Art imitates life. I was met with a real-time masterclass in utilizing the tools I uncovered in this transmission when I had to record the full hour-and-a-half presentation and tarot reading TWICE. Both recorded without audio. Thankfully, the third time was the charm.

It seems I’ve started at least 1/3 of the video transmissions I’ve done on Substack with hijacking and matrix tricksters getting involved in said recordings. Coincidence? I think not. (Please note: I do not blame Substack at all. Tuning in, it has nothing to do with the platform falling short in any way.) That only excites me because these tricksters wouldn’t be working overtime to derail my words if what I had to say was useless noise. They know how potent and powerful this information is, and so do I. Without further ado, I present to you what I’m calling:

Asleep or Awake? Excaping Thought Loops & Anchoring into Organic Reality

We are not our thoughts; we are the observer of our thoughts. The collective consciousness, AKA the inversion, relies on us believing the mental loops are who we truly are.

Today we are tackling one of the most persistent traps of the collective matrix: how our physical brains and nervous systems get hijacked into old survival loops, lack patterns, and interpersonal conflict. We are moving past the toxic guilt of trying to mindset-shift our way out of trauma responses and diving into the practical mechanics of somatic (body) safety, attention as energetic currency, and unhooking from the inversion.

To close out our deep-dive, we will be pulling a targeted four-part tarot spread designed to help you decode the loop, support your physical vessel, apply an instant circuit breaker, and anchor fully into the highest potential of your organic reality.

Swinging Back and Forth

One of our community members, Verrsha, recently asked a profound question. She talked about the struggle of feeling like she’s constantly swinging back and forth between being ‘awake’ and being ‘asleep’ in old mental loops, especially loops of lack, misery, or helplessness.

First, I want to validate exactly what you are experiencing. If you feel like you swing between awareness and being completely swept up in old patterns or total unconsciousness—that is part of the human experience.

We have to understand the nature of the inversion we are living in. The false matrix collective is literally programmed to keep us in survival mode. It wants us stuck in these loops because looping generates a predictable energetic charge. Remember that your physical brain is a prediction machine. It’s designed to pull from your past to predict your future. When you expect people to react badly or you expect a situation to fail, that is just your ego trying to keep you ‘safe’ by anticipating the worst. It’s a mechanical program running in the background. It is not the truth of who you are.

The Myth of Manifestation Guilt (The Nervous System)

You cannot mindset-shift your way out of a nervous system that is trapped in survival mode. I want to talk about the trap of ‘manifestation guilt.’ Drop the popular New Age idea that “thoughts create reality.” When we believe every single fleeting thought manifests our reality, we panic and judge ourselves whenever a negative thought arises.

It’s your nervous system that creates your reality, not your thoughts. If you are repeating positive affirmations while your body is secretly terrified, you are just gaslighting your own physiology. trying to out-think a trauma loop is like trying to paint over a fire.

The body is the broadcast. It is not the passing thought that creates reality; it is the state of your nervous system. If your nervous system is stuck in fight, flight, fawn, or freeze, it is broadcasting the frequency of danger and lack. The UNiverse doesn’t respond to the words in your head; it responds to the somatic charge in your body.

Safety is the Prerequisite for Creation. To stop repeating patterns of misery or lack, we have to stop trying to control our thoughts and start bringing safety to the physical body. When the nervous system finally exhales and feels secure, those old, looping doom-thoughts naturally quiet down on their own, allowing you to anchor into the organic reality. You are not the software running the doom-program. You are the observer. You are the screen the movie is playing on, not the movie itself.

The Currency of Consciousness

There is a very literal reason why the collective matrix wants you stuck in this survival loop. Think about the language we use every day: we pay attention, and we spend time.

The Trillion-Dollar Proof: If anyone doubts that attention creates reality, just look at the global economy. The advertising industry commands one of the largest budgets on earth, rivaling only military defense and healthcare. Corporations and algorithms spend billions of dollars every single year for one sole purpose: to capture your gaze. They know that if they can direct your attention, they can dictate your reality. Propaganda much?

Your consciousness is the most valuable currency on the planet. Wherever you point your attention, you are funding that timeline into existence. Why do you think there’s so much fear-porn on the “news”? The powers that were (as I like to call them) are actively utilizing your fear and creative life force energy to engineer these outcomes

When you are dreading the future or dragging the past into the present, your consciousness is being siphoned to keep the inorganic matrix running. You are paying for and investing in a reality you don’t even want.

How to Drop the Past:

So, how do we unhook from this? We know the goal isn’t to be 100% perfectly aware all the time—that’s impossible. The magic happens in the exact moment you catch yourself sleeping. The second you realize, ‘Oh, I’m running that old pattern again,’ you are instantly back in the observer seat. The noticing is the healing. It may be simple, but it’s not easy.

When you feel the familiar charge of a past pattern rising, you need a circuit breaker. Verrsha suggested a beautiful one: ask yourself, ‘How good can this get?’ This question confuses the ego. It disrupts the trauma loop because your brain cannot simultaneously run a doom-program and answer a question about expansion.

You also don’t have to force yourself to be ‘positive’ about a triggering situation. Just aim for neutrality. Take a breath and tell yourself: ‘That was the past. This is a brand new moment, and I am choosing not to drag the old timeline into this one.’ Again, it’s simple, but it’s not easy.

Anchoring into Organic Reality

Stepping out of the inversion means you stop funding it. When you catch yourself in the loop, step into the Observer seat, and soothe your nervous system, you reclaim your energetic currency. Organic reality is simply the present moment stripped of the past’s heavy baggage or the anxiety of an unsure future.

This is a daily, moment-to-moment practice, and like any practice, it takes, well, practice! Every time you catch the loop and choose the observer seat, you are literally rewriting your reality, unplugging from the collective inversion, and investing entirely in your own sovereign present.

It is one thing to stay in the Observer seat when you are meditating like a monk on a mountain top somewhere. It is a completely different game when you are in the middle of a conflict with another person, or when you receive a stressful email that instantly spikes your heart rate. Regardless of acting and putting in effort, if you feel stuck, ensnared like you’re in a Chinese finger trap, or otherwise like you’re spinning your wheels, you can just stop. We often think that if we aren’t doing, we aren’t growing. The period of “nothing happening” is when the most critical foundational work is being done.

The Void is the sacred incubation phase between who you were and who you’re becoming. It’s not a dead zone. It’s a fertile, invisible space of potential before something new is birthed. Think of the drawing back of the arrow. No forward movement is visible to the outside world, but it’s where maximum kinetic energy is being accumulated for the launch.

The Void is the dark, rich soil where the seed splits open and does its heaviest growing before it ever breaks soil’s surface. Just like Barbault Basket alignment coming up on July 19-23rd, ( the webinar is here and the tarot reading is here) the old architecture of who you were is dismantled so the new you can rise. It isn’t a place of nothingness; it’s a place of everything not yet manifested.

This void space feels hard to be in. You may experience:

1. Identity Crisis: You wonder who the heck you are now because the personas, labels, careers or even relationships that used to define you suddenly feel like clothes you’ve outgrown.

· You may feel like you can’t put things into words, restless, disoriented, your beliefs are dismantling because your internal database is offline or slow to reach as your new software installs.

2. The Productivity Glitch: This one is a doozy and the hardest for those of you who are high performers! You try to force yourself to work, socialize, or get things done, and you hit an impenetrable wall.

· It feels like brain fog but isn’t cognitive decline. Your brain’s RAM is being cleared. You can’t focus on old tasks because your energy is being rerouted to build what comes next. Forcing output during this time usually creates hollow work that you will later delete or have to redo.

3. The Matrix Sensitivity: In the Void, your nervous system is stripped of its usual filters. You become hypersensitive to the noise of the matrix, social masks and social media performance, daily commute, small talk, and the predictable routines.

· You may feel a sudden desire for isolation. You may want to stop doing things you once found happiness in. Things that didn’t bother you before like bright lights, loud music, and chaotic and busy environments feel physically abrasive in the Void. Your internal frequency is shifting, and you’re unable to vibrate at that lower level of the mundane world anymore.

4. The Somatic Heavy Suit: The Void often manifests physically. When the spirit is in a period of “nothing happening”, the body often defaults to a state of conservation and protection.

· You may feel sluggish, heavy, or bloated. You might crave foods that provide comfort, or no food at all. Exercise feels like moving through molasses. Your body is trying to keep your reserves high for the “launch” phase.

5. The Sense of Irrelevance: You look at your goals, the work project, the followers, the “wins”, and they suddenly seem irrelevant. As if the compass you used to navigate your life with has stopped pointing North.

· You may feel a temporary unsettling apathy. It’s not that you’ve given up on your dreams; it’s that your definition of success is being rewritten, and you don’t know the new definition yet.

All of this can feel very unsettling, and sometimes we fight to get our good feelings back, but the best thing you can do is surrender to it. Not in that fatalistic I-give-up-forever way, but in the stop-resisting way.

These times need you to embody something I call the dreaded “P” word. Patience. It’s so difficult, especially when we know what we need, want, or must do. But it’s like we are waiting for the outside reality to catch up to what we know to be true.

The Power of the Pause

Society conditions us to believe that if there isn’t visible, tangible movement (checking off to-do lists, writing chapters, launching projects), we are stagnating. But The Void is not a dead zone; it is the dark, fertile soil where the seed actually splits open. The most aggressive growth happens entirely out of sight. If you constantly dig up the seed to check if it’s growing, you kill it.

Using the archetype of the archer: When you are in a waiting period, you have not dropped your weapon. You are simply in the phase of the “draw.” The drawing back of an arrow feels like backward motion. It feels like tension, restriction, and waiting. But that backward pull is the exact mechanism that accumulates the kinetic energy needed for the shot. The deeper and longer the pull, the farther the arrow will fly. Waiting is just the accumulation of potential energy.

Start doing “Nothing” as High-Level Creation. My creators (we are all creators, don’t tell me you aren’t creative), writers, and builders. Stare at a wall, hum, listen to atmospheric music, or rest. It’s not “wasting time.” Creativity—which our whole lives are a creative force—requires clearing the mental RAM. When your brain feels empty or blocked, it isn’t losing its edge; it is defragging the system. The quiet moments are when the heaviest esoteric downloads and story architectures are actually being built.

Shift from Time Management to Energy Management. The ego wants a timeline (”I need to achieve X by Friday”). The soul operates on resonance. Teach yourself how to stop managing the clock and start managing your vessel. If the energy says “rest”, you rest. If the energy says “rollerblade,” you move! When you honor the waiting period, the eventual action takes a fraction of the time because it is fully aligned.

The matrix exists on the illusion of choice. It presents you with a binary. The “lesser of two evils”. It’s implied. Almost no one even questions it. It’s just how things are done. It’s just what you do.

But let’s be clear: choosing the lesser poison is still toxic (to your spirit). It tethers your sovereign life force to a system designed to keep you asleep, drained, and compliant. A cog in the machine. Instead, I choose to be a ghost in said machine.

In addition to psychic insight, I have a background in spiritual mentorship and quantum and shamanic healing modalities. I’m also writing an 8-book series. It’s a young adult paranormal/spiritual psychological fiction, mostly set in the ‘90s. It’s such a wild ride that I can’t wait to share it with the world.

I do things differently from most tarot readers and psychic practitioners. I had what I like to call a ‘rude awakening from my awakening’. I wasn’t trusting my intuition and instead was listening to Archangel Michael, whom I came to know is part of the AI trap to control spiritual seekers. I cut out the false light guides, Archangels, deities, and ascended masters that the New Age is fond of outsourcing power to. I don’t need a middleman to connect to spirit or Source, and neither do you.

In my natal 3rd house (communication and media), I have Lilith (the exiled feminine truth) and Neptune (imagination and the subconscious) conjunct the Galactic Center (a super-massive black hole that represents cosmic wisdom and higher consciousness). This conjunction is in Mula nakshatra, ruled by Ketu (the South Node), whose primary cosmic directive is to destroy what’s false so the true root can grow. A bit up the road in the same 3rd house, I have Ketu conjunct Vega (in the Lyra constellation). With this blueprint, I’m able to receive authentic information that obliterates the false grid interference, AKA: Akashic Records scripts.

Back in 2019, I started a pick-a-card tarot YouTube channel, The Dunn Creative, and then my other channel, Harmony Portal Tarot Live in 2020, where I do live personal readings, collective energy transmissions, webinars, drawings, and giveaways. Oh, and my favorite, Cosmic Question Corner, where we deep-dive into the mysteries of the false-frequency net that was put over the true earth grid, questions about the cosmos, other planets, true crime, current events, conspiracy theories, and much more.

I’ve grown road weary with YouTube’s censorship of the powerful messages I deliver that are intensifying. I’ve been walking the knife’s edge of pissing off the algorithm, and don’t want to end up shadow banned like my The Dunn Creative channel that’s been frozen at 23.6K subscribers for over 4 years. In addition to live readings, webinars and Cosmic Question Corner, here on Substack I can publish essays on multiple spiritual, metaphysical and personal topics. I feel that Substack is the place I can finally be candid and truly live the mission I incarnated for. I plan to move all but the personal readings over here on Substack (don’t worry, I will still be doing personal readings over on Harmony Portal Tarot Live on YouTube for the near future).

We’re in a time of transition and great change. I’m sure you’ve noticed the world’s been an inferno for the better part of a decade, or since the day you were born, take your pick. We are on the precipice of a new planetary cycle à la Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix (more about this in essays and live streams to come).
