As our awareness expands from our forms to substance and from our shadows to light, we mourn the loss of our old life while we celebrate the transcendent.

I woke up this morning with tears at the thought, “You never recover from losing a spouse or a child.”

We never recover. But we can deepen in that holy brokenness, and we can find a warm, even burning compassion beyond our ability to comprehend.

May we learn how to grieve and mourn, and sit silently in the devastation of ashes. We could learn something from the Jewish Sitting Shiva. Words fail us. Only our presence matters as we sit spirit to spirit, and heart to heart in the oneness of our frail humanity.

Eventually, in our devastation, there is a quiet peace, even a spark of transcendent joy, rising from the ashes.

I spread Elizabeth’s ashes in Linville Gorge Wilderness on my last trip to the mountains as I promised, celebrating her precious life. Holding her ashes and knowing this is my Beloved is profoundly emotional and yet transcendent in the same moment. It’s gut-wrenchingly emotional because of her death, but transcendent because I sense her eternal presence just through the veil.

There is a cloud of witnesses to our lives; let that sink in. Remember the stoning of Stephen?

All of life can become incarnational if we allow ourselves to see through the veil.

Lost In Play

Maybe we get knocked off our high horse and slowed down for a reason. Maybe you’ve been given this time to rediscover what really matters.

Children know how to savor life and take it all in. You've probably seen children step out of time, getting lost in play.

It's probably why Jesus says, "It's the truth. Unless you become like little children, you can't enter the kingdom of heaven."

We get to choose to learn again as little mystics, every day, to rest, to savor, to play, and to soak in the Presence of life. We are so busy with all our attaining, performing, and getting things done that we lose our springs of life at the core of our being.

Notice that all of our becoming and all of our working out is usually misdirected grace, outflowing from these headwaters of eternal life.

So, Take time with eternity. Practice God's presence.
It will do you an eternal world of good.

Let's Shelter Round The Fire

I grew up with storytellers who loved sitting out beneath the trees in wonder
Telling stories around the fire of realms long forgotten.

In these moments of memory
We taste the spark of moonlight

First off, Thank You for supporting and praying for me as I continue to recover from my brain surgery and my two latest cancers. You are the winds beneath my wings.

We work out what God has given us. We manifest and embody it.

Ever since I felt the Presence of God at the spot where The Great Awakening took place in my neck of the woods, when my dad took me there as an eight-year-old, it was an empty field with booths surrounding it. My dad loved to preach there. The stillness was profound. I grew up in Church. I can still walk into an empty church and tell you all kinds of things about the congregation, just the abiding energy there. Because of this, I have always looked, tasted, and tested the moves of God rather than the theological and institutional structures. Empty hands on empty heads, as they say. That’s why I took Franciscan Vows outside of my established order at the Flora-Bama Bar. It’s why I turned down ordination. Once you taste the substance, the shadows don’t hold the allure. I’ve always known I was born for this time. So I’ve stayed hidden by keeping my mouth shut til now.

Since I’m slowly finding my people here, let me run this by you and tell me how this lands with you.

We are living in a time of New Wine for New Wineskins ~ Selah

We Work Out What God Works Within Us ~ Fruit is Grown, not given.

I see that God conceived a workaround from the beginning, before creating us, before our fall. ‘In the beginning was the Word.’ A deeper purpose, a greater story, that through our egoic failure, we might embody and manifest God through Christ in us.

In our Christian Traditions, I always looked, tasted, and tested the moves of God rather than the Structures we’ve built, both Theologically and Institutionally. Each generation meets God at a different evolving level of consciousness, because the church evolves as we do. If we don’t evolve, neither does the church.

I’ve walked through Three Transformational Shifts or States of Grace worked within me. We work out what God works within us. that we might live as Children of God

The Transformational Process is Revival, Renewal, and Restoration. The Transforming Energies are Peace, Love, and Joy. The Actors Embodying us are Jesus, Our Father, and the Holy Spirit.

Jesus Is The Way ~ who Revives us in Transcendent Peace Jesus is our Peace

Our Father Is The Truth ~ Renewing us through Transcendent Love. Perfect Love drives out all ego and all fear.

The Holy Spirit Is The Life ~ Emboding Christ through us from Glory to Glory The Holy Spirit Is ~The Wisdom~Restoring a joy-filled life of Transcendent Awe, even Ecstasy. The Joy of the Lord is your strength.

The Holy Spirit is the refiner’s fire that proves and purifies us as fine gold, sometimes called the Sacred Heart of Jesus. We are light, fire, and catalyst in this world. Not to control or coerce but to proclaim and embody Jesus as we walk in the divine.

Not to imitate but to embody, as Saint Teresa of Avalia spoke:

Christ has no body but yours,

Drawing Out of The Quantum Field

What stream of reality are you living out of?

Scripture tells us that not only does a double-minded person receive nothing, but that they are unstable in all their ways. Been there. Done that.

Every day we have two choices, To live out of our Powerful Self or our Primal Self.

Stop Living In your Dualistic Primal Self, Your Ego. By living in the Oneness of Your Powerful Self in Christ… you are a life-giving spirit in Christ. You can create out of the Quantum Field. ie, what you sow, you’re gonna reap.

The Ego Doubts Everything

We’ve been trying to live a Christian Life from our Ego, our Primal Self, and it just doesn’t work. The Christian Mystics have given us a plethora of spiritual practices to help us die to our egoic false self so that we might live out of our true self in Christ.

I hope that this energetic way of looking at living our divine life in Christ blows open the doors for you as it did for me.

Living out of our whole self in Christ: We stop living out of our divided self by learning to live out of our Powerful Self in Christ.

Our Inner Life to Our Quantum Life

The work has been done. It Is Finished. We can network into it like Indra’s web in the field, and we see the synchrecities manifesting out of the field in our lives. I would have died with Brain Cancer if it weren’t so. I’m here for this.

The Jesus Movement

Back in the Jesus Movement days, we lived in Judah, a Christian Community with a common purse. We were trying to create a Christian alternative to a closed system Christian Religion.

A friend and I started a Christian band, Face to Face.

I wrote: A Song For My Brother for one of my bandmates, an incredible creator who lived in constant turmoil as everything in his life imploded again and again. I see this in so many Christians who follow Jesus who don’t tap into the Mystic with Christ.

“We’re driven by fear or drawn by love, (repeated three times,) Yes, Both cut like a knife. But when the bottom line has been defined, which one will cause you to start?”

Our Interior Life Energy Determines Everything.

What energy are you sending out into the Quantum Field?

So, which one moves you more deeply into Christ: fear or love? Which one are you embodying? I love the way David Bayer describes it with frequency rather than dualism. It gets to the heart of the matter. We can dwell in our Primal Brainstate, whose main catalyst is to drive us through the energy of Fear. As our Ego’s main function is our survival. It’s our Primal Brainstate, born in dualism.

Our Mystic Brainstate

Our other brainstate he describes as Powerful Brainstate, while I prefer our Mystic Brainstate born in oneness, as it links us in the field.

Hold your hands out. On one side, you can choose your Primal Brainstate, and on the other, you get to choose your Powerful Brainstate.

Which one are you choosing to live out of right now?

I hope this gives you the paradigm shift it gave me for my everyday life. As Perfect love drives out all fear, are you going to live out of the powerful brainstate of Love or the Primal brainstate of fear?

Our fall into dualism brought us here, with our ego barring our way to the fifth-dimensional gates of Eden, while we can create a garden of God in our hearts.

Brother Carl Got It Right

Carl Jung got it right, working with our 4th-dimensional dreamtime, our awakening unconsciousness toward integration. His work is evolutionary, while Christ bridges the chasm, quantum jumping the dimensional process.

The Third Way ~ Eating of The Tree of Life

The Narrow Way of Christ is the calling of our next steps of evolution, our restoration of our Divine, in Christ, which not only restores us to a higher/ fuller conscious way of being with matter in this world, but also cracks open the door to our multi-dimensional life. ~ Selah

Mystics & Prophets are oddballs that don’t easily fit into categories and systems because they live at the creative edge, walking in the synchronicities, even creating with their Creator, walking in the Spirit, like Elijah walking with God in the cool of the day.

In my latest iteration in this life, after I had a total quantum entanglement into the field. It was right after speaking at the Wild Goose Festival on becoming a Christian Mystic. It was so disruptive, I knew I needed the stability of a Christian community who were seeking to live in transcendence, At least to some degree. Mystic systems may start right, but they tend to devolve, snuffing out the very fires of transformation they purport to foster, hence new wineskins for new wine. It’s the reason there are more than 45,000 Christian denominations, non-denominations, movements, etc. But I digress.

I knew I needed the stability, not a group, but groups at the cutting edge of transformation. That’s why I went into Haden’s Institute of Spiritual Direction, Dreamwork, and Lightworkers at my Spiritual Director’s encouragement. She also brought me to Integral Christian Network, which is at the intersection of Ken Wilber’s Integral systems and Christian mysticism. What a place to be. Spiritually, Structure, and Science.

All that said, I was at an integral gathering today. Where we went through the states they worked with over the past year. As always, I’m seeing what arises out of the field. The group’s interbeing with each other was awesome. At the end, we were talking about what we wanted to explore. One lady said she was interested in exploring a meditation practice, which is why I’m writing this.

The first official meditation practice I learned was Transcendental Meditation in 1972, then Loving Kindness Meditation, which brought me out of 40 years of depression. Centering Prayer is also an exceptionally good one.

Here, I want to venture into a Yogic meditation. Let me say that Yoga has developed over the last 5,000 years along the lines of experience rather than belief. It’s seen more as the science of our design.

As always, test everything and hold fast to what is good.

Let’s Begin

Sit down in a lotus position if you can, or in a chair sitting away from the back. Put your hands on your thighs, face down. See if you can notice you are breathing with the lower part of your lungs. Now put your hands on your thighs, facing up. See if you can notice that you are breathing with the upper part of your lungs. That’s because of our design.

This practice is mostly by Sadhguru, one of my many teachers over the years.

Meditation means this: you sit in such a way that your body is here and your mind is there, and who you are is a little bit between.

Sit and remain still with your back straight and dwell between your body and your mental accumulations.

Allow your breath to slow down.

Sit and remain still.

As your breath slows down, become aware.

If your breath slows down to 12 breaths a minute, you will become sensitive to the meteorological language.

If your breath slows down to 9 breaths a minute, you will become sensitive to the language of people.

If your breath slows down to 6 breaths a minute, you will become sensitive to the language of the earth.

If your breath slows down to 3 breaths a minute, you will become sensitive to the language of the Source of creation.

This is meant to become a daily spiritual practice.

It’s to note: Meditation is not a spiritual practice of achievement, because meditation is the ego’s disillusionment.

A Day of Memories and Remembrance

Father’s Day, like Mother’s Day, is a day of memories or a lack of them. Of course, our mothers usually have the greatest influence on our lives, but let’s not forget our fathers, who give us the backbone of our work, our lives, and our families.

The corrective is set. In a day when the masculine is still being vilified, the restoration of the Divine Masculine has been quietly happening in the Spirit.

I’m dazzled with my family’s memories. Still, today I honor my dad, The Reverend John Julian Holmes, a father, minister, missionary to Cuba, but more than that, a quiet presence in my life.

Dad named me Robert Allen Holmes after my uncle Bobby, who died in a B52 crash in the Second World War. Originally it was Holland Hayes Holmes with the nickname Hank. Thank God that didn’t take.

I had a stutter and a lisp, so my dad didn’t force me to speak. We met in the silence between, spending hours together without words. Presence became profound.

My dad, like his brother and my brother, went to Duke, where he read and studied theology in English & German. I still have a late 1600’s huge German Bible of his at the house. But Dad never forgot his farm roots or his family. He was known as a spiritual giant in the Methodist Church, avoiding conferences whenever he could.

I spent much of my early years on the Holmes farm in Iredell County every summer and fall, mowing, weeding, throwing hay, feeding the chickens, trimming the hedges and everything else that goes with farming. My dad even had me mowing yards for money when I was six yet, my dad almost always met me as an equal. Our spirits were the same.

I found this Milky Quartz arrowhead on the Holmes farm after harrowing the fields of rocks. It reminds me of my dad.

My dad, a Methodist minister, helped build churches everywhere we moved. Methodist then moved every four years, So I had to reinvent myself everytime we moved. In the last year of his life, he was helping build Camp Carolwood back in the mountains, while pastoring First Methodist Church in Lenoir, N.C., but that’s not what I know him for.

When I was 8, my dad took me to a Brush Arbor Camp Meeting that had been going on since the Great Awakening. He loved preaching there.

As I stood with him in the grass center surrounded by booths and forests, the silence of the holy presence of God soaked into my being. It literally took my breath. I carry the atmosphere of that sacred place within me.

Born in Brevard, for years we would drive to the tops of mountains where we would sit in silence, being washed with the winds and wonder for hours.

One day he took me to Cherokee when I was five to just stand in a sacred place of the Cherokee, to breathe it in, to feel it under my feet, 7,000 years deep.

My dad always visited his congregation individually at least twice a year. One day when I was four, he took me. He opened the door of his 53 Chevy with the big stuffed seats, and I climbed in as he said, “Slide Kelly, Slide” as I slid over.

We rode out and climbed a gravel road back and forth, up and up the mountain. We finally broke out of the woods to this blue-grey house with its big picture windows facing out over the mountain valleys. The garage was at the end of the house where he met the father and let me loose to run.

As I explored, I looked up at the big picture windows overlooking the valleys below. The house was flanked by a hedge of Catawba Rhododendron in full bloom. Being four, everything was up. I turned the corner and came to a bank of flowers that barred my way. Then it happened. Looking up, a Ruby-throated Hummingbird came down and looked at me eyeball to eyeball, just for a second, but that’s all it took. Time ripped, and I haven’t been the same since. I carry that mystic moment within me. If you know any of the spiritual traditions, the hummingbird is the long-distance traveler.

In the 50’s, my dad was a missionary in Cuba when Castro was solidifying his power. The Methodists had camps across Cuba that were allowed to exist. It didn’t last. He told me of leading a farmer to Jesus and baptizing him in the ocean. My dad escaped being shot at while jumping under houses, so we didn’t move there.

My dad was a man of very few words, but he had a deep, deep presence, and I am so glad he allowed me to walk with him in transcendent grace.

Dad died on Good Friday at 48 when I was 13, but I still feel his presence accompanying me.

Here’s to you Dad; I Love You!

The Mystic moves us from form into substance, and from shadows into light.

Without the Mystic, tradition would kill the Divine in defense of the Divine as surely as Jesus was crucified and the intersection of Religion and Empire. That’s how closed systems not only work but implode. I’ve seen it in churches and denominations my whole life.

Let’s have an honest talk about the Mystic.

The Mystic, as I’m using it, is our inner transformation through the Divine within us.

I’ve been in Church all my life, and I’ve seen empty hands on empty heads declaring all sorts of crazy things.

On the other hand, I’ve seen and been a part of unbelievable miracles. I’ve seen what most folks are totally unaware of.

Here’s an incredible quantum concept:

Emotions + Inner Thoughts create Feelings,

And Feelings are the language of our heart’s prayer.

When there’s resistance within us, that’s Ego, regardless of the static of our trauma.

Ignore the Static and tune into the Signal of effortless grace. When Jesus said, ‘It Is Finished.’ It was, and it is. Our divine work is manifesting what already is. That’s why it’s effortless grace. We just have to get our big fat ego out of the way.

Regardless of our right or wrong words or forms, when we say, In Jesus Name, with no inner feelings, we’re in form, not substance.

The quantum vibration of divine feeling is the language of prayer and of heaven. It’s more like telepathy than the sound of words. Yes, forms use words, while substance uses the divine vibration.

The three creating divine vibrations are Love, Joy, and Peace. Christ’s presence manifests Peace within and among us. God’s presence manifests Love, and Glory. And the Holy Spirit’s presence manifests Joy, even Ecstasy within and among us. This Trinity is a quantum entanglement into a singularity we call God. You see nothing is static in heaven or on earth.

Our thoughts and our emotions create our feelings, And Feelings are the language of prayer, deeper than our thoughts and words.

Yes, there’s always more, but let’s start with a baseline.

The quantum responds to the energy of our feelings.

Ever visit a Black Church?

Step out of your Christian Box. Cross cultures. Liberals seek Conservatives. Conservatives seek Liberals. If you’re shamed and canceled, at least you tried.

It’s time to end the madness. Let the love of God burn the hell out of you.

It’s our Inner Engineering and Inner Technology that will change the world in Christ.

Beyond Belief Into Knowing like Adam Knew Eve

Welcome To Mystic School

Meditation: The Third Way of The Mystic Makes Jesus Freaks of Us All

Our ego must fall off us like rags of the temporal before we can walk the narrow way of Christ in transcendence. This is referred to as dying to ourselves. This transfigured state is seen as the narrow way.

The Third Way of Christ

The third way of Christ is beyond dualism, like a fold in time and space. so we won’t be falling off into the chasms of right and left. The narrow way of Christ is beholden to no system of dualism, embodying the transcendent within. Why? Because we are Creators in Christ, not in the temporal, but in the wholeness of the Divine, living out of Eternity.

We become aware of the synchronicities manifesting all around us, a breath away from the transcendent, arising out of our divine presence in Christ, manifesting in this world.

First Step

We are participants in the manifestation with the divine, first, out of the quantum manifesting within us as the fruit of the Spirit.

Our True Self is our essence, our being, our spirit, born before dualism ever began.

Our False Self is our fallen self, our dualistic self. Our place card holder till we transcend it.

The start of any spiritual encounter is dying to our ego, our dualistic fallen self, so we can grow from the tree of life, Christ, in the garden of our hearts.

Second is the fruit of the Spirit, which is the manifestation of the character of God within us. As fruit is grown, not given, this takes time and intent with the mystic. It is from this point, removed from our ego, being dead to ourselves, that we can enter into our mystic.

So what is the Fruit of the Spirit?

The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Against which there is no law.

The first three words here are: Love, Joy, and Peace which are the creating transcendent energies of Almighty God, the very essence and character of God, the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. We hold to this mystery as we begin to embody and manifest the very character of God.

Please: Test every single word I say. Prove it for yourself, and by self I don’t mean your ego’s false shadow self. I want you to move from shadows to substance here. All denominations live in the shadows of the reality they purport. I love all 35,000+ of them, but we are moving from forms to substance here. No system can go there. It’s the narrow gate you must unload all your ego to enter. What’s left is the divine.

So Jesus is our Peace, and that peace experientially grounds us at the seat of our being within the veil. Our Peace that surpasses all understanding is where our spiritual practices of meditation can avail us to experientially enter in. Our mystic brain must become preeminent.

Centering Prayer is a good spiritual practice for this, but no spiritual practice can do your inner work for you. Remember: Fruit is grown, not given. You must become conscious of the transcendent peace of Christ, experientially, to enter in. Liturally, you must embody Christ. This is ‘the Why’ of Communion…New Wine for New Wineskins.

Fruit is grown, not given. We can have Peace all by ourselves, but Peace in the fire of relationships proves and refines us, which is where the Love of God comes in.

Postscript: There’s a huge revival beginning. It could be the end, but I see it as getting the door of systems out of the way. God’s got a lot to do through you and me.

My hope for you
are the fires of transformation,

Think about it: When we are Born Again, I submit to you that we are entangled with Christ at a quantum level. We are in Christ.

As I write this, Saturday is the Day of Biblical Rest that begins Friday evening at sunset, celebrating God’s rest after six days of creating the Universe. As Christians, we celebrate Sunday with rest and reverence because Jesus rose on Sunday, after three days in the grave.

We’ve lost the sacred in our 24/7 mad rush for significance and endless entertainment. It’s time to recover our sanity. So here are some thoughts for you this weekend.

I woke up early this morning out of a dream where I was fighting, being plummeted with arrows for recovering an abandoned path in the wilderness, a path of light and life. The arrows fell off like Teflon.

How are your dreams? Have you started working the dreams of your subconscious yet? God speaks to us through our dreams.

Love is not the goal,

Quantum Question:

Because of our ego, we can limit ourselves by what we know. How is God expanding you in grace and wonder? Here’s a catalyst question:

Do you think that the original language we lost at the Tower of Babel could have been Telepathy? Have you had any experience with telepathy? I’m asking for a friend, ;-) When I had my kidney removed, I was wide open: to the crazy and to the divine. Think the school of the prophets. The crazy is because we’re unmoored from all that’s familiar. The ego has nothing to control and must disappear or dissolve into nothing.

This is a safe place.

God is good, and God is faithful, even when we are faithless because God can’t deny himself.

Let me let you in on a little-known secret.

I didn’t choose to become a monk or a mystic. Nobody does. They were how I survived, how I thrived. You choose them when you’ve tried everything else and failed. It’s the absolute hardest life you could ever choose. It’s dying to your ego again and again and again, so you can move on. Not so you can reach a bla di bla.

Just look at what Jesus gave up. Seriously, He was God in human rags the whole time. He could have stopped at any time and said, “ Enough of these idiots, let’s start all over again. But for love. But for Love...Love never fails.

So when you’re at the end of your rope, and there’s no way out, Letting go and letting God is the quantum option.

As Wounded Healers & As Warriors of Light, We Become Catalysts of Love

I love what Carl Jung says,

What I learned from Buddhist and Zen Formation

I’m with the Buddhist, and take it one step further. When they meditate among the rotting bodies, they realize they are capable of every evil, even taking the last food out of a starving baby’s mouth.

I know myself. I don’t have a snowball’s chance in hell because I know that I’m capable of every evil that’s ever been committed. I know what I’m capable of. So I die to myself every day, that I might be raised as Christ through me. Every mystic has come to this point, for as many times and as long as it takes. That’s where we are embraced by God at our deepest level, there at the crucifixion of our ego.

I Am A New Creation

For me, I identify as dead to myself and alive in Christ, and I revisit this first thing every morning. I don’t worry about do’s and don’t’s. I cut the tree off at its roots. I’m incapable of always doing good, as I am capable of every evil.

St. Francis's practice was to meditate with a skull in his hands. Life is short, and every moment counts.

The Peace of Christ, the Love of God, and the Joy of the Holy Spirit are the immutable creating energies of God that we get to practice and embody. It is not a gift. We get to grow the fruit of the Holy Spirit as we die to ourselves, becoming a new creation in Christ. It’s not a once-and-done deal, but living an abundant life, being a creator in the hands of God, is totally worth it. The peace of Christ grounds us in the eternal. I’m not speaking positionally. I’m speaking experientially.

Centering Prayer is a good practice to begin embodying the peace that surpasses understanding.

Learning your Ennegrahm energy type: gut, heart, or head, can help with this, too. There’s no one process, no right or wrong way to do this. You don’t have to wait till you physically die to live a resurrected life in Christ. You just need to die to your ego. It’s why we’re baptized. What’s left is to embody our Baptism. We don’t need a stigmata like St. Francis, but the ego’s gotta die. Every new cancer has caused me to die deeper and more fully. The death of my wife and the death of my youngest son have caused me to die more fully to my ego. It still sticks up its ugly head. This is also why there isn’t one mystic way. You have to tailor your own transformation. It’s a spiritual journey like the peeling of an onion rather than a destination.

Breathe deep, stir, and awaken into the heart of the sunrise. Feeling the Spirit coursing light through your veins. Breathe deep the breath of heaven as your eyes and your heart throw open the windows of heaven into this radical quickening grace, this fire of love.

Come out into the dawn of life, dancing and creating with your Creator. Be like the artist or the muse dancing in the fields of grace, where we're restoring the very synapses of our heart and being, tuning ourselves, spirit, soul, and body with the dance of eternal life.

We stir as the birds sing, and the earth awakens around us, walking with our bare feet grounded into the living earth while our presence is poised toward heaven sparkling from the souls of our feet…Fully Alive

Now, may the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and the Love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen.

We Are Here For Such A Time As This

For those with eyes to see, ears to hear, and hearts that comprehend, there is a way, where there was no way: Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life.

We are here at the tipping point of all time and eternity. Here and now is the time for us to evolve in Christ. Love evolves us all.

Love quickens our lives with the Breath of God. Love is the refiner’s fire, the creating energy that purifies our lives. Love is the sacred heart of Jesus, and love is the transforming fire of the Spirit.

They will know we are Christians by our love.

But for the grace of God who evolves us in Christ, we would perish.

Embodied Love Drives Out All Fear.

We are living in the greatest shift since the resurrection of Jesus, and we’re asleep at the wheel, carrying on like nothing’s changed, fighting the same old battles with rusty swords. It’s past time to wake up. God is only found in the eternal present, and we can only truly live out of the eternal present.

Into The Mystic

As the afternoon sunlight shafts through the trees
creating this sacred space,
We descend into this moment.

The wind and the leaves dance in a play of light and shadows.
The winds' soothing sounds

We drop out of the rush to linger, to savor,

Love Is The Oxygen of Life & God Is Love

When Moses saw the back of God, he shone so brightly out of his eyes that he had to wear a veil over his face for the rest of his life. The living light scared them to death.

When we boil it all down, there are only two fires of motivation, one of light and one of darkness, two drivers in life, we are either driven by fear or drawn by love. Love is the fire of awareness. Fear is the dragon of protection whispering into our hearts. Love, Unconditional Agape, is the fire of oxygen that living life flows out of our higher self, our true self in Christ.

Scripture tells us Do Not Fear 365 times, one for every day of the year.

Love is always drawing us out beyond ourselves. Fear is always driving us back into the caves of safety and defense.

Love expands us, evolves us, and quickens us, while fear drives us, making us small, mean, and defensive. Don’t be driven by the fears of the crowd. Don’t be driven like cattle, be drawn into the stillness of the Peace of Christ.

Love anything or anyone, and it will break your heart wide open. But Love is the only thing that makes sense in this world. Love will break you. Love will burn the hell out of you, and love will heal you. Our ego doesn't stand a chance against love. Love is the healing of the world, and it starts with you.
Love is eternal, the creating, the immutable, and love will never fail you. Though the nations rage and the mountains fall into the sea, Love never fails.

Love will break you open to the eternal impossibilities of grace, to hope, to care, and to dream the impossible dream, to create out of the quantum. "Perfect love drives out all fear."

No matter how broken we are, there is a healing wholeness in the love of God.
We can't earn it. We can't fix ourselves.
We can only receive it, experience it, taste it, test it, and savor it.

The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, His tender mercies never come to an end. They are new every morning, new every morning. And great is Thy faithfulness, O Lord, Great is Thy Faithfulness.

God is love; that immutable love is what abiding in Christ is all about, the Divine unfolding of God within and through us. As Jesus says, The Father and I are One. So, abiding in Christ is abiding in the Father.

How God’s Unconditional Love manifests through us is as multifaceted and unique as we are every day. This love is a new ‘in creating’ every morning. Love is the energy of life. Love shines into and through us like splintered light.

May you dwell in the Peace of Christ at the seat of your being, at the threshold of the quantum singularity, and may you rise to live in the creating stream of the Love of God, soaring on wings like eagles in the Spirit of Joy. Make it so, in Christ.
