Yesterday morning, I was excitedly telling my husband about something that finally clicked into place in my business.

This is a piece I’ve been refining for years.

But one sale wasn’t enough for me to make that bold claim, although many in the online space would.

Neither was a good week, or even a promising month. I’d already hired experts, taken the courses, tested ads for years before this. This time I wanted to understand all the layers myself, because what I actually wanted wasn’t more sales, it was impact, expansion, and my time back.

So I kept testing. For six more months. Then a year. This is probably where a lot of people quit, a month in, three months in, when it isn’t moving fast enough…when you are burning money.

I kept refining until I could finally say, without hesitation: I know how this works!

That’s not because I spend a week mastering something and then teach it. I spend years becoming a master. I test it, refine it, use it in my own business, watch what happens with clients, and only when I know something deeply enough to put my name behind it do I actually claim it and share it.

I did this with experiences and partnerships.

So yesterday I was explaining to my husband that the final piece of an architecture I’ve been intentionally building for five years was finally working, better than it had ever before, and even better than when I’d hired an expert to help me two years before that.

I told for each person that comes into my world, I am making a profit.

He said out loud what I’d already been sensing for about a year: the pieces were finally working together.

I started blending this sacred strategy five years ago, sitting inside masterminds that were wonderful but always missing something, and I’m going to break it down for you in steps below because I believe in it. I know this works. I’m also going to share what makes it not work as well.

Either we were online all day manufacturing visibility in a way that never felt embodied for a space holder, or we were beautifully encouraged to follow the vision with no tangible path for actually bringing it into form.

I’d look around at the brilliant women in those rooms and think: if they knew what I knew about Signature Experiences, Aligned Partnerships, and eventually paid acquisition, some of them would build very differently.

Because when I looked closely at almost every business that was genuinely thriving, the pattern was the same, there were systems underneath the magic.

After five years of testing, I keep coming back to the same three pathways, and the best part is. Get two of them working well and the math of your business changes. Your life does too.

I didn’t have a funnel. I didn’t have a strategy. I had raw materials, a way of holding space, and something I couldn’t fully explain — but had grown to know how to do.

Then the calls started coming in.

A voicemail from a well-known actress. An email from a producer’s assistant — arriving just before Easter while I was in India. A filmmaker who hired me once, then called back a decade later from a completely different referral. Out of the blue. A personal musical idol connected to my workshop in Malibu.

I never sought any of it. The creative work always traveled on its own — through rooms, across years, between people who could have worked with anyone in the world and found their way here instead.

I’ve spent a long time understanding why.

The strategies weren’t wrong. But none of them could touch what had already been working — quietly, without ads, without funnels, without a single optimized caption.

My signature workshop series took off in 2017 — almost a decade ago now — and in all that time I’ve never really pulled back the curtain on the sacred strategy behind it. Experiences are worth more than currency to me. I would literally sell a designer handbag just to go on retreat.

But time and again, visionary women and new-era leaders have come to me wanting the same thing: a way to bring more of their work into the world. And I believe in that completely.

That’s the transformation piece. Underneath it, though, there’s a structure — one I’ve never laid out in full until now.

It’s a complete, paid transformation on its own. And it’s one of the most reliable ways aligned women have ever come into my world.

But they aren’t where the work begins.

The work begins much earlier — the moment you reconnect with the part of yourself that is dreaming and imagining.

That one decision quietly unfolded into paintings beside the pool, swims in crystal-blue calas, conversations with entrepreneurs, a ceramics class that we almost didn’t take, a new retreat, online friendships met in person, and an entirely new layer of clarity around my work.
Except it didn’t look or feel like working.

Yet, it’s the clearest business vision I’ve had in years.

The Pattern I’ve seen emerging

Long before I mentored entrepreneurs, I was designing creative wellness experiences. I mentored artists and space holders, as I built workshops. I created experiences for companies like Google and Vince, which led to courses and community.

Which led me to creating retreats around the world.

Looking back, the business always emerged from the creative work.

Never the other way around.

This is what I see in so many brilliant women….especially space holders, healers and creatives…most business coaches quite literally do not understand them…

They don’t need a marketing strategy.

They’ve become incredibly good at consuming information — podcasts, courses, frameworks, AI, certifications.

But somewhere along the way, they stopped trusting the part of themselves that already knew.

The part that notices beauty. The part that follows curiosity. The part that keeps whispering: what if we created this instead?

I don’t think your creative genius is holding your business back.

I think it’s the very thing your business has been waiting for you to rely on.

Better described as, a copy of a copy.

But the businesses we remember, the ones that are so remarkable, we literally can never forget.

The retreats we travel across the world to attend. The artists whose work stops us in our tracks. None of them began by asking “what should I sell?”

They began by asking: what am I here to create?

Not because it’s only an energy vortex with a charming village, crystal-clear calas, and breathtaking world-heritage mountains. It’s beautiful, yes — but even more so because I entered into relationship with it.

It occurred to me that many people might come here, to this exact island, and not have the same experience I’m having. Same sea. Golden light. Mountain sprinkled with pine trees.

And yet a completely different relationship to the space.

That’s when I realized something I hadn’t fully named until now: beauty alone doesn’t transform us.

For years, I’ve talked about following what I now know is called the Beauty Way with artists, with visionary clients and with healers— it’s a Navajo concept, not mine to claim, but one that has shaped how I think about beauty ever since I first encountered it: beauty not as decoration, but as something lived, something you walk in relationship with rather than simply observe.

It's why I paint, why I host retreats, why I design experiences and travel to places that stir something in me before my logical mind can explain why — and part of how I guide my clients to unearth their wildest success.

Yet this month revealed another layer underneath that. Beauty invited me in. Connection is what actually changed me.

Living in Relationship to Beauty

Over the last four weeks, I haven’t simply admired Mallorca. I’ve participated in it.

I’ve painted beside the pool a few times a week — resulting in three large canvases because I listened to that quiet invitation instead of opening my laptop first.

I wandered through Deià and found inspiration tucked inside galleries, boutiques, cafés, and conversations with strangers. I followed an intuitive nudge into a ceramics workshop this morning with my son and found myself remembering the somatic power of clay to recalibrate the nervous system.

I met with entrepreneurs building meaningful businesses on the island.

I reconnected with a friend from my yoga teacher training days. The woman who sells fruits at the market recognizes me now, and we made small talk about her nephew. The coffee shop owner smiles when I walk in. I’ve chatted with the esthetician, the team at the tennis club, the Pilates instructor whose class left me feeling more joyful than I have recently in L.A. because the community was so warm and connected.

I collaborated with a photographer to launch the Alchemist photographing inside sea caves, because beauty deserved to be documented with intention. I swam in turquoise coves alongside wild goats.

Little by little, I stopped feeling like I was visiting Mallorca. I started feeling like I belonged here. I began running into locals from the tennis center, my local coffee shop, and more. I met the neighbors and spoke to them in broken Spanish. My son and I took a ceramics class.

Then there were the island’s cats, wild donkeys, and goats.

Looking back, I don’t think it was the beauty itself that transformed me. It was saying yes to relationship — relationship with place, with creativity, with people, with my own visions and dreams.

Business follow life

Here’s the fascinating part: while I was busy living, the business kept moving too.

An entirely new retreat channeled through me, almost fully formed. I sold a few pieces of art, back at the gallery in Santa Monica. A few incredible space holders stepped into the Signature Experience Blueprint, and the philosophy underneath The Muse Path came into focus.

Ideas that had been quietly forming for months suddenly connected — not because I forced them, but because I created the spaciousness where they could finally emerge. This is one reason why I love hosting retreats.

For years we’ve been taught that business is built through strategy. Of course strategy matters. But strategy alone isn’t where extraordinary work begins.

Extraordinary work begins with relationship — with yourself, with your imagination, with beauty, with the places that awaken something inside you, with the people you gather.

I've hosted workshops, retreats, salons, and creative experiences for more than twenty years, and I've come to believe the same truth applies whether the room is in person or online: people don't come for the schedule or the curriculum. They come because they're longing to feel connected — to themselves, to each other, to something bigger.

The biggest breakthroughs in my work have rarely arrived while sitting at my desk.

They’ve arrived in water.

While painting.

Walking.

Swimming in quiet coves, known as calas here.

Standing somewhere beautiful long enough that my nervous system could hear something my mind couldn’t.

That is why ritual has become an essential part of how I lead, create, and make decisions.

I grew up a swimmer who wasn’t anywhere near real water.

No ocean. No lake big enough to lose the shoreline behind you. Just pools with lots of chlorine, and long stretches of time spent soaking in the bath. Somehow I already knew I needed to be spending time in water.

Living in Mallorca this month—with 348 beaches and hidden coves, turquoise water, and a pool outside my door—I’ve naturally been drawn back to the element of water.

Not simply because it’s beautiful.

Because water has become one of the places I return when I need to hear something beyond the mind.

There are several ways I intentionally work with water, and below I’ll share five of the rituals I return to when I want to recalibrate, receive guidance, or reconnect with a larger vision.

These are not productivity tools.

They are practices that help me access the layer beyond strategy.

If you’ve ever been told to just sit in meditation until the answer arrives — and it didn’t. If you’ve ever tried to think, or Claude or ChatGPT, your way into soul remembrance or real clarity — and it left you with more words, but not more knowing. This is exactly where that stops working.

The mind is a brilliant tool for organizing what you already know. It is not built to access what you don’t yet know, the thing that hasn’t taken language yet. That’s not a flaw in you. It’s just not the mind’s job. This is where ritual comes in — not as a replacement for thinking, but as the doorway to the layer thinking can’t reach on its own.

I keep noticing this pattern in my own work, and in the women I work with: when we try to create only with the mind, something stays missing. The ideas have merit. The strategy “makes sense”. But it lacks the charge, the aliveness, the thing that makes it magnetic, memorable or truly one of a kind.

The Pattern That Keeps Emerging

Here’s something true about me that I don’t always say out loud: I ran a mastermind for five years, produced core curriculum, and I got bored.

So, naturally, I refined it and created something potent and new.

For a long stretch of my life, I was the director of a prestigious art center, a teaching artist in public and private settings, and mentor to other teachers. I even had celebrity clients reaching out for private lessons. It sounds like exactly the kind of life that would allow me to embody my purpose, and it did… almost.

I reflected on this recently after reading a piece that named the same pattern in someone else’s life. I had, on average, 800 students a week, plus leadership and mentorship on top of that, producing creativity on demand like clockwork for my employers. I could do it. I did do it for 17 years.

I discovered her work long after I’d already been taking myself on these kinds of excursions instinctively: wandering galleries, creating on demand for my former employer, exploring a neighborhood, cooking with ingredients that caught my eye — even in the hustle years, even as a child, long before I had language for what I was doing.

These days aren’t a productivity hack or a self-care checklist. They’re what remind me who I am underneath the constant decision-making — and ironically, they make me a better coach, retreat leader, artist, mother, visionary.

I looked around me, and I was living inside a dream.

Not a metaphor.

An actual dream — one that I had about just over a year ago, before parts of this reality even existed.

It’s worth noting that I rarely used to remember my dreams.

Inside it, I was walking into a stunning space somewhere on the Mediterranean coast. Fig trees. Limestone. Olive groves. Lavender and herb gardens climbing the walls. It was what I’d call a million-dollar vision — the kind of place you don’t just visit, you feel in your body the moment you arrive.

People were teaching. All around me, workshops and healing modalities were unfolding — different rooms, different women, different medicine, all happening at once.

Then I came to an inner courtyard. Large windows, sunlight filtering through in long golden beams. Canvases stacked and leaning against the walls. Looked like the studio of a famous artist.

Then from somewhere close, music spilling out from a restaurant courtyard. People eating holistic food, lively conversations, unhurried and together.

Then I woke up.

And I realized something: the vision and the retreat center were mine. They were owned by me.

Was it a physical place, or simply a symbol from a dream?

I still don’t fully know the answer to that.

But in retrospect, I’ve since hosted retreats that look remarkably similar to that dream — including The Awaken Retreat, here in Mallorca, Spain which at the time of the dream hadn’t happened yet. The South of France retreat, arriving this September, carries the same thread. The dream wasn’t a prediction.

It was a blueprint I that was only half built from destination retreats to Mediterranean locations.

Building the Bridge to your dreams

Here’s what I keep coming back to with my clients: so many are standing exactly where I was — able to see the vision clearly, but with no bridge yet between where you are and where you want to be.

The bridge isn’t built all at once. It’s built one piece at a time. Sometimes those pieces can feel inconsequential, but they actually are not.

In my retreat business, the bridge looked like this: one retreat. Then two. Then three. Now I have an entire body of intellectual property built from those repetitions ~ the Dream, Awaken, and Inspiration retreats. Each one taught me something the last one couldn’t, and each one added another piece to the big dream.

That’s the part nobody tells you about manifestation: it isn’t a single leap from imagination into form.

It’s aligned action, repeated, until the body of work becomes undeniable.

What Daily Devotion means

I’ve been paying attention lately to how differently accomplished women protect their daily creative practice — because it’s rarely an accident.

I was genuinely moved to learn that Reese Witherspoon paints almost every day — done consistently, something she’s spoken about as a way to calm her nervous system and stay present, especially through hard seasons.

Terri Hatcher booked a workshop and painted alongside me during the pandemic.

Journaling is another one of these quiet, daily devotions — unglamorous, unposted, and often the exact thing that moves the vision forward when nothing else does.

I love to look back on old journals and notice. I notice myself in these moments.

Notice when you are actually living the vision, rather than just describing it to others.

Advice from a Sage

A shaman once heard me describe my dream, the one that I just shared with you. She gave me a practice that I want to share with you.

Now, every time I set a table, a Mediterranean meal, I set it in devotion to the bigger vision. It sounds small. It isn’t.

Every healer who comes on one of my retreats further manifests that original dream — women experiencing real healing modalities from all over the world, exactly as I saw it that night.

Because here’s the truth no one is posting about Substack growth: it is not the new Instagram. It is not fast, overnight success. It is not the thing the gurus are selling you in their “I grew to $100k in 3 months” stories, many of whom already had massive followings on social media before they ever posted a single Note.

And also? It’s becoming something so much richer than I expected, just not in the way I thought it would.

Ready to bust a few myths?

Myth #1: My Substack would grow the way Instagram did in the early days

It hasn’t. If you came here expecting the rapid, almost effortless growth that early Instagram gave a lot of us for a split second, Substack isn’t that, at least not for me, and not in the way I imagined. I’ve been here for 3+ months now. This platform rewards something slower and more deliberate, and I had to let go of comparing the two. They function differently.

Myth #2: My community would migrate here naturally

When I started, I said I wanted to build a real space for exchange. A space for the women in my Facebook group: The Sanctuary for Soul Led Leaders, and for the people on my mailing list who’ve taken my courses.

Here’s the truth: my Facebook group is genuinely one of the most engaged, accomplished communities I’ve ever built. Many of those women have been on my retreats together. They’ve had real, transformative experiences in the same room. That kind of connection doesn’t just transfer to a new platform because I ask it to. Moving people to Substack works when they’re already here or planning to be here… and I underestimated that.

If only I could wave a magic wand and transfer the community.

Myth #3: I’d invent a new way to use Substack and make it work for me

In typical artist, trailblazer fashion, I took messy, aligned action and started uploading some of my core teachings ~ The Signature Experience Blueprint, and Sought After at the founder’s level inside Substack (The Muse Path) so that they could be accessed here and integrated in community.

My hope was that the women inside the Blueprint could have a real conversations, share their workshop and retreat wins, building momentum around the course material.

What I’m realizing is that this space was never meant to just hold frameworks. It’s becoming a training ground for something bigger than any single Blueprint… and that’s where The Ritual comes in.

It is also where your big dreams are waiting for you.

On Sunday evening, we finished a full day of getting our house photographed in Los Angeles as we prepare to rent it for July. In a few weeks, we’ll be spending a month in Mallorca, Spain — a dream I’ve been holding for years.

Not for a remodel reveal or a design feature, but for a guest rental.

That distinction feels important.

Because this is what happens when a vision begins to move out of the realm of longing and into reality. It stops living only in journals, vision boards, or conversations. It starts asking something practical of you.

Even the redesign of our Spanish oasis here in L.A. was a vision in itself, one we largely completed in our first years of ownership. It was almost a complete interior renovation.

Now the vision is asking more of us. It is asking us to prepare the house, think through the finances, adjust our rhythms, and make space for a different way of living.

When the vision becomes real

That is the part of big visions people do not talk about enough.

At some point, the dream stops being an idea and starts requiring logistics. You have to clear the rooms. Finish the projects. Take the photos. Run the numbers. Make decisions before you feel perfectly ready. You have to let the life you say you want begin to emerge.

Mallorca has lived in our field for a long time. We visited and dreamed. I hosted the Awaken Retreat there last year with my coaching clients, and returned again.

I wrote recently about what I want this summer to feel like — slower, more beautiful, more aligned. But there is a difference between wanting a certain quality of life and actually building the conditions for it.

It keeps making me think that meaningful work is less like a business plan and more like a pilgrimage.

A pilgrimage is not only about the destination. It asks something of the person walking it. It asks for devotion, effort, honesty, and a willingness to keep going before the full picture is visible. You do not begin a pilgrimage because every variable is resolved. You begin because something in you knows the path matters.

That feels much closer to the way I have experienced my real work.

The retreats. The workshops. The questions I keep asking about family, creativity, beauty, and how I actually want to live. None of it has come from following a neat, linear formula. It has come from listening, adjusting, risking, and taking the next step that makes the vision more real — in the conversations around the kitchen table, and even in the disagreements that reveal what is stretching us.

Imagination and structure

What I’m noticing is that a real vision needs imagination and structure.

The kind of structure that allows it to become real. A month in Mallorca sounds dreamy, and it is. But it also asks us to prepare the house, work through the logistics, adjust my husband’s work schedule, reshape my coaching calendar, find aligned camps for my son, figure out how to fly with our dog, and make room for the practical side of the dream as well.

A vision is fantasy when it lives only in imagination. It becomes much more real when it starts asking for courage, follow-through, and rearrangement — when it interrupts your routines, asks you to finish what you started, clear what no longer fits, and make decisions before you have total certainty. It asks you to follow the nudges before the proof or every detail appears.

This is also why daily ritual matters so much to me.

A vision can arrive in a flash, but it usually takes ritual to stay in relationship with it. It takes rhythm, attention, and some form of devotion. Otherwise, the dream stays beautiful but distant. You visit it when you are inspired, then lose touch with it the moment life gets loud again.

Ritual is what helps me keep the conversation open.

There is something about moving my body through the canyon in the morning that opens a very different kind of channel and connects me to the field.

This is the moment when the mind softens and the nervous system relaxes.

Sometimes what comes through is a sentence. Sometimes it is a feeling. Very often it is a bigger vision, a direct download, or a clearer sense of what wants to happen next. And sometimes it is simply the next smallest step.

Here’s what I’ve come to understand, slowly, through years of building this way: a business built from intuition doesn’t move in a straight line toward a goal. It moves like a pilgrimage — through stations, through altars, each one asking something different of you before you’re allowed to continue.

An altar isn’t only the candle and the water bowl. It’s also the offer you’re afraid to price honestly. The email you keep drafting and deleting.

The workshop you almost don’t teach because it feels too scary. Every one of those is a place you’re asked to show up in devotion to the work and serve those who are meant for you.

Most of us were taught to treat business and devotion as separate rooms. Devotion was for the yoga shala, the ritual, the meditation, the ceremony.

Business lived somewhere else entirely, more practical, more logic and definitely trust the ones who studied marketing.

But I’ve discovered that the way you build something is itself a spiritual practice. It doesn’t stay behind on the yoga mat or the meditation room.

This is why I begin so many mornings with a manifesting walk in the canyon. Our highest visions never arrive through force. They come when the body relaxes, the mind clears, and there is finally enough space to hear what wants to come through.

They arrive through movement, through connection to the field, through the quiet moment when we stop gripping and let life know we are available for what is next.

A conversation turns into an offering. A longing becomes a retreat. A personal practice becomes something I can teach or share.

What once felt subtle or difficult to name begins to take shape in the world.

Why Intuition Gets Misunderstood

I think intuition gets misunderstood. People speak about it as though it were vague or fleeting, but in my experience it becomes trustworthy through cultivation and relationship.

You listen and you notice what keeps returning. Then you begin to act on what you hear. You practice trusting the signal — otherwise, the channel quiets and the Muse disappears.

Over time, what first arrived as inspiration begins to ask more of you. It wants language. It wants structure. It wants to move. To become part of your life, your work, and the way you lead.

And today, I’m revealing the villa where we will stay.

What feels most alive about that is not just the villa itself, although it is magical… a 13th-century Bastide completed int the 15th-century with modern interiors about 700 meters from a village with a local bakery, set at the edge of a garden filled with cypress, sculpture, and ancient olive trees.

But it is not only the idyllic setting that moves me. It is the deeper truth of how I create.

To me, a retreat is composed the way a painting is composed.

I do not just choose a place. I compose an experience.

The artistry is not only in the setting, but in the sequencing. It lives in the textures, the atmosphere, the meals, the gifts, the workshops, the ceremonies, the conversation, and especially in the women who hear the call and say yes.

It also lives in the pacing.

What opens on the first day, what softens on the second.
and what becomes visible only after a woman has exhaled enough to hear herself again.

Some of the most powerful parts of a retreat are not always the obvious ones.

They are the quieter moments, the unexpected conversations, the things that seem simple on the surface but end up opening something unforgettable.

The summer of the Fire Horse truly kicking in…

But the summer I actually desire feels different.

Slower and more savory.
More soul-nourishing.

Not slow as in stagnation.
Slower in the way that lets me actually soak in my life while I’m living it.

Last week, I found myself in a dreamy state, planning summer not only by dates and destinations, but by how I want it to move and feel.

Working with clients 1:1.
Hosting a group practice on creative ritual.
Mapping where we’ll stay in Mallorca and the South of France.
Staging our home in Los Angeles for the month of July… we’re behind, but I digress.
And somehow also just finishing a garden entryway project

And underneath all of it was a deeper question:

What do I want my days to feel like in June, July, and August?

It’s a question I love to ask my clients:

If it could all unfold in the way you truly desire, what would the deeper moments of your life actually look and feel like?

Not just what needs to get done in devotion to the vision…

but the mission as the journey.

But what kind of life am I actually creating, one day at a time?

The more I sat with that, the clearer it became.

I want a summer of soul nourishment and creating from that place.

To say yes to what is loudest, and to let logistics take over.
To postpone beauty.

To postpone what nourishes me and supports me now.
What opens my creativity now.
What helps me to create the next level of the vision now.

And maybe this is the real question underneath any summer plan:

Not just where do I want to go?
Or what do I want to do?
But what do I want this season to feel like in my body, in my home, in my relationships, in my business, and in my nervous system?

Because I think many of women hungry for this right now.

Not just a vacation or an escape, but a season that actually feels like theirs.

A season where the way they are living is in real conversation with their values.

This is something I’ve been thinking about a lot over the last three years:

Is the life that I’ve created truly aligned with what I value most?

And the honest answer is… it’s getting closer with each moment.

The more I sit with it, the more I realize this too:

The journey is the mission.

Beauty is not just a reward at the end. It is part of the way.

I know there is a lot of conversation on Substack right now about the pursuit of beauty being performative or superficial. But part of my artistic lineage has always been to create beauty and to give form to what is still unseen.

That is the work of the visionary.

To sense what is still in the ethers.
To gather what is still ember and shape what is still becoming.

The pursuit of beauty is not without meaning. According to the Navajo, beauty is the Way.

And part of what I know I am here to do is to recognize the divine in others and help activate what is already alive.

Not to force the journey or perform it, but to help bring it into clearer form.

That is true in my client work. It is true in my retreats. It is true in my art, and in a life that often imitates art.

And maybe that is part of the deeper summer question too.

Not only what do I want my days to feel like.

But:
What wants form and what wants tending?

For me, this summer feels like alignment, devotion, and expansion.

Not in a frantic way, but in a grounded way.
In a way that lets the vision land.

What I’m craving is spacious mornings, meaningful work, long-table meals, beautiful places, and the kind of conversations that enliven new ideas.

I want to feel turned on by the life I’m living while I’m living it. I want real time with my family, new friends, space to create, and to share my work.

That’s part of what makes summer feel so alive to me. It gives us a chance to choose again… to refine, pivot, and expand.

And maybe your version of a soul-nourishing summer looks completely different.

Maybe it isn’t Mallorca or a European getaway. Maybe it’s tomatoes from the farmer’s market, ocean swims, long mornings, a porch, a journal, your child home for summer, more dinners outside, fewer frantic yeses, and finally giving your own creativity some room again.

That still counts. The point is to find what feels true to you.

Because what we build eventually shapes the world we live in.

That taught me something I didn’t expect: I did not become sought after by posting more. I became sought after when my work stopped being scattered and started being unmistakable.

It took time to get there… especially while I was pivoting from the artist people already knew me as, into the intuitive business and creative mentorship I’m known for now. What helped me hold both was realizing I get to be all of me, what I was, and what I am now.

It also helped to create a new signature workshop, an entrance into my ecosystem and body of work.

That experience became a portal and then it became something more. A room people could remember. A transformation they could talk about. A reason for clients, collaborators, and community members to associate my name with something real.

I think this is where so many intuitive, creative, multi-dimensional women get stuck. They have the gifts and the depth.

They have the body of work, but it’s still being expressed in fragments. And when the work is fragmented, people may admire you without ever knowing how to enter your world, refer it, or remember what to reach for.

Everything changed when I stopped trying to explain it all, and began defining one clear entry point…

and let the work become known through that experience.

#1. I created transmissions around the work

Before people bought the deeper work, they experienced writing, speaking, and sharing of the work. Practically, this looked like sharing on my blog and on social media, an occasional podcast.

I shared reflections, ideas, perspective shifts, and the deeper philosophy underneath the work.

Not random content for the sake of being visible. Transmissions.

That mattered more than I realized. Because people do not only enter through offers. They also enter through resonance.

Sometimes a person reads something and immediately knows:

this woman sees what I have been feeling. This is my kind of room. I want to hear more from her. That is part of how the work starts becoming known.

This was one of the biggest shifts. Instead of trying to explain all of my gifts with words and copy, I created one clear experience.

When people can point to a workshop, a retreat, or a signature experience, they remember it. They talk about it. They begin associating your name with a felt transformation rather than just a list of things you do.

# 4. I let the room become a doorway into deeper work

I built trust first. I let people experience the room so they could feel the magic and the medicine of the work before I ever asked them to step in more deeply.
