I am going through the process of closing the CIC element of Cathy’s Wellbeing Club. Being a Community Interest Company has funding benefits but hasn’t really supported what we are doing here. In fact, the admin costs are quite high.

Our virtual Club here has the same mission to establish a true sense of community through the Seven Cs Cooperation, Collaboration, Communication, Compassion, Creativity, Coaching and Celebration.

It would be great to open a wellbeing centre by the sea in UK too and you never know it might just happen one fine day.

I love coaching. I find it empowering.

Around that time, I started working in a lovely school for pupils with autism. I have been coaching them and supporting their wellbeing ever since. I also support staff as they have such an important role. When staff feel their wellbeing needs are met, they are able to encourage the children and young people that they work with.

From September, I am making some changes in my professional life. I will be writing more and publishing e-books and paperbacks to support people in an affordable and accessible way. My existing books are available on Amazon: Click the link to find my page.

I will also be coaching online more. I will be offering affordable individual coaching as well as free online training.

This has involved a lot of change. Change isn’t always easy. When I need clarity and support in making changes in my life, I seek the support of a coach.

Beth Hewitt and Joanna Hunter are coaches who have been supportive and inspirational.

I have also been lucky enough to come across this amazing book:

I’m brimming with ideas now. I am even partway through an inspiring course that will further develop my skills in supporting neurodivergent adults; this is an area that is very close to my heart.

It has been hilarious creating the videos as my cat George thinks he is the star! He keeps appearing at the most unexpected moments. I am leaving the videos unedited as I want to appear as my true self, and that includes funny moments like guest appearances from my cat.

Soulful Poems 5

In Trusty Life Coaching, we are on Day 41 of 100 Days Of Self Care. This is such an important focus and a reminder that self-care isn’t selfish.

I am reading and writing a lot too. My latest book will be ready soon. I am at the editing stage and I am starting to think about book covers….

I have an art tablet now, and I am enjoying experimenting with that too.

My priority currently is self-care, focusing on ways to strengthen my legs and improve my mobility. I am also working on my writing.
