Even when it rains, often times, we check the radar, not what is going on in the Sky.

  Modern Fires

  There are fires all over the world now. Though some can be naturally occuring, the stage for fires has been set over decades of engineered weather. This is very important to understand! It is not instant, it can be years and years of spraying aerosols in any given area.

  The Earth is overheating (not to confuse with the widely used false term “Global Warming”) due to the massive unnatural geoengineered cloud layer over the oceans. The clouds do not dissapate at night (like natural clouds do). We are capping the convections and cooling process in. It does not allow ozone to be built. It is a very thin layer, the Sun is burning even when it is not very hot. This manipulation allows the control of the coastal temperatures. It gets hotter at the coast line and affects the North and South Poles as well.

  Nanomaterials are sprayed over the atmosphere with barium, aluminium, strontium. Aluminium can be used as explosive. Modern day fires are burning longer and are harder to put out.

  The goal of geoengineering over the area with fires is to completely block any moisture and water. In a way to have kept systems that capture the fire. By now, we do not have any natural rainfall over fires.

  Geoengineering is absolutely catastrophic for wild fires.

  In Nature massive wild fires are always put out by the Nature itself. How?

  In the podcast, there is video taken by an Australian farmer that shows how natural formation of pyrocumulus clouds create rain and put out the fires. DOES NOT HAPPEN any longer in a natural way!

  Please, pay attention to the last 10 minutes of the podcast as Nikki explains how you can see what happens during “wild” fires on satelites to keep the fire going.

  What is the definition of Geoengineering?

  Deliberate large-scale intervention into the Earth’s natural systems to counteract climate change (so intervention is into NATURAL SYSTEMS not just weather).

  It explains well the difference between weather and climate and what are the variables. It is important to understan the distinction.

  Global geoengineering has different objectives. Many companies (esp, BIG OIl) - are the biggest investors into geoengineering. Military is also the largest investor into geoengieering.

  Military controls geoengerring. Maybe that is why you never heard about it if you are not in the military taking part in these operations.

  The use of geoengineering is always multi-purpose.

  Commercial projects for economic benefit. For example, to fill up the dams. China is very open about it.

  China has also used geoengineered winter weather for Olympic games during which many of the athlets got very sick due to inhalation of the toxic particles. There were more accidents during these Olympic games on ice than ever before.

  How do aerosols get sprayed?

  1. Fuel additives/dispersants (Amazon planes, UPS planes, and other commercial planes. Nano materials are sprayed at all times).

  2. Rockets (ballons, some other way to spray into the atomoasphere)

  3. Ship Tracking. Oceans are capped with constant cloud layer

  4. Cloud ionizers

     Here Nikki explains that sometimes, in rare cases, weather modification can be helpful if there is a need to cause some rain in extremely dry areas (though not ideal at all as it will mess with the Nature more).

  5. Lasers can be used too. It is a very old technology. It has been used in many places. In Dubai a few years ago to cause flooding (was not reported in the news well) Laser Beam Drones

  6. Carbon black (usually sprayed dusk till dawn. that is why the Sky is hazy in the morning). Carbon Black is derived from Coal Fly Carbon Ash (a toxic waste). It can be sprayed over clouds. Sky becomes filthy. It absorb the Solar radiation and amplifies the heat coming from the Sun. Carbon Black controls clouds. Carbon Black causes respiratory issues and neurological issues.

     There is a big connection between 5G and carbon black aerosols. It skyrocketed by 2025.

  WE DO NOT SEE BLUE SKIES ALMOST EVER NOW! (Comment. Make a little observation. Ask yourself - do I see blue Skies? Do they stay the whole day? How often do I see blue Skies? The observation will lead you to the answers..)

  Weather Ap is almost always wrong about the weather. National Weather Services contol all the weather apps. They use a US military contractor, Raytheon, that filters the information. Raytheon is based in Colorado, the hub of geoengineering.

  Check out how the artificial clouds are classified (you can use these terms instead of saying “clouds are moving in”, “it is cloudy or hazy”) and how scary they can look!

  

  

  

  

  There is hardly any naturally occuring dew any longer. The particles on leaves and grass are so tiny, too small for insects to have enough water to drink.

Some key points that Nikki makes:

• For Agenda 2030, the Great Reset, Geoengineering is the most important part. If the Shadow government does not have Geoengineering in place, they cannot accomplish what they planned

• Look around. Pay attention to the trees, to the flowers, to the forests around you. Naure is changing! Due to severe nonstop geoengeering.

• Information to ACTION. Know who is involved, know the technology. As without knowing, we can waste precious time, money and effort!

• Do they use technology to make rain and thunderstorms? Yes! All the time (I never see natural rain or thunderstorms any longer)

• Do they use technology to generate snow? Yes! (please, do not eat the snow these days)

• Do they use technology to create freezing temperatures? Yes

• Do they use technology to intensify the heat of the Sun? Yes (turns out it can be done as wel).

• Do they use technology to generate wind? Yes (trace how the wind blows these days, in a very unnatural way)

• Do they use technology to create cloudy weather? Yes (in fact, it is the most common use of cloud seeding besides rain, seems like)

• Do they use technology to start more forest fires? Yes

• Do they use technology to generate hail? Yes

• Do they use technology to cause severe thunderstorms, lengthy rain for days that can lead to flooding? YES!!! (many examples here!)

• Do they use technology to cause weather whiplash? In other words, RAPID (within hours) changes in temperature, wind direction, etc? YES!!

If you are interested in understanding the mission of different generations, I would love to offer these two videos from Yara. They were helpful to me.

I have not been in my native Kyrgyzstan for 4 years. And this 2025 year I have decided to go visit and be with family and friends.

The trip was fabulous!

I did note a few disturbing trends though..

Not to say that THIS IS only taking place in Kyrgyzstan. it is all over the world.

The reason why it became so evident and clear is because I was surrounded by people of different ages, I walked the streets of a busy city of Bishkek (the capital), I watched people on the streets, in restaurants, on the beach, in their homes, etc. In other words, I had a chance to observe a society for a short period of time.

Some of my observations:

• Almost every person has a smart phone (except for poor old seniors). Even a 7-9 year old boy who was beggging for money on a side of a road, was playing with a phone the whole time. The monthly payment for a cell phone use is very inexpensive (in comparison to the past)

• Almost every person holds their smart phone in one of their hands when walking on the streets. Very seldom in their beg.

• If a few years ago we would not even think of giving a smart phone to a first grader or second grader, now it is very common. Children are walking from school looking at their phones. Older children and teenagers are almost always with a phone.

• The fast majority of young people have wireless earpods in their ears, wireless headphones. That is how they walk the streets, ride on buses. In fact, people on buses are almost 100% of time are looking down on their phones (what else to do, right? or better said - what did we use to do when we did not have a phone on a bus?)

• Teenagers are a particular group that speonds so much time on it, with it. My nephew. who is 18 years old. did not let the phone out of his hands for more than a few minutes. He wakes up and instantly has to check it, he goes on a walks with it, he studies with it and on it - I hardly saw him without wireless headphones and his smart phone.

• Cell towers are everywhere. On apartment complexes (my parents’ apartment building had 6 cell towers that belonged to one company Nur Telecome). Cell towers were everywhere at the resorts on a beautiful Issyk-Kul lake, they were in a famous picturesque moutain gorge Ala-Archa. There used to be hardly any connection but now there is a huge cell tower right near guest cottages and everybody who walks around the mountains has to show their friends where they are, instantly share photos) , etc.

• Little children (infants, toddlers) are given smart phones as a toy to watch videos, cartoons, as a distraction when they are crying, in the restaurants so they would not bother, in their strollers. Sometimes, they watch peculair disturbing adult tictoc clips. Whatever it takes to get the child calm and engaged and let the parents rest, talk, eat, etc. (the question is - what happens to the child after he/she is done with watching all this stuff? Is the child ok? How is his demeanour? is he easily upset? Is he crying more? How did the content, blue light and radiation coming from a wireless device affect them? Their brain is mostly made of water, so radiation affects them MORE profoundly than us, adults)

• People take their phone to the dinner table. Sometimes there can be a pause in a conversation and many of the participants start looking at their phones. What is there? Did we miss photo on Instagram? or maybe a new video? Or a friend texted us and we need to respond RIGHT away? While the rest of the people who do not have their phone with them, should sit and wait till this process takes place. Is it inconciderate? Should we apologize even if it is our loved ones and relatives?

• Another picture - two friends or husband/wife would sit at the table in a restaurant and instead of talking to each other, they would be looking at their phones, checking things out, sometimes showing something to each other but mostly, looking down at the phones. Is it a quality time?

• You buy something at the store, The minute the interaction with a seller is over, she/he gets back to the phone.

  Are we addicted to our smart phones? What about our children?

Smart phones are not going to disappear. At least, not in the near future!

Maybe we can try to learn to live with this technology and have boundaries, have a certain culture around its use?

Maybe an understaing how UNSAFE they are will make us think about using them sparingly or taking breaks or grabbng them only when it is absolutely needed? (here is my old article Wireless =Radiation)

Is there a source in our lives where we can get information from about the SAFETY of wireless technology? Do telecome companies provide this information with the purchase of a phone?

Is it Ok to put cell towers right on apartment complexes and right next to where people work, rest? How far away should the cell towers be, in our words, what is a safer distance? Are there rules or any laws that protect people/children against harmful radiation emitting from cell towers?

How safe are wireless headphones? How do they work?

When I asked my nephew this question - HOW DOES YOUR WIRELESS SET WORK?

He shrugged his shoulders. “Probably like this. It is a line of signal, instead of a physical string, that is going to your ears” Many of us would hope it is true. BUT no, that is not how earpods work. THEY FILL THE BRAIN WITH THE CERTAIN HIGH FREQUENCY AND EVERY INCH OF THE BRAIN (and body) IS GETTING THE RADIATION, NOT ONLY THE EARS. The further you are from your cell phone in your earpods, the stronger the radiation. Who is supposed to explain it to our teenagers who sleep and breath in these wireless ear pods?

Should meals be without any devices in the house?

Should there be digital detoxes? Like a weekened - the whole family turns off their phones, ipads, etc and just spends time with each other?

If going to Nature, Camping, can phones be left at home?

Do we really need to count our steps at all times and boast about how many we did? (great article by Roman Shapoval Why tracking our fitness isn’t healthy ? - always super helpful information from Roman. Check out his Substack)

The list of questions and ideas can go on for a while..

Interesting About Cell Towers

Thirteen years ago, when parents moved into a new apartment complex, a cell phone company contacted so called apartment management. Explaining that radiation is minimal and that they will doing checks on the equipment, the company installed 4-6 cell towerls over the roof. They do checks and alaways vefiry that the radiation is low (it should be checked by an independent third party or residents/management of the apartment not a cell phone company)

One of the estonishing things - the technical director of this cell phone company lives on 9 or 10th floor, right under the Cell Tower. To me it shows that even so called technical directors may not completely understand the technology that is so widely used without any health measures or safe measures in place.

In conclusion

As with everything is our lives, it is UP TO US to decide - weather we become one with our devices and are ok surrounding ourselves with cell phone radiation and wifi. Or… we make ourselves study this technology and speak up and set the boundaries in our communities.

I am coming to the realization more and more that ONLY WE, COMMON PEOPLE, can stop the contamination coming from geoengineering.

I even started doing this affirmation daily : “I will stop geonegineering! The Sky will be Blue again!”

or how Mother Teresa put it - no fighting but creating what you want.

“I want to see more Blue Skies. I will see more Blue Skies” this is my affirmation.. I will achieve it by talking to those who are taking part in spraying.

Each of us really matters!!! (cannot stress this enough!)

If we are upset, we tend to talk to the PERSON or people who are causing the trouble or imbalance. I think we figured early on in life that this is the best way - go and talk to them and tell them what we think and listen to their take on it too.

It is good to post on social media..but it is also helpful to email or call the agencies and people WHO ARE involved DIRECTLY or INDIRECTLY in it

Takes a few minutes.

- If you want to preserve your privacy, you can open up a separate email account just for that purpose (takes just a few minutes)

- You can email photos of the Sky along with videos to these agencies daily, or several times a day (just like you email or text photos to friends and family)

- You can call them and leave them voice messages or try to talk to them directly.

Possible places to contact by email or phone

• National Weather Service Forecast Office (or similar ones). By the way, they are that are connected with Nexrad towers in USA. They manage them. You can find Forecast office for your state or country.

• Local water district offices

  Check out from Idaho Water District Cloud Seeding program. They are quite open about them.

  Though others are less open, they are INVOLVED too.

• Government officials (representatives in Congress, local representatives). If you are in USA, you can go to this website (https://www.house.gov/representatives/find-your-representative), type in your zip code and your US Houe Representative will be shown to you.

  You can do the same with Senators.

• Airports that Show up on FlightRadar

  https://www.flightradar24.com/

  When they are spraying over your house, check this website and see what kind of planes are flying, which airport they are flying from. It takes a bit of time to get famliar with it but it can be a learning activity with kids along with some intel about aerosol spraying.

• After you figure out which airport the poteintial airplanes that are spraying are flying from, youc an call the Airport and let them know about your findings.

  I did call myself. The Airport manager told me “these operations only happen in the Middle East, never in USA..” :) but it was still a useful converstaion. If 20 more peoole would call - it could make a difference! The personnel would get the message - people KNOW! and they are active against it!

• Military bases

  It is hard with military as it is more, so called, secretive about the information and contacts they provide on their websites but if you know the insiders, it may be easier!

I call National Weather Service Forecast office in my state and leave messages to the Chief Meteriologist about what I am seeing in the Sky, how rain water and soil show high elevels of heavy metals, contamination of the Nature, observing controlled weather.

-Takes a few minutes in the day. Have all your numbers near you or email addresses.

- Works well in numbers!! Feel free to share this message with like-minded individuals in your community. 5-10 people calling and emailing is already more than 1!!

I promised myself -EVERY WEEK I do something to see more Blue Skies! If I have more time, I do more (more phone calls, or posts, emails) or if I am busy with my life , I do less. BUT something every week!

How we are all connected (souls), about Heaven, our mission on the Planet Earth and about spiritual awakening that is taking place all over the world (I listen to videos and telegram channels in Russian too. Everybody has there path but people are going through SOMETHING!).

I can igore this video.. The reason why I wanted to bring this video up is that it is not the first time I hear these notions.

There are videos and websties circulating that say that - Channeling (connecting with Spirits, Angels, other Souls) is DEMONS talking to us.

It is a common theme that we cannot communicate with anybody in the Higher Realm as it is all Demons.

Ok.

Though the messages given to us through Channeling or Past Life Regressions, etc are about Kindness, Love, Concerns for Mankind, for our Environment and Planet, how to unite and heal, awaken spiritually, etc.

We are being told that it is all DECEPTION.

Seems a bit strange - if we can channel from so called Demons, wont we be able to connect to Angels, Guides, Other Souls? It is not a familiar subject to me but I am just making a point.

According to these ladies - True Way is only through Yehoshua who died on the Cross for us ( not sure, what other people are supposed to do if they are not Christians).

Many things are labeled New Age.. including:

Meaning that there is Oneness with God, God is within each of us

We can heal ourselves

We can meditate and bring awarness of our intution, our spirit, our bodies

We can create our own reality ..etc

Some people are concerned about New Age, crtical of it or simply afraid as it may be connected to Occultism.

Many people blame Western and Verdic astrology as being occultic practicies and against God. We do not have to call it New Age, it can be called Metaphysical Healing, Energetic Healing, Energetic Living, etc.

My personal experience:

When I listen to Louise Hay, Dr Sue Morter and many other metaphysical healers and follow their insights, it creates the sense of calmness and lightness in me.

I am more balanced emotionally, I manage my emotions well, I am more at peace, I am empowered, I feel that I can talk to my body, I can let go of negartive feelings and thoughts, I can heal myself. I am grateful and eleted. Nothing aches. I do not get upset or aggrevated easily. And If I do, I try to bring LOVE and FORGIVENESS to the situation.

I am better with kids, I am a better mother, wife. I start feeling more spiritual unity with my husband as I understand we are here to complete a mission together, our Souls, possibly have been together in the past..

When I hear these 12 signs of Spiritual Awakening, it all makes so much sense to me (check them out, they are right on point!)

What about Christian Church and Religion?

Last time I was in church, the pastor was holding a prayer for Israel. “Let Israel have all of the Palestine!” And the congregation, children and adults, were nodding along, saying “Amen!” When I approached a pastor of the church saying - HOW can a loving God support killing of infants, women? “ His answer was :” I always supported Israel… “

I tried to bring up spraying the Skies at churches or genocides committed by goverments all of the world, these topics are brushed under “ not church topics”..

It is almost surrreal sitting at church and looking at the windows how they (we) are spraying God-created nature with nonstop chemicals from the Sky.. while we are signing songs such as “God, We are Nothing Without You” (not very empowering, to say the least).

When I recently shared my story of how I healed my ovarian tumor with a neightbor who is a youth pastor, hia reply was: “I am happy for you! But we believe that God heals us. This is the only way. God sends us doctors and nurses who help us guide us to healing.” I told him: “But then I would loose my ovary! i would have to go through a soup of chemicals in my body! I would give my healing power away to some kind of surgeon?!)” He shrugged his shoulders..

What is going on at Churches?

• Complete disconnect with Nature. There are trees dying around churches (literally), Sky does not have Blue in it, ust White - no attention to it. Styryform cups, indulgence into WalMart processed foods, creating lots of trush - nothing about us to be kind by taking care of our Planet.

• No Spirituality. Though it becomes a derogotary word in certain circles, there is no connection with Oneself, how to care for your body and Soul, how to heal. People are sick as ever at churches. Using pharmaceutical drugs, surgeries. Just believing that God sent them these doctors. Nothing about the Devine nature of our bodies to heal on their own given the correct tools.

  Prayer is healing. I believe it and have seen it work wonders. I also think that prayer by many people is the unity of higher vibrations that help a sick person get better.

• Pastors, popes become authoritties. We listen to them. We obey them.

  Interesting - Dolores Cannon researched about a church established at Glastonbury, England by Mary, Yehoshua’s mother, Josepth of Arimathea and others (you can look up, there are legends in that part of the world about it). Yehoshua (Jesus) traveled with his uncle Joseph of Arimathea to many places.

  A church was set up NOT to have a pastor. It was a place where people would gather in a circle to share their recently gained knowledge on metaphysical things, healing, helping others. It was not preaching by pastors but A SHARED environment. It does sound pretty good. I want THAT church, if you ask me.

• Food and Spirtituality. It is a great topic that can be explored more. Environment is being so polluted, food is so altered. At churches, there is no such notion. Certain religions do fasts but not all. When you get together with church members, it is all about foods that are full of artificial flavors, dyes, natural flavors, GMOs, dead foods, etc. Esp for children. There is nothing about supporting local farmers or growing own gardens.

• Fear. Unfortunately, much of what we see at chruch teachings are based on fear.

- Fear of God punishing us if we do not obey

- Fear of burjing in Hell

- Fear of questioning the Bible, pastors, church

• Though observing YOUTH programs at church, NOTHING is about taking care of the Planet, how to good stewards, how to balance our emotions, how to heal ourselves. Youth is fed the most processed foods, candy, sweets and they are taken on fun trips. It is fun and wonderful and believed to keep kids out of trouble but How does it prepare them for a fullfilling life with Unity with Nature or Themselves?

  Thoughts on Bible

• We believe that Bible is the Holy book, It is the Word of God.

• Many of us believe that the events described in the Bible are all true

• Imagine writing Bible at our modern times. Boy, we will just tear each other up by arguying, trying to prove who is right or wrong.. there would be 500 different versions, agendas, etc. Would you not think it could be a case hundreds of years ago when it was written?

• Could there be several versions? Could they be influenced by Judaism? Could they be influenced by secret socities (remember that Freemasonary is the oldest religion)?

• If the Book is put together by people and has to be trasnlated, could it be translated incorrectly? Could theere be much missing? False records?

  The questions can go on..

• Reseacher and Chronologist Jason Breshears from Archaix.com does overviews of different versions of the Bible. There are many inconsitances. He says we should think of Bible a a book of “Good and Evil”, many stories described should be percieved as spiritual (not real).

• There are many other texts that are not studied at all at churches. Like the Book of Enoch and others.

Thoughts on New Age

I have people share that “ They used to be in New Age. Then they realized that it was false and they went back to God, to Salvation, to Yehoshua “. Maybe something was strange and that turned them off.

There are videos circulating that point that New Age was developed by Luceferians to deceive us..to get us away from God..

I cannot say that I observed ANY of it connected to Evil in my life.

When I listen to metaphysical teachings, I am more with God and a better person, more Conscious. I am thinking on my own in comparison to when I just read the Bible or go to Church..

What does it all mean?

I do not have the answer. I think we should always question everything. Universe is far more complex than we would ever imagine, I think. We should find our peace and healing.

We should stop killing each other and destroying the Planet.

And lean how to Defend Ourselves and Out Planet by being active in our communties!

Many people might feel that I am harsh in describing what is going on with Religion and Church, and they may be right. If you like your church, that is great! I am just questening everything.. including Religion and how we see Higher Power, God.

Maybe I am going through Spiritual Awakening? Maybe it is something else.. :)

If there are 5 or more main religions (Christianity, Islam, Shintoism, Buddhism, Hinduism and others) and each one presents their version..

How would it actually work?

A Muslim would die and meet Allah, Christain would die and see God/Jesus Christ, etc.

In reality IT IS IMPOSSIBLE!

There cannot be 5 Gods, each one of us would get the treatment according to our acquired religious believes after death..

Many people say “ We do not know. And it is ok. When we die, we will find out!

And it still remains a mystery.

We, mankind, have been living on Earth for quite some time. We must have accumulated some records, data, knowledge.. Right?

Well..on another hand..

Things have gotten pretty bad on Earth by now.

-We are getting sprayed with chemicals from the Sky NONSTOP and poisoning everything around us. Note, we are doing it to ourselves. Not aliens or demons are spraying (as far as we know). There are no days off. At least, in my hood. Day and night.

- We, people, continue to kill each other for no reason. Our goverments order us (millitary) to go and do it. And people go and do it. Brainwashed and mind controlled.

- There is no stopping to satanic rituals on children, child and adult sex trafficking

- And more

Some are waiting for Messiah to come (different ones, not only Jesus Christ), End of the World ..

Sometimes, we all think:”God, please, just save us from all of it!”

But Help to mankind is already here..

I know! Shocking!

Before I get to the Help Portion.. let me tell you about Dolores Cannon.

Dolores Cannon was an extraordinary woman, (she recently passed away), a hypnotist who discovered (by accident) that a person can tell about their past lives being in a special state.

Dolores Cannon calls herself a REPORTER. She did not have any special abilities, she did not channel, did not have visions…she just wrote down what people were describing.. and did some investigative work into time periods that clients discussed.

Can it be close to the actual Truth?

Let me try to depict it here

The concept of God is poorly understood by mankind as we have no reference, we have no association. In the simpliest terms, GOD is the most loving ENERGY ever imagined. God is not a man or woman. God is light, warmth.. And we are all cells of God. We are all part of God. In other words, we are GOD. Just like my skin cells are part of my body, we are part of God’s energy. What God can create, we can create too!

(it is probably a lot more beautiful in reality but that is how Dolores or her clients would describe it)

What we understand from the past life regression therapy sessions:

God does not judge you. God does not condemn. God does not choose one nation over another (Jewish are not God chosen people- it even does not make any sense to think that), God does not kill (like in Old Testiment) because people did not listen to God. God did not send his only son, Jesus Christ, to die on a Cross to save us from all our sins. Though, Jesus Christ did live but his mission was not to relieve us of our sins but to teach us to LOVE and how to heal ourselves, get off the weel of Karma, how to create our own lives, reality using metaphysical knowledge.

GOD is LOVE. GOD in within each one of us.

When we die, God does not stand there in Heaven and say bad things to us … so called Judgment Day.

They (we) call GOD - The SOURCE.

The most important - THERE IS NO HELL. Nobody is burning in Hell. It is even hard to imagine how our souls, being energy, will be burning in fire and Satan is dancing around it (or something like that)

NONE OF THAT!!!

Who is judging us though?

US!! We are judging ourselves! Who is the harshest judge of all? US to ourselves!

When we die, we are met by our Guardian Angels and other Helpers (we are never alone), and they will be with us. Whenever the Soul is ready, they will show us our WHOLE life, what we did, said, how we hurt others, how we were unkind or kind, etc.

And OUR Soul will Judge what should be done!

Should the Soul be back to correct those mistakes in a different person (reincarnation)? How can the Soul do better, be kinder, not go through the same Karma again and again? (sometimes, we go through same karma for many lives repeating the same mistakes, hurting others, being victims, etc)

(by the way, Christianity did emphasize reincarnation before.. the Bible was rewritten in 5th century and reincarnation was COMPLETELY taken out of the Bible). All religions included REINCARNATION.

In a way, we MAKE a contract involving other souls that will be around us (our loved ones and others) on Earth where we state what we will do to correct Karma , to erase it.. We tend to travel with the same souls.

Then we are sent to the Earth.. born in a family, we choose our country, we choose our parents, ..but the most estonishing thing and the most unfair thing ( this is by design) - we DO NOT REMEMBER that contract. We do not remember what we promised to ourselves.

Why?

Because being on Earth is like a game board, it is like a school, .. If we know the script, it is not a fair game..

Earth, according to past life regression stories, told to Dolores Cannon, is the MOST Challanging PLANET in the Universe. Souls that choose EARTH are considered brave.

EARTH IS the only place that has Free Will. Other dimensions and planets do not have free will.

Thus, GOD cannot interfere with our way of living and thinking, Guardian Angels, Counsels and other Helpers cannot interfere either (we can, though, ask for their help and they will help).

This is a place of Limitations and Emotions.

The goal of living on Earth is learn to manipulate ENERGY, work with ENERGY. As everything is energy (trees, insects, etc). We are energy.

It is the most energetcially condensed planet.

Mankind is the MOST emotional species in the Universe. We have a wide vairety of emotions. And, as we know, we do suffer from them. Fear is the strongest one to manipulate us into doing things we would not even imagine doing (like going into wars, etc)

People who suffer tremendsouly in this life might have packed too much karma in one life.. turns out to be it was their choice to begin with (they just do not remember making this decision in Heaven).

People who commit suicide - usually could not cope with Karma. When they die, their spirit/soul is helped and they go through healing.

If I piqued your curiosity to explore the work of Dolores Cannon, I am sharing few videos that I found eye-opening, I could not stop listening. I want to read the books too. Dolores Cannon’s way of speaking is smooth, calm and very pleasant.

Please, try to listen even though the information does not match your believes. The data she collected is mind blowing!

By the way, I have been reading and listening to Archaix.com by the reseacher Jason Breshears who read more than 1, 000 books and wrote many himself (does not use any online resources in his quest). Much of what Dolores Cannon described in her talks, podcasts about her work corresponds to Jasons’ findings in old books.

Yes, about Help..

Help to us is sent through the Souls who are called Volunteers (First Wave of Volunteers, Second Wave Volunteers and Third Wave of Volunteers).

These souls have never lived on Earth. So their energy is different. Most of the time, their enegy, vibrations are much higher. These people (children) would feel out of place. And often can say something like this “ I just want to go home” (to their dimesions, Planets, etc)

What we have to do is to understand about Karma, Forgiveness, All is Energy and that we can CREATE our own reality, we can heal ourselves, we can connect internally with our subconsious.. we can awaken spiritually. And make this internal shift!

And if more people would do it, we can SHIFT the events of destruction and have a beautiful Earth, peaceful Earth, instead of many cataclysmic events.

In Sep 2024 I had to go to ER due to excruciating pain in my right lower abdomen. As if a stick was poking and proding inside of me. I thought - possibly hernia? It was bulging out of me too :)

In ER doctors and nurses would not agree to start with Ultrasound and nofitied me - if they were to help, then I had to do a CT scan with radiactive dye injected. Though I begged and pleaded, I had to succumb as something was literally bulging out of me and I wanted to find out what is going on.

They came back very sad and showed me the results: “You have a right ovarian tumor. 10.5 cm. it is so huge, it is pressing on other organs. here is a consult for a surgeon”

I was relieved. I told them: “Ok, I will heal it naturally! “ They got even sadder..probably thinking “This lady does not even understand the seriousness of it and is in denial”

Maybe..

I went home. Refused all the pain meds. In fact, I refused all the medications in ER.

I remembered about a little book I had by Louise Hay “You Can Heal Your life”. I started reading it the same night as I could not sleep due to intense pain.

AMAZINGLY - as soon as I started talking to the OVARY, the pain subsided..and in a few days was completely gone.

I went to see this surgeon. It was a younger African American lady, very pleasant.

She told me (listen to this!!): “ In this case, we give anesthesia, antibiotics and anti-congulant medications before the surgery, go in (laparoscopically) take a sample from the ovary for a biopsy, then pathologists look at it and if they find cancer cells - WE REMOVE RIGHT OVARY, LEFT OVARY, FALLOPIAN TUBES, UTERUS, ALL THE LYMPH NODES AND OMENTUM (LAYER THAT PROTECTS THE INTESTINES) for cancer not to spread”

I was appauled.

I told her": “This is absolutely barbaric! Like Midle Ages! And we do this to women?!! I cannot believe it. Taking half of organs from a woman?!”

She said we can just remove one ovary if I wished.

I told her that I would think about it and if I need her services, I would call back.

On the way home I was thinking: “I cannot do it to myself. My beautiful ovary, aloing with left ovary, gave me my amazing children and it will be laying somewhere in the trash can. I love my ovary! I think of my ovaries as my children. “

I have decided to heal it naturally, no surgery, no medications.

Many around me did not approve it and were trying to warn me about the grave danger I was putting myself into but I was firm. This is my body, my ovary and it is up to me to decide.

I did not go to any other doctors. In fact, I try to stay away from Western medicine as far as I can, generally.

I did not test it, I did not biopsy it, I did not do any blood testing for tumor markers, I did not do any more imaging..

The reason is that it would not have changed my plan. I would still do the same things for healing.

Back in naturopathic school, I read this book “A Homeopathic Approach To Cancer” by Dr. A. U. Ramakrishnan and Catherine Coulter. I did not have a copy. I ordered one from Germany and waited a whole month for it to arrive.

Questions:

I had to answer a few questions:

Why ovary? Why right ovary, not left? Is it a connection to children, husband?

What do I need to change inside of me to heal it? Do I have an issue with control?

Do I do enough self care? etc.

The life saving book by Louise Hay was inredicble. I started going through it, doing recommended exercises, changing my patterns.. Every day, little by little. I also would do affirmations, gratitude words, forgiveness.

Homeopathy

When the book arrived, I checked what homeopathic remedies I need to take and what kind of regiment to follow. It was an easy Plussing Method where you dilute the remedies daily for a week, then change to the other remedy the next week. Mostly, you use two remedies for 4-6 months.

I took mostly Carsinosin 200C one week and Aurum muriaticum Natronatum 200C the next.

I also used Lachesis 200C and Scirrhinum 200C.

It was drinking water by teaspoons for 2.5 hours daily (every 15 mins) as remedies were very diluted and you could not even taste them.

I did it till April 2025.

How I felt

I had no fear. I did not think there is anything wrong inside of me. As Louise Hay says “We create our own conditions and we can heal them”. That resonated with me.

I think of cancer (it was possibly, benign, i do not know) as wound healing - the body trying to heal itself. Tumors are consolidation of different cells (abnormal cells, you can call them) in one area - brilliant and wise way to heal.

I also did not want the Diagnosis to define my life. My life is beautiful. I love my life! And I did not want it to change so I would be running to doctors, more blood tests, more treatments, etc.

In April 2025 I scheduled an US of the right ovary with a gynecologist.

He looked at it and said that the right ovary is healthy, normal size, has a small ovulatory cyst (that will, mostly likely, release a follice that will ovulate this month). I smiled!

I knew it already. I felt it for a while already.

The bulhing disappeared, the yellowness of sclera in my eye was gone (I did notice it prior before), I felt great, energetic and balanced.

Some people may say that the correct imaging should be CT scan with contrast. I cannot do it to myself - I do not want to inject any radiactive subtances in my body.

Other things I did

My passion has been always non-toxic cancer treatments, alernative cancer approaches. My dear friend Veta and I filmed a documtary about natural way to heal cancer by traveling to several countries and interviewing patients and health care advocates. I have learned so much over the years (my naturopathic school, interships, during my practice).

Somehow, though, I did not take many supplements/herbs myself.

• Several times a week I would do a freshly squeezed vegetables juice with some flaxseed oil and liquid iodine drops. I also did flaxseed oil and cottage cheese/homeade raw yogurt but not consistantly. I love the taste!

• I did intermittant fasting almost every day for 12-18 hours. During those hours I would drink diluted homeopathic remedies.

• I did not do anthing too crazy with the diet. Just no sugar, no simple cabrs. Mostly, following my blood type Diet, Food Intolerance Testing results (I did back in med school), lots of home made healthy foods.

• I stayed away from EMF. No wifi, no to limited cell phone radiation, did earthing daily. Very interesting - when I would go to Target or Mall, after about 30 minutes my right ovary starts hurting as if letting me know that it does not feel well in this high EMF envirnment. When I leave the store, the sensation would be gone.

• I did use anti-nano device (Triangle) in my detox baths with baking soda, Epsom salts and Borax several times a week. Always had a deep sleep at night and lots of energy the next day.

• I did pray every day too

In conclusion

The reason why i wanted to share this story is not to say - everybody should do what I did but… that there are many ways to heal! I chose this way. I had patients with almost exactly the same type of ovarian tumor who chose a different way and they are doing great too!

If anybody is interested in the budget, I have spent maximum 100$ for homeopathy (still have the remedies), flaxseed oil, liquid iodine drops and a book by Louise Hay over these months.

He is calling on critical mass awakening! if more people see it and wake up to it, we can put A HAULT to it! We need to continue yelling, posting and approaching more folk around us to see the HORROR of the Sky..

I did buy this messsage..

For the past 3 years I have been trying my best to inform as many people around me as I could. I printed flyers from www.geoengingeeringwatch. org, gave them to moms on playgrounds, people in the store, library, farmers market..in other words, anywhere I would go, I would approach people! I would post about it social media.

As expected I would get two responses:

“Yes, I know! It is terrible! I have been seeing them for years!” or something along these lines..

or

“These are just con trails. They are water vapor.” .. etc.

I even tried to create a group of locals to share information about the Sky.. and orgnize a fundraiser as an awarness event. Did not happen.

Recently I started thinking - THIS IS a delusion! We will never be able to stop it this way!

Why?

The Sky is sprayed nonstop every day. At least, in my area. We have had freezing weather for the past 3 months (I live in the South). There was snow in Florida. Spraying is abnoxious and in your face. Many people notice it. They get frustrated. Yes, more people are aware about it now than before.

Are we getting organized to unite? Are we proposing ideas to investigate it on a local level ? Are there organizations that are getting founded by us with a goal to stop the poisoning? etc Is their a shift in the military who can be involved in spraying?

I would answer “No” to these questions.

We all are just waiting for something to happen or somebody to save us.

“God has a plan. God controls this World\. God must have a purpose for geongineering. “ (are we getting mindcontrolled at our local churches too?)

“God is more than powerful enough to attend to these matters. You have nothing you can do about them, unless you are planning to begin shooting down the chemtrails planes.. ”

“The end is near. The End of the World is very close. There is nothing we can do “ (except for watching it die and perish right before our very eyes)

and many other similar comments..

Not very empowering, right?

We know that the CHANGE has always been brought by a very small percentage of people! Some state 7%, 10%, 30%..

It has been way too long and way overdue!

What are we breahing? What is in the food we are eating? In the water we are drinking? If all of it gets sprayed nonstop with chemicals, heavy metals, graphene,etc?

What if Dane Wigington’s message for the past 20 years or more has been ineffective?

WE NEED NEW STRATEGY! WE NEED TO ACT!

• Those of us, WHO is aware, SHOULD unite. Each state should create a Registry, a website, that would allow people of that State to talk to each other, discuss who is spraying, how these planes are tracked, etc.

  Or it can be done through One website that has states and countries listed.

  Imagine that for each state or country, there would be a platform or chat/website where you can LEARN what is going on with Spraying on Local level, who is doing it, which companies..This information will be investigated by us (Inpower movement offers this option).

• Instead of sharing horrible photos of the Sky, we can actually start calling airports, companies that own these aircrafts involved in this activity.

• Imagine if a company that does geoengineering, say Weather Modification Inc ,and local agencies (Water Irrigation, etc) would get 30-50 phone calls daily telling them that we see it in the Sky and the action is being taken to stop it.

• Notice of Liability. This is a very powerful tool. Through the website

The template already exists, you will need notary and witnesses (can be family members). You pay a membership fee to them to maintain the site and to write the legal documents.   If you are passionate about stopping Geoengineering, you must subsribe to MellowKat substack. She has lots of helpful information on grassroot steps. Each of us can do it.

  For example how to track a plane in your area? Where do you get their registration number? What you can find out about them? If several people are doiing it (neighbots), notes can be combined and some intel will be collected.

• I started watching planes in my area and doing some investigation about them. Collecting information and inspiring others to join me to put it all together.

In conclusion:

We create our OWN reality. I know it sounds dull and we have heard it many times but what does it actually mean?

It is hard to navigate our world as so much appears to be NOT IMPORTANT. This is just my attempt to summirize it:

Distractions:

• Election of Donald Trump, and all the big deal about his cabinet positions. (see this article “Trump, Bobby, Biden, and Kamala Are ALL UN2030 Agenda, US Deep State Operatives - Their World Economic Forum Connections by Research Your World for more indepth insight)

• RFK hearings. Here is a good summary about it.

• Blocking aid to USAID, exiting WHO (though good ideas but they really do not matter as much as it is portrayed to us)

• Political theatre in Congress on the mainstream and alternative news

• Any other news..at this point..

• I know many people would say - “He is the President. It matters. He decides the policies.” “It is important to vote.” “I like JFK”. “He is against vaccines, he wants to save the environment, etc” (not so much as you can tell by listening and observing the Hearings).

• There will be an interplay of so called good news and bad news to keep us constantly distracted, argueing with each other, in a state of fear and worry, etc.

We get so emotinally involved in all this drama while … right in front of our very eyes - our Nature is dying and the weather is stranger than ever.. and we are finding more and more nanoparticles in people, animals (please, see another substack “Do you want to be a robot?” )

What really matters:

• Contamination of water all over the world (remmeber, we cannot live without water). In this documentary, the filmakers talk about how extreme engineered floods in North Carolina polluted the water around that area, how mining of Lithium (rich reserves in that area) would contaminate the waters, drinking water, well water, water that is used to water farm land. What is Really Going on In North Carolina (and everywhere else). We already finding lots of things that do not belong in the water (high amount of heavy metals from geoengineered rain, synthetic bilogy, synthetic fungus,

• Contamination of air, soil, trees and plants with heavy metals, synthetic biology

• Weather manipulation and weather control in all the countries of this world

• Synthetic biology, smart dust, nanoparticles of graphene mixed with aluminium dust and other heavy metals that we breath, eat and drink. It is also on our skin. These particles can get activated by frequencies such as 6G, 7G and others. Theese nanoparticles or synthetic biology change us, can affect us profoundly. It turns mankind into cyborgs, transhumans.

• Continued genocide and satanic rituals of innocent people in the Middle East, families, women, children, infants, in USA (manufactured events such as fires, floods), war between Russia and Ukraine, many typs of bioweapons.

• Child and Human Traffacking

  Example..

• I knew somebody who a few years ago got very sick. The extreme stress caused an intense skin condition. For weeks, she spent many hours, late nights on FB and other social media defending Joe Biden’s catholic faith. She has never met Joe Biden, at least, from I could remember. He was not on old friend or relative. Wether he is a Cathalic, a Satanist who uses adrenochrome or anything else - it depends on your perception and desire for deep investigation.

• This story may sound silly. Most people would say - “Who would do such a thing? I would never!”

• In reality though, we all get so emotionally involved in things that do not matter that much at all for us and our communities. Inlcuding myself. Very often, it is intentional by the Media and Secret Societies that rule this World.

• We argue with each other, defend some kind of political leaders who play a role, a scripted role written by the Controllers, We lose freiendships, sleep, health.

  Signs

• In the past few months, how many signs have you seen of “Trump/Vance. Save America”, “Trump/Vance. Get America Back” ?… I have seen hundreds. Sometimes every other home around my hood would have them.

• Does Trump really replresent you and your community? Just listen to what he is saying and doing!

Trump said in 2020: “critical indrustries like investing in Artificial Ingelligence, quantum computing and 5G”. Trump is there to get us into digital technocracy. Just ask yourself - are these critical industries for you, your family and your community? 5G is a known bioweapon (6G, 7G, 10G - all of them), Why do we really need Artificial Intelligence so badly for our lives? So it can replace our jobs, and control our minds and lives? What about quantum computing? Is it to connect us, our bodies to the computers? Just think about it!

What I want to see

These signs everywhere:

• “Stop spraying Heavy Metals Daily! Everything is Dying!”

• “Stop Spraying my Community”

• “No Smart Dust Ever”

• “Stop Geoengineering”

• “Where is the Sun? We have not seen it in weeks! “

• “Say No to Becoming a Cyborg!! “

• “No Synthetic Biology!”

• “Graphene is Harmful and Dangerous! Stop Spraying it over Our Skies”

• “Stop genocide of innocent people all over the World”

  have you seen any of those signs or billboards anywhere?

  I have not..

That is what we need. We need to speak up for ourselves! And direct our energy into WHAT MATTERS FOR US , our children and our communities!

• This proposterous idea “What is best for the country. our country needs this or that.. “ is utopic and a distraction as well,I believe. They want us to think globally while polluting our waters, air and soil, animals, insects locally. It causes severe, manufactured and controlled b.y technology. events such as floods and fires that do not burn trees only metal and houses and cars.

Concrete steps:

1. Start telling the truth to each other. i think this is the key. if we continue pretending these things are not happening, we will continue the lie. It is hard to do it as not everybody is on the same page and many people prefer to be in denial as the truth is dire.

2. Find out who is doing Spraying in your area. It may require some investigation. It can be military airpots whre pilots are flying from but there are civilian as well.

   MellowKat has some good articles on how to track the airplanes in the Sky and how to use this information. MellowKat is also planing to do some training videos on how to use the softwear such as FlightRadar24.com.

3. You can call airports, military organizations, email or send them letters to let them know that people on the ground are AWARE what they are doing! You can present to them photos of plants dying, trees dying, rain samples, any laboratory testing done on soil, water, rain, any evidence that you can provide! This way, they ARE becoming aware more than ever.

   Though the globalists, Secret Societies, corporations, NASA, factories that manufactor these junk are hehind it, it is regular people who are doing the dirty work (making chemicals, transporting them and spraying over the Sky).

   Many pilots are indocrinated. You can listen to the conversation MellowKat had with one of the pilots. They have no idea what they are spraying. They are told - it is for the good, to get rain, to stop droughts, to stop “global warming” and they are spraying day and night.

   Bringing information to their attention or attention of their supervisors will help seed doubt and show them the destruction on the ground.

Join InPower movement. Here is an article about it. It is an online platform that has many like- minded individuals and allows creation of a legal document called Notice of Liability that can be mailed to perpetrators of Geoengineering. It is 100$ membership to pay for development of legal documents. Best to do it with other like-minded people (at least, one more!)

In conclusion

At the end of the day, it is all about us, the mankind! It is UP TO US to determine the Future and the Present.

We cannot wake everybody in our society to observe it and understand it so let’s unite those who are SEEING IT and LEARNING about it!

What happened in Russia? A few years ago Russian Ferederation stopped allowing dollers in the country, many people who invested into crypto could not cash it in, could not retrieve their money as they were not able to bring the dollars into Russia.

I know many people thought that crypto will be a way to have freedom from regulation and control.. but anything digital can become easily controlled.

2. Exiting WHO - Another executive order

   My thoughts: WHO did what it was supposed to do - plandemic and forced injections, loss lives, loss of local businesses, etc. It did so much damage all over the world. This ship has sailed for them. Nobody is going for another Plandemic like this. They try with Bird’s Flu, Flu, RSV, Monkeypox, Ebola, etc. No countries are reacting. People wont go for anything like this again. WHO is done.

Positive thing: Maybe, hopefully, due to the reaction of common people all over the world this horror cannot be repeated. At least, not in the near future. I can be wrong but I want to believe - mankind would never accept it again! At least, not on the same scale!

I talk to people. I know that the majority of people are NOT aware of geoengineering, or that snow can made artificially, or that the clouds are not entirely natural in the Sky, and the rain is mostly by design, so are the droughts.. At least, we can tell to each other, without being aware of controlled weather technology, that the WEATHER IS NOT NATURAL, it is abnormal, it is strange and we should get suscipisous!

I live in the South of USA. For the past 2 months, almost every day has been freezing, below zero by celsius. We already had snow too.

Many of my crops were killed by this extreme weather in my covered garden. I hope regular potatoes will survive. In 2023 I planted cabbage in Sep and it finished growing by Nov. This year, I planted it Aug-Sep of 2024, and it is still growing. The blocking of the Sun slows down the growth of the plants.

Farmers here in order to have winter crops had to cover their vegetables in hot tunnels with an anti-freeze blanket for the whole winter.

Probably, Florida farmers of organge trees will start growing oranges in greenhouses or covered anti-freeze structures.

How do we think the weather works? We are told on the weather channel about some kind of currents.. Can there be currents like this for 2 straight months of the same temperatures in warm climates? No, it cannot naturally happen like this. I did not study weather as my profession but I do live on this Earth and I can ANALYSE the weather on my own by observations throughout life time.

Positive thing: many substackers (Sasha Latypova, Jessica Rose, Breggins and others) are now posting about weather control, chemtrails, etc. it is hard not to notice those trails nonstop in our Skies. These substackers have thousands of subscribers so, hopefully, they are opening more eyes to what is going on with our Skies, weather, and lives of all the living creatures on this Planet.

Also, we can unite to stop Geonegineering (check out this article). Each one of us can do something to put a halt to spraying of chemicals! Does not take much time.

Though many of these things are very sad and frustrating, do not let them bring us down to low vibrations and negative emotions!

I started telling myself recently: “less complaining, more creating!” with all the aspects of my life!

Stay safe and healthy, my friends!

I take the kids to the Ballet Dance once a week. It is an older building. There is a small room with chairs where parents wait for kids to finish their lessons. There are siblings too.

As soon as the class starts for the dancers, those, who are waiting, get on their cell phones. Siblings usually have an i-pad with a game on or a cell phone as well. It is quite. Everybody is busy on their devices. Very rarely there is talking going on between parents/grandparents.

The nearby room is a changing room for ballet dancers. Teenagers are usually on their phones or showing something to each other on their phones.

Recently I talked to the chiropractor who is a school bus driver too.

He says - 10 years ago, when he just started driving a school bus, hardly anybody had a cell phone among school children. Now it is EVERY high school student, vast majority of the middle school kids and a few of the elementary school children.

It used to be that only highly busy businessmen and women would use a cell phone. If somebody told us back at the beginning of 2000’s that toddlers and school children will all carry them, we would probably not like that idea at all. For the most part, I would say, people are aware that a cell phone device carries radiation.

A few months ago we went to the mall. Walking through it, you see many teenagers as expected. They are all on their cell phones, sitting on benches, walking and looking down at the device.

I look at my kids and I start wondering: “What are they thinking of this world?” Their parents, grandparents are constantly checking and using a phone or some other device, getting distracted. The older children, they look up to, are on their cell phones almost all the time.

Are they looking forward to joining the world of older children and adults of “looking down at a device?”

When they ask for a tablet, I tell them: “Enjoy being free from all this technology! Enjoy playing and using your imagination!”

I know a few teenagers whose parents did not get them a smart phone or they may have a flip phone or phone with no internet (all of them are home schooled), they are definitely more engaging in a conversation, interested in what you are saying and not disappearing into a virtual world. Often, though, they may say that their dream is to get a smart phone :)

In fact, it is very common to see a teenager with ear-pods, a cell phone and a smart watch these days. Many parents choose to put a smart watch on their children as it has a GPS function so the kids will be tracked. I hope parents are also teaching children how to recognize danger, suspicious behavior from adults, etc. I see many children walk around completely not aware of the surroundings as they are on the devices.

Also the smart watch can be thrown away by an attacker or disconnected.

Another side of Technology

Besides of how behavior of the society changes, there is another aspect of such widespread use of cell phones - the plethora of cell towers. They are EVERYWHERE - on apartment complexes, on office buildings, on highways, near schools (very common, by the way), on the mountains, in the parks, etc.

Many people complain about 5G or are becoming aware of the dangers of 5G, but they still use 5G phones. One of the ways to stop 5G is to stop buying the phones and connecting to the services that carry 5G.

Nobody wants to live near a cell tower. Properties values go down due to the presence of cell towers and tall power lines.

In the country, not in a city, - you can encounter the following situation. You sold part of your land to a good family. Then this family sells it to a telecom company and that company installs a gigantic cell tower right next to your house. Very common. Or cell towers offer a contract to lease the land from owners to put a cell tower on.

People are never asked about cell towers, or almost never. There is no consent form and it is not normally on a ballet to vote on. In fact, there are laws protecting telecom companies against public discontent or non-consent.

Nowadays a family of 4, would have 4-5 cell phones in the house or more.

In order to satisfy such an increase of public use of smart phones, smart watches and other wireless cellular devices, telecom companies are continuing to install them in cities and villages, on top of mountains.

In a way, we are living a microwave as all these devices emit radiation that is similar in frequency to microwave oven. Add to that abundant wifi - wifi boosters, radio towers, TV station, etc.

Are we also paying for damage to our health? Cell phone charges are not cheap, the more people are connected to the grid, the more cell towers are placed right where we live and sleep.

My kids like to count all the cell towers on the highway while we are driving. Unfortunately, too many.

Where do we go from here?

What will be physical, mental and emotional health of our children in a few years?

How are the animals and insects surviving? What about bees?

Are we ok with cell towers on every corner?

Are we ok with radiation devices on us and children at all times?

I know many people/parents are becoming aware of these issues.

If we are waiting for our governments and corporations to tell us what to do and take care of this issue, then, as you would expect, they KNOW about the damaging effects of wireless technology. They knew it since, at least, 1950s.

As with many things in life, it comes to us to change our behavior.

How?

I think the following ways can be a start:

• Understanding how this technology actually works. How does a cell phone connect to a cell tower? Is the signal going through the body? Through the brain? Is it ok to carry a cell phone on or near our bodies? How many antennas are in a cell phone? How does blue tooth work? etc. Some of these questions are answered in this substack

• Explaining to the children. If we give them phones, smart watches, it makes sense to explain to them how they work.

• Practicing Technology Detox. There are families who dedicate weekends to the Nature (walks, camping, gardening, etc). Others may clean house together. Or visit grandparents. These days can be breaks from using cell phones/computers/laptops/ smart watches for the whole family. If we do it, our teenagers will eventually follow our example. It is like a culture of reading in a family or culture of cooking together. I would think.

• Saying “NO”, not giving our consent. If you see towers near your home or on your apartment complex, find out the company, and why they placed here. Call them. Ask them questions - why this location? Which agency gave the consent? all the legal issues. Nobody calls and checks that is why they think they can put any towers anywhere.

• Responsible use of Wireless Technology. If we turn on Wifi in the house, we do expose our neighbors and their children and animals to it. So far there are no laws/regulations that protect us from this offense. We can create a healthy living environment if we understand what we are dealing with.

Just to give you an example.

In a nearby town in a busy neighborhood/community, right across from big public library, gymnastics center and Montessori school a strange looking structure was placed. It does not look like a cell tower. It is placed on the Street Light. If you come by it, and read it, it says that it is a cellular antenna by Verizon. Many people may stop by and think it is a radio for emergencies or part of the Street Light…but no, it is a cell tower!

Is there a public outcry? Are there signs of protest? Is there an awareness of cellular antenna that is radiating in the neighborhood full of kids night and day ?

No, nothing. At least, from what I can tell.

Let’s start paying attention to suspicious new structures, towers around our towns! I believe this is the first step to taking our action against it!

In conclusion..

The change starts within us, our consciounsess and perception of the world around us. We can live with technology and use it with responsibility and sensibility.

You know that whoever is elected/selected as a President, Prime Minister, Minister of any agency in any country, WILL NOT STOP Weather Manipulation/Weather Control.

The country of Mexico could not stop it. Mexican government banned it last year but the atrocities have been going on in full force there. Most likely, Mexico was also punished for their anti-geoengineering legal action- second year (2023, 2024) Alacapulco was hit by severe controlled hurricanes devastating the area and the people.

The state of Tennessee tried to stop geoengineering but later TN governor’s office proclaimed that the law will not be implemented. TN is still heavily sprayed just like anywhere else. Many other states are considering similar legislation (which is good news too!)

We all complain how bad the Sky is.. we are waiting for somebody to come and rescue us from this horror!

But we all know that.. Only we, the people, can stop it!!

No officials, agencies, governments, corporations, courts, etc. can be reliable at this point.

I watched it three times :)

No matter what choice we could have made after 2012, we would have arrived at an INEVITABLE time period. Many thought that this time would be THE END OF THE WORLD. What it appeared to be - IT IS THE END OF THEIR WORLD. THE END OF THE RULE OF THE EVIL over our lives from decades to centuries. (This is a very short summary of a detailed beautiful analysis of what was going on with the secret government projects - Looking Glass and Stargate).

The Time of Great Awakening

In other words, we are living through an astonishing time period in mankind history! One of a kind! And I truly believe that many of us CHOSE to be here to witness and take part in it.

What does it mean to go through Great Awakening?

In a way similar to the feeling - when you wake up one day and find out your partner is a serial killer and you did not see or suspect it at all for many years. It is a bit extreme, I know. I am trying to convey the shock, the trauma and stupor you are in when you learn and relearn how this world operates in reality.

The question is - do you want to be still married to a serial killer or you want to break free even if it makes you have to change inside out?

Invisible becomes visible.

Signs, drawings, artifacts, statues that seemed strange before NOW make sense! The World is ruled by a web of secret societies that worship Satan…(for vivid depiction you can watch Opening Ceremony of Olympics 2024, Taylor Swift concerts, music videos on MTV, etc)

The information keeps pouring in. So much is being “dumped” on us. At once!

Nope! PEOPLE.

Common people, like you and I, from all over the world are starting to investigate many aspects of our lives and bring them to the attention of each other.

Why many Evangelical Christians believe - Israel First ?

What do we know about aliens and why this information had been hidden from the mankind for so long? and this one too

What else is in those chemical trails that we now find in almost all the people, including infants? etc.

How cell phones and other wireless devices affect us?

I can go on..

Is it overwhelming?

Absolutely!

Is truth stranger than Fiction?

So much so. We can hardly even imagine. The movies and sci fi novels and thrillers do not even come close.

Why some people go through Great Awakening and others are NOT?

It is like a state of Mind. It is an energetic space that you enter and cannot go back.

It is a rise in CONSIOUSNESS.

You finally start using YOUR MIND as if it was on pause before.

(Not to be mixed with intelligence).

It is almost like you are lifting yourself up above the world and you observe it from a new angle that you did not see or know about before!

YOU CANNOT FORCE ANYBODY into this energetic space or state of Mind. They have to be willing to be there. To go through it.

What is amazing about Great Awakening?

That the change happens WITHIN us. We start inside of our mind, our soul, our heart.

but…

In order to make a CHANGE in the world, we do need each other. This is the paradox of this phenomena.

Why is Great Awakening may feel annoying to so many people?

The answer is simple. Because it entails CHANGE within. CHANGE how we think, how we perceive reality, what is real and what is a deception, choices that we make for ourselves, our family, our children.

• Sometimes it means giving up certain technology, like a cell phone, earpods, or disconnecting from most of social media, start homesteading, learning survival skills, learning to grow your own food and raise animals, homeschooling children. Or giving up medical treatments, pharmaceutical medications that are part of military industrial big pharma complex (it is all connected)

It can also mean - talking to people about geoengineering. Opening their eyes.

• Other times it feels like you are getting another degree in… well.. HOW THIS WORLD really works, who manipulates the mankind, how the deception happens and who is behind it.

As in many movies and novels, in order to stop the atrocities committed against mankind such as child sex trafficking, child murder, sacrifice , spraying the Planet with nano (synthetic biology) and terraforming it and its living beings and many other crimes, we need to get to the know the enemy and their ways.

It means learning some very unpleasant, discouraging, horrific information. Face it. And do something about these crimes.

Take responsibility. We have allowed this deception by the entities that worship Satan and are from other dimensions for centuries.

Many still hope that somebody, like a new president, will save us from what is coming!

We have to save OURSELVES!

HOW?

Many ways. We all are different, different talents, personalities, backgrounds.

Some make amazing in-depth videos (like the one above), some write articles, posts, others start homeschool co-ops, regenerative farming initiatives, write books, use social media to inform others by making short clips, etc. ).

The change is unstoppable! (here is another great conversation about all the exciting events to stop Geoengineering and other crimes)

People start organizations, Telegram groups, informative website, parallel economy companies (such as Gab.com), invest time and money into the issues that MATTER to each one of us, etc.

Have we disconnected from God?

I think there is so much about our connection to the Creator in this Awakening along with protection of His Creations - such as mankind and this beautiful Planet we live on!

Studying the Scripture ourselves should be the key.

Being in organized religion can be fun and great for communication but those organizations can be very much influenced by the same Mind Control as we are slowly discovering this aspect too or rediscovering (this one is the hardest for us to understand, I think)

One example can be how Evangelical Christians can be manipulated into a certain line of thinking (check out this documentary , one of many sources). This is just one way how we can get trapped. there are others in other religions.

It is a giant interesting topic of its own!

“What do you want me to do?”

Interestingly, people who are waking up are not asking this question. They know what to do as the CHANGE comes within ourselves. And that is the most amazing part of it - it is not that you are waiting for somebody to tell you what to do, YOU ARE MAKING CHANGES in your life, in the life of your family, children. Sometimes for survival and other times - you just simply can stay in the old paradigm.

Also…

Individuals going through this SHIFT.. are constantly evolving.. so if you talk to somebody a year ago and they were talking mostly about COVID vaccine, or food shortages, by now they have collected A LOT more information and made more changes in their lives.

I think this is in the nutshell what the mankind will eventually be arriving at!

Homeschooling children, healing with energy and responsible non-damaging use of technology - that what comes to my mind when I read this quote.

Wifi, cell phones, smart devices in our cars and homes, radio waves, dirty electricity, etc. are all forms of non-ionizing RADIATION.

Non-ionizing radiation is a microwave radiation. So basically, you can put a little tiny person in your microwave, turn the microwave on and watch it. This is our planet now. (I know it sounds a bit brutal but very visual)

We are thrown into this technology without even understanding what it is and how it works, and how it affects our bodies/mind. On top of it, we expose our children to it starting from very small age. Many 6 year old children already have smart phones these days or smart i-pads.

Did you know that a smart phone has at least 4 antennas? WIFI, LTE, Cellular network, and bluetooth? They all are constantly receiving signals. And if you are nearby your cell phone, these signals are potentially going through the body.

When a smart phone is on lower battery (lower percentage), then our bodies become grounding stations for the phones.

There is also an important aspect is the interconnectivity between different devices, networks. In other words, all around us is buzzing, heating our bodies, disturbing our normal natural cellular processes.

What about the ungrounded wires in the house? It is not that difficult to ground them! You can listen to Eric talk about it (in the above video), you can address it with your electrician.

The thing is..

There comes a time we start understanding how these manmade frequencies affect us and our children.

Our houses are our castles. We try decorate them in a beautiful way, make them functional, sturdy, secured…but if our houses are in fact the sources of radiation? Now more and more people work from home, would we not want to make our home a place where we can let our body rest and heal?

Here are three short interviews with Dr Barry Trowler, the whistleblower from UK, who used to work for UK military and reviewed detailed research of the wireless, microwave radiation and its effects on living beings. Barry does not own a computer or a cell phone, he only does everything by paper.

During his work for the military he analyzed, at least, 2, 000 research studies, on wireless radiation. Since that time he has been speaking out in universities, in front of professors, scientists, royalties presenting the evidence that this technology IS NOT safe for use.

Dr Barry also often is called as a councilor to the court cases on microwave radiation. He provides his court services for free.

Highlights from the talks:

• Starting from being in utero and up to 26 years of age children ARE VERY SENSATIVE to microwave radiation. It causes neurological damage, it effects t behavior, it damages the brain - just to name a few harms

• Older people are also very sensitive to wireless microwave radiation and it can produce many ill effects

• 2-3 minutes of child on a cell phone can change his/her behavior in the next 2 hours

• In the middle of the last century US government had sent a Secret Document to the rest of the governments all over the world to notify that the damage of microwave radiation is well documented BUT governments and corporations are asked NOT to disclose this information to the public as it will compromise the profits of the industry and control of mankind. As we know now, the countries and companies complied.

• Companies when they release new phones, new devices, new frequencies (3G, 4G, 5G, etc) ARE NOT required to do any studies to show how safe they are for the users. Mostly likely, THEY KNOW that the research will show the unfavorable physiological and mental/emotional changes in users and they will have to report these results to the public. In other words, NOBODY is telling us (the public) what is safe and not. Not the government, not the companies, not the schools, not other agencies, etc.

• There is no safe amount of microwave radiation. Even if Wifi router is in the garage, it is still radiating all over the house and subjecting those who live in the house to unsafe levels (and neighbors as well).

What I am trying to convey is that this information is serious!!

According to another excellent talk with Dr Barry, if we do not stop the spread of microwave radiation, then there will be only 1 live birth per 7/8 as microwave radiation affects the FEMALE mitochondria which is a key component in brining a health baby into the world.

I believe, before we figure out what the steps are with the microwave radiation in our society, we should call for responsible use of wireless technology!

As there are no laws that protect us and our children against the microwave radiation, then we should change our behavior in our homes and at schools.

Some ideas. Could be more!

1. If you are a teacher and have a cell phone and a smart watch, please, make sure to turn them off while you are with the children at school. Putting your cell phone next to the children and using a smart watch, unfortunately, exposes the children as well WITHOUT their consent

2. If you are installing wifi in your house and you are surrounded by other houses/apartments, you are not only exposing yourself to the microwave radiation but you are exposing others as well. Since again there ARE no laws protecting us from this type of radiation, it is best to use ethernet at home (please, see this article on how to accomplish it or call your telecom company)

3. If you are a director of a school (private or public), please, note that public wifi at school is exposing all the children at school along with teachers and other personnel to harmful radiation. It is best to hardwire the internet directly to the computers at school. If children use laptops, then it is best to provide cords for all the laptops (best to use shielded grounded thick cords)

4. If you are a parent and have children in the house, please, understand that easy access to wifi, smart devices, cellular phones predisposes them to the potential unfavorable ill effects of microwave radiation (please, see this article in detail). It is best to find ways to use wired devices and let children up to 26 years of age to use cell phones for emergencies or very limited amount of time.

I know this sounds crazy! Who will do this?

Maybe nobody or very few people at this point. At the same time, we do need to start conversations about this topic and begin STUDYING the technology that we so easily provide to children.

Little steps can bring BIG changes!

Remember when we were children, we were learning colors by being asked: “What is the color of this?” “What is the color of that?”

You can do this little experiment.

LOOK UP! Look at the Sky!

And ask yourself DAILY: “What is the color of the Sky?” (do not think about spraying or no spraying, just observe the COLOR)

WRITE it down daily. You can do it for three days, 5 days, for a week or as long as you wish.

Whether you see the geoengineering in the Sky daily or you think this is normal activity of planes and normal clouds, try this observation.

That is what was noted by FM8. He observed three days of clear blue Skies. It was so unique that he recorded a video. Check it out!

9. Continue learning about this topic. Yes, it is devastating, yes, it is sad but it is what we faced in our life time.

10. Start local action in the communities. Signs on the roads, farmers market stands, fundraisers, awareness campaigns, etc.

The most important of all- if we do not stop it, we are leaving it to our children. And, as many realize, we are leaving A LOT of serious issues to them (more about it in later articles)

Think about - what are children breathing every day if there is constant aerosol spraying with heavy metals, microplastics, synthetic biology, etc?

Very strange things. If you hear about it for the first time, I would recommend to be gentle with yourself. The information could seem too crazy (we better get used to it by now). Reality always seems to be stranger than fiction!

What is this obsession with nano in EVERYTHING?

If you watch these videos which are from 7 years ago (the technology is usually older than the time they release it to the public), you will see how excited the scientists are to have all kind of applications of this stuff in treating different conditions.

They say - we will finally be able to cure cancer and many degenerative diseases. “Race to cure cancer” is used often to convince us that WE NEED IT! (by the way, the cure or healing of cancer exists and has been suppressed for many years). The nanotechnology can deliver the medicine to the site, can repair the blood vessels, hearts, brains! Yeah!

The thing that they are not mentioning is HOW DO YOU GET IT OUT OF THE BODY? How do you dispose of graphene, hydrogels, microfibers, quantum dots, synthetic harder- than-steel materials out of your body? Can we dissolve them? turns out it is much more challenging to get synthetic biology out of the body.

Is it making humans sick?

It looks interesting when we see it from outside (like in this very exciting experiment by these scientists) but when it is in a human body, what effect can it have on our cells, on our genes, on our tissues?

Though it can be sprayed via regular civilian planes too (Evil seems to find ways to harm in other ways). Find ways to stop production of chemicals and nanotech.

When Frank Jacob, was asked about synthetic biology, his response was: “We are so saturated with it. the best way to approach is to use a higher consciousness”

What is a higher consciousness?

For me is the state when we start thinking for OURSELVES not waiting for the government, corporations, for somebody else to tell us what to do and how to structure our life, our healing, our life journey. Seeing through the distractions and the constant nonstop BS is the key!

Knowing that we are divine creations by God and no Evil force (whether human or nonhuman) can continue assaulting our bodies and souls. Knowing that we are free and sovereign and are capable to break this cycle of abuse on humanity!

If humans are used as an energy source due to this technology (low vibrations), then increasing our vibrations higher would be the solution? Just a thought. As part of higher consciounsess. More on it later.

Have you ever noticed that most of the time when you go to the regular doctors, it is either GENES are blamed or GERMS in our health issues?

“Doctor, why do I have arthritis?”

“It is in your genes, probably.”

“Is there anything I can do to change it?”

“No, just take these pills. Nothing can be done. “

(by the way, in my practice I notice that 9/10 cases of severe arthritis is Blood Type A. So following your Blood type diet does help!)

“Doctor, why I am developing glaucoma so early in life?”

“It is genetic!”

“But there is nobody in my family with it!!!”

(would it be ok for an ophthalmologist to inquire about the life style of the patient in this case to understand why at a young age he is developing a serious eye condition? I think it would give them the clues to stop the progression!)

Lately I have been seeing quite a few couples who are trying to conceive but there are many challenges. In all these cases, the blame went to GENES (not considering COVID injections affects, not all the plastics, toxins in the food, medications, etc)

There is always this hint to us that our GENES are defective.

Conventional thinking is - “Oh, well, we do not know the cause of many imbalances that people experience so we will just say - it is genetic and give a sense to the people that, first, it is some sort of defect in them and that nothing can be done about it (except for drugs and surgery). “

Without any doubt, there are conditions that can be passed genetically , possibly like hemophilia, but blaming all the ills on genes is erroneous (though many things affect our genes over life time).

GERMS?!

Let’s blame it on all these bad ass ubiquitous “viruses” that are lurking around us! (remember, the recent one - “you can be asymptomatic but you can be still transferring the “SARS COV2 virus” to everybody around you”- they told us)

Be fearful of viruses!

Also bacteria and fungi!

Many parents tell me that there is so much strep throat. Children would get it from 3-6 times a year (oh, boy, I have never heard getting it so often in my life). The rapid test shows positive for strep (suspicious, right?) and doctors prescribe…yet. another antibiotic.. So children would take around 6 antibiotic treatments a year, at least.

What is going on with these rapid tests? Are they set to give us some kind of diagnosis on purpose to continue prescribing many many antibiotics?

Why are we so sick?

Is it time to finally start getting to the possible causes and stop fooling ourselves? Do not we want to feel better?

I am glad we are questioning the Germ Theory. It is about time!

I remember at school studying about Beauchamp and Louis Paster. Beauchamp was developing the “Terrain Theory”. He was showing evidence (through many experiments) that humans do not pass “viruses” to each other, it is about the health of our tissues. There are pleomorphic organisms within us but they proliferate if TERRAIN (our tissues, our blood) is in a bad shape. Makes total sense.

Possible causes of imbalances in the body that can potentially lead to so called “Diseases”, “Illnesses”

It is best to start this conversation with the tenants of health:

1. Love of your God created body. Not pampering with toxic foods and habits but actually think - what is the basis of my health? Taking care of the body, like you take care of somebody you really love, by providing rest, fresh air, healthy food, adequate sleep, exercise. And the body responds well to it.

   If you do get sick, then believe that the body CAN heal itself. “I can heal. I can be healthy again. I love my body, I love my eyes, etc” The idea that it is not possible without medical intervention instilled in us messes this belief up.

   And this idea about defective genes, attacks of germs take us away from the thinking that WE CAN HEAL! (“I just need to get a flu vaccine and I wont get sick” , “ I will just need to take these 20 supplements and I am taken care of”, “I will just need to spray everything with Lysol around me better and the germs will not get me and others “ (the common thinking in most day care facilities) poisoning children with very toxic chemicals).

Can fear generate illness?

Denis Rancourt has a PhD in Physics, he is a former tenured Full Professor, and has published over one hundred articles in leading science journals, showed in his research that fear on its own can cause illness like a recent COVID plandemic.

1. By the way, what is the best approach to COVID “virus”? Do not test - do not have it (imagine if nobody was testing at all to check for COVID? There will be no COVID in a nutshell ). I never tested myself or my family so we never had any COVID during these 4 years.

   2. It is all about frequencies.

   Negative emotions, anger, greed, jealousy, pride are all frequencies that impact our bodies negatively.

   EMF such as WIFI, cell phone radiation, dirty electricity, etc - all frequencies too and , unfortunately, though we do not see them, DO AFFECT us negatively

We are the vibrations or are full of various vibrations and there are vibrations all around us that affect us.

Being among a sick person for some time can transfer that energy, that frequency to us so we can get sick. When somebody yells at us or we are yelling at somebody, we are distressed and can actually start feeling physical pain from such strong negative emotions.

Note that even though you supposedly caught the “virus” from another person, the symptoms are always different, right? (you can have runny nose but your partner mostly sore throat, etc).

I believe taking care of the frequencies is important. Surround yourself with healing frequencies - earth vibrations (stand on the ground barefoot), walk on the soil, spend as much time as you can in nature, let the Sun penetrate your skin, find clean water (spring water, distilled water) and foods that digest well and LIMIT all these artificial disturbing frequencies for our bodies such as EMF.

Energy healing is definitely part of frequency balancing.

Shield yourself from these disturbing frequencies. We get ourselves exposed to all of it without any concern how they may effect us so learning ways to offset those harmful effects is one of the ways to take care of our health.

3. Movement is the key. How do we say these days - “sitting is a new smoking”. Once you sit down, you wont be getting up much. Once you lay down, you wont be sitting or walking. this concerns possibly more people in advanced ages but still - ANY movement is better than none!

4. Cherish your sleep and eat your fermented foods! That is the recommendations I would give. Sleep is the time we heal so whatever you need to do to improve the sleep is the key.

What can be other causes of ill health?

Vaccines

Several generations of humans all over the world were told that we NEED Vaccines. These vaccines save lives. I got them too when I was growing up in 80s in the Soviet Union. As soon as a child is born into a modern world, he/she starts getting them.

Now in USA by age 18, according to CDC schedule, a child would get 100 vaccinations

If viruses do not exist, what is in those vaccines? And what affect do they have on us throughout our life time?

A big topic.

A few examples here:

• According to CDC website, countries where infants receive Hepatitis B vaccine at birth may have higher mortality and may have higher autoimmune conditions later in life.

In other words, it is becoming clear that those injections contribute to imbalances in the body. Can they cause fertility challenges? ADHD? Autism? Alzeimers’s later in life? Yes. Many papers and clinical studies can be found.

Are children and adults who did not get vaccinations healthier vs those of us who did get them?

A few books and studies have been written on this subject. The Amish study. Here is an interview with an author who dedicated 4 years of digging through the evidence in support of the vaccinations. He described his findings in his book. HE COULD NOT FIND ANY PROOF that vaccines are necessary and safe.

• Fertility is always targeted. Plastics like BPA, microplastics like in chemical trails, various pesticides, PVC pipes, EMF, undermined thyroid function due to fluoride, bromide and lack of iodine in soil and food, and many other ways. Vaccines as well.

• Fluoride in city water. Dumbing us down (it is a neurotoxin) and creating a thyroid dysfunction epidemic as fluoride completes with iodine for thyroid health

• Various dyes, food dyes, additives to foods. Much can be found on this topic.

• Genetically modified mosquitoes

• Toxic cleaning products

• Appel spraying on fruits and veggies

• Fake meat, not fully labeled meat

• Adding insect powders in al kind of packages foods

Truly the list can go on and on..

Not to overwhelm anybody but just to give a visualization of how it is not about the GERM or GENE but about so many other factors that are rarely or never considered addressing ill health of a person in modern day world..

Simple ideas to be healthy:

• Find a local source of raw milk (goat or cow). If you are sensitive or intolerant to dairy, you can use coconut milk.

• You can buy the cultures online. Super easy to make your own kefir, yogurt, cheeses. Yogurt can be made in the instant pot or just in the oven overnight (off oven). Kefir, yogurt and sour cream left overs can be used as starters for new batches.

• What do you do with all the whey left from cheese making? You can use it in baking. You can also wash hair with it and pour into your baths (lots of healing amino acids)

• Local raw eggs. You can drink the yolk of an egg (my grandma used to do it). It has to be the freshest egg. It has many fat and water soluble vitamins. If you are not comfortable with it or not sure about the quality of eggs, best not to do it then. (do not take it as a medical advice, Use your discretion).

• Hydroponically grown food and sprouts. You can find local farmers or grow them yourself in the garage. It should have less synthetic biology as it is grown inside (yes, check on the water source too) Sprouting broccoli, peas and sunflower can be very easily done too in an apartment.

• Get local meat. Ask all the question. Do they vaccinate the livestock? What type of vaccines? What feed do they use? How animals are treated? Support your local farmers and eat cleaner meat.
