I don’t have any material possessions to brag about. No car, no home of my own. No fancy toys...nothing.

I still live with my parents. I am single and don’t know what lies ahead in my life.

Last year, on 21st July, I decided to leave the big city...Delhi...and I came back home and pursued my freelance career from home itself.

2025 was my worst year of my life... I went through a terrible breakup which broke me from inside, and I was a bit depressed for almost 6-8 months.

Then my college friends picked me up emotionally, and they are really blessings in life.

I found my escape in travelling.
I did more than 10 trips and visited more than 20 cities in the past 8 months starting from Oct 2025.

After each trip, I discovered something hidden inside me.
Everything together helped me to move on a little bit in life and explore new things, new people, and new hobbies.

My inner engineering and self-image started to change a little bit after each and every exploration.

Last year, my birthday was completely different. This year, it is completely different, and a lot happened in this one year.

I have been through the worst phases of my life, both in my professional and personal lives.
It taught me a lot. I had to do introspection every day to reach where I am today.

Today I am the happiest person you will ever meet.
Life really humbles you. It teaches you kindness.
It reminds you what’s important in life, and it is not money.

I know I am not the right person to share this, but my life has been quite a rollercoaster, as it started a little bit late at the age of 25.

Before that, I was preparing for UPSC after quitting my IT job in Jan 2022.

I gave 1.5 years of my life to this preparation.
It didn’t materialise, and then I decided that I would not be employable at the age of 25.

I started exploring new career options because I didn’t want to go back to my IT career.

Then, I started working in a startup as a marketing executive, and also, on the side, I started learning personal branding and have worked with more than 10 clients now.

Now it’s time to start the new phase of my life, and I am transforming from a solopreneurship to a team-based agency model.

My life has been nothing less than a roller coaster ride.
I have had such a diverse experience in both my personal life and career.

I don’t have 28 lessons to tell, but I want to share my share of my life experiences and learnings...
So here it goes:

1. Your happiness is in your hand. Do not give its control to someone else’s actions and decisions.

2. Having expectations in life will only hurt you. Detach yourself from any kind of result-based outcome, and your life will be beautiful.

3. Kindness will be your superpower. No matter what happens, never lose your calmness and composure.

4. No one will pay attention to your potential and hard work. They will only see the result, so if you pick something, make sure you win.

5. Take care of every relation that you have, be it friends, a partner, or family, because they are the real treasures of life.

6. Respect should be reciprocal. If people in front of you are not respectful, you don’t have to pay it back, and you just cut them from your life without any grudge.

7. Explore new places, meet new people, and have diverse experience in life. They are the real-life teachers.

8. Explore your inner curiosities without fear and take risks in your early 20s. You will thank yourself when everything falls in its place later.

9. Face rejections gracefully. Every rejection is feedback to improve in your life.

10. Read a lot. Read everything that you come across, be it articles, essays, magazines, newspapers or books.
Find joy in reading because we are living in a distracted world, and once you read, you regain your focus and attention.

11. Health is your real wealth! Join the gym. Start eating clean, and you will thank yourself in your late 20s.

12. Do not shy away from your feelings. Shed all kinds of fears and always be an extrovert.

13. If you like someone, do tell them, because the life full of regrets is not worth living!
And whatever their decision is, do not take it upon yourself personally. You are much bigger than that.

14. Ask for things. If you don’t ask, you will never get it. The answer will always be no if you don’t try. Take your chances; take your risks.

15. Be ruthless towards your self-development.
Learn skills. Be better at communication. Meet new people. Go talk to them. Get rejected and do it again.

16. Start dressing well. Spend more money and time in improving your looks. The way you groom yourself, the way you look, the way you dress – everything matters!

17. Undisturbed Sleep of 7 hrs is something that you prioritise on a daily basis. Wake up early; it will drastically improve your life.

18. Start managing your finances. Build your one-year emergency fund. Explore safe investment options.
Explore some risky options and then diversify.

19. Waste at least 10% of your income on yourself without thinking. Get rid of that scarcity mindset. Become abundant, and your life will be filled with abundance as well. “WASTE” is the keyword here.

20. If I have to suggest one skill that everyone should learn, it is writing. You should write anything on any topic that you like.
Writing will help you to organise your erratic thoughts.

21. Your smile is your biggest treasure. Never forget to smile and never lose the charm of your face. No matter what the situation is, always have that beautiful smile on your face.

I think I should stop now!

This is how my 28 years of life have been, and from here on I am going to live my life like an adventure.

Every single day I will explore my inner curiosities and will share more and more stories with you all.

They’re right – if you’re sending
“Hello, Sir/Ma’am, I am XYZ” to 200 people and hoping someone replies.

Not gonna happen!

Cold outreach fails because people pitch before they understand.

My formula is simple:

- Find a real problem they’re facing.
- Figure out if you can solve it.
- Write like a human, not a template.
- Attach a proof and make the barrier of entry low.

That’s it.

I recently DM’d a creator with 2M YouTube subscribers.
No cold pitch. No, “I help creators like you.”

Instead, I pointed out exactly what they were missing on X(Formerly Twitter). and I got a reply within 3 hrs.

Cold outreach isn’t dead. Generic cold outreach is.

But the hardest part was getting my first 1000 followers.

It took me 7 months.

I could have achieved it in 30 days if I had known the strategy I am about to share with you.

It is a simple strategy but the most ignored one.

1. Pick 1 niche and optimise your profile accordingly.
2. Find 20 other people in that niche and leave 20 insightful comments every day.
3. Post 1 piece of thoughtful content every day for the next 30 days without fail.

Let’s explore it in depth.

1. Pick a niche:
   (A situation or activity specially suited to a person's interests, abilities, or nature.)

   • Your interest and existing knowledge base.

   • For me, it’s about marketing, personal branding, and growth.

   • Establishing a clear goal for why you’re growing your account.

   • Choosing your ideal follower + your knowledge base = Niche.
     

2. Optimise Your Profile:
   (People will visit your if your picture, header, or bio is clear and easy to understand.)

   • A clear profile picture, which is the first thing people will see, should match the vibe of your profile.

   • - Name + Your designation.
     - Bio:
     Who you are + how you help others.
     If you have any past results – add those too – to ascertain authority.

     

3. Insightful comments:
   (Share your thinking when you read something.)

   • You have to comment on other people’s posts.

   • Aim for 20 comments daily – 5 at a time.

   • If you're still confused about what to comment, this strategy will help you.
     
     - Make it funny, so that people can laugh.
     - Make it controversial; say the opposite of what the actual post is trying to prove.
     - Add value that enriches the lives of others.
     
     And please, stop commenting 'nice' and 'I get it' and other AI slop bullsh*t.
     
     Here’s an example for you:

     • Original post = 3.6k likes.

     • My comment = 3.8k likes.

     

     
     

4. Post one unique content piece daily:
   (Comments will give you profile visits but your content will give you followers.)
   
   Usually there are 4 buckets of content:
   
   1. Value – teaches people how to do something.
   2. Growth - Aimed for a broader audience - potential to go viral - trend or polarising opinion.
   3. Personality – it shows the real person behind the account.
   4. Results – Case studies of clients, transformation, etc.
   
   

   After a few days, some posts will outperform others.
   We have to double down on them.
   
   Please follow this for 30 days and then share your results with us.
   

   90% of people who have religiously followed this have gained more than 2K followers.
   
   
   

Avoid:

- Posting 10 times a day.
- Following each and every creator.
- Random comments on 100 profiles.
- Writing for everyone, trying to please everyone.

Instead:

- Post 2 quality posts daily.
- Build your tribe; DM 5 people in your niche.
- Unfollow celebrities & find people who inspire you.
- Engage with an intention; add value – 10 comments.

Focus on this for the first 30 days.
Build from there.

- While taking a walk.
- While bathing. - While eating
- While reading a book.

The issue is you’re not able to capture them at one place where they can visit anytime.

You are looking for an idea capture system.
The truth is it doesn’t exist.

Some people do it on:
- Notion
- Google doc
- Apple notes
- Personal diary

But there is an underrated way to capture ideas: voice notes to self.

I use Telegram saved folders to record my detailed voice, and then I write a simple 1-line description.

How do you capture your ideas?

Reactions and advice I receive every time;

“When I say to anyone, I don't drink anything that contains alcohol or smoke any intoxicants like cigarettes or weed: ”

1. Try to kar bhut maja aaega.

2. Thoda to lele ,sirf ek peg.

3. Chai k saath to cigerette must hai.

4. Weed se concentration badhta hai.

5. Tu jab kahi kisi bade club wagairh me jata hai to tujhe ajeeb nhi lagta,sab pee rhe tu nhi pee rha.

6. Adjust kaise karta hai group me.

7. Tujhe nhi lagta tu life me bhut kuch miss kar rha.

And list goes on....

And my answer to all of them:

"Alcohol or any kind of intoxication is not of my interest.

Agar aap kisi cheej ko dekhte ho to aapko ek urge hota hai ki ise dekhna chahiye,iske baare m janna chahiye,

But jab mai koi bhi alcohol dekh lu,kitni bhi classy, mehgi, nothing comes to my mind, completely blank - no urge at all."

Also, It has always been my self-principle in life, Chahe kitna bhi worse situation aajae life me, Mai uske gam ko kam krne k lie kisi bhi intoxication ka sahara to nhi lunga.

Anything which lowers or hinders my ability to think clearly is a big NO.

Also, one more thing, Drinking, and Smoking are bad and injurious to your health and wellbeing, Irrespective of gender.
