I have a weird belief that in the coming years, we will have a bunch of people working to create AI models that actually works. A great number of folks will be working more with AI than with humans. A good number will be religious leaders.

And while I’m not writing this to create a biased argument on behalf of AI, we can all testify to the fact that it’s already here. The models released to us may still be imperfect, but trust me, in a couple of months or years, AI is going to get even better and crazier.

The epicentre of a nation’s growth is never dependent on how much talk they have on a particular subject matter, especially if you are in Africa. I hate to say it, but life is a bit slower here. The media is heavily controlled, and we are made to live with the narrative they want us to believe.

In the midst of the chaos happening around the country, I know there are many things you hate. My own issue is the fact that no matter how much I hate a situation, there’s almost nothing the average Nigerian can do other than wait for the next four years, hoping and praying to make a change with their PVCs.

The reality is simple: you either get going or you become obsolete.

And God will not “save” you here, because faith without works is dead. In fact, the fact that you are not working is proof that you never had faith in the first place.

Layi the Sabi Man once said something along the lines of: “Action without results is inaction.”

So instead of just praying that the Lord will save you from evolution or maybe thinking you can hide under “God called me”, why not start learning? Start putting things in place. Start getting into communities so that when you finally pray the “it will favour me and my family” prayer (like we all did when Daddy Seyi entered), you actually give God something to bless and amplify.

You know, if Apostle Paul were writing this newsletter, he would most likely have said, “Oh foolish Nigerians!” 😂

Maybe I’m even adding a bit of respect to our similar blunt character. We may never know till we get to heaven.

But anyways, let the chaos in your life propel you into growth.

Times are changing. Be informed.

I have a theory that the only topic everyone always has an opinion on—whether good or bad—is gender wars. And while I’m not here to pick a side, please make a decision to not just know what the media wants you to know. Dig deep enough to understand what is really happening in and around you so you can evolve properly.

If you are not growing, you are dying.

And before you scroll past this like any other newsletter, remember your children will question some of the decisions you made today.

You can either motivate them to build a good and balanced life because you changed the course and provided the wood to build the temple.

Or you become the motivation for them to work so hard just so they don’t become like their parents.

You have a chance to choose now.

Choose wisely.

Yes I’m in my best mental state😂🫵🏾. A very solid introduction to a controversial topic if you ask me. It’s not the one you’d expect from a man during Men’s Mental Month, but at least this year came with a whole lot more awareness than the previous. I think men are beginning to take themselves and their community seriously, which is a very good development. It helps demystify many topics surrounding how a man should live, behave, take care of themselves, and ultimately relate with other humans around.

I was on a call recently when a female friend mentioned she always ensures she cooks at home (she stays alone) simply because she’s a female. It made me wonder: are there not females who cook at home? Are there not other men who cook, and enjoy doing it at home too? Personally, I would have preferred cooking at home, but I don’t enjoy cooking so much. I would rather just batch-cook some things for my freezer than have to cook every day, and of course, I eat out when I need to. Now, my concern is not the act of cooking, but the fact that we have been naturally configured to attach every decision to our gender, forgetting that we were human long before we were defined by gender.

We have in a way harmonized the gospel of gender over the gospel of humanity. Now, I’m not saying we shouldn’t be conscious; I’m just saying be human-conscious too.

You didn’t like fufu because fufu is for men. You simply liked it because you are human. There are ladies who like fufu, and that doesn’t make them anything less of themselves or their gender. Cultural preferences are often disguised as gender roles, but they are just human preferences.

Learn to treat humans right and not just your gender or a gender. In fact, if you treat men right because of whatever reason and treat your fellow ladies like shit, you need to be checked😂. And of course, if you as a man treat a lady with so much respect and treat your fellow men like shit, then you are far from mental stability.

Because guys, what happened to humanity? Treat everyone with love and respect, no matter their gender, societal status, or religion biases.

Now it’s time to nail it in! I’m of the opinion that if I’m in a position to pick leaders, my aim would be to pick the best for the job. So, if a lady is the one who gets the job done, she gets the job. I won’t put a lady to lead a board when there’s a man who’s more competent by the numbers and has a better track record just to make headlines.

I’m not against any gender leading (I have supported female student politicians in school and contributed all I can, not because they are fine-looking babes but because they were better than whoever was against them). So if you’d lead or get promoted, then put in the work. Build your capacity. Don’t ever use gender to gaslight anybody into fulfilling your dreams, and at the same time, don’t allow yourself to be cheated all in the name of gender! Fight as much as you can!

There is practically no position that comes with gender biases except for the ones that require biological strengths of both genders. But like a man can be the head of hospitality or welfare, a lady can lead technical departments. Skills don’t come by gender, neither were you born with them; they are learned and developed. Anybody who has the mental capacity to handle it - is good to go!

I would always say that you can wake anybody up in Nigeria and just say stuff around gender and they immediately pick up the conversation defensively; that’s how much we are aware. But we have economic problems, we have leadership problems, and we have structural problems. Why can’t we put ourselves together and create a nation where you can strive no matter what gender you come with? The funniest part is we don’t even get to pick these genders; we are biologically gifted. So yes, respect yourselves, your bodies, and treat every human with respect. A lady is undergoing a monthly flow – don’t act like you don’t have sense. A guy has a stomach ache; just because you experience more doesn’t invalidate how he feels at that moment. Tbh, it’s just mutual respect and we are good.

When does it end, how does it end, with whom will it end? These and many other questions I ask myself when I have gender conversations. I think my ideology might be weird, but I choose to stand by it because I believe we are first human before gender, and we shouldn’t create a problem from what we didn’t choose😒.

But you know that Father’s Day is for fathers and not for mothers who raised their child alone, not to reduce their efforts, but you can go all out of the world to celebrate them on the four or six mothers’ and women’s days we have. In fact, you don’t have to be boxed by dates; if you love them, just celebrate. But that “Happy Father’s Day to my mother” yen is so unnecessary… and if you are in the business of giving Mother’s Day to fathers too – do better, chiefs!

Finally, scripture says husband and wife should submit to one another; let accountability flow across both genders. Homes and families are different, but I agree with the school of thought to allow the party that is better at a situation to handle it. That’s why you are partners, not elder brothers and sisters.

After missing two of my very disgusting alarms, I wondered what my brain kept telling my body that made it remain in bed despite all the many tactics I had employed.

It was 7 a.m. I had to freshen up and still get to flooded Ikate before 9.

I had just sat up in bed, very tired, muttering words out of my mouth like I was forcing something out:

“It’s either you are running things, or things are running you.”

While studying Mechatronics Engineering, some very nice lecturers would ask us to discuss certain topics in an examination. Unless you had limited knowledge, you were expected to start with the definition of terms.

Now, driving back to our initial conversation about whether you are running things or being run at - if you think about it well - this craziness is proudly sponsored by adulthood, with a handshake from Daddy Seyi, rightttt?

Anyways, let’s dive right in.

What is adulthood?

Adulthood is that stage where life becomes real to you.

There’s no specific age, to be honest. The moment you start thinking about life from a solution-oriented standpoint instead of just waiting for directives from your parents, friends, or whoever used to fill that role, you are growing into someone who takes initiative.

Adulthood is ownership.

It is the junction where you stop depending on someone else’s decisions to become yourself.

And weirdly, this is where it gets tricky.

People just expect that you always know the right thing to do.

Meanwhile, there is you - internally stressed and overwhelmed - while someone is upset because you forgot their wedding anniversary, and of course, you did not make it to the party on time because you did not plan well.

Truth is, we cannot keep making excuses for our actions and inactions. You have to take responsibility and do better where and when necessary.

My argument is based on the fact that we are in a generation where people are growing older in age but refusing to learn that life is about taking the right and best steps.

Your friend should not need to tell you to wash your plate after eating.

Nobody should have to beg you to gift them; you should know when and what is appropriate.

You need to grow up enough to take initiative! People will not keep telling you what to do forever.

At some point, your parents will allow you to face life on your own and when that happens, will you have enough experience to push through, or will you cave in and give up?

I think another key focus for every young adult is learning how to maintain relationships: what to say, how to say it.

People close to me know I can be very blunt.

I just used to believe that if you can do something, then you should be able to handle whatever comes from it, so I would simply dish it out.

But over time, I have had to sit down, re-evaluate some of my character traits and decisions, and put structures in place.

You will lose people, but strive not to lose good people.

Create standards for how you want to treat others, but also remember that people are human; they cannot be exactly like you, they will not always think like you.

So manage your expectations, so disappointment does not consume you.

Finally, we need more people dedicated to social reengineering, even as we continue searching for a government that actually cares.

People need to learn how to simply be nice.

We are all looking for money, but do not become a callous and horrible human being because of it.

And that unnecessary desire to always prove a point? Very unnecessary.

Quick story;

“ I took a tricycle from toll gate to Agege. The Hausa driver had been quite decent until we got close to Oko Oba, where a little water splashed on a man on the other side. Let’s call him Bola.

While Bola was complaining, the driver, who was on a call, found it unnecessary. You could pick your call after dropping us off.

I agreed with Bola for calling him out, and I also appreciated that the driver did not respond because it could have gotten messy.

Long story short, we got to our stop, and Bola stepped out and left without paying.

The lady beside me tried calling him back, but he ignored her. The driver tried getting down to chase him.

That was when I noticed he was on crutches, one leg was gone and there he was, still working hard instead of begging on the streets. That melted my heart.

I told him not to worry and ran after Bola. Guess what? When I finally caught up with him, he said it was intentional.

He wanted the driver to stress before getting his ₦800 because he had splashed water on him.

By then, the water stain was barely visible. I had to beg him to pay.

I was honestly ready to pay if he refused, because a hardworking man deserves his wages.

While I do not support the driver being careless, deciding he should suffer extra stress before being paid was unnecessary.

He was already doing his best despite his condition, he deserved basic decency.”

Going forward, commit to doing better with life. Life is already hard. Be gracious with your words, make people feel comfortable.

When people help you, appreciate them; thank them in ways that truly communicate gratitude.

You are not entitled to anyone’s help (let your head be correct).

Be kind. Control your anger. Be devoted to God. Spend time with your friends. Make good decisions. Be kind to strangers. Give people room to make mistakes and correct them in love. Allow people to grow.

Rooting for others to succeed does not take anything from you!

Your biggest enemy is not people; it is the decisions you are making right now.

Ultimately, put yourself first, but work in love.

Enjoy your adulthood and stay on top of your game.

Now I have to really write again after a very long and unintentional break. Facing crazy traffic on a Monday afternoon, sometimes I rethink my decision to work at the heart of Lekki 😂

Left my water-view office for a traffic-view one 😂 Not to bore you with unnecessary news that I’m not even ready to share yet. Money has to be made, and sometimes restructuring to make that money is necessary.

Anyways, I’m back with a clearer headspace needed to handle the chaos of life and still be sane in this Bola’s country. Sometimes, I just sit down and try to evaluate some of my decisions, both the good and the not-so-good ones (because me, I’m immune to negative decisions 😂🫠). Just to take a step back and retrace my steps, not because I’m lost but because a success that wasn’t mastered cannot be recreated.

One of the major things I’ve discovered is that there’s a level of spontaneity required for success (what you Gen Z people call “locking in”). While that’s both a good and interesting concept, nothing drives you crazier than locking in, but nobody tells you this because the country is hard and you need money to survive.

And while that’s an established truth, I believe one hack that can put you in a better space is learning how to lock in and also take a step back when necessary.

The truth is, we don’t necessarily have power over many of our realities. We can only have faith through prayers that it all works out for our good in the end. But one thing I can assure you is this: if you lock in enough, even if the world is against you, you will achieve a level of success.

However, another assurance is this: if you don’t take periodic rest and step off the stage, you might end up in a bad state before you even get to that success.

You need to drive yourself to a point where you are consciously aware that you will get everything you want in life. This is not a call to be lazy or nonchalant, but a call to push yourself into greatness while still protecting your health and keeping your spark alive. See it as a win-win situation.

My dreams are big. I know I’ll need a miracle to achieve them, even though I’m as hardworking as I can be. What helps you maintain a hardworking life over a long period is rest because when your body and soul ask for it, you might not be ready if you’ve ignored it for too long.

Take whatever rest means to you. It could be sleep. It could be a vacation without your laptop. It could be reducing what you’re focusing on. Whatever it means to you, do it periodically.

Make your soul happy!

There’s no award for the employee with the most unused leave. Refresh yourself!

Enjoy the process to your success because success often comes with more responsibilities than you even expect.

It’s 2016, my sister (who graduated with a perfect CGPA during her master’s last year at UNILAG) had finally agreed to help me write the essay I was going to submit to my school so they could pick the best for our upcoming competition organised by the Petroleum Technology Development Fund. The competition was in three phases: quiz (which I didn’t even bother about), debate (I’m not going to have one small girl from Ambassadors or Mayflower hand my ass to me, me wey fit go add small yoruba adage for there), and essay writing (where I could prove a point and yes, if I had lost, I wouldn’t even have cared).

Preparations in and out, Methodist High School takes on the best public and private schools in Ogun State — Iganmode (my principal wanted us to be like them so bad), Ambassadors, Mayflower Abeokuta Grammar School, BBHS, and most solid schools you could think of in the state.

I didn’t even practice because I wasn’t going to put up a fight. My mom said it was good that we were attending; at least we would get to explore ABK 😂. Then we got to the venue — Abeokuta Grammar School — and everybody went to their respective categories. While I was trying to settle in, I heard the teacher of Scholars Academy say to her students:

“You have been practicing with 450 words, and this is just 300. Shouldn’t be a problem.”

I almost didn’t mention how my then English teacher almost didn’t pick me because of personal sentiments. She knew my essay was too good, but she just didn’t want me. At the end, nobody was better and willing to take up the role, so they were left with no choice but to go ahead with me.

Lost like 20% morale after I overheard this Scholars people conversation 😂.

We later entered, and I saw this Iganmode boy taking his time to design his handwriting. The beautiful lady from Ambassadors barely spoke to anyone; she was so locked in. She was giving very serious person vibes. If I could meet her now, I would just really love to understand what her thought process was.

I wrote on a topic around fuel subsidy then (can’t remember the specific one). But as always, I was current, and my dad had forced us to watch all the protests against the then president, Goodluck Jonathan. At least I had ideas, and while I wasn’t putting up a fight, I wouldn’t submit without leaving a mark.

Struggling to put myself together, I saw this lady using my layout to put her own writing together. Babe used almost all my linking words 😂. At least I knew better than someone, and for me, that was worth the fight 😂.

Stepping outside to realise we had lost the first round of debate and the quiz, and while we journeyed back, I couldn’t help but think of what Principal Akinkunmi was going to say to us. We had one chance, and we all bottled it.

The results for essay writing were going to be announced the next day because of the technicalities that come with grading and all of that. I had already lost the little faith I had after seeing my friends fail their own part of the competition.

My consolation was that we all actually failed, and that was so cool nobody could banter each other on any course.

Truth is, many times you didn’t actually do as well as you thought you did; you just did better than everybody. Of course, you have no business wishing others failure just because you failed.

Even without the results, with the kinds of schools I saw there, I knew I had no chance, TBVH. For the first time in my life, I felt like a loser, and I couldn’t even stand it. I struggled to sleep that night, and when I eventually did, I didn’t want to wake up to face the reality of the consequences of our actions.

I couldn’t even leave the bed. I don’t know why a competition I didn’t even put up a fight for had so much effect on me.

Maybe I thought the success of my friends was going to hide my failures, and now we had all failed. Or maybe I’m just not born to fail. I didn’t even wash my school uniform, and the other one wasn’t that good. I didn’t win, and my crushes would get to see me in my not-so-good extra white shirt. The week was about to become one of my worst 😭😮‍💨.

While I was still marinating in my many thoughts, remember the English teacher who didn’t even want me to write the essay in the first place? She had just jumped inside as soon as my mom opened the gate with so much excitement (thank God we didn’t have our dog Team then; it would have disciplined her excitement, mehn). Apparently, they had called her that I came third position in the entire state. Guess what? All of the big schools you would have expected didn’t even make the cut.

At first, it felt like a dream but a dream I never had that still came through.

That was one of the happiest days of my life. Not just that I won and didn’t just go sightseeing, but at least my friends and I had something to save our faces. It was really one for the team.

I’m not sure I had ever been happier for anything third position in my life before that day. I mean, I was always either first or second in primary school — never tasted third before — but this one sounded delicious for a minute. The excitement of beating top public and private schools in Ogun State could not even be contained.

I brushed up the white from the previous day, but now with an armless sweater and lots of perfume. The school found a way to get us to Abeokuta (the state capital where the event had taken place). It was time to claim the rewards of my unexpected victory — a 20k cash gift in 2015, which was enough to get me my Tecno W3.

This experience pivoted me into writing. From that day, I knew I could write. When there was a mass failure in my school for English in WAEC, I still managed to squeeze a C6. I had a very solid B in NECO and WAEC GCE English. I became more confident about writing, got featured twice in the National Tribune newspaper during the COVID year, and wrote really long, amazing pieces on some of my old posts on Instagram (I used to be more serious with captions back in the day).

It just opened me up and, like an impartation session, I just knew I could do well with words. Now we have this little space where I write to you, and some of you respond using the comments.

Truth is, as you navigate life, there will be many tasks or phases you dread so much, decisions you fear so much. But the only way to know if you’d win or not is to keep trying. Even when all faith is lost, never lose that trying ability. Even when failure is sure and everyone knows it — JUST SHOW UP!

Sometimes it’s not about assured victories; it’s about assured showing up.

This event took my life to a different level because I now knew I could do anything as far as I put in the work of showing up in the best possible way I can, and God breathes on it.

Like the words of a popular philosopher:

“Yakubu Manage, e go be like say you wan die, but you no go die manage!”

Top Tier Old School Music

You don’t have to mention it, I know it’s great!

Everybody creates this mental picture of what they want and how they had planned their life to go, with the type of job they probably want, when and how they want to get married.

Some of you even judge those old folks in your mind, asking why they are yet to achieve something, and swear you’ll do better with your life or not even follow that path at all for which some are very valid.

Get married by 23, or even if that doesn’t work, get all necessary parameters sorted, like relationships, finances (most importantly), and the many other issues relationship people sort.

Anyways, it’s 2026. We are no longer 23, and we are still just chasing money, among other things.

The last time I got close to a relationship was 2024, which still didn’t work out, taking my singleness to as long as I can remember. But I’m sure I can still make solid points around relationships. I mean, coaches don’t play. 😂😂

Let’s talk about 2024 a bit, and I can drive the conversation from there. I didn’t know there was something like pre-relationship heartbreak until then, and the review was, “Oh, you are a good man and you don’t deserve to be heartbroken later, so it’s great to break it early.” And while I couldn’t even figure out how being good is a problem, I had to realize that a relationship is not just about working on yourself. I mean, it is solid, but the question is: does your crush or talking stage want the good and better you? 😂

Truth is, the goal isn’t just finding someone you like, but does he/she like you too? (Not just as a good person, but even as you grow to become better.) I mean your way of life, what you believe, and the type of future that you project for yourself.

Mutual energy is one of the most underrated ingredients of a successful relationship. I have a strong belief that before you go and disgrace yourself all in the name of asking someone out, ensure the babe likes you as much as you like her. You know a simple “no” is good, but a dramatic, meme-worthy “no”? 😂 You won’t recover from it.

And to my female friends, a green light is not the same as “I want you to be mine.” I know it is generic to say, but everyone knows what they want and what they are doing.

Do not make unnecessary excuses for anybody.

Back to my story — after whatever happened in 2024, I lost sleep for one night. My friend (David) thought I was working. I mean, I work late normally, so it wasn’t noticeable. But yeah, after that night, I made the decision to channel the energy into work.

The first level was trying not to get into a relationship until I fully healed. The second level was getting so locked-in on work and personal development. And now, the goal is getting the best out of life and if a relationship is part of it, why not?

The goal is not getting into a relationship because you want one, but because you met the one person you can deeply trust and trust that he/she trust you too.

Learn the art of being single without subjecting yourself to unnecessary pressure from social media and friends.

The goal is to get it right and not just to get it fast. And if you didn’t get a Valentine gift, remember our sweet man will always pull up for you.

You are your own Valentine, and I wish you the very best of love that you wish yourself.

Anyways, let’s dive in, yeah:

One of the things I was critically reflecting on was how to actually have a great year—or, for lack of a better phrase, how to have a better year than the previous one. I realized that the epicentre of the year lies in very small decisions.

I mean, there’s how a decision you make on the 29th of February changes the trajectory of your whole year and maybe your entire life even. The most important part of every year is every day, while the most important part of every day is every minute, and the chain goes down as applicable. Or maybe that decision never just existed, and your life is just as normal as usual.

There’s always something to fight for, and one of the few things I have learnt is that the goal is not to keep fighting but to keep creating systems that fights for you, even when you get tired of fighting. Truth is, we are growing older, and every decision now carries more weight than necessary; the more you miss it, the more you stay under the weight.

So, your best shot is winning daily. Maybe not daily, but a considerable amount of success keeps the soul happy. Even when you fail, sleep, wake up, and try again!

If today doesn’t change, tomorrow won’t be better.

Like a happy soul, you just need to put up a happy face while fighting to be a better person. Success is not a party where people get late to, but it can also be if you decide to have the fun of your life (utilize) without any respect for the time you actually meet the party.

I have learnt to never cave in, no matter what part life is throwing at you. You just need to put yourself together and try again. I know you have written those goals and read them to yourself like you were trying to cram your last paper during your finals, but even when it doesn’t look like you are ever going to close in on them, never give up and never try to give up! Because what you don’t know is that giving up also requires effort, energy, and courage.

So why not just put those things together and put your life together once and for all? Because whether you like it or not, it’s either you get it or you get it! So when you are giving your testimony in December 2026, while giving God all the glory, you will at least be able to thank yourself—you didn’t give up.

Long “Hi,” so it feels like I’m about to toast you, but you know what? I haven’t been in the business of ladies for a while, so words would actually fail me like the way the clipper fails the young barber always.

Facing the lagoon and trying to expose myself to nature while thinking about my life and what this year was like for me — my first year of full-blown 9–5, switching jobs in between (making me waste my remaining leave in my former job), working two jobs and my many projects, running through orphanage outreach while still trying to maintain a sane life.

Greatness is not always far-fetched; it is always in the many mixes of life.

The main responsibility of young folks is to recognize which opportunity to chase or accept.

One of the many things I have learnt this year is the fact that fear causes more pain than the pain itself.

Let me paint a picture:

While I was leaving my last role, my previous company was willing to have a conversation and come to an agreement just to ensure I didn’t leave. Don’t guess, I still left, even after the many promises (startups are like Yoruba men, trust them only when you are fully prepared for the repercussions 😂).

But yeah, the funniest thing was that a few months back, I had received crazy feedbacks that made me think they were going to just sack me and save themselves the stress of having to deal with me. It was looking like all the skills I said I had were a façade and my incapability would soon be unleashed.

On one of those days in my Shuttlers, I said to myself, “Maybe I’m not good enough. Maybe they are wasting money paying me salary. Maybe I’m just one of those average guys out there.”

But after that last meeting, I knew I was valuable. I knew I was worth every penny. And yes, I did my best!

If you need to fail, you will fail but don’t kill yourself with the fear before the failure comes, yeah?

Failure can be delay success; it really depends on your perspective on life and what your definition of success is.

Your future self will praise you when you do audacious things. When choices fail, choose audacity!

Right, I was on a call with one of the people I am working with when I told him I would be taking a night bus to Ekiti that same day. He told me not to try it… but yeah, I did and I wasn’t kidnapped.

Audacity will give you more chances to live the type of life you want than nature would originally offer you.

As we step into 2026:

Fight for your choices and voice.

Be audacious about what God has spoken to you about! Those goals you are putting down now, the world doesn’t reward audiences but only gives audience to the audacious ones!

And when you are tired and about to give up, find a mirror, look at yourself, and say the many things you have achieved. For example: “I passed WAEC against all odds, and I will do this too against all odds.”

No signs of weakness, yeah?

Keep it rolling, Chief and if you don’t keep it rolling, you will get rolled. Thank you.🌚❤️

Well, as a young boy trying to figure out life, I had always been in the middle of a lot of decisions and growing up, the decisions starts to shape how my life is and the many things I get to experience — how my feelings are, where and who I work with, how I make money, the set of people I interact with. I mean a bunch of interactions going on based on your decisions.

The issue is that the more you grow up, the more decisions you have to make by yourself and the more consequences you have to face. It is at this point that you have to understand what needs and wants ( in terms of purchasing power ) truly mean, because yes, the ladder doesn’t end.

Last December, a 2020 MacBook Pro was my dream. Fast forward to September this year, I had gotten the 2021 and upgraded RAM version, but guess what, that’s no longer my dream; that was what I could afford, literally. Now, the dream is M5 or whatever Apple decides to release.

This is just an example right?

There are always many situations in our lives for which you prayed for, you were probably anxious about, saved money for, or looked forward to. The truth is that those days will come and you’ll realize there’s always more to fight for!

If The Ladder is truly endless, then what brings Peace?

You!

Bring!

The!

Peace!!!

It’s always soft to fight for something or set goals. This is 2025 and I have literally saved all year mehn, first to furnish the house I rented in February, fixed that a bit, saved to get my own laptop, and many many reasons and I always forget (mostly intentionally depriving myself) to treat myself nicely in the mix of me trying to achieve my goal for the year. There will be 2026 goals and if I continue this way, I might never have good moments because I have saved enough to deprive myself of the joy necessary.

The only way to not get caught in the endless ladder, is to always have times where you resonate with yourself; have fun, buy shawarma, take calculated enjoyment (if you go broke because of enjoyment nobody will come and save you)

You will buy that iPhone but a new one is coming in less than 12 months, so instead of killing yourself to afford it, why not give yourself enough time and focus on your iPhone 13 that works and eat good food along the way.

I’m not killing the dreams but helping you to enhance them.

Focus on things that truly matter: YOU!

Your Happiness, Joy, and all of that in between focusing on what truly brings you peace.

By the way, I started a new role with Oando Foundations early last month, and it’s really been a new experience.

I’m doing new things and getting into a new working system while ending my one-month notice at Shipbubble because they decided to stress me.

I hope I don’t tell my life story explaining this but yeah it’s been 20-something years of figuring life out, from an humble background to putting things together and trying to run what I call “purpose,” and in the many situations I have had to deal with so many failures, that you can categorize as the chaos and yes that would mostly likely be my focus ( you don’t get to have many people talk about failures but that’s where I want my discussion with you to start and from there we can both find a way to navigate life, you feeeeel me?🥲😂

And of course, a few wins, which I’ll definitely gist you about when it becomes too chaotic.

The ‘vibes’ part

is not just required but necessary!

I get so tired of talking, but yeah, I really do like talking, expressing myself, and sharing my thoughts with you, and of course, that’s why I created a newsletter where you and I can share our thoughts and strengthen our love relationship 😂🥰.

This is me expressing myself, my thoughts, and ideas that I believe will change the way we both see life and our perspective on life.

You don’t have to agree with me on all things, you only need to see the perspective I’m trying to communicate to you.
