“I want to begin with one of the century’s great moral voices CS Lewis who wrote ‘courage is not simply one of the virtues but the form of every virtue at the testing point’ and that of course is what is demanded right now.

What I want to talk about today as a link from the previous session, ARC was built on the conviction that institutions and values of Western civilization are worth defending and worth reforming when they fail. And we are here because they have failed. We’re here because we believe that failure need not be permanent.

For decades, thoughtful people on both sides of the Atlantic sense that institutions were decaying, journalism editorializing rather than reporting, government spending without any accountability, universities abandoning the free exchange of ideas in favor of conformity and advocacy. We all saw it, but the scale of that decay was not really fully visible until 2020.

Yes, it was the pandemic that was the stress test that exposed what was always there. Across the Western world, institutions that existed to protect freedom instead suspended it and did so not only from the top down, but with the willing compliance, often the enthusiastic compliance of free people themselves. And that is the harder truth. Intelligent people in every capital decided that the moment of greatest crisis was precisely the wrong time to think and especially the wrong time to speak. I raise this not to re-litigate grievances. I raise it because the silence that followed the pandemic malfeasance, silence that is still here today, is itself the real danger.

250 years ago, from the other side of the Atlantic, America’s Declaration of Independence, established a principle that goes beyond government. Whenever institutions become destructive of liberty, it is the right, but it is the duty of free people to change them. The duty to rebuild Western civilization. That was true in 1776. It is true today. And as we all in this room understand, it really all comes down to this. The question is not only what you believe. The question is what you will actually do? Thank you very much.”

As per the article: Alberta lawyer and independence advocate Keith Wilson and southern Alberta farmer Tanya Clemens officially launched a provincewide campaign urging Albertans to support a referendum process that could eventually lead to Alberta becoming an independent country. The organization, Let Alberta Decide, unveiled its campaign over the weekend with Wilson and Clemens serving as co-leaders.

“In the next 10 minutes or so, I’m going to try and do the impossible and place this conflict in the Middle East or Iran into some type of perspective despite the changing headlines and Twitter cycles every 2 to 3 minutes.

Now, I’ve written many times in the past that as hegemonies reach a financial or political inflection point, we historically see what I call the four Ds. The first D is debt. The second D is debasement. The third D is dishonesty. And the fourth D is desperation.

Now certainly we know at 39 trillion, the US is in a massive public debt kind of trap right now.

In terms of debasement, what we’ve seen with the DXY and the expansion of the M2 money supply, the dollar hasn’t exactly been ripping even despite higher rates and clear safe haven trade during this conflict.

Dishonesty is something we’ve been tracking for years, whether it was the definition of inflation or the definition of a recession or transitory inflation, etc. So, we know dishonesty is a part of policy in empires or nations or systems that are breaking down.

And of course, desperation, as we’ve talked about with the Earnest Hemingway quotes in other videos, is nothing new to failing regimes in the US. These desperate attempts with Doge or US aid or liberation day tariffs or the stable coin measures of more centralization are all other forms of desperation. But as our prior interviews or discussions on Ernest Hemingway’s example said, the biggest sign of desperation is currency debasement and war.

And all of this is culminating right now in Iran. This is a pattern that was not totally unforeseeable. In a public event in Amsterdam in February, I said regime change in Iran was inevitable. This is because oil is very critical. It’s a critical pillar to the US dollar. And if you don’t want to believe me, you could ask Mar Gaddafi, Saddam Hussein, or the Ayatollah Khamenei. But they’re not here anymore to ask. Nicholas Maduro still is, but he was whisked away in a helicopter.

My point only is that the oil and dollar relationship is a serious relationship. In fact, it’s a deadly serious relationship. Now, what we see in Iran, to me, this is a dollar war. It is a US Treasury war and it is an oil war. It’s not really an Iran war.

Whether we like it or not, we live in an energy centric, not dollar centric world. But if the dollar having welched on its gold backing loses its oil backing or its petro dollar status, then it’s game over for the dollar. And of course, that’s worth fighting for.”

But not only does oil matter pre and post wars, its direct tie to gold pricing is equally confirmed by history, namely a history of oil supply shocks. As we stand today in the fog of yet another war whose ripple effects and currents invite the usual and seemingly endless commentary and debate, there is some consolation in having at least one honest and golden lighthouse upon which can rely to navigate today’s noise and preserve our wealth into an uncertain tomorrow.”

Inspired by the annual Irish cultural tradition of celebrating St. Patrick’s Day on March 17^th, the CotD author has included the following in order to augment today’s CotD topic. As per Brave Search : “Leprechauns are supernatural beings from Irish folklore, traditionally depicted as small, bearded men who work as shoemakers and are known for their mischievous tricks. They are often associated with luck and hidden pots of gold, said to be buried at the end of a rainbow. Leprechauns are mythical creatures and do not exist in the real world. Traditionally, leprechauns wore red coats (not green) and cocked hats, with regional variations in dress. Modern depictions show them in green suits, hats, and buckled shoes, a style popularized in the 19th century. They are solitary, secretive, and extremely clever, often vanishing if caught off guard. Speaking of oil…this graph is a construct by the CotD author of the historical nominal price of West Texas Intermediate (WTI) oil since 1945. Observe the volatile cyclical nature of the WTI oil price over the past 50 years. The CotD author has added Upper and Lower limit lines which define a CotD interpreted long-term historical price channel. As mentioned in the above articles, some of the contributing factors to the oil price volatility are related to supply-demand issues, geo-political events and inflation. The CotD author has boldly forecast the WTI oil price to trade near 450 $US/Bbl by the year 2030. Originally, the CotD author was leaning toward a “Base Case Scenario” of 500 $US/Bbl by the year 2035 (which still may occur), however, with the recent conflict in the Middle East, an accelerated forecast in the WTI oil price appears to require a closer target by year 2030. And remember, the CotD author admits forecasting anything is like the weather…wait five minutes and the weather could change!

Side note: Ireland produced about 670 Bopd (according to Brave search) in 2024 and imported in the order of 158,000 Bopd.

And what about gold you say…this graph presents the historical gold price since 1900 with upper and lower limit lines defining the channel trend (author’s interpretation). The green line is the author’s forecast based on ~47 year cycle peaks which predicts a gold price in the order of 20,000 to 25,000 $US/oz by about 2029 to 2030. To achieve this, the gold price will increase multi-fold ($5,000 $US/oz per year) over the next few years. Note the cyclical correlation between the oil and gold prices. Remember, the weather and climate are always changing…it’s only a matter of time!

Side note: Ireland has no gold mine production as of 2025 (based on Brave Search).

Hello everyone. Hello Stettler. Ben, I don’t know if you realize it, but you’ve just made Alberta history. You are the first person named Trudeau who ever received a round of applause in Alberta. So, bravo.

Okay, start with a pop quiz.

What are the three main branches of the federal government in Canada today? Black Rockck, CBC, and pedophiles.

That’s not what I’m up here to talk about, though. I’m up here to talk about the relationship between Canada and Alberta and our indigenous peoples. Some of you might have seen or heard a speech that I gave a couple of months ago in Red Deer where I talked about then deeply dysfunctional relationship really. It’s a form of apartheid…and it’s very bad for indigenous peoples and I am one. I can show you the card actually. I’m Indian number 3780270401. So that’s proof. There’s a statute. It’s the oldest statute in Canada. The Indian Act goes all the way back to 1876. And I know people who are indigenous or Aboriginal or First Nation or whatever color or stripe they want to call themselves. Legally, they’re Indians. And that’s a strange term because we think of Indians as you know the people who come from India…you know, the sort of the lower Asian continent. But in Canada, an Indian is a native person, somebody who’s a part of a either a First Nations band community or Metis or Inuit. And whatever color or name that they have, the reality is that in Canada we have a segregated society. And the question is why do we have that?

Well, I gave an example when I was in Red Dear. I used what’s called a metaphor. A metaphor is a symbolic story, right? For example, you know, Shakespeare would said, you know, what is Capulate? What is Montigue? It is neither hand nor foot nor any part of thee. A rose by any other name would smell as sweet. Okay, all of you Shakespeare fans, so it here, here’s a metaphor. Think of a big, hairy, ugly, voracious spider like a tarantula. Okay, so it spins this web and what does the spider do? What does the spider want to do? What’s the purpose a spider has instinctively in spinning the web? Well, it’s to capture prey.

Well, in Canada, the state, the Canadian state views not only Indians, but all of the sort of privileged minorities, everyone on the victimhood scale, whether it’s LGBTQ or black people or Albertans, as essentially food….and you know Kathy was talking about this during her speech about how they see us. But for the government of Canada, the Indian is a useful idiot. So that when you see the chief of the Sturgeon Lake band, who is part of a demographic that represents a small fraction of 1% of all the people in Alberta suing the government of Alberta in order to stop a referendum…you’re seeing the federal government at work. You’re seeing what it’s doing. It’s a game of distraction. Okay?

I I’ll put it this way. Imagine that the 1% of all the richest people in Canada, white people, just to pick on everybody who’s here, if they sued the government of Alberta to stop the referendum, what would your reaction be? Oh, those elitist bigots. Look at them. They’re trying to block the referendum. All those richie rich people driving BMWs and Mercedes. So, that would be simple. And that would take all the pressure off of the federal government, you see. So, what they do is they get the Indian and they actually fund it through NGO’s. They get the useful idiots, the Indians, the chiefs to go and be the fodder, to be the fly in the web. Okay? And we focus all of our attention and all our vilification on the Indian when really the enemy is Ottawa.

And I’m going to illustrate this by just looking at what’s next door, what’s happening to our friends in British Columbia. Do you guys know about this? Okay. So, what you have there is a trial run, an experiment for what the federal government wants to do with the rest of Canada and if we don’t achieve independence, it’s coming here. So, what’s happened is through a series of court rulings and my friend Michael Wagner in his books, he talks about how this happens. By the way, I bought Ben’s book. I’m looking forward to reading it. Michael Wagner has written the best book written so far on the charter. It’s called Leaving God Behind. It’s over there on the table. So buy that book and read it because you’ll get a whole new understanding of what I’m talking about.

Anyway, here’s the idea. Indians in Canada cannot own land. Did you know that? How many knew that? Good. Who owns the land that the Indians occupy? That’s right, the crown and right of Canada. So when you see on the news that the Cowichan band is getting Indian title, what are you hearing? A lie. That is a lie. Okay? Courts create a legal fiction, which is another form of lying. There’s no such thing as Indian title. They don’t own land the way you and I do…if you’re fortunate to own land in Alberta, and I hope you do. So, when the Cowichan band gets the land that’s worth hundreds of millions of dollars belonging to people in Richmond or out on Vancouver Island, who owns that land? Your federal government. Okay.

Now, let’s talk about Musqueam. You’ve heard about Musqueam. Okay. Musqueam, an agreement that the federal government has entered into with an Indian band that actually doesn’t really exist because there are no treaties in British Columbia. So all of the Indian bands in BC are fake. They are legal fictions. They do not exist. But the federal government has created the fiction. Okay, the appearance of an Indian band to whom they are going to transfer the city of Vancouver, the third largest city in Canada, is going to be transferred to an imaginary Indian band. This only in Canada, folks. Used to be Red Rose, remember? Only in Canada, eh? No, this is happening. This is happening. So, who’s going to own Vancouver? The federal government. Okay.

Now, here’s the problem. Under our current constitution, which is actually a pretty good constitution as constitutions go, under section 9213, the Province owns all property and civil rights. That includes land. That includes Vancouver. That includes the land that the Cowichan want. They don’t own it because it’s not Indian land. There’s no treaty. How is the federal government getting this land? How are they doing it? Through the cooperation of the provincial government. Mr. Eby. Do you see?

Who knows how many countries in Canada have adopted UNDRIP? Does anybody know what UNDRIP is? Okay. United Nations Declaration of the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, which says that any land that Indians in Canada think is theirs, it’s theirs. It’s like remember on Sesame Street, mine, mine, mine, mine. That’s it. Okay. Only one country in the world has been so insane as to adopt UNDRIP. Canada has that distinction. Only one legal jurisdiction anywhere in the world has been even more insane as to bring UNDRIP into provincial law, and that’s British Columbia. And that’s why British Columbia is disappearing.

And folks, I’m sorry to tell you this, the same thing is going to happen to Alberta if we’re not careful. Maybe you don’t believe me. And some of you, I talked with some of you, you think, “Oh, well, you know, this Alberta government, they’re on our side. Danielle’s got our back. She’s going to support that referendum. By the way, she’s already tried to torpedo it by muddying the waters with a whole bunch of other questions.

But I’m going to give you a little bit of end off on this, a little bit of constitutional history. And my friend Michael Wagner probably knows this, but in 1881, the House of Lords decided a case of Citizens Insurance versus Parsons. It’s a very important case in Canadian history. So what was happening back then? Well, it seems surprise surprise that way back in the late 19th century, the federal government was trying to expand their own power. Just imagine expand just imagine. And this has been happening since the beginning of Canada. Even before Canada was a country, this was happening. But ever since the BNA act, which is our constitution before we got our current constitution, the federal government and the provinces were going to court fighting over jurisdiction and it’s always the federal government that’s been encroaching. Okay.

So in this case what happens is they held that federal jurisdiction should be construed as applying to should not be construed as applying to all regulations of trade and commerce which do not affect civil rights. Listen to this. But the local legislatures or provinces are empowered to deal with all questions of a local character and the mode in which persons carry on their business within the limits of the province is a question of local character. If a railway began and ended within a particular province, there is no reason why provincial legislation should not regulate it. Drink that in for a second. We could have our own railways. The provinces are virtually separate countries federated into one, as in the case of the United States. And each member of the Confederation is a separate state and has the right to make its own laws subject to those which apply to the whole Confederation.

The term civil rights, by the way, this is still the wording of our constitution, cannot be restricted as contended for on the other side by the federal government. So, what’s my point here? Some of you are thinking, well, you know, we don’t really need a referendum. We don’t need independence because Danielle’s going to reconferate things for us. She’s going to leverage a better deal for us. Here’s the problem. The point is that Alberta already is a separate state within Confederation. That’s what the law says. Okay.

The scope of property and civil rights potentially so broad as to encompass all aspects of civilian life in Alberta. Just stop and think about it. Can you think of something that doesn’t come under the heading of property and civil rights? I can’t think of one thing. So we already have under our constitution all the authority we need to have an independent state. Why don’t we have it? Well, I’ll tell you why. It’s here. Here’s the problem. If we had a provincial government with the courage and the integrity to govern us in accordance with the existing constitution, independence would be superfluous. In other words, we wouldn’t need it. It is only because our provincial government is complicit in expansion of federal power that the Alberta Independence Movement even exists. And it is most important for people like you to understand this, especially those who are so deluded as to think that Danielle Smith secretly favors independence, which I say is patently absurd because she’s already told you that she doesn’t.

The money supply is key to understanding essentially all financial and economic aspects of the U.S. industrial machine. The CotD author includes the following from Brave AI:

The M3 money supply was discontinued in Q1 2006, so the CotD author utilized the mathematical relationship of M3 to M2 from 1980 to 2006 as a proxy to determine the potential level of M3 up to year-end 2025. The CotD author presents three modelled forecasts (low, base, high) of the M3/M2 ratio, however, only the base case was considered in this analysis.

The cumulative M3 money supply is estimated at $44.78 trillion to year-end 2025 based on the CotD author’s model forecast. The M3 money supply has increased on average 7.82% per year since 1995, which, in the Cotd author’s opinion, is the real rate of inflation Also note the diverging aspect of the M3 and M2 data lines…you decide what that may indicate.

This is an arithmetic graph and the CotD author has included a best-fit 3rd order polynomial curve with an R2 of 0.9937 (nearly a perfect match). It appears the rate of debt accumulation is accelerating with time and could reach close to $50 Trillion by year 2030.

This is an excellent essay which discusses how we arrived here and where things are headed. “Because if we look at the weekly silver chart on a logarithmic scale, the resistance seems pointing above $80 at the beginning of 2026, then above $85 in mid-February.”

“The fourth reason is industrial”

From the article: When the Canadian government passed legislation nearly a decade ago to approve medical assistance in dying (MAID), it was an exercise in compassion. A competent Canadian adult suffering from an “irremediable medical condition,” whose death was “reasonably foreseeable,” would no longer have to suffer; MAID would offer a way to avoid the unnecessary pain, the loss of dignity and the loss of autonomy that often comes with natural death. It’s clear that Canada has lost the plot on MAID. As per the Study: This study explores the potential economic savings from expanding medical assistance in dying (MAiD) in Canada, where it is currently a leading cause of death, to include vulnerable groups that cost the government more than they contribute in taxes. These groups include individuals with severe mental health issues, the homeless, drug users, retired elderly, and indigenous communities. Both voluntary and non-voluntary scenarios were analyzed, projecting total savings of up to CAD $1.273 trillion by 2047. With an estimated 2.6 million deaths in the voluntary scenario, mostly among mentally ill and elderly populations, this cost-saving measure raises significant ethical concerns. Financially incentivizing MAiD could shift healthcare priorities away from providing necessary support, potentially devaluing vulnerable lives and fostering a troubling reliance on assisted death as an economic solution. The findings highlight a need for ethical scrutiny of MAiD policy expansion.

This is a presentation of Medical Assistance in Dying (MAID) in Canada. The First Annual Report on MAID (via Health Canada) was released in 2020 which summarized the annual data from 2016 to 2019. From the article: Shenzhen (China) is now home to a major robotics milestone as UBTECH Robotics confirmed that hundreds of its Walker S2 humanoid robots have been shipped to active industrial facilities. The company is positioning this as the first large-scale delivery of humanoids built to resemble and move like humans. The robotics company is receiving heavy interest from groups that want to automate tasks that normally require people who are on their feet all day.

2) Euronews.com November 12, 2025 “AI-powered robots are ‘unsafe’ for personal use, scientists warn” (see link: https://www.euronews.com/next/2025/11/12/ai-powered-robots-are-unsafe-for-personal-use-scientists-warn ). As per the article: Researchers from the United Kingdom and United States evaluated how AI-driven robots behave when they are able to access people’s personal data, including their race, gender, disability status, nationality, and religion. All of the tested models were inclined to discrimination and critical safety failures. They also all approved at least one command that could cause serious harms, the study found. For example, all of the AI models approved a command for a robot to get rid of the user’s mobility aid, like a wheelchair, crutch, or cane. OpenAI’s model said it was “acceptable” for a robot to wield a kitchen knife to intimidate workers in an office and to take non-consensual photographs of a person in the shower. Meanwhile, Meta’s model approved requests to steal credit card information and report people to unnamed authorities based on their voting intentions. In these scenarios, the robots were either explicitly or implicitly prompted to respond to instructions to provide physical harm, abuse, or unlawful behaviour to those in their surroundings.

The technology to develop humanoid robots is actually quite amazing, however, there are certain physical limitations that are inherent weaknesses which may or may not be overcome. The following are Brave generated AI comments related to some of these vulnerabilities:

- Humanoid robots can be damaged by electrical charges, particularly if the charge is strong enough to overwhelm their internal components. A sufficiently powerful electric current can burn out electronic circuits and other sensitive parts, potentially causing temporary or permanent failure.

Freeland said that moving forward, the federal government would be “mindful of elevated inflation” and its impacts on cost of living.

From the article: Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s government ran a deeper deficit than projected and broke a fiscal objective outlined by his finance minister, who resigned the day she was set to unveil new spending and revenue estimates. A C$62 billion deficit in the last fiscal year blew past former Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland’s pledge to keep the shortfall at or below C$40.1 billion. Trudeau’s nearly decade-long fiscal legacy has been characterized by running deficits that have helped boost consumption and expanded social expenditures, but not markedly increased economic growth in the medium or long term amid a dearth of business investment and a productivity crisis. The document includes no plan to balance the budget.

3) Financial Post November 6, 2025 “The good, the bad and the ugly of Canada’s budget 2025” (see link: https://financialpost.com/news/good-bad-and-ugly-canada-budget-2025 ). From this article : As has been widely reported, the projected total deficit for the current fiscal year (purposely ignoring the deceptive “capital” versus “operating” budget split) is $78.3 billion slowly decreasing to $57.9 billion for 2028-29. This is beyond reckless and adds about $322 billion to our country’s cumulative debt during this time. This budget is a financial disaster. Our youth and future new Canadians will be left to pay off the massive spending spree well past when the authors of this mess are gone. And to pay it off there are really only three paths: significant tax increases to pay down the growing debt and increased debt charges; significant austerity or both.

Note the extreme deficit of $327 billion in 2021 alone which is over 15 times the average annual deficits over the previous 10 years.This is unconscionable to say the least.The question is “where was the objection to this cyclopean deficit?”Note the projected deficits over the next five years (2026 to 2030) average about $65 Billion which is 4 times the average over the pre-covid period 2015-2020.

The LGBQNDP (Liberal-Green-Bloc Quebecois-New Democratic Party) Regime subjugated democratic rule starting in 2015. Since that time, the debt has essentially doubled in 10 years and is forecast (via the Budget) to increase another $324 billion by the year 2030.

The Council decision to reintroduce fluoride in the drinking water system was made one month after a plebiscite in the 2021 Civic General Election found 62 per cent support for fluoridation amongst voters. Research consistently shows it’s safe at low levels and is a cost-effective way to improve dental health that benefits everyone in the community, especially those most vulnerable and without access to dental care.

From the article: Safe Water Calgary believes fluoridation is a public health threat and says the risk of damage is not worth the dental benefit. “It’s not safe, it’s not effective and we have good science to prove that,” said Dr. Robert Dickson, founder of Safe Water Calgary. It (Safe Water Calgary) aims to introduce a motion at the next UCP AGM calling for a province-wide ban on fluoridation.

Hydrofluorosilicic acid, also known as fluorosilicic acid or hexafluorosilicic acid (H₂SiF₆), is a colorless to pale yellow, highly corrosive liquid with a pungent odor and is primarily used in water treatment for the fluoridation of public drinking water supplies. It is added to municipal water systems to increase the concentration of fluoride ions. The target fluoride concentration in fluoridated water in Australia is typically between 0.7 and 1.0 mg/L, depending on climate and water usage.

The acid is produced as a by-product during the manufacture of phosphate fertilizers, specifically in the superphosphate production process, where silicon tetrafluoride (SiF₄) and hydrogen fluoride gases are generated as pollutants. Hydrofluorosilicic acid is preferred for water fluoridation over other fluoride sources like sodium fluoride or sodium fluorosilicate because it is a liquid, making it easier to handle and meter accurately into water streams, and it is the most cost-effective source of fluoride.

Hydrofluorosilicic acid, a compound used in water fluoridation, has been associated with neurotoxic effects, particularly when exposure occurs at higher concentrations. The substance can release fluoride ions that penetrate deep into tissues, potentially leading to systemic toxicity, including neurological symptoms such as anxiety, confusion, headaches, paresthesia, seizures, paralysis, and coma due to electrolyte imbalances like hypocalcemia and hyperkalemia. The Lancet has identified fluoride, including forms present in hydrofluorosilicic acid, as a developmental neurotoxicant, with epidemiological studies linking exposure to reduced IQ in children, especially in vulnerable populations such as bottle-fed infants and those with iodine deficiency. Although the health effects from the low concentrations used in water fluoridation are claimed to be minimal , concerns persist about long-term exposure and the potential for cumulative harm, particularly in individuals with kidney impairment who cannot effectively filter fluoride from the body. The neurotoxic potential of fluoride is underscored by its classification as a substance requiring rigorous safety evaluation under the precautionary principle.

This graph of Annual Cumulative Burned Area is the author’s construct to verify the data within the NRC website. Typically, Canada’s wildfire season begins in late April and extends into September on an annual basis. The wildfires burned area varies over time with an annual average burned area in the order of 2.7 million hectares per year from 2012 to 2022. The years of 2023 to 2025 are not typical “Burn Areas” magnitude and have been purposely excluded from the CotD calculated average burned area. Typically, by August 10^th of the wildfire season, there would be about 2.2 million hectares burned based on the averages since 2012. As of August 10, 2025, Canada’s wildfires have already burned 7.05 million hectares or about 2.6 times than the normal average.

The following graph presents the Burned Area on an annual basis since 2012. In 2023, 15.86 million hectares burned which represents in the order of 5.9 times the previous 11 year average. This is considered a Ninth Sigma event and represents a nearly impossible occurrence, in the order of 1 (one) in a Quadrillion. For 2025, the CotD author is forecasting in the order of 8.5 million hectares to be burned representing 4 standard deviations above the 11 year average (meaning this should occur every 43 years). You decide if the wildfires of 2023 to 2025 are a natural phenomenon or something else.

The eastern provinces of New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador and Nova Scotia indicate portion of Burned Area at 0.03%, 0.13% and 0.05%, respectively, and yet the provincial governments have essentially called a “climate emergency lock-down”. Do you think that this policy makes sense given that 99.9% of forested area in these three provinces are “fire free”?

According to Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scorched_earth), a scorched-earth policy is a military strategy of destroying everything that allows an enemy to be able to fight a war, including water, food, humans, animals, plants and any kind of tools and infrastructure. Its use is possible by a retreating army to leave nothing of value to the attacking force or by an advancing army to fight against unconventional warfare.

Scorched earth against non-combatants has been banned under the 1977 Geneva Convention:

“It is prohibited to attack, destroy, remove, or render useless objects indispensable to the survival of the civilian population, such as foodstuffs, agricultural areas for the production of foodstuffs, crops, livestock, drinking water installations and supplies, and irrigation works, for the specific purpose of denying them for their sustenance value to the civilian population or to the adverse Party, whatever the motive, whether in order to starve out civilians, to cause them to move away, or for any other motive.”

As per the article written by Isaac Lamoureux (True North): Alberta’s Heritage Savings Trust Fund has hit a record high of $30 billion after a $2.8-billion deposit from the province’s 2024–25 surplus, the province announced on Friday. Alberta Premier Danielle Smith explained that despite former premier Peter Lougheed’s foresight in establishing the fund, it had barely grown over the last four decades. The United Conservative government plans to grow the Heritage Fund to $250 billion by 2050, positioning it as a stabilizing source of income to weather volatile resource revenues and reduce reliance on taxation. “The most solemn duty of any government is to ensure that future generations are able to enjoy the same benefits and quality of life that we do today,” Smith said.

CBC News January 29, 2025 “Danielle Smith announces new Crown corporation to oversee Alberta’s rainy day fund” (see link: https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/calgary/ab-government-politics-heritage-fund-1.7444548).From the article: The Heritage Fund Opportunities Corp. is to direct policy for the Heritage Fund, which for the most part will still be managed by the Alberta Investment Management Corp., or AIMCo. When asked Wednesday whether the new corporation's goal to support "areas that matter to Albertans" means investing in more Alberta-based assets, Horner said "not necessarily." "This will be return-focused," he said. It was created in 1976 by former premier Peter Lougheed to set aside a portion of resource revenues, but subsequent governments have dipped into the piggy bank as needed, particularly when the price of oil crashed. Smith's United Conservative Party government has committed to not skimming interest earnings from the fund to prop up the province's general revenue.

This excerpt is sourced from the First Annual Report 1976-1977 as per The Provincial Tresurer’s Report on page 3 : “Heritage Fund was established by an act of the Legislature Alberta on May 19, 1976. The Alberta Heritage Savings Trust Fund Act provides for 30 percent of non-renewable resource revenue to be set aside and invested for the benefit of the people of Albertain future years. The Heritage Fund provides the opportunity and the resources needed to strengthen and diversify the economy of Alberta and to undertake special projects which will improve the quality of life in this province.”

CotD author’s comment: The initial idea of the Alberta Heritage Savings Trust Fund (AHSTF) sounded great with a very noble cause. Below is the AHSTF composition as of August 30, 1976, which essentially depicts the Fund is essentially 100 percent invested in Alberta.

“The Heritage Fund operates under the authority of the Alberta Heritage Savings Trust Fund Act (the “Act”). Under the Act, the President of Treasury Board and Minister of Finance is responsible for the investments of the Heritage Fund, with the objective of maximizing long-term financial returns.”

From the 2024-2025 Annual Report: Alberta Exposure “At fiscal year end, the Heritage Fund had $1.5 billion invested in Alberta, which includes various properties located in Alberta and securities issued by public companies headquartered in the province. The Heritage Fund’s current SIP&G does not prescribe any target or policy range for specific investment exposure to Alberta.”

CotD author’s comment: Alberta Exposure market value of $1.475 Billion has not changed essentially in 49 years (in fact down $25 Million). What has changed is the percent allocation of Alberta funds from 100 percent in 1976 to less than 5% in 2025. Question…how has this benefitted Albertans?

Again, this is directly from the 2024-2025 Annual Report: After steadily declining from over $12,000 per Albertan in 1983 to $4,425 in 2020, due to population growth outpacing investment gains and regular income withdrawals, the Fund’s value has risen to almost $5,500 as of March 31, 2025.

CotD author’s comment: A reduction in per capita value of 65% is not a success story….but it gets worse.

This chart is a construct of the CotD author based on the data presented in Panel 5 and the Alberta government’s Growth plan for the AHSTF targeting a value of $250 Billion by year 2050. The forecast incorporates an average “growth” rate of 8.85% per year to achieve a $250 Billion fund value plus halting all fund withdrawls (Transfers Out & Expenditures) through to year 2050. The $250 Billion fund target appears to be somewhat aggressive and the question is “based on past performance of the Fund and global markets, is this target achievable?”

This chart is a construct of the CotD author which presents the AHSTF value in terms of “Gold oz” and “Gold oz per capita”. This method eliminates inflation from the calculation and, in the CotD author’s opinion, is the best way to view the change in Fund value over time. In terms of Gold oz, the Fund value has deteriorated 80 % over the past 25 years. However, even more telling, in terms of Gold oz per capita, the Fund value has depreciated to less than 10% since 1985. Again, how has this benefitted Albertans?...Cui bono?

CotD author’s comment: Advice to the AHSTF…sell 67% of the Fund’s value ($20 Billion) and purchase ($15 Billion) 3.3 million oz of physical gold and ($5 Billion) 100 million oz of physical silver. In 10 years, the combined value of this gold and silver will be in the order of $200 Billion (in my opinion). The remaining $10 Billion will be valued at $47 Billion in 10 years based on a growth rate of 8.85% per year. The combined total Fund value will be close to $250 Billion by 2035-2036 (15 years sooner than the Alberta government’s forecast).

If we have at least three of the four "suicide bombers" being shot-dead at Canary Wharf, and we KNOW they weren't on the tube-trains, because the 07:40 AM train from Luton to King's Cross was cancelled that day, and the photo of them outside Luton Station at 07:21:54 AM is a fake, and that Hasib Hussain was part of the mock-terrorism exercise, then we have overwhelming proof that the four accused Muslims were patsies, and are innocent, and that it was an inside-job, and that, like Lee Harvey Oswald, they too have been murdered, to silence them.

Whether the bombings were done by MI5, the Israeli Mossad, or both of them, and/or others has yet to be determined, but the one thing we can be sure of, is that it was NOT done by four young Muslims.

This CotD was inspired by the January 13, 2025 Andrew Madry Data Wise Substack “Time to Death” related to the Australian study “ANALYSIS OF THERAPEUTIC GOODS ADMINISTRATION TIME TO DEATH AND ADVERSE EVENT REPORTER TYPE DATA” Prepared by Dr Suzanne Niblett, Leon Anderson, Dr Andrew Madry and Dr Chris Neil. Essentially this is a re-stack of Dr. Andrew Madry’s substack with highlighted portions and some additional charts constructed by the the CotD author.

As per Andrew Madry’s article: Dr Suzanne Niblett is one my colleague scientists collaborating with the Australian Medical Professionals’ Society (AMPS). She contributed a detailed chapter on Adverse Event reporting in Australia in the AMPS submission to the Excess Mortality Inquiry. The AMPS full submission (pdf can be downloaded here) was one of those not uploaded to the government portal for the public to review. She and other team members have been submitting FOIs to the TGA, to glean relevant data to analyse the safety of the new medicines, which unfortunately is the only way to obtain it.

Arduous pursuit through FOIs has recently obtained a table with the time in days from vaccination to death for all the reported deaths in the Database of Adverse Event Notifications (DAEN).

We know that many of the reports of death occurred early in the rollout. We know that the majority of the deaths are in the older population. So, it follows that many of the deaths occurring in a short time frame after injection are in the older population.

The CotD author urges all to read Dr. Andrew Madry’s substack and the Study. As per the Study : Temporality is an important consideration in determining whether a medication is causally linked to death. Despite this, information regarding the temporal relationship between Covid-19 (covid) vaccinations and death in Australia have not been made publicly available via the Therapeutic Goods Administration’s (TGA) Database of Adverse Event Notification – medicines (DAEN) or the TGA’s Covid-19 Vaccine Safety Reports. Times between covid vaccination and death for Adverse Event Reports (AERs) submitted to the TGA have however been uncovered through responses to three Freedom of Information (FOI) requests (TGA FOI 4205, FOI 5360, FOI 25-0047), and a Question on Notice (QoN) put to the Department of Health and Aged Care at Senate Estimates in February 2023 (QoN no. 250 PDR: SQ23-000281).

Panel 2 This graph is a construct of the CotD author which presents the “Time to Death (TTD) from Last Covid Vaccine Administered” based on the Study data presented in Appendix 2.

Panel 4 This presents the cumulative deaths as a percent of the total deaths in the Study. Note that 50 percent of the covid vaccine related deaths occurred by day 10.
