I hope this post finds you well. This is a feature I have been offering the students in my Intermediate Intuitive Development class. Each week, I send writing prompts to make sense of the astrology of the week ahead. I find it helps us be prepared for what is coming and allows for some grounding amid the sometimes scattered energy.

We have a much quieter week on deck. It feels like a real moment to integrate our Eclipse lessons.

There are no major planetary changes this week. The biggest transits occurred Tuesday with some lingering energy possible through midweek. Think slow downs and mild frustration mixed with a little inspiration.

A little background energy includes Venus, as she makes plans for her retrograde period which starts next month. Venus’ retrograde shadow period started Monday, August 31.

She is now traveling the road she will review again in her retrograde period. Pay attention to themes that arise around love and money this month. These topics may very well come up again during her retrograde which is from October 3 through November 13. The movement will be between 8 degrees of Scorpio through 22 degrees of Libra.

This Venus Retrograde also will be reminiscent of energy we dealt with in fall of 2018 and Venus is revisiting similar terrain in the birth chart.

Did anything significant come up for you back then? It sure did for me. In 2018, Venus was retrograde October 5 through November 16. She moved between 10 degrees of Scorpio and 25 degrees of Libra.

It’s also funny because I’ve been fighting a summer cold the last couple days. I’m meant to be resting but damn I have the hardest time doing nothing.

Why is it so hard to just rest and be? And so I emptied the dishwasher.

As it’s shuffling the songs that follow are good ones that I haven’t heard in a while. Leave it to Dolly to inspire a trip down memory lane.

Closer to fine comes on, the classic by the Indigo Girls.

I’m sure I’ve heard this song 10,000 times. I even saw them play once when I was much younger. I was in the balcony at Shea’s Buffalo and we sang and danced along with them.

How had I never really absorbed the words before?

The less I seek my source for some definitive the closer I am to fine.

That. Right there. Confirmation that we all have demons but they don’t all need to be released. Stop seeking. Just live.

Well, darkness has a hunger that’s insatiable
And lightness has a call that’s hard to hear
And I wrap my fear around me like a blanket
I sailed my ship of safety till I sank it
I’m crawling on your shores

Yes, I can attest, darkness does have a hunger that’s insatiable.

And yes lightness has a call that’s hard to hear.

Why is it so much harder to see our light?

Why do we prefer to dwell in the darkness and try and solve the mystery of it?

Here’s the thing. There is no mystery.

Drum roll….

None of us were held the way we wanted to be as children. For some it was much worse than for others. I do not mean to make light of this truth or to diminish someone’s experience. I see people in great pain all of the time. It’s a wound that can live with us for life, coloring our experiences and choices for better or worse.

Because our parents were not held the way they wanted. Or their parents. You see where I am going.

And honestly, parenting is hard. We can’t even figure ourselves out half the time. How can we also know how to do the best for a child while similar to us, is also different in so many ways. And it’s not until we become a parent that we realize that you can love someone to pieces and still not know exactly how to make them feel whole.

And that is the essence of being human.

It’s hard. We are sensitive, and delicate in some ways. But also we are beautifully resilient.

What do I know after a lifetime spent wondering what is wrong with me?

It is a fruitless activity. It gets you nowhere good.

And to boot, there are entire industries built on telling you what is wrong with you. If you just do this differently, eat more protein, sleep this way, stand this way when you take a picture…

Every single one of those things is built on the premise that the way you are doing something is not ok as is.

We already lived a lifetime of that, and I for one am sick of it.

And then we enter relationships in the hope that the person will fill the holes of what we are missing.

From my seat at the table, there is nothing that messes people up more than bad relationships.

People stop trusting their judgement, and they stop trusting people period.

And then they enter the next relationship with their guard up. They don’t enter fully as themselves. They keep things in check, not to be played a fool again.

Only your heart is not meant to be contained. It is meant to be free and flow. It doesn’t work well when it’s chained up. So we are essentially setting ourselves up to fail.

Butterfly, you will see, you are so much stronger than you think you are

This is my charge in life.

I was not held the way I wanted to be as a child.

So then I did the bad relationship.

I spent most of my life moving through the darkness looking for the problem.

Is it me? What have I missed? What am I doing wrong?

I only found more darkness based on lies and beliefs that are old and outdated.

What if, as you are kicking around the darkness, you find a way out? There is light there. Paved with good intentions, your humanity and self love.

It is built on learning about you, your gifts and the things you have learned to tuck away to keep people happy. Lest they be overwhelmed with your greatness or blinded by your light.

You are beautiful just as you are. Eat what brings you joy, and if that is protein great. If it is not, that is great too.

The more we do what feels aligned to us, away from what we are told to be or do, the closer we get to fine.

That is what I am here for.

Helping people excavate their gifts.

Period.

We have all been sitting on a gold mine all this time. Looking in all the wrong places. It’s time to excavate.

This week’s headline is the Lunar Eclipse on Friday August 28 (EST) at 4 degrees of Pisces.

This is the last of a set of eclipses that started back in September 2024 so you can think about a larger cycle ending or coming to a peak that emerged in that time frame.

What has come up and become a focus between then and now?

Think of the Pisces part of your chart (if you know it) and consider how that has been emphasized or evolved in this time frame.

This week we get the closing credits on these topics and themes.

There are huge emotions possible with this Eclipse on Friday (or Thursday depending on your time zone.) It sits in Gate 55 in Human Design which is the gate of spirit. It is about experiencing all the feelings. All of them, big, small, easy, hard and everything in between.

When one has this energy in their chart it can be hard, at first, to navigate the wide range of feelings they carry. It is a gift for them however and is meant to be shared. A creative outlet can work wonders.

For this one I want you to find some ground first. We are likely not going to feel grounded this week so we must make it so.

My energy is shifting. It’s been a subtle emergence and for me has tracked the shifting of the outer planets. I don’t just want one off sessions where I show up for an hour and walk away from a client. Like Richard Gere’s character in the end of Pretty Woman, I found myself saying “I want to help build something.”

And so I launched a program in June that met this criteria. I wasn’t sure who would want to participate. I wasn’t sure what people would want. And yet, there were people craving what I wanted to share. They wanted to build something too it seems.

Over the course of this summer, I met with 10 brave souls joined me to dive deeply into their lives and understand themselves in a new way. I called it “Summer School” and these people all came with different goals. Some wanted to transition into a new part of their life, some were navigating other changes like retirement or starting a business, and still others just decided they were sick of seeking and wanted to get to the heart of themselves. Others simply wanted to study Human Design or Astrology with me in a one on one setting. All were welcome!

Through the complementary lenses of astrology, Human Design, and intuitive guidance, we met bi-weekly for individual deep dives and gathered together for group integration. Some participants paired up with a program buddy; others stayed the course independently.

There were tears, laughter and break throughs. These women made connections with each other which is pure magic to me! I am in awe of the work these people have accomplished in just three months. It is epic to witness and nothing short of amazing.

I feel like I am actually help people build something within themselves, and it is exactly what I wanted to achieve.

Ugh, I thought, what now?

At first I thought the dishwasher was broken or something was stuck inside. But no, that was done with it’s cycle.

This was not subtle; it was loud and incessant. It meant to get my attention, even if the real cause was a bird seeking a midday snack.

I paused mid-thought when I realized what was happening. Once I realized the dishwasher was not on, I saw him. A small downy woodpecker clinging to the screen door and knocking his beak against the glass.

I am prone to nature encounters and love a good surprise from mother nature. Normally I jump right into investigation mode and consult my animal oracle decks or a favorite book on animal medicine.

My first thought, after I grabbed my phone to take a picture, was damn, I really haven’t fed them in a couple of weeks. Did they really send an ambassador to get some food out back?

I didn’t have time to think too hard about it however, because I needed to get back to my client sessions.

It wasn’t until the following morning, driving down the road with my tea listening to a podcast, that the point of the woodpecker bubbled in my brain:

Hey girl, when did you stop believing in magic?

The question slapped me in the face. Hard.

Of course I hadn’t stopped believing in magic. I even started a podcast called Unreasonable Magic! But there was something going on here that I have been having trouble naming.

This summer has been a hustle, there may have been boundary bypassing, and pushing past energetic exhaustion. I had quietly slipped into the hyper-focused trap of trying to force outcomes through sheer will. Spirit was patiently waiting for me it seems.

And then perhaps because it is eclipse season, the patience was gone.

I had simply been running too fast, working too hard, and overanalyzing too much to notice the signs occurring directly in front of me.

Like the painters house that needs a fresh coat of paint…

I have known for weeks now that I hit the wall, I had achieved burn out status. I could even taste a burning flavor in my mouth. I had moved from an open state of receiving to a survival state of managing, and in that shift, the subtle synchronicities that make my life the magical mystery ride that I need it to be, had faded into the push and rush that has been this summer.

I needed this little bird to remind me of who I am and what I am here to do…

How did you fare after last week’s eclipse?

I kept hearing stories of emergence, of loss, of shock and surprise.

That is how eclipse season is after all.

And this week’s headline is much the same:

We are in the landscape between eclipses.

The biggest energy shift this week is the Sun entering Virgo.

I sort of love that we get this earthy support for the next eclipse. It makes me feel like grounding is the way to get through this one.

But first, if Virgo starts Saturday, that means this is the last week of Leo. As signs come to a close, I feel like they have a crescendo, a building energy and a culminating energy.

In Leo, this has to feel like fireworks. Leo is so bright, proud and creative there could be no other way through but a bright showy energy.

Imagine the headline in a news story all about you and this eclipse cycle. The story has everything to do with what you are releasing and then, what you find in the underneath that is ready to be polished up and shown to the world.

Mine might look like this:

After Years of Running from Rage, Simoncelli Emerges from the Woods Whole and Healed

And then write that story.

Just write it, don’t think too hard about it.

• What would it feel like to have the thing you desire?

• Instead of constantly seeking, you settle into what is emerging and let that be your guide?

• What if you are able to finally release an old narrative?

• What comes next?

That is the prompt.

And then as we step into Virgo season, and the final eclipse of 2026 and the past Pisces/Virgo series of eclipses, we get clear on what it is we need to take with us into our next chapter.

Here is the grounding part.

Take yourself on a grounding date.

Maybe you walk barefoot outside in your yard for ten minutes.

Maybe you lie on the beach.

Maybe you sit and breathe deeply for five minutes.

It could be yoga, really anything that connects your mind and body.

And then sit with your self and your pen and paper nearby.

Settle into your seat, and ask your body to show you the most important part of your body right now, the part that is begging for attention or focus. Yes, this sounds weird, try it anyway. See what emerges and let that be the place you focus on.

As you are focusing there, imagine asking your body questions and conversing with that part of you.

And then the prompt is:

What my small intestine really needs to say is…

Or what my right knee has been trying to tell me is…

You get the idea, fill in the blank with whatever body part calls to you. I promise you there is a story there.

We are in Eclipse Season folks!

This is the energy, or lack of energy, you might be feeling. Wednesday August 12 brings us a total solar eclipse in Leo.

Solar Eclipses are basically heightened New Moons.

Unlike normal New Moons, we are not working with energy that is typical so we won’t be using this one to set intentions. The Sun will be darkened in this Eclipse, which will give us a chance to see what we might normally be too blinded to see.

I hope this post finds you well. This is a feature I have been offering the students in my Intermediate Intuitive Development class. Each week, I send writing prompts to make sense of the astrology of the week ahead. I find it helps us be prepared for what is coming and allows for some grounding amid the sometimes scattered energy.

We have a bit of a quiet week as we roll into Eclipse season this month.

The biggest headlines are Mercury retrograde shadow ending on Thursday August 6 and also Venus entering Libra on the same day. This week feels like how a woman nests before her baby comes.

Something is being born right now. How can we make space for it through healing and understanding ourselves better?

Venus is also due for a retrograde. In fact, later this month after the eclipses, Venus starts the shadow part of her journey. She will be in just two signs: Scorpio and Libra through the end of the year. For reference, she normally spends about a month in a sign under normal circumstances.

Consider the Libra and Scorpio parts of your life are up for deeper focus for the remainder of this year. When Venus moves retrograde we think about our values, what we love and what we want to grow.

Eudonia? Hmmm. I lay there, awake, unable to fall back asleep because of this word.

And then my alarm goes off. Well, I guess the word wanted to make sure I was on time for yoga class. (One of the students still beat me there.)

Normally I wake up with a song in my head. I can only think of a few scant times it was a word. Usually I never know what the word is until I look it up.

The last time this happened was in the fall on the last day of this amazing astrology retreat I was attending. It wasn’t even an English word, but fortunately one of my retreat neighbors and new friend had the answer for me.

Elatadorio was the word.

Here is what I wrote back then:

Sunday, October 19: 2025

I am laying in bed, it is the last day of the retreat. I am changed. I am not 100% sure how it works or what comes next but I feel different since this experience.

I had a dream this morning that I was on a beach. It felt like Hawaii. I can see the palm trees and the black sand. The mountains off in the distance, across the ocean. I have only really seen that in Hawaii.

I see her down the beach a ways. I am excited to see her and so I wave.

She comes running to me, worried. She is wearing a brightly colored bathing suit, a one piece with a draped neck on it. It seems unlike her to both be wearing this style of suit and to be worried about me.

I tell her I am 53 years old and she doesn’t need to worry about me. (In reality, I was 51)

I am concerned that she is concerned.

And that’s the dream really.

As I am laying in bed thinking about this, I see a word in my head.

Elatadorio.

I see it, white letters on a black “screen.”

What does this mean I wonder?

Latin class comes in, look at the root. Is it from elated?

Seems like it would have a common root.

And then I look it up on Google.

There is no such word.

But there is one very close to it, that they seem to think I have misspelled. Also I think it is Spanish.

aleatorio: means unexpected outcome. Coincidence. Unpredictable.

I freeze at this, is this good luck or bad luck?

It takes me a while to work through this, my immediate knee-jerk is negative of course. My stomach gets nervous.

I ask Isobel what it means, she starts to tell me a word, but then says she wants to tell me later. In fairness, she is about to get in the shower.

Why didn’t I ask her in the pool this morning?

I tell Sara and Megan about it. Sara tries to figure the word out - was it two words or one?

I think it was one word.

Also, notable. Today the Sun shines on Uranus in my chart. The moon shines on Pluto, as it does every month, this is not usually a favorite day.

But today actually was really great.

When we gathered in the circle this morning, I was almost at a loss for words. I didn’t talk for a while, I was feeling overwhelmed.

But then I finally did speak and I was choked up. I told them when I was arrived I was feeling really lost. Unsure of what to do next.

I still didn’t really have the answers but I don’t think that I have ever felt as cared for as I had this past week.

Sure, even as I write this, I am thinking of times when people have cared for me.

Most of them are after surgeries.

But also, I don’t really care for myself all that much either, except to get healing services.

I ate like a queen this week. The breakfasts, the yummy yogurt and compotes. Dare say I ate dessert for every meal. At least for lunch and dinner. And I did not care and I didn’t feel bad.

Is it true I just need to change my mindset?

Maybe so.

Because I was surrounded by so much love and nurture and creativity and emotions and depth and healing and laughter.

These women all come back, year after year.

Fascinating really.

In this moment, would I go back? Yes, without question. I want my life to be able to support this sort of activity. Both financially and spiritually.

I kept having all these ideas since I am here.

The her in the dream of course was my mother. Always my mother, and she is often on a beach which does not surprise me at all.

The aleatorio that happened that day as I made my way to the Burbank airport was I walked right in the airport, no line at security and walked up to a flight that was on it’s last boarding call. If I got on this flight, I would change my connection and get home almost 3 hours sooner.

So I ask the woman at the counter, “Hey is there any way I can get on this flight to Denver?”

She asks to see my reservation. She notes that I am going to Buffalo, not Denver. I explain the connections and my desire to get home, she simply adds me to that flight. I have to check my bag she says because I am so late. This is fine I think, and I board without any trouble.

The flight was smooth, I found an amazing gluten free veggie taco I could at eat the Denver airport and I make it home hours ahead of schedule.

Bazinga!

Or aleatorio? An unexpected outcome for sure!

A week earlier I likely would not have even attempted to get on that flight due to my sometimes negative thought loop, but it was like I was escorted energetically to that gate. And the rest just fell into place.

So this morning when I realize my word is not about the baby tuba but is in fact a Greek word, rife with philosophical meaning it gives me pause.

Eudaimonia? I never heard of it. How do I conjure these things up?

Basically, it speaks of human flourishing or living well. And not just a flash in the pan, but a lasting state of fulfillment.

I will take that! No knee jerk fear around this one.

You see, I have been in a bit of a funk lately. I am chronically tired, I am working a ton and not pulling in the money I need to sustain my business.

I am at a spiritual crossroads for sure.

This word gives me hope that there is more to come. To stay the course, to keep going. I make a mental note to stay positive all day, well as long as I can. Life is still going to be life after all, of this I am certain.

I decide to spend part of my day on a Zoom office hours call with my Human Design teacher who is brilliant and inspiring. I decide this in spite of all the work I need to do right now, in spite of my afternoon of appointments and my never ending fatigue.

It was just what I needed to get a little zip in my step.

I sat outside with the dogs and participated from under the patio umbrella, the rain still holding off.

And as I go to make my way back in the house, I see this giant, neon green caterpillar. One like you might see in a children’s book, or animated movie. It was almost comical how big and green it was.

I quickly step in front of it, to protect from the curious eyes and mouth of Benny and we all make our way inside.

Of course I have to look this up, what sort of caterpillar is it, and more importantly, what sort of moth does it become? I LIVE for these moments, the simplest most magical ones that show up organically.

It is a polyphemus moth and it turns into an extremely stunning, very large moth with eyes on its wings.

The spiritual meaning of the Polyphemus moth centers on deep transformation, heightened intuition, and protection. Named after the giant one-eyed Cyclops from Greek myth, this large nocturnal creature uses the prominent "eyes" on its wings to watch over and deter negativity.

From Greek myth you say?

Eudaimonia indeed.

I will take it. Thank you universe and whomever puts foreign words in my brain.

It is a member of the Saturniidae family in taxonomy terms.

Saturn you say?

This week marks the end of Saturn as my monthly time lord. And wow, have I felt Saturn these last two months. Nothing like making you do the work, and push past the ugly to acheive your goals and learn your lessons.

Aristotle does say that eudamonia doesn’t come from just one joyful day, but in purposeful living, working hard to make the most of whatever situation you are put in. It’s a state of mind rather than a feeling.

So one neon green caterpillar does not make a life complete? No, but I swear if I see that moth it might.

A reminder that everything has it’s season and life cycle. That trusting is essential and not every day is meant to be rainbows and sunshine. But if you pay attention and stick with your own inner knowing, you can make the most of what you have.

And I think that is the most beautiful thing I have heard in a while.

The synchroncity of all of this, on this day before a very epic full moon have me feeling all sorts of things.

But mostly, I am feeling grateful. For noticing, for taking time to do things that aren’t for a deadline and to just have the space to be here.

Sigh, isn’t nature a wonderful thing?

This week’s energy is palpable and intense, but necessary. The main story this week is a bold and powerful energy shifting Full Moon. It is the last “normal” lunation until eclipse season which kicks off on August 12.

But this one, peaking on Wednesday July 29 will likely be felt by all.

The moon will be in Aquarius at 6 degrees and sitting next to Pluto, the great transformer, death, rebirth planet.

An Aquarius moon, at its core, is about FREEDOM. Pluto is here to govern our shadows, the things we hide from ourselves, some of which are essential to our healing.

This is no small potatoes moment. Definitely not a warm and fuzzy full moon but one that is challenging us to grow.

At the other side of this full moon, the Sun sits with Jupiter so tightly that it is a cazimi. This is a powerful movement.

Did you know Jupiter is the only planet that gives off more light than it receives from the sun?

Jupiter and the Sun together feels blinding, the light is so bright. All of it focused on our sensitive underbellies.

It is a moment that we can rip off a band aid, see what is in the dark and just allow it to surface so we can heal.

Sometimes the anticipation of healing is harder than the actual process. This moon invites you in to explore the darkest part of the cave that is you and just get on with being your amazing perfect as you are self.

I am coming to you on this auspicious day full of 4 degree planets and energy for profound evolution. We kick off a longer cycle of growth today with this pinpoint of perfection in degrees.

You may recall from earlier in the year, that we experienced a 6 month period where every New Moon was at 28 degrees. There was something about that period of time that felt important; something was gestating, there was a creational, feminine energy to that period. New Moons being times of intention setting and seeds being planted; 28 degrees having a Cancer energy to it. Cancer holds the energy of birth and creativity.

This was in between eclipses too - marking the beginning and the ends of that time period from October 2025 through March 2026.

And now, Pluto, Neptune, Uranus and Jupiter are all at 4 degrees. Again, a Cancer energetic degree.

What was being dreamt of before could have the energy to take shape now!

So with this creational energy in mind, here are this week’s writing prompts:

1) The Sun enters Leo this week! This is a powerful place for the Sun to spend time. It speaks of bravery, courage, gusto, drama and heart centered power.

Before you start, set an intention for something you want, truly, madly, deeply, without judgement or a sense of reality. (When I did this, I set my intention that I wanted to do readings for Bono, so the sky is the limit folks.)

With that intention in mind, begin with a series of deep breaths, close your eyes if you are comfortable. And place one or both hands on your heart. As you settle in, begin to imagine a golden glowing energy emanating from your heart center.

On Mondays, I send writing prompts to make sense of the astrology of the week ahead. I find it helps us be prepared for what is coming and allows for maximum use of the energy we are experiencing. I am here today with your weekly writing prompts based on the astrology of this week.

This week is all about the new chapter that we have been waiting for. This is when the evolutionary process kicks into high gear whether you are ready or not.

We have a good old fashioned New Moon on Tuesday July 14 and by the week’s end, all the outer planets are precisely aligned, kicking off a huge evolutionary time period.

With this energy in mind, let’s dig into it!

Tuesday’s New Moon is at 21 degrees of Cancer. There is so much poetry in this moment, which is I believe to be the natural energy of the universe. The Sabian symbol for the degree point of this New Moon is “a woman awaiting a sailboat.”

There is an intuitive, silent knowing sort of energy around this moon. The woman awaiting the sailboat speaks to the proverbial act of “waiting for your ship to come in.” Can we have faith that there is something coming for us? That we don’t need to push or prod but just wait and allow?

Truly heartbreaking.

And in yet what can only be explained as unreasonable magic, Holden continues to show up for his mom and his family as well as his greater community all the time.

I was blessed enough to have him enter my awareness back in May of this year.

I had several readings booked that day, the first of which was an older woman and at the end of her session, her long time friend who was in spirit told me to mention her son.

She looked shocked at this, as it turns out she did have a son but he died many years earlier at the tender of age of 2 and a half. I asked her if he had trouble breathing and she said, no that he had a liver disease and passed away.

It had been so long she didn’t expect he might come through and yet this is exactly what happened. Gentle readers, please know that time means nothing on the other side.

I was holding my chest and I could not breathe, I felt him more through the friend who brought him up but what I saw was this little boy with tousled blondish hair and a giant spirit. He almost appeared to have a cape on. He was adorable, magnetic and engaging.

She told me that no, that was not what her son looked like and this not how he died. It can’t be him.

I felt this pretty strongly, and if I have learned anything in the years I have been engaging with spirit, things make sense when they make sense. No need to push or prod I thought. I said what was shared with me and we ended the session.

My final client of the day was a woman named Stefanie. We had a great session and so much was shared. At the end I asked if she had any questions or things that had not been relayed and she said yes, she was hoping to hear from her nephew, and he was just two and half.

She told me how he passed and what he looked like.

When I replayed the transcript back for myself to write this article, I heard myself gasp. This is what happens when Spirit takes my breath away.

What are the odds of two little boys in one day, both two and a half years old?

That's when it clicked. Spirit people often come through together in sessions, even if they passed years apart and don’t have a logical reason to know each other.

Holden hadn't just appeared out of nowhere, he had connected with the other little boy from the morning session to "cut in line" and make his presence known early, to be ready for this session. To make sure I made awareness of this unique occurence of having two little guys come through in the same day.

He knew exactly what he was doing.

I then went on to tell her what I felt when the earlier client was in. I felt like I couldn’t breathe, my belly felt swollen.

This was him, this was Holden, her cousin’s son, her little buddy as she called him.

“He cut in line,” I said to her.

And Holden told me he wanted to come before I got tired, referring to me. I laughed because he is right. Fatigue is real thing for me.

He showed me that he was still with his family, he is growing right along with his siblings.

I was just filled with wonder as I made these connections. I could never dream up situations like this that are so profound and unexplainable.

At the time of those readings, I didn't yet know Holden’s mom, Shelby, or how the family tree fully connected. I just knew this little guy had magical powers of connection and a brilliant light.

Of this I am sure: the world is filled with pain but also so much love and profound connection.

A few weeks later, Holden made sure I connected with his mom in another reading He almost immediately showed up with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, bare feet and a hearty laugh.

At this point I didn’t know who Shelby was, or that Stef was her cousin or that she might be the mom of this little guy who impacted me so deeply.

It all started to connect for me though, without any of this knowledge.

It connected for me because of Holden and his magical powers of connecting people, and his brilliant light.

Today we welcome Shelby Sokalsky, the mom of triplets, who lost her little boy Holden to illness at just 2 and a half years old.
