If someone has grown in life we call them successful and otherwise failure. But this is not the ultimate valuation of a person.]

If we became successful our mind starts to ignoring the failed people in our field. Their image becomes blurred ,their laugh becomes a joke and their lifestyle becomes a source of amusement for us. Another side ,a successful persons double meaning jokes become a life lesson for us.

This is like a racism of point of view.

successful or unsuccessful is a matter of time . It is not a defining property for anyone.

An UPSC educator can also be a UPSC failure aspirant. When i was reading in school one of my teacher has failed in his class 10th examination at his time .

But in two cases both becomes very successful later as a teacher. A football coach always don't need to be a proven footballer in his era like that .

When we look at our mother, we think we are gen z .She will definitely cannot catch our mistake .But she always..

I am not a footballer , not a coach but i also can understand football as a regular watcher . I don't have knowledge like them but i have something not empty .

The funny things happen when we want to fool them . Then they react like a injured lion . Then we know their real value. Because they only unsuccessful on their paper not in real life .

We are not politician .But when a politician try to make us a fool we bloom as a true revolutionary.

Failure as an event . Failure is past. Failure is a lesson. Failure is not the end .

If someone had something to say we have to respect him . We don't need to make fun . Remember the story of the evolution of one of the greatest poet in Sanskrit literature. His journey from fool tag to a symbol of wisdom reminds us a present condition is not necessarily a verdict of someone's potential.

Maybe that is one of the good definition of confidence. Confidence is not the proclamation of telling ‘ i am superior ' rather it is conviction that ‘ i am capable with my capacity in front of any situation '.

One of the toughest exam in India UPSC civil service demands confidence . Only some aspirants clears successfully in the interviews. When 3, 4 persons sitting behind you and asking questions continuously, you don't need to be the best knowledge seeker ,you need to confident be a confident aspirant who smartly replying answers with smile. In that interview you are dealing with unfamiliar questions ,uncertainty so you will not able to answer all the questions .One of the clearest manifestation is to say ‘i can't recall it now ' without embarrassment instead of saying ‘i don't know’.

I have also noticed one thing. Every aspirant will not get selected , this is a harsh reality. But after multiple attempts ,no selection this is not the end of anyone's life. Many aspirants switch their profession and became so successful in their field. This is where confidence helps , to take decisions in tough times.

A confident person can adapt anywhere like a bird sitting on a tree branch. The bird is not interested in the load bearing capacity of the tree branch ,instead it believes on it's wings .

Confidence also changes the concept of failure. For an unconfident person failure is the end of a circle where for a confident man it’s a event and right direction for success.

Confidence can act as both characters ,

First, ‘King, where is your cloth ? ' when you need justice and

‘ I need some help ' when you are in a trouble.

Finally, confidence does not mean we can't fail ,it means we can do it again with a better version next time.

We often forget life is a gift for us . Probably we have earned it through our work. But we are not totally grateful about our life.

We have become accustomed to thinking that happiness is only and ultimate evidence of a successful life or a good life . We make criticism on our failures, our irritating moments, sadness , disappoint. And that's where we make the ultimate mistake about life.

We all have a limited time for live , very limited. And without enjoying that time we are on the road of unreal opinions which is the destination of our uncontrolled pain in life.

A good life does not mean a life without problems.

A bad life also doesn't means a problematic lifestyle. Both are the reflection of photography which tells us about a moment not about the whole scenario.

And this starts from our frame of reference. When we see someone making a great progress in life, we dramatically made our life sad . But progress is not similar as happiness.

We don't find any life when things are not going in our way . We made thousands of disappointment and that's where we misunderstood life because it is also the main part of our life .If the ratio is 50 -50 then we have to accept it and need to make a smile.

“ I will make this degrees, i Wii be a millionaire '' then well will enjoy the life , probably the most lied things ever .When we were in our childhood we have not any degrees , we were not millionaires but we were happy. So why today we became so much demanding?

A mega city can have it's own’s voice but a village also have a exclusive silence. We also have to admire this . When i am writing this article many people fighting for their life in hospital.

So where is life ? Life is in every moment until our last breath .And before that everything is a gift . so let's enjoy today because it's is life not a race.

Today i haven't won any awards from school, not cracked any exam. I haven't performed any stage today ,note written something extraordinary. I just wake up in the morning ,gone for a walk to enjoy the music of the world .Some myna birds from the mango tree , probably reaching a agreement with a loud voice while an old man sweeping his yard with a morning vibe , and the morning air felt soft on my skin. Then I came back ,ate breakfast ,studied my subjects ,watched my lectures . At noon, i became lazy after lunch ,but again i opened my books and start reading . At evening as usual, i gone for a walk at my village’s narrow streets. And after coming back home ,i have taken tea ,which is most important for me , then back to my study table .Probably i was frustrated for a while because it seemed to be boring cycle for me and i am riding non stop with one direction, there is no excitement in that journey. Then i started to read Michel Jordon’s quotes about his life and his beautiful 15 years of his basketball career . His famous quote'‘ i have failed over and over again in my life and that's why i succeeded ".probably it felt like he was talking about my ordinary days too . After that ,i finally touched my laptop and gone for the study section and when i saw the clock it was already 9 P.M .So It's time for dinner .I ate with my sister then spend some times with our cats and that was a good time .When the clock hits 11 P.M ,my mind started preparing plans for the last shift of the day .

Nothing special happened today .Many special things happened with today's award winner , today's good performer but probably they have spent many ordinary days for this special day, like me ,wow just like me .I am happy not for this fact but for this moment. Today i have seen a new version of myself which is improving, today i have met some great people, today i have spent time with my books ,what i want more ?

Tomorrow i will wake up again, walk the same streets ,but maybe i will notice something crazy and i will discover something.

Let's ,i am giving you my example. If i want to become a doctor, a writer i have to work hard, putting more study hours , need to write more quality writings .The amount of work i will put for it will be my choice . I cannot use the term sacrifice because i have to option work or comfort , if i have chosen work then it is not sacrifice its commitment and choice.

My parent's are working hard with me .Because obviously if i do something good they will be proud. But it's not their choice .They are giving me their time ,giving up their ,personal ambitions for me ,for my sister this is called as sacrifice.

I have made a definition for sacrifice “when things becomes personal goals this becomes choice , when things become for a greater vison of mankind this is termed as sacrifice.

A player wants to improve his performance working hard can term as choice but the same player when playing other position which is not his natural position but playing for the balance for the team can term as sacrifice.

I can giving you the scene behind it .Our parents don't have the obligation to give their precious time to us , they can enjoy their life , many parents doing it too. They are not obliged to giving up their hobby for us .Many moms left their job for his child which she get after tremendous efforts and commitment , she will not get back her job after his child become adult. Instead she can use a caretaker for his child but she had the purpose to giving his child the best guidance , that's why it is not a choice it is a sacrifice because she had left the most beautiful time for us .

And now look at me if i become a doctor i will have money, good life that's why i am working for it , so it's a choice for me.

After i became doctor if i treat poor people without money than it can become a sacrifice.

So, we have to think before doing a work is it a sacrifice or choice ?. because we feel every hard work or hard time is a sacrifice but sometimes its simply the price of choosing one life over another.

INTER MILAN:

The defending champions ,probably with the best squad depth in Italy. Last year Inter Milan won scudetto with a good gap .This year also i am expecting like that . With a strong attacking lineup lead by Martinez and Thuram , and Bastoni , Akanji in defence, they become the hot favourite for this year Scudetto . They have aslo signed john stones , Djed spence which surely gave them extra squad depths. Cristian Chibu is a reliable manager , Inter fans can trust him. I think this year also they can repeat it though ,they will face heavy competition with Juve ,Milan and Napoli.

NAPOLI :

Max Allegri is the new successor of conte this year in Napoli, who was fired by Ac Milan last year .Again ,he was serial winner with Juventus , Napoli can trust him but many people doubting because after rejoining Juventus it was a not good experience for him. With Lukaku leaving , Rasmus will be so crucial , Kevin de Bruyne also fit for this season, and the superhero of this time for Napoli Scott is also there. This year Napoli almost inactivate throughout whole transfer window but with this squad they are one of title contenders.

AC MILAN :

RedBird capital this year speeded well in transfer market which we usually don't see from Milan side. With Ruben Amorim as a new coach. We can criticize Ruben Amorim for what his records in Man Utd but again he is still one of the good choices for Milan . It can be risky also. They have signed Gonzalo Ramos ,Diego Moreira ,Mario Gila. So with a decent transfer window they can find themselves in top 4 or in title race but Milan always crumble in pressure, especially against lower rank teams. Excessive Rafael Leao dependence harmed Milan in past few years . This year he can leave , where Pulisic is in plan . So with a new attacking lineup mainly with a proper no 9 they can compete .

JUVENTUS:

The Italian giant Juventus have suffered a lot in past few years but this year i think it can be very good year form them. They have signed Kolo Muani who can be a great fit for them. They have also signed Vicario from Tottenham which can solve their goalkeeping problem because most of the Juve fans are not happy with Di Gregorio . They have Kenan Yildiz ,Chico Concienciao so it's a good attacking lineup with a reliable defence. Their manager Spalletti managing well this team.I think Juve should finish in top three and also compete to win the Europa league

Como was playing Serie B last in 2023 ~2024 edition, now they will play UCL this year ,what a remarkable journey . As we all know, Cesc Fabregas as one of the top upcoming managers, he is doing a great job in Italy. They have Nico Paz as their main player . But this year i think they can underperform because a lot of competition. Last year they played without European competition but this year with this squad depth i think they will face problem .Let's see how Fabregas manage it.

ROMA :

Last year Roma earned the UCL place with a fantastic season under Gasperini . And this year they retained Dybala Which is a great news for Roma fans . Donyell Malen last year scored 14 goals in Serie A , Which helped them beautiful. This year they have signed Rodrigo Mora, Santiago Castro which can them squad depth .Personally, I feel Roma should focus on regular European spots than title.

Without these teams Atalanta, Lazio , Bologna also provide strong competition in this league . Serie A becomes highly competitive ,as we can see the small margins in point table . A dog behaves like a on duty officer at night, a cow gives us milk, a chicken wake everyone in the morning. And then there is a cat, the self declared supreme animal on the planet with a lot of ego.

Actually i didn't know cats from beginning of my life. My sister was the person who brought cat at home. When i first meet with the cat i felt normal like with other animal but after some times it started to showing it's true colors.

In this employment world era, where every animal finding their job ,cats are very relaxed like they know how to deal with it. Like a donkey works overnight for his food, a horse running fast to break Usain bolts record ,the cat are still enjoying in their life.

“Ignorance is the greatest policy " “ cuteness is a weakness” and “ attitude is power " this three concepts were invented by the domestic cat. If a cat is hungry they know how to behave to get the food but when you call the cat in free time ,It simply ignore you like a Hollywood celebrity.

As we all know cat's are party animal. They disappears at midnight for their respectful parties . Maybe their parties begins with hot rat soup. Then comes the ultimate menu milkshake with rat legs flavor , foul smelling fish bones and may other items which scientist are still trying to find because cats strictly protect their personal life from others. But some good friendly cat's exposes domestic cat's lifestyle secretly.

Based on my observation cats are really good at negotiation. I have a strong feeling that our cat has hypnotized my sister. If this proven true, i will never forgive him because it has stolen my sister and my position at house. How good my life was before this egoistic cat.

I don't rate cats too much maybe i am biased but let's be honest i don't see any special talents without hypnotizing in it. Okk, Someone is following me, wait ,,

Actually, now when i am writing this particle ,now the cat observing me like a dictator. So this is for today ,i am promising to you that one day i will fully expose the thug lifestyle of domestic cats ,if i write more today maybe i will be in problem. So i am publishing now , Thank you.

Like when we become a forward in football we have to score to cement our place, when we gave exams we have to score maximum or required marks to prove ourselves. A writer always needs to write his writing to prove his relevancy .

This is necessarily important .But i think there is a point where it quietly becomes something else .

When things become relative ,it becomes the dark chapter on it. Like we are studying not because we love it, not because we have need information about life, but we want to show someone that we can.

We want to become successful not because it matter for us personally ,but we want someone to regret for doubting us.

But the worst thing happen we make wrong choices in our life to make a scenario that we are the best , happiest.

Like in an Indian family if someone's child becomes doctor it affects their relatives, their neighbors . And they put pressure on their child to become a doctor without taking his opinion on it.

In social media when we see successful posts ,our brain started to make a fake scenario that we also have to be there, maybe we can become more successful, more better than him but we choose different path.

I was also like that probably . When i was younger , if someone misunderstood me i want explain himself about my work . One day someone asked me about what is i am doing after my exam . I have said i am taking a break after this major exam ,But he was like you should start from today ,but probably he forget about my health, my life beyond exams , obviously i have to start earlier but i have to give some time to myself ,i am not a machine. Sometimes later i understood that it is not like this . Everyone's opinion is not my future .I have to choose what i like. I don't want my entire life to be a response to someone else's opinion. In my field i have to prove myself , but in my way. From that day i stopped proving and started living in the beautiful world .

We think intelligence means to solve tough math problems ,to crack exams ,to get awards but you can not define intelligence only by this things because when we write definition of intelligence ,we also describe emotional intelligence.

Emotional intelligence does not means of being calm at all time .You can be frustrated, angry , sad , hurt , jealous or afraid. But when this things are happening with you ,how you react and how you solve this things rather than crying this called emotional intelligence.

Emotional intelligence people can fell anger, frustration like other people but they don't all this things to make their decision. Like when we fail in exams we fell sad ,many people gives up without analyzing why they fail ,many people put their failure in education system ,but an emotional intelligence people makes decision why they fail ,the reason, and they made their explanations about it with patience and then makes decision.

The most common trait of emotional intelligence is the ability of patience and self analyzing. Do i really want to do this or is this moment making the decision for me ?

Like we often fell in love ,but most of the cases it is not love ,it is the attraction of age .Many teenagers makes decision with emotion rather than correction. They fell in love in social media, with their classmates without knowing the chemistry. Their emotion makes them more weak to the person and when they don't get this person eventually many teenagers makes suicide.

Like i have noticed one common thing about that many people want to show up, they buy cars, house without checking their capabilities on it. If one people buy a car, other people also wants to buy a car without judging it is necessary or not.

In most the cases of rape ,we can see the uncontrolled emotion mean uncontrolled excitement that force the person to take his worst decision in life.

So, Emotional intelligence does not mean being emotionless. It means allowing emotions to sit beside you without letting them hold the steering wheel.

And that was the time we survived. To ask why makes us more adaptive than others .Before us dinosaurs existed, many birds, amphibians, fishes also existed, but their ancestors never asked the question why ? and that's why they disappeared.

The difference between human and dinosaur was dinosaurs ’s life cycle lies on food, danger and rest where humans" life cycle revolves around food, danger ,rest and the curiosity which eventually made the question “why” ?

In todays human civilization we can see also this concept. Many poor people thinks that's my life ,i will never become rich ,but some poor people think why ? i am also a human ,i have also 24 hours ,i can eventually become rich if i work hard.

when we waste our time ,our energy every smart person who will eventually becomes successful ask the question why ? why i am doing this .But the unsuccessful people will don't make anything like this.

So, probably human civilization will disappear the day we will stop the question why because , the moment you stop asking why ? you stop becoming human and become a dinosaur.

So don't just survive. If your child asks why is the sky blue ?don't shut them up.

That one question might save our civilization.

There is not one answer of this.The first logic can be the distance ,if someone left us the distance increased and distance directly proportional to our desire about this things.If we are far away from home we miss home dishes and we prefer to look for a hotel which reminds us home foods.But when we are at home we say “mom this so boring ,you make same dish everyday”.Then we prefer to go to a hotel which gives a different taste.

second logic ,the exitement and emotion both gives serious attack on our desire and increase the amount of desire.When we see someone become successful,we want to become like him or her without seeing our potential in it.When someone buys a nice car it attracts our excitement,we become emotional about that ,forgetting about that we don't have enough bank balance about it and emotion helps to prevent the thinking that when we have money we will have also.

third,failures and successes also makes this type of thinking .When we constantly failing ,we see other lifes beautiful which is not true completely.He has different problems ,different failures,but our view changes with constant failures.Same as when we become successful we have more pressure than we miss our previous life.oh,there was no money ,but there was peace, we think like this.

finally,We have to accept it that everything isn't for everyone.I have something,you have something,they have something.The most important thing is to accept the life that what i have it is beautiful.If i am short i cannot wish that everyone will be short ,someone will be tall,handsome .And accepting this makes our life beautiful.
