Not something you probably want (especially after spending thousands on legal fees and months or even years building up your profile).

What if you could develop a proper understanding of EB-1A from the very start and actually the strongest possible version of your profile?

• What counts as high quality judging? Can judging help with final merits?

• What counts as high quality authorship? Can authorship help with final merits?

• Do you really need to target membership and awards? Why should you be avoiding these criteria?

• How to pick a lawyer (it is not just about approval rates).

With the course, you will be able to learn more about:

• How to pick the right lawyer (instead of potentially ending up spending thousands on a lawyer who does not respond and constantly delays your case).

• How to identify relevant activities in your field that can help not just with the criteria but potentially also with final merits.

• How to structure an argument for EB-1A (so that you can identify relevant activities to strengthen your profile).

In conversations with a lot of you about profile-building, a lot of you generally reference:

• Contributions to your field through a company.

• Patents.

• Citations.

Based on conversations with lawyers, showing evidence of the above may potentially help with an original contributions claim, but simply demonstrating that you have been involved a type of activity that maps to the criterion does not automatically help prove that you have shown original contributions of major significance.

To argue major significance, you need to generally show proof of levels of:

• Impact.

• Implementation.

• Commentary.

That distinguish your specific and individual original contributions as indicative of how you have risen to the top of your field.

I started this format after coming across countless instances of applicants who felt like their lawyer did not care about their case. For example:

• One applicant (who has around 20 years of experience) recently shared that he started working with a lawyer 8 months ago. In 8 months, he has had 2 meetings with them and feels like he has made no progress on his petition.

• One applicant (who has around 18 years of experience) recently got denied for EB-1A after working with a lawyer who was not involved at all in the petition process. He had to put together his own petition, received an RFE, and then got denied.

• One applicant started working with a lawyer two years ago. He still has not filed and feels like he has made no progress on his petition.

As a member, you will get access to:

• An experienced lawyer who will be able to start working with you from 6 months before filing to help guide your case development and evidence collection, answer questions, and help you avoid spending time on irrelevant activities/opportunities. I started this format after coming across countless instances of applicants who felt like their lawyer did not care about their case. For example:

• One applicant (who has around 20 years of experience) recently shared that he started working with a lawyer 8 months ago. In 8 months, he has had 2 meetings with them and feels like he has made no progress on his petition.

• One applicant (who has around 18 years of experience) recently got denied for EB-1A after working with a lawyer who was not involved at all in the petition process. He had to put together his own petition, received an RFE, and then got denied.

• One applicant started working with a lawyer two years ago. He still has not filed and feels like he has made no progress on his petition.

As a member, you will get access to:

• An experienced lawyer who will be able to start working with you from 6 months before filing to help guide your case development and evidence collection, answer questions, and help you avoid spending time on irrelevant activities/opportunities. As part of the application process for Profile Strong, you will be assessed on whether you are 6 months away from filing.

• My assistance with profile-building (suggestions for opportunities to target individualized to you, introductions to certain opportunities, etc.).

Members will get individualized calls with their assigned lawyer and will be able to ask questions about profile-building and recent adjudications in group sessions.

Also, the focus of this format will be not just on doing activities but on:

• How to think about what you have already done through your work (which can in itself be strong evidence already).

• How to identify relevant pieces of evidence (a lawyer will be sharing insights on how to think about evidence throughout the 6 months).

The last thing you want in this current adjudication environment is to wonder if your lawyer actually cares about your case.
