College taught me many things. Attend classes, complete assignments, and respect deadlines. We did none of these things properly. Still, somehow, four of us managed to survive college, submit assignments, sit for exams, and score decent marks.

We were not toppers. We were not regular students. We were four backbenchers who had developed our own way of surviving college. Our biggest talent was leaving everything until the last possible moment. Assignments were finished hours before the deadline, and exam preparation started one night before the exam.

You might call that luck. You might call it a miracle. We called it normal. Let me tell you how we did it.

Meet the Four Backbenchers

There were four of us. First, there was me. Then there was Vasu, one of my closest friends. We both attended classes more often than the other two, but we still bunked classes whenever we felt like leaving.

Our method was simple. When the professor was taking attendance, we sat quietly. As soon as attendance was over, we waited for the right moment. Then we slowly opened the classroom door and walked out without making noise.

Sometimes we walked around the college. Sometimes we sat in the canteen with coffee. Sometimes we talked to someone from the faculty. Sometimes we even ended up talking to the watchman. Basically, we had many places to be when we were supposed to be in class.

The third friend was different. He loved talking to girls. If there was a girl nearby, somehow he had something to say. He spent more time flirting and talking than studying.

The fourth friend was our sleepy player. He missed almost every first lecture. If the first lecture started at 9:00 a.m., there was a good chance he would still be sleeping. I would say he missed around 90 percent of those early classes. He was never on time.

By the end of the semester, his attendance became a serious problem. His hall ticket would get blocked because of attendance shortage. Then he would visit the exam office and pay a fine of around ₹2,000. He became a regular customer there.

So, these were the four of us. Four backbenchers. Four different personalities. One common habit. We always waited until the last moment.

Then Came the Assignments

Assignments were another story. Suppose the deadline was 12:00 a:m midnight. Most students started early. We started when the deadline was getting close.

The four of us would sit together with our laptops. First, we looked at the question carefully. We tried to understand what the professor wanted. Then we used AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to help us understand the topic and develop a starting point.

After getting the material, we did our own editing. We changed sentences. We added examples. We removed parts that did not sound like our normal writing. Most importantly, we tried to understand the material instead of blindly copying the first answer we received.

We also added our own examples and explanations. Sometimes the whole assignment took 40 minutes and sometimes one hour. Then we submitted before midnight in the google classroom.

Somehow, we still received decent marks. Looking back, the important part was not the tool. The important part was understanding the question first.

Assignment Formula

Our assignment formula was simple. We did not start by asking AI to write the whole assignment. First, we tried to understand what the professor was asking. Then we used AI to help us understand difficult topics, find ideas, and get a starting point.

1. Understand the Question

First, read the question carefully. Find out what the professor is asking and what type of answer you need to give. If you understand the question properly, the rest of the assignment becomes easier.

2. Use ChatGPT or Claude for Ideas and Explanations

After understanding the question, we used ChatGPT or Claude to help us with ideas and explanations. If we did not understand a topic, we asked AI to explain it in simple language. We used the response as a starting point, not as the final assignment.

3. Read and Check the Material

After getting the information, we read it carefully. We checked whether the explanation made sense and whether the information was relevant to the question. If something was confusing, we looked for another explanation or example.

4. Rewrite in Your Own Words

We then wrote the information in our own words. Instead of copying the response directly, we tried to explain the topic in a way we understood.

5. Add Your Own Examples and Understanding

We added our own examples and explanations wherever possible. This helped us show the professor that we understood the topic instead of simply submitting information from AI.

6. Submit Only Work You Understand

Before submitting, we read the whole assignment again. We made sure we understood what we had written and that the answer matched the question. Then we submitted the assignment before the deadline.

This was our basic assignment formula. Understand first, use AI as a helper, check the information, write in your own words, add your own understanding, and submit work you genuinely understand.

I do not recommend submitting AI-generated work without understanding or checking the material. Your professor is asking for your understanding, not a machine’s answer. Our approach worked because we spent time reading, editing, understanding, and adding our own thoughts.

One More Thing Helped Us

We also tried to maintain a good relationship with our professors. Not by asking for special treatment, but by talking to them and showing respect. We would visit their cabin and ask questions related to the course. We listened when they explained something and tried to understand their advice.

Having a good relationship with our professors helped us understand what they expected from us in assignments and exams. It also made it easier for us to approach them whenever we had questions about the course.

Then came the real challenge. The main exam.

Now, What Pressure?

This was where our study routine was different. Most students started studying days or weeks before the exam. We started one night before.

On the day before the exam, we still had college. Our classes finished around 4:00 p.m. After college, we played basketball for a while and roamed around the campus.

Then we went to the canteen. We ate something. We drank coffee. We talked. By around 7:00 p.m., we had spent hours doing everything except studying.

Then we went home. We relaxed and talked nonsense, then someone would suddenly say, “Movie?”

Nobody needed much convincing. We booked a movie for around 9:30 p.m. Before the movie, we had dinner. Then we watched the movie until around 11:30 or 11:45 p.m.

After reaching home, we sat for another 15 minutes. One friend made coffee. We scrolled through reels. Then, finally, around midnight, we started studying.

Yes. Our exam was in a few hours, and we were starting our preparation at midnight.

Step One: Find Out What We Missed

We knew one problem. We bunked classes. So we often had no idea what the professor taught. Luckily, we had an agent.

She was a girl from our class. We called her our “agent” because she helped us whenever we missed lectures. After class, we would meet her and ask, “What happened today?”

She would tell us what the professor taught. She would tell us whether the professor asked about us. She would tell us whether the professor noticed us leaving the classroom. She would tell us about assignments. She would also tell us which topics seemed important.

Sometimes she took photos of the classroom blackboard and the PPT slides of what the professor taught that day and sent them to us as notes. But our agent did not work for free. Her payment was simple. One coffee and one chicken sandwich. We paid her. She gave us information. It’s a fair deal.

Step Two: Find the Syllabus

The next problem was the syllabus. So we message in the class WhatsApp group. But no one replied. During normal days, the group was full of messages. People talked about everything. Memes, random jokes, plans, forwarded messages.

But when the exam arrived, the group became silent. Nobody wanted to share notes. Nobody wanted to send the syllabus. Suddenly, everyone became selfish.

I still remember those ridiculous messages people used to forward. “Send this to 10 people or you will fail tomorrow’s exam.” “Do not ignore this message.” “If you do not forward this, you will fail.” People had time for these messages. But somehow, nobody had time to share the syllabus.

So we started calling people. We even called some toppers. Sometimes they said they did not know the syllabus. Sometimes they called us losers. Sometimes they laughed at us. We did not take those comments seriously.

Eventually, there was always someone who helped. Someone finally sent us the syllabus.

Step Three: Build Our Blueprint

Now the real work started. Two of us studied the syllabus. The other two checked the notes our agent had collected. We compared everything.

Then we divided the syllabus into important topics. We did not try to finish the entire syllabus. We selected around five major topics.

We spent around 40 minutes doing nothing but analysing. Which topics did the professor spend more time teaching? Which topics appeared in assignments? Which topics did our agent mark as important?

We put everything together. Then we made our blueprint. Now we knew what we wanted to study.

Step Four: Understand, Don’t Memorise

This was the most important part. We did not sit there trying to memorise entire paragraphs. We tried to understand the concept.

If we did not understand a topic, we used ChatGPT or YouTube to learn it in a simpler way. Sometimes we asked ChatGPT to explain the topic in a way a seven-year-old would understand. We also asked for simple examples or explanations through a story. This helped us understand the concept instead of trying to memorise it.

Once the concept made sense, remembering became easier. We also focused heavily on examples. Examples make an answer easier to understand. If we knew a concept, we tried to connect it with a simple example.

Our goal was not to write the longest answer. Our goal was to write an answer that made sense.

Four Topics Were Enough for Us

We usually studied around four or five major topics. Why? Because one night is not enough to master an entire syllabus.

Trying to study everything at midnight only creates more stress. The more topics you try to force into your head, the more confused you become. So we kept our target small.

Four or five important topics. Understand them properly. Remember the main points. Know a few examples. Then move forward.

We were not trying to become the class toppers overnight. We were trying to score enough marks. There is a difference.

Coffee Was Part of the Plan

While studying through the night, coffee became our biggest support. We kept drinking coffee to stay awake and continue studying. Between topics, we talked, laughed, and took short breaks. But we kept studying until morning.

But eventually, morning arrived. We got ready around 8:30 a.m. The exam started at 9:00 a.m.

Then we reached the exam hall. When we saw the question paper, we were happy because around 60 percent of the topics we studied were in the exam. The topics we selected and studied the night before actually came in the paper. We felt confident and started writing the answers.

The Exam Hall

First, we answered the questions we knew well. We explained the concepts clearly and added good examples. After finishing those questions, we looked at the others and checked whether we knew the answer, whether the question was related to an assignment, or whether we knew something from the topic.

We carefully read each question, thought about what information would fit, and then wrote the best answer we knew, with proper explanations and examples.

But there was one rule. Do not write random nonsense. If you do not know the answer, do not fill the page with unrelated information.

Read the question again. Understand what the question is asking. Think about what you know. If a related concept fits, explain the connection clearly. Then answer.

Think Before You Write

Before writing an answer, we spent a little time thinking. What is the question asking? Which concept fits here? What example fits? How should I explain the answer?

We made a small plan in our head. Then we started writing.

Simple language worked better for us. We did not try to use complicated words to sound intelligent. We tried to make the answer easy to understand. If the professor understood our answer, we had done our job.

Speed Matters Too

One thing I noticed during exams was speed. Some students knew almost everything. But they still left questions unanswered.

Why? They wrote too slowly. They spent too much time on one answer.

An exam is not only about knowing the subject. You also need enough time to put your knowledge on paper. So we tried to write quickly. We stayed focused. We avoided unnecessary sentences. We answered the question and moved forward.

After finishing the paper, we often had around 30 minutes left. We did not use those 30 minutes to fill the answer sheet with nonsense. If we knew our answers were good enough, we stopped.

Then we handed the paper to the invigilator and walked out.

Done.

During college, I saw many students study the entire syllabus but still struggle in the exam. Some of them even ended up with a backlog. We focused on fewer important topics and understood them well. And throughout our whole college life, we did not have a single backlog.

So, What Was the Secret?

People often ask how we managed to score decent marks after studying for only one night. The answer is not magic.

We did not study the entire syllabus. We did not know everything. We simply tried to study the right things.

We looked at the syllabus. We collected information from classmates. We checked our notes. We identified important topics. We understood the concepts. We used examples. Then we wrote what we knew in a clear way.

Our system was far from perfect. Studying throughout the semester is a much better approach. But college life does not always go according to plan.

College life was like this. We bunked classes, left assignments until the last minute, and even went to watch a movie on the night before an exam. Sometimes, we only realised around midnight that we had an exam the next morning at 9:00 a.m.

And sometimes four backbenchers sit together with coffee at midnight and say:

“Okay. Now we study.”

That was us.

Four friends. Four different personalities. One strange study system.

And somehow, we survived college.

Maybe we were lucky. Maybe our method worked for us. Maybe we were simply good at creating pressure and then working under pressure.

I still do not know.

But one thing I know for sure.

When someone asked us, “How much pressure do you feel before the exam?”

Our answer was always the same.

“Pressure? What pressure?”

I used to think the secret to getting what you want was working harder. So I worked harder. I showed up early, stayed late, put in the hours and still felt like I was missing something.

Then I came across an idea so simple it almost felt offensive. The reason most people don’t get what they want isn’t because they don’t work hard enough. It’s because they never ask for it.

That’s it. Ask.

One word. One skill. And once you truly understand it the way you approach your goals, your career, your relationships, and your life changes completely. Here are the three key principles that changed everything for me.

Principle 1: Asking Is the Beginning of Receiving

Most people are excellent workers. They grind, they execute, they deliver. But they never ask for the promotion. They never ask for the raise. They never ask for the opportunity, the introduction, or the help they desperately need.

And at the end of the year, they look back and wonder why nothing changed.

“I worked hard every single day last year but there wasn’t a single piece of paper with my goals written on it. Good worker. Poor asker.”

Asking starts something. Call it momentum, call it intention, call it energy whatever the label, the act of clearly asking for something sets a process in motion. Mental, emotional, sometimes even physical. Things start moving the moment you ask that didn’t move before.

You don’t need to fully understand why it works. You just need to start doing it.

The shift: Stop being only a good worker.
Become a good asker too.

Think about the last time you truly, clearly asked for something you wanted not hinted at it, not hoped someone would notice, but actually asked. For most people, that moment is rare. And that’s exactly why most people stay stuck.

Principle 2: Receiving Is Not the Problem

Here’s the part that completely rewired how I think about success: receiving is automatic. It’s not the bottleneck. The bottleneck is the asking.

Success is not a limited resource. It’s not rationed. There isn’t a window you step up to where someone says “sorry, all gone.” The opportunity, the abundance, the success you’re looking for it’s all out there in enormous supply.

The best analogy I’ve ever heard for this is the ocean.

Imagine you’re standing at the edge of the ocean limitless, vast, more water than you could ever need. Now imagine some people walk up to it with a teaspoon. Others bring a bucket. A few bring a tank.

The ocean doesn’t change. What changes is what you bring to collect it.
The size of your ask determines the size of your result.

Most people go through life with a teaspoon small asks, vague wishes, timid requests. And then they wonder why they’re not getting more. The ocean was always there. They just never brought anything big enough to carry it home.

So the question isn’t whether success is available. It always is. The real question is: how big is your container?

Principle 3: There Are Two Ways to Ask and Most People Only Know One

Not all asking is equal. There’s a right way and a wrong way — and the difference between them is the difference between getting what you want and getting nothing.

Ask with Intelligence

Vague asking gets vague results. Mumbled goals produce no results at all. Intelligent asking means being precise, specific, and descriptive about exactly what you want.

Instead of “I want to make more money” ask: how much more, by when, through what means?
Instead of “I want to get fit” ask: what weight, by what date, with what training plan?
Instead of “I want to grow my business” ask: how many clients, what revenue, in what timeframe?

The formula for intelligent asking:
How much? How soon? How big? What does it look like? What does it feel like when you have it?

The more clearly you define what you want, the more powerfully it pulls you toward it. Goals work like magnets and the sharper the description, the stronger the pull.

Ask with Faith

This is the part most adults struggle with and it’s the part that makes the whole thing work.

Children ask for things with complete, unquestioning belief that they’ll receive them. They don’t second-guess themselves. They don’t talk themselves out of it before they even start. They just believe.

Adults, on the other hand, ask with one foot already in skepticism. They want the thing, but they don’t really believe they can have it. And that doubt quietly kills the entire process.

Make plans like an adult. Believe in them like a child. And the most incredible things will start to happen.

This isn’t naive optimism. It’s a deliberate choice to bring belief into the equation because without it, even the most intelligent, specific ask falls flat.

The 90-Day Challenge

Here’s what I’d challenge you to do. For the next 90 days, apply both parts of this framework to one goal:

1. Write down exactly what you want — specific, detailed, with a deadline. Not a wish. A target.

2. Ask for it clearly — out loud, in writing, to the people who can help, to yourself every morning.

3. Believe you can have it — fully, like a child who hasn’t yet learned to doubt.

Just 90 days. That’s all. You can always go back to your old ways after that. But I’m willing to bet you won’t want to.

The world has always rewarded the people who ask. Not the ones who wait, hint, or hope. The ones who ask clearly, boldly, and with complete belief.

You already know how to work hard. Now it’s time to learn how to ask.

The size of your life is determined by the size of your asks. Start asking bigger.

There once lived a young man named Hero in a small village tucked between green hills. Everyone in the village knew him for one thing. His mind never stopped moving.

He thought about yesterday. He worried about tomorrow. He replayed old conversations and rehearsed ones that had not happened yet. His head stayed full, all the time, and he could not remember the last time it felt quiet.

The Long Walk Up the Mountain

Word reached Hero about an old Zen master who lived alone at the top of a far mountain. People said this master knew the secret to a calm mind. They said he had found peace, real peace, the kind Hero had been chasing for years.

Hero packed light and set out. The climb took days. His legs grew tired and his feet ached, but his mind stayed busy the whole way, turning over questions he planned to ask.

When he reached the top, he found the master sitting still, eyes closed, breathing slow. Hero bowed.

“Master,” he said, “my mind never rests. I came here because I need to learn how to empty it. Can you teach me?”

The master opened his eyes. He looked at Hero for a long moment, then smiled.

The Lesson Hidden in the Water

“You are trying so hard to empty this basin,” the master said, “but you have skipped the first step. Before you can empty the basin, you have to empty your mind.”

“Let go,” the master said. “Let go of your worry. Let go of your fear. Let go of everything you are holding onto that has nothing to do with this moment. Just pay attention to the water in front of you. Nothing else.”

What Hero Learned That Day

Some places never really leave us. They stay buried under our busy days, under all the noise we build around them, waiting quiet and still until something makes us stop and listen again. I keep going back to one of those places in my mind.

It was not perfect. The walls held too much shouting. Some days we kept the windows shut when we should have opened them. Fear moved in before peace ever had a chance to settle. Pride took over, and we ended up speaking a language neither of us wanted to learn.

We thought staying quiet meant staying safe. We thought keeping our distance meant protecting ourselves. But somewhere in all that, protecting ourselves and protecting each other stopped being the same thing.

I brought my own problems into that home. I know that now. I was wrong for that.

I held onto truths you deserved to hear. Instead of telling you, I buried them. Fear made me hide, and hiding hurt the very thing I was trying to keep safe. I cannot take back those choices. I cannot unsay the words that followed. I am sorry for that.

By the time I wanted to open up and tell you everything, something in me had already changed. I did not know how to find my way back to what we once had. I had seen things I could not make sense of, things that shook the ground under my feet. Maybe my own choices built the first wall between us. If that is true, I carry that weight, and I only ask for your forgiveness for the pain I caused.

I wish I had chosen honesty sooner. Once two people start speaking fear as their main language, love starts to sound like a stranger.

Love builds something big out of small, ordinary days. It hides in grocery lists, half finished talks, sleepy hugs, kids laughing down the hallway, and the simple comfort of knowing tomorrow will look like today. You rarely notice how good you have it while you are still inside it. You only understand the warmth of those walls once you are standing out in the cold.

I often wonder if two hurting people can still sense each other from far away. I wonder if hearts remember each other long after they stop talking. I wonder if two people, scared of losing what they built, end up tearing it down with their own hands without meaning to.

At some point, you have to decide whose voice you listen to. If someone is your home, if they are your world, do not let outside noise talk you into losing them.

I believe places once filled with real love never fully forget that warmth. Where two people once found comfort in each other, even through hard seasons, something usually stays behind. Maybe the fire never fully goes out. Maybe it just sits under the ash, waiting to be found again. Not through pride. Not through force. Just through two people willing to slow down and listen to what is still there, under all the noise.

The world is loud. Fear is loud. Pain is loud. Love does not need to shout to be real. Sometimes love only asks you to stop listening to everyone else long enough to hear what has been calling you home the whole time.

Some doors close because they have to. Others close simply because both people are waiting for the other to reach out first. If there is still warmth under the ash in your life, the fire did not fail. It is only waiting for someone brave enough to kneel down next to it instead of walking past it.

From Marilyn Monroe to modern influencers, breasts have been front and center in advertising, film, music videos, and social platforms. Every other billboard uses them to sell something. Films zoom in. Pop culture does the rest.

This constant exposure creates a feedback loop. Biology says notice. Culture says obsess.

The real damage is in how media chooses to show breasts. Not neutrally. Not honestly. It shows one specific type, one specific size, one specific shape. Everything outside that narrow standard gets treated as less than acceptable.

This is where obsession stops being biology and starts causing harm.

Beauty Standards Keep Changing, and That Tells You Everything

One thing surprised me while reading about all of this.

Beauty standards never stay the same.

Different cultures admire different body types. Different generations have completely different ideas of beauty. What one society celebrates, another barely notices. What was considered ideal in one century looked completely different in the next.

That tells you something important.

The attraction toward breasts has some biological roots. But the standards attached to size, shape, and what is considered perfect are almost entirely cultural constructions.

This is why men often feel like their preferences are natural when they are not. Those preferences were shaped slowly and quietly by years of seeing the same images, hearing the same messages, and absorbing the same standards.

The Size Debate Nobody Wants to Have

There is a conversation happening between women that most men never hear.

Women with smaller breasts often feel invisible. They watch male attention drift toward women with larger breasts and feel like their intelligence, personality, and presence are being skipped over entirely.

Women with larger breasts face the opposite problem. They receive attention, yes. But the kind of attention that reduces them to a body part. The kind that makes a woman want to hunch her shoulders and hide inside baggy clothes.

Research from the American Society of Plastic Surgeons found that differences in breast size have a measurable impact on the mental health of young girls. Girls with breast asymmetry showed worse mental health outcomes, problems with social functioning, and higher rates of disordered eating.

This is not a minor or abstract finding.

The global breast implant market is projected to reach 4.1 billion dollars by 2032. That number tells you how deep this insecurity runs and who profits from keeping it alive.

Not Every Man Wants the Same Thing

One stereotype refuses to disappear.

People often say all men want large breasts. That is simply not true.

Some prefer large breasts. Some prefer small ones. Some barely care about size at all.

Researchers suggest men are drawn to breasts across a wide range of sizes. The preference for larger ones appears to be largely a product of cultural conditioning, not pure biology. Men were taught to prefer bigger. Most never stopped to ask where that preference came from.

Many men are attracted to confidence, humor, kindness, intelligence, the way someone makes them feel.

Human attraction is far too personal to fit inside one stereotype.

Not All Cultures See Breasts the Same Way

In parts of Africa, bare breasts are completely normalized. They carry no sexual charge. In Japan, legs have historically drawn more attention than breasts. In Western cultures, cleavage takes center stage.

Anthropologists note that only humans appear to have given breasts a sexual role beyond their primary biological function. No other mammal shows this pattern in the same way.

Much of what men call "natural attraction" is not natural at all. It is cultural programming, absorbed over years of media exposure, social norms, and peer influence.

Western media and globalization have pushed these standards into cultures where breasts were traditionally not sexualized. The homogenization of beauty standards is not biological. It is a side effect of cultural reach.

The Human Side of All This

Not All Men Are the Same

This is something the article needed to say clearly.

Not every man is equally drawn to breasts. Attraction varies widely based on personality, age, relationship status, cultural background, and personal experience. Some men barely register breasts as a point of focus. Others struggle to look away.

Sexual orientation plays a role too. Individual experiences from childhood, adolescence, and adult relationships shape what a person finds attractive. There is no single male experience when it comes to this.

The obsession is real. But it is not universal. And treating it as universal is part of what makes the conversation so difficult to have honestly.

The Four Types of Men

After years of observation and honest self-reflection, I have noticed four ways men tend to react to breasts.

The Sneaky Glancer. He thinks he is being subtle. He is not. The quick downward flick of the eyes is obvious every single time.

The Blatant Starer. No shame, no filter. He looks hard. He knows you see him. He does not care.

The Overly Respectful Avoider. So terrified of being caught looking that he overcorrects and avoids eye contact entirely. This is equally uncomfortable for everyone.

The Overcompensator. He announces he is "more of a personality guy." Nobody believes him.

I have been all four at different points in my life.

What Women Feel About Male Breast Attention

Women's feelings about this attention are not simple or uniform.

Some women enjoy the confidence that comes with positive attention when they are dressed up, feeling good, and owning their appearance. That is a real and valid experience.

Some women feel frustrated when they are trying to have a normal day, buy groceries, exercise, or hold a conversation, and a man does not keep his eyes up. That frustration is equally real and valid.

Some women feel objectified in ways that quietly shape how they move through the world. One woman described spending years hunching her shoulders and hiding her body before slowly learning to carry herself with confidence on her own terms. That shift did not happen overnight.

The line between appreciation and objectification comes down to context and intent. Always.

Do Men Who Like Breasts Have Mommy Issues?

This question comes up often. And i think answer is no.

The attraction to breasts is shaped by evolutionary biology, early childhood bonding, hormonal influences, social conditioning, and years of media exposure. Reducing all of that to "mommy issues" skips over everything important.

Freud's ideas about early experiences shaping adult attraction were not entirely wrong. But they are not the complete picture. Many researchers have moved well beyond Freud on this topic.

Preference for breasts is not a psychological disorder. It is the product of biology meeting culture meeting personal experience.

As Dr. Sarah Johnson, a sexual health expert, put it:

Breast obsession is a mix of evolutionary cues, cultural exposure, and psychological imprinting. There is nothing unnatural about it, but like any attraction, it must be respectful and mature.

The Hypocrisy We Need to Name

Instagram's Double Standard

Instagram removes posts showing women's nipples. It does not remove posts showing men's nipples.

In 2014, Chelsea Handler posted a shirtless photo of herself riding a horse, directly challenging this double standard. Instagram removed it. She posted again. The conversation spread.

The Free the Nipple movement followed. Naomi Campbell, Bella Hadid, Chrissy Teigen, Emily Ratajkowski, and Scout Willis were among those speaking out publicly. Their point was direct. Why is a woman's nipple a private part when a man's is not?

No clean biological answer exists for that. It is entirely a social construction. And it deserves to be questioned openly.

The Breastfeeding Contradiction

Almost all of us were breastfed as infants. Yet public breastfeeding is made awkward by the same people who celebrate breasts in every other context.

That is hypocrisy worth naming.

Breasts exist, first and foremost, to nurture children. They help create one of the earliest bonds between a mother and her child. Treating them as purely sexual objects erases that function entirely.

Today, many people see breasts as sexual before they see them as human. That says more about society than about women.

Over 80 percent of women have one breast larger than the other. Breasts are rarely perfectly symmetrical. The ideal the media sells does not exist in real life.

Where the Line Is

Finding someone attractive is human. Everyone notices people they find attractive.

The problem begins when attraction turns into entitlement.

Making unsolicited comments about a woman's chest is not a compliment. It is harassment.

Reducing a woman's value to her breast size ignores everything that makes her a person.

One 2012 Japanese study suggested that looking at breasts lowered blood pressure and reduced stress. This study has faced criticism and its findings should not be treated as settled science. What is clear is that oxytocin plays a role in bonding and comfort responses. None of that justifies staring at women without their awareness or consent.

Women carry the weight of these expectations every single day. Some believe their breasts are too small. Others wish theirs were smaller. Many compare themselves to edited photos, influencers, and unrealistic beauty standards.

Research has linked body image pressure with lower confidence and poorer mental health, especially among young women.

Nobody should feel their worth depends on a number written on a bra tag.

Every body deserves respect. Every size, every shape. The person behind the chest matters far more than the chest itself.

What I Think

After reading the research, sitting with the discomfort, and being honest with myself, here is where I landed.

The obsession makes sense. Biology, chemistry, and culture all played a role in building it. None of that is entirely anyone's fault.

But understanding why something exists does not mean accepting every expression of it.

Breasts represent nurture, fertility, health, and for many people, deep early comfort. They are part of a woman's identity, her autonomy, her full human story.

They are not a performance for male attention.

A woman is never one body part. She is a whole person with dreams, fears, opinions, memories, and a life far bigger than her appearance.

You don't choose what catches your attention first.

You do choose how you respond.

You wake up one morning and something feels different. Your legs feel lighter. The air seems better. You catch yourself smiling for no reason. You call your friend and say, “I think she might be the one.” Your friend laughs and says you look like you are floating. And you feel that too.

This is the part most people point to and call love. I believed the same thing. I was wrong.

What comes after the feeling is what matters.

The feeling begins to fade, not because something is broken, but because this is how love works. Slowly, you start noticing the small things. The way she reacts when she is surprised. What she orders when she is tired. The face she makes when she is trying not to laugh. You begin to wonder what she is thinking. You ask yourself whether you are the right person for her.

This is the part nobody warns you about. This is the part where many people walk away. But this is also the place where love begins to become real.

You stay. You argue. You make up. You learn how to build a life together. You move in together and discover how expensive it is to share a home. You learn each other’s habits, the ones you love and the ones testing your patience. You stay anyway.

This is love. Not the rush at the start. Not the butterflies. Love is the full picture. The hard parts, the quiet parts, the growing parts, all of it together. And when you look back, you know you would live it all again.

You’ve made a plan before. A goal written down on paper, a resolution set in January, a fresh start on a Monday. And chances are, it was dead within two weeks.

That’s not a discipline problem. That’s a design problem.

The way most people plan is fundamentally broken  and nobody ever told them. After studying how high performers actually structure their goals, I found a clear three step pattern that separates plans that stick from plans that just sound good on paper. Here it is.

Step 1: Define the True Target

Most people write down goals that feel inspiring but are completely useless in practice. “Get fit.” “Grow my business.” “Be more productive.” These aren’t goals they’re wishes.

The top 1% of performers do something different. They define a true target  one specific outcome tied to a non-negotiable deadline.

Here’s the difference in practice:

• Not “get fit”  but “lose 3 kg by August 1st”

• Not “grow on YouTube” but “upload two videos every week for the next 30 days”

• Not “save more money”  but “put aside ₹10,000 every month for the next 90 days”

Vague goals give your brain nowhere to aim. A true target gives it a bullseye.

The moment you attach a specific number and a specific deadline to a goal, it stops being a dream and starts being a plan.

So before you write anything else down, answer this one question: What exactly do I want, and by when? If you can’t answer that clearly in one sentence, your plan hasn’t started yet.

Step 2: Know Your X and Your Y

Here’s the step almost nobody takes  and it’s the reason most plans collapse the moment real life shows up.

Most people plan for when everything goes right. Top performers plan for when things go wrong.

Once you have your true target, your next job is to list every obstacle that stands between you and that target. Not to scare yourself   but to prepare. Because the obstacles aren’t going away. They’re coming whether you’re ready or not.

Use this simple formula:

If [obstacle X happens] → then I will [take action Y]

This is called an implementation intention, and research consistently shows it dramatically increases the likelihood of following through on a goal. You’re not leaving your response to chance or willpower ,  you’re pre-deciding.

Some real examples of how this works:

• If I get a craving for junk food during my fat loss phase → I’ll grab a low-calorie snack I’ve already prepared.

• If I feel too tired to write in the evening → I’ll write for just 10 minutes anyway and stop if I still don’t feel it.

• If I miss a workout → I’ll do a 15-minute walk instead so I don’t break the streak entirely.

Write out at least three X→Y pairs for your goal. The more honestly you anticipate what could derail you, the stronger your plan becomes.

Success isn’t built by hoping nothing goes wrong. It’s built by deciding in advance what you’ll do when it does.

Step 3: Anchor and Activate

This is the most ignored step  and the one that actually turns your plan into a daily reality.

Most people make a plan, feel motivated for a day or two, and then slowly drift back to their old habits. Why? Because they relied on memory and willpower to keep the plan alive. And both of those run out.

High performers don’t rely on willpower. They install the plan into their daily flow using two tools: anchors and reminders.

Anchors

An anchor is something you already do every single day — brushing your teeth, making coffee, opening your laptop, sitting down for lunch. The idea is simple: attach your new behaviour to that existing habit.

Examples:

• Right after I make my morning coffee → I spend 5 minutes reviewing my plan for the day.

• Right after I sit down at my desk → I write my three most important tasks before I open any app.

• Right after I brush my teeth at night → I spend 2 minutes reflecting on what I did well today.

You’re not creating a new habit from scratch , you’re piggybacking on one that already runs on autopilot. That’s far easier than trying to build willpower from nothing.

Reminders

Memory fades. Motivation drops. External triggers exist to compensate for both.

Don’t underestimate simple tools here. A sticky note on your laptop. A calendar event that pops up every morning. A message to a friend asking them to check in with you once a week. These aren’t childish , they’re what disciplined people actually use.

Accountability is not a sign of weakness. It’s a design decision. You’re engineering your environment to support your goal instead of hoping your willpower will show up every single day.

Putting It All Together

Here’s the full three-step system, condensed:

1. Define the true target: One specific outcome. One non-negotiable deadline. Written in one clear sentence.

2. Know your X and Y: List the obstacles. Pre-decide your responses. Don’t leave your reaction to chance.

3. Anchor and activate: Attach your plan to an existing habit. Add external reminders. Design your environment for success.

That’s it. No colour-coded spreadsheets, no complicated productivity systems, no 47-step morning routine.

The difference between people who follow through and people who don’t isn’t talent or discipline. It’s design. The people who succeed build a system that makes it easy to stay on track   and hard to fall off.

Your plan isn’t the problem. The way you’ve been building plans is.

Now you know how to do it differently.

Which step are you missing from your current plan?

The samurai knew this. They did not glorify ambition. They respected action.

Waiting for Motivation Is the Real Problem

Most people believe motivation comes first. You feel inspired, then you act.

Wrong.

Action comes first. Momentum follows. The energy you call “inspiration” shows up after you start, not before.

Miyamoto Musashi, one of the greatest swordsmen in history, did not wait to feel ready. He trained every day, whether he felt like training or not. His skill did not come from bursts of inspiration. His skill came from showing up, again and again.

Waiting for motivation gives your feelings control over your day. And feelings change by the hour. Nothing gets done.

One Small Move Changes Everything

There is an old samurai principle called Kaizen. Small improvements. Every day.

One student felt too lazy to train. He did not force himself through a full session. He practiced one sword form each morning. One.

His friends mocked him. Called the effort useless.

Months later, his body had built the habit. His movements were sharp. His discipline was deep. His friends were still waiting to feel ready.

One small action beats the grandest plan every time.

Stop Waiting. Start Anyway.

You do not need to feel ready. No one feels fully ready. The people who move forward act despite the doubt. They do not wait for the doubt to disappear.

Yagyu Munenori said: “The sword waiting for perfect conditions never leaves its sheath.”

Your fear of starting is not a sign to wait. This fear is resistance. Resistance breaks when you push through, not when you avoid.

What the Samurai Teach You About Today

The samurai did not become skilled on the battlefield. They became skilled before reaching the battlefield. Through daily practice. Through choosing discipline over mood.

You have the same choice today.

Do not trust your feelings to carry you. Trust your habits. Build them small. Build them daily. Let them carry the weight your emotions cannot hold.

Strength is not saying, “I feel like doing this.”

Strength is saying, “I will train today. Not because I want to. Because I said I would.”

Start there.

She is the most beautiful person I have ever met.

And I do not mean that in a simple way. Yes, she was gorgeous to me physically, but that was never the whole thing. Everything about her was beautiful. Her personality, her heart, the way she carried herself. All of it.

Even when life was stressing me out, I never wanted to take it out on her. She was not the person I wanted to hurt. She was the person who made things feel okay.

I Miss Her

So what is going on?

Let’s start with the obvious fakes.

In the 1800s in America, three sisters known as the Fox Sisters became incredibly famous. People believed they could talk to spirits. Crowds would come to them. The sisters would ask questions, and the walls would bang in response. Messages would appear on blank cards. They made a lot of money from this.

Then one sister’s husband died. She fell into depression. She had a falling out with her sisters. And one day, she confessed everything.

It was all fake. They tied objects to strings to make things fall. They knocked on walls with their feet. They knew people were so emotional and so desperate to believe, that they would feel things that were not there.

Then there’s the Amityville house in New York. A man named Ronald DeFeo Jr murdered his family there. In court, he claimed ghostly voices made him do it. Another family moved in later and said they heard the same noises and saw ghosts. ABC News later showed they were lying. The murderer lied to escape punishment. The family lied because they thought they’d get book deals and film deals.

In India, a video was posted claiming to communicate with the spirit of the late Sushant Singh Rajput. News channels like India TV and DNA covered it as if it was real. Investigators found that old interview clips of Sushant Singh Rajput had been edited and presented by Steve Huff as spirit communication. The truth came out through an Instagram user. Almost no news channel covered the correction. Because ghosts get TRP. Science doesn’t.

Now let’s talk about the cases where people aren’t lying.

This is where things get more interesting.

There’s a film called Veronica from 2017. It says it’s based on a real case. A girl named Estefania. The police report from her case even mentioned paranormal activity. So does that mean it’s real?

Not quite. The director himself said the film was inspired by events, not based on them. Those are two different things. In the real story, Estefania’s parents were alive. In the film they’re dead. In the film she dies within three days. In reality, she died months later from seizures. And when her mother was psychologically examined after Estefania’s death, doctors found emotional instability, anxiety, and a strong need for attention.

There’s also a good chance Estefania had an undiagnosed psychotic disorder. She lived in a rural area in the 1990s. Medical access was limited. Nobody caught it in time.

But what about when a whole family sees ghosts? What then?

There’s something called Mass Psychogenic Illness. Also known as Shared Psychotic Disorder. When people are close to each other and one person starts believing something strongly, others around them start believing it too. Their minds sync up. You saw this in the Burari case in Delhi, where 11 family members died in what appeared to be a mass suicide. An Australian family on a road trip suddenly became convinced someone was trying to kill them. They separated and disappeared, only to reunite later. That was diagnosed as Shared Delusional Disorder.

The mind is not a simple thing. And when fear gets into a group, it spreads.

Now let’s talk about Ouija boards.

You’ve seen them in films. The Exorcist. Paranormal Activity. Conjuring 2. You place your hands on a triangular pointer called a planchet. You ask a question. Your hands start moving on their own. The pointer spells out answers.

People who use Ouija boards and believe in them will tell you they are not moving their hands. And many of them are telling the truth. Their hands are moving without their conscious awareness.

This has a name. The Ideomotor Effect.

It’s a psychological phenomenon where your body moves without your conscious mind knowing about it. Your brain sends a signal. Your body responds. But you don’t feel like you did anything.

You’ve felt something similar before. That moment just before you fall asleep when you feel like you’re falling and your whole body jerks awake. That’s called a Hypnic Jerk. Your body moved without you choosing to move it.

The Ideomotor Effect works the same way while you’re fully awake.

Here’s a simple test. Take any small weight and tie it to a string. Hold it still. Now think about it moving clockwise. Don’t move your hand. Think about it. Within a few seconds, it starts moving clockwise. Think about anticlockwise. It changes direction. You didn’t consciously move anything. Your brain did it without telling you.

That’s what happens with Ouija boards. When someone who truly believes they are talking to a spirit asks a question, their brain pulls up memories and images of that person. And then it moves their hand toward an answer. Without them knowing.

There’s a simple test that proves this. Blindfold the people using the board. If a spirit was moving the pointer, it should still give correct answers with the users blindfolded. But what happens is the pointer begins producing random letters instead of meaningful answers. Because without their eyes, their brains don’t know where the letters are.

The same thing explains some cases of supposed possession. When someone genuinely believes they are possessed, their body starts moving in ways they don’t control. That’s not a spirit. That’s their subconscious mind taking over.

What about the ghost hunters with their equipment?

Ghost hunters use infrared cameras. These cameras pick up heat. Not spirits.

If you sit on a chair and rub your back against it, the chair gets warm. Get up and look at it through an infrared camera. It looks like someone is still sitting there. Walk out of a bathroom with wet feet. Your footprints show up on the floor through an infrared camera like something ghostly walked through. The temperature of your feet is different from the floor. That’s all.

They also carry EMF meters. These measure electromagnetic waves. Your phone gives a reading. A camera battery gives a reading. A computer mouse gives a reading. Anything electronic makes the meter go wild. Camera batteries, mobile phones, and wireless devices trigger EMF meters too. That is what these meters are built to pick up. And they present that as evidence of spirits.

Motion sensor lights in empty buildings? A mouse running across the floor turns them on.

This is what gets presented on television as ghost hunting. In America. In India. Everywhere. Shows like Aaj Tak Adhbut use VFX effects and horror music to make it look real. It gets viewers. That’s the whole point.

So what about Dimple Kapadia?

Remember her? The woman sitting on her bed in the middle of the night?

When she told the erstwhile princess of Jaipur, Padmini Devi, about what she saw, Padmini gave her a simple answer.

She said, “Dimps, you’ve been shooting all day as a ghost. Of course at night your mind carried it with you.”

That’s it. She had spent the entire day embodying a spirit. Her mind didn’t switch off when the cameras did.

The brain builds stories. It fills in gaps. It creates things that feel completely real. And when you’re already in a place that’s supposed to be haunted, shooting a film about ghosts, sleeping in a palace at night, your brain is primed to see what it expects to see.

Ghost stories are fun. Horror films are fun. The fear they bring is real and enjoyable and there’s nothing wrong with that.

But when someone stands in front of a camera and tells you they have proof that ghosts exist, ask yourself one question.

It was 2 a.m. in the middle of the Thar Desert.

Gaurav Tiwari, a paranormal investigator and his team were wrapping up their work in an empty village and walking back to their car.

Then they stopped.

On the bonnet of the car, there were small handprints. Handprints of a child, 4 or 5 years old, clearly visible in the dust.

No child was there. No one was there. Nobody had lived there for 200 years.

That village is Kuldhara, 17 km from Jaisalmer. Today, many people call it India’s most haunted village.

What Kuldhara Looks Like Today.

Kuldhara has over 400 houses. Proper streets. Temples. Wells. Doors still standing.

Everything is there. Except people.

Tourists visit during the day. But everyone leaves before dark. Staying the night is not allowed. People say you hear women scream. Smell food being cooked. See shadows without faces.

So what happened here?

Who Was Salim Singh?

To understand Kuldhara, you need to know one man. Salim Singh.

Jaisalmer was a princely state in the early 1800s. The king had the crown, but the real power sat with the Diwan. Something like a Prime Minister. And that Diwan was Salim Singh.

His life began with pain. At just 11 years old, he saw royal officials murder his father right in front of him.

That anger never left him.

Salim Singh grew up and took power; he turned out to be one of the cruelest men Jaisalmer had ever seen. Farmers and merchants were crushed under his taxes. Anyone who spoke against him did not last long. British officers mentioned him by name in official government records. He had saved up 20 million rupees from extortion. His mansion was one of the most magnificent structures in the city.

The king was a puppet. Salim Singh was the true ruler.

The Paliwal Brahmins

Now let’s talk about the people of Kuldhara.

Back in the 13th century, a group of Brahmins from the Pali district of Rajasthan moved to Jaisalmer. They settled 84 villages there. Because they came from Pali, they were called Paliwal Brahmins.

Kuldhara was their most important village.

How They Made the Desert Bloom

Here is what makes their story remarkable. The Thar Desert gets almost no rain. Temperatures go up to 50°C in summer. Nothing is supposed to grow there.

But the Paliwal Brahmins built something called the Khadin System. A water harvesting method that used hill slopes to collect and store rainwater. The water would slowly seep into the ground. By winter, the land became so rich that crops grew in the middle of a desert.

They grew two crops a year. In a desert.

They were also traders and bankers. Kuldhara sat on the trade route between Jaisalmer and Sindh. Every trade route in the kingdom ran through Kuldhara. At their height, the village held more wealth than Jaisalmer city.

The Story Everyone Knows

The popular story goes like this.

Salim Singh saw the village chief’s daughter. He wanted to marry her. He threatened the villagers. Hand her over, or he would kidnap her. Then he gave them an ultimatum. Give her up in one day, or he would kill everyone.

The villagers had three choices. Hand over the girl. Fight Salim Singh, which was impossible without an army. Or choose a third option.

They chose the third.

On the night of 29th July 1825, all the Paliwal Brahmins left. Not just Kuldhara. All 84 villages. 20,000 houses. Around 80,000 people.

Old people. Children. Women. Men. Everyone walked away in one night.

They left behind houses their ancestors built 600 years ago. Farms they had grown from sand. Wells they had dug with their own hands.

No information leaked. No one warned Salim Singh. No one noticed until morning.

And before they left, they cursed the land. They said no one would ever be able to live there again.

What Science Says

A peer-reviewed journal published a study in 2017. It said earthquakes were responsible for destroying Kuldhara. The researchers argued that the broken structures and fallen roofs looked like earthquake damage.

A year later, another publication in the same journal pushed back strongly.

The nearest earthquake before the 1825 migration occurred in 1819. Six years earlier. The next one after that was in 1905. 80 years later.

Also, earthquakes do not pick one village and leave the neighbours untouched. But no damage was reported in any nearby village. And the walls of Kuldhara are still standing straight. Still touching each other. A major earthquake would have cracked them.

The earthquake theory did not hold up.

What Historians Found

Almost every serious researcher agrees on one thing. Water.

The Khadin System was brilliant. But it still depended on monsoon rains. And in the Thar Desert, rain is never guaranteed.

A river called Kak used to flow near Kuldhara. A dam was built on it about 300 years ago. The river slowly dried up. When the river died, the groundwater stopped recharging. The wells dried up. Farming became impossible.

Research from Aligarh Muslim University showed that by 1815, most of the wells in Kuldhara had already dried up.

Trade routes were closing. Taxes kept going up. Dacoits were coming into villages at night, abducting women and demanding ransom money. Kuldhara was being squeezed from every side.

One man wrote all of this down. Colonel James Tod, a British officer, visited Rajasthan and put everything in his 1829 book, Annals and Antiquities of Rajasthan. He saw Paliwal Brahmins living outside their homeland. Spread across different regions. None of them willing to go back.

They would not return to their land because Salim Singh would take everything they earned. Farming was nearly impossible. Trade had dried up. Salim Singh had even taken family members of Paliwal bankers as hostages.

This is documented. Not folklore.

Did Everyone Leave in One Night?

Here is the part that changes everything.

At Kuldhara’s peak, the population was around 1,588 people. But by 1815, British records show only 800 people were living there. Half the population had already left before the famous night of 1825.

And in 1890, 37 people were still recorded living in Kuldhara. Decades after the supposed overnight disappearance.

People did not leave all at once. They left slowly over a period of years. Some went to Jodhpur. Some to Uttarakhand and Bihar. They were looking for a better life. That is all.

Where the Ghost Stories Came From

Two places. Confirmation bias. And treasure hunters.

When you already believe a place is haunted, your brain finds proof everywhere. Every sound becomes a ghost. Every shadow becomes a spirit. Psychologists call this pareidolia. The brain looks for patterns, even where none exist.

The local tourist guide says Kuldhara is just an abandoned place. The secretary of Jaisalmer Vikas Samiti says he has visited for 25 years and experienced nothing.

Now the treasure part.

The Paliwal Brahmins were wealthy. Rumours spread that they left gold hidden in the ruins. Thieves started coming at night to dig. To keep others away, they spread ghost stories. It worked perfectly.

In 1998, Sumer Ram and his father were living in Kuldhara since they had no other options. One night, he noticed two foreigners with metal detectors. They dug into a house and discovered gold and silver coins. When he tried to stop them, one of them pulled a knife on him. He called the police. Both were arrested. The items are still in custody of the Jaisalmer Court.

After that, the government built a boundary wall around Kuldhara and made Sumer Ram the watchman.

People here still get judged, rejected, and ignored just because of their skin tone. This isn’t old history. It’s happening right now. In schools. Offices. Homes. Wedding halls. Most people don’t even see it in themselves. A dark-skinned girl eats lunch alone every day. A dark-skinned man’s photo is rejected before anyone even meets him. A comment section is filled with jokes regarding someone’s skin. This is racism. And India needs to talk about honesty.

The Girl Who Always Stayed Silent

Priya joined college on the first day with a big dream. She had a bright mind. She worked hard at her studies. She knew her subjects well in classes.

But something wasn’t right from the start. She felt lonely. No one came to sit next to her. No one invited her to join their group. No one asked her name. She was not rude. She was not weak in studies. She was not boring. But the main reason was she was just dark-skinned. In college, her skin color was enough for people to ignore her.

Priya started wearing full-sleeved clothes even in peak summer. She wanted to cover her skin as much as possible. She stopped raising her hand in class, even when she knew the answer. Boys face this too. But I noticed more girls going quiet because of their skin color. Dark-skinned girls in college become invisible. They stop talking. They stop raising their hands. They sit in the last row. They wear clothes that cover them fully. Not because of religion or culture. Because of shame. Shame that was given to them by other people.

Groups in college get divided. The fair-skinned students form one circle. The dark-skinned students are left out. This is not a small thing. This shapes how a young person sees themselves for years.

This figure appears outdated or too low. The India skin-lightening product market was valued at USD 327.04 million (roughly 2,700 crore) in 2024, projected to reach USD 560.96 million by 2033. The 450 crore figure may come from older data, but the current market size is far larger.

Stat 3: 1 in 3 dark-skinned youth report low self-confidence linked to color discrimination

No specific study confirms this exact “1 in 3” figure. What research does show: 66% of a surveyed Indian population said fair-skinned people are more confident, 74% agreed fair-skinned people are more acceptable in society. The direction of the stat is correct, but the specific “1 in 3” number is not backed by a clear source.

The Bigger Problem

Advertisements Are Selling You Insecurity

Turn on the TV. You’ll notice it within minutes. A dark-skinned girl applies a cream. Seven days later, she is looking fair. Now she gets the job. The boy notices her. Now she is happy. For so many years, fair and lovely, today called Glow as Lovely, sold this same story to Indian women. The same formula exists for men. Fair and Handsome. The name itself tells you what they think being handsome means.

These advertisements do not just sell cream. They are selling a belief. They teach children from an early age that dark skin is an issue that must be fixed. They connect fair skin with success, love, and confidence. And Dark skin is linked to failure, rejection, and shame.

India’s skin-lightening market has crossed 450 crore rupees. That number shows how deeply this belief has been formed. People are paying real money to change the skin they were born in. The world made them feel their natural color was a problem.

Social media made this worse. Open any reel or short video featuring a dark-skinned creator. Go to the comments. You will find jokes, negative comments. You will find comparisons. Dark skin gets used as a joke. As an insult. Those comments are not small things. Every dark-skinned young person who reads those comments carries them home.

What These Ads Are Actually Saying

• Your dark skin is a problem that needs a solution.

• You will only get opportunities if you are fair.

• Love and attraction are reserved for lighter skin.

• Your natural color makes you less worthy.

• Spending too much money to buy a product to replace something that was never broken.

Not one of those things is true. But when you hear it again and again in ads, movies, social media, and from family, you start believing it. kids grow up thinking this is just normal.

On the Field Sports Said No to Racism. Society Should Too.

In recent years, racist incidents in sports continued. Football kept facing racism on the field. In many European matches, fans said racist things to players on the field. People everywhere were angry. Clubs, fans, and governments all raised their voice. They wanted something to be done. The message was clear. Racism has never belonged in sports.

Football has been saying no to racism for years. Players take a knee before every game. You see anti- racism banners fill the stadiums. The Show Racism the Red Card campaign is seen all over Europe. Anti-racist messages are displayed in stadiums. Commentators speak out. One thing is clear. Every player deserves respect. Color does not matter and where you come from does not matter.

Sports teaches us something important. On the field, your skin color does not score goals. Your skill does. Your effort does. Your heart does. The greatest players in the world have all kinds of skin. Winning has nothing to do with color. It has everything to do with hard work and that’s all matter.

Sports fights racism openly. But in daily life, society still struggles to do the same.

India needs to think the same way, not just on the field but everywhere. Into classrooms. Into offices. Into homes. Into wedding halls. Each person deserves an equal chance and equal respect.

I recently came across this type of conversation and haven’t stopped thinking about it.

Ratan to Sam: Happiness has nothing to do with money. Do the things that what feels right to you. Your own happiness makes everyone around you happy as well.

Sam to Ratan: Be yourself. Nobody gets to tell you who you are. When my friend gets hurt, I hug him. I don’t know if it helps, but I still do it.

One man has seen love, grief and everything in between. One boy still thinks a hug fixes everything.

Yet they both arrived at the same answer.

Be kind. Be yourself. Don’t chase money. Take care of the yourself and those around you.

What Sam and Ratan teach me without trying

Three things I keep in my mind:

1. Someone may be interested in your current lifestyle. The young people desire to be freedom. The elderly want time. Whatever your age, someone at the other end wishes for it. What you have right now, someone else is desperate for.

2. You don’t need everything to go right. You need a few real moments. A few people you loved without holding back. Memories you return to with a smile, not pain.

3. The realest things in life are always the simplest. Be yourself. Be kind. Do what really makes you happy. Hug your friends when they’re pain. Sam and Ratan figured this out without opening a single self-help book.

There’s a difference between wisdom you read and wisdom you live through. Ratan has the first kind. And somehow, without knowing it, so does Sam.

But unfortunately, today in our society, caste has become more important than love. People still judge others on the basis of caste. So many relationships get broken, so many dreams are terminated and so many families are ruined just because of caste.

I have something special to share with you all today. It is a short story about caste vs love and two people, Riya and Ram, who chose love over everything, fought against casteism, and built a beautiful life for themselves from nothing. It’s a true story filled with pain, but it also carries inspiration and lots of hope.

CHAPTER 1

BEGINNING OF LOVE

How a friendship slowly became a love that neither could live without

Riya was 18 years old when she met Ram, who was 20 years old, on an online platform. They both started talking and became friends. At first, they talked like friends and spoke every day.

Riya used to tell Ram how she felt, where she studied, her dreams, and her flaws. Ram also opened up to her and shared his life story. Day by day, they became closer than ever before. Their friendship soon turned into love because their relationship was built on trust.

Neither of them cared about each other’s caste. They respected each other. Ram loved Riya more than anything else in this world. He stood by her side during her happiness and sorrow. Riya loved Ram with all her heart.

When Riya finally told her family about Ram, the house first went silent and then it exploded.

That was the first question. Not is he a good person? Does he respect you? Is he educated? Does he make you happy? No. The first question was about caste.

“All they could see or focus on was caste.”

When Riya’s family heard the answer, they slammed the door in her face. Her mother cried. Her father refused to speak to her. Her relatives flooded the house with opinions nobody asked for. The message was clear. This marriage would not happen.

Because for centuries, parents have placed surnames over heart emojis. They have put age-old traditions before their own children’s happiness. A boy can be sincere, diligent, and loving, but if he doesn’t belong to the “right” caste, it doesn’t matter.

That is the harsh reality we live in. And Riya and Ram were helpless against it.

CHAPTER 4

CHOOSING LOVE OVER SOCIETY

The night she left everything behind and chose the only thing that mattered

Riya had faced abuse from her family, but that didn’t stop her. She knew that if she wanted to be with Ram, she had to be courageous.

On one side was her family, her home, the people who raised her, and the comfort of acceptance.

On the other side was Ram. The person who knew her completely. The person who had never once made her feel small.

Ram used to do a small job where the salary was not even enough to pay the rent properly. He worked long hours every day just to earn money to provide two meals for them.

To support their home, Riya started doing housemaid work in nearby houses. She used to cook for others, clean their homes, and then come back to look after their own small rented room. Life was extremely difficult for both of them. But what kept them happy was that they had each other.

And still, Riya’s family did not call. The silence from home was its own kind of pain, dull and constant, like a wound that does not fully heals.

Now Riya and Ram are happy parents of a beautiful 3-year-old daughter. She is their happiness, and their reason for living. She is proof that their love was meaningful and true.

Today, their little baby girl is about to take her first step towards her new school. She has crossed many milestones in her short life, and each one teaches Riya and Ram new lessons about the life they have built together through love.

Caste is not just embedded within us. It’s is embedded in the system and in the pressure, we place on our children to continue something they never started.

TODAY’S TRUTH

In today’s world full of connections, why is real love so hard to find? Perhaps the saddest truth of all is that in a world full of relationships, dating apps, social media, Facebook friendships, genuine love is somehow harder to find and harder to keep than ever before.

WHAT DO I THINK ABOUT CASTE AND LOVE?

If you had asked me this question a few years ago, I would have had a hard time answering it. But today, I know what I think about caste and love. Here it is:

Caste, as an identity, isn’t wrong. It’s not inherently hurtful. It can be a part of culture and tradition. But the moment it is used to tear love apart, destroy a couple’s happiness, and measure how good or bad a person is, that is when caste becomes one of the most toxic things in our society.

Love chooses people based on their character and who they are as human beings. Whether a person is honest. Whether they respect you. Whether they are hardworking. Whether they treat you with kindness and respect. That is what love should look at, not the family a person was born into.

I’m proud of how far India has come. Education. Career opportunities. Science and technology advancing rapidly. The youth of India are learning and dreaming bigger dreams than any generation before us. But when it comes to inter-caste marriages, we are still not placing our children’s happiness above caste. And that breaks my heart.

Real love, the kind that makes you risk everything for another human being, is something most people spend their whole lives without experiencing. Riya and Ram found that kind of love. And they chose each other.

Part 01 A Simple Boy with Big Dreams

Gaurav Tiwari was born on 2 September 1984 in Patna, Bihar. He grew up in a normal Indian family. His parents did not believe in ghosts. Neither did he. He was a happy, curious boy who loved to draw cartoons, write small stories, and sing. He was not the kind of person you would expect to spend his life inside haunted buildings.

He studied at Kendriya Vidyalaya in Hyderabad and later in Noida. Even as a teenager, he had a lot of energy and interest in everything. He even acted in small roles in Bollywood films like Tango Charlie and 16 December when he was just sixteen years old.

But his real dream was to fly. He wanted to be a pilot. So, his father sent him to Florida, USA to study aviation. A safe career. A clear future. A simple life plan. But life had something very different waiting for him.

Part 02 The Night Everything Changed

It was 2005. Gaurav was 21 years old, living in Florida with four other people in a shared apartment while studying to become a pilot. One-night, strange things started happening in that house. Doors would open and close on their own. There was a cold feeling in certain corners of the room even when the windows were shut. At night, it felt like someone was watching them.

His roommates were scared. Some of them moved out. But Gaurav did not run away. Instead, he asked a question that would change his entire life. “What is actually happening here? And why?”

Most people run from what they don’t understand. Gaurav walked towards it.

He started studying everything he could find about paranormal activity. He read about psychology, environmental science, sound waves, electromagnetic fields. He reached out to investigators in America. He learned how to investigate these things properly with equipment and evidence, not with fear and superstition.

Before he returned to India, he was officially certified as a Lead Anomalous Investigator by the ParaNexus Association of USA one of the most respected paranormal research bodies in the world. He was ready. He was going home.

Part 03 He Built Something India Had Never Seen

When Gaurav came back to India in 2009, he did something that no one in the country had ever done before. He founded the Indian Paranormal Society (IPS) — India’s very first organized and scientific team to investigate paranormal cases.

This was not a group of people who came to your house with holy water and prayers. This was a proper investigation team. They carried real equipment cameras that could detect heat, devices that measured electromagnetic fields, microphones that could capture sounds humans cannot hear. They treated every case like a science experiment, not a horror movie.

His face was on the cover of Youth Incorporated magazine. A book was written about his life — Ghost Hunter Gaurav Tiwari by author Abhirup Dhar. People trusted him. Young people who were curious about the paranormal looked up to him. He was not just an investigator. He had become a voice that India trusted when it came to the unexplained.

Part 05 The Man Behind the Work

People who knew Gaurav personally say he was nothing like the serious, intense person you see on television. In real life, he was warm, funny, and kind. He loved his pet dog named Candy. He was humble and never made anyone feel small for asking strange questions.

He was also trained as a hypnotist and life coach. He helped people deal with their fears, their trauma, and things they could not understand about their own experiences. He believed that understanding not fear was the answer to almost everything.

In the first week of July 2016, Gaurav investigated a case in Janakpuri, West Delhi. A woman had called the IPS saying she was being haunted by multiple spirits. It seemed like just another case. The kind Gaurav had handled hundreds of times before without any trouble.

But when he came home after that case, his family noticed something different about him. He seemed disturbed. Troubled. He told his family that he was feeling like something was pulling at his mind, like a negative force was dragging him from inside. For a man who had spent seven years calmly explaining away other people’s fears, this was deeply unusual.

7 July 2016 Dwarka, New Delhi

Just a few days later, on the morning of 7 July 2016, Gaurav Tiwari was found on the floor of his bathroom at his home in Dwarka, Delhi. He was only 31 years old at the peak of his career, with more knowledge and influence than ever before.

There was a thin black line mark around his neck. The police investigated and the official autopsy report said he died of asphyxiation. They ruled it a suicide. But here is what made everyone uneasy — no suicide note was ever found.

His family refused to accept this explanation. The paranormal community was shocked. People who had trained under him and believed in him could not accept that this man and who had faced India’s darkest, most frightening places without flinching had taken his own life.

Even today, no one has a full answer. The theories are still alive. Some say his last case broke something inside him. Some say he encountered something he simply could not explain away this time. The truth, like so many of the cases Gaurav spent his life solving, remains unknown.

Part 07 What He Left Behind

Gaurav Tiwari is gone. But the work he did is not. The Indian Paranormal Society still runs. Young investigators across India are still using the methods he taught. The questions he asked about what lies beyond science, beyond logic, beyond what we can see and measure are still being asked.

When someone makes a web series on the life of a real person especially someone who died in mysterious circumstances it is a big responsibility. The makers of Bhay understood this. They did not turn Gaurav’s life into a cheap horror show with loud music and jump scares. They told his story with care, with respect, and with real emotion.

The story works in two timelines at the same time. In the first timeline, we see Gaurav himself. How he starts as a normal pilot student, how he founds the IPS, and how he investigates case after case, each one darker than the last. In the second timeline, a journalist named Irene, played by Kalki Koechlin, is trying to understand how and why Gaurav died. She starts out not believing in any of this. By the end, she is not so sure.

Karan Tacker is absolutely brilliant in this show. He plays Gaurav not as a superhero or a showman, but as a real human being someone who is intelligent and brave, but also someone who carries the weight of everything he has seen. You feel it in the way he talks, the way he walks into a dark room, the way he looks when a case does not make sense even to him.

The show does not try to scare you with big horror moments every two minutes. It builds slowly. The fear is quiet and real the kind that stays with you after the episode ends. The background music by Sangeet and Siddharth Haldipur adds a lot to this feeling without being too loud or dramatic.

I watched it at night and the scares felt completely real. This is not your usual Indian horror show. It respects your intelligence.

There are a couple of things that did not fully work. Some people who knew Gaurav personally felt that adding fiction to a real person’s story was not the right thing to do and that is a fair point. The last episode also felt a bit rushed after all the careful build-up of the earlier ones.

This is the story of how my football college comeback from just 1% hope and mindset to win the trophy and turn the impossible into possible.

Introduction

This is the story of my college football team — a team that almost lost all hope but never lost belief. It is the belief in yourself that keeps you going even when everything seems impossible.

Before the tournament, my college had never won the gold trophy in football finals. Many teams had tried, but the dream was never fulfilled.

In 2022, when I joined college. I was more interested in football than in my studies. Every day after college ended, I would go straight to the football ground to play. From 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and sometime even until 7:00 p.m. I played football.

Every three years, our college organizes an inter-college football tournament. In 2022, the tournament was scheduled for December 22. Our college also regularly organizes many sports competitions.

When I was new to the college, there was also an inter-clss football tournament.

So, my class boys and I created a team to represent our class in the tournament. My team performed very well and reached the final, finishing as runner-up. In this tournament, I also won the Golden Boot, which is awarded to the highest goal scorer. I scored 13 goals in the tournament.

After that performance, I became quite popular in the college. Because I played as a striker and I am left-footed. Many people even said that I played like Messi.

Inter-College Tournament Notification

One day, I received a notification from the head of the sports department of our college. The college was organizing selections to form the official football team for the upcoming inter- college tournament.

However, the selection process was being conducted by Alex Sir, who had recently joined the college as a coach.

After college hours, I went to the ground to attend the selection trials. I played very well during the trials, and finally I got selected for the team.

In total, 15 students were selected. But there was something surprising about the team selection-- Alex Sir had chosen only first-year students from the entire college. No students from the second, third, or fourth years were selected.

The next day after the selection, Alex sir called us for a team meeting.

During the meeting, he told us that the senior coach was not happy with his decision to select only first-year students.

The senior coach had said to him,

These are all new students and they also not have experience. How will they will face strong and experienced payers from other colleges?

But Alex Sir confidently replied,

I will take this team to the final.

The senior coach again argued and said,

How will they compete in an inter- college tournament? Why didn’t you select third- or fourth-year students? They are more experienced and stronger players.

But Alex Sir, calmly replied,

The team has already been decided. I selected these players after thinking very carefully. I trust my team.

The senior coach was still unhappy and complained to the head of the college about the team selection.

To resolve the situation, the head of the college decided to organize a match between the senior coach’s and Alex Sir’s team.

Alex Sir later informed us that after two days, on Sunday, we would play a match against the senior coach’s team.

Before the match, Alex sir said to us,

I believe in all of you. Show them who you are. Show them what you can do. You will win.

For the next two days we practiced very hard.

When the match finally took place, we won the match with a score of 1-0 scores.

After watching the match, the head of the college decided that Alex Sir’s team would officially represent the college in the inter- college tournament.

Inter-College Tournament

We began preparing seriously for the Tournament.

In inter-college tournament, there were 20 college team participating. These 20 teams were divided into 4 groups. Each group had 5 teams, and each group the top 2 team would qualify for the next stage.

After that, the qualified teams were again dived into 2 groups. From these two groups, the top 2 team from each would qualify for the semi-finals. That meant 4 teams would reach the semi-finals.

In the semi-finals, the top team from Group A would play against the second team from Group B, and the top team from Group B would play against the second team from Group A.

The winners of these two matches would then play the final match.

To prepare for the tournament, my team and I practiced twice every day — once in the morning and again after college. On Sunday, we also practiced early in the morning at 6 a.m. This routine continued for the three months.

During this time, Alex Sir assigned three key roles in the team — players who would help support the team and make decisions on the field.

First, our team caption was the goalkeeper.

Second the I was the vice caption.

Third Tyson, who supported me and helped make decisions during the game. take action.

Even with these roles, Alex Sir always reminded us that the most important things in a team are unity and discipline.

Alex Sir always told us that good teamwork bring success. Football is not solo game; you must play as a team. Teamwork divides the task and multiplies the success.

One of the most important lessons I learned during this time was understanding that nothing is achieved by one individual alone. No level of success is reached by a single person. Behind every small moment of success and every big achievement, there is always a team effort.

Start of the Inter-College Tournament — Group Stages

In the first stage of the group, the other four teams were very strong and dangerous. But we didn’t worry about that.

One day before our first match, Alex Sir gathered us on the field and spoke to us.

He said, ‘I don’t care whether we win or lose. When you step onto the field, I want each of you to give 100% of your performance. Let’s go and make the win. Anything is possible in this world. It’s all about mindset.

Do not think about what other people are saying about you. Instead, make them talk. Believe in yourself and smash the success in their face.

Whenever we had a match, no one from our college came to support us. Even the students from our own college did not believe in us. They thought our team would lose.

But we never gave up.

At that time, no one believed in our college team. But we went onto the field and did something amazing and unexpected.

We won our first match 3-0.

Then in the second match, we won again 4-1.

Very quickly, our team qualified for Group Stage 2.

In Group Stage 2, there were four teams in each group, and from Group A and Group B, two teams each from each group would qualify for the next round.

By this time, our team had become unbeatable.

In the first match of Stage 2, we faced one of the most dangerous team in the tournament. Both teams played very well, and the match ended in a draw.

In the second and third matches, we won again and finally qualified for the semi- final.

At the beginning of the tournament, no one came to support us. People did not even believe that we could reach the semi- finals.

But slowly, things began to change. More people started coming to watch and support us. This gave our team even more confidence and motivation.

In the semi-final, we played a tough match but finally won with a score of 2-1, which took us to the final.

Our professors, the Dean, and the students were very proud of our team, because this moment had never happened before in the history of our college.

Now, in the final, we had to face a very strong opponent — a team that had already won the championship five times.

And we were about to face them in the final match.

Final Match Day

This is was day we had all been waiting for.

We were in the dressing room, and Alex Sir came and said,

This is the day we have all been waiting for. No matter how much pressure you are under, you must stay calm. Do not overthink. Do not keep asking yourself, what if I lose? What will people say?

Instead, think, what if I give my 100% and win?

Nobody believes in you, but you must believe in yourself — that you can do it.

He then told us something very personal.

He said,

‘’So, what if I couldn’t become a football player? Just like the ball is passed during a game, sometimes in life you have to pass your dreams to someone else. This new generation will fulfill my dream.”

Then he told us something very powerful:

This is their home field. Their supporters are here. Go onto the field and silence the crowd. Beat them on their own ground.

In my opinion, Alex Sir was an excellent coach with brilliant strategies. His mindset was very different from other people.

Soon after, we entered the stadium. I saw a huge crowd. Many people had come to watch the final match.

The match began.

The opponent team was playing very well. Within the first 10 minutes, they scored a goal.

They were playing very aggressively and committing many fouls and tackles.

In the 25^th minute, one of my teammates was seriously injured, and unfortunately coach had to substitute him.

Then something even worse happened.

One of my teammates lost his temper and committed a foul inside the penalty area, and the referee showed him a red card.

The opponent team received a penalty, and they scored again.

Within 45 minutes, they had already scored two goals, and we had received a red card.

Now we are playing with only 10 players on the field.

Many of the people who had come to support us started leaving the stadium. It looked like the match was already over.

We were almost ready to give up, while the opponent team seemed to be wining easily.

After first half ended, we slowly walked back to our dressing room.

Second Half Plan — The Game of 1% Mindset

All of my teammates were upset. Many of them were injured and some even had blood coming from their wounds. Everyone was tried after the first half.

Our captain spoke first. He said that the opponent team had studied our game very well. They were playing with short passes and controlled movement. Their main intention was clear — if we tried to score a goal, they would stop us aggressively, even if it meant playing dirty.

I said to the coach that we needed to change our strategy.

After everyone shared their thoughts, Alex Sir finally spoke.

He said,

I need your 45 minutes. In these 45 minutes, forgot everything — forget what people will say, forget the fear of losing.

Do not think about losing. In these 45 minutes, I want your best performance. Show everyone watching this match — and show the opponents — that we have the strength to do it.

This is all about the mindset game.

Forgot that you are two goals behind. Forget that we are only ten players. The most important thing right now is mentality.

Play as a team. Divide the task and achieve the success. Change your mindset. Be confident. I know you all can do it.

The coach continued,

Outside the stadium, many people are saying that you cannot win. But I trust you and I believe in you. I know that you can and you will win this match.

He reminded us that hard work, effort, and talent alone are not enough. The game becomes easier only when there is teamwork.

No matter how much training you do, without unity and support for each other, victory is impossible. So always support your teammates.

Finally, Alex Sir said, something that stayed in our minds:

To achieve something big, you must cut out the noise and focus only on your mindset. Let’s go and do it.

Before we left the dressing room, Alex Sir gave us one final instruction:

We must observe the opponent carefully. Understand what they are trying to do, and then respond with our strategy.

Second Half Comeback Begins

Now we were all confident, and we all believed in ourselves in each other.

We changed our strategy and formation. Four players would attack, three would play in midfield, and two would stay in defense. With this new formation, we started playing again.

The opponent team was trying to observe our new strategy, but before they could fully understand it, were already observing their movements and planning our next step.

We began making short passes and playing with good teamwork.

In the 65^th minute, I scored a goal. The score became 2-1.

This goal gave our entire team new energy and confidence, while the opponent team became more careful and defensive.

Now they started tackling me more aggressively and playing a dirty game. One of the opposing players tackled me very hard and hit me in the face. My nose started bleeding.

But the referee only showed him a yellow card.

The medical team came onto the field, and I quickly put cotton in my nose to stop the bleeding. Without wasting even a single minute, we continued playing.

Suddenly, I noticed something important.

The opponent team had started marking me very closely. Two to four players were constantly surrounding me. They believed that if the ball came to me, I would definitely score a goal.

Their plan was to completely block me.

So I decided to use that to our advantage.

Slowly, I started dragging their defenders toward one side of the field. To stop me, they all kept coming to that side.

When I noticed that the other side of the field was completely open, I quickly passed the ball to one of our strikers.

He received the ball in open space, ran straight toward the goal, and scored.

Now the score was 2-2.

That moment reminded me of something important:

A great player is not the one who simply scores the goal.

A great player is the one who takes the ball to the position from where the goal can be scored.

Last 8 Minutes of the Game

Now the score was 2-2, and the match had reached the 80^th minute.

At this point, the opponent team was also under pressure, and they started making mistakes.

Now it was time to use Alex Sir’s final strategy.

During the entire tournament, Alex Sir had kept one player hidden to use at the right moment. His name was Mike.

The opponent teams had already watched and studies our matches very carefully. They knew our playing style. Before the final started, Alex Sir had already told me, “Alvin three or four players will mark you during the match. But they don’t know about Mike’s game. He will be our surprise weapon.

Alex Sir had saved Mike for the final match.

He had already told me before the second half that Mike would be our hidden trump card, and the coach was waiting for the perfect moment to use him.

After we scored the second goal to make it 2-2, we stayed calm and did not rush.

For the next 10 minutes, we are played slowly and carefully. We were waiting for the additional time.

After the 90 minutes, the referee added 8 minutes of injury time.

At this moment, the coach substituted Mike in place of one of the defenders.

The opponent team thought we were preparing to defend and take the match to a penalty shootout. They believed we had become defensive.

Because we had been defending for several minutes, their entire team started pushing forward to attack.

That was exactly the moment we were waiting for.

As soon as Mike entered the field, we slowly changed our formation.

First, we allowed them to make their attacking move. Then we made our move.

We passed the boy carefully across the field. When the ball reached the D area, Jason(defender) passed it to Mike.

Now it was Mike’s moment.

He ran forward with incredible speed. He beat one defender, then another, and then he shot the ball toward the goal.

The goalkeeper tried to save it, but he couldn’t.

The ball went straight into the net.

GOALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!

In the 96^th minute, Mike scored the goal that changed everything.

Now the score was 3-2.

Alex Sir’s strategy and our team’s mindset had worked perfectly. Mike truly became our hidden weapon.

For the final two minutes, we defended with everything we had.

Then the referee blew the final whistle.

And finally, for the first time in history, our college football team won the tournament and lifted the trophy.

The Emotional Moment

It was an incredibly emotional moment for all of us.

Our team’s mindset had reached another level. We never gave up, even when everything seemed impossible.

The entire stadium — students, teacher and supporters — could not believe what they had just witnessed.

In the second half, with only 10 players, we had defeated a team that had already been champion five times.

It was a moment of great pride for all of us.

The Lesson — The 1% Mindset

I want to tell you something form this experience:

No dream is impossible if you truly believe that it can come true.

No one can defeat you until you defeat yourself.

So, change your mindset.

Sometimes thinking too much can push you away from the real magic. When you simply decide to go for it and play with confidence, that is when the magic happens.

As A.P.J Abdul Kalam once said, to succeed in life and achieve results, you must understand and master three powerful forces:

1. Desire

2. Belief

3. Expectation.

A 1% change in mindset can change your entire life one day.

Trust me. Trust the process.

Anything is possible in this world.

No, one knows what will happen in the future, so why worry about something that has not even happened yet?

Control yourself and focus on your duty. When you stop worrying about victory or defeat and concentrate on your effort, fear disappears on its own.

Control your mind, and you can change your 1 % mindset.
