Apparently, I’m thinking about sissies a lot lately.

Actually, that’s not entirely surprising… they tend to attract themselves to me like a moth to a flame.

Because I think my relationship with the word has changed too.

I changed too.

That’s kind of funny to me now.

Because these days, I’m much more interested in what’s happening underneath the clothes.

What does femininity give you?

What does surrendering some of that masculinity feel like?

That question tells me far more about you than what’s hanging in your closet ever could.

After years of talking intimately with people who call themselves sissies, I’ve realized there’s so much more underneath that word than clothing.

For some people, yes, it’s feminization.

Maybe you don’t need to decide what it means yet.

Maybe you’re allowed to just enjoy it.

The internet has certainly helped make the word messier.

Porn has.

People have.

But I’m not convinced that’s necessarily a bad thing.

Because everything is on a fucking spectrum.

I love that.

And after all these years, I’m becoming increasingly suspicious of anyone who thinks they have the definitive answer.

Maybe you get to decide what the word means when you put it on.
