Zcash jumped back into the top 20 after a 500 percent surge, raising the question whether this is a quick spike or a real shift. Launched in 2016 by the Electronic Coin Company and built by early Bitcoiner Zooko, it runs as a privacy-focused Layer 1 using zk-SNARK to confirm transactions without exposing sender or receiver details. It keeps everything anonymous with encrypted messages and low fees near 0.0001 ZEC. The ecosystem is small, but more than 765 thousand users have completed over 15.75 million transactions.

At the core is $ZEC. It covers fees, rewards miners, and works for payments and P2P transfers. Its story has been wild. It launched with an ATH near six thousand dollars, crashed under 100 dollars in a week, and spent years drifting. Now that privacy tokens are back in demand, $ZEC has skyrocketed. With a tight supply, a growing user base, and room for a deeper ecosystem, could it revisit its earlier peak? That would be something!

New Bull Run or Cycle Peak? 🟢🔴
The biggest question in the air right now: are we on the brink of a new bull run, or could we be nearing a peak? Based on past cycles, the distance from bear market bottom to bull market top averages around 1,067 days, and about 532 days from each halving to the cycle peak. Right now, we’ve hit both of those timeframes almost exactly. On the other hand, Bitcoin has entered a more mature phase, particularly with the arrival of institutional investors, both private and governmental. It could reduce the impact of bull vs. bear markets. But whatever happens: taking profits near resistance is never a bad idea.

Hemi Is Bringing BTC & ETH Under One Roof 🏠
Hemi is a Layer 2 network merging Bitcoin and Ethereum to power the next wave of BTCfi. Founded in 2023 by Jeff Garzik and Max Sanchez, it connects both chains through the Hemi Virtual Machine, combining Bitcoin security with Ethereum’s DeFi strength. With over 90 integrated protocols, $1.2B in TVL, and a growing user base, Hemi’s ecosystem is expanding fast. From Airdrop to Aftershock: $LINEA’s Big Test ⭐

After years in development, the $LINEA token launched via airdrop. LineaBuild, created by Consensys (the team behind MetaMask), went live in July 2023 as an Ethereum Layer 2. Its mission is to become the hub for $ETH capital. Unlike other L2s, Linea automatically stakes bridged $ETH on Ethereum, generating rewards for liquidity providers. Its dual-burn system destroys 20% of fees as $ETH while the other 80% buys back and burns $LINEA, creating scarcity across both tokens.

Linea has fast, cheap transactions, Ethereum security, and over 10 million users. The network processes 200k daily transactions and supports 180 dApps, including Aave and Uniswap. With 700k users claiming the airdrop, $LINEA has a market cap of around $400M. It is not a gas or governance token, but funds builders, liquidity providers, and Ethereum public goods. Safe to say, this is watchlist material.
