My gosh, what an eclipse season!

The initiation of Leo eclipse storylines paired with the heartfelt departure of Pisces eclipse storylines was quite the portal to be immersed in during the last couple weeks.

Last week’s Pisces Lunar Eclipse impacted my chart quite directly, exactly squaring my 4 degree Gemini Sun. So I was pretty exhausted and didn’t end up writing the horoscopes for that lunation.

Apologies to paid subscribers but we’ll be back at it for the Virgo New Moon in 2 weeks as well as September’s Game Plan coming out later this week!

I also have a couple surprises in store as we change gears heading into the Fall and have now finished 2026’s crazy wacky eclipse season.

There’s probably still a lot to process regarding what we just went through in August. The good news is that September and Fall is much more chill on an energetic level.

Although the main storyline of Fall is the upcoming Venus retrograde in Scorpio and Libra.

And as Venus enters her pre-retrograde shadow on Monday, the day that I’m sending this forecast out, the storylines of the upcoming months are starting to reveal themselves.

Meaning we’re gonna come back to the themes that begin this week.

The other big highlights of the week are Jupiter trining Saturn, which is excellent, and Mars squaring Saturn, which is objectively pretty tough.

One of my friends last week said that they were looking forward to finally getting their energy back after an extra draining eclipse season.

I’m also very much looking forward to that.

However, Mars squaring Saturn is like hitting a wall in whatever you’re working on and will feel tough to move forward.

Thus, the never-ending task of energy management continues this week under some interesting astro weather.

Jupiter trine Saturn is exceptionally long-term beneficial, but it could take some time before we realize the support we’re getting this transit. Especially because this is the first of 3 trines they will make while in Leo and Aries respectively, with two more trines scheduled for 2027.

And therefore, I’m looking at this week as another Eclipse recovery week when things can start to go back to “normal,” however the dominating themes of Fall will also start to come up this week. So it’s an interesting week to notice what comes up and take notes to be revisited in the coming months.

Other than that, the 4 main highlights all take place on Monday and Tuesday, so the following 5 days to close the week present an opportunity for that energetic reset.

Monday, August 31st: Venus enters shadow & Jupiter trines Saturn

Venus has reached 22 degrees Libra which marks the degree that she will return to in November at the conclusion of her 41-day retrograde cycle.

While Venus in Libra and Venus in Scorpio have distinctly different vibes, and will likely bring up distinctly different stories for you, the common thread of a Venus retrograde is:

• re-evaluating what’s important to you and what you care about

• re-evaluating your relationships, beginning with your relationship with yourself and how that permeates into every other relationship in your life

From my perspective, the dominating task and storyline of any Venus retrograde is returning to self-love and looking underneath the hood of how you honor yourself and your priorities.

Here are the quick notes on the upcoming Venus retrograde:

• August 31st: Venus enters shadow at 22 Libra

• September 10th: Venus enters Scorpio

• October 3rd: Venus stations retrograde at 8 Scorpio

• October 23rd: Venus cazimi/conjoins the Sun at 0 Scorpio (half-way point of the retrograde)

• October 25th: Venus re-enters Libra

• November 13th: Venus stations direct at 22 Libra

• December 4th: Venus re-enters Scorpio

• December 15th: Venus leaves post-retrograde shadow at 8 Scorpio

All of these dates are worth taking note of as they will be activations of the overarching Venus retrograde cycle and the storylines they bring up.

We love Venus in Libra because we notice the beauty all around us, especially in people, and there just seems to be so much of it!

The vibes are social and perhaps a few of us are taking advantage of the beauty for wardrobe upgrades or haircuts and other similar acts that have to do with our appearance.

But on Monday and this week, keep an eye on what might be developing in regards to relationships and what you want, as we will be coming back to this week, from an astrological and energetic perspective.

Our other highlight for Monday is that Jupiter in Leo will make a trine to Saturn in Aries, which I’m pretty stoked for.

For thousands of years, the ancients did not have awareness of the outer planets Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto.

As a result, Jupiter and Saturn cycles were the most impactful of cycles that they tracked and thus, represented major and significant shifts.

Among those significant shifts is what’s known as a triplicity shift. This acknowledges the pattern that Jupiter-Saturn conjunctions conjoin in different elements roughly every 200 years.

Jupiter and Saturn conjoin every 20 years.

In 2020, they conjoined in Aquarius, shifting the cycle from Earth signs to Air signs for the next 2 centuries.

Here on Monday, we witness the opening trine in this new chapter of history.

What I love about this is the relationship between Leo and Aries and how they both pertain to personal identity and our drive and determination to accomplish our dreams.

Much about the world is changing but a transit like this inspires hope that we are that change.

For the people that feel like recent change has been too fast to keep up with, this transit instils confidence that you’re exactly on time and you’re exactly where you need to be.

Saturn is about discipline and building constructive habits that support the vision that you are trying to create.

This trine reminds me of a famous Picasso story:

A woman spots Pablo Picasso outside a cafe.

She asks him for a quick sketch on a paper or napkin.

Picasso obliges the woman and after about 30 seconds of drawing, he hands her the sketch and says that will be $1 million.

She says “$1 million? But that only took you 30 seconds.”

And Picasso responds, “It took me 30 years to be able to create this sketch in 30 seconds. That is what you are paying for.”

You see, what creates greatness and brilliance is the years of practice and dedication to hone your skills.

A transit like this says that you absolutely can be anything you want to be in this life and even make a large impact on the world.

But you have to be willing to work at it for decades to truly achieve greatness.

We’ll have 2 more trines between Jupiter in Leo and Saturn in Aries in 2027 so don’t fret if all the answers or clarity of your life’s long term trajectory doesn’t come to you this week.

In fact paired with the impending Venus retrograde as well as Tuesday’s Mars-Saturn square, there’s still a lot to be figured out about where we’re heading and what we’re doing.

Therefore look for Monday’s creative spark to be more inspiring from a faith perspective. Like look at what could be when you apply yourself for years on end. The applying doesn’t happen right away but good planning and messy action beats inaction every day of the week.

Tuesday, September 1st: Mars squares Saturn & Mercury sextiles Mars

Mars square Saturn is among the most frustrating configurations there is in astrology.

It’s like trying to go somewhere or get something done and you’re just confronted with a huge wall or obstacle that prevents you from moving forward.

I think Mars in Cancer was an interesting undertone to have all of August’s eclipse season.

Mars in Cancer makes us quicker to overreact. With Mars in Cancer, everyone’s a little more tense or on edge. To say nothing of the wildness that is eclipse season, Mars in Cancer contributed to the inflamed emotions of the last couple weeks.

However, Mars in Cancer represents the protector, the advocate, and the defender.

Think about what you are trying to protect, advocate for, and defend in your own life.

That is how Mars in Cancer gets its will to fight.

Astrologically speaking, both Mars in Cancer and Saturn in Aries are without dignity.

They are both in signs that function in a foreign way to how they function.

That perceived weakness contributes to heightned frustration around what’s not going your way on Tuesday.

And I bring up eclipse season because there’s still so much to process about what we just went through the last couple weeks.

Which makes Tuesday a day where the emotions of recent events are still affecting you and all of that potentially boils over into outbursts, either from you or someone around you.

Mercury sextile Mars would be more supportive on a different day, as it introduces a cohesion between your words/thoughts and your actions.

However on a day like this, you’re just able to more accurately and better talk about how shitty you feel.

At least that’s how it will be for some people.

Of course the lesson in a day like this revolves around how you handle setbacks and less than desirable emotions as a result of those setbacks.

You can’t always control what happens in life but what you can control is your reaction and response to what happens.

So don’t let the day spiral out of control just because something negative happens.

And of course there is that whole rejection is redirection sort of thing.

What kind of blessing could a rejection today lead to?

That is an empowering and grounding thought exercise to go through on Tuesday.

Wednesday - Sunday: No Major Astrological Events

No news does not mean bad news.

In fact, after such an eventful July and August, not to mention 2026, fewer events can be just what the doctor ordered.

Because haven’t we been through a lot lately?

I know I have.

So this makes for a great opportunity to recalibrate, get some rest, and perhaps do some of that cleaning, organizing/tidying up, and long-term planning that Virgo season is known for.

The week’s energy is highlighted by a loud and emotional Lunar Eclipse in Pisces on Thursday, the same day as a clarifying Mercury cazimi.

And this eclipse is almost exactly squaring Uranus, the planet of sudden revelations, surprises, and breakthroughs.

This gives the week an unexpected feel to it where truly anything can happen.

Squares are a tense dynamic. But I usually like to look at it as a negotiation of sorts.

Essentially, we have multiple parties that want different things that need to try to find some common ground.

The level of success of the results of these negotiations, determined by how much each party gets what they want, will determine how challenging the effects of the square turn out to be.

Meaning a square is not always automatically challenging but potentially challenging.

In a square aspect, the two signs involved will be of a different element and therefore a different polarity as well.

Virgo and Pisces are earth and water signs, respectively, both of the feminine polarity.

Gemini is a masculine air sign.

But the common ground of any two signs squaring each other is their modality and how they go about performing their role.

Virgo, Gemini, and Pisces are all mutuable signs, meaning that their strength lies in adaptability and their comfort level with change.

These signs understand that everything changes, and nothing can truly stay the same.

Then, they leverage that law of nature to their own advantage.

Virgo might be overly-critical at times, but its high standards epitomize what the growth mindset is all about.

There’s always room to improve and get better.

So amidst the chaos and swirling emotions of this week, I want you to be thinking about:

How do these changes fuel my long-term growth? Even if I can’t clearly see the full picture yet.

Additional important context is that this is the last of eclipses in Pisces for this cycle. The sign of Pisces witnessed exclusively Lunar Eclipses in September 2024, September 2025, and now august 2026 to close things out.

Which I find interesting that Virgo got all the Solar Eclipse new moons while Pisces got all the Lunar Eclipse full moons.

It’s as if the Universe is guiding us to finally let go and process all the activity that Pisces consciousness has had in our lives the last several years going back to Neptune’s entrance in 2011. (Which is strongly attributed to the rise of Instagram and social media as a whole).

With Neptune gone from Pisces,
With Saturn gone from Pisces,
It’s finally time that eclipses be gone from Pisces as well.

The full meaning of which will take time to reveal itself. But working with/against the escapism tendencies that Neptune in Pisces gave rise to, most notably social media, I believe a big part of the question is coming back to your own inner sense of what’s right and refusing to be influenced by the group think that social media can permeate.

Group think is a theme that we will still contend with while the north node is in Aquarius (June 2026-March 2028) and the peak eclipses moments that happen in the fixed air sign.

But make no mistake, we have made a major breakthrough after graduating from 3 years of Pisces eclipses (2024-2026).

The age of Pisces continues to dwindle.

The age of Aquarius continues to rise.

This week is a major step in that process.

Monday, August 24th: Mercury conjoins the South Node

On Monday, there’s something weighing on your mind or on your heart that absolutely needs to come out.

Mercury is about our thoughts and our words.
The South Node is a point of release, of letting go.

So what message is trying to come out?

Even though this transit happens late at night, almost on Tuesday morning, use Monday to think about and to feel in your body what you need to get off your chest.

The release will be worth the temporary uncomfortable feelings.

Almost like voicing your feelings and asking a girl out.

If you never say anything, nothing will happen.

Of course it’s a risk to put yourself in a vulnerable position.

But is it better to have tried and failed then to always wonder what if?

It’s a big week for taking chances and this might just be your cue to take a chance on yourself.

For more private thoughts, a deep journal sesh where you just get everything on paper also works as a valuable release.

It depends on your chart just where this release is meant to go.

Tuesday, August 25th: Mercury enters Virgo

Hello dignity!

I’m always happy to report a planet moving into it’s home sign.

But Mercury in Virgo hits a little different as this is a unique quirk where Mercury enters the sign that it both rules and is exalted in.

So Mercury is basically Superman when in the sign of Virgo.

But because we’re talking about Mercury, we’re talking about your ability to plan, learn, speak, write, and count.

Virgo season is about getting your shit together, particularly for school or other life endeavours.

To run with the school example, it’s about making a plan for a successful semester.

And since Virgo rules counting and inventory, our collective math skills get a nice boost while Mercury is in Virgo.

It’s basically the opposite of a Mercury retrograde when our brain cells seem to be a bit lacking. Mercury in Virgo equates to greater cognitive performance, mental processing, and computing skills.

Our ability to process data and information is at peak levels.

The trick then becomes to turn that data into something valuable and actionable.

A shadow of Mercury in Virgo I’d like to bring up is increased criticism. Because Virgo can be a bit of a perfectionist, anything that falls short of expectations is prone to scrutiny.

So if you feel that come up over the next few weeks, just remember that what makes humans humans is our flaws and imperfections and that nobody is perfect.

And if you end up on the receiving side of overcritical feedback, just know this is the astrology that’s contributing to that behaviour, and it will soon pass.

Thursday, August 27th: Mercury Cazimi and Lunar Eclipse in Pisces

And the major astrology at 4° continues!

Last month, the Barbault Basket configuration had us witness Pluto at 4° Aquarius, Neptune at 4° Aries, Uranus at 4° Gemini, and Jupiter at 4° Leo.

Given most of those planets rule the collective unconscious, many of us were not conscious to the major shifts taking place in July.

However, the Sun, Moon, and Mercury getting involved at the same degree point, albeit in different signs, could function as something of an awakening to those monumental shifts of prior months that we simply weren’t conscious of.

Let’s start with the Mercury cazimi.

The word cazimi translates to “in the heart of the sun” and is just a fancy word for when a planet conjoins the Sun.

When this event happens though, it can be looked at as something of a rebirth or least like celebrating that planet’s birthday.

I was born on the day of a Mercury cazimi so I happen to just love love love Mercury cazimi days.

Here’s why:

A Mercury cazimi day is a day for electric and ethereal messages from the universe.

It’s a big day for clarity. Maybe something that wasn’t previously making sense suddenly clicks, and confusion gives way to answers.

For my own practices, meditating on Mercury cazimi days, like Thursday, receives outsized rewards because of the potential for cosmic insights.

And I bring up meditating for a reason.

The kinds of messages, downloads, and insights that come through on a Mercury cazimi day can get lost if you’re too distracted or inundated with unimportant information and tasks.

Finding the quiet spaces and staying still long enough for those insights to reach you is an important part of the process.

Now happening on the same day as an eclipse is quite the unique astrology and essentially increases the cosmic download potential a 100 fold.

This lunar eclipse in Pisces was already going to be a big one because it is the final eclipse in Pisces in the current cycle (2024-2026), not to mention the final eclipse of 2026.

A lunar eclipse is a full moon with 10x the potency of your average full moon.

Which means prime opportunity for release and letting go.

In the open, I talked about Pisces consciousness having an outsized impact on society going back to 2011, but especially over the last 3-4 years when Saturn and Neptune were building towards their conjunction in the late degrees of Pisces.

All this to say, there’s something we’ve been holding onto for YEARS, that wants to be let go of right here and right now.

Among the biggest themes of 2026 is crossing the chasm from the old world into the new world. Now that’s a transition that will still take a lot of time.

But the way we go about doing that is by identifying with new world ideals.

To me that means greater wealth accessibility, greater relations between men and women contributing to a higher collective love frequency, and of course greater freedom between borders and travelling the world to realize how connected all of humanity really is.

The days of working for one company for 40 years are gone.

The days of ignorance about what’s going on on the other side of the world are gone.

What I see in these trends is the ability to impact lives regardless of how far away they are from you.

And the solopreneur revolution that creates more and more wealth and freedom by the year.

A full moon in Pisces is extremely emotional.

A lunar eclipse in Pisces even more so.

Last year I checked in with my Pisces moon friend around the eclipse and she said she had been crying for 3 days straight.

That’s because Pisces does real work binding humanity together.

Some call Pisces people sponges because they absorb so much around them.

I think it can be pretty rough for Pisces natives during such turbulent times in humanity.

Can you imagine feeling so much when some of the dominant feelings people are having include despair, desperation, and a struggle to survive?

Pisces mission is to help us realize that we as a species are one and we move together or not at all.

I think part of this eclipse story is a changing of the guard from Pisces to Aquarius of humanity’s greatest connectors.

Pisces will still have important work to do in the future, but for right here and right now, Pisces can be proud of the work they’ve had to shoulder as humanity was kinda losing its mind there.

Truly, Pisces has been doing the omen’s work and it’s time they got a well deserved rest.

And thus my message to Pisces is to let it all go.

Release the mantle of the savior role.

Let go of the weight of carrying the world on your shoulders.

Let go of all the shit that’s been holding you down the last decade plus.

Your awakening here is a powerful one and at the heart of it is a recommitment to your innermost needs and desires.

It’s time for you to become the priority.

We’re in for an emotional week almost no matter what. But at the end of what may be many crying sessions, there’s an almost eternal new Spring that will help you to go in whatever new direction your heart desires.

And for that I couldn’t be more excited for the souls that this eclipse season will impact most.

Friday, August 28th: Mercury & The Sun square Uranus

And this is the true wildcard energy of the week.

A lot of astrologers will talk about Thursday’s Lunar Eclipse squaring Uranus, which will bring a certain unexpectedness to the week’s events.

Uranus’ chaotic-ness does not simply equate to bad.

So looking at the week’s energetics, I’m reminded of Murphy’s Law which states that anything that can go wrong will go wrong.

But the inverse is also true that anything that can go right, will go right, if you choose to be an optimist about it.

And that’s what’s so hard to predict about Uranus stuff is that there is massive room for breakthrough but that process can also involve break downs and something potentially blowing up in your face.

I think because Virgo values orderly conduct and cleanliness, Uranus’ instability could be rather triggering for some people.

Because it’s a Pisces eclipse week, we might all be having several cathartic crying sessions. And Uranus’ impact could supercharge those emotions into something extra disruptive.

The last major Uranus transit we had was Mars conjoining Uranus in Gemini in late June/early July, and that was when Venezuela was hit by devastating “twin” earthquakes.

So when I say this week could rock your world, that’s one of those examples.

Thankfully Mars isn’t involved so the explosive potential shouldn’t be as severe.

Instead, the explosiveness is impacting our souls, our own sense of well being and vitality, as well as our minds and mental state.

Quite the existential crisis cocktail if you ask me.

I’d say among the more positive interpretations of Friday is a real deal mad scientist mode, where you might be getting all sorts of crazy ideas.

I think we can work with that provided we’re ok with sacrificing our own sanity for a hot sec, and obviously not caring about what other people think of us or being weighed down by such things like our reputation.

It’s quite the tense aspect that easily falls under one of my favorite categories of astrological transits:

Both a challenge and an opportunity.

So will you cave under the pressure of tense emotions this week or leverage that tension into your own creative genius?

Ultimately the choice is yours.

But because we are dealing with what’s almost sure to be an emotional and draining eclipse, my first priority is still going to be my own peace, my own mental state, and my own nervous system.

Because if you turn into a reactive mess under this astrology, which is certainly possible, you’re not going to be in position to take advantage of the creative spark.

So the first priority for this week might just be to not turn into a hot mess.

Then, be open to messages from the Universe, and act on the downloads that come through.

Next Week

Next week will be a light week overall, which is definitely welcome after a tiring eclipse season.

But we’ll have a couple of super impactful transits as:

• Jupiter trines Saturn

• Mars squares Saturn

• Mercury sextiles Mars

Especially Mars square Saturn can feel like coming up against a wall but Jupiter trine Saturn is a long term supportive energy.

So we’ll break down all of that energy next week.

To celebrate the eclipse, I went up to LA for Evan Nathaniel Grim’s Eclipse Extravaganza.

The eclipse stories that emerged afterward had me thinking “what is my life right now?” in the best way possible.

Which is symbolic of how quickly your life can seem like another alternate reality, especially if it impacts your chart personally. I’m talking to you Leo placements.

But whatever your eclipse story seemed be telling, keep in mind that this is just the opening. We’ll have another eclipse in Leo in August 2027, so some things won’t reach their final resolution until then.

Because eclipse season can be a little extra anxious and stressful, I want you to stop for a second, breathe, and realize that it doesn’t all need to happen right now.

With Venus in Libra and the Sun in Leo for most of this week, the vibes for simply enjoying the present moment are available to you.

Now, if your timeline looked anything like mine, you might have seen a ton of posts about the eclipse.

My favorite was this one taken at Stonehenge by @cosmiclab.space on Threads:

Some astrologers don’t support sharing snapshots of the eclipse itself because the ancients saw it as a bad omen.

I would argue in ancient times, solar eclipses when the moon would block the sun’s light probably was something of a bad omen.

But we have enough information now to know that it’s a perfectly natural phenomenon.

We also know when and where it will happen which allows us to prepare and set up some of the epic shots that were seen across social media.

This week, we’re still in eclipse season. We’re still in it until at least the Lunar Eclipse in Pisces on August 27th.

The peak moments are definitely August 12th and August 27th, but in between those dates we’re in something of a liminal space. A time that I think of as a portal, when random events can alter your life path in seemingly unusual ways.

But it is also extremely tiring. I actually had a crazy busy week and am in need of 3-day nap.

If you have the time for a 3-day nap, that is a great way to recover and recuperate from the “bad omen” of blocked energy that is represented by eclipse.

So keep that energy in mind as we’re going through this week’s astrology.

Which gets off to a loud start as we have 3 aspects made by 6 planets on Monday morning.

Then Venus in Libra goes opposite Saturn in Aries on Friday. That’s a transit a lot of astrologer might look at as negative but I’m really looking forward to that one and think can be a really cool growth opportunity, as well as aid Saturn who isn’t super comfortable in the sign of Aries.

Then we close the week on Saturday, when the Sun will conjoin the South Node and then enter Virgo.

Which one of the random things that happened last week was that school started for a lot of people.

Back to school season is supposed to be and kinda always has been during Virgo season. To go back to school during Leo season is crazy early, so I wouldn’t be surprised if most people aren’t really ready or prepared for school, especially with the eclipse chaos of last week.

With Virgo season starting this week, we’ll get mentally and physically prepared and set up for success for the school season.

And even if you’re not in school, it’s just about getting prepared, organized, and cleanly for your own priorities over the next few months and beyond.

Starting with Mars in Cancer squaring Neptune in Aries, the day begins with some confusion and cloudiness over what we need to do and what the next step to take is.

Thankfully it happens at like 3:00 am on the west coast so ideally we just sleep through this. It could inspire some off dreams that cause you to wake up in the middle of the night.

It’s a kind of tension that can awaken something in you but it’s largely more of a heavier confusing energy that could be a bit of an energetic drain as well.

Mars just entered Cancer last week which makes us more prone to overreacting and lashing out. I think this is the trickiest energy to navigate in August, aside from the eclipse season itself.

So if you can recognize that everyone is a little on edge this month and have a little more patience with people, you’ll protect yourself from falling into the emotional turmoil that people are experiencing this month and may or may not be taking it on you.

Mars will square Saturn on September 1st so I’m actually looking at Mars square Neptune is the perhaps the most challenging energy of the entire month.

Like I said though, it happens early enough in the day and then we have 2 other supportive energies on Monday that some of this can be counter-balanced or worked around.

Which brings us to Mercury in Leo trining Saturn in Aries.

This is another supportive “Fire Horse” type of transit, where we’re coming off an eclipse in Leo that was filled with a lot of emotions and energy swings, but at the end of the day was an opportunity to reinvent yourself and step into a new identity.

The Leo eclipse portal gets highlighted in August 2026 and August 2027, so maybe you know the kind of new identities and quantum leaping opportunities that last week made known to you, but it’s also too much and so fast and you’re just trying to keep up.

Think about embodying this new version of yourself over the course of the next year.

Where are you 1 year from now?

If everything goes right, what does your life look like 1 year from now?

If everything goes wrong, what does your life look like 1 year from now?

The truth often lies somewhere in the middle as very rarely does everything go right but everything doesn’t go wrong either.

You have more power than you realize.

And although everything is quite tiring at the moment, what is quietly awakening for you right now?

Mercury trine Saturn is about getting you to intentionally work with your passion, your spark, and your creative energy to build the life that you’ve been dreaming about.

You can do it and the eclipse portal will help you get over the hump.

You just gotta show the Universe and God that you mean business and be patient.

All of that gets echoed as Venus in Libra sextiles Jupiter in Leo also on Monday.

Earlier I was talking about the connection between Venus in Libra and the Sun in Leo, where both our individual spirits and our social abilities are humming right now.

And that creates a lot of positive enjoyment in our day to day lives.

Same story with the connection to Jupiter in Leo. Life is going good and we’re able to really just have fun and remember how vitalizing having fun is for the soul, mind, and body.

Jupiter brings faith and optimism that we really can step into this new person we have been working to become.

And this moment and this day reminds us that fun and enjoying the journey is an important part of the process.

The journey just might be even more important than the destination.

So if you’re not in love with the process, part of the upcoming Venus retrograde will be about changing your process or altering your perspective on the process.

Venus retrograde in Libra is going to sextile Jupiter in Leo again on November 4th so there is something here that we might come back to.

And of course I’ll give you the same reminder of enjoying the journey and falling in love with the process in early November.

Friday, August 21st: Venus in Libra opposes Saturn in Aries

With no significant astrological events Tuesday-Thursday, perhaps that’s the pocket for a 3-day nap or at least resting, recovering, and taking it easy.

Which brings us to Friday and a transit that some might look at as challenging or negative, I’m actually pretty hype for Venus in Libra opposing Saturn in Aries.

Here’s why. Saturn in Aries are opposite forces.

Aries like to move fast.
Saturn likes to work slow.

Saturn is in its sign of fall in Aries and that’s because Saturn is exalted (dignified/empowered) in the opposite sign of Libra.

Venus is the planetary ruler of Libra and you could say Saturn rules Libra by exaltation.

Therefore, Venus and Saturn actually can work really well together.

Venus is pleasure, and fun, and connection.

With Venus in Libra for pretty much all of August has a nice social vibe where we can more easily have fun doing fun things.

Saturn is about discipline, responsibility, maturity, and boundaries.

All of which are not quite Aries forte.

But the overlap of Saturn and the sign of Libra is represented by Lady Justice.

So when Venus opposes Saturn on Friday, there’s a negotiation between what’s fair. What are the right rules to live by and organize partnerships and societies around?

Aries is an individualistic sign concerned with personal identity.

Libra is a sign deeply concerned with the 1:1 relationships in your life.

It’s a big boundary testing kind of day vs. what you want and need and what other people around you want and need.

I’ve talked about Saturn in Aries being about knowing what you want, being clear on your priorities. Because when our time and energy is limited, you need to be able to maximize your energy by putting it into the right things.

Friday brings up a point of tension on the relationships in your lives as well as competing priorities.

The point of tension is rooted in if certain relationships are priorities for you or not.

Sometimes people just want to be chosen.

Like if a husband works a lot and the wife absolutely understands but as a result, work starts to become more of a priority over the spouse. It might be what the couple/family needs but it can potentially lead to losing a spark if you’re not recommitting to one another.

Friday brings up the question of how much of a priority is 1 or more relationships in your life.

Because when you commit to proving your love day after day, week after week, that’s how you can make someone really feel loved and build trust that can withstand any kind of pressure test.

Saturday, August 22nd: The Sun conjoins the South Node then enters Virgo

The Sun on the South Node is a big energetic drain.

The way to work with it intentionally is as a point of release.

We talked about this last week as the eclipse in Leo was co-present with the South Node, but now that these two come together, the release gets reactivated.

And what we talked about last week was that your new life and new identity will cost you your old life and your old identity.

Because the big tradeoff with competing priorities is opportunity cost.

Spending time with one person can mean there’s other people that you’re not spending time with.

People can so randomly come into your life during eclipse season. And I find that more often than not, that’s for a reason.

Maybe it is just for that eclipse season potentially to be reactivated next year for the next Leo eclipse.

But maybe it’s someone who is meant to play a bigger role in your life’s story.

And Saturday’s energy isn’t fully about relationships, but about what helps your spirit feel the most alive.

Or more accurately, what’s getting in the way of your spirit coming alive.

The South Node will be in Leo until March 2028.

If Leo is about confidence, the South Node in Leo could be about losing confidence. I think that will be the case while Mars is retrograde from January to April next year.

But when you are trying to rewrite your identity and your ability to live your life the way you want it, going back on what you’ve known is super uncomfortable.

Because of the in between.

When you operate in between identities, it’s super uncomfortable not having the confidence of knowing who you are or what you’re doing.

I think one of the ways to navigate the next let’s call it 6 months, is by relying on faith, because it is a leap of faith to dive into this liminal space where you don’t fully know who you are but you have confidence in your ability to figure it out as well as God’s Plan for you.

Trust the process. It’s all unfolding as it’s meant to.

Then on Saturday, we begin Virgo season.

Which for as long as I can remember has always coincided with back to school season.

It was a little crazy to see kids go back to school last week during Leo season, which is naturally the peak of Summer.

So if you or other people you know kinda went into the first week of school a little unprepared, a little not ready for it, I think the astrology supports all those feelings.

Because Virgo season is about getting organized.

For school supplies, you get your binders, pencils, paper, your little planner and calendar, as well as your school lunches. There’s a sustenance and food planning that can go into Virgo season too.

Last year, during Virgo season, my local car wash got me to get a monthly subscription.

The cleanliness of Virgo that contributes to orderliness and organization that is quintessential Virgo.

Cleanly and organized spaces are your friend.

And even of you’re not in school, what do you need to organize and clean up in your life so that your plans for the next few months can go as smoothly as possible?

Or at least so that you can be prepared as much as possible.

We’ll talk more about the planning next week as Mercury will enter his home sign of Virgo and all of a sudden our mental and planning abilities will skyrocket.

As I talked about in the weekly, eclipse season is a whole other beast.

I like thinking of the pair of lunations that encompass eclipse season as a new moon and full moon with 10x the potency and intensity.

As a result, fated events always seem to occur and this time period often times ends up defining your year, or at least 6 months.

Eclipse season is the most intense and eventful 2 weeks out of every 6 month period.

You might be thinking, great that’ll help me manifest a whole bunch of stuff: a new job, a new love interest.

However eclipse season is especially volatile, that the best approach to manifesting during eclipse season is a more hands off approach.

God’s got the heavy lifting right now. All you need to do is put good vibes out there, stay optimistic, and take care of yourself, your well-being, and after that, the people around you.

Eclipse season can be tiring as hell, so don’t overextend yourself or try to run around doing 100 things.

Less is more right now.

That said, the alignment of the Sun, Moon, and Earth creates a portal.

If anything in astrology could be considered a portal, it would be an eclipse such as this Leo Solar Eclipse on Wednesday.

Because God’s got the heavy lifting right now, stepping through this portal is more about being than doing.

And because it’s happening in Leo, a sign strongly linked with identity, this particular eclipse portal offers a doorway to stepping into a whole new version of yourself.

One that has confidence as a result of faith and an optimistic outlook on life.

With so much changing in the world these days, new possibilities are popping up all over the place.

The impossible is happening every day.

So this week and this eclipse season, I want you to step into the you that can accomplish your greatest dreams with ease.

That person has always existed, they’ve just been stuck behind your doubt, your uncertainty.

Stepping through this portal is letting go of that doubt and uncertainty and realizing you can be whoever you want to be.

For today’s post, I want to keep the focus on the Solar Eclipse itself as it is the dominating storyline.

But I’ll throw in Venus in Libra and Mars in Cancer into the horoscopes as I’m also looking at these as highly relevant energies to understand throughout August.

I’m over the moon now that Venus is back in her home sign of Libra.

With this energy, we’re having a MUCH easier time finding joy in our everyday lives and that leads to just generally loving life and being alive.

When you’re feeling good and having a good time, good things come as a result of being in better vibes.

It’s a season of connection, where conversations flow like dancing and beauty is found in symmetry and shared understanding.

August is also a great time for beauty makeovers which I already took advantage of by getting a haircut the other day.

But it’s also about mutual respect and creating balance in your relationships.

So notice where you’re giving more than receiving and vice versa and look for the chances to smooth out those imbalances in the ways that feel right to you.

On the other hand, Mars in Cancer makes us a little more emotionally volatile and prone to lashing out.

The opportunity comes in identifying your unmet needs and what you’re actually upset about beyond what’s right in front of you.

Our biggest motivational drive with Mars in Cancer is in family and protecting and fighting for those that are precious to you.

I once saw a video of a mom lifting a car when her child was trapped underneath.

That’s the kind of impossible strength you can summon when you’re fighting for your loved ones.

Typically we get 3 or 4 eclipses in a sign spread out over the course of 18 months to 2 years but the only 2 eclipses in Leo this go round are both solar eclipses happening on:

• August 12th, 2026 at 20° Leo

• August 2nd, 2027 at 9° Leo

Solar eclipses are intense new moon moments when a lot wants to be born or reborn. But it’s also a temporary black out of the Sun, when our energy and power go dark for a short time.

Imagine in the olden days when there was no warning that the Sun would just randomly go out and all of a sudden, it would get dark in the middle of the day.

The ancients interpreted this as a bad omen.

But now that we know when and where eclipses will happen, we have the power to work with the moment more intentionally.

I do however want to stress that eclipses are power outages that can often feel like emergency events. (Like hello the freaking Sun is out!)

That makes eclipse season especially important for managing your energy.

Get extra rest, stay hydrated, and don’t overexert yourself.

Lower energy is perfectly natural when our primary source of energy and vitality, the Sun, gets temporarily blocked.

Eclipse season can be draining so the less strain you put on your system, the better.

Monday, August 10th: Venus trines Pluto then opposes Neptune

Venus trine Pluto cuts deep. There’s something penetrating here, like striking up a conversation with someone who sees right past the front you put up and in an almost scary way, seems like they can read your mind or know exactly how you’re feeling.

For some people, an obsession can take over. Venus in Libra is a very “girls just want to have fun” type of attitude so perhaps the interest in your latest plaything ticks up for a short while.

Overall, if your prioritizing pleasure, there’s a lot of room here to upgrade your standards when it comes to human connection. This comes as a result of a recent connection that seems to have gotten real deep out of nowhere.

Pluto in Aquarius thus far has been about all things in the digital space, so perhaps these interactions take place online.

Later, Venus opposite Neptune indicates the presence of one or more energy vampires. Something about your day becomes tiresome, like sitting in traffic or a colleague who always seems to make their problems your problems.

In the monthly game plan, I talked about seeking refuge among nature, perhaps making friends with a tree when people seem to be too much or not enough for you.

Also, honest communication and asserting your boundaries is always a responsible move.

How do you place and enforce boundaries to protect your own energy?

Perhaps this day can teach you a lesson on boundaries.

Tuesday: August 11th: Mars enters Cancer, Mercury opposes Pluto then trines Neptune & Venus trines Uranus

Perhaps the energy I’m least looking forward to in August is Mars in Cancer.

Not that it’s bad. But it does make us more prone to emotional overreactions and lashing out as a result of our unmet needs.

I think of a mama bear that isn’t normally trying to pick a fight, will be ready to throw hands should her cubs come under any kind of threat.

With Mars in Cancer, we’re on high alert for the slightest thing that ticks us off.

Honest communication and proactively voicing your unmet needs, again, is another smart move here rather than waiting for things to piss you off.

Other than that, our primary form of motivation will come from a place of protecting something we care about over the next 6 weeks.

Whether that be a loved one, a dream of freedom, or our own honor. Mars in Cancer is better at defence than offence so implementing that strategy into your current action plan will help you achieve success during the Mars in Cancer period.

Later in the day, Mercury makes an opposition to Pluto which looks like more disclosure of secrets or activities taking place behind the scenes that come to light.

I say more because last month when Jupiter opposed Pluto, Trump disclosed that America’s voting infrastructure was basically super vulnerable to foreign attack and manipulation.

Now, it’s Mercury in that position, where the secrets revealed might not be so impactful on the world stage but more like what your friend said about you behind your back or something like that.

We can’t please everyone so you gotta roll with the punches and stay true to yourself. Haters gonna hate. Consider this a lesson in releasing control of what others think about you.

Then, Mercury in Leo trines Neptune in Aries connecting our vision of who we want to be with our current thoughts and words.

Strong messages want to come through you right now which is also why you can’t let haters or people that don’t share your vision dictate how you live your life.

This just became a day where your instincts are on point and you’re feeling a fire to get your words out there, even if you’re just saying it to one other person.

Lastly, Venus in Libra makes a trine to Uranus in Gemini, completing a grand air trine with Pluto in Aquarius.

Grand air trines are freedom-focused and highly motivated to hit any pressing deadlines.

Because this is an eclipse week, I’m sure feelings, passions, and anxieties will be all over the place.

I look at Uranus in Gemini as evolving through experimentation, trying new things in an almost “mad scientist mode,” as well as evolving through expanding our consciousness and working with concepts like neuroplasticity to build the habits that align with your highest self.

Venus trining Uranus is like having the right experiment pay off big time and making a close ally in the process.

Sometimes the hardest part about stepping into a new you is not having the social backing that you are loved, accepted, and appreciated for this new you that you’re in the process of becoming.

I felt like a black sheep for a long time. Especially when I was working on being a hybrid Bitcoin educator/wealth coach and astrologer. Talk about out there!

But the right people telling you that your dream’s not crazy can make a world of difference. And today and this week, many of us might be finding that little sliver of belonging that feels like a sweet oasis in a desert of isolation.

Wednesday, August 12th: Solar Eclipse in Leo & Mercury sextiles Uranus

This Solar Eclipse in Leo goes exact at 10:45 am Pacific Time.

And because Leo rules the heart, this can be looked at as a total eclipse of the heart.

In all seriousness, eclipses represent fated events/major pivot points that when you look back on it, can end up defining your year.

Because the Sun, our primary energy source, goes out for a short while, it’s important to rest up and take care of your body and spirit alike.

A big key of eclipses is that events are just happening. You don’t have to do anything and you still might look back on August as a month where a lot of things shifted or opened up for you.

So implement those shifts as they come, and take extra good of yourself.

Solar Eclipses like this are extra intense new moons, so the idea is that we are being pushed into becoming a better and brighter versions of ourselves. Sometimes we need to be humble, but for most of us this represents a special doorway inviting us to step into a whole new reality and way of being.

Nothing in this life comes for free however, as the Universe will have a way of making it clear that your new life will cost you your old one.

Are you really ready to let go of what’s comfortable in order to embrace the opportunity in front of you?

That is the choice many of us will be faced with this week.

Then in the afternoon, Mercury in Leo makes a nice little sextile to Uranus in Gemini, where the experimenting we’re doing, shaping a whole new identity gets supported by a belief and a quiet confidence that we are who we say we are. And that person doesn’t have to be the same person that we were yesterday.

There’s a sense of freedom and empowerment here that we are the authors of our own story. And the storylines coming out of this eclipse are as entertaining as they are growth-oriented. All for the plot!

This whole week screams awakening.

Not only because of the eclipse but because Mercury and Venus aspect each of the outer planets.

In psychological astrology, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto together rule over the collective unconscious.

The personal planets of Mercury and Venus aspecting them increases the possibility of shifts in the unconscious, specifically something becoming conscious. What I typically refer to as an awakening.

Now a couple days later, Mercury sextile Venus helps you put all the pieces together about what this week’s awakenings mean for you.

Mercury in Leo is about speaking your mind authentically and confidently.

This is your time to shine and get your message out there.

This is a day for counting your blessings and acknowledging what’s going right in your life right now.

Just like compound interest, what you appreciate appreciates.

Meaning when you notice the good things, you enter a state of mind to notice even more blessings and opportunities that are available to you.

Not to mention, an optimistic mindset is correlated with greater wealth, greater health, and greater romantic opportunities.

Meeting in the sign of Leo where we just had a powerful solar eclipse, this optimistic mindset can be leveraged as raw belief in the new identity you are building for yourself.

It took me a long time to fully feel comfortable calling myself an astrologer. I used to call myself an “amateur astrologer” until a friend told me that I was way to skilled and knowledgeable to call myself an amateur anymore.

And I was like you know you’re right, from this day fourth, I am an astrologer.

So we’re finally moving past all the Mercury retrograde nonsense and feeling pretty good about ourselves as the planet of love and beauty enters her home sign of Libra.

And Venus continues to shine insanely bright in the post-sunset sky, as if she were smiling down on all pursuits of love and joy.

It is in this sign, however, that Venus will enter her pre-retrograde shadow on August 31st, meaning a lot of the themes of September, we’re gonna come back to and revisit in the last quarter of the year.

This is because Venus will embark on her journey through the underworld, disappearing from our view as she nears the Sun’s beams, and is later reborn as a morning star.

Similarly, we ourselves will be revisiting themes of love, self-love, self-worth, and what we really want during that Venus retrograde cycle.

All this to say, I want you to enjoy yourself this August and this period of a dignified Venus before things get all retrograde-y.

Venus is about fun and pleasure and genuinely enjoying life with the people around you. Venus in Libra is especially social so let the good times roll over the next few weeks.

And whenever you need a reminder of how good life can get, look up at how bright and pretty Venus is in the evening sky. It truly is a marvel to witness and just take it all in.

Monday, August 3rd: Chiron stations retrograde

I gotta be honest.

I don’t care about Chiron stationing retrograde as much as some other astrologers. But it’s a light enough week that I’ll give it some lip service.

Chiron has spent the last 7+ years in the sign of Aries. Therefore, I talked about Chiron changing signs and entering Taurus as one of the bigger shifts of the year.

But, Chiron doesn’t even make it past the first degree of Taurus before turning around and heading back into Aries on September 17th.

Next year in April is when Chiron will enter Taurus and stay there until 2033-2034.

Making this little cameo the briefest of previews of the wounded healer in the feminine grounded earth sign of Taurus.

It’s like when you hear about a new Avatar movie that’s being made but doesn’t come out for at least another year or two.

You get excited at a little teaser but don’t have enough substance to truly get excited.

So what shifts are we going to be feeling on Monday?

Probably nothing.

But Chiron in Taurus is expected to center around issues of self-worth, food insecurity, and financial instability. So issues like these could come up for some people.

We’re still in the story arc of Chiron in Aries and the wounded masculine.

How we can show up more confidently and feel unencumbered in our path to achieve our desires.

In one example, being courageous enough to walk up to a girl and ask her out.

Or guy. You ladies have divine masculine in you too just as all men have divine feminine in them.

Masculine and feminine energies coexist within all living beings like a yin-yang dynamic. However, there does seem to be a lot imbalance that can be seen in the disconnect between men and women at scale.

So within this longer story arc of healing from the wounded masculine, Chiron stationing retrograde in Taurus is taking the more feminine perspective on masculine issues and perhaps incorporating that perspective into potential solutions.

We can only heal these kinds of wounds together, as they cut way too deep for any one person to handle alone.

When in doubt, always return to self-love.

Yes, yes, and yes.

I talked a lot about this in the open already but Venus is moving from a sign that she has little dignity in in Virgo to a sign she has a lot of dignity in in Libra.

When a planet is dignified, it just means they are well-resourced to do their job well and do it in their signature style.

Venus in Virgo over the last month or so, hitting the South Node at the beginning and then coming under a harsh square from Mars, made it pretty hard to find simple joys.

When enjoyment is harder to come by on a day to day basis, we all feel a little less motivated as we’re a little less excited and happy to be alive.

Venus in Libra is the exact opposite.

After the recent harsh conditions, Venus in Libra makes it a lot easier to enjoy life moment to moment.

Also incredibly personable, Libra is the sign of relationships and social justice.

Libra has one of the most interesting dignity schemes in astrology because both Venus and Saturn are empowered here and the Sun and Mars are debilitated.

The Sun and Mars deal a lot with our individual vitality and sense of self.

While Venus and Saturn and better at diplomacy and finding compromises.

So although Libra can, at times, have people pleasing tendencies, (individual will sacrificed for someone else’s needs/wants) the coming together of person to person is extremely good for the soul. As well as the whole basis for the strength of Libra and Venus.

Over the coming weeks, striking agreements and making deals is greatly increased. And because of how social Venus in Libra could be, an opportunity can come up randomly just by talking to someone at a dinner party.

Overall, the more you think in win-win scenarios, the better you’ll be at making the agreements that get you to your goals.

Embrace the “yes and” mindset.

And on Thursday, there is a lot of individual will power as the Sun in Leo trines Saturn in Aries.

The combo of the Sun in Leo and Venus in Libra is fantastic.

We have the inner fire to act on and our passions provide natural fuel. Meanwhile, our ability to relate to others and have a good time just got a huge boost.

The trine to Saturn introduces a more mission-driven mindset to the fold.

With your passions on fire right now, Saturn tries to get you to think about the long game.

If you worked at this thing for a few years, where could you be?

What kinds of dreams could you accomplish?

In my attempts to start a business, I jumped from thing to thing more than a few times.

Saturn teaches us that the greatest rewards come from sticking with a thing for multiple years.

Sunday, August 9th: Mercury Enters Leo

Hallelujah.

Mercury just spent over 2 months in the sign of Cancer which is a really long time for Mercury.

I’ve heard a lot of reports that this latest Mercury retrograde was one of the tougher rougher ones in a long time.

Astrologically, I believe it was because of the high octane Mars-Uranus conjunction in Gemini on July 4th was being ruled by a Mercury retrograde that made it extremely difficult to do anything with all this restless energy.

Mercury retrograde in water signs also tends to bring up some of our buried emotions that we don’t always like to confront. So that was interesting.

That will set us up for October’s Mercury retrograde in Scorpio that’s bound to do the same amount of confronting difficult feelings.

Let’s worry about that when we get there though.

In the here and now, Mercury entering Leo is about saying it loud and proud.

This is when we gain confidence simply by speaking our truth into existence.

There’s no room for the watered down version of what we truly want based on what others think about us or expect from us.

Your truth comes from within.

Your fire comes from the diaphragm or the solar plexus.

I think about Simba at the beginning of the Lion King when he struggled to get his roar right.

Speaking your truth never comes easily. There’s always something to risk.

But doing so means you eliminate the risk of living your life for someone else instead of by your own values and desires.

And if like Simba, your roar needs a little work, after some consistent practice you can have your voice sending shock waves on par with the mighty Mufasa.

Loud and proud and aligned with your inner fire.

That is the gift of Mercury in Leo.

Full Moons are rarely ever subtle, but this one has a little extra something to it.

Especially because it’s happening in the same sign that the North Node is in, which would normally make it an eclipse but this Aquarius Full Moon is a little too far away from the North Node to be considered an eclipse.

Instead we’ll begin eclipse season next month.

The next 2 lunations are the Leo Solar eclipse on August 12th and then the Pisces Lunar eclipse on August 27th.

Thus, you could say that this Aquarius Full Moon serves as something of an opening act for next month’s eclipse season.

The reason I’m going on about this is because eclipse season is consistently regarded as the biggest 2 weeks in any 6 month period.

Eclipses are new and full moons with 10x the potency and intensity.

The word “portal” gets thrown around a lot in spiritual circles, including the infamous 8/8 portal which has little astrological evidence supporting its validity.

But if anything in astrology could be considered a portal, it’s when the Earth, Sun, and Moon line up in such a way that light gets blocked, perhaps opening the door to something else.

Today’s post is about the Aquarius Full Moon occurring at 6° Aquarius on Wednesday July 29th at 7:36 am PT.

Top Storylines

The top storylines I’m looking at has to start with this full moon happening mere hours after the Jupiter cazimi (Sun conjoining Jupiter).

When the Sun conjoins a planet, it can be seen as that planet’s birthday. Jupiter in this case, is getting refreshed for it’s year long stint in the sign of Leo, where it has the potential to expand all matters of the heart, authenticity, and creativity.

This is a moment for fanning the flames of your soul.

Let your passions guide you and let your heart do the talking.

However, this full moon is closely conjunct Pluto, activating the optimism (Jupiter) vs. fear (Pluto) tension that has been present for much of the month.

Full Moons are illuminations as they light up what normally stays in the dark.

Pluto, the farthest planet from the Sun, basically exists in the dark and doesn’t see this kind of light too often.

You can call it an awakening because in psychological astrology, Pluto rules over the collective unconscious.

On a personal level, something can emerge that was buried deep in your subconscious.

On a collective level, secrets get exposed and sometimes powerful figures that operate from the shadows get exposed as well.

Earlier this month, Trump disclosed the vulnerabilities of America’s voting infrastructure in what, to me, was the clearest real life event resulting from the Jupiter-Pluto opposition.

What secrets will be revealed as this Aquarius Full Moon reactivates the Jupiter-Pluto opposition?

Get ready for this one to feel more personal because the Sun and Moon rule our individual consciousness, so it’s likely to hit home a little more than government dealings.

And this is all doubly interesting because the North and South Nodes just moved in to the signs of Aquarius and Leo, where they’ll spend the next 18 months.

Our last storylines for this full moon are Saturn recently stationing retrograde and a tense Venus-Mars square.

Saturn retrograde is calling us to review our responsibilities, commitments, boundaries, and long-term goals. Knowing Saturn, there could also be a reality check about what is and isn’t working. When dealing with Saturn, honesty is the best policy and that begins with being real with yourself. Consider this a rather important cosmic check-up from your astrological master/mentor/coach figure.

Lastly, Venus square Mars is a point of friction, but the kind that could lead to some hot flirtation.

Everyone will be a little extra on edge so there’s a higher chance of fights or arguments breaking out.

Regarding the conflict that all living beings will feel within is the disconnect between what you want and what you’re doing about it.

Knowing what you need to do and doing what you need to do are 2 very different things.

Venus has been under some harsh conditions lately. After entering her sign of fall in Virgo, she hit the South Node which was as tiring as it was unpleasant.

Now she comes under a harsh square from Mars where Mars is in the superior position, before she goes retrograde in October.

Thank God for Venus being in her home sign of Libra next month because with Venus under such pressure, our relationships get tested and general fun and enjoyment have been a lot harder to come by.

The pressure test this week from Mars is about channeling discomfort and whatever heat comes up into something constructive.

And if relationship stuff comes up for you, the biggest piece is just letting the people around you know what you’re feeling. We can’t read minds so when something is bothering you, communication is key. I say that because both Venus and Mars are ruled by a Mercury that recently stationed direct.

Monday, July 27th: Sun trines Neptune and sextiles Uranus

The Sun just opposed Pluto late Sunday evening right before midnight pacific time and then trines Neptune just after midnight on Monday morning. So even though they’re technically happening on different days, they’re still only an hour apart from one another and thus intertwined.

Sun opposite Pluto could have brought up some confrontation between you and some form of inner darkness. For some people, it might of looked like someone else’s demons or limited thinking showing up in their life.

As the Sun trines Neptune Monday morning, we’re getting a spiritual uplift.

Much like Jupiter trining Neptune last week, the Sun trining Neptune is an infusion of self-belief, trust, and confidence possibly originating from a place of spirit.

When our trials and tribulations feel like too much to bare, sharing your grief with God is how you let go of the fear and instead hold onto hope.

And if you’re not all into God like that, even just talking it out with another human is how we feel less alone. Releasing through words is how the fear stops controling us.

The Sun is in its home sign of Leo now, where our individual spirit and thus strength, is at it’s strongest. Making contact with Neptune in Aries, a sign where the Sun rules by exaltation, is an empowering development.

This is another opportunity to ignite your inner fire, and follow your passions to a promised land, whatever that end goals looks like to you.

Believe in the dream and you’re already half way there.

Later in the day, the Sun in Leo will make a sextile to Uranus in Gemini, proving that experimentation and doing things a little differently is supporting the new identity that you’re building for yourself.

As a Gemini myself, I’m really good at overplanning, overlearning, and delaying the execution side of the plan.

I’ve been learning astrology since 2022.

With a practice and a science that runs this deep, with thousands of years of history, it’s good to be educated.

But the biggest leap in any learning journey is to try to teach it.

And that’s probably a part of the learning that I pushed off for longer than I needed to, not doing readings until earlier this year.

As the Sun sextiles Uranus, think about applied knowledge and learning by doing rather than getting stuck in the studying and the overplanning.

Because your biggest lessons in life and in skill acquisition come from practice and the actions you take.

Not from reading another self-help book or watching another youtube video.

Tuesday, July 28th: Venus squares Mars

Venus has been under some harsh conditions lately.

Going into her sign of fall in Virgo, Venus hit the South Node which forced a release and tired out a decent amount of people

When a planet is in a sign that it’s “weak” in, what it means is that the planet does not have the typical resources it relies on to do its job in the way that it likes.

Venus still has a job to do no matter what sign she’s in, and with Venus we’re talking about how we connect with people and how we find joy in life. Those are Venus’ primary jobs.

In Virgo, she doesn’t have access to her normal grace, charm, and beauty.

And now a harsh square from Mars in Gemini, with Mars in the superior position, puts a lot of pressure on our relationships.

And Venus is gonna go retrograde in October-November, in a longer arc of reevaluating our relationships and what we truly want out of life.

Straight up, the strongest relationships are the ones that survive these kinds of pressure tests.

There’s a tension in the air that can make it easy to erupt into an argument.

If you can keep a level head and communicate your thoughts and feelings without getting overly emotional, that’s how you nurture the kind of respect and trust that every good relationship needs to survive and eventually thrive.

There is some great reprieve coming next week as Venus enters her home sign of Libra and spends all of August and the beginning of September in a place where she has a lot of dignity and resources.

Meaning if you get through this pressure test, there are rewards to come.

A more general delineation for Mars square Venus is that what you want is at odds with what you’re doing about what you want.

Coming off a Mercury retrograde, that rules both these planets right now, what we really want might not be 100% clear.

Tuesday and this week is about working through the unknowns in a way that doesn’t blow up your personal life and the people in it.

So just try to get through the day without engaging in any unnecessary conflict as the cooler heads will prevail.

And if you get to feeling emotionally reactive, try to take some deep breathes and slow yourself down before you say something that can’t be unsaid.

And if something absolutely does need to be said, try to communicate your feelings with as much respect and empathy as humanly possible.

Wednesday, July 29th: Jupiter Cazimi & Aquarius Full Moon

I’m pretty pumped up for the Jupiter cazimi.

Jupiter will spend most of the next year in the sign of Leo, where it will have the task of expanding all matters of the heart.

Your natural passions, sense of creativity and purpose, and of course the people that make your heart skip a beat.

Now Jupiter in Leo will run into some obstacles over the next year, mainly in being suppressed by the South Node which is about decrease, sacrifice, and letting go.

But the South Node is not a bad influence.

I look at the process as addition by subtraction.

One of the most beautiful things I ever heard someone say was how much of a blessing it is that the wrong people leave your life so that the right people can enter it.

That’s part of the deal with both the South Node and Jupiter together in the sign of Leo over the next year.

But right here and right now, as the Sun meets up with Jupiter, it is a seed planting moment of what kinds of blessings you want Jupiter in Leo to call in for you over the next year.

Leo attracts a lot of luck by being confident and bold. So think about what you need to feel more confident in yourself.

What would you need to feel like a million bucks and go out on a limb to get something you want?

Confidence and boldness are what Jupiter in Leo can help you get.

The South Node will just ask for something else in return.

Meaning the key could be in letting something go rather than obtaining something new.

In other words, addition by subtraction.

Then a couple hours later on Wednesday morning at 7:36 am pacific, the Full Moon in Aquarius goes exact, in a tight conjunction with Pluto.

This is a big reactivation of the optimism vs. fear tension of Jupiter vs. Pluto but now with the personal luminaries of the Sun and the Moon involved. Meaning this one hits deep and personal.

A full moon is an illumination as it lights up what in normally in the dark.

And Pluto practically exists in the dark being so far away from the Sun and ruling the underworld.

So be ready for this full moon to awaken a deep seeded fear that some of you have been keeping hidden away for a long time.

On the other side, the Sun and Jupiter are here to provide hope, belief, and confidence that everything will be ok.

If the South Node is to demand a price over the next year, perhaps this can be a moment when you release this fear as part of the equation to gaining what you want.

I’m not gonna lie, in the moment, this could feel pretty heavy and extremely emotional.

There’s fear on the table but there’s also hope.

It’s gonna be up to you what kind of choice you make between letting fear get in the way of you making progress or believing that these feelings are coming up for a reason.

That confronting the fear with courage is how you evolve as an individual.

And basically step up to fulfill on all the big promises that astrologers have been talking about in regards to July 2026.

August Preview

With no highlight astro events to go over from Thursday - Sunday this week, I’ll use this section to preview Augusts astro highlights.

The main events that make August a highlight month is that we get into eclipse season.

Basically new and full moons with 10x the potency and intensity, eclipses come in pairs every 6 months. And thus eclipse season is so often regarded as the most eventful 2 weeks out of every 6 month period.

What feels like an emergency event, eclipses can stir up a lot of feelings and anxieties. But prioritizing your own sense of peace must be the priority.

It might feel like an emergency situation, but you can let the drama pass you by without engaging in it.

That said, you can absolutely change your life on an eclipse.

10x the intensity of a typical new or full moon makes them a little unpredictable or unstable, but working with an astrologer for this time can prove quite valuable if you’re serious about changing your life or just want to be proactive about getting ahead of the chaos before it strikes your personal life.

Eclipses are also known to take a lot out of us so getting extra rest and under scheduling yourself for August are good actions to take and plan for.

Evolution is in our nature.

Per the natural law of entropy, you’re either growing or you’re decaying.

With as big a year as 2026 is turning out to be, I believe our most important mission is finding the ways to evolve out of our problems, both individually and collectively.

If you consume astrology content, you’ve likely seen how this month’s astrology is a flashpoint of transformation, awakening, and birthing new worlds.

That’s a lot of pressure for just one month so let’s go over some important context.

Famed astrologer, Andre Barbault, developed and used a Cyclic Index in which he measured the distances between the 5 outermost planets (Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto).

When they were close together and the distances between planets were low, it signified deep crises in the world. Larger distances represent expansion and dispersal in the world.

According to this index, one of the lowest values for the 21st century occurred around 2020-2022, indicating global crisis, and helping Barbault accurately predict the COVID pandemic.

Yes, Barbault talked about 2026 rather optimistically.

But let’s take this in the context of the 2026-2028 ascension of the index.

Right now, July 2026 is a highlight moment.

A cosmic pivot point, if you will.

Awakenings, ascensions, and advancements are on the table for the collective.

But not all growth has to happen so dramatically.

Think about how a caterpillar becomes a butterfly. It cocoons, sheltering and protecting itself from the outside world as it metamorphizes.

That is a completely valid approach for growth for us too.

If the world seems like a lot and you’re hearing so much about how now is the time and your growth opportunities are here, don’t be afraid to cocoon if that’s what feels natural to you. Cancer season and Mercury retrograde also advocate for the internal, reflective, and introspective approach to growth.

What we have here is a BIG week and although starting Leo season and Mercury stationing direct seem like smaller transitions compared to these outer planet alignments, they will be significant in terms of restoring our energy.

Yes big things are here. But we’ll each respond to it in our own ways.

Yes it’s a positive development, but that doesn’t mean everything is suddenly ok and right with the world. It just means that we have reason to hope and that we’re riding this 2026-2028 upswing based on the index.

It’s not all happening right now but the vibes are shifting and there’s plenty of reason to be optimistic about what both you and humanity can achieve over the coming years.

Jupiter in Leo trining Aries in Neptune is one of the most Fire Horse transits of 2026.

Jupiter is faith, belief, expansion, wisdom, and optimism.

Neptune is imagination, spirituality, and mysticism.

And they’re in Leo and Aries, the 2 signs most strongly linked to personal identity and your inner fire.

Put it all together and this is a transit for inspiration. For having the deepest belief in that you can do and be anything that you set your mind to.

Fire is the element of power.

It’s also the element of passion.

Tapping into your inner fire is aligning with your desires and will.

And activating the drive and natural energy to achieve what you want.

What I find interesting is in addition to the 2 signs about identity, we’re talking about the 2 planets that have to do with spirituality and religion, what you cannot see with your own eyes.

So one interpretation of this is hyping yourself up almost to the point of delusion.

I think last week, I talked about Thomas Edison and the drive and belief he had that he could harness electricity and create the light bulb.

Something that had never been done before and many thought was impossible.

Because it’s only delusional until it comes true.

And the faith and the drive to achieve the impossible is one of humanity’s most defining qualities.

It’s at the heart of what personal development and human progress is all about.

So whatever you’re trying to create right now, be delusional about your dreams and have the utmost faith that you will accomplish it.

As if it were fire, that belief is what powers our dreams and that’s what this moment is so good for.

In fact, this might be one of my favorite transits of the year simply because of anything it represents.

However, it’s not only sunshine and rainbows on Monday as Jupiter will also sit in an opposition to Pluto in Aquarius.

I think we already had an activation of Jupiter opposite Pluto last week as President Trump announced and disclosed vulnerabilties to America’s voting infrastructure.

Pluto rules secrets and to some extent wealth and power. Pluto in Aquarius is about the digital revolution but it’s also about the digital panopticon which just means that everything we do is monitored and how the powers that be wield technology to control the public.

Jupiter opposite Pluto is one of the astrological undertones of the entire month of July 2026. There’s a lot that this is affecting on the world stage.

On a more personal level, this could look like your drive and ambition being opposed by societal conditioning, or group think, or simply haters online.

There’s something about what you want going against the “well-being” of the group or society at large.

This could invoke some strong reactions as Pluto deals with our fears.

When we act from fear, we give into anger, seek vengence, and end up spiraling out of control.

Jupiter vs. Pluto is about optimism vs. fear.

So remember the Jupiter trine Neptune energy we just talked about, there’s much belief and trust to be had, don’t give into fear of inadequacy, imposter syndrome, that your goals are “unrealistic” or anything else.

Especially if the news is especially active, as it is likely to be.

Use your own consciousness as your highest connection to truth.

Tuesday, July 21st: Jupiter sextiles Uranus

Uranus in Gemini is about a lot of things.

What I want to talk about here though is that Uranus in Gemini is about experimentation, having an open mind, and growing through trial and error.

As a Gemini myself, I look at Uranus in Gemini as activating mad-scientist mode.

Therefore, harnessing this energy to your benefit is about conducting experiments. Trying out new things to see what works for you and what it doesn’t.

This little connection to the expansive Jupiter can look like infusing belief into your experiments or like something that you try out works out pretty well for you.

Even in a broader sense though, there’s a lot of unknowns in the Universe.

There’s a lot of unknowns on the way to achieving your dreams and becoming your best self.

One of your greatest assets on this journey can be your trust in your ability to figure it out.

We don’t know what the road ahead looks like but when you have faith that you can face tough situations and figure it out, you get a calm understanding that everything will be ok. Because it will be.

So if nothing else, I want you to enter and leave this day believing that you know how to navigate and handle unexpected challenges that come up.

Somehow, some way, everything is gonna be just fine.

That belief is one of the original pillars of optimism.

Wednesday, July 22nd: Sun enters Leo & Neptune sextiles Pluto

Neptune sextile Pluto isn’t really the biggest deal as these two have been sextiling off and on since 1950.

This is, however, the first sextile they make with Neptune in Aries and Pluto in Aquarius.

Which makes me think about the dynamic of being a person and meeting other people in an online world.

For a lot of 2026, I’ve been a bit of loner in real life while meeting so many amazing people in the digital space.

It’s an interesting part of living in the world today that simply couldn’t be comprehended last century.

And so often, social media can give the illusion of being connected but we’ve come to realize that social media can be isolating, it can be really isolating sometimes.

I will say, it has been really cool to make friends online. You’re able to connect with people that truly think and see the world the way that you do which is incredibly life-affirming and definitely helps you feel like less of a black sheep.

That’s what I think is at the heart of Neptune in Aries sextile Pluto in Aquarius.

But it’s still lacking in terms of what the human spirit needs to thrive as there is no replacing the warmth of in person connection.

As the Sun enters Leo, we get a little bit of that hot girl summer feeling back.

I don’t know about you guys but Cancer season combined with this Mercury retrograde has been tiring.

Cancer season is a time for honoring your own peace and your nervous system. Which made a dysregulating transit like Mars + Uranus in Gemini at the beginning of the month especially draining.

Leo season is a lot more light hearted.

Yes the audacity can be turned up a notch and the Sun will go opposite Pluto coming up here.

But Leo season is awesome for having fun in the Summer Sun. It’s very life-giving in that way.

Tapping into your creativity and doing what makes your inner child come alive is the kind of stuff that makes Leo season so nice.

For me, playing soccer is the perfect inner child activity as I’ve been doing that since I was 4 years old.

Thursday, July 23rd: Mercury stations direct

Hallelujah. The end of this round of Mercury retrograde.

Now we can start to get back to some semblance of normal as a lot of the tech glitches, delays, and disruptions are in the rearview mirror.

However, today Mercury is motionless and will take a couple weeks to pick up speed again.

If you think about a car going backwards, Mercury stationing direct is stopping the car to put it in drive so we can move forward again.

So today, on Thursday, the car is not moving.

It is a welcome turning point but maybe still hold off a few days on starting anything new, traveling if you’re plans are flexible, or setting any agreement or signing any contracts.

We’re not out of the woods quite yet but now that Mercury is direct, I expect our energy to come back and a lot of our roadblocks to be cleared over the coming weeks.

Cheers to making it through another Mercury retrograde!

The next one will be in Scorpio season in October-November, at the same time as a Venus retrograde which will just be so much fun (sarcasm detected).

Friday, July 24th: Mercury sextiles Venus

With Mercury still hanging pretty motionless, Venus in Virgo comes under a little sextile to Mercury, the two “inner” planets.

This reminds me of venting to a friend or like bonding over something that bothers both of you.

Maybe this can serve as like your Mercury retrograde debrief with a friend, going over how the last month has just been so off and so deep in your feels.

You see the light at the end of the tunnel but the feeling are still raw.

Venus in Virgo does make it harder to have fun and is generally more attuned to noticing what you don’t like or what’s not going well with a given situation.

The connection to Mercury though indicates a sort of togetherness, but still not moving thanks to a still Mercury.

Which is why this looks more reflective in nature.

You’re doing this day right if you’re showing your care and support for those around you, without expecting things to get better.

As a man, it can be so easy to be in a “problem-solving” frame of mind when a friend needs to vent. But this day is all about listening and just being there. Cancer and Virgo after all are feminine signs and therefore appreciate a feminine mode of being.

Sunday, July 26th: Saturn Retrograde, Nodes shift to Leo/Aquarius, and the Sun opposes Pluto

On the podcast episode I recorded with I talked about Saturn representing authority and the government.

In 2020, Saturn was in its home sign of Aquarius, indicating the strength of authority, when the government wielded that strength and shut down the world.

Saturn in Aries, however, is a different story. Saturn and therefore authority are weak or at least challenged.

In the sign of the identity and letting your actions do the talking, Saturn is teaching some hard but important lessons.

Personal responsibility and accountability go a long way. But Saturn in Aries is also a drag on our overall energy.

You’re not gonna have the time, or the resources, or for some of us the financial means.

Because of these restrictions that Saturn imposes, I think some of the greatest lessons of Saturn in Aries (2026-2028) are about prioritization, being clear on what you want, and enforcing energetic boundaries.

With depleted energy, you’re not gonna get done everything that you want to get done in the day. So how can you make your priorities so clear that you know how to maximize your time and resources?

As Saturn stations retrograde, look for these themes to be louder and for the next few months of to offer some hands on experiences of learning these lessons.

Another big shift is that the North Node will move into Aquarius and the South Node will move into Leo, where they will spent the next 18 months.

The nodes are where eclipses happen, major energetic turning points, so closing the chapters of the nodes in the Virgo-Pisces axis is a not so subtle shift.

The day that the nodes entered Virgo and Pisces 18 months ago, Meta actually removed fact-checking from their platforms in a very non-subtle way of describing the release of Virgo’s attention to detail.

The North Node in Aquarius likely means a yearning for or pull towards humanitarian and community efforts. Combating the loneliness epidemic, I like this shift a lot.

Aquarius is also about technology and moving towards the future, so there’s also pull in that direction as well.

The biggest story though, is that next year, the North Node will conjoin Pluto, cranking up the volume on the AI and digital revolution themes.

On the other side, you have the South Node entering Leo, draining or releasing some Leo qualities like vanity, over-reliance of the ego, and external validation.

What’s interesting here is that Jupiter will be expanding Leo’s passion at the same time as the South Node pushes us to let go of some Leo themes.

As we roll into eclipse season next month, we’ll talk a lot more about these energies and the Leo-Aquarius axis.

But we could also feel an extra pronounced signature of this shift on Sunday as the Sun in Leo opposes Pluto in Aquarius.

The Sun in Leo feels exactly like what so many of us need right now.

A little extra pep in our step.
A little extra fun in the sun.
And a little extra not caring so much about what other people think.

Except opposite Pluto, you probably will end up caring about what someone else thinks.

Pluto represents control dynamics as well as hidden fears that we might have.

Leo is the star on the stage and Aquarius is the audience watching the show.

The Sun in Leo is good for our self confidence and feeling like we can rock that stage.

But Pluto on the other side can look like some fan or hater getting to you.

This could even be friend, family member, or parent that makes some comment that makes you think less of yourself or at least question your own abilities.

Along with the theme of the week, this is a point of tension between fear vs. optimism.

With the Sun so close to Jupiter, the option for faith and trust and believing in yourself is on the table.

Pluto is applying a real deal pressure test.

But you don’t need to let the fear or the doubt stop you.

You just need to feel it, acknowledge it, and then do what you do.

Know fear and do it anyway.

That’s what courage is.

Choose to be courageous this week and your week can go exceptionally well.

The main thing with Venus square Uranus is trying something new and immediately not liking it.

Uranus is freshly in Gemini, causing a lot of upheaval and speeding up the rate of change. Mind you for good reasons like our collective and individual liberation, but the process itself is rather messy.

Because Gemini is about our thoughts, there’s a big part to Uranus in Gemini (2026-2032) that is about evolving through expanding our consciousness.

Which is why I’ve seen and you might have seen some neuroscience creators popping off lately.

Venus is now in Virgo and just hit the South Node. Joy is a little harder to come by and for some of us there was a big (or small) release we had to go through last week.

So now we’re looking for what we can replace whatever we let go of last week.

This day looks like trying out something new but it doesn’t go well.

Or at least, you can tell that it’s not your vibe.

And because Venus is involved, this could be about a person (relationship).

Maybe some people had a break up when Venus hit the South Node but most people probably just realized something about a person in their life that they’re no longer willing to tolerate.

Tuesday, July 14th: New Moon in Cancer

New Moon’s are gorgeous moments to plant new seeds of intention.

What makes intentions (and therefore manifesting through the lunar cycle) so powerful is this is your commitment to yourself and to the Universe that you’re serious about doing whatever it takes to make your intention come true.

Winning in life doesn’t happen by accident, it happens by focusing on the desired outcome and then doing the work to make it happen.

New Moons are moments when writing down your desired outcome becomes an act of writing a spell. It’s practicing magic in real time (if you choose to believe in it).

And Cancer is where Jupiter just spent an entire year.

Now I know a lot of people didn’t get everything that they wanted out of Jupiter being especially powerful in Cancer.

Squares from Chiron and Saturn put a wrinkle in the expansion that an unobstructed Jupiter could have brought.

But the 2 benefic planets, Venus and Jupiter just met up in this part of the sky in early June. Giving us one of the better possible outcomes for the life area that Cancer rules in each of our charts.

Now that Jupiter and Venus have since left, we got a Mercury retrograde in Cancer to reflect and go over what we just experienced with both benefic planets being here.

I will say, it’s been particularly messy and my brain’s definitely been running at like 50% for a couple weeks.

But coming off the Mercury cazimi 2 days ago, we have renewed clarity on what the issue is and what we need to do about it.

The Cancer New Moon 2 days after the Mercury cazimi is your opportunity to double down on building a source of love, care, and calm from the inside out.

And doubling down on your personal priorities right now.

Wednesday, July 15th: Uranus sextiles Neptune Rx

And here we go. The first aspect of the “Barbault Basket” is here.

As the blue lines in the picture represent, a lot of the Barbault Basket is super supportive.

If you think of a basket as something that holds and carries, this is like a cosmic safety net that’s there to catch you if any risks go awry.

The main point of tension is between Jupiter opposing Pluto which is mainly about optimism vs. fear, and we’re gonna talk a lot about that next week.

Now the big transit for Uranus is the trine to Pluto which happens on Friday.

(Btw since these outer planets move so slowly, the effects are active for much longer than normal, like all week, all month, and all year for some of them.)

But on Wednesday, as Uranus sextiles Neptune, our inner rebel and our conscious thoughts support the idealized version we have for ourself.

Neptune in Aries is idealizing our self-concept and therefore our identity.

Now mastering the self is the work of a lifetime. That work doesn’t really end.

But what we like here is that it seems like the world is changing super fast.

It can be so easy to feel like we’re behind or not in the loop, missing out on really enjoying life the way we feel we’re meant to.

Uranus helps bring a little independent thought to the equation where it’s like wait a minute, why do I care so much about what other people think or trying to gain their approval.

This moment is saying f*ck all that, I’m gonna do what makes my soul feel alive even though I might not know what that is yet.

Except the Cancer New Moon this week helps us clarify what we want so we have at least some of the pieces of the puzzle.

This transit is taking a risk on achieving a dream.

Because if you’re not going after your dreams, what are you doing with your life?

Friday, July 17th: Uranus trines Pluto Rx

I’ve been thinking about this transit for years.

This is the first of 5 times that Uranus in Gemini will make an exact trine to Pluto in Aquarius from 2026-2028.

Ever since Pluto moved into Aquarius around the time that OpenAI released ChatGPT, Pluto in Aquarius has been strongly linked to AI.

Another thing that happened in March 2023 was the historic collapse of a few major banks like Silicon Valley Bank.

Without the news sinking into most people’s everyday lives, the amount of money that was “lost” from banks collapsing in early 2023 was even greater than the 2008 financial crisis (the previous time Pluto changed signs, entering Capricorn in 2008).

This speaks to Pluto ruling wealth and power.

You see a lot of Uranus trining Pluto is gonna be about technological innovation and development like AI and robotics.

But Andre Barbault, the astrologer who predicted the 2020 pandemic, talked about July 2026 as uplifting the most impoverished of people from an economic standpoint.

Uranus in Gemini also has major associations with money and altering the financial system.

The last time Uranus was in Gemini, the global financial system shifted to the Bretton Woods System and made the US Dollar the world’s global reserve currency in the aftermath of a World War 2.

As much as Uranus trine Pluto is about new tech, it’s all about shifting money and creating economic opportunity.

I’m writing this right now from my bedroom on a platform where people can pay me simply for the work I do without a boss or contracted employment.

And that feels like one of the major developments and opportunities that the 2020s decade offers us.

Next week we’ll talk about Jupiter trining Neptune and how inspiring that is for your inner fire and believing in your dreams.

Putting these pieces of “Barbault’s Basket” together, one of the major significations is that the job market is so bad that you have no choice but to believe in your dreams.

The last thing I’ll say about Uranus-Pluto is that outer planet movements tend to land on a larger societal level.

I think one of the greatest things these 2 are doing on a more personal level is creating growth through expanding consciousness.

Gemini and Aquarius are air signs which have to do with the mind and our intellect.

Ever since Uranus entered Gemini a couple month ago, I’ve been seeing a number of neuroscientists blow up on social media.

And that’s no coincidence.

Uranus can provide a shock that hits as fast as lightening and Pluto can transform from the deepest darkest corner.

Put that together and apply it to the psyche and you have all the ingredients for some MAJOR awakenings to hit us as July 2026 continues to unfold.

Sunday, July 19th: Mars sextiles Saturn

Right in the middle of so much big astrology this week and next week, Mars in Gemini sextiles Saturn in Aries.

This feels stabilizing on a few levels.

Saturn has been laying down the law in Aries, a sign that typically doesn’t like thinking about the consequences and rushes into action. This contact to Mars helps Aries be a little more itself and take action on what it we need to take action on.

It also helps settle the Mars in Gemini which can be prone to shiny object syndrome and doing multiple things at once.

Put it all together and it’s a welcome energy of doing what you need to do to inch a little closer to fulfilling the dreams that are coming up for you this historic July 2026.

Whatever is coming up for you as important right now, believe in it, prioritize it, and lean into its importance.

It may sound cliche, but you absolutely have the opportunity to transform your life this month.

Are you gonna take that chance or are you going to let it pass you by?

Monday, July 6th: Sun squares Saturn

Sun square Saturn is a bit on the rougher side.

Maybe we wake up Monday morning and find it hard to exist like everything is normal when everything is most definitely not normal.

Typically Sun square Saturn can be like a rejection or at least a delay of some kind of offer or proposal.

Saturn in Aries is doing real work on our identities and now that Jupiter is in Leo, it’s a big year and a big Summer of stepping into a brand new version of yourself.

But as the Sun in Cancer squares Saturn in Aries, we might start to doubt that we have what we need to ascend to the next level.

There’s the problem-solution approach to this and then there’s the managing emotions side to this.

The managing emotions side says yes Sun square Saturn is tough and you’re gonna want to feel like quitting today. But tomorrow will be a new day where we will have renewed hope. So if you need to feel like today’s not your day, you have a cosmic excuse for why that could be.

The problem-solution approach is relying on your grit and your ability to find solutions under pressure.

Everyone is feeling the pressure right now. It’s a trying time for many.

To make it out of this, how can you put aside the fear and focus on the problem in front of you and finding solutions to said problem?

That is how you improve your life as well as the lives of others.

Tuesday, July 7th: Neptune stations retrograde

When Neptune left Pisces, there were some big shifts bound to happen in the world.

Neptune entered Pisces in 2011, around the rise of Instagram and social media.

Both Neptune and Pisces rule addiction.

And Neptune leaving Pisces and entering Aries meant that something was gonna change around the widespread addiction of dopamine and “social media.”

When cigarettes came out, no body knew how harmful they were to our health.

Until about a generation later.

Dopamine is this generation’s version of nicotine.

With the full effects of heavy social media use, especially in adolescence, not fully grasped until years and decades later.

When Saturn conjoined Neptune at 0° Aries in February, it was so easy to visualize and act on the new world order that many of us are working towards as legacy systems continue to let us down.

But as Saturn separated from Neptune, the reality of fulfilling a dream proved to be harder than we first thought.

Now Neptune is turning around, asking us to refine our vision in light of our experiences over this year.

What you gotta love about Aries is there’s no quit and the spirit to keep fighting for what we believe in will be there for a long time.

Maybe a dream will give you a message that can help you make sense of what your Neptune in Aries story is about as Neptune pulling focus like this does tend to cause overactive dreams.

I think the main lesson here is refusing to give into escapism, and staying in the uncomfortable, because that is the fastest way to get to where you want to go.

So how comfortable are you being uncomfortable?

Thursday, July 9th: Venus enters Virgo

Unfortunately, we will not have a Venus-Jupiter conjunction in Leo this year as we got 2 in Cancer.

I still think Venus and Jupiter’s co-presence in Leo contributed to the marriage proposal and celebration of love on top of the Empire State Building. You know Venus in Leo loves grand romantic gestures like that.

But as Venus enters Virgo, she enters her sign of detriment.

Venus just wants to have fun and indulge in the artistic beauties of life. While Virgo tends to be a bit of a perfectionist, pointing out the flaws of a work of art instead of marveling in something beautiful.

That being said Venus in Virgo is very good at knowing what it doesn’t like. So over the next few weeks, feel whatever gives you the ick and try to remove any of that from your energy field.

This is one of nature’s ways of clearing away what isn’t working to make room for the bigger blessings, like Venus returning to her home sign of Libra next month which will be much more fortuitous for love affairs after taking care of your business during the Venus in Virgo time period.

Friday, July 10th: Venus conjoins the South Node

The nodes are just about ready to move into Leo and Aquarius on July 26th.

But first, Venus makes contact with the South Node here, helping us flush away something getting in the way of our pleasure, of connecting with people.

The disgust is likely to be really loud here.

Whatever is causing you disgust is not meant to be so close to you.

The South Node is a point of release and of letting go.

You can think of it like sacrificing something, but I usually think of it as taking a load off. Because when you let go of something that’s no longer serving you, you’re lighter and freer, and more of an energetic match for the desires you’re working toward.

Because Venus is involved, this could be about a person in your life, and with Mercury actively very retrograde, people trying to make your way back into your life could be something that comes up for people.

They say if you love someone, let them go.

But this is more about if you love yourself, let them go.

Respect your energetic boundaries because your energy is one of the most sacred things you control. Don’t let just anyone in.

Sunday, July 12th: The Sun conjoins Mercury Rx (cazimi)

The halfway point of the Mercury retrograde in Cancer from June 29th - July 23rd brings some momentary clarity.

Be sure to jot down any “ahas” that challenge outdated beliefs or any ideas that come to you as the Mercury cazimi is a special day for receiving special messages from the Universe.

This is also when the main “issue” that Mercury retrograde is bringing up in your life starts to become clear. The house that Cancer rules in your chart will also add significant context for your own life.

We are turning a corner in the longer Mercury retrograde arc and although it will continue for a while, the issues and tricks and tech glitches will start to ease here.

So that’s certainly some very welcome good news.

Easily one of the “busiest” days of the whole year, astrologically speaking.

I’m genuinely super excited for Jupiter in Leo, as I expressed in my post from the other day. Despite interference from the South Node and a Mars retrograde in early 2027, Jupiter in Leo helps us all step into the light and embrace our unique gifts as creators and as individuals. Who couldn’t use some more confidence right now? I’m optimistic that the South Node can help keep in check some of the overly ego-driven tendencies that Jupiter in Leo could bring.

Mercury retrograde might be like the 7th most important thing happening in July, but the effects will be felt. I’ve already been feeling them for the last like two weeks. Nothing serious as you might see on social media. Just tech glitches, miscommunications, the mind not working as well, texts from your ex, and a dash of extreme nostalgia. Time to disassemble and put back together the pieces of certain areas of your life.

It’s slightly unfortunate that the Capricorn Full Moon is overshadowed by some other things, as this is one of the few Earth activations of 2026.

In fact, one of the biggest events to happen for Earth signs this year is the release of Avatar: The Last Airbender season 2 on Netflix.

Maybe those two events do have some correlation, so I hope you enjoy the series and season 2 if you’re a Taurus, Virgo, or especially Capricorn.

Then Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, Mars will aspect the 3 outer planets: Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto.

I talked about some of the potential consequences of the highly anticipated Mars-Uranus conjunction on the July Game Plan and what it could mean for the United States and the global world order.

One way or another, this will cause some major disruptions, right as the US celebrates its 250th birthday.

Just how explosive will the fireworks be?

Monday, June 29th: Mercury retrograde, Full Moon, Jupiter in Leo, and Mars bending the nodes

Talk about a vibe shift.

Jupiter changing signs is usually a palpable vibe shift, as it usually happens only once per year. But everything on top of that is sure to leave its mark as well.

You can read my last post on setting your heart ablaze for my thoughts on Jupiter in Leo.

We do still have the sign of Cancer activated as Mercury goes retrograde. Which, for a sign that already leans pretty nostalgic (water contains our memories), Mercury getting reflective is bound to put a lot of us in some kind of nostalgic state.

I’ll keep count of how many times I hear the phrase “the good old days” throughout the next 3-4 weeks.

Best practices for Mercury retrogrades are to account for extra time, as delays, miscommunications, minor inconveniences, and tech glitches are practically unavoidable.

It’s gonna happen no matter what you do, so triple check who you’re sending that text to, realize your ex will probably lose interest after Mercury retrograde ends if they text you, and try to have fun with it and not be so uptight when things don’t go your way. Adaptability is the #1 tool to get through a Mercury retrograde period.

Also, I always have my best meditation sessions during Mercury retrogrades, as introspection is a big part of what tends to come up. The more you lean into the slowdown, the more you benefit. Mercury retrogrades can actually be super helpful and insightful if you let them.

So sit with your thoughts, in silence, with no phone, for 10 minutes, and see what comes up.

Especially as Mars bends the nodes, we can feel unsure of what our next move is or where to go from here. So let it be confusing. Meditation isn’t always about finding answers or “enlightenment,” it’s just going through your mental inbox that is your mind. Each passing thought is an email that you’re clearing from your cache.

Full Moons are also a time of revelations because what is normally in the dark gets illuminated, particularly for the psyche.

Monday is also a peak day for major Capricorn placements like Sun, Moon, or Rising. So enjoy this special full moon.

For all of us, though, the Capricorn Full Moon can help us ground into a semblance of what we’re trying to build long-term.

Being particularly goal-oriented and mission-driven, Capricorn helps build our dreams brick by brick.

So even as Mercury goes retrograde and things seem confusing and unclear, try to ground yourself in your vision and your why, perhaps during a calming meditation session to process all the craziness that is this day.

Friday, July 3rd: Mars conjoins Uranus

The Big Boom.

Occurring around 11 PM at night, there’s a good chance the effects could land on July 4th, especially considering the United States birth chart has both Mars and Uranus in Gemini.

Speaking of the effects, there’s about a million and one possible ways this could go.

Because Uranus is the planet of shock, surprise, and breakthrough, Mars conjoining Uranus in Gemini for the first time since 1941 is perhaps the most unpredictable transit of the year.

That 1941 transit occurred around the onset of World War 2 and the United States entering the global conflict.

I’m calling this the big boom because there is nothing subtle about Mars + Uranus, especially now that it’s happening in Gemini which is much more conducive to the fast-paced nature that both of these planets like to operate under. Uranus, having spent the last 7-8 years in Taurus slowed down a lot of the revolutionary impacts of what Uranus can do.

In fact, this transit is so big and so loud that the effects could start to be felt once the two planets reached 10 degrees of each other which happened on June 19th.

In my opinion, this is the astrological “cause” behind the devastating earthquakes in Venezuela that have claimed the lives of over 900 people.

All year, July 4th has been circled on the calendar as a day that could spark some kind of conflict, potentially culminating in an attack against the United States.

However, natural disasters fall under this influence as well.

Especially these earthquakes, as you have the earth element activated from Mars in Taurus, causing a disruption to that which is ordinarily stable.

Then there’s the sign of the Twins represented by two separate ruptures that occurred on Wednesday, magnitude 7.2 and 7.5, less than a minute apart from one another.

With Mars now in Gemini, ideally, we can rule out Taurus and the Earth element as an ingredient of whatever explosive potential Mars + Uranus will cause together.

In the realm of the personal and what we do have a little more control over, Mars + Uranus in Gemini causes a restless energy, which increases the risks of accidents happening, so exercise increased caution this week.

Psychologically, the opportunity for breakthrough is immense. So write down those ideas and let the energy pour out of you.

I think the anxiety is also likely to tick up so holding your hand over your heart, taking 3 deep breaths, and repeating “I am safe” is a practice that would be quite regulating and useful.

Last thing I wanna say is that, Mars + Uranus combos over the last couple years have included assassination attempts on President Trump so if I were working in the White House, I’d order triple security and Secret Service probably all week.

Saturday, July 4th: Mars sextiles Neptune

Really not a big deal under the cloud of Mars + Uranus happening around this time.

But if Uranus weren’t involved, this would look like your actions supporting your vision or dream.

Mars contacting Neptune in Mars’ home sign of Aries probably gives Mars a good boost, which you probably don’t love to see with all the other context, since Mars is about fights and conflicts.

But perhaps Neptune’s quality of connecting every living being together rubs off on Mars brashness, painting a sympathetic tone to what each of us and the world is going through right now.

Sunday, July 5th: Mars trines Pluto Rx

Oh gosh, what to say here.

I probably look at this as a key aspect of the ongoing negotiation between humanity and technology.

The levels of physical and emotional energy will be greatly increased. Collectively and individually, this is an influence that can bring sweeping changes.

I’m pretty much expecting humanoid robots to be in full force by the time Pluto leaves Aquarius in 2044, so in the midst of the chaotic Mars-Uranus conjunction this week, Pluto’s influence could bring developments in the scientific and/or engineering communities.

On a personal level, this is just as influential on our psyche as it is out there in the world. See what moves through you and what within you is driving to be awakened at this time.

And on par for the energy of the week, if things get to be too emotionally dysregulating, take the time and space to find your grounding. In response to chaos, we want to be manifesting peace, not more chaos and dysregulation.

Next Week

Well, we’ve arrived at one of the most historically significant months of the decade and maybe even the century as we enter July 2026.

I think mid and late July is a lot more supportive than this early explosion in the first week of July.

My new favorite Leo is Mr. Rengoku from the Demon Slayer anime/manga.

His famous words to “set your heart ablaze” speaks to the unbridled passion and sense of creation that in many ways defines Leo’s core strength as an archetype.

The Leo archetype is characterized by courage, playfulness, and a magnetic presence that seeks to inspire and uplift others.

Leo rules the heart. And because of that, when Leo acts in accordance with the heart, it brings tremendous vitality to anyone in Leo’s circle.

It’s an infectious way to fall in love with life.

But unlike how a water sign will act from the heart by “wearing their emotions on their sleeve,” fire signs like Leo act on their passion with an energy source that seems as consistent and as constant as the Sun.

When Jupiter enters Leo on June 29th, our passions and drive to create get a huge power up.

And I can’t sum it up any more perfectly than to set your heart ablaze.

Leo’s Turn To Be God’s Favorite?

Since Jupiter spends about 1 year in a sign, and Jupiter is known as the planet of good fortune, expansion, and abundance, you’d expect it to be Leo’s turn to receive the Universe’s greatest blessings this year.

While there is plenty of potential for that to come true, Jupiter’s time in Leo gets complicated by the South Node’s presence as well as a Mars retrograde.

Jupiter brings increase.

The South Node typically brings decrease or a release or letting go of something.

Therefore, the South Node is likely to offset a portion of Jupiter’s typical good fortune.

While the presence of a Mars retrograde can make it difficult to act on said passions and other creative urges that often lead to the type of success that Jupiter offers.

So to get the purest form of Jupiter in Leo, the times to take advantage of will be the first couple months and the last couple months.

July, August, and September 2026.

And May, June, and July of 2027.

The large caveat of July 2026 is that Jupiter will aspect Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto.

The supportive aspects from Uranus and Neptune are quite helpful, especially as Neptune helps us align our identity with our ideal vision for ourselves.

However, Jupiter in Leo opposite Pluto is likely to cause some tension.

Tension between what you want and how you want to express yourself, with the rules and social norms of a larger group and/or societal structures.

Especially around the Jupiter cazimi on July 29th, which would normally be a day for celebration and intention setting for the upcoming year of Jupiter in Leo (which it still is btw).

But on the same day there is a full moon in Aquarius activating that Pluto-Jupiter opposition once again.

Once that hurdle is cleared, August and September will give us a purer, unobstructed expression of Jupiter in Leo and the set your heart ablaze mantra.

Notice the key dates below, Saturn and Jupiter will trine 3 times, which is extremely helpful. But Jupiter will also conjoin the South Node 3 times, which puts a damper on what Jupiter can do.

While Mars doesn’t retrograde all the way back to conjoin Jupiter a 2nd and 3rd time, coming within 3 degrees of Jupiter and the South Node will have a potent influence, connecting the themes and events of March-April 2027 with those of October-November 2026.

Jupiter In Leo Expands Creativity, Confidence, and Radiant Self-Expression

Despite other influences over the coming year, Jupiter in Leo is not a subtle placement.

It shines, speaks, and seeks to inspire.

It teaches that growth comes from stepping into the light.

From claiming and sharing your story.

And by offering your gifts to the world with courage and pride.

So be damn proud of what you’re building.

Celebrate who you are and who you are becoming.

The more you honor your fire, the more light you spread across the world.

Hopefully, the South Node can tame some of the excessive ego, performative wisdom, and need for approval that is typically seen as the shadow side of Leo.

But either way, this will be a time for kindling your inner fire.

And the first step to do that is to follow your heart.

Do that, and you can never go wrong.

Sign Spotlight: Mars in Leo

Famous examples: Michael Jordan, Beyonce, Frank Sinatra

Yes, the Leo Jupiter’s will be having their Jupiter return, granting good luck. The Leo Suns will have ample support to step into their full selves.
And the Leo Venus’s will have increased luck in romantic affairs.

But the Leo Mars people might have the most to celebrate.

When Jupiter and Mars get together, the results can be explosive.

But both these planets love being in fire signs, and the explosive potential to propel these people into the life and the success that they’ve been working towards is tremendous.

Like Jordan’s insane competitive drive, Beyonce’s commanding stage presence, or Sinatra’s confident and smooth grace, Leo Mars people will have the chance to step into true powerhouses this year.

The challenge of the Mars retrograde period will be difficult, but ultimately serves as an opportunity for creative breakthrough.

On Sunday, Mars will enter Gemini and immediately start applying to a conjunction with Uranus.

That aspect goes exact late at night on July 3rd Pacific time, early in the morning on July 4th Eastern time.

And it’s one of the more important transits of 2026.

• Uranus is surprise, shock, and disruption. The true wildcard

• Mars-Uranus cycles in the last couple years have increasingly been correlated with political violence, including assassination attempts on President Trump

• This is Mars’ and Uranus’ first conjunction in Gemini since 1947, and the first of 4 they will make over the next 8 years, providing context around what upcoming cycles will have in store for the collective

It’s hard to know exactly what to expect as America celebrates its 250th birthday as this just might be the most unpredictable transit of 2026.

But surely, some loud fireworks are in store along with a good chance of some kind of attack against the United States.

Not that we want to manifest undesirable situations, but July 4th is a major activation of a transit that historically has not been easy for the United States.

This week, as we get closer to that activation, the crescendo gets louder. The warning signs will start to show themselves. Especially after Mars enters Gemini on June 28th.

However the week and day of July 4th end up going, it will be something of a tone-setter for Uranus’ entire stay in the sign of Gemini which is the next 7 years, going into 2033. At least for the 4 activations of Mars and Uranus together in the sign of Gemini during that time. Which is why it draws so much of my attention.

Given all of this, your primary directive for this week ahead is to enjoy the quiet and the last chill week for a while before things get craaazzzzzy in July, August, and beyond.

Last week, Venus in Leo trined Neptune in Aries and I talked about how freeing and passionate that transit was for us.

We’re moving into some of the peak “Fire Horse” transits of the year with Leo being activated contacting planets in Aries.

New beginnings around identity and the highest expression of self are in the making.

However, Saturn in Aries sets a high standard (at least tries to).

As Venus trines Saturn, we’re working through some of the harder realities of becoming a more empowered and freer individual.

And as is the case with most things, we don’t get anywhere by ourselves.

This is a day where we rely on our friends and loved ones to help us bring out the best of ourselves.

As the old African proverb goes, if you want to go fast, go alone. But if you want to go far, go together.

Later in the day, the Sun in Cancer squares Neptune in Aries.

This can look like a lack of clarity, especially around what we might be feeling and what we want.

It’s a disconnect between our conscious selves and our ideals.

Therefore, the afternoon is better spent on activities like daydreaming rather than getting any serious work done.

Just try not to overly depend on escapist tendencies as that tends to comes up with energy like this.

Saturday, June 27th: Mars Sextiles Jupiter

Both Mars and Jupiter are about to switch signs. But before they do Mars at the end of Taurus makes a supportive sextile to Jupiter at the end of Cancer.

This is like a motivational burst of fulfilling some of the good that Jupiter in Cancer was trying to do in our charts.

On the whole, I look at Jupiter in Cancer over the last year as helping us get in touch with our emotions and be brave enough to share that more vulnerable side with others. After all, it is the revealing and voluntary disclosure of our true feelings that fosters human connection and friendship.

Without that ittle litty bit of vulnerability, connection stalls.

Mars sextile Jupiter helps us take more of a risk. It’s a very “fortune favors the bold” kind of transit. However, depending on your chart, the risk could come in the form of sharing what’s on your heart.

A vulnerable position for anyone but the rewards of trusting the right person yields tremendous benefit.

Sunday, June 28th: Mars enters Gemini

And the fireworks begin.

If we were talking about just Mars in Gemini, we’d be talking about our drive, motivation, and willpower taking on a much faster, albeit more scattered rhythm than the last 6 weeks of Mars in Taurus.

But we’re also talking about Uranus in the early degrees of Gemini.

Since April, Uranus in Gemini has given a bit of a caffeinated, electric surge to the collective.

What I like about it is that it gives us a bit of idgaf attitude. 2026 is such a transformative year for the entire world. With Saturn weakened in Aries and Uranus strengthened in Gemini, it’s seemingly like the old rules just don’t apply anymore.

Instead we feel a sense of freedom and rebelliousness to rewrite our own rules.

Mars will turbocharge this feeling, contributing to a high degree of restlessness. Almost like you’ve had coffee/caffeine without actually having any.

Because of this, the potential for accidents goes way up. So starting June 28th through the beginning of July, I’d advise extra caution really around everything but especially while driving or while engaged in physical activity.

It’s not a transit that needs to be feared but it is a bit of a red flag.

All and all, it’s a bit of a light week until the very end.

I’ll be looking to enjoy the last chill week before all the craziness really starts going the last couple days of June and pretty much all of July.

June might just be the last “chill” month of 2026 and this week is most definitely the last chill week for a while.

So relish the quiet, align with the calm, and ideally we can carry that with us into the rest of the year and beyond.

It almost feels like Christmas in June as there’s so much to celebrate this weekend.

World Cup fever has officially taken over in my household and other circles.

Today we celebrate Juneteenth, and then Father’s Day, and the Summer Solstice on Sunday.

There’s a ton of excitement in the air no matter who and where you are.

In honor of all the newness and excitement we’re feeling as Summer officially gets underway, I’ve decided to make some structural changes to the Awakened Astrology publication.

I’ll still be releasing the Weekly Astro Forecast to all subscribers. Ideally this will be sent out every Sunday for the week ahead.

But the main changes are that the Monthly Astro “Game Plan” series will now be under the paid tier.

Along with the Game Plan that serves as a general astro overview for the month, I’ll be introducing a monthly rising sign horoscopes series to the paid tier.

At present, I have some ideas for the occasional workshop that would fall under the paid tier as well. Using the planets to unlock your goals is the idea that I’m most excited about and would probably be the first of these workshops.

On Monday, we’re coming off the Gemini New Moon from the night before which is a bit of a lower energetic time. But with the moon now waxing and gaining light, we’re building and making good on those new moon intentions from the day before.

Because of this new moon, the Gemini sector of our charts is already well activated when Venus in Leo makes contact with Uranus in Gemini.

There hasn’t been a lot going on in Leo so far this year but that’s all about to change with Venus now and soon Jupiter and the rest of the personal planets entering Leo in the coming months.

Gemini and Leo make a good pair because they’re both the most likely to be voted class clown.

Both Gemini and Leo are very good at not taking themselves too seriously which opens up channels to connect with your inner child and lean into trying new things.

When something works, that’s great! But when it doesn’t, at least you lived a little and can laugh it off.

Tuesday, June 16th: Venus trines Neptune

The Barbault Basket is essentially what makes 2026 a year of Fire & Air.

And a strong firey transit like Venus in Leo trining Neptune in Aries is just about as “Fire Horse” as it gets.

Venus in Leo is a huge opening up of all matters of the heart. She’s loud and proud about what she likes, what she’s passionate about, and she’s got the fuel to fan the flames of that passion.

Especially as she trines Neptune, getting that creative spark to create something new.

This is the type of transit that could break anyone out of any writer’s block or another type of creative block.

This is when your vision lines up with what you want to do and the bias for action is present and strong.

And then the whole Barbault Basket side of this is that we are literally in the middle of creating new worlds that will help us evolve out of our suffering.

Meaning whatever kind of creative spark and passionate instincts you’re getting right now, you need to follow it.

Mercury is already in pre-retrograde shadow so the mind not be performing as well as our instincts are right now.

So don’t overthink it.

Feel it and let your inner fire take over.

Wednesday, June 17th: Venus opposes Pluto Rx

Ever since Pluto first entered Aquarius in early 2023, right around the time ChatGPT came out, Pluto in Aquarius has been strongly linked to AI.

Of course, Pluto in Aquarius has other effects such as people coming together to (re)build grassroots communities and a higher prioritization of any and all humanitarian concerns.

That’s what interesting about Pluto in Aquarius as a whole is that it’s kinda about people but it’s kinda about technology and how we use technology/AI to come together as people.

However on Wednesday, as Venus in Leo opposes Pluto, there’s a point of tension.

Maybe you get into an argument or disagreement with someone about your respective views on AI or scientific progress or the world as a whole.

Or to go the more Leo-Aquarius route, what you want goes against what the group wants or what someone else in your life needs or wants.

The houses (areas of life) that Leo and Aquarius rule in your birth chart will reveal how this will play out in your own life.

Friday, June 19th: Chiron enters Taurus

Considering Chiron has been in Aries since 2019, Chiron changing signs is one of the bigger shifts of 2026.

It’s a shift of our collective and individual hurt going from a masculine mode in Aries to a feminine mode in Taurus.

And here’s why it’s important…

Going back to 2019, men stopped doing the manly thing.

Speaking as a man, the combination of the height of the Me Too movement and then Covid and the “spatial isolation” made it so hard to approach any woman.

Of course, there’s a lot of other factors at play here but Chiron leaving Aries is a welcome sign as it will alleviate the numerous issues that have risen up out of the “wounded masculine.”

With Chiron in Taurus, the themes around our wounds and healing will revolve around themes of self-worth, material security, and our physical bodies, in addition to overall femineity.

Keep in mind, Chiron won’t make it beyond the first degree of Taurus before retrograding back into Aries in September. This is just the preview period.

The Chiron in Taurus dates are:

• Preview Period: June 19, 2026 – September 17, 2026

• Full Transit: Begins April 14, 2027 and continues into 2034

Saturn will still be suppressing the pure Aries themes including masculinity so it’s not like this is a full unleashing but it is a step in the right direction of closing the gap between men and women.

Sunday, June 21st: The Summer Solstice

The Summer Solstice is a peak moment.

In the northern hemisphere, it’s the day of peak light, the longest day of the year and the shortest night.

Universally, this represents the height of the Sun’s power, light, and warmth.

Around the world, the Solstice is celebrated as a time of vitality, clarity, and awakening.

Going back to the Winter Solstice, 6 months prior, what has manifested for you and has your year turned out how you wanted thus far?

The peak moment of this day represents the culmination of the past 6 months of effort.

Paradoxically, it also represents when the days start getting shorter, helping us lean into some of the ebbs and flows of nature.

Acknowledging our personal growth at a time like this is uber important. It’s a reminder to pause as we balance forward momentum with reflection. And of course, enjoy our moment in the Sun.

Energetically, we move into nature’s version of Q3.
