Intensity and truth are not the same thing.

Intensity can come from recognition.

Intensity can feel like destiny.

But sometimes it is unfinished business asking to be completed.

And sometimes it absolutely is.

But sacred does not automatically mean permanent.

Some people arrive to awaken something in you.

Some relationships arrive to initiate you.

Some experiences open doors inside of you that were never meant to close again…

even when the person who opened the door was never meant to walk through it with you.

That does not make the experience less real.

It simply means the meaning may be different from the outcome you imagined.

THE EXCAVATION

If you are uncomfortable right now…

And I believe many of us are being asked to go there.

Into the thing we have already known needs to be released.

The karmic cycle.

The fear.

The lack.

The relationship.

The resentment.

The attachment.

The identity.

The agreement.

The version of ourselves we have dragged forward simply because we were afraid to discover who we would be without it.

The water is saying:

Let me take it.

But we keep tightening our grip.

Trying to control the current.

Trying to decide what gets washed away and what gets to remain.

And eventually there comes a point where holding on becomes more painful than surrender.

I have said this before:

Let go or be dragged.

And every time this teaching returns, it reveals another layer.

Surrender does not mean becoming passive.

It means recognizing when your energy is being wasted trying to resurrect something whose life cycle is complete.

There are things you cannot carry into your next reality.

Not because the Universe is punishing you.

Because they are too heavy.

And perhaps what feels like loss right now is simply life removing weight from the vessel before asking it to travel farther.

The relationship.

Who am I when I no longer require evidence before I trust myself?

That identity served me.

But she cannot lead the next chapter.

THE NEW DEFINITION OF POWER

Maybe power is not carrying more.

Maybe power is becoming discerning about what you carry at all.

Receiving.

Delegating.

Allowing.

Being held.

Saying no before resentment has to say it for you.

The question is not whether you feel anger.

The question is:

What will you do with the energy inside it?

Because anger is life force.

THE OLD TIMELINE

Your old timeline may not look terrible from the outside.

That is what makes leaving it difficult.

Maybe it is familiar.

Maybe it is comfortable enough.

Maybe there are beautiful parts.

Maybe there is history.

Maybe there is money.

Maybe there is security.

Maybe there are people you deeply love.

Maybe nothing is catastrophically wrong.

But your soul does not only communicate through catastrophe.

The question is:

Why are you still choosing something simply because you know how to survive it?

Your strength is not evidence that the situation is aligned.

You being capable of carrying something does not mean it belongs on your back.

You absorb the consequences of other people’s choices because allowing the structure to fail feels more dangerous than sacrificing yourself to keep it standing.

And then resentment arrives.

Not because you are ungrateful.

Not because you are out of alignment.

But because some part of you finally recognizes:

This was never mine to carry alone.

THE ANGER

I recently reached the point where I was no longer willing to spiritually bypass my exhaustion.

I was angry.

I was frustrated.

I was fucking over it.

And instead of trying to transmute the anger before I had listened to it, I allowed it to speak.

My anger was not evidence that I had lost my spiritual center.

My anger was the part of me that finally refused to continue absorbing the cost of everyone else’s choices.

It was the part of me that said:

Enough.

Enough carrying what other people refuse to take responsibility for.

Enough protecting people from the natural consequences of their behavior.

Enough making chaos look manageable so everyone else can remain comfortable.

Enough performing strength while quietly disappearing inside of it.

The anger was not the problem.

The anger was the boundary arriving.

It was life-force energy returning to the places where I had been leaking it through over-responsibility.

It was the truth finally becoming louder than the conditioning.

THE INNER CHILD

The woman who carries everything was often once the child who learned that being useful made her safer.

She may have learned to read the room before she learned to read herself.

She became emotionally intelligent because she had to anticipate other people’s moods.

She became responsible because the adults around her were inconsistent.

She became self-sufficient because needing too much felt dangerous.

She became the peacekeeper because conflict threatened her sense of belonging.

She became impressive because achievement created temporary security.

And somewhere along the way, she formed an agreement:

I will never be caught unprepared.
I will never need more than someone is willing to give.
I will make myself so capable that no one can disappoint me again.

That agreement may have protected you once.

But it cannot build the future you are asking for now.

Your inner child does not need another promise that you will handle everything.

She needs to know that the adult version of you will no longer place her inside systems where love requires over-functioning.

She needs a new story:

I am safe to have needs.
I am safe to be supported.
I am safe to receive without performing for it.
I do not have to become indispensable to remain loved.

THE ILLUSION

The illusion is that releasing control means losing power.

It does not.

You are not being asked to abandon your vision.

You are being asked to release the architecture that made your exhaustion necessary.

You are not releasing the palace.

You are releasing the belief that you must carry every stone yourself.

You are not releasing sovereignty.

You are releasing isolation disguised as sovereignty.

You are not becoming dependent.

You are becoming discerning about interdependence.

As I was moving abroad after the fire…

I thought I knew exactly what my nervous system needed.

My home in the Palisades sat tucked away in the canyon.

I attended my first tea ceremony about five years ago.

And it changed me.

And so I did what I had always intuitively done…

I went to the bath.

At the time, I didn’t yet understand why water affected me so deeply.

So I prepared the bath with oils, crystals, flower medicine—whatever my intuition called me toward.

And the moment I entered the water…

something shifted.

My body softened.

I first came here as a teenager on my first solo trip.

And ever since then, the island has held a special frequency in my life - one of freedom, reset, and remembrance.

But this journey was different.

After the fire in Los Angeles that burned my home and everything I owned to ashes, I found myself standing at what I call the zero point.

A place where the old life is gone…
but the new one has not yet fully formed.

Fire is the most powerful alchemical force.

It clears timelines.
It leaves you with nothing but truth.

And in that space…

you are given the opportunity to begin again.

Not a new chapter.

A new book.

That is why this journey to Jamaica became what I now call:

When Spirit Calls You Somewhere

The second half of my trip took me somewhere new.

Instead of returning to my usual spot in Negril, something inside me nudged me to go somewhere I had never been before:

GoldenEye Resort in St. Mary’s near Ocho Rios.

The interesting thing?

When I looked at the website before booking, I didn’t feel particularly inspired.

But something deeper kept saying:

Go.

So I listened.

And when I arrived, I immediately felt it.

The energy.

The land.

The ocean.

Some places carry a frequency that words can’t fully explain.

GoldenEye sits on 52 acres of lush jungle and oceanfront land.

And from the moment I stepped onto the property, I knew:

This place was going to hold a transformation for me.

Room 37 - The New Beginning Portal

The room I was given was number 37.

If you know me, you know I pay attention to numbers and synchronicities.

37 reduces to 10.
10 reduces to 1.

New beginnings.

A new cycle.

A new identity.

And that is exactly what this trip became.

This time in Jamaica was not about doing more.

It was about getting quiet.

Resetting my nervous system.
Returning to my creative channel.
Allowing the next phase of my life to reveal itself.

My days were simple.

Morning meditation.
Writing.
Designing new jewelry collections.
Working on my book.
Listening to downloads from Spirit.

The Healing Portal

During this trip, I was introduced to a healer named Lindell.

I was guided to book a session with him on the Pisces New Moon, the day before my birthday.

What unfolded during that session was one of the most powerful releases I have ever experienced.

Through deep myofascial and energetic work, he located areas in my body holding grief and emotional residue from the fire.

When he reached my heart, he asked a simple question:

“Who broke your heart?”

And the answer came immediately.

The fire.

The loss.

The memories.

The life that disappeared overnight.

In that moment, I allowed the emotion to move.

Tears.
Release.
Energy shifting through the body.

Because real alchemy doesn’t happen through resistance.

It happens through surrender.

You face the pain.

You feel it fully.

And then…

you let it move.

When I got off that table, something inside me had changed.

I felt lighter.

Freer.

Like a new timeline had opened.

The Lesson of the Ocean

Later on my birthday, I had another unexpected initiation.

Snorkeling in the ocean.

I love water.

But deep ocean water can trigger fear in me.

At first it was uncomfortable.

I swallowed salt water.

My mask wasn’t fitting right.

My foot cramped.

Everything in my body wanted to panic.

But my guide said something simple:

“Stay with it.”

And that’s when it clicked.

The same lesson.

Face the discomfort.

Stay present.

Move through it.

Once I relaxed, the ocean revealed its magic.

Turtles.
Stingrays.
Schools of vibrant fish.

A whole world I would have missed if I had quit too soon.

And that’s when I realized something profound:

Pain is often the doorway to beauty.

But only if you stay long enough to move through it.

The Golden Era

This trip wasn’t just a birthday celebration.

It was an initiation.

The moment I truly stepped into what I now call:

My Golden Era.

The era after the fire.

The era after the grief.

The era where I rebuild my life intentionally.

From alignment.
From truth.
From joy.

And when you move through the fire…

you don’t rebuild the old life.

You build the life your soul has been asking for all along.

The Alchemy

This is the work I live and breathe.

Turning pain into power.

Turning pressure into diamonds.

Turning shadow into light.

There is always a phase during transformation where you are not fully the old version of yourself…

but you haven’t fully stepped into the new one either.

This is the void.

The space where everything feels uncertain.

Your internal world has shifted.

But your external reality hasn’t caught up yet.

This is where many people panic.

Because they assume nothing is happening.

But beneath the surface…

everything is reorganizing.

Just like a seed planted underground.

Before it becomes a flower, it must first build roots in the darkness.

Transformation works the same way.

III. Why Your Higher Self Sometimes Sends Tests

When you declare a new identity, your higher self will often present a test.

Not to punish you.

But to reveal whether you are ready to embody this new version.

These tests can look like sudden change:

A shift in income
A shift in relationships
A shift in direction

The old version of you sees this as loss.

But the new version understands something different.

Space is being created.

Alchemy always requires release before expansion.

And sometimes the life you are leaving must dissolve before the life meant for you can appear.

IV. The Pattern Most People Get Stuck In

Here’s what I see happen all the time.

Someone does deep healing work.

They shift internally.

But when the external world doesn’t change immediately…

they assume nothing worked.

So they return to the old identity.

The familiar one.

Even if it was misaligned.

Even if it kept them stuck.

Because familiarity often feels safer than transformation.

But if you want a new life,

you must be willing to become a new version of yourself.

V. Supporting Yourself Through Identity Transformation

When you are going through this shift, your nervous system needs support.

Because identity transformation is not just psychological.

It’s energetic.

It’s cellular.

Your entire system is reorganizing.

This is why practices like:

• resting deeply
• moving your body
• spending time in nature
• creating space for stillness
• allowing emotions to move through you

are so important during this phase.

Stillness is where the wisdom arrives.

Stillness is where intuition speaks.

Stillness is where the next step becomes clear.

VI. The Key to Moving Into Your New Timeline

If you want reality to reorganize faster…

you must begin embodying the new identity now.

Ask yourself:

How would the future version of me move through the world?

How would she dress?
Where would she spend her time?
What decisions would she make today?

Then begin living from that energy.

Even small disruptions to your routine can activate a new timeline.

Walk a different route.

Change your environment.

Jamaica has always been one of my soul’s homes.

The rhythm.
The laughter.
The sea.

I’ve been coming here since I was a teenager. My very first solo trip was to this island, and ever since then Jamaica has felt like a refuge for my spirit.

A place where I come for clarity.

A place where my body remembers how to breathe again.

But this time, I arrived as a different woman.

Not the woman who came before the fire.

I came to remember myself again.

The Birthday Portal

This trip wasn’t just a vacation.

A kind flight attendant offering little gifts of kindness and fruit plates like small confirmations from the universe that this trip was meant to happen.

When everything flows like that…

I know I’m in the right portal.

The Nervous System Reset

After months of survival mode…
searching for a new home
holding space for my children
rebuilding a life,

my nervous system finally exhaled.

The ocean held me.

The salt air rewired something deep.

Stillness became the bridge back into my body.

Rest became ceremony.

And slowly…

I began to soften again.

The Medicine of the Land

I stayed at the Rockhouse Hotel, one of my favorite places on Earth.

It’s not the most luxurious place I’ve ever stayed.

But the energy there is magic.

The cliffs overlooking turquoise water.
The food full of spice and life.
The laughter that floats through the air.

And the spa…

The women there carry medicine in their hands.

Grounded.
Nurturing.
Fierce.

As they worked on my body, I could literally feel grief leaving my bones.

The fire transmuting into peace.

The Ocean Baptism

One afternoon I jumped from the cliffs into the sea.

I’ve done it before many times.

But this jump felt different.

It wasn’t just a jump.

It was a surrender.

A baptism into the new.

As the salt water surrounded me, I felt it washing away the fear, the grief, the shock of everything I had lost.

Everything that could not come with me into this next chapter.

And in that moment…

I knew I was healing.

Signs From Spirit

Later, as I floated in the ocean, dolphins appeared.

A symbol of joy.

A symbol of rebirth.

A reminder from spirit that healing was happening in ways I couldn’t even see yet.

Negril is pure elemental alchemy.

Fire in the sun.
Water in the sea.
Air whispering freedom.
Earth grounding everything.

The land was teaching me balance again.

Teaching me how to trust life.

The Power of Community

Healing never happens alone.

My best friend flew in to meet me.

We laughed.

We ate jerk wings and roasted corn by the sea.

We shared stories and memories from the many years we’ve come to this island together.

Her presence reminded me how important it is to be held by your community when life shakes your foundation.

I’m endlessly grateful for the tribe that carried me through the fire.

The Alchemist’s Path

This year didn’t start the way I imagined.

The fires took everything.

My house.
My belongings.
My community.

There is nothing left to return to.

But that’s the thing about being an alchemist.

I know how to transform.

Shadow into light.
Pain into gold.
Pressure into diamonds.

So this moment…

this zero point,

is not the end.

It’s a beginning.

I’m stepping into a completely new timeline.

A new version of myself.

And I’m no longer holding back.

The Code of Joy

Every place we travel holds a frequency.

A code.

Negril offered the medicine of joy after devastation.

The rhythm of rebirth.

The laughter that reminds you paradise isn’t found…

it’s remembered.

As a grid worker, part of my mission is to receive these frequencies from the land and carry them back into the collective.

From ashes to ocean.

From endings to beginnings.

This is the alchemy of rebirth.

Bali has been my second home for years. I call her Mama Bali because every time I arrive, my body exhales. It’s the only place on Earth that pours back into me as deeply as I pour into others.

As a healer, a guide, and someone who holds space for so many people throughout the year, Bali has always been where I go to receive.

But this journey… was different.

This time Bali didn’t come to comfort me.

She came to teach me.

The Land That Heals

There is a reason Bali is one of the most powerful healing places in the world.

The Balinese people are Hindu, and their culture revolves around honoring the land, the spirits, and the ancestors.

Three times a day, offerings are placed outside homes, temples, and businesses.

Small woven trays made of banana leaves filled with flowers, incense, and sweets.

Every single day.

These rituals raise the vibration of the land itself.

So when you step foot in Bali, you feel it.

Your body feels it.

Your nervous system recognizes it.

It’s why so many people come here and experience profound healing.

For me, Bali has always been a place where my spirit returns to balance.

But on this trip, I arrived with a different agenda.

Instead of coming to receive, I came to accomplish something.

I came to look for land.

When You Ignore Your Intuition

The first sign of misalignment appeared immediately.

I arrived during high season - August - the most crowded time of year in Bali.

Normally, I would never do that.

But I ignored the feeling.

I rushed my accommodations.

I compromised on comfort.

I told myself it was fine because I was only staying a few days.

That one small compromise opened the door for a cascade of misalignment.

The villa was mediocre.

My son Zen became sick.

Soon after, so did I.

Then the villa I booked in Uluwatu turned out to be completely misrepresented.

Trash everywhere.

Construction everywhere.

Nothing like the photos.

I found myself moving from hotel to hotel, exhausted, unwell, and completely out of flow.

When we ignore our intuition, the universe doesn’t punish us.

But it will correct us.

The Moments of Magic

Even inside the chaos, Bali still offered her medicine.

I attended a kirtan - a sacred chanting ceremony where people gather to sing ancient Hindu mantras in unison.

There is something about those chants that opens the heart instantly.

It’s impossible to leave without feeling expanded.

I shared lunch with my best friend overlooking the river at the Four Seasons Sayan.

Zen played music with the local musicians.

We visited a traditional Japanese matcha tea house.

Small moments of beauty that reminded me why Bali feels like home.

But I realized something important.

I was so focused on my agenda that I almost missed the point of being there.

Bali wasn’t asking me to accomplish something.

She was asking me to receive.

The Forced Reset

At one point, I became so sick that I had to go to a biohacking center.

Bali has some of the most advanced healing spaces in the world.

I sat inside a hyperbaric chamber, breathing oxygen, letting my body recover.

For the first time since arriving, I stopped.

I paused.

I breathed.

And that’s when the realization came.

This entire experience was a mirror.

A reflection of what happens when I override my inner guidance.

The Real Lesson

Not every portal is glamorous.

Not every trip is magical.

Sometimes the portal is simply awareness.

Awareness of your patterns.

Awareness of your intuition.

Awareness of where you are forcing something instead of flowing.

This Bali trip didn’t give me land.

It gave me clarity.

My intuition is not a suggestion.

It is a compass.

And when I follow it, life opens.

When I ignore it, chaos follows.
