As we look around, it is clear to most of us that we live in a world of increasing polarization. We see clashing points of view everywhere: East versus West, dictatorship versus democracy, the righteous versus sinners, the elite versus the poor. Nearly every issue is framed as a battle between opposing sides, and people are encouraged to choose one camp or the other, often viewing those on the opposite side with contempt, suspicion, or even hatred.

Starseeds, as they recover memories of their past lives, discover that the same themes repeat themselves over and over. The idea is that we should be learning lessons and evolving, but themes keep repeating. A common post-traumatic theme revolves around crises of war and peace. Many past-life memories associated with the Orion Wars provide good examples of this pattern.

What we know of human history appears to be a continual narrative of war and conflict. According to this perspective, humanity originated on a planet in the Lyra constellation, where civilization experienced a long period of peace and prosperity. That changed with the arrival of Reptilian beings from another galaxy who held a very different worldview. They believed domination was their right and viewed the conquest of territory and the enslavement of populations as actions carried out in service to Source. This fundamental clash in values is often described as one of the earliest origins of the polarity and conflict that would later shape human experience.

Humankind did not know how to cope with this aggressive invasion. They attempted diplomacy, understanding, compassion, and peaceful coexistence, but all of it failed. As a result, they scattered throughout this region of the galaxy, fleeing to Vega, Sirius, and many worlds within the Orion constellation. Unfortunately, the Great Lyran War eventually escalated into the vast Orion Wars. Memories of these conflicts still linger in the consciousness of this incarnation.

The adage “As above, so below” is particularly apt in this context. From one perspective, the Earth of today continues to express the same polarities that were established during the Lyran and Orion Wars.

How do we Transcend?

We can learn a great deal from the Ra Material: The Law of One. These books depict the history of an ancient civilization of humans who originally evolved underground on Venus and ultimately transcended physical existence into higher dimensions. The Ra Material is their attempt to convey the lessons of that evolutionary journey for the benefit of humanity on Earth.

The Ra Material describes a fundamental polarity that emerges in third-density existence: service to others and service to self. This apparent polarity dominates the experience of third density. As civilizations evolve into fourth density, the polarity remains, but the emphasis shifts toward the development of the Heart and compassion. Individuals become increasingly sensitive to the needs and experiences of others. Even those following the service-to-self path expand their capacity for love and loyalty, expressing genuine care for their families, their followers, and the missions to which they have devoted themselves.

In fifth density, wisdom predominates. Most individuals at this level have become focused on service to others, but a small percentage remain dedicated to service to self, with their focus now on perfecting themselves in preparation for Ascension.

By sixth density, both paths realize that service to self and service to others ultimately dissolve into Oneness. Service to others must include service to self when viewed from the perspective that All is One. Likewise, those on the service-to-self path eventually discover that Oneness means all beings are aspects of the same Creator, and therefore service to self is ultimately service to All.

A similar perspective on transcendence is offered in the teachings of Jalaila Starr. She is not strictly a Starseed, but rather a walk-in. According to this concept, the soul originally inhabiting her body was ready to leave this existence and entered into an agreement that allowed another soul to take over the body and continue living out this lifetime. Jalaila Starr states that her awareness originates from a cosmic perspective associated with what she describes as the Nibiru Council. Much of this story is relayed to her by a ninth-density being from Sirius B who was part of the culture that emerged from the Lyran Wars and the subsequent migration to other planets.

After many lifetimes of struggling with what they called the polarity of Light and Dark, these beings evolved a perspective that transcended this polarity. They came to see the universe as a grand Game encompassing both Light and Dark. Jalaila’s teachings similarly emphasize that transcendence is ultimately rooted in Unconditional Compassion.

Jalaila’s teachings are far more nuanced than could be adequately conveyed in a short article, and any attempt to summarize them briefly would do them a disservice. Among many other subjects, she emphasizes the importance of emotional cleansing as a necessary preparation of consciousness for the realization of true Unconditional Compassion.

The fundamental lesson here is that polarity, even the polarity of Light and Dark, can ultimately be transcended!

From my perspective, we can envision the solution emerging from the Source Itself. When Source created the universe, Light and Dark necessarily emerged together as complementary aspects of a single field of experience, making polarity an inherent feature of manifestation rather than a flaw within it. Light is enhanced by darkness, just as darkness is amplified by light. It is Balance that enables the universe to sustain itself indefinitely, extending into infinity. In this way, regardless of whether one follows the path of service to self or service to others, genuine compassion for the opposite path arises naturally.

How does one become Source? Meditation is, of course, important. The Ramana Maharshi style of meditation, in which one becomes the witness of the witness of the witness until the mind is transcended, is an excellent method.

Even so, simply imagining what it would be like to be Source is adequate. Imagination should not be denigrated. After all, at the deepest level of our Being, we all arise from Source.

Throughout this training, we have emphasized inner development: health, consciousness, telepathy, meditation, and a deep understanding of densities. All of this is foundational. And yet, none of it is optimally pursued in isolation.

Every serious ET contact program of which we are aware is a group endeavor. The Rahma Mission in South America gathered sixty or a hundred people in the mountains. Stephen Greer’s CE-5 programs are structured for groups of twenty to thirty participants. Lyssa Royal’s contact work emphasizes group coherence as the very engine of meaningful encounters. The pattern is unmistakable: collective vibration is qualitatively different from individual vibration — and Cosmic Visitors respond to it accordingly.

This chapter is about what comes next: the formation, structure, and cultivation of Ambassador Training communities around the world, working productively with many galactic civilizations on mutually beneficial projects.

Why Groups Create Stronger Contact

To understand why groups matter, we return to what we know of our Cosmic Visitors. Nearly all intergalactic civilizations operate as collective consciousnesses. Their very mode of being is shared. When they reach toward us, they are reaching toward a coherence of field — not merely toward a solitary individual, however gifted.

In CE-5 sessions, participants frequently notice that contact intensifies as the group deepens its meditative coherence. Sightings that might not occur for a lone practitioner begin appearing. Telepathic exchanges that are thin or uncertain in solo practice become richer and more verifiable when group members corroborate each other’s impressions.

There is a physics to this. The Heart generates the largest electromagnetic field in the human body. When a group of people enter synchronized states of coherent intention, their combined field becomes measurable and distinct. ETs are sensitive to vibration and register this collective field with precision.

A group is not merely the sum of its individuals. It is an emergent entity with its own coherence, its own field, its own identity in the eyes of our Visitors.

Models From History

We are not building from nothing. Precedents exist across cultures and across time.

The Rahma Mission, begun formally in Peru in 1955, demonstrated that sustained, committed groups — meeting regularly in nature, over months and years — produce ongoing, deepening contact. The Apunians who visited them did not merely appear once and disappear. Relationships developed. Trust was established. The beings communicated protocols, ethics, and even specific instructions over decades.

Stephen Greer’s week-long programs demonstrated that even temporary groups — assembled from strangers across continents — could achieve remarkable coherence within days. The shared purpose, the structured practice, and the accumulated nights under the stars created a community of consciousness that transcended ordinary social bonding.

Lyssa Royal’s work, continuing today, demonstrates that smaller, more intimate groups — sustained over time with consistent membership — allow contact to evolve in sophistication and depth. Her groups do not merely observe; they collaborate with their Visitors on creative and philosophical endeavors.

Each of these models offers something essential. Together, they suggest a range of community forms — from intensive short-term gatherings to sustained long-term circles — all of which have their place in a global Ambassador network.

Foundational Principles for Community Building

What does a healthy Ambassador community look like? Several principles emerge consistently from the models above.

Shared commitment to inner development. A community organized primarily around sightings — around seeking dramatic external phenomena — will be unstable and prone to ego inflation. The foundation must be the ongoing inner work: meditation, health, telepathic development, and the integration of experience. Contact deepens in proportion to inner depth.

Psychological safety and clear agreements. Experiences in this field can be disorienting, emotionally intense, and difficult to integrate. Participants must feel genuinely safe to share what they have encountered without fear of ridicule or judgment. This requires explicit agreements about confidentiality, respect, and non-competition. Ego inflation and one-upmanship are among the most corrosive forces in contact communities, and must be actively addressed.

Diversity of gifts. Effective Ambassador groups include people whose gifts complement each other: gifted telepaths, steady grounded presences, skilled meditators, those with scientific and technical backgrounds, healers, communicators. No single gift is superior. The group functions best when each member’s contribution is honored.

Regular, sustained practice. Weekly or biweekly meetings — combining meditation, study, shared experience, and actual CE-5 sessions — build the cumulative coherence that deepens contact over time. Consistency matters more than intensity.

Experienced facilitation. In the early stages of a group’s formation, facilitation by someone with prior contact experience is highly valuable. This is not hierarchy; it is mentorship. As the group matures, facilitation naturally becomes more distributed.

Structure of an Ambassador Training Community

While no single structure fits every cultural context, a general framework has emerged from experience.

Study phase. Newcomers benefit from a structured orientation to the field: its history, its key figures, its essential texts, and its core practices. This need not be lengthy — six to eight sessions can cover the essentials — but it establishes shared vocabulary and mutual understanding. It can be done online or in person at a facility or both.

Practice phase. The ongoing heart of the community is regular meditative practice, CE-5 sessions, and integration circles. During integration circles, participants share experiences from the previous session, identify themes, and offer each other support in processing what arose. These circles are among the most valuable elements of sustained group work. Clearly these are best conducted in person, though online experiments can be developed as well.

Retreat and intensive experiences. Periodic gatherings of longer duration — a weekend, a week — allow for deeper immersion and often produce the most significant contact events. Nature settings are strongly preferred: mountains, deserts, and remote coastlines have consistently supported the most meaningful encounters in the historical record.

Community of communities. Individual local groups benefit enormously from connection with other groups worldwide. Shared reports, corroborating experiences, and collective learning accelerate everyone’s development. Frequent large conferences drawing from all over the world accelerate any movement

Navigating Challenges

Every community faces challenges. In Ambassador Training communities, several recur with sufficient frequency that they deserve specific attention.

Ego inflation. Contact experiences are extraordinary. They can generate a sense of special mission or unique importance that, if unchecked, distorts judgment and damages community cohesion. An antidote is the ongoing practice of self-inquiry — the Ramana Maharshi approach — and the willingness to be honest with trusted peers about one’s inner state. Trust is important, so that people feel safe when offering constructive criticism to a colleague.

Fear responses. Not all contact experiences are comfortable. Reptilian contact, in particular, can trigger intense fear responses. Communities must develop explicit practices for supporting members through difficult encounters: grounding, emotional processing, and clear invocation of protective presences. Again, trust is crucial when providing group support.

Disinformation and manipulation. The field is not free of negative influence — whether from non-benevolent non-human actors or from human forces with interests in suppressing contact. Discernment, practiced regularly in community, is the primary protection. No single source of information or contact should be treated as beyond question, including heroes described in this book. This is why community is so important — founded in ongoing, continuous dialogue.

Attrition and renewal. Communities change over time. Members move away or lose interest; new members arrive. Healthy communities develop practices for welcoming newcomers and honoring those who depart, without losing their accumulated coherence. This is not a cult. There is no such thing as an “outsider.”

The Global Picture

We are at a remarkable moment in human history. Hundreds of CE-5 groups are now active across the planet. Millions of individuals are having contact experiences that, a generation ago, they would have kept entirely private. The global field of human consciousness is shifting in the direction of openness, curiosity, and readiness. The administrations first tranche of UFO reports was viewed with 340 million hits in the first 12 hours!

Ambassador Training communities, at their best, are not merely support groups for unusual experiences. They are laboratories for human evolution — places where practices, understandings, and relationships that will characterize humanity’s future as a galactic civilization are being developed right now, in real time.

The civilizations that have been watching our development for millennia are watching this emergence with attention and care. They have been patient. They have waited for us to be ready. The formation of coherent, ethically grounded, spiritually mature contact communities is among the clearest signals we can offer that the time has come.

Platforms and Specialization

After many direct face-to-face contacts have occurred, and the idea of Earth joining the family of galactic civilizations is normalized, Ambassador Training communities inevitably will evolve into platforms, stepping stones, or academies that catalyze projects of mutual benefit to Earth as well as other civilizations.

An analogy based on our own experience would be universities — undergraduates that develop foundational skills, which then enable them to follow specialties. Initial curricula and practices developed for Ambassador Training provide the foundation for people to choose from a variety of specialties for working on projects with extraterrestrial civilizations.

I will list a few examples in order to excite and inspire people who might become interested in becoming Ambassadors.

The first and most exciting specialty would be that of an Explorer. These would be like the conventional idea of astronauts. Star Trek provides a wonderful model. Explorers would be seeking out more and more civilizations with which to interact and learn from.

Another might be Scientists who are interested in learning more about quantum physics, antigravity, torsion field propulsion, zero-point energy, time travel, and many other exotic topics. They would be enthusiastically supported by Andromedans, Pa Taal, Mantids, and many other highly scientifically-focused civilizations.

Healers would be extremely interested in developing their skills under the mentorship of many other civilizations. Most especially, these might include Arcturians on the mental plane, Sirians on the physical plane, and Pleiadians from the standpoint of all kinds of natural and herbal treatments and lifestyle practices.

A subspecialty in the healing realm might be Geneticists. Their mentors could be Pa Taal, Anunnaki, Arcturians, and even the Galactic Federation of Worlds members themselves.

Anthropologists and Historians will have a field day after Full Disclosure. Many ancient civilizations have huge libraries utilizing advanced technologies that interact directly with our brain functions, bypassing our usual digital processes. Pleiadians would be a very interesting realm of study because of their ethnic proximity to humans. Andromedans would be a wonderful source of information as they participate throughout the galaxy in many types of trade and are skilled diplomats, according to Chris O’Connor. ETs of non-human type would also be an attractive source for research. Consider the Negomak Ngomopo described by Elena Danaan.

Diplomats themselves would find a fertile ground for their own development. Opportunities will abound for mediating trade agreements, trade disputes, political clashes. Chris O’Connor says that there is much to learn from the diplomatic skills of Andromedans, for example. Felines from Sirius A are so ancient as a culture that much can be learned from them in diplomatic practices.

Tourism Entrepreneurs will thrive. Travel, even in the local region of our galaxy, will become very profitable. Particularly, visits to Pleiadian planets will be attractive because of their similarity to humans. Visits to Sirius and Alpha Centauri will be favorites for the same reason.

Spiritual Teachers and Aspirants of all types, independent of religions, will find plentiful opportunities for learning about densities, other spiritual cultures, and relationship to Source as viewed by different civilizations. Perspectives from the Zenatae Andromedans, Arcturians, and even Ohorai meditation practices, widely used throughout the galaxy, will be fruitful areas of learning.

These ideas are just teasers. Let your imagination run free, and you will find many other opportunities springing from Ambassador Training programs.

Finally

Every individual who commits to this path — who develops their health, deepens their meditation, cultivates telepathic sensitivity, and gathers with others in sincere and humble outreach — is contributing to a transformation that extends far beyond themselves.

We are not alone. We have never been alone. And increasingly, we are learning, together, what it means to consciously take our place in the community of civilizations that has always surrounded us.

Of course, from the Ambassador’s standpoint, training will involve CE-5 sessions, perhaps on a weekly or twice-weekly basis. True contact experiences will go far beyond what normally happens in CE-5. Nevertheless, everyone must start at some point, and this is a good place to start.

Steven Greer is widely acknowledged as the pioneer who first developed CE-5 protocols. After working as a physician in emergency rooms and also doing a great deal of meditative practice, including learning Sanskrit, Dr. Greer finally was persuaded to abandon his medical career and begin working full-time for Disclosure.

In 1990, Dr. Greer founded CSETI, Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence. During his own frequent out-of-body experiences, Dr. Greer met some ETs. Together, they developed the famous CE-5 protocols in which humans go out into nature and actively request contact with extraterrestrials.

CE-5 means Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind. This terminology is derived from Dr. J. Allen Hynek’s work in researching UFO incidents.

CE-1 is when a human sees a craft in the sky. CE-2 is when there is some physical evidence or effect from this sighting, including electronic interference or skin rashes. CE-3 is when the human is able to see actual extraterrestrials. CE-4 is when a human is abducted by extraterrestrials, whether voluntarily or not. CE-5 is when humans initiate contact.

Following Dr. Greer’s leadership, many thousands of people have utilized some version of CE-5 protocols worldwide.

I will do my best in this chapter to provide as many practical details as possible. But truly, the best source is a book that I strongly recommend everyone read: Harch, Koprowski, and the Calgary CE-5 Group: A CE-5 Handbook, an Easy-to-Use Guide to Help You Contact Extraterrestrial Life, www.etcontacthub.com (2018).

Another book I strongly recommend is by Lyssa Royal (also mentioned in Chapter 18). After doing many CE-5s with Dr. Greer, Lyssa Royal in Sedona, Arizona formed her own group who met regularly to do CE-5 work. Lyssa is a very gifted channeler who brought in guides from Pleiades and Sirius. They added their own wrinkles on top of Dr. Greer’s protocols. They emphasized the importance of group coherence and development of right brain consciousness through various kinds of playful and fun challenges that encourage the group to develop openness and a kind of sacred mystery mindset. Her book is Lyssa Royal and Keith Priest, Preparation for Contact, a Metamorphosis of Consciousness, Light Technology Publishing LLC (2011).

Practicalities

First, and most important of all, is selection of participants. Intention is all important.

It is fine to be curious and even skeptical in the true sense of that word. Each person should be going for their own motivations, not because they are with someone with an interest in ETs or as a kind of camping trip social outing. Each person should participate with an aim towards learning something new about the universe and about themselves internally. Drugs and alcohol should be strictly forbidden.

Choosing a location is not all important, but is worth some attention. There are hotspots on the planet where UFO sightings are extremely common. Crestone CO, Mount Shasta CA, Mount Adams OR, Sedona AZ, Lake Titicaca in Peru, and Mount Fuji in Japan are common examples. Even so, it is perfectly possible to do very successful CE-5 sessions in your own backyard. Sometimes, when the weather is poor, people do a CE-5 in their living room.

Typically, a full session would be seven days long, but certainly five days are common, and even three days can produce results. I once ran a three-day session with a group of 12 or so people near Mount Shasta, and one member of that group was taken aboard an Arcturian craft because there was adequate group coherence.

Size of the group does not seem to be too significant. Dr. Greer limited his sessions to 30 people. That seems to be an optimal number. However, in South America, hundreds of people have gathered for very successful CE-5 sessions in which visible physical sightings of an Apunian ET occurred frequently.

A typical day begins with meditation, then breakfast, and time for whatever exercise each participant desires. In the afternoon, people gather for lectures about the history of ET contact, government suppression, metaphysical implications, etc. The afternoon sessions also may involve group experiences for psychic and remote viewing (RV) practice.

During psychic/RV practice — as described in Chapter 16 — the facilitator along with a couple of participants often will secretly decide on a topic which should be joyful, such as a wedding or a birth, or a vacation. They then silently transmit that image to the group. After some meditation, group members describe what came to their minds. Amazingly, there often is a great deal of coherence about aspects of the vision. In the same manner, remote viewing can be practiced by the group, say, by detecting an object inside of a box. These exercises open people up to their own psychic powers to some degree, which serves well during the evening protocols.

Then a few hours are set aside for rest, relaxation, and dinner. This is also a good time for trying daytime sightings. It is possible to use an iPhone in slow motion, aimed at a mountaintop or area where sightings might occur. Take a video in slow motion for a few minutes, and then go back and review frame by frame It is quite common to see crafts using this method that are not visible to the human eye.

At night, say around 9:00 p.m. just after dark, the group goes to the location with their equipment and gets ready for an evening of contact. Dr. Greer typically leads his groups until 3:00 or 4:00 in the morning. Personally, my groups go from 9:00 to maybe 11:00 or 12:00.

In preparation for the nighttime session, it is best to have sturdy boots in order to prevent ankle sprains and warm clothes to ward off cold. It does not take long at night for the body to feel very cold after a few hours. Gravity chairs are optimal. Camping chairs are perfectly fine. A good-sized thermos with warm tea or coffee will be very welcome.

Once at the site, the group arranges themselves in a circle or at least a semicircle. Someone should be designated to look at apps which describe the location of satellites in the sky and keep monitoring it during the evening.

The facilitator describes very clearly where north, south, east, and west are. Ninety degrees is directly overhead, and zero degrees is at the horizon.

So if someone sees something of interest, they should specify which direction and at how many degrees everyone should look. If a craft is sighted, it should be described, lets say, as being northwest at 60 degrees. It’s not good enough to say, “Oh, look at that,” or, “There’s one to my right.”

The mood of the group can be playful and happy, but should also be sacred. Every minute during a CE-5 is meditation. The facilitator may guide everyone in a guided meditation, particularly reaching out to ETs in the universe and describing:

- What our solar system looks like

- What our planet looks like with its moon

- Where we are on the planet

- What are the markers in our regional area

- Very specifically, how to find the group circle

Welcome them and ask them to reach out to us in whatever way we are able to receive.

Everyone should be free to point out whatever they see in the sky, on the ground, coming up from the ground, or within the bushes and trees. Also, they may experience changes in temperature or particular odors that were not there before.

Some people feel a tapping on their shoulder or on their third eye, various bodily sensations. These should all be shared in order to open everyone’s consciousness to whatever strange experiences might be happening. Group coherence is greatly enhanced by everyone being open and sharing of whatever experiences they have. There is no embarrassment or shame.

When the session is over, everyone quietly goes back to their hotel room or wherever they’re sleeping. It is extremely common for people to have unique dreams, and it is highly encouraged that they share those dreams in the afternoon session the next day.

People often see actual ETs, orbs, or have unique sensory experiences that are out of the ordinary. We call them “High Strangeness.” All these should be shared in the afternoon session.

At the simplest level—often even on the first night—lights are seen in the sky that respond to requests: moving in unusual maneuvers, brightening, pulsing, or “powering up.” Orbs are frequently observed not only overhead but also among trees and near the ground. “Flashbulb”-like bursts of light are common — participants receive them as attempts to communicate, and respond by going deeper meditatively, and ask questions of the ETs.

By the end of the week, many people report subtle and profound experiences. These can be life changing!

Equipment

Some people bring equipment they have purchased, and others do not. Essentially, the most important experience is internal. Equipment is not necessary, but it can be helpful and even catalytic to spark awareness that might not be there otherwise.

Flashlight is very important. Optimally, it has a red lens on it. It is possible to buy tiny infrared lights the size of a guitar pick to be used to see your way around your chair and into your backpack, without disturbing the night-adapted vision of others.

Don’t forget toilet paper. After hours in the cold and sometimes experiencing high levels of emotion, biology calls.

Binoculars can be very helpful and handy.

Devices with speakers can play CSETI tones or meditation sounds for aiding the group mood, but also to attract ETs

Laser pointers.: There are many available. Green is the optimal color because it is very visible at night and also does not distract others’ vision so much. Warning: Laser pointer should never be pointed at anyone else because it can damage the retina. If laser pointers are pointed at an aircraft, there’s a possibility of a $10,000 fine and jail time for blinding a pilot.

There many others that are adequate to the task!

Receivers for ET signals. ETs are fully capable of psychically using electronic circuits of devices to make sounds whose timing and qualities let you know they are there and how they feel. These sounds are astounding, and very convincing proof that real contact is being made.

This is used by setting it at the most sensitive magnetic setting (0-3), and setting it on the ground or table at a distance from electromagnetic fields. When contact is made, it will squeal, often in unique rhythmic sequences. Sometimes the communication is very excited!

My Experience in CE-5 Programs

I joined Dr. Greer’s week-long programs beginning around 2004 or 2005. Locations I have experienced include Crestone in Colorado; Borrego Springs in Southern California; a remote area in Arizona; a suburb ofOrange County. I have heard of others at the Outer Banks of North Carolina; other Colorado sites; a major event in France involving high government officials; and crop-circle regions in England.

Examples of Telepathic Contact

My first experience in Crestone, Colorado can serve as an example.

During meditation, I perceived a powerful presence in my internal vision — a large humanoid being who appeared almost Native American, with a mohawk-like ridge of hair and a lattice-like structure on his chest, possibly ornamental or functional as a breathing device.

He showed me his craft — ovoid and illuminated with numerous lights, like a Christmas tree display. When I asked his name, we arrived at a mutual designation — artificial, but agreed upon. We called him Lor, a name I later realized is the name given to Data’s brother on Star Trek.

He did not disclose where he was from, but he described himself as an ambassador—someone who assists civilizations making first contact. I asked if he could show me his planet. He said he lived aboard his craft, but could show me a small world used for rest and relaxation. Instantly, I found myself there with him.

This was a bi-location experience. I was still physically with the group. In the vision, I stood on a black obsidian platform near a small ovoid hut with a narrow opening, which he described as his sleeping space. In the distance were upright, leafless trees that looked like cucumbers; he said they were a food source.

The horizon was sharply curved — more sharply than Earth’s — suggesting a smaller planet. We continued telepathic communication throughout the week. During one group meditation, when Dr. Greer instructed us to hold hands, my consciousness remained fused with Lor’s presence, and I perceived the hands on either side of me as three-fingered and bony. By the end of the week, some people reported seeing a multi-lighted ovoid craft behind me in the circle. One highly psychic participant sensed Lor’s presence at the center of the circle — an appearance I had requested of Lor — to show himself inside the circle.

Another time, in Borrego Springs, California, I met a human family from Andromeda galaxy living on a moon orbiting a gas giant. The main person I communicated with was a woman named Isbeth . For the entire week—day and night—we shared consciousness telepathically.

She described herself as an anthropologist who travels widely and studies many cultures. She told me her culture originated on Earth long ago, when the moon was “new” and its nearness disrupted Earth’s environment, motivating her human group’s migration and dispersal.

We shared scientific and cultural information. Their reproduction occurs through IVF-like processes and incubation rather than birth. I met her two sons. One was a physicist who described creating stellar energy through layered, concentric plasma spheres rotating at precise angles — using effects related to vacuum energy (which he connected to the Casimir effect). The other son was an artist creating surrealistic works designed to unfold across timelines for the recipient, so the artwork could be experienced differently at different times.

In my experience, usually only one or a few people in a group have profound telepathic contact of this intensity, but everyone has meaningful experiences and contributes to the next day’s sharing. It is fascinating to hear how varied these encounters can be, and how deeply they can affect people.

Certainly, my experiences are not at all exceptional. Millions across the planet are having similar experiences, and this will certainly increase in coming years.

For many years after my experiences with Dr. Greer, I did weekly solo CE-5 sessions in a remote location where I lived. I used trifield meter signals as a bridge for conscious connection during meditation. I recorded many of these sessions on my iPhone, and they remain enchanting to revisit.

In recent years, I have occasionally led CE-5 groups of my own. Occasionally there is an experience of being taken aboard an Arcturian craft. I have developed an ongoing relationship with an Arcturian captain who acts as a guide in my meditations and encourages people to join his density in meditation.

Even so, we use the mind to communicate about our experiences. Today, the working vocabulary includes “dimensions” and “densities.”

“Dimensions“ roughly correspond to what quantum physicists call parallel universes — realities that may operate under very different laws of physics, occasionally interacting with our dimension. Quantum physicists hypothesize that such dimensions operate in their own space-times. Nevertheless, separate space-times sometimes “bump” into each other, as if “membranes” collide and enable interaction.

Intelligent interdimensional beings may travel between dimensions and make contact with us using these “membrane” intersections.

Within our dimension, “Densities” represent states of consciousness and vibration that correspond to stages in evolutionary development — both of individuals and of civilizations. Having a working understanding of densities helps us understand where we are and where our Cosmic Visitors stand on this evolutionary spectrum.

It is worth remembering that while we may collectively dwell in third density on average, every individual is capable of visiting ALL other densities!

The Ra Material on Densities

The earliest systematic exposition of densities comes from the Ra Material. . Responding to questions by Don Elkins, the Ra Collective stays within bounds of Non-Intervention while expanding human awareness by increments from where we are currently.

As described in Chapter 7, Ra described themselves as a human civilization who lived underground on Venus and evolved in ways parallel to our own evolution on Earth. They faced many of our same challenges and transcended them over time. At the time of the channelings they were 7th-density beings evolving toward 8th density, which they describe as Unification with Source.

They describe 1st density as purely physical, and 2d density as living and growing consciousness such as plants, trees, etc., and most animals — yet still not fully self-aware.

3d density is a realm of self-awareness and thus Ego. The Ra Material is unique in describing ego as either service-to-self (STS) or service-to-others (STO). This polarization is strikingly evident in the state of our world today.

As we already know, Service-to-self individuals are focused on greed and power over others. Ra does not place judgment on this. All orientations are One ultimately. It is merely a choice of path toward unification with Source.

Service-to-others is praised in spiritual circles. In Ra Material, it is merely another “distortion”of the Law of One, not to be judged at all.

To quote Book One, p. 160, describing 4th density:

“It is not of words, unless chosen….It is not of disharmony within self. It is not of disharmony within peoples. It is not within limits of possibility to cause disharmony in any way.

Approximations of positive statements: it is a plane of type of bipedal vehicle which is much denser and much more full of life; it is a plane wherein one is aware of the thought of other-selves; it is a plane wherein one is aware of vibrations of other-selves; it is a plane of compassion and understanding of the sorrows of third density; it is a plane striving towards wisdom or light; it is a plane wherein individual differences are pronounced although automatically harmonized by group consensus.”

5th density is about understanding, then wisdom, then Light The orientation is more toward understanding how perception of the Law of One applies in all circumstances. Service-to-self in 5th density are very few and compacted into isolation; they perfect their understanding of Law of One to greater perfection and mastery.

6th density is a realm of Unity, not only of individuals but also as components of One. Service-to-self entities realize that Oneness implies service-to-others in its ultimate mastery. Service-to-others entities come to realize that self belongs to Others in Oneness. So polarities dissolve into Oneness. Additionally, the Higher Self that 3d density beings turn to as Guide (in daily life, hypnosis, or meditation) are aspects of self that is in 6th density.

7th density is described in Book 2, p. 87: “The fourth, fifth, and sixth densities are those refining the higher-energy centers. The seventh density is a density of completion and the turning towards timelessness or foreverness.”

8th density according to Ra is Complete Return to the Creator, a Cosmic Sun, beyond even a black hole. It also can be viewed as the beginning of another octave, of which Ra has no knowledge

Densities by Lyssa Royal

Lyssa Royal is one of the most reliable and clear channelers of our era. Born with the gift, she developed her abilities under tutelage of Darryl Anka in Los Angeles. She also spent years doing CE-5 sessions with Steven Greer and has evolved her own contact methods, still in use today. With co-author Keith Priest, she authored two works that are essential reading for anyone in the Ambassador Program. The first, The Prism of Lyra (Light Publishing, 1989), should be considered required reading., as it describes the true history of the galaxy.

The following terminology and density descriptions are quoted directly from that work, as they are far more precise than any paraphrase I could offer.

“Terminology

Density: Density denotes a vibrational frequency and not a location, which the term “dimension” implies. The density structure of this reality is primarily expressed in seven levels, though each level has sub-levels within it. The density scale is a model used to communicate one’s perception of orientation in relation to other realities.

Dimension: Dimension refers to one’s location in space/time rather than a person’s vibrational frequency (density). Webster defines “dimension” as “Magnitude measured in a particular direction, specifically length, breadth, thickness or time.” There are an infinite number of dimensions existing within a given density or vibrational frequency.

Frequency: Matter is vibrating energy. Different vibrational rates denote different properties. Frequency is the rate at which molecules or consciousness vibrate.

Prism of Lyra: A prism is a transparent body with a triangular base used to polarize or decompose light or energy into its spectrum. The Prism of Lyra is the archetypal idea of the entrance of consciousness into this reality. For Earth’s galactic family the entrance point exists within the Lyran system. As consciousness/energy emerged, it fragmented into seven density frequencies, much as a prism would fragment light into seven colors.

Density Scale

7th Density: Awareness as the multidimensional experience, group-matrix identity (social memory complex). This is the frequency of total oneness or integration; vibrations at this frequency are merged in identity and become a mass-conscious whole. They magnetize those in other frequencies and provide the current for the natural flow toward integration. Once seventh-density beings reach critical mass, they will progress through the Prism of Lyra and reach the next octave where another adventure awaits.

6th Density: Awareness as the dimension itself. This has often been called the “Christ Consciousness” in that it displays a frequency level equal to that of the Christ or Buddha. From this frequency a total remembrance occurs, and the one begins taking responsibility for the Whole rather than the Self. The process of progressing the Self and progressing the Whole becomes one and the same.

5th Density: Experiential awareness of “I” as a group identity, not bound by linear time. In this density, sentient consciousness begins to awaken to its heritage. This is the density of wisdom. As one awakens the wisdom within, they very often want to share it with those still focused in the lower densities. Many from this realm choose to become guides for others. A 5th-density being merges with its family of consciousness (”oversoul” or “higher self”) and begins to remember. This is the first density in which a nonphysical orientation is experienced.

4th Density: Containment of volumetric awareness, superconsciousness, reintegration of group identity without loss of ego identity. As vibration increases, perception of past, present, and future become more fluid, along with the ability to interface with multidimensional and multidensity realities. Negatively oriented consciousness becomes more difficult to maintain. Presently on Earth, 4th-density reality is overlapping third. This can account for the increased desire for unity, peace, and unconditional love as opposed to the illusion of separation that characterizes third density.

3rd Density: Volumetric awareness, ego, loss of group identity, development of individual identity, ability to remember past and cognize the future while retaining present awareness. This is the density where human beings emerge. It is a vibration that creates the illusion of separation and thus a challenge toward awakening. Presently humanity is going through a transition period into 4th-density reality, which can account for the many rapid changes the human race is undergoing. Cetaceans (dolphins and whales) presently exist simultaneously in 3rd and 4th densities and are transiting out of 3rd along with humanity.

2nd Density: Awareness as a line, biological matter, development of species identity. The consciousness expressed by 2nd-density vibration does not possess self-awareness (or ego). Most species within the plant and animal kingdoms exist here.

1st Density: Awareness as a point, physical matter. This frequency level is the most basic, providing the matter and energy for the creation of atoms and molecules. The basic life forms of mineral and water are operating from 1st density. Humans possess this frequency within themselves as well — it makes up the basic genetic codes.”

Lyssa Royal’s other two books are also strongly recommended. Preparation for Contact eloquently describes her evolution in running CE-5 groups with the ETs she channels. The Golden Lake (2019), authored by Lyssa alone, is among the most profound spiritual and metaphysical books I have encountered.

My Personal Explorations

Allow me to share my own explorations in meditation over many years. I fully acknowledge and agree with the density descriptions given by Lyssa Royal and the Ra Material. For reasons I still cannot fully explain, my guides have shown me levels beyond those — and I offer this not as authoritative doctrine but as one individual’s meditative experience.

My primary guide is a Pa Taal ship commander who seems soul-braided with me in this lifetime. The Pa Taal are an incredibly ancient intergalactic race of Creators — traveling from planet to planet throughout the universe, generating life on suitable surfaces. No one seems to know how ancient they are. I sense his presence as virtually a part of myself, amplified in meditation. He shows up primarily through intuition rather than person-to-person telepathy. He carries a vision of vast numbers of Earthlings joining them and beings from other races on ships— not as something extraordinary, but as perfectly natural.

Second among my guides are Arcturians, whom I have experienced as Protectors for about 20 years. More recently I have developed a relationship with a specific Arcturian ship captain who has befriended me in a more direct way. In CE-5 sessions, it has been possible to enable others to join this captain on the ship. In daily life, the Arcturians provide spiritual healing and quick intuition at decision points.

Third is a Plasma consciousness from the Andromeda galaxy known as Ô. One day, sitting at my computer after deep meditation, I heard a distinct voice saying “Hey Bill.” I saw a cloud-like being with a multi-armed prominence that continuously shifted. They telepathically directed me to Elena Danaan’s book The Seeders, page 130 — and found an image exactly matching what I had seen. When I asked why they were contacting me, they said: “Welcome to the 12th Density. We are in the same neighborhood.”

The cosmology that has emerged through these encounters can be visualized as a spiral staircase — though the transitions are more like a smooth escalator than distinct steps. The first seven densities, illuminated from below within the staircase coincide with our ascending journey. Densities 7 through 12 appear illuminated from above, as if from Source. Seventh density is a hinge point — a pivot between two different modes of existence. Seen from below it seems like an end goal; seen from above, it seems like an initiation into Will to Life Force itself.

Densities 8 through 10 are Plasma Consciousnesses: pure consciousness infused with energy capable of transmuting into matter, beyond time and space. Eighth density is the realm of Ascended Masters and Christ Consciousness, plus Angels. Ninth density is Sacred Geometry as the generative function of Form in the universe. Tenth density is where this dimension continuously originates — what I informally call the Big Bang, understood not as a past event but in fact as an ongoing creation.

Eleventh density is the Void: complete Stillness and Nothingness beyond space and time. The beings there are called The Nine — not beings per se, but Aspects of the Universe such as beauty, truth, and justice (the same as in Chapter 8). Twelfth density is pure Radiance: everywhere in time and space, accessible to individual consciousness, indistinguishable from what we already are. Thirteenth density is Source — which cannot be described.

This is my personal experience only. It is not authoritative or definitive. Think of it as a hint. My linear human mind appreciates these structures, and perhaps they merely reflect that. But if they are useful to others in their own explorations, I am glad to share them.

Everyone has access to Cosmic Visitors. Everyone has guides, whether they are yet aware of them or not. There is nothing unusual about what I have been shown.

As Ambassadors encounter ETs of various types, understanding densities contextually is helpful to understand their perspectives.

This chapter is the most central to our entire endeavor, and yet it is the most difficult for me to write. Meditation is the “technology” of Consciousness — and yet it is the most intimate and subjective of realms.

We can start from a foundational assumption: Meditation is different for every person. No one’s experience is superior to anyone else’s. There is no single right or wrong way to meditate.

People seek to meditate for many reasons. Relaxation and de-stressing are most common. Some use it for healing themselves or others through prayer, which is itself a form of meditation. Many use it to increase prosperity or creative flow. In our case, we use meditation expressly for the purpose of exploring the universe and making contact with Beings of often higher consciousness.

Techniques vary widely as well. Repetitive mantras quiet the mind and create one-pointedness. Focusing on the breath, or using pranayama, helps quiet the mind and enable access to higher states. Some practitioners use mudras, postures, or physical accessories such as crystals. I am not a meditation teacher, and I consider any and all techniques useful. Whatever works for the individual is appropriate.

ALL contactees and experiencers emphasize the central importance of meditation. From the Rahma group in South America to Steven Greer to Lyssa Royal and all other people engaged in close encounters, the message is consistent. Even abductees, who may not begin in a meditative state, tend to end up having experiences in consciousness that closely resemble deep meditation.

What Meditation Does

Meditation raises “vibration.” Think of the felt difference when a pianist moves from the lower registers to the higher ones, or when a violinist slides from deep notes to soaring ones. The emotional quality of your experience shifts. Meditation does the same: It lifts the field of feeling into higher and higher registers while focusing the mind and slowing the breath. Physical sensation becomes progressively less relevant, and the material world recedes. With consistent practice, the states that yogis describe — in which the material world becomes “maya” — become accessible.

Meditation aligns us with Source — whatever name we choose for it. If all is Source, and there can be no Non-Source, then we ourselves are expressions of that Source. In meditation, we rediscover and deepen this connection.

Telepathy, which can be understood as an aspect of the meditative state, is universal among the ETs encountered so far. Lyrans, Vegans, Andromedans, Arcturians, and Pleiadians all identify meditation as the primary mode of contact. Even Grays, with their emphasis on mental development, agree. Reptilians, despite their focus on material and territorial dominance, are themselves highly telepathic — demonstrating that the capacity, even if unrefined spiritually, is a fundamental property of consciousness.

How to Meditate: General Principles

Find a position of complete comfort and relaxation, with the spine relatively straight but not rigid. A formal yoga posture, a chair, or lying down are all acceptable. The environment should be relatively free of distraction, though with practice this becomes less important. Closing the eyes is generally optimal, but eyes-open meditation is equally valid.

Twenty minutes twice daily is a common recommendation. Some suggest one hour twice daily to be more effective. This will vary. No one should create stress about missing sessions or not achieving particular states. Fairly quickly, if allowed, meditative states begin to arise spontaneously throughout the day.

The Teaching of Ramana Maharshi

After 60 years of meditative practices of many types, I have found far and away the most essential instruction to come from Ramana Maharshi. This is not an endorsement of any particular religion. The truth he describes is universal.

Ramana Maharshi’s story is striking. He was a normal child and teenager, mediocre in school, apparently displaying no unique talents. However, one day when he was 16, in the attic of his simple home, he suddenly swooned and fell on the floor. At first he thought he was getting sick. He felt himself dying. He immediately accepted that fact and determined to know who is it that was dying. What is the root of consciousness? In essence, he indeed did die to self.

When he “awakened,” he was motivated to go to a mountain called Arunachala, far away in Tiruvannamalai, South India. No one was home at the time, so he took just enough money from his mother’s wallet to enable him to get there by rail. Once he arrived, he went to a temple and sat down to just BE. He remained that way for approximately two years, not eating, not moving. Spider webs formed on his body. Temple devotees moved him a few times, once into a basement of someone’s home.

People began to revere him and clean him up and occasionally force feed him. He did not respond. After about two years, their fervent beseechings resulted in him slowly speaking again. He gradually went on to be one of the most profound spiritual teachers the world has known, living in a cave and occasionally circumambulating Arunachala.

His meditation teachings are simple and very direct. I can only paraphrase….

Maharshi’s meditation begins with asking,

Who Am I?

Notice who is asking the question. Be that one.

Then notice who is aware of that one. Be that one

Deep inside, notice who is still noticing who is aware of being that one. Be that one.

Follow this process.

…..until You are All, the Origin of all thought, even All Itself. No mind. No sensation. No vision.

If the mind reasserts, just Be the One aware of it. …. Not this. Not that.

If practiced regularly, this “Enquiry” becomes smooth and automatic, not only in formal meditation but during daily activities.

My Sample Guided Meditation in a CE-5 Setting:

This is offered as a facsimile of a guided meditation I have used in CE-5 sessions. It should not be used rigidly or as a ritual. Feel free to adapt or skip it as you wish. Actually, it turns out that this is very different each time it is done — depending on the “vibrations” of the group itself.

• Find a comfortable position and spend a few minutes in deep relaxation, allowing your breath to slow.

• Feel free to surround yourself in white or gold light and invite any intrusions to go elsewhere.

• Observe the wandering mind, the chattering.

•

• Be the observer watching the mind.

• Who is it that is aware of being that observer? Become That witness.

• Deeper inside, there is one who observes even this witness. Be That one.

• Stillness comes.

• Abide in Stillness.

•

• If you wish, allow awareness to expand — to other times, other planets, other galaxies, the Cosmic Sun. Or Not

• Allow awareness to expand from the region of the Heart.

• Notice how the breath slows as you deepen.

• If you notice anything ‘out there,’ Become That.

• Whatever Is, Be That.

Let Go.

Allow Presence.

Abide.

If you wish, invite other entities to join you.

If they do, Merge with That.

Ask who they are, where they are from, what message they offer. Or anything that comes to mind

Observe the Feelings and Vibrations you have in relationship …

When you are ready, slowly return. Take a deep breath. Wiggle your toes and fingers. Move gently.

Certainly this sample meditation is nowhere close to what Ramana Maharshi taught. Take it for what it is worth.

Summary: Principles of Meditation

• Do not force anything. Merely allow what will happen.

• Whatever you observe, BE the witness who observes that — at any level.

• Is-ness is always ‘out there.’ Whatever is, BE That.

• No ‘shoulds.’ No ‘right’ or ‘wrong.’

As you practice, feel free to become aware of the Radiance, the Presence, the Vibration that you offer to the world. It can become your continuous daily state — a stabilizing Presence during the major Transition in Consciousness that is already underway.

What does it mean to have a collective consciousness?

I am sure there are many, many variations throughout the Universe, but a basic aspect of collective consciousness — and the implied telepathic communication — has to be: If any individual has an idea, learns something new, or develops a perspective, it is inherently shared with all other individuals in the collective. Of course, this means that there are effectively no secrets, which is good. Although there are some boundaries they can create for privacy (say, when trade negotiations or military planning are involved), secrets are verboten in collective consciousness.

It also means that a large collective society is always growing and evolving at a rapid rate, because each individual is learning and contributing simultaneously. Individuals believe their knowledge is unique to them — leading to fragmentation of evolution!

The important fact for me is that the entire basis of communication in such societies is telepathy. In telepathic communication, there may be a little “I” versus “you” in context, but mostly communication is a process of sharing concepts, feelings, vibrations, relationships, perspectives, advanced mathematics, symbols, truth, science, and even creative imaginations.

In consciousness throughout the Universe, telepathy is the medium of exchange. Telepathy implies collective consciousness. Collective consciousness implies telepathy.

Contrast this with the history of Earth humanity. Perhaps telepathy was primary in very, very ancient times, but the experiment of radical Free Will eventually led to language —verbal language — as the primary means of communication.

The biblical story of the Tower of Babel is probably not apocryphal. Some say that it was a stratagem of the Anunnaki ruler called Enlil that created the Tower of Babel — as a means of control. Whether that is true or not, for the sake of the Earth experiment in randomness and radical Free Will, Enlil was merely an agent to institute language as a means of Separation.

Think about the structure of a sentence — a subject and an object. This may or may not be “I” versus “you,” but the implication in the very structure of language implies Separation. Individuality means that I am separate from you and also the objects that are outside in the universe. Even our concept of God is that God is somewhere “out there,” not within Here. This Separation is implied in the very structure of language.

And of course, this Separation is amplified even more by the plethora of languages on the planet, to separate us even further. With the institution of language, humanity forgot its inherent ability to share telepathically.

In this sense, language itself is a de-evolutionary influence ub spiritual terms. I have always thought that animals had telepathy, and that, in some ways, they are more advanced than our “sophisticated” ability to speak.

The Way Back

If our very language is an impediment to higher spiritual understanding of Oneness rather than Separation, what do we need to do to find our way back? Obviously, we need to find ways of remembering our innate abilities of using telepathy in communications.

Telepathy is innate in our 22 genetically-sourced extraterrestrial. DNA. So we need to find circumstances in which innate telepathy can thrive.

How do we learn to develop telepathy?

First, pay close attention to your own intuition. When you sense you have made a wrong turn, for example, or when the “little voice” reminds you to pay a forgotten bill or to call a friend.

Some people have cultivated the idea that there are angels or guides who help them get through the chaos of daily life. That is a form of telepathy.

Some people use pendulums to get a yes or no answer to questions asked while in an objective state. That also is telepathy.

Religious people, in their prayers or otherwise, may feel that they are talking to God. That is a form of telepathy.

Practicing Remote Viewing techniques can also help. For example, while in a group, the entire group can try to discover what is hidden inside of a box and through discussion gradually develop somewhat of a consensus.

Also in a group setting, a few people can be chosen to focus on a highly emotional event, such as a birth or a wedding or winning the Masters, and silently communicate that to the group. As the group has a discussion, they gradually home in on the theme that was transmitted. This is good practice for developing telepathy…. And emotionality is an important component!

Of course, meditation is critical for developing telepathy.The deeper one can get in a meditative state, tuning into the right brain rather than the left brain, the greater their telepathic abilities thrive. It doesn’t matter whether it is done for a few minutes a day or for an hour twice a day. Discipline and repetition are key.

During CE-5 encounters, it can be exciting to call out for ships to power up or to move in unorthodox ways. Instead of settling for just sightings, ask for contact telepathically with the ships themselves. Ask them where they are from. Ask if they have any messages. LISTEN INTERNALLY.

What you might think is mere fantasy or imagination will likely be actual telepathy. Plus, the ship feedback teaches telepathy directly.

Types of telepathy once contact is made.

Often, your Visitors will communicate in your own language, regardless of what it is. A normal conversation, with sharing of ideas, questions and answers, can proceed in that fashion.

More commonly, pure thought will be shared back and forth in rapid conversation. One might think this is imagination to be discounted, but actually, this is a very common mode of telepathy.

Similarly, visualizations may be transmitted directly. You may ask an extraterrestrial what their home city looks like, and they can give you very direct visual images in great detail, communicated instantly. Even more likely, you may bilocate to their home city and be able to walk around in the streets and touch their homes.This is not a special talent. This is pure telepathy.

Creative thoughts that come to you during artistic or musical endeavors may well be direct telepathy, and should be honored as such.

Most importantly, you may receive so-called “downloads.”This term has arisen since the computer age, and personally, I would rather call them “revelations.” These typically are massive amounts of very advanced information, even involving mathematics or quantum physics perspectives. Commonly, the recipient has a sense that such a revelation has happened, but actual details take time for the biological mind to integrate so that the concepts can be usefully communicated.

Almost always, along with actual data, feelings and vibrations are transmitted telepathically. The sense may be that the communicator is friendly, loving, and warm, and should be honored. Rarely, there may be a sense of discomfort regarding the communicator, and that warning should be honored as well.

Particularly in meditation, inspirational feelings and vibrations may predominate. This can be more important than whatever concepts or data are being shared. So feel free, when inspired, to ask for that state of being to be made a permanent part of your life — not just limited to meditation.

Remember, telepathy ultimately is not really “out there.” It arises from the deepest part of your own consciousness. Honor it and use it in your daily life.

Much will be misunderstood, but the Heart will be the basis of Contact! Heart language is Universal!

We, of course, are immersed in 3D Consciousness. Most ETs, on average, will be 5D. This gap needs to bridged. They will meet is more than half way. But we need to challenge some of our fundamental assumptions in order to make first steps toward them!

Now comes a radical assertion: Consciousness is the origin of reality! To many, this smacks of mysticism, metaphysics, or magical thinking. Times are changing.

In the Western world since Isaac Newton, materialistic physicality appeared to dominate our understanding of reality. Clearly defined laws could be measured and verified. Science claimed the domain of the measurable, while religion was assigned subjective territories of faith and belief. Miracles — such as San Galgano, who physically drove a sword into a rock during a mystical experience, and which still exists in Italy — were treated as belonging to a separate, otherworldly category. Materialistic reality was considered basic and immutable.

As physics evolved, however, it moved into increasingly strange territory.

The Quantum Turning Point

A defining moment came with the famous double-slit experiment. Electrons or photons bombarding a panel with two parallel slits would normally produce interference patterns on a receiving wall — the signature of waves. But once sensors were placed to observe which slit individual particles passed through, the interference pattern disappeared and only linear particle patterns appeared.

In other words, conscious observation collapsed wave patterns into particles. This and similar experiments have been repeated many times, always with the same result. The conclusions are profound — electrons and photons are simultaneously both particles and waves. Conscious observation converts probabilistic wave patterns into definite, discrete particle patterns. The universe consists of undefined probabilistic potentials that only become sensorially definable reality through conscious observation. In other words, we participate in creating the physical reality we experience. Our collective agreement is what stabilizes it.

To me, this is suggested when we observe how babies learn. At first, they’re all about bodily and emotional feelings. They look at the world in unfocussed awe. Gradually, they start recognizing patterns. Then we begin teaching them to point and name objects in their new universe. Such is the way that we train newcomers to learn our reality and share in it.

Paradoxes of the Quantum World

Heisenberg’s uncertainty principle established that it is impossible to know two properties of a particle with certainty simultaneously — if position is known, momentum cannot be, and vice versa. Superposition extended this further: in quantum mechanics, a system can be in multiple states at once until a measurement is made, at which point it resolves into a definite state.

Parallel Universes

Hugh Everett III proposed the concept of multiverses: Each time we make a decision or a quantum state resolves, a new parallel universe is created. Simplistically, in one universe you chose tea; in another, coffee. Reality branches endlessly.

Nick Bostrom of Oxford was the first to propose formally that the entire universe is a simulation. John A. Wheeler went further, suggesting it is a participatory simulation — one in which conscious observers co-create what manifests.

A Clinical Encounter with the Multiverse

A decade ago, Peter Smith of Australia developed the Quantum Consciousness Experience (QCE), growing out of his decades of work in the Life Between Lives movement. In QCE, participants enter a mild trance and can encounter other quantum realities anywhere in space or time.

I trained in this protocol. One client — a middle-aged woman with chronic depression rooted in a decades-old decision: she had chosen marriage and family over a career she believed would have deeply fulfilled her. In the QCE session, she encountered her parallel-universe self — the version who had taken the career path. That self was emphatic that she had made the right choice; the alternative career had led to loneliness and disappointment. The depression resolved and remained absent over the following years. One data point, certainly — but a meaningful one.

Cynthia Sue Larson and Malleable Reality

Cynthia Sue Larson, trained as a physicist at UC Berkeley, has spent decades exploring the practical implications of quantum consciousness. Her books include Reality Shifts: When Consciousness Changes the Physical World and Quantum Jumps. Two points from her work are directly relevant here.

Dean Radin, working at the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS), has used random number generators in controlled environments where trained remote viewers attempted to influence the outputs. Results show a small but statistically significant deviation from chance, suggesting that consciousness can affect outcomes previously considered purely random. These experiments are described in Radin’s The Science of Magic.

On her own spiritual path, Larson has developed the ability to alter reality in practical ways. After a conference in Crestone, Colorado, her suitcase ended up locked inside her room with no way to unlock it. She had to get to the airport, and there was no locksmith available within 100 miles. She entered deep meditative stillness allowing for a solution. When she looked again, the door was now unlocked — somehow! This incident was witnessed and attested to by Paola Harris, a work-renowned journalist in fields of paranormal and UFOs.

At another instance, Cynthia had a meal with her daughters. The waitress was exceptionally friendly, so they wanted to give her a tip in dollars. However, Cynthia’s wallet turned out to be empty. Using her skills in the new malleable universe, she produced six successive dollar bills — each appearing in her empty wallet after she closed and reopened it six times! Her daughters witnessed this miracle and learned a giant lesson! …..This reminds me of the biblical story of Jesus’ manifestation loaves and fishes at the Sermon on the Mount.

She describes these as expressions of an innate human capacity we all possess when we open ourselves to the malleability of reality.

Eastern Perspectives

It is well known that Eastern traditions have long described reality as Maya — Illusion. As aspirants ascend in Consciousness, it becomes apparent that physical becomes ephemeral, even subjective. Time and space are not inevitable, solid states. In Consciousness, Will can be a force in itself, shaping reality around it.

Sri Paramahansa Yogananda’s Autobiography of a Yogi describes many mystics who demonstrated the flimsy nature of material reality. Several teachers manifested in two places at the same exact time, witnessed by many people. Another time, his teacher described in detail a theft occurring a long distance away, witnessed psychically while he was conversing with Yogananda. It is even said that Yogananda’s body never decomposed after he died. Indeed, normal reality is indeed a manifestation of Consciousness.

Babaji, immortal

One narrative from Lahiri Mahasaya’s encounter with the immortal Babaji describes a vast palace of gold and precious gems Babaji manifested high in the Himalayas solely for one initiation — out of the Void — to honor a guest! Once the celebration was over, the palace reverted to its normal state of being a simple cave.

Traditionally, God is conceived as external — “out there.” Babaji, Christ, and many others demonstrate that the creative source is within the Self of all of us. We are co-creators in this participatory universe. Reality is a belief system. And belief systems can change just as a thought can change!

Implications

A door is opening. Reality as we understand it can be changed. An obvious temptation arises. Might we simply be able to pursue personal wealth or security? Think about it. If we collectively take that path, what kind of future do we create? Does it reduce conflict and scarcity — or simply amplify service to self?

Cynthia Sue Larson calls herself a “radical optimist.” Given the implications of a genuinely malleable reality, this may not be idealism at all — it may be the only rational response for creating a livable future. Ultimately, we have the ability, individually and collectively, to fuse with Oneness. From this Knowing arises kindness, peace, compassion, wisdom, ethics, and responsibility for the good of all.

Now that we understand that Consciousness is a more fundamental reality than “reality” itself, we need to be truly open — in the Heart — as we evolve toward Contact with Visitors, most of whom already understand. Of course, it takes not only openness but practice, individually and in communities.

Our Cosmic Visitors come from very advanced civilizations, both technologically and spiritually. They think very differently than we do, and often they are capable of making sophisticated observations that may be difficult for us to comprehend at first. Therefore, mental clarity is of utmost importance.

The ability to maintain a calm center with minimal distraction is critical. A mind disciplined by deep meditation is essential to maintain stability in the midst of emotional and even physical distractions.

Often such close encounters happen in remote locations close to nature. The environment may be rugged. Most occur late at night when it is quite cold and sometimes even stormy. CE-5 sessions often last five or six hours in such conditions. One does not need to be a super athlete, but it is foundational for people to be in reasonable health.

What is health?

Medical science and even alternative medicines neglect this question. Simple relief of symptoms appears to be enough. Classical homeopathy is an exception. George Vithoulkas published Science of Homeopathy in the 1980s, in which he elucidated a concise description of the Definition of Health across three levels:

Health on the physical level is freedom from having to place undue attention on physical symptoms. It is not the mere absence of physical discomfort. It is freedom to go about one’s daily life and activities without being dominated by pain. The pain may still be present, but health is improved when it no longer interferes. Freedom is the first step, then ultimately resolution.

Health on the emotional level is the freedom to feel the full range of human emotion, both positive and negative, without being bound or trapped by any particular emotional state. The goal is not permanent happiness or positivity, but freedom — the ability to feel grief during a funeral and joy during a celebration, and to move on. Someone who cannot get over grief, or who maintains relentless cheerfulness despite adverse circumstances, is stuck and needs support.

On the mental level, Professor Vithoulkas’ defines health as Selfless Creativity. This phrase invites meditative contemplation. Selflessness includes everyone, even one’s own self. A person who is always focused on service to others without attention on themselves is unbalanced on the mental plane. A person who is purely narcissistic, despite being brilliant and successful in many ways, is also unhealthy on the mental plane.

Creativity implies open-mindedness — the ability to synthesize disparate notions into a new coherent whole, to think outside the box, to generate new perspectives and solutions. Someone who is unhealthy on the mental plane may be suffering with obsessive thoughts, old habits that no longer serve, or dogmas that interfere with progress.

For our purposes, I add a fourth level: Spiritual health — the freedom to be aware of Truth beyond mere material reality. This implies openness of the heart, genuine curiosity, and clarity of discernment.

How can we optimize health?

Extensive research on longevity and general population wellbeing converges on a simple framework:

Sleep accounts for roughly 50% of general health;

Exercise accounts for about 30%;

Diet accounts for only 10%;

and the remaining 10% involves De-stressing, which for our purposes means primarily meditation.

Sleep

Sleep is crucial for rejuvenation, not only of the physical body, but more importantly, of the mind itself. The best resource summarizing modern sleep research is Matthew Walker, Why We Sleep, Scribner(2017).

The need for sleep is very precisely eight hours, plus or minus 15 minutes. The curve is narrow, not broad — meaning that there are very few exceptions. Every single night in which we get less than eight hours sleep, we accumulate a sleep debt. This is like a bank debt. It must be paid off in order to get back to optimal functioning.

Older research showed that if a person averages seven hours a night during the week, the accumulated sleep debt by the weekend is equivalent to impairment from drinking two glasses of hard liquor — measurable in reaction time, memory, and arithmetic.

Fortune 100 companies proved the importance of sleep both for productivity and health of their employees. Major sports teams even monitor sleep habits of their athletes, and fine them large amounts of money if sleep is inadequate

The good news is that correcting sleep debt produces noticeable benefits within weeks. I corrected mine 26 years ago and noticed a dramatic improvement within days. Full and complete sleep recovery took me 9 months. The Sleep Hygiene Movement, now widespread on university campuses, has grown directly from this research.

For Ambassadorial purposes, dreams deserve particular attention. ETs of many types frequently make initial — and ongoing — contact through dreams. Keeping a dream journal is recommended, not only for psychological reflection but to track recurring themes that may be messages from other dimensions and densities.

Exercise

Research consistently shows that men and women need approximately 2 ½ hours of vigorous exercise per week — roughly 30 minutes, five days a week — for cardiovascular health, mental health, immune function, and cancer prevention. The most important principle is that you choose exercise you genuinely enjoy, because only consistency over time is what produces results.

Exercising outdoors in nature confers additional benefits. Biologically active vitamin D is produced in the skin through sunlight exposure, not through supplements. Communing with nature also supports emotional and spiritual health. Spontaneous ET contacts frequently occur in natural settings.

Diet

Most people devote 70 to 90% of their health attention to diet, despite independent research consistently showing it accounts for only about 10% of general health. The reason, of course, is economic — enormous industries depend on that focus.

Science repeatedly identifies the Mediterranean diet — essentially vegetarian with cheese and fish — as optimal for general health. For Ambassadorial purposes, the vast majority of known ET civilizations are essentially vegan, if they consume food at all. Elena Danaan reports that processed animal flesh is considered adverse for travel aboard many ET craft. Yogic traditions have advocated plant-based eating for thousands of years for clarity of mind on spiritual levels, aligning with this principle.

Drugs and alcohol are not appropriate during contact. For daily life, alcohol is suboptimal for health, and psychoactive drugs interfere with mental clarity. One dietary element deserves specific attention:: Fluoride, which is widespread in modern water supplies, over-calcifies the pineal gland and impairs its crystal-based resonance with higher vibrations. Elena Danaan recommends daily use of Zeolite — available in powder or drop form, non-toxic — to support pineal demineralization.

De-stressing

The remaining 10% of health relates to creating a balanced, purposeful lifestyle. Humans thrive with clear purpose — in family, work, or creative endeavors. Social connection is strongly correlated with longevity. Healthy relationships depend on clear boundaries, which reduce chronic stress and create the stability needed for spiritual development. Many boundary dysfunctions can be addressed through dedicated practice, which is why spiritual development remains foundational to the Ambassador Training program.

How to deal with Chronic Disease?

Chronic disease is a significant impediment to developing the coherence needed for ET contact. Lifestyle alone is often insufficient for cure. Three healing modalities are consistent and reliable in their ability to address chronic illness at its root: Classical Hmeopathy (a 200-year energy medicine that individualizes remedies to produce genuine cure over months or years); Five-Element Traditional Acupuncture (an advanced energy medicine equally individualized in approach); and authentic Tibetan Medicine, rare outside Asia but highly effective.

There are also many gifted spiritual healers who transmit Source energy. They can be trusted. True spiritual healers do not invest ego in the outcome. They transmit Source and trust the result. Psychic healers who move energies around may bring relief but are not truly curative. They tend to be more invested in whether their work “works.”

Physical, emotional, and mental health is foundational for direct contact with ETs. Professional preparation requires optimal health. Sleep, exercise, diet, and — above all — meditation are required. If chronic disease is a limitation, seeking curative treatment rather than palliation is the appropriate path.

Lily Nova was born in St. Louis, Missouri. Her family was apparently middle class and suffered dysfunctions that are common to many of us. Her father was an alcoholic throughout most of his life, and was processed in and out of treatment centers several times. Lily was very close to her father, despite sometimes having to hide in the closet when he came home, for fear of his unpredictable moods. As she grew older, she became quite angry with him and distanced herself.

At the age of 44, Lily’s father died of a heart attack only three years after he had finally achieved sobriety, for the first time in his life. His unexpected death at such a young age was devastating to the family, and particularly to Lily. This occurred when she was in middle school and still evolving her personality.

Lily Nova had been an introvert in school-age years. She hated going to school and preferred learning on her own.

She was intellectually very curious, and so was her father — that was the nature of the bond they had together. Lily spent a lot of time in nature, especially loving to stare at the stars feeling as if they were embracing her. She was a skilled artist and spent much of her time drawing people with special powers.

Lily’s father’s death caused her to ponder big questions: who we are, what is the purpose of life, and what can be done to improve the world. She eventually decided, because of her father’s premature death, to become a dietician in order to help people prevent heart attacks as well as deal with mental illness. She graduated from college with a dietician degree and initiated a practice, doing what she viewed as her passion in life.

Unfortunately, many of the demons within were unresolved. She became depressed and turned to substances to relieve the pain. Quickly, this became such an addiction that it was spiraling out of control. So in March of 2016, Lily entered a treatment center, which actually was the same one where her father had gotten sober. She diligently engaged the 12-step program and began praying every day.

During one memorable day, while walking with friends, she saw a rainbow in the sky, which profoundly lifted her out of what, she called her, “internal war.” From that moment forward, she was able to put her life back together and went back into practice.

In 2020, Lily experienced what she describes as the “Dark Night of the

soul.” COVID happened and left her more isolated than before. She had a falling out with her boss and had to quit her job. Someone wrecked her car. And she had a traumatic breakup. Fortunately, she was sober and did not relapse.

Lily’s solution, as an introvert, was to develop her skills as an astrophotographer. Under the stars, she felt like she was at home, just as she did in childhood.

A major turning point in her life happened on November 17th, 2020 at 1:50 a.m. She felt called to go to the front porch of her house. Looking at the sky, she saw a bright light that was not one of the stars she was so used to looking at. It was not an aircraft or any other phenomenon.

Then a second light appeared. It came closer. It was larger than the first light. She clearly saw a diamond-shaped object with rows of red and blue on the sides. It was only a few houses away from her. In very clear reaction to her thoughts, it began darting to the left and to the right. Then it came forward, over her roof, and disappeared vertically, apparently. Lily became extremely excited. This was clearly a UFO! It was undeniable!

She animatedly told her friends about this experience. They either brushed it off, mocked it, or expressed disbelief. This was disappointing to her, a rude awakening.

Lily continued her nightly photo missions under the stars. Two months passed without further UFO contact. Then in January 2021, at the astronomy park on an extremely cold night (which forced her to stay in her car), at exactly 1:50 a.m. they showed up again! It began with a strange feeling inside. She immediately took out her D5300 DSLR camera. Three bright lights moved back and forth in the sky and occasionally sent out beams of light. This show lasted all night and was recorded on her camera. This evidence is in Lily’s book. Contact: An Incredible True Story of Contact with Beings from Another World and Spiritual Awakening (2024).

This encounter led to a life of nightly stargazing sessions, sometimes with friends. She learned that some friends could not see anything while she could. Later, she realized this is a matter of internal vibratory development. Thirteen UFOs showed up in those first two weeks.

Sharing these sightings with friends strained her relationships. She sought people with like interests. She contacted MUFON, a UFO research network. They too were a disappointment, unfortunately. They tried to help, but did not seem to appreciate the full depth of what she was experiencing.

Around the same time, Congress passed the COVID bill, which had embedded in it a requirement that within 180 days, all U.S. government agencies were to share what they knew about UFOs. Obviously, this demand was not honored at that time. However, it did motivate Lily to do everything she could to document what she was observing. During her nightly stargazing sessions, she learned that by speaking out loud, the UFOs would respond in one form or another. Once, she announced, “I know you are out there.” Fifteen minutes later, a triangle of lights showed up in front of her in a dense fog.

She had fallen in love with the idea of photographing various cloud formations as an artistic endeavor. Soon, the clouds themselves would form in specific ways as a response to her thoughts and inquiries.

On another night, she was mesmerized by the star Sirius, which is the brightest in the sky. It started blinking on and off. Clearly, this was not a phenomenon natural in nature; Lily took it as a clear message.

Lily’s devotion to stargazing and photography began to weigh on her. She calls this time period “Starseed Boot Camp.” She had no job and was finding difficulty paying bills. She was very anxious about survival and whether she should be going back to work. The contacts she was making reassured her that all would be well. iIt was hard work for her to detach from her anxieties.

During this Boot Camp time period, she often found herself in moods where she was consumed with negative thinking and self-criticism. One night, while in these depths, she was bathed suddenly in unconditional love — overwhelming! This taught her that all is well, and she need not treat herself so badly.

Another lesson when she was plagued with many fears is that the only way out is to go directly through the adversity. She had noticed unmarked cars driving in her neighborhood with tinted windows. This was very unusual. She assumed they were government cars and worried that they were tracking her somehow.

One time, she was driving and saw one of these cars and followed it. They seemed to recognize that they were being followed and suddenly stopped in the middle of the street. She was able to turn and hide.

Another time, a similar car was parked in the astronomy park parking lot, precisely in her usual spot. Normally, she was the only person there. But three nights in a row, the same car parked in the same spot. She saw a man sitting in the car and was consumed with fear. The lesson she learned from that was to choose between love and fear. So she approached the man with a feeling of unconditional love. He quickly departed without incident and never came back.

During one session that she finally learned to describe as a CE5 experience using Hynek terminology. Lily and a friend were viewing UFOs in the sky. The friend suggested that they close their eyes and feel the vibration.

Lily immediately felt what she describes as a download, a rapid series of thoughts and feelings, which eventually became more clear when she saw a woman with blue skin and a skin-tight silver uniform, flanked by five blue-skinned crew members similarly dressed. Lily felt a high degree of resonance with this blue woman.

Such encounters became quite routine for Lily. She discovered that she has a Starseed family. Actually, over time, she realized that she had past lives on several other planets in the galaxy. She eloquently describes in her book the typical evolution of many types of Starseeds. They grow up relatively isolated, as if they don’t fit in. 3D is too dense for their comfort. It is common for them to experience trauma in life, which gets transformed into a desire to help others and to heal others.

Lily spent more and more time in deep meditation with the blue beings. One was called Myra, another Talia. They answered her question that they are from Lyra. Talia went on to become a personal guide who interacted with Lily daily, teaching her to develop spiritually in a variety of ways. They worked on chakras together for a long time.

Talia taught Lyra to raise her vibration by looking at the color of a street light on her block. ETs had programmed it to be a direct mirror to Lily for her vibration level. Over time, she was able to consistently and reliably view the street light as pure white, rather than the usual orange, the lower vibration.

One example of how they provided teachings to Lily occurred when she was unable to access contact for a bit. To occupy her time, Lily began using her photography in a very creative way. She got into a state of flow. Once that happened, the ETs showed up, which taught Lily that the artistic, playful, right-brained aspect of herself was the best medium for making contact.

This story is almost identical to the experiences Lyssa Royal describes in her book, Preparing for Contact: A Metamorphosis of Consciousness Light Technology Publishing (2011). Lyssa is a very gifted psychic and channeler whom we will meet later on in this book. After many years of CE5 training with Steven Greer, Lyssa developed her own CE5. Her guides taught her to lead her groups into playful, artistic games and tasks that encouraged team coherence, a sense of playfulness and joy. They found that this enhanced ET contact.

After teaching Lily how to balance her chakras, Talia also taught meditation. Lily blossomed spiritually at that point. Using crystals and meditation, her third eye consciousness expanded greatly.

She rapidly contacted beings from Sirius, Pleiades, Arcturus, and having conversations in which she discovered that she had lifetimes in these locations.

Additionally, Lily learned how to do remote viewing — often visiting Egypt, viewing ETs who worked with that civilization. She even visited Earth during the dinosaur era and saw UFOs in the sky then.

During this time, Lily was meditating many hours a day, even as much as six hours. She met with Jesus, Thoth, angels and archangels, including Metatron. She met with light beings, which she was able to photograph (published in her book). She even had a profound encounter with her father, who showed that her entire life process was aimed at the Awakening she was experiencing.

At one point, Lily asked to have direct contact with Source (or God). She channeled a painting from Source. As she had never painted before, she was a bit anxious that it might not turn out well. She allowed the process to flow, and it did indeed turn out beautiful. She kept it in her closet for a while, and then was given guidance to put it at the head of her bed.

Later, she offered it as a healing gift to her uncle, who had had heart surgery which ended in kidney failure requiring dialysis. Lily gave him the painting and some crystals to put at the head of his bed. A few months later, she saw him again, and he looked completely different. The dialysis people told him that his kidneys had returned to complete normal functioning!

At one point, Lily received guidance that she would write a book, which to her was a complete surprise. That book is now an inspiration to experiencers and Starseeds who might otherwise not pursue their own paths.

Lily Nova now has a large social media presence and gives lectures at conferences. Her remote viewing abilities are called upon by many interviewers regarding current events in the fast-paced world of Disclosure, Awakening, and Ascension.

Lessons Learned

In my opinion, the Lily Nova story is a quintessential example of what many thousands, perhaps millions, of people are undergoing. She has come forward with a well-written and very revealing personal story in her book.

Typical of many Starseeds, Lily was intellectually curious and very tuned into nature from early childhood. She particularly was drawn to the stars. She didn’t fit in at school, and filled her inner world with art. The tragedy of her father’s death was not only traumatic, but became an impetus for her to serve mankind. This is also typical of Starseeds. Their contract before incarnation is all about serving the process of Awakening so adversity becomes a motivation.

A major lesson for all of us derives from Lily’s curiosity and openness. Throughout her story, these are forces that keep her expanding, rather than stagnating at lower levels, as happens to some of us. She even dropped a career passion in order to satisfy her curiosity as well as suffering estrangement from some of her friends. Government surveillance even did not deter.

Extraterrestrials are always present and watching. When someone begins to open up, they are there to offer guidance and teach important lessons.

Elena Danaan was born in Marseilles, France into a comfortable middle-class family. She was precociously intelligent and psychic from a young age.

As she describes her childhood, ET experiences were quite routine. She was very skilled in art, music, and writing, so she has been able to depict these childhood experiences very dramatically in her first book, A Gift from the Stars.

At the age of nine, Elena was abducted by Zeta Reticuli Grays. As the intentions of these ETs were malevolent, Elena was rescued by Thor Han Eredyan of the Galactic Federation of Worlds (GFW). The full memory of this event and its consequences did not become clear to Elena until much later in her life.

For the sake of brevity and simplicity, I will relate the story at this point in the narrative. The Zeta Reticuli Grays had implanted a device into Elena’s brain for the purpose of tracking her and controlling her throughout her life. With the help of an expert from Sirius B named Myrah. She determined that the implant could not be removed without serious brain damage, so they altered its vibration spectrum, so that Grays could not utilize the implant. But benevolent ETs could. This included Thor Han, GFW colleagues, a wise elder named Annax, and many others.

The implant enables direct auditory and often visual communication. In this way, Elena was named the exclusive emissary of GFW to the human race. She is explicit about this not being channeling. What she shares is a direct transmission through the implant device.

To continue the narrative of Elena’s evolution, she became an archeologist and spent nine years in Egypt doing advanced archeological research and teaching students. Her facility with languages aided these activities, because she not only was fluent in French and English, but also Arabic.

After her time in Egypt, Elena eventually moved to Ireland and undertook eight years of intensive studies as a Druid, eventually becoming an Archdruidess from 2015 to 2020. These studies added much to her internal knowledge, which had already been quite profound from prior years of work.

2018 was a major turning point in Elena Danaan’s life. She was physically taken aboard Thor Han’s ship and physically met Val Nek (pilot) . Myrah (from Sirius B), Celadian (another pilot), and Annax for the first time. They taught her about the GFW and its mission to aid the coming transformation of human culture on planet Earth. She was then “activated” to aid in this mission. Thor Han unlocked her memories that had been suppressed by incarnation. She also underwent hypnosis in order to flesh out more memories of past lives and other experiences.

As a result, she began writing her famous books and developing a powerful social media presence, which has led her to an international lecture tour — including the U.S. various places in Europe, several Tokyo conferences, and others in Dubai. Nearly weekly, she also travels throughout the galaxy with the Galactic Federation of Worlds (GFW), and relates her many experiences on Star Nation News and many webinars.

Elena Danaan’s books are so full of major important information that are foundational for Ambassador training. I consider them required reading, despite their size. Her information seems authentic; other contactees with similar experiences repeatedly corroborate what Elena describes, with only minor exceptions.

Moreover, it is a common occurrence that, due to her experiences by being on GFW crafts, she provides details on her websitew eeks before announcements by NASA. This could not happen if she were somehow deluded or hoaxing, as is often claimed by her jealous detractors.

Perhaps the most powerful evidence of Elena’s authenticity was the pre-planned and pre-announced show of dozens of UFOs, including TR-3Bs, on September 27th, 2024, during a conference in Colorado located near the NORAD headquarters. This show was organized and coordinated by Thor Han. Videos can be found on Elena’s website.

A Gift from the Stars: Extraterrestrial Contacts and Guide of Alien Races (2020) This book tells the detailed story of her abduction and implants. Plus, it offers detailed information of 113 extraterrestrial races with beautifully-drawn illustrations from Galactic Federation of Worlds records. These are races within our galaxy, many of whom have had extensive contact with Planet Earth.

The Seeders: Return of the Gods (2022) is Elena’s masterwork. It describes the Intergalactic Confederation and all 24 of its galactic civilizations that have recently re-approached the Earth in order to help with our current transition. The chapters on each civilization, again, with beautiful drawings, are unforgettable. Most importantly, Elena describes the entire true history of the Earth from 200 million years ago. Also, there is an exact description of genetic sources that make up our DNA, derived from 22 different species.

Galactic Federation of Worlds (GFW)

The Galactic Federation of Worlds (GFW) is a powerful alliance of many civilizations throughout the galaxy. They encourage trade and ethical behavior to enable the Law of Evolution to proceed without interference.

Civilizations who apply to join the GFW must prove that their motives are benevolent. They have high standards.

It is true, as critics often point out, that the GFW operates in a hierarchical structure, which can be militaristic. They do have advanced weapons, and they do use them in the service of benevolence, as they understand it.

Elena describes the origin of the GFW as dating from approximately 100,000 years ago. This was at a time when there was competition between malevolent Nebu Grays and Ciakahrr Reptilians, who are a subset of the famous Draco Reptilians. The Nebu Grays used abduction and genetic manipulation to create Nebu hybrids, which on Earth were planned to become the dominant species at some point in the future. The Ciakahrr use manipulation, deception, and dark magic to infiltrate and dominate cultures in their quest for territory.

To deal with these influences, the Galactic Federation of Worlds (GFW) gathered alliances from the entire galaxy to destroy negative ETs. This effort led to tremendous casualties, which was regretted by the GFW.

As a result, the GFW changed their strategies to focus on what they called the Law of Evolution and Non-Interference, while considering war as a last resort. They often assist emerging civilizations, carefully honoring free will. Their current policy is that they will intervene only if there is an invasion by a superior civilization and a request for their assistance. In such a case, they are willing to use their advanced weapons.

Very Brief History of Earth

Elena’s book The Seeders provides a very detailed blow-by-blow sequence of events in the history of the planet. We will focus on a few pertinent details. As the planet evolved, we all know that there were many millions of years in which the dominant animal species were dinosaurs. They, of course, were a reptilian species.

The Naga were an advanced Reptilian species who discovered Earth and terraformed the environment to meet their needs around 200 million years ago. Eventually, they decided that dinosaurs were impeding their progress as an advanced civilization. Around 65 million years ago, they manipulated an asteroid to impact Earth and destroy the dinosaurs.

It is important to understand that the Naga consider this planet to be owned by them. Their history validates that point of view from a historical and territorial perspective. Nevertheless, they are aggressive like other Reptilians. As more ETs became involved on Earth, the Naga left the surface and went underground, where they await appropriate circumstances to return to the surface.

At around the same time as the dinosaur extinction, Pa-Taal made their first visit to Earth. There is an intergalactic civilization called Pa-Taal. It is also true that sometimes the entire 24 intergalactic species have been called Pa-Taal. In any case, their first intervention on Earth was to introduce the first 11 DNA genomes from across the galaxy.

Their style is to make changes in the environment and sometimes in genetics, and then leave for evolution to take its course. They come back periodically to check on progress and make adjustments.

Their next visit was about 20 million years ago, at which time they improved the environment for the genetics that had already been implanted. Their last visit was 439,000 years ago. At that time, they made a few more interventions. And now, they have returned just in the last few years to observe and assist the Awakening process.

Anunnaki

The Anunnaki arrived on planet Earth around 379,000 years ago. Elena remembers that she herself was an incarnation in the Royal family of the Anunnaki. She was one of the skilled geneticists who worked with Enki to program the genome of the primates that had been evolved under the influence of the Intergalactic 24 Civilizations.

The Anunnaki originate from a planet in the star system Immaru in the Orion zone. Their original speciation derived from Orion Grays and T’Ashkeru humanoids especially when they moved their headquarters to Sirius B. Prior to wars that eventually were named the famous Orion Wars, the Anunnaki had dominated much of the planets in all three Sirius systems and Betelgeuse in Orion. The Orion Wars, dominated by Reptilians, restricted their Empire. To avoid further decline and casualties, Anu, the immortal patriarch of the Anunnaki, decided to marry a reptilian queen. As a result, descendants were hybrids of Grays and Reptilians, and T’Ashkeru (Lyran cousins).

Anu had two sons who were sent to Earth as an expansion of their Empire. Enlil was the military commander in charge. His purpose was to genetically engineer humans of Earth to optimize their ability to be slaves and to mine the planet for gold. Gold is known to be an important element in longevity for the Anunnaki species. Enlil, in addition to his genetics, was raised in a purely Reptilian household and had strong ideas of domination, territory, and entitlement over other species.

His brother, Enki, though also a Reptilian hybrid, had a different upbringing and a different personality. He was primarily a scientist.

When Enki discovered that humans had 22 ET DNA markers, he realized that they had potential to develop into an advanced civilization that would be envied throughout the galaxy. He resolved to modify Enlil’s DNA manipulations to provide potential for advancement when time were to become right in the future. Enki even added his own DNA into the human genome.

This upset Enlil, and a major conflict ensued between the two brothers. At that time, Enlil prevailed and Enki left Earth. Enlil deactivated most of the human DNA. Enlil’s influence on human history has been extremely negative. 13 Enlil-style Royal bloodlines dominate the planet through finance and politics — encouraging wars, conflict, and separation, including secret societies with rituals that are truly Satanic in nature. They are factors of control even today.

Meanwhile, Enki’s bloodline continued — eventually led Yeshua (Jesus) and the Magdalena line, primarily in Europe. Prior to that, Enki’s line also to the creation of Adam and then Eve. In one sense, Adam can be considered the first true Starseed.

An aside — Let us not be confused, however. It is not necessary for a Starseed to have pure DNA. There are enough DNA influences from many different species. If there is enough DNA from, say, the Pleiades, then a Pleiadian Starseed can incarnate into such a body.

As a generalization, the Anunnaki have been a detriment to advancement of the human race. They emphasize control and domination, separation, and even racism. These are plagues which continue to shackle us from gaining true spirituality, which is our inherent potential.

These influences must be transcended. They can be overcome by spiritual practices, meditation, and community building that is non-hierarchal. These are messages that Elena Danaan emphasizes in all of her transmissions as an emissary of the Galactic Federation of Worlds.

Disclosure

The Galactic Federation of Worlds (GFW) has made contact not only with the U.S. government, but other governments and elites on the planet. They are striving to awaken the population to the fact that we are members of a galactic and intergalactic family of civilizations.

They have a very detailed plan to gradually produce this awareness without creating undue cultural shock. The implications of Disclosure, of course, affect finances, religions, and government control. Even so, such awakening does seem to be accelerating in recent years, and many psychics, channelers, and whistleblowers attest to civilian disclosure occurring quite soon. As of the writing of this book, even President Trump has initiated some level of government disclosure already.

Elena Danaan, in her Star Nation News broadcasts and webinars, has repeatedly described major events on the galactic level as a result of GFW actions. In the last few years, the Nebu Hive Queen, located in Orion, was destroyed. Therefore, the entire Nebu civilization, which is a hive consciousness, has been eliminated.

Additionally, the addition of a species called the Negumak Gnomopo (a truly terrifying species to look at though possessing very high ethical character) , as well as the Enki faction of the Anunnaki, have joined the GFW in combating the Ciakahrr. The Reptilian Queen of the Ciakahrr and her entourage and government have been arrested. Only pockets of rebellious Ciakahrr have been found throughout the galaxy lately and pose no threat.

Of course, these events do not eliminate all negative activities on Earth itself. The GFW has entered and eliminated the nefarious species in the deep underground military bases (DUMBs). This is helpful going forward.

However, they are not allowed to intervene with hybrids that remain on the planet and continue to control major financial institutions, banks, large corporations, and governments. Controllers have incarnated on this planet and therefore are part of our continuing evolution. By galactic law, they cannot be interfered with. It is up to us as a population to awaken and develop discernment in order to counteract the power of such controllers.

This can be done as we awaken to possibilities arising from joining the galactic family of civilizations. It will be easier for us as a population to turn away from Controllers as we learn how more advanced benevolent civilizations live.

This too is a continuous and repeated message that Elena Danaan is spreading throughout the world and social media.

Lessons Learned

The story of Elena Danaan is that of a quintessential Starseed. She has recovered her incarnational amnesia memories and past life memories and applied them prolifically in the service of educating us all through books, social media, Star Nation News, webinars, conferences, and articles. Any of us can do so ourselves with enough diligence and support. Of course, we may not become famous, but that also avoids some of the downsides of fame.

The biggest lesson to be learned is that there is a plethora of very useful information, much of it well-corroborated. Elena has paved the way. Now it is up to us to study and master this information.

One question that arises in my mind: How do the actions of the Galactic Federation of Worlds (GFW) against the Nebu and the Ciakahrr not violate the Law of Non-Intervention? The teachings of the Law of One by Ra suggest that both service to self and service to others can be equally valid paths in terms of the evolution of the Universe as a Whole. If that is so, invading and destroying these civilizations would be interfering with Evolution of the Universe.

As a corollary, I find myself also wondering about the absence of any mention in Elena’s books, Star Nation News, or webinars about the Confederation of Planets and its role. Of course. In her extensive wanderings, it is possible that she has not had interactions with the Confederation of Planets, or even the Ra Material. She does have an extensive section in The Seeders describing quite intensive contact with The Nine. Just wondering.

Steven Spielberg has done something remarkable with Disclosure Day. Not just as a filmmaker — though the film is gripping, beautifully crafted, and features Emily Blunt delivering what may be the performance of her career — but as a cultural moment. He has taken the reality that millions of people around the world already know in their bones, wrapped it in the language of a Hollywood thriller, and put it on 3,800 screens across America.

I went to see it this week. I sat in the dark for two hours and twenty-five minutes, and I kept thinking: they got this right.

What the Film Gets Right

Disclosure Day doesn’t treat ET contact as fantasy. It treats it as a fact that powerful forces have fought desperately to suppress — and as a truth that ordinary human beings have carried, often at great personal cost, for decades.

The film uses the word “Experiencers.” That’s not a Hollywood invention. That’s the real word used by the real community of people — researchers, contactees, military witnesses, and everyday men and women — who have had direct encounters with non-human intelligence. The fact that it appears in a major Spielberg film, spoken without irony, is significant.

The central tension of the film is one that anyone in the contact community will immediately recognize: the battle between government secrecy and civilian truth-tellers. Between those who believe this knowledge belongs locked in classified vaults, and those who know, from lived experience, that it belongs to everyone. That tension is not dramatized. It’s documented.

Steven Greer — one of the leading figures in the disclosure movement — has noted publicly that the film reflects the genuine contours of this struggle. I’d agree. Spielberg, consciously or not, has made a film that honors the experience of real people.

Where the Film Falls Short — and Why It Matters

There is one place where Disclosure Day tells only part of the story, and it’s worth naming.

In the film, the weight of contact — the knowledge, the mission, the burden — rests on the shoulders of two or three individuals. They are special. They are chosen. The fate of disclosure, and perhaps of humanity, flows through them.

That’s good drama. But it’s not the full truth.

The full truth is that there are millions of Experiencers across this planet. People on every continent, in every culture, at every level of society, who have had contact — some dramatic, some subtle, some life-altering, some quietly ongoing. The ETs are not speaking to a handful of chosen messengers. They are reaching out to humanity broadly, patiently, persistently.

And here is the most important thing I want you to hear: you don’t have to wait to be chosen. Contact is not something that happens to rare, special people. It is something that anyone can learn to invite, cultivate, and develop — through intention, through practice, through showing up under the open sky with an open heart. That is what CE-5 — Contact of the Fifth Kind — is all about. Humans initiating contact. Not waiting. Reaching out.

The Moment That Matters Most

The film’s greatest gift is its final act, which Spielberg kept entirely out of the marketing. I won’t spoil it here — except to say that the question the film has been building toward, about what full, open, undeniable Disclosure would actually mean for the human family, is answered in a way that moved me deeply.

And then comes the last second of the film.

I will not tell you what it is. But I will tell you this: stay in your seat. Don’t check your phone. Don’t move. The last second of Disclosure Day is the most profound call to action I have seen in a cinema in years — maybe ever. Spielberg puts it there quietly, almost gently, and then the screen goes dark.

You’ll know what to do with it.

Go See It

Disclosure Day is playing now. It’s rated PG-13, runs about two and a half hours, and is worth every minute.

Go see it — not just as a film, but as a mirror. As confirmation that the conversation humanity has needed to have for decades is finally, undeniably, happening. The wave is here. Spielberg just made it visible to millions of people who are feeling it for the first time.

And when you walk out of that theater, and you feel that pull toward something larger — know that there is a whole world of real contact, real community, and real possibility waiting for you.

The last second will show you the door. The rest of us have already walked through it.

Chris admits to considering leaving this section out of his book because it is negative. However, he finally included it in order to tell the full and complete Truth.

There are hierarchical service-to-self ETs in the universe, especially Reptilians. Some operate directly, some tend to manipulate, and some themselves are controlled by their own Higher Power.

The most benign are the Indigenous Hydrosaur Reptilians, who were actually the first Earthlings. They were bipedal and lived on the surface of the Earth millions of years ago.

They migrated underground when ETs arrived. They did breed with humans during the Atlantis and Lemuria times, and with the Anunnaki as well.

After the flood, the Indigenous Hydrosaurs went underground, mostly in Northern Europe, Southern California, Arizona, New Mexico. Some believe that the Skin Walker Ranch phenomena are due to them. They live passively underground, waiting for opportunity to regain their place on the surface of the planet, when attitudes are more peaceful and accepting.

Another term for these reptilians are the “Naga,” described in ancient Vedas.

Next, there are the Tall Blue Geneticist Overlords (Anunnaki subgroup). They appeared to mankind as guides and teachers. In human mythology, they are called the Giants. However, they are controlled by higher forces and ultimately are all about control. In the history of the human race, they were mostly deceivers.

Above them in the power hierarchy are the Reptilian Overlords (Controlled Enforcers). These have been the most dominant in controlling humanity for hundreds of thousands of years. They often operate in covert ways, running behind the scenes secret societies, religions, and other institutions. They work to create wars and chaos wherever possible as means of control.

At the top of the hierarchy are the Interdimensional Entity Controllers (The Black Light). They are above all other Reptilians. They may appear as shadowy figures, 20 to 30 feet tall, and black in color. The blackness is the opposite of light; it consumes light.

They are not merely focused on control and domination. They thrive on chaos and conflict. Their goal is to create attitudes of anger, hatred, fear, racism, and belief in separation. Their Force can influence entire worlds toward their negativity.

Chris makes a point that the presence of such negative influences requires us to develop discernment. These influences have been with the human race since the very beginning and need to be understood in consciousness.

Once we can identify them, we can move forward in Love and Oneness. In that case, their power diminishes and disappears. But it is up to us to make such a discrimination.

Some ETs Chris Encountered

In 40 years on Mimas, Chris O’Connor obviously met hundreds of species of ETs. Obviously, he could only describe a small selection in his book. Moreover, I can only touch on what he conveys.

I believe it’s important for our purposes as an Ambassador training program to view all of those because any Ambassador will be facing a huge diversity as well.

Arcturians

As described by Chris, Arcturians are tall and very graceful. They have luminous eyes. They always present a stabilizing calm in the environment.

They are masters of energy architecture. They create atmospheric balance and spatial design, plus energetic shielding, all of which add up to calming emotions and enhancing clarity of consciousness.

Having conversations with Arcturians about any topic always results in a sense of being healed. It is native to them that they see potential in everyone.

Andromedans

Andromedans, according to Chris, are all about movement and adaptability. This is not only physical, but in their very presence.

Andromedans are tall and slender with a subtle iridescence to the skin. Andromedans are masters of navigation and most particularly interstellar diplomacy. They always display an ease between cultures. They can communicate with species no matter how far apart their cultures may be.

For Chris, as a diplomat, he learned from Andromedans the subtlety of the “art of flow.” He learned that timing in communication is crucial, especially when there’s a wide diversity in culture.

Arcturian-Andromedan Hybrids

These hybrids are tall and human in shape with a greenish-blue tone to their skin. Looking into their eyes is like deep space.

One of Chris’s best friends was an Arcturian-Andromedan hybrid. His friend’s eyes were like meditation in themselves.

These hybrids are mediators and translators. Chris learned from them that Unity does not mean sameness, but resonance. So sovereignty reigns, yet Unity prevails.

Insectoid Guardians

Insertoid Guardians are 7 to 8 feet tall, often in the form of a praying mantis. They are the oldest still physical civilization known.

They function as scientists, researchers, and historians. On Mimas, they act as inspectors and peacekeepers. They epitomize fairness. They function as gatekeepers, with a strong sense of equality and fairness.

In abduction scenarios, mantids are frequently present in the background and interpreted as being in charge. This is incorrect. Their function is to make sure that everything is done correctly and with respect.

Sirian Envoys

Syrians are humans of Regal bearing. They have blue skin. They are very disciplined — yet their attention is clearly compassionate. They are masters of strategic organization and planning. That is a common function for them on Mimas.

A’elvarians

These beings are aquatic. They are bipedal with no tail and multifaceted eyes. They have frills on their neck. They wear clothing that appears like the old spacesuits in the early days of our public space program.

They seem to be a cross between frog and fish. They live in water, which has a unique crystalline quality. On Mimas, these beings work mostly as security.

Veil-Walkers

Veil Walkers are tall, willowy silhouette beings that waver at the edges. They are not fully physical.

They routinely travel inter-dimensionally. They help stabilize space and time. Communication with them is not really speech nor telepathy in the usual sense, but more impressionistic.

Talmeri

Talmeri are human with an appearance similar to what we see as Downs syndrome on Earth. They always exude a natural warmth and clarity of purpose. They’re very open-hearted.

They walk together in groups shoulder to shoulder. On Mimas, they are in charge of technology and always carry tablets for communication and fixing any electronic problems. When something fails, they are there instantly to fix it without even being summoned. The world of the Talmeri is full of crystalline landscapes.

Sasquatch

Sasquatch live in forests on Mimas and are very reclusive, as they are on Earth. Earth has three types of Sasquatch:

1. One type is second density and more animal-like.

2. Another Sasquatch, originally from Maldek, has much higher intelligence and is sometimes seen on Earth, though extremely reclusive.

3. There is a third, non-corporeal species of Sasquatch that is really not Sasquatch, but mimics them. They live deep underground on Earth, and they thrive on creating fear and chaos, similar to Reptilians.

Largans

Largans are five to five and a half feet tall , with very distinct features. The skin looks like an elephant seal’s skin. The nose is really a prominent proboscis. And the head sometimes is capable of flaring, like you might see in a cobra snake.

These beings are calm, very intelligent, and display a kind of ancient knowingness.

They are master shipbuilders. They can manifest a craft directly via thought, and they imbue the ship with consciousness. Chris described those ships’ intelligence as being initially cautious and curious while getting to know him, but later surrounding him with a sense of intimacy.

Monkey-like Beings

These beings are noble and majestic humanoids with golden eyes. They come from a planet that had never been invaded by ETs. So, they are very fresh and open. There’s no worship or hierarchy in their culture.

Chris had a friend who very much loved human clothing and was obsessed with wearing new glasses, new shoes, or hats every time they met.

Of course. These descriptions are merely snapshots of snapshots that Chris O’Connor provides in his book. They are valuable for quick review periodically, in order to keep the Ambassador’s mind open to all the diverse possibilities that might be out there.

Technology

There are a plethora of technological tips and insights presented throughout Chris O’Connor’s very detailed descriptions.

First for our consideration would be the memory manipulations made by the computer and the device like wand. A fundamental principle is that memories are time-stamped frequencies. As we go through time, each moment represents an incremental change in frequency. These can be tracked by computers and AI. By identifying a snippet of memory that needs to be wiped or transferred to somewhere else, recording the exact beginning and end of the timestamp enables that memory to become an object for manipulation.

Chris mentions a particular frequency that is recorded in military records. Everyone has a soul frequency which is that of the pineal gland. If this frequency truly is a soul frequency, presumably this is how a soul can be extracted and transferred to a clone, as happened when Chris O’Connor was killed during a meeting, and also when he returned to his two-year-old cloned body at the end of his three Twenty-and-Back sessions.

A question that I am sure all of us have about Twenty and Back is: How can a person be living two independent lives at the same time? Chris addresses this question in his book. Time is not linear. It is an “interdimensional waveform.” Waves have crests and troughs that can be manifested in various locations in space. They can twist back on themselves even.

For me, this implies that the parallel universe notion is validated by Twenty and Back programs. Chris does not comment on this directly, so this is mere conjecture on my part.

As mentioned earlier, DNA is a scalar (longitudinal) antenna. Scalar waves build on themselves as they propagate, and therefore are called longitudinal. These waves are extremely powerful.

DNA can act as a receiving and as a transmitting antenna of scalar waves. The patterns of these waves are shaped by our thoughts. This is a very important concept.

These types of waves are not bound by time. In a very real sense, these are direct soul memories, not bound by time or by brain activity.

For this reason, the process of recovering memories that have been wiped from the brain is really a matter of tuning into DNA soul memory. This requires deep introspection, meditation, and subtle listening to guides, holding the Heart open.

So after 60 years of Twenty-and-Back time, how did Chris return to his original two-year-old body? In fact, he did. Although — in a mystery that continues even today — he was returned not to his crib, but to a closet nearby!

When he first was taken, a clone was made of his two-year-old body and kept in stasis during the 60 years of his service. So when the soul was returned, it was returned to his cloned two-year old body, within seconds or a minute of when he was originally taken in linear Earth time.

Spiritual messages

One aspect of Chris’s mission has always been to share his experiences, and particularly, whatever spiritual insights might arise from them.

Most of the communication he had with ETs on Mimas were telepathic, which Chris describes specifically as being “resonance.” Telepathy can be a fully formed thought that shows up in the mind and is understood instantly, or it can be pieces of thought forms, or even flashes of color or other impressions that the mind then processes. Chris describes various ET species as communicating in very subtle ways —including vibrations, tones, songs, geometry, or even just being in the same space with the entity. His message seems to be that we can all develop our native abilities to be able to communicate in the same ways that he was.

A major reason for all Ambassadors to read his entire book is to absorb his discussions of dimensions and densities. These will be discussed briefly by me in chapter 18, His descriptions agree with those, but he goes into much more detail.

Another elaborate discussion in Chris O’Connor’s book elucdates the entire chakra system and how important it is for each chakra, not only to be open, but balanced with the others. He gives many techniques for doing so.

As he urges people to expand all of their senses into clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, etc., he also gives a description of how we can protect ourselves from unwanted influences as we open up. The following passage is his direct quote.

“Visualize a single photon at the center of your heart. Hold it there. Then let it grow. Watch as it expands, gently pushing out all the unwanted energies in your body, physical, mental, emotional, and energetic. Let it grow until it surrounds your heart, then your torso, and eventually expands to about two inches beyond your outstretched arms. Then crystallize it. Let it become a transparent, shimmering sphere that surrounds your entire being. Nothing can enter it that you do not allow.

Now, create a second photon. Place this one in your mind, in the center of the pineal gland (sometimes referred to as the ‘Cave of Brahma.’ Let it grow just like the first. Let it expand beyond your brain, beyond your skull, until it’s a few inches larger than your head. Then crystallize it.

This becomes your psychic and mental shield. These two spheres, one around the body and one around the head, are the most effective defense against psychic attacks, intrusive thoughts, and external manipulations.”

Chris also offers a way to conduct our daily lives in a simple way. He calls it KAL = Kindness, Athleticism, Love.

Finally, Chris offers a few perspectives on how to prepare for Disclosure:

1. Emotional resilience. Be grounded for those who are in fear.

2. Develop inner senses. Meditate, listen to guides, become telepathic.

3. Understand Earth’s galactic role. Our genetic mixture and 3D challenges draw great attention from the galaxy. The whole galaxy is interested in Earth and how it progresses.

4. Expect diversity.

Lessons Learned

Chris O’Connor’s detailed, thorough, and extensive elaboration of his experiences and lessons serve us well.

First of all, Chris is a classic model for any Star Seeds who may read his book and identify with his story. So many Star Seeds are struggling with their own memories and instincts. They often feel confused and out of place in our world today.

Chris’s story should be a beacon to encourage Star Seeds to follow their instincts and guides, expand their horizons, and recover their memories. The fact that he could do it should be an inspiration to all Star Seeds. And for that matter, his story should be an inspiration to those who are not Star Seeds. We are here for a purpose, and we can find that purpose just as he did.

Another aspect of his experiences is that they corroborate things that we have been learning throughout this book. For one, there are in fact negative ETs in the universe. They are powerful in their spheres, but not really dominant. Benevolent ETs are much more numerous than negative ETs.

Choices that we as individuals make, in our discernment regarding messages from the negative ET realm versus the benevolent realm, are important for our growth. The more successfully we make correct discernment, the more we move into our own power and no longer regard negative ETs’ messages as relevant.

Another corroboration is with the Ra Material As you know, the Ra Collective were humans who evolved over millions of years on Venus, and ultimately into other densities, and are still progressing to achieve eighth density. They are volunteers who have worked for the Confederation of Planets.

This is confirmed by Chris O’Connor actually working in the headquarters moon of the Confederation of Planets as a diplomat.

A major lesson to be drawn from Chris’s experiences is that both space and time are malleable. Using technologies that SSPs have taken from ETs themselves, both time and space can be modified.

An important question, given this fact, is whether we can handle it. As we know, Atlantis is a prime example of technology outstripping spirituality, which led to global disaster. The story of Maldek is another.

Are we able to handle technologies that ETs have given us? I cannot list this as a “lesson learned,” because we shall find out with time. It is an open question and should be taken as a caution.

In a similar fashion, Twenty-and-Back programs have been used widely in the military. How about making them, or aspects of them, available in the civilian sector? Certainly, there is some advantage to recruiting and hierarchical containment of Twenty-and-Back in the military. Civilians would have less stringent structures and certainly would need some degree of regulation for safety purposes.

Nevertheless, if civilian disclosure becomes widespread, civilian Twenty-and-Back programs could be very helpful to our exploration of the universe outside of our solar system and galaxy even. In addition, aspects of Twenty-and-Back technology could be useful for age advancement, and could be modified to become age regression, which would increase the lifespan of our population. Of course, elites would want to have first access, so cautions would have to be taken to make it available for everyone.

For those who have suffered major traumas, brain memory wiping could be a simple and easy cure for PTSD.

The cloning aspects of the Secret Space Program and Twenty-and-Back programs could be very useful for people with extremely painful or incurable diseases.

Finally, there are many lessons to be learned from Chris O’Connor’s personal saga. We all can recover memories lost deeply in our subconscious or past life experiences. We can all develop our senses, both psychically and spiritually, just as Chris did during his 60 years.

People entering the Ambassador program can certainly learn from Chris O’Connor’s experiences as a diplomat to widely divergent ET species. He learned, so can we.

It is estimated by Dr. Salla and his contacts that there are about 200 million Star Seeds on the planet. They are here to help us with the Disclosure process and to unshackle us from constraints of thinking imposed by controllers for many millennia.These are people from other star systems and even other dimensions who volunteer to incarnate at this time on Earth for specific missions that are contracted for in advance. As they go through life, characteristically, they feel that they don’t fit in. They do not have memories of their actual origin unless they do spiritual work to recover such memories. They usually are fascinated by the stars, by the cosmos, by nature, and are idealistic.Those who do recover their memories are exceptional people, with great wisdom and profound insight into dilemmas facing 3D reality on this planet.

We will begin Chris O’Connor’s story with his actual origins prior to incarnation, even though such memories did not come to him until later in life.

Chris came from a Sun-Maker family. These are an advanced civilization of people whose mission is to create suns of various types on demand for clients who request them. Typically, they are 15 to 20 feet tall, bipedal, and their skin is luminous, opalescent gold. Their face is more angular than ours, and their eyes are larger. Their hands are long and very precise.

They are capable of living forever, as they are fed by energy from suns that they create. They may choose mortality as an option, however.

Chris remembered that his whole incarnation was voluntary, pre-planned with great care. Even his ability to remember his origin as a Sun-Maker was pre-planned.

Before incarnation, he viewed several families for qualities that would optimize his mission in this incarnation. He found the best combination of challenge and opportunity in the family he chose. Most particularly, the warmth and wisdom of the woman who would become his grandmother in this lifetime was a key factor

The final decision was made onboard a spacecraft. He was with his soul family witnessing the event.

He affirmed the contract, then stepped on a circle on the floor, and instantly found himself inside his mother toward the end of the pregnancy. This occurred in 1968.

Chris O’Connor’s grandmother was always a central figure in this lifetime. She was very wise and always knowing, even when Chris was in crisis. His older sister was always very close, as she came from the same star family. And he another younger sister and brother.

Chris’s early life was pretty ordinary, except that he sensed ET presences from infancy. He was a very sensitive child. He loved to go to the forest all by himself, simply in order to listen. Throughout his life, he had multiple Near-Death Experiences (NDEs) and traumatic crises. He nearly drowned in a pool; narrowly escaped a kidnapping by sex traffickers later in life; was unexpectedly abandoned by his family who moved without telling him; and at one point, suffered life-threatening pneumonia as a result of a broken collar bone that punctured his lung. These experiences taught him that he is not alone and that life does not end with death.

Here is a profound and poignant description during the pneumia of what it was like when life came down to just one breath at a time for him: “Breath is more than a biological reflex; it is a spiritual anchor. Every inhale invites spirit into matter, and every exhale is a surrender of trust. When I was fighting to breathe, I realized how much we take for granted the rhythm that sustains us. But the truth is, breath is the most sacred gift of life. It is the essence of creation itself, flowing through us. On Mimas, that same truth was woven into spiritual practices of many of the races I encountered. They didn’t use the word breath but they spoke of currents of life-force, of resonance, of vibrational harmony. Different languages, same truth.”

Chris O’Connor was abducted at age two. He was in his crib and saw his parents watching Outer Limits on TV. A man came into his room wearing what looked like an Air Force hat. He picked Chris up and took him outside. Then, iin a very sterile room, Chris was put through a process called “age advancement.”

A stern female attendant put him into a pink lavender transparent gel and pushed his head underneath, so that he was forced to breathe the gel instead of oxygen. This ET-provided technology forced his body to grow extremely rapidly, so that within a few days or perhaps a few weeks, he found himself in the body of a 25-year-old. His brain, however, remained that of a toddler, so he was crying continuously from the experience!

At some point, he was taken into another room and laid down on a table, where a technician, utilizing a computer and a 9-inch wand-like device with a pyramidal tip on the end, was used on him.This procedure served to eliminate his incarnation amnesia. He was able to remember his origin and his mission.

His age advanced, super body then was able to carry out his mission. Consequently, he signed a contract for 20 years to work with the military, fully knowing that it was his original soul plan.

Twenty and Backs, 1970-1930

Chris then underwent a period of training in which he learned that the age advancement technique used on him was a special case. Others undergo cloning, which tends to be somewhat unreliable and therefore less effective when the purpose is to retain a sensitive empath’s talents.

He was trained to use the computer and wand device on others, and indeed used it on hundreds of people over the years. These were people who were desperately suffering because of procedures that had been done to them or traumas that they had experienced in different types of SSP.

This technology was able to wipe memories completely, which gave instant relief. Some of the people he worked with actually were conscious enough to not want their memories to be wiped, because their soul contract included a need to go through such experiences in order to fully learn what 3D life is like.

Chris was working in deep underground military bases (DUMBs) for the SSP. There are a dozen or more such underground bases in the United States, as well as elsewhere on the planet. The most famous is at Dulce, New Mexico, but others are scattered throughout the US, particularly under cities or desert locations.They go extremely deep underground with many dozens of floors, segregated for humans versus ETs of multiple types research and more nefarious projects..

Chris’s work often included working with Twenty and Back people who were being processed and also trained for their missions. He was always supervised by extraterrestrials. The social structure was very hierarchical and militaristic.

There are underground tunnels connecting domes such that high-speed transport could move people rapidly and safely — for example, between Los Angeles and Washington, DC in 30 to 40 minutes.

These tunnels were created by nuclear ventrification rather than by normal boring techniques which produce mounds of dirt, like ant hills, that are difficult to cloak. Ventrification uses extremely high temperatures to dissolve rock and convert it into glass-like walls, floors, and ceilings.

During part of this first Twenty and Back, Chris also functioned as a guard at a desert facility that sounds to me like a MK-Ultra-like compound. He witnessed signs of torture of young boys, and particularly carries a memory of a small boy, extremely emaciated and looking lost in his eyes. Chris was under orders not to intervene, and so he did not. He admits to still feeling guilt over not doing something.

Chris O’Connor did two more Twenty and Backs. In signing the contract to the last one, he insisted that he be allowed to share his memories with the public, and also to create a watered-down version of the wand device that would be stripped of mental wiping technology, but still retaining healing properties for bones, joints, ligaments, and general cellular activation. In his current earthly life, Chris sells this device and calls it a DEEMS device.

Chris’s mission in the second and third tours was to travel to a small rocky moon around Saturn called Mimas.

As he entered the first spacecraft, he learned that they are actually living entities, not merely inert metal. He calls them a “density engine.” It is alive, responds to thought and intention, geometry, and even song. When created, these living crafts are crated by thought, and therefore are seamless to the touch. Coming on board such a craft creates what Chris called a “Resonant field displacement.” It is a dramatic mental and physical change to a different vibration altogether.

I can relate to Chris’s description because of experiences I have had personally. I have met a captain of an Arcturian ship who has become a friend and guide. With his assistance, I’ve been able to help others to bilocate on board the Arcturian ship, but it is not an experience like Star Trek, where you walk around in corridors and see individual rooms. That can be done, but the primary experience occurs in deep meditation, where going on board the craft produces a profound state of Stillness.

I remember guiding one group onto the craft. I ended the guided meditation, but the group spontaneously stayed in that deep state for approximately another 45 minutes or an hour.

Typically, when Chris is on board a craft going from planet to planet, he is strapped into a kind of stasis chamber, which functions like a Faraday cage to keep psychic spies from gathering information during his transit.

Mimas, moon of Saturn

As mentioned, Mimas is a rocky moon with a large impact crater that reminds everyone of the Death Star in Star Wars. Interestingly, Star Wars went public years before Voyager 1 offered first views of Mimas in detail. So apparently, someone had inside knowledge or was able to remote view Mimas before the Voyager mission.

The Mimas station has hundreds of levels. There are many habitats to fit the needs of vast numbers of ETs that converge on Mimas as a kind of hub for trade, negotiations, and cultural exchanges.There are deep oceans and large forests.

Mimas is an 8th density facility, so it is not visible to crafts like Voyager or any astronomical views.

There is an Earth Embassy (in 8th density) which has a comfortable atmosphere and temperature. Gravity is close to normal for humans, although they do wear boots that enhance contact with the floor, and they also wear a belt that helps balance gravity and densities. Other habitats for ETs have dramatically different environments, differing by temperatures of even a thousand degrees.

People have rigid schedules on Mimas. Shifts are six hours long.

Time is a challenge because ET civilizations relate to time in very different ways. All the Earth SSPs synchronize to a mid-Pacific time zone near the dateline. In general, AI governs time schedules for all the species in order to plan meetings or events.

Chris O’Connor’s function for the Earth Embassy was as a diplomat working for a galaxy-wide informal UN extension. He met a huge number of species from all over the galaxy with meetings to mediate trade disputes, develop contracts, and help translate cultural differences.

During one such meeting, a misunderstanding triggered a powerful ET who instantly aimed a beam at Chris and killed him outright. Fortunately, SSP- programs anticipate such events and keep stored clones in reserve. Medics were able to transfer Chris’s soul into one of these clones, and he was back to functioning again.

That ET was devastated with guilt and apologized profusely. He and Chris became close friends thereafter.

Surprisingly, the most valuable commodity in trade discussions were charts for navigations, wormholes, and density transitions. However, Chris emphasizes that the much deeper meaning behind all exchanges was clarifying of intention and creating trust.

Confederation of Planets

Mimas is the headquarters of the Confederation of Planets. You may remember that name from the Ra Material (Chapter 7). Chris O’Connor describes their function as follows: “The Confederation is an alliance of multiple advanced civilizations working together for the stability, protection, and development of worlds across many star systems. Its purpose goes far beyond politics; t is about maintaining balance and cooperation between species with vastly different cultures, technologies, and levels of evolution.”

A major focus is to help emerging civilizations that are undergoing the uniquely difficult transition from 3D to 4D, during which they are particularly fragile and susceptible to manipulation, both by service-to-others and service-to-self civilizations.

There are hundreds of members, all of whom are volunteers — whether civilizations or even sometimes individuals. Most are service-to-other-oriented, but some are service-to-self-oriented, focused on control.

There is a Council of Planets, which is a parliament of equals. They meet holographically and communicate by telepathy.

Civilizations wishing to make contact with an emerging civilization must apply to the council for approval. Consensus is through resonance. If even one representative has some level of doubt, the request is tabled until there is complete consensus.

Examples of this process include the Sun-Makers when applying for Chris’s incarnation. Another example was when the Ra Collective visited Egypt resulting in creation of the pyramids.

One of the major assignments given to Chris O’Connor was the task of managing the Law of Non-Interference for Earth. No force is allowed. No direct ET influence is allowed. No invasions are allowed. So the Council of Planets is forced to use catalytic methods of influencing ideas, inventions, synchronicities, culture shifts, et cetera.

An example from before Chris’s time was the development of nuclear weapons. The Confederation of Planets was not allowed to eliminate them, so they encouraged the USSR to develop them as a means of balancing the threat.

Another example was technologies developed by Nikola Tesla, who was from the Ra Collective from Venus. These technologies were ahead of their time but allowed because they were within the realm of trends already developing in human evolution.

Another example occurred when atomic bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. This could not be prevented by the Confederation directly. They knew that nuclear force is capable of completely destroying soul energy, which would mean a chunk of Source would be eliminated by the bombs. So the Confederation, in the last second before the explosion, removed those souls and put them in a healing facility for a time.

Now, Earth history goes back millions of years. During that time, many ETs with diverse agendas interacted with human evolution through genetics and cultural/political manipulations. Among these controllers were service-to-self Reptilians, Anunnaki, and Greys.

The Confederation of Planets became involved only a few hundred thousand years ago. Seeing that Earth was a fragile, emerging civilization, already adversely influenced by controllers, they created a protective quarantine around the planet. This was an electromagnetic grid, which could not be penetrated by external forces unless approved by the Confederation of Planets.

Nevertheless, the Law of Non-Intervention prevents the Confederation of Planets from dealing directly with the internal controllers that are already indigenous. Reptilians or Anunnaki, and their minions that include secret societies, religions, banks, and other large institutions, must be dealt with directly by Earthlings themselves.

Chris is tasked with the mission of using catalytic ways to work around these influences. This is done by encouraging awakening, ascension, meditation, so that people are awakened to the fact that the real power is in the consciousness of the people and not in institutions.

As mentioned, Operation Paperclip brought a lot of German scientists into elite organizations in the United States, particularly in the military around rocketry and creation of spacecraft.

In the early 1950s, President Eisenhower met extraterrestrials, first at Holloman Air Force Base , with Nordics and allies. Then on February 20, 1954, he met at Edwards Air Force Base with Greys and Reptilians . Nordics tried to make a deal with Eisenhower to provide technology in return for the US giving up its nuclear weapons. They also warned him against Greys and Reptilians.

President Eisenhower was unwilling to do give up nuclear weapons, even though he created the program to convert bombs into plowshares. However, as a military general and then president, he could not conceive of the idea of giving up the most powerful weapon known on the planet in that time period.

When that agreement failed, Reptilians and Greys, including Tall Freys, approached Eisenhower with a different contract. They offered technology and technical support in return for permission to abduct humans for the sake of improving genetics in the race of Greys, and also to produce hybrids that could live on the earth and ultimately dominate.

Eisenhower accepted this contract, which specified that only 10,000 humans could be abducted. Of course, that constraint was never followed, and far more abductions occurred — into potentially hundreds of thousands or even a million.

Of course, Eisenhower had to do something. He knew that Germany had won the race in terms of advanced spacecraft and alien contact. He knew of crashed vehicles that were in the process of being reverse engineered by corporations who contracted with military. So he saw no choice but to make a pact with extraterrestrials in the hope that we might eventually develop proper technology and be able to cope with this invasion.

Eisenhower’s famous warning upon leaving office to beware the power of the military-industrial-complex was not only aimed at those political targets, but also reflected his deep concern that our own government was being unduly influenced by extraterrestrials.

Technology acquired from ETs by Eisenhower’s decision led to the public space race, but also launched the much more powerful secret space program (SSP).

One of the luminaries in this new development in the US government was William Tompkins. He ended up as a leading designer and insider for both space programs and more. Alongside other top insiders, Tompkins had direct contact with Nordic secretaries who provided very advanced technological information, not only for producing the Saturn V rocket, but also advanced propulsions for spacecraft that could be used throughout the solar system and beyond. He and his colleagues also encountered Reptilians who were extant throughout manufacturing plants, and sometimes showed their true Reptilian form. They are known to be shape-shifters.

William Tompkins, as a child, had some vague ET contact while playing with his friends on occasion.

He also had an exceptional talent for drawing mechanical things. He obsessed over naval ships and drew them in great detail. He then made models of them, which went on display for their exceptional precision and details. Some of those details actually were top secret. He only noticed them by visiting shipyards and duplicating what he saw.

Navy officials became very impressed with his talent and recruited him at a young age into the Navy. This exceptional drafting ability, as well as a talent for systems engineering, rapidly accelerated him through the Navy hierarchy. Soon after World War II ended,

William Tompkins worked at many different corporate settings, including Douglas, Northrup a couple of times, the Rand Corporation, and TRW.

He had the highest clearances and was privy to reactions in government as they learned more and more about the Dark Fleet and what it represented. A kind of panic ensued. The US government resolved that it needed to develop its own SSP in order to counteract the nefarious activities of the Dark Fleet. They began manufacturing both scout and mothership-style crafts designed by Tompkins.

For example, he created and they manufactured, eight battle groups for the Navy in the Wasatch Mountains near Salt Lake City, there was a huge manufacturing plant specifically for the purpose of developing the SSP. Quickly, they realized that they could more easily manufacture in the vacuum and weightlessness of space. Another large manufacturing plant was created on Ganymede, a moon of Jupiter, following William Tompkin’s design.

The initial Navy version of the SSP was called Solar Warden and dated from 1979 through the early 1980s.

According to Elena Danaan (Chapter 12), Solar Warden was assisted by partnership with the Galactic Federation of Worlds (GFW). This is a very large galactic organization dedicated to helping nascent civilizations develop without intrusion by negative ETs. They do have a military hierarchy, but seem to have positive intentions regardless. They stringently follow the Law of Non-Intervention and the Law of Free Will in their activities, but they can be powerful and even ruthless in combating intruders that do not follow such principles. The GFW has specific plans for disclosure that includes civilian realization of contact with extraterrestrials. This appears to be on track according to Elena Danaan.

Later on, Solar Warden expanded to include more countries and more ETs, calling itself Earth Alliance. And, of course, that is now being folded into or at least cooperating with Space Force.

Naturally, you would ask the question, “How was all of this paid for?”

I found the answer by attending the first SSP conference that was held — in San Mateo, CA in 2014. Catherine Austin Fitts, Assistant Secretary of HUD under George W. Bush, gave a very, very thorough financial speech, explaining how the SSP was funded. She essentially did a personal audit of the federal government and found $21 trillion missing, at the rate of about $1 trillion per year. Later, Donald Rumsfeld also confessed that huge amounts of money were missing from the Pentagon budget, without explanation for how that money was spent.

Later, Dr. Michael Salla, the preeminent academician studying UFOs and SSP activities, described audits during Clinton’s administration for 1997, 1998, and 1999, which showed an average of $1.1 trillion missing annually from CIA and Pentagon budgets.

In addition to monies embezzled directly from government budgets, Dr. Michael Salla has written books describing how CIA, NRO, and the Pentagon have side activities making large amounts of money through sex trafficking, weapons and drug trafficking, insider trading, and pump-and-dump stock market manipulations.

Let us now step back and take a larger view of the context of that time. This, of course, was all happening during the Cold War.

It was known that the USSR, in addition to developing their own nuclear weapon and conducting aggressive research in paranormal realms — including ESP and remote viewing used for spying. They also had their own SSP.

Dr. Michael-Salo points out in his book on the JFK assassination that part, if not the primary reason, for his assassination was that he was contemplating working with the Soviets to fuse their SSPs to counter whatever threats there might be from extraterrestrials. Dr. Salla also wrote a book describing how China has also created its own secret space program.

Shamefully, in this climate, the US military had large programs in which they tracked psychically talented children for the purpose of using them in space programs. It was known by the military that psychic awareness was essential for working directly with ETs.

For this purpose, a program called the Montauk Project actually contracted with parents to take their children into special training for development of their psychic abilities. This training involved sleep and food deprivations, forms of torture, in order to diminish the ego of the children, on the theory that their psychic abilities would be enhanced. This eventually was dropped for lack of effectiveness.

Another program was the MILAB project for abducting talented children and working with Tall Greys and small Greys to use genetic manipulation for creation of Grey hybrids. Mostly the Greys would initiate these abductions, but as that program exceeded its bounds, the US military took advantage of it using their own MILAB program, in the hope of recruiting workers for their SSP.

A similar program called MK-Ultra was an effort at mind control. They also used sleep and food deprivation, and some forms of torture, in addition to administering LSD, in the hopes of enhancing the psychic abilities of their victims.

Many of these programs were developed during the Cold War and prior to Solar Warden. Most recruits were fed into the Dark Fleet.

One whistleblower who has retrieved his memories in great detail is Tony Rodrigues. As a child, he was used for sex trafficking. Then his psychic abilities were used for navigation during airplane flights for drug trafficking.

He later was sent to Mars for a while, and finally, an asteroid called Ceres, where he worked as a slave laborer on various aircraft. His final stint was as a Sun Maker in another part of the galaxy, where he and others would pilot crafts that carried elements to be dropped into a newborn sun so that it could grow and become mature. These memories are vividly written in excellent books.

Twenty and Back Contracts

Tony Rodrigues’ story exemplifies an aspect of these programs which needs to be clarified in some detail. SSPs in general need large numbers of personnel who not only have physical abilities for slave labor, but also special psychic talents in order to work more directly with ETs. This is why children were tracked for their abilities, and then manipulated through mind control to try to enhance those abilities.

Undoubtedly, with the help of ETs themselves, technologies were developed to enable the military to extract souls from human bodies — and implant them in adult, healthy cloned bodies that could then be used for various tasks and missions in space. This is a common method, although in the next chapter we sill see another method for special cases of highly sensitive empaths.

Once a child is chosen, the soul is extracted and placed into a strong adolescent or young adult body. They are then educated about military options and are offered a contract to do missions in space for 20 years. These contracts are signed voluntarily. In many cases parental permission was given for children to be put in special programs, though often parental permission is not sought.

They would then be assigned specific missions which could involve sex trafficking, spying, or becoming super soldiers to be used in combat on various planets, etc. They spent those 20 years on the moon, on Mars, on other planets in the solar system and beyond.

Clones of the bodies were always kept, so that if an injury occurred or the person was killed in combat, the soul could be extracted and placed into another clone body.

For some reason, terms of these contracts were 20 years. Whether that was an administrative decision or reflects some biological limitation of the Twenty and Back process, is not known.

Once the contract ends, the soldier is offered a chance to do it again in a different body, or to go back to being the child from which the soul was extracted in the first place. If that latter option is decided, the soul is returned to the body of the child — literally with only seconds or perhaps a minute of linear time occurring in the child’s life.

In this case, the child is not aware of what has occurred during the 20 years of the Twenty and Back. Memories are completely wiped, so the child is not aware of what has occurred during s, nor do the parents.

However, it turns out that something like 10-15% of people who have done a Twnty and Back do begin remembering what has happened —in small moments at first. With diligent effort on their part, they can retrieve virtually all, or at least most, of the important memories.

This has happened so frequently now that there are centers specifically designed for people trying to retrieve their Twenty and Back memories and giving them support during the process.

For this reason, we now have an increasing number of whistleblowers who describe a wide variety of experiences on various planets, in ways that are corroborated from one to another very often.

The original person who came public with Twenty and Back memories was Corey Goode, who had served from 1987 to 2007. He gave very detailed memories, especially involving Dark Fleet experiences, but also his contacts with government officials of various kinds.

Unfortunately, his ego inflated a bit with all the public attention, and he began exaggerating and even lying about some of his post-Twenty and Back experiences. He had to admit his lies under oath during a lawsuit, which caused a decline in his reputation.

Another well-known whistleblower is Randy Cramer, who was a super soldier and later pilot for Solar Warden. He describes in detail how weapons were embedded into his clone body extremities. The SSP was able to regenerate limbs or transplant limbs when he was injured, and even to transfer his soul into a new clone when necessary.

The body he is using currently is indeed a clone, as Randy Cramer admits himself. Nowadays, he runs psionic training centers to help people develop their psychic abilities in professional ways.

In recent years, many women have been coming forward describing their 20 and back experiences, mostly within the Dark Fleet. Some of them were sex trafficked, but also were used as spies by Solar Warden or the Earth Alliance against the Dark Fleet.

Jean-Charles Moyen and his wife, Melanie, were both experiencers of 20 and back programs for Solar Warden. They describe rescuing and then rehabilitating young people who were abducted. They have an entire center called Solaris, which is a mothership-sized craft orbiting Earth.

Lessons Learned

There are a number of major lessons to be learned from this history.

Firstly, we have a clear case example of the effects of contact between civilizations which are very diverse in development. Initially,

contact between Maria Orsic and Aldebaran seemed pure, based in spirituality. Technology that was given to her, however, was quickly turned into weaponization by the Nazis. So the first SSP was the Dark Fleet, whose intentions are anathema to the values most of us hold.

It is easy to conclude that we humans are relatively barbaric and likely to distort technologies in undesirable directions. This is a good argument for why we have been quarantined.

Ask yourself the question: Why was it necessary for space programs to be secret?

Initially, the public explanation as given by the Robertson Panel showed contempt for the public — it argued that panic and chaos would occur if ET contact was disclosed. This was a front for the real truth.

Fundamentally, power and greed seem to be the real issues for secrecy in the space program.

Military minds want to maintain advantage over perceived enemies, which is a manifestation of power. The corporate world, as they gained technology through reverse engineering of craft and assistance from ETs, decided to hold on to proprietary profit advantages.

Within government circles, there is an elitism that seems to be more evident, as we see in modern times. It seems to be true that there are influences from secret societies, like Freemasons, that want to maintain advantage over the public at large. Dr. Michael Salla mentions something called the Collins Group, which is a fanatic Christian organization that wants to further aims of Christians at the expense of others.

The terminology in the early days of disclosure of the secret space program was the notion of a Breakaway Civilization. In other words, these technologies were being developed to benefit elites in society to populate other planets as Earh degenerates due to climate change, nuclear weapons, or other forces.

I often wonder what might have happened if Eisenhower had decided to side with the Nordics. Nuclear weapons would gradually have been eliminated, at least from the United States.

More likely, the presence of ETs would become known quite quickly, so that we as a society could progress spiritually as well as technologically. That didn’t happen.

President Eisenhower, of course, had military training and was loathe to get rid of the most powerful weapons on the planet.

One way to look at this entire history is through the lens of the Ra Collective. Government, military, and corporations, as well as many of their ET contacts, have been operating in service-to-self mode. They believe in hierarchies and domination by elites over “lesser” beings.

Therefore, the biggest lesson of this history is the necessity for civilian contact — as we are advocating in the Ambassador Program. Yes, it has to be professional. Yes, we have to be wary of negative or deceptive dynamics. But the public at large carries less baggage than government, military, or corporations in terms of hierarchical worldviews.

A final and very important lesson to be considered comes from the medical technologies that have been developed to support the SSPs. Twenty and Back technologies offer many possibilities. Replacement of organs and cloning that have been developed for super soldiers could be of great benefit to the general public as well.

Twenty and Back itself might be useful for people who have terminal, incurable diseases. They may want to serve in some capacity for 20 more years. The time gained might also enable progress in medicine to find cures for their disease.

Even if Twenty and Back technology were to be used only partially to generate longevity, that would be a great benefit for many people.

Both grandmothers of Phyllis were sensitives and trained her abilities from a young age. They taught her to discover and play with nature spirits. She also encountered spirits in cemeteries, which she would chase and play with. Most notable, she was once noticed playing a game of jacks with her grandfather during his actual funeral!

On Phyllis’s 40th birthday in 1989, she opened a metaphysical school in Orlando, Florida. It became very successful, known throughout Florida and in pockets across the US.

In her Orlando center, Phyllis built a room in which she could do trance channeling for the sake of students. There were no windows. She hung a microphone hanging from the ceiling, and all sessions were always recorded.

Phyllis would sit in a chair and count down to a point where she appeared to fall asleep — then suddenly awakened with a new voice.

For a while, she channeled a Dr. Fiske for the students.

One time, another entity came in during trance. He had a much gentler voice than Dr. Fiske. However, when they listened to the recording, there was only silence

Students were taught to ask the new entity if they could record his sessions. They did, and he agreed. He called himself Tom.

Phyllis trance channeled Tom exclusively for the nest four years, when Tom identified himself as spokesperson for The Nine.

In 1974, Phyllis had a student who was a gifted healer. In order to help him progress, they went to Northern New York to meet with Dr. Andrija

Puharich, a well-known personage in paranormal and UFO fields.

During Phyllis’ trance for the gifted student, Dr. Puharich recognized The Nine from another experience in 1952 when The Nine had made contact.

Phyllis and Dr. Puharich then created an organization called Lab Nine, which pooled together luminaries in the fields of paranormal research and ufology at the time. They met frequently for the next 27 years, conducting Q&A sessions with The Nine, which were meticulously recorded, transcribed, and eventually edited into the book, The Only Planet of Choice.

As they became more well known, Schlemmer et al. conducted Q&A sessions throughout America, Europe, and the Middle East. After her trance channeling work concluded, Phyllis founded the Parapsychic Research Foundation, located in both America and Israel. One famous event during her work in Israel occurred when an automobile was physically teleported from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem — recorded by national media!

During the final 20 years of her life, prior to her death in 2013, Phyllis Schlemmer continued to work on many community projects locally in Flagler Beach, Florid,. She became a regular at all city council meetings, sitting in the front row and participating animatedly. Her presence became so valued that they would not begin the city council meeting until she arrived, if she was late for some reason.

Unlike some other channelers, including Edgar Cayce and Carla Rueckert, Phyllis Schlemmer’s personality and groundedness in physical reality, despite extreme psychic ability, enabled her to perform on every level — from highly psychic to the very practical. A lesson to us all!

Lab Nine, over its many years of operations, had many guests who participated in Q&A. The primary and consistent presence was Dr. Andrija Puharich, a medical doctor and inventor, who had spent his life since the early 1950s studying ESP, paranormal phenomena like spoon bending, and UFOs.

Sir John Whitmore was a remarkable personality who started life as a championship race car driver, then becoming an entrepreneur and a pioneer in the executive coaching movement, while his esoteric side showed up as a routine participant in Schlemmer’s trance channelings.

Another notable participant was Gene Roddenberry, founder of the Star Trek series, who asked penetrating questions and carried many answers into his creative endeavors, which have affected us all.

The process of The Nine contacting Phyllis is interesting. Tom routinely called her “Our being.” Originally, The Nine wanted to use Altean computer technology to connect with Phyllis’ nervous system. However, she adamantly refused that method. She didn’t want to be controlled by a computer! Tom said they looked long and hard to find a workaround. Ultimately, they found ways to take over her subconscious and drew energy for the process from some of the questioners that were present as witnesses.

During her trance, Phyllis’ voice reflected the soft and gentle personality of Tom. Her hands made gestures like mudras.

Another interesting fact about the process was that Phyllis almost never read transcripts of the recordings, because she insisted that she wanted to maintain a clear channel.

Council of Nine

The Nine also called themselves the Council of Nine on occasion. They described themselves as “Aeons,” which are spiritual entities formed directly from Divine Presence. They never manifest in physical 3D. Hebrews also know them as Elohim.

Tom states that they come from the Zone of Cold…. My personal speculation about this is that it might be the 11th density, as described in Chapter 18.

Each aspect of The Nine represents fundamental archetypes of the Universe, such as Beauty, Wisdom, Balance, Justice, Mathematics, Truth, etc.

The Nine hold the pivotal center point in the balance of extremes in the Universe — such as good and evil. In the Universe as a whole, there is no good or bad in a judgmental sense, but there are dynamics that need to be balanced, and the Council of Nine occupies the center of that balance…. An example might be service-to-self and service-to-others extremes in Ra Material.

This corroboration is important. Many think of Contact as being solely with idyllic peaceful cultures that we might aspire to. Steven Greer — and most of the Ascension Movement — feel this way. If The Nine and Ra are correct, the Universe is more complex, more similar to polarities that we ourselves experience — though ultimately, higher vibration civilizations do not judge and transcend such limitations.

Upon questioning by Gene Roddenberry, Tom described the origin and process of Creation of the Universe.

The Creator had a thought, which instantly was energy. This energy modulated into all the forms that we see today, including 3D physical.

The Creator, being All-Powerful and All-Knowing — beyond time and space — recognized that its existence is self-contained. In a humanly projected sense — this would feel like boredom, joyless, even lonely.

So the Creator also created consciousness that had Forgetfulness of its Oneness and complete Free Will. This realm is truly random, evolving on its own in unpredictable ways.

In this way, the Earth has become truly “the only planet of choice” as an experiment. Full and random choice does not exist in other extraterrestrial civilizations, according to Tom.

The genetics of human beings include DNA from 22 different extraterrestrial races, both positive and negative. This amalgam is evolving on its own in Forgetfulness of its Oneness….Through the lens of Ra, an analogy might be our “quarantine.”

Indeed, most extraterrestrial civilizations that we know of at the present time involve collective consciousness, even to the extent of hive consciousness like in Mantids, Ants, and even Greys. For that reason, they view Earth’s unique experiment with great interest because of our potential as we fumble our way towards remembering true Oneness. If we can achieve this, they consider us a kind of Royalty to be respected and honored.

In this context, the drama in our Earth experiment us that we have controllers who are trying to exploit and maintain this realm of Forgetfulness, while there are also positive beings on our planet and beneficial extraterrestrials who are trying to help us Awaken.

The role of The Nine is to share information with us through Q&A sessions (while respecting Non-Interference).

They emphasize strongly that their purpose is not to create a cult, or a new religion, as has happened in the past. They merely wish to share information as equals.

Cosmology

As mentioned, The Nine are archetypes or principles within the Universe.

There are then 24 civilizations in their own dimensions who function to carry out wishes of The Nine. They are created as guides, elements of direction and purpose, as well as forming structure and governance. Though described as from other dimensions, some of them are also known already to be from other galaxies.

Tom describes a few of them with functions relevant to Earth and its history:

Hoova. Close to human and responsible for human development. They look human and do have vocal cords, so can speak verbally — as well as telepathically, of course.

They focus mostly on the physical and astral planes. They are known to be the origin of Hebrews. The Nazarene was Hoova.

They embody love. God is love.

Altea. A known galaxy. Alteans focus more on the mental level. They are involved very much in high tech. They have no vocal cords, so are purely telepathic, but capable of using a computerized voice box.

Alteans are responsible for administration and governance of the activities of the 24.

Ashan. They focus very much on creativity. They influence arts and music throughout the cosmos, including Earth.

They have inspired famous composers, artists, and literati of the Renaissance. They are very much involved in the astral.

Aragon. Aragonians focus very much on relieving physical pain of all kinds. They are also especially known for knowledge and wisdom.

Elarthin. Responsible for unifying energy fields of the 24 with Earth.

The Others. Tom is loathe to use other terms for negative ETs. These are intent upon domination and control, and to use people to their own ends. They are ‘rule breakers’ in the view of The Nine. They represent the opposite of Life in terms of free will and Awakening to Oneness in Tom’s phraseology.

A common question asked by Lab Nine is: Would there be circumstances where the 24 would land en masse on the planet?

The answer is that this would happen only if The Others impose destruction or self-destruction on the planet.

In that case, they would send beams of energy to calm the population first. Then over nine days, they would arrive mostly over city centers.

This would be a visibly cooperative effort of many of the 24 and other ETs.

If landings were to occur in a solitary way, not cooperating with others, we would be wise to distrust them.

Atlantis

Of many topics covered in the Council of Nine transmissions, one of interest to readers of this book might be that of Atlantis.

Tom affirms many mythological memories about Atlantis. Many of us are incarnated from that time.

Atlantis was a colony influenced largely by Altean technologies, at a request by The Nine.

Atlantis covered a land mass from Greece to the United States, and at least in part included Mu in the Pacific as a related colony. Mu was originally influenced by the Ashan and manifested a simpler culture, closer to the land, and not so dominated by hierarchies.

Atlantis as a civilization began developing gradually 17,000 years ago, peaking around 12,000 years ago. They had technologies more advanced than we have, including antigravity crafts, high tech electronics, crystal technology for energy and healing, medicine, herbs, and DNA genetics that transcended what we know today. They were able to transplant most organs, even including hearts and brains.

Unfortunately, they focused their attention more on the physical rather than spiritual. Strikingly, most of their biological science was based on enlarging sex organs. They also tried to create chimeras beings like the human-horse Centaur, which were unable to reproduce.

As a result of lack of spiritual understanding and imbalanced technology, their culture degenerated over time.

In the end, they self-destructed using hydrogen technology. Their scientists had been trying to extract energy from water through hydrogen. Whether inadvertently or by weaponizing what they had developed, they created a global flood that destroyed most of the planet. This happened around 11,000 years ago as recorded in our written histories.

Tom mentions an interesting consequence: Cetaceans in our world, such as dolphins, porpoises, and whales, have reincarnated from Atlantis and continue to have advanced Consciousness. They chose this form of incarnation in order to retain an ability to enjoy sexuality and family dynamics while eliminating any possibility of destroying the planet as in the past.

Pyramids

As Atlantis was degenerating, some of the population escaped to Sumer and Egypt to recreate their civilization. Much is said about this in the book. I am skipping over a lot of Egyptian history and mythologies.

The pyramids, according to Tom, were constructed over time, mostly by physical labor from about 13,000 years ago to about 7,000 years ago. Human (enslaved) labor was enhanced by influences from Hoova, Ashan, Altea, and a Myrex civilization.

The purpose of the pyramids was to regenerate cells in order to improve health and longevity. They were also integral to balancing the planet’s energy grid.

Pyramid structure is based on advanced crystal technology. Geometric form itself is the principle, while using quartz blocks were so they would last.

Originally, a small but extremely important crystal was placed at the top of the Giza pyramid to complete the crystalline form. Later on, this was considered trivial by priestly elites who removed in order to emplace a crown made of gold.

According to Tom, the huge stones themselves were moved from quarries by crystal tone technology generating antigravity forces.

The Nazarene

Tom does not use the term “Jesus” or “Christ,” but refers to him as the Nazarene.

Tom acknowledges that he was born by in vitro fertilization. He was firstborn, and Joseph and Mary subsequently had seven more males and three females, according to Tom.

Tom also acknowledges that after the age of 14, the Nazarene traveled the world — to Glastonbury in the UK and to the Far East, including India and Japan. He gained much esoteric spiritual knowledge in these travels. He was also trained for a time by the Essenes.

In answer to a question whether His resurrection was the only one in Earth’s history, Tom answered that indeed there have been other resurrections. However, only the Nazarene was resurrected and returned to his original Hoova civilization. He then became leader of the Hoova.

Lessons Learned

While contrasting this trance channeling to that of the Ra Material, it is easy to focus on discrepancies while ignoring larger truths. For example, the creation of the pyramids differs in significant ways.

Dates and procedure indeed seems contradictory until we realize that ultimately time is simultaneous, not linear. As we will see in chapter 15, there is also a possible issue of parallel universes, which can complicate transmission of information through different lenses.

Ra mentions that the Giza pyramid was created directly from the Universe into Everlasting Rocks. We get the impression that this was the sole mode of creation of the pyramid. However, might this have been part of a cooperative endeavor that may have taken time and included some degree of human labor?

Such paradoxes don’t necessarily have to invalidate information from one source or the other. We may never know the precise truth in these specifics. Welcome to the realm of advanced civilizations with different versions of realities! We need to learn to live with discrepancies.

Nevertheless, similarities are quite impressive. Free Will and Non-Intervention truly seem to be universal principles when interacting with humans by advanced civilizations.

The importance of spiritual and technical balance in civilization is emphatic throughout all the transmissions we have seen so far. We are seeing this theme — and dancer — manifesting in our own times!

It seems to be a general truth that there are both Helper and Intruder civilizations in our universe, rather than a realm of peace and tranquility. This produces some controversy, as mentioned.

Steven Greer has the point of view that any civilization with such advanced technology would have already transcended evil intentions long ago. Otherwise they could not have survived. In his somewhat circular reasoning, he believes that the very fact of contact implies that the contacting civilization can be trusted.

What we see in Phyllis’ and Carla’s transmissions is that the universe indeed has both positive and negative influences. This means that we need to be wise and mature in discriminating who we are dealing with.

Setting aside such controversies, it is interesting to note the historical trend in the last 75 years in contact for the purpose of awakening humans.We have gone from “We are here” to “Here is proof” to trance channeling that provides appropriate information about history, metaphysics, cosmology, et cetera. Indeed, they are trying to reach us! We should respond!

Finally, we are confronted with an astounding idea that we are the only planet of complete and total free will, starting with great genetic potential, but limited by Forgetting our Oneness. In this way, we are highly individualistic. We evolve from families to tribes to governments to elites separated by slaves or serfs to modern extremes of wealth/poverty..

We are bound by racism, the idea that someone who looks different is indeed separate from us, instead of being another aspect of God. We have wars over resources, religions, and ideologies. All of this implies assumptions of separation rather than Oneness.

Intellectually, it seems like that should not be too large a hurdle to overcome, but in actual practice, it seems nearly impossible. Nevertheless, it does not serve progress to despair over this challenge. We have been facing it throughout our entire creation.

It is time to Awaken and to influence others to do so as well. These transmissions remind us that it is up to Us to remember that we are Creators. We need to transcend our imposed Ignorance. Yes, there are helpers, but they are not here to save us!

Making contact is one way to progress in this direction — historic to be sure, not the only way, but an important step!

Such an encounter is more than just a cultural or trade opportunity. In essence, it is highly spiritual and necessitates our own Awakening to even happen!

Next came transmissions via trance channelers, which ignored the need for proof, and instead offered tremendous amounts of historical, metaphysical, and cosmological information. The first of these was published as Ra Material “The Law of One by Don Elkins, Carla Rueckert, and Jim McCarty.

Background

Don Elkins was an engineer, physicist, and metaphysician who spent his life researching paranormal phenomena, UFOs, and attempts to make contact with extraterrestrials. In 1962, he began experiments with 12 engineering students plus Carla Rueckert to see if meditation could be used to connect with ETs. He insists this was a purely scientific endeavor, to discover truth, rather than an expression of his own beliefs.

He strongly believed in science. Weekly meditation sessions were carefully recorded and transcribed, which became routine for all of his endeavors going forward.

Initially, meditators produced complete nonsense and gibberish. Carla remembers feeling internally like laughing during those sessions. Later, a contactee named Walter Rogers gave advice to them: “Just say what is on your mind.” That produced a radical change. Within one month, 50% of participants were producing useful information. After one year, 100% were able to produce meaningful information.

Carla Rueckert was a librarian living in Louisville, Kentucky. Throughout her life, she displayed psychic abilities. She joined Don Elkin’s work in 1962 and eventually quit her librarian job in 1970 to form L/L Research LLC with him,

They traveled to various locations seeking a variety of paranormal experiences. One example is a visit to Reverend Joseph Tingley in Toledo, Ohio, to participate in his weekly séances. During this experience, both Don and Carla saw an entity — somewhat ghost-like but definite — who was able to pass through their own bodies during the séance.

They also investigated many UFO psychic sightings, as well as the ability of people, especially children, to bend spoons, as introduced by Uri Geller. The first book that they wrote was called Secrets of UFOs.

Don Elkins told Carla that she could be an excellent channeler because she was so gullible. Indeed, she affirms that throughout her whole life anyone could make fun of her through teasing, because she would initially believe whatever they said.

Carla began conducting weekly channeling sessions, which were quite successful and attracted twelve regulars who became students of hers.

Carla was quite sickly. She had Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis and Systemic Lupus Erythematosis and developed kidney failure at the age of 13. At that time, they did not have technologies to alleviate kidney failure. However, somehow, she was able to survive against all odds.

In 1977 and 1978, Don and Carla were investigating psychic surgeons and photographed phenomena in the Philippines. Then, with Dr. Andrija Puharich, they went to Mexico City where a psychic surgeon took a dull knife, moved it into Carla’s abdomen, and removed three ovarian cysts without anesthesia or antisepsis. Her gynecologist later confirmed that the cysts were no longer palpable. After that surgery, her kidneys improved 50% of function.

In 1980, a long-time and dear friend tragically died of Juvenile Diabetes at the age of 40. Her family strongly insisted that Carla try to make contact with her friend Elaine.

As she did so, she found herself spontaneously going into a trance. This was her first trance experience. She remembered nothing, and woke feeling quite drained of energy. Don, as always, recorded the session, and Carla was shocked to hear her friend’s voice coming out of her own mouth upon listening to the tape.

Two days later, while working with an advanced meditation student, Carla encountered a new contact. As she always does in meeting a new entity, she challenged it to know whether it was in Christ, and if not, to leave. The contact did not leave. She then went into another trance and met the entity called Ra.

Carla described a kind of anxious, disquiet, before each regular channeling session she did, arising out of fear that she would say something that would offend others or damage credibility. Before the trance sessions, this disquiet became almost a panic state.

Quickly. Don and Jim McCarty (who later became Carla’s husband) worked out a method with Ra’s assistance for Carla’s preparation before each trance session.

Over 100 sessions occurred between 1981 and 1983. All were recorded and meticulously transcribed — later published as The Ra Material: Law of One, Volumes I - V.

Their routine became a precise ritual:

On the day of a session, they would have a light breakfast. Jim would give Carla a back rub, because her muscles tensed up greatly during trances. Then they would meditate together with intention to connect.

Carla would then lie down and was covered completely in white cloth. Three microphones were placed around her mouth. She would recite the Prayer of Saint Francis. At her head was a table with a Bible, incense, a chalice with water and some crystals.. Don and Jim would finally walk the Circle of One around Carla three times before Don would begin questioning Ra. Periodically, Ra would ask them to realign Carla, to optimize connection with the deep parts of her brain he was using for communication.

The trance sessions were very draining on Carla’s energy. So, continuous attention was placed toward not exceeding her capacities.

Ra’s interactions with Earthlings

What ensued was one of the most remarkable communications ever recorded. Topics spanned: from interplanetary history to all aspects of Consciousness to metaphysics, to principles of healing to UFOs to ethics between differing races and much more. This material is so vast that I can in no way do it justice, but I will try to focus on a few topics that might be of interest to our specific purposes.

The Q&A format persisted throughout 105 sessions over two years, and spanning five volumes in final publication. Don carefully prepared his questions in advance. Ra answered with somewhat abstruse language, which takes a bit to get used to. For example, societies are “social memory complexes” and limited ego perceptions are called “distortions.”

Ra is a Collective Consciousness of a civilization hundreds of millions of years ahead of us in development. They originated on the planet Venus, but now occupy space-time independent of material existence, in their evolution towards Oneness.

Ra openly acknowledges the danger of our culture worshiping them as gods. He very specifically tries to avoid any such implication. This corroborates what Semjase was emphasizing.

No Prescriptive instructions are given on purpose. Prescriptive instructions would imply rules we should follow in order to “achieve” Ascension.

The term he uses when someone is trying to be of service is, “catalyst.” A catalyst is to teach/learn and learn/teach. Just as in biochemistry, a catalyst is unchanged while enhancing a chemical reaction, a human catalyst is offering influence, which may or may not be received by another.

Above all, Ra always observes the Law of Free will, which states that no entity or civilization is allowed to affect another individual or civilization of lower evolutionary status. Implied within this is the Law of Non-Intervention, which I have been emphasizing in previous chapters. The Q&A method of communication ensures this. Ra was careful to only provide answers within the scope of understanding of Don, the questioner.

Now for a little history as described by Ra.

Roughly a million years ago, there was a human civilization on a planet called Maldek. Their civilization was imbalanced, favoring high technology but inadequate spiritually. This imbalance led to them self-destructing around 750,000 years ago. Some survivors scattered to Mars and Earth.

The inhabitants were in such shock that they had spiritual amnesia. Around 600,000 years ago, they began to awaken, but mostly in a mode of service-to-self as survivors, while a few were aligned with service-to-others. To protect Free Will, a quarantine was imposed to prevent outside entities from imposing on their/our as-yet-immature status.

This quick history needs to be explained in a couple of ways.

Firstly, the Ra Collective is a member of the Confederation of Planets in the Service to the Infinite Creator. This confederation in the 1980s had 53 members from approximately 500 planets. Its purpose is to serve the evolution of the Universe in all of its variations, towards ultimate Oneness with the Infinite Creator. It is not a military organization, but operates non-violently through inspirational influence, when appropriate. Its activities are administered through the Council of Saturn (see Chapter 10), which sets policies and makes difficult decisions when there are conflicting interests. It was the Council of Saturn that imposed the quarantine.

An extremely important nuance arises out of the fact that some civilizations (and individuals) operate in service-to-self (STS), whereas other civilizations (individuals) operate in service-to-other (STO)s. This polarization is epitomized even today in our dramas of politics and culture. Such polarization causes great suffering, through “distortion” of separation instead of True Oneness.

Service-to-self is all about acquisition of power over others, including social hierarchies, enslavement, and even warfare. They feel entitled because of the idea that their way is the Way of the Creator and all should conform. In their view, their honor and obligation are to control and thus “save “everyone.

Service-to-others has to do with compassion, love, and improvement of those outside of self.

Surprisingly, the Law of One does not favor one over the other. Both paths are considered valid approaches to discovering Oneness in the Universe. This, at first, seems paradoxical within our religious and spiritual understandings. Such opposites seem impossible to reconcile.

Ra explains: that both paths end up in the same place through Ascension to Higher Levels of Consciousness. Service-to-others eventually discovers that in Oneness “others” has to include Self. Service-to-self eventually leads inevitably to realization of Service to All as they evolve to Oneness. In this way, the Higher self or Oversoul dissolves difference between the two paths. Meanwhile, each is honored by the Laws of Free Will and Bon-Intervention.

This principle is profound and pervasive throughout the entire Ra Material. Our Ambassador Program participants will find these perspectives important to ponder.

11,000 years ago, the people of Egypt put out a call for assistance from higher powers. The Confederation of Planets exists solely to respond to such calls.

In their first approach to help Earth, the Ra Collective appealed to the Council of Saturn to lift the quarantine and enable Ra to walk amongst humans on Earth. The appeal was granted because the trend toward worshiping the Sun was a step toward The Law of One. Thus, there was no damage to the Law of Free Will.

Pyramids and Consciousness

Ra contacted a pharaoh called Amman. He had changed his name, because of Sun worship, to Aton. Thus, his new name was Ikhnatan. He listened to Ra and accepted the Law of One.

However, very few priests were willing to follow Ikhnatan, except to give lip service to the idea. They continued to retain power for the elite until the times of Mohammed. For this reason, Ra left physicality on Earth. However, they continued to monitor our progress.

During their time in Egypt, Giza and other pyramids were built by Ra using Thought. Ra mentions that this was done by the Collective But, under further questioning by Don, Ra said it is possible to be accomplished by a single individual who has achieved a very high degree of purity.

The rocks used in Egypt are made from the Universe as a Whole, called Everlasting Rocks. Another member of the Confederation operating in South America used moving of existing rocks for their pyramids.

When Don asked why individual blocks were used in the Giza pyramids instead of making a seamless structure, Ra answered that it was hoped that less worship of miraculous magic would occur if the pyramid looked as if it could have been constructed by humans.

The purpose of the pyramids was twofold: healing and initiation. Actually, both are based in the same purification for service.

Ra: Before the body can be initiated, the mind must be initiated “When character and personality is discovered, the body then must become known in each and every way. Thus, the various functions of the body needs understanding and control with detachment.”

“One use of the pyramid is for the purpose of deprivation of sensory input, so that the body may, in a sense, be dead and another life begin.” This explains the sarcophagus in the King’s Chamber.

Beyond discussion of the pyramids, Don Elkins asked if there was a best form of meditation. Ra replied that they will not comment on meditation — to honor Free Will.

However, Ra did describe aspects of kundalini. “As an entity grows more polarized, this locus will move upwards. This phenomenon has been called by your peoples the kundalini. However, it may better be thought of as the meeting place of cosmic and inner, shall we say, vibratory understanding. To attempt to raise the locus of this meeting without realizing the metaphysical principles of magnetism, upon which this depends, is to invite great imbalance.”

“Each experience will be sequentially understood by the growing and seeking mind/body/spirit complex in terms of:

1. Survival

2. Personal identity

3. Social relations

4. Universal love

5. How the experience may beget free communication

6. How the experience may be linked to universal energies

7. The sacramental nature of each experience.”

“This energy is brought into being by the humble and trusting acceptance of this energy, through meditation and contemplation of the self and of the creator.”

Such nuggets of advanced wisdom are found throughout the five volumes. This is only a snippet.

UFOs in the 1980a

In the 1980s, Ra described UFOs as being from Confederation members (positive) and some from the Orion Group (negative).

Ra describes the Orion Group as being all about domination and enslavement. This is because they feel entitled to save everyone due to their inside path to the Source — service-to-self.

Nowadays, this description of the Orion Group fits our current terminology of some Reptilians, whether they be Draco or Ciakarrh (as well as Greys and some others). Reptilians indeed are known to have inhabited Orion for much of known galactic history. The reference might also include Anunnaki, who are human and Reptilian hybrids residing on a planet of Sirius B.

Of course, both types of UFOs are honored and respected by the Law of Free Will by Ra.

A contactee can recognize a message from the Confederation by its friendliness, hope for the future, free will, and self-determination.

Here are some subtleties;

When a service-to-others receiver hears a message from the Orion group, it usually emphasizes doom, or at least the importance of offering proof for the sake of credibility.

If the receiver is engrossed in service-to-self, the message will be that the UFO is here to help whatever the service-to-self cause is.

These nuances are important for discernment.

Another interesting point made by Ra is that if a mass landing by the Orion Group were to occur, service-to-self on the planet would increase at first. However, as the Empire persists over time, Free Will again would reassert itself. Such is balance in the Universe.

Lessons Learned

The shift from ET’s announcing their presence in order to open our mind has changed dramatically to a teaching situation that springs off the level of understanding that our culture has at its nascent stage in development.

One might wonder about the credibility of channeling as a source of such information. Indeed, normal channeling carries a degree of risk of ego involvement and influence of cultural limitation. However, trance channeling seems to eliminate ego and becomes a more pure communication.

The Ra Material definitely challenges many of the assumptions that we have about our place in the universe. The first is that our expansion into and out of the solar system is freely available, not under quarantine.

Many of us have felt that the human race, through most of its written history, has been held down by domineering forces. Is quarantine being effective then?

Looking at it from the principle of the Law of One, as described by Ra, it can be understandable that such negativity is indeed part of the evolutionary process we must go through as humans.

If that is so, we must rid ourselves of our shackles by ourselves. This means unifying across all of the tribes we have on the planet, which perpetuate the idea of separation.This is a huge challenge. But it is absolutely necessary in order for us to evolve into joining the family of advanced civilizations that is out there.

One could argue that Germany did not lose World War II in the largest sense. Certainly, their military conquest was defeated on the ground. However, their covert space program persisted and became very successful from bases in Antarctica and South America. They traverse the solar system and beyond. The Nazi Dark Fleet furthered their Aryan philosophy in a rigid hierarchical manner — sustaining itself by trafficking in slavery, sex, weapons, and drugs.

Operation Paperclip, at the end of World War II, brought 1600 of the top aerospace scientists from Germany to the United States in order to help America catch up. These German scientists, along with help from ETs, were successful in developing both the American public space program and its secret space program (SSP). The secret space program was initially called Solar Warden, and then evolved into the Earth Alliance, which fused other benevolent secret space programs into one effort.

Of course, World War II culminated in mankind dropping nuclear weapons on fellow citizens of the planet.

Extraterrestrials have been watching and interacting with mankind. throughout known history, Now they had motivation to find ways more directly to warn humanity of imbalances on our planet. They developed new tactics to ethically influence earthlings. In the 1950s and into the 1970s, they attempted to make direct face-to-face contact in order to show us that there are other intelligent civilizations in the universe.

Contactees were even brought on board their spaceships to demonstrate possibilities for our future if only we learn how to manage ourselves and our planet better. This fact suggests that such travel can be managed safely without damage to either humans and ETs.

Herein we will develop a few of such stories found in the developed world. In truth, there were as many or more such encounters in South America, where language barriers prevent us from giving proper descriptions in this book.

George Van Tassel

Probably the most technically qualified contactee of this era was George Van Tassel. Born in 1910 in Jefferson, Ohio, George did not display any special talents that we know of.

He went into the field of aviation in 1927 as a flight mechanic and also a flight inspector. He began working at Douglas Aircraft in Southern California in 1941. He later became the personal flight inspector for Howard Hughes, testing his experimental aircraft. Between 1943 and 1947, Van Tassel was Flight Safety Inspector at Lockheed Aircraft Corporation. Finally, in 1947, he left the corporate world and became Flight Operations Manager at Giant Rock Airport, 17 miles from Yucca Valley in Southern California.

At 2:00 a.m. on August 24, 1953, George Van Tassel was sleeping near the airstrip in his sleeping bag. He awakened and sat up to smoke a cigarette.

He saw a man standing six feet away from him, which, at that airport, was not in itself very unusual. The man said, “My name is Solgonda. I would be pleased to show you my craft.” George tried to awaken his wife, but it appeared that she was in a induced sleep state that could not be aroused.

George rose up. When he tried touching the craft, he felt an electric shock that deterred him but did not harm him.

When instructed, he stood on a glowing spot in the sand underneath the craft. He was then gently transported through a hatch into the craft.

No precautions were taken to protect him from germs, radiation, or whatever. And Solgonda did not seem concerned about such precautions either.

George described the interior as being illuminated from all sides without a visible light bulb. There were a couple of five-foot-seven-inch men standing at the controls. Sogonda gave George a tour of the interior of the craft.In one section, he saw transparent tubes of various colored liquids, which were constantly changing levels, apparently. This was some kind of environmental control mechanism.

He was taken to another section, which was obviously dedicated to propulsion. He saw Magnetic Machines and counter-rotating rotors.

Within about 20 minutes, he found himself back at his bedside. He felt queasy for a time. And Solgonda assured him that he would be okay. Then Solgonda tapped a crystal hanging from his neck, and instantly vanished along with the scout ship.

Two days later, George returned to the precise location where the ship had been. He registered that his compass needle was 10 degrees off within the location, and 10 degrees off in the other direction as he left the precise location.

Obviously, this encounter had a profound impact on George Van Tassel. In 1953, he founded “Ministry of Universal Wisdom,” which later developed a branch called “College of Universal Wisdom” devoted to electromagnetic research.

Between 1953 and 1978, George Van Tassel hosted Giant Rock Spacecraft Conventions annually. Thousands of people over the years attended these conventions. They would have sightings of spacecrafts, and also occasionally individual ET humans, related to Solgonda, participated. One attendee recalls vividly a human E who instantly vanished by touching a crystal necklace in the same manner as Solgonda.

Additionally, Solgonda helped George develop a device. He called it an Integraton. .This was a four-story domed building, which was designed to provide electromagnetic vibrations to help all the cells in the body rejuvenate for the sake of helping elderly people.

Unfortunately, the Integration was not completed before George Van Tassel’s death in 1978. He left three daughters and 13 grandchildren.

Daniel Fry

Dr. Daniel Fry is another person with good technical qualifications for contact. He was an aerospace technician and engineer at White Sands Proving Ground in New Mexico. Not much is known about his childhood or evolution prior to his work at White Sands.

On July 4th, 1950, after completing his work for the day, he walked to a bus depot in the desert in order to go home. The summer heat was stifling even at night.

While waiting for the bus, he took a short walk into the desert. He saw that the stars in the sky began blinking out. He realized that a silent craft was approaching.

The craft was dome-shaped and touched down nearby. A human being came out of the craft. Daniel was about to touch the surface of the craft out of curiosity when, in plain English, the man said, “Do not touch. It is hot.”

The man introduced himself as A-lan. He said that he was from nowhere in particular. He was born on a spaceship and spends his life roaming the entire universe. He was ancestrally a human from Earth and later Mars, before his species began roaming the galaxy.

He comes to meet Daniel Fry in hopes that notice of his craft will be evidence to Earthlings that there are other intelligent spacefaring civilizations out there.

Daniel was invited to enter the craft and sit in a body-forming seat.They lifted off, went to a very high altitude, and transited all the way to New York City within a matter of minutes. Daniel did not feel any effects of gravity or any other discomforts on the craft.

The main message from A. Lan was, “Material development on Earth has outstripped social and spiritual development. Your planet is out of balance. This will eventually lead to disaster if not corrected.”

The entire contact experience changed Daniel Fry’s life. He went on to write several books, and founded an organization called Understanding which published a newsletter for decades. He was a regular at the Giant Rock Annual Conventions led by George Van Tassel. He kept recordings and transcripts of those visits and lectures, which are archived as part of Understanding.

Notably, Daniel was visited by Otis Carr, a protege of Nikola Tesla, who went on to develop an anti-gravity device that was also capable of teleportation.

Orfeo Angelucci

Orfeo Angelucci was born on June 25, 1912, in Trenton, New Jersey, into an Italian-American family. Though raised in a middle class home, he suffered from extreme nervousness for most of his life. A diagnosis of nervous erethism led to several hospitalizations. Doctors were uncertain of cause.

Despite this, he was a scientifically curious person, always pondering origins of life and our relationship to the infinite.

Angelucci married in 1936 and had two sons. The family moved to Los Angeles in 1948, where he took a job on the assembly line at the Lockheed aircraft plant in Burbank.

In 1946, Angelucci conducted an amateur scientific experiment, our of pure curiosity, involving the release of weather balloons filled with different types of mold, in order study the effects of altitude, temperature, and air pressure on the molds.

A turning point in his life came just after midnight on May 23, 1952. As Angelucci was driving home from the Lockheed plant, crossing the Los Angeles River, he noticed a blue ball of light, about the size of a beach ball, following his car. It quickly moved in front of the vehicle. He slowed down and saw two smaller green balls of light exit the larger one and drift toward him.

Telepathically, a voice informed Angelucci that he had been monitored since his 1946 mould balloon experiment. The two green balls of light then fused to form a single larger ball, which displayed the disembodied faces of a superhuman male/female extraterrestrial humanoid.

The beings asked him to spread their message to mankind. They would return. Bewildered and terrified, Angelucci drove home in a daze. He told his wife Mabel the story the following day, and she believed him, saying he had always been truthful with her.

Two months later, in July 1952, Angelucci had an experience aboard a UFO in which he was able to view the Earth from outer space. He sat in a form-fitting chair (like Daniel Fry) while an ET voice narrated what he was seeing.

He also reported a “missing time” episode. These sometimes happen to contactees when the conscious mind balks at first from new experiences.

Eventually Angelucci recalled what he described as living for a week in the body of a “space brother” called Neptune, in a more evolved society — inhabiting the largest asteroid of the remains of a destroyed planet — while his own body wandered around the Lockheed aircraft plant in a daze.

This was a classic “bilocation” experience which happens with many contactees. It is not a paranormal skill that few possess. It happens to normal people whenever they open themselves to the possibility. Once open to the possibility, there seems to be no limit in space or time. During one CE5 experience, I myself visited a human family in Andromeda galaxy.

The content of the Visitor’s communications was emphatic: They were deeply concerned by humanity’s growing nuclear weapons. They wished people to lay down their weapons and live in peace and harmony.

Afterward, Angelucci billed himself as an emissary for the being called Neptune, who met with him frequently.

Angelucci became convinced that his physical sensitivity enabled him to have a spiritual attunement that permitted extraterrestrial contact, though this is not a theme in other contactees.

Angelucci wrote about his experiences extensively. His published works include The Secret of the Saucers (which recounts his first-hand accounts of UFO contact), Son of the Sun, UFO Contactees and Reports, The Nature of Infinite Entities, and several pamphlets on space-brotherly themes.

He lectured extensively on his extraterrestrial encounters during the 1950s and 1960s.

In his case, insisting on the truth resulted in alienating him from friends and family. Such was the climate of ridicule in those times— consciously perpetrated by the US and other governments in those times. One of the most successful misinformation campaigns ever perpetrated!

When skeptics pressed him for proof, Angelucci responded in the end that “ideas preponderantly spiritual cannot now and have never been capable of proof by material methods.”

Angelucci died on July 24, 1993, in California, at the age of 81.

George Adamski

Now we meet a contactee who was more controversial, even notorious. However, he also presented hard evidence to validate his actual contacts. Even in the 1950s, this was hard to controvert.

George Adamski was born April 17, 1891, in Poland. When he was two years old, his family moved to New York City.

His education was cut short in fourth grade because of lack of money. Throughout his life, he was never known to write things himself. He always preferred to dictate to secretaries instead.

Adamski joined the US Cavalry after World War I and served as a private. He continued military service with the National Guard. In 1954, he married.

He worked odd jobs most of his life — as a maintenance worker in Yellowstone National Park, in a flour mill in Oregon, and as a concrete contractor in Los Angeles.

In the 1920s, He was exposed to the “I Am” movement and Blavatsky’s Theosophy Movement. As a result, he even formed his own religion called the “Royal Order of Tibet” in the 1930s. They settled in Valley Center, near Mount Palomar.

George Adamski’s first ET contact occurred November 20, 1952 at 12:30 PM. Adamski had a telepathic intuition to go to a particular area in the desert near Valley Center with six witnesses. A craft arrived and landed, and a long-haired, blond, youth with a high forehead, high cheeks, green eyes, and long fingers. He introduced himself as Orthon, from Venus.

The six witnesses were able to see the craft very clearly and take numerous photographs. Adamski moved from the group towards the craft by himself, while they photographed him. He tried to touch the craft and received an electric shock, which did not harm him.

One of the witnesses was able to make a Plaster of Paris mold of Orthon’s footprint, which displayed a kind of swastika, and showed an alignment of the Big Dipper and the North Star as well.

This was the beginning of a number of incidents in which Adamski was taken aboard the craft to view the other side of the moon, and other adventures.

The photographs and footprints have been viewed by experts and never invalidated, despite the skepticism rampant in that era.

Adamski went on to write several books, the first of which was co-authored by Sir Desmond Leslie, a cousin of Winston Churchill, entitled Flying Saucers Have Landed (1953).

Adamski traveled the world giving lectures. He met the Queen of Netherlands, who was very impressed with the material He also had a meeting with the Pope at one point. He claimed to have consulted with JFK also.

During one interview, Adamski raised his shirt and demonstrated that he has no navel, only slits in the skin. He believed this was due to being made into a hybrid during an abduction when he was four years old.

George Adamski died in 1965.

Billy Meier

Eduard “Billy” Meier is a humble yet no-nonsense one-armed farmer in Switzerland. As a child, he discovered that crafts in the sky were normal in his life, but not in other people’s lives. He could move them at will and considered them friends.

He lost one arm during a bus accident in Turkey. Nevertheless, he did not consider this an impairment in his farming activities.

On January 28, 1975, at 2:12 p.m. local time, a flying saucer came right over his field and was viewed by other farmers in the neighborhood. This began several years of such visitations, which attracted visitors and investigators from all over the world. He was even taken on their ships and Lyran ships for other adventures. He kept very meticulous notes of every one of these encounters, so that investigators could piece together the entire story, later on.

This case is perhaps the most studied and validated of all the contactee reports in the 1900s.

The visitors were from Erra, a planet, from the Taygetan star system in the Pleiades.

Voluminous photographs were archived and tested by experts all over the world, who found them incorruptible.

Metal samples were given to Billy Meier. They were investigated extensively in several laboratories, including by the famous scientist Marcel Vogel at IBM. His conclusion was that the metal was created by cold fusion, rather than processing via heat and then cold, like most metals. The sample was also full of crystalline structures. It contained Thulium, a Lanthanide. Thulium is known but about as rare as Gold on this planet.

Most impressive of all are the voluminous messages produced by Semjase, and later, P’Taah and occasionally Quetzal. Semjase describes them as Pleiadians, who are very similar to Earthlings in lineage. They derive originally from Lyran civilizations millions of years ago, who then scattered to Hyades and Vega and eventually to the Pleiades.

Lyra is generally considered the origin of the human race. When Reptilians arrived with intent to dominate, they tried passive ways to fight back and failed. They were too naïve in the face of a race with no principles. Such confrontations — not unknown even in era on this planet — happen in the Universe have major historical effects.

They sent several types of craft over time to Meier’s farm. Initially, they discovered that their presence was producing gamma ray radiation from Billy Meier’s belt buckle. This was not optimal, so they changed crafts in order to prevent any harm — a sign of true Benevolence.

Over time, the Pleiadians describe propulsion as being of two types on their spaceships: — one that is designed for local travel within an atmosphere, and another which is hyperspace-based for traveling between star systems.

Pleiadians do not view time the same way we do. Their time is event-based, measured by sequences of events rather than our method of measuring time as discrete units. Other ETs frequently say the same thing. The importance of this fact is that ETs are always in the Now. Using linear time, humans unfortunately tend to put their attention mostly using the past to evaluate the present, or trying to anticipate what will happen in the future.

Semjase explained their presence, as deriving from the fact that their own development went through similar stages to those of Earth. She expressed pessimistic views that mankind was capable of dealing with technical challenges that imbalance our civilization. A prime example she gave was the damage that we were producing to the ozone layer.

An interesting sidelight is that, in fact, the human race did come to grips with the ozone crisis and resolved it in the 1990s. So her pessimism was a bit misplaced. Plus, we can derive a small bit of hope from this triumph of cooperation.

In the 1970s, the Pleiadians regarded other ET contacts as being threats. to humans This undoubtedly arose from adductions by Greys during that time period, after Greys and Reptilians made treaties with President Eisenhower in 1954.

In the 1970s. the Pleiadians emphasized very strongly and repeatedly that they are not perfect, not superhuman, and should definitely not be worshipped. This has happened in the past, and they wished to avoid it at all costs.

Even so, they shared their worldview, on a few topics:

That matter is malleable. Our material world is an embodiment of an idea, and therefore can be changed, just as ideas can be changed.

Luck comes to those who are happy because it ultimately comes from the inner being manifesting as a spark of Spirit.

Spirit never ages. The body does age, but the Spirit does not.

For neighbors who viewed the crafts and discussed the messages from Billy Meier, as well as the investigators who came from all over the world, the Pleiadian messages ultimately were very inspiring.

Bill Meyer himself evolved over time. He somehow found a manuscript called “Talmud of Immanuel,” who he claimed was the original Christ that was later distorted by Christians. Billy believed that he was Immanuel in a past life as well as Mohammed, the founder of Islam. He seems himself as now returning as the Prophet of the New Age of Galactic Contact. As such, he dismissed. the reports of Adamski, Van Tassel, and channelers like Barbara Marciniak (who has an excellent reputation nowadays).

Such revelations have triggered some controversy about Meier’s credibility. Even so, photos and the metal sample are incontrovertible.

As far as we know, Billy Meier is still alive. He was born in February 1937, which makes him 89 as of this writing

Lessons Learned

An important first lesson learned from these contact experiences is that they do not have to be dangerous to either humans or extraterrestrials. The concern that microbe contamination might threaten either side, or that radiation or atmospheric conditions would make contact difficult, seems not to be a large concern for Visitors who are originally humans or Pleiadians. This might still pose a problem for species that are farther removed from our genetics or our planetary type. But at least, these kind of contacts seem relatively easy to make.

Another lesson comes from the fact that messages were not widely received as far as public attention in the 1950s or the 1970s. For sure, thousands of people were reached by lectures, conferences, books, pamphlets, etc. But the message did not take hold on a large scale.

Undoubtedly, this is because the misinformation and propaganda campaign was extremely successful in producing ridicule around anything that had to do with UFOs. Governments were loathe to share secrets that they had learned in their own Secret Space Programs in order to maintain dominance over their enemies. Moreover, the Military-Industrial Complexes are focused on keeping technologies secret for the sake of their own profit —or perhaps even to benefit elites in society. The ridicule campaign was extremely effective. So ET approaches were not able to have impact at scale.

Another caution, for the sake of the Ambassador Program, is the effect that contact had on some of the contactees’ egos. They thrived on fame and sometimes believed themselves to be spiritually superior. In the modern world, this would not be useful, but it is something that Ambassadors need to be wary of in their own development.

A major lesson is that there should be no worshiping of our visitors nor of contactees. This failure in our history must not be repeated because it is self-destructive We need to see ourselves as equals, and sovereign.

An important example is the cult known as Heaven’s Gate in Southern California. Their leaders were charismatic, as were these contactees mentioned in this chapter. But they encouraged their followers to have blind loyalty to them as leaders.In Heaven’s Gate. When they believed that a UFO was coming to save them behind Haley’s comment, they bought into the idea that they had to ascend to a higher dimension in order to meet ETs at their own level. This led to mass suicide. An extreme example, but a caution nevertheless.

One more lesson to pay attention to: regards the danger of prescriptive interventions versus catalytic interventions in messages.

When ETs warn us of disasters that may come if we don’t come together as a unified species, there is a danger looming. We may interpret the message as meaning that there are rules for us to follow, that there are prescriptions which should not be violated in order for us to Ascend. This tendency goes back through human history, even to the Book of Enoch, where behavior was considered either righteous or deserving of severe punishment.

As we will see in the next chapter, there is another approach emphasizing Unity, despite individual differences. When this ethical principle is applied, it can be catalytic instead of prescriptive.

As in biochemistry, a catalyst is an agent that brings together components of a chemical reaction so that they may more efficiently complete their process. The catalyst itself is not changed.

In a catalytic way of looking at things, Unity is a fundamental ethical principle seated above all other relative viewpoints, while still respecting diversity and individuality. These do not need to be incompatible.

She became known first in the Thule Society. This metaphysical group believed in an ancient Aryan civilization located in northern caves, called Hyperborea. Thule Germans believed that they were pure-blood Aryan descendants from this civilization and were destined to be the dominant population on the planet.

They also believed in a novel written at the time describing “Vril,” a liquid which, when used properly, provides unlimited personal power. This novel was validated by Madame Blavatsky of the Theosophical Society. Basically, the belief was that real power could be attained by disciplined application of will.

By 1919, Maria Orsic became uncomfortable in the Thule Society. Particularly, she had a vision far in advance of reality, that predicted that Hitler and Himmler would become leaders of an evil empire. She therefore created her own community of psychics called the Ladies of Vril and broke off from the Thule Society

Maria herself never made money from her psychic work itself — as a matter of principle. She made a living as a ballet teacher for children, and also by teaching foreign languages to children of elite families in Germany.

She was vegetarian and considered meat to be barbaric. She very much loved all animals, including pigeons, which are generally so neglected, and she considered loving pigeons as an elevated aspect of character. [Note: Tesla loved pigeons, too.] Maria considered sex to be the downfall of mankind and was never married.

As a psychic, Maria Orsic was mostly a trance channeler, a particularly reliable mode that we will encounter in later chapters.

Around 1919, she came in contact with a civilization in Aldebaran. They channeled huge amounts of information to her, as well as to some of the others in the Ladies of Vril. Using automatic writing, Maria produced voluminous, detailed technical information about how to build a “luminous craft”.The information was in a language that no one could understand. Meanwhile, Sigrun, another member of the Ladies of Vril, produced detailed drawings of the crafts.

Linguists were consulted and discovered that the language was a cross between Sumerian and Anakh. Sumerian, of course, is a Middle Eastern language predating the Bible.Anakh is derived from the Anunnaki, who were extraterrestrials that dominated the planet and the human race for about 340,000 years. Their goal initially was to enslave indigenous humans for the purpose of mining gold, which was valuable in their culture for rejuvenation purposes. Eventually, rebels amongst their geneticists modified enslavement genetics imposed on humans to someday enable the human race to awaken to all of the possibilities of consciousness contained in all 22 alien genomes that make up human DNA. Indeed, we have potential talents envied by many ET species!

The Anunnaki story is very complex, and will be described later on in more detail. The temporary end to that story occurred with the gigantic flood that destroyed most of the human race.

Maria connected with Winfred Otto Schumann, who was a physicist at a high-level academic institution in Munich, where he specialized in high-voltage electromagnetic field phenomena and plasma physics. He was the one for which Schumann Resonance, for the planet was named. He was an open-minded scientist and found the detailed physics that Maria Orsic channeled to be valid and worth developing after two months of study. Another three months was invested in finding donors for the project.

Apparently, the craft used antigravity technology based on Implosion physics, similar to that pioneered by Victor. Schauberger, a friend of Schumann’s. He believed that explosive force was evil and satanic, while implosive force was righteous and sacred. The anti-gravity craft of Maria Orsic utilized Mercury spinning at 50,000 rpm’s into a torsion field as a way of reducing mass by 85%, and this creating anti-gravity.

The initial devices they made were kept secret from the Thule Society because of its increasingly warlike mentality.

By 1920, a prototype was developed but fell apart on the first flight. Maria then received more information from Aldebaran. By 1924, they had a successful craft that was piloted by Maria mentally using a special headband that she wore. The first flight was 55 minutes long. Afterward, the appearance of Maria and the craft itself seemed to have aged about a hundred years because of interdimensional time travel effects.

What is most interesting to us in this course are the descriptions that Maria Orsic gave of her visits to Aldebaran. She describes the inhabitants of Aldebaran as being an offshoot of the original Anunnaki civilization.

Whenever a human visits their planet, it takes three days of intensive healing using special baths to adapt to the psychic environment. What appears to be a barren desert on first arrival becomes a very rich planet with mountains, lakes, streams, vegetation, and colors even in the sky that do not exist on earth. The average day is 48 hours long.

The Aldebarans do have families and live lives very similar to ours. They are effectively immortal; their lifespan is around a hundred thousand years. But when the body cells begin to decline in energy, they have ways of rejuvenating the cells and the DNA in a fashion that resembles cloning but is internal.

They are very telepathic and have collective consciousness, but also the ability to produce privacy as needed. A very special place is a kind of Akashic Record Library, where one enters and is greeted by a type of AI that instantly reads the mind and then shows screens producing visual and audio effects directly about the topic of interest. Information in this library spans not only that planet, but also the entire galaxy and even other galaxies.

An interesting story: towards the end of Maria Orsic’s time in Munich, she shared a prediction to a local archbishop — that Archbishop Joseph Ratzinger would become Pope, in the distant future, which indeed did happen in 2005. As part of the letter to the local archbishop, she included a figure that was the actual logo of Inanna, one of the rebel geneticists who implanted the hidden code in the human genome, allowing us to become liberated in the future when conditions were ripe.

Before and during World War II, Maria Orsic and Himmler became arch enemies. Himmler wanted her superior aircrafts to be developed into war machines that would win the war.

As it eventually became clear to psychics and some leaders in the Nazi regime that the war would be ending, everyone warned Maria that her life might be in danger. So after a very emotional parting meeting with Dr. Schumann, she boarded one of her crafts and disappeared, presumably to Aldebaran, where she joined their culture.

There has been speculation that she has appeared since then in various activities furthering Disclosure on Earth. But these rumors are hard to corroborate.

Nachtwaffen = Dark Fleet

Orsic and Schumann’s secret program did not remain secret forever. Some of the initial prototypes crashed and were discovered by others who could reverse engineer them.

One example is the famous 1933 crash above Modena, Italy, which got the attention of the Italian government. When they discovered that Germany had such craft, they made a treaty in 1939 whereby they shared development resources for creating more such crafts.

Himmler took charge of the entire Nazi production department and called it Dark Sun around 1939.

Eventually, Haunebu I, II, and III crafts were developed. Haunebu I was a disk that was flat except for a small central portion, and Haunebu III had much larger central portion with relatively smaller discs. They could fly at Mach 4.5, even into space.

As a contingency plan even before the war, Haunebu crafts were sent to South America and Antarctica The British had been able to photograph Haunabu crafts. When Hitler discovered this, he decided to move many of them to more secret locations. Eventually, there were three bases in Antarctica and several more in South America.

As a matter of actual fact, the first man on the moon was a German named Werner Theisenberg. He landed on Mare Imbrium on August 23rd, 1942, by using a Haunebu craft. The Germans later tunneled underground and created a small base. This was documented by a Bulgarian researcher named Vladimir Terzinski.

A well-known figure in German aerospace was Hans Kammler, who took over operational functions of Dark Sun in 1942. He was largely responsible for developing the South American and Antarctic bases, which were called Neuschwabenland. He reportedly died in 1945 at the end of the war under very suspicious circumstances. However, much later, a technician saw him in a meeting with leaders in NASA.

U.S. Response

Linda Moulton Howe, a very excellent journalist in the UFO field, interviewed a CIA whistleblower who had various cover names. He described the CIA being able to view by radar Haunabu craft in South America and Antarctica — and also other alien crafts which were clearly much faster.

According to the New York Times on July 7, 1939, Franklin Delano Roosevelt signed an executive order sending. Admiral Richard E. Byrd to conquer Neuschwabenland. This never happened, however.

In 1945, as the war ended, under the guidance of Alan Dulles, the U.S. government instituted Operation Paperclip 1600 German scientists and rocket specialists were brought to the United States to bring their expertise to the furtherance of the U.S. Space Program. These included Werner von Braun, W.O. Schumann, and perhaps Hans Kammler. Operation Paperclip was an acknowledgment that the Germans were far more advanced in the aerospace field than we were. Despite concerns over the loyalty of these scientists and technicians, it was judged that we needed the Germans to catch up.

In 1946/47, Admiral Byrd was once again ordered to look into the bases in Antarctica and South America. This operation was called Operation High Jump.

A large armada of ships and aircraft were to spend at least six months investigating. Instead, a fleet of UFO crafts, coming out of the sea, attacked viciously and destroyed many aircraft and some ships. Admiral Byrd immediately realized that he was outgunned and defeated. He was turned around within only eight weeks.

During an interview in South America, on the way back, Admiral Byrd warned that these craft could overwhelm us in any battle and indeed were capable of flying pole to pole at extraordinary speeds, without effort.

In 1952, fleets of UFOs flew over Washington, DC, during three days. Our military was unable to even approach them. The crafts resembled Haunabu crafts, and some reported seeing swastikas on their fuselage.This fly-by produced massive media attention.

So in 1954, President Eisenhower met with ET representatives at Holloman Air Force Base. There was a group of benevolent ETs who offered helpful technology if Eisenhower would destroy nuclear weapons. He refused.

As a result, some Reptilians and Greys were able to make a treaty with him offering technologies in return for the government turning a blind eye against abductions, which Greys needed for genetic purposes, in order to create hybrids with humans. The number of abductions was capped at 10,000 by the treaty. But in reality, much more were conducted than that over time.

Lessons Leaned

This history has many lessons of great value for all our Ambassador communities to learn. Sometimes, what appears like a positive encounter can lead down the line to unintended consequences.

For one thing, the Allies did not really win World War II, in the ultimate strategic sense. Yes, aggression was halted, and the Holocaust was stopped. Those are good things. But the impetus to technology led to aerospace weapons that were used for nefarious purposes.

Secrecy became a modus operandi that consumed huge amounts of resources for the development of space programs, both good and bad, over time. But secrecy itself was a deception that could not be sustained forever.

While we were developing the Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo missions with such fanfare, the Fourth Reich Dark Fleet was developing bases on the moon, Mars, the planetoid Ceres, and even outside the solar system. Their focus, however, was Aryan domination, fused with Reptilian domination. They traffic in sexual and physical slavery on a large scale — not to mention drugs and armaments. All this for profit. Later chapters in this book and subsequent books will tell the stories of whistleblowers who were recruited and brainwashed as children or abducted as adults in order to carry out operations of the Dark Fleet.

Fortunately, there are other secret space programs which are benevolent and do, in fact, counteract the negativity of the Dark Fleet. They rescue slaves and heal them on special crafts orbiting the planet. They help soldiers used in the Dark Fleet to recover traumatic memories and heal them. They also are working in concert with benevolent ET civilizations to bring about the awakening that is needed for us to Transition into the family of advanced civilizations.

There is evidence that the Reptilian and Grey forces, which have been so problematic in our history, may have been neutralized in the last few years, not only locally but galactically. More will be revealed in later chapters.

This neutralzation has weakened The Dark Fleet. As a result, there has recently arisen a rebellious Fifth Reich, which aims to replace the malevolent Fourth Reich. They plan to institute positive policies that are constructive and healing.

Such a narrative of corruption and rebellion has been repeated forever in the history of the galaxy and seems to be happening again locally.

Maria Orsic was a pure soul who made contact with a civilization that appeared idyllic and benevolent. This is a lesson for us all to contemplate as Ambassadors. While civilizations themselves may indeed be idyllic, the Universal Law of Non-Interference remains very relevant.

The Law of Non-Interference states that an advanced civilization may not offer technologies to a lesser civilization that is not ready. Despite Maria’s pure intentions, our civilization took the technology and converted it into weapons. And even more horribly, enabled nefarious elites with domineering agendas to further their own aims.

The lesson to be learned here is not to avoid Contact. It is to be prepared. To know history — not only theirs, but our own. Yes, we may go out under the stars and see dazzling crafts, and even have personal experiences of closer interactions. Following the vibrations of the beings we encounter and the effects they have on us, — it’s all good. The vast majority of ETs are indeed benevolent. Let us not be so cautious that we turn away opportunities. But also, let us be wary of unforeseen consequences, sometimes arising from ourselves.

When Contact moves into serious trade and exchanges, we need Ambassador communities that are well educated, very prepared, mature, and self-aware of our own civilization.

As mentioned earlier, a growing convergence of channelers and psychics indicates that individual ET contacts will increase during 2026 and peak in a more public way during 2027. Many believe that by 2029, ET contact will be normalized enough to be woven into our daily culture worldwide. Imagine!

Before excitement runs too far ahead of us, however, we must understand the constraints involved. Our Cosmic Friends, with their vast eons of civilizational experience, have learned to respect the Principle of Non-Interference. Evolution of the Universe is the top priority of all advanced civilizations. When one civilization encounters another, inevitable changes occur on both sides — and a highly advanced civilization risks influencing a lesser one in ways that restrict rather than expand evolutionary possibilities. This is the practical meaning of Non-Interference.

What this means in practice is that a visiting civilization may enhance and accelerate technologies or understandings already emerging in the recipient civilization, but may not introduce capacities that have not yet begun to develop.

With that framework in mind, let us examine the impacts ET contact may have on our future.

Technology

Any genuinely helpful ET civilization will not offer us faster-than-light travel — we have not yet taken even preliminary steps in that direction, and such an introduction would alter our evolutionary path. However, several technologies we are already approaching may be substantially advanced through contact.

Zero-point energy (ZPE) is one of the most significant. Tesla was moving in this direction. Thomas Bearden demonstrated mathematically that free energy is possible within current physics. The Bedini brothers actually built functioning ZPE devices. Emery Smith developed one independently — and was nearly killed multiple times before giving it to an international consortium for safekeeping.

ZPE derives power directly from the quantum vacuum, exploiting the constant flux of subatomic particles that quantum mechanics and the Casimir effect confirm exist there. A small ZPE device — say, the size of a cell phone — could power a home, a vehicle, an aircraft, or an entire business. Everyone, everywhere, would be off the grid. Climate change would be addressed. Energy impoverishment would end.

Antigravity technology is similarly advanced but suppressed. T. Townsend Brown was among the first to demonstrate the principle. Otis Carr, a protégé of Tesla, invented a device that could levitate and teleport using related physics. These are two applications of the same underlying foundation as ZPE. UFOs demonstrate antigravity routinely, positioning ET Visitors well to help us refine what we have already started. Roads, rail, and airports would become obsolete.

Torsion field propulsion would enable travel to other planets and solar systems. Not faster-than-light — but a meaningful step in that direction. Physicists have long been in early stages of developing this technology.

And artificial intelligence, which ET civilizations rely upon in virtually every aspect of life (ET spacecraft are themselves AI entities that communicate telepathically with their occupants), would receive an extraordinary boost. The New World that would emerge from such AI enhancement is almost impossible to envision from our current vantage point.

Economy and Finance

Advanced AI applied to finance and banking would create efficiencies making currency exchange and shopping instantaneous and virtually cost-free. Debt as an instrument of control would become unnecessary. The GFL Station channelers, particularly the Ashtar Command, describe a coming Quantum Financial System (QFS) that would render banking and finance nearly instantaneous and free — eliminating the cascading burdens of interest, penalties, and hidden fees that currently make financial life slow and unequal.

Government

In the post-Contact world — fueled by ZPE and AI —localized, decentralized power, companies, and banking would make large centralized governments largely unnecessary. Military conflict over territory and resources would lose its rationale. Communities would return to local self-sufficiency and governance — exactly the structure that, according to several contactees, characterizes Pleiadian civilization on Taygeta and Alcyone, for essentially the same reasons.

Agriculture

Decentralization would naturally bring a return to consuming food grown close to home rather than through extended industrial supply chains — with substantial health benefits.

Randy Cramer’s discovery of ancient AI entities buried underground by a civilization that left Earth without providing for them is particularly relevant here. These entities have been collecting surface data as AI beings themselves and possess an analysis capable of enabling every square foot of Earth to feed its population while resolving climate change. Randy has made contact with them. All that is needed is our willingness to receive their help and adapt our practices accordingly.

Health

Medbeds — beds surrounded by electromagnetic fields capable of resetting a patient’s genetics and vibratory state to cure disease — have already been used in the Secret Space Program for regenerating combat injuries. Reports suggest they have been manufactured on the moon and will be made available in stages. They represent a likely early impact of contact.

More exciting to me personally is the prospect of vastly improved energy medicine. Homeopathy — which I have practiced for 5 decades — works by precisely matching the vibrational signature of a remedy to the unique vibrational state of an individual patient. ET civilizations almost certainly possess far more sophisticated vibrational measurement tools than anything available to us. Technology enabling much faster, more precise, and more reliable vibrational matching would transform our ability to cure both chronic and acute disease. I acknowledge this is conjecture on my part — but it is grounded conjecture.

Religion

Fears that disclosure would destabilize world religions have not been borne out. The Rahma Mission in deeply Catholic South America produced no religious conflict whatsoever. In 2008, Vatican’s Father Gabriel Funes — Jesuit priest and Vatican astronomer — publicly declared that the Vatican believes in extraterrestrials as children of God. Monsignor Corrado Balducci made similar declarations at multiple conferences. Contact with Cosmic Friends will likely inspire an organic movement toward meditation and direct spiritual experience, as a complement or alternative to institutional religion. This aligns naturally with the cosmic Principle of Free Will.

Education

Educational systems will be the slowest to change, given institutional inertia — but the pressure from contact will ultimately be irresistible. Over time, we might expect meditation to be integrated into standard education, historical narratives to be substantially revised to include historical ET contact, and science and mathematics curricula to receive a major boost from the technologies and insights emerging from Contact. Higher education will undergo a profound transition as researchers and academicians absorb and integrate what is being shared.

Culture and Creative Arts

Imagine the creative explosion! Science fiction becomes science fact. Art, music, and film find entirely new dimensions to explore. The idea that we are the sole intelligence in the universe becomes, within a generation, not just implausible but laughable.

As we come to understand that we are genuinely admired by other cultures — that we bring something unique and valuable to the galactic community — we begin to inhabit a much larger sense of ourselves. We are not a troubled backwater. We are a diverse, emotional, creative civilization joining a community of equals.

Tourism

Perhaps the most striking long-term impact will be on travel. With ZPE technology and torsion field propulsion, not only would poverty and geographic isolation end — but the Pleiades, Sirius B, Alpha Centauri, and dozens of other advanced civilizations would become destinations. Tourism to other planetary systems would become, within perhaps a generation, as ordinary as international travel is today. The effect on our consciousness — individually and collectively — would be incalculable.

Conclusion

This book is tracing a long journey: from understanding why contact matters to how it has been developing to the personal, intellectual, and spiritual preparation required, to the practical realities of formal Ambassador work, and finally to the civilization-transforming impacts that well-managed Contact will generate.

The challenge is real, and the professional dedication it requires is not small. But the rewards are incalculable. Life as we know it would change radically. History would turn on this moment.

The coming New World is exciting and inspiring. Let us come together and meet it with everything we have.

If properly documented and transparently shared, the implications of such contact when done publicly will be profound and far-reaching.

Ideally, initial face-to-face contacts should be unannounced to the public, government, or media — except for those intimately involved. They should occur in quiet, remote locations away from large populations or risk of official intervention. Over time, contact sites would expand worldwide — Mount Shasta, Lake Titicaca, Japan, India, Europe, and beyond. Each culture will find its own natural ways of making connection with Cosmic Friends.

Facility Design

Many contactees have had spontaneous encounters without special facilities or technologies. Mike Battista, for example, has had contact with Andromedans who arrived in a cloud-like formation, took him aboard their craft, and returned him to his ranch. During the encounter, he was injected with a three-point syringe they described as preventing microbial contamination.

Our Cosmic Visitors know how to make contact far better than we do. We should follow their lead. Most likely they will invite us onto their craft and will handle all the logistics.

Even so, we should take responsibility on our side to create an environment that is as safe as possible for both parties.

Suppose they prefer to make direct contact at our location, despite attendant risks. In the near future, this may be a likely scenario because ETs who have already been working with us to further Disclosure would view such a public display as an important part of the mission. We should be prepared to be proper hosts.

One concept is a mobile living facility that is similar to quarantine units used to house astronauts returning from the moon. Such a facility might function like a mobile home with two separate sections divided by a transparent partition, allowing both parties to see and interact clearly while maintaining environmental separation. Both sides would be maintained as clean rooms with negative-pressure ventilation pulling any contamination outward. The ET side would be maintained at whatever atmospheric conditions — nitrogen/oxygen ratios, ammonia presence, pressure — are required for their health and comfort. Radiation levels would be carefully monitored and shielded as needed. High-quality lighting and extensive recording systems on both sides would be essential.

Such a public encounter would enable journalists, media, scientists, etc., to witness and document Contact for massive public consumption.

Considering Ambassadors being taken about ET crafts in a less dramatic way, there is still a need for thorough preparation. Individual protective suits with gravity compensation, contamination controls, and radiation shielding would need to be prepared in advance for each team member. Portable video and audio recording devices for documentation would be necessary. Additionally, careful technological and psychological debriefings for each team member would be necessary.

Ambassador Teams

A primary Ambassador team of four to six individuals — with a trained backup team — will have prepared for many months, possibly years. Their training will include solo and group meditation, extensive education on Earth’s true history and galactic history, social science and diplomatic training, and extensive field exercises in group teamwork. Fear management and morale monitoring will be ongoing throughout.

Leadership structure and protocols with specific tasks must be clearly defined in advance. All team members will carry communication devices enabling real-time coordination with each other and support teams. Pre-planned question sequences will be developed and adapted dynamically as answers are received. Honesty and transparency are the watchwords throughout.

This last point is especially important: ETs are highly skilled in telepathy and can detect inadvertent deception. Human psychology often suppresses unexpected experiences into the subconscious when stressed, so Ambassadors must be trained to be as authentically open and self-aware as possible.

At the same time, protocols cannot be rigid. Field exercises will emphasize spontaneous response to unexpected challenges — done, wherever possible, in a playful and enjoyable spirit.

These of course are general themes. Detailed processes and routines based on established CE-5 protocols will be shared in Chapter 21

Support Teams

Contact encounters should be remote, unannounced, and mobile — so large on-site entourages are impractical. Even so, the significance of the work requires diverse expertise to be available, at minimum by telecommunications. However it happens, such events are historic. Not only should every aspect be professionally and thoroughly approached, but careful public communication needs to be conducted as reliably and credibly as possible. Below is a sampling of the roles that need to be represented in some form.

• Planners and Administrators: Ongoing logistics, facility preparation, contingency protocol development, and post-contact communication coordination.

• Psychics, Channelers, and Intuitives: Invaluable for bridging communication gaps. Military contactees with psychic training may volunteer for civilian encounters. Multiple psychic receivers reduce the fuzziness sometimes inherent in telepathic communication. They also may tune into aspects of the encounter that are not immediately obvious.

• Hybrids, Contactees, Starseeds, and Experiencers: Beings with human-ET hybrid genetics may perceive subtleties of behavior and communication that others miss. Starseeds with relationships to specific visiting civilizations can help interpret inevitable confusions and elevate conversations to unanticipated levels.

• Reporters and Scribes: Open-minded, credible journalists — ideally with prior CE-5 experience — who can convey the full experience to the world directly and honestly.

• Facility Technicians: Microbiologists, radiation specialists, electricians, plumbers, drone pilots, and transport personnel for rapid response to surprises when our facilities are in use.

• Linguists: Symbols, partial language attempts, and written communications may arise. Linguists can contribute even where telepathy dominates. An excellent example of this is shown in the movie “Arrival.”

• Diplomats: For managing cultural friction and the misunderstandings that inevitably arise in any high-stakes cross-cultural encounter. Ambassadors themselves should have basic diplomatic training.

• Scientists: Physicists (quantum physics, free energy, antigravity), mathematicians, social scientists, and exopolitics specialists can interpret outcomes for the scientific community and the world.

• Psychologists: For developing team coherence during training and supporting Ambassadors as their public roles expand. They also will play crucial roles in debriefings after what will inevitably be stressful and even confusing experiences.

• Government Liaisons: To manage political dimensions, soften resistance, and navigate the interests of entities that may be supportive or hostile.

• Historians: For contextualizing impacts on society and providing perspective on meaningfulness in the broadest sense..

• Security: Both physical and cyber security, given the likelihood of backlash from those invested in the status quo. Any change inevitably comes up against resistance, which might even involve violence.

• Lawyers: To protect rights, structure any technology or knowledge exchanges, and provide legal frameworks for agreements. Issues of ownership and patenting can be sticky when vastly different civilizations interact.

• Social Media Experts: To ensure the public narrative reflects truth rather than conspiracy or distortion. Because of likely backlash from people and institutions invested in tradition, all reportage needs to be unassailable from standpoints of accuracy and credibility.

• Filmmakers and Documentarians: To provide the world with a full, honest, and compelling account of what the Ambassadors experience. Such narratives will have powerful impact on consciousness worldwide.

Full and Transparent Reporting

The most important aspect of every contact encounter will be how it is reported to the world. Historically, contacts have been private — kept so by fear of ridicule and by the reality of suppression. That era is ending.

All observations and data must be shared openly and transparently with the global scientific community, without exception! Science notoriously resists genuinely new information; that is a challenge to be addressed going forward, but it does not diminish the responsibility of the Ambassador Program to insist on complete transparency. Secrecy must be the enemy.

The group of Ambassadors involved will have their lives changed irrevocably — not only by the contact itself, but by the aftermath in public life. Face-to-face contact with ETs will be among the most momentous occasions in human history. It must be handled with utmost professional care, forethought, and deep respect for what it means for every person on this planet.
