The main movement allegedly travelled southwards through the Gobi, which was described at that time as fertile grassland rather than the barren desert seen today. From there, Tartarian populations moved through the Ordos Plateau and into the Yellow River Valley, carrying what are described as the Order Codes of the Second Race. China’s earliest legendary rulers are presented within this tradition as unusually tall, light-eyed men whose appearance differed considerably from later populations.

Archaeological discoveries from Henan province become especially interesting within this alternative history, because ancient silks have carried solar or swastika-style embroidery resembling patterns associated with the Russian North. Jade objects known as “Bi” discs and “Cong” tubes have traditionally been described as ritual artefacts, yet this material proposes an entirely different technological purpose. According to the account, these objects functioned as Tartarian geomagnetic keys or lenses, designed for calibrating energetic frequencies inside temples and important buildings.

The Great Wall of China/Tartaria also has a completely different explanation within this, as it’s presented as something far more advanced than just a defensive barrier. Its construction is said to have begun during the period of the Second Race, before being extended later by the Tartarian’s along mountain ridges and tectonic fault lines. Rather than simply stopping armies, the wall functioned as an enormous energy waveguide separating the high-frequency northern matrix from heavier frequencies introduced farther south.

Therefore, the openings and embrasures found along sections of the wall are given another purpose entirely within this interpretation. Instead of serving merely as firing positions, they are described as grooves through which an energetic force field could be directed away from the structure. This would transform the Great Wall from a military monument into part of a much larger technological system designed to control frequency across enormous distances.

The account then moves into a conflict involving beings described as the Dark Dracos and the forces aligned with ancient Tartaria. Their expansion supposedly continued until Tartaria defeated them using powerful high-frequency technology that their forces were unable to withstand. A peace agreement was then imposed, requiring them to withdraw their forces, end genetic interference and abandon the systematic destruction of human populations.

According to this version of events, memories of that conflict survived inside mythology, religious symbolism and traditional imagery and never disappearing completely. In fact, Saint George piercing the serpent is presented as a symbolic record of Tartaria defeating the reptilian forces associated with the Dark Dracos. What later became religious iconography may actually preserve fragments of an older conflict that was gradually transformed into legend.

Following their defeat, the Dark Dracos are said to have retreated into underground complexes beneath the Tibetan Plateau and areas surrounding Xi’an. Control of the surface was then apparently transferred to groups described as the Dark Rings, operating through secret societies, political families and organisations including the Triads. These networks are described as having maintained allegiance through blood oaths, while gradually constructing the foundations of a heavily controlled technocratic system.

That final part is perhaps where this material becomes most relevant to the present day. It suggests that ancient control structures were never completely destroyed, but instead changed their methods and continued to operate through political, financial and secretive organisations. If that’s true and I think most of us certainly believe this to be the case, then the modern Chinese system could represent the visible surface of something considerably older, with its roots stretching back into the conflict between Tartaria and forces that once operated openly across the ancient world…

Several years before this book appeared, Samuel Latham Mitchill had already developed a detailed theory concerning America’s ancient population. He argued that Malays, Tartars and Scandinavians had all contributed towards the people eventually found across the continent. Mitchill believed each group arrived from a different direction, producing generations of migration, territorial expansion and warfare across an America that was already heavily occupied.

According to Mitchill, an earlier population he called Malays or Australasians reached America before the northern Asian groups. He associated them with people originating around Polynesia and the South Pacific, who eventually spread across large areas farther north. These earlier inhabitants were later linked with ancient remains found throughout regions stretching between the Great Lakes and southern territories.

The next major movement involved people whom Mitchill identified directly as Tartars from northeastern Russia and China. He believed they entered the American hemisphere from northeastern Asia, which would bring them towards the far northern route between Siberia and Alaska. Their migration supposedly continued southwards and southeastwards across generations, rather than happening through one recorded voyage or invasion.

No surviving passage provides an exact calendar year for the first Tartarian arrival, although Mitchill clearly regarded their movement as ancient. His chronology places these northern Asian migrants before the later struggles involving Scandinavian communities established farther east. By the time those conflicts occurred, Tartar-descended groups were already believed to have travelled enormous distances across North America.

Mitchill believed the Tartarian newcomers eventually overwhelmed many of the earlier people occupying those territories. He wrote that the more warlike northern groups destroyed or displaced the weaker Malays who had preceded them. Their descendants then spread through northern America, while surviving communities from the earlier population were pushed away from territories they previously controlled.

He went considerably further by identifying the Iroquois as descendants of Tartar stock. According to his reconstruction, their ancestors expelled or destroyed earlier inhabitants occupying fertile territory extending from Lake Ontario towards the Ohio River. Therefore, the Tartarian presence continued through later American peoples rather than disappearing completely after those ancient wars.

Another major migration apparently arrived from the opposite side of the world during the medieval period. Scandinavian people were believed to have travelled from northern Europe through Greenland and Labrador before moving farther into North America. Mitchill placed these movements around the 10th century or earlier, which would place their presence several centuries before Columbus allegedly crossed the Atlantic.

Those Scandinavian settlers were believed to have reached regions surrounding New York and the Great Lakes. DeWitt Clinton even thought certain ancient fortifications possessed what he described as a Danish character, suggesting northern European builders might have occupied those locations. Some communities apparently established substantial defensive works before conflicts eventually erupted with groups approaching from the northwest.

Mitchill believed those confrontations developed into prolonged wars involving different peoples competing across established American territory. Scandinavian communities occupying fortified positions were eventually overwhelmed, while surviving groups supposedly retreated northwards towards Labrador or became absorbed elsewhere. Tartarian-descended populations remained across northern America, as earlier identities gradually disappeared through conquest, migration and intermarriage.

The Scythian connection appears within the same 19th century attempt to understand these ancient movements across America. The 1824 New York history explicitly names Scythians, Tartars and Scandinavians among peoples believed to have successively entered the continent from northern Asia and Europe. Their inclusion shows that early American writers were still considering direct links between Eurasian peoples and populations found across North America.

The physical remains recorded throughout New York make these accounts particularly interesting for anyone studying America’s hidden history. Investigators documented fortified places around Pompey, Camillus, Onondaga, Seneca, Cayuga, Genesee and Ridgeway, together with substantial banks, ditches and burial grounds. Many of these structures had already become so old that their original builders could no longer be confidently identified.

Reverend Samuel Kirkland examined several of these locations during his travels through western New York during 1788. One fortified settlement enclosed roughly six acres, contained six gateways and possessed a ditch measuring approximately eight feet across. He also recorded a raised burial area containing human bones, which local accounts connected with casualties from an earlier battle.

Kirkland found mature trees growing upon defensive banks and inside trenches that had once surrounded inhabited places. At another fortified site known through Indigenous reports, the size and age of the trees suggested an antiquity approaching one thousand years. That estimate would place its existence somewhere around the medieval period, possibly earlier depending upon when construction originally began.

The landscape also appeared to preserve evidence of enormous changes since some fortifications were first constructed. Along Lake Erie, a series of old defensive works stretched approximately fifty miles between Cattaraugus Creek and the Pennsylvania line. Investigators believed changes in the shoreline had occurred after certain forts were built, as some structures stood several miles from the later edge of the lake.

Another line of ancient works was reportedly found farther inland upon older levels of the surrounding terrain. Writers connected those locations with earlier stages when Lake Erie supposedly occupied a different shoreline from the 19th century landscape. That observation suggested some defensive structures could have survived substantial geological changes before investigators eventually recorded them.

The remains continued far beyond New York, reaching into territories surrounding Ohio and the Mississippi Valley. Early writers recorded ancient towns, forts, cemeteries, camps, temples, altars and other monumental structures spread across enormous distances. They were attempting to explain a continent containing organised construction on a scale that clearly belonged to many generations of earlier inhabitants.

The book even refers to monumental ruins belonging to “a people now unknown”, which gives the entire subject another dimension. By 1824, the writers were already examining structures whose builders had vanished from reliable historical memory. Those lost identities existed alongside surviving theories connecting America with Tartars, Scythians, Scandinavians and other peoples arriving from Eurasia.

For my research into Tartaria, this changes considerably more than the question of whether Tartars ever reached America. Early 19th century writers were describing a route from northeastern Asia towards Alaska, continued movement across North America and eventual survival through later populations. They were also recording medieval Scandinavian arrivals from the opposite direction, ancient wars between competing groups and fortified places already centuries old.

The possible timeline stretches backwards far beyond the conventional colonial history most people associate with America. Tartarian migration was considered older than the later Scandinavian struggles, while Scandinavian occupation was being placed around the 10th century or earlier. Ancient American fortifications were simultaneously being estimated at nearly 1000 years old during the early 19th century.

What happened afterwards may explain why these older names gradually disappeared from American history altogether. Earlier inhabitants were described as being destroyed or driven southwards, Scandinavian survivors withdrew or became absorbed and Tartar ancestry supposedly continued among later northern peoples. By the 19th century, investigators were left examining extensive ruins while trying to reconstruct populations whose separate identities had already vanished.

That’s why this book has become so important within my continuing research into Tartaria. It preserves an American history involving Scythians, Tartars, Scandinavians, Asian migration, medieval settlement, ancient warfare, vanished peoples and enormous fortified sites long before modern researchers began questioning the accepted timeline. These references survived inside old books even after the wider history surrounding them largely disappeared from what later generations were taught.

If we consider a railway extending for 100 miles across difficult countryside during the 19th century, even a relatively simple double-track route would require around 200 track-miles of rails, along with sleepers, chairs, fastenings, ballast, drainage, bridges, tunnels, embankments, stations, workshops, signalling equipment, tools, wagons and maintenance facilities. Using early iron rails weighing approximately 35lbs for every yard, the rails alone could amount to roughly 11,000 tonnes before anything else was added.

That iron had to be mined, processed, manufactured, transported, unloaded, distributed and positioned across an unfinished route. Timber required the same treatment, with enormous quantities of stone and ballast having to be quarried and moved into place. This immediately creates a major logistical problem, because the railway was supposedly being built before trains could transport the materials needed to complete it.

Thousands of labourers would also have been required across long and often isolated sections of countryside. Those workers needed accommodation, food, clean water, tools, clothing, medical attention, replacement equipment and constant deliveries of supplies. Temporary settlements could provide part of that support, although maintaining thousands of men across moving work sites created an enormous operation entirely separate from the engineering itself.

The earthworks are even more significant, as railways cannot simply follow every natural rise and depression within the landscape. Deep cuttings had to be excavated through hills, with valleys requiring embankments, drainage, retaining walls, bridges and carefully prepared foundations. Therefore, millions of tonnes of earth could be removed or relocated using comparatively limited machinery and huge quantities of manual labour.

This is where photographs showing supposed railway construction become particularly interesting within the mud-flood theory. Many images show workers standing inside vast trenches, surrounded by deeply buried rails, sleepers, stonework, or precisely aligned corridors. Rather than automatically assuming everything visible was being created from scratch, I believe some of those scenes may show older routes being uncovered after catastrophic deposits buried them.

That possibility would explain how railway expansion could proceed across such enormous distances with remarkable speed. If older transport corridors already existed beneath the mud, engineers wouldn’t need to begin every project with completely new surveying, route selection, excavation, drainage and foundation work. Instead, they could expose the existing alignment, repair damaged sections, replace components and connect surviving structures back into service.

Railways would have been among the most important systems to recover after a widespread catastrophe. Restored routes would allow food, materials, workers, soldiers, machinery and displaced populations to move rapidly between surviving settlements. Control of those corridors would also give whoever inherited them enormous influence over trade, communication, repopulation and the reorganisation of territory.

The railway network belongs directly within the wider question surrounding the destruction of the Old World and Tartaria. The 19th century may not just represent the sudden creation of an entirely new industrial transport system across enormous distances. Some of those celebrated engineering projects may actually record the recovery, excavation and repurposing of infrastructure that had already existed before the mud-floods buried it!

English surgeon Lionel Wafer recorded these people during the 17th century, after spending time among communities living throughout Darien. He described them as unusually pale, with hair, eyebrows and eyelashes that appeared strikingly light and eyes that struggled beneath the sun. His account became one of the earliest written descriptions of people that would later be surrounded by theories about vanished civilisations and surviving bloodlines.

More than two centuries later, American explorer Richard Oglesby Marsh entered Darien searching for the mysterious population described by the earlier travellers. He also encountered pale members of the Guna people and became convinced that their origins deserved far greater investigation than previously received. His surviving papers even contain speculation asking whether these people might have descended from the lost Greenland Norse colonies.

However, the Atlantis connection leads into something far older than medieval Greenland or forgotten European settlements. Writers including Harold T. Wilkins explored pale populations, vanished cities and stories describing survivors scattered across Central and South America after a catastrophic event. Alexander Braghine also collected traditions of pale ancestors, destroyed homelands and people arriving from lands that disappeared beneath enormous upheaval.

Survivors escaping would’ve needed distant territories where remaining communities could disappear from expanding populations and hostile environments. Darien offered dense jungle, dangerous rivers, mountains and extreme isolation capable of protecting hidden settlements for generations.

Marsh wrote about unknown valleys, defended regions and traditions preserved among people living deep inside the Darien wilderness. His fascination went far beyond unusual physical appearance, as he believed the region concealed traces belonging to something far older than mainstream history suggested. If Atlantean survivors reached the Americas, places like Darien could’ve preserved isolated descendants long after their original homeland disappeared.

This possibility becomes even more sinister when stories of pale populations appear elsewhere across the Americas. Alternative researchers repeatedly recorded stories concerning strange ancestors, lost homelands and civilisations destroyed before recognised historical periods began. Therefore, the White Indians of Darien could represent one surviving branch of people displaced after the destruction of Atlantis.

There’s also another possibility that reaches into the history of Tartaria and the Great Reset of 1776. Tartaria represented part of the Old World that was destroyed, fragmented and then deliberately erased. Isolated surviving populations could’ve remained hidden in remote regions long after the wider civilisation disappeared and again, Darien would provide exactly the kind of territory where descendants could survive beyond the reach of governments, armies and historical record-keepers.

The Atlantis and Tartaria theories may actually describe different stages of the same mystery surrounding forgotten populations. Atlantis representing an ancient civilisation destroyed by catastrophe, while Tartaria had preserved knowledge, bloodlines and surviving remnants from that earlier world before suffering its own destruction. The White Indians of Darien might just be one of the fragments left behind after those successive civilisations vanished from recognised history.

What remains hidden inside Darien may be far more significant than one unusual population recorded by explorers. Pale inhabitants, unknown valleys, vanished homelands and stories of catastrophic destruction repeatedly appear around the same region and surrounding traditions. Perhaps these people were never mysterious outsiders at all, but descendants of survivors who escaped when an earlier world was destroyed…

Imagine something similar to an enormous Mandela Effect taking place around 1776, affecting far more than names, logos or small details remembered differently. People living through such an event could retain memories of different cities, buildings, borders, technologies and entire civilisations that no longer existed around them. Those memories would sound increasingly unbelievable as younger generations appeared with no personal knowledge of the world their parents and grandparents continued describing.

This made me think about the enormous expansion of asylums throughout the 19th century and the sheer numbers of people confined inside them. Britain developed huge institutions including Hanwell and Colney Hatch, while America already had 25 mental hospitals established by 1844, with dozens more opening during the decades that followed. Similar establishments appeared across Ireland, Canada, Australia, Russia and Europe, gradually removing vast numbers of individuals from the communities where they had previously lived.

It’s impossible to calculate exactly how many people were committed worldwide between 1776 and 1876, although cumulative admissions across that century would certainly have reached several hundred thousand. Some institutions became comparable in size to small towns, with patients continually arriving as others were discharged, transferred, readmitted or died inside their walls. If Elizabeth’s theory is correct, some of those confined may have been describing genuine memories of places and events that had disappeared from the accepted version of history.

Prisons could serve a similar purpose for anyone who refused to accept the new system developing around them. Throughout the 19th century, enormous numbers were incarcerated, transported overseas or permanently separated from families, neighbours and familiar surroundings. Those who aggressively resisted the changes following the destruction of the Old World, may have been removed from society without actually entering an asylum.

Then we have the huge number lost through wars, civil conflicts, famine, genocide, disease and ordinary mortality during the decades that followed. Within approximately 50 to 75 years, representing only two generations, most adults with first-hand memories of the previous civilisation would be gone. The remaining witnesses would eventually grow old among younger people who knew only the history taught to them from childhood.

This could also explain what’s commonly referred to as “residue”, where something belonging to an earlier reality appears to have survived. Old maps, documents, books, photographs and certain architecture could be physical remnants that somehow remained after the wider timeline was changed. These surviving pieces would provide glimpses of what existed beforehand, even after almost everyone capable of explaining them had gone.

Another part of this connects directly with research I’ve recently been conducting into the mud-floods and the possibility of a major pole shift happening far more recently than we’ve been told. The Piri Reis map was produced in 1513 and appears to show Antarctica without the vast covering of ice seen there now, which could place such a shift much closer to our own period of history. If that event produced enormous movements of water, earth and sediment, it could also have caused the mud-floods that buried the lower levels of countless Old World buildings.

Elizabeth’s theory also made me consider how an alteration of this magnitude could actually have been carried out. CERN has long been connected with the Mandela Effect, dimensional changes and interference with reality, making me wonder whether the similar technology existed centuries earlier. The Parasites responsible for destroying the Old World may have possessed that capability, using it to erase the previous civilisation and replace the reality that existed before.

For me, 1776 remains the crucial point because that was when the Tartarian Empire ended and the New World Order began. If a timeline shift formed part of that reset, destroying buildings and rewriting historical records would only have dealt with the physical evidence left behind. The people who still remembered the previous civilisation would also have needed removing, silencing or simply outliving until their memories disappeared with them.

After just two generations, very few first-hand witnesses would still be alive and capable of challenging the new version of history from personal experience. Their children and grandchildren would then grow up surrounded by a different system, different records and an entirely different account of what came before them. Perhaps some of the asylum and prison records from that period contain people whose greatest problem was remembering a world that everybody else had already forgotten?

The Great Chicago Fire of 1871 remains the best-known example, destroying more than 17,000 buildings and leaving approximately 100,000 people without homes. The famous tale involving Catherine O’Leary’s cow supposedly kicking over a lantern, became deeply embedded within popular culture, despite that explanation eventually being widely questioned. Nevertheless, enormous sections of Chicago disappeared before an extensive rebuilding programme dramatically transformed the city.

New York suffered several major fires during the same century, including the enormous conflagration of 1835 that devastated much of lower Manhattan. Another incredibly destructive fire followed in 1845, consuming hundreds of buildings after flames spread through commercial premises containing highly combustible materials. Cleveland also experienced major destruction in 1868 and Tallahassee suffered a catastrophic fire during 1843 that devastated much of its commercial centre.

The usual explanation focuses upon wooden construction, open flames, primitive firefighting equipment and densely packed buildings containing highly combustible materials. Those conditions certainly created environments where comparatively small incidents could develop into enormous infernos remarkably quickly. Yet, examining dozens of these disasters together reveals another pattern involving destruction, reconstruction, changing ownership and dramatically transformed urban landscapes.

Following many of these fires came enormous rebuilding programmes requiring substantial investment from banks, developers, industrialists and wealthy financiers. Valuable districts could be completely reconstructed, while previous buildings, businesses and property arrangements disappeared alongside the physical destruction. Examining who financed the rebuilding, acquired valuable land and ultimately controlled the reconstructed districts is an important part of understanding what followed.

For those of us researching Tartaria, another fascinating aspect appears when photographs and surviving records of supposedly developing American cities are examined closely. Monumental stone buildings, elaborate civic structures and sophisticated architecture sometimes appear remarkably early within accepted development timelines. Therefore, repeated destruction of these cities forms part of a much broader investigation concerning what existed beforehand and precisely what disappeared during those catastrophic events.

The fires themselves certainly remain within historical records, with contemporary newspapers, municipal archives and local histories documenting numerous examples extensively. However, what receives considerably less attention is the worrying picture created when these individual disasters are placed together chronologically. Instead of studying isolated catastrophes independently, examining them collectively reveals repeated destruction affecting major American cities throughout an extraordinarily concentrated historical period.

That’s why I’m so pleased to see Breuer encouraging people to investigate this subject for themselves. Search and established town or city along with “great fire”, examine the dates, study photographs showing what existed beforehand and then investigate what appeared during the reconstruction. The individual fires are fascinating enough, but placing them together creates a much larger picture that deserves far more attention than it usually receives.

Breuer, who first became widely known through Saturday Night Live before developing a successful career in stand-up comedy and broadcasting, has increasingly used his platform to discuss subjects he feels deserve greater scrutiny. This is a subject I raised and examined extensively in Tesla & The Cabbage Patch Kids, which was published almost two years ago now, so I’m particularly pleased to see it now reaching a substantial audience.

Valuable districts could be completely reconstructed, while previous buildings, businesses and property arrangements disappeared alongside the physical destruction. Examining who financed the rebuilding, acquired valuable land and ultimately controlled the reconstructed districts is an important part of understanding what followed.

For those of us researching Tartaria, another fascinating aspect appears when photographs and surviving records of supposedly developing American cities are examined closely. Monumental stone buildings, elaborate civic structures and sophisticated architecture sometimes appear remarkably early within accepted development timelines. Therefore, repeated destruction of these cities forms part of a much broader investigation concerning what existed beforehand and precisely what disappeared during those catastrophic events.

The fires themselves certainly remain within historical records, with contemporary newspapers, municipal archives and local histories documenting numerous examples extensively. However, what receives considerably less attention is the worrying picture created when these individual disasters are placed together chronologically. Instead of studying isolated catastrophes independently, examining them collectively reveals repeated destruction affecting major American cities throughout an extraordinarily concentrated historical period.

That’s why I’m so pleased to see Breuer encouraging people to investigate this subject for themselves. Search and established town or city along with “great fire”, examine the dates, study photographs showing what existed beforehand and then investigate what appeared during the reconstruction. The individual fires are fascinating enough, but placing them together creates a much larger picture that deserves far more attention than it usually receives.

Project Pegasus operated under the Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA), before the organisation became the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) during 1972. Andrew Basiago states that his involvement began in 1968, when he was only six years old and accompanied his father, Raymond Basiago, through a teleporter located inside the former Curtiss-Wright facility at Wood-Ridge, New Jersey. He officially entered Project Pegasus during the autumn of 1969, aged seven, after signing loyalty and secrecy documents issued by the United States Department of Defense. The children selected became known as chrononauts, receiving specialist instruction before testing experimental machinery designed to transport human beings across vast distances and different eras. Young volunteers were chosen because they adapted more successfully to temporal displacement and their smaller bodies made them better suited to equipment still undergoing dangerous development. Basiago has also described unsuccessful trials that left several youngsters seriously injured, demonstrating the considerable risks involved.

Project Pegasus relied upon several different technologies, which included Tesla teleporters, the Chronovisor, a plasma confinement chamber, Stargates, remote viewing, out-of-body exercises, the Montauk Chair and an early jump-room device. Basiago collectively referred to these systems as Quantum Access, describing them as different methods of gathering information from the past, present and future, either through physical travel or direct observation. According to his account, the programme was designed to provide military and intelligence agencies with information unavailable through conventional means.

One of the principal devices originated from Nikola Tesla’s confiscated research following his death during 1943. The apparatus consisted of two large curved structures that generated a shimmering curtain of radiant energy between them. Participants stepped into this field before passing through what Basiago described as a vortal tunnel, emerging elsewhere across space after travelling through the energy curtain. During 1970, his group repeatedly travelled between New Jersey and New Mexico, using installations located at Curtiss-Wright and Sandia National Laboratory. These early missions concentrated upon geographical transportation, before progressing towards more advanced temporal experiments.

The Chronovisor formed another important part of Project Pegasus and, according to Basiago, his group began using Ernetti-Gemelli machines during the autumn of 1970. Each device transmitted an electromagnetic signal through a crystal array, producing a holographic representation inside the laboratory. Participants could either observe these scenes remotely, or experience what he described as physio-virtual visitation, allowing them to witness events unfolding within another period. In fact, I dedicated an entire chapter to the Chronovisor in my book, Conspiracy Theories: From Agartha to Zombies, examining both its development and extraordinary capabilities.

One of his best-known experiences took place during the spring of 1972 inside a laboratory at East Hanover, New Jersey, where he entered a transparent chamber filled with plasma before travelling through a wormhole to Gettysburg on the 19th of November 1863. That journey placed him close to Abraham Lincoln during the delivery of the Gettysburg Address, where Basiago states that he later recognised himself within a surviving photograph taken that day. Unlike the Tesla teleporter or the Chronovisor, this particular mission relied upon the plasma confinement chamber to transport participants across time.

During the summer of 1972, Basiago also describes travelling through a Stargate located near Cerrillos, New Mexico, transporting him to the year 2045. While there, he claims to have collected microfilmed summaries describing important developments between both periods, before returning through another installation situated near Lobo Overlook in southwestern Colorado. According to his account, these missions demonstrated that Project Pegasus could access earlier historical periods, distant future events and separate geographical locations using different forms of advanced technology.

Basiago also states that identical journeys didn’t always produce identical results. People occasionally occupied different positions, conversations unfolded differently and surrounding circumstances varied between separate visits, despite arriving at what appeared to be the same moment. These experiences led him to conclude that the programme was accessing multiple timelines, rather than one fixed sequence of historical events, introducing the possibility that numerous parallel realities exist simultaneously.

The Palace of Westminster contains approximately four principal floors, together with hundreds of rooms, extensive corridors and numerous towers spread across an enormous area. The expanded United States Capitol also contained multiple occupied floors before passenger elevators “supposedly” became widely available. Grand hotels, department stores, apartment buildings and public institutions throughout Europe and America were already reaching impressive heights before electric elevators supposedly changed architecture forever.

The accepted explanation expects politicians, wealthy residents, hotel guests, servants, cleaners, delivery workers and countless visitors to have climbed those staircases every single day. Yet, that becomes increasingly difficult to accept once the sheer number of daily occupants inside many of these buildings is considered. The busiest public buildings regularly handled hundreds, sometimes thousands of visitors, creating constant movement between numerous floors throughout each working day.

In addition to this, the penthouse commands the highest prices, because it offers privacy, prestige, improved security and spectacular panoramic views across the surrounding landscape. Human nature has hardly changed during the past two centuries, making it perfectly reasonable to question why wealthy occupants would’ve accepted climbing countless stairs to enjoy those same advantages.

The staircases also raise several interesting questions once their proportions are compared with the capacity of these enormous buildings. Many historic staircases appear surprisingly narrow considering the number of people supposedly using them throughout every working day. Large crowds moving continuously between several occupied floors, would’ve created severe congestion during busy periods and put the people using them at risk of injury, or worse.

Installing elevators after construction had already finished would’ve represented a remarkable engineering challenge for both builders and architects. Steam-powered elevators required substantial machinery, boilers, supporting equipment and sufficient space to accommodate the complete operating system. Hydraulic elevators depended upon pumps, cylinders and extensive mechanical components that couldn’t simply be hidden inside existing walls. Moreover, creating lift shafts through completed masonry buildings requires cutting through thick stone, decorative interiors, structural floors and occupied rooms, representing an enormous undertaking rather than a straightforward improvement.

Therefore, I believe that at least some of these monumental buildings may already have incorporated lifting systems before the mainstream narrative acknowledges their existence. Sealed shafts, blocked openings, unexplained internal spaces and unusual architectural features are frequently highlighted as possible remnants of earlier technology later concealed, removed or repurposed. Perhaps the real mystery isn’t who invented the elevator, but whether that technology had already existed long before somebody eventually claimed the credit for introducing it?

On the the 21st of October 1893, beneath the grounds of Jackson Park in Chicago, Illinois, a municipal subway contractor named Robert was investigating an undocumented and highly dangerous seepage of freezing water from Lake Michigan. The leak appeared to be emerging from beneath newly laid masonry, raising immediate concerns about the stability of the structures above. However, what nobody expected was that this investigation would uncover one of the most disturbing discoveries ever connected with a World’s Fair!

Robert’s crew prised away a loose section of foundation brick, exposing a subterranean void that didn’t appear on any official municipal blueprints. They expected to find little more than abandoned drainage culverts or primitive stone sewers. Instead, they discovered an enormous vaulted red-brick chamber, where 12,000 pairs of women’s and children’s shoes were arranged in perfect rows.

Although mainstream history celebrates this event as the pinnacle of 19th century engineering and innovation, its true purpose was something entirely different. This wasn’t a temporary exhibition of plaster and hemp assembled within two years, using horse-drawn wagons and basic hand tools. It was actually a vast pre-existing city belonging to the Tartarian Empire and built by the Moors, previously hidden beneath layers of compacted mud. The World’s Fair simply served as an elaborate public spectacle, allowing millions of visitors to admire these magnificent buildings, while never questioning who had really constructed them or how long they had already been standing.

No primitive pioneer civilisation could’ve quarried, transported and assembled millions of tons of beautifully carved stone within such an impossibly short period. The scale of the architecture, the intricate sculptures, the colossal domes and the extraordinary craftsmanship all point towards a civilisation possessing knowledge far beyond anything officially acknowledged. The carnival atmosphere surrounding the exhibition distracted the public, while the greatest architectural inheritance in human history stood before their eyes.

Yet, the most disturbing chapter connected with the Chicago World’s Fair isn’t the buildings nor their impossible construction, but the sudden disappearance of the people who once inhabited that forgotten world. During 1893, more than 170,000 women vanished from official census records across the United States and over 250,000 homeless orphans suddenly appeared throughout the nation’s major eastern cities. These events cannot be explained away through disease, migration or civil unrest, but formed part of a far larger operation.

The 12,000 pairs of abandoned shoes represent the final physical trace of families who entered the vast subterranean transport system beneath the fairgrounds and never returned. Their names, identities and birth records were erased before they disappeared forever into the machinery of the emerging state. This calculated demographic purge unfolded alongside another extraordinary programme, that became known as the Orphan Trains. Between 1854 and 1929, over 250,000 displaced children were transported across the United States by rail. History presents this programme as a compassionate effort to rescue abandoned youngsters, yet the administrative records reveal a far darker reality - more than 90% of those children still had living parents from whom they had been permanently separated!

A completely new generation without any knowledge of the Old World was required to ensure that memories of advanced technology, free-energy and the civilisation that came before, would disappear within a single lifetime. The planners of this immense reset needed a population with no recollection of its true heritage and no understanding of the remarkable world that had existed previously. Therefore, without those memories, future generations would accept whatever history they were taught.

Once distributed throughout the country, many of these children became the workforce responsible for clearing away the immense layers of compacted mud surrounding Tartarian buildings. Raised inside state institutions and educated by a completely new system, they grew up believing that 19th century industry had constructed these magnificent cities. They learned to shovel coal, install electrical wiring and pay monthly utility bills, never realising that the soaring domes, towering spires and monumental buildings had once formed part of a self-powering civilisation built upon resonance, frequency and free energy.

By erasing humanity’s true heritage, the Parasites transformed an independent civilisation into a population dependent upon an entirely different system. The history books were rewritten, the surviving architecture received completely new identities and every remaining trace of the previous world was systematically concealed beneath a carefully manufactured timeline. The 12,000 pairs of shoes beneath Jackson Park remain a silent reminder that the greatest secrets are often hidden directly beneath our feet…

The story begins during President Dwight D. Eisenhower’s visit to Palm Springs in February 1954, when he disappeared from public view for several hours. The official explanation stated that he required emergency dental treatment after developing a problem with a tooth. Many independent researchers reject that explanation, arguing that he actually travelled to Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico, for a highly classified meeting with a non-human delegation. According to this account, the meeting resulted in a formal agreement between elements of the United States government and visiting extraterrestrials.

The terms of the agreement were extraordinary, with advanced technologies, including integrated circuits, fibre optics, anti-gravity propulsion and other scientific developments, allegedly exchanged for permission to conduct a limited programme of human abductions for genetic research. The arrangement required that nobody would suffer harm, every individual would eventually be returned safely and complete records of those taken would be supplied to government officials.

However, its alleged those conditions were never honoured and that far greater numbers of people were abducted than originally agreed, many were never returned and genetic material collected during these encounters became part of an extensive human-alien hybrid programme. If true, the worldwide abduction phenomenon represents something far more organised than isolated incidents, forming part of a much larger operation hidden from public view for decades.

The Greada Treaty is also closely associated with the formation of Majestic 12, more commonly known as MJ-12. This committee was apparently created to oversee relations with the extraterrestrial presence, control the flow of information and prevent the public from learning about both the agreement and the technologies acquired through it. Independent researchers also connect these events with the emergence of the Black Budget, claiming that enormous sums of money disappeared into highly classified projects, far beyond normal government oversight.

According to this account, those hidden resources funded Deep Underground Military Bases, commonly known as DUMB’s, alongside the development of a secret space programme operating entirely outside public knowledge. Supporters of the theory argue that countless technological breakthroughs were withheld from humanity, while conventional scientific progress continued at a far slower pace than it otherwise could have achieved.

Recent reports claim that the Greada Treaty has now been terminated and the non-human factions, accused of violating the original agreement, have been removed, underground hybrid facilities have been neutralised and humanity has begun reclaiming what many describe as its genetic sovereignty. These developments are frequently linked with the broader concept of the Great Disclosure, during which suppressed technologies and long-hidden information are expected to become publicly available.

If these claims are accurate, the implications would be almost impossible to comprehend! They would suggest that some of the most important decisions affecting humanity were made entirely in secret, with advanced technologies exchanged for access to human genetics and generations living without any awareness of the agreement. Whether future evidence will ever confirm these extraordinary claims remains unknown, but the Greada Treaty continues to occupy a central place within discussions surrounding UFOs, secret governments and hidden history.

The sheer scale of the exposition is astonishing, with vast façades, soaring Corinthian columns, elaborate statues and beautifully carved ornamentation, which covered almost every structure, producing a level of craftsmanship that rivals some of Europe’s greatest architectural achievements. Electric lighting illuminated the grounds, an integrated railway transported visitors across the site and the official narrative states that everything was completed in only two years, despite the enormous complexity involved.

One of the greatest mystery actually concerns the workforce required to accomplish such a huge undertaking. Creating hundreds of monumental buildings within such a short period would’ve required an immense number of experienced stonemasons, sculptors, plasterers, ironworkers, carpenters, engineers, electricians and countless other specialists. Skills of that calibre cannot simply appear overnight, nor can a workforce of that size arrive and disappear without leaving substantial evidence behind.

Yet, there appears to be remarkably little documentation explaining where these craftsmen came from, or where they went next once the fair had ended. There are no recruitment campaigns, very few employment records and no indication of highly skilled tradesmen coming into Chicago during those years. Considering the magnitude of the project, that absence becomes increasingly difficult to overlook.

Photographs of the completed exposition survive in abundance, as do images showing many of the buildings being demolished afterwards. However, there are very few photographs documenting the actual construction, or the enormous workforce that would’ve been responsible for creating one of the most elaborate architectural displays ever created. If tens of thousands of skilled workers were operating simultaneously across hundreds of acres, it seems reasonable to expect far more photographic evidence.

Hospital records are equally worthy of closer examination, as a project of this magnitude would almost certainly have resulted in a significant number of serious accidents, particularly when working at great heights, lifting enormous materials and carrying out dangerous tasks. Therefore, it would reasonable to expect hospital admissions to increase considerably throughout the building period, together with documented workplace fatalities and severe injuries.

The official explanation states that most of the buildings were temporary, constructed from staff and applied over timber frames, allowing them to be erected rapidly before being dismantled after the exposition ended. However, that explanation becomes increasingly difficult to reconcile with the architectural details visible throughout the site. Buildings such as the Palace of Fine Arts, display richly decorated friezes depicting classical scenes, monumental columns, intricate mouldings and decorative features that resemble permanent stonework, not temporary exhibition structures.

European cathedrals required decades and sometimes generations of highly trained artisans to achieve comparable levels of artistic detail. Nevertheless, we’re expected to accept that thousands of equally elaborate decorative sculptures were designed, manufactured, transported and installed within only a matter of months, while Chicago was simultaneously expanding its roads, railways, utilities and housing for a rapidly growing population.

In addition to this, producing the enormous quantities of timber, plaster, steel, glass, stone, bricks and decorative components needed for hundreds of monumental buildings, would’ve required a supply chain operating on an unprecedented scale. Those materials then had to be transported, stored and distributed across the entire site, yet surprisingly little attention is given to the logistics that would have made such an operation possible.

In my opinion, the evidence suggests that the workers visible in many of the photographs, are less likely to be the original builders and far more likely to be restoration teams carrying out repairs, cleaning façades and adapting buildings that already existed…

This particular theory suggests that there was an international Guild Network, whose origins stretched back thousands of years before Tartaria. The knowledge required to create their incredible architecture survived the destruction of both Hyperborea and Atlantis, before passing into the hands of carefully selected master builders. Rather than allowing those skills to disappear, each generation preserved them through practical instruction, ensuring ancient engineering, sacred geometry and architectural principles remained unchanged for centuries.

The Guild Network operated as a single organisation divided into numerous specialist disciplines, each responsible for a specific stage of construction. Master architects designed every project according to harmonic proportions, military engineers surveyed the landscape, cathedral guilds supervised the assembly, while stonemasons, blacksmiths, carpenters, glassmakers, bell founders and metalworkers completed the individual elements. Every guild understood its responsibilities, allowing enormous projects to progress with remarkable efficiency, despite involving thousands of skilled craftsmen.

Training began long before an apprentice ever stepped onto a construction site. Gifted children displaying exceptional mathematical ability, artistic talent or practical aptitude, were selected at an early age, before entering apprenticeships that lasted many years. They learned geometry, surveying, astronomy, metallurgy, acoustics and engineering directly from recognised masters, although practical experience remained far more important than written instruction. Every lesson built upon knowledge inherited from previous generations, creating an unbroken chain that reached back to the ancient world.

Once qualified, master builders became part of an organisation capable of working across an entire civilisation, without sacrificing either quality or precision. Rather than remaining in one location, experienced craftsmen travelled wherever major projects demanded their expertise, ensuring identical construction methods appeared across distant regions. This shared training is regarded by many researchers as the reason why monumental buildings throughout Europe, Russia, Asia and the Americas display such striking similarities, despite being officially attributed to different nations and periods.

Transportation forms another important part of this, as many people often question how vast quantities of stone, metals, timber and specialised components reached construction sites so efficiently. This theory suggests that large cargo airships carried both skilled craftsmen and heavy materials across enormous distances, allowing the Guild Network to move rapidly between projects, while maintaining a continuous supply of resources without depending solely upon roads and rivers.

Every commission began with a detailed survey of the surrounding landscape, long before a single foundation stone was ever placed. Locations were chosen according to underground water, natural energy flows, astronomical alignments and the principles of sacred geometry, ensuring each building occupied precisely the correct position within the wider environment. Once approved, master architects produced detailed plans that every guild understood, allowing numerous trades to begin their work simultaneously.

Quarries then supplied carefully selected stone, while skilled masons shaped individual blocks before transportation to the building site. Carpenters prepared structural frameworks, blacksmiths forged specialist tools and iron components, while metalworkers manufactured domes, finials, spires and decorative fittings. Every section arrived when specifically required, as the Guild Network operated according to an organised sequence, refined through generations of practical experience rather than improvisation.

Construction followed a carefully controlled order from the foundations upwards. Massive stone walls supported soaring arches, then towers and domes rose above the completed structure according to precise geometric calculations. Decorative carvings, stained glass, intricate metalwork and ornamental stone features were added only after the main building had reached its final form, allowing every guild to complete its work before the next stage commenced.

Before the Guild Network departed for its next commission, master builders inspected every detail to ensure the finished building satisfied the same exacting standards found throughout the Old World. This consistency explains why architecture across the continents displays comparable proportions, construction techniques and decorative themes despite vast geographical distances. The buildings that remain today are the final legacy of a tradition whose knowledge gradually disappeared following the fall of Tartaria, leaving later generations to inherit these magnificent structures without ever understanding the methods used to create them…

One of the things that first drew my attention was the Piri Reis map, compiled in 1513 from older source material that already existed before he assembled the chart. The map contains Antarctica, yet Reis stated he relied upon much older maps gathered from different sources, rather than creating the information himself. That places the real mystery within the documents that existed before his was ever produced. If Antarctica appeared on those earlier charts, then somebody possessed geographical knowledge that remains extremely difficult to explain.

The same issue appears when examining maps produced by Oronteus Finaeus and Gerardus Mercator. When viewed in isolation, it certainly leaves room for disagreement, but seeing similar anomalies appear across multiple sources, creates a different situation entirely. The focus eventually moves away from the individual maps and towards the origin of the knowledge they appear to preserve. Somebody created those records, and somebody preserved that information long enough for it to survive into later centuries.

Following that trail eventually led me towards Charles Hapgood and his theory of crustal displacement. Hapgood proposed that large sections of the Earth’s crust could move, producing dramatic environmental and geographical changes across enormous regions. Under those conditions, coastlines, landscapes and entire territories could look very different from the way they appear today. Whether every aspect of his theory proves correct, matters less than the possibility that such a mechanism could connect several anomalies together.

However, the maps are only part of the reason this theory continues to interest me. Magnetic north has never remained completely fixed, unusual magnetic behaviour has been documented for centuries and geomagnetic excursions appear throughout the historical record. Greenland also appears repeatedly within this material, particularly through older maps that depict the island differently from modern representations. Therefore, when considered together, these anomalies suggest that significant geographical changes may have occurred far more recently than we are led to believe.

Mud-flood evidence adds a physical dimension that maps alone simply cannot provide. Buried lower storeys, submerged windows, heavy sediment deposits and altered landscapes appear across multiple countries and continents. Looking at hundreds of similar examples spread across different regions, creates the impression that something much larger occurred than isolated local events can reasonably explain. The scale and distribution of these features has forced me to consider whether they were produced by something much larger than a spike to the Earth’s grid, or the use of directed-energy weapons alone.

A major pole shift would certainly explain flooding, buried structures, altered coastlines, displaced populations and widespread sediment deposition occurring across vast regions. It would also explain why evidence connected with earlier civilisations appears fragmented, damaged or hidden beneath later construction. Many subjects that initially seem unrelated begin fitting together once we consider that possibility and what first appeared to be separate mysteries, starts looking more like different consequences of precisely the same event.

Perhaps the most controversial part of the theory concerns the possibility that the event was deliberately caused? If earlier civilisations possessed technologies far beyond those recognised, or acknowledged today, then possibilities dismissed by modern academia may warrant far greater attention? Directed-energy systems, advanced energy technologies and other forgotten, or suppressed forms of engineering, have all been proposed as mechanisms capable of producing large-scale effects.

Tartaria and Atlantis are extremely important within this theory, as both are associated with accounts of advanced societies that disappeared following major upheaval. Therefore, if a deliberately triggered catastrophe buried cities, destroyed records and reshaped entire regions, then evidence connected with those societies would survive only in fragments.

To conclude, the maps, magnetic anomalies, crustal displacement theory, mud-flood evidence, Tartaria and Atlantis, all point towards the same possibility. A deliberately triggered pole shift would connect these subjects through a single event, rather than through separate explanations...
