Whenever I speak about my abstinence it gets the loudest crickets. However I don’t share what I share for validation or applause, I share because I know there’s at least one woman out there on the precipice of having this very same epiphany I have had, and I do feel hearing my thoughts would be a great benefit to her, wherever and whenever she watches this.

I thought this epiphany was going to lead us in one direction, and instead it got much more specific, and healing, than I could have expected. After recording this video, I’m genuinely inspired and feel like I have a solution for a mystery that has always plagued me. That’s one of the reasons why I love spontaneously hitting ‘record’ and freestyling my thoughts, with an open heart, in conversation with God. I hope this train of thought reaches those of you who may benefit from this deprogramming. It’s a perspective shift that resonates with me, and is in alignment with my integrity, so I’m choosing it.
