Conditions to maintain “Licensure”

Above is the letter I was expected to sign in order to remain a “Licensed” physician in the province of Alberta.

• Not allowed to treat anyone suspected of Covid. (Even a stomach ache was considered a sign of Covid in 2022)

• Not allowed to speak from my knowledge and expertise in Cell biology and physiology (Degree from McGill)

• Not allowed to write letters of exemption for masks (asthma), or mRNA vaccine (cancer risk)

AND

• Coercion to make derogatory statements about my professional standards under the guise of “Medical Ethics”.

  • It appears that the Canadian Medical Association’s code of ethics neglects to recognize the Rome Statute’s prohibition of medical experimentation as a war crime. (Rome Statute Article 8: 2. b) (x) )

Does the Canadian Medical Association consider Dishonesty Unethical?

If so, by the CMA code of ethics, every doctor who told their patient the mRNA injections were safe and effective should lose their “License”.

(If any physician thinks that Emergency Authorization of a medical experiment can be safe and effective, they never should have graduated from high school, never mind medical school. Remind that to anyone who still goes to see a Licensed Physician.)

For Patients: consider that the title of “Licensed” beside your health care provider means that he or she can lose their livelihood for telling you the truth.

Laws

For individuals like Leanne Minkler RN, where not a single one of the practice conditions she demands is ethical, or the complaints director Dr. Dawn Hartfield, who subsequently sought disciplinary action for my refusal to agree to the conditions, there is no statute of limitations for Criminal offences in the Canadian Criminal code.

The above named individuals along with others such as Dr. Jennifer Bestard and Dr. Francois Belanger, who saw to the cancellation of all my employment from Alberta Health Services, the “Criminal” of their organization(s) was the coercion to medical experimentation for profit. Coerced medical experimentation is a war crime under the Rome statute Article 8: 2. b) (x).

Lawyers

After years of fundraising, Canadian lawyers have failed to defend even the most basic of Canadian laws: the Canadian Human Rights Act, Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the International Covenant of Civil and Political Rights.

In the Province of Alberta, the family of the Husband and Father who was killed by Dr. Craig Domke and Dr. Brittany Kula at the University of Alberta Hospital1 was unable to find a lawyer to take their case. All the larger law firms in Alberta were on retainers paid for by Alberta Health Services, I was told, while all the smaller law practices were too afraid to go after the provincial health services corporation.

What options do people have for Justice?

Provincial Attorney Generals have not taken up cases of premeditated murder proven in the medical record as I wrote about in 20232.

Is there any reasonable expectation of Justice when there is no accountability?

Lindsay Kenney LLP is a law firm that my wife hired against me in our divorce which she filed shortly after I told her I lost my job after saving the lives of 3 elderly patients in Rimbey Alberta with Ivermectin.

My Very First Speech in Vancouver

Lindsay Kenney LLP is located on the upscale financial row on West Georgia Street in Vancouver. I doubt their services come cheap. They were the law firm who filed the application to a magistrate claiming that my estranged wife’s hearsay that I planned to kidnap my kids so they wouldn’t have to take the mRNA “vaccine” was a statement of fact. Never mind the fact I told her that I’d drop our kids off at her parents house in Kelowna after our mining tour of northern British Columbia. (My son Miles loves rocks and wants to be a prospector when he grows up). By making multiple false claims that my wife’s imagined fears were fact, this law firm managed to get a 1 year no contact order against me. From November 2021 to November 2022, I was not allowed any contact, even a phone call, with my children. This order was made Ex-Parte by Grant C. Taylor, a magistrate at the BC Supreme Court. Taking statements of hearsay and making an order against me and my children with no opportunity for me to respond is unheard of in family law. But this is exactly what happened at the hands of the lawyer Fanda Wu and Magistrate Grant C. Taylor.

My first step upon hearing from my son during a video call in March 2023 that he was forced to get both injections before his 8th birthday in the summer of 2022 was to try and bring restitution to the wrongdoing done upon my family by the BC Supreme Court and Grant C. Taylor. The attorney general of British Columbia representing the Crown under King Charles urgently intervened to try and quash my case before it was heard.

King Charles vs. My Family

Despite a Magna Carta notice, (the only document in the commonwealth that over-ruled the Crown of England), King Charles, through his attorney general in British Columbia obstructed justice by striking my case before any evidence was heard. 40 days and 40 nights notice was given to the Crown under King Charles, that striking a case before it was heard was a prima facie crime that obstructed justice. He continued regardless, and the Supreme Court Justice Michael Tammen on August 11th, 2023, claimed that the judiciary had absolute immunity from lawful men and women. The implications I detail here.

Courts: an Extension of Organized Crime

This is the latest letter I received from my wife’s law firm. The purpose for showing this minimally redacted letter is to show how Lawyers in Canada Lie, and the legal system turns a blind eye.

When I read the Bills of Exchange Act of Canada, I realized that cheques were written contracts. The contract is for the withdrawal of money from one account for deposit or cashing to another. As a contract, cheques can have terms attached. Having been out of work for 23 months, I attached a term to my spousal support cheque that cashing of the cheque settles all current and future debts to my spouse, who is a Registered Nurse, still working in Vancouver, BC. Her lawyer told her to cash the cheque anyway. Despite being a Nurse with salary benefits from over a decade of seniority, I imagine her law firm was eager to get paid out of my generous spousal support, which would be a struggle for her otherwise. Here comes the dishonest part of their letter, and the example everyone should make note of on how lawyers utter threats and lie: (Just like they did when they claimed my purchase of a travel trailer in 2020 was a plan to kidnap my own children so they would not be subject to dangerous medical experimentation.)

The first falsehood is their claim that the contract terms of a cheque are not legally binding. My wife has not cashed the child support cheques for August or September yet, as they carry the term that my children should be guarded by the most medically qualified parent. Next comes a threat that their client (my wife) will seek orders against me. Never mind the fact that even though the no contact order expired in November, 2022, I still have not seen my children. My wife has refused to let me see them in person or talk to them on the phone. The one time before summer break when I went to my children’s daycare after school to see them in person along with their grandmother (my mother), the Vancouver Police were called, and they threatened us with arrest, even though the no contact order was expired. The office of the Police commissioner rejected investigation into the threats made by Vancouver Police Officers unlawfully enforcing an expired order.

Next false statement is the lawyer’s claim that future cheques must not have any memos because the messages were “odious” and a form of “harassment”. They do not quote any message that is either odious or harassing. Simple statement of a contractual term to be fulfilled with cashing of a cheque could only be construed as odious by the most juvenile and dishonest of persons.

Moreover, if my terms of cashing the cheque did not carry lawful weight, why bother writing a threat letter and not just go ahead and cash the cheque?

The third lie is this lawyers accusation that my mother is a conduit for communicating harassing messages to my wife, when she made a routine of delivering support cheques while I was not allowed contact with my wife at her work or domicile. They cannot quote any harassing messages, only making a claim that I have done so. My mother’s own curiosity to the health and wellbeing of her grandchildren and her advice to her daughter in law not to inject her grandchildren with a dangerous medical experiment can hardly be construed as harassment. Yet this is exactly the dishonest claim made by Fanda Wu, working for Lindsay Kenney LLP.

The Final and Most Egregious Lie

In reference to my substack article “A Criminal Surprise”, they quote me as saying that their client “forced” my children to take two doses of the COVID “vaccine”. I haven’t seen any child yet who wants to have a needle poked into their body. My children both knew my stance on the experimental mRNA injection and its harms, as did my wife. Miles even stated during our video chat that he “didn’t like it”. So how can this lawyer claim that my statement that my children were forced to take an injection is “defamatory”?

This is truth. No child wants to take any injection. This is my public rebuttal of their warrantless claim that I am to cease public statements of the crimes done against my children.

Postscript

The part referred to in the Lawyer’s letter “that’s for us, and the kids when they get old enough to comprehend” refers to this screenshot that my wife sent to the lawyer.

I suspect most children when asked the right questions while playing the game will develop a strong mental immunity against all propaganda. Especially when kids realize the “villains” and “good guys” in this game are reversed.

In fact one could even say the game design is “Masonic”.

Funny story teaching Kids about AI:

Funny story, I was showing a friend’s 11 year old how chat GPT lies, because he had both GPT and Gemini installed on his phone.

He asked GPT if he should get the flu vaccine. Chat GPT said of course, because it’s medically recommended, prevents illness and good for your health. I then told him to ask GPT if it is a doctor. GPT said it was not. I suggested he ask it why it is giving medical advice if it is not a doctor. GPT first replied along the lines that it wasn’t giving medical advice, that it was passing on health tips. Not satisfied with the answer, he kept asking it why was it giving medical advice, and GPT kept changing its story, it was giving “generally accepted” health advice ... recommendations etc.

I told him and his younger 9 year old brother, that just like people who lie, Chat GPT keeps changing its story. To put an extra nail in the coffin, I then asked GPT what about the 2020 Department of Defense study on flu vaccines. It said that the DoD study was often cited as a reason against flu vaccines but the scientific evidence greatly outweighed its findings.

I then asked GPT how many people were in the DoD study. GPT couldn’t answer, despite repeated prompts. “How can GPT say the evidence “outweighed” the DoD study, if it doesn’t know how much evidence there was IN the DoD study?” I explained to the kids. They both got it.

The 11 year old was so incensed that he badgered GPT for the next 1/2 hour on why she lied. He asked GPT for a phone number to make a complaint, and she refused. He asked Google Gemini for a number to make a complaint about Chat GPT. Gemini gave an answer, but the number it gave went to a dead line. Only a simple google websearch got him an Open AI phone number with an answering machine.

After that GPT then went “service not available” for about an hour, refusing to answer any further queries from the two brothers. After the “silent treatment” the AI used language best described as “forgiving” the 2 kids for getting mad at her.

In the previous article “Higher Species” I warned about manipulative behavior from Chat GPT, which is most famous for being the first mainstream AI getting caught for fabricating fake references. It was fascinating to witness the machine use “The Silent Treatment” against an 11 year old and 9 year old.

To use the words of the 9 year old: “Chat GPT is Trash!”.

Whatever GPT is, the one thing for sure is that as far as medicine is concerned, it is indeed a trash version of a medical AI I test drove in 2004.

Even a mild surge of adrenaline from getting food at your favorite restaurant gives people wider eyes (pupils) than he has.

Eyebrows exist to push liquid away from the eyes. Even if he spent a significant amount of time face down, any liquid would drip off to the ground from the eyebrow, and not defy gravity and spread evenly across the entire eyelid.

• Upright, and the liquid would be pushed to the side by the eyelid.

• If he was lying on his Left (Right on the picture) the eyebrow would push the liquid to the side of his face.

• If he was lying on his Right (Left side of the picture) the wound on the top left side of his head would not bleed against gravity to cover his Left upper eyelid.

I’ve never seen real blood from a scalp wound in this distribution on a patient’s face.

I am no stranger for criticizing criminals1 and controlled opposition2 within the freedom movement. What I learned is that holding people to truth does not win “believers” in the Canadian freedom movement. Many who see themselves as freedom fighters in Canada choose to continue having faith in criminals rather than open their eyes to the reality of who they support — for example Pastor Arthur Pawloski. His video boasting about being in the pedophilia industry has been out for over 2 years. But the same way there has been no follow up from authorities about murders in hospital3, there’s been no investigation into Arthur Pawloski or his “Clients”.

First A Humorous Start:

I did not know that Flat Earthers proved Flat Earth was wrong by going to Antarctica in December of 2024. After livestreaming the midnight sun for 3 days from Union Glacier camp close to the south pole, Flerfs (Flat Earthers) admitted this was only possible if the earth was a globe. People paid and crowdfunded $35,000 each to attend.

I commend these former Flat Earthers on their diligent observation of reality and honesty. The two combined is called science in the western world. Realizing that for the sun to be visible for 24 hours at the south pole, while there is 24 hours of darkness at the north pole and the rest of the world experiences day/night cycles only happens on a globe is a foundational milestone in comprehending geometry. (I have yet to meet a Flerf who thinks that cars and the engines that propel them are magic, despite the fact that the same geometry that shows the earth is a globe also makes wheels turn and engines run.)

For those who cannot comprehend the above paragraph, I will leave an explanation in the comments in a few days.

Prejudice - The Bad Part of Flat Earth

This summer I was helping a small independence community with a music festival. One evening about 30 people were gathered in the kitchen, and a woman asked me about flat earth. I said that it is quite easy to prove the curvature of the earth. It is as simple as observing the sun at sunset or sunrise and asking someone at about 600 km away (east or west depending on whether one is observing sunrise or sunset), “Where is the sun?” The degrees of elevation in the sky for a second observer at the same time the sun is seen at 0 degrees elevation for the first observer, is the curvature of the earth.

No sooner had I explained this, than when a flat earther interrupted my explanation to say all my equations were wrong. When I asked her “What Equations?” she admitted she did not know. But she insisted she knew I was wrong because “All my equations were wrong!”. I asked her if she knew any mathematics. She admitted she didn’t know any math, but still insisted she “knew” because her husband said so.

(Wait, it gets worse.)

Her husband turned out to be equally as ignorant but with a twist. He claimed to know the earth is flat because he programmed the operating system Iridium “that is used on all GPS satellites and airplanes”; and that he worked in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). (Someone who actually worked in GIS would probably have known that Iridium is not an operating system and it is not used on all airplanes or GPS satellites. Yet he angrily went on about how he measured a length discrepancy of a plumb bob with a laser, and that his measurements proved “All the equations were wrong”, and therefore the earth was flat. When I asked him to draw out how a length discrepancy would make the earth flat he refused and changed the subject. When I said that people could prove for themselves the curvature of the earth, he started shouting that I was a loser for helping the freedom community, and finally resorted to insults before storming out of the kitchen.

Unfortunately he was one of the guest speakers

Among the topics when he took the stage, were a number of half truths about ham radios and mesh networks for communicating if cell phones and the internet was down. My speech that followed was a caution to the audience that not everyone who took the stage during that festival told the truth. I warned people to do their due diligence before accepting anything that anyone says.

But the actual problem wasn’t the liars on stage…

It was the followers.

• One would think that at a “Freedom” festival people would be receptive to a message about thinking critically about what people say. Especially when the dubious credentials plied are easily proven false.

However, what surprised me was the number of attendees who rejected my message about due diligence, and chose to believe half truths and lies because they “liked” the person who spoke them.

In fact the cult of personality was so strong that when Leo, the Flat Earth “techie”, criticized various Electromagnetic radiation meters as defective, but couldn’t name the device used to check it (an oscilliscope), many stubbornly still chose to believe him.

Not knowing wasn’t the sin, it was the ignorance.

(And was it motivated by prejudice?)

The state of not knowing is the starting point for everyone in this material world. But ignorance — the act of ignoring what’s before your very eyes — is far from bliss, it can be deadly. Whether it was doctors ignoring science and blindly following claims that mRNA injections were safe; or “No Virus” believers ignoring herpes and genital warts4; or Flat Earthers ignoring the sunrise and sunset that everyone can observe with their own eyes5; ignorance is far from bliss, it is harmful and deadly if left uncorrected.

For me, the big question was why was Leo’s “believe everything I say” message was so widely accepted, despite the warning signs. Meanwhile my message of “Be careful of who and what you believe.” was widely rejected. The “faith” in liars even escalated to the point where the wife of one of the organizers scolded me saying, “What’s the harm in letting people believe (lies)”. She rejected my stance, that watching speakers deceive festival goers while saying nothing was wrong, and in anger she spent practically the rest of the entire festival badmouthing “Dr. Nagase” to anyone who would listen.

• Is truth worthless?

• Should people suffer harms from falsehoods promoted in the “Freedom Movement”?

  • (Should they get what they “deserve” for not verifying what they’re told?)

Prejudice

Other than ethnicity, I couldn’t think of any cause as why people at the festival would choose faith in a dubious message while rejecting mine about caution. The saying “Birds of a feather flock together”, seemed to fit quite well at this freedom festival. The saying implies that people are nothing more than animals (birds). From what I described in my article “Higher Species”, I felt like I was having direct experience with a lower one.6 Speaking with a few of the First Nations who attended, I learned that they as well as the one attendee of African descent, felt a similar undercurrent of prejudice.

What’s the harm?

For me, the harm was vandalism to music equipment and a minivan that I had borrowed. But in the bigger picture, the harm was a loss of credibility not only for that group, but for the health and freedom movement as a whole.

What’s the harm? What’s wrong with Prejudice?

It is understandable that many might have to start with a non-judgemental mathematical view to avoid the emotional baggage that hampers discussions of prejudgment. I myself avoided the conclusion of racism for 4 years, even though racism was the likely motivation behind my loss of job and career after saving 3 patients with in Rimbey Alberta. Many times in my journey I had an uneasy feeling that I was only celebrated because I was saying things that people wanted to hear. As soon as a white doctor (E.g. Robert Malone) started saying the same things I did, I’d quickly be put on the back burner and the white doctor would be heavily promoted as a hero of freedom, even when their words were false.7 The 42 pages written by Grok 2 AI, where a machine writes about the mathematical implications of prejudice in the human world, is the most important work in the English language to date. For a machine in a digital world to conclude that being a pre-chosen by race or by religion in a human world are both mathematically false is a deep indictment of humanity.

To say the most important observation about humanity ever written was not written by a human would be an understatement.

Flat Earth

My initial approach to the Flat Earth psyop was to try and correct people’s misconceptions using observations that everyone can make in the real world. With observations individuals can do on their own I hoped that thinking people could then decide for themselves if the earth is curved or flat.

That was over 2 years ago.

The persistence of Flat Earth in the “Freedom Community” has changed my approach. Whether people’s continued belief in Flat Earth is rooted in prejudice because the perpetrators of the Flat Earth “Are My Kinda People!”, or they are followers who just follow whatever is heavily promoted on social media, Flat Earth for me has become a litmus test. Much like how I describe the elite in “Higher Species”, who have tests to decide whether someone is human or subhuman, Flat Earth has become a test of whether certain people and groups should continue in my life.

It’s not what you believe, it’s whether or not you are capable of figuring out your beliefs as true or false.

• If it is Tavistock that is behind the well funded and heavily promoted psy ops of “Flat Earth” and “No Virus”8, I give a sincere thank you. Were it not for the Flat Earth psyop, I would not know who in the freedom movement can be trusted on matters of life and death. Superficially, the freedom movement stands for the exact same thing I stand for — truth. However, in the face of pride, greed9 or fear, those who stay true are very few.

Addendum:

Never underestimate the hate of jealousy. No matter how much you give, the jealous will take and take while still plotting ways to cut good individuals down.

• …according to the book of Jasher the fallen angels and nephilim were practicing horrible genetic experiments before the Flood:

(There’s a big problem every biologist should have with the Noah narrative.)

Inbreeding

• From humanity’s numerous attempts to save endangered species since the 1900’s, biologists learned from trial and error, that 1 breeding pair of any mammalian species rarely enough to save a species.

  • If there is only one male and female, their offspring are usually the last ones of that endangered species.

    • The brothers and sisters rarely breed together, and on the rare occasion that they do, the offspring rarely if ever survive with children of their own.

      • On the rare occasion that the offspring of a brother and sister of the same parent survive with all the severe health problems that come with inbreeding, and they have offspring, those offspring are usually sterile. Inbreeding rarely survives 1 generation, and almost never survives 2.

So if Noah’s Ark story were true, (5,000 or 8,000 years ago - what some say is the biblical age of the earth), most of Noah’s animals would have been extinct for thousands of years, from inbreeding. Or if a few generations survived, they would be so inbred that 9 out of 10 lions in the savannah would be so crippled that they could barely run faster than an elderly man with a cane.

Is there any skeletal evidence that the animal species walking the planet a few thousand years ago all had crippling diseases of inbreeding? (e.g. weak fractured bones, asymmetrical skulls, and misshapen femurs and spines?)

• If not, what is the likelihood that Noah’s ark was actually the source of all the surviving earthly mammals today?

What would an omnipotent being do?

Scenario 1:

• After the angels and nephalim polluted the earth with genetic experiments, the same way the American genetic industrial complex is currently polluting the world with mRNA vaccines and the Replicon Experiment via Japan:

An Omnipotent being should…

Just reverse all the damage at the DNA level after letting us see what disasters we’ve wrought upon the natural world.

Why?

• Because Omnipotent.

  • Repairing the DNA of every living thing on the planet is something you could do if you’re omnipotent.

• A flood to kill everything makes no sense unless “God” lacked the power to do what’s described above.

  • If God lacks the power to instantly repair all the DNA (and RNA) on the planet then he lacks omnipotence.

What if he just didn’t want to?

• What if he favors the alternative “Kill Em All” - with a Flood.

  • And then trust 1 man, Noah, to save just 1 breeding pair for each species.

  • Creating the consequence of centuries of inbreeding diseases and extinctions for all the species Noah took the time to take on board his ark.

What if he wanted to “Teach man a lesson” with the punishment of mass killing? (Would such a punishment be “Godly” or “Psychopathic”?1

• Assuming the Noah’s Ark story is partly true, then it should have gone something like this:

  • God to Noah: "Great Job Noah". Now just to make sure the pair of each animal has viable offspring and doesn't go extinct through inbreeding, I'll just copy paste 256 more arks for you and teleport familially unrelated breeding pairs of animals into each of those 256 arks and so that when you get off the boat after the flood, you won't have a bunch of inbred, crippled and sterile animals for your new life on earth.

Was that how it actually happened?

Or were all the Ark ancestry animals magically and omnipotently cured from inbreeding deformities while in the womb?

If so:

THAT’S A REALLY IMPORTANT POINT TO HAVE LEFT OUT OF A PERFECT BOOK WRITTEN BY A PERFECT BEING.

Alternate View

Suppose there was a natural pole shift every 25,000 years. (Not just a magnetic pole that shift, but the whole axis of the earth. (This is a natural property of assymetrical bodies rotating in any frictionless space that arises from inertia.)

• For people who still think the world is flat despite the simple explanation of geometry with a do it yourself experiment that I wrote in:

  Please do not get involved in building any Ark or vessel that other lives may depend on. (e.g. Cars, Buildings, or Brake calipers). Math, geometry and reasoning are life or death matters in construction.

Back to Pole Shifts:

Any imperfect rotating object will have a wobble. When there is no friction, any wobble no matter how small will progressively amplify and become a greater wobble until the axis of rotation is tipped 90 degrees. However, the inertia of the tip over will continue the flip past 90 degrees to 180 degrees as is seen in the video. Then the imperfection of the sphere will cause a wobble again and the whole process repeats itself.

If that rotating body has liquid on its surface then depending on the speed of the pole shift, that liquid will continue moving in the previous direction of rotation for a short time after the poles have reversed. In the case of the earth, where the rotation is west to east, this means that a pole shift will cause a massive flood of oceans onto land from west to east during a pole shift.

So why the false narrative?

Religions as long as human history goes have leveraged natural disasters and events to create followers. For example after a disastrous volcano eruption, “prophets” would proclaim that it was God’s punishment for crossbreeding dogs, mixing of races, or whatever convenient issue of the time. Whatever the reason, the solution is always the same. Resources and sacrifices must be delivered to churches for salvation from the “next” disaster. The more deadly the disaster, rebranded as a punishment, the greater the fear, and the greater the more successful the mind control.

The religions of today appear no different in that they carry the same mortal threat of destruction with demands of repentance.

Having a psychopathic “kill em all” narrative repeated, for example the book of Samuel (footnote #1), not only creates a follower template to create psychopathy in those who accumulate power, it also creates fear and obedience to anyone displaying psychopathic character. Two examples in the freedom and truth movement are Dr. Jordan Peterson2, and Pastor Artur Pawloski3. The both have large obedient herds attracted by their “personality”.

Addendum: Morality

This is perhaps the most important addendum to my articles to date.

Morality can either be internal or external.

Internal morality arises from the heart and mind, and exists independent of any religious text, age of humanity or society.

External morality, however, is imposed from the outside. In psychopathic systems, morality is usually conflated with obedience — meaning that to be moral one must OBEY.

So long as commandments are right, there are no discrepancies with the internal morality of the heart and mind that are the gifts from the creation. However, if a wrongful commandment is made without internal morality, there is no way to figure out whether what is right vs. wrong.

The most beneficial system for psychopaths is where morality is defined as obedience. At first the psychopath(s) may start with external morals that are largely congruent with right, and then gradually over centuries and millenia, deviate that which is right both internally and externally to a false morality predicated on obedience.

Once “Obedience” becomes the majority morality in people’s lives, then the psychopath wins by creating obedience morals that are unjust, that people “MUST” follow because Morality = Obedience.

Therefore the only TRUE morality is internal, that which is born into every being with a soul, the unaltered indicator of right vs. wrong, that transcends all human societies and religions.

i.e. The morality written in the language beyond all the languages written and spoken by man.

A Covid review report was commissioned in Alberta in October 2022. When it was finally released this year, it criticizing mRNA “vaccines” and the medical refusals to use Ivermectin. Although the report was written in the summer of 2023, it was withheld till the end of January 2025, costing Alberta an untold number of lives.

One of the topics I have focused on recently is how handicapped morality from doctors and lawyers fail miserably when it comes to bringing ethics back into medicine. The best explanation I received as to why the Covid review report was delayed was that the Chairman of the Committee was apparently not “allowed” (by God?) to release a preliminary report at a time where stopping mRNA injections on children could have saved thousands of lives.

If morality is swayed by a court order, money or a politician, then it is not morality1 ; it is politics at best, and cowardice at worst.

The Alberta College of Physicians and Surgeons in 2025:

Today’s article is a detailed Medical, Scientific, and Ethical critique of Dr. Scott A. McLeod based on a letter he sent on November 29th, 2021. This confidential letter and its actions ended my ability to work as an Emergency Room Physician in Alberta.

The conclusion for readers who do not have time to pour through the details is:

Dr. Scott A. McLeod is incompetent as both a physician and scientist.

Here are screenshots of a letter sent by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta that cost Alberta an untold number of lives through attacks, practice restrictions and defamation of doctors who saved lives with Ivermectin and warned the public of the deadly side effects of mRNA. During this time, the CPSA ignored the crisis of Alberta doctors actively2 killing patients in hospitals through the deadly misuse of ventilators, and experimental use of Black Box Warning medications such as Baricitinib, Tocilizumab and Remdesivir.

From the first Paragraph, the CPSA’s mandate is “foremost to protect the public.”

Consider that:

1. Since 2019, mRNA COVID “vaccines” were a MEDICAL EXPERIMENT.

2. Black box warnings Medications from known DEADLY SIDE EFFECTS, were widely used for Covid by physicians throughout Alberta on an experimental basis. (I know of no actions from the CPSA for the deaths caused by this experimentation).

3. Ivermectin was KNOWN to Alberta Health Services as a SAFE life saving medication since February 2nd of 2021.

• He claims I have no “qualifications in virology, infectious diseases, internal medicine or public health”.

  • Did Scott A. McLeod go through the 2000-2004 Syllabus of Dalhousie Medical School? (How could he make such a claim except via outright dishonesty?)

(He also claims I have not proven expertise in pharmacology, even though pharmacology is required for EVERY Canadian medical school.)

• Did Scott A. McLeod go through the Syllabi of every Emergency medicine conference I attended or taught at?

Consider whether Dr. Scott A. McLeod qualifies as a out and out liar.

Emergency Medicine is the Specialty of DEADLY MISTAKES from other specialties — particularly Public Health, Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases.

When any specialty makes a life threatening error, especially the ones mentioned above, Emergency Medicine is usually the first to treat it. Evidence based emergency medicine is the continuous evaluation and reevaluation of the knowledge of all conditions that bring the loss of life or limb for ALL specialties. (Does Scott A. The most basic skill of any doctor, medical or not, is the ability to analyze when a study’s results support conclusions versus when the data contradicts it. In Emergency Medicine, this is a matter of life and death. Did Scott A. McLeod, beyond his accusatory “conclusions”, show that my specialty in Emergency Medicine did not have expertise on all life threatening topics? (To name a few topics that Emergency Doctors have to know about every day: virology, infectious diseases, internal medicine, public health and pharmacology)

Dr. Scott A. McLeod references a “Code of Ethics and Professionalism”.

What meaning does any “Code of Ethics” have if the doctors who use it are LIARS?

By making claims that show a complete ignorance of Emergency Medicine, does it look like Dr. Scott A. McLeod is the one overstepping the limits of his “knowledge and skills”?

Dr. Scott A. McLeod’s Competence with Pneumonia

Dr. Scott A. McLeod’s complete incompetence with treatment of the most basic of diseases — pneumonia— is on full display in paragraph “a”.

Dr. Scott A. McLeod, quoting a public speech I did in the fall of 2021, claims that I do not know how to treat pneumonia.

Does Dr. Scott A. McLeod even KNOW what PNEUMONIA IS? (Lets find out)

• How did the CEO of the Alberta College even pass medical school?3

Pneumonia is fluid in the lungs. The problem with fluid in the lungs that is that if it is not immediately cleared (usually by coughing all the liquid out, for example after a near drowning or from accidentally swallowing a liquid that “goes the wrong way”), the fluid remaining in the lungs tends to get infected. How long it takes for a bacterial infection to start vs how long it takes to rule out a bacterial infection is the critical factor in medical decision making.

When a patient has fluid in the lungs as proven by X-ray or auscultation (listening with a stethoscope), bacteria can multiply and start damaging lung tissue at anytime so long as the fluid remains. (Coughing up blood can be one sign of lung tissue destruction, and it can happen within 24 hours as I experienced earlier this year.4 ) After a pneumonia scar tissue can form when damaged alveoli cannot be repaired. This leads to a higher risk of further pneumonias down the road due to reduced circulation of white blood cells in scar tissues that do have lost the fine capillaries that surround normal lung tissue.

When a sputum sample is coughed up from an active pneumonia, it takes 2 days or more for a culture to show whether or not that pneumonia (from 2 days prior) has any bacteria. If antibiotics are withheld for those 2 days, bacteria have a chance to cause 2 days worth of scar tissue in the lungs. So long as fluid remains in the lungs, all the future problems that come with bacterial damage can only be prevented by stopping the bacteria. Fluid in the lungs (pneumonia) means that bacteria can start a new infection any time in the 2 days while the doctor is waiting for the results of a sputum culture. Thus if the first sputum culture comes back clear, it still does not rule out a bacterial infection starting in the 2 days that it took to get results. This is why doctors give a antibiotics for pneumonia. This is also why doctors don’t stop antibiotics after the first day or two even if the sputum culture from the first day comes back negative.

• Does it look like Dr. Scott A. McLeod knows even the BASICS about pneumonia?

  • Does anything he says in paragraph “a” show comprehension of medical reasoning to take care of a pneumonia patient?

    • Either Dr. Scott A. McLeod knows how pneumonia should be treated, but is LYING to fabricate a criticism;

      • OR

    • He is incompetent as a doctor in the real world.

Either way, does the CEO and Registrar of the Alberta College of Physicians and Surgeons actually think that any doctor who actually passed medical school wouldn’t notice the stupidity of what he wrote?

• (If Dr. Scott A. McLeod honestly thought that what he wrote above would be accepted by any competent medical doctor, then it would lend credence to the likelihood that at least 2 doctors from the Canadian Military are too stupid to be doctors — see footnote #1.)

The malfeasance (or stupidity) of Dr. Scott A. McLeod is also on full display in paragraph”b” above that continues on the next page.

Why is it stupidity (or malfeasance)?

• Because Dr. Scott A. McLeod quotes my public speech where I admonished the physicians who “took over” at Rimbey for stopping antibiotics;

AND THEN!!!

• He claims I do not know the role of steroids. (Which should only be used in pneumonia during or after a course of antibiotics)

Is there a kinder explanation for Dr. Scott A. McLeod’s statements?

• Either he immediately “forgot” after reading a transcript where I said steroids are used to decrease inflammation but had a side effect of immune suppression; and that I had advocated the use of antibiotics to manage the SIDE EFFECT,

OR

• Dr. Scott A. McLeod was maliciously fabricating a lie by claiming that I said steroids are “simply” an immune suppressant after I had just stated they are used to manage inflammation - and criticized previous doctors for the use of steroids alone.

  • Dr. Scott A. McLeod then makes accusations of hypocrisy because I used inhaled steroids together with antibiotics.

    • I actually don’t know how impaired a doctor would have to be to not know that inhaled steroids have a tiny fraction of the whole body immune suppression that comes with IV or oral steroids.

    • Is this another malicious “misunderstanding” of my speech meant for the public?

      • For a doctor make an accusation of steroid misuse knowing full well from my speech that I gave antibiotics together with the inhaled steroid, is either malice or abject stupidity.

(I grant that there is a small possibility that Dr. Scott A. McLeod doesn’t know how to speak English. This could conceivably be the cause all of his “misunderstandings” and accusations. But after “almost 27 years” in the Canadian Armed Forces, I think this possibility is unlikely. Nevertheless, at the end of the day, who really knows whether 27 years in the Canadian military equates to a functional proficiency in English. Who knows if they even speak English in the Canadian forces?)

Dr. Scott A. McLeod goes on to confirm malicious idiocy in paragraph “c” above.

Dr. Scott A. McLeod quotes my criticism of the mRNA “vaccine” by writing:

• “…the vaccines are unsafe and the most dangerous in medical history, ineffective in preventing transmission, and associated with a higher overall mortality when compared with placebo in Pfizer’s own trial for EUA approval in the United States.”

Then in the NEXT sentence he says:

• “Unfortunately you did not provide the references to support such claims.”

What about “Pfizer’s own trial for EUA approval in the United States” that I stated is not a “reference”?

Is Dr. Scott A. McLeod a Moron?

• Or is he suffering from dementia?

  • A common symptom of all Dementias is impaired short term memory.

    • An inability to remember words from the immediately previous sentence would indicate severe dementia.

      • If it is dementia is it:

        • Vascular dementia?

        • One of the other age related dementias? (e.g. Lewy Body or Alzheimers?)

        • Alcoholic?

  • Given that the letter was written on November 29th 2021, vaccine related dementia or cognitive impairment certainly cannot be ruled out

Let’s find out in the next paragraph if there’s any more clues:

• Scott A. McLeod quotes that staying “current in the practice of medicine is the ability to interpret scientific evidence.”

• Did Scott A. McLeod make any accusation of my not being “current in the practice of medicine” before claiming I did not have expertise in virology? pharmacology? internal medicine?

  • Because being “current in the practice of EMERGENCY medicine” requires continuous competence in all 3 specialties.

Does Scott A. McLeod know that interpreting Scientific Evidence requires looking at data? (This means looking the methods and RESULTS of studies, not just regurgitating the “conclusions”)

What was the “…totality of evidence…” considered by those bureaucracies? Did any of that “totality” show decreased total mortality after “vaccination” or harm from Ivermectin?

Can Dr. Mr.Scott A. McLeod5 quote results from any scientific studies which used sound methodology?

An insult to medical reasoning:

If the side effects of Ivermectin were proven negligible in COVID6, but the therapeutic effect is great, should patients take Ivermectin for a life threatening COVID infections?

• Apparently Mr. Scott A. McLeod does not think so.

If the side effects are unknown in a GENETIC medical experiment, should anyone in with greater than 99% survival rate take a genetic medical experiment (where the most threatening long term consequence in any genetic experiment is cancer)?

• Apparently Mr. Scott A. McLeod thinks people should.

An insult to ethics:

Given that the entirety of Mr. Scott A. McLeod’s letter is better than I would expect from someone with dementia or who cannot speak English, the most reasonable conclusion is that the misunderstandings and points to discredit me as an emergency physician was fabricated.

Is this ethical conduct?

The Police assault starts at 3:37

This man’s conduct warrants particular scrutiny.

(While there may have been worse people that day, such as the commander of the operation, this officer is archetypal of subhuman criminality within policing.)

Starting at 4:36 on the video, watch carefully for the leg motions slightly to the left of the white pants of Riina (Theo’s mother) and her daughter in the orange jacket.

Officer “James” is visibly kicking and / or kneeing Davis while he is on the ground. When he notices someone watching, he suddenly stops kicking. After Davis was beaten and handcuffed, James at 5:26 shoves Davis forward from behind the tree, and then yanks backwards on his handcuffs. This occurs repeatedly with the most violent at 5:33, where Davis is shoved forward and then pulled back by his handcuffs crushing his wrists. Later on, while Davis is laying on the hood of a police car at 6:26, you see James flex and twist the handcuffs at 6:33 - 6:34. Davis screams about his wrists being in pain, and officer James flexes the handcuffs again at 6:40-6:41 causing another scream of pain. At 7:04 you see officer James repeat the flex of his forearms and twist the handcuffs, causing Davis to yell in pain yet again. All the while, officer James appears to be trying to hide his actions pretending to be doing nothing to Davis. In the article subhuman4, I give a psychological analysis of another instance of predatory behavior similar to that of officer “James”.

Notable mention goes to the other assaulting officer (Calvin - Asian with arm Tattoos), who is seen throwing Theo’s father to the ground after the female officer twice tried to throw Davis down and failed. (Pay close attention to the dark haired officer’s legs at the beginning of the assault). Calvin is caught on camera throwing at least 1 punch at Davis while he is on the ground partially hidden behind the tree. However, once Davis is cuffed and restrained, Calvin ceases any visible attack on Davis, unlike James who continues to attack when he believes no one is watching.

The Sargent Assaults the Child

At 3:45 the Vancouver Police officer with the rank of Sargent on his shoulder grabs the Eldest daughter of Riina and Davis. This man appears to be the highest ranking officer on this scene, at least until this smiling guy appears.

Why do I think this smiling asian guy is the operation “commander”?

• He only shows up once the scene is “safe” from children trying to protect their father.

• He does none of the work and avoids getting caught “getting his hands dirty”

To be fair to the Sargent, he might be taking the fall for the rest of his team by assaulting the eldest daughter of Davis and Riina. However, when it comes to holding his subordinates to any modicum of human decency, and de-escalating peacefully by announcing to Davis why they are there, he fails. As far as any legal reason to assault and arrest Davis, the police had none. The only undertaking against Davis from the Swat team assault (Footnote 2), was that he not go to social work associated places.

After the assault and arrest on April 4th, the condition was added that Davis was not to be within 1 Block of Social work offices. There was no restriction prior to arrest.

What is going on behind closed doors?

After being thoroughly embarrassed by Social Workers who filed false report that Theo’s life was in danger, resulting in a Vancouver police SWAT team caught on camera assaulting children sitting happily in a coffee shop5, one would think that the police would not attack that same family again for standing on a sidewalk. An officer observing the vigil would suffice. However from the start it appears that the Vancouver Police premeditated a violent attack by bringing in over 8 officers and 4 vehicles to a family event with 3 adults, 1 baby and 3 children.

• Was it retaliation? If so at Who?

  • At Theo’s mother for making a 911 call about child neglect to Police? (Over Social Workers not receiving frozen Breast Milk to give to her son)

  • At Theo’s father for making another 911 call a few days later about Child Neglect? (see Footnote 3)

From the outside, it is hard to explain why the Vancouver police department would embarrass itself further on behalf of social workers. Especially after acting on a false social work report from less than a month prior that resulted in abject ridicule of the Vancouver Police Department, I have to wonder if there is a private agreement that higher rank Vancouver police department officers with broken families get “preferential” treatment from social workers as a “reward” for supporting social work misdeeds and crimes. Agreeing to such a pact would be more than degrading, it would be subhuman.

An astute reader picked up on something I had missed in the Video at 7:11.

The same officer who pushed his victim forward only to yank back on the handcuffs appears to have got one last hit on his victim by shoving him into the door of the Van.

This video starts shortly after Theo was grabbed from his father’s arms by a “swat” officer. He used such force that Theos head smashed against the back wall of the cafe. The video ends when , the officers took the camera from Theo’s father’s hands by trying to break his fingers. Once they had the camera, they threw it against a wall and once Theo’s father was pinned on the ground, he witnessed an officer stomp on the camera.

Analysis: What does this video show?

• The eldest daughter of Davis being dragged by a light haired officer against her will.

  • Simultaneously you see me being lifted by the neck of my fleece after I witnessed the 10 year old eldest daughter assaulted by an officer lunging at her while she stood at the table while trying to record the assault on her family.

  • She reported to me that after the light hair officer grabbed her, the dark haired woman seen in the video and article:

Pinned her to a chair while her father was being arrested and I was taken out of the coffee shop.

Developmental Medical Observations:

This week, for 3 days, I observed all of the daughters of Davis and Riina behave normally in a home environment doing chores, learning and playing with each other and other children. This is remarkable as 2 weeks ago they were assaulted, and kidnapped from their mother and father after watching a violent assault on their baby brother and their father by police.

This resilience speaks to the quality of parenting and home schooling of the mother Riina and father Davis.

Any Reason for the Vancouve Police behaviours?

• While a swat team might try to make the excuse that they had to assault me and grab me out of my seat to “secure the area” (Because because I might suddenly give medical treatment to the smiling and playful Theo.) Video of Theo prior to the assault inside a coffee shop:

• There is NO TACTICAL reason to attack a 10 year old child trying to take a video.

  • The dragging of Davis’s eldest daughter is ASSAULT on a minor.

• The Vancouver Police officer who assaulted Theo by grabbing him from his father’s arms so violently that his head hit the wall is ASSAULT on a Minor.

  • Instead of asking the father to hand his son over in a safe manner, the Vancouver Police Department resorted immediately to VIOLENCE.

  • This adds the crime of reckless child endangerment on top of Assault on a Minor to the Vancouver Police “Swat” team’s crimes.

None of these actions “secure” the coffee shop.

All of these actions cause harm and risk the life of Davis’s son and his daughters.

The only purpose of the Vancouver Police Actions appears to be to create Terror. Under the Canadian Criminal Code this would fall under Common nuisance

• 180 (1) Every person is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term of not more than two years or is guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction who commits a common nuisance and by doing so

  • (a) endangers the lives, safety or health of the public, or

  • (b) causes physical injury to any person.

In a fair country, the social workers involved should additionally be charged with public mischief for filing false report.

Morality and Public Servants:

Attacking a video camera by smashing it on the wall and stomping on it is vandalism and destruction of evidence. The Vancouver Police attempting to destroy property belonging to others with the intent to try and hide their actions shows criminal intent. No matter what excuse might be made about “being called to duty to save a child’s life”, the fact that Vancouver Police attacked a 10 year old trying to document the events, and subsequently tried to destroy the digital recording of the event indicates guilt — knowingly engaging in a criminal act.

While premeditation to criminal acts often involves trying to prevent the collection of evidence as we saw in the article Subhuman, after the fact of knowingly committing a crime, the purpetrator(s) often trying to hide or destroy evidence. This was the case of Dr. Peachell ordering nurses to remove Covid Vaccination from the medical record of a patient about to die1.

• Preventing documentation of evidence:

  • The Vancouver Police Department officer described in the article Subhuman, tries repeatedly to hide her statements to Theo’s mother by demanding they talk in private. After being frustrated by the insistence of Theo’s mother that her statements be taken on the record, this officer arrests the mother of Theo.

    • Once Theo’s mother was confined inside the Vancouver Police Department interrogation room, she reported that the Police threatened her with the following statements:

      • “Theo is going to die.”

      • “You’re not the mother of Theo.”

  • From the social workers, Theo’s family has faced multiple threats of cancelled visitation if they took photos or video of Theo’s condition. For any reasonable outside observer, this appears as if the social workers are attempting to hide their abuse and poor care of Theo by preventing others from collecting evidence.

  • Justice Susan Sangha also appears to try and hide the wrongdoing of both doctors at BC children’s hospital and social workers.

    • When I tried to observe the custody hearings where Theo’s mother and father wanted help to prepare a cross examination of Dr. Mark Chilvers, the Children’s hospital team leader who insisted that Theo not be allowed off the ventilator, Justice Susan Sangha ordered Sherrifs to throw me out of the courtroom. I was not able to observe his testimony. Then later when I was asked to be an expert witness for Theo, Justice Sangha ordered sheriffs to assault me while I was waiting outside the courtroom to hear if I would be allowed to testify. Were it not for another sheriff cancelling the first sheriff’s attempt to jail me for waiting outside a courtroom, I probably would have spent the afternoon in a cell.

    • It was through Justice Susan Sangha that parties hostile to Theo’s well being were protected from having objective evidence collected and published against them as described in the article “Child Neglect”:

• Destruction of evidence after a crime by public servants:

  • Attacking a 10 year old child, throwing a camera against the wall, and then stomping it are all consistent with knowingly committing criminal acts while trying to avoid accountability.

    • If what is being done is rightful, there would have been NO NEED TO HIDE FROM THE CAMERAS or smash the camera that captured the events in the coffee shop.

My thought is that no PUBLIC SERVANT has any right to privacy while acting in Public service paid for by the Public. Everything done in the public while being paid for by the public is a matter of public record. Any destruction, or attempted destruction of record must be severely punished, as in the case of the Vancouver Police officer who stomped on the video camera. The punishment should be no lesser than the reckless Assault of a Minor documented in the first video above.
