Another month, another journey, and somehow we are in the 8th month of 2026 ! 🌾

I just got back from a 2-week camping adventure with my family. 14 Days spent outside, and in close proximity to my four kids and husband in our tent trailer - and it has changed me (all of us, actually)! In a beautiful way. Throughout the bumps, the wins, the quiet and the chaos, I felt the whispers of the next Q222C stirring. Messages from the ancestors came to the surface. Codes of expansion ready for us to bring into our lives. 🌀

I often think WWMAD? What would my ancestors do? Maybe perhaps glorifying their ways, assuming they know best in every scenario. Their wisdom is undeniable. And with a sweet sense of humor, I felt their whisper say something like ‘yes, it is important to seek the wisdom of the past, but don’t forget to evolve. You are the current incredible iteration of this bloodline. You are sum of us all. Each generation, each family and person is building upon the last.’ As if to say, you are the latest version, a compilation of everyone before you - don’t forget that. Keep the wisdom of us in your heart, and keep expanding, keep growing, keep building on everything that has been laid. Seize the unique opportunity of being alive today, in this body, in this country, in this reality. And juice it. 🍊

As we feel the shift of the seasons, the changes in the air and trees, let us make space for our evolution, too. Meeting in the astral Quantum healing space, open to codes of wisdom and expansion from our highest and most loving ancestors, we gather tomorrow in the ethers of ✨zoom✨.

This week we met with our Higher Selves in our Quantum Healing Space to merge with her frequency in a greater capacity. With the intention of embodying the energy of our highest timeline in more areas of our life, more often. WWMHSD? - ‘What would my Higher Self Do?’ How would she stand? How would she respond to frustration? What would she wear? How would she solve this problem? How would she feel the most joy in this moment? What would she notice? How does she take care of herself? Bringing this beautiful, easeful, abundant vibration to the fore-front of our thoughts and our actions. Then allowing the juicy sweetness to unfold before us.

Notice the shifts that take place in the coming days and weeks. When you start to make decisions that come from the wisdom of your Higher Self. Notice when you get yourself out of mental loops, when you get the thing done that you’ve been putting off, and when you handle stress in an elevated way. Giving thanks to her guidance every time you notice the changes.

Thank you Emma and Cait for your presence and words. When we gather, it is such a powerful moment of co-creation, where we all add unique nourishment to the ‘communal pot’. All contributing and expanding our ideas, confidence, and consciousness. Its just so wonderful every time. Thank you.

Greeting Angels! Happy Summer 🌟

This Quantum 222 is all about aligning to our higher self in a greater capacity than ever before. Finding greater ease in embodying her every single day. Guiding our decisions. Nourishing our timeline. Opening our intuitive direct line to her with just a thought.

We will spend the call confirming it. Believing it. Feeling it. Becoming it.

We have been generally flexing this muscle for a year and now she’s calling us to turn it the good and meet her daily.

We want to connect with this energy because she offers the greatest ease, abundance, flow, joy, growth and pleasure. She is pure love. We are literally shifting into that vibration, with greater ease. We are giving ourselves permission to stand in that energy NOW. Not waiting for x, y, z. Not waiting for someone else to permit us. Not waiting for a certain circumstance. Doing it now, and allowing that energy to render our future in the most beautiful way. She wants life to be fun and playful. Curious and caring. Expansive and explorative. We are here to grow and prosper. She is carrying the torch and wants you to step into her essence. Every. Single. Day.

So let’s calibrate. Let’s allow. Let’s affirm. LFG.

Hello angels,

Gentle reminder for this evening’s sacred (virtual) circle at 7:00PM MT. We will be taking time in the Quantum Healing space to visit and sit with our inner child - I like to call her ‘Little Me’. As I have described before, time is not linear. It is stacked. Everything happening all at once. We perceive linear time, but we are learning with quantum research that everything is happening all at once. We are tuned into the current physical experience of our life right now, but our energy can tap into any moment.

The observer effect as seen with the double slit experiment shows us that simply by observing an event, the observer impacts the outcome. So everything we do (always with loving intentions ) in the Quantum 222 Club, is grounded in that theory. We get into a deeper state of relaxation and meditation, and using our thoughts and our energy, we interact with different space-time moments. We infuse them with our love, our compassion, our appreciation, and our curiosity. And then we feel it in our current state. That healed version.

When we sit with our Inner Child tonight, we will get to do just that. Look into her eyes and extend more love, more care, and more compassion.

June’s theme has been knocking at my heart for over a week now. A call to sit with our inner child in the quantum field. To be with her, hear her, and tend to her needs. When we do this, we tend to our own deepest needs. We access the playful vibrant spirit, and our truest essence.

We had a beautiful virtual circle this week with the Springtime Frequency Embodiment theme. As usual, we had a nourishing grounding meditation, some share time, a facial fascia release gifted to our body, then finished it all with our guided quantum meditation where we visited the most beautiful cosmic flower garden.

There we met our Higher Self to be guided to a place of deep nourishment. Remembering our own essence, and aligning to the energy and beauty of the natural flowers.

We had a beautiful time last night exploring the Womb Power theme. We chatted about what came up for us upon hearing the theme, and how we seek to incorporate the deeper connection with our own wombs. Thank you to Emma and Cait for your potent presence during the virtual circle.

When I was tuning into the field this week to feel for what is coming for us in the Quantum 222 Club, I felt the pull to the womb. In connecting deeper with this space, I am realizing a few things.

I’m noticing:

• it anchors our intuition

• it connects us to our ancestral lineage and family story

• it holds beliefs around worth and lack/abundance

• it communicates deep inner wisdom

And so, when I was wondering what the theme would be, and what I should call it. I put my hands on my womb and asked her, what should this Q222C be called? “She said Womb Power.” I was like really? okay haha… lfg. Womb Power it is y’all! 💥

We will work with our High Selves to tap into our Wombs on a deeper level in the quantum realm. When we do work in the quantum, we are collapsing time and and allowing shifts made to be felt in our present bodies, as well as past and future versions of us, and our lineage. The intention is to make the intuitive connection clearer and more powerful, and to create more trust in our body and our womb.

Angels!

Another month, another Quantum 222 Club! I am so excited to gather with you tomorrow evening in our virtual circle.

As mentioned in the previous post, we will work with our Higher Self in creating and holding a unique space to process our biggest emotions. Collectively, we are moving through major things. Individually, we also have our own complex and, at times, challenging lives and emotional landscapes, all of which need space to be felt.

The Higher Self is calling us to join her as she helps create that needed space. To hold us in our feelings with unconditional love, understanding, and compassion. By allowing our fullest feelings and our fullest expression to flow, we can heal and liberate ourselves. We can process our emotions and alchemize them, rather than be weighed down or restricted by them.

To prepare for the Q222C, I invite you to set up your sacred space. Everything is optional but some suggestions are:

• Light a candle

• Pull a card before or after

• Have some crystals or special items nearby

• Bring something ancestral, or an item that represents an ancestor to call in their loving support

• Mood/dim lights. We are entering deep altered states of relaxation and peace and tapping into all the senses really helps.

As always,

• Have water in a clear glass to drink

• Wear comfortable clothings or PJs

• Make sure you can be comfortable sitting and laying down.

• Bring a pen and notepad to jot down notes and experiences

The next Quantum 222 Club is a major milestone! It marks one full year of Quantum 222 Club. I have a tendency to start many projects without finishing them, and consistency has been a challenge of mine, so to reach a full year with the Quantum 222 Club feels major to me!

Many of you were there in the beginning, taking a risk, trying something new, believing in me, but more importantly, believing in you and your connection to your Higher Self. It has been such a cool, beautiful, gentle, and deeply expansive journey. It has been an honor to co-create with you all.

I love the explorative journey we have been on.
I love the sacred space we hold each time.
I love feeling like we are tapping into something magical and also very real.
I love feeling grounded, relaxed, harmonized, and aligned after each session.
I love getting to know you angels, and witnessing your expansion each month.

Thank you to all of you who join in on the live circles, and to those who tap into the recordings when that works for you.

As you know, I let my intuition lead the way for Q222C. I don’t fully know where we are going. Each month, I open myself up to what is resonating. What is the medicine of the moment? What is needing expansion, care, curiosity, or grounding? I keep my channel clear for pings and messages and go from there.

What I believe is that we are tapping into with Quantum 222 Club is something big.
We are connecting to our magic.
We are creating sacred community.
We are mastering how to ground our energy into Mother Earth.
We are feeling our connection to the infinite cosmos.
We are building trust in our bodies.
And we are aligning ourselves with the wisdom and frequency of our Higher Self.

I thank you for your patience as I navigate this new life; mother of four, in the newborn era. As I type this my little Lugh is asleep on my heart in a baby wrap.

The last Q222C was special for many reasons. 1 - we had two mothers who are in their first 40 days postpartum - it’s a massively unique and potent window to be in. Both Cait and I felt more ancestors around us than we normally do - it felt like they were around as helpers to bringing our little ones earthside. And around still, as we are in this new window.

One of our angel members, Jamie set the intention to give Cait and I space to share about our journeys to motherhood, and to hold us in this moment of integration. I shared that right now I can mostly give facts for what happened, rather than depth of meaning and understanding, as I am very much in the processing, feeling, integration phase.

Second, I had my cousin-bestie Abbie in from Manitoba. Divine timing to say the least - as it really felt helpful and important to have someone on my side as we did our first Q222C post birth. It was scary at first, but once we were in it, we were rolling. And magic was made - as always. She also infused reiki healing energy for the quantum portion which added some oomph and sparkle to the journey - we all felt it.

We left feeling like something potent and powerful happened.

I have been thinking about Quantum 222 Club nearly every day. Often feeling like I don’t know how I will show up for you all in the capacity I once did. This is to be expected though - I am not the woman I was.

On January 14th - not 13th, although it wasn’t the plan - my second son, Lugh was born. It was the first instance of having to release perceived control over something like the date of birth - even in a ‘planned c-section instance’. After waiting 16 hours for the operating room to become available for us, and after going 21 hours without food, they took us in to open me up and deliver my fourth child. I was cold and shaking from the spinal tap narcotics and lack of food when he was born at 2:07AM on January 14th. The before and after birth experience went nothing as I had planned in my mind. After he was born, it became clear that he needed help clearing the liquid out of his lungs so he could breathe. I was left behind the blue curtain to be stitched up while my baby was whisked away to the warming bed to be assisted by the NICU team. It was an awful moment of not knowing what was going on. I couldn’t see my baby was or how he was doing. Before this birth, I was told it would take 1-5 minutes with the APGAR test to make sure he was fine in the warming bed, but after he was born, it took more like 15 or 20 minutes on the warming bed, then my husband said “I’m going with him to the NICU, he needs more help”. I lay on the table with my gut open wide, surgeons and nurses talking shop while I shook and cried. After I was sewed up, my midwife came with me to the ‘recovery room’ which appeared to be more of a janitors closet than anything. I initially was getting text updates from my husband, but I wanted to be able to do something for my baby. I wanted to express milk as I couldn’t breastfeed him. My hands were shaking uncontrollably but when I used them to express milk they shook less. We facetimed on our phones and it was good and at the same time so stressful to see my brand new baby being hooked up to IV, CPAP, and heart and oxygen monitors on a small table away from me. There was this intense pain in my collarbone that was apparently related to gas which can happen with the drugs and surgery. I remember thinking I thought I was by-passing the pain of birth with an elective cesarian - I was wrong. In the end, and the days to follow I came to terms with the fact that the body wants to and needs to labor somehow when life comes through. No matter how you do it, the body will make sure you pass through that initiation threshold. To ache you break you restart you resurrect you shatter you push you birth you into the next version of yourself that you need to be for your child.

Here I am 15 days later, in that new(?) version of myself. A version I don’t yet know. A version that feels strange, foreign, scared, vulnerable, unsure, and highly emotional. And so when I think of my responsibility and accountability to the sacred Quantum 222 group - I have a huge bag of feelings. Part of me wants to throw the towel in. Part of me thinks I don’t have the skills or capacity at the moment. Part of me wants to stay true to my word, to show up, and to give and receive the medicine that we access here each time. Part of me doesn’t know what the right thing to do is.

I do know that no matter what I have felt leading up to any of the Quantum 222 Club nights, is that I always feel better after it. Without a doubt. So I lean into that. And I lean into the fact that realness is better than perfection. We don’t have to solve world peace in a night. We can gather. We can be. And we can attune to a gentle healing vibration, and that will be beautiful. And that will be enough.

My Angel cousin-in-law/bestie, Abbie will also be joining in, in person. She is lives in Manitoba and has two little kids so usually watches the recording when it works for her. I feel blessed to have her with me on Quantum 222 Tuesday, especially as I stand on shaky legs in this post-partum time.

The theme will be gentle recalibration. Let us gather, chat, and allow our energetic team to meet us in the quantum to gently recalibrate our energy. To bask in healing light, and to come out feeling better, more aligned, and more energized to take on life.

Posting this a week later really reveals the season. We are 9 days away from Christmas. 4 days away from the end of the school semester. And in our family, 27 days away from meeting our fourth baby.

Thank you for your patience! I was on the phone with another Q222C member who usually tunes in afterward and hearing that she was looking forward to it filled my heart with joy, and reminded me I needed to get this up.

This Q222C was as beautiful as the others. We spent time filling our energetic cup in preparation for closing one year, and beginning another. Using the elements of water and fire, guided by our higher self in our replenishment, we basked in healing energy.

I am contemplating doing a January Q222C, either a week early, or just pre-recording something I can share. I will keep you posted either way.

I had a beautiful vision of what we will explore tomorrow. After all these months of development, discovery, and expansion, we will take time tomorrow to revel in the energy. To fill our beings with codes that will fuel and nourish us over the coming year and the changes that will come with it. This particular quantum vision includes visiting a sacred well-spring, as well as an eternal flame.

I’m starting to get pings for what the final Virtual Circle of 2025 will be about. I’m reflecting on the past several months since we began these journeys, and it’s been such a beautiful adventure! Different codes, different groups, different sensations and explorations each time. Yet, we are all tapping in to this unique expanse. Gaining what we are meant to gain. Shedding what we are meant to shed. Sharing what we are meant to share. It’s been so fulfilling and juicy, truly.

This final meeting I feel the call to acknowledge how far we have come, what skills we have developed, and what purpose we are serving. The thing is, this is a very unique and niche group of women gathering and tapping in. I see each one of you and your unique and beautiful soul expressions. For the December 2025 Quantum 222 Club, our intention will be anchoring light. Acknowledging the beacon you all are, we will journey into the quantum to further anchor light into our bodies, and our fields, so that we can shine even brighter, and allow a rippling out to take place. From this place, we lead with our hearts, with full cups, with embodied strength and trust, as well as support from our higher self as we embark on the closing of a major year and the start of another.

2026 is calling us to step into the expanded version of ourselves. This will be for the benefit of ourselves, our families, and our planet. Taking time at our next virtual circle to lock in and charge up will assist us in maintaining our life force energy, our focus, and our intentions as we move forward.

As you know, I am allowing my intuition take the lead in the Quantum 222. My intuition knows what is ahead better than my logical brain. My intuition is connected to my future self, my higher self, my inner child, and all dimensions of me, and more.

It tells me how important it is for us to develop and wield our intuitive powers and gifts. It tells me the things we are learning here are equipping us for the future. It tells me the people who are here are meant to be, and they each bring unique gifts, codes, and energies. So, thank you.

I have also chosen to book a c-section for my birth in January. I was given the choice of only two 2 dates: January 13, or January 14.

I looked at my calendar and saw that January 13 is a Q222C night - the second Tuesday of the month! 13 is also a sacred number, and I loved the 1-13-26 dating. It felt aligned, and so I secured that date. I feel like I will also be supported by my Q222 Angels knowing it is our special meeting time. Think of us lovingly and send good vibes that day! I know you will.

We will continue back on (tentatively) in February of 2026. I will keep you posted.

Quantum 222 Playlist

Last night we gathered for the November Quantum 222 Club. It was cozy, nourishing, and intentional. Just what we need to regulate and adjust to the darker months.

Our Quantum Journey was simpler this time, and we spent more time feeling into and embodying our Higher Selves, and seeing our lives from that perspective. There is something so nourishing about just being SEEN by her, feeling her unconditional love and support - it fills parts of our soul bucket that other things just don’t seem to do quite the same.

We left the meditation feeling calm and filled with love from her. Encouraged to carry on. And remembering how vast, multifaceted, and timeless we are as souls. Maybe even tapping into memories and lifetimes beyond this current one. May the magic happen.

Greetings Angels!

Tomorrow night we will gather for our November Quantum 222 Club. For this Quantum Journey, my intention is to simplify to allow for greater depth. To take more time in the Quantum to tap into our Multidimensional Selves. What does that mean? It means, in our Quantum Healing Space we will take the time and create the space for us to observe our soul-selves in a new and deeper way. In doing this, we can expand on what it means to be ourselves. We can acknowledge and feel into ‘all that we’ are in the most beautiful and affirming way.

We may even tap into other abilities, memories, and even lives. When we zoom out and come to the place that is beyond our physical body, we can expand our awareness, and thus our consciousness.

After all, we are explorers. We seek growth, understanding, healing, and awareness in our explorations. And we do so always with loving kind intentions. With loving, caring protection, and with open hearted curiosity.

Over the last several months we have created a beautiful container for such things to take place with a very intimate and ever evolving group of women. I had someone ask if they could come for the first time for free, and I said no. In wanting to honor and protect the vulnerability and value for those who come each month, and to encourage a fair exchange, I protect that entry fee to our sacred circle. For the cost of about 2 coffees, we venture into energetic spaces that aren’t commonplace or basic each month. We are learning about the quantum, how to access our Higher Selves, and many other beautiful, real versions of ourselves.
