It’s always the same or similar five hundred. The same collagen, the same “clean” supplement, the same biohacking gadget, the same summer dress recommended by different faces who were all sent the same PR box. Everyone’s shelf, cabinet, and closet are starting to look like they were stocked by the same person, because in a way they were — by whichever brand did the best gifting. This isn’t really about any one product. It’s a monoculture. One crop, planted everywhere, because it’s the crop that’s currently paying out and performing well.

I get it. Everyone’s trying to make a buck. Same girl, same. I don’t actually blame anyone for that. It’s just the economy we’re all living in now.

But when did monetizing become the default setting instead of the occasional bonus? Every post is a little bit of a pitch. Every “get ready with me” has a link. Every opinion about a product comes with a code. It’s not that people can’t share what they love and also make money — it’s that the ratio has flipped. It used to be mostly sharing, with monetization as the occasional exception. Now it’s mostly monetization, dressed up as sharing.

Underneath that is a second, quieter sameness: everything sounds a little bit AI-optimized now, even when a human wrote it. The “chic” cadence (barf), the algorithm-friendly rhythm, the caption that’s aimed at getting boosted before it’s aimed at being read. People are writing for the format, not for a voice, so even genuine enthusiasm starts to sound scripted.

Put those together and you get a monoculture — the same products, recommended the same way, in the same tone. It’s efficient. It’s also making everything a little worse, because efficiency was never what made a look, a routine, or a sentence actually good.

What I miss is exclusivity in the small sense — the feeling that what you chose was yours, not because it was rare, but because nobody told you to want it. An outfit built from your closet or a vintage find you fell in love with instead of this week’s gifted haul. A skincare shelf that isn’t identical to everyone else’s. A post written the way you actually talk.

Remember when posting was just... posting? Where you could put up a picture because you liked your outfit or looked hot, or an honest testimonial or a product or treatment without it being tied to a commission. Not everything needs to be a side hustle. Sometimes a post can just be a post — no funnel, no code, no five things, just a person doing fun person things.

I read an article a few months ago that stopped me mid-scroll. It was called “Optimization Culture Is Making Us Miserable” and I felt personally attacked — not because I disagreed with it, but because I recognized myself in it immediately.

I love feeling good. I love the sauna, the supplements, the morning routine, the treatments. I love learning about what my body needs and actually trying to give it those things. That part doesn’t feel like a burden to me — it feels like self-respect. Like paying attention to the one body I have.

But somewhere along the way something shifted.

I noticed it a few months ago when I declined a dinner because I knew it would push my bedtime and tank my sleep score. A dinner with people I actually like. I stayed home, went to bed at 10, and woke up to a perfectly optimized morning that felt a little bit empty.

That’s where the slope gets a little slippery. You start doing all the right things for really good reasons — you want more energy, better skin, less inflammation, a longer life. The research is real. The results are real.

But there’s a version of this that tips into something else entirely. Where the routine stops serving your life and starts replacing it. Where you’re so busy optimizing how you feel that you stop actually feeling things. Where spontaneity becomes a threat to the plan. Sort of my nightmare and also my reality.

The article makes the point that optimization culture treats humans like machines — like if you just input the right variables you’ll get the desired output. And it’s a fair critique. Because we are not machines. The best things that have ever happened to me were not optimized. They were accidents. Late nights. Saying yes when I probably should have said no.

I think about Fox and how he approaches a day. He wakes up and he wants to know what’s happening today and whether it will be fun. That’s it. He’s not cross-referencing it against his recovery data. He doesn’t have a wind-down protocol (although we love making “sleepy girls” together).

I’m not saying I want to give up everything I’ve built in my routine — But I am asking myself lately whether the goal of all this optimization is actually to feel free and present and alive, and whether I’m sometimes doing the opposite of that in pursuit of it.

There’s a quote in the article from a clinical psychologist that stuck with me — the idea that the more we chase these unrealistic standards, the worse we actually feel, and the more compelled we become to optimize, like we’re chasing something that keeps moving. A paradoxical addiction. A slippery slope for someone who has recently recognized their own perfectionism.

I’m not going to tell you to throw away your Oura ring or skip your supplements because I’m not doing that either. But I am trying to hold it a little more loosely. To remember that the point of feeling good is to actually go live — to say yes to the dinner, to stay up too late sometimes, to let a Sunday be unstructured and a little bit wasted. Moderation is the real spice of life. Sometimes it’s worth taking a break from being the best and just “being” instead.

I decided to leave my Oura ring at home when I went on Vacation a few weeks ago and I felt really free. I didn’t realize I how hard I was competing with myself. I haven’t put it back on and I feel a little more at peace. I still look at it on the charging stand and blow it a little kiss sometimes. We haven’t broken up but we are on a little break.

Optimization is a tool. But it was never supposed to be the whole life.

Lately, I’m pretty sure everyone is pregnant, or has a newborn in their arms. I find myself living vicariously through the first few weeks and months of motherhood, thinking about how fun it would be to do it all again with a community of friends. And every time, I get pulled back — eight years back — to my own early motherhood.

What surprised me isn’t the nostalgia. It’s how much clearer I can see it now, from this distance. The things I did blindly because I didn’t know any better. The things nobody told me (because I had no one to ask), and things I read but realized all babies are different, and you only learn by living it. And the things that exist now — resources, language, communities — that either didn’t exist then, or I just didn’t have the knowledge or the connections.

The things I wish I’d known

The things I personally wished I had resources for in those first few weeks after birth: Lymphatic drainage, specifically with Makenna, who I have known for a long time and trust. I was so bloated after birth and didn’t understand why I blew up after birth and not during pregnancy. I wished I had booked a lactation consultant right away — I ended up seeing one, but I wished someone had told me that breastfeeding is wild and scary, and sometimes you just need someone to tell you you’re doing fine (or you’re not doing fine). I wish I’d started seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist early on — I didn’t realize how your pelvic floor is connected to everything else, back pain, etc. I wish I knew Dr. Ellie :) I wish I had a proper food plan — Niki was an amazing chef, but I wish I knew what foods to eat that would help me with my emotions and strength.

A few of you were thankful for anti-depressants or anti-anxiety meds. Night nurses (or not feeling guilty about hiring one), postpartum doulas, a baby chiropractor to help soothe colic — and a lot of women said lactation consultant, and a meal train (also just an excuse to have friends pop by).

The friendship thing nobody warns you about

If I could go back and tell pre-baby me one thing, it wouldn’t be about the diapers, or which stroller to buy. It would be: you are going to lose some friends, and that’s going to hurt more than almost anything else about this transition.

Not because anyone did anything wrong. Just because your life will split off in a direction theirs hasn’t gone yet, and there’s only so far a friendship can stretch across that gap before it starts to feel like you’re speaking different languages.

What I didn’t know — what I wish someone had sat me down and said — is that a friend who is pregnant at the same time as you, or who has a kid close in age to yours, is worth more than almost any parenting book, gadget, or piece of advice. That person becomes your translator, your witness, your 2 a.m. text thread. They’re living the same chapter.

I didn’t have that until Fox was about two years old, and looking back, I was really fucking lonely. I was mourning my old life, my friends that seemed a million miles away.

The only person I had to relate to was my partner, and he couldn’t even fill the void. The reality is that even the most supportive partner isn’t going through the same journey. A man can go right back to work; a woman physically can’t — and then she can’t win either way, judged for bouncing back too fast or too slow. Meanwhile she’s on a hormonal rollercoaster, in a body she doesn’t recognize, and if she breastfeeds, a body that isn’t fully hers for months or years. A man might lose a few friends in the transition to fatherhood too, but it’s a different kind of loss, moving through a different body, under a different spotlight.

Are you going to have another?

I get asked this more than almost any other question about my life right now, and my honest answer is: I think about it a lot, and I still don’t know. Probably not?

Eight years in. No diapers. Fox can play on his own, go to school, have a whole inner world I’m not managing minute to minute. There’s so much freedom in that. Going back to the beginning, to newborn everything, feels genuinely daunting.

I won’t pretend money doesn’t factor into any of this, because it does — access to good resources, good childcare, good support almost always costs something. That’s a real and complicated part of the picture. It also never ends; I assumed this ended when the child goes to school, but then you have to figure out what school is best for your child, what after-school activities you’re paying for, how much money you’re putting away for college.

Every kid is, in their own way, a kid with special needs. Not in the clinical sense — in the sense that they are a specific person, with a specific way of learning, a specific temperament, specific things that light them up. One kid needs movement and can’t sit still. Another needs music, or art, or a coach who gets them, or a slower pace, or a faster one. Figuring out who your kid actually is — not who you assumed they’d be — and then finding the environment, the classes, the after-school programs, the teachers who match that, is its own full-time job. That ends up being really expensive. And then you throw multiple kids into the picture, with their own special needs...

I had the most amazing pregnancy and birth. I never even thought about life beyond growing the baby and birthing the baby, so the postpartum time was pretty jarring. Obviously. That’s why I am writing this essay — because it really fucked me up in hindsight.

I also love living vicariously through my friends’ birthing journeys, and love holding and loving my friends’ children. I also love holding and loving my friends going through those first few weeks of motherhood. MORNING SUNLIGHT It’s free, takes 2 minutes (10 if you have the time), and most people skip it. I don’t have curtains so honestly I don’t have a choice — but first light on your face and eyes (no sunglasses) sets your circadian rhythm, cortisol, and mood for the entire day. I notice a difference if I actually get to feel the sun on my face/body and not just the light but maybe that’s just me.

- Oil pulling + tongue scraping Oil pulling pulls bacteria before it hits your gut. Tongue scraping removes what built up overnight. Do both before you drink anything.

-Hot water with lemon Right after oil pulling, before coffee, before anything else. Wakes up digestion, supports the liver, and alkalizes before you start stacking things on top. Opening the system before I start filling it.

- Vibration plate I love to do this in the morning, but it’s hard to sneak in when I’m also trying to get Fox off to school or rush to set. Stimulates lymphatic drainage, improves circulation AND supports bone density, which starts declining in your 40s and nobody warns you about it. Rude.

-Protein first — 10g before anything else This one is new for me. I am not a breakfast person. I’ll do Brodo bone broth or Arrae clear protein mixed with Sakara fiber. Your muscles, metabolism, and hunger hormones will all thank you. Waiting to see if I feel a difference yet. I know the drill is 30g of protein before anything else but I feel like bone broth plus my morning coffee stack gets me close. I also don’t want to scrutinize food stuff.

-The morning stack Coffee with Agent Nateur collagen peptides, colostrum (not in too hot of heat), black sesame and of course my marshmallows. Then: probiotics, hair supplements, Sakara Fulvic Acid, Vit D/K, and Tru Niagen for NAD+. Sounds like a lot but I swear it takes no time. This is the stack I’ve been building for years and the things I actually notice if I stop taking them.

-Fatty 15 They discovered this by studying why whales don’t age the way we do. It’s the first essential fatty acid discovered since omega-3s in the 1970s. It rebuilds your cell membranes, supports metabolic health, reduces inflammation, and is specifically linked to slower cellular aging in women. I take it every single morning and I tell everyone I know about it.

-Movement + creatine after 10K step goal, tennis when I can. I just started the Summer Shred with @ashleyeckhoff which is humbling in the best way. Creatine immediately after — supports muscle retention, energy, and honestly my brain. 3-5g daily, every day, don’t skip it.

-FasciaBlaster on the thighs @ashleyblack’s FasciaBlaster/Nexcia before or after movement — I use it on my thighs specifically to break up stagnant lactic acid and keep cellulite from settling in. Fascia tightens and stagnates when you’re not moving it, and this thing gets into places foam rolling never could.

-PEMF mat + red light The tools that work while you’re doing nothing. PEMF resets your nervous system and reduces inflammation at a cellular level. Red light supports collagen production and mitochondrial function. I use both and I notice when I don’t. I keep adding the celluma to my cart and then not getting it because it’s so expensive but it’s pretty magical if you want to take it to the next level.

-Sauna + dry brushing Dry brushing before the shower or sauna — lymphatic stimulation, circulation, skin texture. Takes 3 minutes. The sauna is getting its own post later because it deserves it — Bryan Johnson called it his number one longevity protocol and I have thoughts.

-Exfoliate everything — and I mean everything if you have any products that are about to expire, especially any AHA/BHA or if you want to be fancy - iS Clinical active peel pads or something similar. They are not just for your face. Your body deserves the same attention. I use them on my face, neck, chest — and yes, the booty. Nobody wants an ashy butt. This is your reminder. You’re welcome.

-Sleep on your back + the Sleep & Glow pillow I just got this and I will report back — but the science is real. Sleeping on your side or stomach creates compression and friction on your face and décolletage for 7-8 hours a night. Over years that adds up to real lines. Back sleeping is the free anti-aging hack nobody wants to do because it’s hard. The Sleep & Glow pillow is supposed to make it easier. It’s been 2 weeks and jury still out, will keep you posted.

-Wind down ritual Last meal 2 hours before bed. Phone away 1 hour before (this is really hard for me). Magnesium glycinate + glycine (I like the powder with NAC and mix it with the mag for a sleepy girl) — this stack genuinely changed my sleep. If you need an all in one easy to handle packet or travel packet, this has everything and will give you nice dreams. PC oil for brain health.

-Deep breaths + humming When I’m stressed I do slow deep breaths with a hum on the exhale. The humming activates your vagus nerve — your body’s calm-down switch. It works in 60 seconds or less.

I broke it down into three summer aesthetics — built around packing mindfully. Everything mixes and matches, so whether you’re traveling or just living in your own backyard, the looks come together easily.

Posh Spice. Black and white. Looks expensive. Easy to pack, easy to mix. Think classic Margot Robbie — black long shorts, a silky matching set. Break it up with a beaded belt or a necklace. (The macramé moment feels a little done to me.) A black midi skirt and a white mini will take you far. Layered tanks too — effortless but somehow more styled. The LBD that has flown with me everywhere because it doesn’t wrinkle or something a little more fun if you want to get on the presale list. The sunglasses of the moment. The sell out quickly.

Romancing the Scone. She loves a vintage slip dress. Polka dots, gingham, a little femme but a little sporty too. I found some incredible 1940s slip dresses that won’t break the bank — all on my Substack. Grab a baguette and you’re a walking moodboard.

Sporty, Sexy, Sporty. This one’s the most me. Summer of sports energy. I’m obsessed with purple and red, pink and red, green and pink — color combos that just make me happy. Big sunglasses (these are a little over $100 on TRR), easy throw-overs for the swimsuit (like this epic Vintage Dior sweatshirt in my fave color), because this fish wants to be by the water all summer.

I've logged a lot of miles — usually with 5–10 work suitcases in tow for work, and long gone are the carry-on-only days since having a kid. These are the tricks I actually swear by to stay healthy, stay sane, and get through the flight faster. Here’s the condensed version.

The outfit

Designate a plane outfit and stick to it. Mine is usually leggings, a hoodie, a baseball cap, and an emergency cashmere in my bag — because planes are either a sauna or a freezer. Usually the ladder. Lately I’ve been flying in Vince silk pants(Comme Si also makes a perfect pair).

Cashmere socks. You will never see mine touch the airplane floor — but they keep my feet warm, which Chinese medicine says actually supports your immune system.

The pouch system

I used to be annoyingly disorganized with a collection of random makeup bags stuffed with god knows what. Then I switched to clear Mina Baie purse cubes and it genuinely changed things — no more dumping everything out to find my passport or that one supplement.

Tech pouch
Charger, wireless headphones, wired backup, I prefer wax earplugs over the loop ones but I mix it up and YSE lip mask (I need at least 4 lip masks, gloss and hydrators for the airplane).

Essentials pouch
YSE eye patches, hand sanitizer, Ursa Major face wipes , Pikora Hot cocoa. The Summer Fridays travel set is perfect. It has the best travel size face spritz (when I am out I refill with a large bottle because that’s always cheaper), disposable steam eye mask (my eyes get so dry when I fly) and a rogue lipliner. Doctor Stolberg tea bags when once I land. Ossa crossbody chain so I don’t lose my phone. I also love the OSEA mask for those parched lips on longer flights. Weleda Skin Food is an affordable essential I always have on hand — the ultimate hydration for face, hands etc. Agent Nateur calm beauty has calming magnesium and l-theanine boost the chill you out and make you beautiful simultaneously.

Supplement case
Probiotics, melatonin (I love the Ritual melatonin), NAC (because I always drink more than usual when I travel), standard process digestive enzymes , liposomal Vit C, Xanax (for emergencies), triphala (no bloat, no blowout).

Wellness extras that just float in my bag
Glutathione spray (because it’s best absorbed through your skin, red light brick (or red light mask Monastery is the best or both), compression socks, Lunya silk eye pillow, a book, a bunch of pens and no paper, my Medicube in case I feel inspired mid flight (I also love those medicube masks).

In-flight rituals

If I’m early at the airport, I get hot water and make a Pikora Hot Cocoa before boarding (never drink the airplane hot water).

I try not to eat on the plane — bloating is real — but when the flight is long and I have to, I bring dried mango, seed crackers, and Gut Nuts almonds. I’m waiting for the day LAX will start get an EREWHON. All hell would break loose.

When Fox is traveling with me it’s a whole other snack story but we usually pack a suitcase of snacks, books, the iPad, kids melatonin (I swear by it, sorry), wet wipes, his own Lunya eye mask. I always bring extra soft cashmere (sweaters and a scarf) when he’s flying with me to make a cozy bed (usually on my body) for my gigantic child.

Luggage

For work trips where I need volume and don’t care about looking chic? Soft Amazon duffels — you can really stuff them, stack them and trash them. For personal travel, I use the Monos x Simon Miller collab. It’s bright enough to spot immediately on the baggage belt, and paired with AirTags, I always know exactly where my bags are because I am always afraid of lost luggage.

One thing that might feel like overkill but isn’t: compression packing cubes. They’re genuinely great for squishing cashmere sweaters and containing rogue swimsuits and tiny tanks in the summer. A game changer once you start.

I can ‘t imagine my younger, very type B personality seeing myself now writing an article about how to pack efficiently but here we are.

How to pack for a trip is another can of worms but I do feel like I have mastered that as well. I love to pack one-off wild photo opp outfits but I am good at the cozy chic basics that you can mix and match. I’ll save that for another substack.

It’s not a “close your eyes” thing. It’s not a “don’t look” thing. It’s not even a “it doesn’t hurt” thing. It is an irrational fear. It’s different.

So… I’ve always wanted to try a vampire facial (which turned into PRP which turned into PRF). Recentl, I’ve been seeing friends get EZ gel injected under their eyes. EZ gel is basically filler mixed with your own plasma. It seems to dissipate better and doesn’t have that same puffiness traditional filler can have.

The newest, latest, greatest seems to be PRF. PRF is when they draw your blood, spin it in a centrifuge, and then re-inject the plasma instead of using filler. This fibrin mixture is releases a high concentration of growth factors and can help boost collagen, slow aging, repair cells. To me, this sounds anmazing, insane and invasive… which is exactly why I needed my partner to try it.

I see my guy Michael in Glendale for baby Botox and an occasional lip flip. Michael is great—so many of you know him. He’s very “less is more,” super focused on facial balancing. He’s not big on lip filler, and his background as a pediatric surgeon means he understands anatomy in a way that makes me feel really safe. He’s also an incredibly gentle injector and has access to a medical-grade centrifuge—the kind used for spinning plasma for joint injections and stem cell treatments, not the smaller aesthetic ones. Which basically means he can get a lot more plasma to work with.

He went to town on my husband. I think Niki was there for a full three hours. He injected the under-eyes, some hollowing in the cheeks, and even went a little into the hairline. After the injections, he used the rest of the plasma and microneedled it all over the face. It was definitely expensive—around $2,000—so naturally I was expecting a pretty insane “after.”

Niki came home looking… good. Not super swollen, skin looked fine. After a week, I didn’t see a huge difference. Another week—maybe a little something here and there. But whenever he shaved or exfoliated, I felt like I could see this baby skin underneath. It really took a full skin cycle—about 28 days—for me to notice a real, significant difference.

Most of you have seen Niki’s before-and-after with cold plasma—which is magic, by the way, and somehow even more magical on men. I don’t know why, I just know I’ve seen the craziest results.

I am a tinted SPF junkie. I’m also someone who gets press packages regularly so I’m lucky enough to try them all.

Here is my honest review of some of the top-tier tinted SPFs you’re probably seeing all over your Instagram ads.

ILIA SUPER SKIN TINT SPF 40

We love her. She probably has the most diverse shade range. Ilia is a clean beauty brand, and I never feel weird about having this on my face all day. I love how it looks when it first goes on—it’s pretty matte. But three or four hours in, my face starts to feel a little dry. You can refresh with a hydrating mist, but sometimes I don’t want to do that—I just want my tinted SPF to look good for 10 hours.

RMS SUN COVER UP SPF 50

Similar story here. Both Ilia and RMS come in that higher SPF range (40–50 vs. the usual 30), which I appreciate. They also both have slightly heavier coverage than the others. Honestly, I tend to use this one more as a concealer than all over. Beautiful color, but it can get a bit dry.

RMS SUPERNATURAL SPF 30

The shade range isn’t quite right for me—the medium is too dark, the light is too light—but I do like how it feels. It’s great for vacation when you want to look a little tan with very light coverage. And RMS is about as clean as it gets, so it feels safe for everyday wear.

CIELE TINT AND PROTECT SPF 50

Another SPF 50+ from one of my favorite brands. There’s SPF in everything they make, which I’m obsessed with. But… I’m not totally obsessed with this. It’s too dry, and I’m hesitant to mix it with non-SPF products because I want to get the full SPF benefit. It’s also a bit heavier coverage than I usually go for.

CIELE PRIME AND PROTECT RADIATE

I think they tweaked the formula, because the newer version—with a little radiance—is so good. You look alive. There’s basically no tint, so it reads makeup-free. It’s SPF 30, so not as hardcore, but you can wear it all day. It also plays well with both oil- and water-based products—no pilling.

IRIS & ROMEO BEST SKIN DAYS SPF 30

I can’t fully explain why this one isn’t my favorite. It’s a 5-in-1, packed with good stuff… and yet it just sits in my drawer. It’s a bit matte, which is funny because the brand usually leans glowy. I don’t know—it’s just not my number one.

IRIS & ROMEO WEEKEND SKIN SPF 50

Now we’re talking: SPF 50 and a glowy, never-drying bronzer. It’s a bit too dark for my everyday, but I always bring it on vacation. It mixes well with other SPF when I’m reapplying on the go. If you’re truly medium/warm-toned, I could see this being an everyday staple.

SAIE SLIP TINT SPF 30

She’s my number one. I can’t quit her. Lasts all day, light coverage but still does something, and stays hydrated in every climate. This one gets me the most compliments—glow, even skin tone, hydration, all of it. I bounce between shades 4 and 5 and honestly think they should sell them as a two-pack. The pump sometimes stops working and can be annoying sometimes, but it’s not a dealbreaker.

Honorable mention CIELE BROZE AND PROTECT SPF 50 Mixed with body oil on the chest is both SPF 50 and will make you look like you just got back from vacation. I actually use this on my body more than face but it’s been a daily player recently.

I’m obsessed with the MHP liners (cowgirl is amazing).

Who knew but underpainting is not contouring. The nose painting thing that I see on TikTok that looks crazy actually looks amazing. I get it now.

But the new foundation is so good!

I only wear tinted spf in the day - see the shopmy links for the GOATS but the MPH foundation feels like Armani light. Its magic. It’s not too much. It’s great for a no make up but still some coverage look.

I wear shade 60 and its biscuit skin goodness

My other obsession are these “fancy” sneakers.

They’re $100 and I have them in leopard, black and silver. They’re amazing. They go everywhere with me. They weigh nothing. They’re great.

I get compliments on them at work every day.

Copy me. It’s worth it.

they’re so comfy. you will not regret.

And last but not least, my marshmallows are extra fluffy and we made these insane lamb smash tacos with el machete tallow tortillas and they’re 10/10.

I found a recipe online but then niki went rogue and perfected the recipe -

More/less the below:

• 1 lb ground lamb

• 1 tsp cumin

• 1 tsp coriander

• ¼ tsp aleppo chili or cayenne (not too spicy/still kid friendly)

• 2 tsp salt

• 6-8 flour tortillas

• olive oil (for cooking)

• labneh, greek yogurt or cottage cheese - we usually make a side of simple Greek yogurt tzatziki

• fresh cilantro

• chickpeas (roasted with same spices)

• Picked onions (I have an amazing recipe from rose bakery and we always have in the fridge)

how to make the lamb smash tacos -

1. in a bowl, mix the ground lamb with cumin, coriander, chili, and salt until evenly combined.

2. place a tortilla on a cutting board. scoop a portion of lamb (about the size of a large golf ball) onto it and gently press it into a thin, even layer, spreading it almost all the way to the edges.

4. heat a skillet over medium-high with a little oil.

5. place the taco meat-side down and cook for about 5 minutes, until deeply golden and cooked through.

6. flip and cook the tortilla side for 1-2 minutes, just until warm and slightly crisp.
