Am I choosing or is my mouse leading the illusion of control?

I read a tiktok post about a woman saying she had basically no good pictures with her children because she’s always the one behind the camera. It’s time she can’t redo. It costs nothing to do, takes little to no time and that’s what makes it cut deeper.

Taking a beautiful photo isn’t always just for social media or vanity but a token of love and appreciation.

If someone always waves at you when you leave for work by the windows maybe they want you to do it back too.

In nature an animal jumps because the amount of energy it costs to jump or flinch when scared to avoid a snake is worth less than getting bitten.

But what about how it takes even more energy to not flinch?

There is a reason why the best artists suffer.

I don’t mean just buying toys and necessarily going to the degree of worshipping it.

For me it’s clothing and learning that I actually don’t need to buy things or trinkets in my home. I don’t have a lot of them or a lot of space to spare so I’m having to learn to be a minimalist while being a maximalist at heart.

I stopped buying a lot of clothes for the past year for multiple reasons, not just that wasting money is bad but that it’s taught me that buying clothing is a way to put me at ease.

Overconsumption is a problem in general in our culture and the worship of it but also it’s similar to how adults will rely on a drink to calm down. Is one drink or shopping a little going to be life ruining? No but it’s not a good mechanism to rely on and that’s the point.

But the thing nobody prepared me for is how empty it can make you feel to stop these sort of habits.

It can be depressing to be honest. People sell this solution like it instantly makes you happy but it doesn’t. It’s healthier but not happier necessarily and that’s the hard truth.

It’s hard to reprogram yourself to find happiness in things that aren’t food or clothing or drinking. It leaves you with this empty feeling of okay now what? Work? Ok you work. Now what?

It forces you to face yourself and your shortcomings that were being covered up. You’re forced to reconcile with the coping mechanism. You have to face the fact that you’re not that good at things.

The better perspective on that is “I’m improving”. But is that where my mind goes first? No. See all this energy you have to use when you shift your mindset is hard to muster up when you already are low on energy.

For me I’m coming to terms with the reality is you will just overeat sometimes. You will just drink sometimes. It’s nothing crazy like doing drugs or gooning out but it sucks to come to terms with the fact that you need some level of consumption with the exception of a select few people such as nuns.

Doing charity work can help replace this feeling right, but as they say you have to help yourself before you can help others.

Moral of the story is you have to learn how to generate happiness and choose to experience it. Learn to find happy experiences.

I had a dream I was on an elevator with a fat guy in this building that had like 30 floors. It reminded me a lot of the project buildings because a lot of the other elevators were out of service. I was warned by a woman that some were broken when I tried to get on.

I finally got on one that I hoped the entry wasn’t broken and I needed to go to the 20 something-th floor.

It was me and a guy left on the elevator. I debated getting off and just taking the stairs at this point but the doors closed.

He looked disheveled with long black slick back greasy hair, like the kind you see with the sterotype of a fat unkempt nerd with his eyes bulging out.

As the elevator went up, I felt alarmed to be alone with this man. He had a cat it was grey cat he was holding onto like a purse. It looked like he wasn’t going to care for it or something. I asked him about the cat because I was concerned, and then he threw it out on an earlier floor and said “It’ll be fine, I resist my (violent) urges when I get them”.

At this point I was sweating bullets getting nervous to be locked in this elevator with this guy. I really should have gotten off on that floor.

I didn’t feel comfortable but I was betting that he probably was just an autistic guy in distress from his own problems.

The elevator starts shooting up past floors not stopping like it was a rocket ship. I could feel the gravity shift and how I was becoming weightless against the force of the elevator.

The anxiety was really hitting because now the concern became less about being murdered by this guy and if his cat was okay, and more about if the elevator was going to crash 20 floors down killing us. I remember it started going up so fast that I literally started to get closer to the fat ugly retarded mental patient for comfort because I was pretty sure we were going to die and all I felt was anxiety watching the numbers of the elevator go up, missing my floor. I just wondered how high will it go?

I was listening to this woman talk about how her husband didn’t really want her to do chores but she made food anyway one day, and her husband pretended it was good but they both knew it wasn’t and then laughed together.

There is something so deeply fulfilling about being loved by someone you love, just by being. Someone who wants nothing out of you. Not money. Not for social benefits. Not for chores. Not even for sex, despite being attracted to each other.

When you are loved doing nice things for someone isn’t something asked for, but given. Given voluntarily. Doing something not because it was expected of you but because you just wanted to do it.

When you go to cook for someone and they go “No I will make something”. Or when you have to do a chore and when you go to do it, you see it has already been handled.

There are few things less special than someone you love who wants to just wants to be present with you because they wanted to over everything else —whether it’s over other people or even an obligation.

Someone you love that has no intent to “Get” something out of you is one of the most romantic things you can ever experience. To live and just receive what is given out of love. If you haven’t had this, can you ever say you were truly loved?

Women will say POV (point of view) and then show something from the other person’s point of view instead of the subject they’re talking about.

How is it that so many women do the POV meme wrong consistently?

Is it that they’re dumb or is it that or perhaps they really do see the world in a different perspective?

I believe women generally, on a philosophical level, experience the world in third person. That is why when they say POV instead of showing first person perspective they show themselves.

This changes a lot more about your reality and the perception of reality than you think and can theoretically explain a lot of the behavior they show.

There is something called the objectification theory, and before you roll your eyes the intent here isn’t to say le women oppressed.

This is just me using an idea out there to support that women do report show symptoms if you will, of experiencing the world in third person.

• Someone is home alone but catches herself adjusting her hair every time she walks past a mirror.

• She chooses pajamas she feels “cute” in, not because anyone will see them, but because she’s become accustomed to evaluating her own appearance.

• While exercising, she’s thinking more about how her body looks than how strong or healthy she feels.

Now it begins to make sense why women including myself have a proclivity to playing dress-up games.

I used to love playing these games when I was a kid. I would play IMVU, Gaia online, and tinier me and would endlessly spend my allowance money to look cool with items I gambled for or illegally bought gold from some Chinese person to get said items.

I played mmorpgs like Luna Online, Luna Plus, Edda online (all of which ended up closing down rip) and a lot of other copycat games of a similar genre where you get to dress up as a cute anime girl wizard.

The reason I had such a fixation with these games was that it allowed me to feel pretty by making my character pretty. When you play a anime more or dress up game you are seeing yourself in third person.

Women physically often identify with the characters they play or watch. This is why we watch Disney Princess movies and feel ugly or left out if we don’t see representation of our own features.

If you ask a guy they will say they identify with Goku from Dragon ball and then you look at him it’s a black guy. He obviously looks nothing like Goku but he identifies with him probably because he’s not perceiving himself in third person philosophically speaking, on a daily basis.

I think that men are okay identifying with an intergalactic alien monkey but I think girls at a young age need to be able to literally perceive themselves in characters and when they don’t look like them it causes dysphoria.

I’ll speak for myself here that I experienced this perception issue with curly hair growing up. I played a lot of video games since I was 5 years old. I watched a lot of anime on some ancient streaming services of the time in 240p. And of course I also consume normal media like cartoons on cable as well.

Back then they didn’t really feature naturally curly hair in any of the media I saw. Today they do a little bit more.

This example is not one from my childhood this is more modern, but for example look at the Moana & the live action movie of it.

Ironically it is rare media of a girl with natural curly hair. The actress they hired had curly hair naturally just like Moana, yet they straightened it.

I had AI make the compilation here so it slightly enchanted it but the gist is the same.

In video games you can find characters with curly hair but it’s curled like you would get from taking a curling iron to straight hair and curling it which is a different texture and style from natural 3B-3C curly hair —how it is curly from the root such as mine. The ringlets on my hair are a lot smaller and are about the circumference of a sharpie.

It could be a beauty standard thing for why naturally curly hair still isn’t that prevalent in video games or they jsut don’t want to invest the money into the hair dynamics but nonetheless, the lack of media “affirming” my hair was beautiful growing up resulted in me tirelessly using hair treatments and flat ironing my hair and frying it to death to be straight as a teen in order to look like the anime girls I saw with straight hair and bangs.

I literally gave the female NPC from this game as a reference photo to my stylist once.

While my example exudes autism to some, this is a common story from girls with naturally curly hair even if they don’t watch anime or game. It is reflected in other media they consume, so you have to wonder why that is such a common experience.

Note: I am not saying I support bad castings and race swapping characters in media.

While it’s a little more common now with le inclusivity, you still don’t really see naturally curly hair in games that often and then often times they make “inclusive characters” ugly so that doesn’t really help in my opinion.

I think in theory, perceiving yourself and the world in a third person perspective makes women more neurotic about our appearance and hyper aware of it which can influence our behaviors.

It can show in the games we choose to play, what we watch and make us check ourselves out in the mirror a little too much.

You ever see those streamers where they are too busy checking out their appearance in OBS to pay attention to what the other person is saying?

It’s things like that, that I think understanding how the philosophy of experiencing the world in third person gives us perspective about why women act they way they do in other things.

I asked AI if it were experiencing life this way how does it think it would affect behavior and I have to say it does sound a lot like women.

If you mean you experienced life as though you were constantly watching yourself from behind—like a video game camera—rather than through your own eyes:

• You’d probably become much more self-aware. You’d notice your posture, facial expressions, and habits in real time. Many people would likely groom themselves more and consciously “perform” their identity.

• Social anxiety might increase. Seeing yourself during awkward moments could make embarrassing experiences feel even more vivid. People might spend more mental energy judging how they appear.

• Empathy could improve in some situations. Watching yourself interact with someone might make it easier to recognize when you’re being rude, dismissive, or kind, because you’d have an outside perspective.

• Motor skills would take adjustment. We evolved to coordinate movement from a first-person viewpoint. Walking, catching a ball, or driving from a third-person perspective would initially be much harder, though the brain would likely adapt over time.

• Social norms might become much stronger. Right now, when you’re alone, your “audience” disappears. If you still saw yourself from the outside, you might continue behaving as if someone were watching. You might dress differently, clean more often, or avoid embarrassing behaviors because you could see yourself doing them.

• Memories might feel different. Interestingly, psychologists have found that people can recall memories from either a first-person or an observer (third-person) perspective. Third-person memories are often associated with thinking more about the meaning of an event or how others saw us, whereas first-person memories tend to preserve more of the original emotional intensity.

And with that last one it made me think about the cases of false rape accusations.

You’ll often hear from men that get accused of rape, that women will change the story after the fact about having consensual sex. That women will regret it and therefore have to alleviate the responsibility of their actions by saying it was non-consensual.

I think this theory of having a third person perspective might give us some insight on why women do this.

It potentially affects how they perceived the event happening. In theory, seeing in third person makes the emotional intensity of the events higher when they’re recall them.

Initially, they experienced consensual sex but upon recall they may have higher emotional intensity and therefore change it from a consensual thing to “This was rape”.

This doesn’t make it right, false rape accusations are very serious and wrong. I just want to walk you guys through why I think it happens sometimes using this theory.

Women might be motivated by being malicious and trying to ruin the lives of men but I think this theory may shed light that some women are perceiving the memory as rape (that was consensual in this instance) because of the perceived emotional intensity influenced by their third person perspective.

This is not an attempt to remove autonomy from women or say they’re therefore not responsible for fake rape accusations just because they see the world differently. I am just simply explaining that experiencing the world in third person could influence their actions and partially explain why they do those things.

You really could go on and on about how seeing the world philosophically in third person would change your behavior and I’d like to see some discussion on this theory.

Anyway today, I’d like to share some attractive qualities men can have that aren’t always spoken about as an attempt to alleviate the genderwar slop exhaustion. I’m slightly misleading in saying men because these are also pretty cool in a friend and not just dating.

Obviously, everyone likes to be around guys who are tall, physically good looking and funny but, I wanted to talk about less obvious attractive qualities that deserve more of a spotlight.

So while making an article is not “quiet” I do think these attractive qualities are not that loud. This list is not all encompassing and I’m not including obvious things lie

1. When men have good taste. I think this is one that people find attractive in each other regardless of gender. Someone selective is often someone of quality. People like people with good taste it shows intellect, creativity, and good forward planning in my opinion. It makes you feel cool to be around someone with good taste that you are part of the life they curate. It’s not just in their taste in cars, watches or women they select but also can be in their literal food choices, choices in their home aesthetics or even the breed of fishes they own in their fish tank. It can even look like having good movie tastes and really being able to explain it.

2. Guys who hone their craft. Again this is something that applies to anyone really male or female but it tends to be that men will autistically skill max at things that are measurable and therefore observably cool. This can translate into many things.

3. Being Competent. I think the two prior once really just expand on this point. A man knowing where he’s going for example can be an attractive trait. Picking up on things nobody else notices in a situation is another example.

4. Being alert. Being aware of surroundings so that I can relax. Like the other things, this isn’t really even a partner exclusive feature it’s just something that makes others feel safe around you. I think this has something to do with why women notoriously hate when men nap.

5. Being assertive. Similar reasoning to the last one.

6. Reading about an interesting topic or learning something. Like this article of course. Someone who has interests tends to be more…interesting. Depending which ones the mileage may vary. But we love a passionate person.

7. Smelling good. Naturally, not from spamming cologne. So underrated and not something talked about because you need to be next to someone in real life to know. Again really these are just general attractive things and don’t necessarily have to be romantic.

Recently I watched a video by Dr.Ana who is a psychologist with over 662,000 subscribers on Youtube that makes videos on trendy topics and relating them to psychology.

I don’t watch her too often but I do have in interest in psychology so every once in a while she will cover a topic I find interesting. This one was about Tradwives. Women who are traditional 1950s stay at home wives that care for the house and kids.

According to Dr.Ana (who is usually pretty good about getting accurate and reliable studies in my experience of watching her) the study was conducted across various races of men, across the political spectrum with a size of about 500 people —which is alright for a social study like this.

The study found that more leftist men knew what the trad-wife movement was compared to Conservative Christian men. I found this shocking considering the obvious, but they do say “A fish doesn’t know it breathes water” or something.

They also measured for malevolent and benevolent misogyny by asking their reasons why they would want a trad wife & why they think a woman would want to be one.

Benevolent misogyny (or sexism) is defined by Dr.Ana as women being viewed by men as kind of infantile —and that women would want or maybe expect this when they’re striving to be tradwives.

It’s the sentiment of “At least I’m getting treated like that by my husband instead of a boss at work”.

The men in the study gave responses ranging from women being lesser than to maybe it’s fulfilling for the woman. The study found that men that desired trad wives actually showed more malevolent sexism against women.

An example of that would be thoughts like women are lesser than, beneath them, are lazy, manipulative etc. (These are examples Dr.Ana gave.)

According to Dr. Ana, this implies that even if the woman did submit, they would still think less of her.

I think it’s pretty obvious that Dr.Ana has (socially left leaning) bias when she explains that abusive men would want to have control over women —so therefore you should be wary of men who want “Trad wives”.

She is right but she’s also wrong.

This is my opinion from observing these type of spaces that idealize traditionalism over the past decade: it’s a dice roll.

I think there are a good chunk of men that would love to provide in the same way that you get joy in giving someone a gift, and I also think a lot of met utilize this ideal as a way to grift and make money online and not practicing what they preach (See the Elijah Schaffer Sarah Stock affair). Or they view it as a means to have their own bang maid that they view as a doormat to wipe their feet off on.

I don’t think it’s great to have a partner you don’t see as more than a utility, but I do see the pathology here.

It can be harder to respect someone when they’re just acting as your servant all the time while lacking autonomy. Having your own hobbies, your own interests —these are things that help humanize someone.

If you strip those things away, don’t be shocked when you’re no longer viewed as a human being with personality.

Any mentally well man who does cherish his woman will want to engage with them. They want stimulation.

Not wanting that is pretty homosexual and you actually see this sentiment a lot among groups like Groypers with their leader, Nick Fuentes commonly making remarks on his livestreams about dreading having a wife and having to converse with her or share spaces with her.

He is widely known as fruity after his cat boy date among other controversies.

If a guy truly did want someone that they don’t have to engage with and only connected with through sex…then that is a red flag.

That’s what a man who wants a beard would do.

Women are not the only ones who need someone that can engage with, the men who will treat women well want this too. This is important for the bad days, otherwise you’ll be mistreated and miserable.

You don’t have to be smart to be stimulating by the way. Intellectual stimulation one way of doing it, but there are many ways you can be fun to be around! It’s up to your personality to figure out what that is.

My hot take is that men generally value connection more than a woman being perfectly traditional. They may even value a woman being very hot as more valuable. I wouldn’t be shocked to see a trad guy choose a hot girl who doesn’t know how to cook but knows how to have fun over a “Trad” woman who knows how to cook and be completely and utterly submissive…but is kind of mid.

People can say anything, but pay attention to their actions and who they spend time around.

You might’ve seen a lot of of “The fall of X Influencer” or “X Influencer exposed” “Is done for” etc. Even entire subcultures and movements are taking hits (Such as the red pill).

Of course exposés have been around for a long time, but lately lolcows have been really getting milked for entertainment.

In this article we will talk about the lucrative market of making fun of influencers and where it’s headed.

With more people online now than ever both in the amount of time they’re online and the quantity of people, A-logging has increased in popularity. A-logging is keeping tabs on someone to criticize them and make fun of them.

The subjects being made fun of are lolcows. You tugs on cows to produce you (the A-logger) milk to drink and become stronger.

Now that the internet has been around longer, more people have adjusted and have gotten very good at A-logging, to the point where now there are lolcows that are rage-quitting the internet such as the recent incident with TheQuartering host Jeremy Hambly —who recently deplatformed the Kino Casino.

Jeremy HAMbley has become a lolcow, even quitting X, after the Kino casino made fun of him for bringing a guy with an actual cuckoldry fetish around his wife, and how boring his show is.

TheQuartering threatened to take the Kino Casino down (Trying to target their free speech for making fun of him on Youtube) both publicly and privately with Kiwifarms owner Josh Moon.

He later leaked the messages of TheQuartering flexing his Youtube representative to try to get the Kino Casino deplatformed which I made a video about there if you want to see it.

TheQuartering being a big crybully, who steals other people’s content in his Youtube shorts, just made it that much more fun for his A-logs to make fun of him.

This resulted in him relapsing with drinking alcohol…a Fireball $3 flask no less, ew. Even his drink choices are worth making fun of. His binge drinking and drunken Twitter meltdowns and vague threats quickly became a meme online. “He’s quit the internet….until it’s Millter time!”

The Future of A-logging Becoming Lucrative

An A-logger or Youtuber covering someone else’s content (A lolcow) may add to their content a lesson, or make something funny, maybe they even share something insightful…but often times it can just end up being reductive if they don’t know how to do it.

While there are people like the kino casino who are pretty effective at a-logging lolcows and getting them to produce entertaining content (Or Milk) for their own audiences to laugh at them (drink), there are now also casual people attempting to a-log who do not know what they are doing and are also incompetent.

This ironically enough will result in some A-logs themselves in the future falling on their own swords from trying to imitate those who make it look easy.

They will fail to fact check or look into if what they’re reading is actually true, or where they get the information or if there are motives behind the person giving it to them.

How do you know you’re not dealing with double agents tricking you into allying with them?

When a lolcow tries to become an a-logger the result is a disaster causing them to become even fatter lolcows to be milked. We haven’t even peaked in this lolcow renaissance yet. Mistakes will be made.

You have to remember, anyone can go on the internet and lie. A-loggers who think they can do what for example the Kino casino does are not going to know what they are doing, and end up trusting bad sources or trolls.

So what’s to stop someone from lying to troll an A-logger they don’t like?

They can twist things that seem true and add their little theories and embellishments on it. Why not? It’s your fault for not researching or trusting internet randoms.

Why would someone go on the internet and lie?

Maybe they’re an ex lover who is scorned. Maybe it’s someone who is mentally ill, or maybe it’s just someone lying for the love of the game and entertainment value especially with how easy it is to make fake things with AI or to even remove relevant context to suit their narratives or frame it as something it isn’t.

A-logging becoming saturated and the more saturated market affects the quality of work.

The internet became less “Good” once cellphones normalized being on it and I see the same thing happening with this new re-vitalized wild west of the internet. When A-logging is in the hands of people who don’t know how to properly keep receipts, fact check, be honest, it ruins the “sport” of it.

I foresee this becoming more common once trolls remember that they can lie on the internet to troll A-loggers (Who are lolcows) that don’t know what they’re doing as well.

Why A-logging has gained popularity

It’s obviously lucrative for starters but why?

Topic choice is very important on places like Youtube, in order to grow. If someone searches an e-celebrity or podcaster, it’s easier for a channel to pop up criticizing them (Often being reductive in nature) than it is to just make a video about a different topic. A-logging helps small channels grow fast.

This doesn’t make it bad by default.

There is a purpose to exposing people who grift off of their audiences and are doing harm; such as fake Christians. Online Christians who live their lives in completely opposite ways of what they say, so that they can get money from their audience who is being mislead and often led to do immoral things that conflict with the faith. The motivation is that it’s profitable because people are easy to move once you give them a common “evil” enemy.

You see this with Groypers and Nick Fuentes and how that movement is falling apart because of the increase of a-loggers showing receipts on how their “Catholic” movement is just a label for them to be in a club while not actually having to live a Catholic life, at all.

This is not to say this is how genuine Catholics that make real efforts to be true to their religion act. I’m actually saying the opposite —that these people are being exposed for NOT being good Christians in general online and that it’s a performance for cash and to feel included in their internet groups.

It’s actually not about the religion at all, they use it as a shield from criticism. People are exposing this because they’re tired of being lied to.

Another reason A-logging has increased in popularity is that with all of these internet subcultures, too may controversies adding up over time causing them to be a “High bounty” Target. If you rise to the top fast, you often fall really hard and people love to see someone take a fall which in turn has caused this lolcow renaissance. The market isn’t too saturated yet and the reward is high.

There is a need in the market for authentic content, influencers are out of favor now.

Even me having to type this article with no help of AI, can become charming if there’s a typo or two. People want to feel something is authentic (Even if it isn’t).

Influencers and their perceived luxury falling out of favor reminds me how in tough times, luxury branding become bad taste when everyone is too poor to keep up. Now not having nails done is a flex to counter signal, did you know that?

Things like hair color (Being a “Recession brunette”) and even fashion (Wearing halternecks, no luxury branding etc) are affected by the economy and I think it’s helped create this economy of A-logging.

People can’t even afford the food they want these days.

People rather consume content from people on forums than people with fake brands.

What better time for something with low cost and high gain than when there is financial pressure from inflation?

Even anonymous A-logs on Kiwifarms are getting the glory of taking down a lolcow successfully. They’re not online influencers, but instead “anonymous” people with usernames on the internet. Everyday people.

I think because of the new threat of this new wave of a-loggers coming along who see how lucrative it is. People will realize that it’s harder to scam audiences now. Some do it for the love of the blood sport, and others are getting paid to keep tabs or receipts on influencers.

This will also influence the popularity of V-tubers because people will see the value of protecting one’s identity as we enter an era of increased surveillance.
