You may not be able to explain it.

Nothing on the outside may have dramatically changed. You may still wake up in the same home, go through the same routines, fulfill the same responsibilities, and show up for the same people.

And yet, something inside of you feels different.

A restlessness begins to stir.

A quiet knowing.

A feeling that whispers:

There has to be more than this.

That feeling isn’t necessarily telling you to abandon your life.

It may be inviting you to finally step fully into it.

Because sometimes that restlessness is your soul reminding you that you didn’t come here merely to survive your days.

You came here to live them.

And perhaps even more importantly—you came here to live them on purpose, for a purpose.

Your Soul Has Been Speaking All Along

Your soul rarely screams.

It whispers.

It speaks through the things that light you up.

It speaks through the dreams you can’t seem to forget.

It speaks through the people you’re drawn to help.

It speaks through the ideas that keep returning.

It speaks through the moments when something inside you says, This matters.

And sometimes, your soul even speaks through the things that break your heart.

Because our purpose isn’t always discovered through what comes easily to us.

Sometimes it is uncovered through what we have survived.

The heartbreak.

The rejection.

The loss.

The detours.

The seasons when everything we thought we knew about ourselves fell apart.

We often look at those chapters and wonder:

Why did I have to go through that?

But with time, another question can begin to emerge:

What can I do with what I have learned?

That question can change everything.

Your pain doesn’t have to become your identity.

But it can become wisdom.

Your wounds don’t have to define your future.

But what you learned while healing them may become the very thing that allows you to reach back and help someone else find their way forward.

Sometimes purpose grows from the places we once thought had destroyed us.

Purpose Doesn’t Have to Be Something Big

I think we sometimes make the idea of “purpose” far more complicated than it needs to be.

We imagine that discovering our purpose means we need to write a book, build a business, start a movement, become famous, or somehow change the entire world.

But purpose isn’t measured by how many people know your name.

Purpose is measured by how intentionally you use the life you have been given.

Your purpose may be found in raising a child who knows they are loved.

It may be sitting beside someone who is grieving.

It may be creating something beautiful.

Growing a garden.

Starting a business.

Writing your story.

Standing up for someone who doesn’t yet know how to stand up for themselves.

Breaking a generational pattern.

Choosing kindness in a world that desperately needs more of it.

Or simply becoming the person you once needed when you were struggling.

Never underestimate the ripple effect of one person choosing to live consciously.

You may never know how one conversation, one act of kindness, one word of encouragement, or one brave decision changes the direction of another person’s life.

Purpose isn’t always loud.

Sometimes it looks like love.

Stop Waiting for Permission

One of the greatest ways we abandon ourselves is by waiting for permission to become who we already know we are meant to be.

We wait until we’re ready.

Until we’re healed enough.

Until we have enough money.

Until someone validates us.

Until the kids are older.

Until life settles down.

Until we’re less afraid.

Until someone tells us, Yes, you can do this.

But what if the permission you’ve been waiting for has to come from you?

There may never be a perfect moment.

There may never be a day when every fear disappears and every answer becomes clear.

Sometimes the path only reveals itself after we begin walking.

You don’t need to see ten miles ahead.

You only need enough courage for the next step.

And then the next.

And then another.

That’s how lives change.

The Life That No Longer Fits You

There is another part of living on purpose that we don’t talk about enough.

Sometimes answering the call of your soul means admitting that something no longer fits.

An identity.

A relationship.

A belief.

A habit.

A dream you once thought you wanted.

A version of yourself you created simply to survive.

Growth can be uncomfortable because the person you are becoming may no longer fit inside the life you built when you were someone else.

And that’s okay.

You are allowed to evolve.

You are allowed to change your mind.

You are allowed to want something different.

You are allowed to stop performing a version of yourself that keeps everyone else comfortable while quietly abandoning the truth inside of you.

There comes a time when we have to ask:

Am I living the life that is expected of me—or the life that is calling me?

That question requires courage.

Because living authentically may disappoint people who benefited from the version of you who didn’t have boundaries, didn’t speak up, didn’t dream bigger, or didn’t believe she deserved more.

But your life cannot be built entirely around keeping everyone else comfortable.

At some point, you have to become willing to hear your own voice.

What Is Your Soul Calling You Toward?

Maybe your soul isn’t asking you to change everything.

Maybe it’s asking you to change one thing.

To finally write the first page.

Make the phone call.

Take the class.

Start the business.

Apply for the opportunity.

Forgive yourself.

Set the boundary.

Share your story.

Rest.

Create.

Travel.

Speak.

Love again.

Believe again.

Begin again.

Maybe your soul is asking you to stop shrinking.

Maybe it’s asking you to stop apologizing for taking up space.

Maybe it’s asking you to finally trust the person you have fought so hard to become.

Or maybe it is simply asking you to become quiet enough to hear what has been trying to reach you all along.

Living on Purpose Changes the Question

When we live unconsciously, we tend to ask:

What am I supposed to do?

When we begin living on purpose, the question becomes:

Who am I here to become?

And perhaps eventually:

How can who I am becoming serve something greater than myself?

That is where purpose begins to take shape.

Not as a destination.

Not as one perfect answer.

But as a way of living.

Purpose is choosing to be present.

Purpose is choosing courage over comfort when your soul asks you to grow.

Purpose is choosing truth over performance.

Purpose is using your experiences—both beautiful and painful—to bring more compassion, wisdom, healing, creativity, or love into the world.

And purpose is understanding that your life matters even when you cannot yet see the full impact of it.

Your Soul Is Calling You

Maybe that’s why you’re reading this today.

Maybe something inside of you has already been stirring.

Maybe you’ve felt the restlessness.

Maybe you’ve been asking questions you can no longer ignore.

Maybe you know that a chapter of your life is ending, even though you don’t fully understand what comes next.

You don’t have to have all the answers.

You don’t have to know exactly where the path leads.

But you do have to be willing to listen.

Because there is a difference between being alive and truly living.

There is a difference between getting through your days and intentionally creating a life that reflects who you are becoming.

And there is a difference between waiting for your purpose to find you and deciding that today you will begin living purposefully.

So ask yourself:

What keeps calling me?

What makes me feel alive?

What have I survived that has given me wisdom?

Where am I still shrinking to make others comfortable?

What would I do if I stopped waiting for permission?

And perhaps the most important question:

If my soul could speak clearly to me right now, what would it ask me to do next?

Listen carefully.

The answer may be quieter than you expect.

But once you hear it, don’t ignore it.

Take one step.

Then another.

You don’t have to change the whole world today.

Just choose to show up fully for the life that is yours.

Live your life on purpose, for a purpose.

Because your soul is calling you.

And maybe it’s time you answered.

When you begin your healing journey, you do not realize how many lies you are living in!

🛡️Lies you are accepting from others

🗡️Lies you are keeping inside of you that you are telling others

🦋Lies that you are telling yourself to justify the falsehoods you have been living in!

As you unravel the pieces and parts of yourself that have been lying to keep the peace, to fit in, or even unknowingly (because you didn't realize it!)

You begin to see clearly how false this reality really is!

You see through everything and everyone in society!

Not that you didn't see it before, but now you can recognize falsehood like you recognize your own face in the mirror!

Life becomes extremely difficult at this point, because you have decided that you want truth, integrity, honesty, and real love in your life!

This world and our societies are not wired for this!

You will go through a period of grieving for the loss of your distorted reality!

As you grieve and make the decision to keep moving forward into the light of truth; you will have to make some very difficult choices!

Those choices will not be easy to make, because you must be willing to let go of everything you thought was real in this world!

You will then go through a period of extreme loneliness!

It will feel like you are completely alone on this planet and noone else understands!

Keep going if you are at this point, I promise it's worth it!

After the refinement process, you will be a completely different person!

You will not ever accept less than you deserve again, because you finally are telling yourself the truth about who you are and what your true purpose is!

Keep healing warriors, keep letting go of the past, keep rising, and know that you are never alone!

Even if noone else understands or accepts you for the new you with boundaries and respect for yourself...

The only thing that matters is your destiny!

You came to this planet on a mission to forget who you are and then remember!

Thank God you remember now!

There are moments in life when transformation feels beautiful—like a butterfly finally opening its wings.

And then there are moments when transformation feels like uncertainty, endings, waiting, and wondering what comes next.

This week carries a gentle reminder from Heaven:

You do not have to see the entire path to trust where your soul is being led.

As we move through August 24–28, you may become more aware of what no longer feels aligned with the person you are becoming. Old patterns may feel heavier. Certain relationships, responsibilities, expectations, or ways of thinking may suddenly feel different.

This isn’t necessarily a sign that something has gone wrong.

Sometimes it is simply evidence that you have changed.

The invitation this week is not to force an answer. Instead, become quiet enough to notice what your soul has already been trying to tell you.

The Courage to Become

There is something sacred about the butterfly.

We admire its beauty, its freedom, the way it seems to float effortlessly through the world.

But we often forget what had to happen before those wings ever opened.

Transformation required the complete surrender of what it once was.

And maybe that is the message some of us need this Monday morning.

Change is not always comfortable.🦋🪽❤️🗡️🛡️

Sometimes change arrives because we choose it. Other times, life chooses it for us.

🦋A relationship changes.
🦋A season ends.
🦋A dream takes a different direction.
🦋Something we once believed no longer feels true.
🦋The person we used to be no longer fits the soul we are becoming.

And suddenly, we find ourselves somewhere between who we were and who we are becoming.

That space can feel uncertain.

But uncertainty does not always mean you are lost.

Sometimes it means you are transforming.🦋🪽

You Were Never Meant to Stay the Same

Imagine if the caterpillar resisted becoming the butterfly because crawling was familiar.

Imagine if it said, “But this is who I’ve always been.”

There are seasons in our lives when we do the very same thing.

We hold tightly to identities, relationships, habits, beliefs, expectations, and even old wounds because they are familiar. We know how to survive there.

But there comes a moment when your soul begins whispering:

There is more for you.

And eventually, that whisper becomes impossible to ignore.

🦋Transformation asks us to loosen our grip.

🦋To stop trying to force yesterday to fit tomorrow.

🦋To trust that something can be ending without everything falling apart.

Because sometimes what feels like an ending is actually the beginning of becoming.

The Cocoon Is Part of the Journey

🦋We love the butterfly.

We don’t always love the cocoon.🪽

🦋We love the breakthrough, but not necessarily the waiting.🪽

🦋We love the freedom, but not always the surrender required to find it.🪽

🦋We love discovering who we are becoming, but grieving who we used to be can be painful.🪽

Yet there is purpose in the in-between.

There are seasons when life becomes quieter. When certain people fall away. When things stop working the way they once did. When we are called inward instead of forward.

Don’t underestimate those seasons.

The cocoon isn’t punishment.

It’s preparation.

Some of your greatest transformation may be happening during the seasons when it looks like nothing is happening at all.

You Don’t Have to Have It All Figured Out

Maybe you’re standing at the beginning of a change right now.

Maybe you can feel something shifting, but you don’t know where it is leading.

You don’t need the entire map.

You only need enough courage for the next step.

Release what you know you have outgrown.

Listen to what your heart has been trying to tell you.

Trust the doors that are closing.

Notice the ones beginning to open.

And give yourself permission to become someone you have never been before.

There is no rule that says you must remain the same person simply because other people are comfortable with that version of you.

Growth will change you.

Healing will change you.

Truth will change you.

Love will change you.

Life will change you.

Let it.

A Monday Reflection

As you begin this new week, ask yourself:

What am I being invited to release?

What am I being invited to become?

Where am I resisting change simply because the familiar feels safer than the unknown?

And perhaps the most important question:

What if the change I have been afraid of is actually carrying me toward the life I’ve been asking for?

You don’t have to rush your transformation.

A butterfly doesn’t fight its way through the process because someone told it that it was taking too long.

It becomes when it is ready.

So give yourself grace for where you are today.

Maybe you’re still crawling.

Maybe you’re in the darkness of the cocoon.

Maybe your wings are beginning to unfold.

Or maybe, for the first time in a very long time, you’re realizing that you were born to fly.

Wherever you are in the process, honor it.

Because transformation isn’t about becoming someone else.

It’s about releasing everything that no longer belongs to you so you can finally become more fully who you were always meant to be.

So this Monday, don’t be afraid of the change.

Trust the becoming.

Your wings may already be forming.

Live your life on purpose, for a purpose.

Who you are connected to matters. On all levels.

Not only those whose authority you come under.

But those who walk closely alongside you -

friendships; attachments; ministry alliances; even family members.

Where there is misalignment, you will find continual tension, friction, exhaustion, and fruitlessness. It’s not a comfortable place to be. Everything feels harder and heightened when you are out of alignment. You have to push twice as hard to get half as much done and are often battling physical symptoms due to its effects. When something that should be smooth is suddenly bumpy and uncomfortable, recognize what it means.
