Is it strictly for intense shadow work? Or is there something much deeper going on here?

I didn’t truly comprehend the sheer girth of what crystal skull technology represents until I experienced it firsthand.

It started years ago when I first fell down the rabbit hole of the famous Mitchell-Hedges Crystal Skull. Carved from a single block of optical clear quartz with a detachable matching jaw, it completely baffled the scientific world. When researchers at Hewlett-Packard examined it under microscopic analysis, they found no trace marks from metal tools and discovered it was cut completely against the natural crystalline axis of the stone—a feat that modern lapidary science suggests should have shattered the quartz into dust.

To conventional minds, it was an impossibility. scattered across the Earth.

The mythos holds that these master skulls were brought to our planet by advanced galactic civilizations—Sirius, the Pleiades—or preserved by ancient keepers from Lemuria and Atlantis. They were never meant to be mere artifacts; they are cosmic hard drives.

Each master skull is said to hold the consciousness, records, and blueprint of Earth itself. When you sit in meditation with a true crystal skull, it acts as a conscious transducer:

Shifting Brainwave States: It instantly entrains your neural pathways, dropping your brainwaves into deep alpha and theta zero-point states.

The Thought Mirror Effect: It absorbs, amplifies, and reflects your focused intention directly into the planetary unified field.

Holographic Transmissions: Ancient keepers claim that by softly gazing into the crystal skull’s carved eyes, you can receive direct holographic downloads of lost wisdom and galactic memory.

Years ago, in the early days of Energy Muse, one of these master skulls—a 13-pound quartz skull known as Sha Na Ra—came to Los Angeles with its guardian. We hosted Sha Na Ra at our headquarters, placing it in a private room so people could sit and meditate in its field. People placed their foreheads directly against Sha Na Ra’s brow, and the room was electric. The downloads, the visions, and the sudden shift into galactic consciousness left everyone in awe.

I began learning about other master skulls, like Max (guarded by JoAnn Parks / Jenna Pearson), who works alongside Tesla coils to channel multidimensional consciousness. The keepers all pointed to the same truth: these skulls are alive, and they are holding keys for humanity’s evolution.

Subscribe now

From “Skully” to Beatrice: The Activation

About five or six years ago, my business partner Timmi and I acquired a crystal skull for our personal collection. We affectionately nicknamed her “Skully.”

For years, Skully was just a sweet, beloved presence in our space. Every once in a while, under the right light, I would catch glimpses of vibrant rainbows shimmering inside her quartz structure, but she remained relatively quiet.

Then everything changed when we moved to our new Energy Muse headquarters.

Skully was placed inside our new Frequency Chamber—a sanctuary powered by over 60 advanced frequency devices. One afternoon, intuitively guided, I set Skully directly onto a pure copper plate.

The moment she touched the copper, it was as if an internal engine turned on. She was ignited, fully supercharged and vibrating in the room.

A few days later, a close friend called me after experiencing a private channeling session with a skull named Einstein. She said to me urgency in her voice: “Heather, you have to call Carol Ford and get a session with Einstein.”

My journey began with a single quartz point, and soon I was a treasure hunter: Lemurians, Himalayans, phantoms, and rutilated quartz. I wanted to hold every variation—not because one was “better,” but because each carried its own personality.

At the beginning, I understood quartz as something ancient and programmable—a material that held clarity, structure, and stillness. I would wash them, place them in the sun, and stare at the rainbows trapped inside. Being around them gave me a feeling I didn’t yet have words for. It was as if I were holding a piece of Mother Earth’s original intelligence: the deep knowing that nothing real needs to rush.

That was the first time I felt a “time jump.” I would hold this ancient formation and suddenly know: This is not just a rock.

There was something spiritual there, but also something technological. Quartz became the bridge that helped me understand that spirituality and science are not enemies. There are things we feel in the body long before the logical mind catches up.

Eventually, I got distracted by stones with more color and more “drama.” My quartz collection went into a drawer, waiting.

Until today.

But after letting a few days pass, I realized the interaction wasn’t actually the story.

It simply exposed something much bigger.

I’ve practiced yoga for more than thirty years.

Not as exercise. Not as a trend.

As a practice.

For me, yoga has always been one of the few places where I can physically move emotions that meditation alone doesn’t always reach. Anger. Grief. Resentment. Fear. The emotions we store in our bodies don’t simply disappear. They wait. And when we’re asked to stay present through discomfort, they often rise to the surface.

Recently, I found a teacher whose classes are unlike any I’ve taken before.

They’re physically demanding, yes.

But what makes them extraordinary is that they’re emotionally demanding.

The room isn’t packed, and I understand why.

This class asks you to meet yourself.

There are moments when every part of me wants to walk out. My ego gets loud. My mind starts negotiating. doesn’t invite inquiry.

It ends it.

Language shapes culture.

The words we choose determine which ideas are welcomed into the conversation and which ones are pushed to the margins.

“Woo-woo” new space?

And underneath that question is a deeper one:

Does this still fit who I am?

Some things hold so many memories of a previous version of ourselves that we can’t bear to let them go, even though we’re no longer sure they belong in the life we’re creating.

Several years ago, Marie Kondo inspired people to hold each possession and ask, “Does this spark joy?”

As I recently moved into my new office at Energy Muse—which is also my healing room—I found myself asking a different question with every object I held:

“Is this me now?”

And an even bigger question:

“Does this align with my future self?”

Eventually, most of us experience a moment when we move, remodel, or completely redecorate. Suddenly the room is empty. The walls are bare. The floor is open.

It’s a blank canvas.

Nothing is occupying the space, and for a brief moment, you have the freedom to dream before your life fills it again.

When that happens, I encourage you to spend time alone in the empty room.

Sit quietly.

Breathe.

Feel the space.

Listen.

Rooms speak to us if we’re willing to hear them.

The crystals often feel lighter, clearer, and more vibrant—as if they’ve just returned from a spa day. Their energy seems refreshed, and their natural brilliance feels more alive.

If you feel called to try it, approach the process with intention and gratitude. As your crystals rest in the mugwort infusion, imagine Mother Earth’s wisdom gently cleansing and reawakening their natural energy.

A Note on Handling Softer Crystals

I know it’s often said that certain softer crystals—like Selenite, Calcite, or Malachite—should never be submerged in water because of their physical composition. And while that is generally sound advice, I have to be honest: this is one of the times I break “those rules.”

I’ve found that some crystals become so energetically saturated that they truly need a deep, immersive cleanse to feel like themselves again. However, your intuition is your best guide. If your heart tells you a specific piece is too delicate for a soak, trust that feeling!

I’d love to hear if you give this ritual a try and what you notice afterward.

We’re Leaving the Home We Built 17 Years Ago (and Why It’s the Scariest Thing I’ve Ever Done)

I thought moving was a crisis. It was where we weathered economic shifts, personal transformations, and even the uncertainty of COVID. Every corner of that building holds memories. The walls have witnessed seventeen years of amazing clients and incredible people walking through our doors.

As someone deeply connected to the principles of Feng Shui, I knew that space intimately. I understood its sequence, its energy platforms, and the mathematical flow that had supported us throughout the years. Because of that connection, my immediate reaction to the news wasn’t excitement about what might come next. It was fear. Pure fear mode.

Subscribe now

My mind immediately went to worst-case scenarios. Would we ever find another place? Would I ever find a location that I liked more than this one? I found myself caught in a cycle of doubt and negativity, convinced that nothing could possibly be better than what we already had. I was in a panic, and I stayed there for a while.

After sitting in that fear, I finally asked myself: what if I actually lived what I know to be true? What if I stopped doing what I was doing and actually did the work? So, I took a pause and pulled out my frequency machine. I sat with the 417hz frequency, clearing my field. I surrounded myself with minerals, wearing a lot of Amethyst and Citrine to help navigate the transition. I told myself to clear these old behaviors and asked, “What if you and Timmi wrote down what you wanted? What is your dream wish list?”

With that clarity, we began looking at properties, but what we saw at first was horrific. There were moments I wanted to run back to where we were because I was so sad that we weren’t going to have that home anymore. But I knew enough to know that you have to keep looking and you have to keep clearing your old belief systems. We looked at one place that had been vacant for an entire year, but by the time we got there, someone else had leased it. It clearly wasn’t our location.

Then we found it. We walked into a new location and it was perfect. It checked every single box on our list. It was actually better than what we imagined because I could build a dedicated frequency room, Timmi could have her own production space, and our whole team could be in a much more creative environment.

Yet, even then, I felt my old patterns creeping back in. I started worrying about the Feng Fhui numbers, comparing them to the old timeline and the old world I was used to. I’m lucky to have the team I do, because they reminded me that if energy is always moving and frequency can change space, I shouldn’t just look at this through a narrow numerical lens. I needed to look at it from a bigger perspective. The checkboxes were all made, and that’s when I knew. Within just five days of focused intention, we found our perfect location and signed the lease.

This is why I love the world of frequency. If you stay in the vibrational tuning fork of the signal and get out of your own way—which I’ll admit, I got in my own way a lot—you realize that those moments of panic are just signs that you are lowering your vibration. This move wasn’t a crisis; it was an up-level. It was time to grow, expand, and work through the story so I could help others do the same.

Now we enter the “un-fun” part: going through 17 years of stuff. It’s hard because we put so much identity into our things and the walls we live between. As Timmi, myself, and the whole team go through the space, we are letting go of that old identity. We are deciding what to bring forward and what to leave behind as we start a new era of Energy Muse.

It isn’t a coincidence that this is happening during our anniversary month of June. It feels like we’ve hit the ceiling of something and are finally looking out from a new perspective, realizing there’s a whole world available that we couldn’t see because we’ve lived one way for so long. Is growth always easy? No. But is it the best thing for us? Yes.

Sometimes in the darkest tunnel, when you finally see the light, you realize that light holds a lot more opportunity and expansion than the place you left behind. This is where our journey begins.

I can’t wait to show you the new location, the new frequency room, and all the amazing things ahead.

We are honoring the past on the way out, but we are so ready for this new frequency.

Aho. Namaste.

Stop Fighting the World and Start Tuning Your Signal

Every day, you are being "broadcast" to by stress and chaos—but you can change the channel. I know how a room can carry residue. I know what happens when you introduce a new signal into an environment and let it re-pattern the field.

That’s why frequency has become such a big part of my life.

To me, they are pure magic.

Years ago, I traveled with crystals the way some people travel with medicine. Now I travel with my frequency devices the same way. I do not leave home without them. I usually have four or five with me at all times, because they’ve become part of how I move through the world—part tool, part ritual, part energetic companion.

So when I recently went to Hawaii, of course they came with me.

And what I discovered there shifted the way I understand these devices entirely.

Not as something that simply changes a room.

But as something that can help us enter into direct resonance with nature herself.

Clearing the Field

The moment I entered the condo we were staying in, I did what I always do: I began working with the space.

I placed several 417Hz devices around the condo and let them run continuously for our entire stay. My intention was simple—to clear the energetic residue of previous occupants, purify the field, and create a coherent container for our time there.

That part felt familiar.

What was new was what happened outside.

Along with the 417Hz, I brought my 528Hz and 963Hz devicesout with me into the natural world—on walks, into stillness, into moments alone with the ocean, the sun, the wind, and the uncontained brilliance of Mother Nature.

Inside a building, frequency devices help shift the energy between walls.

But outside?

There are no walls.

No boundaries.

No visual architecture to contain the signal.

And that, I realized, is where the real expansion begins.

<a class="image-link every system in the body operates through electrical signaling and energetic communication. Your heart has a frequency. Your brain has frequencies. Even your cells communicate through bioelectric signals.

You are not separate systems working independently.

You are an intelligent field constantly exchanging information.

And frequency is part of that language.

The Body Responds to Signals

What’s fascinating is how deeply the body responds to what it’s exposed to.

Environment.
Emotion.
Sound.
Stress.
Connection.
Thought.
Energy.

Everything carries a signal.

And over time, those signals influence the way the body functions, adapts, and organizes itself.

When the nervous system is exposed to chaos, the body responds one way.
When it experiences coherence, safety, resonance, and regulation… it responds another way entirely.

The body is always listening.

Always adapting.

Always responding to frequency.

Subscribe now

Frequency as Information

Frequency isn’t about force.
It’s about communication.

It’s information interacting with the body.

And when the body receives coherent signals, remarkable things can begin to shift — mentally, emotionally, physically, energetically.

Sometimes subtly.
Sometimes profoundly.

Not because something is being forced…
but because the body is being supported back into harmony.

Resonance Changes Everything

Think about how music can change your emotional state within seconds.

How someone’s energy can affect an entire room.

How stress can immediately alter your breathing, heartbeat, digestion, and sleep.

That’s frequency in action.

Now imagine becoming more intentional about the signals your body receives every single day.

The sounds.
The environments.
The people.
The thoughts.
The energetic patterns you live inside of.

It all matters.

The Bigger Shift

What’s happening right now is bigger than wellness trends.

People are beginning to remember that healing isn’t only physical — it’s energetic too.

That the body is deeply intelligent.
That resonance matters.
That coherence matters.

And that when we begin working with the body instead of constantly fighting against it, everything changes.

Learning to Tune In

Maybe this is really about remembering how to listen again.

To your body.
To your nervous system.
To the signals beneath the noise.

Because whether we realize it or not, we are always being influenced by frequency.

The question is:
What are you tuning into?

And what happens when you begin choosing those signals more consciously?

That’s the exploration I’m most interested in.

Not force.
Not fear.

But resonance.
Alignment.
And the intelligence of the body itself.

I’d love to hear from you…

If you take a moment to tune in right now, what “signals” is your body receiving the most of lately? You play the game well.
You become the cheerleader. The president. The one who knows how things work.

But internally?

You’re standing at the edge.

Always a little outside.
Always translating.
Always aware that something about you doesn’t quite match the room.

The fringe.

Close enough to belong.
Different enough to never fully disappear into it.

And for a long time, I thought the answer was to try harder.

Refine myself. Adjust. Prove more.

Fit better.

—

But something has been shifting.

Slowly. Uncomfortably. Honestly.

I’m starting to realize I don’t actually want to be in rooms where I have to convince people of my reality.

Not because I can’t.

But because I’m breaking that code.

And the strangest part?

The more I stop trying to convince… the more real my connections become.

—

When you’re not trying to be “normal,” people feel it.

Conversations go deeper, faster. Systems. Science. What’s validated vs. what isn’t.

And yes—that’s part of it.

I was trained to believe that if something couldn’t be proven, it wasn’t real. That credibility lived outside of me. That truth had to be backed, cited, approved.

So every instinct became something to defend.

But now?

I think the deeper work is internal.

It’s unlearning the need for permission.

It’s realizing that ownership of your experience is a skill—one most of us were never taught.

And it doesn’t arrive all at once.

There are still moments where I feel it creep in—
the desire to be accepted,
to be seen,
to not be “too different.”

The old coding doesn’t disappear overnight.

But there are also more moments now where I don’t feel that pressure.

And those moments feel like freedom.

—

I don’t need people to agree with me.

I don’t need them to see the world the way I do.

What I crave is openness.

I want conversations that expand, not collapse.
I want curiosity, not correction.
I want to sit across from someone and explore—not defend.

Because that’s where something real happens.

Not in agreement: in expansion.

—

Maybe this is where we’re all headed.

Not toward fitting in better—but toward being more fully ourselves, even when that doesn’t fit anywhere cleanly.

Not toward proving more—but toward owning more.

Not toward belonging everywhere—but toward belonging to ourselves.

—

I used to think not fitting in was the problem.

Now I think it might be the point.

That’s exactly what I’m building in this space—and I’m so glad you’re here to expand with me.

The House is Not an Object: How to Enter Into a Living Relationship with Your Home

Whether you are moving in or things are starting to break, your home is responding to you. entering a home is acknowledging the guardian of the house. The presence that watches over it, holds its continuity, and maintains its energetic integrity.

Most people move in without ever asking.

Instead, begin outside your front door.

Pause. Breathe. Then speak aloud:

Hi.
This is [your address].
My name is [your name], and I’m here with my family.

Thank you for allowing us to live in this home.
We are so grateful to be here.
We intend to take care of this space, to honor it, and to live here in harmony.

We ask for your blessing.
We welcome your presence watching over this home.
We look forward to working with you —
to care for this house,
to nourish it so that it nourishes us,
and to create a peaceful, harmonious space together.

Say it simply. Say it sincerely.

This is not about ritual perfection — it is about relationship.

In many cultures, this is instinctive. Offerings are left. Acknowledgment is given. There is an understanding that a home is alive.

And when you include it, things begin to flow differently.

This Isn’t Just for Moving In

While this practice is powerful when entering a new home, it is just as important — if not more — when things start to feel off.

When things begin to go awry…
when appliances break, plumbing acts up, renovations feel difficult, or the space starts to feel heavy or uncooperative…

It is often a sign that you’ve lost connection with the spirit of your home.

I wanted to see if there would be any noticeable shift in how the plants responded.

And honestly… they seem happier.

There’s a subtle but real difference in their energy. They look more vibrant, a little more alive, like something is clicking into place. It’s not scientific in the traditional sense, but it feels like a kind of energetic alignment—like the environment itself is becoming more supportive.

It’s made me think about how much our spaces are actually interacting with us (and everything living in them) in ways we don’t always measure, but can absolutely feel.

My house is basically a spiritual science lab at this point 😄 and I’m going to start sharing more of these little “energetic home experiments” here.

Would that be of interest to you?

In the meantime, if you feel called—try this yourself. I pray for the Plant People, the Tree People, the Bug People, the Animal People, the Bird People, the Frog, Snake, and Lizard type People, I pray for the Fish People, and the Rock People. I also give thanks to Nature and all the natural elements including the air, fire, earth, and water; and the good spirits, powers, and forces that are upon the Earth, in the Earth, and around the Earth.

I thank you All for the many wonderful gifts that you share with us human beings in order that we may live and survive. I ask that you forgive us human beings of all races, cultures, and religions for any harm that we have caused you, for any exploitation and greed that we may have directed against you, and for any fear, hostility, or disrespect we may have done against you. Please forgive us for any spiritual or physical violations that I or my family and ancestors may have committed against you. I wish a Blessing for the Mother Earth and All My Relations in Nature that you will have long-life, good health, and protection. There was something about her presence—grounded, thoughtful, precise—that immediately stood out. She is highly educated and a masterful researcher who blends science and spirituality in a way that feels both rare and deeply needed right now. I can listen to her for hours. She’s wise, endlessly curious, and one of the best storytellers I’ve ever met.

But what makes Kartar different isn’t just what she knows—it’s how she knows it. She doesn’t exaggerate. She doesn’t perform. Everything she shares is rooted in lived experience and information she has carefully fact-checked. She thinks before she speaks. And when she does, you feel it—clarity, integrity, truth.

And then you hear her story.

Because Kartar didn’t arrive at this grounded way of seeing the world by accident. She lived through the opposite. She gave her youth to something that promised enlightenment and found herself inside a system that slowly eroded her ability to think for herself. What she rebuilt on the other side isn’t just a career—it’s a way of living rooted in discernment, sovereignty, and reality.

This is the story of how she got there.
<div something that was going to help a lot of people.”

That’s how it always starts, doesn’t it?

Hope. Meaning. Belonging.

Kartar was just 14 when she entered the world of yoga, and by 18, she was all in—living in an ashram in Los Angeles, fully devoted to a teacher she believed was saintly. As she spoke, I could feel something underneath her words: she wasn’t naive, she was open. Most people don’t step into these worlds because they’re weak—they do it because they’re searching for something real.

And for a while, she found it.

The community gave her identity. The practices genuinely helped her anxiety. The experience felt expansive. That’s the part people don’t often understand—these systems work, which is what makes them so powerful. And so easy to trust.

Marriage in a Manufactured Reality

At 20 years old, Kartar was told it was time to get married. Not in a romantic, organic way—but in a decided-for-you way.

When you’re immersed in a 24/7 spiritual lifestyle, it’s easy to believe that shared belief equals compatibility. That this alone is enough to build a life on.

It isn’t.

She married a man she barely knew. And from the very beginning, something didn’t feel right.

How many times have we all felt that?
That quiet, internal no… that we override because the outside world is telling us yes?

Then came the truth that changed everything.

The leader of the group knew her husband was gay. They knew—and still pushed him into marriage. In a rigid, image-driven system, the appearance of a “spiritual family” mattered more than the reality of two human beings.

They used Kartar to manage a narrative.

This wasn’t just misalignment. This was manufactured reality.

The Cracks in the Illusion

After two years, her husband left the group—and their marriage. One of the most powerful control tactics in these environments is the belief that if you leave, your life will fall apart.

I’m probably paraphrasing, but the essence stayed with me. He said he agrees with the idea that we create our own reality… but only to a point.

That stopped me.

Because I’ve always resonated with the idea that we are creators of our lives. Please read with an open mind and heart.

Whenever I see Amber, I always notice the radiance and glow emanating from her skin, the whites of her eyes, and her honesty. She is 100% herself and I love to be around her. She is curious, never takes herself too seriously, and is all about female empowerment. She is one of those people that you feel better just being in her presence.

But the radiance you see now didn’t come easily. It was forged in a fire that most people spend their entire lives trying to put out. Amber lived for decades in a battle with her own body, a war that started when she was just a child.

The Wobbly Line

Amber’s love affair with the kitchen started at three years old, standing on a stool next to her grandmother. She was obsessed with cookbooks and food scenes in stories. But by age eight, the “wobble” began.

“I was always the hungriest in my family,” she told me. “I started to realize... why isn’t anybody else eating?”

What started as sneaking candy blossomed into a “wild ride” of secrecy. By sixteen, with the freedom of a car, the binging took hold. She would hit multiple drive-throughs, bury the evidence in the trash, and then go home to eat a “healthy” dinner with her family. For the next 30 years, she swung like a pendulum between two extremes: the “Chef” who was a devotee to the craft, and the “Binger” who was trying to fill a hole that food could never reach.

<a class="image-link image2 is-viewable-img" target="_blank"
