I have been spending the last couple weeks offloading so much of my mom busy work and mental load to my Mom Hub Claude assistant and I knew it could help so many other mamas, girlies who just need help with their own schedule and parents who know they are meant for more but there is so much to handle.

There was a week this fall where I realized every single thing I was proud of that day had nothing to do with who I actually am. I signed a form. I remembered a half day. I caught a pickup time before it turned into a scramble. And somewhere in there I noticed how much of my actual energy, the energy I want to be putting into my work and my people and my own becoming, was going toward things a system could hold for me.

The season this came out of is a lot especially as the kids are getting older and have their own friends, playdates, activities and different programs. I have been moving through a divorce and co-parenting, solo parenting a lot of the time, and the mental load of holding two kids’ entire school lives in my head on top of that has gotten overwhelming more times than I want to admit. Not because I could not do it. I could. I have been doing it. But doing it was costing me something, and what it was costing me was the presence I want to bring to my kids, the quiet I need to actually hear my own intuition and do the work I’m meant to do, and the energy that is supposed to be going toward my gifts, not toward remembering whose pickup is at 1:30 and whose is at 2:45.

Things started falling through the cracks. Yearbook order forms. Dance picture day. A pickup time I got wrong. Dates I found out about the day of instead of the week before. And it started to make me feel like I wasn’t able to do my best, not as a mom and not as a business owner, like I was failing at both at once even though I was trying so hard at both. I felt so guilty about it, the kind of guilty that I knew wasn’t healthy. So if you know me, I have been all about systems in my biz but I knew it was time to upgrade my Mama and kiddo systems.

I started putting together this system, not because I had it all figured out, but because I needed something to hold what I could not keep holding myself and what I knew I wasn’t supposed to. And building it has made me feel so much lighter. Happier, honestly, in a way I did not expect a calendar system to touch…but I think it’s because it’s so much more than that!!

The dashboard that holds it so I don’t have to.

Drop off, pickup, dance, soccer, every no school day, one page, both kids, always current. Picture day never sneaks up on me again.

The kids’ calendar and mine all in one space and always updated.

A new invite, a schedule change, a new season of soccer, it lands on the calendar and everywhere else it needs to, same day. A schedule change never turns into a missed pickup again.

Twenty emails become one.

Claude reads all of it and hands me the four lines that actually matter, and when a teacher or a coach needs an actual reply, it drafts that too. A permission slip deadline never slips through the cracks again.

It checks its own work.

Claude gets things wrong sometimes. Mine caught its own mistake on a pickup time, because I built it to check against the real source instead of just trusting the first answer. A wrong pickup time never turns into my kid standing outside waiting for a car that isn’t coming.

The paper backup.

Everything above, turned into an actual printed calendar, one page a month, every day off and every important date already laid out. A no school day never catches me off guard the morning of, not anymore.

Soooo, if we were getting coffee or on the phone right now, and you asked me what I’m feeling about the energy this week and what to focus on, this is how I’m writing this, because this week has been A LOT and I want to tell you the truth about it instead of the pretty version.

If you’ve felt off this week, foggy, a little too emotional at random moments, or like you’re standing in a hallway between two rooms and can’t fully land in either one, you are not losing it. Also who else has been sleeping way more?! (it might be because my kiddos were with Dad and Grandma haha but also I felt it in the energy too) and as a water cancer baby I just also wanted to be in water…I share more about this adventure below too…

We are in the middle of an eclipse corridor right now. The solar eclipse hit August 12th. The next one, a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Pisces, drops August 27th and 28th. Today we’re sitting right in the middle of that window, and that in-between feeling is real, it’s not you being dramatic.

And here’s the part almost nobody is telling you, so let me be fully transparent with you for a second. This isn’t a random eclipse. It’s the sixth in a seven-eclipse series that’s been running along the Virgo-Pisces axis since September 2024. We have been in this exact conversation with the universe for two years. It’s the energy of practical versus spiritual and asks us the questions involved around doing versus surrendering. Organizing your life versus trusting it. If you’ve felt like this theme keeps circling back around no matter how many times you think you’ve handled it, that’s because you’re literally still inside the same eclipse story. This is the second to last chapter.

And here's the specific detail most posts about this eclipse are skipping. It's exact, 4°54' Pisces, sitting directly opposite the Sun in Virgo. If your birthday falls anywhere between roughly August 23rd and September 2nd, November 23rd and December 2nd, February 20th and March 1st, or May 21st and 31st, you're going to feel this one louder than everyone else, that's not a guess, that's just where your personal planets sit in relation to it. Everyone else still feels it. You just feel it first.

So if you have been contemplating quitting everything, moving to Bali and not doing anything and in the same hour thinking about growing your empire, you’re not alone!!

So here’s my real opinion, not the soft astrology-content version because I am not an astrologer but every astrologer I know always confirms that my intuition is always aligned with the astrology and the way I use it is that I align my kundalini practice with it and I let it confirm and support what my clairvoyant abilities are guiding me on…. NBD, anyone else?

Ok so some things that I feel strongly are….Don’t make big permanent decisions this week. Feel everything, let it move through you, write it down if you need to, but eclipse decisions are emotionally driven decisions, and you deserve better than to lock in something huge off a feeling that hasn’t finished forming yet. Let it land first. Then act.

Because tomorrow, you get to act.

Do this today though, because there is a difference between waiting and doing nothing. Feel the feelings, don't act on the big stuff. But you can still clean one drawer. Cancel one thing that's been draining you. Write down the one decision you're sitting on so it's out of your head and onto paper where it can't spiral. That's not jumping the gun on the eclipse, that's using the energy to support you, and you deserve it!!!

Virgo season is where we stop feeling it and start building it

Tomorrow, August 22nd, the sun moves into Virgo and stays there through September 22nd which is the Fall Equinox. Leo season had you being seen, taking up space, trusting your voice. Virgo asks the question that actually determines whether any of that sticks: can your daily life hold the vision you’ve been building?

There’s also a genuinely good piece of news dropping right alongside it. Mercury, Virgo’s ruling planet, turns direct on August 25th. If your head has felt scrambled, your words have felt jumbled, your plans have felt like they kept slipping, that clears. Mercury retrograde’s cleanup crew shows up right as Virgo season kicks in, and that combination is not a coincidence, it’s your green light.

I already cleaned out my whole inbox using Claude to help me and I created systems to get all of the calendars from the kids stuff into my calendar, cleaned out the garage and the kids toys and have been on a huge organization kick, because I could feel this coming, and it literally felt better than a facial ha!

I am fired up about this season, not gonna lie. Virgo gets a bad rap for being uptight and it is the opposite of that. It’s the sign that says let me lovingly put my actual life back together so my dreams have somewhere real to land. Your manifestation needs your calendar. Your health needs your habits. Your business needs your systems. And devotion isn’t glamorous, it’s going to bed on time, drinking the water, answering the email, doing the small thing again tomorrow, and then again, until it becomes who you are instead of something you’re trying to force.

This is the moment. Eclipse portal closes, Mercury clears, Virgo opens the door. Let’s walk through it together.

We got a notice of a trademark infringement which was one of the early business lessons I learned (and this was when it was High Vibe Livin for my OG’s). We were in the middle of launching RISE UP at the time and had to change the website and all the pages and trademark a new name and it felt like something horrible was happening at first…but then Elevate the Globe dropped in so fast and it was truly the beginning of the first upgrade that was so fruitful.

This was when I learned how the Lionsgate’s and cosmic events help us let go of things we need a little help releasing to call in what we are manifesting and its a big part of the process that we can help happen.

And then one page of one of my 3 stripe accounts before 6am with people who have been paying me for years…

I have mastered low ticket priced products for people who want to practice the kundalini or need help turning their gifts into something real and profitable as they are starting and then high ticket people who want to go deeper with me and fully show up and get results…this month I have new clients that are paying me $777, $1111 a month for 12 months and bigger payments of $2800, $4444 and I have been able to keep shifting as social media and the online landscape changes.

And I’m not saying this to brag and if you know me I’m not only about the money type of girl of course but I find it strange when spiritual or religious people talk about money like it shameful or minimize how amazing it is and how much it helps us to be well resourced and support ourselves and others. And why would it ever be bad to want to support yourself and your family and experience life to the fullest? I just really don’t get that mentality. I made money doing things I didn’t love or believe in and I think its way better to make money doing things you love and that feel really good to help people with…

My content is for spiritual and kundalini practitioners, teachers, healers, entrepreneurs so if you are not about that, this probably isn’t the stack for you but if it is, I blend the feminine and masculine together and it’s what feels the best for me and gets me the best results so it’s what I teach.

Another big thing for me is being with my kids and having freedom and not working all the time which is so valuable and it’s so different as a Mama entrepreneur so it forces you to be efficient and only do the things that really matter most.

If you’ve felt this pull before and never had a container to do something with it, this is that. Before Saturday though, there’s clearing to do. The releasing always comes before the receiving but it can literally take 5 minutes and doesn’t have to be a whole thing.

A tool before you start

Your subconscious is holding way more of this list than your logical mind is. If you want to actually clear something instead of just making a to do list out of it, do a minute of breath of fire before you start (long deep inhale, then quick pumping breaths out through the nose, it lets your body burn through what’s stuck instead of just thinking about it) or a round of fist of anger (clench your fists, pump your arms overhead and down hard with your breath, sound optional but recommended, it moves whatever’s been stored in your body instead of just in your head). I have it here on my app if you want it guided here.

Do either one, then come back to the list. Things will surface that you didn’t expect, that’s the point and even just doing one of these will feel good and you do not have to do all of them, they are just ideas and if any call out to you, take that as a message and take action on it imperfectly.

As you let go of each thing you can say a little gratitude prayer.. something like “thank you for serving me when I needed you and for releasing now that I am stepping into the next version of myself.”

The checklist

1. The wallet
   Clear out anything that’s old like any old receipts, etc. Remove any cards you don’t use anymore. If it’s falling apart and you’ve just been living with it, that’s not humility, that’s a message about how you’re currently storing your money. Consider whether it’s time for a new one before you decide it’s fine as is.
   
   TIP I DO: Tuck a small abundance anchor in behind your cash, something you see every time you open it. A piece of citrine or pyrite, a folded high denomination bill you never spend, a tiny handwritten note of the number you’re calling in. The object matters less than the fact that every time you open your wallet, you’re reminding your nervous system what you’re building toward. I also say a mantra every time I spend, “this amount comes back to me double or more.” and it’s wild how right after I buy a coffee or go to target, my stripe will ding with more than I spent!

2. Screenshots from a season you’ve moved past
   Your phone remembers versions of you that your business has already outgrown. Scroll through and delete the ones that don’t match where you’re headed, not because the moment didn’t matter, but because it’s done informing you. (You can use claude to help and if you want me to share more of my claude prompts, tasks, and agents please let me know because I am thinking about offering my time saving and money making claude tips more too…)

3. The old journal with entries from a chapter you’ve closed
   The writing already did its job. Journaling isn’t meant to be a permanent record, it’s meant to move something through you, and once it’s moved, the pages don’t need to keep holding it. Keep the ones that still teach you something, recycle the rest.

4. The perfume tied to a memory you don’t reach for anymore
   Scent is one of the fastest ways back into an old timeline, faster than a photo, faster than a memory you’d have to consciously recall. If a bottle takes you straight back to a season you’ve closed, it doesn’t need to live on your shelf anymore.

5. One subscription you’re done with, cancel it today
   Money quietly leaving your account for something you’re not even present for is its own kind of leak, and it’s an easy one to fix in under two minutes. Pick one today and cancel it.

6. Photos or Videos kept out of loyalty to who you used to be
   Loyalty to who you were isn’t the same as love for who you were. You’re allowed to keep the one photo that actually matters and let the rest of the folder go. This can be so hard if you are emotionally holding on to the past. Of course it’s so nice to have memories through photos but even letting go of a couple can be healing.

7. Clothes + Accessories Attached to An Old Identity
   This one isn’t just about an outfit from a launch that flopped. It’s anything, a piece of clothing, a gift, an object sitting in a drawer, that carries a memory you don’t want to keep reliving or a version of you that’s ready to be done. Think PJs that don’t make you feel good, jewelry or pieces you only keep because they were expensive, shoes you know you won’t wear again but you feel guilty for getting rid of them and anything that feels like an old identity. Clothes and objects hold the frequency of whoever was wearing or holding them. If you feel a pull in your stomach every time you see it, that’s your answer.

8. Beauty products that never actually worked for you
   If it’s not working, it’s just clutter wearing a bottle. You don’t owe a product loyalty because it was expensive and lack is thinking because you bought it you have to keep it…saying BYE to any of that hording energy because we need to make space for the new.

9. The book on your shelf you’ve outgrown or you’ve never read
   An unread book on your shelf is a low grade guilt loop running in the background every time you walk past it. Donate it, or actually read it, either one clears the loop. I love giving books to the little neighborhood libraries and passing some on for the next person who is meant to read it.

10. The email you’ve been avoiding opening
    Whatever you’re avoiding is taking up more mental real estate than opening it would. Open it, respond or archive it, and get the open loop out of your nervous system. I make folders by year and for my kids and other important things but I am regularly deleting a lot and it can clear so much old energy out.

11. Old business cards or branding from a past iteration
    Old business cards, an old logo, an old email signature, they all anchor you to a business you’ve already outgrown. Let the visual identity catch up to who you actually are now.

12. The broken thing you’ve been meaning to fix or toss
    Your brain clocks it every single time you walk past it, even when you’re not consciously noticing. Fix it this week or let it go, either one closes the loop. Anything stained or broken is old energy that we don’t want around.

13. The notes app draft from an identity you’ve outgrown
    Delete the draft written by a version of you that’s already gone. You don’t need to finish every thought you’ve ever started. Are there old notes that you are called to delete, again this doesn’t

14. Something you’re storing for someone else, hand it back
    Your home and your energy were never meant to be someone else’s storage unit. Send the text, set the date, hand it back or throw it away. If they don’t respond, it is not yours to keep.

Basically my rule of thumb is anything that feeling draining, like pressure or expectation or isn’t aligned with the identity you are creating is gone!!! OMG it feels so good! Would love to hear any others you have done or are doing in the comments.

And, I wanted to also touch on the space you create in…

Lion’s gate isn’t only about what you’re carrying in your body, it’s also what’s living in the space you build from.

When we had our studio in El Segundo, my friend Siri Gopal (he does high end energy clearings, homes, celebrities, the whole thing) came through to clear the space for us. He found a stack of CDs up near the ceiling, left behind from the building’s previous tenant, from a project of theirs that had failed. We hadn’t even noticed them. We cleared them out, and the shift in the room was immediate, nothing you’d think to look for, but it changed how the whole space felt to work in.

You probably have a version of those CDs somewhere. The corner of your office you never look at. The drawer under your ring light. The shelf behind where you meditate.

Pick the one space that’s most connected to what you’re building right now, your visibility, your content, your business, and actually look at what’s living in it. Not a deep clean, just notice what’s been sitting there untouched, and clear what doesn’t belong to who you’re becoming.

The digital layer..

This counts too. I just went through my Amazon account and deleted old cards and old addresses I haven’t used in years. Small thing, but it’s still your information sitting somewhere tied to a version of you that’s moved on.

I’ve also been organizing my photos, content folders, and family photos using Claude, actually having it help me sort and structure years of digital mess. If that’s something you’d want, reply and let me know, I’ll share the prompts I’ve been using.

So we made it. Leo season officially starts today, July 22nd, which means we are walking straight out of the soft, emotional, inward energy of Cancer season and into sunlight. And honestly the timing feels almost too perfect, because Mercury retrograde wraps up tomorrow on the 23rd, so the fog is lifting at the exact moment the season is asking you to step back into the light and actually be seen.

And holy this retrograde, especially for this cancer sun with a Cap rising was actually wild. I have not been sleeping and I never have issues sleeping over the past few days and so much is flooding, it’s like I am being delivered all the guidance on shifts and changes before mercury goes direct and it has felt so intense for me. Anyone else?

So the overall macro vibe is cancer season helped you come home to yourself and now Leo season is asking you to come alive again in a new way.

And I want to tell you what this season is really about, because Leo gets flattened into “confident fire sign who loves attention” and that is such a small version of the truth. Leo is ruled by the Sun. It is the part of the year that reminds you that you are allowed to take up space, allowed to be proud of what you have built, allowed to want joy and creativity and pleasure and a life that actually feels like it belongs to you. It is heart-led. It is devotion and expression and play and the courage to show up for what lights you up. It’s giving you permission to “brag” and share your wins, because let’s be honest the people you are inspired by are the ones embodying their radiance and not afraid to share it.

But here is the part nobody says out loud. Leo season also gently exposes all the places you have been hiding. The offer you keep tweaking instead of launching. The art sitting in your drafts. The desire you keep calling “not ready yet” when really it is just fear of being seen. The way you keep waiting for someone else to choose you before you let yourself shine.

It is asking you to get more honest, more expressed, more alive, more willing to let your heart lead. That is not ego, love. That is courage. The kind of courage that says “this matters to me” and then shows up anyway. Even if it doesn’t make sense to your mind.

And this year Leo season carries extra weight, because we have a New Moon in Leo Total Solar Eclipse on August 12th. This is not a regular new moon, it is a reset point, and eclipses bring turning points, endings, beginnings, identity shifts, and new clarity about who you are becoming. With it landing in Leo, the questions get personal: Who am I becoming? Where am I ready to be seen? What version of me am I no longer available to hide? What life am I ready to live out loud?

A Taste: Day 1 of the Radiant Heart Challenge

For the next seven days, the challenge asks you to choose one area of your life where you are ready to be more visible, more expressed, and more connected to your heart. Your creativity, your business, your message, your relationships, your body, your joy, your content, your confidence, whatever is quietly asking for more courage.

Day 1 is simple but it is the one everything else is built on. Notice where you hide.

Where have you been shrinking, waiting, overthinking, or holding back? Not in a self-critical way, we are not doing that here. Just honestly. Name the one area of your life that is asking for more courage right now. Say it out loud or write it down. That naming is the whole practice today, because you cannot bring light to something you have not been willing to look at.

That is Day 1. Days 2 through 7 walk you all the way through naming the desire, returning to your heart, sharing something true, releasing the performance, practicing receiving, and anchoring your radiance so it becomes something you live instead of something you wait to feel. I got back from our trips and have been unpacking and organizing and that turned into de-cluttering everything from my drawers to my emails, photos and more and it’s clearing out so much which then lead me to a full life audit…hello other ADD generator girlies or anyone who resonates with me on this. my days have been a lot of juggling it all since school has been out and this retrograde is showing me where I am being called to button some things up, get more efficient and have more fun…. so while it looks cool to be at the pool with my kids, it’s a lot some days to hold all the expansion I’m carrying right now so this has helped me a lot and I hope it helps you too…

We are officially in the second half of 2026. And before your brain does the thing where it starts listing everything that hasn’t happened yet, I need you to actually let this land for a second: the best part of your year hasn’t even happened yet. Six whole months are sitting in front of you, completely unwritten, and six months is genuinely enough time to change your entire life.

I’m not saying that just to hype you up ha although I love being a cheerleader, I’ve truly lived what locking in for 6 months can do for your life when you are ready to quantum leap and shift. There was a six month stretch of my life where I went from anxiety running in my body every single day to a calm I didn’t know was available to me, from dreading my work to building something I love so much it doesn’t feel like work most days. And the wildest part is that the shift didn’t come from better goals or a prettier planner.

It came from a formula I figured out and keep optimizing. It was the year I stopped trying to think my way into a new life and started working with my energy directly, paired it with mindset work and then set up systems to support my feminine creativity to flow. And now I have a new layer of using Claude as a supportive tool to save me time and help more people so I am testing it all right now and it’s blowing my mind so stay tuned because of course I won’t gate keep.

Ok so, that’s what I want to give you today. A real midyear check in you can use to be your best self and have some accountability to make the rest of the year the best yet. , It’s the exact one I just did myself, and then the energy plan that actually carries it, because I love you and journaling alone was never going to be the whole story.

First, the sutra that changes how you do this…

In Kundalini yoga there are five sutras for the Aquarian Age, the era we’re living in right now, and the fourth one is the whole spirit of this post: understand through compassion or you will misunderstand the times.

It’s usually taught in a context of how we interact with the world, but girl, it applies just as much to how you hold your own last six months. If you look back at your year through judgment, you will misread the entire thing. You’ll see everything that didn’t happen and miss everything that was quietly being built. But when you look back through compassion, the exact same six months become the clearest, kindest data you’ve ever been given, so this is a reminder to keep that in mind to be in a mindset to receive tons of miracles through this exercise. Your year isn’t a report card. It’s a map, and you’re about to read it with love.

So that’s our one rule for this whole check in. Heart first. You’re not here to grade yourself, you’re here to listen to yourself. And I really see this as a huge act of self love to take 30 minutes to an hour to do this and make it fun. Grab yourself a fun drink, light a candle and put on your favorite beats and make it a ceremony!

Let’s get into why some of the January intentions didn’t land (this is actually good news)

If some of what you wrote in January is still sitting there untouched, nothing went wrong with you. You weren’t lazy and you don’t need more discipline, I promise. It’s just that most of us were only ever taught to think our way into a new life. New goals, new lists, new plans, all of it living in the mind. And your life doesn’t change from your mind, it changes from your energy. You can hand the most beautiful vision in the world to a nervous system that’s still running an old pattern, and the pattern will keep winning, not because you’re weak but because the body always leads.

Which means the answer isn’t pushing harder. The answer is a check in that reads your energy honestly, and then a daily practice and actions that shifts it. That’s the whole post and it bring a whole lot of magic.

But first, the outer reset (your free mid-year checklist)

Before we go inward, we clear the decks. Everything in your outer world is holding energy, your closet, your inbox, your camera roll, all of it. You cannot hear your own intuition over that much noise. So here’s the reset checklist I run every July. Screenshot it, save it, do a few each week or literally do one. None of it is homework, all of it is space-making.

Your space

• Clear one room until it actually feels lighter (your space holds your energy, this is not a chore, it’s a practice)

• Release the clothes that belong to a past version of you

• Deep clean the corner you’ve been avoiding, that’s where the stuck energy lives

• Put something beautiful where you’ll see it every morning

Your energy and body

• Drink water like it’s a devotion, not a task and make it more fun

• Get your bare feet on actual earth this week

• Build your morning floor: practice first, phone second, even three minutes counts

• Book the thing your body has been asking for, the massage, the nap, the early night

Your digital world

• Delete the apps you haven’t opened since January

• Unsubscribe from every email that doesn’t feed you (yes, right now, it takes ten minutes and stay tune if you want claude to do this for you)

• Back up your photos, then delete the screenshots (same on claude)

• Set one screen-time limit and let it protect you

Your work and money

• Look at your numbers with compassion, they’re data, not a report card

• Update the bio you’ve outgrown

• Reread your January intentions without judgment, we’ll do the real review together below

Your joy

• Write a summer joy list, not a bucket list, a joy list. One for us was watching chicks hatch so we got 7 eggs today from Rent the Chicken ha and will be sharing about it on the gram!

• Start the book that’s been sitting on your nightstand

• Plan one little trip, even a day counts

• Try the hobby you keep saying you’ll try

• Tell one person something you appreciate about them

That’s the outer layer. Now here’s the inner one, and this is where it gets good.

So here’s how this works. I wrote twelve questions. Six that look back at the first half of your year with so much compassion, and six that write the vision for the six months ahead. Then the exact energy plan I’d pair with your answers, including which specific Kundalini yoga practices match what your check in reveals, because there is no one universal practice for everyone and knowing which one is yours changes everything. And because I know some of you love doing this work in conversation, I’m also giving you the four Claude prompts I use to walk myself through the entire thing, reflection, vision, plan, and weekly check in, so you have a thinking partner who lovingly refuses to accept your surface level answers.

A little taste from the looking back section, because I want you to feel this before you decide anything:

When during the last six months did you feel most like yourself? Not happiest, not most productive. Most you. What were you doing, and who were you with?

What did you keep almost starting? The thing you researched, talked about at dinner, felt in your chest, and haven’t begun yet. Name it, because it keeps coming back for a reason.

What were you afraid of six months ago that you’re not afraid of now? Sit with that one. You have proof that you change. You’ve already done it.

This one hits different because it is personal. Mercury retrograde in Cancer is not a cosmic inconvenience. It is an invitation into the most important place you could possibly go right now: yourself.

WHAT MERCURY RETROGRADE IN CANCER ACTUALLY MEANS

Mercury retrograde gets a reputation for chaos, missed texts, tech glitches, travel disasters. And sure, some of that is SO real and I tend to experience it to the max lol, but the way I see it, and the way I have always thought about it and taught it is that retrogrades are not punishments, they are invitations. Mercury retrograde is asking you to re-think, re-visit, re-connect, re-assess, like hiring an amazing life coach to help you audit your life to make it way better. But we all know that sometimes when you are cleaning it gets messier before it is put back together in a better way, just like when you reorganize a garage or closet.

So when this happens in Cancer, the invitation becomes deeply intimate, centered around emotions and can also be so supportive.

Cancer rules the home, the family, emotional memory, the body, and everything we feel but rarely say out loud. So this retrograde is going to bring some of that up to the surface. Old emotional patterns that you thought you had dealt with. Conversations that did not quite land the first time and still need to. Unspoken needs that have been quietly building in the background. Home decisions that need more clarity before you move forward. None of this is Mercury retrograde trying to ruin your summer. This is Mercury retrograde in Cancer asking the most important question of the season: do you actually know what you feel? And are you making decisions from that place, or from old conditioning?

One of my affirmations is “THANK YOU RETROGRADE FOR THE UPGRADES.”

This is one of the best periods of the entire year to get in touch with what genuinely nurtures you, not what should nurture you, not what used to, but what actually does right now, in this season of your life. This will allow you to have a mid year check in so you can make the second half of your year the best yet.

THE INNER SANCTUARY APPROACH

At Studio Intune, our theme this cancer season is Inner Sanctuary and this is why…

Mercury retrograde in Cancer is asking every single one of us to build one. The body settles before the mind does, and that is the most important thing I can tell you right now. Before you make a decision, check in with your body first. Before you send the message, feel into the energy of it. Before you renegotiate something important, give yourself a full breath and let your nervous system settle.

The inner sanctuary is not a place you build once. It is a place you return to. Over and over. This retrograde is the invitation to make that return, and to trust that going inward is not falling behind. It is actually the fastest way forward.

ok so….HOW TO WORK WITH THIS RETROGRADE

This is a beautiful time to revisit emotional conversations with more maturity and compassion than you had the first time around. To renegotiate boundaries and responsibilities at home, clearly and calmly, with more information than you had before. To clean up your schedule so your energy stops leaking everywhere. If you have been saying yes to things that are pulling you away from your purpose, this retrograde is your permission slip to audit all of it. Journal before you respond when you feel triggered, especially with family, especially with anything that touches home or the past. And revisit old needs without judging yourself for having them. The need did not go away just because you learned to suppress it. Simplify wherever you can: your routines, your home, your emotional commitments. See where you can find wisdom in everything and use your intuition to show you where less is more!

What you want to avoid forcing during this retrograde is making major decisions in the heat of emotion. Give things at least a week. Ask for clarity instead of assuming you already know. Resist the urge to over-explain when one clear, honest sentence will do. Be careful about reopening old dynamics just because they feel familiar and remember familiar is not the same as healthy. And please, stop saying yes because you feel guilty. The full sentence is no, if that is what you really want, that is always enough. This season is asking you to believe that.

Now I want to get specific for you, because Mercury retrograde in Cancer does not hit every sign the same way. Where this retrograde is moving through your chart determines which area of your life is being stirred right now. For some of you it is home and family. For others it is your money, your relationships, your creative life, your career. Below I have broken it down for every sign so you know exactly what is being activated for you, what to lean into, and what to let chill until after July 23.

And what I know is this: Cancer energy is often not what people think it is.

People hear Cancer and they think sensitive, emotional, maybe a little fragile. And while we are absolutely emotionally deep and completely proud of it, Cancer is actually one of the most powerful signs in the zodiac (ok maybe a little biased LOL but I promise it is) because it has learned to feel everything and keep building, moving, living anyway. The crab carries its home on its back. It knows that safety is not something you find out there. It’s something you create inside yourself and carry with you everywhere you go. Chills as I write this because it’s so hard to put into words but I’m sure so many of you feel it. And whether you have a lot of cancer in your chart or not, you can align and tap more into this energy during this season and I’m excited to help you to do it.

So all that being said, this is an invitation of this season to find that peace and tap into your inner knowing and safety within yourself. And if you’ve been running on fumes, overgiving, white-knuckling your way through, trying to force things that aren’t flowing, I genuinely think this season has been waiting for you.

Cancer season runs from June 21st through July 22nd. It arrives on the exact same day as the Summer Solstice, which means we are walking through two portals simultaneously and the energy of that is significant. The solstice says be the sun, be seen, don’t hold back. Cancer season says now let’s build a foundation worthy of that light.

It’s ruled by the moon, which means the themes that come up are intuition, emotional safety, nourishment, belonging, the people and spaces that feel like home, and learning to receive without guilt. Cancer season is the universe asking you to stop overgiving long enough to notice what’s been depleted. To ask yourself what you actually need. To build something from the inside out instead of the outside in.

The astrology this season is also INSANELY unique. We have Mercury retrograde in Cancer starting 6/29, which means the communication slowdowns and the revisiting are not random. They’re pointing you inward on purpose. Mercury goes direct on July 23rd and that’s when things start to move again. And we have Jupiter entering Leo on July 1st, which shifts everything into bold visibility and outward expression. But right now, in this window, the invitation is to get soft and get real before you go big.

This season is for you if you are ready to feel safer in your body and your life, stop overgiving and start honoring your own needs, reconnect with your intuition, build routines that actually nourish you, release emotional pressure you’ve been carrying way too long, and receive more without guilt automatically showing up alongside it.

Your softness is not weakness. Your needs are not too much. Your emotional world is not something to push through. It is part of your power.

This Sunday June 21st we have the Summer Solstice and Cancer season beginning on the exact same day, which means we are walking through two portals simultaneously and the energy of that is something I think a lot of us are already feeling even if we don’t have words for it yet. So let me give you some words for it. And also, can I just say, my birthday is June 27th so I feel this energy in my whole body every single year and this one feels especially electric.

I’m going to do another full post on Cancer season next for my paid subscribers tomorrow because it deserves it’s own energy and I have so much to share on that but this will break down everything you need to know to tap into the manifestation power of the solstice…

As a Kundalini yoga teacher and someone who has been working with energy and seasons and cycles for a long time, the Summer Solstice is one of the most sacred days of the year for me. In the Kundalini tradition, the solstice has been honored for over 50 years with a massive gathering in the high desert mountains of New Mexico called the Summer Solstice Sadhana, where thousands of practitioners come together for nine days of Kundalini yoga, White Tantric Yoga, early morning sadhana in what’s called the Amrit Vela (the hours before sunrise when the mind is most open and receptive), kirtan, and community. It is genuinely one of the most transformational things you can experience. Last year I taught at the solstice gathering and it was so magical, one of those experiences that just stays with you. This year I’m going to Pismo Beach for a family camping trip for my birthday and I could not be more excited about it, but I always carry that solstice energy with me wherever I am.

The reason the solstice matters so deeply in Kundalini teachings is because of what solar energy does to us. The sun at its peak connects directly to your third chakra, your navel center, which is your seat of willpower, confidence, courage, and the ability to take action from a place of real power. When that center is activated you stop second-guessing yourself. You stop waiting for permission. You stop shrinking. You just move. The solstice is like a cosmic upgrade to that inner fire and it would be a genuine waste not to work with it on purpose.

I’ll never forget a summer solstice last year when I was teaching in New Mexico. Desert sky. Portals wide open. The kind of night where you feel the universe talking and you would be embarrassed not to listen. And in the middle of it all I got a download so loud it was impossible to ignore: build the teacher training. That one yes in the middle of the desert on the longest day of the year became the entire next chapter of my business and my life. What the Summer Solstice Actually Is

The Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year, meaning the sun is at its absolute maximum power and light. This is the day where light wins. Where the sun says I am here, fully, at maximum capacity, holding nothing back, not dimming for anyone, and you are invited to match that energy.

The sun does not apologize for being bright. It doesn’t wonder if it’s too much. It doesn’t check to see if everyone is comfortable before it rises. It just shows up completely every single day and asks you to receive it. That is the whole invitation of the solstice. Be the sun. Don’t hold back. Connect to the power of the sun, allow yourself to enter the light of your own being, and please, do not hold back.

And this year it’s even more potent. Jupiter, the planet of expansion, abundance, and opportunity, has been in Cancer since 2025 and it leaves Cancer forever on June 30th. So this solstice is your last portal under Jupiter in Cancer’s energy: the energy of expanding through emotional channels, building foundations that actually hold, and receiving in a way that is rooted rather than frantic. This window does not come back for 12 years. The most exciting part is not just that the portal is open. It’s that you are ready to walk through it.

I am so genuinely excited for everything that is already moving and what I know is coming and I want all of us to step into it with full intention. So here is your complete guide.

Your Summer Solstice Rituals

Cast your spells and write it all down.

The solstice is one of the most potent manifesting windows of the entire year because the energy of the sun amplifies everything you put your intention behind. So write down what you want to call in. Not the watered down version, not the responsible version, the real version of what you actually want. Write it down with deep intention and then get your whole body ready to receive it because that’s the part most people skip, the receiving part, the actually letting it land part.

Protect your energy.

Before any ritual work, take a moment to wrap yourself in white light. Close your eyes and visualize yourself completely surrounded and sealed in it, with everything that no longer serves you burning off in the solar energy of this day. This is energetic hygiene and it matters especially when you’re working with amplified solar energy. You want your field clear so you can actually hold what you’re calling in.

Get outside and be in the actual sun and play with Nature

Go outside today. Stand in it. Feel it on your skin. And while you’re out there, reflect on your peak moments and accomplishments from this year because you have done so much and you deserve to actually acknowledge it. Be proud of yourself. The solstice is the perfect moment for that. Make a simmer pot and write your intentions on the bay leaves or create a flower mandala outdoors.

Tune into fire.

Light a candle. Build a fire if you have one. Make something warm and medicinal to drink. The herbs ruled by the sun that are especially powerful today are chamomile, sunflower, St. John’s Wort, lavender, ginger, reishi, and rosemary. Sip slowly and let the warmth remind your nervous system what it feels like to be nourished and held.

Tune to 432 hz.

Put on music or a meditation at 432 hz, which is said to be nature’s frequency and has the potential to synchronize both hemispheres of the brain. Your whole body settles into it in a way that’s hard to explain until you’ve tried it. It’s a beautiful frequency for any intentional practice today.

Lead with joy and gratitude.

Joy and gratitude are the ultimate states of receivership, meaning when you are genuinely in those states your whole system opens up to receive abundance in a way nothing else can create. Tap into your heart today. Think about what you’re genuinely grateful for. Let yourself feel it in your body. Then prepare to receive from that open and expansive place.

The Kundalini Solstice Practice (what I actually do)

Kundalini works differently than most solstice practices. Instead of setting intentions outward first, you clear the channel first, then you receive. Think of it as unclogging the drain before you turn on the water.

Start at sunrise if you can, or within the first hour of morning. You’ll need about 45 minutes, but even 20 minutes of the core sequence will shift something.

Part 1: Spinal warm-up (5 minutes). Spine flex in easy pose, then spinal twists. You’re waking up the kundalini channel that runs from the base of the spine to the crown. The solstice is a solar event and the spine is how solar energy moves through the body.

Part 2: Archer Pose (11 minutes each side). This is the one. Archer pose builds what we call Shakti Pad, the bridge between the lower and higher chakras. 11 minutes each side on the solstice feels like a download session. Your mind will try to negotiate with you at minute 7. Stay in it.

Part 3: Ajai Alai meditation (11 minutes). This mantra translates as “indestructible, beyond time, beyond all fear.” Chant it out loud or listen and follow along. Part 4: Savasana in sun (5 to 10 minutes). Lie in the sun if you can, or near a window. This is integration time. The download comes in savasana. Do not skip it. Do not reach for your phone. Just receive.

The 9-Day Jupiter Window (June 21 to June 30)

This is the part I really want you to understand because it makes this entire week sacred in a way that goes beyond just the solstice day itself.

Days 4 to 6 (June 24 to 26): Calibrate. Start making decisions from the version of you who already received it. What would she post? What offer would she make? What conversation would she have? Act from that woman.

Days 7 to 9 (June 27 to 30): Commit. Before Jupiter leaves Cancer, anchor in one decision that scares you in the best way. Make the offer. Send the pitch. Launch the thing. Let the portal close with you already through it.

The 3 Solstice Questions I ask every year

Every June 21st I sit with these three questions and write the answers without editing. I give myself full permission to want what I want.

1. What do I most desire to receive in this next season of my life?

2. What would I do this week if I fully believed I was ready right now?

Here’s the thing that makes this Sunday even more significant: Cancer season begins on the exact same day as the solstice, which means as the longest day of light closes, the energy of homecoming begins.

I say this as a Cancer sun myself and someone who feels this season in her bones every single year. Cancer is not what people think it is. People hear Cancer and they think emotional, sensitive, maybe a little fragile, and while we are absolutely emotionally deep and proud of it, Cancer is actually one of the most powerful signs in the zodiac because it has learned to feel everything and keep building anyway. The crab carries its home on its back. It knows that safety is not something you find out there, it’s something you create inside yourself and take with you everywhere you go.

Cancer season runs from June 21st through July 22nd and it’s ruled by the moon, which means the themes that come up are intuition, emotional safety, nourishment, belonging, the people and spaces that feel like home, and learning to receive without guilt. If Gemini season was about ideas and moving fast, Cancer season asks you to slow down and feel. To ask yourself what you actually need. To stop overgiving long enough to notice what’s been depleted.

This season is here to help you feel safer in your body and your life, create a steadier emotional foundation, stop overgiving and start honoring your own needs, reconnect with your intuition, build routines that actually nourish you, and receive more without the guilt that usually shows up right alongside it.

Your softness is not weakness. Your needs are not too much. Your emotional world is not something to push through. It is genuinely part of your power and this season is here to remind you of that.

How to work with it: come home to your body before you try to optimize anything. Build in more rest than you think you need, not as a reward but as a foundation. Work with the moon because Cancer is ruled by it and the lunar cycle is especially potent this season. We have a Full Moon in Capricorn on June 29th for releasing what you’ve been carrying alone, and a New Moon in Cancer on July 14th for planting intentions around emotional safety, home, and nourishment. Create spaces that feel like sanctuaries. And receive the help that’s being offered. Cancer season always reveals where we’ve been insisting on doing everything alone.

1. Your Chiron Sign — The Core Wound

Chiron is the wounded healer in your chart. It moves slowly, spending several years in each sign, which means it’s generational. Your Chiron sign shows the core wound you came into this lifetime carrying. The place where you feel most vulnerable. And paradoxically, the place where your greatest healing gift lives.

The 12th house is the house of hidden things. What lives here is what you keep behind the curtain, your unconscious fears, the parts of yourself you don’t let the world see. It also holds your deepest spiritual gifts. What’s hidden in your 12th house is often exactly what you’re meant to bring forward…this blew my mind.

How to find it: The simplest way is to take your rising sign and go one sign back in the zodiac. That sign rules your 12th house. So if your rising is Capricorn, your 12th house is Sagittarius. If your rising is Scorpio, your 12th house is Libra.

3. Your Human Design Type — The Energy Pattern

Your Human Design type shows HOW your energy is designed to move through the world and how you’re meant to show up and be seen. When you’re operating against your type, it creates resistance. That resistance often shows up as a visibility block. Knowing your type helps you understand not just what the shadow is, but how it’s playing out in your energy field.

How to find it: To find your Human Design type, go to jovianarchive.com or mybodygraph.com and enter your birth date, time, and location. Your type will show up immediately.

To give you a lil more of an idea of how far I’ve come with this, I used to avoid consistency so much so that I was mad at my amazing step dad in high school for making salmon every Sunday night because it was too boring for me. Don’t worry, I apologized and was begging for the BBQ salmon after being in college for a year ha, but I just had this perception that anything repetitive wasn’t creative enough for my free-spirited soul. It felt like a contradiction to my being.

So you can image the surprise it was to me realizing after being on my spiritual journey for a bit that instead of being the enemy I had created it to be, rituals and routines were actually one of the biggest keys to the freedom I cared more about than anything else. It also came with a different way of accepting rituals, which was doing them for myself, not because it was a part of the office SOP or something that was being forced on me.

And I find for a lot of spiritual entrepreneurs, there is this shift where you take full accountability for your life and realize that if you are going to live outside the confines of a job you don’t like or doing things in a way society has told you is the only way to live, it calls for you to set up your own systems if you want to be on the thriving train.

This is how I came to a lot of what I teach which is this beautiful balance of masculine and feminine energy. To allow my kundalini energy, my creativity and my gifts and intuition to vibe high, I need supportive systems to save me time and allow everything to run without my constant attention.

I am the queen of feminine efficiency, mostly because I was determined to prove to myself that having fun running a business as a single mom was possible, and that my rituals were the key.

The Energetics Behind All of This

Before I walk you through the actual ritual, I want to share something that makes this whole approach different from every productivity system you’ve ever tried and abandoned.

Most planning systems are built from hustle energy. They are designed to get more out of you. More output, more tasks, more hours. I honestly thought it was a fun and insightful prompt but did not expect it to take off the way it did!

I’m always testing ways to activate people into my world and into action and it’s so exciting when it connects deeply with so many others.

The post ended up getting more comments than I’ve had in a long time. My DMs were full of people sending me their placements, sharing what they discovered, and telling me how seen they felt.

And that is always such a beautiful reminder that people are craving more than another generic content formula.

They want to understand themselves….

How Astrology Became Part of My Work

A lot of people know me through Kundalini yoga, meditation, breathwork, manifestation, and spiritual business coaching, but what some people may not realize is that astrology has been woven into my personal practice and the way I make decisions for a long time.

I want to be clear that I am not trying to become an astrologer, and I am not positioning myself as a Human Design expert. There are incredible practitioners who have devoted decades to studying these systems, and I have so much respect for their work. My relationship with these tools is a little different. I use them the same way I use meditation, journaling, and other spiritual practices: as frameworks that help me understand myself more deeply and make better decisions.

What I love about astrology and Human Design is that they offer a language for patterns we often feel intuitively but may not know how to articulate. They can help us understand timing, relationships, our natural strengths, and why some opportunities feel exciting and expansive while others seem to require endless effort and still never quite click. I do not use these systems to hand over my power or to predict every detail of my life and a pet peeve of mine is to ever use these tools to limit ourselves….cue the ego saying, oh you shouldn’t post unless you’re fully inspired because of your human design or other ways it could hold you back. sometimes it can be sneaky lol.

I really use them as mirrors that help me trust my intuition and better understand what is unfolding in both my personal life and my business.

Astrology actually played a surprisingly important role in my own entrepreneurial journey. It was one of the things that first connected me with my former business partner. At the time, I was already teaching full moon and new moon Kundalini classes, and I had a very strong vision of her bringing astrology more deeply into that work. That intuitive hit led to conversations, collaborations, and eventually a business partnership that shaped a significant chapter of my life and that is what my app Studio Intune is all about, using the astrology themes each astrological season (the astro months) to align our kundalini practices and other challenges to support our manifestations!!!

Looking back, that experience perfectly reflects how I tend to move through the world. I tune in, pay attention to what I am sensing, gather insight from the tools and practices that resonate with me, and then take grounded action. Whether I am using Kundalini yoga, meditation, astrology, Human Design, psychology, or business strategy, the goal is always the same: to understand ourselves more clearly so we can make aligned decisions and build lives and businesses that feel deeply authentic.

The Intersection of Spirituality and Marketing

Before I built this business, I studied advertising and marketing and worked in corporate sales.

I have always been fascinated by why some messages immediately capture our attention and why certain people naturally create trust.

I was obsessed with buyer psychology long before I ever taught a meditation.

Then I found Kundalini yoga and my life changed, my intuition continues to deepen and my understanding of energy expanded.

And eventually these two worlds came together.

Now my work lives at the intersection of spirituality, psychology, energetics, and business strategy.

I help people understand both the inner and outer pieces of success.

Why Teaching Always Expands Me Too

One of my favorite quotes is often attributed to Richard Feynman:

“If you want to master something, teach it.”

I have found that to be profoundly true.

Every time I create a program, teach a workshop, or guide clients through a transformation, I end up growing right alongside them.

Teaching sharpens my thinking.

It helps me organize what I know and it often leads to breakthroughs in my own life and business. and that is one of the coolest parts imo of being in the role of a teacher, healer business owner. It’s the growth path!!!

This was my 40-day prosperity and visibility challenge where we combined daily meditations, Kundalini practices, and aligned visibility actions.

Why Visibility Feels So Personal

One of the things I have learned after working with thousands of spiritual entrepreneurs is that visibility is rarely just about posting more content.

Usually there is something deeper happening.

When you put your work into the world, you are not simply sharing information.

You are sharing a part of yourself.

Your ideas.

Your beliefs.

Your creativity.

Your medicine.

And that can feel incredibly vulnerable.

Especially if you have spent years doubting yourself, minimizing your gifts, or worrying about what other people think.

Many of the women I work with are deeply intuitive and extraordinarily talented.

They are coaches, healers, therapists, astrologers, Reiki practitioners, sound healers, and spiritual teachers.

But when it comes time to post consistently, speak more boldly, or sell their offers, old patterns often surface.

Comparison, Perfectionism, Second-guessing, tendency to overcomplicate, the desire to wait until everything feels flawless and lack coming in with all the limiting stories!

And it asks us to keep showing up even before we feel completely ready.

What Your 10th House Reveals

In astrology, the 10th House is associated with your career, public image, reputation, and legacy.

It gives us insight into how you are naturally meant to lead and what kind of energy people are most likely to recognize in you.

The Midheaven, also called the MC, sits at the top of your chart and acts like a kind of energetic lighthouse.

It points toward the qualities you are here to embody in your public life and your work.

For example, someone with a Leo Midheaven may be here to lead through creativity and bold self-expression.

A Virgo Midheaven may be known for healing, refinement, and practical wisdom.

A Pisces Midheaven may be recognized for spirituality, intuition, and compassion.

A Capricorn Midheaven often carries strong themes of mastery, authority, and long-term success.

My 10th house is in Aries and a big theme for me is I’m not here to wait or perfect or over-explain. I’m here to lead, say the thing and often say it first and activate people into action.

When you understand your 10th House, it can feel like someone turns on the lights.

Suddenly, the way you are meant to show up starts to make a lot more sense.

What Human Design Adds to the Picture

Human Design helps us understand how our energy is meant to operate.

It offers insight into how we make decisions, how opportunities tend to come to us, and how we can work with our natural rhythm instead of constantly forcing.

For example, as a Generator with Sacral Authority, I have learned that my best decisions come from paying attention to what genuinely excites me.

When something feels like a full-body yes, that energy becomes fuel.

It gives me the stamina and enthusiasm to build, teach, and create.

Each Human Design type has its own way of moving through the world.

When you combine that with the symbolism of your 10th House, you get an incredibly rich picture of how you are designed to lead and be perceived.

What I love about this approach is that it blends intuition with structure.

It gives you something tangible to work with while still honoring the spiritual side of your journey.

I was hurt. I was confused. My mind immediately went into trying to piece it together, replaying conversations, wondering what I missed or what I could have done differently. I felt sad and I didn’t expect it. When you’ve been close to someone, you don’t just detach overnight. You try to understand it, because it mattered.

I mean, I knew things weren’t energetically aligning the way they once were, but I told myself it was just part of normal life because a lot of times it is. Friendships evolving, people being busy, both of us navigating our own journeys, but this turned out different.

There was also a layer of fear within me that had to go… the kind that keeps you in dynamics that aren’t actually supportive anymore because you’re afraid of losing the relationship.

And there was a moment where took it personally even though I know not too logically. That old voice came up quietly but quickly, questioning if I had been too much, or not enough, or if there was some version of me that could have prevented it.

I’ve done a lot of work on myself, and still, those thoughts can surface when something touches a deeper layer. Especially since my mom passed, my friendships feel even more like family now, so this hit differently.

And part of that is just how I’m wired. I’m a Cancer sun. I feel deeply. I care deeply. Sometimes to the point where it’s overwhelming. I can feel other people’s emotions so strongly, and that’s something I’ve had to really learn how to navigate.

Kundalini, strengthening my aura, and my spiritual protection practices have been life-changing in helping me not take on other people’s energy… but that doesn’t mean I don’t feel it in those moments.

I really want the people in my life to feel safe, supported, and understood. That’s something I love about myself. But I’ve also had to be honest about where that turns into overgiving or staying connected to something that doesn’t actually feel aligned anymore.

And I know how this could sound… like I’m just saying I’m the loving one and I did nothing wrong.

That’s not the truth.

I know I have places to grow. We all do. There’s shadow and light in all of us. There are always two people who manifest a dynamic. And anything taken too far, even something that starts as a strength, can become something that doesn’t feel good. And I learned a lot overall from this.

For me, I didn’t realize how much I was repeating patterns because I could physically feel other people so strongly… and in that, I was actually abandoning myself because it felt easier than sitting in that discomfort.

Not because I didn’t know, but because I cared so much that I was hurting myself.

And I am really committed to showing up in more aligned ways for myself and for the people in my life, so I learned a lot from the specific way this friendship went sideways and feeling blindsided when she blocked me but I’m really grateful for what it taught me and my intention in sharing is to support others who are navigating similar situations.

but, what I’ve been sitting with this week, in a very real and honestly kind of funny way, is that wanting to be seen and actually being seen are two completely different experiences, and no one really prepares you for the second one.

I’ve been deep in what I’ve been calling my no excuses era, which in theory felt very grounded and powerful and very “this is the version of me I’m stepping into,” but in practice has looked like removing all the subtle little ways I usually let myself pull back the moment something starts to expand.

And that’s where it gets interesting.

Because last week I posted my birth video, which is not just content, it’s one of the most intimate, raw, life-altering moments a human can experience, something that holds so much energy and emotion and memory… and I shared it publicly, knowing it would be felt. With the full on need for MANY heart emojis to cover my vajayjay (or what I’m teaching my daughters to call the proper names VAGINA + VULVA so there is no shame lol) and it was also in the car, if you haven’t seen it —→

I digress but then almost immediately after, this week I posted a completely different side of me, an old Coachella video where I’m dancing in the most unfiltered, chaotic, fully myself way bc I was seeing the “Coachella before Influencers” trend… and now that one is going viral.

So within a very short window, I went from sharing something deeply sacred to something completely unhinged, and both are being seen at a much bigger level, which honestly feels very aligned with who I am and the kind of space I hold, but also… my nervous system definitely noticed.

Because what’s been more fascinating than either post is what happened inside of me after I hit share.

There’s a moment when you start to feel the scale of being seen, when the comments begin coming in faster, when the views start climbing, when you can feel that more people are in your energy, forming opinions, connecting, reacting… and it creates this very specific sensation in your body…which I know you know the feeling.

It’s not fear in the dramatic way people expect, and it’s not doubt in the “I shouldn’t have done that” way either, it’s more like your system registering that something has expanded, that you are being perceived at a different level, and that requires more capacity than before.

And if you don’t have awareness around that moment, it’s incredibly easy to misinterpret it.

Not chaotic, not overwhelming in a “everything is falling apart” way, but in that very specific way where you can feel things clicking into place while also being gently called forward at the same time.

We’re stepping into a new month, we’re still in Aries season which is the astrological new year, and now we have this Libra Full Moon peaking today, April 1st at 10:12pm EDT, and when you understand how these energies work together, it makes so much sense why things feel the way they do right now.

Aries is all about self, identity, movement, courage, it’s that part of you that goes first, that stops waiting, that decides and moves even before everything is perfectly figured out.

Libra is about relationship, balance, harmony, the part of you that considers others, that wants things to feel aligned and mutual and good.

And because it’s a Full Moon, this is a culmination point, things come to light, emotions can feel heightened, realizations land more clearly, and what’s been building under the surface gets harder to ignore.

There’s also a square to Jupiter here, which basically just amplifies everything, so feelings, insights, even the “okay wow I can’t keep doing this the same way anymore” moments can feel bigger, louder, more obvious.

And then layered on top of that, we’re in the Pink Moon, which is connected to spring, renewal, things coming back to life after being dormant.

So there’s this really beautiful mix happening right now of fresh start energy from Aries season, combined with this moment of truth and refinement from the Full Moon, where you can feel what you’re ready for and also see clearly what doesn’t match that anymore.

It’s less about starting something new and more about seeing clearly what’s working, what’s not, and what is ready to shift.

Pro tip- I love journaling on the new and full moons and looking back to track patterns.

And on top of that, we’re still in this Aries season, which is the astrological new year.

This is the beginning of a whole new cycle.

So you have this energy of fresh starts, new identity, new direction, mixed with this Full Moon that’s like, okay but before you fully step into that, let’s clean up what doesn’t match.

That’s why this doesn’t feel like chaos to me, it feels more like refinement.

I’ve been noticing this in really small moments lately, not big life changes or huge decisions, just the way I respond to things, the way I move through my day, the way I don’t spiral the same way I used to, the way I can feel the difference between reacting and choosing a way more expansive reality.

And once you feel that difference, it’s really hard to go back to pretending you don’t know.

That’s what this Full Moon feels like to me, less about starting over and more about refinement, about being honest with yourself in a way that actually changes how you move.

And I’m seeing this so strongly inside Money Minting right now too.

We’re almost at 100 women inside, which honestly feels so surreal, and the energy is not people sitting around waiting for clarity.

Women are moving.

They’re posting, they’re selling, they’re having breakthroughs, they’re making money, and more than anything you can feel their identity shifting in real time because they’re staying in it instead of dipping in and out.

It’s not that they suddenly became different people, it’s that they stopped entertaining the version of themselves that kept second guessing everything.

And when you’re in that kind of energy consistently, things move fast.

I really feel it has shifted and is shifting at the level of energy, priorities, nervous systems, and what people are no longer willing to tolerate in their lives. And whether someone follows astrology or not, there is an undeniable sense right now that an entire chapter is ending and something very different is beginning.

What I keep seeing, both in my own life and in the women I work with, is that there are essentially two realities operating side by side. Two ways of living, two ways of working, two ways of doing business, two ways of defining success. People often call this 3D and 5D, or Old Earth and New Earth, but you don’t need labels to feel the difference. Your body knows.

I don’t know if anyone has been here for a long time but we did a Leaders of the New Earth training about 5 years ago and I feel like everything I was feeling is really happening in real time now!

The old way ran on pressure and fear as fuel. Success meant grinding yourself into exhaustion and calling it ambition. It meant proving your worth through output, competing for limited opportunities, and believing that if you slowed down everything would fall apart. Many of us were taught that work comes before health, before family, before joy, and that being spiritual and being wealthy were somehow incompatible.

That system normalized burnout, disconnection, and hiding parts of yourself to be taken seriously. It rewarded overgiving and undercharging, and it encouraged leadership that looked strong on the outside while quietly draining the person holding it together behind the scenes.

And because it dominated for so long, a lot of that programming still lives in people’s nervous systems even when they consciously want something more peaceful, purposeful, and abundant.

Cue why clearing and subconscious, chakra and energy work are so helpful and one of the reasons I love and teach kundalini so much!

At the same time, a different way has been emerging and is getting louder! It’s where we are doing business for mutual benefit and for the benefit of the good of all. Its such different energy.

It’s all about devotion, exchange, community and transparency!

It is not about abandoning success. It is about redefining it and I truly feel it’s up to us, the lightworkers to fully usher in this new opportunity!

You guys, this energy is honestly so major. I would genuinely love to hear how you’re feeling because myself, my clients, and my friends are all experiencing huge shifts right now. There is a lot moving, a lot unraveling, and a lot of truth coming to the surface all at once. It begins when the Sun moves into Aries at the Spring Equinox, when day and night are equal and life force starts flooding back into the planet. In the Northern Hemisphere this is when the ground softens, buds form, animals start acting feral again, and humans suddenly want to change everything about their lives while also taking a nap.

Aries is the first sign of the zodiac. It represents birth, initiation, courage, and the willingness to go first even if you do not have a detailed plan. It is not subtle energy. It is not reflective energy. It is not “let me make a vision board and think about this for six months” energy.

It is the moment the starting gun goes off.

And this year that ignition is being magnified by Jupiter, the planet of expansion, growth, opportunity, belief, and “oh wow this escalated quickly.”

When Jupiter interacts with Aries themes, things move. Fast. Doors open. Decisions get forced. Opportunities appear that require bravery instead of more preparation. Situations that you tolerated for years suddenly feel physically impossible to continue.

Old memories, past relationships, or unresolved feelings can surface as if your psyche is doing one last cleanup before the new year begins.

This is not a sign that you are regressing. It is integration.

Think of it as clearing the operating system before installing a major upgrade. If you try to force aggressive action during this phase, it can feel like pushing through wet cement. When Aries arrives, the same actions suddenly feel easy because the environment supports forward movement again.

What Aries Energy Actually Wants From You

Why I Am Obsessed With 40 Day Practices Right Now

In yogic science, forty days is the minimum time required to interrupt an old pattern and begin installing a new one in the subconscious mind and nervous system. It is long enough to create real change but short enough to feel psychologically doable.

Starting a forty day practice at the astrological new year is like planting seeds at the exact moment the soil becomes fertile. You are working with momentum instead of trying to manufacture it through willpower alone.

Your practice does not need to be elaborate. It needs to be consistent and aligned with the identity you are stepping into.

Daily meditation or breathwork to stabilize your nervous system
Showing up visibly in your business every day
Tracking money and shifting financial behaviors
Movement that builds physical strength and energy
Focused skill building for your next level
Digital boundaries that protect your attention

Choose one primary commitment and treat it as sacred. Not because you are trying to prove discipline to the universe, but because repetition is how identity changes.

The night before the Virgo lunar eclipse I woke up in the middle of the night and started throwing up. Not a little “I feel weird” moment… like full body purge mode. And the funny part is that has literally not happened to me since I was pregnant with Finn. I was laying there afterwards thinking, wait a second… what is going on right now? And before anyone asks, no I am definitely not pregnant lol.

But if you’ve followed my work for a while you know that I pay attention when the body does something dramatic like that. I really don’t think much is a coincidence.

The body processes energy before the mind catches up. Eclipse portals are some of the most intense energetic shifts we experience all year, and they don’t just happen in the sky… they move through our nervous systems, our subconscious, and our lives.

Eclipses don’t just bring cute “full moon release” vibes. They accelerate timelines. They shake loose things that have been quietly sitting in your field for months or even years that are ready to move whether we think we’re ready or not. They reveal what is no longer aligned with the version of you that is emerging next.

So laying there in the middle of the night after that whole episode I just had this moment of thinking… wow, something is clearly leaving my system right now.

And honestly that is the entire theme of this Virgo–Pisces eclipse cycle.

Virgo energy is purification. It’s the nervous system, health, habits, systems, the structures that support your life. Pisces is the subconscious, intuition, spiritual connection, dreams, and sometimes the illusions we’ve been holding onto because they felt safer than change.

When those two signs activate an eclipse axis together, what happens is a massive clearing between the practical world and the spiritual world. Between what you know is true in your intuition and what your daily life is actually reflecting.

Which is why so many people feel weird during eclipse seasons and think something is wrong with them.

Lately I’ve been hearing the same things from so many women in this community. Feeling wired and exhausted at the same time. Emotional waves that seem to come out of nowhere. Intense dreams. Old fears resurfacing. Random cravings or appetite changes. Relationship dynamics shifting. A deep pull inward to rest, reflect, or reorganize things in your life.

None of that means you’re falling apart. What it usually means is your subconscious and nervous system are reorganizing around a new level of alignment.

And this is actually why I take eclipse seasons so seriously.

Because I’ve watched how dramatically they move things in my own life.

I’ll share a wild story about last eclipse season in a minute, but first I want you to do something.

Go look back at your photos from around the last eclipse cycle, seriously. If you forget what was happening in your life, your camera roll will remind you. Because once you start paying attention to eclipse seasons, you realize how much change happens around them. Eclipses are like cosmic accelerators. Things that might have taken six months suddenly shift in a matter of weeks. And the window is still open right now.

Here are some common eclipse season “symptoms” that people experience when the energy is reorganizing things and my best advice for you is to meditate through it ha..pretty much my advice for everything but really this is what I do and I recorded an Inner Alignment Ceremony for this eclipse season you can check out here that is on my app or if your not a member you can try free with my 7 day trial.

Ok, so for the main symptoms so you don’t think you are going crazy if there are happening… and let me know in the comments if you’ve felt any of these lately:

• Feeling strangely wired and exhausted at the same time
• Random waves of emotion that don’t seem connected to anything happening in the moment
• Intense or symbolic dreams
• Old memories resurfacing out of nowhere
• Sudden clarity about relationships or situations that used to confuse you
• Feeling pulled inward to rest, journal, or spend more time alone
• Your intuition getting louder than usual
• A sense that something in your life is shifting even if you can’t fully explain it yet
• Changes in appetite, sleep, or energy levels
• Wanting to release habits, routines, or environments that suddenly feel misaligned
• Feeling like your life is quietly reorganizing behind the scenes

None of this means something is wrong with you and if you have been feeling some of these, here are some of the practices I personally recommend during eclipse portals to help your nervous system integrate the shifts.

Some of the most supportive things you can do right now are:

• Meditate or practice breathwork
Even 5–10 minutes helps calm the nervous system so the subconscious clearing that eclipses bring can move through without overwhelming you.

• Journal what is coming up emotionally
Eclipses tend to surface subconscious patterns. Writing them out helps bring them from the unconscious into awareness where they can actually shift.

• Spend time near water
Many spiritual traditions associate eclipse energy with emotional and subconscious release. Being near water, taking baths, or even longer showers can help your system process what is moving.

• Simplify your schedule if you can
Eclipses are not always the best time to push aggressively. Giving yourself a little more space allows clarity to arrive more naturally.

• Pay attention to intuitive nudges
During eclipse windows intuition often gets louder. If you suddenly feel pulled toward something or away from something it’s worth listening.

• Move your body to release energy
Walking, yoga, kundalini, shaking, or breathwork can help discharge emotional energy that might otherwise feel stuck in the body.

• Get extra rest
Your nervous system is integrating a lot during eclipse periods. Sleep helps the subconscious process and reorganize.

• Reflect on what is leaving and what is emerging
Instead of asking “why is this happening,” try asking “what is this making space for?”

In many esoteric traditions eclipses are considered karmic clearing points. They surface things from the subconscious so they can finally move.

Last March, right in the middle of eclipse season, my 8-year business partnership ended.

It wasn’t something I had been planning. I mean I knew things were not feeling the most in alignment but I really just thought it was one of the ups and downs at the time. And when it first happened it honestly felt heavy. I remember thinking, am I really rebuilding again?

I had just gone through a divorce not long before that. I had finally gotten my body back after gaining weight from stress. My energy felt like it was stabilizing again. I felt like I was starting to feel like myself.

And then suddenly there was another kind of “divorce,” this time in business.

I’m a mom raising two girls, running companies, creating programs, showing up online, leading communities… and in that moment there was definitely a part of me that wondered if it was too much to hold alone.

The business revenue was up and down because we had been investing a lot into scaling and building systems. Everything felt like it was in this in-between phase where things were growing but also reorganizing.

And looking back now… it’s so clear that eclipse season was doing exactly what eclipse seasons do. It was a huge clearing.

At the time it felt uncertain. But in hindsight I can see how much space that moment created. Space for new leadership. Space for new creative direction. Space for the next evolution of my work….omg I mean my instagram grew by over 10k followers almost instantly, had my first $100k month in awhile, I felt wild waves of creativity, I started the podcast, rebranded the whole company, got so much clarity, had so much more time with my kids, lost 10 lbs…I mean the list goes on! I literally looked like a different human.

and just a couple months after…can you tell the difference, like I wish energy showed like weight but I just felt so much lighter…not sure if you can see it or notice what I felt…

And now after a year later, I really feel like a lot of the changes have settled and I can completely flow on this new path that has reorganized so much.

Eclipses tend to do that. They remove what isn’t meant for the next chapter, sometimes faster than our mind would choose so the best things can open up.

But what I’ve seen again and again is that when the clearing happens, something new always begins to organize itself afterward.

That’s actually why I recorded a full March Energy Reading this week. and I was reflecting back on there was a season in my business where everything was accelerating at once extremely fast, the revenue was climbing, my visibility was increasing, invitations were multiplying, and the level of responsibility on my shoulders was expanding faster than I had emotionally processed.

On paper, it looked like momentum, but internally, my nervous system was in a very subtle, very spiritual panic.

Not a breakdown or chaos. I was still leading, still teaching, still showing up.

But I would do something bold… and then subtly soften it.

I’d raise my prices and then over-deliver to compensate because some part of me felt guilty and the people around me were also enforcing this. I’d have a big month and then unconsciously slow down the next one. I’d get more visible and then strategically disappear just enough to feel safe again… I feel for that version of myself so much.

And what I didn’t understand at the time was this:

I wasn’t “resting” or working in seasons which is all necessary when building your lightworker empire, I was expanding… and then contracting.

Over and over again. Now I call it the rollercoaster effect…

Years later, a woman I deeply respect who is really aligned and deeply spiritual and wealthy in a really healthy way, said something that hit me right in the heart center lol:

“Integration is where most women lose their expansion.”

And I knew exactly what she meant, because expansion is intoxicating and of course important.

But stabilization? Stabilization is where identity gets tested and where I think a lot more focus needs to be.

I guess the biggest difference I can explain now is I purposely put myself in situations to stretch my nervous system and I’m consciously stabilizing as I go. I want to take big risks and do things before I’m ready to train my nervous system to speed up while being able to integrate as I go…and I am able to gauge it without being on the rollercoaster.

Breakthroughs Are Addictive. Stabilization Is Power.

I love a breakthrough moment. I love the crying clarity, the full-body activation, the “oh my God, this is my next level” realization when you just unlocked a new timeline.

That excitement you get at a retreat, event or live with amazing contagious energy. This is the generating energy and this is so necessary to moving things forward.

But here’s the truth most people don’t want to admit:

Breakthroughs alone don’t build wealth. They feel like growth, but they’re actually awareness, clarity, understanding that are ready to be integrated.

Growth and integration is what happens in the weeks after, when doubt creeps in, when your body feels exposed, when your old identity gets loud and asks if you’ve gone too far.

That’s when most women quietly contract. Not because they aren’t powerful or because they don’t have spiritual gifts or they lack strategy…but because their nervous system does not feel safe holding the new identity.

And if your body doesn’t feel safe, it will default to what’s familiar. Even if familiar is smaller… ughhh, this is the part that is so wild.

Even if familiar is under-earning, playing invisible or things like pretending you “don’t care that much” about impact or money.

That isn’t weakness. It’s wiring and honestly IMO some fucked up programming.

And it’s up to us to shift it, because if you don’t retrain that wiring, you will keep circling the same ceiling and calling it alignment or telling yourself your in your soft girl era before you’ve built the systems to hold it and wondering why your bank account isn’t reflecting the women you know you are meant to be.

The Roller Coaster Effect

A while back I talked about what I call the roller coaster effect.

And if you’ve lived it, you know exactly what I mean.

something great happens, you have a big month. You feel powerful. You expand your standards. You start thinking, “Okay, this is my new normal.”

And then the next month dips and you feel like shit…

Not because the strategy suddenly stopped working.

But because your nervous system hasn’t stabilized at that level yet.

So you unconsciously recreate volatility and it can feel normal so then it starts to be a pattern where you ride emotional and financial highs and lows and call it entrepreneurship, when in reality it’s dysregulation.

I’ve lived that cycle and it does feel exciting at first. The peaks are validating. The wins are addictive, but eventually it’s exhausting and I realized it’s not sustainable for me…and also I know now there is a better way.

Empire-level wealth is not built on adrenaline spikes followed by recovery dips. It’s built on regulated consistency and systems that allow your feminine energy to flow and create.

It’s built by making your ceiling your new floor by expanding your capacity so the new level no longer feels like a threat.

I realized you don’t build wealth by chasing peaks you build it by stabilizing at new standards…but that’s where the energy work comes in to support your mindset.

But just mindset work without the nervous system energy work, did not work for me so this is why I only want to work with people who are working with their nervous systems, their chakras and their inner world and why it’s a part of everything I do and teach.

So here’s why and how it all works to help you fully get it….

Your Nervous System Will Choose Safety Over Potential

After clarity comes fear and there will always be the doubt and old stories even after you felt a bunch of vision and courage.

And I hate to hear when women interpret that contraction as a sign they weren’t ready. OMG nooooo….it’s a sign you’re expanding.

This is where “The All-In Frequency” (which I will be sharing more about) actually lives. Not in hype or manic decision-making….but with self trust and working with spirt and a whole crew of angels behind you.

It lives in energy before evidence, making a decision before proof and refusing half-in timelines but having systems and a pathway.

It lives in the grounded, sovereign choice to say, “This is who I am now,” and then regulating your body to match it instead of shrinking back to your old baseline which can take some practice and why I have my morning ritual every day to keep my frequency and nervous system regulated.

Living Intune is not about avoiding discomfort but about regulation before reaction and the presence to not believe the ego and that voice that says, “you should wait awhile, you don’t want something bad to happen…etc etc etc”

It’s like the chicken or the egg thing..if you keep listening to the fear you will be stuck in fear, but you have to feel the fear and do it anyways to not allow it to have power over you… but then you have to follow through a show up differently.

It’s about staying in your power long enough for the new level to become normal and do the thing to manifest it.

Why Rooms Matter

I did not build a multi-seven-figure company alone in my journal, I built it in rooms and with people.

Rooms where my next level was normal, events where shrinking wasn’t entertained, dinners where women were holding standards that stretched me.

Because here’s what no one romanticizes:

Your old environment will regulate you downward.

Old conversations normalize plateauing, hanging out with people who are scared of everything subtly reward your smaller self, and old standards make mediocrity feel comfortable.

I learned this the hard way a lot but identity stabilizes in proximity and it shrinks there too. You choose…

If you are the most expansive woman in your circle, you will either outgrow it or shrink inside it.

And too many powerful women choose shrinking because it feels less disruptive than expansion.

This is for the woman who is done riding the roller coaster and ready to stabilize at her next level instead of just visiting it. And if your body reacted reading this?

That’s not random I fully believe it’s expansion asking for integration.

I have nothing against January 1. I love a clean slate and love intention, reflection and I definitely felt the power of a lot of the collective shifting into new energy with the new year and I feel the 2026 abundant energy coming through…

Eclipses do not create problems (even though it can feel like it), they more reveal what is no longer aligned.

So when I was mapping out 2026 in December, instead of forcing myself to declare a new identity on January 1, I let myself look further ahead. I studied the lunar calendar. I looked at the eclipse timing and felt into February.

And when I saw what was going on February 17, I felt HUGE new beginning energy and I knew it would be so powerful to come together in community for this time.

I was shook- a New Moon Solar Eclipse at twenty eight degrees Aquarius landing on Lunar New Year, with Ramadan and Lent beginning within days, and the Fire Horse energy already building underneath it.

It just felt like all of the energy was coming together to release what cannot come with you, refine who you are becoming and rebuild from truth.

There’s a polarity to everything that is expanding on the planet right now, love and fear, contraction and expansion, certainty and uncertainty. And I think part of the reason we feel that tension so deeply is because we’re in the Age of Aquarius, where nothing can be hidden and that can be challenging for people like us who typically feel EVERYTHING. The good side of that is that when we are intending and working with the light, we will be expanded more into the light as the polarity is expanded more into the dark.

And on days like today, Valentine’s Day, you can really feel that energy. We’re surrounded by talk of love… but what does love actually mean for you when you’re becoming someone new? What does it mean when your desires are bigger than your old identity can hold?

That’s what this transition into the Fire Horse is asking of us.

Everyone loves the highlight reel… but very few talk about the becoming

Social media makes everything look instantaneous like success, love, transformation, manifestation, healing all should arrive quickly. But the real work is in the becoming.

You know what I mean, that stretch of your life where you don’t yet have the thing you’ve been calling in… but your body knows it’s coming. That in-between space of uncertainty, longing, and inner growth. That place where you’re releasing old patterns, old identities, old ways of seeing yourself… and stretching into something you have never been before.

Notice how that’s different from a “forcing” energy. It’s more internal. It’s more felt than performed and then the action stems from that place.

And as we near the shift into Fire Horse energy, a year that is known for passion, independence, freedom, and powerful self-expression, it’s inviting us to step into our next selves with intention, presence, and conscious choice.

This means letting your desires expand you rather than shrink you.

What love actually is and why this Valentine’s feels different

Since my divorce I haven’t shared very much about love and for me it’s just something I’m figuring out and keeping sacred for the time being but I have learned so much about love and relationships through this time.

For me I feel like love is so much more than I used to think it was.

Love isn’t just romantic connection, love is alignment.

Love is nervous-system safety.
Love is capacity.
Love is the ability to hold your own desire without fear.
Love is opening your heart especially when it feels vulnerable.

and love is loving yourself, believing and trusting yourself. Really seeing yourself from the perspective of spirit and having your heart chakra open.

One of the clearest signs to me that someone’s heart chakra is opening is this:

You stop comparing your journey to others.
You stop feeling deflated or threatened by someone else’s success.
You start feeling genuinely inspired by it.

Your belief in yourself grows when someone else rises, because their possibility begins to rewire your subconscious.

You start thinking:

“If they can do it… why can’t I?”

You start to expand instead of contract.
You start to allow possibility instead of resist it.
You start to believe in your own future self with less apology.

That is emotional maturity.
That is nervous-system safety.
That is leadership.

And that to me is one of the most beautiful expressions of love.

What this shift into the Fire Horse feels like
