But I will never stop learning and listening to a wiser voice, my inner voice, the Voice of God, the Christ in me. My yoga teacher blessed me with a practice that addresses being vulnerable; I have been practicing it, lately, on a regular basis. Each time I practice it I feel more secure, more safe, more protected, and more courageous. And this is how I always felt when my husband walked this planet with me. Now we vibrate differently but I can still feel free to be vulnerable in his spiritual arms.

When his health was declining, he told me that he would never leave me; and guess what he never has! These Promises we made to each other are so alive, so real and so True. Love Never Dies!!

They are less frequent now because when we are not measuring linear time and space, our union is NEVER broken! He is always with me, awake or asleep. Geoffrey you are always with me but I really wouldn’t mind another visit soon!💜😇💖☯️💗☮️💞

It reads as follows: “To love someone is to see the Face of God.” This was one of the most favorite truths for my husband Geoffrey and it soon became mine as well! So because I prefer to express myself in verse, these poems ensued after he transitioned to our Creator. All of life is relationship; God created us this way. The relationship I was so blessed to share with my husband brought me to the creator; our Divinity is His Divinity!

It was not what I wanted at times but nonetheless a journey into my soul, our soul. And as I went deeper in, I began to feel more and more connected to my husband, to the spirit that we share. Going deeper into Self, We connected to our Source together! the spark of the Divine is in us, in all of us. Your sister Noelle used to always say ‘‘God is Good, Sabu”!! Yes God is the Good!!

My beloved Geoffrey enjoyed these moments of togetherness and especially on the Holidays! My grandson, Isaac enjoyed eating at table everyday and his mother, Susan taught him how to set a proper table!

He would shout to his grandpa from the window, “Grandpa, it’s time to eat!”

We would then all join together and share the food, the love and give gratitude for such abundance! These are such good memories!!

Sometimes people come together for the wrong reasons and the union fails. In fact it took two times for my Geoffrey to find his true soulmate, his twin flame(I am #2)! But, when that union comes from God; when our egos are set aside and we accept the gift of True Love that God freely gives us, therein lies our Happiness, our Joy. There are no substitutes for this Truth, this LOVE!

No marriage is perfect. Of course, ups and downs happen; but when we are joined to our soulmate, our Twin Flame, all grievances dissipate and only LOVE remains! We become ONE!

This spiritual handbook teaches us a simple but very profound truth about who we are. Yeshua(Jesus) said it simply,”I and the Father are ONE”. The truth is that we are as God created us; created by the Changeless, we are One in Him and He in Us! We see with His Light, we think with His Mind, we love with His Heart, we trust His Strength is in us, we hear His Voice. We are sustained by His Love; and so too we sustain each other. When we feed each other, we are nourished; when we give, we receive, because giving and receiving are one function. Our function is to support each other! When I am weak, you strengthen me; when you are weak, I strengthen you. Our function is to give each other Peace, Joy and Love. This is our Home and we share this Home with our Creator, we are One. I wrote this waterfall poem to my beloved Geoffrey on one of his birthdays. This is my Food offering for the Soul, our soul.
