its that time of summer, when its suddenly deep summer, and you feel: wow, there has been a lot this year already. Time to exhale for a bit. So after today, I will be seeing you at the beginning of September again. Wow. Who knew it would be end of July so soon?

I can feel that despite my own capacity has skyrocketed, I have been dragging myself a little: Not on the calls, not with the writing. More like with every day life chores. A broken AC here, Wifi not working for a day (hi, Mercury retrograde and stationing direct) some good insights, a lot of distraction in all forms, moving sometimes closer, sometimes further from what we thought was our orbit.

But then, who knows what exactly is meant to be. Right now, for sure thats less predictable than ever.

This is also, why you haven’t heard of me for two weeks AGAIN. This Substack is such a good training ground for me in regularity, in letting my words and the messages flow, and to focus, when there are many things little and small tugging and nudging at me. But: Sometimes, between tending to seminar groups, consultation requests, house, garden and last but not at all least a kid that is (luckily, even when thats not always easier) schooling at home, I just have to let it go.

That being said:

Above The Noise is being the expression of something that I feel we easily oversee in this year: ‘The new’ is already here.

Is already manifesting, wants and needs to be seen, and shows its structures more and more, for us to begin to work with them.

We have prepared, fought against and protected ourselves for such a long time, that it is easy, to stay in these energetics… to rely on forces outside of ourselves, to feel worn down by world events, to burn out while trying to make it in times of crisis. But this is only one side of the current reality really.

In Above The Noise I will journey with you on a level of the new paradigm natural law. Transmission of the law and workings of the Golden Age will lead us to weave them into our life, and how to live in a way that is the truest expression of who we are.

With a very tender heart I am putting the finishing touches to this weeks article. The energies coming in have been massive in the last days, and I feel somewhere between super woman and ready to surrender it all (which is of course not a contradiction, but I suppose you understand what I want to say).

A friend greeted me with a golden necklace dangling from her neck this morning, with a golden ring and a turtle, radiating love, light and care.

Her mum had passed some two weeks ago, and right away it was clear that it was a gift from her. And then I got to hear the sacred, very peaceful story of how this angel (this is just how I perceive her, without knowing her) left her body. Amongst the intensity of this week, there is a big heart opening happening, and so this sharing this morning just went right home.

What a blessing our being here is, when we get to share some of our love. What a blessing it is to leave in peace. What a blessing to be able to say good bye.

So, I wanted to leave this with you, share this reminder of the sacredness of life, the tenderness… before I get into the energetics of the new paradigm and Venus. And actually, a short explanation about fire (as a ceremony):

Fire ceremonies are a potent way to bring energies from heaven to earth, to nourish, to transform, to cleanse and to ground.

Though I always joke that I carry my fire inside, and don’t need the fire on the outside for transformation so much, I am usually happy to gift my participants and visitors with one.

In the video you see my newly created Dhuni fire place. Dhuni is a sacred and cleansing fire ceremony, usually in a fire place in the earth or a deeper bowl or vessel. It burns negativity, attachments and overcome structures and is an invocation of the sacred, the Divine.

This (last) week, energetic pressure cooker met my Aries son’s birthday and the arrival of my (Aries) brother.

And you know what happened? I gave in. Gave in to resting as much as I could in between work and birthday preparations. Gave in to not being on time. Gave in to not be nervous and stressed.

After four years of deep nervous system work, and countless deep challenges to undo my former composure on all levels, I have cracked the code of resting again.

And something else is very clear: I am rising above the noise. Rising above the noise of our time, the collective, and my individual one.

I have practiced intensely, to not let the extreme transformation I was, we are, subjected to, get the best of me.

The tools I have collected are real, simple, transparent and independent from having a practitioner or teacher performing them for you. I believe we can only rise when we can guide ourselves gently and easily every day.

When we know how to directly and simply work with our inner states, and learn the mechanics of our own upleveling, creating this natural upwards pull and then following it is something extremely satisfying. I will guide you through the process in Above The Noise from end of Mai on.

I bet you have heard about the idea, that we not only need to rest, play, ground and find joy much more, but that it actually IS our doorway into the new timelines. So we need to even prioritise it.

I was reminded of the true state of joy and happiness when I heard the following wording by Peter Levine. He describes activities that bring him joy with giving him ‘good inner feelings’. I feel huge relief only by reading these words. Not hijacked by concepts. Not ‘hijack-able’!

The universe wants to guide us back to innocence. To being pure hearted in following our joy. So that we can make the experience, that a joy-led life is what sustains and fulfils us. Joy was given as a compass, not as a reward.

For years I have been asked by people to teach them how to read the Akasha. And for many years I have been training it inside the school of the one who taught me (reminded me).

I couldn’t imagine singling out the Akasha from the broader field of wisdom it was residing in this training. Then, end of last year, my Guides suddenly told me: Teach them to read the Akasha the way you do it. Teach them how to read creation and create from the Akasha. I know that several things are aligning for this to be possible now: The time quality, my own level of embodiment, because embodiment will be an important part of the training, and the push of new creation that wants to come through in much more unaltered (authentic) ways.

In this very moment, as the third day of the Spiritual Teacher Training that I am teaching is dawning, I am hearing only the birds, and I am listening in.

Intentionally, I am coming with a love letter to you this week, not because Valentine’s Day, but because loving thoughtfulness and kindness is really what we need most right now. Next to excellent boundaries, energetic hygiene, nature and really good containment (comfort food, hugs, warm baths, blankets and caving, what gives us safety in our body). I am also wanting to share some recommendations with you, an interview, a documentary… and some very short comment on what is going on.

Let me begin with this text I wrote three years ago and that is so accurately describing the current situation:

‘On the daily several people are telling me about their deep personal crisis right now.

And it’s getting more and more people all the time.

When monks would go through awakening, which naturally may include phases of denial, panic and actual mania, means, feeling like loosing your mind is part of it, and reality seeming totally twisted – they would be protected and taken care of in these phases.

Waking up in a mainly sleeping society, where having it all together, and doing it all on your own is king, where peoples emotional knowledge and intelligence still is devastatingly low… waking up and facing the despair of the sheer amount of illusion, denial and dependency we live in, the cruelty of how we treat each other… no, it’s no joke.

You finally see the light, but people tell you, or life around you will give you the feeling, that you are nuts.

For sure, many things that seem way normal will suddenly be nearly impossible for someone who is going through his or her awakening. And maybe/ hopefully forever.

To hold the craziness of polarity, especially looking at it from a perception of unity, can be quite hard.

In fact, waking up in this time is walking on the edge of a society, that doesn’t want to be disturbed in their sleep quite yet, is a masters task, and this is, why many of us have incarnated. To be a master in this time – to become a master in this time. Even or because the world as we know it explodes around us.

If you feel crazy these days, or your clients, give them validation, take the pressure out. Let breathing, grounding and believing yourself be the main thing to do for as long as it’s needed.

We will watch that space. There is more of this craziness from the sleeping ones, and the awakening ones, to come. Trauma, by the way, is surfacing in both of these groups, and is kindling the fire of insecurity and transformation additionally.

We will (have to) manage this.’
