The Best Things in Life

I am writing this during the powerful energies of the Lunar eclipse in Pisces on August 27^th, which, according to many astrologers, is set to reveal life-changing information for many that will catapult us into the life of our dreams. The Posse of Angels, my angelic family, desire to know, if the doors of abundant flow suddenly flew open in your life, what are those much-wished-for things that would fulfill your desires?

I remember years ago, when Oprah Winfrey would present her program around the holidays, and she called the show, “My Favorite Things”. In these shows, she would extol, tout, and peddle the virtues of name-brand gifts for the holidays, and then everyone in the audience would receive whatever she was praising. When I watched these shows, I looked on quizzically as the audience was whipped up into a frothing, screaming frenzy over a designer handbag, a porcelain teacup and saucer service for one, a watch with a ribbon band with the designer’s logo stamped on it, a fuzzy plush robe from a 5-star hotel, and many more things. These were not random items, as I am sure that Miss Winfrey received one or more of these gifts for their inclusion in this program, and I would surmise the receipt of a hefty monetary ‘thank you’ from the companies for helping them to push their products.

And, if the manifestation of a designer handbag does not float your boat, how about winning massive amounts of money?

In a well-publicized research study that surveyed 3,360 lottery winners five years after their win, of a prize of one hundred thousand dollars or more, the end conclusion was that their lottery wins brought them no closer to experiencing happiness. In fact, many of them shared that the big win brought them so many headaches from jealous family and friends who continually asked them for money. If material wealth isn’t the answer, The Posse of Angels wish to address when it comes to fulfilling our heart’s longing, why the world got so far off track in their love of money? Was it that we really believed more money would make us happy, or were we programmed to be insatiable consumers? This belief even gave birth to a well-known bumper sticker, “He who dies with the most toys, wins.” This then gave birth to the follow-up bumper sticker, “He who dies with the most toys, still dies.”

If the prediction about this eclipse is true and we are about to receive fulfilled wishes, The Posse of Angels is reminding us, “The best things in life are not things.” And the reason that they know this with 100% certainty is that they have seen countless souls who cross from the physical to the non-physical in spirit and stand before the Etheric council as they go over the contract that they wrote in their Book of Life. No longer attached to the material world, the only things that they have been able to bring with them across the veil is their energies. And no matter how much wealth people have accumulated and amassed, what they speak and share most about are the memories that they garnered through their experiences.

And with so much of our programming and beliefs that lead us to getting our identity from what we have, many are often caught in a vicious cycle of accumulating more and more and feeling less and less satisfied, divorced from the very reason we chose to incarnate in the first place. And that reason is to learn from the limitless experiences that we can have in physical form, which help us grow, expand, and be challenged. In fact, The Posse of Angels is sharing that the best way to live life is by having more experiences, and that the more we seek to be adventurous and open to discover other cultures and places, as it helps us to learn more about ourselves. By allowing ourselves more experiences, life takes on a whole new palette of colors in which we can paint the portrait of our lives. In this way, variety becomes the spice of life.

The Posse of Angels can’t tell you how many times they have witnessed someone standing in front of the Etheric council going over their life/the incarnation they lived, and hearing that soul’s deep regrets for all the things that they did not allow themselves to do.

And they have heard the whole gamut of excuses, like I did not do such and such because I was too old, I did not have the college certification, I did not have enough money, I am not pretty enough, I am not smart enough etc., when the Universe does not speak in excuses, it only speaks in infinite possibilities. The Posse of Angels is reminding us that we are here in physical form to grow by learning.

It is not that long ago that the world was unconstitutionally locked down by enforced restrictions on the population. The Posse of Angels is asking us to remember what it felt like to finally be free, when in fact we were always free as sovereign, multi-dimensional beings. Perhaps this recollection will be the impetus for reconsidering what your deepest wishes are, and where we can break our own self-imposed restrictions to give ourselves more liberty and freedom to live more of life. We could make a real concerted effort to create new experiences so that when we crossover, we can regale and delight the Etheric Council with all our memories. In this way, rather than standing before them feeling remorse and regret for the things that we did not allow ourselves to do, we will have difficulty choosing from an overflowing hat-ful of recollections from all our adventures and journeys.

They wish to remind us that the intangible, the miraculous, the magical and the inexplicable are not things; they are feelings; feelings like utter joy, unconditional love, surprise, amazement, wonder, enchantment, passion, and a hunger and thirst of curiosity to engage with and throw ourselves into the dance of life; not just as observers on the sidelines by vicariously watching someone else’s journey on YouTube or the adventure channel, but by really living it.

The Posse of Angels suggests that as we approach this Lunar eclipse and the possible fulfillment of our wishes, we can add the promise to those wishes that we will give ourselves the gift of more experiences, for the best thing in life is giving, not having.
