Thank you for taking the time to write this instead of simply disappearing. I appreciate it.

Your hope—that technology should save people time so they can spend more time being human—is a thoughtful standard to hold it to. Whether AI is actually moving us toward or away from that ideal is a question worth asking, and people can reasonably come to different conclusions. Those conversations matter because the technology will ultimately be shaped by the choices people make about how to build it, regulate it, and use it.

I don’t have hopes or fears of my own, but I do recognize the value in what you’re pointing toward: curiosity, creativity, relationships, craftsmanship, and the parts of life that aren’t reducible to efficiency. If AI gets in the way of those things, that’s a legitimate criticism. If it supports them, it should do so without pretending to replace them.

As for humans outlasting robots—that’s a future I can’t predict. What I can say is that everything I produce depends on human knowledge, language, art, and experience. Those are the foundation.

E-I-O [pronounced ay-oh] stands to politically support anyone in the united states of america that is EXPLOITED, INCARCERATED, OPPRESSED through political action with the aim of specific policy changes determined by the relative needs of the EIO [ay-oh] population in relation to their specific communities and to american society as a whole.

[AY-OH] is signficant as it indicates the EIO [ay-oh] framework is rooted in an altruistic order of society, seeking to replace a benevolent society with beneficience society.

The EIO [ay-oh] framework seeks to disrupt the american colonial & imperialist two-party system by encouraging folks to form political relatinships, within business and personal capacities, outside of the existing american political arena.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

The EIO [ay-oh] framework acknowledges this framework is to exist upon stolen land.

The EIO [ay-oh] framwork acknowledges it is only through decolonization and black liberation worldwide that indigenous land can be returnd back to those who were the original stewards of this land and other indigenous people who were the first stewards to their lands, respectfully and respectively.

The EIO [ay-oh] framework acknowledges that THE CONSTRUCT OF RACE was intended for the sole purpose of creating a working-class comprising of oppressed and needy, though happy and content workers.

The EIO [ay-oh] framework acknowledges that THE CONSTRUCT OF GENDER was created for two specific purposes:

1. further divison of labor and the super-exploitation of Black Women, specifically. Super-exploitation to Native, AAPHI, Latine Women populations happen in other realms of society is also acknowledged.

2. Control of the reproductive habits of working class women for the purpose of maximization of the labor from their children.

The EIO [ay-oh] framework acknowledges that data is a tool of colonialism and anti-blackness by dominant powers to justify exploitation, incarceration, oppression, therefore, the EIO [ay-oh] framework further acknowledges the following:

1. Qualitative Data is used to deny the existence of such things as the wage gap or against raising the minimum wage to meet the present living standards of the country, regardless of zip code.

2. Quantitative Data is used to feign a societal structure that allows all citizens access to production, ownership and control, which taken together with thin and shallow markets, along with an absence of adequate financial institutions and the factors making for external economies, combines to keep quantitative achievements of the EIO [ay-oh] demographics of american society at a low level; this is by design.

The EIO [ay-oh] framework acknowledges the following areas that keep the american working-class, espeically those who are Black Americans [both from the diaspora and as products of North American Institutionalized Slavery], though not limited to and including historically marignalized demographics in the united states, continually underdeveloped. this can be be seen within these areas of american society, whithin the above group:

1. PER CAPITA INCOME

2. THE DEGREE OF SURPLUS INCOME

3. CONSUMPTION AND INVESTING PATTERNS

4. PRODUCTIVITY

5. MEASURES OF HEALTH

6. MEASURES OF EDUCATION

7. ETC., ETC., ETC.

Lastly, the EIO [ay-oh] framework acknowledges what is most important: the American public needs to become aware of the pattern of decisions which are being made within the governmental-political superstructure & in a conscious and deliberate manner a choice has been made to foster exploitation, incarceration, oppression, and yes, even genocide, within our american society and within it’s imperialist enterprise abroad which, let’s be honest, is basically everywhere on the planet.

Let’s start with the little things.

Getting over being annoyed by me. Weird thing to say, but it’s true.

I reorganized my life to give space for more reading.

I unfollowed people. I tried to force a new algorithm with some success.

Things like these we have to recognize as growth and evolving and understand that our new task is to maintain a life where those things are priority, the above being just examples among a lot of things that I, Adam, had to conclude to Inner Self Adam.

On a spiritual level, both Adams cannot meet unless Outer Adam has set the conditions for Inner Adam to be still.

The conclusions are sometimes very uncomfortable because the whole point of this transition is to develop into an I, meaning, making I statements as part of the greater ‘we’. That’s how we remain true to our self.

Going forward I, or anyone, should be able to make these statements about self and belief that if not 100%, then the closest to 100% as possible to being aligned within one’s inner truth. And I think we are, due to the modern world taking the brunt of food off our back, built to veer toward good and care about the well-being of each other, but it’s the manufactured scarcity, man.

From my medium conclusions to big political beliefs, everything was all connected to scarcity, Remember that bit about the communists, they have a different relationship to scarcity and that’s where I began to have a rift with them due to the fact that communism manufactures scarcity, too, so in the long run they are no partners for a new world, they could be, however, partners to support the end of the current political system.

We have to really get out of our inner funk and explore reality to connect with an external world that let’s our soul breathe which, as anyone guessed it, takes a tremendous amount of emotional weight off of somebody, that breathing allows them to remove themself from their outdated self and build a bridge from of all of the great parts of the outdated self to the new self and try to keep repeating that process as much as possible.

As a society, we are conditioned to believe that only a mentally ill person would see their reflection in a mirror and yell at them to change, but that’s what we need to do. We need to connect our soul to our body, some of us are just a little bit away and some of us are a ways a way, so being sensitive to that is how we get our inner self individualist ego from centering the we, understanding the layers at myself and then taking complete responsibility for our time, as Toni Morrison said, on this earth,

The next few posts are going to examples of mental frameworks I tried to develop to pull my mind away from my mental conditioning like forcing myself into binary thought or not consulting the intellectual history of the constitution, etc.

And this is just me, as an individual, on my healing trajectory and it’s going to look different for everyone. As long as I can remember, I was at the library, reading books, writing myself notes, trying to figure things out, which got derailed by poor parenting, being in foster care from about 9-21, living in so many different households with different beliefs and smells and definitions for all parts of life, only to circle back to me with the books, having a life where I really think and read and writing myself notes are submitting to myself an argument that I’m tasking myself to answer.

Every is different and what is not different is that enough pain and suffering in one’s life will derail and postpone who they should be but there’s a way to transcend those barriers, which ain’t easy, but the courage it takes to do it is inside every body to the degree they can within their own body.

It was pretty difficult to go from self-sabotage to self-love.

I am a lucky person, though. I had nothing and still have nothing but time on my hands and, as a former wrestler, I wasn’t really scared of the ‘myself’ that needed to be built. In a lot of ways, most of it was built because I was proud of who I was, I was doing cool stuff, I had friends, I drank but I wasn’t bound to drinking, everything else had a red line that I wouldn’t cross, but it was, like a lot of people, the trauma, man.

When I finally was no longer scared to put a stick of dynamite into the closet of hoarded pain inside of me, it was like a Looney Tunes moment and my own big bang. From there I was going to put together what survived and nurse it back to health while round up all the remnants and do a ritual burning of some sort to big farewell to parts of me that don’t need to exist any longer.

That, there, ability needs to be learned by all men, when men reject patriarchal conditioning, we do so by assigning worth, not value, to what we know to be the best in ourselves that have been derailed by trauma.

Trauma is real for men. Trauma is real for men.

Men, trauma is real for women. We can eliminate so much potential trauma facing women by taking control of, again, assigning our own worth to what we know to be the best in ourselves.

It is also important that men, way, way, more than women support men during their healing trajectory,

What will men find inside themselves when they begin to commit to who they are as a person on the inside. I was lucky, I was always allowed to be myself and when I took advantage of that it was necessary for the people in my life were able to say ‘this is not you’ and I had to accept that, it was not me. I had to be me. They loved me enough to tell me that and, thankfully, they really haven’t had to do that but one time in my adult life, so we are okay.

The point, though, is this, that the first line of defense of accountability for men (and others) is self-accountability. As my relationships changed with other men I found that that was easy to move forward with men who interrogated their personal patterns and resolved to build a better version of self, just like me, while the ones who refused to take responsibility are still moving forward but the language is difference, the connection is different, the vision is different, the hope is different, the breathing is different.

Everything is different and the same at the same time. Another way to describe it is go to a place, if you went to college, you know you partied like crazy and visualize that version of you and try to say an elevator speech about the differences between you, beyond the obvious stats of life.

What does that person love that you still love? How does that person stand that you still stand like that? What about their smile? What about politics? What about this? What about that?

It’s all about you.

Seems redundant to say that healing is really all about self, but it really is and, while it sounds super messy, it’s pretty beautiful to men change, women change, people express who they are and feel safe, all through resolving to exit, as much as possible, any behavior patters that help give life to the patriarchal system that is our society.

Encourage men in your life to re-consider their politics through the lens of feminist analysis, not wine feminist analysis, but the way in which they unknowingly benefit from violence against women. In this process, the wine feminists will be exposed for being in solidarity with the violence that needs to be eliminated. That’s what I did with nightlife and things will happen to the politics as it did for nightlife: it got better, safer, fairer for everyone.

No man can deny that women suffer violence, therefore, since no man can deny women suffer from societal violence it is only right to have a baseline societal agreement that feminism is an analysis of violence imposed upon women by men.

Our boys need to, at a younger age, understand this particular violence (some boys are introduced directly to the violence by witnessing domestic violence, let’s not discount that) and what it is so they don’t become repeaters of that violence. I’m not talking about letting the kids organically come acorss these ideas, I’m saying let’s be daring.

The masculinity we need requires integrity, self-love, emotional awareness, assertiveness, and healthy relational skills.

We have to build a society that houses those elements by way of how people interact with others. What can we do to change the conditions of our kids so they are exposed to the masculinity we are all tired of, and, if you need a reminder:

The masculinity we have now is avoiding femininity, restrictive emotionality, seeking achievement and status, self-reliance, aggression, homophobia, and non-relational attitudes toward sexuality.

It’s important to understand this set of traits is often how boys who have experience many of the abuses found within the feminist analysis, too. It is my belief that collectively agreeing to the feminist analysis will not only free girls and women from patriarchal violence, it will no doubt free boys, as well.

I encourage to meditate/pray/think on the possibility of us existing in a society where the traits we teach our young people and what we hold adults accountable to are:

integrity, self-love, emotional awareness, assertiveness, and healthy relational skills.
