Have you been feeling heavy this week? Perhaps with spurts of nerves or emotional bursts? What are you going to make or remake with these energies? Notice when you are heavy what needs to be lifted or shifted from your life? Where are you trying to hard or carrying too much? The emotional spurts - what is causing you anxiety because you haven’t given enough attention to it? What friendships, relationships, situations need some more loving care? Which can you allow more ease in or relax without needing to lean in?

All week at events I’ve been overwhelmed by the signs and this feeling of creativity. I still quite can’t articulate it but it feels like the world wants to push us to MAKE IT MORE of what we want! No more complaining. Less deviciveness. Less expecting others to become what we want. MORE creating the life we want. Take the reigns and lead your life in the direction you see bringing you joy, contentment and peace. This is a moment. I was driving on the phone with my bestie and known all over Los Angeles for her rescues, Nola Singer (Go check out her wine, Rescue Rose) figuring out when I could come bring over all the amazon purchases she ACCIDENTALLY had delivered to my house.

And guys side note, if you ever want to surprise someone with a little joy, I’ve decided it’s sending them some dishwasher pods and coffee or any random supply from amazon. I spent a day thinking I had blacked out ordering supplies. Then looked and saw I did not order so decided – wow someone knew I would need these and thought they’d surprise me. It was sheer joy just thinking about the fact that something so weird and funny showed up. I’ve decided I’m going to start sending friends random supplies from amazon. It’s like being a fairy godmother sending another into a bag of curiosity. Just a little thoughtful gift that needs no acknowledgement.

Anyway Nola accidentally sent DOG treats as well and we were planning the return…..when we saw this little guy trotting along – no owner no collar. Nola went into Nola mode and talked us through how to rescue him including opening the treats we had to toss out and lure him. This concluded in her doordashing us a McDonald’s cheeseburger to feed him while we finally leashed him from behind two trash bins(90 min later). My first time ever blessing the company McDonalds. We love you Ronald.

Also BTW after this experience I feel more than ever that those like Nola who help and support animals are walking earth angels. The blessings are dripping good points from the universe for a soul who devotes their energy to helping those(human or furry) who cannot help themselves.

This animal has become a purpose. One I didn’t know I signed up for but you gotta LOVE when life(eclipse) says – HEY this one’s for you. How are you going to give of yourself? Who are you going to choose to be in this moment? It doesn’t matter if all day long everyone told you that your dress was the most beautiful perfect dress for you and how you are bleeding and sweating through it. It doesn’t matter what work assignment you had today. It doesn’t matter if your logical mind says – this is going to complicate MY life. What matters is that heart longing truth says, show up to this and do your best and let heart lead you. And let magical angel friends support you. When the dog somehow got locked FROM THE INSIDE of the bathroom – I’d pulled the TEN OF SWORDS in the morning – here shows up my friend Bevin whipping out tools and saving the day. I’m so lucky to have magical and fixer friends. Bevin and Nola are both.

How is your eclipse pulling at your heart strings?

Mine is showing me where I tend to overreact, think others are doing something hurtful before letting the full truth reveal, showing me when I lose myself in other’s drama rather than being a strong force of love. Are you seeing yours? Trying to rearrange and shift your reactions? Acknowledging the painful way your inner voice speaks to you? I’m struggling but trying to catch as much as I can even if still stumbling through.

The highs, the lows? The hurts and pains, the expanding to allow in more love.

The pushing past old standards. The stretching to hold more pain as the mirrors reflect the deeper work for all our souls.

This time between eclipses isn’t meant to be easy. It’s meant to stretch and pull you apart to feel more, be more and show up to life with more life in you. Let’s all be more alive and allow the stretch. Heck maybe even plan for it. Because Life wants you to and as much as you think you have a choice, I believe the choice is in how you choose to move through the expansion. So go STRETCH! Love the big feelings – the exciting ones and the hard ones. Keep reminding yourself this is EXPANSION.

Honestly I cant imagine a better way to be in that moon energy. And I wanted to keep the magic rolling as we all ride the insane waves of what this eclipse is bringing up to help us uplevel - out of old patterns, sucking up and out that buried fear that’s blocked us in the past. This is a MOMENT ya’ll. I treasured this advice from Kaypacha around the Moon and astrological Trine (Pluto in Aquarius, Uranus in Gemini and Venus in Libra).

I FOUND THIS TO BE SO COOL. Here are your steps of what to be feeling into when you are feeling stuck or just wanting extra guidance this week or next few weeks!

1. What’s so great about me? This is the influence of Leo. What is that thing about you that you want to be in more? When do you feel most yourself?

2. Develop this piece of you more! BE IN THE CREATIVE energy of that. Because this energy is bringing up the mirror and in relationship this can really trigger those deeper insecurities. BUT when the mirror is your creation, WOW. When the mirror is your creative masterpiece, you get to see the HIGH LEVEL BEST side of you. Can you feel this? I FEEL it like WOW. OMG and i wrote that and this song came on. I’ll be Your Mirror. What if our creations were our mirror? We know our little children creations can be that mirror! I know my dog was my mirror. Sit with this and feel into for you.

3. Go show it to the whole world. I’ve been thinking back to my high school days and I’m not even kidding when I say that I used to have this goal to make every person i passed in the hall smile. I would throw energy out at people willing them to feel joy. Guys I just truly did this like it was my job. I only wanted a smile back. Or to know they felt me. That’s it. I’ve been really working to remember that part of my soul and bring her back out in the world. Enough of this jaded version who’s been protecting me and instead back to shooting out stars at others! What do you want to show the whole world?

4. Become even MORE HUMBLE. This gift of mine is for the world. Not for me to show off or prove something. It’s to SHARE! Let’s raise consciousness together.

So I read Richard’s message and all I could think is why is the word REPAIR following me. (Then I looked and this is one of my main keys in my personal chart so of course the universe is screaming it’s message at me!)

The night before I was at the Mahjong Megachurch with Jared Eng learning the point system. When you receive a flower tile you must lay out and say REPAIR as you replace with a new tile. Side note Mahjong is just the best and if you can get yourself a Jared to teach you, I know you’ll feel the same as me. You’ll be hearing more about this later. Point is I felt myself hone in on REPAIR and the layers of this word. You get an extra point if you win and yet you take another tile to work into your hand. You are fixing your tile hand to make it work.

Then this morning in yoga Joe mentioned the word Repair a few times in reference to the body and mind. I go deep into my meditation in my practice so I don’t remember the context because it was that good. IYKYK. What I thought is MY GOD my body is definitely in repair mode. I am showing up. I am feeling new pains and yet they feel good because it feels like my energy is expanding and repairing. expanding and repairing.

And actually OMG now that I’m writing this someone recently went on a rant to me about repair a week ago and it was beautiful. About the repair required in romantic relationship. NATALIE BRUSS! Yes that’s it. Natalie and her genius exploring and explaining the nuances of the word REPAIR.

Repair - To repair means to fix, mend, or put something back into good condition after it is damaged or broken. It can also mean to make right a mistake, or formally, to go to a place.

What does the word mean to you?

My message to you as such as the 7th Gene key shares - Where might you go out in the world not to guide or direct things but instead see where you might repair, might listen, might be present. Hi Explorers.

My zen master(Zhen Wu Astrology) says these next few days are a time of mourning and burials. It is auspicious to bury the dead he says. This feels deeply important to keep in mind especially in the metaphorical sense - what are you ready to bury? An old feud. An old fear. An old way of living. An old resentment. An old small you who didnt know any better and who now does. I can personally think of at least one of each of those and I’m really giving them some love and attention to support leaving 😂.

I will be sending out my dog’s ashes tomorrow on the year anniversary of her death to fully commemorate all of this. I thought I’d share my feelings here in case it supports any grief or mourning you may still be processing too. We are all in this together. And the older I get the more I appreciate a good overflowing of love - even and especially the loss in it. Because how can we really knew how much we’ve loved until we lose it. How can we grow and expand to our next way of being without mourning our sweet young self that we’ve outgrown. With loss comes new beginnings. I am here for all it.

Everything in my feed is giving vibes of the 4444 basket. Mercury is going direct. An eclipse is nearing.

And all i can think is you are pregnant with yourself. (I pulled this card from my Vision Quest deck and couldn’t stop thinking about.). What are you going to do to take care of the new you that’s coming soon. Eat healthy. Give nourishment to mind, body and soul. Get your home ready. When the new you comes, you don’t really know what they will be like. You can’t fully prepare because they could look act and feel so many different ways. So best to not have expectations. Be open to the miracles and blessings. Just do everything you can to be the best version of yourself so you can care for this new one!

Imagine the fun you’ll have with your new self. What you might do and create. But with no strategy or planning needed. Just the imaginings of a magical soul connection with beautiful life force.

You can keep life moving along at the pace and with the understanding you have now, but be ready for everything to change. The birth changes everything and for some people allows many things to continue on. But why not use this opportunity to prepare for an outpouring of abundant blessings.

On Tuesday I had 4 animal visitors - in the middle of Los Angeles where you wouldn’t expect it. First a hummingbird flew right into my doorway as I sat down to teach. (And actually before this walking through that door I saw a crow above, which I felt was this sign of clearing some negative thinking off me.)

Then 5 minutes after hummingbird(hummingbird reminds me not to overthink and allow spirit to guide the group), a baby possum came doddling out and into my kitchen….he’d snuck in the day before and hid. Yes this was a WHOLE to-do. But all i could think was SPIRIT IS CLOSE and speaking to me through the animals. (as Char and I screamed and then tried not to scare him!)

I went deep on Possum and want to share a message I feel is important for the collective. (Later on a squirrel came over taunting us. This might’ve been because we put food out to lure the possum out.) East Forest came on. Oh this is a beautiful listen.

Be with what is. What IS for you?

I mentioned to my friend Sophia I kept getting this message around grief and she said oh of course - in the Jewish calendar this is a time for grief.

When we want to welcome more love, more life, more of our truth - this means we must make some space. Say goodbye to old patterns. These patterns, habits, situations - they are ready to leave us, to shift.

Can you spend some time honoring what you are ready for, but more importantly what you are noticing is coming up now to grieve?

Maybe that grief is around what you thought was. Maybe that grief is leaving behind what’s felt comfortable but you know isnt aligned for you anymore. Maybe that grief is around feeling other’s grief and trying to fix them.

This is a call for ancestral healing. I am feeling it in my physical body as I heal what feels like generations of pain from my grandmothers and probably my grandmothers grandmothers. I love that the song Safe and Sound is playing. It’s safe to feel through the pain as it is released through us. If you are feeling this too, please accept it with open arms. Walk with it. Cry with it. Love it. And let it go. This isnt the time to try hard or figure things out. This is a time to be with what is. And love what is. Can you even love the grief now? Because this means you are FEELING. You are feeling and processing deeper emotions. How beautiful a soul are you for giving yourself all of the emotions?

Everywhere I read, it seems people are saying July is going to be a hard month. But my Explorer cards show this:

I read this as - you have a choice as to how to show up this month. And in that choice you can choose your dreams and growth. Growth isn’t always easy but what if you knew by choosing growth, you were heading more into the life of your dreams? What if you chose in the midst of the fight to turn to the person and glow up. Be the example of the light. Choose the hug. Choose to respond differently. What if in work instead of choosing to push or fight for something, you chose to just let yourself BE the BEST version of your absolute truth knowing that would draw to you exactly what you need?

And the message of that dog card -

The dog amplifies love in any home. The Dog provides the rare offering of unconditional love. No matter what, the dog will love you at your worst and best. All it cares about is your company and care.

Sometimes this is the more difficult choice - but this is the month where you will feel the reward. You’ll get the treat. So channel your loyal dog energy and give that unconditional love.

Coming to you from the other side of a 10 day Vipassana. I am finally feeling ready to open up and share a teensy bit. There is a lot. Yesterday I began by going to an open mic and getting into all the rules I broke and why they made my experience better than I could imagine. It was a bit raunchy - I will save that for a future post.

For now, I’ll say that setting aside the phone for hours, meals, days - any length of time can be such a gamechanger. I felt more in my body. I felt grounded. I felt inspired by the ideas that came flowing through. And I felt so aware of the negative story lines I have been storing up deep on the insides of my emotional body. I also noticed how much of everyone else’s energy I’m constantly attuning to.

I developed a new level of respect for nature and how badly by mind and body want to be connected to its rhythms, its animal messages, its way of JUST BEING. I would wake up at 3:58am just before my alarm. I would let my body lead rather than the mind. I didn’t question whether to walk the lake or eat the dessert - i just KNEW what my body needed and listened and did that. I noticed my thoughts so clearly and saw my attachments to the good, the bad and the ugly. I gave them to the earth. I remembered how much i love routine but also the respect for when I can break it.

I NEVER MISSED MY PHONE. I missed people but I connected with them in spirit. I had love letters to Char in my mind. I felt she heard me.

My June Playlist would shuffle in my head and I found myself singing songs I didnt even know I knew.

I couldn’t believe my efficient work-a-holic brain could be so still and alive in the open space of nothingness. I could stop and do nothing. And soon ideas, manifestations, visions, love and compassion would pour in from all sides. And other days, story lines of unfairness and frustration with others would crop up and I would see so clearly how I had helped CREATE those story lines.

On the last day when we were given permission to talk, I went out curious…and instead of talking to people, I sat on the bench and a hawk came and just circled above me as I felt my feelings and acknowledged his beauty.

I saw a hummingbird land staring at me from it’s branch and said - You’re Just so CUTE. And as I repeated it the second time I thought, Oh my God that’s how I used to talk to Bettywhite my dog. And as soon as i thought it, the hummingbird, flew up right to my face and eyelevel just stared into my eyes as if it was Bettywhite saying, see it’s that easy, I’m still here with you. I cried. I cried at the beauty of my love for her and how that love will always stay in my heart and be with me whenever I need to call up on it.
