Naboth owned a vineyard right next to King Ahab’s palace. Ahab wanted it for a vegetable garden and offered to buy it or trade for a better one. Naboth refused Ahab’s offer, and he was right to. Under the law, land was tied to family inheritance. Giving it up wasn’t just a real estate decision, it was giving away what belonged to his fathers and was meant for his children (1 Kings 21:3, ESV).

Ahab went home and sulked like an unruly child who didn’t get his way. He lay on his bed, turned his face away, and refused to eat. Jezebel saw her husband pouting and asked what was wrong. When she heard it was only a vineyard he couldn’t have, she mocked him, saying she would get it for him herself.

She wrote letters in Ahab’s name, sealed with his authority, and sent them to the elders of Naboth’s own city. The plot was simple: call a fast, seat Naboth in a place of honor. Bring in two worthless men to falsely accuse him of cursing God and the king. Then take him out and stone him.

The elders did exactly as they were told. Naboth was killed on the word of paid liars under the influence of Jezebel, and Ahab walked in to claim the vineyard as though it had simply become vacant.

But God saw the whole thing. He was not fooled by the fast, the false witnesses, or the paperwork. This is where we see the wheels of justice begin to turn. The word of the Lord came to Elijah and sent him straight to Ahab, standing in the very vineyard Ahab had just taken. The message was direct. “Have you killed and also taken possession?” And then, “In the place where dogs licked up the blood of Naboth shall dogs lick up your own blood” (1 Kings 21:19, ESV).

Naboth had no earthly advocate. No court corrected the injustice because they were all scared of Jezebel. No elder stood up and said this was wrong. From the outside, it looked like Ahab and Jezebel got away with it completely.

But God saw everything.

The Lord has been downloading revelation to me about the wheels of justice that are turning in the heavenlies. There has been an edict issued by the Most High concerning injustices that have been placed upon His sons and daughters. The Lord, Most High, has made a stand against the accuser, and in places where there has been slander, mischaracterization, theft, and unwarranted opposition, you will see victory and overturn.

The Lord has been downloading revelation to me about the wheels of justice that are turning in the heavenlies.

Every case that the enemy has brought against you has now been closed. The monitoring spirits have no evidence or legal right to continue to harass you. The generational iniquities have no legal right to continue to torment you, the cease and desist has been sent in the spirit. Every worker of darkness operating as a hireling to derail has absolutely no access to you. The silver cords have been cut. The spirit spouses that have harassed you in your dreams and drained you of your life force and your finances have been untethered from you. The angelic hosts have been commissioned to sever their access to you.

You have been found not guilty in the courts of heaven. The cases against you have been dismissed. You are free from the entanglements.

You will experience joy unspeakable, but with a sword in your hand.

You will experience joy unspeakable, but with your business in your hand.

You will experience joy unspeakable, but with your spouse (future spouse) walking hand in hand.

The wheels of divine justice are turning, and your focus must be on what God has called you to build and restore. Every piece of your life is aligning into order under the direction of the Holy Spirit. This is not the time to shrink back, you are being commissioned. Do not allow the noisome pestilence to distract you, you are walking into an era of freedom and new beginnings.

Restoration

I heard the Lord say, “I AM bringing rectification and justice. I have heard the cries of My people and I AM delivering them from the snares. I AM removing them from the pit and I am restoring their hope and faith in My power. I am a righteous judge. I am overturning every accusation of the enemy. Watch My word unfold. I am the Lord, I do not lie.”

In every place where you have known tears of grief and unbelief, you will cry tears of joy. The Lord is restoring the time lost battling naysayers and hirelings. The harassment from Jezebel is over. Those controlling powers do not have authority over you. As the Lord breathes life into you, he’s restoring you back to the place where you belong. The wheels of divine justice will bring forth divine restoration. This is the will of God concerning you.

Wonder is a gateway into the mysteries of God. It is the space where awe is not a fleeting emotion but a way of living, an atmosphere we are invited to dwell in rather than visit.

Wonder is not transactional. It is transformational. It does not ask God for something and walk away unchanged. It lingers in His presence long enough to be remade by it.

Faith Is a Dimension of Wonder

Faith is the perception and pursuit of the unseen realm. It is not simply belief in what we cannot prove; it is the willingness to keep our eyes open to a world that most people have trained themselves not to see.

Paul understood this when he wrote to the Corinthians:

1 Corinthians 2:8–9, CEV

“None of the rulers of this age understood this wisdom, for if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. But it is just as the Scriptures say, ‘What God has planned for people who love him is more than eyes have seen or ears have heard. It has never even entered our minds!’”

The rulers of this world could not perceive what God was doing. Their eyes were closed to wonder, so they missed the glory standing in front of them. That is the danger of a life without wonder: we can be present for the miraculous and still crucify it, simply because we were not looking for it.

I recently had a vision about a young woman in ministry. I believe she represents a faction of the body of Christ.

She was beautiful, slender, polished and influential. In the dream, I instinctively knew that she had a significant following. She was the kind of preacher people knew, watched and paid attention to.

She was preaching at a women’s conference.

But almost immediately, I discerned something uncomfortable while listening to her preaching. It was listless, full of religious church jargon with no revelatory depth or sound biblical teaching.

She had massive influence, but she did not yet possess the maturity necessary to carry the weight of the influence she had been given.

This wasn’t about her age.

And it wasn’t envy.

There was simply a discrepancy between the size of her platform and the development of the person standing on it.

As the dream continued, that discrepancy became clearer.

At some point during the conference, there was a break, and I saw that she had become visibly distressed. I approached to ask her if she was “okay”, and she non-verbally communicated with me that she wasn’t by violently shaking her head. She pulled me aside and told me that someone within her online community had accused her of causing discord and mischief.

She was shaken.

I began talking her through it.

What she was experiencing felt enormous to her, but from where I stood, it wasn’t enormous at all. It was resistance. Criticism. The kind of thing anyone carrying public influence will eventually encounter.

So I encouraged her.

Ignore it.

Go back inside.

Preach.

Lay hands.

Do what you came here to do.

But while she was telling me what happened, she suddenly began recording herself. In the middle of being “distraught”, she started a TikTok live.

And that detail stayed with me.

She was experiencing what appeared to be a genuine moment of emotional distress, yet somewhere within that moment there remained an awareness of the ability to capitalize on the moment for monetization, attention, and validation.

The moment wasn’t simply being experienced.

It was being documented.

And I believe that the Holy Spirit is issuing a statement warning to his anointed ones from within this dream.

When We Need People to See Us

There is nothing inherently wrong with social media.

There is nothing inherently wrong with having followers, recording sermons, sharing revelation, posting clips or allowing people to witness portions of our lives.

The problem begins when being seen becomes necessary for us to feel significant.

The problem begins when we attribute anointing to attention.

And ministry can become an extraordinarily effective place to hide that need.

Because attention feels different when we receive it while preaching.

Validation feels spiritual when people are affirming our gifts.

Applause feels “holy” and affirmative when it follows a sermon.

Admiration feels like confirmation when people praise our talents.

Followers feel like fruit.

Engagement feels like impact.

Virality feels like favor.

And without self awareness, we can begin using ministry to meet emotional needs and traumas that ministry was never designed to satisfy.

We tell ourselves we want people to encounter God.

But somewhere underneath it, we may also desperately want people to encounter us.

This has to be addressed.

Validation Can Wear Church Clothes

The need for validation doesn’t always look insecure.

Sometimes it looks powerful.

Sometimes it has a microphone.

Sometimes it has a preaching invitation.

Sometimes it has thousands of followers.

Sometimes it knows exactly where the camera is.

And sometimes it has learned enough spiritual language to disguise itself as calling.

That is why self awareness matters so deeply for those who minister.

You may genuinely love God and but also be attention seeking.

You may genuinely be called and still be insecure.

You may genuinely be anointed and still need affirmation.

You may genuinely hear God and still have places within you that crave the approval of people.

Those realities can exist simultaneously.

The danger isn’t discovering that need within ourselves, the danger is refusing to confront it.

Because whatever we refuse to confront privately will eventually begin influencing how we minister publicly.

What Happens When Validation Disappears?

The young woman in my dream encountered criticism, and suddenly her internal stability began collapsing.

That made me wonder:

What happens to us when the audience stops applauding?

What happens when the comments change?

What happens when people misunderstand us?

What happens when somebody doesn’t like the sermon?

What happens when the invitation doesn’t come?

What happens when someone else gets chosen?

What happens when our numbers decline?

What happens when the post doesn’t perform?

What happens when people stop calling us powerful?

If our sense of calling rises and falls with people’s responses, we haven’t simply built a ministry.

We have built an emotional dependency.

And eventually that dependency will control us.

We will preach what gets engagement.

We will exaggerate what gets attention.

We will manufacture urgency.

We will share things prematurely.

We will interpret ordinary criticism as persecution.

We will constantly need another prophetic confirmation, another invitation, another viral clip, another compliment, another person telling us how powerful we are.

Not because God stopped speaking.

But because His voice is no longer the only voice we need.

Not Everything Sacred Needs an Audience

Perhaps the most sobering part of the dream was watching this preacher record herself while she was distressed.

Because it raised a question that I think ministers in the digital age must ask:

Do I still know how to have a moment that nobody sees?

Can God speak to me without me posting what He said?

Can I cry without turning the tears into content?

Can I heal without documenting the process?

Can I receive revelation and sit with it?

Can I experience something sacred without immediately imagining the caption?

Can I do something powerful for God when there is no camera in the room?

Can I minister to one person with the same intensity that I would minister to one thousand?

Can I obey God when obedience produces absolutely no engagement?

There must remain places within us that belong exclusively to God.

Not everything needs witnesses.

Some things need roots.

Attention Is a Terrible Measure of Anointing

One of the great deceptions of digital evangelism is that numbers give us immediate feedback.

Views.

Likes.

Shares.

Followers.

Comments.

Subscribers.

Attendance.

All of those things can tell us something about reach.

But they cannot tell us everything about fruit.

And they certainly cannot measure maturity.

A person can have enormous reach and very little internal formation.

Another person can have tremendous spiritual depth and relatively little visibility.

Jesus never instructed us to determine spiritual authority by audience size.

Yet if we aren’t careful, we can unconsciously create a theology where visibility becomes evidence of divine approval.

It isn’t.

Attention tells you that people are looking.

It does not necessarily tell you what God is saying.

Preacher, Examine Your Need to Be Seen

This isn’t an accusation.

It’s an invitation to self awareness.

Because the question isn’t whether we enjoy encouragement. Of course we do.

The question is whether we need attention in order to remain emotionally stable in our calling.

Would you still preach if nobody posted the clip?

Would you still prophesy if nobody told you afterward how accurate you were?

Would you still write if only ten people read it?

Would you still pray if nobody heard you?

Would you still serve if somebody else received the credit?

Would you still obey if obedience made you less popular?

Would you still believe God called you if nobody invited you anywhere for an entire year?

Would you still know who you are?

Those are uncomfortable questions.

But perhaps uncomfortable questions are exactly what this generation of ministers needs.

Let God Heal the Need Beneath the Ministry

I don’t believe the answer is disappearing from social media.

I don’t believe the answer is rejecting platforms.

And I certainly don’t believe having influence automatically means someone is attention seeking.

The answer is much more complex.

We have to become honest about what attention does to us.

Notice what happens internally when your numbers increase.

Notice what happens when they decrease.

Notice how you feel when someone else is celebrated.

Notice how you respond when you are overlooked.

Notice whether you feel compelled to announce everything God is doing.

Notice whether criticism sends you into emotional chaos.

Notice whether silence makes you feel invisible.

Those reactions are information.

They show us where validation may still have access to our identity.

And instead of condemning ourselves for discovering those places, we can bring them before God.

“Lord, why do I need them to see me?”

“Why does being overlooked hurt this badly?”

“Why do I need people to tell me I’m powerful?”

“Why does somebody else’s success make me question my own calling?”

“Why can’t I experience something beautiful without sharing it?”

Those prayers may never go viral.

But they might save your ministry.

Ministry Cannot Heal What Only God Can Heal

Your congregation cannot heal your insecurity.

Your followers cannot heal your rejection.

Your invitations cannot heal your fear of insignificance.

Your engagement cannot convince you that you matter.

And no amount of public affirmation can permanently satisfy a private question about your worth.

Eventually, you will need another compliment.

Another invitation.

Another crowd.

Another moment.

Another post.

Another person saying, “You blessed me.”

Validation is hungry.

It always needs to eat again.

That is why our identity has to be established somewhere the audience cannot reach.

Before the microphone.

Before the platform.

Before the followers.

Before the invitation.

Before anybody knew your name.

There must be a place where God alone is enough.

Because ministry was never meant to become the place where we prove that we matter.

It is supposed to be the place where, already knowing that we matter to God, we pour ourselves out for others.

So perhaps the question for this generation of preachers isn’t simply:

“Am I called?”

Perhaps we also need to ask:

“What part of me needs people to know that I’m called?”

Because those are two very different questions.

And answering the second one may determine whether we can faithfully carry the first.

The Introduction of Baal Worship

According to 1 Kings 16:31–33, Jezebel’s marriage to Ahab brought the worship of Baal, the Canaanite storm god, into Israel. This was more than a cultural exchange, it was a direct violation of Israel’s covenant with Yahweh. Under her influence, Israel turned to idols, and the prophets of the Lord faced intense persecution.

Her Conflict with Elijah

Jezebel’s story intertwines with that of the prophet Elijah. After Elijah’s dramatic victory over the prophets of Baal on Mount Carmel (1 Kings 18), Jezebel responded with threats on his life, forcing him into hiding. Her relentless opposition to God’s prophet revealed her hardened heart against the truth.

The Plot Against Naboth

Perhaps one of the most telling episodes of Jezebel’s character unfolds in 1 Kings 21, in the account of Naboth’s vineyard.

Naboth owned a vineyard in Jezreel, right next to King Ahab’s palace. Ahab wanted the land for a vegetable garden and offered to buy it or trade for a better vineyard. Naboth refused, since the land was his family’s inheritance, and Israelite law protected ancestral land from being sold off.

Ahab sulked over the refusal and refused to eat. Jezebel questioned why he was acting like a king with no power, then took matters into her own hands. She wrote letters in Ahab’s name, sealed with his royal seal, and sent them to the elders and nobles of Naboth’s city. The letters instructed them to proclaim a fast, seat Naboth prominently, and bring in two worthless men to falsely accuse him of cursing God and the king. Under that fabricated and baseless charge, the elders had Naboth stoned to death.

Once word came that Naboth was dead, Jezebel told Ahab to go take possession of the vineyard. He did. That single act of theft triggered the prophet Elijah’s confrontation with Ahab, pronouncing judgment on his household, and specifically on Jezebel, whose death he foretold would happen at Jezreel itself.

This manic episode showed her willingness to manipulate and kill to achieve her goals, and it set the terms for everything that would follow.

A Prophecy Fulfilled

Because of her evil deeds, Elijah prophesied that dogs would devour Jezebel’s body (1 Kings 21:23). This prophecy came to pass in 2 Kings 9:30–37, when she was thrown from a window at the command of Jehu, trampled by horses, and consumed by dogs. Her violent end symbolized divine judgment.

The Historical Context

Beyond the biblical text, Jezebel’s Phoenician heritage is significant. Phoenicia was known for its seafaring trade and devotion to deities like Baal and Astarte (Asherah). Her marriage to Ahab was not just a union of two people but a merging of cultures, one devoted to Yahweh and the other steeped in idolatry. Archaeological findings confirm that Baal worship was widespread in the region, aligning with the biblical portrayal of her influence.

Jezebel’s Legacy

Jezebel’s name became a byword for idolatry, immorality, and rebellion against God. The New Testament even references her symbolically in Revelation 2:20, warning against a woman who “calls herself a prophetess” but leads believers into idolatry and sexual immorality.

Culturally, the term “Jezebel” has often been used, sometimes unfairly, to label women perceived as manipulative or seductive. But in prophetic and deliverance circles, the term has taken on a broader meaning: it describes a grouping of spirits, including manipulation, seduction, control, and deceit, that operate the same way Jezebel herself did.

Discerning a Jezebel Spirit

A Jezebel spirit loves to slander you secretly when you’re no longer under its control, but responds in cowardice and victim blaming when approached. It loves to start chaos and watch it unfold while professing to love order.

Jezebel uses hired hands, unlearned prophets, people pleasers, emotionally underdeveloped individuals, and aloof people of influence, to assassinate character, manipulate, scheme, and take the blame when exposed.

It is known for using charm as a means to an end. Flattery becomes a way to lure those who suffer with low self esteem, low self worth, or spiritual immaturity, and its deception is limitless. When faced with defeat and exposure, it usually goes on a rage fueled rampage and chastises everyone around it in a gaslighting match.

Jezebel is also known for its power of suggestion. It specializes in half truths and sows seeds of discord about others to keep its victims controlled. Those who stay connected to it are intimidated by its bullying and fear being ostracized, because they have seen what being its target can do to a person, and they are afraid. Be careful confiding in Jezebel’s hired hands too; they are just as lethal and manipulative. They will cry about mistreatment, but run back and report everything you said, how you said it, what you had on, where you live, and more.

Jezebel is no one’s friend. It is a user, skilled at getting people to blindly trust it for vain ambitions, status, information, and ego boosting.

If Jezebel has attempted to wreak havoc on your life, forgive her or him. That is your strongest weapon. Jezebel may have harassed you this last season, but I sense strongly that Jezebel is going to have to come back with an apology. Her life depends on it.

Defensively Guard Your Vineyard

Naboth’s vineyard was never just a plot of land. It was his inheritance, and it is the pattern the enemy still uses today.

In the spirit, the Lord showed me how Jezebel has enlisted familiar and monitoring spirits to assess the vineyards (assets, blessings, relationships, and more) of God’s anointed, in order to confiscate and commandeer them. I saw a string of relentless attacks from workers of darkness astral projecting into homes, businesses, and churches to torment and harass, carrying out the plan of the enemy.

It’s important to note that the root of these attacks is not just these practitioners of witchcraft and workers of darkness. The root is the spiritual stronghold of Jezebel itself. The enemy desires to commandeer the fruit of your labor and your spiritual inheritance. This is not the time to be idle concerning the works of your hands and the blessings God has given you. This is the time to defensively guard everything God has given you.

The warfare you are experiencing is meant to target your emotions and slow you down. Do not give in to the enemy. While the stronghold of Jezebel is attempting to commandeer your spiritual inheritance, I also see the spirit attempting to tarnish your reputation through gossip, misunderstanding, and strife. Thanks to God, these attempts will not be successful. The Lord has already placed people at the doorway of your influence who hear His voice and are not easily persuaded.

I prophesy that you will not suffer the same fate as Naboth. I prophesy that every door of influence you enter will reap a great reward. I prophesy that every attack formed against you will malfunction.

You are divinely protected. Keep building.

If You Recognize This Spirit

If the traits described above describe someone you know, or you feel oppressed by an individual demonstrating these traits, here is how to respond:

1. Do not respond to the individual in the flesh. This spirit seeks to provoke you to act a fool. You must respond to it by the power of the Holy Spirit.

2. Relinquish your right to hold a grudge against this individual. You cannot war effectively in the spirit while fighting offended.

3. Check your friend circle. Jezebel loves to gather information about you, and the best place to get it is from your Judas.

4. Remember, this battle is not yours. Your assignment is to not let this attack make you bitter, leave your position, or forfeit your destiny.

Ephesians 6:12 ESV

For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.

To the woman running on empty because everyone keeps drawing from her well.

To the woman who is always cast as the strong friend.

To the woman whose feelings keep getting brushed aside.

To the woman who knows she’s being taken for granted by people she genuinely loves.

To the woman who keeps giving her time and energy to people who have proven that they are undeserving.

To the woman who is done being the only one consistently investing in her romantic and platonic relationships.

To the woman who has never been the main priority.

I hope this frees you.

You deserve to be loved well, not used as a resource. You deserve to be honored, not treated like a last-minute thought. You deserve to be invested in.

Preserve yourself and your resources for the people who are worthy of your brilliance.

Don’t be afraid to air the room out. You are not to be silenced.

Protect your heart and enforce your boundaries. Remember, pigs will never understand the price of a pearl.

Walk away when necessary.

Withdraw where your voice is not valued.

Prioritize your calling and destiny.

Woman, you are worth the inconvenience.

Woman, your love is too sacred to be dismissed.

Woman, your mind is too brilliant to be taken lightly.

Let this be your permission slip.

Permission to stop shrinking so others feel comfortable. Permission to stop explaining your worth to people who never intended to see it. Permission to rest, even if resting disappoints someone.

You were never called to be everyone’s peace at the expense of your own. You were never called to be poured out until there’s nothing left.

So today, choose you. Choose your healing. Choose your freedom.

Because a woman who knows her worth doesn’t beg for a seat, she builds her own table (and she flips other tables when necessary).

The Holy Spirit revealed to me that many of His anointed ones are entering into the era of convergence. Visions and revelations will now be given timelines and blueprints to manifest in this three-dimensional space. Long-awaited answers from prayers and consecration will manifest suddenly, and they will bring goodness and expectancy along with them. Areas that were deemed barren will now produce fruit. Relationships that were abandoned will be mended. People will be released to dream and imagine the possibilities. Suddenlies are now the normal order of business.

Simultaneously, there is intense opposition from the accuser of the brethren. The pressure is merely an illusion because the enemy does not have any legal right to stop what God is doing. The accuser is attempting to cause the anointed ones to come into agreement with fear and intimidation, but the Lord has already sent His angels to set traps for the accuser and his demonic brigade to fall into. The accuser’s choice of weaponry will malfunction at every turn. Victory for the Lord’s anointed is imminent!

 Man the Gates

Now is the time to develop a hunger and thirst for prayer. It is important to decree the promises of God with intention and understanding. Watchmen, this is not the time to abandon your post to entertain distractions. Man the gates and fortify your posts in the spirit. This is not about a popularity contest; this is about establishing the will of the Lord in every city and region. The weapon of prayer may seem like a simple strategy, but it is the strategy of choice from the mouth of the Lord that will drain the power of the ruling principalities of the region. Watchmen, you have been assigned to man the gates of the city. Do not be distracted by vain ambitions. Your intercession is vital in this new paradigm.

The accuser is attempting to cause the anointed ones to come into agreement with fear and intimidation, but the Lord has already sent His angels to set traps for the accuser and his demonic brigade to fall into.

The accuser of the brethren desires control of the gates of the city and also the body. If the enemy is in control of the vital gates of your life, he will open the gate when evil is coming and shut the gate when good things are coming. Gates in ancient times were focal points of power. Business was conducted at the city gates, military strategies were planned at the gates, judgments and punishments were delivered at the gates, and the husband of a virtuous woman was known at the gates. You will find that Lot sat at the gates of Sodom as an elder, and the safety of a city was determined by the strength of its gates.

Strengthen the gates, and you will see effortless victory. To man the gates will require consistent and intentional intercession, but it will be worth the sacrifice.

But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet, so that the people are not warned, and the sword comes and takes any one of them, that person is taken away in his iniquity, but his blood I will require at the watchman’s hand.

Psalm 127:1

Unless the Lord watches over the city, the watchman stays awake in vain.

Proverbs 8:34

Blessed is the one who listens to me, watching daily at my gates, waiting beside my doors.

 Suddenly, discouragement and disappointment will turn into hope.

The Spirit of Fear

The spirit of fear multiplies irrational fears and creates false security through coping mechanisms. Fear can control decisions, reactions, relationships, and identity, and this is not the will of God concerning man. The accuser desires to control the temperament and the acceleration of God’s anointed to fulfill his ultimate agenda to sabotage, but the plans of the accuser will not prosper.

Suddenly, God’s anointed will experience the revelation of the sovereignty of God.

Suddenly, the snares of the fowler will no longer cause God’s anointed to move in hesitancy.

Suddenly, God’s anointed will come up and out of false humility and boldly proclaim the wonders of His goodness.

Suddenly, fear will become a non-factor.

Suddenly, discouragement and disappointment will turn into hope.

Suddenly.

Quickly.

Swiftly.

Immediately.

Straightaway.

Instantaneously.

Abruptly.

Unexpectedly.

Out of nowhere.

Without warning.

Out of the blue.

On the spot.

Forthwith.

In a flash.

In an instant.

In the blink of an eye.

The stronghold of fear desperately desires a space of residence in the heart of the believer so that they can continue to operate beneath their purpose. To break the power of this stronghold, there must be targeted prayers, intercession, and the fruit of self-control. This is warfare, but the fight is fixed. I Heard The Lord Say, “REMEMBER WHAT I TOLD YOU”

There will be a temptation to revise the words that have been spoken over your life to appease those around you. Prepare for false prophetic words to be released that directly contradict what the Lord told you directly. Prepare for those who have alternative agendas for your time and your attention to become adversarial as it relates to you fulfilling your purpose and destiny.

In Nehemiah 6, as Nehemiah stood on the verge of completing the wall, a false prophetess named Noadiah rose up alongside other prophets to intimidate him and pull him away from his assignment. Their words were designed to make him afraid, to cause him to doubt the work, and to lure him out of position before the task was finished. This is significant because the enemy rarely shows up at the beginning of a thing. He shows up at the threshold. When you are days away from completion, when the wall is almost built, when the breakthrough is within reach, that is when the counterfeit prophetic voices get loudest. Noadiah’s words were not random. They were strategic interference sent to abort a finished work. Nehemiah’s response is the model that we must follow in this hour: he prayed, he discerned, and he continued to build! The false prophetic word did not stop the wall from going up. Discernment and focus will always outlast intimidation.

I heard the Lord say, “TELL MY PEOPLE TO REMEMBER WHAT I TOLD THEM”. Follow the Lord‘s instructions perfectly, even in the presence of intimidation. You will SUDDENLY see the Lord part metaphysical “red seas” for you. The Lord is going to stretch your imagination and transform your disappointment into wonder. In every area where you have struggled with people pleasing, you will now have fervor and boldness. You were entering into a new order where striving, performance, poverty and procrastination do not exist in this space. It’s time to forgo the old paradigm completely, and fully embrace this new paradigm and build from the blueprints that have been revealed to you.

Remember what God showed you.

Remember what God told you.

Hold these inklings close.

Look for the suddenlies.

In prayer, I heard the Lord say, “Daughter, tell My people to not relent. My people will not fail.”

The accuser has assembled principalities to release fear, intimidation, and conflict. Many of you are in the middle of a chaotic battle for land, family, birthrights, and freedom, and the Lord is saying, “Do not relent.”

Exhaustion and battle fatigue are sinister weapons of warfare that the accuser uses to slow the momentum of God’s anointed. After you spend hours decreeing, confessing, prophesying, and resisting, the enemy will attempt a counterassault on your mind, which will ultimately affect your movement.

I saw the enemy working tirelessly through confusion, misunderstanding, fear, intimidation, and conflict to cause God’s anointed to become withdrawn and numb. When one becomes withdrawn, they lose the desire to pray, study the Scriptures, worship, and communicate with their tribe because they are drained from the weight of unnecessary warfare.

When under attack, it can become difficult to discern the difference between desiring peace and choosing to relent. You will not yield any ground to the enemy. Pick up the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit. You will see victory and recompense. The roar of the Lion of the Tribe of Judah will drown out every accusation the enemy brings against you.

Your victory is imminent. Do not relent. You will not fail.

Most people interact with money every day without ever asking a deeper question: What actually is this?

Not in an economic sense. Not in a policy sense. But in the oldest sense, the metaphysical one.

Because when you step back far enough, the global financial system stops looking like infrastructure and starts looking like something else entirely. It starts looking like a ritual.

Money Is Not What They Told You It Was

Before there were central banks, there were temples. Before there were interest rates, there were priests. The management of resources has always been inseparable from the management of belief, and those who understood that have always held the real power.

Think about what money actually requires to function: faith. A dollar has no inherent value. It is a piece of paper backed by a promise, sustained entirely by collective agreement. The moment enough people stop believing in it, it collapses. That is not economics. That is metaphysics.

In esoteric traditions, a sigil is a symbol charged with collective intention, a form designed to direct energy toward a specific outcome. Every currency symbol, every corporate seal, every government seal operates on the same principle. They are not decorative. They are instructional. They tell energy where to go.

When you understand money as symbolic energy, the system reveals itself differently.

Every dollar is a spell, a promise that binds the holder into a web of participation and obligation.

Every market crash is a ritual reset, a controlled demolition that redistributes power while the public absorbs the loss.

Every central bank is a temple of control, not managing the economy so much as managing belief in the economy.

The ones who built this system do not need money in the way that you do. They create it. What they require from you is not your labor, exactly. It is your participation. Your consent. Your faith in the system as the only possible reality.

Contrary to popular belief, the imminent alien disclosure will not create an irreversible fracture in Christ followers. What it will do is expose the lack of understanding and the dimensional lag already running beneath the surface of the modern church.

The moment this alien disclosure is communicated globally as scientific fact, every believer in Jesus Christ will be forced into an interpretive decision. They will honestly ask: What is this? How should we understand it? Why weren’t we taught this? What does Scripture actually say?

The answers will not be uniform.

The answers will not be rooted in truth.

The answers may not even be anchored in common sense.

The fractures that exist beneath the surface will appear instantly, because the church is already divided at its foundations. The tension between Pentecostalism and Trinitarian doctrine is only the surface layer. This will carry more weight than the conversation between Protestants and Catholics, or even the theological debate between predestination and free will. This will wreck the very foundation of faith for many people who mistook religious programming for discipleship.

Growing up in a Baptist Church, the tithe was taught as the baseline of Christian giving, a non-negotiable 10% rooted in obedience. But when we follow the thread of Scripture from Genesis to Revelation, a much richer, and much freer, picture of giving emerges. This is not an argument against generosity. It is an invitation into something deeper than obligation.

Point One: The Holy Spirit Is Our New Teacher, Not the Mosaic Law

One of the most significant shifts between the Old and New Covenants is the nature of our teacher. Under Moses, the law was an external code, written on stone, administered through priests, enforced by consequence. But the Apostle Paul makes clear in Romans 8 and Galatians 5 that believers are no longer under the supervision of the law; we are led by the Holy Spirit.

This matters tremendously when it comes to giving. If the Spirit is our guide, then the question is not “Have I reached 10%?” but rather “What is God prompting in me?” Galatians 5:18 says plainly, “But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.” Generosity becomes an expression of intimacy with God, not a transaction performed to stay in His good graces.

Point Two: There Is No Command for the New Covenant Church to Tithe

This statement surprises many believers, but it is exegetically sound. From Genesis to Revelation, there is no direct command to the New Testament Church to tithe. Jesus mentioned tithing twice, both times in reference to the Pharisees, who were still under the Mosaic system (Matthew 23:23; Luke 11:42). He never commanded his disciples to tithe.

The epistles, Paul’s letters to young churches navigating grace and generosity, are conspicuously silent on the tithe as an obligation. What they do address, clearly and repeatedly, is the spirit of giving: cheerful, purposeful, and responsive to the Spirit’s leading. If tithing were the governing principle of New Covenant giving, we would expect to see it explicitly taught. We do not.

Point Three: The Tithe Was Designed for the Temple Storehouse and the Ceremonial System

Context is everything in biblical interpretation. When we read the tithe commands in their original setting, we discover they were deeply embedded in a specific national and ceremonial structure. Nehemiah 10:37 shows the tithe being brought to the Levitical storehouse to sustain priests who had no land inheritance of their own. Deuteronomy 12 connects tithing to a designated place of worship and the maintenance of the ceremonial feast system.

The Levitical priesthood no longer exists. The temple in Jerusalem has not stood since 70 AD. The ceremonial system it supported was fulfilled in Christ. To lift the tithe out of this context and transplant it wholesale into 21st-century church life requires a significant theological leap, one Scripture does not ask us to make.

Point Four: 10% Giving Is Not an Eternal Principle or a Character Trait of God

Romans 8:32 asks a staggering question: “He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all — how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?” This is the theology of God’s generosity. It is not measured in percentages. It is total. It is extravagant. It costs everything.

To reduce giving to 10% as though that number reflects the nature of God is to diminish the radical self-giving that defines the New Covenant. God’s character is not a tithe, it is a cross. When we allow His generosity to shape ours, the question of 10% dissolves into something altogether more demanding and altogether more beautiful: what does love require of me today?

Point Five: The Church Is Not Commanded to Follow the Ordinances of Abraham or Moses

Some tithe advocates trace the practice back to Abraham’s offering to Melchizedek (Genesis 14) to argue it predates the Mosaic law and therefore remains binding. But John 7:21–24 is instructive here. Jesus himself challenged the Jewish leaders for their selective application of the law, pointing out the inconsistency of binding some ordinances while loosening others.

The New Covenant inaugurated in Christ’s blood did not simply update the old covenant — it fulfilled and superseded it (Hebrews 8:13). We are not Abrahamic or Mosaic covenant participants in the legal sense. We are participants in a better covenant with better promises. Applying specific ceremonial or legal ordinances from prior covenants to the New Covenant Church demands clear New Testament authorization, which tithing simply does not have.

Point Six: A Tithe Only Consisted of Agricultural Increase

A careful reading of Leviticus 27:30 reveals that the biblical tithe was specifically defined as a tenth of the land’s produce ( grain, fruit, and livestock). It was never a percentage of income in the modern sense. There is no Old Testament command tithing wages, business profits, or monetary earnings.

This distinction matters not to create a loophole, but to honor the integrity of the text. When we preach the tithe as a universal 10%-of-income law, we are teaching something the Bible itself does not teach. Money and commerce existed in the ancient world, but the tithe was never applied to them. Building a doctrine of mandatory income-tithing on a text that never addresses income is an overreach we should be willing to examine honestly.

Point Seven: Tithing Is Not the Minimum Amount Mentioned in Scripture

If anything, New Covenant giving calls us to a far higher standard than 10%. Romans 12:1 calls us to present our entire bodies as living sacrifices, that is 100%, not 10%. The parable of the talents in Matthew 25 confronts the servant who buried what he was given rather than multiplying it, revealing that God expects increase, investment, and risk… not minimum compliance.

The widow who gave her last two coins (Mark 12:41–44) was praised not because she hit a threshold but because she gave everything she had. The early church in Acts shared possessions without reserve. The New Testament vision of giving is not a floor to stand on, it is a posture of total surrender. That is simultaneously more demanding and more liberating than any fixed percentage.

Point Eight: An Old Testament Ceremony Foreshadowed the Church’s Freewill Offering

Deuteronomy 16:10 describes a “freewill offering” to be given in proportion to how the Lord had blessed the worshiper. This was not a fixed percentage, it was a proportional, Spirit-responsive act of gratitude. Strikingly, this ceremony functioned as a shadow of New Covenant giving long before the Church existed.

Even within the Old Testament framework, God embedded the principle of freewill generosity alongside the structured tithe system. This suggests that the heart of giving was never meant to be merely mechanical. God was always moving toward a people who would give not because they were told to, but because love and gratitude compelled them to.

Point Nine: We Have New Commands of Giving Under the New Covenant

The New Testament does not leave us without instruction on giving — it gives us better instruction. First Corinthians 16:2 teaches proportional giving: “each of you should set aside a sum of money in keeping with your income.” Second Corinthians 9:7 gives us the spirit of it: “Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” And Galatians 5:22–25 reminds us that generosity is a fruit of the Spirit and it grows where the Spirit is cultivated.

These are the governing texts for New Covenant giving. They call us to intentionality, joy, consistency, and Spirit-led proportion. They do not set a floor of 10%, they set a trajectory of Christlikeness. And that trajectory, followed faithfully, will often lead us far beyond the tithe into a giving life that reflects the God who gave everything.

This is not a post meant to diminish generosity, it is an invitation to upgrade it. When we release the tithe as a legal obligation and embrace New Covenant giving as a Spirit-led practice, we don’t give less. We give differently from a deeper place, with greater joy, and with the freedom that only grace can produce. Let the law give way to love. Let obligation give way to overflow. That is what the New Covenant was always moving us toward.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Many pioneers have felt a heaviness stirring, luring people into a place of despair and hopelessness. Yet the opposition the accuser is wielding is being held steady by the hand of the Lord. You are not forgotten, and the angelic host have not lost your location. Where can you go that the Lord is not present? Even in the valley of the shadow of death, He is there. Even in the bottom of the pit you were thrown into unjustly, He is there. These light afflictions will only last momentarily; His glory is being revealed through you.

The Lord is allowing this opposition to realign His anointed ones. Many pioneers were becoming stuck in cycles of desperation and religious programming, but this wind of opposition will remove the debris and reveal your path. This is a new paradigm that eyes have not seen and ears have not heard. Do not let the fear of the unknown lure you back into dysfunctional patterns where you fellowship with Jezebel when you should be decapitating her. Allow this heaviness to shift your gaze to what is important to the Lord and remove your eyes from the agenda of mere men.

In every place where there is a hindrance, look for His right hand.

In every place where there is covetousness, remember the brilliance the Lord has placed within you.

In every place where there is lack, begin to dig wells.

In every place where the sound of the naysayers has been given a platform, rehearse what God has spoken concerning you.

In every place where there is strife, prophesy, and the peace of God will enter the situation and release clarity.

In every place where there are monitors, do not shrink back. Restrict access where needed, but do not relent.

In every place where there is infirmity, command healing and become the sign and wonder in the earth.

The accuser desires to steal, raid, usurp, snatch, embezzle, and misappropriate, but those desires will not be fulfilled. Every attempt to commandeer the plan of the Lord will only result in the pioneers ascending to higher heights of revelation and deeper depths of the spirit. Do not allow the enemy to inundate you with trivial matters disconnected from your mandate and assignment in the earth. You have been anointed to tread upon serpents, not play with them.

Another Great Awakening

Pioneers, you have already crossed over into a new frontier, and a great awakening is now taking place. You are beginning to see why your previous struggles and battles were so difficult. You are beginning to identify the lies of the enemy and recognize your God-given strengths. Before, you saw the plans that God had for you and crumbled at the sight of them. Now, you embody those plans. You have been changed on a molecular level. The scales have fallen from your eyes, and you can now see the reconfiguration that is taking place.

Lastly, the Holy Spirit is inviting you into deeper participation in what is being reconfigured. While I was in the Spirit, the Lord showed me terrain from an aerial view, and I heard Him say, “I AM moving them so they can hear. I AM moving them so they can see.” Immediately, I understood that many pioneers are being relocated to different environments to receive the revelation the Lord is releasing. Your environment will either increase the magnitude by which you receive or cap it. There is an unlocking taking place, and it will lead to another awakening. May His glory be revealed.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

And he answered them, saying, “Do you want me to release for you the King of the Jews?” For he perceived that it was out of envy that the chief priests had delivered him up. But the chief priests stirred up the crowd to have him release for them Barabbas instead. And Pilate again said to them, “Then what shall I do with the man you call the King of the Jews?” And they cried out again, “Crucify him.” And Pilate said to them, “Why? What evil has he done?” But they shouted all the more, “Crucify him.” So Pilate, wishing to satisfy the crowd, released for them Barabbas, and having scourged Jesus, he delivered him to be crucified.”

Pilate tried to release Jesus. He saw through the whole thing. Scripture tells us he perceived that it was out of envy that the chief priests had delivered Jesus up, and that word envy deserves our full attention. The Greek word is phthonos: a deep, festering displeasure toward someone because of their advantage, their favor, their prosperity. It is not mere jealousy. It is ill-will. It is the desire to see someone brought low simply because they have been lifted high. And it was this that put Jesus on the cross.

The Jewish leaders were not primarily motivated by theology. They were threatened. Jesus spoke with power and authority they did not possess. His ministry was accompanied by irrefutable miracles. The crowds hung on His every word and followed Him loyally. His influence was tangible, undeniable, and growing, and theirs was not. So they did what envy always does when left unchecked. They moved to eliminate the threat.

I wish I could say this spirit died with them. It didn’t.

It is the sinful instinct of many “Christians” to strive with our neighbors for power, position, attention, influence, and loyalty. When a person is led by envy, their focus shifts entirely from the gospel of Jesus Christ to kneecapping the very people they are called to serve alongside. I have watched believers dwell in envy and covetousness with no genuine repentance, no self-awareness, and no honor. I have seen what lengths people will go to in order to feel superior, in conversations, in organizations, in ministry, and it is ugly. I don’t tolerate envy in my friendships or close associations, because history has made it plain: envy leads directly to death.

When I pour into emerging leaders, I tell them the truth, the most dangerous thing you can be in the church is anointed and gifted. It will put a target on your back. Not from unbelievers. From the ones you are supposed to be standing with.

But here is where the gospel interrupts everything.

Christ’s death and resurrection did not merely save our souls, it dismantled envy. The cross broke the cycle. The resurrection sealed it. This world no longer has to run on the fuel of comparison, competition, and quiet sabotage. That engine has been incapacitated by the blood of Jesus.

The cross that our Lord bore put an end to all of this.

You no longer need to strive with your brother or sister, because Christ died for sinners.

You no longer need to be the best at everything, because Christ died for sinners.

You no longer need to feel like you drive the best car, live in the best house, or carry the most impressive title, because Christ died for sinners.

You no longer need to measure yourself against anyone. So what if they had more growing up. So what if more people know their name. So what if their platform is larger. So what if they seem more favored. The inner war is over. Christ has already won it. Our envy has been rendered powerless, because the Son of God drank the full cup of divine wrath down to the last drop, so that we would never have to compete for what He freely gives.

You can be at peace with your neighbor, because Christ has made peace between you and the Father.

So let us repent.

Where we have craved vain glory, may God forgive us. Where we have lusted for carnal gratification and attention at the expense of others, may God forgive us. Where we have conspired, quietly or openly, to bring ruin to those around us, may God forgive us. Where we have withheld love, prayer, and support because we secretly wished for someone’s failure, may God forgive us.

May the Lord shatter every chain of envy and release us into the freedom He purchased for us. May He give us new eyes… eyes that celebrate the favor on our brother, that rejoice in the gifting of our sister, that genuinely want to see the people around us flourish. This is the life the resurrection makes possible.

A spirit spouse is considered an evil spirit that forms a sexual union with its victim in order to bring them into a layered spiritual bondage. I believe that spirit spouses are multidimensional beings that have taken on many different names over the generations, one of them being in incubus and succubus.

Female (succubus) and male (incubus) demon lovers that, in the Middle Ages, were believed to visit innocent people in the night to seduce them. Those so attacked would wake to feel a heavy weight on their chest, which would turn out to be the incubus or succubus demon. It was believed that malformed children, and even twins, were the result of a union between a woman and an incubus.

These entities can be attracted to humans and initiate such unions, as suggested in Genesis 6:1–4, where spiritual beings are said to have interacted intimately with humans. For a spirit spouse to operate in a person’s life, there must be a legal ground or access point that permits its presence and influence. Deliverance from a spirit spouse typically involves identifying this legal ground and breaking its power through spiritual intervention and prayer. For a moment, I want to look at the perspective of the early church fathers regarding these entities.

Incubus and Sucubus In The Middle Ages

The Latin for “nightmare” is incubo, the literal meaning of which is “to lie upon.” (From this we get the modern English word “incubator.”) The incubus and succubus were related to nightmares; in fact, a visit from one of the creatures was regarded as a nightmare. In the Middle Ages the concept was widely discussed. The initial idea of these two demons may have first arisen from the myths of ancient gods and goddesses seducing humans, but it was the sexually titillated inquisitors at the witch trials during the persecutions that made it seem as if such creatures were almost commonplace.1

It’s often reported that these entities will assume human shape. It was thought that the same demon could appear as a male or a female. In that way, it could impregnate a woman—first it would appear as a succubus and take semen from a man, and then it would reappear as an incubus and deposit it in a female.

Thomas Aquinas said, in his Summa Theologiae (1266–73), “If sometimes children are born from intercourse with demons, this is not because of the semen emitted by them, or from the bodies they have assumed, but through the semen taken from some man for this purpose, seeing that the same demon who acts as a succubus for a man becomes an incubus for a woman.”

My heart is truly grieved by the surrounding implications and potential, yet methodical, impacts of the war between the United States and Iran. I’ve been skimming many of the articles published by major media networks, and I keep seeing the same recycled themes:

– Oil being destroyed overnight, leading to higher gas prices

– Electric cars suddenly positioned as “the only option” for sustainable living

– “Renewable” energy marketing campaigns being shoved down our throats

– Financial crisis ads conveniently appearing

– Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs) now ready to launch

This has led me down a path of questions:

Do we truly understand what is happening right before our eyes?

Does the general populace have scales on their eyes?

Are we being manipulated by the systems of this world?

Does the rabbit hole really go to the depths of Sheol?

In the media, we are being strategically shown missile strikes and military maps, but we are not being shown the economic reset that is loudly and sneakily happening behind it. I’ve been noticing this pattern since the pandemic — a pattern that seems to be used by “the powers that be” to maintain their quest for control and some strange pursuit of spiritual world domination:

Create fear → crash markets → introduce the “solution” they already built.

I want to tell you about a man who was thrown away by the people who were supposed to love him most.

And then I want to tell you about myself.

Because the two stories are closer than I used to be comfortable admitting.

His name was Joseph. You probably know the broad strokes of the story: the coat, the dreams, the brothers, the pit. But I want to slow the story down, because the version we tell in Sunday school tends to skip the part that actually matters. It skips the part that most of us are living.

Genesis 37 tells us that Joseph was a dreamer. God gave him visions of his own future images of greatness, of people bowing, of a destiny that was clearly bigger than his current circumstances and his wildest imaginations. And instead of that being celebrated, it made him a target. His brothers hated him for his dreams. They hated him for his coat, which was a the visible symbol that he was set apart and that there was something on his life that wasn’t on theirs.

They hated him for his favor.

Let me say that again, because somebody needs to hear it: they hated him for his favor. Not for anything he did wrong. Not for a character flaw or a moral failure. They hated him because of what God put on him.

Because of what he carried.

Because of who he was.

Because of what they lacked.

Because of what they could not control.

That’s envy. And envy, left unchecked, doesn’t stay still. It moves. It acts. It conspires.

So they threw him in a pit.

I know what it’s like to be the dreamer in the room and realize, too late, that not everyone in the room wants your dream to come true.

I know what it’s like to be thrown in a pit because of someone else’s envy.

I know what it’s like to carry something that makes you a target instead of a celebration. I know what it’s like to be the dreamer in the room and realize, too late, that not everyone in the room wants your dream to come true. Some of them are threatened by it. Some of them have decided, quietly, that your rising somehow diminishes them.

And so they move against you. Not always loudly. Sometimes it’s subtle. It starts with the passive aggressive shade, the undermining, the unsolicited advice, the exclusion, the whisper campaigns, the doors quietly closed before you can reach them. But the result is the same. You end up in the pit.

For me (and Joseph), it wasn’t just one betrayal. That’s the thing nobody tells you about envy driven attacks, they are rarely singular attacks. They compound into covetousness, pride, deception, sabotage and rejection. Joseph found that out too. He got out of the pit only to land in Potiphar’s house, where he did everything right, rose to a position of trust and responsibility, and then got falsely accused by Potiphar’s wife when he refused to compromise his integrity. One betrayal spiraled into another and the pit transformed into a prison.

That’s how it works in real life too. One person’s envy opens a door, and then another person walks through it. Before long you’re not dealing with one wound, you’re dealing with a wound on top of a wound on top of a wound. And the compounding is what makes it so disorienting, because at some point you stop being able to clearly see where the injustice ends and where your own story begins.

But here’s where Joseph’s story becomes unbearably human and unjust.

In Genesis 40, Joseph is in prison. And two of Pharaoh’s officials end up in the same cell, the cupbearer and the baker. Both of them have dreams. Both of them are troubled by them. And Joseph…..still in the pit, still waiting, still carrying wounds from multiple betrayals… notices that they’re distressed. He doesn’t pull back into himself. He doesn’t say I’ve got my own problems. He asks them what’s wrong.

“Do not interpretations belong to God? Please tell them to me.” — Genesis 40:8

He interprets their dreams with accuracy. The cupbearer’s dream means he’ll be restored to his position in three days. Joseph asks him for one thing — just one: “Remember me when it is well with you…mention me to Pharaoh, and so get me out of this house.” — Genesis 40:14

Three days later, exactly as Joseph said, the cupbearer is restored. He walks out of prison and back into the palace. Back into his life.

And Genesis 40:23 says this: “Yet the chief cupbearer did not remember Joseph, but forgot him.”

He forgot him.

I have lived in that verse. I have been that forgotten person. I have done the right thing, shown up for people, used my gifts to help someone move forward and then watched them steal my intellectual property, slander my name, word twist our conversations, and even try to become me. And, if you’re reading this, there’s a good chance you have too.

Being forgotten by someone you helped is one of the most specific kinds of pain there is. It doesn’t just hurt, it makes you question whether it’s worth showing up at all. It makes you want to pull your gifts back and close yourself off to everyone.

And then Joseph sat in that prison for two more years.

“After two whole years, Pharaoh dreamed…” — Genesis 41:1

Two more years.

After the false hope.

After the moment that was supposed to change everything and didn’t. After the cupbearer forgot.

Two more years of the same walls, the same silence, the same open-ended waiting with no end in sight and no explanation from God about why.

I have been in that place too.

The place where the waiting has gone on so long it stopped feeling like a season and started feeling like an inescapable reality. Where you’ve adjusted your expectations so many times, lowered the ceiling so many times, that you’ve almost talked yourself out of believing the dream was ever real to begin with.

Almost.

But here’s what the story of Joseph teaches me about that season:

God was not absent. He was architecting.

Every single thing that looked like a detour was actually a detail. The pit positioned Joseph to get to Potiphar’s house. Potiphar’s house positioned him to get to the prison. The prison positioned him to meet the cupbearer. The cupbearer’s forgetfulness positioned him to still be available when Pharaoh had his dreams two years later. If any single piece had moved differently, if the cupbearer had remembered immediately, if Joseph had been released too early, the whole thing falls apart.

What looked like abandonment was actually alignment.

I don’t say that to minimize the pain of the waiting. I say it because I need you to understand that the forgotten years are not wasted years. The silence is not absence. The delay is not denial.

A few days ago, I received a prophetic word.

Someone told me that the cupbearer had remembered my name. That someone was about to call it. That my gifts, my skills, the things I carry, they were about to be needed. That the season of being overlooked was ending, and it was time to be seen.

And I want to tell you how I received that word, because I think it matters.

I didn’t receive it with desperation. I didn’t receive it from a place of bitterness, or with a long list of people I wanted vindicated against. I didn’t receive it grinding my teeth, thinking about everyone who threw me in the pit or forgot me in the prison.

I received it from a place of peace. Because somewhere in the long years of waiting, something shifted in me. The pit did something to me that I didn’t expect, it clarified me. It burned off everything that wasn’t mine to carry. It showed me who I actually am when everything external is stripped away.

And what I found, underneath all of it, is this: I know who I am. I know what I carry. I know what God put on my life. And I am done living under the limitations of people who were threatened by it.

I don’t want anyone else’s coat.

I’m not interested in anyone else’s dream, anyone else’s platform, anyone else’s position. I don’t have room for envy because I’m too busy being who God made me to be. What’s mine is mine, not because I clawed for it or competed for it, but because God ordained it. And no amount of betrayal, no pit, no prison, no forgotten years can take away what God has assigned to your life.

Joseph didn’t chase Pharaoh down. He didn’t lobby for his own release. He didn’t spend his years in prison building a campaign to be remembered. He just kept being faithful, kept being who he was, kept using his gifts in whatever room he was in and when the moment came, it came fast.

“Then Pharaoh sent and called Joseph, and they quickly brought him out of the pit.” — Genesis 41:14

Quickly. After years of slowly. Quickly.

I’m writing this from the threshold. Not fully in what I would not define as a “palace”yet. But I am not in the pit. I am not in the prison. I am standing at the door of something, and I can feel it.

And if you’re still in the pit, if you’re in the middle of the compounding betrayals, or the forgotten season, or the two more years….I want you to hear this directly:

You were not put in the pit to stay there.

The envy of other people does not have the final word on your life. The forgetfulness of people who should have remembered you does not cancel what God said about you. The silence of these years is not the verdict.

God is not done. He is not slow. He is not absent. He is architecting something that your pit is a necessary part of, not because pain is good, but because God is good, and He wastes nothing.

Your name is about to be called.

Stay faithful. Stay clear about who you are. Don’t pick up someone else’s coat. Don’t shrink yourself to make threatened people comfortable. And don’t you dare walk away from the dream just because the people around you couldn’t handle it.

“You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good.” — Genesis 50:20

That’s not just Joseph’s testimony.

That’s yours too. You just haven’t gotten to that chapter yet.

Many believers have been faced with an onslaught of battles that have attempted to make them fearful, intimidated, and hesitant concerning their destiny and the voice of God. The Holy Spirit revealed to me five strategies of attack that the enemy is using to cause pioneers to lose hope and disregard the blueprint the Lord has given them which includes: conversation, shame, guilt, misalignment in relationships, and the spirit of Athaliah.

Conversation

The enemy will continually attempt to commandeer the mouth and ear gates to transform your mind—and this transformation is intended to lure you away from your destiny. The Lord is requiring the full attention of the pioneer in this hour, which is why many pioneers are struggling to find a place of belonging in the current church landscape. The old paradigm is no longer fulfilling; instead of stirring the gifts of God, it is stirring contention. Keep in mind: idle conversation is a breeding ground for procrastination and unnecessary detainment of your focus.

In the spirit, I saw the spirit of Leviathan leading multiple attacks against pioneers through unnecessary questions and quarrels that lead to no resolve. Let me explain: pioneers have been given blueprints on how to build in this new era, and they are desperate (and willing) to share these revelations. But many still cling to a lower dimensional form of godliness. There is a loneliness that accompanies the mandate to trailblaze, but it should not override the discipline of the pioneer to only engage in fruitful conversation and maintain focus.

Specifically, the Holy Spirit is quickening the spirits of pioneers who believe they are called to mentor one-on-one. It's time to reassess your effectiveness in those areas. Some people have been assigned to drain the pioneers with conversations inundated with questions and situations designed to “turn their gaze.” Not every text needs a response. Every phone call doesn’t require acknowledgement. Every inquiry doesn’t warrant a follow-up. This is a clarion call to discern the motives and fruitfulness of conversations.

Shame

One of the most overlooked weapons in the enemy’s arsenal is the arrow of shame. Use caution when sharing intimate details about what God is birthing through you. Everyone can’t “see” the vision God showed you. When you share your dreams prematurely, you expose yourself—and the baby God is birthing in you—to ridicule from sources that come only to accuse and entangle you in draining conversations.

Shame is also the weapon of choice when the enemy desires to use past sins to slow your trajectory. For pioneers who’ve endured seasons of blackballing, betrayal, and slander, the spirit of shame can wreak havoc on the heart. But mercy endures to all generations. There is no sin greater than the mercy of God. In every place the enemy tries to create shame, God will bring honor. Now is the time to come out of hiding and walk fully in your destiny.

Isaiah 61:7 (ESV)

“Instead of your shame there shall be a double portion; instead of dishonor they shall rejoice in their lot; therefore in their land they shall possess a double portion; they shall have everlasting joy.”

Isaiah 50:7 (ESV)

“But the Lord God helps me; therefore I have not been disgraced; therefore I have set my face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be put to shame.”

Guilt

Guilt is the objective reality of being liable to punishment because of something we’ve done. Typically, guilt results from how we judge our behavior against the standards we hold for ourselves. The enemy desires to distort your obedience to God and present it as a bad decision—so you’ll question your vow.

There are manipulative spirits already set up to “guilt trip” pioneers for not forfeiting their destiny to engage in toxic conversations or misaligned relationships. In a dream, the enemy appeared to me as a little girl with multiple dark voices speaking through her. She screamed at me: “LET ME IN!!!” I said “no” and walked away without giving her more attention. As I walked off, she tried sounding more innocent: “Please let me in. Please.” I didn’t respond. Then her voice turned insidious: “If you don’t let me in, I’ll [unalive] you. I’ll never let you rest. Do you know who I am?”

After this dream, I began to see that spirit manifest in people who tried to guilt me into aligning with things God never called me to. At first, their requests and inquiries seemed genuine—but once I set boundaries and stood my ground on certain issues, the spirit behind it manifested clearly. This experience taught me the importance of standing firm on the word of God and not leaning on the understanding of others. This was a hard lesson to learn but also a lesson the Holy Spirit has mandated me to expound upon in this new era.

Moreover, pioneers, you do not need to apologize for obeying the voice of God. It will offend. It may make you a target. But the opinion of the Lord overrides the counsel of the ungodly and the whispers of the Pharisee.

Misalignments in Relationships

Many pioneers have had to downplay their gifts and intellect to make religious spirits comfortable. But the days of appeasement are over! That means many relationships will need to be reassessed and realigned. Pioneers, you won’t be able to dwell in spaces where you’re not respected and honored. You are more than your gift, but you cannot stay connected to people who don’t love you for who you are.

This is also a clarion call to establish healthy boundaries between friends and mentees. Both roles are necessary, but they carry different weight. One-sided friendships can be just as draining as toxic covenant relationships. Misalignment in relationships breeds competition, envy, and—again—draining conversations. As God continues revealing the blueprint He’s given you, you’ll need your emotional bandwidth. Maintaining misaligned relationships is not a good use of that bandwidth. The Lord wants your full attention, not the distracted you. He wants your gaze.

The Spirit of Athaliah

The spirit of Athaliah targets leaders before they ascend to their God-ordained place. This vengeful spirit aims to eliminate emerging voices before they walk in their call. It’s driven by revenge, envy, and wrath.

Athaliah (meaning “afflicted by God”) was the daughter of King Ahab and Queen Jezebel and wife of Jehoram. She counseled her son, King Ahaziah, into evil, and when he died, she seized power by murdering her own grandsons—wiping out the royal family to take the throne.

2 Kings 11:1-3 (NIV)

When Athaliah the mother of Ahaziah saw that her son was dead, she proceeded to destroy the whole royal family. But Jehosheba, the daughter of King Jehoram and sister of Ahaziah, took Joash son of Ahaziah and stole him away... He remained hidden with his nurse at the temple of the Lord for six years while Athaliah ruled the land.

Leaders who have overcome Jezebel and Ahab will often face the backlash of Athaliah. This spirit ambushes quickly, seeking not just to wound but to annihilate. Its attacks are harsh and relentless.

Athaliah is more aggressive than Jezebel and strikes like a viper—swiftly, lethally, and with venom. She often disguises herself through religious pride and false piety. This spirit may operate through those in five-fold ministry positions who are blinded by ambition and unable to see error.

Matthew 12:34 (NIV)

“You brood of vipers, how can you who are evil say anything good? For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.”

Correcting those under this spirit often results in gaslighting and manipulation. Do not engage it from a place of bitterness or unforgiveness, or you risk being triggered and further attacked. Athaliah also isolates her targets—just as Jezebel did Elijah.

Tactics of this spirit include:

• Secret meetings meant to discredit you

• False flattery

• Public and private character assassination

• Sabotage and shame

• Monitoring and manipulation

• Weaponized word curses

The Preservation of God’s Anointed

Joash, the only surviving grandchild of Athaliah, was hidden for six years. Likewise, many of God’s leaders have been hidden in obscurity for preservation. But now, God is calling the Joashes out of hiding. Their reign is imminent, and it cannot be undone.

The enemy is working tirelessly to delay and distress these emerging leaders—but he will not prevail. The Lord is fighting for you.

Wage war with worship. Testify. Set boundaries. Intercede. Sow generously. The tables are turning. The sound of this shift is echoing through the nations.

2 Chronicles 23:3-7 (NIV)

“The king’s son shall reign, as the Lord promised... station yourselves around the king, each man with his weapons in his hand... Stay close to the king wherever he goes.”

The Lord has appointed intercessors and watchmen for this generation, even if some have wandered. Like Obadiah, there are still those praying the will of God and not their own desires. For those wearied by battle: you are not alone. Righteous ones are interceding for you. Your ascension is near.

Protect the Baby

This is your birthing season. You need all your energy to hear clearly, decide wisely, and guard what God is birthing through you. Take a defensive posture. You are not paranoid—you are discerning. God gave you a mandate. Handle it with reverence and courage. Don’t fear.

This baby will live. It will blossom with purpose.

Leviathan is a carrier of self righteousness and pride. Much like the nature of a crocodile, this principality sends its foot soldiers to lurk intentionally around God’s anointed, gathering information, stealing intellectual property, coveting gifts, and sowing discord, all with the ultimate goal of consuming and usurping.

In the spirit, I saw Leviathan as an ethereal serpent with piercing eyes. This symbolized the evil intent behind the monitoring and destiny theft that has occurred in the lives of many pioneers.

In a series of dreams, I encountered this principality. I saw it twist the truth, monitor its prey to locate weakness, and seek control. In prayer, I heard the Lord say that His pioneers must prepare for direct confrontation with those operating under the influence of Leviathan.

When people function under this spirit’s influence, they become resistant to the conviction of the Holy Spirit. They cannot receive truth, especially from the mouth of someone this principality considers prey. Proverbs 2:20-28 ESV illustrates the contention of leviathan:

“For lack of wood the fire goes out, and where there is no whisperer, quarreling ceases. As charcoal to hot embers and wood to fire, so is a quarrelsome man for kindling strife. The words of a whisperer are like delicious morsels; they go down into the inner parts of the body. Like the glaze covering an earthen vessel are fervent lips with an evil heart. Whoever hates disguises himself with his lips and harbors deceit in his heart; when he speaks graciously, believe him not, for there are seven abominations in his heart; though his hatred be covered with deception, his wickedness will be exposed in the assembly. Whoever digs a pit will fall into it, and a stone will come back on him who starts it rolling. A lying tongue hates its victims, and a flattering mouth works ruin.”

You must be certain of the word of the Lord over your life and the blueprints the Holy Spirit has given you.

It will be tested.

It will be mocked.

You will be tested.

You will be mocked.

But Leviathan will be defeated, and the plan of God will stand.

Be encouraged, these confrontations will give God the glory.

If you feel that you are under a spiritual attack, make sure you survey the individuals around you. Don’t ignore the warnings that the Holy Spirit has given you in certain conversations or observations of individuals. Naivety is not a gift of the Spirit (and neither is suspicion).

Allow me to list a few characteristics of symptoms that occur when a person is being oppressed or tormented by witchcraft attacks:

•Blurred spiritual vision and loss of vision.

•Unreasonable suffering. This can be mental or spiritual.

•When one is targeted by curses, he or she may feel emotionally drained or debilitated. Those who have been the object of spiritual curses may carry darkness in their countenance.

•Flu like symptoms. Oppression can manifest as a migraine, body aches, etc.

•Loss of motivation for life.

•Opposition from friendships, platonic and romantic relationships.

•Unrest

•Trouble focusing, remembering and paying attention.

•Medically unexplained illness

•Sleep paralysis.

•Ravens, crows, hawks, people, etc. monitoring/following you.

•Unfounded accusations from enemies

•Lethargy

•Prayerlessness

•Financial unrest

•Unfathomable delay and opposition to forward movement.

•Being blackballed

•Extreme fear and oppression

•Reoccurring nightmares

I saw a vision of someone running up a hill. They were visibly out of breath, yet unwavering in their resolve to reach the top. When they finally arrived at the summit, a powerful wind rushed toward them and momentarily knocked them off balance. Their hands flailed for a brief second, but they steadied themselves, found their footing, and stood upright. This vision reflects the emotional state of many pioneers, and the Lord’s response was clear and piercing:

“Run. You will not grow weary.”

Running Uphill

The past few years have felt like an endless obstacle course. In this new era, the Holy Spirit has publicly course corrected the pioneers, calling them out of repetitive, lower dimensional warfare cycles and into a realm of awe and wonder that requires ascension. Rather than running from the threats of the accuser, pioneers are now ascending at an accelerated pace to hear God clearly and receive instruction for their next assignment.

Who shall ascend the hill of the Lord?

Who will stand in His holy place?

Those who choose to believe that this new era is not imagined, but established.

Those who choose to run and command their bodies not to grow weary.

Those who are unafraid to abandon toxic religious systems and build according to the blueprint God placed in their hands.

These are the ones with clean hands and pure hearts. Pioneers, run with confidence. You are not entering another obstacle course governed by opposition. You are ascending.

Breathe

Pioneers, you have collectively endured conflict and loss that quite literally took your breath away. Take heart. The pain of misunderstanding, betrayal, and separation was never meant to destroy you. It was permitted to refine you. Many of you have battled quietly and internally, and that hidden warfare has worn you down and slowed your progress in certain areas.

In this moment, God is not demanding that you rush past your pain. He is restoring breath to your lungs. Inhale the wind of the Spirit. Become aware of His presence surrounding you. Release your striving and breathe.

Steady Yourself

Pioneers, you became accustomed to carrying the weight of others, and now it is time to lay it down. The burden of negative opinions, unhealthy attachments, debt, unfair expectations, and enmeshment was never yours to carry. As you surrender to the wind of the Spirit, you may feel unsteady for a moment. This is only because you are not yet familiar with this level of freedom.

You are lighter now.

Weightless.

Limitless.

Free.

Steady yourself. Then look around.

See with awe and wonder.

Everything looks different from this height.

You are above your enemies now.

You have risen beyond the noisome pestilence.

There are no traps here.

There are no Pharisees here.

There are no opposers here.

This is holy ground.

You have your blueprints.

You carry the word He placed within you.

Now run.

Everything is about to make sense.
