Vibration Plate: I feel like vibration plates have taken over the Internet this year. I wasn’t jumping on this bandwagon at first, but now I’m second-guessing myself as friends have sworn by these. After our big summer trip, I wanted to do a quick roundup of everything I never travel without. We also have several little trips coming up this fall so here are a few that I highly recommend….

Magnesium: I can be a light sleeper when we travel (especially if there’s been more drinking than normal, which tends to happen on vacation), and my system always feels off from being out of my normal routine. I've been covering this sale for literally over a decade now and always use this as a time to snag a couple of new pieces for Fall, rebuy some of the same staples I shop year after year, back-to-school basics for the kids, and beauty products that are heavily discounted. If you know me, you know these pajamas are absolutely already on their way to me. They're like Eberjey but a small fraction of the price. I own at least 6 pairs now, and Ava even steals them now too. I'm obsessed with this leopard print, so they're an absolute must in my book.

These are the $39 leggings I have been sharing for over 10 years now. The quality and fit are a steal at this price point!

These wine glasses are already a staple in my household, and I was shocked to see them on sale, so I added another set to my collection. I found them in a restaurant in Cayman last year and immediately went home and ordered them. They're so dainty, and everyone always compliments them when they come over. You need!

Do I need another lip color combo in my life? Probably not, but this set was too perfect to pass up. I also snagged another for gifts for teens (because the birthdays seem to be never-ending over here).

I bought these PJ pants for Luca last year, and they're the only ones he wears. Super comfy and practical, so I just ordered this print!

I don't think I will ever pass up stocking up on this hair spray during this sale. They literally last me the entire year and are my favorite.

Speaking of hair, I will not stop screaming about this curling iron. I would rebuy it tomorrow if it broke. I love it so much. It's been a game changer and is a steal at this sale!

I love these sneakers for the gym, so snagged this new neutral color from the sale.

I live in this kind of pullover during the fall if I'm going to the gym or the kids’ sports. It’s so comfy while still being cute, so it's in my cart!

Since we're on the topic of Fall (yeah!), one thing I always am excited to shop during this sale is the jackets. There are some really great ones, but this one in particular is perfect! I love the camel and dark brown options.

These brushes are 100% worth every single penny. I'm not exaggerating when I say I own all three and have never lost a bristle! They're super soft, and the quality will last you for years.

I can't rave about this hair styler enough and can't believe it's a part of this sale. It will definitely sell out!

The denim is always an easy one to shop, and dark wash with the slight barrel fit is so my vibe.

Lastly, these no-show socks are my go-to. Not exciting, I know, but these are definitely a staple over here!

TV I’m Binging Lately

Something my girlfriends and I are always talking about is what shows we’re binging. I have to admit, I have pretty much always been a heavier show kind of gal. I never really watched reality TV or rom coms. I have always gravitated towards shows like Narcos, Game of Thrones, Peaky Blinders, etc. I have 1 million recs, so if that’s more your vibe, please let me know, and I can share those too!

However, your girl has gone down a rabbit hole… As soon as I watched Off Campus, I started spiraling and started watching all of the college romantic dramas. So if you liked Off Campus, here are four more shows that I’ve already watched and love…

These are the day-to-day items my family uses on repeat, from root cover-up powder to ice packs to the best underwear… It’s not the most aesthetic mix, but it def is the most practical, and I know you girls will love it as much as I do!

An Instagram ad sold me on these no-show underwear, and they're a must when working out (because no one likes it when your leggings ride up).

These lazy susans bring me so much joy when I open my pantry. I have several to organize all my pantry goods, and they are aesthetically pleasing too.

Another Instagram ad that got me... I will never wear a blazer again without these bands. They make styling the sleeves and keeping them in place so easy!

These mini ice packs are a no-brainer during the school year for lunches!

I can't tell you how many times we've used these hot/cold ice wraps. They're great for icing injuries and can also be a lifesaver when heated up and used for lower back pain or cramps.

If your kids like to play sports outside at night like mine do, I love these light-up cones. I feel like people fly down our street, so I like to have these out when the kids are playing basketball.

These heat patches are a must when it’s that time of the month! Ava and I both use them, and I wish I had found them when I was a teenager.

I reach for this hooded sweatshirt robe every morning; it’s so comfy!

I actually have been wanting to do a full post on kitchen favorites, but sharing this air fryer now because we use it daily! Don’t know what we did before we had this!

This is such an adult purchase, but this leaf blower is amazing! We use it all the time in our backyard and garage, and it works so well.

If you’re trying to train your pets, this pet corrector has worked so well for us. It just makes a loud noise (not like a horn), and the dogs immediately stop what they’re doing.

Barrel Jeans

You all know that barrel jeans are definitely going to be on my list! I’ve been rocking them for about two years now, and I’m still obsessed with this trend. This pair is hands-down my most worn. I bought it in both washes (size down at least one size; I’m wearing a size 23, which I’ve never worn a size 23 in my life). They’re also a great option if you want to try barrel jeans, but don’t want them super barrel. They have a nice, slight rounding to them, which I love.

I also just got this under $100 pair I’m obsessed with, they fit like a glove!

Hi ladies! It feels like the perfect time to kick off a wellness and fitness-inspired post, as I’m sure we’re all trying to get back on track this month. In today’s AL Edition, I’m sharing the at-home gym pieces that I actually use, activewear that makes me feel cute, and a few tips I try to stick to for staying in shape in my 40’s after two kids. Let’s get into it…

The Home Gym Equipment I Actually Use

These resistance bands are the BEST—there’s a reason that they have over 42,005 star reviews! I love using them for lower-body glute days and highly recommend. I find that this material is much better than the stretchy elastic ones that tend to break easily, and they’re so easy to travel with!

These weighted balls are a game-changer. I always get so out of breath when using them. They have several different weight options, but I mainly use the 10 & 15 lb options.

I do so many different workouts with these risers. They’re great for switching it up when I don’t really want to do cardio but still want to get my heart rate up. I use them for weighted step-ups, hop overs, abs, banded glute work…. You name it. They’re a staple in my home gym! I bought two more risers for each side to get a little more height, but it’s just a personal preference.

This weight rack is a no-brainer, I’ve had it for years. The hubby and I both use it and love that it doesn’t take up a ton of space.

These sandbags are another great weight option. I use them for hip thrusts, oblique workouts, and weighted sit-ups… basically all the things!

This oversized gym mat is another must for me. I only have a small corner of the garage to make my workout area, so this kind of makes it “my” area to my kids lol. It’s really easy to clean too.

Lastly, this inflated ball is another one that I use all of the time. It’s great for abs or even glute work!

Activewear That Makes Me Feel Cute

I always seem to work out a little harder when I’m feeling good in my workout clothes. Here are the pieces that make me feel cute and are comfortable too!

I shared these snatched waist leggings with you guys a few months ago, and I just bought another pair. When I first pulled them out of the bag, I thought oh hell no these are going to be way too tight, I’m not wearing these! But after I put them on, I really loved the fit of the high waist and the more snatched, fitted midsection. That being said, I did have to go up a size. I’m normally a 4 and had to order a 6 in these.

Love this cutaway top (on sale now!). It’s so flattering, and the mesh hem is too cute! I wear an XS.

And this pair with the ruched high waist is a 10/10! Also on sale now! Wearing my normal size in these, I just snagged another pair because I love them so much.

I don’t love the way Alo leggings fit me, but I am obsessed with this top and own it in three colors.

As for sneakers, I love these for the gym, and these for athleisure! I also just ordered these (love the color combo) so I’ll report back. I’m currently on the hunt for a new running shoe because the sneakers I showed above have a little more height to them, so I don’t really recommend them for running, and the ones that I use are sold out now!

My Tips and Tricks for Staying in Shape in My 40s

OK, lastly, let’s talk about tips and tricks that I kind of live by for staying in shape in my 40s (after two kids) and still enjoying life. I always get asked about fitness and eating, and if you girls have been following along for a while, you know I’m probably going to sound like a broken record. There’s no quick fix to getting in shape naturally. It really is just making an effort every single day. It’s making conscious decisions when choosing what to eat, how much to eat, what’s worth your splurges, and how often you move your body.

A new season means I’ve been shopping for a few new additions to my closet lately, and these purchases were too good to not share with you girls! New fall boots, designer-inspired bags (for way less), the best-fitting jeans, and sooo much more, plus some cute stuff for the kids. Basically, a random roundup of my latest faves that I know you’ll love too ;) Let’s get into it!

My Latest Faves

I’ve been wanting an every day, minimal style bag and love this one that I snagged this month. I was eyeing one by The Row, but this bag looks so similar for a fraction of the price. I find whenever I buy one of their bags I wear them for years and I’m very happy with this one! Also highly recommend my $79 suede Zara bomber jacket- wearing an XS.

Luca lives in these comfy flannel PJs pretty much year-round, so I just bought another pair for him that are perfect for the holidays and beyond.

Speaking of purchases for the kids, I always get asked about clothes for Ava (particularly jeans, which I know can be tricky). I just ordered this pair and this black pair for her. She is a size small. I also did a quick round up of easy tween basics under $25 here that she wears non-stop!

I was hoping I wouldn’t like this top because it’s a little bit on the pricier side, but absolutely love it! I know I’ll wear it several times this fall and winter and would also be so cute for Thanksgiving. Linking more Thanksgiving outfit ideas on my board here!

I shared these jeans a couple of times and HIGHLY recommend. I’m normally a 24 or 25 and I had to size down to a 23. I love the light barrel vibe to them and I’ve just been reaching for them nonstop… I love them so much! I just ordered them in the dark wash as well.

I’m all about the sweatsuit sets so this is how you’ll catch me most days. This one is so flattering and on sale now! I’m obsessed with the color. Wearing an XS in both the top and bottom for reference.

Lastly, I’ve been reaching for this 2-in-1 lip pencil on the daily. I can’t get enough of the medium shade and I just love this concept so much. I just ordered their eyeliner version too!
