We parsed and merged 497 PrizePicks prop lines against the existing FanDuel data — matching 144 existing players and adding 346 entirely new prop rows to the sheet. The model now covers 488 total prop lines across every relevant skill position stat category.

PrizePicks is now the primary line driving all projections and scores. FanDuel sits alongside for comparison, so you can see at a glance where the two books disagree and where the sharpest edge lives between platforms.

This matters because PrizePicks and FanDuel set lines independently. When they diverge significantly on the same player, that divergence is information. The model now shows you exactly where those gaps are.

The Vegas Implied Fantasy Points model is now more complete.

Stats like interceptions are now factored into QB scoring at -2 points each, meaning QB interception props correctly show as negative implied fantasy points. This makes the QB rankings meaningfully more accurate. A quarterback with a high passing yards projection but a high interception prop line now gets the penalty he deserves in the model.

Rankings are now fully accurate.

The Fantasy Football tab now has four dedicated Vegas Position Rank columns: one each for QB, RB, WR, and TE, instead of a single combined column. Sorting and comparing within your position group is now cleaner and faster.

Kickers are now included as well to find the best value kicker according to sportsbooks.

The formatting now covers the full dataset.

When the sheet was originally built, it covered 145 players. With 488 props now in the model, the conditional formatting, dropdown menus, injury risk and history flags, and SOS color scales have all been extended to cover every row consistently.

Every player row across all 488 props now computes cleanly with no formula errors, consistent formatting, and correct Vegas-based rankings.

Most managers draft based on last year’s stats and a generic ranking list. You’ll be drafting based on who has the easiest road to your championship week and whose situation just got significantly better or worse that the market hasn’t priced in yet.

How to use:

Use it by sorting the Fantasy Value Score column before your draft and cross-referencing your board against it. When a player falls to you, and his Value Score says he's being significantly undervalued at that pick, that's your signal to take him. When everyone in your league is reaching for a name and his score says he's overpriced — let him go and take the value that falls.

Find the platform where your league drafts, and exploit it.

One of the most overlooked edges in fantasy is platform discrepancy. The Value Sheet shows you ADP from Yahoo, Sleeper, ESPN, and RTSports side by side for every player so you can see exactly where each platform is mispricing talent relative to the consensus.

ESPN consistently overvalues certain name-brand players, meaning if your league drafts on ESPN, those players will go earlier than they should, and value will fall to you at other positions. Sleeper tends to run sharper on emerging players. Yahoo skews toward proven veterans. Knowing which platform your league uses and where it diverges from consensus is a genuine draft advantage that most managers never think about.

The Value Sheet does this work for you. There is a dedicated column that shows the gap between each platform’s ADP and the consensus average for every player, so you can see at a glance exactly where your specific platform is overvaluing or undervaluing talent. If you draft on ESPN and the sheet shows a player going 20 picks earlier there than the consensus, plan around that reach. If Sleeper is sleeping on a player your model loves, he’s coming to you later than he should on your platform. Filter by your draft platform and the value jumps off the page.

See exactly what Vegas thinks — and where they disagree with the fantasy world.

This is where the Value Sheet goes further than any fantasy tool you’ve used before.

For every player, we calculate Implied Fantasy Points, a projection built directly from Vegas prop lines, converted into PPR fantasy points using the exact scoring settings that matter. Passing yards, passing TDs, rushing yards, rushing TDs, receiving yards, receiving TDs, and receptions- every stat category weighted at its precise PPR value and summed into a single implied fantasy point total that reflects what the betting market actually believes each player will produce this season.

Then we rank every player by those Vegas-implied points within their position and compare that ranking directly against the consensus fantasy ranking, giving you a Vegas vs Consensus column that immediately surfaces every significant disagreement between the market and the fantasy world.

When Vegas has a player ranked 11 spots higher at his position than the consensus does, the sportsbook market sees something the fantasy world is missing. When the consensus has a player ranked 11 spots higher than Vegas implies, the fantasy world may be chasing a name while the sharpest money in the world is fading him.

These discrepancies are where the real edge lives. A player the fantasy consensus loves, but Vegas is quietly fading, is exactly the kind of overvalued pick that loses leagues. A player Vegas is pricing aggressively that the fantasy world hasn’t caught up to yet is exactly the kind of value that wins them.

Use it by sorting the Vegas vs Consensus column before your draft. The biggest positive numbers are players Vegas believes in more than your league does; BUY. The biggest negative numbers are players your league is overrating relative to the sharpest implied projections in the world; SELL or, at minimum, be cautious.

Stop losing championships to bad schedules.

The Schedule Strength tab is what makes everything else work. It breaks down full season and championship week difficulty for every team by position, QB, RB, WR, and TE separately, because a running back’s schedule and a wide receiver’s schedule against the same opponent are completely different numbers.

Most managers don’t think about schedule until week 14. By then it’s too late. Use this tab at the draft to identify which players have the easiest roads in weeks 15 through 17, and use it weekly to set lineups against the softest matchups available on your roster.

Never waste a D/ST pick again.

Defense is the most mismanaged position in fantasy football. Most managers draft a name-brand defense in the middle rounds, ride it all season regardless of matchup, and wonder why it costs them in close weeks.

The Value Sheet now includes a dedicated D/ST tab that solves this from two angles simultaneously: draft value and weekly streaming.

On the draft side, every defense has a 2026 ADP alongside an ADP Value score and a Value Rank that tells you exactly which defenses are being drafted at a discount relative to their actual streaming and matchup quality. The best value defense in the entire dataset is currently ranked 1st in value while going as late as pick 25 in drafts, meaning most leagues are leaving a legitimate streaming asset on the board for free. The worst value plays are defenses going in the top 3 of ADP while ranking 23rd or lower in actual value; managers are massively overpaying for brand names while better options sit on the waiver wire.

Use the Value Rank column at your draft. Sort by Value Rank and cross-reference against ADP. Any defense with a high ADP Value score going late is a target. Any defense being drafted aggressively with a negative ADP Value score is a fade — let someone else in your league overpay for it and stream against them every week they start it.

On the streaming side, the tab ranks all 32 defenses for weeks 1 through 3 using a Streaming Score built on two variables that actually predict D/ST performance: how good the defense was last season, measured by their 2025 Defense Rating, and how bad their opponent’s 2025 Offense Rating measures the offense they’re facing. Seattle ranks as the single best streaming option to open the season. Dallas ranks dead last. The difference between those two decisions in week 1 could flip a loss into a win.

Use the Streaming Rank column each week. Green rows are your adds. Red rows are your drops. The model updates as the season progresses, so you always have a data-driven answer at the position most managers guess at.

Find the prop bets the books don’t want you to make.

The Player Props tab covers 146+ prop lines from FanDuel and runs every single one through a projection model that the books aren’t giving you for free.

We take each player’s 2025 pace, adjust it for their 2026 schedule, their team situation: new OC, new QB, role change, dome advantages, and injury risk. Then we compare that projection directly against the book’s line and generate a Prop Value Score. The model only flags the highest conviction OVER and UNDER bets — the top and bottom 10% of scores.

You’re not betting noise, you’re betting edge.

Use it by checking the Bet Direction column. When it says OVER or UNDER with a high confidence score and your own football knowledge agrees, that’s a bet worth making. When three independent signals all point the same direction: projection above the line, schedule favoring production, and a positive situation score — that’s your highest conviction play of the week.

Here are five strategies that can give you an advantage before Week 1 even starts.

1. Draft a Running Back in the First Two Rounds

One of your biggest early priorities should be getting at least one high-level running back.

Why? Scarcity.

There are only so many running backs who consistently get are a workhorse back in a good offense. These running backs all get lots of carries, catches, and scoring opportunities. Once they’re gone, you may be stuck choosing between players who split carries or have unpredictable roles or might be in unpredictable offenses.

Here are the running backs going in the first 2 rounds of drafts on average (12 man league): (we will go into all these running backs more in depth in future posts)

None of these backs are sure things. There is question marks next to all of them based on snap share and team performance.

You shouldn’t force a running back if the value isn’t there, but by the end of Round 2, you NEED one you trust every week, because the trustworthy running backs run out quick, and there are plenty of receivers that will still be there for you.

Draft-Day Rule: Don’t just ask, “Who’s the best player available?” Ask “If I pass on this position now, what will be available when I pick again?”

2. Don’t Rush to Draft a Quarterback

Quarterbacks score a lot of fantasy points, but that doesn’t mean you need to draft one early.

There are plenty of good quarterback options available later. Meanwhile, reliable running backs and wide receivers can disappear quickly.

Here are some of the best quarterbacks to wait for later in drafts:

• Caleb Williams - 7th round - QB6 last season

• Trevor Lawrence - QB4 last season

• Justin Herbert

• Dak Prescott - 7th round - QB5 last season

• Jaxson Dart

• Patrick Mahomes

• Brock Purdy

• Matthew Stafford - QB3 last season

• Bo Nix

• Jared Goff

• Baker Mayfield

If other managers start taking quarterbacks early, don’t panic and follow them. Use those picks to strengthen the rest of your roster.

Draft-Day Rule: Your goal isn’t to be the first manager with a quarterback. It’s to build the best overall roster. However, a good rule with value is if a QB is sitting there for a full round after his ADP, jump on it if it is a QB that is ranked highly for a reason.

3. Don’t Draft Based Only on Last Season

Last year’s fantasy points matter, but they don’t tell you what’s going to happen this year.

Roles change. Coaches change. Offenses change. Opportunities change.

Especially this season, where a lot of the teams are shaken up so players are mispriced (we will talk about this in future post)

Instead of only asking how many points someone scored last season, ask what opportunities they’re likely to get this season.

Think about carries, targets, receptions, scoring opportunities, and competition for playing time.

Draft-Day Rule: Use last year’s stats as evidence, but draft for what’s coming next.

4. Let the Draft Come to You

You can have the perfect strategy going into your draft, and your league can completely change it.

That’s okay.

If everyone starts reaching for one position, good players at other positions will fall. Take advantage instead of blindly following everyone else.

Don’t enter the draft thinking, “I HAVE to draft this position in this round.”

Have a plan, but stay flexible. Have backup options at every position and look to capitalize on handcuffs and same team stacks in good offenses.

ALWAYS TRY TO HANDCUFF YOUR RB1, but do so strategically, preferably if they have a clear RB2 that would for sure step in as the workhorse.

Draft-Day Rule: Ask yourself, “What mistake is everyone else making right now, and how can I benefit from it?”

Remember these five things:

1. Get a strong running back early.

2. Don’t rush your quarterback pick.

3. Draft for this season, not last season.

4. Stay flexible and take advantage of other managers’ mistakes.

The biggest lesson?

Value matters more than rankings.

Rankings tell you which players are expected to be good. Strategy tells you when to draft them.

Don’t just draft players, but build a roster that’s made to win and not just at the start of the season but down the line.
