Three major FERC decisions are expected within approximately 90 days, covering nearly 600 miles of 42-inch, 36-inch and 30-inch pipeline across Mississippi, Alabama and Georgia.

Mainline spread awards are the next major milestone, with the earliest proposed construction beginning in Q4 2026.

PROJECT 1

Approximately 208 Miles Of 42-Inch And 36-Inch Pipeline, Plus A Separate 6-Mile Lateral And Three New Compressor Stations.

FERC’s final order is expected July 31, 2026.

PROJECT 2

Approximately 279 Miles Of 42-Inch, 36-Inch And 30-Inch Pipeline Loops, 13 Compressor-Station Upgrades And Multiple Meter Stations.

The FERC certificate order is also expected in July 2026.

PROJECT 3

Approximately 110 To 111.5 Miles Of New 36-Inch Pipeline, Including Roughly 102 Miles On One Segment And 8 Miles On Another.

The Commission order is expected in September 2026, followed by a federal authorization deadline in October 2026.

Four contractors are already confirmed on environmental, right-of-way, civil-survey and air-permitting work.
