So, you may wonder how anyone could put that together or even begin to blame the ringing in their ears (tinnitus) on something like a smart meter and CFL light bulbs? It was pretty simple: I removed myself from my house for a night; headed up to the forest to sleep; and the ringing in my ears almost disappeared. When I returned to my home, the high-pitched ringing started back up again.

The human hearing range is from 20 Hertz to 20,000 kilo Hertz. A dog whistle uses between 23 and 54 kHz. Cats can hear up to 64 kHz. It was common to visit homes where owners were concerned about their pet’s behavior, whether it was aggressive or hyperactive. One dog had the nickname “roller” as he would roll on a basketball as if to massage his stomach. So, I started asking people to shut off the power at the main panel of the home. Amazingly, the pets would begin to return to a normal state of behavior after just 45 minutes.

With gratitude to Sam Milham MD, MPH, and Dave Stetzer, I’ve reproduced this experiment many times over the past 9 years. Every time someone complained of tinnitus or their dog exhibited abnormal behavior, the frequencies audible to humans and dogs were present.

If someone is curious to hear what these frequencies sound like, they need to search for the frequency they may be experiencing and look on YouTube for the test tone. For example, they could search for “10 kHz test tone.”

If you can’t hear it, then your hearing may have been damaged due to prolonged exposure to your smart meter and/or CFL/LED lightbulbs. It’s like going to a concert for days on end. How can you tell? Search for another, such as a 12 kHz test tone. Can you hear it?

What else could be causing these frequencies to exacerbate your ear ringing or your dog’s odd behavior? Here’s a short list:

• An electric vehicle charger on your house or your neighbor’s

• Dimmer light switches

• Pool pumps (VFD)

If you or your neighbor’s dog is exhibiting anxious or aggressive behavior, consider the fact that they may be going insane from hearing the same awful tone 24/7. Your tinnitus, if you have it, may be worse, as well.

The final point I want to make is that tinnitus has been associated with other health issues such as erectile dysfunction, hair loss, dementia, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, joint pain, suicide, and overall pain. What am I trying to convey? Could it be that daily exposure to supraharmonics in today’s modern world is connected to not only tinnitus but also a wide range of other illnesses?

Think of the carrier wave, which is oscillating at millions or billions of cycles per second, as the wire for a clothesline, and the subcarrier as the clothes hanging from the line, moving as the wind blows at a much slower rate (thousands of cycles per second). To date, no laboratory monitors or removes known biologically active frequencies from the building. Their lighting consists of anything other than an incandescent light bulb. LEDs and fluorescent lights are known to create sub-150 kHz frequencies (dirty electricity, DE, supraharmonics), which then radiate off all the electric wiring.

Similarly, lab equipment may have switch-mode power supplies and variable frequency drives, which also produce DE. Many industrial and government buildings have solar, and every one of them has a smart meter installed -- all sources of DE.

So, simply focusing on the carrier wave in any study may paint a rosier picture than the actual situation. The cellular telecommunications companies rely on science that shows their products are safe by using just the carrier wave.

For accurate science, shouldn't those frequencies be removed from laboratories testing radio frequency or anything biological? Could this be a reason why some labs produced a result different than another? Also, would it be possible to make the subcarrier frequencies faster and move them out of the biologically active range? In simple terms, why didn’t we or couldn’t we create a cell phone or wifi router where both the carrier wave and data waves were out of the kilohertz frequency range, and thus, safe for plants, animals, bees, and us humans?

Someone hailed as an electro magnetic radiation expert or specialist visits the home for a large sum of money.

Recommendations to use a conductive surface, such as RF blocking paint, are made, especially in the bedroom. This practice, however, brings sub-150 kilohertz frequencies all around you and creates an antenna effect.

Additionally, a rod may be placed in the Earth so that you can attach yourself to the utility's return pathway via a conductive bed sheet. Of course, the "expert" won't put it that way, but that's what's happening with so-called "grounding" or "earthing."

Often, a special electrician is brought in at a cost of thousands of dollars to spend days chasing wiring errors and magnetic fields that have not been proven to be a health concern.

Now that the client feels worse than they did before, a geopathic stress "expert" is called upon to look for telluric currents. The client spends big money on all this, but in reality, it was the recommendations of the initial RF "expert" that screwed up the house by adding more exposures via the increase of kilohertz frequencies and earthing sheets. But the geopathic excuse allows the RF "expert" to avoid responsibility for that, and also opens the door for more sales. This time, maybe a pendant or some other woo-woo device. The client is given information about geobiology, but since the telluric currents are like chasing a ghost, the client has no one to turn to and ends up moving.

Unfortunately, in most cases I have been made aware of, these fiascos end up costing the client tens of thousands of dollars and many of them have to move afterwards.

Many people who hire an EMF mitigation specialist are being charged upwards of $10,000 for a specialist electrician to correct wiring errors. The customer is being told that magnetic fields are dangerous and the source of their suffering, and must be eliminated first before installing capacitive filters in the home. Such filters don't remove magnetic fields but do remove frequencies within the 4-100 kiloHertz frequency range (supraharmonics, AKA dirty electricity), which is the real source of suffering.

A wiring error can create magnetic fields and result in a return pathway for alternating current (AC) that is not canceled by traveling next to the incoming source or line (hot wire). This occurs when a load is applied. Anything, such as turning on an incandescent light bulb, would create a load. Capacitors used to clean up dirty electricity will produce the same load as a 60-watt incandescent light bulb. Does this mean the capacitive filters are harmful to human health? It does not, any more than a 60-watt bulb would.

Since magnetic fields are everywhere, everyone should have cancer, but that’s not the case. However, those exposed to radio frequencies between 3 and 100 kHz have reported poor health.

Rob Kavet (EPRI) wrote a Contact Current paper that dismisses magnetic field exposure from wiring errors as a cause of leukemia. The skin protects the human body , and the skin's impedance changes as the frequency increases. While working for the US Naval Weapons Laboratory, Herman Schwann found that the total body impedance was 3,000 Ohms at 60 Hertz and was lowered to approximately 500 Ohms at 1.7 kilohertz. Animals are also affected. Martin Graham, EE, PHD, was contacted by dairy farmers whose milk production was decreasing. Dr Graham invented a way to measure dirty electricity by inventing a filter named the Graham Ubiquitous Filter, which removes the 60-cycle wave on an oscilloscope screen, such that other frequencies are then visible. Note that Radio Frequencies are frequencies between 3kHz-300GHz. The electric field inside the home has a far greater power density than a cell tower down the road. Should we really blame chemicals or variable frequency drives (VFD)?

What’s a VFD you ask?

Unfortunately VFD's dump frequencies in the sub 100 kilo Hertz range into the power grid, earth, and subsequently are found on grounded surfaces a few miles away. These frequencies are known in the technical world as supraharmonics and are in the radio frequency range between 2 kHz-150kHz. No one regulates them even though they are the most biologically active, so much so that they are used today in mainstream medical applications to produce nerve block.

These frequencies easily penetrate the human skin and create internal electric fields. A paper produced by a famous scientist, Rob Kavet (EPRI), titled “The Possible Role of Contact Current in Cancer Risk Associated With Residential Magnetic Fields” found that a tiny amount of voltage found on grounded surfaces created internal electric fields inside the human body. Here is a story of total lack for human life. Sam Milham MD, MPH and Senior IEEE member Dave Stetzer found key biologically active frequencies being produced by a 300 horse power, variable frequency drive, motor flowing through the earth all around a school, yet were blocked by an attorney for any further testing there. Huntersville Ocular Melanoma Cluster Report:

On 9/25/2015 Dave Stetzer and I visited Huntersville NC to study environmental exposures to high frequency electric currents in the Hopewell High school area , since a cluster of ocular melanoma (OM) had been reported in students.

Background: In fall 2014, I received a phone call from Tom Kelly, residing in Kona HI. His wife had ocular melanoma, and he alerted me to a cluster of ocular melanoma in Hopewell High School in Huntersville NC, and to a channel 9 TV report of the cluster by Jim Bradley. He also gave me a contact E-mail and phone for Melody Kling, President of A Cure In Sight , an ocular melanoma support group. She gave me contact information and I contacted and interviewed some of the cases and surviving parents.

A Google Earth photo of the school revealed it was adjacent to a Piedmont liquid natural gas (LNG) compressor and storage station on a 24 inch natural gas pipeline.

The school is shown in the yellow circle and the LNG plant in the red circle. The red dot above the school was the residence of a case of ocular melanoma who never attended the school. The school was built in 2001. the LNG plant was already there.

I suspected that electrical pollution from the LNG plant might have caused the cluster. I called the plant and learned that they had variable frequency drives (VFDs) on their 300 horse power electric motors. Dave and I both had experience with animals and people becoming ill after exposure to small horsepower VFDs. Many dairy cows have died from exposures to fields generated by VFDs less than 10 HP.

I contacted Ann Clark, then Deputy Superintendent of the of the Charlotte Mecklenburg school district in November 2014 . The following are the Emails I sent her and the ultimate refusal I received from the school district attorney:

I learned about the Hopewell high school ocular melanoma (OM) cluster a couple of months ago when man from Kona, Hawaii, whose wife has OM, sent me the video link from Channel 9 Charlotte describing the cluster. He put me in touch with two 501 C3 foundations which focus on OM, A Cure Insight, and the Ocular Melanoma Foundation (OMF). Melody Burchett Kling had OM, is in Raleigh NC and is my contact to A Cure Insight. She gave me contact information for the Huntersville cluster cases.

The 5 cases of OM in the cluster are all female; 3 former students at Hopewell High school and 2 women who lived near the school. What is really striking about them is how young they are. OM has an incidence of 6 per million with an average age of 55 and a slight male excess. Two of the students died at ages 27 and 28, and the one student survivor is age 19, The two non- student cases are ages 29 and 31.

I looked up the Hopewell high school white student population (1718 students x 46% white = 790). OM is rarely seen in non-whites. Since the school has been

open for 13 years, the population at risk is 790 x 13 = 10,270. Multiplying this by the OM incidence gives 10,270 x 6/1,000,000 = 0.06 cases expected. Since 3 cases occurred, the relative risk of OM in the school is 3/0.06 or 50. That is, the 3 OM cases in the school student population was 50 times expected. Since the incidence of OM in high school aged children is much lower than 6 per million, the true risk is at least 100 times expected. The 2 community cases means that the etiologic agent is not limited to the school.

I'd like your help in getting access to the school for a couple of hours in mid- December 2014. Measuring the electrical pollution in the school and in the neighborhood should be able to identify its source. In two other schools I've studied, the source of the problem was of non-school origin (a cell tower on campus at one school, and a defective utility substation in another). Once identified, it may be possible to eliminate the source.

I'm attaching a study of a cancer cluster in middle school teachers caused by electrical pollution in their classrooms. Sadly, former students at that school in their early twenties are now showing up with thyroid cancer after three years of exposure. All the cancer clusters I've examined have a connection to electrical pollution.

Dave Stetzer and I will be in Huntersville to study the ocular melanoma cluster this Friday and Saturday Sept. 25-26. It is very important that we get into the school to make electrical measurements.

We are quite certain that the epidemic was caused by bad electricity from the liquid natural gas plant near the school. They have variable speed drives on their 300 horsepower motors which cause problems with electrical equipment and human health.

If this ever comes to litigation, the responsible parties are the manufacturer of the variable speed drives and the electric utility which violates its own and federal rules by dumping dirty electricity into the ground for return to the substation.

The only role the school played in the epidemic was providing a large, susceptible exposed population.

Dr. Milham, I am one of the CMS attorneys and have been asked to respond to your communications to me and other CMS employees regarding your request to enter Hopewell High School to take electrical measurements.

The Mecklenburg County Health Department-Epidemiology staff, the North Carolina Department of Health & Human Services – Environmental Epidemiology branch, the North Carolina Central Cancer Registry, and the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources were consulted as part of a comprehensive analysis of Hopewell High School and its surrounding environment (soil, water , school construction, asbestos, electromagnetic exposure) within a 2 mile radius of the school and determined that the school was in compliance with the environmental standards required by Mecklenburg County and North Carolina. These state and county regulatory agencies concluded that further testing of electromagnetic fields was not warranted. CMS will continue to rely on the expertise and recommendations of these regulatory agencies for guidance. Accordingly, you will not be permitted to take electrical measurements at Hopewell High School at this time.

If the regulatory agencies ever revise their recommendation regarding electromagnetic testing , CMS will be happy to reconsider your request at that time.

[Milham] I phoned the LNG plant and talked to Gary Northrup, plant manager, the week of September 15, 2015 to request admission to the plant. He referred me to Matt Kanes, Director of Safety and Communications for Piedmont. I talked to him also, making the same request, and was told that he would contact me with a decision by Sunday September 20 when I was scheduled to begin a trip to visit Dave Stetzer in Blair WI, to travel together to Huntersville on September 24. He never contacted me or responded to numerous telephone messages. No E-mail addresses were available for either of them.

Huntersville electricity is provided by ElectriCities. ElectriCities is a membership organization including public power communities in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. ElectriCities also provides management services to the state's two municipal power agencies - North Carolina Municipal Power Agency Number 1 and North Carolina Eastern Municipal Power Agency.

In the US, electricity is distributed in a grounded Wye system with a wire connecting the neutral center tap of the transformer to the earth. All the electricity delivered has to return to the substation it came from and when the grid was built, most of it returned on the utility primary neutral wire. Most loads like incandescent lights and electric motors were linear loads, in that they did nothing to change the 60 Hz current powering them. With the development of computers , inverters, variable frequency motor drives, compact fluorescent lights and other non linear loads, the 60 Hz waveforms were deformed by the high frequencies which were added to the neutral return currents. High frequencies don't travel well on the neutral return wires, requiring a larger diameter wire to carry higher frequencies than 60 Hz. The inadequate neutrals heated up and caused building fires. Building codes were changed to require more robust in-building neutral return wires, but the utilities instead of adding increase neutral capacity to their wire neutrals, simply used the down grounds at the transformers to dump the return currents into the earth for substation return. By 1998, about 70 % of all electricity delivered, returned to the substation via the earth. Europe has a delta distribution system with all the delivered electricity returning to the substation via wires. The US National Electric Safety Code and most state public utility commissions have rules forbidding use of the earth as a primary neutral return.

The original electric motors had simple on /off switches or may have had switches for high, medium and low speeds. The development of variable frequency drives (VFDs) allowed motor speed to be infinitely varied. Variable frequency drives generate electrical pollution which adversely affects electric equipment. VFDs on small, low horsepower motors drastically reduces milk production in dairy cattle and has caused serious illness in humans. The Piedmont LNG plant has VFDs on 300 horsepower motors.

Method: On September 25, 2015, Dave Stetzer and I were accompanied by Joe Wagner, an ocular melanoma case who formerly worked as a cable installer in the Beatties Ford Road area. We drove around the school and LNG plant area with an AM radio tuned off station listening for static patterns, and covered the Beatties Ford Rd, Mc Coy Rd, and Hambright Rds. We also visited the neighborhoods of the two non-school OM cases, one near the school, and one near the Lancaster Barbecue on Beatties Ford road. We used a two channel Fluke 190 oscilloscope to capture voltage wave forms between the primary neutral wire at a power pole near the main entrance to the high school on Beatties Ford Rd and a ground probe 50 feet away parallel to the school entrance road (Figure 1,2). We also captured the voltage waveforms between two ground probes 50 feet apart parallel to a Piedmont LNG pipeline at the corner of Overhill and Carver Roads, south of the LNG plant ( Figures 3,4)

There was a lot of AM radio static in the areas we studied, indicating high frequency electromagnetic pollution in the air at kilohertz frequencies. This is significant, because another case of OM has been recently reported in a policeman whose territory was the Beatties Ford Rd area. The wave forms and their spectra in the primary neutral to earth ground at the school and the current in the earth at the pipeline are shown above.

The wave forms at both places are highly distorted utility 60 Hz wave forms with 16.8 ms between peaks. Remarkably, the spectra at both places are identical with identical peak frequencies of 19,980 Hz. The spectra are as individual as fingerprints or DNA, proving beyond any doubt that the electrical pollution at the school and in the earth at the pipeline had the same source, most likely the VFDs at the LNG plant. In our experience this level of high frequency electrical pollution in the earth and grid causes a wide spectrum of morbidity and mortality in animals and people exposed to it. At highest risk will be the LNG plant employees, teachers and students at the school, and people who live and work near the pipeline. The ocular melanoma cases are the tip of an iceberg of mortality and morbidity in those who have been exposed.

During our visit to Huntersville we learned that the brother of one of the fatal OM school cases who also attended the high school was diagnosed with leukemia.

Recommendations:

1. The VFDs on the motors at the Piedmont LNG plant should have filters designed by the manufacturer installed on them. The manufacturers know about the electrical pollution generated by their VFDs and usually have the filters already attached to VFDs marketed in Europe which has stricter electrical pollution rules.

2. The electric utility (ElectriCities) should add an oversized neutral between the LNG plant and the utility substation. Other filters may have to be installed at the plant to comply with the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers IEEE-519 standards. The IEEE 519 limits total harmonic distortion to 5% for voltage and 20 % for current. Europe has strict rules on electrical pollution which are mostly ignored in the US.

3. The Hopewell High School Should be examined electrically and made to comply with IEEE-519 standards.

4. As a public health specialist, I would recommend morbidity and mortality surveillance of current and former Hopewell High school staff and students, with a special focus on ocular melanoma early detection.

In the very beginning of our relationship, Dave Stetzer had mentioned that the 60 Hertz frequency was used in therapy. Come to find out it was being used successfully to treat Parkinson’s disease and peripheral nerve injury. Sam Milham, MD, MPH, and Magda Havas, PhD, experimented with cleaning up a 60 Hertz electric field and found miraculous results (meaning take out all the other frequencies except 60Hz). They found it would lower sugar levels in diabetics, raise neurotransmitters in urine, and lower histamine levels in blood. Dave had also mentioned that the magnetic field concerns relied on poor data. Reviewing the papers in the methods section he was right, no one had addressed the power quality and other exposure relating to it. So, I helped people copy what Dave, Sam, and Magda were doing and got the same results. Why were people recovering from so many chronic health issues?

North America utilizes a frequency of 60 Hertz and Europe uses 50 Hertz. Everything that requires alternating current (AC) electricity uses either one of these frequencies, depending on where you live. If it were just 50 or 60 Hertz there wouldn’t be a problem, but unfortunately a byproduct of energy efficiency devices adds quite a bit of other frequencies to the E-field. The byproduct was referred to as electrical sewage by Dave Stetzer and Martin Graham EE, PHD. Sam Milham MD, MPH wrote a book about it titled Dirty Electricity. A common term used in the power quality field refers to it as supraharmonics.

I found it difficult, if not impossible, to clean up power in some states such as Colorado, Oregon, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Maine, Texas, Indiana, and Florida. This was mostly due to power line communications. It’s just like the name sounds, communication (data) is being sent over the power lines and into the home. The earth and the electric field inside the home becomes polluted with these communication frequencies -- meaning now you are living inside an antenna. Forget the cell tower you see down the road or focusing on your neighbor’s Wi-Fi; this is an invisible 600 pound gorilla in the room aggressing you and your family.

Scholars will frequently explain that 60 Hertz won’t hurt you unless there is high voltage, and I would agree, but it’s a half truth because other frequencies that are imbedded within it are never mentioned. The total human body impedance is very high (3,000 Ohms) at 60 Hertz and so the skin protects you from the “regular,” or 60Hz form of, electricity from going internal to our bodies. The problem is that when frequencies over 1,700 Hertz (1.7 kHz) are present, the protection is lowered (500 Ohms) and lets in energy, creating electric fields inside the body.

So I think you can see where I’m going with this…Powerline Communications (PLC) creates frequencies that go internal to our bodies. NOT GOOD, and HIDDEN FROM YOU.

Powerline Carrier (PLC) Signaling was first developed around 1910-1920, becoming a mature technology by the 1930s. Power Line Communication (PLC) is a communication technology in which bi-directional communication can be done using existing power lines.

Sources that describe the technology online like to brag about how old it is, but there’s not much information about the type of data that was moved through the powerline grid back then. I’m assuming it was mainly internal information that the electrical utility companies wanted about the functioning of their own equipment, grid system, etc.

Now they want to combine the internet service with the electricity utility.

The story they sell you is: now we can send internet to rural areas, and isn’t that so great for those guys out in the boonies? Also: we may be able to save you a few bucks by combining them!

Here’s what they don’t tell you. Now you have a continuous stream of kiloHertz frequencies being pumped into your home, which go inside your body. We know that they cause cancer, diabetes, immune issues, and neurological diseases. They may cause a litany of other health issues, but unfortunately, we don’t have teams of researchers deeply studying this topic. Meanwhile, you can be the guinea pig in your own home.

We are all aware of the privacy issues with monitoring you in your home via PLC. My take is that most people know, but really don’t care. They want their smart fridges, smart security systems, light controls, and their internet of things. They just have no idea that they’ve traded those things for dramatic assaults on their health.

PLC is one of the technologies being used in Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) systems or also known as the smart grid. Unfortunately a very popular smart meter using this technology is the FOCUS AXR-SD.

Your brain and body are being flooded with toxic kiloHertz frequencies and you don’t even know it. Instead, you head to your doctor for a sleep, depression, or anxiety medication. Or maybe you just live with some IBS.

Meanwhile, you could be doing the same thing to your toddler in the next room.

The simplest way to discover if you too are suffering from this problem would be to first find out if your electric meter is PLC capable and find out if the electric utility uses PLC or BPL. Next would be to shut off all the power to your home except for the fridge heat/air conditioning. Get some rechargeable lights and a camping stove and live like you are glamping. A large battery bank that can be charged by portable solar panels is good too. Of coarse this experiment is best in a single family residence due to the ability to control the environment better.

For the geeks: PLC is categorized in two bands i.e. Narrow Band (NB) and Broad Band (BB). NB is 3–500 kHz providing data rate up to 10–500 Kbps having range up to 3 km. BB is relatively higher frequency band 2–250 MHz providing data rate up to 500 Mbps.

As you can see from the above waveform, the PLC is superimposed over the 60 cycle sine wave. The waveform below was taken from a meter with no PLC, and is what it should look like to be safe for people to be around.

The goal is to provide a clean electric field since it is by far one of the greatest exposures. For example the head of the bed, in a sick home, could contain a typical voltage field of 30 V/m. Again, it’s the kHz frequencies that contain the energy and penetrates our skin. So when they are present the exposure becomes toxic. If we were to convert this over to a wireless exposure, measured in micro Watts per square meter, it would be 2,387,267 uW/m^2. RF analyzers used in the EMF community won’t typically measure this high.

Back in Black Canyon City: There I was at 46 years old and 285 pounds (bad sleep from the smart meter caused significant weight gain) in this rough little Arizona town, sharing a house with a Canadian biker and another tenant. Except for one brother, my family and friends didn’t want to hear about my EMF discoveries. I was a total outcast but I didn’t care; the smart meter had ruined my life. The plan was to get back at it by revealing its toxic exposure.

At this point I had replaced my EMF analyzer, due to a broken antenna, with the best battery operated instruments, found at a place in Canada called Safe Living Technologies. Before handing over some cash to rent the room, I checked it out with my new equipment. It had the best readings I had ever seen and in the “no concern” guidelines according to the Bioinitiative Report and Building Biology. (For the other geeks out there, the highest reading was .10 -.20 milli Gauss magnetic field with power on, 0.04-.07 uW/m^2 for RF on the HF59B, and the voltage field was 0 V/m as electricity was off at night.)

I even slept under a Swiss Shield canopy.

The house had a small amount of dirty electricity but that was an easy clean up, right? So why did I feel so bad in this house? I was having moments where I almost blacked out, especially in the shower or soon after. It was scary sometimes. Becoming lightheaded going down the stairs was getting more common. My hands started to shake, like someone with Parkinson’s disease. What the heck was happening?

You’d think with all this equipment, the problem could be figured out, right? Turns out that, even with all this expensive measuring gear, you can still have no clue what’s going on.

So what does this technical graph really mean?

That I was living in a pool of electrical sewage water, without even knowing it was there!

Imagine there’s a backup in a sewage main, and now coming up through all of your pipes, is a nasty brown water from the city’s sewage system. You’re walking around in it, in your own home, and you don’t even know it.

Now imagine bursts in the pipes that spray that putrid water onto your beautiful stainless steel fridge, sink, dishwasher, faucets, washing machine, and dryer. (And for those misled by recommendations to ground a computer, ethernet wire, and yourself, that gross sewer water is on those things and you as well.)

The funny thing is that when you do a quick search on YouTube or the internet regarding EMF topics, all you are going to hear about is your cell phone, your wireless router, and the cell tower down the street. They are always going to have you chasing these things instead of the massive exposure in your own home.

I’m so grateful that my wife gets this. When we were looking to buy a new house, she was never lured in by a home’s new flooring, elegant light fixtures, or updated appliances. When I took a measurement to see how toxic or massive the lake of electrical sewage was in a prospective home, she could see the brown stank on everything.

So back to Black Canyon City.

After analyzing what was sent, Dave Stetzer said, “Paul, you've got to get out of there. I wouldn’t spend one night in that place, you could have a heart attack!” (For the geeks: All of the power was not traveling on the primary wire but through the floor and back to the substation.)

Looking back now it was the best advice ever. He definitely saved my life.

Another way to explain this is to understand that if you happen to move into a home, or something changes on the grid (a newly blocked sewer pipe) while living in your current home, you will be continuously shocked at a level so low it will be imperceptible to you consciously. Your cells which will respond to the electricity know it, however.

Electric current can cause interference with nervous control, especially over the heart and lungs. Asthma? Electric shock which does not lead to death has been shown to cause neuropathy in some cases at the site where the current entered the body.

Fortunately I was never barefoot except when showering but can imagine it would have been worse had I been barefoot more often. I slept most of the time in a cave located just outside the property. The Canadian biker only had heart issues at the house. The other tenant had bruising issues and was getting weekly testing for leukemia.

It made perfect sense why we all were not doing well once I figured out why. I now started looking for this new-to-me exposure in other homes. It opened my eyes but also made me depressed because in most cases it couldn't be fixed since the utility was the only one that could find it and fix it on their end. The only real solution was for me to tell people who had this type of exposure, this electrical sewage problem, was that they had to move.

Diagnoses of mental illness and neurodevelopmental disorders among publicly insured children in the U.S. rose significantly between 2010 and 2019, with the sharpest increases in attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, or ADHD, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and autism spectrum disorders, new data showed.

The higher need — coupled with documented gaps in access to care, shortages of mental health professionals, and declining psychiatrist participation in Medicaid — may contribute to the adverse outcomes observed in recent studies, including more mental health–related emergency department visits and hospitalizations, investigators noted. The study was published online on April 24 in JAMA.

“These trends are of national import and add to growing and justified concern about the well-being of US children,” wrote Vikki Wachino, MPP, with Health and Reentry Project, and Richard G. Frank, Ph.D., with The Brookings Institution, Washington, DC.

“The increase in mental illness diagnosis rates is concerning, whether it reflects prevalence of illness, better screening, or both factors. The potential implications of these high rates of treatment for mental health conditions among children will likely ripple across this generation’s educational attainment, workforce, and social relationships as they grow into adulthood,” Wachino and Frank noted.

Why should we be concerned about what CHD reported? Because the biggest change that occurred between 2010 to 2019 was the installation of smart utility meters.

The smart meter’s unregulated conducted emissions under 100kHz couples with the home’s wiring and could easily create an exposure far greater than any cell phone or cell tower (only emissions over 150kHz are regulated by the US government, yet the ones under 150kHz profoundly affect our biology).

What does it mean to couple with the home’s wiring? In a residential home in the United States, electrical wiring doesn’t run in shielded pipes, called conduit. Because of this, there is an invisible plume (called an electric field) that extends 6-10 feet in all directions from an electrified wire. This radiates out from all of the walls, ceiling, and up from the flooring.

This invisible plume, coming from the electricity, will contain any and all frequencies (10kHz, 33kHz, 100kHz, etc) created by the electronics that we are now all using. Massive smart grid subsidies flowed to the electric companies for "grid modernization" while people made fun of us. Now it's totally out of hand and is too big of a mess for anyone to deal with. Instead, Medscape and others are still lost, wondering why.

We rolled in to Show Low (Arizona) late that night, and saw a cop who was sitting on the side of the road. She became very nervous and said, “I have marijuana in my purse.” I exclaimed, “Are you kidding me? Thanks for telling me now,” and kept an eye on her hands. It ruined the mood as I suspected she was going to plant it in the car. Fortunately, the cop didn’t pull us over and off to the Black River we went.

I had separate sleeping setups for us. She slept in the car and I slept in a tent. The morning came and she was much more relaxed. I listened to her stories talking about how her ex-boyfriend, in Hawaii, worked for an intelligence agency and that she thought he was targeting her. It was a bit interesting since I had come back from living in Hawaii just a few months prior.

She said she was amazed at how good she felt as she sat in a meditation-type pose next to the creek. We spent a couple of nights there as the EMF refugees that we were, and then headed back to Phoenix. I dropped her off at a condo in North Phoenix and off I went to Carbondale, Colorado. I had met a couple of wonderful families there and they helped me out incredibly. One of them had set me up to mitigate the local Waldorf school and another let me stay rent free in a spare house they owned right on the Crystal Creek.

So there I am in beautiful Colorado checking out homes in Carbondale, Aspen, Basalt, and Snowmass when, one day, I get many distress calls from the gal I took camping. She tells me this story about how she had “borrowed” a car from some guy she knew in Phoenix and had drove it to Santa Fe, New Mexico. She had gone into a Kinkos to ask for a place to sleep that was away from cell towers and literally bumped in to a guy named Arthur Firstenberg (celebrity author in the EMF community whose book titled The Invisible Rainbow ). Now that was the strangest story I had ever heard. Coincidence?

Arthur couldn’t get over how this young petite woman walked into his life and was anti cell tower just like him and needed a place to stay.

Anyway, the gal and I finally connect and she tells me, “Paul please come get me. I have been here for a couple of days and feel horrible here at Arthur’s place. We sleep on the floor at his home, and I feel like I’m going to die. He’s very sick. Please, I’m begging you, please come get me as soon as you can, please….”

I thought to myself, Arthur needs help. So, I made a deal with them. I will come get you if I can plug my scope into an outlet to see what is going on there. She called me back and said yes, so I got in my car and drove to Santa Fe that night and arrived to a surprised Arthur Furstenberg.

Arthur was a thin, bearded man with dark circles around his eyes. She had only told him a half hour before I got there that I was coming so he was startled and probably a little paranoid. I went right to the outlet and plugged in my oscilloscope and got the waveform.

He complained about my Panasonic Toughbook saying he could feel something from it so I shut it down. He asked me if I was a certified Building Biologist and I told him, “No way,” as they focus on magnetic fields and things that didn't have gold standard science backing it. I asked him to let me plug in some Stetzerizer filters and he said, “The Building Biologists said these were bad and created magnetic fields.”

I told him that earthing was actually the worst thing he could be doing and, at that point, I could see I was insulting his religion. Arthur wrote a book on EMF and spent a lifetime trying to figure it all out but was doing the worst possible things one could ever do: sleeping on the ground and living in dirty electricity on a PLC grid.

In regards to those filters I thought to myself are you kidding me? There is a group of people out there against something that had saved so many lives? I had used these in every home and people raved about their positive results. They weren’t some scam so many others were trying to sell. I was also surprised that this group recommended an exposure far worse, that of attaching oneself to the utility’s return pathway and saying it was good for you!

I had just met this group (the Building Biologists) as I was invited to come with my smart meter board to their school in Santa Fe, New Mexico. They focused on the complete opposite of what Martin Graham EE PHD, Sam Milham MD, MPH and Dave Stetzer were all about. There was nothing about what Dave and Sam had taught me. I had brought my Fluke Scopemeter to the class and people were asking what it was. It’s used by the US military and one of the best tools anyone could ever use to find critical exposure and they did not use one or teach about it.

The class I attended had quite a few people that could barely grasp EMF exposure. The meters they were trained to use functioned with an on and off switch and came with an instruction manual. So it was pretty easy stuff, but many struggled with basic EMF concepts nevertheless. Needless to say, everyone passed all the tests and, in the history of the school, we were told that only one student had ever failed. Wow! What kind of school is this?, I thought. Come to find out, even though I passed all of their tests and took their most advanced class, there was one more class, and it had nothing to do with EMF. The last thing you had to go through was an actual seance! Where you communicate with what I call “the dark side,” but which they refer to the Egyptian biogeometry gods.
