After experimentation with other targeted people experiencing V2K I have found an effective way to drown it out. The technique is playing music on one app and a dialogue like an interview or podcast on another at the same time.

To do this I used a music app called Metrolist from GitHub. Metrolist is a YouTube music client for android. Allowing you to listen to music without interruption from other concurrently playing apps. If you have an iPhone then you will have to get Spotify and a subscription.

Then get a podcast app called PodcastAddict. Under settings go to Player. At the very bottom you will find a setting called “Ignore Audio Focus Request”, turn that on. Now you will be able to listen to podcasts and music at the same time.

So far the people I have set this up with have had great results. By having continuous music in the background and a mentally stimulating podcast in the foreground they are able to drown out/ignore V2K.

Unfortunately due to most if not all targeted people's phones being infected with Pegasus spyware the contractors/agents are able to change settings and disrupt apps from working.

Once installed, Pegasus spyware operates with ultimate system-level privileges (root or jailbreak access). This means it can silently change internal phone settings, turn on features like the camera or microphone, alter app permissions, and disable security protocols.

One targeted person reported having the app’s battery saver permissions changed intermittently. This causes the app to stop playing until restarted. Thankfully PodcastAddict app has a popup showing when this is the cause of the interruption as seen here.

Some people trying this still experienced supplanted thoughts and had to redirect focus to the podcast repeatedly. Overall though I have had good feedback with this method. Just play your preferred music in the background and adjust the volume so it isn't too distracting and find some interesting podcasts.

Remember to never use Bluetooth earbuds or headsets. Wired headset or earbuds only. Bluetooth blasts your skull with massive amounts of EMF.

For targeted people getting active live operator V2K or AI repetitive V2K I highly recommend trying this method and am looking forward to seeing comments giving feedback. I'm also more than happy to answer questions in comments to help set this up or even give podcast recommendations. Remember the main reason for V2K is to create negative feelings of all kinds and keep you in a limited and repetitive loop so find music and podcasts that stimulate you and create a good mood.

When I first began being targeted with V2K I was inundated with horrific psychological torture. The two government contractors using voice changers came up with all sorts of stories and scenarios to confuse and horrify me. They first posed as demons, using AI voice changers to try to sound otherworldly while claiming to be the demon Paimon. They would claim that if I didn't leave my wife and apartment then they would kill me there and my soul would be trapped forever. Night after night they would create indescribable terror with horrific scenarios and as I laid down to finally sleep next to my wife they would say “This is it, you die as soon as you go to sleep.” I believed it every time.

I would only say back to them “At least I'll die next to my wife. I'd rather die here next to her then live as a coward like you people.”

Last year the V2K stopped and now I just experience extreme tenittus in place.

. I knew from the start that this was government mind control technology. I asked them over and over, “What agency are you with?”. They would ignore it and claim to be everything from demons, witches, gang members, Mossad, and even at one point pose as a type of covert scared straight program that would motivate me and eventually let me join them in helping people to be their best self.

After all these mind bending scenarios and a year of horrific torture utilizing neural interface technology and voice to skull I finally shook that manipulation. I desperately searched for a way to help myself and my family and found nothing. So I started looking to Religion and spirituality. After 30 years I returned to attend a local Baptist Church.

As soon as I entered the church my V2K contractors started saying that my wife was being raped at home. My body was hit with waves of adrenaline surges and anxiety gripped my heart like a vise. I had experienced them use this technique before multiple times at this point so I resisted it. As my heart thumped in my chest, I started sweating, my hands trembled but I kept my composure and slowly walked to the pews and sat down.

The V2K contractors started spamming my mind with supplanted thoughts that what I was doing was silly and pointless. I kept getting the intense urge to get up and leave over and over. I got on my knees and started praying for myself and my family. As I tried to pray they kept supplanting my thoughts with other words and making me forget the rest of the prayer. I patiently kept correcting my prayer.

When I finished praying I got up and sat down. I saw the congregation all greeting each other so I forced myself to do the same. As I walked up to one man my V2K contractors said “this guy is a child molester”. I ignored them and shook his hand and introduced myself. I walked up to another woman and shook her hand, as I did they made me experience the smell of a woman's genetalia. They had used this function of neural interface before, they could make me experience any smell and had done it a dozen times to me at least by that point. The whole time the V2K contractors were saying my wife was being raped and I was being selfish and not protecting her.

The Pastor took to the Pulpit and began his sermon. My V2K contractors started singing about how they hated Jesus. They started causing me to have stomach cramps and then caused me to get an erection. At that point I was horrified and wanted to leave. Sweat began pouring down my face. I barely made it through the service. When it was over and people from the congregation began socializing I walked out of the church as fast as I could. As soon as I was out everything they were doing stopped.

It was at this point that I came to a deeper understanding of what I was dealing with. I was right in the first place that these are not actual demons but government contractors but I was not connecting that these people work for a deeply evil new world order that wants to separate us from God and Religion. This realization has brought me back to Jesus Christ.

When I began speaking to people in the targeted individual community I saw that a majority of them are religious or at least spiritual. All of the targeted people I have met or spoken to on calls have been some of the nicest people I have ever met even though under constant attack and ostracized by a society that doesn't believe them. Many targeted people have also told me that they are kept from attending church with this technology.

Why Does The New World Order Attack Religion?

One of the main goals of the new world order is to create one world religion and undermine/destroy the rest. Traditional religions like Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Buddhism, and Hinduism are a serious problem for them. Any belief system that gives strong moral guidelines makes culture steering and mind control much more difficult.

They are instituting a totalitarion system, this is when a political authority exercises absolute and centralized control over all aspects of life, the individual is subordinated to the state, and opposing political and cultural expression is suppressed. Religion being one of the most important and positive influences on culture.

Any totalitarian regime like the communists or the nazis have declared that the state is to be considered the supreme entity among men: the individual is of little importance.

When the totalitarian Chinese Communists started their Cultural Revolution Buddhism, Confucianism, Taoism and other traditional religions and philosophies were targeted. Temples, shrines, and religious sites were desecrated or destroyed. Religious texts were burned, and religious leaders were persecuted, humiliated, or executed. Traditional beliefs and practices such as ancestor worship, which was integral to family life and respect for elders, were condemned as “feudal” and “superstitious.”

The people comprising the new world order run the spectrum of the top 1% of wealth in the world, military, intelligence communities, and Industry. They are either amoral and only interested in resource acquisition and denial of it to the population or they are active occultists that believe in ancient practices of human sacrifice to feed entities or demons.

The systematic undermining of religion has been going on for decades now. In public schools they teach that religion isn't compatible with science. In mass media they paint religious people as bigots and hateful. Hollywood openly mocks Christianity in particular. During the COVID lockdowns the government kept Walmarts open but were arresting priests that tried to hold church services in person. This is not some natural progression, this is a coordinated attack.

Cults, Their Connections to Intelligence Agencies, and Subverting Religion

The creation and promotion of cults by the CIA has been widespread since the 1960’s in order to draw people away from religion, mind control experimentation, human trafficking, and discrediting religion in general. One of the darkest examples is Jim Jones and the Peoples Temple.

“Survivors of the Peoples Temple tragedy and relatives of the dead followers of the Rev. Jim Jones sued the federal government Wednesday for $63.4 million for conspiring in the deaths of more than 900 cult members. Links were found to the CIA and surviving members sued the CIA over it.

The suit for personal injury and violation of civil rights charges that former Secretary of State Cyrus Vance and former CIA director Stanfield Turner participated in a conspiracy with Jones to control temple members who held socialist beliefs.

The suit alleges Jones was an ‘employee, servant, agent, or operative’ of the CIA from 1963 until his death along with 912 other temple members in a mass murder suicide at the cult’s agricultural compound in Guyana.

The mass deaths were ignited by the assassination of Rep. Leo Ryan, who was visiting the jungle colony to investigate charges that Jones was using physical and mental abuse to control his flock.

The suit charged the CIA knew ‘that they had commissioned James Warren Jones to embark upon a plan to control and to ultimately massacre members of the Peoples Temple.The suit also charges that the CIA knew and participated in mind-control and drug experiments and was aware as early as April 10, 1978, of a plan to destroy the Peoples Temple flock.

By not acting to stop the tragedy, the State Department and CIA 'wrongfully neglected' the situation and their inaction violated the civil rights of the survivors and relatives of the dead.

Also charged in the suit were former Attorney General Griffin Bell, Rep. Clement Zablocki, Ambassador to Guyana John R. Burke, Deputy Chief of Missions in Guyana Richard A. Dwyer and other members of the State Department and U.S. Customs Service.”

Jones’ connections to known CIA figures, dual passports, unaccounted wealth, false military claims, consulate visits, and alleged covert activities—paint a picture of Jim Jones as someone involved in intelligence operations during the 1960s.

Then there is the famous Church of Scientology.

“Ultimately, Scientology is far more than just another run-of-the-mill religion. In fact, its mostly untold history paints a picture of an organization that much more closely resembles a tax-exempt intelligence operation –– signed off by the highest members of the CIA and its primordial OSS –– than a wacky cult of alien worshippers invented by a pulp science-fiction author.

In a declassified report from the FDA, files cited by ex-Scientologist investigator Mike McClaughry, “the Dianetic Research Foundation was incorporated in New Jersey, in April 1950, as a ‘non-profit, scientific and educational corporation, the primary purpose of which is to do research in the field of Dianetics and, for the correction of all psychosomatic ills of mankind’.” The report lists Hubbard as President, Parker Morgan as Secretary & General Counsel, Campbell as Treasurer, alongside Sara Hubbard and Donald H. Rogers as Trustees of the Foundation. The same report also lists Parker Morgan as a “former special agent for the FBI,” while his name also appears on a government-hosted list of OSS Agents, confirming the primordial intelligence ties to the formation of Scientology. An FBI Memo from the L. Ron Hubbard Files dated March 21, 1951 also refers to Donald H. Rogers, the Director of Research at the newly formed foundation, as a former FBI agent.”

In Messiah or Madman, another ex-Church member under the alias Elena Lorrel described her time spent during the young Sea Org as “James Bond stuff” that was suggestive of intelligence-adjacent work:

“There are some missing chapters in the story of this period that are completely unknown even to many veteran Sea Org members. These missing chapters have enabled lots of myths to develop. They have to do with what the ships were really doing as opposed to what we proclaimed to Scientologists we were doing. What we were doing was James Bond stuff in all these different countries. Some of the missions that we undertook were real intelligence missions: to the U.N., and to the World Federation of Mental Health, for example, as well as to almost every government of the countries we visited. We were infiltrating these groups….trying to covertly back one political candidate versus another. All kinds of political manipulations like you’d never imagine were going on, and it was all being pulled off by very few people. Most Sea Org members were robotic, rigidly following Scientology think. Put under pressure and duress, they would just blab everything. So there was only a very small group of us that had to do it all over a period of 10 or 12 years. We’d been out on scenes where we had to break into presidential palace grounds, con our way past guards, and so on.”

The Result

This coordinated attack on religion, especially in western countries has led to a huge drop in people that believe in any religion. Pew research shows this massive drop in one study just looking at 2010 to 2020.

This trend is even worse in younger demographics. About 21% of young people in the United States identified as having no religious affiliation in 2022, which reflects a growing trend of religious disaffiliation among youth in Western countries. This percentage has increased from 8% in 2000, indicating a significant shift in beliefs.

“Recent data offers a mix of caution and hope. While overall church attendance has declined over the past five decades, with many congregations still recovering from pandemic lows, there’s evidence of stabilization—and even resurgence among younger generations like Millennials and Gen Z. Barna reports rising attendance among these groups, with some surveys showing weekly participation nearly doubling in recent years. This could signal a turning point if believers seize the moment.”

This is a sign that although this attack on religion has done major damage to people's belief in God there is a reaction happening. People can sense that there is more to life and that something doesn't seem right. There is a natural part of every human being that wants to connect to a higher power. God is always calling out to us and giving us hints that we are not alone. Even though deeply corrupted people who have lost their way do everything they can to decieve people and destroy their faith people will always naturally resist evil and seek the truth.

I was talking to a fellow targeted individual the other day and he brought up the subject of directed dreams. He told me that not only does he experience them constantly like many targeted people but that his coworkers had told him they were experiencing the same strange negative dreams and nightmares. It inspired me to do research into how this remote manipulation was being done and why.

Early on in life I experienced horrific night terrors. As a child I would have horrific dreams of being chased by monsters or trapped in a haunted house where all the doors were locked and windows barred. They were so vivid I can still remember the images from the nightmares to this day. I experienced sleepwalking and sleep talking for years after. I would wake up to find myself standing in the living room in the middle of the night. At one point I scared my step brother by walking up to him in the night while sleeping and speaking some strange language to him that he said sounded like playing a record backwards.

So I am no stranger to vivid, horrific dreams and parasomnia. I learned to deal with it and it relented as I grew up. When I started to experience overt targeting at the age of 38 it all started again. This information can be interpreted dramatically differently if you don't have knowledge of MKULTRA and Project Monarch. A typical person who has not been made aware of these massive government mind control programs and it's need to start experimentation on children and capture whole families don't understand the implications. Their reaction would be that I had some latent mental problem that was always there and dismiss my experiences. MKULTRA victims/ Targeted people know otherwise as they have experienced it.

I also highly suggest getting a sleep study done to check for sleep apnea and sleep disruptions.

That being said let's look at some actual science that explains not only how this is done with neurotechnology but the psychological reasons as to why it is being done.

The Science of Dream Manipulation

“We tested electrical brain stimulation (EBS) of the motor cortex during REM sleep to observe how it is incorporated into dreams. Electrodes were implanted in the motor cortex of one man with the ability to induce lucid dreams (LDs). Under polysomnographic (PSG) observation, the cortex was stimulated by an alternating current during REM sleep, sleep paralysis (SP), and lucid dreams (LDs). The results show that, within a certain current range, EBS did not wake the participant. Though he could not recall specific motor stimulations in REM sleep, some irregular changes in dream plots were observed. The most interesting results were observed during an LD in which it was possible to intentionally observe an EBS-induced contraction, which interacted with a dream object. In some cases, sensory feedback from the EBS of the motor cortex was perceived when the PSG data showed REM sleep and muscle atonia.”

“During the experiment, a weak electrical current was applied to the targeted region of Raduga’s brain while he was in the midst of dreaming. Astonishingly, objects in his dream world responded to this stimulation.

When the electrical signal was activated, objects fell out of his hand in the dream, providing clear evidence of a direct link between the brain’s motor cortex and dream scenarios. Equally fascinating, the intense stimulation did not disrupt Raduga’s sleep or awaken him from his slumber.”

In this experiment which was done by a small independent company they found something amazing. By stimulating the motor cortex of the brain which normally controls our ability to move our limbs, they were able to make the subject drop something in his dream. The subject reported that while holding an object in his hand in the dream when the electrical current was sent to his motorcortex he dropped the object in the dream. This was a basic primitive experiment showing the ability for manipulation of dreams.

Now when you take into account that DARPA and the CIA have understood and have been developing advanced and classified neurotechnology since 1960 and apply publicly available advancements in this field you can get a good idea of what they are able to do. So let's look at some other neurotechnology that we are actually allowed to be aware of.

Neuralink is a careful cover for the actual current state of brain computer interface technology. It is outdated technology that is being promoted as the cutting edge of brain computer interface. Even with this commercial primitive form of neural implant they still admit the ability for dream manipulation. They make sure to only point out how this dream manipulation can be used therapeutically but obviously it could be used to do the exact opposite.

Elon Musk has massive government funding and backing, he received at least $38 billion in government funding through contracts, loans, subsidies, and tax credits. Neuralink announced the raise of $280 million in Series D funding, led by Peter Thiel’s Founders Fund. Peter Thiel and Elon Musk were cofounders of Paypal and part of this technocratic system. Both of them have received billions in contracts from DARPA and the DoD. They are part of this new world order system of big tech and government to build a system of total control.

Dreams, Hypnosis, and Mind Control

What if by using BCI implants or nanotech and advanced AI cognitive modeling software your sleep cycles could be manipulated? As you think you are just going to lay down and naturally go to sleep your brain waves could be manipulated and put you into a hypnotic state? This is something that was developed early on with MKULTRA Subproject 119. DARPA and the CIA quickly invested in research into bio electronics as it was called at the time. The CIA carefully used shell organizations to find and indirectly fund research for this part of its MKULTRA program. You can download the Duck Duck Go browser for windows, android, or apple. I have been using it off and on for years. In fact one of the strange things I first noticed when I became targeted was seeing the app tracking counter go from a couple dozen cookies a day to thousands. Here is an example of it.

Before being targeted I experienced maybe a thousand blocked cookies in 7 days tops. As you can see here it hovers around 80,000 now. This setting comes with the Duck Duck Go app for free and I suggest everyone uses it.

When I tried using Glassdoor and Monster job search through their websites on Duck Duck Go they immediately worked. When I tried using the sites through Chrome I ran into the same looping glitch that would not allow me to sign in.

When using Google Chrome to write my Substack articles it would toggle between online and offline mode randomly, keeping my work from being saved. On two different occasions part or all of my article would be completely erased if I switched to another app and switched back to chrome. When I tried uploading videos to Substack through Chrome they would repeatedly freeze and fail. Sometimes it would take me all night to try to upload a 30 minute video. Once I switched to Duck Duck Go I have not experienced that.

Duck Duck Go has a fireproof option for certain websites that allows you to store cookies and information but otherwise any site you visit cannot track you.

Secure Email- Gmail vs Proton Mail

Last week when checking through my Gmail accounts spam folder I found an email pertaining to a class action lawsuit against Google that I was included in. Being in the spam folder I thought it was a scam and had to look it up. I found that it was a real lawsuit against Google for ignoring privacy settings on certain people's accounts. I also found that most people had this email sent to their spam folder coincidentally.

The case is Rodriguez v. Google LLC. The plaintiffs alleged that Google unlawfully continued to track and collect information from users' third-party apps even after they had disabled or paused their "Web & App Activity" (WAA) settings.

Three Google account holders (“Plaintiffs”) filed a class action lawsuit alleging that Google LLC (“Google”) unlawfully accessed their devices and data, including app activity data on their mobile devices, even though the Google activity controls called Web & App Activity (“WAA”) and/or a sub-setting concerning “Chrome history and activity from sites, apps, and devices that use Google services,” sometimes called supplemental Web & App Activity (“sWAA”) were turned off or “paused.” Plaintiffs alleged Google unlawfully accessed their mobile devices to collect, save, and use the data concerning their activity on non-Google apps that have incorporated certain Google software code into the apps. Plaintiffs have three legal claims: 1) invasion of privacy; 2) intrusion upon seclusion (similar to invasion of privacy); and 3) violation of the Comprehensive Computer Data Access and Fraud Act (“CDAFA”). The jury ruled that Google is liable.

You might want to check your spam folder to see if you are part of the lawsuit.

I began having trouble with my Gmail at the beginning of my targeting. I would try to send an email and it would go into queue indefinitely until I sent it multiple times even with a perfect cell signal. Certain important emails are filtered into spam in a suspicious way. I also had my Gmail hacked twice early on in my targeting. I have talked to several targeted people that have had the same problem with Gmail.

The best solution I've found is to use Proton Mail. Proton Mail is the largest end-to-end encrypted email service, launched in 2014 and headquartered in Switzerland. It ensures that only the sender and recipient can read the emails, as it uses client-side encryption to protect user data before it reaches the servers.

Its very easy to use and free. I still keep my Gmail but I'm slowly transferring anything important over to Proton Mail.

How is Google connected to the CIA, NSA, and DARPA?

“The internet itself was created because of an intelligence effort: In the 1970s, the agency responsible for developing emerging technologies for military, intelligence, and national security purposes—the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA)—linked four supercomputers to handle massive data transfers. It handed the operations off to the National Science Foundation (NSF) a decade or so later, which proliferated the network across thousands of universities and, eventually, the public, thus creating the architecture and scaffolding of the World Wide Web.”

“Silicon Valley was no different. By the mid 1990s, the intelligence community was seeding funding to the most promising supercomputing efforts across academia, guiding the creation of efforts to make massive amounts of information useful for both the private sector as well as the intelligence community.”

“They funded these computer scientists through an unclassified, highly compartmentalized program that was managed for the CIA and the NSA by large military and intelligence contractors. It was called the Massive Digital Data Systems (MDDS) project.”

“MDDS was introduced to several dozen leading computer scientists at Stanford, CalTech, MIT, Carnegie Mellon, Harvard, and others in a white paper that described what the CIA, NSA, DARPA, and other agencies hoped to achieve. The research would largely be funded and managed by unclassified science agencies like NSF, which would allow the architecture to be scaled up in the private sector if it managed to achieve what the intelligence community hoped for.”

“In 1995, one of the first and most promising MDDS grants went to a computer-science research team at Stanford University with a decade-long history of working with NSF and DARPA grants. The primary objective of this grant was “query optimization of very complex queries that are described using the ‘query flocks’ approach.” A second grant—the DARPA-NSF grant most closely associated with Google’s origin—was part of a coordinated effort to build a massive digital library using the internet as its backbone. Both grants funded research by two graduate students who were making rapid advances in web-page ranking, as well as tracking (and making sense of) user queries: future Google cofounders Sergey Brin and Larry Page.”

So make no mistake if you are using Google apps the intelligence community has built in backdoors and tools to not only spy but to completely control whatever you are doing.

The CIA and DARPA started developing bio electronics and implants in 1960. Back then it was a large device similar to the neuralink that required opening the skull and hours long surgical operation. They quickly started a mass scale, covert, and illegal human experimentation program to developed a completely covert mind control project. No drugs required, hospital protocol changed to cover it up, and mental health guidelines changed to imprison anyone speaking out. In the past an implant like this would need to be done with surgery, now these implants are so small they can be placed with just a syringe.

The official narrative for the current state of brain computer interface implants and capabilities can be found on any simple Google search. Here is an example.

“Fewer than 40 people worldwide have implanted brain-computer interfaces (BCIs), all of them experimental. Most BCIs remain in the research phase, with many subjects participating in clinical trials.”

This is a ridiculous and untrue statement. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) has funded innovative scientific research and technology developments in the field of brain-computer interfaces (BCI) since the 1970s. Are we supposed to believe that DARPA has been developing BCI tech for 56 years with no human experimentation research?

Vidal, who laid out a comprehensive experimental research plan to interface the human brain with computers (Vidal, 1973), including the XDS Sigma 7 at the University of California at Los Angeles that coincidently also served as the first node of the Advanced Research Projects Agency Network (ARPANET). ARPANET was the precursor to the internet as we know it. Following these initial demonstrations, the field of BCI has expanded significantly, encompassing both invasive and non-invasive neural recordings in humans and animals, spanning a range of sensorimotor and cognitive functions, and incorporating novel feedback mechanisms in closed-loop systems.

DARPA's initial investments in BCI began in 1974 under the Close-Coupled Man/Machine Systems (later renamed Biocybernetics) program. This program investigated the application of human physiological signals, including brain signals as measured non-invasively using either EEG or magnetoencephalography (MEG), to enable direct communication between humans and machines and to monitor neural states associated with vigilance, fatigue, emotions, decision-making, perception, and general cognitive ability. DARPA then funded a series of BCI programs over decades. I believe the most successful of them would have been kept classified and never divulged to the public.

It's my belief that DARPA, DoD, and the CIA started a covert human experimentation program to further this technology.

The Birth of BCI

The initial research into BCI though started in the 1950’s with Dr Jose Delgado’s stimociever. The stimoceiver is an early form of a brain-computer interface (BCI), as it allowed for both the stimulation and recording of brain activity through implanted electrodes. This technology laid the groundwork for modern BCIs used in various applications today. It was an implant that could remotely be activated by radio frequency in order to completely control the subjects brain.

“Delgado’s stimoceiver was used clinically to inhibit or incite aggression in patients which Delgado viewed as a humane alternative to lobotomy. Several of Delgado’s experiments were recorded on film. One shows a woman calmly playing a guitar until an electric current remotely stimulates her brain, at which point she jumps up violently and smashes her guitar against the wall. The experiment was repeated three days in a row.”

“Delgado also used non-invasive remotely controlled electromagnetic radiation. He proudly summed up how he has “used electrodes implanted for days or months to block thought, speech, and movement, or to trigger joy, laughter, friendliness, verbal activity, generosity, fear, hallucinations, and memory.”

Delgado experimented on psychiatric patients with intractable schizophrenia or epilepsy in the 1950s at a Rhode Island institution. Implanting them with the stimociever and other devices.the stimoceiver is considered an early form of a brain-computer interface (BCI), as it allowed for both the stimulation and recording of brain activity through implanted electrodes. This technology laid the groundwork for modern BCIs used in various applications today.

Dr Delgado was a through and through fascistic psychopathic. He wrote a book called “Physical Mind Control toward a Psychocivilizied Society”. In this book he expressed his philosophy that the government should have the right for complete control over the brain through neurotechnology of its citizens.

This research caught the attention of the CIA, they quickly started MKULTRA subproject 119 in 1960. I wrote extensively about Dr. Delgado and subproject 119. Considering that there is a record of people being experimented on publicly since 1950 it's obvious that the narrative that only 40 people have been experimented on with BCI as of 2026 seems to be a bit off.

Now the implants are microscopic. Some examples are neural dust, neural grain, and BISC. These are the devices that are in the public sector. It's obvious that DARPA and the CIA would have developed sophisticated neurotechnology like this decades before it's publicly available and have kept them classified. All the while using illegal human experimentation to refine the tech. In my estimation I believe hundreds of thousands if not millions of people through dozens of countries have been experimented on with BCI.

An example the BISC implant pictured above has over 65,000 electrodes and unprecedented data throughput, it enables advanced AI decoding of thoughts, intentions, and sensory experiences while remaining minimally invasive.

I have managed to get X-rays of targeted people showing their implants. Here is an example from a TI that while having knee surgery demanded to get a copy of his X-rays. He had to battle the hospital just to get this picture. In it you can see deeper in his knee a mysterious implant that his doctor could not explain. Above it is the device used to repair his knee. Deeper in the knee is a smaller device that the hospital said was not implanted by them.

This could be a simple RFID tracking chip or a neural dust style implant places on the sciatic nerve which is the largest nerve in the human body. It begins in the lower back, runs through the buttocks, and travels down the back of each leg to the feet.

Looking at DARPAs ElectRX program we know that a series of implants have to be placed strategically throughout the body for complete data collection and control.

The Alien Deception

Many photos showing the removal of these government implants are from people that have been convinced they were abducted by aliens. By using radio frequency based neuromodulation, classified aircraft, and hypnotic suggestion it would be very easy for government agencies to pull this off. I explain this thoroughly in my article The Alien Abduction Connection to the Targeting Program.

Here are a few examples of implants found by these “alien” abduction survivors.

This woman again had to battle the hospital just to get this X-ray. The picture clearly shows two foreign objects that have no explanation. These “alien” abduction survivors deal with all the same problems as people targeted with government mind control programs. They deal with government harassment, synthetic telepathy(V2K), random pains through out the body(DEW), missing time, implants, exclusion from society, and hypnotically repressed memories.

Here is another example of a simple explainable technology that was removed from someone who reported being abducted by aliens. This is a simple RFID (radio frequency identification) chip. This is human technology and the idea that aliens are implanting them in people to track them is so transparently a psychological operation it makes my head spin. We are dealing with a carefully hidden government run human experimentation program using multiple means of misdirection to hide their crimes.

The Struggle of Finding Evidence

In my quest of finding pictures or X-rays of implants I was inundated with mind controlled targeted people saying they had evidence. When I followed up with them they would send me paragraph after paragraph of explanations and stories. When I tried to get actual pictures they would start to become agitated or suspicious of me. I understood already that we are dealing with a government mind control system that has programmed people to not share this information.

I dealt with the same pattern when I tried to get radio frequency analyzer scans of targeted people. I would be told that it was personal information that they did not want to share publicly, even when I told them I would not reveal their names. Others said that they were told by the people doing the scans to not share the results with others because they had a potential for a lawsuit. I believe this is a carefully coordinated protocol to keep people from releasing vital information to the public to expose these programs.

I ask anyone that has evidence of implants or frequency recordings to please contact me. I will keep your identity confidential and just want to compile information to help each other and spread accurate information of what is happening to us to the rest of the population.

U.S. Senator Rand Paul (R-KY), Ranking Member of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, sent letters to several agencies requesting additional information on their knowledge and involvement regarding the DEFUSE project, a 2018 grant proposal led by EcoHealth Alliance and the Wuhan Institute of Virology. The DEFUSE project was submitted to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) under the PREventing Emerging Pathogenic Threats (PREEMPT) program and proposed to insert a furin cleavage site into a coronavirus to create a novel chimeric virus that would have been shockingly similar to the COVID-19 virus. Recently, Dr. Paul obtained documents indicating at least fifteen agencies participated in a DARPA hosted “PREEMPT Proposers Day” where potential applicants presented proposals to agency representatives. During this event Peter Daszak of EcoHealth Alliance pitched the DEFUSE project which sought federal funds to “manipulate known viruses with spike proteins of novel viral strains.” The letter also outlines that the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) Rocky Laboratory was listed as a partner in the DEFUSE proposal alongside the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

“At least 15 federal agencies knew from the beginning of the pandemic that EcoHealth Alliance and the Wuhan Institute of Virology were seeking federal funding in 2018 to create a virus genetically very similar if not identical to COVID-19,” said Ranking Member Paul. “Disturbingly, not one of these 15 agencies spoke up to warn us that the Wuhan Institute of Virology had been pitching this research.”

Despite at least fifteen federal agencies having knowledge of the DEFUSE project in 2018, its existence was not revealed to the public until 2021 and the involvement of NIH Rocky Mountain Lab in the initial proposal has never been previously disclosed. Dr. Paul expressed that the failure of these agencies to disclose their awareness of the risky research proposed in the DEFUSE project raises serious concerns. As a result, Dr. Paul requested the fifteen federal agencies to provide all documents, records, and communications related to the PREEMPT Proposers Day and DEFUSE project.

CIA With Chinese Buried COVID Truth': Whistleblower Drops 'LAB LEAK' Bombshell In Senate

“As a result, we concluded that the formation of a part of Omicron isolates BA.1, BA.1.1, and BA.2 was not the product of genome evolution, as is commonly observed in nature, such as the accumulation of mutations and homologous recombinations. Furthermore, the study of 35 recombinant isolates of Omicron variants BA.1 and BA.2 confirmed that Omicron variants were already present in 2020. The analysis showed that Omicron variants were formed by an entirely new mechanism that cannot be explained by previous biology, and knowing how the SARS-CoV-2 variants were formed prompts a reconsideration of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic.”

This Japanese scientific paper is a smoking gun that multiple variants of COVID were released simultaneously in 2019. The media narrative of mutating COVID was all part of the deception to keep people locked down longer and push the need for vaccination. This also allowed for release of more deadly variants into countries or parts of a country where a higher death count was desired.

I have written about some of this previously due to the fact that COVID was part of the larger plan for depopulation, introduction of graphene oxide nanoparticles, and further control of the economy by the parasite class. It was also introduced one year after the rollout of 5G, COVID and 5G are connected which I wrote about here.

During the 5g rollout in December of 2018 the parasite gathered in New York City for Event 201 to prepare for the release of COVID. Event 201 was organized by the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security in partnership with the World Economic Forum and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

The exercise illustrated areas where public/private partnerships will be necessary during the response to a severe pandemic in order to diminish large-scale economic and societal consequences. Event 201 simulated an outbreak of a novel zoonotic coronavirus transmitted from bats to pigs to people that eventually becomes efficiently transmissible from person to person, leading to a severe pandemic.”

I just wanted to point out these connections between intelligence agencies, DARPA, WEF, NIH, and the medical industry being more than aware that COVID was going to be released and were preparing for it openly.

Kyle Odom was a famous case involving a man experiencing mind control, remote sexual abuse, and the perception that people around him were controlled, aliens, or clones. He became convinced that martians were controlling the world through politicians and farming humans. He experienced seeing reptilian like beings and heard V2K explaining that they were transmitting to him from Mars. After a prolonged remote MKULTRA torture Kyle made the news for trying to kill a Pastor that he said suddenly transformed in front of him for a brief moment. Here is Kyle's drawing of what he saw.

As someone who in the past has experienced synthetic hallucinations, dream manipulation, V2K, and so much more with this technology this story follows the same steps I have seen so many targeted people go through. This was a carefully done operation using neurotechnology to make a genius believe things that are completely nonsensical and be used as an assassin. Once someone understands the neurotechnology involved and the amoral agencies conducting these operations and experiments, these experiences can be explained scientifically. That's why I felt so compelled to do a deep dive into Kyle’s story.

He has recently been released from prison. His conditions for release however is that he is not allowed to do interviews or speak about his “paranoid delusions”. Allegedly this is Kyle posting on 4chan sending out this message anonymously.

In the post the person claiming to be Kyle Odom says he was forced to take the COVID vaccine. He says he was held down and injected with it. After he claims he experienced brain swelling and myocarditis then a marked decline in cognitive function. They not only brain damaged him but put a legal muzzle on him from explaining what happened. So I will try my best to tell his story.

Kyle Odom’s Story

I will be using a lot of his own writing from his “manifesto” to explain his story.

“Born and raised in North Idaho. Grew up in a loving family. Joined the Marine Corps after high school. Developed an interest in science. Went to school for a degree in Biochemistry. Won numerous scholarships and awards. Graduated Magna Cum Laude then got invited to a prestigious university to work on genetics.”

The first thing I noticed was how he underplayed his enrollment in the Marine Corps. He was actually deployed in Iraq and was awarded an Iraq campaign medal with one bronze star. I have found a huge correlation between targeted/MKULTRA people to the armed forces. Just like Timothy Mcveigh, also deployed in Iraq, who complained of being implanted with a chip and experienced jolts of electricity and pain. Seeing how these projects are ultimately run by the CIA and DoD this only makes sense.

The second thing I noticed was that he didn't mention the name of the “prestigious university” he was invited to get his PhD on human genetics at.

Kyle went to the University of Idaho. He did exceedingly well as you have read. In his final semester there he experienced something that gives me a very strong feeling that he had been implanted with a BCI device while in the marines. His experiences match many of mine and are reminiscent of Project Stargate.

“Everything started while I was at University of Idaho. Spring 2014 was my final semester and I was taking a heavy course load (see Transcript). I was very stressed due to the intensity of my schedule, so I searched for a way to cope. I discovered meditation, which seemed to help, so it became part of my daily routine.

As I learned more about meditation, I became interested in consciousness and our ability to affect it. I kept working on my meditation techniques and began achieving extreme states of consciousness. This continued until I encountered another being through meditation. It happened one night in February 2014 and it was the most profound experience I’ve ever had. I was lying in bed meditating then suddenly left my physical body. I entered a space that was completely dark and had no awareness of my physical boundaries/orientation. I felt very peaceful there until a blue light began to approach me. As the blue light got closer, I realized it was another being. Once I was in the being’s presence, I felt an immediate sense of wrongdoing. It felt like I was being told “YOU SHOULDN’T BE HERE!” I instantly conceded and felt guilty, then I began to distance myself from the being. This had an impact on them and seemed to change their mind about me. The moment I began to distance myself from the being,

I became overwhelmed by a feeling I can only describe as unconditional love. During this part of the experience, our minds became connected and I saw that the being was female. I then began to feel the most euphoric, comforting, and blissful feelings I have ever felt. It was incredibly powerful and life-altering. Next thing I knew, I woke up. I had tears in my eyes and I couldn’t get out of bed. I felt a profound sense of loss like I had just lost someone close to me. It was very painful. A few minutes later, the experience left my mind (against my will) and I went about my day. After that, I had no urge to meditate at all. Every time I even thought about meditation, the thought was stripped from my mind. When I finally did try meditating again, I was unable to achieve anything.

I didn’t think much of it at the time, but I knew it wasn’t going to improve. Ultimately, I decided to give up on meditation and just focus on my classes. The remainder of the semester became exceedingly easy for me. It felt like I had tapped into some kind of power. I was exerting no mental effort even though the classes had been extremely difficult before. I also began to have complex thoughts and a depth of understanding I had never reached before.”

I believe this was the initial stages of his mind control. An activation and emotional conditioning by an outside remote neural interface operator. His cognition became boosted and his behavior rapidly changed over the next year. The next step in his life sent him further into the modern MKULTRA program.

In 2014 ,out of many choices, Kyle decided(or maybe was unknowingly directed) to take an offer from Baylor College of Medicine to work on a PhD in Human Genetics. Now this is where I found a stronger link between Kyle and the current MKULTRA project. Starting in 2006 Andreas S Tolias was the adjunct professor for their department of neuroscience. Tolias works with DARPA on their Enigma project for their Generative Optogenetics program. He also owns Andreas Tolias Labs at the Department of Ophthalmology at Stanford University. Here is a description of what they work on.

“At Andreas Tolias Lab, we work on the interface of neuroscience and AI research. We combine systems and computational neuroscience with machine learning approaches to decipher the network level principles of intelligence focusing on perceptual inference and decision making. Engineering these principles in AI systems provides a powerful platform to mechanistically test our understanding of brain function under natural complex tasks and develop the next-generation of less artificial and more intelligent algorithms.”

Familiarize yourself with DARPAs Generative Optogenetics program.

Generative optogenetics was first discovered in 2005 by Karl Deisseroth(Stanford) and Ed Boyden(MIT), who demonstrated that neurons could be activated using blue light through the expression of channelrhodopsin-2.

Standard optogenetics already allows you to both stimulate specific neurons and record large populations optically (e.g., with GCaMP calcium indicators or voltage sensors).

“Generative” in this context means you build a probabilistic or deep generative model (digital twin of the brain) of how neural circuits respond to patterns of optical stimulation and natural inputs, then invert that model to infer hidden variables: which ensembles encode a feature, what computation a circuit is performing, or what latent state (decision, memory, prediction) the network is in.

So instead of just correlating activity with behavior, you use controlled light perturbations plus modeling to causally probe and reconstruct the neural code.

So now we see a clear link to an advanced and secretive DARPA MKULTRA neurotechnology involved University to Kyle Odom. He was there just a few years before the release of MRNA gene therapy DoD developed COVID vaccines. Let's continue with his story.

“Everything changed once I started the program. The moment I arrived, I could see flaws in every professor's research. My mind was so expanded that I could instantly understand the implications of entire research projects. Because of this, I
was able to see weaknesses in all the available projects. This caused me to become very concerned about what I was doing and I felt like I was wasting my time. I voiced my concerns to my advisor and he casually brushed them aside. He told me "Just have fun, it'll be fun". I kept trying to get motivated, but things continued to get
worse. I started seeing flaws in the foundations of Genetics and other fields. It got to the point where I couldn't stop thinking about them. To make things worse, no one else seemed to care, which really bothered me. All these issues made it impossible for me to continue, so I decided to leave.”

This was only after about 4 months he decided to quit. Not typical at all when you look at his prior school and work ethic. Immediately he began experiencing the classic signs of early targeting, the gangstalking phenomena.

“The day after I decided to leave, my life became a living hell. I couldn’t sleep and my mind felt sapped. I was entirely at peace with my decision, so I knew something strange was happening to me. After a few days of this, two of the graduate students began reaching out to me. Eugene Lurie and Brandon Pekarek. I barely knew them, so it seemed unusual they would contact me. When I went to see them, they both kept pointing their finger at me saying “pew pew” like they were shooting a gun. They did this over and over and I kept wondering what their problem was. Months after I left Houston, I was told that Eugene and Brandon were not human. They were tasked with making me into “the next school shooter” as they called it. I imagine this is why many of our school shootings take place.”

So he was clearly being manipulated via V2K to believe that people around him were not only not to be trusted but dehumanizing them. Isolating him further for this operation and building a storyline involving aliens or entities. This is a classic ploy used by the DoD and CIA for destroying the subjects sense of reality and making them appear mentally ill while simultaneously priming the subject for violent acts by making people around them appear as enemies or not even human.

“I had applied to several government agencies before this happened, so I thought this might be their way of contacting me. Out of curiosity, I decided to go and buy a TracFone. I checked it every day to see if anyone messaged or called. About a month later, I got a text message from a man named John Padula. He invited me to come to church at The Altar. It seemed like a strange place to be recruiting for government jobs, but I went anyway. After I got there and went inside, something felt very wrong. I felt as if my life was in danger and I became so uncomfortable I had to leave.

When I went to The Altar for the first time, the people acted very strange. It was unhuman. As I walked into the sermon room, everyone stared at me and began sniffing emphatically. Needless to say, I was scared as hell, but I took a seat. When the service began, a man came and sat down next to me. After he sat down, I began smelling something. It was a smell I had never smelt before. The only thing I can compare it to is a reptile and vinegar. After smelling it, I became very uncomfortable. I tried to remain calm and just sat there quietly until the service was over. When the service ended, they said: "You can leave now". After that, I knew I wasn't dealing with the government anymore. I realized that whoever I was dealing with was extraterrestrial, so I became very scared.”

So we can see here that he was being directed by government agents to go specifically to this church named The Alter. Once there they used this generative Optogenetics to cause hallucinations, sensations, emotional changes, and smells. All in an effort to make him perceive this church as evil and part of his targeting.

Optogenetic stimulation can trigger false sensory signals, including odor-like percepts in the olfactory system and visual percepts in cortex. That means light-activated neurons can sometimes make a brain interpret activity as a real smell or a visual event even when no external stimulus exists. This is how synthetic hallucinations are achieved. Optogenetics can induce false sensory percepts, including odor-like ones, and generative models could help target those effects.

Kyle's torture continued. When he went to stores he would perceive people around him as dangerous and not human. V2k was used to give him the perception these people were talking to him telepathically. He was bombarded with sexual humiliation tactics as his genitals and emotional states were manipulated. He didn't feel safe anywhere.

“I had no clue where to go at that point, so I decided to check myself into the VA. They shipped me straight to the mental ward and I was admitted. Nothing improved while I was there. The medication they gave me did absolutely nothing. I just sat there surrounded by a bunch of psychotic people and became exasperated. I knew their goal was to ruin my life by making me into a crazy person. I became determined not to let that happen and I started fighting back. After leaving the VA, everything I tried to do with my life was sabotaged. They didn’t want me dead, but they also weren’t going to let me live. In desperation, I went back to The Altar to ask them what they wanted from me. I didn’t know what else to do...”

Now we see how Kyle was scared and controlled into telling his story at the VA. Immediately they were able to commit him and give him a false mental health diagnosis. This is standard protocol for this program. When medicated he still has all of the same experiences and symptoms. Showing that this is obviously not a mental health problem but a sophisticated and evil government program utilizing cutting edge and classified technology. Kyle tried continuing to live a normal life but was tortured whenever he tried to do something constructive.

“The pressure this semester (Spring 2016) is FAR too intense. Every time I go to class, they start manipulating my brain until I go into a blind rage. Sometimes they suppress my brain until I begin to blackout. They also manipulate my heart rate and flood my body with adrenaline over and over again making me extremely uncomfortable. The females stimulate my penis when they are close, and the males stimulate my anus. It's incredibly exhausting.”

A quick explanation of how he was being neuro modulated to have these specific emotions. Emotions are distributed brain states built from activity in regions like the amygdala, orbitofrontal cortex, medial prefrontal cortex, hypothalamus, and brainstem reward/stress systems. Optogenetic stimulation or suppression can rapidly change the firing of selected cell types in those circuits with millisecond precision, which has been shown in animal studies to shift anxiety-like, fear-like, social, and reward-related behaviors. In the orbitofrontal and medial prefrontal cortex, exciting one population and inhibiting another can push behavior toward or away from anxious states.

The adrenaline surges are done by using a generative model and neural interface to identify the activity pattern that precedes a surge and then reproduce or amplify that pattern with generative optogenetics.

Kyle at this point wrote about not being able to live any normal life and was being manipulated with this GO and V2K technology to believe that the source of his torture were reptilian Martians that place clones or controlled people on earth to control it further.

“I struggled to pass my tests so they couldn't blame this on me failing out of school. I want to continue, but I simply cannot. Every moment I spend in the classroom is absolute torture. The classes themselves are extremely difficult without all this added pressure. The worst part is I received an interview for ISU’s pharmacy program (see personal documents). Since I cannot continue with the classes, there is no reason to go to the interview. My chance at a normal life has been ruined. They've also been depriving me of sleep, so I don't have the strength to continue.”

The agents handling him had all the pieces lined up to push him into a violent act. The target selected was the pastor of The Alter church. This church was known for helping recovering addicts and the poor. Kyle shot the Pastor six times believing that he was responsible for his torture and destruction of his life. The internet has been flooded with conspiracy theories claiming that because the Pastor survived he must be some kind of alien. With closer examination the bullet wounds were in non vital areas except for one in the head. When I researched further I found that the bullet that struck his head first passed through his shoulder causing much less damage than people would think. Still this theory that the Pastor had superhuman abilities to survive the shooting is promoted whenever the story is talked about. If anything the Pastor was saved with poor aim from a tortured man who was not a murderer. My personal faith leads me to think that the Pastor was also protected by Jesus Christ.

The fact that the target selected by these government agents was a Pastor is very telling. I have noticed a huge pattern of targeted people being religious or spiritual people. I think the core of this government program is deeply satanic, not only wanting to remove positive religious people from society but torturing them and mocking them as they do.

After the shooting Kyle fled and drove to the White House to throw his “evidence” and manifesto into the White House lawn. This ensured that he would be perceived as crazy. This same tactic is used on many targeted people, they send long rambling explanations of their targeting that they are manipulated to believe by their handlers. This tactic is used to discredit the use of this technology and existence of this program.

Creating false narratives via covert or overt V2K in conjunction with generative optogenetics or other neurotechnology like piezoelectric implants or nanotechnology is a very straightforward process. Create a scenario or storyline then carefully use a closed-loop system that detects emotional state, modulates arousal and valence circuits, and nudges interpretation of ongoing sensory input. This would completely guide the person's decision making and sense of what is happening.

This is used extensively on targeted people to isolate and confuse them. Even when I talk to many targeted people about their belief of what is happening in depth and try to point out obvious explanations they will not only fail to see it but become emotional and aggressive. These emotional firewalls are built in to stop any deprogramming.

I'm sure if I was able to talk to Kyle today he could not be convinced that technology like this was being used on him. He would say that he saw the aliens himself and just knows they are real.

Once this neurotechnology and the tactics used is understood a clear pattern of its use is found everywhere from alien abductions to mass shooters. This is the most carefully guarded conspiracy in the world.

The next question that we all have is how do we stop this nonconsensual neural interface? Can we actually effectively remove nanotech or implants imbedded in our bodies and brains? Some people report limited success with substances like methylene blue, zeolite, EDTA chelation, and other heavy metal detox. I have never met anyone that said that completely stopped it though.

This has led me to believe that another real solution we have is identifying and jamming the radio frequency being used. The signals being used however are classified and are carefully obfuscated with counterintelligence. They can also switch between at least a hundred different channels but all of them would use a frequency in the same band. We are also most likely dealing with several different technologies that utilize different radio frequency bands. For example V2K, which is an an older technology, seems to have a signal that is much harder to jam. Many targeted people that have found jammers or even locations that reduced neuromodulating signals still experienced the V2K signal at the same strength.

The Frey effect, also known as the microwave auditory effect, is a phenomenon where individuals perceive sounds induced by pulsed or modulated radio frequencies. This effect is primarily associated with frequencies in the range of 200 MHz to 3 GHz. Some sources claim V2K uses Extremely Low Frequency bands otherwise known as ELF in conjunction. One source, Dr John Hall, has told me that it is modulated radio frequency riding on ELF carrier waves. To be honest I don't understand how that works but the fact that V2K seems to penetrate faraday cages and even hits people when they are in cave systems leads me to believe that it makes sense.

The Mind Control Frequencies

Next is the actual neural interface signals. These are not only used for remote neural monitoring but for active neuromodulation. They can remotely collect your EEG signals categorize them and decode them with neural interface software. After your brain has been digitized creating what is known as a digital twin or cognitive model, the neural interface software can send radio frequency signals to nanotech or implants to force the brain to recreate biosignal patterns for whatever effect the operator wants. They can cause emotional states, physical functions, brain states(including hypnotic states), thought patterns, block specific memory recall, link emotional reactions to thoughts, even cause synthetic hallucinations.

Here is an excellent scientific paper on a Method of detecting human microwave electromagnetic brain activity. This paper not only lays out collecting neural data but influencing it. In this paper the author describes the frequency range that is optimal is ultrahigh (UHF) and superhigh (SHF) frequencies from 1.5 to 5 GHz.

This matches up to frequencies that have been reported to me from targeted people who had radio frequency spectrum analyzer scans. I received a copy of one targeted woman's scans. There were dozens of frequencies all in the 2.5Ghz band. Here is an example from her scan.

In the US, 2555.356 MHz (≈2.555 GHz) falls inside the 2.5 GHz band (2495–2690 MHz), which is allocated to Broadband Radio Service (BRS) and Educational Broadband Service (EBS) and is used for commercial mobile broadband (LTE/5G), fixed wireless, and related services; exact permitted use depends on FCC/NTIA licensing in the specific area.

Almost all of the FCC licenses that were associated with the RF signals found coming to and from her body were licensed to school districts and universities apparently. Any of these frequencies can be pirated and used without the knowledge of the FCC license holders. This is actually a legal recourse that can be used once a scan is done. If the targeted person found these frequencies and reported it to the license holders it could start an investigation by the FCC.

Jamming the Frequency

So what if we tried jamming these bands of frequencies in our own home? Well that's not allowed in many places.

Possessing, marketing, operating, or importing radio jammers (including devices that block 4G/5G/cell, GPS, Wi‑Fi, or other licensed communications) is illegal in the United States under FCC rules and federal law. Enforcement can include fines, equipment seizure, and criminal penalties; the FCC also prohibits sale or advertising of jammers to consumers.

Hypothetically if one were to go on eBay and find drone jamming devices for research purposes that could be done. Devices like this can be found from China for legal research purposes but again check your local laws. Sellers can work with you to find frequency bands you want to experiment with.

Also the use of continuous spark gap generators would hypothetically interfere with these frequencies. A continuous spark gap device would create a broad range of interference. Always check your local laws, although if you weren't interfering with other peoples electronics I don't see any reason for anyone to care.

I would also highly consider creating a radio frequency free room in your home. You can use faraday fabric, mylar, EMF shielding paint, and even containers of water to attenuate signal from penetrating the room. Turning off breakers to the room, charging cell phones outside of it, and turning off routers when not in use will also help.
