But a gate does not open because the stars align. A gate opens when you are willing to look honestly at yourself.

A proces that seems to be completly neglected by the trendy “manifestation”guru,s and influencers. And I just have to say something.

It is not only wrong, but also contributing to more frustration, self-doubt and fear of failure that a lot of young people are dealing with these days. Social media has become the addictive swipping catalogue of all the things you must want to have. And all the things you still don,t. That void creates a longing to fill it with the first quick fix on your next swipe…..a guru that tells you, now is the time; 8:8 is here and you just need to make your wishlist and visualise it hard enough. And presto;……. your life will forever change.

If only the quest of life was that simple……

The truth is; these astrological, numerological en universal cycles, just like your full moon and equinox, do have the power to elevate you energetically.
But not with will power and external projection of desires.
They require your active conciousness and intervention.

These phenomenons are ancient rituals that have assisted humanity for centuries in the evolution of our excistence here on earth.
And the evolution I am talking about is the evolution of our species to live in harmony on this planet in elevated states of conciousness that allow for peace, health, wealth and beauty for all.
Not the evolution of your wardrobe, Instagram profile or bank account.
It is about; are you a loving human being that shines your light from within onto others?
Are you living in peace? Are you healthy? Creating beauty and wealth in harmony?

Ancient religion in it,s true origin and the shamans, taught people the proces and how living in alignment with the cycles of the Sun, the Moon and the Stars assisted them in their cycles of life, evolving as human beings by executing their soul,s unique blueprint in accepting both their destiny and their purpose under the light of Spirit.

This proces is called Alchemy; transmuting your darkness to become and experience more light.

Now; I do not want to get to spiritual and to high flying.
This proces is actually very down to earth.

I teach and practice it with individuals, professionals, teams and directors of every walk of life. It is nothing fluffy. And nothing anyone can not understand nor do.

But it does take:
Reflection → Atonement → Attunement

A responsibility to look at your self and your life in all honesty.

And this is not for everyone.

My business is not very commercial. I do not sell quick fixes and easy shiny stuf.

What I do promise you, is that when you do have the courage to do so; you will elevate your self. And over a longer course of implementing this proces, the trajectory of your life and shine from within; with authenticity and refinement.
That is something that money can,t buy.

It is the result of the most important work you will ever do.

The work to get to know yourself and understand your destiny and your purpose blueprint, more and more as you journey through life.

The beauty is in this process.
And once you understand it, you see yourself, your life and the world around you more clearly with every move you make.

The 8:8 gate with the Sun moving through Leo marks the astrological season of: power, self honouring and the courage to bring our attention back to our heart and creative power. And the number 8 that is associated with abundance and transformation.

Now, 8:8 means the energetic weather station shows a very promising climate to experience the fruits of your 2026 evolutionary work so far — and to expand further.

But the gate does not do the work for you.

You have to meet it consciously.

Today, I find myself in colour.

In light.

In stillness.

In the quiet moments before a painting begins.

For many years, I lived disconnected from my authentic Self—a victim of circumstances and unhealthy relationships, unaware of my own design, my potential and my creative voice. Unable to see the way out of the discomfort and pain.

I knew there was more to life.
More to me.
I felt so outside of myself, un-present. Hidden.
And incapable of doing what I saw others do; build a normal life, have relationships and being happy and successful at it.

It took me half my life to figure out that most of the people we see and think are so succesful, are also struggling on the inside.

15 years of being a professional coach has proven this. We all struggle.

And that, that what we perceive as successful, happy and rich is just a projection of today,s society programming, that we accepted as truth.
Not what truly genuine happiness really is.

The quest of life is much deeper then the shallow western culture we share of chasing, having and proving. A trap most people, and at a fast growing younger age these days, fall victim to.
And don,t get me wrong the beauty of life is in it,s design, in it,s art and it,s expression. The beauty and magic in life is in seeking beauty.
But without the inner work of creating a genuine authentic connection with your beautiful unique self, it feels off and remains shallow.

Because the key to finding what beauty, what joy and what life magic means to you; is you.

You, the unique being that you are is the quest to experience life through.
And until you stop chasing and wanting to be someone that you are not. You cut yourself of from the magic and the beauty.

You are the vehicle with your own fuel and energy demands, your own manual, your own taste palet, colour palet, inner talents and you have your own unique finger print, blue print, imprint.
It makes you wonder how we can ever receive the correct upbringing, education or advice.
Because nobody knows what it means to be you.
This is your own journey.

And the out is in.

Reflection – Atonement – Attunement

Becoming aware of your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual self.

The lower self of Ego and script.

Versus your higher self of authentic you.

So that when you ask the questions in life…..;
- What now?
- What do I want?
- What do I need?
- What is for me and what is not?

……you know who answers.

Because they both will. But only one of those voices is your higher authentic true Self.

Through understanding you and the lens through which you perceive life from the lower and the higher self; how you think, feel and sense life, you will understand the deeper meaning of life.

By finding alignment; that what feels right for you.

No less.

And we get there through accepting the experience of contrast that force us to go within.

Through the fear, of insecurity, of loss, sadness, grief, anger, frustration and loneliness, we get to the other side of beauty and magic.

Not by avoiding it and following the ego,s escape of the Mind to find the validation, the beauty, the reward, the recognition outside of yourself.

You have to face the demons in your past, often the demons in your family story past. Through going back and face whatever darkness it is you carry, you will also find your light.

That is the paradox of life.

I also went back to find here. That little girl, so full of light, like all small children. She became overwhelmed, anxious, shut down here feelings, here dreams, here treasures; here light. And with that the door to here true Self.
I couldn,t feel myself anymore.
Shut down the anxiety, because it was too much. I started to adapt, shape shift to my surroundings instead of attuning from within.
And I lost my self completely in doing so.
A childhood, youth and early adult hood of chaos, escapism followed. Not knowing who I was, what I wanted from life and what I had to offer.

The reader Reclaim your self describes how disconnection from yourself can result in toxic relationships.
I experienced this myself first hand. And it destroyed me even further. It wasn,t until I took responsibility to step out of that relationship to see clearly how toxic it was and how I myself had allowed for this to happen.
My poor self image, lack of self honouring, self ownership and self care was the cause of getting caught in the Bermuda triangle of the narcissist.
Not being an empath was the reason. Being self – less, being a void of emptiness. The empty cup I had to fill with my Self.

A long journey of healing started. The path I had to walk and what made me the professional mentor, teacher, coach and healer that I am today.

Through a lot of pain, study, professional experience but most of all my own life experience and the inner work , I healed my self, whilst assisting others. This process of Alchemy put me on path of hard work for over 10 years, but it also brought me so much magic; angels on path, synchroncities and many many unexplainable miracles that have kept me going and kept me safe.

It will for you as well.

House of Mastery grew from that journey of healing, transformation and I am now adding to this; creative expression in art.

Consciousness creates the conditions for transformation.

Transformation creates the conditions for authentic expression.

I found the artist in the girl that I was; in my writing but even more so in my art of painting. The medium of expression is different for us all.

Living in alignment by expressing yourself and your light through that medium, creates the moments of joy, beauty, peace and connection that truly matter.

I found mine in working with gold paint, with deep waters and Spirit skies that express the essence of my energy, my Light.

This time, not with words but with colours, paint and canvas. Same frequency different medium.

Since I healed my self, created peace in my life and in myself and since I added back the element of art, along side my writing and teaching; I have found fulfilment.
A deep feeling of connection, appreciation and gratitude has come over me.

A feeling that translates back and feeds forward my own energy and how I serve others in my life; my children, my animals, my family, my friends, my clients, my community on and off line.

I share my art to inspire you to find connection to your Spirit.
And I offer the process of Alchemy for you on your journey back to the light.

Mijn weg van alchemie
Ieder heeft zijn eigen speurtocht, dit is die van mij

Jarenlang zocht ik mezelf in woorden.

Ook vandaag bevind ik me in de stilte.

In kleur.

In het licht.

In de stille momenten voordat een schilderij begint.

Jarenlang leefde ik losgekoppeld van mijn echte zelf – slachtoffer van omstandigheden en ongezonde relaties, onbewust van mijn eigen potentieel, mijn mogelijkheden en mijn creatieve stem. Ik zag geen uitweg uit het ongemak en de pijn.

Ik wist dat er meer in het leven was.

Meer van mij.

Ik voelde me vervreemd, afwezig . Verborgen.

En niet in staat om te doen wat ik anderen zag doen: een normaal leven opbouwen, relaties hebben en daar gelukkig en succesvol in zijn.

Het heeft me de helft van mijn leven gekost om te beseffen dat de meeste mensen die we zien en als zo succesvol beschouwen, net zo innerlijk worstelen.

Vijftien jaar ervaring als professioneel coach heeft dit bewezen. We hebben allemaal wel onze uitdagingen en tegenslagen.

En dat wat wij als succesvol, gelukkig en rijk beschouwen, slechts een projectie is van de programmering van de huidige maatschappij, die we als waarheid hebben geaccepteerd.

Niet wat echt, oprecht geluk, werkelijk is.

De zoektocht naar het leven gaat veel dieper dan de oppervlakkige westerse cultuur die we delen, waarin we constant jagen naar dingen, naar bezitten en bewijzen. Een valkuil waar de meeste mensen, en tegenwoordig steeds vaker op jongere leeftijd, in vast lopen.

En begrijp me niet verkeerd, de schoonheid van het leven schuilt ook in de vormgeving, de kunst en de expressie ervan.
De schoonheid en magie van het leven schuilt in het zoeken naar jouw ervaring van schoonheid.

Maar zonder het innerlijke werk om een oprechte, authentieke verbinding met je prachtige, unieke zelf te creëren, voel je dat niet echt en blijft het oppervlakkig.

Want de sleutel tot het ontdekken van wat schoonheid, geluk en dat stukje magie voor jou betekenen, ben jijzelf.

Jij bent de zoektocht om zo het leven echt te kunnen ervaren.
Zonder jezelf heb je niets.

En zolang je blijft streven naar iemand die je niet bent , sluit je jezelf af van de magie en de schoonheid.

Jij bent het voertuig met je eigen brandstof- en energiebehoeften, je eigen handleiding, je eigen smaak , kleurenpalet , innerlijke talenten en je eigen unieke vingerafdruk, blauwdruk, afdruk.

Je vraagt je af hoe we ooit de juiste opvoeding, opleiding of advies kunnen krijgen.

Want niemand weet wat het betekent om jou te zijn.

Dat is jouw eigen speurtocht.

Niet van buiten maar dat werk is van binnen.

Door Reflectie op jezelf – Verantwoordelijkheid voor jezelf nemen – en Afstemming met jezelf.

Bewust worden van je mentale, emotionele, fysieke en spirituele zelf.

Het lagere zelf van het ego, je Mind en het script.

In tegenstelling tot je hogere zelf, het echte authentieke zelf.

Zodat wanneer je jezelf de vragen stelt die bij het leven horen…

- Wat nu? - Wat wil ik? - Wat heb ik nodig? - Wat is voor mij en wat niet?

…je wel weet wie er antwoordt.

Omdat ze dat allebei zullen doen. Maar slechts één van die stemmen is je hogere, authentieke, echte Zelf.

Door jezelf te begrijpen en de manier waarop je het leven waarneemt, zowel vanuit je lagere als je hogere zelf te leren kennen; hoe je denkt, voelt en het leven ervaart, zul je de diepere betekenis van het leven begrijpen.

Door te zoeken naar een manier om aansluiting te vinden; naar wat goed voelt voor jou.

Niets minder.

En we bereiken dat door de ervaring van contrast te accepteren, die ons dwingt naar binnen te kijken.

Door angst, onzekerheid, verlies, verdriet, rouw, woede, frustratie en eenzaamheid bereiken we de andere kant van schoonheid en magie.

Niet door het te vermijden en de vluchtroute van het ego te volgen, de Mind te volgen die de bevestiging, de schoonheid, de beloning, de erkenning buiten jezelf zoekt.

Je moet de demonen, groot of klein, uit je verleden, in jezelf onder ogen zien. Vaak zijn dit de demonen uit je familiegeschiedenis. Door terug te gaan en de duisternis die je met je meedraagt te confronteren, zul je ook je licht vinden.

Dat is de paradox van het leven.

Ik ben ook teruggegaan om haar te vinden. Dat kleine meisje, zo vol licht, zoals alle kleine kinderen. Ze raakte overweldigd, angstig, sloot haar gevoelens, haar dromen, haar schatten, haar licht af. En daarmee de deur naar haar ware Zelf.

Ik kon mezelf niet meer voelen.

Ik sloot de angst, de onzekerheid en al het andere moeilijke af, omdat het te veel was. Ik begon me aan te passen, me te transformeren naar mijn omgeving in plaats van me echt te laten zien.

En ik verloor mezelf volledig daarbij.

Een jeugd, adolescentie en vroege volwassenheid van chaos en escapisme volgden. Ik wist niet wie ik was, wat ik van het leven wilde en wat ik te bieden had.

De reader ‘Reclaim your self’ beschrijft hoe een gebrek aan verbinding met jezelf kan leiden tot toxische relaties.
(Heb je de nederlandse nog niet gehad, stuur me even een berichtje)

Ik heb dit zelf aan den lijve ondervonden. En het heeft me nog verder kapotgemaakt. Pas toen ik de verantwoordelijkheid nam om uit die relatie te stappen, zag ik hoe toxisch die was en hoe ik het zelf had laten gebeuren.

Mijn slechte zelfbeeld , gebrek aan zelfrespect , zelfacceptatie en zelfzorg waren de oorzaak dat ik in de Bermudadriehoek van narcisme terechtkwam.

Een lange reis van heling begon. De weg die ik moest bewandelen en die me heeft gevormd tot de professionele mentor, docent, coach en therapeut die ik vandaag ben.

Door veel pijn, studie, professionele ervaring, maar vooral door mijn eigen levenservaring en innerlijk werk, heb ik mezelf geheeld en tegelijkertijd anderen geholpen. Dit proces van alchemie heeft me meer dan tien jaar lang op een weg van hard werken gezet, Maar het heeft me ook zoveel magie gebracht: engelen op mijn pad, synchroniciteiten en talloze onverklaarbare echte wonderen die me onverklaarbaar en onvoorwaardelijk hebben gesteund en me veilig hebben gehouden.

House of Mastery is voortgekomen uit die reis van genezing en transformatie, en ik voeg daar nu aan toe: creatieve expressie in de kunst .

Bewustzijn schept de voorwaarden voor transformatie.

Transformatie schept de voorwaarden voor authentieke expressie.

Ik ontdekte de kunstenaar in het meisje dat ik was; in mijn schrijven, maar nog meer in mijn schilderkunst. Het medium van expressie is voor iedereen anders.

Door in harmonie te leven met jezelf en je licht via dat medium tot uitdrukking te brengen, creëert de zelfvoorzienende energie van leven, energie en de momenten van geluk, schoonheid, vrede en verbondenheid die er echt toe doen.

Ik vond de mijne in het werken met goudverf, met diep water en spirituele luchten die de essentie van mijn energie, mijn Licht, uitdrukken op het doek.

Deze keer niet met woorden, maar met kleuren, verf en doek. Dezelfde frequentie, een ander medium.

Sinds ik mezelf heb geheeld , rust in mijn leven heb, mezelf heb gevonden en kunst weer heb geïntegreerd, heb ik past echt voldoening gevonden.

Ik deel mijn kunst om je te inspireren om ook echt verbinding te maken met jezelf.

En ik bied je het proces van alchemie aan op je eigen weg in het leven naar meer licht.

Faalangst.

Angst.

Perfectionisme.

Burn-out.

Imposter syndrome.

Depressieve gevoelens.

Maar dit zijn zelden de werkelijke oorzaken.

Het zijn de gevolgen van een veel dieper aanpassingsproces.

Een kind wordt niet angstig geboren

Ieder kind komt ter wereld met een unieke blauwdruk.

Een eigen potentieel.

Een natuurlijke behoefte om te wortelen, te groeien, tot bloei te komen en zichzelf te uiten.

Om dat te kunnen doen heeft een kind meer nodig dan voeding of bescherming.

Het heeft een omgeving nodig waarin veiligheid, vertrouwen en emotionele beschikbaarheid aanwezig zijn.

Juist in de eerste levensjaren speelt de moeder hierin een fundamentele rol.

Wanneer zij zelf onvoldoende gegrond is in haar eigen levenskracht, veiligheid, vertrouwen en innerlijke kracht, wordt het moeilijk om deze basis volledig aan haar kind door te geven.

Niet omdat zij niet van haar kind houdt.

Maar omdat zij zelf nog zoekt naar precies datgene wat zij zou willen geven.

Aanpassing wordt een mentaal script

Het kind past zich aan.

Niet omdat er iets mis is met het kind.

Maar omdat aanpassing noodzakelijk wordt om zich veilig te voelen.

Het leert de omgeving voortdurend te scannen.

Te pleasen.

Perfect te presteren.

Conflicten te vermijden.

Zichzelf kleiner te maken.

Langzaam verandert deze manier van overleven in een persoonlijkheid.

En uiteindelijk wordt die persoonlijkheid ervaren als identiteit.

Terwijl het in werkelijkheid een beschermingsmechanisme is.

De gevolgen verschijnen pas later

Jaren later is het kind volwassen.

De situaties zijn veranderd.

Maar het zenuwstelsel reageert nog steeds vanuit hetzelfde oude script.

Daarom voelt kritiek als afwijzing.

Daarom roept autoriteit spanning op.

Daarom ontstaan perfectionisme, faalangst, burn-out of chronische stress.

Het probleem van vandaag is vaak slechts de trigger van een veel ouder patroon.

Alchemie is terugkeren naar de oorsprong

Werkelijke verandering ontstaat niet door harder je best te doen.

Maar door terug te keren naar de plek waar de aanpassing ooit noodzakelijk werd.

Door oude ervaringen bewust te verwerken.

Door jezelf alsnog te geven wat destijds ontbrak.

Veiligheid.

Vertrouwen.

Kracht.

Vanuit die nieuwe basis ontstaat ruimte voor emotionele intelligentie.

En vanuit emotionele intelligentie kan het authentieke zelf zich weer gaan uitdrukken.

Dat is de essentie van The Alchemy Code.

Niet vechten tegen de duisternis.

Maar haar transformeren, zodat zij weer licht kan worden.

Most people come to coaching because they experience the effects.

Fear of failure.
Anxiety.
Perfectionism.
Burnout.
Imposter syndrome.
Depression.

But these are rarely the cause.

They are the consequences of a much deeper adaptation.

A child is not born anxious

Every child enters life with an authentic blueprint.

A unique potential.

An innate capacity to root, grow, flower and express itself.

For this to happen, a child depends on its environment.

The role of the parents—especially the mother during early development—is not simply to provide food or protection. It is to provide enough safety, trust, emotional regulation and grounded life force for the child to develop from its own authentic center.

When that foundation is unavailable, the child adapts.

Not because something is wrong with the child.

Because adaptation becomes necessary for survival.

The personality develops around protection instead of expression.

Adaptation creates the mental script

If a mother is still struggling to feel safe, grounded or emotionally nourished herself, she cannot fully offer those qualities to her child.

Not because she lacks love.

But because she is still searching for those same needs herself.

The child unconsciously begins carrying what the parent cannot.

Instead of expressing authenticity, it learns to monitor the environment.

To please.

To perform.

To avoid conflict.

To stay small.

To become perfect.

Over time these adaptations become mental scripts.

Eventually they feel like identity.

The effects appear years later

Years later the child has become an adult.

The environment changes.

The workplace changes.

Relationships change.

But the nervous system still responds from the original script.

This is why criticism feels dangerous.

Why authority triggers anxiety.

Why perfectionism feels necessary.

Why burnout develops.

The present situation is often only activating an unresolved experience from the past.

Alchemy means returning to the origin

Healing is not about becoming someone else.

It is about returning to the place where adaptation became necessary.

Feeling what could not be felt.

Meeting the needs that were never fully met.

Rebuilding safety, trust and inner strength from within.

This is the process I call Alchemy.

Darkness is not removed.

It is transformed.

When the mental script softens, emotional intelligence awakens.

When emotional intelligence develops, authenticity can finally be embodied.

That is where freedom begins.

“Without emotional intelligence you have no real choice.”

Most people believe change begins with knowledge.

If I understand myself better…
If I know why I think the way I do…
If I learn enough about psychology…

Then surely I will change.

But if knowledge alone created transformation, most of us would already live very different lives.

Knowledge creates awareness.

Awareness creates possibility.

But awareness alone does not create choice.

That is why I wrote The Alchemy Code as a trilogy.

Not because one book was not enough.

But because human development unfolds in stages.

Part I – Mind Mastery

Break the power of the pattern.

The first step is understanding.

Before you can change your life, you must understand the architecture of your mind.

How beliefs are formed.

How behavioural patterns develop.

Why you repeat the same choices.

Why your thoughts, emotions and actions become automatic.

Part I is about seeing the structure behind your experience.

Because you cannot change what you cannot see.

Yet understanding is only the beginning.

Knowing your patterns does not automatically mean you are free from them.

That is where Part II begins.

Part II – Emotional Intelligence

Experience your Self. Choose consciously.

For me, Emotional Intelligence is not simply the ability to recognise emotions.

It is the capacity to experience yourself while you are in relationship with yourself, another person and the world around you.

It is the ability to recognise contrast within your inner world.

The difference between fear and intuition.

Between adaptation and authenticity.

Between your own needs and the expectations of others.

Without emotional intelligence there is no real choice.

You cannot protect yourself because you cannot accurately perceive yourself.

You cannot relate to another because you do not yet experience your Self.

And without experiencing your Self, every relationship becomes an adaptation instead of an authentic encounter.

This is why intelligent people still become trapped in unhealthy relationships.

Why capable professionals burn out.

Why people continue pleasing, controlling, rescuing or withdrawing.

Not because they lack knowledge.

But because they have not yet learned to experience themselves while the pattern is unfolding.

That is the work of Emotional Intelligence.

It is the bridge between awareness and freedom.

Part III – Identity & Self Expression

Consciously become who you are.

When you understand your mind and learn to experience your Self, something remarkable becomes possible.

You no longer have to live from adaptation.

You can begin to build an identity that reflects your values instead of your survival strategies.

Not becoming someone else.

But becoming more fully yourself.

Expressing that Self through your relationships, your work, your creativity and your contribution to the world.

That is what this trilogy is ultimately about.

Not self-improvement.

But Self-realisation.

Tomorrow I will continue this journey with the very first Mastery Class.

We’ll explore why understanding your mind is the foundation for emotional intelligence—and why Part I is the place to begin.

Veel mensen denken dat verandering begint met kennis.

Als ik mezelf beter begrijp…

Als ik weet waarom ik denk zoals ik denk…

Als ik maar genoeg leer over psychologie…

Dan zal ik vanzelf veranderen.

Maar als kennis voldoende was, zouden de meesten van ons vandaag een heel ander leven leiden.

Kennis creëert bewustzijn.

Bewustzijn creëert mogelijkheden.

Maar bewustzijn alleen creëert nog geen keuze.

Daarom heb ik The Alchemy Code als trilogie geschreven.

Niet omdat één boek onvoldoende was.

Maar omdat menselijke ontwikkeling zich stap voor stap ontvouwt.

Deel I – Mentaal Meesterschap

Doorbreek de kracht van het patroon.

De eerste stap is begrijpen.

Voordat je je leven kunt veranderen, moet je de architectuur van je denken leren begrijpen.

Hoe overtuigingen ontstaan.

Hoe gedragspatronen zich ontwikkelen.

Waarom je steeds dezelfde keuzes maakt.

Waarom gedachten, emoties en gedrag uiteindelijk automatisch worden.

Deel I laat je de structuur achter je ervaring zien.

Want je kunt niet veranderen wat je niet kunt waarnemen.

Maar begrijpen alleen is niet genoeg.

Je patronen kennen betekent nog niet dat je er vrij van bent.

Daar begint Deel II.

Deel II – Emotionele Intelligentie

Ervaar jeZelf. Kies bewust.

Voor mij is emotionele intelligentie veel meer dan het herkennen van emoties.

Het is het vermogen om jezelf te ervaren terwijl je in relatie bent met jezelf, met de ander en met de wereld om je heen.

Het is het vermogen om contrast te herkennen in je binnenwereld.

Het verschil tussen angst en intuïtie.

Tussen aanpassing en authenticiteit.

Tussen jouw behoeften en de verwachtingen van anderen.

Daarom blijven zelfs intelligente mensen vastlopen in ongezonde relaties.

Niet omdat zij onvoldoende kennis hebben.

Maar omdat zij zichzelf nog niet ervaren terwijl het patroon zich afspeelt.

Dat is de essentie van emotionele intelligentie.

Het is de brug tussen bewustzijn en vrijheid.

Deel III – Identiteit & Zelfexpressie

Geef bewust vorm aan wie je bent.

Wanneer je je denken begrijpt én jezelf leert ervaren, ontstaat er ruimte.

Ruimte om niet langer vanuit aanpassing te leven.

Ruimte om een identiteit op te bouwen die gebaseerd is op je waarden, in plaats van op oude overlevingsstrategieën.

Niet om iemand anders te worden.

Maar om steeds vollediger jezelf te zijn.

En dat zichtbaar te maken in je relaties, je werk, je creativiteit en je bijdrage aan de wereld.

Daar gaat deze trilogie uiteindelijk over.

Niet over zelfverbetering.

Maar over het realiseren van jeZelf.

Why the relationship with yourself shapes every relationship you create

Every relationship begins long before another person enters your life.

It begins with the relationship you have with yourself.

Many of us spend years trying to improve our relationships, our careers and our circumstances, while remaining disconnected from ourselves.

We search for safety in the outside world.

Approval.

Recognition.

Love.

Success.

Yet the quality of every relationship is determined by the quality of our presence.

Not our performance.

Not our role.

Not our ability to adapt.

But our ability to remain connected to ourselves while connecting with another.

The invisible timelines we carry

In last week’s Mastery Class we explored how the past continues to influence the present.

Our memories.

Our experiences.

Our relationships.

Our disappointments.

Our fears.

They do not simply disappear because time has passed.

They remain active as timelines that continue to influence how we perceive ourselves and the world around us.

Until they become conscious.

When we are unaware of these timelines, we often react to the present as if it were the past.

We protect ourselves before we have been hurt.

We withdraw before someone leaves.

We adapt before anyone asks us to.

Not because the present requires it.

But because the past still lives within us.

Relationships reveal what still asks for awareness

Relationships do not create our wounds.

They reveal them.

Every meaningful relationship becomes a mirror.

Not to judge us.

But to help us recognise what still lives beneath the surface.

Some relationships create safety.

Others expose our fear.

Some invite us to grow.

Others invite us to return to old survival strategies.

The question is never simply:

‘Is this relationship healthy?’

The deeper question is:

‘Who do I become in this relationship?’

Presence changes everything

Healing is not only about understanding the past.

It is about becoming increasingly present in the moment.

Presence is the capacity to remain connected to yourself while being deeply connected to another.

Without abandoning yourself.

Without adapting who you are.

Without losing your centre.

True presence creates space.

Space to feel.

Space to observe.

Space to choose.

Instead of reacting from yesterday, we begin responding from today.

That is where freedom begins.

The Way

Within the House of Mastery Method we describe development as a movement from your current reality (A) towards the reality you want to create (B).

The method is the same.

The way is always personal.

Along that way we gradually move through four stages:

Consciousness.

Development.

Transformation.

Expression.

As awareness grows, our relationship with ourselves changes.

As that relationship changes, every other relationship changes with it.

Not because the world suddenly becomes different.

But because we are no longer meeting it from the same place.

The invitation

Every relationship invites us into deeper presence.

But only the relationship with ourselves allows us to remain there.

The purpose of development is not to become someone else.

It is to remember who you have always been beneath the patterns that shaped you.

That is where authentic connection begins.

That is where true presence begins.

To conclude this article and the past two Mastery Classes, I would like to leave you with these reflections:

The quality of your life is determined by the quality of your awareness.

The quality of your relationships is determined by the quality of your presence.

Awareness allows us to recognise the patterns that shape our lives.

Presence allows us to remain connected to ourselves while meeting life, relationships and challenges with openness, clarity and authenticity.

I hope these Mastery Classes inspire you to continue your journey of consciousness, development, transformation and authentic expression.

Elke relatie begint lang voordat een ander persoon in je leven komt.

Het begint met de relatie die je met jezelf hebt.

Velen van ons besteden jaren aan het verbeteren van onze relaties, onze carrière en onze omstandigheden, terwijl we de verbinding met onszelf verliezen.

We zoeken veiligheid in de buitenwereld.

Goedkeuring.

Erkenning.

Liefde.

Succes.

Toch wordt de kwaliteit van elke relatie bepaald door de kwaliteit van onze aanwezigheid.

Niet door onze prestaties.

Niet door onze rol.

Niet door ons aanpassingsvermogen.

Maar door ons vermogen om verbonden te blijven met onszelf terwijl we verbinding maken met een ander.

De onzichtbare tijdlijnen die we met ons meedragen

In de Masterclass van vorige week hebben we onderzocht hoe het verleden het heden blijft beïnvloeden.

Onze herinneringen.

Onze ervaringen.

Onze relaties.

Onze teleurstellingen.

Onze angsten.

Ze verdwijnen niet zomaar omdat de tijd verstrijkt.

Ze blijven actief als tijdlijnen die onze perceptie van onszelf en de wereld om ons heen blijven beïnvloeden.

Totdat je je ervan bewust wordt.

Wanneer we ons niet bewust zijn van deze tijdlijnen, reageren we vaak op het heden alsof het verleden is.

We beschermen onszelf voordat we gekwetst zijn.

We trekken ons terug voordat iemand ons verlaat.

We passen ons aan voordat iemand ons daarom vraagt.

Niet omdat het heden dat vereist.

Maar omdat het verleden nog steeds in ons leeft.

Relaties onthullen wat nog steeds om bewustzijn vraagt.

Relaties veroorzaken onze wonden niet.

Ze onthullen ze.

Elke betekenisvolle relatie wordt een spiegel.

Niet om ons te veroordelen.

Maar om ons te helpen herkennen wat er nog onder de oppervlakte leeft.

Sommige relaties creëren een gevoel van veiligheid.

Andere leggen onze angst bloot.

Sommige nodigen ons uit om te groeien.

Andere nodigen ons uit om terug te vallen op oude overlevingsstrategieën.

De vraag is nooit simpelweg:

‘Is deze relatie gezond?’

De diepere vraag is:

‘Wie word ik in deze relatie?’

Aanwezigheid verandert alles.

Heling gaat niet alleen over het begrijpen van het verleden.

Het gaat erom steeds meer aanwezig te zijn in het moment.

Aanwezigheid is het vermogen om verbonden te blijven met jezelf, terwijl je tegelijkertijd diep verbonden bent met een ander.

Zonder jezelf te verloochenen.

Zonder je eigen identiteit aan te passen.

Zonder je innerlijke rust te verliezen.

Echte aanwezigheid creëert ruimte.

Ruimte om te voelen.

Ruimte om te observeren.

Ruimte om te kiezen.

In plaats van te reageren vanuit gisteren, beginnen we te reageren vanuit vandaag.

Daar begint vrijheid.

De Weg

Binnen de House of Mastery Methode beschrijven we ontwikkeling als een beweging van je huidige realiteit (A) naar de realiteit die je wilt creëren (B).

De methode is hetzelfde.

De weg is altijd persoonlijk.

Langs die weg doorlopen we geleidelijk vier stadia:

Bewustzijn.

Ontwikkeling.

Transformatie.

Expressie.

Naarmate ons bewustzijn groeit, verandert onze relatie met onszelf.

En naarmate die relatie verandert, verandert elke andere relatie mee.

Niet omdat de wereld plotseling anders wordt.

Maar omdat we haar niet langer vanuit hetzelfde perspectief benaderen.

De uitnodiging

Elke relatie nodigt ons uit tot een diepere aanwezigheid.

Maar alleen de relatie met onszelf stelt ons in staat om daar te blijven.

Het doel van ontwikkeling is niet om iemand anders te worden.

Het is om te herinneren wie je altijd al bent geweest, onder de patronen die je hebben gevormd.

Daar begint authentieke verbinding.

Daar begint ware aanwezigheid.

Timelines, Relationships & Conscious Creation

“The past influences the future only as long as it remains unconscious.”

Many people believe consciousness is about becoming aware of what is happening in the present moment.

And while presence is very important, consciousness is much more than just observing what is.

Consciousness is most of all the ability to recognize what is influencing “what is” in the here and now and directing, protecting and evolving this reality into desired, higher or harmonious potential.

This starts with accepting the fact that every human being lives simultaneously in multiple timelines.

There is the present timeline; the life that is unfolding here and now.

There are timelines from the past; experiences, memories, relationships, disappointments, successes, losses, believes and expectations that continue to live within us.

And there are future timelines; possibilities, visions, aspirations and potential waiting to be developed.

The challenge is that many of us are not consciously creating from the present.

We are unconsciously reacting and recreating from the past.
And this does not create the new and higher timeline of future.
But the continuation of past in the future.
It is therefor called repetition. And when you dragg past negative timelines into your here and now and unconciously even into your future, we call this “organised disappointment”.

The Red Thread

Throughout life certain themes tend to repeat themselves.

Similar relationships.

Similar disappointments.

Similar fears.

Similar conflicts.

Similar emotional reactions.

Not because life is against us.

But because consciousness is inviting us to see something that has not yet been fully integrated; understood and changed.

The red thread is the pattern.

The recurring lesson.

The wound that continues to seek awareness.

Many people spend years trying to avoid these experiences.

Others become trapped in them.

Both responses keep the timeline active.

The purpose of consciousness is neither avoidance nor attachment.

The purpose of consciousness is observation.

To become aware of what is repeating.

To become aware of what is asking for development.

To become aware of what is ready for transformation.
And then take the required action in your development to trigger this transformation instead of the repetition.

Relationships as Mirrors

Relationships often reveal our most active timelines.

Not because other people create our wounds.

But because relationships illuminate what already lives within us.

A relationship may reveal:

* fear of rejection

* fear of abandonment

* fear of failure

* fear of intimacy

* fear of being seen

* fear of not being enough

Relationships can also reveal:

* strength

* love

* creativity

* courage

* authenticity

* purpose

Every relationship leaves an imprint.

Every relationship offers information.

Every relationship becomes part of the field through which we learn about ourselves.

The question is not:

“Why did this happen to me?”

The more powerful question is:

“What is this relationship showing me about myself?”

The Golden Thread

When we become conscious of the patterns that run through our lives, another thread begins to emerge.

The golden thread.

The qualities that survived every challenge.

The strengths that continued to develop.

The wisdom gained through experience.

The gifts hidden inside the lessons.

The golden thread is not the absence of pain.

It is the meaning that emerges from it.

It is the deeper purpose that becomes visible when we stop identifying with the wound and begin learning from it.

The Alchemy of Conscious Creation

Alchemy begins when awareness meets responsibility.

Not responsibility for everything that happened.

But responsibility for what we choose to do with it.

The purpose of healing is not to endlessly revisit the past.

The purpose of healing is to free energy for creation.

To transform pain into wisdom.

Fear into courage.

Adaptation into authenticity.

Survival into expression.

When we learn to recognize the red thread and strengthen the golden thread, we begin to consciously influence our future timelines.

Not by controlling life.

But by participating in it more consciously.

This is the movement from A to B.

From current reality to potential.

From unconscious repetition to conscious creation.

“Het verleden beïnvloedt de toekomst alleen zolang het onbewust blijft.”

Veel mensen denken dat bewustzijn draait om je bewust worden van wat er in het huidige moment gebeurt.

En hoewel aanwezigheid erg belangrijk is, is bewustzijn veel meer dan alleen observeren wat er is.

Bewustzijn is bovenal het vermogen om te herkennen wat “wat er is” in het hier en nu beïnvloedt en om deze realiteit te sturen, te beschermen en te ontwikkelen naar een gewenst, hoger of harmonieus potentieel.

Dit begint met het accepteren van het feit dat ieder mens tegelijkertijd in meerdere tijdlijnen leeft.

Er is de huidige tijdlijn; het leven dat zich hier en nu ontvouwt.

Er zijn tijdlijnen uit het verleden; ervaringen, herinneringen, relaties, teleurstellingen, successen, verliezen, overtuigingen en verwachtingen die in ons voortleven.

En er zijn toekomstige tijdlijnen; mogelijkheden, visies, aspiraties en potentieel dat wacht om ontwikkeld te worden.

De uitdaging is dat velen van ons niet bewust creëren vanuit het heden.

We reageren onbewust op het verleden en herscheppen het.

En dit creëert geen nieuwe en hogere tijdlijn voor de toekomst.

Maar een voortzetting van het verleden in de toekomst.

Daarom noemen we het herhaling. En wanneer je negatieve tijdlijnen uit het verleden meesleept naar je hier en nu, en onbewust zelfs naar je toekomst, noemen we dit ‘georganiseerde teleurstelling’.

De rode draad

Bepaalde thema’s herhalen zich gedurende ons leven.

Vergelijkbare relaties.

Vergelijkbare teleurstellingen.

Vergelijkbare angsten.

Vergelijkbare conflicten.

Vergelijkbare emotionele reacties.

Niet omdat het leven tegen ons is.

Maar omdat ons bewustzijn ons uitnodigt om iets te zien dat nog niet volledig is geïntegreerd, begrepen en veranderd.

De rode draad is het patroon.

De terugkerende les.

De wond die steeds weer om bewustzijn vraagt.

Veel mensen proberen jarenlang deze ervaringen te vermijden.

Anderen raken erin verstrikt.

Beide reacties houden de tijdlijn actief.

Het doel van bewustzijn is noch vermijding, noch gehechtheid.

Het doel van bewustzijn is observatie.

Bewust worden van wat zich herhaalt.

Bewust worden van wat ontwikkeling nodig heeft.

Bewust worden van wat klaar is voor transformatie.

En vervolgens de nodige actie ondernemen in je ontwikkeling om deze transformatie in gang te zetten in plaats van de herhaling.

Relaties als spiegels

Relaties onthullen vaak onze meest actieve tijdlijnen.

Niet omdat anderen onze wonden veroorzaken.

Maar omdat relaties belichten wat al in ons leeft.

Een relatie kan onthullen:

*angst voor afwijzing

*angst voor verlating

*angst voor falen

*angst voor intimiteit

*angst om gezien te worden

*angst om niet goed genoeg te zijn

Relaties kunnen ook onthullen:

*kracht

*liefde

*creativiteit

*moed

*authenticiteit

*doel

Elke relatie laat een afdruk achter.

Elke relatie biedt informatie.

Elke relatie wordt onderdeel van het veld waardoor we over onszelf leren.

De vraag is niet:

“Waarom is mij dit overkomen?”

De krachtigere vraag is:

“Wat leert deze relatie me over mezelf?”

De Gouden Draad

Wanneer we ons bewust worden van de patronen die door ons leven lopen, komt er een andere draad tevoorschijn.

De gouden draad.

De kwaliteiten die elke uitdaging hebben overleefd.

De sterke punten die zich bleven ontwikkelen.

De wijsheid die door ervaring is opgedaan.

De geschenken die verborgen liggen in de lessen.

De gouden draad is niet de afwezigheid van pijn.

Het is de betekenis die eruit voortkomt.

Het is het diepere doel dat zichtbaar wordt wanneer we ons niet langer identificeren met de wond, maar ervan leren.

De Alchemie van Bewuste Schepping

Alchemie begint wanneer bewustzijn en verantwoordelijkheid samenkomen.

Niet verantwoordelijk voor alles wat er is gebeurd.

Maar verantwoordelijk voor wat we ermee doen.

Het doel van heling is niet om eindeloos terug te keren naar het verleden.

Het doel van heling is om energie vrij te maken voor creatie.

Pijn omzetten in wijsheid.

Angst in moed.

Aanpassing in authenticiteit.

Overleven in expressie.

Wanneer je de rode draad leert herkennen en de gouden draad weet te versterken, beginnen je bewust invloed uit te oefenen op toekomstige tijdlijnen die je ook daadwerkelijk wilt.

Niet door het leven te beheersen.

Maar door er bewuster aan deel te nemen.

Dit is de beweging van A naar B.

Van de huidige realiteit naar potentieel.

Van onbewuste herhaling naar bewuste creatie.

“You can not see what you don’t know amd you don’t know what you can not see”

This Mastery saying is the core of all the teachings.
When uou remaining in a state of curiosity, you keep the field open.
What is in your field of conciousness you can influence.

Therefore what you question can enter.
What you accept as truth remains the same.
What you give your attention to becomes a part of your life. That goes for the positive and the negative. And in that universal law of quantum theory your conciousness operates under the same force as gravity.

Remaining open, questioning what life is reflecting to you, what the reflection is teaching you, to grow into the next higher version, state or cycle is the key to concioisness.
It opens the field from your present here and now towards the horizon beyond what you can see.
Stretching your awarness, your perspective both further, wider and deeper.

The field of your perspective on life holds many layers, dimensions and timelines. The parts you see are concious, but the many more parts you don’t see are just unconciouss, but very present and active.
All of the parts in your field interact.
The inside of your field, with the outside field around you.

The many dimensions connected your field to many, many colours of sounds, vibrations, sensations that you translate into emotions with lots of information for your interpretation.

All of the timelines that your field is connected to in the past, present, future over this and generational timelines even stretched into collective human timelines hold memories, expectations, pain and fortune. All of this operates in your field. And in all of our fields, simultaneously, paralel as we live our lives and pass our days.

The more conciousness we become of this field we live in the more influence and impact we can offer the field, that rewards us with experiences in life we digest with our thoughts, feelings, sensations and actions.
The beautiful and the challenging.
The peaceful and the disturbing.
The altering and the disabeling.
All of it is part of your evolution in life.

What we call hapiness is just half of tue contrast we are supposed to transmute in the field for our human experience to impact the field so we rise together.
In a field of peace, passion, power, connection, truth, clarity and compassion we become the highest version of ourselves and we uplift eachother.

This is the relationship between human, nature and the divine higher conciousness that is called heaven on earth.
We have a long way to go…..

But the beauty is; it all starts with the individual state of consciousness that contributes to the collective with a field of beauty.
And that beauty is within you.

So you impact your own life by doing the mastery work, as well as impacting the fields around you. The field of your family, loved ones, co - workers directly and your even extends timelines, physical connection and direct contact.
The field just is.

When you learn to transmute your inner states with your awareness.
When you develop mind, emotions, identity and transform to authenticity through alignment with the coherent field and learn how to detach from disorted, negative layers in the field.

When you learn to grow, alter and rise above stories, timelines, patterns and expectations that kept you stuck.
When you find form, medium, language and tools to embody and express what your conciousness brings through you.

As long as you breathe, you have eyes to see new perspectives in the field each day.

Consciousness Is Not The Destination

Many people believe consciousness is simply becoming aware of the present moment.
And it is.
But awareness alone is not enough.
When we remain focused only on our thoughts, emotions, wounds and patterns, we risk becoming trapped within the reality we are trying to understand.

Consciousness is not the destination.
It is the beginning.
The purpose of consciousness is not observation alone.
The purpose of consciousness is creation.
This is where the field opens.

Not only by observing A: your current reality.

But also by observing B: your potential reality.

Most people are aware of what is.

Few people remain aware of what could become.

Yet everything that has ever been created first existed as potential.

A vision.

A possibility.

A future not yet visible to the eye.

Mastery requires both perspectives simultaneously.

To remain present with what is.

And connected to what wishes to emerge and what requires your dedication to create the right space, environment and care for it to do so.

Without awareness we remain unconscious.

Without vision we remain stagnant.

Without action we remain dreamers.

Consciousness, development, transformation and expression form one continuous movement.

Awareness reveals.

Development expands.

Transformation alters.

Expression creates.

This is the journey of Mastery.

The field becomes meaningful when consciousness is translated into life.

From Awareness to Influence

Many approaches to consciousness focus only on observing what is.

Your thoughts.

Your emotions.

Your history.

Your patterns.

Your present reality.

This is important.

Without awareness of what is, we remain unconscious.

Yet many people unknowingly become trapped in observation.

They become highly aware of their current situation while remaining disconnected from possibility in extending and influencing the field at the horizon.

Mastery requires a second movement.

Not only awareness of A.

But awareness of B.

A. represents your current reality.

What is visible.

What is known.

What has already manifested in your story line and in the physical.

B. represents desired outcome and possibility.

Potential.

Purpose.

Direction.

What wishes to emerge through you.

Consciousness is the space between A and B.

The ability to perceive both simultaneously.

To remain grounded in reality without becoming limited by it.

To observe the present while remaining connected to your potential, present in your Seed of life. The code inside of you as the blueprint of your unique soul, that reguires you to become concious of and to alchemise it to the purest and highest form in life.
If you wish.

Take out:

Without conciousness about A we become disconnected from reality.

Without conciousness about B we become trapped within reality.

The field opens when both perspectives are held.

This is where influence to open, alter, transform, transition, shape and design begins.

This is where development becomes possible.

And how you move from reaction to proactive creation.

The purpose of consciousness is not merely to understand life.

The purpose of consciousness is to consciously participate in the designing of your life based on the code;
The potential that your were given by birth, planted within you.
With the possibility to grow into a unique tree.

Het belang van bewustzijn
Waarom bewustzijn de sleutel is tot alles in je leven.

De weg van ontwakend bewustzijn

“Je kunt niet zien wat je niet weet en je weet niet wat je niet kunt zien.”

Deze uitspraak van de Meesterschap vormt de kern van alle leringen.

Wanneer je in een staat van nieuwsgierigheid blijft, houd je het veld open.

Wat zich in je bewustzijnsveld bevindt, kun je beïnvloeden.

Daarom kan datgene wat je bevraagt ook zichtbaar worden en binnenkomen.

Wat je als waarheid accepteert, blijft hetzelfde.

Waar je je aandacht aan schenkt, wordt een deel van je leven. Dat geldt voor zowel het positieve als het negatieve. En volgens die universele wet van de kwantumtheorie werkt je bewustzijn onder dezelfde kracht als de zwaartekracht.

Open blijven staan, vragen stellen over wat het leven je weerspiegelt, wat die reflectie je leert, om te groeien naar de volgende hogere versie, staat of cyclus, is de sleutel tot bewustzijn.

Het opent het veld vanuit je huidige hier en nu naar de horizon voorbij wat je kunt zien.

Je bewustzijn, je perspectief, wordt zowel verder, breder als dieper.

Het veld van jouw perspectief op het leven omvat vele lagen, dimensies en tijdlijnen. De delen die je ziet zijn bewust, maar de vele delen die je niet ziet zijn onbewust, maar wel degelijk aanwezig en actief.

Alle delen in jouw veld staan ​​met elkaar in verbinding.

De binnenkant van jouw veld, met het veld om je heen.

De vele dimensies die jouw veld verbinden met talloze kleuren van geluiden, trillingen en gewaarwordingen die je vertaalt in emoties met veel informatie voor je interpretatie.

Alle tijdlijnen waarmee jouw veld verbonden is – in het verleden, heden en de toekomst, over deze generatie heen, en zelfs tot in collectieve menselijke tijdlijnen – bevatten herinneringen, verwachtingen, pijn en geluk. Hoe bewuster we worden van het veld waarin we leven, hoe meer invloed en impact we erop kunnen uitoefenen. Dit veld beloont ons met levenservaringen die we verwerken met onze gedachten, gevoelens, gewaarwordingen en acties.

Het mooie en het uitdagende.

Het vredige en het verontrustende.

Het veranderende en het ontwrichtende.

Het maakt allemaal deel uit van je evolutie in het leven.

Wat we geluk noemen, is slechts de helft van het contrast dat we in het veld moeten transformeren, zodat onze menselijke ervaring het veld beïnvloedt en we samen opstijgen.

In een veld van vrede, passie, kracht, verbinding, waarheid, helderheid en compassie worden we de hoogste versie van onszelf en verheffen we elkaar.

Dit is de relatie tussen mens, natuur en het goddelijke hogere bewustzijn dat hemel op aarde wordt genoemd.

We hebben nog een lange weg te gaan...

Maar het mooie is: het begint allemaal met de individuele bewustzijnstoestand die bijdraagt ​​aan het collectief met een veld van schoonheid.

En die schoonheid zit in jou.

Dus je beïnvloedt je eigen leven door het werk te doen en je beïnvloedt ook de velden om je heen. Het veld van je familie, geliefden, collega’s, en zelfs die buiten je directe contacten en fysieke verbinding.

Het veld ís er gewoon.

Wanneer je leert je innerlijke toestanden te transformeren met je bewustzijn.

Wanneer je je mind, emoties en identiteit ontwikkelt en transformeert naar authenticiteit door afstemming op het coherente veld en leert hoe je je losmaakt van verstoorde, negatieve lagen in dat veld.

Wanneer je leert te groeien, te veranderen en boven verhalen, tijdlijnen, patronen en verwachtingen uit te stijgen die je gevangen hielden.

Wanneer je vorm, medium, taal en instrumenten vindt om te belichamen en uit te drukken wat je bewustzijn door je heen brengt.

Zolang je ademt, heb je ogen om elke dag nieuwe perspectieven in het veld te zien.

Bewustzijn is niet de bestemming

Veel mensen geloven dat bewustzijn simpelweg het bewust worden van het huidige moment is.

En dat is het ook.

Maar bewustzijn alleen is niet genoeg.

Wanneer we ons alleen richten op onze gedachten, emoties, wonden en patronen, lopen we het risico gevangen te raken in de realiteit die we proberen te begrijpen.

Bewustzijn is niet de bestemming.

Het is het begin.

Het doel van bewustzijn is niet alleen observeren.

Het doel van bewustzijn is creëren.

Hier opent zich het veld.

Niet alleen door A te observeren: je huidige realiteit.

Maar ook door B te observeren: je potentiële realiteit.

De meeste mensen zijn zich bewust van wat er is.

Maar weinigen zijn zich bewust van wat er zou kunnen worden.

Toch bestond alles wat ooit is gecreëerd eerst als potentieel.

Een visie.

Een mogelijkheid.

Een toekomst die nog niet zichtbaar is.

Meesterschap vereist beide perspectieven tegelijkertijd.

Aanwezig blijven bij wat er is.

En verbonden zijn met wat zich wil ontvouwen en wat jouw toewijding vereist om de juiste ruimte, omgeving en zorg ervoor te creëren.

Zonder bewustzijn blijven we onbewust.

Zonder visie blijven we stilstaan.

Zonder actie blijven we dromers.

Bewustzijn, ontwikkeling, transformatie en expressie vormen één continue beweging.

Bewustzijn onthult.

Ontwikkeling breidt uit.

Transformatie verandert.

Expressie creëert.

Dit is de reis naar Meesterschap.

Het gebied krijgt betekenis wanneer het zich bewust wordt.

Bewustzijn vertaalt zich in leven.

Van Bewustzijn naar Invloed

Veel benaderingen van bewustzijn richten zich alleen op het observeren van wat er is.

Je gedachten.

Je emoties.

Je geschiedenis.

Je patronen.

Je huidige realiteit.

Dit is belangrijk.

Zonder bewustzijn van wat er is, blijven we onbewust.

Toch raken veel mensen onbewust gevangen in observatie.

Ze worden zich zeer bewust van hun huidige situatie, terwijl ze losgekoppeld blijven van de mogelijkheden om het veld aan de horizon uit te breiden en te beïnvloeden.

Meesterschap vereist een tweede beweging.

Niet alleen bewustzijn van A.

Maar ook bewustzijn van B.

A. staat voor je huidige realiteit.

Wat zichtbaar is.

Wat bekend is.

Wat zich al heeft gemanifesteerd in je levensverhaal en in de fysieke wereld.

B. staat voor de gewenste uitkomst en mogelijkheden.

Potentieel.

Doel.

Richting.

Wat door jou heen wil ontstaan.

Bewustzijn is de ruimte tussen A en B.

Het vermogen om beide tegelijkertijd waar te nemen.

Om geworteld te blijven in de realiteit zonder erdoor beperkt te worden.

Om het heden te observeren en tegelijkertijd verbonden te blijven met je potentieel, aanwezig in je levenszaad. De code in jou als de blauwdruk van je unieke ziel, die vereist dat je je ervan bewust wordt en deze transformeert tot de puurste en hoogste vorm in het leven.

Indien gewenst.

Verwijder:

Zonder bewustzijn van A raken we losgekoppeld van de realiteit.

Zonder bewustzijn van B raken we gevangen in de realiteit.

Het veld opent zich wanneer beide perspectieven worden omarmd.

Dit is waar invloed om te openen, te veranderen, te transformeren, te transformeren, te veranderen, vorm te geven en te ontwerpen begint.

Dit is waar ontwikkeling mogelijk wordt.

En hoe je van reactie naar proactieve creatie overgaat.

Het doel van bewustzijn is niet louter het leven te begrijpen.

Het doel van bewustzijn is om bewust deel te nemen aan het ontwerpen van je leven op basis van de code;

Het potentieel dat je bij je geboorte hebt meegekregen, is in je geplant.

Met de mogelijkheid om uit te groeien tot een unieke boom.

In deze eerste sessie neem ik je mee in de betekenis van bewustzijn en de relatie tussen bewustzijn, ontwikkeling, transformatie en creativiteit.

Iedere betekenisvolle verandering begint met bewustzijn.

De manier waarop wij onszelf, anderen en de wereld waarnemen bepaalt welke mogelijkheden we kunnen zien, creëren en tot uitdrukking brengen.

Deze sessie vormt een eerste introductie in de fundamenten van het werk en de thema’s die we de komende tijd verder zullen onderzoeken binnen House of Mastery.

Omdat dit de eerste live sessie was, zal de vorm zich de komende weken verder ontwikkelen en verfijnen. Vragen, inzichten en feedback zijn daarom altijd welkom.

In this first session, I explore the nature of consciousness and its relationship to development, transformation and creativity.

Every meaningful change begins with consciousness.

The way we perceive ourselves, others and the world determines the possibilities we are able to see, create and express.

This session offers an introduction to the foundations of the work and the themes we will continue to explore together through House of Mastery.
