Collective Theme: Listening To Death

Today, something we hear will spark a massive release. This could be a remembrance of words we heard in the past or fresh info. Keep the ears peeled for an unexpected apology, a bit of info that completely releases a problem, a message of something or someone passing or a communication of forgiveness or clarity.

Releases aren’t just energetic, they have a physical component to them as well. We physically purge by a few well known means that land on either end of our digestive tract. If we experience a release from either end consider it a sign that something festering within us has let go. Rashes, hair shedding and acne can also be avenues of release. Other non body related physical means include donating or throwing away the stuff that connects us to whatever has been closed out: papers and cards, trinkets, gifts, mementos, pictures and keepsakes.

The ears and the pelvis are deeply connected. They both receive info and hold energy. The ear, shaped like a conch shell, receives vibrations translated into sounds which communicate to the brain and body. The hips, similarly shaped to the ears, hold emotional build up like a bowl. The pelvic bowl is a literal thing. For women it’s an obvious entry and exit point from the vaginal canal, taking in info as much as releasing it like clockwork on a, mostly, monthly basis. For men it’s a charged exit only station, releasing massive amounts of congregated energy if left unprocessed by other means. It’s a collection station not often talked about from an energetic perspective. Men have been mostly conditioned to release this charge outward (sometimes compulsively), not realizing that if the charge generated within is processed and pulled upward into their bodies it’s a rejuvenating, self alchemizing process that stimulates grounded positive esteem. This is the action of self containment. Then, whatever is physically released by choice can be better directed for conscious creative purposes, be it love, connection, pleasure, art or children sans emotional baggage.

It’s good to grieve whatever is letting go. Wailing and crying can be cathartic yet double check it doesn’t cross over into unbridled self expression. There is a fine line between feeling emotion and using emotion for attention.

The theme of needing to be heard is also on our table. Perhaps we are dying to the version of ourselves that over explains, shouts to be heard or uses communication to verbally purge without processing internally. This last one does more harm than good all around. Venting or verbal diarrhea, as it’s sometimes referred to, spreads around the issues without actually resolving or repairing. It’s a way to dump off excess emotional and mental charge onto others in an attempt to feel better without actually doing anything beneficial. This is actually how we dump our problems onto others. Learning to sit with and in emotional discomfort is needed here. Constantly discharging outward is a sign of emotional immaturity and pushing emotional labor onto others. We are here to take full responsibility for ourselves and be accountable for what our energy creates.

Perhaps we are dying to the parts of us that seek to offload our Self onto others.

Maturing is another way of dying. We can no longer be the old version of ourselves, we must leave that in our past and allow a new version of us to emerge. Often, people unconsciously reject maturing. “Always stay the same,” “don’t ever change,” “it’s so sad, my little boy/girl is growing up.” Parents overly missing the baby or kid stage of their children is a normalized way of expressing rejection of maturation. “You’ll always be my baby.” Couple this with our cultural deep disgust of natural aging and we have a recipe for overgrown infantilization. Not a good place to stagnate. A concept to ponder.

Today, listen for the messages that churn and stir within. Hear what is ready to let go then send it off with silence.

Collective Theme: Operation High Standards Is A Go!

Making friends is part of our spiritual growth path. Everyone is unique, carrying their own stripes. We migrate towards those whose markings and imprints intrigue us, we feel curious and inspired, getting to know someone is a mystery being revealed in real time. However, when someone shows their stripes, believe them wholeheartedly. Not everyone gets keys to our castle. Boundaries are essential, make wise choices based on behavior observed over time. Making excuses for anyone is a sure sign something is off. We are deep in the lesson of how to pick our people.

Coming off of energy that was programmed for us to take whatever is given or giving everyone the benefit of the doubt is a big regroup. We must vet stringently, zero rose colored tint anywhere. Crystal clear vision is necessary. Like the zebras stripes, we need to take people as back and white while in the vetting process at this time. No leeway, no wiggle room with our decisions. One display that leaves us questioning or confused, iced out or overwhelmed needs to be taken seriously. Options abound, don’t settle for what feels even slightly off, precision is our lesson at this time.

Spending time alone will reveal how we truly feel and what we truly think about who we are vetting. We need to retreat into our own energy and get clear about how engaging with this person or people lands for us. We need to be upfront with ourselves about the little things that feel off. Don’t ignore the info.

Being alone doesn’t mean we are lonely, picking friends from a place of loneliness is like choosing food from a place of starvation, we don’t make the best decisions when overwhelmed with need. This is the sign that what we actually need is to spend time alone cultivating the relationship with and to ourselves. Don’t put that on others. Do we like us? Are we treating us the way we want a friend to treat us? Can we hold the version of us alone that shows up in relationship with others? If not, it’s time to get right about that. This isn’t to say, we must love ourselves entirely before we can love others or have others love us, no. Connections come at all stages of our ability to like and love our self. However, we lessen our chances of settling for people who don’t treat us well or don’t have our best at heart by making sure we can walk away at the first signs of wonky treatment. Don’t make excuses and do not wait for behavior to change. Desperation doesn’t allow us to discern well.

Our inner children, the sensitive parts  of us that easily get hurt, the parts of that feel raw emotions as they arise, those are the parts that we need to check in with. They need to know that we have open options at this time. We aren’t restricted by school, church or family. We don’t have to tolerate being bullied or ostracized or clinging to those that we truly don’t click with because we are stuck where we are. Thankfully, we are in a time in life when agency is our right. Being an adult means full options open. We can explore the world over, we can say no until a yes shows up. Reminder, this is an essential communication tool we have with the All That Is about what our standards are. When we settle we send the message that we will accept subpar outcomes. This lesson is testing our ability to hold our values, eschewing lack mentality and really going for gold with demanding alignment. Demanding isn’t dictating, it’s just holding a firm commitment to our values. We don’t move for just anything or anyone. We don’t give in just because we are lonely or hungry, we hold the line for excellence. This is a serious lesson in Self worth.

We are worthy of authentic love.

We are worthy of genuine friends.

We are worthy of alignment.

Understanding alignment usually begins with mastering misalignment. We get to know what doesn’t fit, what doesn’t work, what won’t do, well before we land on what does.

Spiritual growth increases our sensitivities, its turns up our ability to sense. This is by design, we need to navigate the world with our spidey senses honed. This is why our lesson at this time is no second chances, no excuses and a zero tolerance policy for mistreatment of any kind.

Any info to that effect and whoever we are dealing with is not a friend, period.

Collective Theme: Slow And Low Right Now

There is a recent encounter lingering in our minds. One where we were the mentor or leader either consciously or unconsciously. There may be an age gap physically, but most importantly, spiritually. We crossed paths with this person for soul growth reasons. Our table is offering clarity on this encounter.

Whatever we communicated to this person has had a profound effect, it catalyzed a transformation (death/rebirth) cycle within them. We could not stay to witness the change so this person would have exited our lives in some way by now. They may not be completely gone, but they aren’t in our everyday communication.

It’s best if we relate to interactions with others through the lens of soul growth until further notice. Put down the fairytale endings, release the idealization of community, wake up to the reality of danger often starting in the family. It’s okay, no need to freak out. This is actually how it’s been all along, we just were told wildly inaccurate stories that convinced us relationships were something they aren’t. (Welcome to marketing 101)

Part of mastering the material world is realizing that everything is not what it seems, we are here to learn, free will only applies after serious deprogramming has occurred, we don’t have as much control as we would like to think, our best navigator is the heart, a sound mind is one where we can have brutal truths revealed without going into denial or fantasy. Stay present.

We are in the long game. It’s often that words spoken to us we weren’t ready to hear are recalled at just the right time, like dormant seeds waiting for the right conditions to sprout. Consider this while processing the aforementioned encounter. Our impact may take seasons to land, just because we aren’t witnessing it doesn’t mean it was a waste. Again, we are in a time where there may be a lot of potential in relationships but not much fulfillment. Not an easy season when we may feel starved for affection and connection in a real way. Like needing a harvest in winter, it’s unlikely to happen just because the need is present, hang on. This is where our pacing comes into play. We may be internally panicking, thinking “hurry up! I’m dying out here, I’m running out of time.” However, when starving, the best pace to move at is low and slow, conservation mode. Same goes for animals in molting phases, they aren’t running about among the predators without protection. No feathers, no flying. No antlers, no fighting. They lay low until the regeneration process has happened. The right season is needed no matter how much we panic about it, it’s not changing faster than nature dictates.

We have a tendency to idealize one season over another, cyclically. In summer we dream of skiing, in spring we want apple picking, in winter we crave warm sunshine, etc. This idealization habit doesn’t really serve us now. Again, stay present. If there is a running dialogue about, “If/when xyz happens it will be much better,” it’s time to dissolve it. We are where we are for very good reasons, there is zero benefit in rushing. Same applies to our perspective on others, they are where they are and it’s best if we accept it. Be done with the “if they just would…it would be better,” mentality.

Be wise and land on deep acceptance right now.

Collective Theme: Ripped Apart

There’s a crack in our relationships calling for our attention. We’ve had too much potential and not enough fulfillment, it’s left us feeling overprotective and a bit skeptical when dealing with people. We don’t understand relationships in comfortable ways, being around people is not satisfying when it doesn’t provide actual relationship. “What’s the point?” Is the question that comes to mind in this energy.

We may be feeling a period of isolated rest and recuperation is now turning to stagnation. We are craving inspiration and collaboration, a conundrum given our current lackluster perspective on relationships. A prayer for the release of old imprints, memories and morphogenetic blueprints may be on order. We are needing to cease projecting old imagery onto new territory. Easier said than done when we have a backlog of grief worthy, failed relationship memories.

This hibernation energy is truly a direct conflict with our desire to connect.

Our read today is making us aware of this contradiction, clarity is the first step when change is needed.

Our directive from the cards is time in the cave on the mountain in order to for the unknown to become known. Yes, this seems more of the same isolation energy for now. Or, we can see this another way, one we may be missing which is keeping the felt isolation loop spinning. Perhaps we have been coming at relationships from a place that excludes the mountain cave when community calls. What if we need to be in multiple places at once?

There is an energy on our table of needing to evolve into “separation existing in the midst of union.” Merging the duality (where merging is healthy). To remain whole while mixing with others.

Have we been using relationship to abandon parts of ourself?

Are we getting lost in the reflection of others so as to not see our self clearly? This isn’t a conscious choice until we see where we may be doing it.

This would be backdoor dissociation. Instead of leaving the room, we merge with it, becoming invisible. This would be a sign of an anxious attachment style hiding in plain sight. “I’ll become one with you, become you, so you don’t leave me.” Are we putting relationship on a pedestal that inevitably topples? Are we avoiding relationship all together because we can feel that it means merging, losing, our self? (The unhealthy placement of merging) Are we enmeshing with others in subtle ways? If so, this would require an uncomfortable ripping apart in order to restore balance. Are we both magnetized and repulsed by this program of relationships “completing us?” Our minds might baulk at this idea upfront, thinking we know this isn’t true, yet it may be subtly still running in our emotional and energetic background. If we have any whiff of push/pull, anxious/avoidant energy going on it may be very helpful to take a stark and radical look at this subconscious program being made ever more conscious.

In this dynamic we cannot be authentic, there is a built in performance to keep mixing. Who do we become in the presence of others? Do we feel the need to isolate to recover from exposure? Are we stuck in a cycle where we feel we can only be ourselves by ourselves? Are we looking for relationships to provide relief from being truly a self? Do we feel “put back in our rooms by ourselves” feeling rejected? If we find ourselves masking it would be a good idea to check in with what parts of us we may be viciously hiding.

Our spread suggests that we, in fact, are demonizing parts of us, hiding them from exposure to others, due to embarrassment, disgust or deep dislike. These are not aspects of us we like and want to protect, these are parts we fear being revealed, they may be the parts we are blaming for rejection. The judgments of needy and inadequate are on the forefront. When we have neediness running we cling to others regardless of how healthy or available they are. We are so afraid to be left alone that we stick in ways that repel. When we have inadequacy running we perform for validation, spewing the energy of fakery. This is where the inevitable topple of the pedestal occurs.   

The way we care for these aspects is to acknowledge their deep and real need for acceptance and respect. We clearly have needs not being met due to demonizing the needs in the first place.

We need to be seen for who we truly are and fully accepted as is.

Then we can show up for relationship  grounded, not looking to get or give anything. We can relax into being together.

Collective Theme: All Ears

There are natural phases where Spirit is at work within and around us sans our overt involvement. This is what stillness is for. We are conditioned to do constantly. A ripple of perfectionism runs rampant throughout our culture, spiritual growth is no exception. At times we want to be in quiet control via ceremonies, rituals, shadow work, prayer, service or meditations. It makes sense, we are human after all and this world is mysterious and tricky. We grasp for something, anything when we feel out of control. We are asked today to temper our drive to do with knowing that spirit works in its own ways.

We are in a time when subtle listening will do us very well. We are being transformed, how are we asked to cooperate with the process? This can include sitting with deep discomfort for longer than we think we can handle, acting on a small part of ceremony or ritual outside of traditional timing or way, switching a part of a schedule or habit in favor of internal timing, forgoing disciplined directive in the attempt for emotional control.

This cooperative nudge will be quiet like a whisper, it may land as whiff of “hmmm, I’m sensing it’s time to go here, do this, etc.” Most often this comes at twilight hours when the material word is quietest or via dream states.

Meditation is classic way to just listen. Where prayer is a conversation to the divine, meditation is listening for replies. This is called relationship. A back and forth, tempered, reciprocal connection.

We are encouraged to practice listening to understand. This takes patient curiosity and a willingness to question what we are hearing before reacting. This takes the ability to pause in stillness long enough for feeling and thinking to catch up. Processing and questioning what we are hearing is a slow skill by design. We’ve been scammed into thinking “quick wit” and “snap comebacks” are high intelligence or signs we are “on it.” Not so for the quality of relationship we are yearning for. Performance isn’t relating, being real is. Realness is a prerequisite for connection.

Transformation is a death process, if we don’t know this by now, where have we been? We die to a version of ourselves no longer in alignment with where we are. This takes the willingness to change our ways guided by the subtle nudges from the divine. Today we are encouraged to risk tweaking our habitual norm by sitting still with our ears open. Listen for the whispers.

Collective Theme: Authorship Activated

This is our moment to step back and look around with mouths agape. Go look, really look all around. Get out of the head and into the eyes, ears, nose, mouth and sensory abilities of the body. Take in what’s on offer, an amazing assortment of input that has zero absolute reason to exist but for existence itself. Wild.

We have an opportunity today to play in the space of awe. Awe is a heartbreak healer, it’s been proven to aid in blood pressure regulation, mental health stabilization and pain recuperation. This is why we are told so often when not feeling well to go outside. There is so much around naturally, just because, we need to stay aware of. It does a thing in us that no pill, intellectual pursuit or monetary gain can touch.

Our stories are our own. We make them up, we believe them, we can change them around at will. Let’s review some of our current stories and make sure they are aiding us with discernment, the ability to stay open minded. Our other option is judgment, not helpful in the relational front. Judgment is a separator, a compartmentalizer, designed to make sure we stay away, different than, others. It’s usually a sign of fear and sometimes trauma. If we are looking for connection, judgment isn’t the tool for the job, discernment is. Let’s own those storyline consequences if we are making them. If we use a hammer to clean a mirror and it breaks, don’t blame the mirror.

Our choice today is emotional. Which perspective, ho hum or awe, restrictive or curious?

The appearance of weird and unexpected can be wildly fun and life affirming, we needn’t try and pin it down to feel safe. A time alone with nothing much going on can be deeply self healing, we needn’t rush to fit a community because we’ve told ourselves isolation is unhealthy. The world can be viewed as crazy and wonderful, literally wonder full. We truly don’t have a handle on how it or why it works. Winter can be a time when literal sparkles swirl and land all around us…even if it’s dangerously cold.

We are asked to contemplate this choice today.

Collective Theme: STD, Sexually Transformed Design

We have the goods to live out our most fulfilling timeline. Our emotional, spiritual and mental maturity is solid. This is a necessity for bringing what we want into our lived reality, to make our dreams come true. We don’t need to grind, we needto be grounded in our highest human experience.

We make love in order to create new life, take a tip from nature. Just because we may be dissociated and egoic doesn’t mean love isn’t being made…we don’t have control over that part although many have edged it out mentally.

Making love is a death ceremony as much as it creates new life. It kills the ego of the individuals in favor of a unified new whole. This happens regardless of conscious participation. Sometimes our higher selves have agendas regarding

who we sexually engage with for this very reason. It changes the course of both lives via an intimate avenue. Sex is a transcendent experience we often take for granted. Our ever increasing casual perspectives around sex culturally make it a perfect platform for backdoor transformation. We are incentivized by the dangled pleasure, the transformation is hidden beneath that flimsy surface.

Today’s read is pointing us to a sexual experience that deeply changed us. Whatever and whoever comes to mind when reading this is valid. What in our trajectory shifted after that encounter? How did it mature us? Can we relive the memories with emotional wisdom and a willingness to see the experience through this lens?

It is important that we connect these dots since our karma was changed by this encounter. Best to consciously ground the memories, the relationship, the sex in order to integrate the shift fully.

No encounter is casual.

All sex is creating.

Collective Theme: Stabilizing The Upgrades

Our sound mind and open heart has us in balance this morning. We see the silly side of something serious and have an understanding of this divine comedy we are living in. We accept where we are and can see a bigger picture. We may not like it at all, yet we have come to acceptance and it lands big. That said, we still have some unmet needs, be they money, companionship, partnership, a suitable living situation, or some other material need.

Let’s review -

need = want + alignment

We need to be more aligned with what it is we truly want.

How do we know where we are misaligned?

Heartbreak.

It’s the motivator for change like no other. Heartbreak teeters us on a line of propulsion or destruction. It’s an ultimate choice point. Stay where you are be tortured or propel yourself into the direction the heartbreak pointed to. Whatever catalyzed our heartbreak was a beginning, a preview, an appetizer of who and what we need to be, become and embody. We need to step into that version of ourselves sans finicky external conditions. We couldn’t hold the version of ourselves in truth that the untenable conditions magnified. Well, it’s time to.

Our read urges us to swiftly move towards a new community. And/Or, to expect swift communication from a new community. Either way we have a rush of new info coming towards us that supports this propulsion. Be open to suggestions from the subtle realms, the insights and direction are helping us move towards the version of ourselves needed. One more time….needed. We need to be aligned with what we want. We need to first be honest with ourselves about what that want is and the heartbreak conditions showed us clearly. Reviewing the painful experience for this purpose will prove fruitful. Who were we trying to be?

Once we receive the insight, direction, communication act immediately. This is no time to hem and haw, get on it. Acting on what seems like the smallest or most ridiculous inspiration that matches the version of us we need to become (remember that comedy part) will have momentous consequences in our favor. Look out for the seriously silly and respect it. Our inspired direction will be in our material somewhere, changing how we look which will change what we represent and how move in the world. Spirit moves in mysterious ways.

Collective Theme: Feeling Duped, Closing Loops.

Older and wiser, we are in a stage of life where naivety won’t be a possible excuse. Parts of us don’t feel ready for this maturity. There is an odd comfort in being truly young and dumb we are nostalgic for. Getting to use the excuses of not knowing better, being green or blaming a poor teacher, mentor or parent is off of our table. The responsibility is on us to know, because we actually do.

There is a situation we are processing that requires our earned wisdom come to the forefront. What do we know that we wish we didn’t? Where are we feeling like ignorance would be ideal? What experience is repeating in a pattern we know well, but would rather not have this intel? Wherever this lands in our lives, it’s best to step into this clarity by choice.

There may be an upcoming fight on our hands, one we may not want to engage in and one we may have met with unhinged reactions in the past due to actually being ignorant at that time. We now know better, no pretending otherwise.

How do we engage with fight, conflict, anger, outrage energy in a wise way? Is it time to step up and say something where previously we wouldn’t? Is it time to fight with silence and walk away, withdrawing our energy as our way of making a clear statement without words, where before we will have launched a shouting match? Stop and think before proceeding here. Impulse and instinct aren’t asked for, thoughtful, experienced engagement is. This is wisdom in action, requiring a strong mind, emotional containment, a willingness to draw on what we know and the desire to apply it with integrity and finesse.

Do not try and ignore the conflict, stay with it and see the pattern well. This isn’t new news, it’s an old issue, well worn. Draw on all the past experiences to gather information. Advanced skills are signs of practice. Whatever this conflict is pointing to, we are experts in the field, not a dummy being duped.

Collective Theme: Who’s Blueprint?

There is an ancestral inheritance up for review. Family lines pass down far more than just biological DNA. Emotional patterns, epigenetic proclivities and soul missions can be entangled with those who have passed on if our boundaries aren’t set. There seems to be a mismatched life path playing out causing friction for us. Today is a day to follow the path of least resistance. Do not push forward with anything giving push back. Let there be ease with decisions. If obstacles keep presenting, listen to them and change course. We are not at the mercy of anyone else’s blueprints. Many of our ancestors are benevolent and mature, we can access them for help and support from the subtle realms. However, not all ancestors are acting in integrity and some can be self - serving. Yes, a long passed over one can have an agenda on our life time having left before living out some of their dreams. Check in with this and see if it lands. If we keep heading in directions that just don’t fit, causing us to be confused or if we are wrought with conflict and strife, someone else’s undue influence may be at play. Set better boundaries. Say no to what is a no. Be honest with yourself about what is a yes. We are not beholden to anyone else’s preferences. We do know what feels right (calm, centered, grounded) within us.

We are here, alive now in this body and energy to live out our dreams. This requires radical honesty about what we are doing, what we are saying, who we are being and what our actions produce. Take all of the accountability and responsibility, being a victim here will only make more messes.

Today, we need to propel ourselves beyond presenting negativity. Do not fall prey to destructive thinking. Move swiftly out of the way of any incoming negative energy. Don’t fight  with it today, move away, shapeshift. We may be being targeted because we shine so bright. This is an energetic issue, not a personal one. Negative forces are driven to pull at the positive. This is natural. Gravity is a teacher here. Force that pulls down moves easier than the inertia required to lift up. Yucking someone’s yum can be a sadistic power play, don’t tolerate it. Disengage mentally and emotionally if possible.

Check in about this playing out from us. Are we the one unconsciously playing out a negative power game anywhere? Are we being difficult in order to mess with anyone? Are we gleaning a thrill by winding someone up or negging them? Even just mentally? This requires honest and humble self reflection. This is a serious pointer to the ancestral inheritance we may be missing and living out unknowingly. Be bold, check in sincerely.

Heart medicine is best taken here. When our minds are allowed to run the show unchecked we tend towards power plays, this is just the human mind doing its thing. We get paranoid, critical, overwhelmed, chaotic and confused. It’s time for some heart. Love isn’t a soft and squishy feeling, it’s the creative force of life that keeps us relational, able to be caring and connected to everyone and everything. Having heart is the willingness to work together for a greater outcome benefitting all. It’s the energy we can choose to tap into that checks the mind when it’s gotten too big for its britches and “thinks” power is the “best” energy we can utilize.

When presented with resistance today, pull your energy in and down. Often times we go up and out when our systems are activated, either dissociating or exploding. Do neither, stay in the body, stay at the helm of the mind in the wise adult. Sure, it can be emotionally intense, however our systems are built to excel here. It takes practice and today we may get it. Our ancestors knew little to nothing about “nervous system heath” the way we do now. Old blueprints driven through current systems rarely fit well. Time to update the plans.

Collective Theme: Shit (when typing “August” this morning it was auto corrected to “shit”) It Fits…

Well, here we go….Romantic love is a dumpster fire right now. The energy of intimate union is now fully showing  for realsies what it has been marketed as, a shit show. The stories around romance, sex and intimate loving relationship have been wrought with conflict, controversy, push and pull states of unhealthy upheaval, codependency, emotional violence, bizarre magic and weird unspoken “happily ever after” endings….what is that even supposed to mean? Think Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella, The Notebook, Wuthering Heights, Tristan and Isolde, A Court of Thornes and Roses or White Nights, yikes bikes, love is tragic and scary. Certainly not a place to build a happy home around.

We are asked to sink into our collective stories surrounding this type of love. No other dynamic can replace it so best to stop trying. We live in a time when marriage, family, dating and commitment are undergoing serious deconstruction. There are many options trying to compensate for this mess: polyamory, MGTOW, monk hood, conscious uncoupling, serial singledom, porn addiction, hook up culture or deep friendships as the new intimacy norm- none of which hit the mark as a replacement for romance, bonded sexual expression or healthy family systems.

What if it’s the old stories getting in the way?

We are asked to ponder the mental canyon between our idealization of romantic love as a happy union and the cascade of stories we have in our psyches around how impossible it is to find, experience and commit to with ease. What is true here? If love has been more like a spartan arena and less like a place to nest, or committed romance is something that makes our internal world fill with hesitation and questions rather than empty into safety and peace this read is speaking directly to you.

We are being asked to consider the following scenario. This hellscape of epic, painful, separation based confusion is now under spiritual reconstruction. Not by our design, we didn’t do anything wrong or not try hard enough, we didn’t miss any self help or spiritual lessons, we don’t have any more shadow digging to do around this topic. This is now a spiritual undertaking, the project is being GM’d directly from Source. We are asked to step aside and let the takeover happen. Like any good redo project, the first step is demolishing. Our notions, stories and systems around romance and love are in destruct mode, let it all crumble. If you’ve read this far it hasn’t been working anyway no matter how hard the effort has been, so yeah, it’s crumbled all right.

We are asked to turn our attention to the state of our inner Union. Our inner feminine principle is focusing on getting her mind right. Think, turn to Source and ask for the help, let the old stories go, practice opening up to a new, direct from spirit orientation to love. Leave the manmade storylines in the dust. Our inner masculine principle is asked to focus on the material world, get your shit together in the physical. This includes home, body, money, wardrobe and belongings all aligning with the person we need to be. This also includes going within to feel out who we are truly being asked to be in this life. We know whether or not we are hitting the mark, it’s time to get real about it. Neither principle is able or asked to rely on the other, interdependent operation is the aim. Healthy union requires 2 whole principles, otherwise we are cobbling two partials…uhm, do we see the root of the issue here?

We have been operating under the misguided info that two halves make a whole, when really it’s two wholes make a trio. The trinity is pointing to something real here, ponder it.

Being less doesn’t make us a match for love, being whole does.

Our ask is to question what it means to be a whole. This is where we need to let the new story be told.

We know this entire love thing has been a wonky ruse from the jump. Our intuition has been sending the alert that something very big is off. Trust this alert, let it all fall apart. Grieve the old stories, disengage with the old ways of romance, sex and love, be focused on becoming wholey…not halfy or holy. We haven’t had the full story in ANY book. Go directly to Source.

Collective Theme: Realignment By Breaking

Our hearts have been broken wide open…for some of us, yet again. We may be wondering why we are being left in this barren place for, what feels like, just before dead. Hopes have been dashed, dreams have been smashed. We are in an emotionally desolate space, feeling burned.

A literal read of the cards in order. Our emperor energy was wandering around in an arid, desolate energy, we came upon a maiden like energy, it felt like a miracle, manna in the desert. He felt saved by her fresh, vibrant youthful love. We felt aligned and like a healing force was at play. We opened our heart only to have it cracked wide open, like fiery lightning striking, and burned down. This fated union with a tragic ending could be recent or a distant memory surfacing for another review. We are left, heart broken and smoking with deep questions. If there is a thought of this encounter being a mistake, set it aside. The Union was purposeful. The magnetism unmissable. The experience needed.

Like a bone set in the wrong position, we could let it stay that way, but mobility and function would be greatly impaired. Resetting it means rebreaking it. A gross, yet deeply helpful process for future health. It takes another go around of resting and healing. This is a temporary setback for a greater distant outcome. That is the energy of what this encounter was for, a reset.

Our mindset can either hinder or help this process. We know the mind and body alignment is a powerful one. We can speed healing by mentally envisioning it, cascading hormone production and cellular turnover in favor of recovery. We can also set ourselves back by wallowing in the misery and suffering, also setting off biological reactions that increase inflammation and stress. Our perspectives inform our biology in this way, choose wisely. Perspective is always up to us.

Crying is a serious medicine. The release of tears decreases stress hormones, tension is lowered by activating the parasympathetic nervous system also releasing endorphins.

We may be putting on a stern exterior, charging forward with like a stoic knight, wanting to be done with the pain. What’s the point of feeling heartbreak? What’s the point in dwelling on what cannot be changed? Baggage is the point. We do not want to carry with us anything that can be set down and let go. The journey is long, if we don’t need it release it. Pretending the emotional baggage isn’t there is ridiculous and unwise. There are zero added points or prizes for how heavy our load is or for how much we can ignore it. This is young, dumb ego BS. Emperor energy is manly not macho.

Remember, the medicine is in the feeling. There is a portal open right now for the physical aspect of this healing process. Heartbreak is literally painful as discussed yesterday. We may have been intellectualizing the situation instead of just emoting. It’s time to let the healing work of feeling do its thing within us.

Collective Theme: Spirit Emergency Room

There may be a family inheritance of attracting serious conflict. Are we meeting the wrong people, find ourselves in the wrong places at the wrong times? Are we feeling trapped by constantly feeling kept away from the right communities for us? Are we a magnet for hostility somewhere? Family karma is where to look.

We may be playing out an attachment wound from childhood or  go deeper into epigenetic dynamics and see if we are attracted to certain personality types due to a long standing family history. We need to unravel our attraction to conflict.

First stop is to the mysterious unknown, the subtle realms. We need to collaborate with God, Source, our ancestors and guides. There is a tricky energy going far beyond our normal waking life at play. We would deeply benefit from help beyond the veil. Who comes to mind when thinking on ancestors? Start there with this inquiry. Are we playing out their sorted blueprint unknowingly? The first answer is the one to trust, keep digging. Ask what unresolved trauma is attempting to be resolved via our life? Yes, this happens more often than we think. Another sign of this is waking up in the middle of the night, between 2-4am, and not being able to go back to sleep. The in-between is attempting to get our attention.

We have other, more helpful and healthy communities on offer to us here and now. We can sus out where to link by how they communicate. If there is open transparency and loving curiosity, green light. If there is anything less, do not pass go. Confusion, silence and hesitancy are not signs to dig deeper, they are signs to look elsewhere. This is not the kind of mystery we need to be attracted to. We may have a history of trying to get difficult people to show up for us. It’s time to break this addiction pronto. Intermittent and tumultuous relationships light up the centers of the brain closest to thirst and hunger, we are literally in survival addiction territory. Heartbreak is a physical pain process, it lights up the same pain centers as dental pain….torture. Interesting how teeth and jaw issues are linked to communication problems also. Put these pieces together.

The urge to go back to and/or bond with difficult or rejecting people is a healthy desire for resolution and repair placed in the wrong spot. It’s up for us to see this and put ourselves in soul rehab. Keep the desire for resolution, place the desire in the heart, the mind and the blood line. Breaking the chains that keep us stuck to difficulty starts with our choice to focus on joy, on solutions and finding delight around us right now. Seems simple, because it is. Harder to execute on due to the brain constantly lighting up survival and pain centers. This is a no joke focus exercise.

Choosing to focus on joy gets the brain to switch from pain centers to pleasure centers.

Find anything to focus on that feels good. Do it addictively. Read a book, smell a cologne or perfume that makes a smile form, eat something that elicits mmmmm, dance, laugh at silly animal videos, ride a bike, walk around and look at stuff, anything to focus on that lightens up the mental load. We aren’t beyond our biology, we must work with it. Don’t downplay this process, go into this like triage. Stop the spiritual bleed.

Collective Theme: Momming The Most

We wake to the energy of hyper vigilant mother, otherwise known as controlling. Meaning well, yet missing the mark by miles, this is known as smothering by mothering. Perhaps this is a lineage we came from or a dynamic we are watching through someone around us. Also check in about whether it is an inner landscape running our possibly perfectionistic show. Our message is one of stopping, we cannot thrive in smothering energy. Being the one who is controlling blankets any dynamic with stifling fear, holding everything back with the misunderstanding of being protective, helpful and loving. Control kills relationship. Plain and simple, we cannot relate without democracy. Being relational means we keep the curiosity and willingness to understand alive. Dominating and controlling, no matter how much it’s coming from an “intention” of love or care, does not land with that impact. It traps and destroys any relationship.

Fear of change, the unknown and the unbound may be at the root of this controlling energy. A desire for tradition and the sense of stability it can create or a yearning to go back to a former time “when things were better” may be present. Idealizing the past won’t allow for the seeds of change to sprout and grow. Part of healthy individuating requires we sift through heritage, culture and tradition passed to us, incorporate and integrate what works well and hand back the rest. This doesn’t mean we need to cut anyone or anything off, break bonds or estrange. At times this can be necessary, but never required. A healthy evolving takes what’s beneficial and moves on from what isn’t. Forcing tradition or family values is also a sign of control out of fear. Where are we encountering this energy?

It is true that we must prepare for interacting with tricksters, manipulators, confabulators and liars in this life. The high end of this energy comes to us a Heyoka, a sacred disrupter, intended for necessary chaos for the purpose of shifting energy towards creating the new with love. This energy just doesn’t allow us to control no matter what we try, it’s the loving mess that leads us to surrender our ways and go with the flow. The low end of this energy we call evil and demonic, with hurtful intentions driven by apathy and hate. Encountering a being housing this can be devastating and destroy one’s spirit, this is true. Tightening our control doesn’t protect us from brushing up against disruption, awareness does. Knowing how to spot, protect and move away from this energy is key. Overprotection doesn’t allow us to learn the ways of tracking and protecting ourselves when needed.

Helpful and healthy mother energy knows when to teach her young about manipulative behavior. Exposure is required even though risky. The mother needs to handle her own fear in order for her kids to learn well. Keeping young covered and coiled too long damages them. The purpose of being a parent is teaching the young how to navigate the world well. Parenting is about showing and leading, not dominating or controlling. Again, we do not parent well by punishing. Is this the tradition we are asked to move on from?

Teaching children how to shapeshift for their own protection, including our inner child, is on our table today. We need more than freezing, people pleasing, running away and fighting in our navigational skills box. It’s time we grow beyond basic stress responses and learn how to be amid the game. As adults, there is no one to hide behind and no one is coming to save us. We can learn how to be resilient and effective world navigators. We are alive at this time to do so.

Collective Theme: Life Litigation?

Ceremonial space has landed today. We are here, embodied now, to become masters of this dimension. To do so, at times, we must call on other dimensions to communicate with us to help illuminate our way. Animals are often inter-dimensional guides, bridges between the earth and elemental realms: dogs and horses are heart healers, cats are spiritual guardians and frequency shifters, birds are transition signals and synchronicity communicators, monkeys are playmates and spiritual mischief makers. If a loved pet is in the mix or we are drawn to a certain animal on repeat, know this isn’t just a domestic choice, it’s a purposeful guide put in our path to help us for a set time.

We are learning to look at life as an ongoing living ceremony. Every day is an event we can hold reverence for, look deeper into and glean valuable insight from, this is our choice to mature. Nothing is a mistake, a waste or happenstance. Live on purpose and see meaning. Go deeper and deeper.

Surfacely living in the material plane keeps us stuck in the power dimensions. Push and pull, blame and victimhood, helpless and scavenging, survival system energy. A place to learn, but torture to be stuck in. We grow up out of this place by choosing deeper, by orienting our minds to go beyond the conditioned reactions and low self centeredness connected to them. Staying at the material plane is largely a negative world and thus self view. When we switch our inner voice to a ceremonial one, we invite insight and decenter our negative voice.

Everything is medicine just like everyday is a ceremony. Pain is the pointer, insight wisdom and change are the metaphysical medical applications. Again, if we stay on the surface we risk berating ourselves and others, ruminating on the “shoulds” and “shouldn’ts,” which do absolutely nothing helpful. Arguing with what happened and what is, is insane. Litigating life is the antithesis to relationship with it. Give up the need to root out who and what is to blame. No amount of punishment or forced accountability works to support change, those are tools wielded by the power dimension. They don’t work at the soul level.

Grabbing for power (litigation of life) is a sure sign one feels they don’t have it, this is powerlessness in action.

True power comes when we no longer need it. It lands on its own as force of will and focus aligning for the greater good. Power isn’t something we can grab, take or work for. It actualizes when we realize control is an illusion driven by fear. Realizing this is what lightens us up and lets us rise.

Drop the judicial system approach and purposely put down the power politics way of life.

Relational living is where we find actual balance that evens out on its own.

Collective Theme: Once Blind, Now 20/20

A culmination of events has landed us at a choice point today. Whatever decision we make may not exactly feel like a choice. It may be a habit or pattern of behavior so engrained it feels automatic. This is exactly the point that is being made, we keep making a choice, not in our favor, that doesn’t feel like it’s our choice, yet it is. We need to see this and pattern interrupt.

Whatever this choice is, it spirals us down into an emotional hole we have hard time climbing out of. It scares us, depresses us or disorients us. It feels like self sabotage.

Pray for help, ask any and all benevolent guides and the Source Of

All That Is to come in and help intervene on our behalf. The intervention won’t make the action different, but it will provide the pause required before the action happens. We have to invite this intervention. We need to be influenceable. This action may be a thought loop, emotional reaction or a physical action. We know what it is and we feel helpless to stop it. Sometimes it comes out of nowhere and we have a major blind spot about it.

The truth is, it’s coming around again for us to take another go at choosing differently. Don’t take any other bait and start berating yourself. Use the opportunity as a wide open aperture to an otherwise closed view.

We can change what feels like fate. We may feel surrounded by obstacles or hopelessness, but feelings aren’t facts. We do have agency, we do have another opportunity to choose something else.

Keep trying.

Collective Theme: Learn The NO

Today we double down on learning to say no. Be very mindful of what feels like a yes, it lights up the whole body -it is unmissable- with a movement forward, zero hesitation, anything else is considered a no for our learning purposes. At times we say yes to what is a maybe or a no because we fear a true yes won’t ever show up. This is through and through FOMO, YOLO, and lack mentality. This is naivety in action, know it. The wise parts of us alert us by the feelings of hesitation we sometimes, often times, mask, override and blow through. It’s time to listen to and honor the hesitation and let a no be a no.

We may have been set up for this “make it fit” mentality by being born into a family of origin we don’t gel with. When we cannot bond properly as a child our nervous system and mind are wired for wonky connection. This is a time when those unhealthy and unhelpful attachment programs are being rooted out. If we feel we are moving too fast with people that feel like maybes and nos, like we have to make a choice, we can be aware that this young pattern is at a play. This kind of pressure is a sign to stop, not go faster. It’s time to slow down and sometimes that means having so many rapid messy experiences we burn ourselves out and into a full stop. Take this as a sign that if burning out at break neck speed is happening, it’s for a good reason. Take the hint and really just stop.

Moving on is an act of spiritual service. Usually, we think of being of service as something we have to give, sacrifice or go out of our way for. This time it’s the gift of walking away where we aren’t fully accepted. Leaving people alone to their own mess can be the kindest thing we do. Are we over helping those who haven’t asked for it? Giving advice where it’s not be welcomed? Inserting ourselves where our effort is not needed or appreciated? Back up, back off. Refocus where the work is really necessary, within, with the self.

Burning is the way of a transformation: old identities, old ways, old inheritances of patterns and programs. Heart Fire lights up the areas within us that cannot continue and ignites the flames of change by making the conditions so uncomfortable we are squirmed into changing. For most of us being burned alive is not pleasant, but like the Phoenix, completely necessary. Rising out of our ashes is the aim. Learning the process of “the burn” is the way. We build up to burn down, repeatedly. Clinging too long and too hard to outer circumstances and inner identities stagnates us. The most loving heat wave comes along and makes sure we don’t get stuck. Voila, the old us is aflame, so the new us can emerge from it. Make no mistake, this is the energy we are currently in. The purpose of this is so we can be ever more oriented to the material life that will bring us fulfillment and contentment. This energy is ensuring from within that we do not and cannot settle for less, lack or mediocre. Is it comfy, cozy….no, so adjust expectations accordingly. The discomfort is for good reason.

Now, refocus on truly honoring what is a NO for us. Take the risk and say no even if nothing else has shown up. Double down on experimenting with being choosy and picky. We get this lesson before learning the intensity of real YES.

Collective Theme: Teenism Isn’t Cutting It.

Making rash moves and behaving impulsively is its own medicine. Our inner teenager is up for our acknowledgment and integration. We are living out an inner teen dream in a physical season that doesn’t match. There are experiences and lessons here we need to pay close attention to. Much like math, we cannot learn advanced equations in senior calculus without first learning basic, freshman algebra. These concepts build on each other so if we missed something or a concept didn’t click, we must stay where we are and learn what needs to be learned before graduating on. We are being brought back so as to be able to truly move forward. What are we currently experiencing and/or learning that may feel too young for our age? We are encouraged not to judge it, just learn it. Arguing with where we are won’t help at all.

Our wise perceptions are awaiting us. We do have inner elders who know a thing or two and they need to step up and help this teen. We need to be able to see things in a well rounded way without hidden parts of us making rash moves because they never got their time in the sun when it was appropriate. Were we too in control as a teen? Or was someone too in control of us? If so, our inner authority relationship is being reworked. Self sabotage, impulsivity and making decisions out of FOMO are all signs of this young part is running our show from the shadows.

We cannot force wise choices, learning why we need them is required. Usually, messy situations accompany this lesson, be kind with the young self. Be stern yet hold the this part in warm regard, be careful not to berate or bash this young aspect. Also, don’t ignore it. Neglect and punishment aren’t parenting or teaching strategies that work. Think like a loving, well boundaried parent or grandparent. How would they handle a teen in a healthy way who is experimenting and pushing limits from a truly naive perspective?

How we communicate to ourselves is the main focus here today. Simply put, if we are speaking like a jerk internally, quit it. There is zero justification for speaking poorly to a young part of us. Childism and teenism are a real, cheap power move. These are a prejudice, bias, or discrimination against children based on the belief that adults are inherently superior. Much like racism or sexism, it treats a specific group as subordinate. It leads to the dismissal of children's rights, voices, and needs in legal, social, and family structures. Any adult who did this to us as kids wasn’t acting in integrity.

Making ourselves feel bad isn’t doing us any favors.

We are bonded and committed to the self until death do us part. Even when people heavily dissociate, they still have a self within that exists until we transform out of the body. It’s a rare phenomenon when someone has zero inner voice. Even so, a self is still present. This Self is our primary relationship. Our inner dialogue and thoughts streams are how we communicate with all of the aspects of the self.

We know what we are thinking, we need to pay attention and own it.

It’s up to us to build an inner world that is helpful, cooperative, constructive and relational.

As within, so without.

Collective Theme: Even Wolves Snuggle

Collaborating with people is our ask today, for those who’ve been burned and prefer to go it alone this is a big request. We need community, it’s time to accept this.

Our current energetic theme taking shaping is one of historically being mistreated or having a tough go of relationships. They’ve been more like tripping through a patch of poison ivy than skipping through a field of daisies. We are people weary, have come to rely on ourselves and do not trust easily, if at all, that others will be decent. We come with boat loads of receipts otherwise. No one is denying this.

Here’s the thing, we are in a portal of growth that is opening up our expansion and learning through interactions. Yeah, it may not be our favorite, but it’s what is on offer to us at this current stage. We are asked to alchemize our heartbreak into expansion by continuing to risk interactions.

The heart breaks open.

A serious lesson that many grapple with due to the immense pain that comes with it. Yet, this is an essential lesson, pain is a pointer. Pain gets our attention better than anything else, so if we aren’t paying attention pain interrupts our denial, delusion or distraction to wake us up to what’s going on.

Healing a heart broken in relationship usually requires mending in relationship. An odd paradox. We usually try and retreat to fix it ourselves. “Leave me alone and I’ll never get hurt again.” “Keep a healthy distance from everyone just to stay safe.” These are the underlying principles for isolation, avoidance or anti-social tendency. Even if we are consciously aware, many times what we know is the tip of the glacier down in our subconscious. We push people away, purposely break up with or create a chasm of distance by hurting others before we can be hurt, even if we don’t mean to and sometimes shape it as the reverse. Or, we run around hurting everyone unintentionally trying to impulsively satisfy what we think will be good for all. This is usually an issue of lack of solid self. We become a chameleon, unable to handle disappointing anyone, therefore hurting everyone by not having a solid stance. This, especially, makes huge relationship messes. We must evaluate impact over intention here. Letting people have their disappointment, when coming from a place of truth, is loving.

Let’s remember, matters of the heart are not intellectual. When we try and make them mental this is a sign of control.

Love is completely out of our control.

Read that again.

We know we are in love when control doesn’t work. Where is control not landing for us? Where do we desperately want control? That is where love is at work in our lives.

Falling in love with life means we relinquish control and go into flow. We move with it and become a cooperate couple, not a dictating leader or sole manifester, making commands and demands, refusing to be contended, curious or happy unless situations go “our” way.

Today, we effort to be in and stay in relationship. Pay attention to them like mirrors. Are we staring in or are we avoiding them? Are we obsessed with the reflection? If so, positively or negatively? Obsession is rarely, if ever, neutral. Do we need to take a step back and see a bigger view? Or get closer so we can take in details? We know what we are doing, so be aware not to land on “I don’t know.” Yes….we do.

Going it alone is not cutting it, so best accept and embrace this season of interactions.

Be open to learn and expand a closed view.

Even lone wolves have a pack.

Collective Theme: Be Bright, Act Right

When one finds themselves on a path of soul growth, spiritual development and conscious awareness the last thing one thinks will happen is to be deeply taken advantage of, bamboozled or become a magnet for toxic situations. It can be a disheartening and disorienting experience when our light attracts incredible dark, our kind magnetizes cruel or our generosity gets us stolen from. Spiritual pursuits aren’t an immediate and assumed protection. Realizing this can be a serious slap in our spiritual faces. This lesson is up for review and consideration on our table today.

We may have been on fire for our spiritual growth, be it for the Lord, working with energetics, pursuing etheric knowledge, subtle connections, healing or on a path of self improvement. Something or someone has dimmed our light by what has felt likeattacks.

As we know, feelings are not facts.

Feeling attacked is not a sure sign of being attacked. To know the difference takes discernment and a judgment call on what’s happening given the context clues. Either way, we are getting the lesson that trying to live following what we know is right doesn’t always feel good or is received well by others.

Our invite is to allow this lesson to fully land. Let’s be spiritual grown ups and realize that even we are “good” we must expect challenge, heart break and encountering those who justify dehumanizing and abusive behavior. This is no excuse to stay dim, dumb ourselves down or hide away. We are to come out glowing brighter than ever and start again, front and center. Get up, dust off and be bold.

Those that justify dimming the light of others will have their due. This is balance, this is natural.

The right way is clear and narrow. We know right from wrong, it lands in our gut as humans. There is zero justification for doing another wrong, playing in other’s faces or theft of any kind.
