or other centralized structure, seek to collaborate.

I intend to reach out and share this information with several local groups I’m connected to, groups full of people in my region wanting and willing to advocate. I will propose that they take the steps above within their local school districts. I also hope to find volunteers to represent each of the other districts in our zone so we can focus our efforts and act cohesively. Ideally, we’ll request a meeting with all nutrition department directors, a regional town hall of sorts. Whether they will be willing, I have no idea, but it’s worth a try.

4) Make healthier food choices NOW.

This is a huge topic that deserves its own complete piece. There are endless internet resources that outline how to make safer food choices regardless of budget. I want to be clear that I don’t judge families whose children eat school lunches, for whatever the reason. Really. My daughter occasionally did during the half of year she was in public kindergarten. They were a bit of a novelty and we had an infant, so it was an easy solution some mornings. The fact that I could not get her to stop drinking chocolate milk at school, which gave her horrible stomachaches, is another story. But I have endless empathy for all the parents out there and understand the circumstances that would lead to a child eating a meal(s) provided at school on a regular basis. However, as we all become informed about the completely subpar food quality, we must move toward making different choices. Knowledge is power, and we can no longer turn a blind eye.

5) Contact local officials and let them know you care about the results of this study.

Getting studies like this paid for is no small feat. Most research these days is funded by the pharma industry, and although this is a major conflict of interest, it’s a partnership that is unknown or naively accepted by much of society. Pharma companies aren’t interested in supporting these type of studies, so it likely took a significant grassroots effort to fundraise and execute. We can all do our part to maximize the impact by ensuring it gets seen by people who are (in theory) in a position to do something about it, including parents and caregivers. Simply committing to sharing the data is not an agreement to embark on a long-term campaign. We can take this one step at a time – share the study, get the conversation started, and reassess. This is a bit of a litmus test to see which, if any, school districts are able and willing to make some improvements. Our children deserve the effort.

Today, October 21st, 2022, is the 20th anniversary of my father’s passing. His name was Daniel Leslie Lee. He was 44 when he passed, which happens to be my current age. I don’t believe it’s a coincidence that I’ve been seeing 44s (and 144s!) constantly for years. There is something quite momentous about this year of my life, and this specific anniversary. I feel the gravity of it all. As I approached my 44th birthday a few months ago it was difficult to imagine what my father must have experienced facing his own mortality at such a young age. I have so much more life to live! In a strange way it now feels like I’m in bonus time and I’d better make the most of it. Challenge accepted.

When I ask myself what I’d do if I knew I only had a short time left in this reality, beyond the obvious instinct to maximize quality time with loved ones and knock off some bucket list adventures, it’s clear that I’d be drawn to focusing on music creation and heeding the inner voice that’s been increasingly begging to be heard over the years, the voice that tells me to keep pursuing this path, step into my power, lose the insecurity, and lead with my heart. If there was ever a time to speak our truth without abandon, it is now. In my dad’s final days he came up with a saying that he wanted posted on his door: “No guilt, no fear.” My sister and I put up that sign and those gifted words of wisdom have been our motto ever since.

I’ve been in rock bands for the past decade+ and my most recent project amicably disbanded in late 2019. After rupturing both eardrums earlier that year (a story for another day), which ultimately sparked some major spiritual growth, I was compelled to step away from the familiarity and comfort of the band that felt like a family and reevaluate what was really needed for me to grow, musically. As the events of early 2020 unfolded a few months later I suddenly found myself with a LOT to say (well, a lot MORE to say). Lyrics started flowing. Although artfully dodging the thought police on social media has been uniquely entertaining, it's time to try a new approach, and I’m eager to keep my throat chakra vitalized through song. My music intertwines themes of spirituality, cosmic contemplations, and standing for humanity during this pivotal time.

I'm in the process of compiling a band and desire to tour throughout the US and internationally over the next few years, playing at unique venues and events and creating sacred connection and community with like-minded souls around the world. The yearning to explore new places with my family while on tour has been a dream of mine for quite some time, and the launching of Aethers Reach and creation of this Substack is the catalyst. Donations received through this platform will provide funding for all costs related to the project, including the compensation of band members, audio recording, video production, promotion, and touring expenses. Because I’ll never accept label support that requires me to compromise my ethics or restricts my artistic freedom, this will likely be a long-term, independently funded endeavor. It is high time we take steps toward recreating the music industry to benefit, versus siphon energy from, the artists, and I believe we will collectively accomplish this if we all pitch in what we can, paying it forward. What if instead of funding mainstream news, cable tell-a-vision, and Netflix, we supported 20 creators with a modest donation each month? You musicians out there — what if you were actually compensated fairly for your time spent in all aspects of music creation: rehearsal, production, business/promotion, and performance? This is the aspiration.

My Substack channel will present a variety of content, including written pieces, formal and impromptu audio/video recordings, and some carefully curated interviews. We are complex beings and often have many passions and issues of interest, and that will be reflected in my work here, but the common thread will be building the New Earth and the tangential systems needed to replace those that don't serve humanity. There will be no paywall and all content will be available to all, regardless of subscription status. However, it is my hope that enough readers see the big picture and choose to engage in the energy exchange of a monthly donation, which will make this endeavor sustainable on a long term basis. Ultimately, I envision band members contributing and receiving compensation for content as well as this project is pulling together some brilliant humans (I am so humbled).

Monthly subscriptions will also help fund the healing guest house my husband and I are currently building, Danny’s Place. In 2021, when it became crystal clear that we were watching the house of cards that is the current medical establishment fall, I embarked on certification programs for functional nutrition and quantum coaching, taking steps in a direction I’d long been contemplating. The vision for Danny’s Place is to create a safe space that can be utilized by families with children on the spectrum, or who are facing other chronic conditions, to assist them on their healing journey in a loving, supportive environment. I’ve been studying autism recovery and biomedical healing for many years and am thrilled to soon be able to do my small part in improving the lives of future generations and helping to unwind the damage that’s being done to our most precious commodity, our children.

Other Substack topics on the near horizon include:

* A live, impromptu recording of a song I wrote for my dad, Going Home. My 11-year old daughter filmed the session on my iPhone and the video will be a raw, unrefined take on what it looks like when a group of musicians who have had very little preparation sit down together for the first time to record a song.

* An exploration of the recent National School Lunch Testing conducted by Moms Across America and Children’s Health Defense. I wept as I read the findings – we have so much work to do.

* An interview with Jeanice Barcelo, who is a brilliant pioneer in the birthing field, bringing spirituality back into the picture and illuminating current harmful practices. I agree with Jeanice that restoring balance and vitality to future generations must start pre-conception.

What are my expectations as I launch this project? The answer is simple: the peace and contentment that come from trusting my internal intuition and knowing I didn’t let anything stop me from chasing a big dream. I have a deeply held belief that when we find our highest path, humanity benefits. I wouldn’t have envisioned myself here five years ago and it’s required much courage to forge ahead in this direction, grappling with fear, doubt, and ego. But I want to model to my children what it looks like to follow your heart, despite the noise inside your head, and I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to take such bold action by releasing my first song to honor my dad on this momentous date. I’m inspired by all the other prolific creators out there doing their best to bravely embody the most aligned versions of themselves in each moment.

I’m humbled by anyone who chooses to walk alongside me on this journey and am committed to doing the same for others. Do you have an idea or inspiration for collaboration? Please reach out!
