Let’s dive in!!! The term ‘Barbault Basket’ is a modern name given to the July 2026 configuration peaking around the 19th.

In my research it appears, André Barbault didn’t use that phrase, but that’s ok it doesn’t change his work which focused on planetary cycles, the Cyclical Index & what he believed was a new phase of civilization beginning after the low point around 2020.

So all that being said, André Barbault was one of the most respected mundane astrologers of the 20th century.

Mundane astrology studies the evolution of civilizations, governments, economies & humanity which is different than a person’s birth chart. There are many layers to astrology.

He spent decades researching how the (slowwww moving) outer planets correlated with major turning points throughout history.

This is why I shared in 2019 that 2020 was going to be “a shitshow”, it’s pattern recognition that you can see by studying the cycles & he was skilled at this! A baddie!

So what is the “Barbault Basket?”

It’s 4 planets, Jupiter, Uranus, Neptune & Pluto all coming together to create a NEW moment in time.

Think of it like this….think of the planets, especially the outer planets, as tuning forks, when they “strike”, that vibration ripples out for many years to come.

It sets the tone & that’s what’s happening right now.

Please note: Saturn is incredibly important in the story of 2025–2027, but it isn’t part of the “basket” itself so be mindful when you see that online. It is not accurate.

Barbault focused on these 4 because they describe the evolution of society over generations.

Think of these planets as 4 different energies shaping humanity.

Jupiter expands what we believe is possible.

Uranus disrupts the old and awakens the future.

Neptune governs our collective dreams, spirituality & imagination.

Pluto transforms power, systems & the structures we’ve outgrown.

Here’s the key.

Most of the time, these energies are pulling in different directions BUT right now they’re all working together.

This is RARE & it’s shaping humanity.

As above, so below.

You don’t have to believe in astrology but it’s still impacting you. That’s what I love about it and the ones who think its bs :)

Let’s break it down a little more...

• Jupiter opposing Pluto

• Jupiter trine Neptune

• Uranus trine Pluto

• Uranus sextile Neptune

• Neptune sextile Pluto

In this there is one challenging aspect & 4 supportive ones. Challenging aspects are not bad, they make stuff happen so I actually love that it gives momentum the transformation that is happening.

Again think of it like this, outer planets move slowly so when they finally connect with another planet and “dance together” we create new harmony which ripples out in the collective.

The tension in this configuration is Jupiter opposing Pluto & we always grow with tension.

Jupiter asks us…

How do we grow?

Pluto asks us…

What has to die off before we can?

Pluto will always be about the death & rebirth process to clear away what can no longer support the future.

So putting that together it means old systems, old beliefs, old ideas of success (especially because it’s no longer in Capricorn)
HAVE to go.

This is for your personal life AND the collective consciousness.

Now I want you to notice in your life (and the collective) what is growing out of that tension. Remember diamonds are formed under pressure.

Uranus & Pluto are dancing together which means innovation supports transformation.

Neptune & Jupiter are dancing together which means faith supports expansion.

Uranus & Neptune are dancing together which means technology begins meeting consciousness.

(This is VERY cool and gonna be wild!)

Another Key Insight:

Instead of every planet pulling against each other they’re creating a bridge into what’s next.

We’ve had so many years of complete tension, aka hell on earth. Literally! and while that won’t just disappear at all, we have duality here, now we’re accessing something larger that will shape humanity.

This is not a one and done, it doesn’t happen today or tomorrow, it is a spring board/a tuning fork or the next era of consciousness.

To go a drop deeper on one of the very cool aspects right now....

Uranus sextiling (an opportunity) Neptune is like a plug between tech & consciousness.

We’re already seeing the beginning of it through AI and new quantum awareness. AKA we’re just scratching the surface in a more mainstream way that reality is FAR more interconnected than we once believed.

There will be MANY more, literally mind blowing & third eye opening, realizations as we evolve.

Barbault was so respected because he spent decades measuring planetary cycles against world history.

He created what became known as the Cyclical Index, a way of tracking how concentrated or dispersed the outer planets were over time.

He believed (and then proved) that those cycles reflected periods of contraction and expansion in civilization.

For him, and any true Astrologer, it’s not a silly fortune telling act at a carnival. It’s the study of the rhythm of humanity. Hence why the tagline on my website has been there for almost 18 years now - embody your soul’s cosmic rhythm.

Many people online are calling this “the beginning of the Golden Age.” But I don’t believe that was exactly Barbault’s message (though he never told me personally lol).

What I believe this is: After a long period of contraction (hence 2020 etc) humanity enters a

new cycle where rebuilding becomes possible in a more innovative & supportive way.

In this innovation will speed up (massively!)

And new leadership will emerge in ways that surprise us.

AKA, old systems continue dissolving while new ones begin taking form.

Now let’s take this all home…

The opportunity is there BUT as I keep reminding you because this is the most important part, whether we choose it is another story. What will we as a collective decide and shape?

New doesn’t always mean better or aligned. There are a lot of dark agendas wrapped in beautiful stories. Discernment is going to be the most important spiritual practice of this next era.

This is why I’ve been talking so much about timelines, choice, and frequency.

Astrology in general does not force one outcome, it opens a window of higher probability & different frequencies.

Collectively, we’re being offered a new way of building this world.

Personally, we’re being asked the exact same question.

Who do you have to become to live on that timeline that is “your golden era?”

Will you build from fear or truth & will it be loving or will you be violent?

Will you follow the noise around you or your intuition within?

This is our opportunity as a civilization to become the kind of humanity capable of creating a better one.

This won’t be built overnight, it’s not today or tomorrow.

It WILL be built one choice, one person & one awakened heart at a time.

And maybe that’s what this earth experiment has been asking of us all along…

we’re just finally ready to receive it now.

Not all new moons are created equally, this one is a big turning point. Let’s dive in…

This new moon at 22 degrees of Cancer coincides with Mercury Retrograde (both in cancer) & the moon, which is the ruler of Cancer, is conjunct meaning (“touching”) Mercury.

This amplifies the emotions of this new moon. The energy of nostalgia is so strong right now. If you’ve been thinking about the past, thinking about someone, or going back and forth over old conversations in your head the energy is pulling on all the heart strings right now.

In theory, this is neither good nor bad, it’s just energy. When you understand that you will navigate this journey with more ease…even in the moments of “breakdowns”….speaking from personal experience of course. Lol.

On top of that this new moon is also coinciding with the eclipse portal that just opened. This will not be found in a book (until I write about it), there is no “raw data” but time & time again I see the energy of the eclipses opens up about a month before. Eclipses are game changers for your soul, they usher in new timelines and in dramatic ways. We are here now with the next eclipse happening August 12 and we’re walking into new territory. Everything is shifting at a rapid pace. More on eclipses later!

On top of that we are about to enter the configuration that the famous Astrologer, Andre Barbault calls the Barbault Basket. Mid July Neptune, Uranus, Pluto, & Jupiter are all making a unique once in a lifetime configuration at 4 degrees. This

is a rare aspect that is shifting the consciousness of humanity. The novice wants to know what will happen. Tell me exactly and predict it all, they ask. But...

That’s NOT how astrology works. This is a shift in consciousness with the meeting of these outer planets. It’s not a one and done. It’s a stepping into a new frequency as we evolve through this human journey. Barbault suggests “the old order breaks down and a significant societal reorganization or golden era begins”. (More later).

This new moon tips this all off so as we move deeper into July & into eclipse season you have the support of the planets (as above so below) opening you up, moving you along, and supporting you in your destiny. The question is always the same…what will you choose because that is what shifts your reality...

The stars support but they don’t do the work for you. When you choose yourself & choose what your inner child (Cancer new moon energy) dreams of this energy can help make that a reality. As you know, there are certain cycles where the energy feels confusing and ungrounded. During those times, it’s not uncommon to react emotionally and dramatically, affecting both your physical and emotional body.

Common reactions:

“Ahhhh, OMG, I hate when this happens!”

“My computer just crashed!”

“My partner broke up with me!”

“My car won’t start!”

“The sky is falling, the sky is falling….”

Sound familiar?

Since all this frazzled energy is a major cause of disturbances in your mind, body, and soul, here’s a brief description of what’s really going on behind Mercury Retrograde.

Astro Info: Mercury is the messenger of the zodiac, and its energy rules your thinking, speech, communication, technology, and transportation.

When this planet goes retrograde, it appears to be moving backward. However, it’s not actually moving backward. From our perception here on Earth, it appears as if it is, which disrupts the smooth flow of communication.

Still confused? This may be easier to understand…think of a cable wire with a hole in it.

As our perception gets skewed, it’s not uncommon for things to go a little haywire.

HOW TO KEEP YOUR SANITY DURING MERCURY RETROGRADE

1. REceive and Be Open

As your perception shifts, it’s an OPPORTUNITY to receive new information. You may learn something about a person that you might not have been open to hearing during the time Mercury was direct. Take it in, but don’t act on it just yet. Wait until Mercury goes direct to move forward with permanent plans based on new findings. This is because Mercury is such a fast-moving planet that things can shift so quickly in the process.

2. REconnect

When a planet goes retrograde, it’s an indicator that something from the past is going to be revisited, and with this, people often emerge. The past is the past and I’m talking “past lives” here too. Think about a real soulmate coming into the picture to help you on your journey. I don’t know about you, but that sounds nice to me! Again, it may not be Mr. or Mrs. Forever, however, there is always an important karmic balancing act that needs to happen in the process, no matter how long it lasts.

3. REdo, REpeat, RE….

This is a good time to go back and review old projects that you haven’t finished or revisit something that you’ve been putting off for a while now. It’s about reassessing, redoing, rearranging. Basically, anything that you can put a “re” in front of is a good way to keep your energy grounded during this time. What do you need to remember from your soul? Now is a good time to tap into that energy.

4. It’s All About the R & R

I know we all hear a lot about not signing contracts when Mercury is retrograde, however, here’s the thing…it’s also important to not stop your life. Sometimes you have to get a lease, you have to start a new job, etc. etc. Life goes on, and we should always look to the stars to guide us rather than scare us.

The reason why it might be tricky to start something new during this time is because the energy is such that you may be missing some information, not seeing all the fine print, or you may be signing something that’s not going to match with your long-term goal.

That being said, if you’re feeling confused and overwhelmed, it’s a good time to just stop and allow yourself a celestial nap! Shift gears into cruise control and take a breather. As I said, I don’t stop my life — and I have signed many things during MR. I just know now from experience that there is usually a lesson that goes along with it. And that’s okay because clearly your soul needs to understand that. It’s not all bad. I promise. Please don’t let anyone scare you about it.

Life still goes on while Mercury is retrograde. However, this is one of the times that you’re getting cosmic clearance from the Universe to pause, reflect, and take a mental break. Your soul will thank you for it.

5. Go Within Instead of Without

Mercury retrograde is often a time of heightened intuition and can open you up more than you would like at times. This makes it an opportune time to reconnect with your heart center through meditation and learn to reconnect with your higher self. You can read all the self-help books you want, however, at the end of the day, the answers lie within you.

By the time Mercury goes direct, you usually have a new perspective on something. This is what it’s all about. You’re seeing with all three eyes and from a new awareness.

So there you have it. Yes, there may be some confusion, and some electronics may break down during MR. However, think of it as a green light from the Universe to take a step back and reassess any situation. Trust that whatever happens during this retrograde period is opening you up to a greater perspective and vision in life.

Newsflash, synchronicities don’t happen in your mind, they happen when you say yes and shift your frequency.

Fear is often you responding to what is not familiar. And it’s ok, but when we use that as our only guide we miss out on the miracles that are waiting for us.

Our minds are designed for duality. They search for certainty and FACTS (but these facts are often based on your personas which are lies you told yourself overtime) and my favorite one…yup, your mind LOVES to imagine worst case scenarios.

Your mind is an incredible tool for solving problems and navigating the practical aspects of life.

Life is not solely linear. Yes, we live in a world of time and space and we move through days etc. But beyond the visible (3D) world, there is another layer of existence which I saw beyond the physical reality when I had my first awakening at 30 years old. (Saturn Return baby!)

18 years ago now, when people weren’t openly talking about this, I began to see into dimensions that we cannot see everyday with our 2 eyes and from that I began to understand there WAS so much more than what we believed to be true (for example, you are too this or too that, you cant do this or that…alllll stories from family, society, and our own bs!)

This world is more real than the physical that you believe to be real! It’s an energetic reality where intention, frequency and possibility create our life experience. (Along with our soul contracts for our soul’s evolutionary journey).

We are not separate from the quantum field in fact we are playing in it every day, every moment and every second you breathe.

So we know the mind has polarity, now let’s focus on our bodies which I call your Cosmic Body.

This was a term that spirit showed me when I was sick with Lyme disease and had to learn about the mind body connection for my own evolution and earth school classroom.

Our bodies know before our minds do.

Next time you walk into a room or meet someone new feel into your body.

Does your body contract or expand?

Your body speaks in sensations (the language of the Universe) long before your mind creates a made up story. (I talk about all of this in my Art of Intuition Course).

Your intuition doesn’t scream (unless you’re in danger), rather it whispers through a field of possibility that exists beyond your logical mind.

Your body will tell you if it’s true! You feel it. And you KNOW but often times many ignore it because we exist in a reality that celebrates the mind over the heart.

However, as AI expands in years to come we will return to what humans actually came to earth for….(more on that later)…

The fact of the matter is, your mind helps to create structure and your body and your heart help you choose the direction of your soul and the opportunities that are behind your wildest dreams.

Some of the most beautiful chapters of your life will never make sense to your logical mind AND until after you’ve lived them.

If you’re waiting for all the fear to disappear before you dive in, you’ll miss the experiences that teach you who you are.

People tell me all the time you’re so brave. Thank you, I am. Because I take chances and I feel ALL the feelings in the process. I have a lot of fear as well. AND I move through it.

So to be brave does not mean you don’t have fear.

It means you’re trusting yourself more than the stories your fear makes up.

Your next chapter may not make sense to your mind yet but your body already knows.

And this is exactly why I keep saying yes to travel.

Every time I step outside of my environment something shifts!

My perspective expands and my creativity returns. I remember parts of myself that everyday life can make me forget. Plus we are here to LIVE LIFE! Nothing is certain so we need to appreciate and experience what we desire.

Travel changes your frequency because you’re creating space to hear yourself again AND then your frequency changes and THAT changes your outside world.

Over the years, I’ve realized that some of my most profound transformations didn’t happen by staying stuck energetically and physically, they happened when I stepped into new environments and said YES!

As everything is connected it’s important to understand the energy we are currently under so that you can use it to your benefit.

The Sun is now officially in Taurus and we’re all absorbing the energy of this sensual, earthy, and often lusty sign.

Taurus is known as the bull which is fitting for the strength and
concentration that it exudes.

It’s the 2nd sign of the zodiac and whereas Aries is all about initiation Taurus energy is there to give form and function to that which was started by Aries.

Taurus energy is concerned with practicality, sustainability, and nurturing
anything that needs to grow. Because of this intrinsic need, Taurus can be
known to be slow…ok verrrrrrry slow…yet this also makes them grounded,
steady, and loyal like a puppy dog!

Once a Taurus commits to something they will see it through until the end
which is a beautiful gift, however, this can also cause some stagnation
because they tend to dig their “claws” in and hold on for dear life.

(For example: “I love it so much I don’t want to let go….I see no need to let
go!!!”…..says the Taurus unconsciously).

This is because they’re so connected to routine and order…not order in a
Virgo OCD way (ahem! You Virgo’s know what I’m talking about) but
because change for a Taurus is not the first thing on their to-do list!

It’s not that a Taurus is opposed to change; it’s just that a Taurus
wants change on their own time. They need to feel grounded and safe before
they can move forward with anything in life.

Hint hint….This is why you can’t push a Taurus to do something before they’re ready.

Taurus is a relatively calm sign (albeit it depends on whatever else is going
on in their chart) but if you do push them they’ll dig their heels in and
you’ll see smoke coming out their nose! (Yup, just like a bull in a
cartoon!)

Moral….when dealing with a Taurus, you can suggest “something “but if
you want them to move forward then I’d also suggest that you give them
space energetically to feel comfortable and safe to move forward on their
own time.

Your Body:

Taurus is ruled by the neck, throat, and shoulders and if you are a Taurus
you might notice that this is a sensitive area for you. I’ve seen a lot
of Taureans have thyroid problems or people with a Mercury
(communication/speech/thinking) in Taurus have issues with their neck.
(btw; you don’t have to be a Taurus to have your Mercury there.)

Your Energy:

Taurus (like Libra) is ruled by the planet Venus which is the energy of
love, money, connecting to others and (as specifically related to Taurus)
it’s about building a solid sense of value within oneself.

With all that Venusian energy Taurus is incredibly sensual in nature
and connected to the physical plane (earth) which makes it quite common for
them to like material things so much that they collect them…in bulk
(oops, just called you out, didn’t I?!) whether its shoes, clothes, purses, furniture
etc. etc. however this often causes them misuse the higher octave of the energy.

To be a Taurus is to experience the physical pleasures of life
(fine wine, cuisine, high quality sheets, etc.)

BUT to also understand that your real value…your real self-worth cannot come from anything external.

It’s about using your gifts, being of practical service to the world, and
adding value in some tangible way. Creating art and beauty with their inner
resources is how a Taurus will shine their light on the world.

So for the next month (roughly) even if you’re not a Taurus it’s important
to slow down, smell the roses, engage all your senses and really stop and
smell, see, touch, taste, hear in order to really experience what the world
has to offer.

The Universe is a mirror and if you can see the beauty in life all
around you that means you can see the beauty within yourself as well.

Enjoy this sensual, earthy, beautiful feminine goddess energy and let the
divine work through you in a soft, gentle, and creative way.

Remember, you are a vessel of light and when you’re able to receive from the Universe you’ll be able to increase your intuition as well.

Creativity and psychic abilities (intuition) go hand-in-hand as they’re both channeled from the divine.

Bring out your gifts, feel them; let them flow through you, and apply them
to a tangible (Taurus) form so that you can add value (Taurus) to the world

Hello hello big energy going on right now. We are on the precipice of huge change for humanity in a way we have NEVER seen before.

First, I did a huge collab with Natalie MacNeil on a very in depth of Uranus in Gemini post and I encourage you to look at that on Instagram.

But here we’re gonna talk about your cosmic body and this transit (as above so below) let’s dive in……

On Saturday, April 25, 2026 Uranus moves into Gemini where it will be until around 2033 and our entire operating system, a.k.a. cosmic body a.k.a. human body is changing the way we receive reality.

Let’s break this down in a way that feels more tangible.

Uranus in Taurus changed what we stand on (money, food, land, security, values) and now Uranus in Gemini will change what we RUN on. (For example it’s like we’re changing an electrical outlet).

This is a nervous system era and when the collective nervous system changes, civilization changes.

(Dun…dun…dun…dunn….) :)

We are going to be UNLIKE anything before (well maybe in Atlantis because we all spiral “back” anyway lol)

Cosmic Body Talk

Our nervous system is the interface between our soul and the world which then dictates your field and what you receive.

Human beings are moving from a density based operating system into a frequency based one. (Note it’s always been frequency but it is WAY different than it’s been for thousand of years now).

Humans needed more obedience and linear thinking to survive and thrive.

Uranus Gemini DOES NOT work like that. Nope. Nada!

Gemini works through pattern recognition, responsiveness, adaptability (aka more like plasma) & relational intelligence between systems and the invisible grid….

And remember, Uranus electrifies whatever it touches.

So when it enters Gemini, it begins electrifying the human communication grid which is the grid of consciousness. It’s your nerves. It’s your breath. It’s the way your brain talks to your body.

We are moving dimensions (but it’s not like we land in another land and all is good. Nope that new age stuff ain’t it. It gets taken way out of context). But evolution IS shifting consciousness and awareness which does move you into different dimensions that’s why you could see things and others cannot see through).

But also on this subject because so much information will come out with Uranus in Gemini…. A lot of the propaganda is to keep you IN the propaganda of you thinking you see through when it’s just looping and keeping you controlled. Psyop on Psyop….it’s a dark hole.

Currently DNA responds to our environment…are you stressed? Too much light? Not enough light? Frequency, information etc. It responds!

Uranus brings new frequencies and Gemini distributes them.

So what we’re stepping into is a era where people begin to actively realize that their bodies are not fixed structures they are indeed receivers.

(I hope this is starting to make sense now after I downloaded “cosmic body” many years ago while sick with Lyme 😍)

There’s always a shadow to everything in the 3D. Some people will experience this as anxiety while others experience it as awakening. Like a shot of espresso and their creativity finally flows! Yay for them!

I believe we’re going to see three big biological shifts. (And more that will becomes more clear later as we evolve through this transit).

1. People will become more aware that their thoughts affect their body and health immediately. The separation between mind and body will start to dissolve even more as higher states of consciousness continue to flood the planet and we are ready to receive them in our vessels. We are expanding from the limitations we were in.

2. Breath will become medicine again as an infrastructure because breath regulates the electrical system of the body and Uranus is electricity. (Gemini rules the lungs)

3. Sensitivity will (finally) stop being seen as weakness and will start becoming recognized as intelligence. We are moving into the superconscious with Uranus so for example, empaths, intuitives, and people who “just know” will be early adapters of Uranian Gemini wiring.
   
   What I also see happening though is a dark shadow side of not being grounded in the body and getting fried with too much information that is not actually unfolding on the 3D plane. Everyone is psychic. This is our birth right. But not everyone will have the discernment and awareness to clear out the clutter and know what is ready to be grounded into our reality (aka this dimension). Not everything you see is ready to land here. This is a lesson of discernment and something I have learned and continue to unfold for years now.

This transit will upgrade the messenger (Gemini key word) system of the human being.

Your Body is the instrument.
Your soul is the frequency.
Your mind is the translator.
Your nervous system is the wiring.

Uranus rewires the wiring. (Say that 10 times in a row!)

Which means more frequency can move through without distortion IF you are a clear channel.

That’s the opportunity here because distortion will increase if your body is overwhelmed.

The work of people who will guide this next epoch is having clear language, clear intuition, and fine tuning your discernment.

We are all walking each other home with Pluto in Aquarius so there are no gurus. But there will be people with new ideas and innovations. There will be people who can sit in the fire and still lead you out safely.

Those are your people. That is all of us at different times.

And yes, there will be a split. In a biological way. Some people will keep trying to operate from control and linear rational. Others will learn how to operate from responsiveness and awareness.

These people will bend like plasma (what I’ve been telling my community for years).

One group will feel like the world is speeding up too fast while others will feel like they’re finally moving at the speed of their soul!

This is why so many of you incarnated now, to become part of the new circuitry.

I finally feel like after (going on) 18 years of teaching this work people are finally starting to understand more of what I’m talking about :)

Now it’s time for me to move to even more things that society calls “crazy” and will be normal years later! :)
