As the North Node is the point where the Moon is ascending north across the ecliptic it is associated with ambition, aspiration, attainment, contentment, development, evolution, fascination, and growth so as you can imagine it is a major placement to work with when creating wealth for yourself. When you work towards embodying the energetics of your North Node you will feel a sense of material fulfillment.

This doesn’t necessarily mean money or resources in the way that we naturally think of when we hear the word “material” but rather it refers to this sense of satisfaction with your life on the physical plane.. but of course money can be a big part of this if this is what your soul signed up for. Also it’s interesting that the definition for the word fulfillment is “the act of consummating a desire or promise” so you can think of your North Node as your soul’s promise to move toward in this lifetime.

This is why embodying the qualities of the sign and focusing on the topics of the house your North Node is in will create a sense of direction and self-actualization.

Moving towards embracing the traits of your North Node placement isn’t always easy.. but once you embrace the energy of getting uncomfortable and feel the sense of fulfillment that comes with stretching yourself to grow it can be deeply satisfying to your soul.

The entire stretch of eclipse season lasts from about a week before the first eclipse until a week after the last one and it can be intense as it often activates change that shakes your life up, makes a course correction, or brings about a much-needed ending.

It may not always seem like it at the time but these changes are always for your highest good.

Lunar Eclipses are supercharged Full Moons and a Full Moon is the lunar phase when the Moon appears fully illuminated from Earth’s perspective. When the Full Moon occurs the Sun and Moon are exactly opposite each other in the sky.

Lunar Eclipses signify a culmination of energy, the height of a cycle, and the illumination of emotions and themes that have been building. This Lunar Eclipse will occur at 4° Pisces on August 27, 2026 at 10:12pm MDT.

Here are some do’s and dont’s for Lunar Eclipses in particular:

The weeks leading up to this eclipse have been extremely energetically draining for so many of us as this is typically the case with eclipse season but the hangover of coming off of such potent astrology in July and August has played a big role in this as well and the lack of planets in earth signs up until this Virgo season has felt somewhat ungrounded and uncomfortable. This is also the last Pisces eclipse in this abnormally long Virgo-Pisces eclipse series that started 2 years ago in September 2024 and won’t fully culminate until the Lunar Eclipse in Virgo on February 20 of next year.

Over the past 2-3 years Pisces energy was highlighted with Saturn in Pisces, Neptune in Pisces, the lunar nodes in the Virgo-Pisces axis, and Mercury retrograde in Pisces this past Winter. Obviously Saturn and Neptune have been gone from this sign for quite some time now having both moved back into Aries at the end of January and middle of February but this last eclipse in Pisces will set the stage for a significant culmination of themes and a final push for change in the Pisces or perhaps other mutable sign parts of your chart.

Pisces is the last sign of the zodiac and as the mutable water sign it is the sign that seems to most easily swim between realms and pick up on the deeper meaning of things. So Saturn in Pisces alongside Neptune in Pisces over the past couple of years lifted the veil and exposed so many people to the truth of what has actually been going on for decades and centuries behind the scenes to control and harvest the most precious resource a.k.a. the human soul (yes… I went there).

As I shared in my post on Virgo season “they” are definitely trying to create the illusion of scarcity and dial the fear frequency up to the max. This means it will be very easy to get caught up in the noise and become disembodied if you aren’t attuned and aligned within yourself. It is more important now than ever before to understand on a mind, body, and soul level that your energy is your most valuable asset. A price cannot be put on pure creator consciousness and this is why they’ve done everything they can to disconnect you from your connection to God, your somatic wisdom, and the power of your mind.

The element of water is extremely fascinating to think about in the context of this knowledge. We are made up of about 70% water and it is the only element that can alter our DNA and muscle memory. There have been numerous studies done on water changing its structure based on the words said to it or the energetic intentions in its field. You can look up the experiments that Masaru Emoto did with water in the early 2000s if you want to learn more.. but I know that you already know these wisdom codes to be true even without the “trusting the science” as we’ve been conditioned to do. This shows us that our consciousness changes shape based on our beliefs.

We’ve also been shown many truths about water in many mainstream books and films. The book series and films that come to my mind the most are Dune. I only watched the first couple of films recently with my family while visiting (otherwise I don’t tend to watch any) and I immediately picked up on the symbolism throughout. The water symbolism stood out to me the most though (maybe we’ll get to the spice symbolism another day) as you could see clearly how precious and life-altering they viewed water to be. Perhaps this is why certain groups would like to not only control this resource externally but through the modifying of our DNA as well.

I share all of this to say that although it seems like the dystopian plans are in full force and that we are doomed as a humanity this is simply what they want you to believe. They know that whatever the large majority believes to be true will in fact become true.. this is how much power you, I, we have. This is why whatever you believe will be true for yourself and the trajectory of humanity is what you will experience in your external reality. This isn’t about spiritual bypassing or “love and light” only thinking.. it’s about the truth of who you are and what you are capable of and this truth is shown to us again and again in films like Dune.

So I hope that you can use this Lunar Eclipse in Pisces to awaken and illuminate these truths within your being so you can gain clarity on what you want to be true about yourself, humanity, and God then start moving from that place.

As the mutable earth sign of the zodiac this season closes out the Summer in the Northern Hemisphere. It is a time of alignment and refinement.

Virgo is:

• Ruled by Mercury

• Symbolized by the maiden

• Governs the digestive system

• Feminine polarity

• Earth element

• Mutable modality

Virgo energy asks for more alignment, clarity, discernment, embodiment, refinement, service and it asks for less avoidance, escapism, flakiness, helplessness, martyrdom, and spiritual bypassing.

Although we typically associate this time as the beginning of the Fall season culturally Virgo season is the last of the summer seasons in the zodiac as it ends with the Fall Equinox and full transition into the autumnal months. The symbolism of Virgo and its ruling planet Mercury (which uniquely holds both domicile and exaltation status here) is quite potent especially in the Northern Hemisphere. As the last season before the darkness officially takes over Virgo is the purifier and preparer before we symbolically head into the underworld. This is why Mercury functions so well here.. as it is the messenger between realms.

This is also why Virgo holds sooo much more depth as a sign than what is portrayed in pop astrology. Sure… the stereotypes of cleanliness, modesty, and perfectionism hold a lot of truth but these ideas are much more layered than meets the eye. In the ancient world it was widely known that certain purification steps must be taken before entering the underworld (symbolically and literally) to fully let the previous life cycle run its course. So Virgo season signifies the preparation for judgment, harvest, and the descent into the underworld with the Fall Equinox at the end of the season. This is why Virgo and Libra season lay the groundwork for Scorpio season.

So while we’ve been conditioned to believe that linear progress equates to fulfillment or success Virgo season is here to remind us that life is cyclical and that we must discern, clear out, and refine certain areas of our lives throughout these cycles otherwise we will feel unaligned and incongruent with the rhythms we were designed for. When we don’t do this and give way to the lower expression of Virgo energy (controlling, overdoing, overplanning, etc.) it goes against our very nature and causes dis-ease within the body. This is why so many women have come up against burnout and extreme depletion on mental, physical, and spiritual levels in previous years up until now.

Now I know that nervous system regulation and the wellness girly trend is kind of being rebelled against right now which often happens when the pendulum swings way too hard to one end but in my opinion (ahem.. as a Virgo rising and Virgo Jupiter woman) living in alignment and taking care of your mind, body, and soul is not a trend.. it’s a requirement in the new paradigm. There is a major shift happening in the world right now and “they” are definitely trying to create the illusion of scarcity and dial the fear frequency up to the max. This means it will be very easy to get caught up in the noise and become disembodied if you aren’t attuned and aligned within yourself.

So although we have been transitioning out of a heightened emphasis on Virgo energy recently with the lunar nodes and eclipses moving out of the Virgo-Pisces axis the energetics of this season are very potent to work with. Mercury (again the planet that is both domicile and exalted in Virgo) is the planet most associated with alchemy as it represents the principle of change and transmutation. As the Mercury-ruled earth sign Virgo is the feminine alchemist of the zodiac so this moment in time is asking you to tune in, listen to your body, and spend time in nature as they will tell you what you need to hear.

I hope that you can truly sit with these cosmic codes and see how they feel in your body as the collective themes of this season are discernment, purification, and grounding into your desired reality despite outside noise.

This Virgo season may be a little bit quieter compared to most of July and August and although this isn’t always the case it is an earth sign season so there is usually a lot more grounded energy compared to the other seasons. The first significant transit of the season is a Mercury cazimi happening at 4° of Virgo on the morning of the Lunar Eclipse in Pisces that is happening at that same degree. Cazimi just means “in the heart of the Sun” or an exact conjunction. When a Mercury cazimi occurs its qualities are thought to be purified and strengthened by the Sun and in this case it is particularly potent as Mercury holds both domicile and exaltation status in Virgo.

This means that if you have placements around the 4° range of Virgo (or even Taurus or Capricorn) you will likely be getting clarity or insight around something that has been on your mind for a while or is related to the area of life that Virgo rules in your chart. The highest expression of Virgo energy is about attuning to your somatic intelligence vs. trying to plan or force whatever wants to come through. Also whatever is meant to come through for you this day will be important to embody or act on as time unfolds as you will see the result of this 6 months later with the last Lunar Eclipse in Virgo on February 20 next year happening in the early degrees of this sign.

As I mentioned this cazimi is happening in the morning of August 27 then the last Lunar Eclipse in Pisces goes exact that night at 4° as well. This will be a big point of culmination for the Pisces part of your chart as we had the first eclipse in Pisces around this time 2 year years ago in 2024 and had both Saturn and Neptune in that Pisces part of your chart for the large part of the last couple of years as well. As it is the last eclipse in Pisces it will likely serve as the final push for change in that area of your life so it will be helpful to look at what house Pisces rules for you. This may not be the easiest illumination of your emotions or a push for change though as the luminaries will be square to Uranus in Gemini.

Since Uranus first entered Gemini in July last year it has definitely been pushing more and more of us to make major changes in our lives and liberate ourselves from outdated constraints but I would say its presence has been most potently felt this Summer with its involvement in the rare outer planetary configuration between Jupiter in Leo, Uranus in Gemini, Neptune in Aries, and Pluto in Aquarius that happened at 4° of these signs. So as this Pisces lunation on August 27 is also happening at 4° the themes initiated during that configuration (it was most potent on July 19-20) will likely become more illuminated for you especially if you have mutable placements (Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, Pisces) around this degree.

Also the Aries and Leo parts of your chart will likely feel quite active around this time as well because Jupiter in Leo will be forming an exact trine with Saturn in Aries at 13° of these signs. Jupiter is the planet of abundance, expansion, and optimism and Saturn is the planet of discipline, mastery, and maturity and a trine is the most harmonious aspect in astrology so while the qualities and goals of each of these planets can sometimes seem to go against each other this aspect will be very supportive for the Aries and Leo parts of your chart especially if you have placements around this degree. Jupiter in Leo wants you to lead from your heart and share your gifts with the world and Saturn in Aries wants you to know that direction is more important than speed.

Now we will also have Mars in Cancer square Saturn in Aries right after this so things may feel a bit frustrating for you after this sense of clarity from the eclipse and inspiration from Jupiter in Leo trine Saturn in Aries but it is important to remember that squares are not all bad and are often quite necessary for change. This means that not only will those of us with mutable placements (Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, Pisces) around 4° be getting activated to make changes but so will those of you with cardinal placements (Aries, Cancer, Libra, Capricorn) around 13° so just make sure to give yourself some extra patience around this time.

Then the New Moon in Virgo will happen on September 10 at 18° of this sign which will be a time to plant the seeds or set intentions for what you want to unfold by the time that the incredibly loud last Lunar Eclipse in Virgo happens on February 20 of next year. This lunation is an ideal time to set intentions for routines and rituals that you want to devote yourself to moving forward. Again the higher expression of Virgo isn’t about being super regimented with your routines or checking things off a list but rather it’s about a devotion to your mind, body, and soul health and well-being. As this lunation is in a supportive sextile to Mars in Cancer you will likely feel more motivated to implement your intentions right away as well.

However I do want to note that even though I see this lunation as positive in many ways right on this same day we will have Venus entering Scorpio and opposing Chiron in Taurus at 0° so those of us with early degree fixed placements (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius) may be feeling a bit tender during this time as Venus has a more difficult time in Scorpio, this will the sign it stations retrograde in soon, Chiron is retrograde in Taurus, and oppositions tend to bring the most confronting energy. This means that wounds or insecurities around money, love, or self-worth will likely come up to be worked through around this time.

So overall even though I see this Virgo season as quite calmer compared to many other seasons in 2026 so far there will be a bit of tension, final pushes for change, and wounds coming up that need to be addressed. Remember that Virgo season is the ideal time to discern, clear out, and refine certain areas of your life. Some things will need to go completely, some things may just need refining, and other things may need to be newly birthed. So use this time to connect to your body, tune in to your inner wisdom, and trust the sacred spiral of life.

The word Midheaven stands for Medium Coeli which is Latin for “middle of the sky” as it is where the ecliptic (the path of the Sun) crosses the local meridian at its highest point at the time and place of your birth. Solar Eclipses are supercharged New Moons and a New Moon is the lunar phase when the Moon appears dark and hidden from Earth’s perspective. When the New Moon occurs the Sun and Moon are exactly conjoined each other in the sky.

Solar Eclipses signify a renewal of energy, the beginning of a cycle, and the initiation of themes. This Solar Eclipse will occur at 20° Leo on August 12, 2026 at 11:36am MDT.

Here are some do’s and dont’s for Solar Eclipses in particular:

This is the first eclipse in Leo that we will have in the series of eclipses happening across the Leo-Aquarius axis over the next year and a half and the only other eclipse happening in Leo during this time will be in August 2027 so the cosmos clearly wanted Aquarius to have a little bit more of the spotlight.

Ideally the North Node in Aquarius over the next year and a half will be bringing us more towards the higher expression of collective ideals and balancing of the energetics of both of the signs that the lunar nodes are in. Overall the Leo-Aquarius axis is about the integration of self-expression and service to the collective.

With the South Node in Leo this means this time is all about letting go of the ego stories about who you are to become the authentic and heart-led version of yourself that contributes to the collective in a way that is for the greater good of all.. but this doesn’t mean letting go of your personal ambitions and individuality to fit into the crowd (this would be the lower expression of Aquarius).

This is why over the next year and a half it will be important to not completely pedestalize Aquarius energy and dismiss Leo energy. This is a trap and a distortion as the sign axes in astrology exist for a reason.. they are here to balance each other out and be integrated.

So while it is absolutely true that the world is in need of an increase of the higher expression of Aquarius energy and a decrease in the lower expression of Leo energy this again doesn’t mean that you have to push down your creative urges and forgo your personal desires. To make a heart-led and lasting impact on the collective (remember that Leo and Aquarius are fixed signs) you must first honour the desires planted in your own heart.

It takes audacity, courage, and conviction to do this as it goes against so much programming you’ve likely been conditioned to believe.. you know.. the programming that tells you to stay small, shrink yourself, wait for permission, fear your own power, and hide from sharing your unique gifts with the world.

The thing is it’s not just about you (the distortion of Leo energy).. when you dim your light you are not only saying “no” to honouring your soul’s desires and denying the creator that God/Source/Universe created you to be but you are also doing “them” a favour as only they benefit from you shrinking and undermining your power.

So while it can feel so much easier (and falsely safer) to move from fear and old programming about who you think you should be showing up as I hope you can allow this lunation to usher you into a reality where you couldn’t even imagine not moving from this place of authentic self-expression and getting paid to share your gifts with the world.

The Moon reflects the light of the Sun in varying degrees on its journey each month. Approximately every 27-29 days it orbits completely around the Earth. It’s during that full cycle that we will see each lunar phase.

In astrology the Moon only takes 2-2.5 days to transit between zodiac signs and each month we typically have one New Moon in the sign of that season and one Full Moon in the sign opposite of that season.

It is important to know that not every New Moon and not every Full Moon may be significant for you personally. What makes a lunation powerful for you is if it is conjunct or closely aspecting personal placements in your natal chart but as a general rule Supermoons and eclipses are felt more deeply by all.

A Full Moon is the lunar phase when the Moon appears fully illuminated from Earth’s perspective. When the Full Moon occurs the Sun and Moon are exactly opposite each other in the sky.

Full Moons signify a culmination of energy, the height of a cycle, and the illumination of emotions and themes that have been building.

This Full Moon will occur at 6° Aquarius on July 29, 2026 at 8:36am MDT.

Here are some do’s and dont’s for Full Moons:

This Full Moon in Aquarius is going to be a loud one not only because it’s nearly in eclipse category with the lunar nodes having just shifted into the Leo-Aquarius axis but because it is conjunct Pluto in Aquarius and opposite Jupiter in Leo. This means that these planetary energies are extra amplified at the moment. Jupiter is the planet of abundance and expansion and Pluto is the planet of power and transformation so as you can imagine this is a major illumination of these themes across the Leo-Aquarius axis.

Aquarius energy is very misunderstood which makes sense from both ancient and modern interpretations of the sign. Modern astrology states that Aquarians are eccentric, rebellious, and unconventional and Aquarius is often associated with the concept of starseeds and other dimensions. It gets murky because I can see how these associations came about especially when attributing Uranus as the ruling planet but in ancient astrology Aquarius is seen as a more serious and deeply intelligent sign with its Saturn rulership.

In ancient astrology Aquarius is the observer, the visionary, the keeper of knowledge, the pattern recognizer, the objective intellectual, and the dispenser of wisdom. Aquarius has the ability to think beyond the current realm of possibility but still with a logical and realistic lens. Ultimately Aquarius is a connector between what is and what could be.. which checks out with Saturn’s rulership of Aquarius as well as Saturn is known as the planetary bridge between the material realm and beyond.

Aquarius energy is going to be a major theme over the next couple of decades with Pluto firmly in this sign until the mid-2040s (which seems wild to say) but particularly over the next year and a half with the North Node in Aquarius and eclipses falling in this Leo-Aquarius axis as well. There will be higher and lower expressions of these signs playing out on both personal and collective levels so it will be interesting to observe but I truly feel like we were catalyzed into a new timeline with the recent rare planetary configuration between Jupiter, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto.

This timeline and new paradigm is one of abundance through service, being in right relationship with Earth and each other, sustainable progress that benefits all, the rise of the people’s power, and a restoration of cosmic order. This reality is already happening if you open your eyes to see.. it’s just that “they” have been doing everything in their power to make sure you don’t see this shift and become a bigger part of it. They want everyone to stay distracted, disconnected, and disembodied but it’s too late.. the tables are already turning.

On a practical level with this shift the cosmos are most definitely going to reward the artists, healers, mystics, messengers, and visionaries who are creating a better world for all by first honouring the desires placed in their own hearts. This is because to be of service from a place of overflow and make a lasting impact on the collective you must first honour your own desires and creative urges.. this is the highest expression of the Leo-Aquarius axis.

Overall I hope that this Full Moon in Aquarius serves as a reminder that things are not “just the way they are” in your own reality or that of the collective and that it’s not a frivolous endeavour to go after your dreams right now.. in fact it is a requirement to create the new paradigm.

You have the power to change these realities into whatever you desire.

Your art, words, ideas, impact, etc. may permanently alter the frequency of this planet.

So it’s time to fully step into your role in this shift.

The lunar nodes are not planets but rather points where the Moon’s orbital path crosses the ecliptic which is the Sun’s yearly path on the celestial sphere. In your natal chart these points provide valuable insight into your unique life’s path, purpose, and the lessons that you should focus on in this lifetime. The transiting lunar nodes (the signs and parts of your chart they are currently moving through) can show what we are all being called to balance and integrate on both personal and collective levels.

This is why it’s important to know that the ancients viewed the lunar nodes a lot differently than what is often portrayed in pop astrology. In this view the North Node is often seen as something that is “good” and the South Node as something that is “bad” but the ancients saw these opposite points as representing the increase and decrease in the wheel of fortune (a.k.a. the natural ebbs and flows of life here in the material realm). In the ancient view the increase of something doesn’t always mean “good” and the decrease of something doesn’t always mean “bad.”

This is why over the next year and a half it will be important to not completely pedestalize Aquarius energy and dismiss Leo energy. This is a trap and a distortion as the sign axes in astrology exist for a reason.. they are here to balance each other out. So while it is absolutely true that the world is in need of an increase of the higher expression of Aquarius energy and a decrease in the lower expression of Leo energy this doesn’t also mean that you should push down your creative urges and forgo your own personal desires. To make a heart-led and lasting impact on the collective you must first honour the desires planted in your own heart.. this is the Leo-Aquarius axis.

This is why the collective themes of this transit are abundance through service, power to the people, and sacred leadership. Also it’s important to note that this shift would be major on its own but the fact that it is joined by Jupiter in Leo and Pluto in Aquarius makes it so much more impactful.

Leading up to this transit we’ve already seen major collective shifts across the Leo-Aquarius axis since Pluto first entered Aquarius in 2023. We’ve experienced the dissolution of old paradigms and realities, seen a backlash against celebrity and influencer culture, and a rebellion against those hoarding extreme wealth at the detriment of many. These themes will now be amplified with the North Node in Aquarius joining Pluto and the South Node in Leo joining Jupiter in these signs.

There is a lot going on so it is totally normal to feel uncertain and overwhelmed but this is exactly what “they” are hoping for. There has been an engineered effort to fragment our attention and hijack our motivation that has been amplified right now. They want us to remain frozen, to idealize a better future instead of actually creating it, to stay stuck fighting each other instead of them, to prioritize logic over intuition, and to give up on creating from our heart space.

This is why creating your art is more important now than ever before with all of the darkness being exposed and dystopian agendas being pushed. When you express your creativity and share your unique gifts with the world this is not a frivolous endeavour… it is changing the frequency of the planet. This is what will create the foundation for the Aquarian rise and new paradigm that benefits all.

This is because it’s not just about you (the distortion of Leo energy).. when you dim your light and push your creative urges down to blend in with the crowd you are not only saying “no” to honouring your soul’s desires and denying the creator that God/Source/Universe designed you to be but you are also doing them a favour as only they benefit from you shrinking, undermining your power, and going along with what you think everyone else wants.

Remember that to make a heart-led and lasting impact on the collective you must first honour the desires planted in your own heart.. this is the highest expression of the Leo-Aquarius axis. So to counteract the dystopian agendas they are desperately trying to push while hoping you accept them out of fear I invite you to focus on the highest timeline possible for yourself and all of humanity then start doing whatever you can to make that reality happen.

All in all this shift will bring massive change whether you are ready or not. The North Node in Aquarius will push you to go all in on pursuing your calling without worrying what others will think, it will have you show up in service to the collective from a place of overflow, and it will ask you to step into sacred leadership to create the world you want to see while the South Node in Leo will pull you away from identities that you’ve clung to because they fulfill your need for validation, it will have you confront how your pride is getting in the way of creating the life your heart truly desires, and it will ask you to truly be seen in your authenticity regardless of external approval.

The lunar nodes in Leo and Aquarius will likely be felt the most around the eclipses or other lunations in each of these signs as these are times of karmic initiation and endings. The series of eclipses across this Leo-Aquarius axis began with the potent Solar Eclipse in Aquarius back on February 17 which happened at 28° of the sign and you will see a culmination of the themes initiated during that time in the Aquarius part of your chart in a few days with the Full Moon in Aquarius on July 29. Then a couple of weeks later we will have the first Solar Eclipse in Leo on August 12 which will initiate new themes or timelines within the Leo part of your chart.

If you have prominent Leo and Aquarius placements (Sun, Moon, rising, etc.) you will experience this transit and the eclipses in these signs the most especially if these placements are in the 1st, 4th, 7th, or 10th Houses as well as these houses are associated with your identity, home life, relationships, and career. Then those of us with Taurus and Scorpio placements (the other fixed signs) will be feeling the pressure from the squares the nodes will be making to these parts of our charts. Fixed signs usually have the most challenging time with change so the changes that this transit will activate may not always feel good in the moment but I can assure you that the changes activated by the nodes are always better for you in the long run.

Also even if you don’t have personal placements in Leo or Aquarius (or the other fixed signs Taurus and Scorpio) this transit will likely still push you to make a change and set off in a new direction that will not only reshape your own timeline but that of the collective as well as this lunar node pairing is quite cosmically timed with the other transits as well. You can look to your rising sign themes below for what area of life the North Node in Aquarius will be activating and then look at the opposite house that the South Node in Leo will be in as well.

For example I am a Virgo rising so I have an Aquarius 6th House and my Saturn is there at 17° so it will be a little while until the lunar nodes get to that degree to impact my Saturn placement directly but I’ve definitely already been feeling the Leo-Aquarius axis being activated across my 6th House (Aquarius) and 12th House (Leo) since Jupiter entered Leo and we had the Jupiter-Pluto opposition right on top of my Chiron in Leo at 4° which has been highlighting my relationship to visibility and power. With the North Node in Aquarius in my 6th House of daily routines, health, and habits though I am definitely being called to approach my work from a different and more sustainable lens which is why I will be transitioning to do much more in-person work in Victoria over the next year and a half.

As the fixed fire sign of the zodiac this season sustains the Summer in the Northern Hemisphere. It is a time of light dominance and sustained vitality.

Leo is:

• Ruled by the Sun

• Symbolized by the lion

• Governs the heart

• Masculine polarity

• Fire element

• Fixed modality

Leo energy asks for more authenticity, courage, creativity, heart intelligence, passion, and warmth and it asks for less apathy, alienation, coldness, detachment, indifference, and intellectualizing.

As Summer in the Northern Hemisphere was initiated with the Summer Solstice and the start of Cancer season a month ago now it is up to Leo season to sustain the light as the fixed fire sign of the zodiac. The symbolism of this light dominance is why the Sun is domicile in Leo. This just means that the nature of the Sun and the qualities of Leo are in alignment with each other and this is probably why it feels like Leo season is the most “summery” season of them all. Also as the only sign ruled by the Sun (the most important and life-giving celestial body in our solar system) it’s no surprise that Leo energy often takes the spotlight.

Astronomically the Sun is the centre of our solar system and everything else revolves around it. Also life here on Earth would not be possible without the Sun. This is why the Sun represents our core consciousness, life force energy, and vitality in astrology. Leo and the Sun also govern the heart. Anatomically your heart is incredibly important as a life-giving pump that is responsible for circulating blood throughout your entire body and in ancient traditions it holds deeper symbolism as it is seen as the organ that is the primary locus of consciousness in the body.

The ancients knew that heart intelligence was by far the best source of judgment in life as it is the flow of awareness and intuitive guidance that we experience when our mind and emotions are brought into coherence with our heart. This kind of intelligence is sacred, primal, and it is much wiser than mind intelligence. We don’t even need to know the science behind it to understand heart intelligence. We already intuitively know that the brain thinks.. but the heart knows. We’ve just been conditioned to prioritize logic over inner knowing for so long that it can feel difficult to tune into this wisdom.

It’s also interesting to think of the word courage as it relates to Leo energy, the Sun, and heart intelligence. The root of this word is “cor” which is the Latin word for heart. The original meaning of courage was to have the conviction and strength to authentically face life from your heart. These truths are why your heart is truly the magnet for all of your desires. The word desire translates to “from the stars” in Latin as well. It’s just that the meaning of this word has been distorted to mainly be associated with lust or longing when that was not its original intention. Your core desires for your life are sacred.. they were planted in your heart for a reason.

So I know it can seem completely counterintuitive to focus on yourself, your desires, and your own creative urges right now with everything going on in the world.. but it’s really not. The lower expression of Aquarius energy (the sign opposite to Leo) can get you stuck in a place of intellectualizing and inaction. It’s also a space where you can become disconnected from your heart intelligence and overly reliant on your mind intelligence and this is not God’s intention for you at all.

I hope that you can truly sit with these cosmic codes and see how they feel in your body as the collective themes of this season are authentic self-expression, creative liberation, and heart-centred leadership.

The season starts by coming off the rare and timeline shifting 4° planetary alignment involving Jupiter in Leo, Uranus in Gemini, Neptune in Aries, and Pluto in Aquarius that has been building up throughout the month but was likely felt most significantly in the past few days. There are a lot of ways to look at this configuration but I personally feel like I’ve been seeing more and more people wake up to their creator consciousness and true potential, reclaim their attention and minds, and rebel even more against the dying systems that are desperately grasping the old paradigm to usher in the new world.

The next few years may not be the easiest but that’s not the point. This breakdown of old systems and dissolution of old paradigms is what so many of us have been hoping would happen for a very long time.. well it’s happening now and you can either cling to the old realities or become a co-creator of the new ones. This is why I am looking at the next few years with excitement for what will be created on a collective level and what I can create in my own life with it and I hope that you do too. Also this energy will become a lot easier to navigate if you let go of the urge to perform or seek external validation, prioritize living from your heart, and truly show up in service to the collective from a place of overflow.

Shortly after the Sun enters Leo we will also have Mercury station direct in Cancer marking the end of Mercury retrograde in this sign. Mercury retrograde is not rare and can happen 3-4 times a year but for some reason this retrograde seemed to impact a lot more people than normal so even though we are about to head into eclipse season at least there isn’t an inner planet retrograde happening at the same time. This means that you will likely feel that you have more forward momentum in the upcoming weeks compared to what it felt like during Cancer season.

A few days after this the biggest shift of the season then takes place with the lunar nodes entering the Leo-Aquarius axis on July 26 so we will have the North Node in Aquarius and the South Node in Leo and the upcoming eclipses happening across these signs. The lunar nodes only shift sign pairings about every 1.5 years so this is a fairly big shift on its own but what makes this time more significant is that we will have Jupiter in Leo and Pluto in Aquarius at the same time. This transit will require you to embrace and balance the higher expressions of both Leo and Aquarius while letting go of the lower expressions of Leo.

Shortly after this the Full Moon in Aquarius will happen on July 29 which is a precursor of sorts for the eclipses that we will have in August. This lunation is quite loud as the Moon will be conjunct Pluto in Aquarius and directly opposing the Sun and Jupiter in Leo at the same time. Also as it’s happening at 6° this is very close to the 4° alignment between all of the outer planets and Jupiter that just happened. This means if you have placements in Aries, Gemini, Leo, or Aquarius around these degrees you will likely experience a big shift in your life. I truly feel like this astrology is going to rearrange timelines for a lot of people.

Then the eclipses of this season and next will start off with the first Solar Eclipse in Leo on August 12 at 20° alongside Mercury, Jupiter, and the South Node in this sign so you will be the most impacted by this lunation if you have fixed placements (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius) around this degree. You can think of a Solar Eclipse as a supercharged New Moon which is the lunar phase when the Moon appears dark and hidden from Earth’s perspective so that means whatever is initiated around this eclipse may not be visible for several months later.

Overall these lunations alongside everything else happening this Leo season will highlight the Leo-Aquarius axis of your chart. The Leo-Aquarius axis is one of individuality and collective contribution but the understanding of this has been distorted for quite some time. To make a lasting and positive impact on the collective and be of service from a place of overflow vs. virtue signalling you must first honour the desires planted in your own heart. So by you focusing on yourself, your desires, and your own creative urges instead of getting stuck in intellectualizing, groupthink, and inaction (again the lower expression of Aquarius energy) will do a lot more for the greater good of all. This is the highest expression of the Leo-Aquarius axis.

It is associated with things like altruism, amplification, growth, faith, fortune, luck, optimism, wisdom, and prosperity so as you can imagine it is a *very important* placement to work with when creating a life of alignment and abundance.

Jupiter is all about expanding your consciousness, believing anything you desire is possible, and having faith in the beneficence of divine intelligence which are things that sadly much of societal programming goes against. This is why doing the inner work and expanding your mind to see to believe what is possible for you alongside working with your natal chart is so important.

Your Jupiter placement (the sign and house that Jupiter was in at the moment of your birth) can show you how you are designed to create abundance, expansion, and luck for yourself.

It is also where much of your confidence can come from, where you can own your bigness, and how you can take up space.

This goes so much deeper than money but at the same time we came to the material realm for a reason and there is no shame in wanting to stack cash.

Also now more than ever the collective needs people like you to expand your wealth consciousness and become ridiculously wealthy.

The Moon reflects the light of the Sun in varying degrees on its journey each month. Approximately every 27-29 days it orbits completely around the Earth. It’s during that full cycle that we will see each lunar phase.

In astrology the Moon only takes 2-2.5 days to transit between zodiac signs and each month we typically have one New Moon in the sign of that season and one Full Moon in the sign opposite of that season.

It is important to know that not every New Moon and not every Full Moon may be significant for you personally. What makes a lunation powerful for you is if it is conjunct or closely aspecting personal placements in your natal chart but as a general rule Supermoons and eclipses are felt more deeply by all.

A New Moon is the lunar phase when the Moon appears dark and hidden from Earth's perspective. When the New Moon occurs the Sun and Moon are exactly conjoined each other in the sky.

New Moons signify a renewal of energy, the beginning of a cycle, and the initiation of themes.

This New Moon will occur at 21° Cancer on July 14, 2026 at 3:43am MDT.

Here are some do’s and dont’s for New Moons:

Do’s:

• Go inward

• Set intentions

• Create a vision board

• Start something new

• Plan for the cycle

Dont’s:

• Overextend yourself

The New Moon in Cancer is often an abundant and fertile time each year as the Moon is in its domicile in Cancer so its lunations can feel quite supportive. This lunation in particular is happening in the middle of this rare and timeline-shifting month of July 2026 where the energy has felt much less stable for many so it is an invitation to source your own sense of safety and security within vs. looking for it externally.

We’ve been given clues all along that this cultivation of inner abundance is the piece that unlocks immense and deeply fulfilling external abundance as well. I say fulfilling because it is quite clear that there are many people in the world who have an extreme amount of material wealth but they are not internally or spiritually fulfilled so they are actually quite poor and operating from scarcity consciousness.

We can definitely see the lower expression of many astrological archetypes in the billionaires who exist today.. just look at the bunkers that so many of them have built in the last decade (but even much further back as well.. IYKYK). Their desire to totally hide underground and protect themselves from the outside world is similar to a crab wanting to hide in its shell. Symbolism like this is everywhere if you are open to seeing it.

But let’s get back to the clues we’ve been given all along that we are our own greatest sources of abundance and that money is a conduit for our soul’s expression. It can’t be a coincidence that in ancient astrology the Moon is associated with material fortune and our bodies (which are made of mostly water), the lunar cycle has 8 phases and the number 8 is associated with abundance (which on its side is the lemniscate in the tarot representing our infinite creative capacity), and the words used to describe money all seem to be related to water (currency, cash flow, liquidity, streams of income, etc.).

Also in the Thema Mundi (the birth chart of the cosmos as experienced from Earth) Cancer as the cardinal feminine water sign is the rising sign symbolizing spirit coming into matter. In this way Cancer (and the Moon) represent the feminine capacity for creation.. and without the feminine none of existence as we know it would be possible. Just as God created Earth we are all created in our mothers’ wombs in water and our bodies themselves are made of mostly water. All of these clues point to our bodies and souls being our most valuable currency.

Now on a practical level these codes are here to remind us that money is a feminine energy. It responds to your emotions and it is meant to flow.. just like the Moon and the feminine. This is why money doesn’t respond when you’re chasing it from a space of desperation, negativity, or lack. It responds when you are in the frequency of desire without need, when you already feel full, and when you are a safe container to hold it. When you are operating from this frequency you are able to use money as a conduit for your soul’s expression.

I know that this can be sooo hard to wrap your head around when you’ve been conditioned to believe that money responds to doing, force, and logic (which it still does to an extent.. just not in a fulfilling way as mentioned above) but as a feminine being I urge you to sit with yourself and tune into your body to deeply feel these truths. As women especially we are not designed for force as it signals to our bodies that we are unsafe and need to operate from survival mode.

The higher expression of Cancer seeks inner wealth and security first and its energy is here to remind you that the more you cultivate this sense of safety and enoughness within yourself the more you can relax into your feminine way of being. This allows you to be so certain that your desires will manifest that the actions you take to create them will feel much more aligned and much of the time even effortless.

So I hope that this New Moon in Cancer allows you to realize that your desires are possible.. but to manifest them you must first allow them to be felt in your body. It is your birthright to live in abundance and the clues on how to remember this have been hidden in plain sight all along.

Jupiter is the largest planet in our solar system and it’s known as the greater benefic in ancient astrology. It takes about 12 years to move through all of the signs so whatever sign it is moving through currently you can look to that house and any placements you have there for where you are being called to expand and gain wisdom. There is an opportunity for material abundance and blessings with Jupiter as well but its presence goes much deeper than these qualities.

Leading up to this transit we’ve already seen the dissolution of old paradigms and realities, a rebellion against celebrity and influencer culture, and the collective cost of ego inflation of the select few. Now the shadow of Leo energy will be completely exposed and only the higher expression will be rewarded.. the expression that people like you and I are being called to deepen into.

This is why the collective themes of this transit are abundance through authenticity, creative liberation, and heart-centred expansion. As audacious or sensationalist as this may sound this transit is going to play a major role in the timeline shift we are going through in 2026 and beyond.

So regardless of your personal placements Jupiter in Leo is here to expand you into living the life of your heart’s desires. It takes audacity, courage, and conviction to do this as it goes against so much programming you’ve likely been conditioned to believe.. you know.. the programming that tells you to stay small, shrink yourself, wait for permission, fear your own power, and hide from sharing your unique gifts with the world.

The thing is it’s not just about you (the distortion of Leo energy).. when you dim your light you are not only saying “no” to honouring your soul’s desires and denying the creator that God/Source/Universe created you to be but you are also doing “them” a favour as only they benefit from you shrinking and undermining your power. So while it can feel so much easier (and falsely safer) to move from fear rather than love I hope you can allow this transit to usher you into a reality where you couldn’t even imagine not moving from this place of abundance, expansion, and joy.

I also hope that you can awaken to the truth that your core desires for your life are sacred and they were planted in your heart for a reason.. even the word desire translates to “from the stars” in Latin. When you allow yourself to claim them by being seen and taking up space (in whatever way this looks like for you) then you open yourself up to more abundance, more expansion, more joy, more love, and more of anything else you desire.

I know it can seem completely counterintuitive to focus on yourself, your desires, and your own creative urges right now with everything going on in the world but it’s really not. To make a heart-led impact on the collective you must first honour the desires planted in your own heart as this allows you to live in an abundant and joyful frequency. Imagine how much the world would change if every single person in the collective lived from this space and used their life force energy to create from their heart.

This is the reality that God created us for.. and we’ve been given clues all along through mainstream movies, music, etc. as it’s karmic law that “they” have to show us the truth vs. the scarcity illusion of reality they’ve created. The main movie that I am most often reminded of is Monsters Inc. as in it we see that the monsters originally get their power for the city through children’s screams (a fear-based reality) whereas at the end of the movie it is shown to us that children’s laughter and joy is a far more powerful energy source (a love-based reality).. and everyone is happier/winning in the end.

So again.. things are not “just the way they are” in your own reality or that of the collective. You have the power to change these realities into whatever you desire. It all starts with you trusting yourself, reclaiming your power, and living from love rather than fear. Also all of the aspects Jupiter will be making to Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto during this time will be activating you to do this whether you are ready or not.

All in all Jupiter in Leo is here to remind you that creating is not a frivolous endeavour.. in fact it’s quite the opposite. It is a necessary requirement for the times we are in. When you are tapped into your creative energy you expand your life force energy. This is why the more you create the more creative you become. So it’s time to live from your heart rather than living from fear like “they” want you to and create your art louder than you ever have before as an act of rebellion.

For example I am a Virgo rising so I have a Leo 12th House and my Chiron in Leo is there at 4° which is the degree that the alignment between Jupiter, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto will take place closer to the end of July. I’ve always deeply resonated with this Chiron placement of mine and having a Leo 12th House because I can tell that I’ve had wounds around being seen, taking up space, and having confidence in sharing my unique gifts so for me this transit is a big one when it comes to working through fears of even greater visibility than I have already.

This Full Moon in Capricorn is illuminating how you are (or aren’t) living intentionally and making your purpose a priority as Capricorn is the sign that requires devotion above all else. The thing to be aware of with Saturn (and especially Capricorn) energy though is that it isn’t about endless struggle, strife, or even discipline as you may naturally perceive it. Capricorn has long been misconstrued with hustle and grind culture when what it really requires of you is intentional energy output.

Capricorn is a feminine sign and the last earth sign in the zodiac.. this alone begs questioning of the portrayal of this sign in pop astrology but when taken a step further we can also question the understanding of Saturn as a purely masculine and stern “sky daddy” figure. There have been many strong arguments made for Saturn being a feminine planet rather than a masculine one and this would make a lot of sense within the systems of ancient astrology. Also imagining Saturn as a crone figure feels aligned.

This is simply something to reflect on as the Moon becomes illuminated in the sky at this time. As feminine beings we are not meant to push from a place of force or trying to prove ourselves.. we are meant to honour our natural cycles and be intentional with our energy output. But this doesn’t mean simply lounging around and letting life happen to you rather than taking aligned action and co-creating the life you desire.. it means reframing consistency and devotion through a feminine lens.

This balance between flow and consistency, fluctuation and steadiness, and short-term and long-term intentions is mirrored in the lunar cycle and Saturn cycle. A lunar cycle is about 29.5 days and the Saturn cycle is about 29.5 years.. this can’t simply be a cosmic coincidence. Then when reflecting on the feminine signs that find domicile in the Moon and Saturn (Cancer and Capricorn) there is more revealed. Cancer is the sign rising on the Thema Mundi (the birth chart of the cosmos as experienced from Earth) and Capricorn is the setting sign symbolizing the feminine role in all of creation.

Again.. these are simply musings to reflect on. Now on a more practical level this axis has many wisdom codes to gain insights from as well. Cancer is a huge money sign of the zodiac and it shows us that money responds to our emotions and is meant to flow whereas Capricorn shows us that we need to create containers for our money to flow into. This is why creating or calling in wealth is one thing but holding it and sustaining steady growth is a whole other thing. This is the balance of the Cancer-Capricorn axis.

I hope that you can allow these truths to land within your body and being. You are your own greatest source of abundance and it is your birthright to live as you desire within the material realm. So use this lunation to reflect on your present moment and also look ahead to the life you want to create for yourself.

In astrology Venus is known as the feminine benefic and the planet of love and beauty. It is associated with things like aesthetics, attraction, desire, money, luxury, romance, and reciprocity so as you can imagine it is a *very important* placement to work with when calling in your desires.
