Before we begin, I want to tell you something… This chapter feels a little different…

It is personal. Very personal, actually. And I feel incredibly vulnerable sharing it with you. I thought for a while about whether some things are better kept quietly to ourselves. But then I remembered why I started writing here in the first place. Not to create a perfectly beautiful version of life, but to share the seasons of it as they really are. The light ones. The messy ones. And sometimes the ones we would rather hide. So… make yourself a cuppa, find a quiet corner if you can, and stay with me for a little while.

Once upon a time, there was a girl. Well… not really a girl anymore. She was a grown woman. From the outside, she had pretty much everything… A life. A home. People around her. Things to be grateful for. And she was grateful. But somehow, somewhere along the way, she had become so good at being there for everyone else that she had completely forgotten how to be there for herself… She tried. God, she tried. She tried to be a good mother. A good wife. A good friend. A good daughter. A good person. She listened. She helped. She worried. She carried. She fixed things that perhaps were never hers to fix. She made sure everyone else was okay. And still, somehow, it never felt like enough. She never felt like enough…

And one evening, something inside her simply gave up pretending. So she opened a bottle of wine. Then she cried. And cried. And cried some more. The kind of crying that comes from somewhere so deep inside you that you don’t even know exactly what you’re crying about anymore. Her dogs sat nearby, looking at her with those confused little faces, probably wondering what on earth had happened to their human… But she didn’t want anyone to rescue her. She didn’t want to talk. She didn’t want someone to tell her that everything was going to be fine. She just wanted to be alone. To sit there in the mess of herself and understand what the hell was going on. Because something was going on. She felt sick to her bones. Tired in a way sleep couldn’t fix. Tired of trying to be understood. Tired of explaining herself. Tired of feeling as though she had failed. Not once. Many, many times. She thought about all the people she had disappointed. All the things she could have done differently. All the times she should have been more patient, more present, more understanding, more loving. More. Always more. And somewhere between another glass of wine and another wave of tears, a thought came to her. Quietly at first. What about me?

She almost didn’t know what to do with the question. Because for years she had been looking at herself through the eyes of everyone else. Was she doing enough? Giving enough? Loving enough? Working enough? Trying enough? But when was the last time she had asked herself: Are you okay? Not the polite kind of okay. Not I’m fine, just tired. Really okay… And suddenly she realised something that hurt more than everything else she had been crying about. Of all the people she thought she had failed… the person she had neglected the most was herself… And that broke her heart. So she cried again. For the woman who kept going when she needed to stop. For the woman who swallowed things because keeping the peace seemed easier. For the woman who gave pieces of herself away so freely that one day she looked around and wondered where she had gone. For all the times she spoke to herself in ways she would never speak to someone she loved. For all the times she believed everyone else’s needs deserved a place at the table before her own. And perhaps especially for all the years she thought loving herself could wait. Until everyone else was happy. Until everything was sorted. Until life became easier. But life doesn’t really become easier, does it? The seasons change. People change. Children grow. Relationships shift. Plans fall apart. We disappoint people. People disappoint us. We get things wrong. We begin again. And somewhere amongst all of it, there has to be a little corner of our lives where we belong to ourselves. I think I forgot that…

Because, of course, there wasn’t really a girl. There was me. And this isn’t a beautiful story about suddenly finding myself. I haven’t. There was no magical revelation at the bottom of that wine bottle. The next morning didn’t arrive with all the answers. Some things still hurt. Some things are still complicated. And there are parts of myself I’m only beginning to understand. But perhaps that evening gave me something I hadn’t given myself for a very long time. Permission to stop pretending I was okay. Permission to admit that I was tired. Permission to grieve for the pieces of myself I’d left behind while trying so hard to be everything for everyone. And maybe this chapter isn’t about fixing any of it. Maybe it’s simply about noticing. Noticing when you’ve disappeared from your own life. Noticing when everyone else’s voice has become louder than your own. Noticing when you’ve spent so long asking What do they need from me? that you’ve forgotten to ask: What do I need from me? I don’t have the answer yet… But perhaps I don’t need one today. Perhaps, for now, it’s enough to know that the woman I’ve neglected for all these years is still here. A little tired. A little lost. A little bruised by life. But still here. And maybe it’s finally time I sat beside her too…

Sharing this part of myself doesn’t. But perhaps seasonal living was never only about what grows in our gardens or what we put on our tables. Perhaps we have seasons inside us too. Seasons when we bloom. Seasons when we have more than enough to give. And seasons when something inside us quietly asks to be looked after. I’m beginning to think we shouldn’t be ashamed of those seasons. So if you’re somewhere in one of them too, I hope you remember to leave a little space for yourself. Not when everything else is done. Not when everyone else is happy. Now. And as for me… I think I’m going to spend a little more time getting to know that woman again. Slowly. No promises to become a better version of myself by next week. Just a promise to stop leaving myself behind…

🇵🇱 ~Rozdział 21~ Dawno, dawno temu była sobie dziewczyna…

Zanim zaczniemy, muszę Wam coś powiedzieć… Ten rozdział jest inny niż wszystkie poprzednie. Bardzo osobisty. I chyba pierwszy raz, odkąd tutaj piszę, czuję się kompletnie “naga”, dzieląc się z Wami tym urywkiem mojego życia…. Długo zastanawiałam się, czy w ogóle powinnam to publikować. Czy niektórych rzeczy nie lepiej zostawić dla siebie. Ale przecież nie zaczęłam pisać Seasonal Living po to, żeby pokazywać Wam tylko tę piękną stronę życia. Kwiaty. Ogród. Przepisy. Pięknie nakryty stół. Spokojne poranki. Bo życie nie zawsze tak wygląda. Są momenty piękne. Są te zwyczajne. I są też takie, o których najchętniej nikomu byśmy nie powiedzieli. Dzisiaj będzie właśnie o jednym z nich. Więc… usiądźcie gdzieś wygodnie i zostańcie ze mną na chwilę. Zaczynamy…

Dawno, dawno temu była sobie dziewczyna… Hmm… Chociaż nie. Dziewczyną już dawno nie była. Była dorosłą kobietą. Patrząc z boku, miała właściwie wszystko. Dom. Rodzinę. Swoje życie. Ludzi wokół siebie. Miała za co być wdzięczna. I była. A jednak coś się nie zgadzało. Gdzieś po drodze tak bardzo przyzwyczaiła się do bycia dla innych, że zapomniała o sobie. Zawsze ktoś czegoś potrzebował. A ona była. Słuchała. Pomagała. Martwiła się. Brała na siebie więcej, niż powinna. Próbowała rozwiązywać problemy, które nawet nie były jej problemami. Chciała być dobrą mamą. Dobrą żoną. Dobrą córką. Przyjaciółką, na którą zawsze można liczyć. Po prostu dobrym człowiekiem. Starała się. Naprawdę cholernie się starała… Tylko że bez względu na to, ile z siebie dawała, ciągle gdzieś z tyłu głowy siedziało to samo uczucie… że to wciąż za mało. Że ona wciąż jest niewystarczająca. I któregoś wieczoru po prostu coś w niej pękło. Bez wielkiego wydarzenia. Bez jednej konkretnej przyczyny. Po prostu miała dość. Otworzyła butelkę wina… I zaczęła płakać. Najpierw trochę. Potem bardziej. A później już nie mogła przestać. Płakała tak, jak czasami płacze się po miesiącach albo nawet latach trzymania wszystkiego w sobie. Kiedy już nawet nie do końca wiesz, dlaczego płaczesz. Tak po prostu … Psy siedziały niedaleko i patrzyły na nią, jakby kompletnie nie wiedziały, co zrobić. A ona??? A ona nie chciała z nikim rozmawiać. Nie chciała pocieszenia. Nie chciała słyszeć: „Nie martw się, będzie dobrze.” Chciała być sama. Bo chyba pierwszy raz od bardzo dawna naprawdę chciała zrozumieć: Co do cholery się ze mną dzieje? Była zmęczona. Ale nie tak, że sen uleczy Twoje smutki i rano jak nowa… Zmęczona wszystkim. Ciągłym tłumaczeniem siebie. Próbami bycia zrozumianą. Poczuciem, że znowu coś zrobiła źle. Że kogoś zawiodła. Że mogła bardziej. Lepiej. Inaczej. Mogła być bardziej cierpliwa. Bardziej wyrozumiała. Bardziej obecna. Mogła więcej zrobić. Więcej z siebie dać. Więcej zrozumieć. Więcej. Ciągle więcej. I gdzieś pomiędzy kolejnym kieliszkiem wina a kolejnymi łzami przyszła jej do głowy jedna myśl. A co ze mną? Tak po prostu. A co ze mną? Bo kiedy tak właściwie ostatni raz naprawdę pomyślała o sobie? Nie o tym, co trzeba zrobić. Nie o tym, kto czego potrzebuje. Nie o tym, czy wszyscy są zadowoleni. Tylko o sobie. Czy ja w ogóle jestem szczęśliwa? Czy ze mną jest wszystko w porządku? Nie takie automatyczne: „Tak, wszystko dobrze. Jestem tylko zmęczona.” Bo ile razy można mówić, że jest się „tylko zmęczoną”? I wtedy dotarło do niej coś, czego chyba wcześniej nie chciała zobaczyć. Tak bardzo bała się, że zawodzi innych… a przez cały ten czas najbardziej zawodziła samą siebie. Zaniedbała siebie. Swoje potrzeby. Swoje emocje. To, czego chciała. To, czego nie chciała. I chyba właśnie wtedy rozpłakała się jeszcze bardziej. Bo nagle zrobiło jej się żal samej siebie. Nie w takim złym znaczeniu. Po prostu… żal tej kobiety, która tyle razy mówiła: „Dobra, dam radę.” Kiedy wcale nie dawała rady. Tej, która często milczała, żeby nie robić problemu. Tej, która stawiała innych przed sobą, bo tak było łatwiej. Tej, która miała czas dla wszystkich… tylko jakoś nigdy dla siebie. I tej, która przez lata odkładała siebie na później. Bo najpierw trzeba zrobić to. Ogarnąć tamto. Poczekać, aż będzie spokojniej. A potem… potem zajmę się sobą. Tylko że to „potem” jakoś nigdy nie przychodzi. Bo życie się nie zatrzymuje. Dzieci dorastają. Ludzie się zmieniają. My się zmieniamy. Relacje się zmieniają. Jedne rzeczy się układają, inne kompletnie rozsypują. Czasami kogoś zawodzimy. Czasami ktoś zawodzi nas. Popełniamy błędy. Próbujemy jeszcze raz. A czas ucieka… I gdzieś w tym wszystkim bardzo łatwo zgubić samą siebie. Myślę, że właśnie to mi się przydarzyło. Bo oczywiście… ta kobieta to ja. I nie będzie tutaj jednak wielkiego zakończenia pod tytułem: „I wtedy wszystko zrozumiałam i od tamtej pory żyłam długo i szczęśliwie.” Nie. Nic takiego się nie wydarzyło. Na dnie butelki wina nie znalazłam odpowiedzi. Rano też nie obudziłam się jako nowa ja. Niektóre rzeczy nadal bolą. Niektórych nadal nie rozumiem. Nie wszystko wiem. I nie wszystko potrafię jeszcze nazwać. Ale tamtego wieczoru przynajmniej przestałam przed samą sobą udawać, że wszystko jest dobrze. Powiedziałam sobie w końcu: Nie. Nie jest dobrze. Jestem zmęczona. I może właśnie tego wtedy potrzebowałam. Nie rozwiązania. Nie kolejnego planu naprawiania siebie. Nie kolejnej listy rzeczy, które powinnam robić lepiej. Tylko zatrzymania się. I zauważenia, że gdzieś po drodze przestałam słuchać samej siebie. Bo przez tyle lat zastanawiałam się: Co oni pomyślą? Czy zrobiłam wystarczająco dużo? Czy ktoś przeze mnie cierpi? Czy mogłam zrobić więcej? A może czasem trzeba zadać sobie dużo prostsze pytanie: A czego ja właściwie potrzebuję? Hmm… Nie wiem. Naprawdę jeszcze nie wiem. I chyba pierwszy raz nie czuję, że muszę znać odpowiedź od razu. Może wystarczy, że zaczęłam o to pytać. Może wystarczy, że po tylu latach w końcu siebie zauważyłam. Zmęczoną. Trochę zagubioną. Trochę poobijaną. Nieidealną. Ale nadal to jestem JA… I chyba chcę teraz trochę częściej wybierać właśnie ją. Siebie…

Jeśli jesteście jeszcze ze mną… dziękuję. Naprawdę. Dużo łatwiej jest mi pokazać Wam kwiaty z mojego ogrodu, coś ugotować, nakryć pięknie stół albo opowiedzieć o małych rzeczach, które sprawiają mi radość. To jest łatwe. To, co napisałam dzisiaj… nie było. Ale może właśnie o tym też jest Seasonal Living. Nie tylko o porach roku za oknem. Nie tylko o tym, co właśnie kwitnie, co zbieramy z ogrodu albo co gotujemy. My też się zmieniamy. Czasami mamy mnóstwo energii. Tworzymy. Dajemy. Kochamy. Mamy ochotę brać życie pełnymi garściami. A czasami mamy po prostu dość. I wtedy też jesteśmy okej. Może nie zawsze trzeba kwitnąć. Może czasami trzeba po prostu dać sobie spokój. Trochę ciszy. Trochę zrozumienia… I trochę tej troski, którą tak łatwo dajemy wszystkim dookoła. Jeżeli jesteś teraz właśnie w takim momencie, nie czekaj z sobą na później. Nie czekaj, aż wszystko będzie zrobione. Aż wszyscy będą zadowoleni. Aż życie w końcu trochę zwolni. Bo może nie zwolni. Ja też już nie chcę czekać. Nie mam zamiaru obiecywać sobie, że od jutra będę nową, lepszą wersją siebie. Szczerze? Mam już trochę dość ciągłego próbowania bycia „lepszą”. Chcę po prostu znowu poczuć, że jestem sobą. I tym razem postaram się nie zgubić siebie po drodze…

It’s one of the first questions we ask when we meet someone. Not What brings you joy? Not What makes you feel alive? Not What keeps you curious? Just…

What do you do?

For years, I struggled to answer. Not because I didn’t know. But because no single answer ever felt complete… I’ve spent so much of my life learning different skills, following unexpected paths, and saying yes to opportunities that simply felt right. For a long time, I thought that meant I lacked direction. I believed that if you couldn’t point to one title, one profession, one perfectly polished identity, somehow you hadn’t quite made it. Maybe that belief started in childhood. Maybe I simply grew up thinking that if you were capable of doing many things, you weren’t exceptional at any of them. Now I wonder if the opposite is true. Maybe we aren’t meant to spend our lives becoming just one thing… Maybe we’re meant to gather experiences. To remain curious. To learn. To create. To keep beginning again. There was a time when I wanted one clear answer. Today, I’m far more interested in asking myself a different question.

Am I living in a way that feels true?

Because perhaps that’s a far better measure of a life than the title written on a business card.

The other day, a friend and I found ourselves talking about autumn. And somewhere in the conversation, we both admitted something that surprised me… We’re ready for it. I am ready for it. If you’ve been here for a while, you’ll know that’s not something I would usually say. I’ve always described myself as a spring and summer girl. I love the longer days. The herbs growing wildly in the garden. The first roses. Open windows. Eating outside. Everything feels full of possibility. Autumn was never my favourite season. Or at least, that’s what I’ve always believed. But lately, I’ve caught myself looking forward to slower mornings. To warm soups simmering on the stove. To lighting candles before dinner. To wrapping myself in a blanket with a good book and a cup of tea. And it made me wonder… Maybe I’m changing… And maybe that’s perfectly okay.

I’ve started thinking about how often we hold on to old descriptions of ourselves. “I’m not an autumn person.” “I’m not creative.” “I’m not good with numbers.” “I’m just…” Those little sentences quietly become part of our identity. We repeat them for years. Sometimes long after they’ve stopped being true. The woman I was five years ago needed spring. She needed movement. New beginnings. A full diary. The woman I am today still loves all of those things. But she also craves stillness. Space. A slower rhythm. Neither version is more right than the other. They’re simply different seasons of the same life.

Perhaps that’s what seasonal living has been teaching me all along. Nature never apologises for changing. The garden doesn’t cling to spring when autumn arrives. The roses don’t try to bloom forever. The leaves don’t question whether it’s the right time to let go. Everything changes when it’s ready. Without guilt. Without explanation. Without asking for permission. Maybe we could learn something from that. Maybe growing older isn’t about becoming someone completely different. Maybe it’s about giving ourselves permission to become more honest. To let go of the labels that no longer fit. To stop introducing ourselves by what we do, or by who we used to be. And instead, simply allow ourselves to evolve. Because perhaps we were never meant to stay the same…

Just like the seasons, we were always meant to change…

🇵🇱 Skąd właściwie wiemy, kim jesteśmy? Ostatnio coraz częściej zauważam, jak łatwo przywiązujemy się do pewnych wersji samych siebie. Do rzeczy, które podobno kochamy. Do tych, o których od lat powtarzamy, że zupełnie nie są dla nas. Do małych definicji siebie, które nosimy ze sobą tak długo, że nawet nie przychodzi nam do głowy, żeby zapytać, czy nadal do nas pasują. A potem od czasu do czasu wydarza się coś zupełnie niepozornego i nagle pojawia się myśl…

Może jednak się zmieniłam…

No dobrze… a Ty czym właściwie zajmujesz się w życiu?

To jedno z pierwszych pytań, które zadajemy, kiedy poznajemy kogoś nowego. Nie: Co sprawia Ci radość? Nie: Przy czym czujesz, że naprawdę żyjesz? Nie: Co wciąż budzi Twoją ciekawość? Tylko… Czym się zajmujesz? Przez wiele lat nie potrafiłam odpowiedzieć na to pytanie bez chwili zawahania. Nie dlatego, że nie znałam odpowiedzi. Po prostu żadna pojedyncza odpowiedź nigdy nie wydawała mi się pełna. Przez dużą część mojego życia uczyłam się różnych rzeczy, zdobywałam nowe umiejętności, skręcałam w zupełnie nieoczekiwane strony i mówiłam „tak” możliwościom, które po prostu wydawały mi się właściwe. Przez długi czas myślałam, że oznacza to brak kierunku. Że jeśli nie potrafisz wskazać jednego zawodu, jednego tytułu, jednej pięknie poukładanej wersji siebie, to może jednak czegoś Ci brakuje. Może to przekonanie zostało ze mną jeszcze z dzieciństwa. Może gdzieś po drodze nauczyłam się wierzyć, że jeśli potrafisz robić wiele rzeczy, to tak naprawdę w żadnej nie możesz być naprawdę dobra… Dziś coraz częściej zastanawiam się, czy przypadkiem nie jest dokładnie odwrotnie. Może po prostu nie jestesmy stworzeni do tego, żeby przez całe życie zajmować się tylko jedną rzeczą. Może mamy zbierać doświadczenia. Pozostawać ciekawi. Uczyć się. Tworzyć. Próbować. I od czasu do czasu zaczynać od nowa. Kiedyś bardzo chciałam mieć jedną, konkretną odpowiedź. Dzisiaj dużo bardziej interesuje mnie inne pytanie.

Czy żyję w sposób, który naprawdę jest mój?

Bo może właśnie to mówi o naszym życiu znacznie więcej niż stanowisko zapisane na wizytówce… Kilka dni temu rozmawiałam z przyjaciółką o jesieni. I gdzieś pomiędzy jednym zdaniem a drugim obie przyznałyśmy coś, co trochę nas zaskoczyło. Chyba jesteśmy na nią gotowe. Ja jestem gotowa… Jeśli jesteście tutaj ze mną od jakiegoś czasu, wiecie, że nie są to słowa, których można by się po mnie spodziewać. Zawsze mówiłam o sobie, że jestem dziewczyną wiosny i lata. Kocham długie dni. Zioła rosnące w ogrodzie trochę tak, jakby nikt nie powiedział im, gdzie powinny się zatrzymać. Pierwsze róże. Otwarte na oścież okna. Biesiadowanie na zewnątrz. I to uczucie, że wszystko dopiero może się wydarzyć. Jesień nigdy nie była moją porą roku. A przynajmniej tak zawsze o sobie myślałam. Tylko że ostatnio coraz częściej łapię się na tym, że czekam na wolniejsze poranki. Na garnek ciepłej zupy pyrkającej na kuchence. Na świece zapalane jeszcze przed kolacją. Na koc, dobrą książkę i kubek gorącej herbaty trzymany w dłoniach. I zaczęłam się zastanawiać…Może się zmieniam… I może naprawdę nie ma w tym nic złego.

Myślę ostatnio o tym, jak często kurczowo trzymamy się starych opisów samych siebie. „Nie jestem jesieniarą .” „Nie jestem kreatywna.” „Nigdy nie byłam dobra z liczb.” „Ja po prostu taka jestem…” Hmm… Niewinne zdania. A jednak powtarzane wystarczająco długo zaczynają być częścią naszej tożsamości. Nosimy je ze sobą przez lata. Czasem długo po tym, kiedy przestały być prawdziwe. Kobieta, którą byłam pięć lat temu, potrzebowała wiosny. Potrzebowała ruchu. Nowych początków. Kalendarza pełnego planów. Kobieta, którą jestem dzisiaj, nadal kocha te wszystkie rzeczy. Ale coraz częściej potrzebuje również ciszy. Przestrzeni. Wolniejszego rytmu. Żadna z tych wersji mnie nie jest lepsza. Żadna nie jest bardziej prawdziwa. To po prostu różne pory tego samego życia.

Może właśnie tego od początku uczy mnie życie zgodne z porami roku. Natura nigdy nie przeprasza za to, że się zmienia. Ogród nie próbuje zatrzymać lata, kiedy przychodzi jesień. Róże nie walczą o to, żeby kwitnąć bez końca.Liście nie zastanawiają się, czy to na pewno odpowiedni moment, żeby opaść. Wszystko zmienia się wtedy, kiedy jest na to gotowe. Bez poczucia winy. Bez tłumaczenia się. Bez pytania kogokolwiek o pozwolenie. Może warto się od natury tego nauczyć. Może dojrzewanie wcale nie polega na tym, że któregoś dnia stajemy się kimś zupełnie innym. Może chodzi o to, że z czasem mamy w sobie coraz więcej odwagi, żeby być ze sobą naprawdę szczerzy. Pozwolić odejść określeniom, które już do nas nie pasują. Przestać przedstawiać się światu przez pryzmat tego, co robimy. Albo przez pryzmat tego, kim kiedyś byliśmy. I po prostu pozwolić sobie zmieniać się po drodze. Bo może nigdy nie mieliśmy pozostać tacy sami… Tak jak pory roku, od początku byliśmy stworzeni do zmiany.

A ja chyba wreszcie uczę się, że nie muszę się jej bać… A Ty ?

I’m so glad you’re here. I have a feeling this chapter has been quietly waiting for me for a very long time. Sometimes the answers we’re searching for don’t arrive all at once. They reveal themselves gently, hidden within the ordinary moments we’ve been living all along. So, wherever you are, let’s slow down for a little while and begin…

…Last Sunday, my husband and I had one of those completely unnecessary little arguments. You know the kind… the ones that, a few minutes later, make you wonder why you even wasted the energy. We didn’t make up straight away. Instead, I marched outside and started clearing my shed. A few minutes later, he quietly wandered off and started sorting his own ;-) No grand apology. No dramatic conversation. Just two slightly stubborn people taking their frustration out on years of accumulated clutter. Looking back, it’s actually quite funny. By the end of the afternoon we’d achieved far more than we probably would have if we’d spent the day sulking. Once the sheds were sorted, I finally turned my attention to the room that used to be my little studio. Over the years, it had slowly become the place where everything else ended up. Boxes. Forgotten projects. Things without a proper home. Standing there, I realised I didn’t just miss the room. I missed the person I was in that room. So, I picked up my phone. I didn’t plan a shoot or think too much about it. I simply took a few photos of random things. Then I brought my old potting bench inside, put together a simple tabletop using a few reclaimed wooden boards, cleaned the shelves, and slowly started making the space feel like mine again. There’s still plenty left to do. The room needs refreshing, and it’s far from finished. But I loved every minute of it. Not because everything looked perfect. Because it felt right.

Somewhere between moving furniture, styling little corners and taking those photographs, something clicked. I realised how deeply I had missed this. Not photography. Not even having a studio. But styling. I’ve come to realise that styling has quietly followed me through almost every chapter of my life. Food. Tables. Gardens. Shelves. Flowers. Little corners of home. Bringing ordinary things together in a way that simply feels good. I don’t think it’s about making things look beautiful for other people. I think it’s about making the world around me feel beautiful to live in. And maybe that’s what creativity has always been for me. As I stood there, moving things around, styling little corners and taking photographs of completely ordinary objects, another thought quietly appeared. For years, I’ve been trying to answer the same question. What is the one thing I’m supposed to do? I’ve baked. I’ve taught. I’ve coached. I’ve cooked. I’ve photographed. I’ve gardened. I’ve sewn. I’ve restored old furniture. I’ve been fascinated by interiors, fashion, flowers, food and the tiny details that most people walk past without noticing.

For a long time, I thought that was my problem. If you can do many things, perhaps you’ll never become exceptional at one. Maybe that’s why I always felt as though I had to choose. When I focused on coaching, I missed creating. When I focused on creating, I felt guilty for not teaching. It was as if every version of myself left another one behind.

But standing in that room, I wondered… What if I was trying to separate things that were never meant to be separated? Because whether I’m cooking a meal, setting a table, arranging flowers, styling a photograph, refreshing a room or planting herbs in the garden, I’m doing the same thing. I’m creating an experience. I’m telling a story. I’m helping ordinary things become meaningful. I’ve often struggled to understand why presentation matters so much to me. Some people see food simply as nutrition. I’ve never been able to. To me, food begins long before the first bite. It begins with colour. Texture. Light. The bowl you choose. The napkin. The herbs scattered on top. The atmosphere around the table. We’re nourished by so much more than ingredients alone. And perhaps that’s true of life, too.

Maybe I’ve spent years looking for one career, one title or one label, when the thread connecting everything has been there all along.

It isn’t cooking. It isn’t photography. It isn’t coaching. It isn’t gardening. It’s creativity expressed through styling. Not styling for perfection. Not styling for social media. But styling as a way of noticing. Of caring. Of bringing beauty into ordinary moments.

For the first time in a long time, I don’t feel like I have to choose between all the parts of myself. They’re not competing with one another. They’re all speaking the same language.

I think I’m finally ready to take the next step. A deep inhale. A slow exhale. And then... do it anyway. Don’t overthink it. Just be you. That’s more than enough.

🇵🇱 Zanim zaczniemy…

W zeszłą niedzielę mieliśmy z moim mężem małą sprzeczkę… Taką zupełnie zwyczajną. O coś, co dziś trudno byłoby mi nawet uznać za ważne. Pewnie znacie takie sytuacje. Czasami wystarczy zmęczenie albo gorszy dzień i nagle coś zupełnie błahego urasta do rangi problemu. Nie rozmawialiśmy przez chwilę. Ja, trochę obrażona, poszłam ogarniać mój schowek ogrodowy, który kiedyś był moją pracownią. I wiecie co? Mój mąż po kilku minutach zrobił dokładnie to samo… Każde z nas zajęło się swoją częścią. Dzisiaj śmieję się na samą myśl o tym. Zamiast dalej się złościć, wyładowaliśmy emocje na rzeczach, które od miesięcy czekały na uporządkowanie. To był chyba najlepszy finał tej sprzeczki. Kiedy skończyliśmy, weszłam do pomieszczenia , który kiedyś był moją małą pracownią. Przez ostatnie lata zamieniło się w miejsce, do którego trafiało wszystko, co akurat nie miało swojego miejsca. Kartony, pudełka, różne drobiazgi, niedokończone pomysły. Stanęłam na środku i nagle dotarło do mnie, że nie tęsknię tylko za tym pokojem.

Tęsknię za sobą, którą tam zostawiłam.

Wyciągnęłam telefon. Zaczęłam robić zdjęcia kilku zupełnie przypadkowym rzeczom. Potem wniosłam do środka mój stary stół ogrodniczy, z kilku drewnianych desek zrobiłam prosty blat do zdjęć, uporządkowałam półki i zaczęłam odzyskiwać tę przestrzeń. Pracy jest tam jeszcze naprawdę sporo. Pokój wymaga odświeżenia, wiele rzeczy nadal czeka na swoje miejsce. Ale wiecie co? Byłam szczęśliwa. Tak po prostu. I właśnie wtedy coś do mnie dotarło. Przez tyle lat próbowałam odpowiedzieć sobie na jedno pytanie.

Co właściwie jest “moją rzeczą”? Piekłam. Gotowałam. Prowadziłam konsultacje. Uczyłam. Fotografowałam. Szyłam. Odnawiałam meble. Urządzałam wnętrza. Tworzyłam ogród. Interesowałam się modą. I przez bardzo długi czas wydawało mi się, że właśnie to jest moim problemem. Bo jeśli potrafisz robić wiele różnych rzeczy, zaczynasz myśleć, że nie jesteś wystarczająco dobra w żadnej z nich. Próbowałam więc wybierać. Kiedy bardziej skupiałam się na pracy z ludźmi, brakowało mi tworzenia. Kiedy tworzyłam, miałam poczucie, że zaniedbuję tę drugą część siebie. Jakby każda decyzja oznaczała rezygnację z czegoś, co również jest mną. Aż w końcu zrozumiałam, że może od początku zadawałam sobie niewłaściwe pytanie. Bo niezależnie od tego, czy gotuję, przygotowuję stół, fotografuję, urządzam wnętrze, sadzę zioła czy odnawiam stary mebel… Ja cały czas robię dokładnie to samo. Tworzę. Od zawsze fascynowało mnie nie tylko to, co robię, ale jak to wygląda. Jedzenie nigdy nie było dla mnie tylko jedzeniem. To światło wpadające przez okno. To miska, którą wybieram. Lniana serwetka. Kilka gałązek ziół. To uczucie, jakie tworzy się wokół stołu. Przecież najpierw jemy oczami. Dopiero później bierzemy pierwszy kęs. I chyba właśnie to jest wspólnym mianownikiem wszystkiego, co robiłam przez całe życie. Nie gotowanie. Nie fotografia. Nie ogród. Nie wnętrza. Nie moda. Tylko tworzenie. Nie rozumiane jako dążenie do perfekcji. Ale jako sposób patrzenia na świat. Dostrzeganie piękna w zwykłych rzeczach. Łączenie pozornie prostych elementów w coś, co wywołuje emocje. Tworzenie przestrzeni, w której po prostu dobrze się jest. Po raz pierwszy od bardzo dawna nie czuję, że muszę wybierać jedną drogę. Bo wszystkie moje pasje nigdy nie były od siebie oddzielone. One od zawsze prowadziły mnie dokładnie w to samo miejsce. Może więc nie szukałam siebie. Może po prostu na chwilę zgubiłam wspólny mianownik wszystkiego, co kocham.

I mam wrażenie, że właśnie zaczynam go odnajdywać.

Before we begin...

It’s been a few weeks since I last sat down to write…

Part of me wondered if I should publish something sooner… After all, consistency is what we’re often told matters most. But every time I opened a blank page, it felt as though I was writing simply to keep a promise to an algorithm rather than to you. So, I closed my laptop and chose something different. I spent time in the garden, even though this season has looked nothing like I expected. Some flowers have thrived, others have struggled, and more than once I’ve caught myself comparing this year to the last. I’ve cooked without taking photographs. I’ve read without making notes. I’ve had conversations that didn’t end with me wondering how they could become a content. I’VE SIMPLY BEEN LIVING. And somewhere in those ordinary days, I found what I wanted to write about. Perhaps that’s the lesson I needed most. Before we can share something meaningful, we have to experience it first. So thank you for waiting. I’m glad you’re here. Now, let’s make ourselves a cup of tea and begin...

A few mornings ago I walked into the garden with my coffee, expecting to see what I had imagined months before. The dahlias would be taller. The cosmos would be overflowing with flowers. Everything would look as beautiful as it did last summer. Instead, I found gaps. Plants that had barely grown. Flowers that had produced only a single bloom. Leaves that looked tired long before they should have. I stood there for a moment. “This isn’t the garden I imagined.” I looked around again. “But then again... It hasn’t been the same year, has it? “ A colder spring. Long dry spells. Days that were far too hot. Rain arriving at exactly the wrong time. The plants haven’t had the same conditions. “So why was I expecting the same outcome?” I stood there for another moment. That’s when I realised I wasn’t really talking about the garden anymore. I’d been doing exactly the same thing to myself. Comparing today with last year. Wondering why I hadn’t written as much. Why creating felt slower. Why some plans were taking longer than I’d imagined. As though nothing around me had changed. But everything had. Different responsibilities. Different worries. Different joys. Different disappointments. Different lessons. “So why was I expecting myself to respond to it all in exactly the same way?” That question stayed with me. Perhaps slower isn’t the problem. Perhaps slower is exactly what this season has been asking of me. So I’ve made a quiet promise to myself. TO SPEND MORE TIME WITH MYSELF…

Less time in front of a screen. Less scrolling. Less searching for inspiration somewhere else. Less feeling as though I was somehow falling behind. Because the truth is, the ideas I value most never arrive while I’m endlessly consuming what everyone else is doing. They arrive when life becomes quiet enough for me to hear my own thoughts again. I’ve been trying to create little pockets of time throughout the day that belong only to me. A few minutes of face yoga. A gentle belly massage. Some strength training. A walk. Nothing extraordinary. Yet together, those moments have started to feel like a way of coming home to myself. The other day, halfway through a workout, I caught myself thinking... “Come on... you should be able to do this.” I stopped. “Should I? Who decided that?”

For so long I didn’t realise how often I expected my body to behave according to my plans. I expected energy when I wanted to work. I expected progress because I believed I was doing everything “right.” I expected my body to keep up, no matter what else life was asking of it. But our bodies don’t work like that. They aren’t machines to be managed or projects to be completed. They’re constantly responding to everything we experience. Our sleep. Our emotions. Our stress. Our thoughts. Our environment. Our seasons. The more I learn, the more I realise that health isn’t about controlling the body. It’s about learning to listen to it. And perhaps that’s becoming the most important part of my own journey.

“Because how can I encourage others to slow down, to nourish themselves and to listen to their bodies if I quietly forget to do the same for myself?”

I don’t want to become someone who spends so much time helping others that I lose sight of myself. I want to keep learning. I want to keep listening. I want to understand my own body a little better each year. TO NOTICE HOW STRESS SPEAKS BEFORE IT SHOUTS. To recognise when I need rest instead of pushing harder. To stay curious rather than critical. I believe that’s what allows us to truly support other people. Not having all the answers. But being willing to keep learning from our own lives. Maybe that’s what this season has really been giving me. Not less progress. Just a different kind of growth. There has been something deeply comforting about giving myself permission to move more slowly. Not because life has become easier. But because I’ve stopped believing that every quiet moment needs to be filled. I’m learning that the most nourishing parts of a day are often the ones nobody else sees. Not everything valuable has to be visible. Some of the most important things happen quietly. So now I find myself asking a different question. “What does this season need from me?” Not last year’s version of me. Not the version I think I should be. Just me. Here. Today. Because life isn’t asking us to repeat our best season. It’s inviting us to live the one we’re in.

…Before I came back inside, I caught myself smiling. “We’re going to be okay.” It wasn’t really about the flowers anymore. And maybe it never was. So I’ll keep watering the garden. I’ll keep making tea. I’ll keep learning how to listen a little better. The rest can unfold in its own time.

Zanim zaczniemy… Minęło już kilka tygodni, odkąd ostatni raz usiadłam do pisania. Kilka razy otwierałam laptopa z myślą: „Dzisiaj. Dzisiaj na pewno coś napiszę.” W końcu wszędzie słyszymy, że najważniejsza jest regularność. Że trzeba być obecnym. Nie znikać. Nie robić zbyt długich przerw. Ale… za każdym razem, kiedy patrzyłam na pustą stronę, miałam wrażenie, że piszę nie dlatego, że naprawdę mam coś do powiedzenia, tylko dlatego, że wypada. Żeby algorytm był zadowolony. Żeby nie wypaść z rytmu. Więc zamykałam laptopa. I wybierałam życie. Ogród. Dobrą książkę. Gotowanie bez robienia zdjęć. Rozmowy, które nie kończyły się myślą: „To byłby dobry post.” Po prostu byłam. I chyba właśnie tego najbardziej potrzebowałam. Coraz częściej dochodzę do wniosku, że zanim podzielimy się czymś wartościowym z innymi, najpierw sami musimy tego doświadczyć. Dlatego dziękuję, że poczekaliście.Naprawdę się cieszę, że tu jesteście. No dobrze… Zaparzmy herbatę…

Któregoś ranka wyszłam do ogrodu z kubkiem kawy. Spojrzałam na dalie. Potem na kosmosy. I pierwsza myśl? „To miało wyglądać zupełnie inaczej…” Jeszcze chwilę stałam w ciszy. „Przecież w zeszłym roku o tej porze było tak pięknie.” Rozejrzałam się jeszcze raz. Były miejsca, które aż prosiły się o kolor. Rośliny, które ledwo urosły. Kwiaty, które zakwitły tylko raz. Liście zmęczone zdecydowanie za wcześnie. I wtedy przyszła kolejna myśl.„Ale zaraz…To przecież nie był taki sam rok.” Chłodna wiosna. Długie tygodnie bez deszczu. Upały. Deszcz, który przychodził wtedy, kiedy najmniej był potrzebny. Przecież ten ogród przez cały sezon próbował odnaleźć się w zupełnie innych warunkach. „Więc dlaczego oczekiwałaś od niego tego samego?” Uśmiechnęłam się. Bo nagle dotarło do mnie, że już od dłuższej chwili nie myślę o ogrodzie. Myślałam o sobie. O tym, jak często porównuję siebie do tej Gosi sprzed roku. Zastanawiam się, dlaczego piszę mniej. Dlaczego niektóre pomysły potrzebują więcej czasu. Dlaczego nie wszystko przychodzi mi z taką lekkością jak kiedyś. Jakby przez ten rok nic się nie wydarzyło. A przecież wydarzyło się tak wiele. Były inne obowiązki. Inne emocje. Inne wyzwania. Inne radości. Inne rozczarowania. Inna ja. I wtedy zadałam sobie pytanie, które zostało ze mną na długo. „Dlaczego oczekuję od siebie, że wszystko będzie wyglądało tak samo, skoro nic nie było takie samo?” Może problemem wcale nie jest to, że zwolniłam. Może właśnie tego potrzebowałam. Może właśnie o to prosi mnie ten sezon. Nie o więcej. Tylko o trochę mniej. Mniej pośpiechu. Mniej zamieszania. Mniej prób nadążania za wszystkim i wszystkimi. Dlatego obiecałam sobie coś … Więcej czasu dla siebie. Mniej czasu przed ekranem. Mniej scrolowania. Mniej szukania inspiracji wszędzie dookoła. Bo coraz bardziej widzę, że najlepsze pomysły nie przychodzą wtedy, kiedy patrzę na to, co robią inni. Przychodzą wtedy, kiedy zrobi się wystarczająco cicho, żebym znowu usłyszała własne myśli. Gdzieś po drodze zauważyłam też, że zmieniło się moje podejście do dbania o siebie. Nie wydarzyło się to nagle. Nie było jednego przełomowego momentu. Po prostu zaczęłam szukać w ciągu dnia małych chwil, które należą tylko do mnie. Kilka minut jogi twarzy. Delikatny masaż brzucha. Trening siłowy. Spacer. Nic spektakularnego. A jednak wszystkie te drobne momenty razem sprawiają, że coraz częściej czuję, jakbym wracała do samej siebie. Kilka dni temu, w połowie treningu, złapałam się na pewnej myśli. “No dalej… przecież powinnaś dać radę.” Zatrzymałam się. Czy naprawdę powinnam? I kto właściwie o tym zdecydował? Przez długi czas nawet nie zauważałam, jak wiele oczekiwań stawiałam własnemu ciału. Oczekiwałam energii wtedy, kiedy chciałam pracować. Oczekiwałam efektów, bo przecież robiłam wszystko „jak należy”. Oczekiwałam, że moje ciało będzie nadążać, niezależnie od tego, z czym mierzy się moje życie. A przecież nasze ciała tak nie działają. Nie są maszynami, którymi można zarządzać. Nie są projektami do nieustannego poprawiania. Nieustannie odpowiadają na wszystko, czego doświadczamy. Na sen. Emocje. Stres. Myśli. To, co jemy. Ludzi, którymi się otaczamy. A nawet na zmieniające się pory roku. Im więcej jestem dla siebie, tym bardziej utwierdzam się w przekonaniu, że zdrowie nie polega na kontrolowaniu ciała. Polega na nauczeniu się jego języka. Na zauważaniu cichych sygnałów, zanim zamienią się w krzyk. Na dostrzeganiu zmęczenia, które zbyt długo ignorowaliśmy. Na rozpoznawaniu chwil, kiedy zamiast robić więcej, najbardziej potrzebujemy po prostu się zatrzymać. Bo jak mogę zachęcać innych, by zwolnili, zadbali o siebie i zaczęli słuchać swojego ciała, jeśli sama po cichu o tym zapominam? Nie chcę stać się osobą, która poświęca tyle uwagi innym, że przestaje dostrzegać samą siebie. Chcę lepiej rozumieć własne ciało. Rozpoznawać momenty, kiedy potrzebuję odpoczynku, zamiast zmuszać się do jeszcze większego wysiłku. Wybierać życzliwość wobec siebie zamiast ciągłej krytyki. Coraz częściej myślę, że pomaganie innym nie zaczyna się od posiadania wszystkich odpowiedzi. Zaczyna się od gotowości do uczenia się na własnym życiu. Może właśnie taki jest największy dar tego sezonu. Nie mniejszy rozwój. Po prostu cichszy. Jest coś niezwykle kojącego w tym, że dałam sobie pozwolenie, by zwolnić. Nie dlatego, że życie nagle stało się łatwiejsze. Po prostu przestałam wierzyć, że każdą wolną chwilę trzeba czymś wypełnić. Coraz bardziej ufam, że to, co naprawdę nas odżywia, bardzo często dzieje się po cichu. Bez publiczności. Bez zdjęć. Bez oklasków. To właśnie te zwyczajne chwile, których nikt nie widzi, najczęściej kształtują człowieka, którym się stajemy. Dlatego coraz częściej zadaję sobie inne pytanie. Nie: „Co jeszcze mogę zrobić?” Ale: „Czego ten moment ode mnie potrzebuje?” Nie zeszłorocznej wersji mnie. Nie tej, którą wydaje mi się, że powinnam być. Tylko mnie. Tutaj. Dzisiaj. Teraz. Bo życie nie prosi nas o powtarzanie naszych najlepszych sezonów. Zaprasza nas do pełnego przeżycia tego, w którym właśnie jesteśmy.

Hello, my Dear Readers,

This newsletter was supposed to be about something completely different… Actually, it was finished. Photos edited. Text written. Ready to go.

And then this morning happened… I went to the sauna hoping nobody would be there. That probably sounds awful, but I didn’t feel like talking to anyone. I didn’t want to hear anyone else’s conversation. I didn’t want to listen to life advice from a stranger sitting three feet away. I just wanted an hour of silence.

The place was empty. Perfect. I lay down, closed my eyes and thought, “Right, here we go. An hour to myself.” Except… I couldn’t do it… Within minutes I was moving my legs. Opening my eyes. Wondering how long I’d been there. Thinking about what I needed to do later. Thinking about what I should be doing instead. Thinking about absolutely everything except lying there. And I suddenly thought, ”This is ridiculous.”

I spend so much time talking about slowing down. About seasonal living. About listening to our bodies. About creating space. Yet, here I was, alone, in complete silence, with nowhere to be and nothing to do. And I couldn’t even sit still. Not for five minutes. That thought followed me home. Because the truth is, I don’t think the sauna was the issue. The issue is that I don’t know how to stop anymore… Maybe many of us don’t. We’re constantly looking for answers. Looking for the next thing. The next book. The next podcast. The next diet. The next supplement. The next expert who knows something we don’t.

And trust me, I’m guilty of all of it.

I’ve spent years studying health. Years learning about food. Years trying to understand why the body does what it does. But somewhere along the way, I started treating myself like a problem that needed solving. And perhaps that’s where I got lost. Because sometimes a headache is not asking to be analysed. Sometimes tiredness is not asking for another supplement. Sometimes your body isn’t asking for another expert. Sometimes it’s simply asking you to stop. And I think mine has been asking for a very long time…

Maybe that is where I need to begin. Not with another book. Not with another podcast. Not with another answer. Just by learning how to sit still long enough to hear myself again… And if I’m honest, I have no idea how to do that yet…

But for the first time in a long time, I think I’m ready to try.

🇵🇱~Seasonal Living~ Sezonowe Życie Rozdział 17 „Może nie potrzebuję kolejnej odpowiedzi”

Moi Drodzy,

ten newsletter miał być o czymś zupełnie innym. Zdjęcia były gotowe. Tekst był napisany. Wystarczyło nacisnąć „opublikuj”.

Ale dziś rano siedziałam w saunie i nagle pomyślałam, że nie mam ochoty publikować tego, co przygotowałam. Bo byłoby to kolejne ładnie opakowane słowo. A ja mam już trochę dość ładnie opakowanych słów. Poszłam do sauny z nadzieją, że nikogo tam nie będzie. Nie dlatego, że nie lubię ludzi. Po prostu ostatnio mam wrażenie, że wszędzie jest za dużo hałasu. Za dużo informacji. Za dużo opinii. Za dużo ludzi mówiących mi, co powinnam robić. I kiedy okazało się, że jestem tam sama, poczułam ulgę.

Położyłam się. Zamknęłam oczy. I pomyślałam:

„No dobrze to Twój czas, odpocznij”. Tyle że nie potrafiłam… Ruszałam nogami. Otwierałam oczy. Sprawdzałam godzinę. Myślałam o tym, co mam zrobić po powrocie. O tym, czego nie zrobiłam wczoraj. O tym, co powinnam zrobić jutro. O wszystkim. Tylko nie o tym, żeby po prostu tam być. I wtedy dotarło do mnie coś, czego chyba nie chciałam usłyszeć.

Ja nie wiem, jak się zatrzymać. Naprawdę. Nie wiem.

Przez lata wydawało mi się, że jestem osobą świadomą. Przecież tyle wiem. Przecież interesuję się zdrowiem. Przecież uczę innych słuchać swojego ciała. A jednak sama wpadłam w dokładnie tę samą pułapkę co wszyscy. Jeżeli coś mi dolegało, szukałam odpowiedzi. Jeżeli byłam zmęczona, szukałam odpowiedzi. Jeżeli miałam wzdęcia, szukałam odpowiedzi. Jeżeli brakowało mi energii, szukałam odpowiedzi. Książka. Podcast. Suplement. Nowa teoria. Nowy ekspert. Nowa nadzieja. I nie mówię, że to wszystko jest złe. Ale zaczynam się zastanawiać, czy nie pogubiliśmy się trochę w tym ciągłym szukaniu… Bo dzisiaj mamy odpowiedź na wszystko. Internet mówi nam, jak jeść. Jak spać. Jak oddychać. Jak ćwiczyć. Jak wychowywać dzieci. Jak żyć. Tylko, że im więcej słucham tego wszystkiego, tym częściej mam wrażenie, że coraz mniej słyszę samą siebie i coraz mniej wiem … I może właśnie o to chodzi. Może problemem nie jest to, że nie wiemy wystarczająco dużo. Może wiemy już zdecydowanie za dużo. Może jesteśmy tak zajęci naprawianiem siebie, że zapomnieliśmy, jak ze sobą być??? Bo prawda jest taka, że moje ciało mówi do mnie od dawna. Tylko ja za każdym razem próbowałam odpowiedzieć mu kolejnym rozwiązaniem.A może ono wcale nie chce rozwiązania. Może ono chce, żebym w końcu usiadła i posłuchała. I to jest dla mnie najtrudniejsze. Siedzenie w ciszy. Sama ze sobą. Bez rozwiązywania. Bez poprawiania. Bez szukania.

Bo jeśli mam być szczera, to właśnie wtedy czuję największy dyskomfort. I może właśnie tam znajduje się odpowiedź, której od tak dawna szukam wszędzie indziej…

Dzisiaj było o mnie dla Was… Nie wiem jeszcze, co z tym zrobię. Nie mam gotowego rozwiązania. Nie mam pięciu kroków do lepszego życia. How have you been recently?

After last week’s heatwave, everything seems to have returned to its usual rhythm here. The temperatures have dropped and it feels as though it has rained almost every day. As much as I enjoyed the sunshine, the garden desperately needed the rain. Everything looks greener already, softer somehow, as though the earth has finally taken a long drink after being thirsty for weeks. Perhaps the weather is partly responsible for my mood… Or perhaps it is something else entirely… The truth is, I have been feeling a little lost lately… Not in a dramatic way. Not in an everything-is-falling-apart kind of way. Just in that quiet, unsettling way that arrives when one chapter of life feels as though it is ending and the next one has not quite revealed itself yet. I have found myself questioning things I felt certain about only a few months ago. Reconsidering plans. Changing my mind. Letting go of ideas I thought I wanted. And learning, slowly, that uncertainty is not always something that needs to be fixed.

Perhaps it is because so much has happened recently. For months, our caravan, Ruta, felt like a never-ending project. When we bought her in January, I remember saying, “This will be a nice, easy project.” How wrong I was. In my mind, I had already imagined us enjoying weekends away by early spring, sitting outside with a cup of tea and admiring all our hard work. Reality, of course, had other plans… What seemed like a simple makeover quickly turned into months of painting, repairing, replacing, rethinking and starting over. Every time we crossed one job off the list, another appeared. There were moments when it felt as though we were making progress, only to discover something else that needed attention. At times, I wondered whether we would ever actually finish…

And then, last Saturday, without any grand announcement, we did. We packed a few things, took the dogs, and went away. I remember sitting there and realising that for months I had been focused on the next task, the next improvement, the next thing that needed fixing. I had forgotten that the whole point was to enjoy the journey. The truth is, I think I have been doing that in other areas of my life too.

For a while now, I have been questioning many things. My business. Instagram. The website. What I want to offer. What I want to keep. What I want to let go of. I wish I could tell you that I have all the answers, but I don’t. In fact, if I am being completely honest, “I’m not sure” has become one of the most frequent phrases in my vocabulary lately… For someone who has always liked having everything organised, this has felt both uncomfortable and strangely freeing at the same time. A few years ago, I would have rushed to find the answers. I would have made lists, created plans, set goals and convinced myself that I simply needed to work harder to figure everything out. Now, I’m not so sure… The older I get, the more I realise that not knowing is not a failure. It is simply part of being human. This season, I find myself wanting less certainty and more trust. Trust that I do not have to figure out my entire future this week. Trust that what is meant for me will arrive in its own time. Trust that not every hobby needs to become a business, not every passion needs to become a product, and not every beautiful moment needs to be shared online. For years, I have carried a quiet pressure to always be doing more. Growing more. Creating more. Producing more. Posting more. BEING MORE…

Perhaps many of you know exactly what I mean. It is such a strange thing, isn’t it? We spend years building a life and then somehow convince ourselves that what we already have is not enough. Lately, I have been trying to notice the moments that already make up a good life. A cup of tea in the garden. The smell of roses after rain. A conversation with a friend. A walk with the dogs. A meal shared around the table. Watching the evening light move across the room. These moments are so ordinary that they are easy to overlook. Yet, when I think about the life I truly want, it is made almost entirely of these things. Not achievements. Not numbers. Not followers. Not productivity.

JUST MOMENTS…

This season, I am leaving behind the idea that I have to constantly prove myself. I am leaving behind comparison. I am leaving behind the pressure to keep up with everyone else. I am leaving behind perfectionism disguised as ambition. I am leaving behind the belief that I am responsible for everything and everyone around me. Most of all, I am leaving behind the idea that my worth depends on how much I produce. Instead, I want to make room for something softer. More presence. More simplicity. More trust. More joy. Perhaps that is what seasonal living has always been about. Not becoming someone else. Not fixing ourselves. Not endlessly striving. But returning, again and again, to who we already are. As summer will soon unfolds, I do not have a grand plan. I do not know exactly what comes next. And for the first time in a long while, that feels perfectly acceptable. For now, I will tend the garden. Dry the herbs. Write when the words arrive. Rest when they do not. And trust that this season will unfold exactly as it should.

Jak się ostatnio macie?

Po zeszłotygodniowej fali upałów wszystko wróciło u nas do swojego zwykłego rytmu. Temperatury spadły, niebo znów zrobiło się szare, a deszcz zagląda do nas niemal codziennie. Choć słońce było piękne, ogród bardzo potrzebował deszczu. Wszystko wygląda teraz bardziej świeżo, bardziej zielono, jakby ziemia w końcu mogła odetchnąć po kilku tygodniach suszy. Być może pogoda ma wpływ na moje rozmyślania. A może chodzi o coś zupełnie innego… Prawda jest taka, że od jakiegoś czasu czuję się trochę zagubiona. Nie w dramatyczny sposób. Nie tak, że wszystko się rozpada. Raczej w ten trudny do opisania sposób, który pojawia się wtedy, gdy jeden etap życia dobiega końca, a kolejny nie zdążył się jeszcze w pełni rozpocząć. Łapię się na tym, że kwestionuję rzeczy, których jeszcze kilka miesięcy temu byłam całkowicie pewna. Zmieniam zdanie. Weryfikuję plany. Odpuszczam pomysły, które kiedyś wydawały mi się ważne. I powoli uczę się, że niepewność nie zawsze jest problemem, który trzeba natychmiast rozwiązać. Być może to dlatego, że w ostatnich miesiącach wydarzyło się naprawdę sporo. Na przyklad, Kiedy kupiliśmy Rutę w styczniu, byłam przekonana, że będzie to szybki i całkiem prosty projekt. „Kilka poprawek, trochę farby i na wiosnę ruszamy w drogę” - myślałam. Jak bardzo się myliłam. To, co miało zająć kilka tygodni, przeciągnęło się na długie miesiące. Każde skończone zadanie odsłaniało kolejne. Malowanie, naprawy, poprawki, niekończące się listy rzeczy do zrobienia. Były chwile, kiedy zastanawiałam się, czy kiedykolwiek uda nam się dotrzeć do momentu, w którym po prostu będziemy mogli z niej korzystać… A potem, zupełnie niepostrzeżenie, ten moment nadszedł. W ubiegły weekend spakowaliśmy kilka rzeczy, zabraliśmy psy i pojechaliśmy na nasz pierwszy wypad. Siedząc tam, zdałam sobie sprawę, że przez wiele miesięcy skupiałam się wyłącznie na kolejnym zadaniu, kolejnej poprawce, kolejnej rzeczy do naprawienia. Zapomniałam, że cały sens tego projektu polegał przecież na tym, żeby cieszyć się drogą. I myślę, że podobnie było również w innych obszarach mojego życia. Od pewnego czasu zadaję sobie wiele pytań. O moją działalność. O Instagram. O stronę internetową. O to, co chcę tworzyć. Co chcę rozwijać. A z czego być może powinnam zrezygnować. Chciałabym powiedzieć Wam, że znam odpowiedzi na wszystkie te pytania. Ale prawda jest taka, że nie znam… Jeśli mam być szczera, zdanie „nie wiem” pojawia się ostatnio w mojej głowie wyjątkowo często. Dla osoby, która zawsze była poukładana jest to jednocześnie niewygodne i zaskakująco uwalniające. Kilka lat temu próbowałabym wszystko natychmiast uporządkować. Tworzyłabym listy. Wyznaczała cele. Układała strategię. Przekonywała samą siebie, że wystarczy pracować ciężej, aby znaleźć odpowiedź. Dzisiaj już nie jestem tego taka pewna. Im jestem starsza, tym bardziej rozumiem, że niewiedza nie oznacza porażki. To po prostu część życia. W tym sezonie pragnę mniej pewności, a więcej zaufania. Zaufania, że nie muszę znać odpowiedzi na wszystkie pytania już dziś. Że nie muszę zaplanować całej swojej przyszłości w ciągu jednego tygodnia. Że to, co jest dla mnie przeznaczone, przyjdzie we właściwym czasie. Że nie każda pasja musi stać się biznesem. Nie każde hobby musi przynosić dochód. I nie każda piękna chwila musi zostać pokazana w internecie. Przez wiele lat nosiłam w sobie cichą presję, by robić więcej. Tworzyć więcej. Pracować więcej. Publikować więcej. Osiągać więcej. Być kimś więcej. Być może część z Was doskonale zna to uczucie. To zabawne, prawda? Budujemy życie, a potem wmawiamy sobie, że wciąż nie jest wystarczające… Ostatnio próbuję częściej dostrzegać to, co już mam. Kubek herbaty wypitej w ogrodzie. Zapach róż po deszczu. Rozmowę z przyjacielem. Spacer z psami. Wspólny posiłek. Wieczorne światło wpadające przez okno. To bardzo zwyczajne chwile. Tak zwyczajne, że łatwo je przeoczyć. A jednak, kiedy myślę o życiu, którego naprawdę pragnę, składa się ono właśnie z takich momentów. Nie z liczb. Nie z osiągnięć. Nie z obserwujących. Nie z ciągłej produktywności. Ale z chwil. W tym sezonie zostawiam za sobą potrzebę ciągłego udowadniania swojej wartości. Zostawiam porównywanie się do innych. Zostawiam presję, by nadążać za wszystkimi. Zostawiam perfekcjonizm przebrany za ambicję. Zostawiam przekonanie, że jestem odpowiedzialna za wszystko i wszystkich wokół mnie. A przede wszystkim zostawiam za sobą myśl, że moja wartość zależy od tego, ile zrobię. Zamiast tego chcę zrobić miejsce na coś delikatniejszego. Więcej obecności. Więcej prostoty. Więcej zaufania. Więcej radości. I być może właśnie o tym od początku było dla mnie życie w rytmie pór roku. Nie o stawaniu się kimś innym. Nie o ciągłym naprawianiu siebie. Nie o nieustannym dążeniu do czegoś więcej. Ale o powracaniu do siebie. Raz za razem. W miarę jak lato powoli się nadchodzi nie mam wielkiego planu. Nie wiem dokładnie, co wydarzy się dalej. I po raz pierwszy od bardzo dawna naprawdę mi to nie przeszkadza. Na razie będę doglądać ogrodu. Suszyć zioła. Pisać wtedy, kiedy pojawią się słowa. Odpoczywać wtedy, kiedy ich zabraknie. I ufać, że ten sezon przyniesie dokładnie to, czego potrzebuję.

Hello, my Dearest Readers,

It has already been a couple of weeks since I last sat down properly to write here, and somehow late spring quietly arrived in the meantime. The garden changed almost overnight. Herbs suddenly growing faster than I can use them, flowers opening one after another, windows staying open from early morning until late evening and the kitchen becoming warm long before lunchtime even begins. Not summer yet. But you can already feel it slowly approaching. I always notice my cooking beginning to change around this point of the season too. The warmer the days become, the less I want to spend endless hours standing in the kitchen. Winter asks something completely different from me - slow soups bubbling on the stove for hours, baking afternoons, roasted vegetables warming the whole house while darkness arrives early outside.

But late spring pulls me elsewhere. Into the garden. Towards longer evenings. Towards projects waiting outside the kitchen door. Towards slower afternoons and eating food that feels simple, seasonal and alive without needing too much from me. And honestly, I no longer romanticise spending all day cooking every single day. I still deeply love food. Probably more than ever. But lately I have realised that nourishing food does not have to be complicated to feel beautiful or meaningful. Especially this time of year, when the season almost decorates the plates by itself. The colours become deeper naturally. Herbs smell stronger simply from the warmth touching them. Rocket turns peppery almost overnight. Tiny flowers begin appearing between the greens. Everything somehow tastes more alive. Even the simplest meals suddenly feel vibrant without trying too hard.

Today’s lunch was exactly that kind of meal.

A thick slice of gluten-free sourdough spread generously with HERB BUTTER made earlier in the day (salted butter mixed with rosemary, thyme, sage, garlic, lemon zest, sage, chives, lots of parsley and coriander, black pepper).

Alongside with MACKEREL PATE (made of smoked mackerel, capers, gherkins, lemon zest, honey mustard, mayo, and generous handful of fresh parsley, coriander and chives).Served with warm EDAMAME BEANS, fresh rocket from the garden, extra herbs scattered over everything and olive oil poured generously without measuring anything properly.

Simple food. But deeply comforting in its own quiet way. And maybe that is what I have been thinking about most lately - how exhausting life becomes when everything constantly asks for more from us. More work. More productivity. More content. More perfection. More pressure to constantly improve ourselves somehow. Meanwhile, the moments that stay with me most are usually the quietest ones. Fresh herbs carried inside in small bunches. Bread still slightly warm when sliced. The smell of rosemary left on your hands hours later. Dogs sleeping in the shade while the house stays still in the afternoon heat. Tiny ordinary moments that probably look unimportant to someone else. But perhaps that is exactly the point. Late spring always reminds me that nourishment rarely arrives through perfection. More often it arrives quietly, through simple meals, open windows, slower afternoons and finally allowing ourselves to stop performing life for a little while. Not fully spring anymore. Not quite summer yet either. Just the beginning of softer days, slower cooking and remembering that sometimes enough really is enough…

Kuchnia, w której robi się już trochę za ciepło na skomplikowane gotowanie…

🇵🇱Witajcie, minęło już trochę czasu od ostatniego rozdziału. Sama nawet nie wiem kiedy. Ostatnie tygodnie uciekły mi gdzieś pomiędzy ogrodem, codziennością, zmęczeniem, ziołami suszącymi się nad zlewem i próbą zwolnienia chociaż odrobinę. I nagle przyszło to pierwsze prawdziwe ciepło. Jeszcze nie lato, ale ten moment późnej wiosny, kiedy dom zaczyna żyć inaczej. Okna są otwarte praktycznie cały dzień, światło wpada do kuchni już od samego rana, a człowiek coraz częściej zamiast wymyślać skomplikowane posiłki, chce po prostu zrobić coś dobrego i wrócić do życia. Bo szczerze? Im cieplej się robi, tym mniej mam ochoty spędzać pół dnia w kuchni. Nie dlatego, że przestaję kochać gotowanie. Wręcz przeciwnie. Mam wrażenie, że właśnie o tej porze roku zaczynam doceniać jedzenie jeszcze bardziej. Tylko inaczej. Prościej. Bardziej zwracam uwagę na smak pomidora, zapach ziół zerwanych chwilę wcześniej, dobrą oliwę, świeży chleb. Na to, że rukola z ogrodu smakuje zupełnie inaczej niż zimą. Że talerze zaczynają wyglądać pięknie praktycznie same, bo późna wiosna robi za nas połowę pracy. Kolory robią się intensywniejsze. Wszystko pachnie mocniej. Jedzenie zaczyna wyglądać jak ogród. I moj dzisiejszy lunch był właśnie taki. Gruba kromka bezglutenowego chleba na zakwasie z masłem ziołowym zrobionym rano z rozmarynu, tymianku, szałwii, czosnku, szczypiorku, skórki cytrynowej i pieprzu. Do tego kremowe smarowidło z wędzonej makreli, kaparów, korniszonów, majonezu i musztardy, doprawione dużą ilością świeżej natki pietruszki, kolendry, pieprzu oraz aromatyczną skórką z cytryny. Obok edamame, rukola prosto z ogrodu, dużo oliwy i świeże zioła porozrzucane po talerzu bez większego zastanawiania się. I chyba właśnie takie jedzenie lubię ostatnio najbardziej. Bez przekombinowania. Bez udawania. Bez robienia wszystkiego „bardziej”. Bo mam wrażenie, że świat cały czas próbuje nas przekonać, że ciągle trzeba więcej. Więcej pracować. Więcej tworzyć. Więcej pokazywać. Więcej robić. A ja coraz częściej najbardziej lubię te najzwyklejsze momenty. Ciepłe powietrze wpadające przez otwarte okna. Zapach rozmarynu na dłoniach jeszcze kilka godzin później. Psy śpiące gdzieś w cieniu. I jedzenie, które nie zabrało połowy dnia, zostawiając miejsce na całą resztę życia…

Hello, my Dearest Readers…

I turned 44 in April. And I think only “recently” maybe within the last couple years or so - I truly started to understand how much of my life I spent trying to become someone I never actually wanted to be… Not consciously. Not because somebody forced me directly.
But because somewhere along the way, I learned that love, validation, and acceptance came through achievement. Through being “the best.” I grew up believing I always had to stand out. Always had to prove myself. Always had to achieve more than others.
Sometimes I was told I was “too good” for certain things, yet never good enough for the things I truly wanted. And so you keep chasing. You keep performing. You keep building yourself into somebody that fits the expectations around you. Until one day you quietly sit with yourself and realise: “I don’t even know if this is who I am.” And maybe the strangest part is… I never actually wanted to be in the centre… I never wanted all eyes on me. I never wanted to constantly prove my worth. I never wanted to live a life where I felt observed, measured, compared, or evaluated all the time. I think all I ever truly wanted was a quiet life filled with things I genuinely love… A slower morning. A kitchen with bread rising slowly. Herbs drying by the window. A garden slowly waking up after winter. Conversations that feel real. Work that feels meaningful. A life that feels like mine. Not perfect. Just honest.

But it takes time to untangle yourself from the version of yourself you created for others. And I think many of us are doing exactly that right now. We are peeling back layers. Expectations. Fear. Old wounds. Old voices. The need to constantly succeed.
The need to constantly compare. Because comparison truly steals something from us. Not only joy. But identity. The more we compare ourselves to others, the further away we move from ourselves. And I say this as somebody who judged too.
Who looked at other people’s lives and thought they had everything figured out.
Who assumed things. Who compared. Who sometimes forgot that every human being carries battles we know absolutely nothing about. We never truly know what another person is going through. Some people smile while barely holding themselves together.
Some people look successful while feeling deeply lost. Some people appear strong while quietly grieving versions of themselves they never became.

I think this is why nature became such a teacher for me. Especially my garden. Because nothing there is trying to be perfect. The bent flower still blooms.
The cracked pot still holds life. Some plants return stronger after harsh winters.
Others disappear completely for a season before coming back again. Nature never apologises for changing. And maybe we should stop apologising too. Maybe we were never supposed to become perfect versions of ourselves. Maybe we were always meant to become real. Perfectly imperfect.

I still fight my old demons. I still hear old voices in my head.
I still catch myself feeling not good enough sometimes.
And maybe a part of me always will. But I am learning. Slowly. I am learning that softness is not weakness. That slowing down is not failure. That peace is more valuable than praise. That living quietly is enough.
That I do not need to constantly reinvent myself to deserve love. And perhaps healing is not becoming somebody new after all. Perhaps healing is simply returning to who you were before the world told you who you had to become.

So today…just stop for a moment. Take a deep breath. Hold yourself gently through all of it. You do not need become anyone else to be worthy of love, softness, or peace…

🇵🇱 ~Seasonal Living | Sezonowe Życie Rozdział 14~ Sztuka Bycia Wystarczającą…

Moi Kochani, ostatnio coraz częściej łapię się na tym, że stoję w ogrodzie zupełnie bez celu. Po prostu stoję… I myślę sobie wtedy, jak bardzo my, ludzie, jesteśmy zmęczeni byciem kimś. Nie sobą. Kimś. Lepszą wersją siebie. Bardziej idealną. Bardziej godną podziwu. Taką, którą inni zaakceptują bez zawahania. Skończyłam w kwietniu 44 lata i chyba dopiero teraz zaczynam rozumieć, ile życia można przeżyć, nie zadając sobie najprostszego pytania: „Czy ja naprawdę tego chcę?” Bo… ja przez lata robiłam wszystko tak, jak „powinno” wyglądać dobre życie. Ambicja. Udowadnianie. Bycie zauważoną. Ciągłe dążenie do czegoś więcej. I nawet nie zauważyłam momentu, w którym zgubiłam po drodze zwykłą radość z bycia sobą. I wiecie, co jest najdziwniejsze? Że ja nigdy tak naprawdę nie chciałam być w centrum. Nigdy nie marzyłam o tym, żeby wszyscy patrzyli. Oceniali. Śledzili każdy krok.
Porównywali. A jednak przez lata żyłam tak, jakby od tego zależała moja wartość. I mam wrażenie, że wielu z nas żyje dziś właśnie w taki sposób. Budujemy siebie pod cudze spojrzenia. Dopasowujemy się do oczekiwań. Patrzymy na innych i ciągle wydaje nam się, że jesteśmy gdzieś „za”. Za mało piękni. Za mało zdolni. Za mało produktywni. Za mało poukładani. Za mało wyjątkowi. Wiecznie niewystarczający. Tylko, że życie nie powinno być nieustannym udowadnianiem swojej wartości. A przecież dokładnie to robimy. Nawet odpoczynek zamieniliśmy w coś, na co trzeba zasłużyć. I chyba dlatego jesteśmy tak zmęczeni. Nie fizycznie. Głębiej. Zmęczeni ciągłym poprawianiem siebie. Zmęczeni porównywaniem. Zmęczeni próbą nadążenia za światem, który sam nie wie już, dokąd biegnie.

Mój ogród nauczył mnie czegoś, czego wcześniej kompletnie nie rozumiałam.Że wszystko ma swoje tempo. Niektóre rosliny zakwitają później. Niektóre potrzebują więcej ciszy. Więcej czasu. I wcale nie są przez to gorsze. Natura nie próbuje być perfekcyjna. Dlatego jest piękna…Pęknięta donica nadal może być domem dla życia.
Krzywy tulipan nadal zachwyca, a przywiędnięte płatki nie odbierają wartości całemu kwiatowi. A człowiek? Człowiek potrafi przekreślić siebie za najmniejsze niedoskonałości… Myślę, że przez bardzo długi czas żyłam według zasad, które ktoś napisał za mnie dużo wcześniej. Byłam wychowywana w przekonaniu, że zawsze trzeba być „naj”. Najlepszą. Najbardziej ambitną. Najbardziej zauważalną. Że pewne rzeczy „mi nie wypadają”. Że do pewnych rzeczy jestem „za dobra”, a do innych wciąż niewystarczająca. I człowiek tak bardzo przyzwyczaja się do życia pod cudzymi oczekiwaniami, że po latach przestaje już nawet pytać siebie, czego naprawdę chce. Aż pewnego dnia orientuje się, że zgubił siebie tak bardzo, że trudno już oddzielić własne marzenia od tych, które przez lata wkładali nam do głowy inni. Dlatego dzisiaj już nie chcę być „naj”. Nie chcę być idealna.
Nie chcę wszystkiego kontrolować. Nie chcę żyć w ciągłym napięciu, że muszę więcej, szybciej, lepiej. Chcę piec chleb bez pośpiechu.
Chcę brudzić ręce ziemią. Chcę mieć czas na rozmowy, które coś znaczą.
Chcę życia, które pachnie spokojem, a nie ciągłą gonitwą.

I może właśnie na tym polega dorastanie do samej siebie. Nie na stawaniu się kimś więcej. Nie na nieustannym poprawianiu siebie. Nie na gonieniu za kolejną wersją „idealnego życia”. Ale na cichym wracaniu. Do własnego głosu.
Do własnego tempa. Do rzeczy, które naprawdę poruszają nasze serce, nawet jeśli dla innych wydają się zbyt zwyczajne.

Bo chyba najgorsze jest zgubić siebie tak bardzo, że pewnego dnia patrzysz na własne życie i już nie potrafisz rozpoznać, co naprawdę było Twoje, a co zostało w tobie zapisane przez oczekiwania innych ludzi…

Więc dzisiaj… po prostu zatrzymaj się na chwilę. Usiądź w ciszy.
Weź spokojny oddech. Przytul samą siebie trochę mocniej niż zwykle. I może chociaż przez moment przestań od siebie wymagać. Przestań się poprawiać.
Przestań próbować być kimś więcej. Jesteś wystarczająca już teraz.

I think Seasonal Living has quietly become my personal diary. Not something I planned. It just… happened. Somewhere between the garden, the kitchen, and all the in-between moments I don’t usually speak about. And lately, I’ve been noticing something in myself that I think many of us know, but don’t always admit. That feeling when nothing seems to be working… You’re doing things. You’re showing up. You’re trying - maybe even more than usual. And yet, there’s no real movement you can point at. Nothing you can hold and say: this is it, this is working. And this is usually where we start to lose ourselves a little. We speed up. We overthink. We try to fix everything at once. We look outside for answers, for direction, for reassurance. But what I’ve been realising, slowly, and NOT in a comfortable way, is that this is exactly the moment to turn the other way. NOT outward - but inward. NOT in a big, dramatic, “now I will change my life” kind of way. But in a very quiet, almost unnoticeable shift. Starting to notice ourselves again. And I don’t mean anything complicated. I mean really small things. Noticing how you feel when you wake up - before you reach for your phone, before the day starts telling you who you need to be. Noticing how you eat - whether you’re actually tasting your food or just moving through it quickly, thinking about everything else. Noticing your body - if it feels tired, tight, overwhelmed… or maybe just a little ignored. Noticing your thoughts - especially the ones that keep pushing you forward without asking if you even have the energy to go there.

I think this is where it begins. NOT with big decisions. NOT with changing everything. But with attention. Because when you start paying attention, very gently, without judging, you begin to see where you’ve drifted. And I think this is what happened to me. I was doing a lot. Giving a lot. Holding space, guiding, supporting -which is a beautiful part of my work ( as a macrobiotic coach). But somewhere in that, I stopped checking in with myself in the same way. I kept going… but not always from a place that felt fully mine. And that creates a very specific kind of tiredness. Not just physical - something deeper. A quiet disconnection. So instead of pushing through it, I’ve been trying something else. I’ve been simplifying my days. Not in a perfect, aesthetic way. But in a very real one. Coming back to a few things that feel grounding. A warm meal that doesn’t try to be anything more than it is. A cup of tea made slowly, not in between tasks. A few minutes outside, even if the garden looks like nothing is happening. And this is the part that’s important - doing these things without turning them into another task, another thing to “get right.” Just letting them be what they are. I think this is how we don’t go crazy in moments like this. We stop trying to solve everything at once. We stop forcing clarity. We stop measuring our lives only by what is visible. And instead, we come back to something quieter. A slower rhythm. A softer way of moving through the day. Giving ourselves permission to NOT know. To NOT have answers yet. To NOT be in a blooming season ( even, I thought, I was so ready for spring…) Because the truth is, some of the most important shifts don’t look like anything from the outside. They happen in how you speak to yourself. In how you respond instead of react. In how you choose to stay, even when it would be easier to run or distract yourself. And maybe this is what “working” actually looks like. NOT constant progress. NOT visible results. But a deeper connection to yourself. One that you return to, again and again, in small, quiet ways.

So if you’re in this kind of moment too - where things feel unclear, slow, or a little off - don’t rush to change everything ( and believe me, I know it’s easier said then done…), but …

Start with noticing.

Just that.

And see what gently begins to shift from there.

Myślę, że Seasonal Living - Sezonowe Życie stało się trochę moim pamiętnikiem. Nie takim zaplanowanym. Bardziej takim, który pisze się sam - między ogrodem, kuchnią i tym, co dzieje się gdzieś po cichu. I ostatnio łapię się na tym, że jest we mnie coś… nie do końca poukładanego. Niby wszystko jest, jak trzeba. Robię swoje. Jestem. Działam. A jednak mam wrażenie, jakby nic się nie układało tak, tak jak bym chciała… I to jest bardzo delikatne - trudne miejsce, bo to właśnie wtedy najłatwiej zacząć cisnąć jeszcze bardziej. Szukać nowych pomysłów. Zmieniać kierunek. Naprawiać siebie. A ja pierwszy raz od dawna zrobiłam coś innego. Zatrzymałam się ( nie było i nie jest to łatwe …) Nie po to, żeby wszystko “rozgryźć”. Tylko żeby zobaczyć, co tak naprawdę się zadzieje. I wiesz co zauważyłam? Że ja gdzieś po drodze trochę się od siebie oddaliłam… Dużo z siebie daję. Dużo jestem dla innych. To jest też część mojej pracy ( jako makrobiotyczny coach) bycie przy kimś, wspieranie, prowadzenie. Ale w tym wszystkim za rzadko pytam siebie: czego ja potrzebuję? Nie tak ogólnie. Tylko tu i teraz. I może dlatego pojawiło się to uczucie „nic nie działa”. Nie dlatego, że naprawdę nic nie działa. Tylko dlatego, że ja przestałam być ze sobą w zgodzie. Więc zamiast iść dalej w to napięcie, zaczęłam wracać do bardzo prostych rzeczy. Naprawdę prostych. Ciepły posiłek, który jem na spokojnie. Herbata, którą piję bez pośpiechu. Kilka minut w ogrodzie - nawet jeśli wygląda, jakby nic się tam nie działo. I to nie jest nic spektakularnego. Ale to są momenty, w których ja znowu siebie zauważam. I chyba o to w tym wszystkim chodzi. Nie o wielkie zmiany. Nie o to, żeby wszystko nagle „zadziałało”. Tylko o to, żeby zacząć znowu być ze sobą. Bo kiedy przestajemy siebie zauważać, to zaczynamy żyć trochę obok siebie. Robić rzeczy, reagować, działać… ale bez tego cichego kontaktu w środku. I wtedy wszystko zaczyna być cięższe, nawet jeśli na zewnątrz wygląda dobrze.

Więc jeśli masz teraz taki moment, że coś się nie układa, że czujesz się trochę „pomiędzy”, to może nie jest to czas, żeby robić więcej. Może to jest czas, żeby na chwilę odpuścić. Zwolnić. Zrobić mniej albo nic. Pobyć ze sobą bez planu. Zacząć od zauważenia. Jak się czujesz rano. Jak reaguje Twoje ciało. Co Cię męczy, a co naprawdę Cię karmi. Bez oceniania. Bez naprawiania od razu. Po prostu zobaczyć. Bo czasem to, co wygląda jak brak postępu, jest właśnie momentem, w którym coś najważniejszego zaczyna się układać. Tylko jeszcze tego nie widać. I może to też jest część sezonu, w którym jesteśmy. Cicha. Spokojna. Trochę niewygodna. Ale bardzo potrzebna. 🌱

Hello my Dearest Readers, how are you today?
How has your week been treating you so far?

I feel like these days have been moving a little faster again… and at the same time, I find myself craving the opposite, slower mornings, quieter evenings, and meals that don’t ask too much of me. So today, I wanted to share something a little simpler.

Lately, I’ve been thinking about how easily we overcomplicate food.
We open the fridge, we look into the cupboards,
and somehow - even when they’re full - we feel like there’s nothing to make. I see it often, even at home. My husband will open the pantry and say,
“there’s nothing here…” and a few minutes later, I walk into the same kitchen
and start putting something together from exactly what’s already there. And I think, over time, I’ve simply learned not to overcomplicate food. We’re often afraid to combine things, to try something new, because we don’t know what the outcome will be. But every recipe we know today had to start somewhere. Someone, at some point,
stood in their kitchen and tried something - mixed ingredients without being completely sure, trusted their instinct… and something beautiful came out of it. That’s how we ended up with so many of the dishes we love - from our mothers, our grandmothers, from friends, from quiet moments in someone else’s kitchen.

Yesterday was one of those days for me, too. I spent most of the day helping a friend in her newly opened shop - it was a beautiful day, but also a full one.
By the time I came home, I felt tired, a little empty, and not in the mood for anything complicated. I stood in the kitchen for a moment, looking at everything, but not really seeing it. And then something shifted. Instead of thinking what should I make,
I just started reaching for what was there. A piece of yam potato, a leek, some parsnips, a swede, a splash of coconut milk… and slowly, without much effort, a warm, comforting soup came together. Nothing planned. Nothing fancy. Just enough.(maybe I’ll share that one with you another day). And it made me realise again -
we often already have what we need. We just forget to trust it.

This millet custard is a little bit like that. It’s simple, soft, grounding -
made from a few ingredients, but somehow always exactly right.

Millet Custard with Mango Mousse

Ingredients: For the custard:

• 1 cup millet

• 1 can coconut milk

• water (as needed)

• 1–2 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla paste (or more, to taste)

• maple syrup or honey (to taste)

  For the mango topping:

• 1 pack frozen mango

• a splash of water

• a squeeze of lemon juice

• a touch of vanilla

• a drop of rose extract (optional)

• maple syrup or honey (to taste)

  Method - Custard

Rinse the millet thoroughly, then pour over boiling water. Place in a pot with coconut milk and some water. Simmer gently until the millet becomes very soft, almost falling apart. If needed, add more water or coconut milk during cooking. Add vanilla and sweeten to taste. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. You can:

• enjoy it straight away, warm

• or pour into small containers and let it set in the fridge. It will take on a soft, delicate texture -almost like a gentle, millet-based panna cotta.

• it keeps well for a few days in the fridge.
  To reheat, just add a little water or coconut milk.

  Mango topping

Warm the frozen mango gently with a splash of water in a pot. Add lemon juice, vanilla, and a touch of rose extract if you like. Sweeten lightly - I prefer the topping less sweet, as the custard itself is already rich. You can use any fruit you have -
whatever is waiting quietly in your freezer. Then blend the mango until smooth and pour it over the custard and enjoy!

…Sometimes it’s not about having more ingredients,
but about seeing what’s already there….

🇵🇱 Rozdział 12 - Wystarczy to, co jest…i przepis na…

Witajcie, jak się dziś macie? Jak mija Wam ten tydzień? Mam wrażenie, że ostatnio dni znowu trochę przyspieszyły… a ja coraz częściej łapię się na tym, że potrzebuję czegoś zupełnie odwrotnego… wolniejszych poranków, spokojniejszych wieczorów
i czegoś ciepłego, co nie wymaga ode mnie zbyt wiele. Dlatego dziś chciałam podzielić się czymś bardzo prostym. Ostatnio dużo myślę o tym, jak bardzo potrafimy komplikować to, co w gruncie rzeczy jest proste. Stajemy przed lodówką, zaglądamy do szafek i nagle - mimo że wszystko tam jest - mamy wrażenie, że nie ma z czego nic zrobić. Widzę to często, nawet u nas w domu. Mój mąż otwiera szafkę i mówi: „tu nic nie ma…” a chwilę później ja wchodzę do tej samej kuchni
i zaczynam coś przygotowywać dokładnie z tych samych składników. I myślę, że z czasem po prostu nauczyłam się nie komplikować. Często boimy się łączyć rzeczy, próbować czegoś nowego, bo nie wiemy, jaki będzie efekt. A przecież każdy przepis, który dziś znamy, kiedyś musiał powstać po raz pierwszy. Ktoś kiedyś stanął w swojej kuchni, spróbował czegoś bez pewności, czy się uda, zaufał swojej intuicji…
i powstało coś, do czego dziś wracamy… Tak właśnie powstało tyle dań, które znamy, od naszych mam, babć, przyjaciół, z tych zwykłych, cichych chwil w czyjejś kuchni. Wczoraj miałam dokładnie taki dzień… Spędziłam go pomagając przyjaciółce w jej nowo otwartym miejscu - piękny, ale intensywny dzień. Kiedy wróciłam do domu, byłam zmęczona, i zupełnie bez ochoty na coś skomplikowanego. Stanęłam w kuchni, patrzyłam na wszystko, ale jakby niczego nie widziałam… I wtedy… Zamiast zastanawiać się, co powinnam zrobić, po prostu zaczęłam sięgać po to, co było pod ręką. Kawałek ziemniaka, por, trochę pietruszki, selera, odrobina mleka kokosowego…
i powoli, bez wysiłku, powstała ciepła, kojąca zupa. Nic zaplanowanego. Nic wyjątkowego. Po prostu - wystarczająco. (może podzielę się nią z Wami innym razem) I znów przypomniało mi to jedno - często mamy już wszystko, czego potrzebujemy.
Tylko zapominamy temu zaufać…

Ten budyń jaglany jest trochę właśnie taki. Prosty, pyszny, kojący… z kilku składników,
a jednak zawsze dokładnie taki, jak trzeba.

Budyń jaglany z musem mango

Składniki na budyń:

• 1 szklanka kaszy jaglanej

• 1 puszka mleka kokosowego

• woda (w razie potrzeby)

• 1–2 łyżeczki wanilii

• syrop klonowy lub miód do smaku

  Na mus mango:

• 1 opakowanie mrożonego mango

• odrobina wody

• sok z cytryny

• wanilia

• kropla olejku różanego (opcjonalnie)

• syrop klonowy lub miód

  Przygotowanie - Budyń

Kaszę dokładnie przepłucz, a następnie przelej wrzątkiem. Przełóż do garnka, dodaj mleko kokosowe i trochę wody. Gotuj na małym ogniu, aż kasza stanie się bardzo miękka, prawie się rozpadnie. Jeśli w trakcie zabraknie płynu, dodaj odrobinę wody lub mleka kokosowego. Dodaj wanilię i dosłodź do smaku. Zblenduj na gładką, kremową masę. Możesz: zjeść od razu na ciepło, albo przelać do małych naczyń i wstawić do lodówki Po schłodzeniu będzie miał delikatną, kremową konsystencję -
trochę jak lekka panna cotta, tylko na bazie kaszy jaglanej. Budyn przechowuje się doskonale kilka dni w lodówce. Do podgrzania wystarczy odrobina wody lub mleka kokosowego.

Mus mango

Podgrzej mango z odrobiną wody, aż zmięknie. Dodaj sok z cytryny, wanilię i - jeśli lubisz - odrobinę róży. Dosłódź lekko - ja wolę, gdy mus jest mniej słodki,
bo sam budyń jest już wystarczająco kremowy i pełny. Na koniec zblenduj na gładki mus i polej nim budyń. Możesz użyć też innych owoców - tego, co akurat masz pod ręką.

… bo czasem nie chodzi o to, żeby mieć więcej,
ale żeby zobaczyć to, co już jest…

Hello my Dearest Readers,

today’s chapter feels a little different. I sat down to write, as I always do,
with something warm in my hands, hoping the words would arrive gently, the way they usually do. But this time… they didn’t. I waited for a moment. Then a little longer.
I moved slowly around the kitchen, made another cup of tea, looked outside,
as if the garden might whisper something back to me. But there was only quiet. And I have to admit, my first thought was… maybe I should skip this week. Maybe I need more time. Maybe I should come back when I feel more inspired, more ready,
more certain of what I want to say. Because somehow, we learn that we should only show up when we have something meaningful, something finished,
something worth sharing.

But what if this… is also worth sharing?

This space where nothing feels clear yet. Where everything is still a little unformed,
soft around the edges, not ready to be named. Lately, my days have been exactly like that. Not empty - but not full in the way we usually expect. They move slowly,
between small things. A bit of time in the garden, hands in the soil that still feels cold,
beds that are not yet overflowing, just small signs of life, quietly pushing through. And yet, without fully realising it, I’ve been gathering things. Not in a rushed way,
not even with a clear plan, but slowly… intuitively.

Drying petals. Saving small bundles of herbs. Noticing which scents feel right together, which ones bring a certain calm, or a quiet sense of comfort. Something is forming there too. Very gently, very much in its own time. I haven’t spoken much about it yet, because it still feels tender, not fully ready to be shown.

But it’s growing from the same place… from the garden,
from these slow days, from this in-between space that doesn’t look like much,
and yet holds so much potential.

And maybe that’s the thing I’m learning right now - that not everything needs to be fully formed to be real. That sometimes we are allowed to be in the middle of creating,
without explaining it all just yet. The garden has been teaching me this, slowly. Nothing blooms all the time.
Nothing grows in a straight line.
There are days - sometimes whole weeks - where it looks like nothing is happening. And yet… beneath the surface, everything is moving. Roots are stretching deeper.
Energy is gathering. Life is preparing itself, quietly, without urgency. And maybe we are not so different.

Maybe we also need these seasons where things are not visible yet.
Where we are allowed to be in-between - not where we were,
not quite where we are going. Just… here. I think what feels uncomfortable about these moments is how little we can show for them. There is no result.
No clear outcome. Nothing we can easily share or explain. And in a world that moves so quickly, that asks for constant proof, constant output, this kind of quiet can feel almost wrong.

But maybe it’s not. Maybe this is where the real work happens. The invisible kind.
The one that doesn’t need to be seen to be real. The one that asks us to slow down,
to listen more carefully, to trust something we can’t fully measure yet.

Today, I almost didn’t write this. Not because I didn’t care,
but because I thought I had nothing to offer. And yet, here I am. Not with a perfect recipe, not with a beautifully structured idea, but with something much simpler.

A moment. A feeling. A small piece of honesty. And maybe that is enough. Maybe showing up like this - without having everything figured out, without trying to shape it into something more - is also part of this practice. Of seasonal living. Of learning to move with the rhythm, instead of constantly trying to control it.

So today, I’ll leave you with this gentle thought - if you find yourself in a similar place,
where things feel a little unclear, a little unfinished, a little quiet… you are not behind. You are just in a different part of the season. And it matters too.

🇵🇱 Sezonowe życie - Rozdział 11
”Gdy nie mam nic do powiedzenia…”

Witajcie, dzisiejszy rozdział jest trochę inny.

Usiadłam jak zwykle, z czymś ciepłym w dłoniach, z tą cichą nadzieją, że słowa po prostu przyjdą - tak jak zazwyczaj. Ale tym razem… nie przyszły. Siedziałam chwilę.
Potem jeszcze trochę dłużej. Kręciłam się po kuchni, zrobiłam kolejną herbatę,
spojrzałam w stronę ogrodu, jakby miał mi coś podpowiedzieć. Ale tam też było cicho. I przez moment pomyślałam, że może po prostu odpuszczę ten tydzień. Że wrócę, kiedy będę miała coś konkretnego do powiedzenia. Ale potem przyszła taka myśl… że może właśnie to jest ten moment, który też warto zatrzymać. Nie wszystko musi być gotowe. Nie wszystko musi mieć formę.
Nie wszystko trzeba od razu nazwać. Czasem jesteśmy po prostu gdzieś pomiędzy. Pomiędzy jednym etapem a drugim. Pomiędzy tym, co już było, a tym, co dopiero się pojawi. I to miejsce, choć takie ciche, wcale nie jest puste. Ostatnio bardzo to czuję. Taką spokojniejszą przestrzeń, bez pośpiechu, bez potrzeby, żeby wszystko było już „jak trzeba”.

… Coś się układa. Bardzo delikatnie… Trochę w ogrodzie,
trochę w kuchni, trochę gdzieś pomiędzy jednym a drugim. Nie wszystko jest jeszcze do pokazania. I chyba pierwszy raz… wcale mi to nie przeszkadza. Uczę się zostawiać rzeczy w trakcie. Nie przyspieszać ich na siłę. Nie zamykać za wcześnie. Bo może właśnie tam - w tej niedokończonej przestrzeni - dzieje się najwięcej.

Dzisiaj prawie tego nie napisałam. A jednak jestem. Nie z czymś idealnym.
Nie z czymś dopracowanym. Tylko tak po prostu. I może to wystarczy. Więc jeśli jesteś teraz w podobnym miejscu - trochę w ciszy, trochę bez kierunku,
trochę „pomiędzy”… to wszystko jest w porządku. To też jest część tej drogi. I ona też ma swoje miejsce…

Hello, my Seasonal Living Companions… I hope you’re well.
Tell me, are you gently preparing for Easter, or choosing to take things a little slower this year? I find myself somewhere in between, but leaning more towards slowing down. I’m taking this Easter very easy… not preparing much, not putting any pressure on myself to create something perfect. Just allowing it to be simple, quiet. Especially as the weather still feels like it’s holding back a little. Cold mornings, low temperatures at night… everything in the garden moving slower than expected.

And maybe that’s why I notice it more.

There’s a moment in the season when the garden begins to answer back… and not always in the way we hoped. Some of the seeds I’ve carefully planted - with so much attention, time, and quiet care - simply don’t grow. Despite everything, they stay still. Nothing happens. And then, right next to them, something else rises so easily. Strong, green, full of life, as if it never hesitated. I used to question it. Wonder what I did wrong. If I should have done more, or less, or differently. But the garden doesn’t work like that. Spring, I think, teaches us this - gently, and sometimes not so gently. Not everything we plant will grow. Not everything we care for will respond. And yet… something always does. And it’s so easy to focus on what didn’t come through. What stayed quiet. What failed. But there is always something growing. A small leaf. A new shoot. A pot that finally comes alive after days of waiting. Never everything at once, just enough.

I’m learning to accept that. To not rush it. To not expect the same outcome from every seed, or every effort. It’s not always easy. But it feels more honest this way. And somewhere in between all of this - between what grows and what doesn’t - I return to the simplest meals. The ones that don’t ask for too much. The ones that come together without overthinking.

A bowl like this.

Black beans gently cooked in tomatoes with olive oil, crushed garlic, a little chilli and harissa. Left to simmer just long enough for everything to come together. Finished with plenty of chopped parsley and coriander, and whatever greens I have at hand, lately, sugar peas microgreens I keep reaching for again and again. It’s simple, nourishing, full of warmth. Something I can make quickly, but still sit down and enjoy properly. With rice, or a slice of sourdough, depending on the day. Nothing complicated. Just enough.

Black Beans in Spiced Tomato Sauce

(a simple, nourishing bowl)

Ingredients:

• 1 jar (or can) black beans, drained and rinsed

• 1 can chopped tomatoes

• 1–2 tbsp olive oil

• 1–2 cloves garlic, crushed

• Salt and black pepper, to taste

• Chilli (fresh or flakes), to taste

• 1–2 tsp harissa paste or spice (adjust to taste)

• A handful of fresh parsley, chopped

• A handful of fresh coriander, chopped

• Sugar snap peas (or any greens you have)

To serve (optional):

• Cooked rice

• Slice of sourdough bread (method- check above).

  

  And maybe that’s the quiet lesson of this season… to keep showing up, even when not everything grows.

  To keep tending, even when the results are uneven.
  To trust that not every effort needs to become something visible straight away.
  And to allow space for both - what grows, and what doesn’t.

  I wish you a peaceful and gentle Easter, spent close to those who matter most.
  A moment to slow down, to pause, to breathe a little deeper… and simply be.

Moment, kiedy ogród zaczyna odpowiadać…

Witajcie,
Powiedzcie, jak się macie? Czy jesteście już w przygotowaniach do Wielkanocy, czy raczej pozwalacie sobie na spokojniejsze tempo w tym czasie? Ja w tym roku wybieram właśnie to drugie. Bardzo świadomie zwalniam. Nie przygotowuję niczego na siłę, nie tworzę list, nie próbuję wszystkiego dopiąć. Pozwalam sobie na prostotę. Na ciszę. Na to, żeby ten czas był po prostu… wystarczający. Tym bardziej, że pogoda wciąż jakby się waha. Poranki są chłodne, noce zimne, a ogród budzi się wolniej, niż można by się spodziewać o tej porze. I może właśnie dlatego zaczynam to widzieć wyraźniej. Jest taki moment w sezonie, kiedy ogród zaczyna odpowiadać… ale nie zawsze tak, jak byśmy tego chcieli. Niektóre nasiona, które posiałam z taką uważnością i troską, po prostu nie wschodzą. Mimo czasu, mimo podlewania, mimo tej codziennej obecności, nic się nie dzieje. A obok nich… coś innego rośnie bez najmniejszego problemu. Silne, zielone, jakby od początku wiedziało, co robi. Kiedyś brałam to do siebie. Zastanawiałam się, co zrobiłam źle. Czy mogłam zrobić więcej, inaczej, lepiej. Ale ogród nie działa w ten sposób. I mam wrażenie, że wiosna bardzo subtelnie - a czasem zupełnie wprost - nas tego uczy.

Nie wszystko, co zasiejemy, urośnie.
Nie wszystko, o co zadbamy, odpowie.
A mimo to… zawsze coś się pojawia.

I łapię się na tym, że wciąż czasem skupiam się na tym, co nie wyszło. Na tych pustych miejscach. Na ciszy tam, gdzie spodziewałam się życia. I wtedy muszę się na chwilę zatrzymać. Bo przecież obok - coś już rośnie. Coś zaczęło. Może nie wszystko naraz. Może nie tak, jak planowałam. Ale wystarczająco, żeby iść dalej.

Uczę się tego.
Nie przyspieszać. Nie oczekiwać, że każde nasiono da ten sam efekt.
Zaufać, że niektóre rzeczy potrzebują więcej czasu… a inne po prostu nie są na teraz. Nie jest to łatwe.Ale jest bardzo prawdziwe. Które powstaje spokojnie, bez nadmiaru myślenia.

Do takich misek jak ta.

Czarna fasola w pomidorach z przyprawami

(prosto, odżywczo, bez komplikacji)

Składniki:

• 1 słoik lub puszka czarnej fasoli (odsączonej i przepłukanej)

• 1 puszka krojonych pomidorów

• 1–2 łyżki oliwy z oliwek

• 1–2 ząbki czosnku (rozgniecione)

• sól i pieprz do smaku

• chilli (świeże lub w płatkach)

• 1–2 łyżeczki harissy (lub do smaku)

• garść świeżej pietruszki, posiekanej

• garść świeżej kolendry, posiekanej

• groszek cukrowy lub inne mikroliście (opcjonalnie)

Do podania (opcjonalnie):

• ryż

• kromka chleba na zakwasie

Przygotowanie:
Na oliwie delikatnie podsmaż czosnek, dodaj chilli i harissę. Dodaj pomidory i fasolę, dopraw solą i pieprzem. Gotuj około 10 minut, aż wszystko się połączy. Na koniec dodaj świeże zioła i zieleninę. Spróbuj i ewentualnie dopraw. Podawaj na ciepło - z ryżem lub chlebem.

I może właśnie to jest najcichsza lekcja tego sezonu… żeby wciąż się trwać, nawet jeśli nie wszystko rośnie… i idzie po naszej mysli. Żeby dalej pielęgnować, nawet kiedy efekty są niezadawalające. Żeby zaufać, że jest miejsce na jedno i drugie - na to, co rośnie… i na to, co zostaje w ciszy.

Hello my Dearest Readers,

How are you?

We’re now just a week before Easter, and I felt like coming back here once more, to stay with this moment a little longer - around the table…

This time, I’m not bringing anything new. If you’ve been here for the past weeks, you already know how I work.

Textures.
Different materials.
Mixing pieces without thinking too much if they belong together.
Colours that don’t always match, but somehow still work.
And things from nature - branches, flowers, whatever is there, without trying to make it into something specific. That’s really enough.

I don’t plan it in advance. I take what I have, add something, take something away, move things around until it feels right. Not perfect, just right.

And I think that’s the part I enjoy the most. Letting it come together without forcing it.

A plate from one set, something older next to something simple.
A piece of linen that has already lived a little.
A small detail that wasn’t planned at all. Even something as simple as a cookie shaped like a carrot or an Easter bunny can find its place here. I wanted this series to show that we don’t have to follow one style. It doesn’t have to look a certain way.

You can mix everything - and still create something that feels calm, personal, and complete. Maybe even more so. I hope this gave you something - even just a small idea, or a different way of looking at what you already have.

I’ll skip next Monday because of Easter, but I’ll come back just before to wish you a beautiful time with your families. And as always, Seasonal Living will land on Wednesday.

🇵🇱Seasonal Corners - Wielkanocny stół podsumowanie.

Jak się macie?

Został już tylko tydzień do Wielkanocy i pomyślałam, że wrócę tu jeszcze raz - tak po prostu, do stołu.

Nie mam tym razem nic nowego do pokazania. Raczej podsumowanie tego, co już było. Jeśli byliście tu przez ostatnie tygodnie, to wiecie - nie chodzi o jeden styl. Lubię mieszać. Tekstury, materiały, talerze z różnych kompletów.
Kolory, które nie są oczywiste.
I to, co daje natura - gałązki, kwiaty, drobne rzeczy, które po prostu są pod ręką. Nie planuję tego jakoś szczególnie. Zaczynam od jednego elementu i reszta pojawia się w trakcie tworzenia. Przestawiam, dokładam, czasem coś zabiorę. I w pewnym momencie czuję, że już wystarczy. Lubię, kiedy stół nie jest „zrobiony”. Tylko raczej zebrany. Z rzeczy, które już mam. Z rzeczy, które coś znaczą.
Z drobnych detali, które nie są idealne, ale właśnie dlatego pasują. Nawet coś tak prostego jak ciasteczko w kształcie marchewki czy zajączka może być częścią całości.

Chciałam tymi wpisami pokazać Wam, że nie trzeba się ograniczać. Nie trzeba wybierać jednego stylu i się go trzymać. Można wszystko połączyć - i nadal stworzyć coś swojego. I chyba właśnie wtedy jest w tym najwięcej przyjemności.

Jeśli coś Was zainspirowało, to bardzo się cieszę.

A jeśli nie - może chociaż spojrzycie trochę inaczej na to, co już macie u siebie.

W poniedziałek wielkanocny zrobię przerwę.

welcome back.

I can’t believe we’re already at chapter nine of Seasonal Living. I’m finding myself enjoying this series more and more each time I sit down to write.

How are you?
I hope early spring has been kind to you.

Yesterday we celebrated my husband’s birthday. I spent the morning in the kitchen baking a cake, enjoying the light coming through the windows. It was one of those simple moments that somehow feel like the beginning of something. And maybe that’s exactly what I feel right now.

I think I’m more than ready for spring.

I’m curious - is there anyone here who doesn’t like spring? We all have our favourite parts of the year, the ones we wait for just a little bit more.

I love spring for that sense of everything waking up again - slowly, but with purpose.
I love summer for its colours, long evenings, and warm nights that stretch the day in the most beautiful way.
Autumn, especially when it’s bright and sunny, feels grounding - watching the leaves change, the softer light, the shift in pace.
And winter… when it’s dry and full of snow, when everything goes quiet - it can be beautiful too. Although, of course, not every day looks like that.

But if I’m honest, spring and summer are the ones closest to me.

Maybe because of the garden…

I have what I call a kitchen garden - although if someone who actually knows about gardening saw it, they might disagree… It’s not planned.
It’s not neat. It definitely doesn’t follow any rules. Things just… find their place.

Strawberries next to roses, kale appearing where it wants, mint taking over without asking.
And then suddenly there’s more - verbena, salvias, sage (one of my favourites), rosemary, wild garlic, cosmos… fruit trees that do their own thing, dahlias that I dry, bake with, or just bring inside because they soo elegant. I could go on, but that’s not the point - my point is… it’s never really “finished”. There’s always something I forgot, something new, something quietly growing without me paying attention.

And I like it like that.

The funny thing is… I didn’t even know I liked gardening. Not really. It wasn’t something I grew up with thinking this is me. It came much later - I think in my late thirties - almost by accident. And then suddenly it wasn’t an “activity” anymore. It became something I needed.

I know it’s not for everyone. Some people relax in completely different ways.
Some people would probably look at my garden and just see chaos. But for me, it’s the opposite. It’s the one place where nothing has to be perfect.
Where things take their time.
Where I don’t have to push anything to happen. And maybe that’s why, at this time of year, I feel this shift so strongly.

I am more than ready for spring.

Not just for the sun or longer days -
but for this movement, this quiet energy coming back into everything.

Back into the garden.
Back into the kitchen.
Back into me.

And maybe this is what I’ve learned over time. That it’s not really about what we choose - gardening, cooking, walking, sitting in silence… It’s about recognising what gives us that feeling. And allowing ourselves to have it. Even in small ways.

Because I know how easy it is to forget.

To fill the days with everything that needs to be done.
To move from one thing to another without really stopping.
To put ourselves somewhere at the very end of it all.

I do that too. More often than I would like to admit…

And yet, sometimes it doesn’t take much. A cup of tea, finally sat down with.
A few quiet minutes in the morning. Stepping outside, even just for a moment. Small things. But when you’re present in them, they feel… enough.

We get so used to taking care of everything around us.

The home.
The food.
The people.
All the small details that make life feel good.

But we forget to include ourselves in that.

We notice everything -
but not always how we feel in it.

And maybe that’s something I want to carry into this season. Not more plans, not more expectations. Just a little more awareness. A little more space.

Even if it’s only five quiet minutes in the middle of the day.

I think that would already be enough…

🇵🇱 Seasonal Living - Rozdział 9

~Jestem bardziej niż gotowa na wiosnę~

Moi Drodzy,

wracam do Was z kolejnym rozdziałem Seasonal Living. To już dziewiąty - aż trudno uwierzyć. I powiem szczerze, że z każdym kolejnym pisze mi się to coraz łatwiej. Chyba zaczynam się w tym naprawdę odnajdywać.

A Wy? Jak się macie?
Mam nadzieję, że ten początek wiosny jest dla Was dobry.

Wczoraj świętowaliśmy urodziny mojego męża. Spędziłam poranek w kuchni, piekąc ciasto. Spokojnie, bez pośpiechu. Światło wpadało przez okna, wszystko było jakieś prostsze. I pomyślałam, że chyba właśnie na to czekałam.

Jestem bardziej niż gotowa na wiosnę.

A tak z ciekawości zapytam, jest tu ktoś, kto nie lubi wiosny? Każdy ma swoją porę roku.
Taką, na którą czeka bardziej niż na inne. Ja chyba lubię wszystkie, ale każdą za coś innego. Wiosnę za to, że wszystko odradza się na nowo.
Lato za długie wieczory i lekkość powietrza.
Jesień - kiedy jest spokojna i słoneczna - za kolory i wyciszenie.
Zimę też, ale tylko ze sniegiem, kiedy wszystko na chwilę zwalnia. Chociaż wiadomo, że w rzeczywistości bywa różnie.

Ale jeśli mam wybrać, to wiosna i lato są mi najbliższe. Może przez ogród. Swój nazywam, ogrodem kuchennym. Nie jest zaplanowany. I na pewno nie wygląda jak z magazynu. Wszystko rośnie razem… Truskawki obok róż.
Jarmuż tam, gdzie akurat się pojawi. Mięta… wszędzie. Szybka, trochę nie do opanowania. Mam kilka odmian i każda znajdzie swoje miejsce. Są kwiaty, które trafiają do kuchni - nagietek, chabry, lawenda, ogórecznik.
Czosnek niedźwiedzi wraca co roku sam.
Szałwia, rozmaryn, tymianek - jedne z moich ulubionych.
Werbena, kosmosy.
Drzewa owocowe, które żyją swoim tempem.
Dalie - do suszenia, do wypieków, do dekoracji na stole. I tak naprawdę zawsze o czymś zapominam. Zawsze jest coś, co rośnie gdzieś w ukryciu, bez mojej kontroli, i przypomina o sobie dopiero wtedy, kiedy jest widoczne… I wiem, że to nie jest dla każdego. Niektórzy patrzą na taki ogród i widzą bałagan. Dla mnie to coś zupełnie innego. To jedyne miejsce, gdzie nic nie musi być idealne.
Gdzie wszystko ma swój czas.
Gdzie nie trzeba niczego przyspieszać.

I chyba dlatego o tej porze roku tak bardzo czuję zmianę. Jestem bardziej niż gotowa na wiosnę. Nie tylko na słońce i dłuższe dni…
ale na ten ruch i energię, która wraca do wszystkiego.

Do ogrodu.
Do kuchni.
Do mnie.

I myślę, że to nie o ogród tu chodzi…ogród to tylko miejsce, w którym ja to czuję najmocniej. Każdy z nas ma coś swojego. Coś, co go zatrzymuje.
Coś, przy czym na chwilę robi się ciszej… Najtrudniejsze jest chyba pozwolić sobie na to. Zatrzymać się. Usiąść. Zrobić sobie herbatę i naprawdę ją wypić, a nie tylko postawić obok. Wiem, jak to jest… jak w tym być…Sama często się w tym gubię…

Bo… Dbamy o wszystko wokół. O dom. O posiłki. O innych.

Ale siebie łatwo odkładamy na później… Zauważamy dużo, tylko nie zawsze siebie w tym wszystkim.

I może to jest coś, co chcę zabrać ze sobą w tę wiosnę. Nie więcej planów.
Nie więcej rzeczy do zrobienia. Tylko trochę więcej uważności. Nawet jeśli to będzie kilka minut dziennie.

I wiesz co? Myślę, że to wystarczy…

I hope your week has started gently and that you’re finding small moments to pause, even in between everything that needs to be done.

We are already in Spring now, and Easter is slowly approaching - just a couple of weeks away. It always feels like this time arrives quietly, almost unexpectedly, carried in softer light, longer days, and those first signs of life around us. This third part of Seasonal corners is a continuation of that feeling. A table slowly gathered.
Layered over time. Created not from buying more, but from noticing what we already have. Nothing too perfect. Nothing too planned. Just a space, prepared with care, ready to welcome.

Here, nothing is “perfectly matched”- and that’s exactly the point.

I mixed:

• soft linen and heavier cotton

• delicate lace with rustic wood

• smooth porcelain with slightly worn edges

• vintage silver with everyday pieces

Because when textures meet, the table starts to feel alive.

You can almost feel it before you sit down.

~ Natural details that carry the story~

I always come back to simple, natural elements.

On this table you’ll see:

• eggs in soft nests made from hay and twigs

• broken eggshells as tiny vessels

• branches and early blossoms

• recycled egg cartons (sometimes they come in the most beautiful soft colours, here I found a gentle pink, but natural tones work just as beautifully)

Nothing complicated.
Nothing forced. Just little reminders of the season quietly arriving.

~ Colour, but softly~

Instead of one strict palette, I allowed two moods to meet:

• warm, creamy whites and vintage florals

• cooler, muted greys and soft blues

You can absolutely mix two colour stories on one table (or even more)- it creates depth and feels much more personal than everything matching. It’s like two seasons sitting together.

~Every place setting can be different~

This is one of my favourite things to do.

If you’re hosting four guests, let each setting feel slightly unique:

• different plates or patterns

• mixed cutlery

• varied napkins or textures

• small individual details (like nests, candles, or little vessels)

It makes each person feel… considered.

And visually, it creates a table that feels collected over time, not bought in one go.

~ Little tips~

• Older linens are often the most beautiful - don’t be afraid of imperfections

• Layer more than you think you need… then remove one thing

• Use what you already have in unexpected ways

• Keep the centre low and organic - nothing too structured

• Add something from nature, always

This kind of table is not about impressing anyone. It’s about creating a moment.
A pause. A space where people can sit, breathe, and feel held. And maybe… stay a little longer.

Because in the end, it’s not about the table… but how it makes us feel.

~Wielkanocny stół~

Moi Drodzy,

mam nadzieję, że Wasz tydzień zaczął się spokojnie i że znajdujecie gdzieś po drodze chwilę dla siebie.

Wiosna już naprawdę się rozgościła, a do Wielkanocy zostało tylko kilka tygodni, więc to dobry moment, żeby zacząć myśleć o stole - bez pośpiechu, bez presji, raczej jako o czymś przyjemnym niż kolejnym zadaniu do odhaczenia.

Ten trzeci rozdział Seasonal Corners to bardziej zebrana i dopracowana wersja tego, co pokazywałam wcześniej.
Jest tu trochę więcej warstw, więcej łączenia - ale nadal wszystko opiera się na prostych rzeczach.

Korzystam głównie z tego, co już mam w domu.
Stare tekstylia, różne talerze, pojedyncze sztuki zbierane przez lata. Do tego naturalne dodatki - gałązki, skorupki jajek, trochę siana. Czasem nawet opakowania po jajkach potrafią być pięknym elementem - szczególnie jeśli traficie na takie w delikatnych kolorach. Na jednym ze zdjęć mam różowe, ale te naturalne, kartonowe też wyglądają bardzo dobrze.

Lubię łączyć różne tekstury - coś miękkiego z czymś bardziej surowym, coś gładkiego z czymś trochę zużytym.
Nie wszystko musi być idealnie dopasowane.

Podobnie z kolorami - zamiast jednej palety często mieszam kolory.
Na przykład cieplejsze beże i kremy z chłodniejszymi szarościami albo błękitem. To daje więcej głębi i sprawia, że stół wygląda ciekawiej, ale nadal spokojnie.

Jeśli przygotowujecie stół dla kilku osób, możecie też spróbować lekkiego zróżnicowania nakryć.
Inna serwetka, inny talerz, drobny detal przy każdym miejscu.

Nie musi być identycznie, żeby było spójnie - czasem właśnie ta różnorodność wygląda najlepiej. Nie trzeba wiele, żeby stworzyć stół, przy którym chce się usiąść.

Czasem wystarczy to, co już mamy - tylko ułożone trochę inaczej, z większą uważnością.

Mam nadzieję, że trochę Was zainspirowałam i że w tym roku pokombinujecie ze swoim stołem - po swojemu, bez zasad.

Za tydzień pojawi się już ostatni wpis z tej Wielkanocnej serii, a potem powoli przejdziemy do zupełnie innych, wiosennych dekoracji.

How are you, really?

I feel like this is where I want to begin today. Not with recipes, not with plans… but with a quiet check-in. How are you arriving into this new season? Here, it has been a tender week. One of our dogs has been seriously ill, and although she is slowly recovering, it has left us all a little softer, a little more fragile around the edges. These moments always seem to pause everything else. In times like this, I notice where I naturally go. I return to the kitchen. Or to the garden. These are my quiet superpowers.
Places where my hands know what to do, even when my mind feels full…

And yet, there is always this gentle whisper inside me…
not to complain too much, not to feel ungrateful, because I know there are people in the world carrying much heavier things.

But I’m learning that we are not here to compare pain.
We are here to feel what is ours, and to meet it with care.

And then, almost quietly, without asking…
spring begins to arrive. Rhubarb was the first sign for me this year. I’ve always loved rhubarb. It carries something deeply nostalgic. It brings me back to my childhood kitchen, where my mum baked in rhythm with the seasons, without ever calling it that. My father, still to this day, tends his garden so beautifully - even now, in his seventies, it continues to provide so much. I can still remember the scent of her rhubarb cake filling the house… warm, slightly sharp, sweet and comforting all at once. Everyone wanted a piece.

So when rhubarb appears, I bake. I’ve already tucked a few batches into the freezer for later days, and on my kitchen counter, a jar of rhubarb honey gently transforms into a soft, living syrup. And today… a rhubarb and apple pecan cake. I will share the recipe with you here.

Yesterday, we had our first quiet moment outside. Coffee. Cake. A little sunlight. We sat in the garden, not fully awake yet after winter, but no longer asleep either. The air felt softer. The birds were busy, dancing around the apple tree, as if they knew something we are only just beginning to notice. We didn’t say much. We simply sat, letting the warmth reach us, slowly filling the spaces that felt a little empty just days before. This is what I love about this time.

It doesn’t rush.
It doesn’t demand. It gently invites.

The garden is not fully awake yet, but if you look closely… you can see the shift. Small changes. New energy just beneath the surface. And maybe we are the same. Not fully ready. Not fully in bloom.
But quietly, softly… beginning again.

Rhubarb, Apple & Pecan Cake

Ingredients

• 1-2 apples, peeled and chopped

• 4–5 rhubarb stalks, chopped

• 2 cups flour (gluten-free self-raising or regular)

• (optional variation: 1 cup gluten-free flour + 1 cup almond, chestnut, or buckwheat flour)

• 1 cup milk (almond, coconut, or any milk)

• ¾ cup coconut sugar, plus extra for sprinkling

• ¼ cup olive oil

• 2 tsp baking powder

• 1 tbsp vanilla extract

• 1 tsp cinnamon, half tsp cardamom, pinch of nutmeg

• zest of 1 lemon

• pinch of salt

• handful pecans (for topping)

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a cake tin with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, lemon zest, and salt. Add the milk, oil, and vanilla, and mix until smooth. Fold in the chopped apple and rhubarb. Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin. Scatter pecans on top and sprinkle with a little extra sugar. Bake for 55 minutes to 1 hour, until golden and a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.

Notes

This is a very adaptable, everyday cake. You can easily swap the fruit depending on the season, it works beautifully with pears, apples, or even frozen berries.You can also mix your flours depending on what you have at home, combinations like gluten-free flour with almond, chestnut, or buckwheat flour work especially well. Rabarbarowe dni i łagodne początki wiosny…

Jak się macie… tak naprawdę?

Ja ostatnio trochę “ciszej”.
To był dla nas trudny tydzień. Jedna z naszych psów bardzo się rozchorowała i choć jest już lepiej, to jeszcze dochodzi do siebie. Takie momenty zatrzymują wszystko inne. Zawsze wtedy wracam do tego, co mnie trzyma w równowadze.
Do kuchni. Albo do ogrodu. To są takie moje miejsca, gdzie nie muszę dużo myśleć.
Ręce robią swoje, a głowa powoli się wycisza. I jednocześnie gdzieś z tyłu pojawia się myśl, żeby nie narzekać… bo przecież inni mają trudniej.
Ale ostatnio coraz bardziej czuję, że to nie o to chodzi.
Nie musimy porównywać. Każdy z nas przeżywa swoje smutki po swojemu…

I wtedy, trochę niepostrzeżenie… zaczyna się wiosna. Dla mnie jej początkiem zawsze jest rabarbar. Kojarzy mi się z domem. Z moją mamą w kuchni, z zapachem ciasta, który rozchodził się po całym domu. Ona gotowała sezonowo, chociaż wtedy nikt tego tak nie nazywał. Tata do dziś ma ogród i wciąż potrafi wyhodować prawie wszystko. Ten smak i zapach… trochę kwaśny, trochę słodki.
Taki bardzo „domowy”. Więc kiedy pojawia się rabarbar - piekę. Mam już kilka porcji w zamrażarce na później. Na blacie stoi też słoik z rabarbarem i miodem, który powoli zaczyna fermentować i zamienia się w taki delikatny syrop. A dzisiaj, ciasto z rabarbarem, jabłkiem i pekanami. Przepis zostawiam niżej.

Wczoraj pierwszy raz w tym roku usiedliśmy w ogrodzie. Kawa. Ciasto. Trochę słońca. Nic wielkiego, a jednak tak dużo. Siedzieliśmy w ciszy, łapiąc to ciepło, patrząc jak ptaki kręcą się wokół jabłoni. Ogród jeszcze nie jest w pełni obudzony, ale już widać zmianę. Taką delikatną… jakby wszystko powoli wracało do życia.

I chyba my też jesteśmy właśnie w takim miejscu. Jeszcze nie do końca gotowi.
Jeszcze nie w pełnym rozkwicie. Ale już trochę bliżej… Jeśli masz ochotę, napisz mi, jak Ty czujesz ten czas.

Ciasto z rabarbarem, jabłkiem i pekanami

Składniki

• 1-2 jabłka, obrane i pokrojone

• 4–5 łodyg rabarbaru, pokrojonych

• 2 szklanki mąki (bezglutenowej lub zwykłej)

• (możesz też zrobić mix: 1 szklanka mąki bezglutenowej + 1 szklanka mąki migdałowej, kasztanowej lub gryczanej)

• 1 szklanka mleka (migdałowego, kokosowego lub innego)

• ¾ szklanki cukru kokosowego + trochę do posypania na wierzch

• ¼ szklanki oliwy lub innego oleju roślinnego

• 2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

• 1 łyżka ekstraktu waniliowego

• 1 łyżeczka cynamonu, 1/2 łyżeczki kardamonu, szczypta gałki muszkatałowej, garść orzechów pekan

Przygotowanie

Rozgrzej piekarnik do 180°C i wyłóż formę papierem do pieczenia. W dużej misce wymieszaj mąkę, cukier, proszek do pieczenia, cynamon, skórkę z cytryny i sól. Dodaj mleko, olej i wanilię, a następnie wymieszaj do uzyskania gładkiej masy. Na końcu dodaj jabłko i rabarbar i delikatnie wszystko połącz. To bardzo wdzięczne, codzienne ciasto - możesz je robić z tym, co masz pod ręką. Świetnie wychodzi też z gruszkami, jabłkami czy mrożonymi owocami. Możesz też mieszać mąki - np. bezglutenową z migdałową, kasztanową albo gryczaną - za każdym razem wyjdzie trochę inne, ale zawsze dobre. Smacznego!

Before we begin, I wanted to ask how your week has been.

Things here have been a little full lately and I realised that I am slightly behind with my writing. Life sometimes has its own rhythm and the days move a little faster than we expect. Thank you for your patience and for being here with me. The next chapter of Seasonal Living, Chapter 8, will be arriving later this week. I am still finishing a few thoughts and wanted to give it the time it deserves.

In the meantime, I thought I would continue the Seasonal Corners series and share another small table decoration idea.

Over the years I have realised that styling a table does not have to be complicated. In fact, the more I simplify things, the more beautiful the table often becomes. We tend to think that a styled table requires decorations, flowers from the shop, or something new bought especially for the occasion. But very often the most interesting tables begin with things that already live quietly in our homes.

Eggs are one of those things… We keep them in the fridge, we cook them without much thought, yet when placed in a bowl they suddenly become something very beautiful. Their shapes are gentle, their colours soft, sometimes creamy, sometimes speckled. They carry a quiet natural elegance that fits perfectly into a table setting, especially for Easter. One thing I particularly enjoy is mixing different varieties of eggs together. Chicken eggs, quail eggs, sometimes duck eggs if I can find them. Each one brings a slightly different colour, size and texture. When gathered together in a simple bowl they create a composition that feels very natural and somehow already complete.

If you cook the eggs first and gently polish the shells with a tiny drop of olive oil, they develop a soft glow. It is a very small detail, but it changes the whole feeling. Suddenly they look almost like small pieces of natural porcelain placed at the centre of the table.

For this table I also added a few delicate Muscari flowers (Grape Hyacinth). They are one of the first little signs that spring is quietly arriving. Tiny, modest flowers that appear almost unnoticed in gardens and along paths. I love placing a single stem on a plate or beside the cutlery. It is such a small gesture, yet it immediately brings a sense of the season to the table.

When styling tables like this I rarely focus on perfect colour matching. Instead I pay attention to textures. Linen that has been washed many times, woven placemats, wooden boards, ceramic plates collected over the years. These materials naturally belong together and create warmth without much effort.

Another little trick I often use is layering. A placemat, then a plate, perhaps a small board or bowl placed slightly higher. Even a folded linen napkin can add another gentle layer. These small differences in height make the table feel more relaxed and interesting.

Sometimes I also like to create a little imperfection on purpose. A linen napkin that falls slightly over the placemat, a plate that is not perfectly centred, a branch resting softly across the table. These small irregular moments make the table feel lived-in rather than staged.

Odd numbers work beautifully too. Three eggs, five quail eggs, a small cluster placed near a bowl. Somehow these arrangements feel more natural to the eye.

Instead of one large centrepiece, I often prefer scattering small elements around the table. A tiny flower on a plate. A quail egg placed beside a bowl. A small branch lying gently across the linen. These small details create movement and invite people to look closer.

Whenever possible, I also try to place the table near natural light. Daylight does something wonderful to simple materials. It softens the colours of ceramics, highlights the texture of linen and brings warmth to wooden surfaces. Suddenly even the simplest objects begin to glow.

And perhaps the most important thing I have learned over time is this: style with your heart.

Do not be afraid to play with what you already have at home. Mix plates from different sets. Use cutlery that does not perfectly match. Bring something from outside - a branch, a flower, a few herbs growing near your doorstep.

Very often the things we already have around us are more than enough.

Seasonal Corners are simply small invitations to slow down and notice the moment we are in. A bowl of eggs on the table, a flower from the garden, natural light falling softly across the linen.

Nothing elaborate.

Just small gestures that quietly bring the season into the home.

And sometimes that is all we need.

And perhaps this is what seasonal living truly means to me. Not grand gestures or perfectly styled moments, but small quiet details that gently reflect the time of year. A table prepared with care, a bowl of eggs gathered in the kitchen, a tiny flower from the garden resting beside a plate. These simple things remind us that beauty does not always arrive through effort - sometimes it is already present in the everyday moments around us, waiting to be noticed.

Na początek chciałam zapytać, jak minął Wam tydzień.

U mnie ostatnie dni były dość intensywne i zauważyłam, że trochę zostałam w tyle z pisaniem. Dziękuję Wam za cierpliwość i za to, że tu jesteście. Kolejny rozdział Seasonal Living - rozdział 8 - pojawi się jeszcze w tym tygodniu. Chciałam dać sobie chwilę, żeby spokojnie dopracować kilka myśli. W międzyczasie pomyślałam, że wrócimy na moment do serii Seasonal Corners i pokażę Wam kolejny stół z nakryciem do Wielkanocnego stołu.

Z biegiem czasu, coraz bardziej przekonuję się, że piękny stół wcale nie wymaga wielu dekoracji ani kupowania nowych rzeczy. Wręcz przeciwnie - im prościej, tym często ciekawiej. Czasem wystarczy coś bardzo zwyczajnego. Na przykład jajka. Zwykle leżą w lodówce i używamy ich niemal odruchowo, kiedy gotujemy. A jednak kiedy zbierzemy je w jednej misce i postawimy na środku stołu, nagle zaczynają wyglądać zupełnie inaczej. Ich kształty są delikatne, kolory spokojne, czasem kremowe, czasem lekko nakrapiane. Mają w sobie coś bardzo naturalnego i spokojnego. Bardzo lubię mieszać różne rodzaje jajek. Zwykłe kurze, małe przepiórcze, czasem kacze. Każde ma trochę inny odcień i wielkość. Kiedy znajdą się razem w jednej misce, tworzą kompozycję, która wygląda bardzo naturalnie i nie potrzebuje już właściwie niczego więcej. Jeżeli wcześniej je ugotujemy i delikatnie przetrzemy skorupki odrobiną oliwy, pojawia się na nich miękki połysk. To drobny szczegół, ale nagle jajka zaczynają wyglądać prawie jak małe porcelanowe formy.

Na tym stole pojawiły się też małe szafirki. To jedne z pierwszych kwiatów, które pojawiają się wczesną wiosną. Są skromne i delikatne, ale właśnie dlatego tak pięknie wyglądają na stole. Czasem wystarczy jedna mała gałązka położona na talerzu albo obok sztućców, żeby od razu poczuć, że zmienia się pora roku.

Kiedy układam taki stół, rzadko myślę o idealnym dopasowaniu kolorów. Bardziej zwracam uwagę na faktury. Len, drewno, ceramika, plecione podkładki. Te materiały naturalnie ze sobą współgrają i wprowadzają ciepło bez większego wysiłku.

Lubię też budować stół warstwami. Najpierw podkładka, potem talerz, czasem deseczka albo miska ustawiona trochę wyżej. Nawet złożona serwetka potrafi dodać kolejny poziom i sprawić, że całość wygląda ciekawiej.

Czasami pozwalam sobie też na małą kontrolowaną niedoskonałość. Serwetka opadająca lekko na podkładkę, talerz nie do końca na środku, gałązka ułożona swobodnie na stole. Takie drobne rzeczy sprawiają, że stół wygląda bardziej naturalnie, mniej „ustawiony”.

Dobrze działają też nieparzyste liczby. Trzy jajka, pięć przepiórczych, mała grupka ułożona przy misce. Nasze oko jakoś intuicyjnie odbiera takie układy jako bardziej harmonijne.

Zamiast jednego dużego centralnego elementu lubię rozrzucić drobne detale po całym stole. Mały kwiat na talerzu. Przepiórcze jajko obok miski. Gałązka leżąca na lnie. Takie małe triki sprawiają, że stół zaczyna żyć.

Jeżeli mam możliwość, staram się też ustawić stół blisko naturalnego światła. Dzienne światło potrafi pięknie wydobyć fakturę ceramiki, miękkość lnu i ciepło drewna. Nawet najprostsze przedmioty nagle wyglądają zupełnie inaczej.

I chyba najważniejsze - układajcie stół sercem.

Rozejrzyjcie się po swojej kuchni, po półkach, po ogrodzie. Często wszystko, czego potrzebujemy, już tam jest. Kilka jajek w misce, mały kwiat z ogrodu, gałązka znaleziona podczas spaceru.

Naprawdę niewiele trzeba.

Seasonal Corners to dla mnie takie małe zaproszenie do zatrzymania się na chwilę i zauważenia tego momentu, w którym jesteśmy. Miseczka z jajkami na stole, światło wpadające przez okno, mały kwiat położony obok talerza.

Nic wielkiego.

Po prostu drobne gesty, które pozwalają wpuścić porę roku do domu.

I jeszcze jedna myśl na koniec.

Może właśnie na tym polega prawdziwe sezonowe życie - nie na idealnie przygotowanych przestrzeniach, ale na tych cichych, codziennych momentach. Na stole przygotowanym z uważnością, na prostych rzeczach, które już mamy pod ręką. Bo piękno często nie wymaga wielkiego wysiłku. Czasem wystarczy tylko je zauważyć.

Today I’m very happy to introduce a new little space here on my Substack, a series I decided to call Seasonal Corners. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I will enjoy creating it.

Over the next few weeks, as spring slowly begins to arrive and we move closer to Easter, we will focus mainly on Easter tables and simple seasonal decorations. Nothing complicated and nothing expensive, just small ideas and inspirations that can bring a little beauty into our homes. After Easter, I would love to continue Seasonal Corners every Monday, sharing simple ways to style small spaces around the house - our tables, kitchens, gardens and little corners that make everyday life feel warmer and more special. If you have been following my other series, Seasonal Living, which arrives on Wednesdays, you already know how much I believe in living in rhythm with the seasons. And there is something else that feels very important to me as well.

We often try so hard to make everything perfect.

Perfect homes.
Perfect tables.
Perfect gardens.
Perfect families.

But perfection doesn’t really exist. And that is exactly what makes it beautiful. The same applies to our homes. A house that is truly lived in will never look like a catalogue, and it shouldn’t. Another thing I learned over the years is that quantity is not equal to quality. When we style our homes, we often feel the urge to buy something new straight away. It is easy to go to the shop and solve the “problem” quickly. But sometimes it is worth pausing for a moment and asking ourselves a few simple questions:

Is this really good quality?
Will I use it again?
How will I style it with the things I already have?
Do I truly need it?

Very often we realise that we already have everything at home. The magic is not in buying more things. The magic is in seeing familiar things with new eyes. Sometimes all it takes is moving objects around, combining pieces that normally would not sit together, or simply adding something small from nature - a flower, a feather… A very ordinary object, styled thoughtfully, can suddenly look like a million dollars. And that is exactly what I would love to explore with you in this series.

Today’s Corner: A Simple Spring Table

If you look closely at the table, you will quickly notice something - nothing here is perfectly matched, and that is exactly the idea. The plates come from different sets. Some are vintage, some are newer, some have delicate patterns while others are completely plain. The shapes are different, the textures are different, and even the shades of white and cream vary slightly. Yet somehow they sit together beautifully.

When pieces come from different places and different times, the table starts to feel collected rather than purchased all at once, and that always gives it much more character.

The same goes for the cutlery. None of it actually comes from a full set. Some pieces are single finds collected over the years, others come from completely different collections.

But because the colour palette stays similar - everything still works together naturally.

This is a very simple trick you can use at home.

You can follow a colour palette, like soft whites, creams and gentle blues.
You can follow a pattern theme, for example delicate florals or vintage prints.
Or sometimes you simply follow your own style and intuition.

Don’t be afraid of mixing pieces.

If you find a plate in a charity shop and it speaks to you - buy it. You don’t need a full set. Just think about what you already have at home and how it might work together. Maybe the colour matches something. Maybe the pattern echoes another plate.
Or maybe it simply feels right.

Often styling is not about strict rules. It is about training your eye and trusting your instinct.

When you start looking at your cupboards this way, you may realise that the most beautiful combinations were already there - quietly waiting to be noticed.

And sometimes all they need is to be placed on the table in a slightly different way.

And perhaps this is the real beauty of seasonal living - noticing what we already have around us. A simple table, a few collected pieces, a feather, a tiny egg, the soft light of early spring entering the room. Nothing perfect, nothing forced. Just small details coming together quietly, creating a space where we can slow down, sit for a moment, and share something warm with the people we love. Sometimes that is more than enough.

Po Wielkanocy chciałabym kontynuować Seasonal Corners w każdy poniedziałek, dzieląc się prostymi sposobami na stylizowanie naszych domów z tego, co już mamy. Czasami będzie to stół, czasami kuchnia, ogród albo jakiś mały, cichy kąt w domu, który sprawia, że przestrzeń staje się bardziej przytulna i prawdziwa. Jeżeli czytacie moją drugą serię, Seasonal Living, która pojawia się w środy, to wiecie już, jak bardzo wierzę w życie w rytmie natury i pór roku. Ale jest jeszcze jedna rzecz, która jest dla mnie równie ważna. Bardzo często próbujemy być idealni, w naszych domach, rodzinach, ogrodach czy nawet przy stole. Tymczasem perfekcja właściwie nie istnieje. W pewnym sensie wszyscy jesteśmy po prostu pięknie niedoskonali - i nasze domy też. Z biegiem lat zrozumiałam też jedną prostą rzecz - ilość nigdy nie równa się jakości. Bardzo łatwo jest pójść do sklepu i kupić coś nowego, kiedy mamy wrażenie, że czegoś nam w domu brakuje. Czasami jednak warto się na chwilę zatrzymać i zadać sobie kilka pytań. Czy to jest naprawdę dobrej jakości? Czy będę z tego korzystać za jakiś czas? Czy będzie pasowało do rzeczy, które już mam? Czy naprawdę tego potrzebuję? Bardzo często okazuje się, że wszystko, czego potrzebujemy, mamy już w domu. Cała magia polega na tym, żeby spojrzeć na te rzeczy trochę inaczej.

Jeżeli przyjrzycie się bliżej dzisiejszemu stołowi , zauważycie jedną rzecz - nic tutaj nie jest idealnie dopasowane i właśnie o to chodzi. Talerze pochodzą z różnych kompletów. Niektóre są stare, inne nowsze, jedne mają delikatne wzory, inne są zupełnie proste. Różnią się fakturą, kształtem, a nawet odcieniem. A jednak razem wyglądają bardzo spójnie. Podobnie jest ze sztućcami. One również nie pochodzą z jednego kompletu. Część z nich to pojedyncze znaleziska zbierane przez lata. Ale ponieważ utrzymane są w podobnej, srebrnej tonacji, całość nadal wygląda spokojnie i harmonijnie. To bardzo prosty trik, który możecie zastosować u siebie w domu. Możecie kierować się kolorem, wzorem albo po prostu własnym stylem. Elementy nie muszą być idealnie dopasowane, żeby razem wyglądały dobrze. A jeśli kiedyś zobaczycie w second handzie talerz, który naprawdę Wam się spodoba - nie bójcie się go kupić tylko dlatego, że nie należy do kompletu. Wystarczy pomyśleć, z czym w domu mógłby się połączyć. Stylizowanie przestrzeni bardzo rzadko polega na sztywnych zasadach. Bardziej chodzi o zaufanie własnemu oku i intuicji. Kiedy zaczniemy patrzeć na rzeczy w ten sposób, często okazuje się, że najpiękniejsze połączenia już od dawna czekają spokojnie w naszych kuchennych szafkach. Czasami wystarczy tylko ustawić je obok siebie w trochę inny sposób. I może właśnie w tym kryje się prawdziwe piękno życia w rytmie sezonów - w zauważaniu tego, co już mamy wokół siebie. Prosty stół, kilka zebranych przez lata przedmiotów, delikatne światło wiosny wpadające przez okno. Nic idealnego, nic wymuszonego. Tylko drobne detale, które spokojnie układają się w całość i tworzą przestrzeń, w której można na chwilę zwolnić, usiąść i podzielić się czymś dobrym z bliskimi. A czasem to naprawdę wystarczy.

Hello my Dearest Readers,

How has your week been?
It feels like a long time since we last spoke here…

On my side it has been quite a roller coaster. One of our dogs, Olive, had to go through an emergency operation. Thankfully she is home now and slowly recovering, but the last few days have reminded me very clearly that life rarely follows our plans. Right now the house feels a little bit like when you bring a newborn home, everything suddenly revolves around one fragile little being. The rhythm of the day changes. Nights are lighter, days move slower, and attention goes exactly where it is needed most.

And strangely, I don’t mind it at all.

My grandma used to say something when I was little that stayed with me for life. She would always remind us that planning too far ahead is a dangerous game, because life has its own rhythm and its own humour. The way she said it frightened me a little as a child. Even today, I sometimes hesitate when I hear the word planning. But as the years passed, I began to understand what she meant. It wasn’t about fear.
It was about learning to move with life instead of trying to control it.

So, this week everything at home has been a little upside down, and all my attention has been on Olive and her recovery. I hope each day will bring her a little more strength.

Because life has felt quite intense lately - at home, at work and in the wider world - today I wanted to keep this chapter light.

I have always been someone who lives with routines. Maybe a little too much sometimes (OCD - Obsessive- Compulsive Disorder). If certain small things are not done in the morning, I can feel strangely unsettled until they find their place in my day. It is simply how I am. But within that routine I have learned to notice how the rhythm of the seasons quietly moves through the house. Not through dramatic changes, but through very small signals.

We are waiting for Spring…The home begins to breathe differently. Windows are open more often. Surfaces feel better when they are a little clearer. Objects that felt comforting during the winter months (candles burning early in the afternoon, thick blankets on the sofa, darker colours on the table) slowly begin to feel like they belong to another moment… Not wrong. Just no longer needed in quite the same way. Instead, the house asks for a little more light. A little more air. Sometimes even a little emptiness.

I often notice this first on my table. Through winter it becomes a place of warmth - candles, deeper colours, heavier ceramics. But as the days lengthen, something shifts almost instinctively. A simple branch with the first tiny buds suddenly feels more appropriate than a candle flame.

The same quiet change happens in the kitchen and on our plates.

In winter we search for warmth that grounds us - long-cooked soups, stews, grains that sit heavily and comfortingly in the body. But as the light begins to return, the warmth we seek changes its character. It is still nourishing. Still comforting. But lighter somehow.

A bowl of soup that feels fresh rather than heavy.
Vegetables that are still cooked but no longer buried under layers of richness.
Meals that gently wake the body after the long winter months.

Seasonal living, for me, is not about strict rules or perfect seasonal calendars.

It is about listening.

Listening to the body.
Listening to the home.
Listening to the subtle signals that something is shifting.

Nature never rushes these transitions. The change from winter to spring happens slowly, almost invisibly. And perhaps our homes - and our lives - are meant to follow that same gentle rhythm…

Over the next few weeks (start Monday the 9th of march), I would love to share something new with you here - a small series I’m calling Seasonal Corners (Seasonal Living will be still published on Wednesday’s).

Simple ways to bring the feeling of spring and Easter into the home using what we already have: vintage pieces, garden branches, linen cloths, candles, and small details that quietly transform a space.

Just gentle beauty for everyday life.

🇵🇱Sezonowe życie - Rozdział 7

Dom zmienia się z nami zanim nadejdzie wiosna…

Moi Drodzy,

Jak minął Wam tydzień?
Mam wrażenie, że minęło sporo czasu odkąd ostatnio się tu spotkaliśmy - od zeszłej środy, kiedy opublikowałam poprzedni rozdział.

U mnie był to dość intensywny czas. Moja suczka, Oliwka, musiała przejść nagłą operację. Na szczęście jest już w domu i powoli dochodzi do siebie, ale ostatnie dni bardzo wyraźnie przypomniały mi o czymś ważnym, że życie rzadko kiedy układa się dokładnie tak, jak planujemy. W domu zrobiło się trochę jak wtedy, gdy pojawia się noworodek. Wszystko nagle zaczyna kręcić się wokół jednej małej istoty. Rytm dnia zmienia się, czas płynie trochę wolniej, a uwaga skupia się dokładnie tam, gdzie jest najbardziej potrzebna.

I co ciekawe, wcale mi to nie przeszkadza.

Moja babcia miała kiedyś takie powiedzenie, które zostało ze mną na całe życie.

„Chcesz rozśmieszyć Pana Boga? Opowiedz Mu o swoich planach.”

Zawsze powtarzała, żeby z planowaniem nie wybiegać za daleko w przyszłość, bo życie i tak ma swój własny rytm i swoje własne pomysły. Kiedy byłam dzieckiem, trochę mnie to przerażało. Do dziś czasem łapię się na tym, że słowo „plan” budzi we mnie lekką niepewność. Dopiero z czasem zrozumiałam, że nie chodziło o strach. Chodziło raczej o to, żeby nauczyć się iść razem z życiem, zamiast próbować je kontrolować.

Ponieważ ostatnio wszystko wokół wydaje się dość intensywne - w domu, w pracy, na świecie - chciałam, żeby dzisiejszy rozdział był trochę lżejszy.

Jeśli mnie już trochę znacie, albo dopiero zaczynacie poznawać, to wiecie, że staram się otaczać pięknymi rzeczami. Nie chodzi o rzeczy drogie. Raczej o takie, które po prostu są piękne.I przez lata zauważyłam coś bardzo ciekawego, dom zaczyna reagować na zmianę pór roku zanim my sami do końca ją zauważymy.

Stół, który przez całą zimę wyglądał najlepiej przy świetle świec, nagle aż prosi się o kilka zielonych gałązek. Grube koce, które jeszcze niedawno dawały poczucie ciepła i przytulności, zaczynają wydawać się zbyt ciężkie. Coraz częściej sięgamy po lżejsze tkaniny, więcej światła, więcej przestrzeni. Dom zaczyna oddychać inaczej.
Otwieramy częściej okna.

Zawsze byłam osobą przywiązaną do swoich małych rytuałów. Może nawet trochę za bardzo. Jeśli pewne rzeczy rano nie zostaną zrobione, potrafię czuć dziwny niepokój, dopóki nie znajdą swojego miejsca w planie dnia.

Taka już jestem.

Ale właśnie w tych codziennych rytuałach zaczęłam zauważać, jak zmienia się dom wraz z porą roku. Nie w wielkich gestach. W małych sygnałach.

Podobna zmiana pojawia się też w kuchni i na naszych talerzach. Zimą szukamy ciepła, które nas ugruntuje - długogotowanych zup, gulaszy, potraw, które są sycące i otulające. Kiedy jednak światło wraca, zmienia się także rodzaj ciepła, którego potrzebuje ciało.Nadal chcemy potraw rozgrzewających.
Ale już trochę lżejszych. Zup, które są świeże, a nie ciężkie.
Warzyw, które wciąż są gotowane, ale nie przykryte grubą warstwą intensywnych smaków.
Posiłkow, które powoli budzą ciało po zimie. Dla mnie sezonowe życie nie polega na ścisłych zasadach ani idealnych kalendarzach sezonowości.

Chodzi raczej o słuchanie.

Słuchanie ciała.
Słuchanie domu.
Słuchanie tych bardzo subtelnych sygnałów, które mówią, że coś się zmienia.

W naturze te przejścia nigdy nie dzieją się nagle. Zima nie kończy się jednego dnia, a wiosna nie zaczyna się od razu w pełni. Wszystko dzieje się powoli. I może nasze domy - a także nasze życie - też są stworzone do tego, żeby podążać za tym spokojnym rytmem.

Będę pokazywać proste sposoby na wprowadzenie wiosny i wielkanocnego nastroju do domu - z tego, co już mamy pod ręką. Z gałązek z ogrodu, starych naczyń, lnianych serwet, świec i drobnych detali.Nic spektakularnego. Tylko ciche piękno codzienności. Bo czasem właśnie tego najbardziej potrzebujemy.

We live in a world that celebrates polished surfaces. Perfect routines. Perfect plates. Perfect bodies. Perfect lives. Yet, nothing in nature strives for perfection. Branches bend. Leaves tear. Winter gardens appear empty, yet life sleeps beneath the soil.

And we, too, are made to be imperfect.

Nature does not apologise for asymmetry. A tree shaped by the wind does not try to grow straight. Frost softens the edges of what once bloomed. What fades returns to the earth and becomes part of the quiet cycle that allows life to begin again. Nothing is wasted. Nothing is forced. Everything belongs. Somewhere along the way, we forgot this. We began to believe that wellness must look a certain way. That health is something to perform. The perfect diet. The perfect morning ritual. The flawless routine we must follow without deviation. We scroll past immaculate kitchens, glowing skin, carefully arranged bowls, and begin to feel that we are failing at something that was never meant to be a performance.

But wellbeing is not an aesthetic.

Health is not a photograph.

And nourishment does not require an audience.

Sometimes nourishment is yesterday’s soup reheated slowly. A bowl of rice with greens. Tea instead of a full meal when the body asks for quiet. Food eaten in silence rather than beautifully styled and shared. Imperfect nourishment is still nourishment. In fact, it is often the most honest kind, the kind that meets us exactly where we are. There are days when energy is low, when emotions move like winter weather, when the body asks us to slow down instead of improve. Days when the to-do list remains unfinished and the simplest meal feels like enough. Days when rest nourishes more than productivity ever could. We are not mechanical beings built for constant output.

We are cyclical, responsive, alive.

And perhaps the softest form of healing begins when we allow ourselves to be human. When we release the pressure to do everything right. When we stop forcing and begin listening. When we allow our rhythm to shift with the seasons, with our energy, with the unseen currents moving through our lives.

In a world that demands perfection, choosing gentleness becomes a quiet act of courage.

Perfection does not live outside of us.

There will be many photographs, soft details, and seasonal touches to add a little light and warmth to the weeks ahead.

O byciu wystarczającą

Czasem mam wrażenie, że żyjemy w świecie, który nieustannie podpowiada nam, jacy powinniśmy być. Bardziej uporządkowani. Bardziej zdyscyplinowani. Zdrowsi, spokojniejsi, piękniej żyjący.

Łatwo w to uwierzyć.

Wystarczy spojrzeć na obrazy idealnych poranków, perfekcyjnych talerzy, harmonijnych domów. Wszystko wydaje się takie poukładane. Bez wysiłku. Bez skazy. A przecież życie tak nie wygląda. Wystarczy wyjść na zewnątrz. Drzewo nie rośnie prosto, jeśli wiatr prowadzi je w inną stronę. Zeschnięte liście kruszą się pod stopami i nikomu nie przeszkadza ich niedoskonałość. Zimowy ogród wygląda na pusty, a jednak pod ziemią trwa ciche przygotowanie do nowego początku. Nic nie próbuje być idealne. Wszystko jest dokładnie takie, jakie ma być.

Może to my nauczyliśmy się wierzyć, że to za mało.

Że zdrowie trzeba udowodnić. Że dobrostan musi być widoczny. Że troska o siebie powinna wyglądać pięknie. A przecież czasem troską jest podgrzanie wczorajszej zupy. Zjedzenie czegoś prostego w ciszy. Zaparzenie herbaty i zatrzymanie na chwilę, bez pośpiechu. To nie wygląda spektakularnie. Ale jest prawdziwe. Są dni, kiedy mamy mniej energii. Kiedy emocje falują, a ciało prosi o zwolnienie. Dni, kiedy nie wszystko zostaje zrobione, a mimo to świat się nie rozpada. Dni, kiedy odpoczynek karmi nas bardziej niż działanie.

Nie jesteśmy stworzeni do nieustannego wysiłku.

Jesteśmy zmienni. Czujący. Żywi. Może troska o siebie zaczyna się w chwili, gdy przestajemy próbować wszystko robić właściwie. Gdy zamiast poprawiać - zaczynamy słuchać. Gdy pozwalamy sobie poruszać się we własnym tempie. Gdy zauważamy, że nasze życie nie musi wyglądać jak czyjeś. Łagodność nie jest słabością. Jest zgodą na bycie człowiekiem. Nie musimy stawać się lepszą wersją siebie każdego dnia. Możemy stawać się bardziej prawdziwi. Może właśnie w tej niedoskonałości jest miejsce, w którym możemy odetchnąć. A może pytanie nie brzmi, jak stać się lepszym… może wystarczy uwierzyc że tacy, jacy jesteśmy wystarczamy.

Dziękuję Wam za ciepłe przyjęcie cyklu Seasonal Living. Pisanie tych refleksji jest dla mnie bardzo osobiste, ale czuję też, że są one nam potrzebne - w świecie, który nie pozwala zwolnić i posłuchać siebie.

Wraz ze zbliżającą się wiosną zacznę wplatać do tych zapisków trochę domowego piękna - proste inspiracje stołu, drobne pomysły na stworzenie nastroju i sposoby, by ocieplić przestrzeń tym, co już mamy. Będzie więcej światła, fotografii i małych detali, które wnoszą spokój.

Bo piękno nie musi być doskonałe…
