I never wanted to be spiritual. I wanted to be myself.

Understanding how reality works is fundamental to finding real and lasting happiness. And I feel that true answers always lie deeper than psychological, mental, or emotional work. They lie in the realm of spirit. Of that which actually governs reality and gives life to life.

Going back to the source, to the cause of our manifested reality, is an initial step in undoing the harmful and dissatisfying patterns and events in our lives.

This work is less about becoming or transforming. It is more about being. About undoing what is not real and true.

Just like the sculptor begins with a piece of clay or stone, removing layer by layer everything that does not belong to his final vision, carving, shedding, and eventually stumbling upon what he has imagined from the beginning.

And so do we begin with our vision of our dream life, our truest self, with what is true for us, with what God has envisioned for our lives — then, just like the sculptor, we let go of everything that does not belong to this vision, one day waking up and realising — we are already living our heaven on earth.

We must be in the state of fulfilment, living our vision, having it in our minds and hearts at all times, even when the “stone doesn’t look like a final sculpture yet,” even when external reality still plays the old movie, the old story.

This is how we exercise faith.

Perhaps the most important ingredient to living a happy and authentic life.

We must realise that the “kingdom” is within us. Not somewhere out there, not in the clouds, or in the distant future, not after life — it is right here, within our hearts.

And what we call Truth, God, Love is nothing else but the substance and the awareness of our being.

By resting in the awareness of being — the kingdom — we get “reunited” with the Creator and the source of all, realising:

“I and my Father are one.”

And then everything God has, I have. Everything God is, I am.

And then we let God, the Divine impulse, move through us — bringing our lives, relationships, affairs, and self-expression into perfect harmony, into the heaven that we could only have imagined previously.

The more you let Truth live your life, the more harmonious, abundant, and loving it will be.

What I call God is the underlying principle of reality. Not in terms of religion or concept, but as the essence of being — the true nature of all things.

We must consciously participate in the divine creation of reality by willingly inviting Truth, the Divine essence, to live our lives through us and through the people we encounter.

Saluting the Divine essence in others, whoever they may be, will surely lead to more harmonious and loving relationships, no matter what happened in the past.

Allowing the Divine to express itself through our talents and gifts, in our business, finances, and self-expression will lead to a harmonious unfolding of prosperity, success, and growth. Because this is a part of the Divine Plan.

I believe that God has in store for us an experience of health, wealth, love, and authentic self-expression — and to make this a reality, we must allow our consciousness to be flooded and guided by the Divine presence, inviting it into every day and every affair, no matter how ordinary it may seem.

These principles, I have discovered, lead to a life of joy, harmony, abundance, innocence, and greater contribution to the whole.

Without even knowing it, we become the instruments, the tools, the channels for the Divine to live in this world, establishing more and more “heaven on earth” as a norm.

So, in the decades of my search to become more like myself and feel at home in my life, I discovered these principles that not only brought me all of that, but so much more — a sense of the underlying harmony of all things, being a part of something greater, living from wholeness, following my passions, and creating meaningful and beautiful things.

Without the Divine and our conscious participation in its plan, all this would be impossible.

But with God all things are possible.

To share with you these principles of living an authentic and happy life, experiencing greater health, wealth, love, and self-expression, and, most importantly, to create an atmosphere where real transformation is possible, I have created a live mastermind with a small number of people — Reality Creator — which we will run for 20 weeks, giving you substantial time to bring real and lasting changes into your life.

So, instead of creating an external authority over and over, and trying to please it, trying to beg it, trying to impress it to get what you want, the invitation is always to turn around and look within, come back Home to your being, realising - the love, the abundance, the fulfilment, the recognition, and the creativity are already here within you. Lately I’ve been reflecting on belonging.

Not the kind that comes from fitting in, being understood, or finding the “right” people, but the quieter kind - the belonging that exists before any of those things. The belonging that doesn’t need to be earned.

This is a reflection on the journey that led me there.

I am a deep thinker, fascinated by the mysteries of life and our true nature. I have never been interested in small, surface-level conversation.

For much of my life, I carried the feeling of not fitting into groups, unable to meet the invisible expectations of how I was supposed to be. That led to self-doubt, endless self-questioning, and, eventually, to isolation.

Yet that very isolation became the doorway to a deeper truth.

I am who I am.

And here, I belong - in being, in creativity, in authentic self-expression.

After years of seeking attention and validation, longing to feel accepted, I discovered something I had been overlooking all along: a quiet spring of joy flowing from within.

My attention returned to what genuinely makes me feel alive. To creating. To contemplating. To beauty. To truth.

The deepest wound I carried gradually became the doorway to self-discovery.

And, in time, I realised it had become one of my greatest gifts.

The gift of authenticity.

The freedom that comes when your life is no longer dependent on external validation.

Then I discovered something even more beautiful.

I am far from alone.

There are so many people who simply cannot settle for pretending. People who aren’t satisfied with staying on the surface or living a life that doesn’t feel true.

We long for truth.

We long for beauty.

We long for God.

And when we find one another, something softens.

There is nothing to prove. Nothing to perform. No role to maintain.

We can finally exhale and simply be.

What a treasure that is.

These reflections inspired my newest painting, Belonging.

It emerged from a quiet recognition that each of us already belongs to this life -not because of what we achieve, how we appear, or whether we fit into someone else’s idea of who we should be.

We belong simply because we are.

Perhaps belonging isn’t something we find. Perhaps it is something we remember. A remembering of the intricate oneness of life itself.

My life has been filled with moments of great joy and deep sorrow. Along the way, countless experiences - both large and small - quietly reinforced a painful belief: I do not fit in. I do not belong. I need to change. I need to become someone else, someone better, someone new.

Perhaps it was because I was placed in conventional environments while being deeply spiritual and artistic, endlessly fascinated by beauty, creativity, and the mysteries of life. Or perhaps it was simply my own mind weaving stories around those experiences. Looking back now, I wonder if life was gently pointing me toward something else altogether - not toward fitting in, but toward finding my own path.

What once felt like my deepest wound slowly became my greatest gift.

Because I couldn’t find fulfilment simply living the life everyone else seemed content to live, I had no choice but to embark on a journey of self-discovery. I had to find my own way of being in this world.

And as I did, I began to recognize the light of my own being - the unique spark that God had placed within me - and it was beautiful. The more I discovered my true nature, my gifts, my curiosities, my loves, and my own way of seeing the world, the more I understood that the way we naturally are is not a mistake. It is part of something far greater - perhaps even part of a divine design.

The way we dress. The music that moves us. The art we create. The questions we ask. The beauty we notice. Our sensitivities, peculiarities, longings, and even our wounds - all of it contributes to the unrepeatable masterpiece that each human being is.

We are original works of art.

To deny even the smallest part of ourselves feels, in a way, like covering up one of God’s brushstrokes. (Perhaps that’s a tiny crime in heaven... though I suspect heaven has a wonderful sense of humor.)

Ironically, it was the pain of not belonging that led me to discover everything I truly love. And through that discovery came something I had been searching for all along: the quiet feeling that I do have a place in this world.

This spring, I found myself sitting in my garden almost every evening, watching the wild geese return home.

Something ancient stirred within me.

Watching them cross the evening sky awakened a quiet knowing - that everything in nature has its place, its rhythm, its season. And perhaps we do too.

The geese know the way home.

They don’t question whether they deserve to belong. They don’t compare themselves to other birds. They simply follow an inner knowing.

And I believe we all carry that same knowing within us.

The more we follow what is true in our own hearts, the more naturally we begin to feel at home. Choosing environments that nourish our growth. Surrounding ourselves with people who allow us to flourish. Making decisions guided not only by logic, but by the quiet wisdom of the heart.

Little by little, we sink more deeply into the fabric of life until we no longer feel separate from it. We begin to recognize ourselves as an intricate thread in a much larger tapestry.

Around that same time, I read the poem Wild Geese by Mary Oliver. The title, the message, the timing - it all felt profoundly synchronistic, echoing everything I had been feeling.

After years of slowly releasing the need to fit in, I realized I had arrived somewhere I had always longed to be.

I felt at home.

That realization stirred something powerful in me - a tremendous inspiration and desire to express, to put this feeling into form.

And so this painting began to emerge.

It is a quiet reminder that each of us already belongs here.

That, as Mary Oliver so beautifully writes, we are all part of “the family of things.”

Not because we have earned our place.

But because we have never truly been separate from it.

This summer, I’m opening my home and art studio in the Swedish countryside for a small Creative Art & Yoga Retreat, and I wanted to personally invite you.

Over the years, I’ve shared my work through workshops, courses, retreats, exhibitions, and gatherings. Each experience has been meaningful in its own way, yet I have found myself longing for something simpler and more intimate - a space that feels less like an event and more like a genuine meeting of human hearts.

That longing is what inspired this retreat.

Rather than gathering a large group, I have chosen to welcome just 5–6 participants into my home, studio, and creative world for a few days of slowing down, creating, reflecting, moving, and reconnecting with what matters most.

The people who are drawn to experiences like this are often carrying a great deal. They may be caring for others, building careers or businesses, creating, teaching, leading, or simply navigating the many demands of modern life. They spend much of their time giving, doing, solving, and responding.

Yet beneath all of that activity, there is often a quieter longing.

A longing to breathe more deeply.

To hear their own inner voice again.

To reconnect with creativity, inspiration, joy, and the simple experience of being fully present.

What I have learned is that creativity naturally blossoms when there is space.

Not when we push harder.

Not when we try to become someone else.

But when we relax enough to listen.

That is the intention behind this retreat.

This is not a retreat center. It is my home, my art studio, and the landscape that nourishes my own creative and spiritual life.

For a few days, you’ll step into the world where my paintings are born, where we gather for Swedish fika, share meals, move and practice together, walk through the beauty of the summer countryside, and create in a space filled with art, presence, and inspiration.

You’ll meet my cats, explore the studio where I paint, experience the Swedish landscape in its most vibrant season, and become part of a small circle where genuine connection has room to unfold naturally.

You’ll also have the opportunity to explore the surrounding Swedish countryside in a very natural way — visiting small local cafés, lakes, forests, and nearby places that still feel authentic, simple, and rooted in real life.

Old wooden villages, quiet roads, local bakeries, second-hand shops, and hidden spots that aren’t curated for tourism — but simply exist as they are.

It’s a way of experiencing Sweden from the inside not as a destination, but as a living, breathing landscape.

Rather than arriving as guests at a venue, my intention is that we gather as human beings - sharing a meaningful experience, slowing down together, and remembering the beauty of a life lived with creativity, authenticity, and heart.

Together we will spend our days moving between creative practices, intuitive painting and artistic exploration, yoga, meditation, reflection, meaningful conversations, nature walks, Swedish fika, nourishing meals, and moments of quiet presence.

There will be time to create.

Time to rest.

Time to laugh.

Time to listen.

Nothing is rushed and nothing is forced.

The rhythm of the retreat is intentionally spacious, allowing each person to meet themselves exactly where they are.

My hope is not that you leave with perfect paintings or profound breakthroughs.

My hope is that you leave feeling more connected to yourself.

More inspired.

More alive.

More at home in your own being.

One of the reasons I continue creating spaces like this is because I believe we are deeply hungry for genuine connection—not only with one another, but with ourselves.

In a world that often asks us to move faster, produce more, and constantly strive for what’s next, there is something quietly transformative about gathering together with intention, creativity, honesty, and presence.

When we create from that place, something opens.

Sometimes a new vision emerges.

Sometimes an old dream returns.

Sometimes we remember a part of ourselves that has been patiently waiting to be welcomed home.

The experience is different for everyone, but what often remains is a deeper sense of trust, inspiration, and connection that continues long after the retreat has ended.

There comes a moment in many women’s lives when the life they have carefully constructed begins to feel too tight.

The roles no longer fit.

The endless self-improvement becomes exhausting.

The pleasing, performing, proving, and carrying everyone else starts to feel heavy.

Something deeper begins to stir.

Not because anything is wrong.

Not because she needs fixing.

But because life itself is inviting her into a greater expression of who she already is.

Women are not born to play small.

We are not born to spend our lives apologising for our desires, shrinking our voices, softening our power, or hiding our brilliance so that others feel comfortable.

But surviving is not the same as living.

There is a difference between existing and flowering.

A flower does not question whether it deserves to bloom.

It does not ask permission.

It does not compare itself to the flowers around it.

It simply follows its nature.

It opens.

Again and again.

Women are no different.

Beneath the layers of conditioning, expectations, and inherited stories lives a natural intelligence that knows how to unfold.

A wisdom that knows how to lead.

A creativity that longs to be expressed.

A sensuality that wants to be lived.

A joy that does not depend on circumstances.

A quiet inner queen who has never actually been lost.

Many women think they need more confidence before they can step into their power.

But confidence is often a byproduct of embodiment.

It grows naturally when we stop abandoning ourselves.

When we stop waiting.

When we stop negotiating with our own truth.

The feminine is not weak.

The feminine is not passive.

The feminine is one of the most transformative forces on Earth.

It creates life.

It creates beauty.

It creates culture.

It creates healing.

It creates worlds.

When a woman is deeply rooted in herself, she becomes a force of nature.

Not because she dominates.

But because she no longer abandons what she knows in her heart.

This is the invitation of true embodiment.

Not becoming someone else.

Not adding another layer of self-development.

Not striving for an ideal version of womanhood.

But relaxing into the fullness of what you already are.

Allowing yourself to take up the space that life intended for you.

Allowing your voice to be heard.

Many women were taught, consciously or unconsciously, that being “good” meant putting everyone else first.

To be accommodating.
Pleasant.
Easy to love.
Easy to need.
To care deeply for others while quietly neglecting themselves.

Somewhere along the way, many women learned to measure their worth through approval, validation, attention or how much they could give.

And often, this came at the expense of their own inner connection.

Because beneath the performance of “goodness,” there is often exhaustion, resentment, anxiety, numbness, people pleasing, disconnection from the body, burnout and a quiet grief that is hard to name.

A grief that comes from not fully belonging to oneself.

The truth is:
a truly good woman is not the woman most disconnected from herself.

A truly good woman is deeply connected.

Connected to her body.
Her intuition.
Her creativity.
Her joy.
Her eros.
Her soul.
Her inner knowing.

She does not perform goodness.
She radiates authenticity.

And for the first time, she begins listening inward instead of outward.

To her intuition, inner “yes” or “no”, direction, vision, soul.

She remembers her joy and her whimsy, her pleasures and hobbies.

She starts to radiate a light that is hard to name, but everyone can recognise and be attracted to.

It is the light of her aliveness - her soul living through her.

This is not selfishness.
This is sanity.

A woman disconnected from herself cannot truly love fully, create fully or live fully.
Because life force itself moves through authenticity.

The feminine naturally flowers in safety, truth, beauty, embodiment, creativity, presence.

Real feminine energy is aliveness.

The most nourishing women I have met were not women trying to be “good.”
They were women who were imperfectly real.

Women who laughed deeply.
Who felt deeply.
Who created.
Who rested.
Who honoured their bodies.
Who trusted their intuition.
Who could say no.
Who could be wild, soft, wise, sensual, powerful, devotional — all at once.

Women connected to life.

And paradoxically, these women often give far more genuine love to the world.

Because overflowing is natural when a woman is connected to herself.

Perhaps the deepest conditioning many women must unlearn is the belief that self abandonment is virtue.

It is not.

Living from the soul’s truth is.

Your soul does not bloom through becoming smaller.

You do not become more lovable by betraying yourself.

You do not become more feminine by suppressing your truth.

The healing begins the moment a woman remembers:

Her needs matter.
Her joy matters.
Her body matters.
Her truth matters.
Her existence is not something she must justify through suffering.

And from that remembrance, something beautiful happens.

She relaxes.

She softens.

She stops chasing worthiness and begins inhabiting it.

And from there, her entire life begins to change.

Because a woman connected to herself becomes an embodiment of life and force of nature.

When a woman returns to herself, something beautiful happens.

Not because she suddenly becomes someone else.
Not because the external world immediately changes.
But because internally, something shifts.

She remembers who she is.

She remembers her innate God-given worth, light, beauty, and wisdom.

She stops betraying her intuition, her body, her heart.
She stops shrinking herself to receive love, approval, validation, or attention.

And slowly, she begins to relax.

She realizes that her most authentic self — her essential nature, her unique expression — was the key all along to the life she longed for.

Reality begins to rearrange around her.

What she was searching for was never outside of her.

All along, she was simply longing to be herself.
And in that… everything was already contained.

Absolutely everything.

There comes a moment on the feminine path when a woman realizes that no external relationship, achievement, beauty standard, or validation can truly give her what she has been seeking.

The love.
The safety.
The peace.

So much of the suffering women experience comes from unconscious self-abandonment — disconnecting from the body, silencing the heart, ignoring intuition, over-giving, over-performing, over-sacrificing.

Trying to earn worthiness instead of resting in it.

But true feminine embodiment begins the moment a woman stops fighting herself.

When she softens back into her being.
When she trusts her inner knowing again.
When she allows herself to exist without constantly proving, forcing, chasing, or performing.

This is queenship.

Not superiority.
Not ego.
Not perfection.

Queenship is remembrance.

It is the return to the throne within.

A woman embodied in her truth becomes deeply magnetic — not because she tries to attract, but because she is fully present with herself.

Her radiance becomes natural.
Her softness becomes strength.
Her sensitivity becomes wisdom.
Her creativity becomes medicine.
Her beauty becomes an expression of inner harmony.

She no longer lives from fear.
She lives from alignment.

Open-hearted, yet rooted.
Soft, yet powerful.
Devoted, yet free.

And perhaps the most beautiful part is this:

Queenship is not something you earn.

It is your birthright.

You do not need permission to embody your feminine essence, your joy, your pleasure, your creativity, your abundance, or your truth.

Who you are is the most powerful frequency there is.

Not the version of you that is adjusting to fit in.
Not the version trying to be more digestible, agreeable, desirable or convenient.
Not someone silencing their truth in order to keep peace, approval, comfort or belonging.

Your true essence — in its most embodied, radiant and unapologetic expression — is the key to the life, love, abundance and fulfillment you deeply desire.

There is something profoundly magnetic about a person who truly trusts themselves.

Someone who no longer abandons their instincts.
Who no longer betrays their body to maintain an image.
Who no longer shapes themselves around the expectations, projections and fears of others.

And yet, most of us were taught the opposite.

We were conditioned to look outside ourselves for authority.
To seek permission before making bold moves.
To distrust life, our intuition, our desires and inner knowing.

We learned that being “good” means staying small enough to be accepted.
That speaking our truth may lead to rejection.
That following our soul may cost us love, security, relationships or comfort.

So many of us carry an unconscious fear that if they fully step into themselves, something will go wrong.

But in my own experience, time after time again, the opposite has been true.

Yes — following truth can feel uncomfortable.
It can ask us to release identities, timelines, relationships or ways of living that no longer align.

It can feel like standing naked before life.

And yet every single time I chose alignment over performance… life opened.

Unexpected support appeared.
New opportunities emerged.
More beauty, intimacy, abundance and depth entered my life.

Because truth has a frequency.

Life responds when we stop fragmenting ourselves.

Authenticity is not just a personality trait.
It is spiritual coherence.

It is when your body, heart, voice, energy and actions begin moving in the same direction.

This is where true radiance and magnetism arise — not from strategy, but from embodiment.

From allowing yourself to be fully seen.

The irony is that the things we fear losing through authenticity are often the exact things that were never truly aligned for us in the first place.

And what arrives afterward tends to fit the soul far more beautifully.

What follows is usually more honest, more nourishing, more reciprocal — more “you”.

This is one of the deepest intentions behind Queen Embodied.

Not becoming a better woman, but remembering the woman beneath conditioning — whole, magnetic, already worthy of love, devotion, and abundance.

There comes a moment when a woman grows tired of living someone else’s life, building someone else’s dreams, nourishing someone else’s garden.

She stops abandoning herself and gently calls her energy back.

Back to her own body.
Her own heart.
Her own life.

She returns to her inner home.
To the throne within.

And slowly, she relaxes. She softens.

She lets go of survival mode, of the masks and pretences she has carried for so long.

She grows tired of overgiving.
Overthinking.
Over-functioning.

Trying to be more beautiful, more lovable, more chosen, more enough.

Tired of shaping herself around the expectations and limitations of others.

And somewhere beneath the noise, a deeper longing begins to whisper:

Come home.

Not home to a role.
Not home to an identity.
Not home to who the world taught her to be.

But home to herself.

To the quiet essence beneath the performance.
To the woman beneath the conditioning.
To the truth that was never broken to begin with.

When a woman returns to herself, something softens.

The urgency begins to dissolve.
The constant seeking relaxes.
The nervous system slowly learns it no longer needs to fight for love, approval or warmth.

She stops trying to earn her worth through exhaustion.

She stops betraying her body to keep connection.

She stops shrinking her truth to be received.

And in that return, dignity is restored.

Not as pride.
Not as hardness.
But as sacred self-honour.

She remembers that her nature is divine.
And what is divine must be honoured. Cherished. Loved.

A quiet inner knowing reveals itself:

I am a child of God.
My heart is sacred.
My body is sacred.
My desires are sacred.
My life is an expression of the Divine pulse itself.

From this place, life changes.

She no longer lives from emptiness, but from overflow.

Connections become truer.
More honest.
More spacious.

She no longer disappears inside another person’s moods, distance or uncertainty.
Nor does she push her own way through force or control.

She remains with herself.

Rooted.
Real.
Whole.

Yet open, soft, relaxed — full of herself and full of life.

And as she nourishes herself, her well begins to overflow.

Her energy becomes nourishment for others without depleting her own being.

She glows.

And it is radiant.

Like nectar to the honeybee.

And paradoxically, this is often when her true magnetism awakens.

Not the magnetism of performance or seduction,
but the radiance of a woman deeply rooted in her own being.

A woman who honours herself.

A woman who trusts herself.

A woman who no longer abandons herself the moment longing appears.

This is not about becoming hard, closed or emotionally guarded.

Nor is it about rejecting men, love or devotion.

And it is not the kind of independence that says:
“I need no one.”

Quite the opposite.

It is about becoming deeply rooted within oneself while remaining open-hearted.

Soft, yet grounded.

Loving, yet self-honouring.

Receptive, yet whole.

A woman rooted in herself does not love less.

She loves more purely — without collapsing, controlling or abandoning her own soul in the process.

When a woman returns to herself,
she also returns to life.

To beauty.

To pleasure.

To creativity.

To the simple joy of being alive.

She begins to notice the way morning light enters the room.
The warmth of tea in her hands.
The sound of birds outside the window.
The aliveness moving through her body while she paints, dances, creates and loves.

Life is no longer postponed until someone chooses her.

For she is already chosen by life itself.

Honoured.
Celebrated.
Loved for the simple miracle of her existence.

And perhaps this is the deepest shift of all:

She no longer seeks anything to complete her life.

She desires to share the fullness of it.

From wholeness, she can love more deeply than before —
because love no longer requires self-abandonment.

She can open without collapsing.

She can soften without losing her centre.

She can receive without bargaining away her truth.

This is what feminine embodiment truly means to me.

Not perfection.
Not performing femininity.
Not becoming spiritually “good.”

But becoming deeply, honestly connected to oneself.

Living from truth instead of survival.

Living from presence instead of performance.

Living from the fullness already here.

And from this place…
life begins to flower naturally.

Like spring after a long winter.

Like a rose opening toward the sun.

Effortlessly.
Naturally.
Freely.

Because this is who she already is.

Divine Union original painting

There is a kind of love we spend our lives searching for.

In another person.
In the perfect moment.
In the one who will finally see us, hold us, choose us, meet us.

And yet, the deepest love does not arrive from the outside.

It is remembered.

It rises from within like a hidden sun.

It reveals itself when the inner walls soften…
when the longing becomes prayer…
when the masculine and feminine within us stop fighting, stop reaching, stop running —
and begin to bow to one another meeting in union.

Rumi wrote:

“The minute I heard my first love story,
I started looking for you, not knowing
how blind that was.
Lovers don’t finally meet somewhere,
they’re in each other all along…”

This is the essence of Divine Union.

Not the fantasy of completion through another,
but the revelation that love has always lived inside the temple of our own being.

The beloved is not only a person.

The beloved is a frequency.
A remembrance.
A mirror of the Divine.

Another human being comes into our life and awakens this remembrance. They touch places in us we did not know were waiting to be opened. They reveal our tenderness, our fear, our devotion, our beauty, our longing to merge with life itself.

True Union is like coming Home.

To become so rooted in our own heart,
so intimate with our own soul,
so surrendered to the Divine within,
that love no longer feels like something we must chase.

It is what we are.

For many years, I have felt that a painting can be more than an image.

It can be a portal.
A mirror.
A transmission.
A living field of remembrance.

A painting can hold something words cannot fully touch.

It can speak directly to the soul.

There was a moment, years ago, when a vision first arrived…

A vision of capturing someone’s true essence —
their energetic blueprint —
as a living transmission in the form of an artwork.

Not just a painting…
but a portal.

A remembrance.

A meeting with one’s self.

Touching someone’s soul,
igniting their heart,
awakening the remembrance of who they truly are…

This is something that has always lit my heart with a quiet fire.

There is something profoundly sacred
in witnessing the beauty and the divine in another being.

To be invited into that space —
to create something so intimate, so personal —

So much of our life is spent trying to achieve something, to become someone better. We search for happiness, love, completion and ultimately for ourselves - everywhere outside of us, yet so rarely within.

What if abundance is not something we chase, but something revealed
when we soften out of lack and let life move through us again?

When I look at nature, I am astonished.

Everything moves, grows, flourishes — and yet it does not seem to strive or force.

There is abundance everywhere in nature.

It replenishes itself. Celebrates itself.

Each year, a new harvest comes.
New fruits ripen.

The same nature is moving through us.

It restores our bodies, heals them, it beats our hearts and brings bread to our table. It gives us energy and ideas to create and share our gifts and knowledge, to tend to our homes and gardens.

So much of what we consider abundance to be is not only money.

It is that, in the first place, what gives money any meaning or substance.

And that true value lies in consciousness, nature and life force itself.

When we place the treasure upon the life itself buzzing within us, and recognize — this is abundance, our reality, as if unveiled, begins to show us more and more miracles of existence.

In fact, it always is present.

Yet not always recognised.

Our conditioned human way of living so often seems to come from subtle strain or feeling of lack — a way of creating, living, loving that is shaped by the quiet belief that something is missing.

That feeling comes from disconnection from the source of abundance and life itself. Not from the actual fact that something is missing.

Abundance begins in being. In wholeness. In stillness.

In the remembrance that life itself is already moving, already giving, already alive.

And that we, too, belong to this movement.

And from that ideas arise, actions are taken, projects are being inspired, support appears.

Abundance is natural. It is the starting point.

It is what begins to shine when we are no longer in resistance with life.

The sun does not come begging
to make the earth spin.

It shines.

And so life is.

Abundance is not a reward. It is the ground. The ground of being.

The quiet truth beneath the noise of self-improvement, fear, proving, comparing and lack.

To remember that abundance is the nature of our being is not to deny human need. It is simply to stop perceiving one’s life from the premise of deficiency.

And from there, something changes. In us, and with that in our lives.

What we call abundance does not begin in the visible world.

Before it appears as money, support, opportunity, nourishment, home, companionship or idea it exists invisibly.

Its source is Spirit.

A hidden fullness.
An unseen wholeness.
The quiet substance of being itself.

The visible is not the source.

It is the expression.

This is why appearances can be so misleading.

The outer world may suggest delay, absence, uncertainty or lack.

And if we live only by appearances, fear easily takes hold.

We look at circumstances and conclude that abundance is not here, that life is not giving, that something has gone wrong and we must try harder.

But Spirit is not absent because form has not yet appeared.

The deeper source remains whole.

It is only asking for our invincible trust and clear seeing.

Invisible supply is Spirit itself.

And when we become quiet enough to realize this — something in us begins to rest.

We no longer beg life to become abundant.

We begin to realize that we are not separate from the source of abundance.

And from that realization, form begins to shift.

What was unseen takes shape.

What was inward appears outwardly.

What was invisible in essence becomes visible in expression through alignment and realization.

Through the soft dissolving of the belief that we are separate from Source.

Visible abundance, then, is not something we create.

It is the flowering in form of a fullness already present in Spirit.

And perhaps this is why so much striving exhausts us: we are trying to force into existence what can only truly appear through deeper union, deeper trust, deeper remembrance.

A coming back Home.

We begin to notice beauty that has already been here.

Kindness and love that was here all along.

Abundance is no longer about accumulation.

But about living.

Living fully each moment.

With gratitude and awe.

And so life begins to enrich us in ways the mind could not have predicted.

A moment of rest brings clarity. A conversation opens a hidden door.

A poem arrives. A right invitation appears.

It’s not always according to our plans, but often more wisely than our plans.

Because the river of life is wiser than the frightened mind.

It knows where to flow.

It knows how to nourish what is ready to receive.

Now actions arise from overflow rather than deficiency.

From love rather than fear.

From wholeness rather than self-rejection.

This is a holy shift.

Because what comes from lack has one kind of energy and what comes from wholeness has another.

One is saying, “Maybe if I do enough, I may finally receive.”

The other knows, “Abundance is already here.”

Abundance is sacred because it the natural circulation of life.

Life fills us so that life may move through us.

A nourished heart loves differently.

A nourished artist creates differently.

A nourished woman carries herself differently.

A nourished being becomes a blessing to the world.

It wants to play, imagine, and create.
It knows how to love deeply and how to rest well.
It is so full of itself, it overflows.

It is one with nature, one with life.

It is not static, yet omnipresent.
Ever-unfolding, yet unchanging.
It is — and therefore all things are.

It is Love, wanting to touch all things with its presence.
Care, wanting to nurture.
Presence, knowing how to heal.
Wisdom, permeating every ordinary action

It wants to create beauty and marvel at it.
To express, and then to love its creation.

For a long time, I believed spirituality was some kind of escape from life.
A transcendence of the human.
A moving away from the world.

But later I found that true spirituality is not a withdrawal from life.

It is a full flowering into it.

The God I know is not judging.
It never condemns or withholds.

It shines, always — just like the sun.
And so the earth spins.
And so life is.

It is the creative principle of the universe.

There was a time when I did not paint.
A time when inspiration felt absent.
When I did not know my purpose, or have a clear vision.

A time when I did not make space to dance, to create, to notice beauty, or to devote myself to what I loved.

Outwardly, my life looked good.
But it lacked soul.
It lacked depth.

And ultimately, it lacked God.

I did not yet feel God dancing in me.

There were problems and challenges, and I did not understand that so much of my suffering came from not recognizing the divine presence already here — already living through me, already shining all around me.

My actions did not arise from the universal pulse of love.
They were manufactured by thought.

It took many years to discover that God was already present here, closer than my breath, through spiritual teachings and meditation.

Yet it has been here all along.

I only needed to “wipe the window”.

He who has eyes to see, let him see”. — Jesus Christ

And then something began to return naturally:

sense of wonder,
awe,
creativity,
love,
the desire to create beauty,
the longing to share my heart.

It all began to outpour me as the natural consequence of remembering.

Creativity is not something we do.
It is something we are.

For the great Artist lives nowhere else but through us.

And now, a life of beauty feels natural again.

I begin to notice that this is how nature lives.

These principles are everywhere:

a flower opening,
wind moving through trees,
a bird singing at dawn,
a dolphin leaping from joy,
a spider weaving a web like a masterpiece.

Our impulse to create, to celebrate, to rejoice, to share, to move, to love — is nothing less than the Divine wanting to know itself in form.

Children know it.
Animals know it.

We know it too.

It is an inborn instinct.

And yet, we forget.

Then life asks us to unclench.
To loosen our grip.
To soften enough that love and beauty may begin to live us again.

Until we are being danced.

The dance is happening.
The painting is painting itself.
The story is being told through your lips.

And all you ever really do is witness it.

You are the witness of the theatre of life.

And life is unfolding before you —
for your wonder,
for your participation,
for your enjoyment.

The quiet rhythm
of life:

to root
in order to bloom,
to rest
in order to shine,
to fall
in order to rise.

Have you noticed how everything in nature begins in stillness?

Before the flower opens,
before the fruit appears,
before the tree stretches toward the sky—

there are roots quietly growing in the dark.

Nature never rushes the bloom.

It deepens first.

And perhaps our lives are not so different.

We often long to blossom immediately — to express, to shine, to share our gifts with the world.

Yet life seems to move in its own mysterious rhythm.

There are seasons when everything expands and flows.

And there are seasons when we are invited inward — to rest, to root, to grow beneath the surface where no one can see.

These seasons can feel confusing if we do not understand their purpose.

But in nature, nothing blooms without first learning how to root.

Root to Bloom

In nature, nothing blooms before it roots.

A flower does not begin with its petals.

Even our lives begin this way— in the dark, warm womb, growing quietly before we ever see the light.

Life itself seems to understand this rhythm:

first depth,
then emergence,
then bloom.

Yet in our human lives we often try to reverse this order.

We want the bloom without the rooting.
The expression without the grounding.
The radiance without the resting.

We want the flower
before we have learned
how to be soil—

raw,
naked,
undivided presence of being.

But life does not move this way.

Life moves in richness and depths of the seasons.

There are seasons of blossoming—
when ideas flow easily,
when creativity pours through us,
when love radiates outward.

And there are seasons of stillness. Rest. Reorientation.
Even uncertainty or falling apart.

Seasons where it feels like nothing is happening.

Yet beneath the surface,
something very important is taking place.

Roots are growing,
deepening into the soil.

The maturation of our essence
is quietly unfolding—
so we may embody
more of the mystery
of who we are.

The soul is widening its ground.

So the branches can grow wider.

Nature understands this rhythm perfectly.

After winter the soil lies bare and open.
Nothing seems to be happening.

And yet this openness is exactly what allows new life to come.

The soil does not rush toward spring.

Nothing sacred hurries.

It rests. It receives.

And when the conditions are right, the seeds awaken.

Perhaps our lives are not meant to bloom constantly.

Perhaps blooming is only one part of a larger movement.

To root
in order to bloom.

To rest
in order to shine.

To fall
in order to rise.

When we trust this rhythm, something relaxes.

We no longer measure our life by how visible our blossoms are.

Instead, we begin to love every single moment of this wild and precious life.

Because here we are — being alive. And that is a miracle in itself.

When we trust the rhythm of life, something softens inside us.

We stop forcing life.

Instead we begin to honour each moment, and the invisible work of the Great master is taking place:

the rooting,

Perhaps every season — even the quiet and uncertain ones — is guiding us toward a deeper being.

Root first.

But there is also a quieter one— the path of beauty.

A flower, a face, a moment of light can suddenly open the heart and reveal the sacredness of life.

Beauty is often dismissed as something superficial.

A luxury.
A decoration.

But in truth, beauty has always been one of the most ancient doorways into the sacred.

As though the Divine speaks in beauty—whispering to us, reminding us of who we are.

Beauty has the quiet power to stop us in the middle of our day.

A flower opening in the morning light.
The golden glow of sunset touching a wall.
The softness of a human face resting in peace.

In these moments something within us becomes still.

Our heart softens.

Beauty naturally awakens presence.

Beauty awakens perception

When we encounter beauty, something inside us relaxes.

For a moment the mind stops comparing, analyzing, improving.

There is simply a recognition:

Ah. This moment is enough.

Beauty does not add anything to life.

It reveals what was already here.

That is why beauty has always been connected to the sacred.

In ancient temples, gardens, poetry and art, beauty was not considered a luxury.

It was considered a doorway.

A way of awakening perception.
A way of remembering the divine nature of existence.

Beauty opens the heart not through effort, but through resonance.

The Natural Way

Beauty belongs to a deeper intelligence than the analytical mind.

It belongs to the natural intelligence of life.

An intelligence that moves through the body, through intuition, through sensation.

You do not calculate beauty.

You feel it.

The body softens.
The breath deepens.
The heart opens.

In that moment you are not separate from life.

You are participating in its harmony.

Beauty dissolves the illusion that the world is ordinary.

Suddenly everything becomes luminous.

A cup of tea.
A ray of sunlight.
The sound of wind in the trees.

Nothing has changed.

Yet everything feels sacred.

Beauty as devotion

For an artist, beauty becomes more than something we perceive.

It becomes something we serve.

True art is not the act of inventing beauty.

It is the act of listening for it.

Waiting.
Feeling.
Allowing life to move through the body and express itself.

In this way creativity becomes a form of devotion.

Not devotion to perfection.

But devotion to the subtle intelligence that wants to express itself through color, form, movement and sound.

When we create from this place, art is no longer self-expression alone.

It becomes participation in the unfolding of life.

Creating from essence

There is a deeper way of creating.

Not from effort.
Not from trying to impress or prove something.

But from essence.

When we relax into our true nature, something very simple begins to happen.

Love moves.

Beauty moves.

Life itself begins to express through our hands, our voice, our presence.

Art then is no longer something we “make”.

It becomes something that flows through us.

The brush moves.
A poem arrives.
A melody appears.

Creation becomes a natural extension of being.

This way of creating is something I often explore with artists and seekers who feel the longing to express life from a deeper place — where art becomes not just a skill, but a doorway into presence, intuition and awakening.

In this way, art becomes an expression of love.

Not love as an emotion alone, but love as the living intelligence that animates existence.

When we create from essence, our art carries a different quality.

It is not trying to be impressive.

It is alive.

It carries presence.
It carries beauty.
It carries truth.

People may not always know why they feel touched by it.

But something in them recognizes the same essence.

Because the deepest art does not speak only to the mind.

It speaks from being to being.

The artist within you

Every human being carries the seed of the artist.

Not necessarily in the professional sense.

But in the deeper sense:

The one who perceives beauty.
The one who responds to life with creativity.
The one who allows life to express itself through them.

To live as an awakened artist is not only to make art.

It is to live beautifully.

To walk through life with open senses.

To allow beauty, truth and love to move through your presence.

When consciousness awakens, creativity flowers.

And when creativity becomes conscious, it becomes a path of awakening.

Art becomes a sacred dialogue between the invisible and the visible.

A way for the soul of life to speak through form.

The Awakened Artist Journey

You are not here to force your blooming.

You are here to relax
into the flowering
of what you already are.

The Flowering of Being
is not what we often think.

Flowers are often used as symbols of awakening —
the peak of evolution,
the highest expression of life.

A blossom.
A quiet moment of arrival.

But what is often missed
is that flowering is never forced.

It happens on its own.

Because it is the nature of life.

A flower does not bloom because it tried harder.
It does not bloom because it improved itself.

Flowering happens
as a natural consequence of being.

Many of us try to force our own blooming.

We try to change circumstances.
Fix ourselves.
Improve who we are.

As if a flower, still resting in the seed,
could skip winter and spring
and jump straight into summer.

But life does not work that way.

Opening happens through surrender.

Through a deep relaxation into the movement of life.

Trusting that life itself carries an intelligence
far greater than our personal effort.

The seasons arrive when they are ready.
The nourishment appears when it is needed.

Rest therefore becomes sacred.

Because strain and constant effort
can suffocate the very unfolding we long for.

Blossoming is not something we do.

It is not the result of our own making.

In truth, we have very little control over it.

Flowering is nature’s movement.

The way life wishes to express itself through us.

And perhaps the deepest secret is this:

And perhaps our only task
is not to interfere.

In our human lives, rest usually comes after effort.

After work.
After achievement.

Something we feel we must earn.

But in nature, blooming does not come from effort.

A flower does not try to open.
A tree does not struggle to grow.
A river does not force itself to flow.

Life moves differently.

It moves from stillness.

At the deepest level of existence there is a quiet completeness —
a wholeness that is already at rest within itself.

Growth arises.
Creation arises.
Blooming arises.

Not as a result of strain,
but as an expression of fullness.

This is something our human world has largely forgotten.

We often believe that action must come from effort.
That we must push, improve, and control our lives into becoming something better.

But when action comes from tension, it carries the imprint of lack.

Nature shows us another way.

Action that arises from rest.
Movement born from stillness.

A dance that is effortless because it begins from wholeness.

Stillness.
Wholeness.
Rest.
Relaxation.
Openness.

And from this stillness, something begins to move.

Not out of lack.
Not out of the need to become something.

But out of love.

When the heart is open, action arises not from effort or striving, but from fullness.

In this way, love becomes the source of activity.

Life expressing itself through the heart.

What we then do in the world — creating, caring, speaking, building, painting, loving — is no longer an attempt to complete ourselves.

It is God expressing through the form of our lives.

Action born from love carries a very different quality.

It is lighter.
Truer.
More effortless.

Because it does not come from the mind trying to control life.

It comes from the heart participating in it.

Perhaps this is what true flowering is.

Not becoming something new.

But allowing the life that is already here
to unfold through us.

Perhaps this is the secret of flowering.

Life blooms through us when we stop trying to become something,
and allow love to move freely through our being.
