During this booking cycle I will be trying to shift most appointments to start at 11am and go to 5pm instead of the previous 1pm-7pm. This will help me streamline my day a bit better and also make my commute much easier as I drive about an hour to work everyday!

Something sappy…

First, I would just like to start with thanking all my clients that continue to keep me busy! This profession is absolutely incredible because I get to meet so many new people and step out of my shell. You guys make going to work on the most difficult days so much easier, which makes my job just that much better.

I am booking for Tuesday-Saturday, 11am-6pm (last appointments around 3-4pm). Saturdays do book out the fastest so please let me know if you need a weekend or if you are open to making time in your schedule. If you cannot get in this booking cycle, please try again next time!

• I will be booking every 2-3 months to make sure my wait time isn’t too long for clients!

• Subscribing to this newsletter will ensure you know when I am booking, dropping new flash, when I have cancellations, and any other tattoo updates.

• To book, you will fill out a form with details about your tattoo. I will then email you to discuss your ideas more/ find a day and time for your appointment. At this point a $55 deposit will be required to hold the spot. A full day session requires a deposit of $110.

• There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. Please let us know if you must cancel/reschedule your appointment before this time. You may forfeit your deposit if informed after this time frame. You may reschedule your appointment twice before your deposit is void. Does not necessarily apply for emergencies and weather difficulty.

If you submitted a booking form in June and did not receive an answer, please fill out another form! I received more responses than expected and was not able to get through everyone. This time around, I will have my booking assistant, Brittany helping with all inquiries. That means that everyone SHOULD receive some answer about the request. (If I decide not to take your project on, you will still be notified). Expect a reply within 1-2 weeks. If you still haven’t heard from us, feel free to send an email to check in.

We will be starting a waitlist! If your project isn’t accepted this time around, we will add you to the waitlist and you may be contacted when I have a cancellation/start booking again.

Please have inquiries ready for September 1st! Last time, the form filled very quickly and was closed within a few days.

Before your tattoo

• Stay hydrated days before your tattoo

• Eat a good meal beforehand

• Exfoliate and moisturize the area a few days before

• Take a shower before your appointment and make sure you skin is clean with no lotion/exfoliator

Afterwards

1. Remove wrap 2-4 hours after your tattoo

2. Wash your tattoo with anti-bacterial soap (dial unscented is perfect) and warm water. Pat dry with paper towels or let it air dry.

3. Apply a thin layer of aquaphor

4. Repeat steps 2 and 3, two to three times a day for the first three days ONLY (it is very important you don’t continue to use aquaphor on your tattoo past this point)

5. On the fourth day, continue to wash your tattoo but you can let it dry out and leave ointment or lotion off

6. On the fifth day, start using a unscented light lotion

7. Continue this for the next two weeks!

DO NOT swim or sunbath for at least two weeks after your tattoo. If it seems as though your body is still healing, then wait even longer…

DO NOT scratch or pick your tattoo… just do a little pat pat to make it less itchy

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I prepare for my tattoo?

Stay hydrated! Make sure you are drinking plenty of water, even a few days before your tattoo. Eat a good meal beforehand and feel free to bring snacks and drinks to your appointment. (If we are doing a full day session, bring a lunch or order something you’d like as we will take a quick lunch break!)

You can exfoliate and moisturize the area a few days before the tattoo but please keep the area clean the day of. This will make sure your skin is nice and prepped for the tattoo!

Please wear clothing that makes sense for your tattoo. Wear/bring shorts if we are working on your leg, etc. Don’t wear your fanciest clothes… just in case.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes! I don’t mind if my clients bring a friend, however please keep it to just one as I can get very overwhelmed/distracted if there is so much going on! It’s important you’re able to sit still and calm while getting tattooed so please keep that in mind as well.

Will I see my design before the appointment?

I do not send designs before our appointment. This is why it is super important for you to be detailed in what you need from me! If you aren’t too picky and want me to run with my ideas, that’s great too!

You are however, more than welcome to make changes during your appointment. IF there are major complications with a design with a lot of detail, we may have to reschedule.

What should I expect for pricing?

My hourly rate is $150 an hour and my minimum is $150. When we book your appointment, I will give you an estimate of timing so you know what to expect to spend! I am more than willing to work with budgets and can set up smaller sessions to help accommodate you.
