When I went out for a run, my mind seemed to pull from that knowledge to wrap words around the intangible and elusive. Then, as I spoke to others, my relationships seemed to encourage the clarity.

I write for myself. I write to remember. To remember that, as humans, we have an imagination. Writing is what brings me peace.

I collaborate to create. It is in collaboration with others that my imagination is at its best. Collaborating with others is what generates awe and support for wonder.

But food. Food is how I access my greatest well of generosity. Within that well is where I find the most potent fuel for my imagination. Food is how I believe in more. That things can be better, that things can be different.
