Cash a check at a bank teller window, board a commercial airliner, or pick up a prescription, and you’re required to present a valid photo ID. This is common-sense - identity verification protects personal assets, maintains safety, and prevents fraud.

But when it comes to siphoning hundreds of billions of dollars of public benefits, or casting a ballot that dictates the future of the nation, our American government suddenly adopts an attitude of helpless, doe-eyed trust.

This isn’t an accident, nor is it administrative incompetence—it’s a structural feature. The same systemic loopholes that allow organized crime syndicates, non-citizens, and opportunistic bad actors to loot federal treasuries are also exploited by political machines to manipulate primary and general elections through uncleaned voter rolls and absentee ballot shenanigans.

Until the public demands a simple, non-negotiable standard—verify before you pay, and verify before you count—the cheating will only expand, and honest taxpayers will continue to pay the bill.

The Fraud Pipeline...

In the halls of federal and state bureaucracies, the primary objective is rarely fiscal honesty, operational efficiency, or protecting the taxpayer. The driving directive is simpler and far more destructive: increase spending at all costs.

In modern governance, budget sizes determine political power, department prestige, and administrative leverage. Under this incentive structure, rigorous accountability is viewed not as a duty, but an obstacle. The result is an unwritten policy across state and federal agencies - “distribute money first, investigate later”—or more accurately, “distribute money first, audit never.”

We are currently witnessing only the visible tip of a massive financial iceberg:

• According to the GAO Cumulative Improper Payments Report, federal executive agencies admitted to $186 billion in official improper payments in FY 2025 alone.

• This only reflects what agencies are willing to acknowledge. The dedicated GAO Fraud Risk Report estimates losses from fraud across federal programs range from $233 billion to $521 billion every single year. In high-volume, state-administered portals, actual fraud and improper payment rates routinely surpass 20% to 30%.

The Benefit Fraud Chain...

• Federal tax dollars flow into unvetted, state-administered online benefit portals.

• State bureaucracies face zero financial liability or clawback penalties for improper disbursements.

• Fraudulent payouts land in the hands of international crime syndicates, illegal aliens, and domestic system gamers.

• Local working families bear the cost through strained municipal budgets, higher taxes, and slashed public services.

While federal bureaucrats treat hundreds of billions in lost funds as a minor cost of doing business, state and local governments—and the taxpayers who fund them—end up taking the hit...

1. When Medicaid, emergency housing, and SNAP assistance are exploited, municipal resources are drained. Local county health departments, emergency rooms, and shelters are overwhelmed, crowding out honest citizens who need help.

2. Federal money does not vanish into a vacuum; every stolen dollar represents debt accumulated in the name of the American public. To make up the difference, state and local governments are forced to raise local property taxes, sales taxes, and municipal utility fees just to cover basic operational shortfalls.

3. As highlighted in House Oversight Committee findings on State-Administered Programs, state agencies feel no urgency to fix their porous web portals because federal tax dollars pay out the claims while the state risks no financial penalty for handing money to fraudsters.

Ending this systemic theft does not require complex central planning; it requires basic common-sense discipline:

Mandate real-time identity, residency, and citizenship verification against existing cross-referenced databases (Social Security Administration, IRS, state DMV, and the federal SAVE system) before any public money is transferred.

They are routinely used in primaries by machine bosses and career incumbents—including establishment Republicans—to stifle grassroots challengers, manipulate turnout, and secure comfortable political careers for life.

3. Require all election integrity legislation to be voted on as single-issue, standalone bills. Eliminate omnibus “piggybacking” so politicians can no longer hide behind procedural poison pills to kill voter ID laws.

4. Require continuous, equal two-party supervision at every stage of the process—from ballot retrieval and signature verification to tabulator processing—with mandatory 24/7 public video feeds. Counting must begin immediately upon poll closure and proceed without interruption until complete, prohibiting mid-night pauses, unannounced observer exclusions, or multi-day reporting delays.

5. And finally, fix the machines, or go exclusively to paper ballots.

Washington does not leave the door to our Treasury wide open out of tragic helplessness, nor does it leave voter rolls overflowing with phantom names by accident. They are two distinct manifestations of the same corrupt strategy: build systems designed without verification to protect bad actors, line the pockets of political syndicates, and protect incumbents at the expense of the American taxpayer.

We are tired of watching our hard-earned dollars siphoned off by fraud while our votes are diluted by administrative neglect. Demand the one standard that protects both the treasury and the republic: Verify before you pay, and verify before you count.

With all the political polls flooding our TV screens and smartphones, it’s practically impossible to separate truth from blatant fabrication. Every election cycle a familiar narrative plays out across corporate media. Months before Election Day, we are told conservative candidates are trailing by double digits, common-sense reforms are falling flat, and progressive momentum is declared “inevitable.”

Many good people just give up, saying, “I don’t follow politics anymore”—and go along with whatever their social circles or the nightly news tell them. This is by design.

These “scientific” polls are presented as a neutral calculation of the public mood. But to anyone who understands campaign strategy, they represent something far more dangerous: a deliberate attempt to shape reality - they are manipulating public behavior rather than measuring it.

The Illusion of Defeat

This is blatant psychological warfare designed to achieve three specific outcomes:

1. Voter demoralization: Convincing working-class and conservative voters that their ballots won’t matter tricks them into sitting out. Analysts estimate persistent “suppression polls” knock 2% to 5% off conservative turnout—more than enough to flip close elections.

2. Strangle challenger fundraising: It signals to grassroots donors that any donations are “wasted money,” depriving outsider campaigns of critical operational funds.

3. Induce social silencing: Everyday citizens feel isolated in their beliefs, hesitating to share their values with friends, family, or neighbors.

This becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy: skewed polls lead to diminished turnout, which in turn produces the exact loss the media predicted.

Media Polls Have Been Dead Wrong Before

A dishonest pollster doesn’t need to make up numbers—they simply adjust their methodology:

• Tricky Questions: A biased poll asks: “Do you support common-sense gun safety regulations to reduce violent crime?” Almost anyone says yes to “safety.” But reframe it neutrally—“Do you support or oppose restricting constitutional Second Amendment rights?”—and the numbers flip. Using loaded words for leftist positions while framing conservative values harshly routinely tilts responses by 5% to 12%.

When election rules allow unchecked mail-in ballots, you end up with mathematical anomalies—districts reporting impossible turnouts like 95% or casting more ballots than registered voters.

CHECK THE RECEIPTS: How to Spot a Suppression Poll

The Urban Bias: Check the Cross-Tabs - the demographic breakdown behind the poll’s final headline numbers—showing how many men, women, urban, or rural voters were questioned. If a statewide poll’s cross-tabs sample 10% more urban voters than the state’s actual turnout history, it’s a suppression poll.

The Push Question: If the prompt starts with “Given that Candidate X supports [negative media phrasing]...” it’s a push-poll, not honest research.

For decades, the playbook for seeking public office barely changed: raise an eye-watering sum of money, hire beltway strategists, flood mailboxes with glossy cards that go straight into the trash, and buy airbrushed 30-second TV spots that no one under fifty ever sees.

It was expensive, slow, and remarkably predictable. It was engineered by consultants, for consultants—ensuring that regardless of which candidate won or lost, the ad buyers and handlers walked away with their 15% cut.

That legacy system is collapsing.

We are witnessing the rise of the Un-Campaign—a lean, asymmetric, feed-first strategy that strips away the middleman, bypasses establishment gatekeepers, and communicates directly with voters… on their phones.

Voters are now immune to traditional political advertising. They spot canned talking points a mile away and swipe past staged photos in milliseconds. What grabs attention in today’s digital ecosystem isn’t slick flyers; it’s raw, unscripted authenticity.

The Un-Campaign operates on a simple premise: high-frequency, low-cost engagement beats low-frequency, high-cost advertising every single time.

Instead of spending $30,000 on a single TV ad taking three weeks for committee approval, Un-Campaign candidates produce three raw videos a day on their iPhone. For everyday citizens and conservative outsiders who feel locked out by million-dollar buy-ins, it serves as an inspirational blueprint: you don’t need the blessing of party bosses to force your way into the conversation.

Across current state houses, primary fights, and national circuits, this asymmetric shift is taking root among conservative and independent candidates.

The era of buying elections through sheer ad-spend dominance is drawing to a close. The political establishment will continue to pour millions into legacy media because that’s what legacy consultants know how to sell. But the candidates who win going forward will be those who recognize that the gatekeepers are gone.

You don’t need a million dollars, a high-rise strategy room, or a flock of consultants to run for office anymore. You just need a clear message, a relentless work ethic, and the courage to strip away the political theater.

The campaign is dead. Long live the Un-Campaign.

The Socialistas are taking over the Democrat Party and the establishment Democrats are so addicted to power and corruption that they just don’t care. They will say or do absolutely anything to save their seats (and stay out of prison.)

Their only strategy is to demonize President Trump and oppose everything he does, even when he helps their own constituents. If the Democrats win the midterms, the radical Socialistas will run the show.

Every two years people say “this is the most important election in history,” but for 2026, it couldn’t be more true.

First and foremost, election integrity is everything. Anyone who says fraud isn’t rampant is living on another planet. President Trump’s explosive revelations on Thursday night may finally force the RINO Senate to pass the SAVE Act and secure our ballots.

To win as many seats as possible, we have to pick America-First candidates in the remaining primaries and support them with everything we’ve got.

But the old way of running political campaigns is no longer effective.

Every election cycle, grassroots candidates for Congress, state house, and county seats are handed the same playbook by high-priced establishment consultants: “Raise hundreds of thousands of dollars, hand them over to a media firm, and generate polarizing TV ads and glossy mail pieces.”

Voters are completely sick of it. They don’t trust focus-grouped political ads, they change the channel, and they throw glossy campaign mail straight into the recycling. As one voter put it: “They send me flyers I will never read, asking for money I can’t afford, so they can send me more flyers I will never read.”

When candidates buy a polished, million-dollar ad campaign, they instantly signal to voters that they are part of the very establishment that has failed to fix their family’s critical pocketbook issues.

To win against well-funded incumbent machines and the liberal media, conservative candidates must change how they talk to the people.

The answer is a completely new approach: The Un-Campaign.

Grassroots candidates can flip the script on the establishment by using a strategy first mastered in the entertainment world. This is the approach that propelled Spencer Pratt to massive success in uberliberal California—before his second-place finish was stolen.

By using free, vertical-video platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts along with local digital channels, down-ballot candidates can get more reach, real authenticity, and deeper voter trust. They can replace fake, focus-group talking points with a raw look at real-world issues that matter to voters.

A successful low-cost, organic campaign doesn’t broadcast the same generic message to the whole district. Instead, the candidate uses daily, smartphone-shot videos to speak directly to the real-life pressure points of three specific voter groups we need for a conservative victory...

1. The Wary Conservative (“The Turnout Risk”)

Every midterm race has reliable, right-leaning voters who just stay home. They aren’t unpatriotic, their main frustration is watching their local and state government become a black hole for their hard-earned tax dollars. They feel that their vote will do nothing to end government waste and broken promises.

Candidates can reach these voters by acting as a citizen journalist pulling back the curtain on incompetent government taking their smartphone directly to local examples of government failure—like an abandoned municipal project or a wasteful county building. By exposing these failures in raw, unedited videos, the campaign converts voter frustration into a strong motivation to show up and vote.

2. The Disaffected Democrat (“The Defector”)

Across the country, millions of traditional working-class Democrats feel completely left behind by their party’s insane shift toward hyper-liberal policies and progressive social engineering. But they won’t vote for a conservative if they only see aggressive, multimillion-dollar partisan attack ads funded by national PACs.

Candidates must deploy distinct content strategies tailored directly to where each voter group hangs out online. For Wary Conservatives, the candidate will focus on government incompetence and waste by broadcasting unedited, on-site project analyses directly into closed civic groups and localized online forums. To reach Disaffected Democrats, the message shifts toward the everyday cost of living and basic survival, utilizing high-empathy, kitchen-table economic discussions shared in non-political community spaces. Finally, to win over Pure Independents, the content will highlight physical safety and local infrastructure through practical structural breakdowns, distributed across hyper-local social media networks.

Because this approach relies on free social media algorithms and raw authenticity, the absolutely best weapon is surprise. Traditional campaigns are slow, bureaucratic, and restricted by rigid ad schedules. When a conservative candidate deploys a high-frequency, unscripted Un-Campaign, the opposition’s highly paid consultants literally do not know how to respond. They are trained to fight traditional TV ads, not a fast-moving, organic network powered by real people.

To keep this advantage, the exact operational tactics, targets of exposés, specific video scripts, and local distribution channels must be kept completely confidential.

If the opposition finds out about this methodology early in the race, they will change their own media buys or coordinate counter-narratives to block the candidate’s organic reach. With all the news flooding our TV screens and cellphones it is practically impossible to separate truth from slanted information and blatant fabrications. Many people have given up – “I don’t follow politics any more” - and go with whatever their social groups tell them. This is by design.

As we celebrate our 250th anniversary, we must ask, “Are our best days ahead? Or are we doomed to fail?” The choice is up to us. It’s going to take clear thinking and hard work. I applaud all the conservative writers trying to explain what’s happening to our country and what can be done to save it.

The American experiment was unique to even consider that all men could be equal and power came from rights given by God, and not other men.

One of the most radical ideas of our revolution was that the general populace had both the right and the obligation to govern itself. There were to be no kings, no aristocracy, no emperors or caliphs or pharaohs. History was to serve as a guide, both for examples of failures and successes, for what worked and what didn't, but we were breaking new ground, charting new paths, and setting forth into an unknown future.

A guiding principle was that each individual was given fundamental rights by Divine order, and not by any secular authority or government. It was a principle that held every person equal before man and God regardless of birth or race or creed. Moreover, every person, including those in positions of power, were to answer to a Highest authority for their actions here on earth—an accountability that could not be evaded or dismissed.

Before America was born, people lived on two levels – the rulers and the ruled, kings and serfs, masters and slaves, the elites and the commoners. They understood the power of education as a means to control their subjects.

In pre-Civil War United States it was against the law to educate a slave. Without freedom of information, people could be controlled to believe anything. Today, many Muslim children are placed in madrasas and taught that Jews are devils and must be exterminated. North  Koreans believe Kim Jong Un is a god in human form.

The liberal media has infected millions of liberals with Trump Derangement Syndrome and a love for communism, while the Left controls education.

America is the last thing standing between freedom and total domination of the planet. It is the great prize, the wealthiest nation in history - I’ve estimated our country’s wealth at $320 Trillion.

Our Constitution, from its inception, as John Adams explained so eloquently, "...is made for a religious and moral people and is wholly inadequate to the government of any other." Adams meant that the U.S. Constitution relies on its citizens possessing internal virtue and self-restraint. How could the freedoms we are given work in any other way? No set of laws could possibly maintain order without its people having the internal qualities that can live with such freedom without resorting to despotism. The new Democrat Party has neither virtue, self-restraint, nor belief in God.

The right to vote is among our most cherished liberties, but equally important is the public’s confidence that every lawful vote -- and only lawful votes -- determines the outcome. Election integrity is not simply about preventing fraud; it is about preserving trust. An election that half the country believes was unfairly manipulated is an election that erodes trust in the republic and confidence in the system, regardless of who wins.

Such elections have become standard practice in California -- not by accident, but by intent. The state has embraced a philosophy that treats virtually every security measure as an obstacle to the apparent goal of maintaining one-party control. We hear it every election cycle – “this is the most important election in our lifetimes.” In the past, the different sides of the aisle would fuss and fight, but eventually come to a compromise. With the ultra-polarization of the Democrat Party, compromise is not an option – they either win the election and burn down the country, or lose the election and burn down the country.

In mid-term elections there are always predictions of “red tides” or “blue tsunamis.” But a recent Harvard poll found that the two parties are tied 50-50 on the Congressional ballot, with voter engagement for Republicans even showing a slight edge.

On Wednesday, the Supreme Court declared Louisiana’s newly-drawn Congressional map an unconstitutional gerrymander, which means Republicans could make immediate changes and gain dozens of House seats in November.

So, yes, the November election may be the most important in our lifetimes. It’s a choice between Democrat insanity of hating everything America, vs. Trump’s master plan to take the world from the brink of globalist domination to 50-100 years of peace and prosperity.

Despite the promising news, it’s all about generating enough turnout so the margin of victory is enough to overcome the fraud.

I meet many people from all walks of life. When I am able to start a gentle conversation about the state of our country, I’ve identified three distinct groups – die-hard conservatives, lifelong liberals, and the rest who have been so bombarded with lies and confusion that they “just don’t get into politics.”

A few die-hard conservatives are getting weary and see the constant attacks as discouraging. They feel the deck is stacked against them. Voting in a mid-term election isn’t worth the inconvenience. Their local candidate is a few points ahead in the polls and they have too much to do that day, or aren’t feeling well. They’ve heard awful claims against their candidate and they’re not sure he or she is worth the effort.

Lifelong liberals can be divided into two camps - old-school democrats who wanted a country where people were treated fairly and the little guy could get ahead, and radicalized liberals who have been stirred into a frenzy by the Left Media lies and TDS hatred.

Many of the old-schoolers now see the Democrat party on the wrong side of every 80/20-90/10 issue - secretly transgendered school children, men in women’s sports and bathrooms, abortion until birth, wide open borders, unimpeded crime in every Democrat-run city, etc. They don’t tell their friends, but many vote conservative in local, state and national elections and others stay at home.

The remaining radicalized Democrats have succumbed to the organized plan to put them into a never-ending emotional frenzy of fear and hatred. When exposed to anything conservative, they immediately “see red” and their rational minds implode. You can clearly see this whenever there is a new “crisis;” a drug user and petty thief dies while being restrained by police, ICE arrests an illegal and they see a photo of a small child next to a police car, an “innocent protester” is shot while running down an ICE agent with her SUV. They rush to join the pre-organized “grassroots” protests with mindless fear and unrestricted rage. We’ve all seen videos of liberals howling like wolves when Hilary and Harris lost their elections.

The “I don’t get into politics” group is simply overwhelmed with conflicting information. Every issue is a breathlessly presented media crisis where the evidence always shows the most liberal view. Clips and interviews are purposely edited to present the approved narrative. Cultural sources like late night talk shows and celebrity opinions are slanted 95% liberal. Their case is presented so emphatically that no one could believe they are lying on purpose – until the truth comes out and the story abruptly ends - to be replaced immediately with the next outrage.

Driving this transformation to the three camps of Left, Right and “Not Interested,” the change agent was the media, which progressed from reporting the news and letting their viewers decide, to showing only the “most important aspects” of a story, to actively manipulating the images and “facts” to move public opinion to the “correct conclusion.”

As I talk with people from any of these groups, I have a simple approach that seems to make a difference. I’m not looking for a conversion to my views, but an opening of their minds to consider other possibilities.

For “weary Conservatives” I agree, but point out that perhaps their exhaustion is on purpose. Would they rather sit on the sidelines and let someone else decide their future, or should they make the effort to go to the polls?

For old-school Democrats who feel their party has gone too far, I sympathize. I recall the old days where both sides would passionately argue their case during the day, and meet afterwards for a beer. Compromise got things done. I say it’s OK to consider a change.

When I meet a TDS radical leftist “in the wild” I never say I am a conservative, just that I support “common sense,” which usually leads to a nodding head reply. I am open-minded and seek to understand their position, which encourages them to continue the conversation so they can gleefully recruit me to their side. I only ask questions. “How do you think the country is doing?” “What are the issues that concern you the most?”

Whatever their response, I just ask for more information. Most liberals can’t get past three “why’s” and eventually resort to “I heard it on TV” or “I saw a photo on Facebook.” When they start to stumble, I repeat that I just use common sense and ask, “how do you know they are telling you the truth, did you research this yourself?”

My goal is never to convince them of the error of their ways and suddenly love Donald Trump, but only to ask them to open their minds to the possibility that they may be manipulated by others.

To the overwhelmed independents, I empathize. I know they have busy lives and don’t have the time to do extensive research on every issue. But I gently point out that not getting involved means they let someone else decide their future. I ask, “is it possible that the Democrats and their Media are purposely lying to you to get you to stay home and not vote?” “If so, isn’t this a clear sign that you should take a stand for yourself?”

Who is behind this manipulation of the media? We are now learning about the Southern Poverty Law Center’s efforts to drum up “Right Wing” hatred in Charlottesville for their own fundraising. We see foreigner contributions to ActBlue and George Soros spending billions install pro-crime prosecutors and judges and support Democrat candidates and causes.

Are these the people you want determining your family’s future?

How come almost every close election or long ballot count ends up with a Democrat winning? Don’t you want your vote to be counted honestly?

The problem doesn’t rest only with rabid TDS Democrats. RINOs are in charge in the Senate and Thune refuses to fix our elections.

We can hope that current fraud and election investigations will bear fruit and put intense pressure to clean things up, which would be very easy to do.

The Eric Swalwell story is one of many examples. Accusations had been made for years, but nothing was covered in the news until the evidence was overwhelming. First, Swalwell earnestly denied “the flat false” and “politically motivated” allegations.” When things got worse, he withdrew from the California governor’s race while staying in the Senate. He finally apologized for “mistakes in judgment” and resigned from office. The story ends there. No questions about why everyone around him looked the other way while he was abusing his female staffers. No concerns about years spent with a known Chinese spy or potentially compromised national security.

Once the media story loses traction or is disproved, the retraction is buried on page twenty, or never given, while the next outrage is trotted out for its turn in the spotlight. C. H. Spurgeon wrote in 1859, “A lie will go round the world while truth is pulling its boots on.”

American Patriots have been praying for the safe recovery of our missing Weapons Systems Officer since he and his pilot were shot down on Good Friday. Early Easter morning we learned of his safe extraction. We are grateful to God and our President.

I was thinking of how his life will be changed from now on. Will it be for the good, or will he and his family be subjected to hatred, insults, and even threats? Not just from Iranians, but from his own countrymen?

I would imagine that if he had a choice, he’d prefer to live the rest of his life in peace.

Most “heroes” are simply good people who fell into the limelight purely by chance. They’d say, “I was just doing my job” and “I was just following my training.”

And what about all of the heroes in the Iranian theater who risked their lives to locate and extract our Airman? They are heroes. Too. Each of them was willing to give their life to rescue someone they didn’t even know.

How about every other member of the Armed Forces who is currently serving in the Iran conflict? They are also just doing their jobs, and risking their lives for their countrymen.

How about every other current and former member of our military? Aren’t they just as heroic - going through dangerous and grueling training for years, missing their families while on deployment, and most likely working for less pay than they could earn in the private sector?

And what about those who serve as police officers, firemen, medics, and yes, even ICE agents? They put their lives on the line on a daily basis to help ordinary American citizens, (and even non-citizens.)

Our WSO hero’s life is going to change forever. His and his family’s faces will be plastered on every newspaper and newscast as “The Easter Miracle.” Everyone will know who they are and want to shake their hands.

But there’s a dark side to this newfound fame and fortune. Those with Trump Derangement Syndrome will see him as “a pawn of the military industrial complex,” a “murderer of babies and innocent civilians.” Protestors will line up outside his house, throw rocks at his windows, and burn his car.

Will Iranian sleeper cells set out to assassinate him? Will he and his family have to look over their collective shoulders for the rest of their lives? Will they need new identities in the Witness Protection Program?

If President Trump were to present him with the Medal of Honor in a joint session of Congress, will the Democrats sit on their hands, wear all white, and make catcalls during the ceremony? Will they organize “No Murderers!” protests across the country?

What has happened to the Deranged Minority? Will they ever be able to put aside their hatred and rejoin the American family?

It’s time for the Deranged to awaken, whether they’re on the streets of America or in our Congress. When something is horrible simply because Trump supports it, you’ve become a “useful idiot” for those who just want your vote so they can continue to remain in power and loot our Treasury. It’s as simple as that.

We’re rightfully outraged by headlines exposing nine billion dollars stolen by Somalis in Minnesota, but few Americans understand the magnitude of the problem. The Somalis are the “tip of the tip” of the iceberg.

Simply put, where there is wealth, there is corruption; and massive wealth means massive corruption.

And the United States is the wealthiest country to ever exist…

• U.S. oil and gas resources are worth roughly $137 trillion.

• Land value, including residential and commercial real estate, and farmland - $84 trillion.

• The estimated value of all U.S. natural resources, including energy, timber, and minerals - $45 trillion.

• U.S. stock market total capitalization - $47 trillion.

• U.S. Gross Domestic Product for 2025 is projected at $30.6 trillion.

• Our federal government’s total revenue was approximately $5.2 trillion for 2025. U.S. state tax revenue - $1.3 trillion.

• 2024 Federal government spending was $6.8 trillion, including Social Security, Medicare, unemployment, food assistance, veterans’ benefits, defense, education, transportation, and infrastructure, with interest on the national debt - $1 trillion.

• State & Local spending - $4.3 trillion.

• U.S. healthcare spending in 2024 - $5.3 trillion, with an 8.2% growth rate.

This list puts the value of the United States at roughly 320 TRILLION DOLLARS.

Each area of wealth fields an army of people raising money, conducting business, and spending money, with $4.4 billion per year spent lobbying for more.

Control the government, control the country, it’s economy and resources. Political spending for each two-year cycle is estimated at $6 billion for Presidential and Congressional candidates, $15.7 billion for PACs, party committees and independent expenditures - $7.1 billion. Statewide and local elections - $9 billion. Total political spending - $38 billion.

No one spends that much money without expecting a significant return on their investment.

Bureaucrats, regulators and judges determine policies and spending, and very few are incorruptible. Cash, gifts, a tip on the stock market, or a cushy job for a close relative can sway important decisions affecting billions in spending.

With such massive amounts of money at stake, it’s no wonder that bribery, influence peddling, blackmail, and even murder, are regular tools of drug cartels, mega-corporations, and even political parties who launder cash into political campaigns using identity theft. Everyone wants their piece of the massive pie that is the United States.

Corruption is nothing new…

• Between AD 300-400, Roman emperors issued hundreds of anti-corruption laws (unsuccessfully) addressing bribery, embezzlement, sale of offices, judicial corruption and tax fraud.

• Provincial governorships and military posts were openly purchased. Governors routinely paid large sums up front, then recouped costs by exploiting taxpayers.

• Tax corruption was estimated at 20-40%. Funds were siphoned off by local tax collectors, provincial governors, and military officials.

• Tax rolls were falsified. Wealthy landowners bribed officials to shift taxes onto peasants, bankrupting the state while burdening the poor.

• Military officers collected pay for nonexistent troops. Equipment budgets were embezzled. In some armies, 10–25% of listed soldiers were fictitious. Soldiers paid bribes to avoid duty or dangerous postings.

• Inflation and corruption reinforced each other. From AD 200 to 300, the silver content of Roman coins fell from 90% to under 5%.

• Court verdicts were routinely decided by bribes. Judges openly expected payments. Innocent people were convicted for inability to pay.

• The elite extracted enormous wealth and paid few taxes. By the 4th–5th centuries an estimated 1–2% of the population controlled over 50% of land. Senators could own estates larger than entire provinces. The state increasingly served private interests over public ones.

• Corruption was not the sole cause of the demise of the Roman Empire, but it was a critical accelerant. It drained revenue, undermined military effectiveness, destroyed public trust and shifted loyalty from the state.

Sound familiar?

Venezuela also tops the news. In 1950 it was the fourth richest nation in the world. Transparency International ranked Venezuela 178^th worst of 180 countries for corruption. Elites there live in guarded compounds while citizens starve.

Iran was ranked 18^th richest in 1977. Now their currency is worth zero. Its corruption rank is 151/180.

In the United States, Big Pharma seeks to control approval of new drugs. They limit negative news on side effects and out-of-control Obamacare waste and fraud by spending billions on drug advertising. Our leftist media spins every news story to hide the truth. Politicians from both sides are bought off to maintain the status quo.

An even greater threat is what Eisenhower called “the military industrial complex,” which creates “forever wars” while former military officials rotate directly into the defense industry. It is estimated that the U.S. spent $8 trillion on the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, with annual world-wide military spending of $2.7 trillion. When they build weapons, planes, ships and ammunition and no one uses them, their business dries up. Millions are spent each year on lobbying and political contributions to those on the prestigious Armed Services Committee.

Control elections and they control everything. Pouring even a small amount of money into a campaign for a cooperative candidate at the state or local level can change school curricula, business and zoning laws, and law enforcement, judges, sheriffs and prosecutors. These candidates can be relied upon to serve their masters’ wishes. News about fundraising corruption is exposing the culprits.

If you can’t win elections with excessive spending, why not just rig the votes? Democrat corruption is legendary but RINOs are worse - they pretend to want honest government while thwarting every attempt at meaningful change. It’s all theater for the masses.

The Kleptocrats hate Trump and Musk because they are among the few people in the world capable of resisting. The Left Media deliver a steady drumbeat of TDS hate and panic, while ignoring everything positive. Like master magicians, they use distraction- “We’re delighted that the corruption in Minnesota has been found. Nothing else to see here.”

Their goal is to make us weak, sick, stupid, entertained and drugged.

Thankfully, Americans are starting to wake up. We must realize that corruption is now so pervasive that it permeates every aspect of our society. It’s like a termite infestation so extreme that there is no wood left in the house, just termites, windows and paint.

As we struggle to pay rent, electric bills, groceries, healthcare, taxes and housing, we now understand that fraud doesn’t just cost the U.S. government, it hurts everyday Americans even worse.

We are approaching our 250^th birthday. Will we beat back the forces of corruption, or go the way of the Roman Empire, Venezuela and Iran? It’s up to us…

We are the only country strong enough to fight back against globalists, cartels and foreign and internal enemies. If we can blunt the military industrial complex and end forever wars, peace could break out over the entire planet, but there will be massive resistance.

Donald Trump has just established a new DOJ division to combat national fraud. But unless he can restore voting fairness, nothing will change as the Democrats and RINOs cheat their way into the House and Senate once again.

The impending disaster facing America’s greatest city could be averted by one simple agreement between Andrew Cuomo and Curtis Sliwa.

It’s arguable that the decision by Donald Trump to embrace one of his most vocal opponents and invite RFK, Jr. onto his team was a significant factor in his landslide victory in 2024.

Perhaps Cuomo and Sliwa could make a similar pact. Sliwa drops out in exchange for a specific position in the Cuomo administration – perhaps an area that involves public safety and fighting crime.

‘Nuff said.

PBS declares, “Why Charlie Kirk’s killing could embolden more political violence.”

The BBC’s “Special Correspondent,” Katty Kay writes, “America is at a dangerous crossroads following the Charlie Kirk shooting.”

ABC says “After Charlie Kirk's killing, MAGA world mourns, but some say 'we're at war.'”

The liberal media has no choice than to triple down on stoking fear and hatred.

Even some conservative writers are concluding that civil war is inevitable. On American Thinker, Chuck Mason predicts, “An Unavoidable American Conflict.”

But this may not be true. Meaningful social shifts can occur almost overnight. Malcolm Gladwell's The Tipping Point explains how ideas, trends, and social behaviors spread and become “epidemics” by applying principles from epidemiology to social phenomena.

History is replete with examples of rapid shifts in values.

The Tea Act of 1773 led to the Boston Tea Party and the beginning of the American Revolution.

Images of peaceful black protesters being assaulted with water hoses started the civil rights movement.

Video footage of Vietnam turned an entire generation against the war.

Obama’s plan to take over healthcare led to the formation of the second Tea Party.

The MeToo movement led to pushback against sexual harassment in the workplace.

And unchecked flows of illegal immigrants and rampant inner-city crime resulted in the election of Donald Trump.

The Mainstream Media has no choice but to continue drumming up fear to keep control of the narrative. But conservative writers must avoid buying in.

Human nature is a very powerful force. We are hard-wired to form social groups. In human evolution, if someone didn’t go along with the group they wouldn’t survive. This is as true today as it was in pre-history.

Think back to high school. There were the cool kids, the geeks, the football team, the druggies, etc. Everyone wanted to be in a group. No one wanted to sit in the cafeteria by themselves. By joining a group, you became a member of a tribe. You had friends to support you. But if you broke the rules, you were outcast.

There’s a reason why shunning in the Amish community, and excommunication in the Catholic Church are considered the ultimate punishment for those who won’t comply.

Groupthink extends to all areas of life. Educators force students to mimic their views, not think for themselves. Corporate America wants conformists, not people who will upset the applecart. Power over others, wealth and social status is very seductive - that’s why politicians will do almost anything to stay in office.

When you spend a few minutes on Facebook you immediately see how our country has been divided into warring camps. Anyone who attempts to challenge the other side is immediately “unfriended.” The social media algorithms are not designed to make the world a better place, but to extend viewing time as long as possible to increase ad revenue. No one wants to read comments opposing their world view, but they’ll spend hours reading those who agree with them.

The result is a giant echo-chamber where conflict is hatched and carefully incubated.

But as Gladwell explained in “Revenge of the Tipping Point,” when a certain amount of discontent is reached within a social group, people are willing leave and form their own.

The brutal murder of Charlie Kirk may be the tipping point that ends the Progressive-Democrats’ liberal takeover of our government, education system, media and corporations.

Kirk spent his last thirteen years reaching out to college students and respectfully challenging their thinking. Many of his best encounters can be viewed here. The students he talked with were clearly intelligent, but most showed their indoctrination. After enthusiastically parroting a few liberal talking points, they completely fell apart when challenged.

A major shift is starting. People can now leave the group of “cool kid liberals” and join the new group of “cool kids who are no longer fooled by liberals.”

“'I am now a registered Republican': Social media confirms tsunami of voters fleeing Democrat Party.” The New York Post reports “Disgusted ex-Democrats registering Republican after Charlie Kirk murder.”

The realignment is especially affecting young voters. Most simply go along with the crowd to be part of a social cool social group. If being a Democrat and “pro-trans” is no longer cool the new cool place could be learning how to think for yourself.

Requests to start new Turning Point chapters have topped 60,000 and Facebook followers are over eight million. Views of Kirk’s debate videos have gone through the roof.

There has been a massive backlash against people celebrating Kirk’s murder, causing a seismic shift in the very institutions that were promoting liberal views – corporations, colleges, and even educators. It’s suddenly fashionable to expel hateful liberals.

Businesses have no spine. Their job is to make money and if they perceive that they will be more profitable by adopting conservative values they will.

Word is finally getting out that outside forces, like George Soros, have been supporting liberal causes to destroy our country from within.

Since Trump won the 2024 election, some Democrat politicians have moved to the GOP. This will only accelerate as more realize the liberal mindset is finally being exposed as morally bankrupt. Democrat Senator John Fetterman is sounding more like a conservative than a liberal.

The insanity of the Democrat Party is finally being exposed. They have adopted the 20% view on every 80/20 political issue, from defending transgender mass shooters, allowing boys in girls’ sports, global-warming policies that make energy prices skyrocket, open borders, benefits for illegals, overspending on wasteful and corrupt public programs, and unchecked inner city crime. The list is a mile long.

Nothing shows this more clearly than the contrast between the responses to the death of George Floyd and Charlie Kirk.

Charlie Kirk’s murder is the wakeup call that will lead liberals from insanity and toward patriotic common sense.

Liberals are also starting to deprogram themselves about Donald Trump. For ten years they’ve been bombarded with stories describing him as a sexist, racist, homophobic, anti-Semitic monster. But they can’t help seeing that he stood up to Democrat lawfare, survived multiple assassination attempts, and his policies ended murder in Washington, D.C. in just a few hours.

Trump is the leader with the spine to push through pro-American projects, and the RINOs and the Left are going to have a very hard time resisting.

The only civil war we will be facing is the internal civil war inside the mainstream media and the Democrat Party, with a significant segment doubling down on insanity.

The mid-term elections in 2026 will be critical. Normally the party in power loses seats, but with investigations into liberal senators and other officials, there is no telling who might resign in disgrace, RINOs may retire, or lose in primaries.

Whatever happens, most of America will have moved on to peace, prosperity, love of country, and common sense, and the rest of the world is already starting to follow.

DOGE is uncovering blatant theft of taxpayer funds. How could any government official justify stealing money from neighbors who are barely surviving from day to day, simply to buy a bigger yacht?

Criminal psychology can help us understand how the human mind rationalizes committing heinous acts that harm innocent people.

Criminology has developed theories, among them moral disengagement, cognitive dissonance, and neutralization theory, that may explain recent actions – a total disregard of rules of public decorum at a national speech, multiple staged protests and bullying tactics opposing Trump’s new initiatives, but also to justify political corruption and massive misuse of public funds.

Cognitive dissonance refers to the mental discomfort experienced when people’s actions are inconsistent with their values. This leads them to change their beliefs to justify those actions. A good example is the case of former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich arrested in 1988 for attempting to sell the U.S. Senate seat vacated by Barack Obama. Despite the clear evidence against him, Blagojevich maintained that his actions were misinterpreted and that he believed he was working for the state's best interest. This is a classic case of cognitive dissonance, where Blagojevich adjusted his narrative to align with his self-perception as a dedicated public servant.

In the realm of campaign finance, cognitive dissonance may also occur when politicians publicly advocate for reducing the influence of money in politics while accepting huge donations from special interest groups, tech companies, or Wall Street firms and simultaneously promoting policies to benefit those industries. To resolve the dissonance between their public stance and private actions, they might emphasize the need for money for their political campaigns, rationalizing that their beneficial policy goals justify accepting such contributions.

Moral disengagement involves justifying unethical actions through various cognitive mechanisms. During the 2020 protests following the death of George Floyd, many engaged in violence and looting of business owners in their own neighborhoods. They may have justified their actions as a means of drawing attention to systemic injustice, or to right what they perceived as past wrongs —both forms of moral justification.

Neutralization theory provides insight into how individuals rationalize illegal behaviors like voter fraud. In recent years, there have been countless allegations of intentional misconduct in various elections, including the 2020 U.S. presidential election. In December of 2023, Rasmussen released a landmark poll where 20% of U.S. voters admitted cheating using absentee ballots in the 2020 election. Many may have rationalized their behavior by denying any real harm, a technique known as denial of injury. By convincing themselves that one fraudulent vote would not impact the election outcome, they neutralized the guilt associated with their actions.

One can only guess the kinds of rationalizations Democrat operatives might have used when they submitted thousands of voter registration forms they knew to be fraudulent.

Misuse of taxpayer money is a frequent issue in political corruption, often justified through moral disengagement. In 2018, Malaysia's former Prime Minister Najib Razak was implicated in the 1Malaysia Development Berhad scandal, where billions of dollars were embezzled from a government fund used by Najib and his associates for personal luxuries and political campaigns. Najib's defense centered around the claim that he believed the fund would benefit the Malaysian economy, illustrating moral justification.

Situational factors can significantly influence how individuals rationalize unethical behavior through the diffusion of responsibility. In a corrupt corporate culture, individuals may feel less personally accountable for their actions. The 2001 Enron scandal, although primarily a corporate case, offers insights into political corruption. Executives at Enron engaged in widespread accounting fraud, leading to the company's collapse. Many involved justified their actions by pointing to a high-pressure environment where unethical behavior was normalized. By diffusing responsibility across the organization, individuals felt less culpable for their actions. Certainly this could apply in government agencies where “everyone” submits and approves wasteful or corrupt spending on useless or nonexistent projects.

Instances of document falsification can involve rationalization through the denial of victim. For example, in political news reporting, there might be cases where information is selectively edited or presented misleadingly to advance a narrative. If a Democratic operative was to spread false and misleading information about President Trump, they might rationalize this by viewing him as a legitimate target due to policy disagreements, past actions or simple dislike of his mannerisms.

Politically motivated “lawfare” can also be justified this way. In 2019, the U.S. House of Representatives initiated impeachment proceedings against President Trump, alleging abuse of power and obstruction of Congress. They used false and misleading evidence and ignored basic rules of legal process. They justified their actions and condemned his defense team by claiming that Trump was so corrupt that any method to get him out of office was acceptable. By framing these actions as essential to uphold democratic norms or protect civil rights, individuals can rationalize the use of legal tools that might otherwise be seen as unfairly hyper-partisan. Yet they would be horrified if someone tried doing the same thing to them.

Some individuals engaged in political misconduct may actually exhibit psychopathic traits, characterized by a lack of empathy and remorse. This can be observed in the case of J. Michael Pearson, former CEO of Valeant Pharmaceuticals. Although not a politician, Pearson's actions have significant political implications. Under his leadership, Valeant used aggressive pricing strategies to put the cost of essential medications out of reach of many Americans. His apparent disregard for the well-being of patients highlights a lack of empathy, a hallmark of psychopathy, which facilitated his morally questionable business practices.

Understanding the psychological mechanisms behind the rationalization of harmful behavior is essential for addressing and preventing criminal activity, particularly in these political contexts. By examining real-life examples through the lenses of cognitive dissonance, moral disengagement, neutralization theory, and other psychological frameworks, we gain valuable insights into the complexities of human behavior which can help to develop interventions and policies aimed at promoting ethical conduct in political and corporate life.

DOGE is uncovering trillions of wasted taxpayer dollars, support of criminal activities, irreparable harm to the economy, and turning down other programs that would actually benefit the nation. Yet many oppose their every move.

The ones who are screaming the loudest are the criminals who are committing the fraud along with the judges who have been advancing their lawfare.

The solution is to continue pointing out the massive levels of corruption uncovered using clear facts and a dark sense of humor. We can explain how other projects may have been passed by in favor of corrupt activities such as criminal bribes and kickbacks, allowing criminals into the country, and rampant crime in our inner cities.

There is one objection to DOGE that does have some merit. Randomly interspersed through the fraud and corruption are a few government programs that actually may do more good than harm. It would be relatively easy for DOGE to set up a national hotline for citizens to report on good programs that have been temporarily frozen for expedited review and reinstatement.

However they justify it, these politicians and bureaucrats are stealing from taxpayers and should be arrested and thrown in prison.

When judges violate these standards, the impeachment process acts as a vital mechanism to address misconduct and preserve the judiciary's credibility.

Federal judges are guided by the "Code of Conduct for United States Judges," established by the Judicial Conference of the United States…

Judges must be independent and impartial. They must remain free from external influences, ensuring their decisions are based solely on legal principles and evidence rather than personal biases or public opinion.

Judges are expected to uphold high standards of honesty, integrity and transparency, both personally and professionally.

Judges must maintain a professional demeanor and avoid any actions or relationships that might compromise their impartiality or the dignity of their office.

Judges are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of sensitive information obtained in their official capacity, respecting privacy, and maintaining the integrity of judicial proceedings.

Any violations of these ethics can lead to a higher court overturning their rulings, ethics charges and even impeachment proceedings.

Impeachment of federal judges is rare but significant, reflecting the gravity of judicial misconduct. As of October 2023, 15 federal judges have been impeached by the House of Representatives. Charges included…

Impeachment proceedings begin in the House, where any member can introduce a resolution calling for an investigation into a judge's conduct. The House Judiciary Committee typically conducts this investigation.

If the committee finds sufficient evidence, it drafts articles of impeachment. These articles are debated and voted on by the full House. A simple majority of those present and voting is required to approve at least one article, officially impeaching the judge.

Following impeachment, a trial is conducted and the Senate acts as the jury, with the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court presiding. Both House managers (acting as prosecutors) and defense counsel for the judge present their cases.

To convict and remove the judge, a two-thirds majority vote is required in the Senate. In partisan times like these, it would be rare for Democrats to vote to impeach any judge.

The integrity of the judiciary is fundamental to the democratic fabric of the United States. Ethical judges ensure fair and impartial justice, providing a crucial check on the powers of the legislative and executive branches. This impartiality is vital for both political parties, as it guarantees that laws are applied consistently and that individual rights are protected regardless of political affiliation.

A judiciary perceived as biased or corrupt can erode public confidence, leading to skepticism about the fairness of legal proceedings and the rule of law. This perception can have far-reaching implications, influencing everything from civil rights to economic stability.

Ensuring that judges adhere to ethical standards is not just about maintaining the reputation of the judiciary; it is about safeguarding democracy itself. For political parties, maintaining ethical judges is crucial as it ensures that political motivations do not undermine the judicial process. Both parties benefit from a judiciary that decides cases based on law and evidence rather than political pressure or personal bias.

Judicial appointments have become increasingly politicized, with both parties recognizing the long-term impact of appointing judges who align with their ideological perspectives. However, while the ideological leanings of judges may vary, the expectation of ethical conduct remains constant.

Unfortunately, the number of federal cases that are perceived as biased has risen sharply in the last ten years, many featuring opposition to President Trump and his policies with a corresponding drop in trust and confidence in the judicial branch from 75% in 2000 to just 50% in 2022.

Ensuring that appointees adhere to ethical standards is a bipartisan priority. The Senate's role in confirming judicial nominees involves rigorous vetting processes aimed at evaluating not only the qualifications and judicial philosophy of candidates but also their ethical standards and past conduct.

When judges fail to adhere to ethical standards, the consequences can be severe, affecting not only the individuals involved but also the broader perception of justice. Ethical lapses can lead to erosion of public trust, unjust outcomes, and increased polarization.

While the process to remove judges is daunting, simply bringing official charges and exposing unethical behavior of conflicts of interest and personal bias in the House of Representatives may begin the process of reining in biased judges.

A good start would be federal judge John McConnell from Rhode Island – whose daughter, Catherine McConnell, is a senior advisor to the Department of Education.

Parading a dozen or more judges in front of the Judiciary Committee and watching them try to justify their biased decisions will go a long way toward ending partisan bias in our federal courts.

There is a court that may be even more important than the Supreme Court – the court of public opinion.

Call your representatives and senators and demand they begin impeachment hearings for corrupt and biased federal judges.

What we have learned about rampant and pervasive Deep State corruption over the past thirty days defies comprehension. Even the most imaginative analogies fall short…

The woman who gets access to her boyfriend’s phone while he is outside the bathroom door whining that she’s “violating his privacy.”

A homeowner who is horrified to find out his house is so infested with termites that all that remains is the paint and the windows. Is he mad at the pest control company who discovered the problem?

There’s even a southern saying – “the ticks outweigh the dog.”

What do Hamas, FEMA, and the Democrats have in common? They all claim to be protecting the little guy, but now we discovered obese Hamas “fighters” living underground stealing the Palestinians’ food, FEMA “unable” to help disaster victims in North Carolina because they spent billions on illegal aliens, and Democrats diverting billions in pet projects to reward themselves and their families.

We are discovering that the rot goes so deep that EVERYONE is in on it, with the CIA using USAID money to fund the Media to destroy anyone who dares to question the corruption. Everyone involved gets rich looting the Treasury, our economy, and our national resources, while claiming to “protect the poor and the innocent.”

Over many years a large portion of our population has been intentionally brainwashed into believing the lies, starting with kindergarten, grade school, high school, college and into the workforce. “America is the racist-sexist-oppressor-colonialist-thief that must be destroyed.” No dissent is permitted.

Now many despise anyone who tries to expose the truth and fix the problem. Every trick in the book has been used to silence their critics, from character assassination and lawfare to actual assassination attempts. Very few could stand up to this level of attack. Many have been demonized, deplatformed, fired, sued, and successfully prosecuted on fake charges to languish in prison under the most inhumane and illegal conditions.

Only a couple of billionaires with a fearless love of country would risk it all to save our nation. Fortunately, Trump, with Musk’s help, developed a plan to systematically work through our government’s web of financial and judicial corruption to expose EVERYTHING. Whether this will wake up the brainwashed is another question.

The lies and corruption are so extensive that if they leave even one cancer remaining, their efforts won’t succeed.

One of my skills as a political writer has been to see connections. While others focus on a single issue, I try to see the big picture and look for patterns. For example, the same identity theft used to create fake votes is being used to create fake campaign donations.

So how can Trump and his team fix the problems once and for all? Talk is cheap, action is priceless - how do we help?

1. It all starts with Trump’s cabinet picks. Their hearings have been delayed as long as possible while fake charges are circulated to give RINO’s cover to vote against them. Fortunately, this has only postponed the inevitable as the public learns about what’s been happening to our country. Trump’s cabinet is being filled in.

Action: We need to continue political pressure on the RINO holdouts to quickly confirm Trump’s cabinet picks and the 1,500 others who need Senate approval.

2. In the meantime, Trump and Musk have done amazing work setting up a process to get access to government computer systems so quickly that the Deep State has been unable to stop them.

The Left’s only response has been to persuade sympathetic judges to issue Temporary Restraining Orders to deny them access.

Action: We need to point out the flimsy and hypocritical legal excuses these judges are using to delay DOGE and expose their conflicts of interest and that very clear standards of judicial integrity are being violated. If a judge has a personal bias or a family member even remotely connected to the case, they MUST recuse themselves. If not, impeachment proceedings must begin immediately.

3. There are good people caught in the middle between keeping their jobs and allowing the American people to be defrauded. They are the key to unlocking the depth of the corruption and bringing it to an end. There are very specific whistleblower laws to protect those who come forward, but they have been ignored with whistleblowers threatened, demonized, fired, and even prosecuted and imprisoned.

Action: We must demand a pardon for heroic election worker Tina Peters immediately and an investigation must be conducted into her evidence of election fraud. New systems must be put in place to allow whistleblowers – even those who have broken the law – to come forward with their families protected.

4. There are others in our government who have been threatened and even blackmailed to continue the fraud.

Action: We need safe, confidential ways for these people to come forward – even if they are congressmen or senators. Some could even “stay undercover” to help build cases against their tormentors.

5. There are also people who have been involved with the corruption who may fear prosecution.

Action: These people should also be encouraged to safely come forward with evidence of the crimes being committed around them and offered clemency or reduced sentences.

6. Politicians involved in the Deep State on both sides of the aisle need to be exposed and replaced. As we learn the depths of the financial corruption looting our treasury, we learn that many of the funds are used to bribe public officials, buy votes, or steal elections.

Action: We must immediately embark on a campaign to investigate suspicious elections from 2024 and overturn the results. The cheaters must be prosecuted and their opponent should be put into office. Orange County, California in particular has multiple suspect House elections that could dramatically change the balance of power. A concerned citizen has offered to conduct an audit at no charge. At the very least, new elections should be held under very strict supervision.

7. Soros-funded judges, prosecutors, and even local commissioners and school board members have wrecked our inner cities and allowed insanity in our schools.

Action: RNC should embark on a nationwide effort to find and vet candidates at all levels, with nationwide training, support and funding. RINOs in the House and Senate need to be primaried.

8. Our campaign finance laws have been deliberately circumvented via Democrat identity theft using senior citizens’ names to make millions of illegal donations.

Action: We must investigate and prosecute illegal campaign financing and tighten controls.

9. Our entire voting system has been seriously compromised. The same dead people who are receiving Social Security checks overseas are also in our state voter databases and casting absentee ballots for liberal candidates.

Action: Investigations must be held to expose the entire voter fraud industry and overhaul our voting system. Foreign countries found to be interfering with our elections should be held accountable.

10. Finally, those who have betrayed our country must be exposed, tried and convicted and sent to Gitmo with long sentences. Musk has announced plan to investigate government workers with high net worth.

Horrifying question, yes, but think it through.

If you knew who was going to win the game and the exact final score, would you even bother to watch?

How would you feel if you learned every play was scripted, every injury was planned, and everyone, from the sportscasters to the players and coaches, to the referees, was in on it?

Or if the power shut down in the last 30 seconds of the game and a different score showed up on the scoreboard?

Basically you would be watching a live performance, not an honest contest of the best athletes and coaches using their finest strategies to win the most coveted prize in all of professional sports.

What if you learned that all of football is rigged simply to extract money from the fans who are sports betting? They invest their hard-earned money hoping their special insights will get them ahead and now we find that the only people who make money on betting are the insiders who know the script.

Any talk about “the fix” is ruthlessly shut down, to the point where honest sportswriters are demonized, discredited and even prosecuted.

Parents who want their sons to become involved in the art of athletic competition with the hopes of one day getting a rewarding career in football would be horrified to learn that every player is pre-selected for every high school and college team, and brought into the NFL knowing that they’re simply acting a part, and not competing fairly at all.

I know it’s sacrilege to even bring up this idea, and I am making zero accusations about the Super Bowl or the NFL.

I have found that an upsetting analogy is a great way to wake up people to reality. If someone would be horribly upset to learn about a problem in one area of life, why would they ignore a similar problem elsewhere?

In this case I’m really discussing the entire political system in the United States and how it impacts the rest of the world. We think we are witnessing a fair contest of individuals vying for political office, from local school boards and prosecutors, to state legislators, to House and Senate officials.

President Trump and Elon Musk’s D.O.G.E. team have completely blown the lid on the Deep State bureaucracies in just a few days of data capture and analysis. Everything we thought we knew about how our country has been run for the last 20 years is being called into question.

We are seeing taxpayer funds supposed to be used for emergency relief being funneled into illegal immigrants for the purposes of controlling elections. International aid is being diverted into the pockets of corrupt organizations, terrorists, foreign leaders, and then kicked back to political parties.

$160 million was spent on sub-standard schools in Pakistan. Friendly foreign leaders were targeted. Millions of AID money was used to fund the impeachment of President Trump. Millions more was spent funding liberal news organizations. The list of government agency abominations is long and getting longer every day.

The bureaucrats tasked with protecting our money don’t even show up to work, or, when they do, brag about playing video games all day while collecting a big paycheck.

But this is not just about DOGE and what they are finding in USAID or the EPA. It is becoming apparent that every aspect of our political lives is being rigged to the benefit of a vast group of special interests, including Big Pharma, Big Food, and the Military Industrial Complex. Their goal is to make billions selling unhealthy food, make more billions trying to cure sick Americans, and use our tax money to fight endless wars.

Any objection is met with overwhelming force – lawfare, censorship, character assassination, and even real assassination attempts. The DOGE team has shown us that the news media is being paid by the government to control every story. Our tax money is being used to manipulate political candidates and elected officials.

The D.O.G.E. team has applied modern computing tools to quickly uncover the connections. The Biden Crime Family thought they could hide their bribes and kickbacks by creating a maze of shell corporations. This was 1990’s thinking. A modern computer can now show the trail of money from foreign governments paying for Biden favors in nanoseconds.

The list of fake programs funneling billions to foreign governments and NGOs who then bring in millions of illegal aliens, while kicking back money to Democrat candidates is going to be long…

But the real key to political power in the United States, and any country that conducts elections, is the election process itself. If you control the votes and the counting, you can remain in power forever.

Election laws have been changed to facilitate fraud and hide cheating.

This is why Nancy Pelosi’s first bill when she became Speaker was H.R.1 - a systematic destruction of election integrity rules. It wasn’t passed in its original form, but many provisions were adopted, especially in Democrat and swing states.

This is why D.O.G.E. needs to spend a few days looking at state election databases, federal campaign contributions, and lax election laws to uncover the cycle of fake voters, fake absentee ballots, fake counts, and zero chains of custody.

Grassroots election integrity groups sprang up after the 2020 election and acquired the actual databases from many state election boards and began to analyze the data. Data analysts using software from the 1970s poured through the information and found fraud on such a massive level that can’t be from “clerical errors” or “database glitches.”

The counts don’t even add up. When you have 10,000 votes counted but only 9,000 voters, you don’t need a computer to tell you there’s fraud.

What took hundreds of volunteers thousands of hours to discover can be done by the DOGE team in a few days. Relational databases can show duplicate entries, names with purposefully corrupt characters, addresses that don’t exist, and scores of voters living at the same address or non-residential locations.

They can spot anomalies in vote counting where voter participation rates approach or exceed 100%, or where one county has 99% participation, when the next county over has 60%.

What they expose will wake up all Americans to the fact that our entire electoral system has been compromised, from campaign finance fraud stealing seniors’ identities to launder millions in contributions to Democrat candidates, voter registration fraud where illegal aliens are signed up as absentee voters with no signature verification, and countless other ways that our votes are being manipulated in favor of senators and congressmen, judges and prosecutors, all the way down to local school boards.

This corruption must stop. The more we find, the madder people will be and the harder it will be to ignore the fraud or try to avoid fixing it.

We can even rename the team to D.O.H.E. - Department of Honest Elections.

Bob Dylan was right in 1964 and he’s right today. “The times they are a-changin’.”

Donald Trump has realized that our country faces incomprehensible challenges from outside, and sadly even from within our own borders. We need fundamental change from the top-down. It takes great insight and skill to make sense of today's problems and greater courage to suggest solutions.

That is what we find in Josh Bernstein’s new book, “Preserving Liberty, Bold and Brave Solutions to Save America and Create Permanent Freedom.” He thoughtfully addresses the critical issues of voting integrity, big government, borders, Washington bureaucracy, government spending, gun rights, the origins of COVID, the threat from China, class warfare and censorship – all issues that our president, and his team, are working on right now.

Bernstein begins with the well-known story of Elizabeth Willing Powel asking Ben Franklin, “Well, Doctor Franklin, what have we got, a republic or a monarchy?” Franklin’s reply, “A Republic, if you can keep it.”

What we don’t often hear is what was said next. “Dr. Franklin, why would we not be able to keep it?” His response, “Because the people, on tasting the dish, are always disposed to eat more of it then does them good.”

This is how self-serving politicians in both parties became the problem; the incentives to serve their donors became greater than their duty to represent their voters.

Bernstein sees the problem as “the two-party duopoly, which has ruled Washington, DC for many decades, as well as the military industrial complex and the entrenched administrative state.”

He quotes Alexander Fraser Tytler, “A Democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits.”

Sound familiar? Recent elections have been overwhelmed with promises from the candidates for student loans relief, bailouts, and endless benefit programs.

Voter confidence and integrity is his first target.

Bernstein cites the landmark 2023 Heartland/Rasmussen poll, which shockingly revealed “one out of five voters who voted in the 2020 general election admitted to committing voter fraud through mail-in voting. … That’s a potential thirty-one million fraudulent votes at a minimum that could have been cast in the last election!”

Bernstein points out that election laws were changed without the consent of their legislatures, which is a direct violation of the Constitution and advocates for mandatory voter ID, paper ballots, eliminating ballot harvesting, same-day registration and most mail-in voting, and would require all ballots to be counted on election night with results reported simultaneously.

He then turns his attention to “Big Government” and discusses the consequences of the 2001 Patriot Act, the Help America Vote Act, and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. The latter developed an unusual focus on policing social media - something that Bernstein is unfortunately quite aware of. As an investigative reporter he was banned simultaneously from five different social media sites for speaking out about the real story behind Squad member Ilhan Omar.

Next he addresses our wide-open borders. He points out “65 percent or 2.06 million of 2023’s 3.2 million encounters were single adults traveling with no children!” This is not families seeking a better life, but an invasion.

He suggests we finish the border wall and start another on the northern side, no amnesty, “rounding up and deporting en masse every illegal alien with a criminal record” and reinstating the “Remain in Mexico” policy.

To remove the enticements to come here in the first place “We must eliminate the visa lottery, chain migration and birthright citizenship for illegal aliens.” Issues President Trump is considering right now.

In Chapter 4, “Dismantling Washington, DC,” he discusses how to stop the endless leaks, end the Administrative State, and, once a President Elect's transition team is established, require that every former official reapply for their jobs within thirty days.

In subsequent chapters he supports term limits for the House, Senate and even the Supreme Court, and proposes an end to lobbyists. He says Congress needs to go back to being a part-time job, insisting that all 535 members should work from home in their respective states. He supports major reductions in government spending and ending “no gun zones” in schools and elsewhere.

In chapter 7, Bernstein does a deep dive into the origins of COVID. He starts with the May 16, 2024, New York Post article titled, “We now know the likely truth about Covid, and how scientists lied.” He explains “Event 201,” and how it was instrumental in starting the pandemic and the N.I.H. link to the Wuhan Institute of Virology, and then roundly roasts Dr. Fauci…

“I believe when the history books are written, Dr. Anthony Fauci will go down as one of the world’s most prolific mass murderers in history. He deserves to be stripped of his pensions, retirement, and license to practice medicine, and face prosecution.” Too bad Biden pardoned him.

Chapter 8 focuses on China which “presents the most complicated and multi-faceted set of dangers that puts them in a class all by themselves. From their sophisticated spying networks to their highly organized cyber warfare practices, they present a clear and present danger to our national security and our infrastructure.”

He discusses their Belt and Road Initiative, military buildups, improper trade policies, TikTok, and human rights abuses against the Uyghurs.

Regarding “The Class Warfare Argument and Universal Basic Income” he says “If you take from the rich, you give the rich less incentive. If you give what you have taken from the rich to the poor, you make the poor more dependent, nobody wins.”

He proposes a single 22% consumption tax for everyone, replacing income taxes, property taxes, payroll taxes, estate taxes, and capital gains taxes.

He ends by addressing “Censorship and Fake News,” and has a viable solution on how to end it permanently. Freedom of Speech is obviously something he is deservedly passionate about.

Bernstein argues, “Censorship is a tool people use when they can’t win an argument. It is designed for simple and weak-minded individuals who can’t stand criticism or can’t counter a narrative. So, if they disagree with something you say or believe, they immediately look for ways to silence you, rather than challenge you in a peaceful debate.”

In addition to interfering with our elections, crushing our First Amendment rights, and targeting individuals our government does not like, he claims the “FBI was paying, or reimbursing social media platforms that censored or removed content the FBI did not like.”

As I said at the start, “talk is cheap.” Bernstein offers concrete solutions. Hopefully our new president will take heed.

Bernstein explains “we the people” have the power - we just don't know how to use it. He suggests we get involved with politics at the local level, as candidates, election officials or volunteers.

“Start petitions and get them on your state ballot. Start networking groups so you can teach others the importance of civic engagement.”

“Volunteer to be a poll watcher. Keep an eye on the parking lots. If you see something strange, report it. America won’t survive with more ballots under tables, fictitious water leaks, and after midnight backdoor deliveries.”

I was writing an article and mentioning that I often say “there are 87 different issues that Americans are worried about.” So I decided to stop and ask AskGPT for a list.

“What are the top 100 areas of concern for average Americans, such as global warming, the U.S. debt, crime, transgenderism, etc. Sort by most important and give percentages.”

It generated a list.

I immediately noticed that some issues popped up on the top that didn’t match my idea of what might be a balanced result, such as Global warming and climate change, Environmental degradation, LGBTQ+ rights, Public transportation issues, Drug pricing and pharmaceutical industry, and Consumer protection and Gender pay gap.

So I politely asked, “what are your sources for these rankings?

The rankings and percentages mentioned in the previous response are synthesized from various sources, including:

Public Opinion Polls - Surveys conducted by organizations such as Gallup, Pew Research Center, and Ipsos, which gauge public sentiment on key issues.

Government Reports - Studies and reports from federal agencies (like the CDC, Bureau of Labor Statistics, etc.) that provide data on social and economic issues.

Research Studies - Academic and NGO research that highlights community concerns and priorities.

Media Analysis - Coverage and analysis from reputable news sources that reflect public discourse on these issues.

I noticed a lot of liberal sources and wondered, “if ChatBots use data from the Internet, and the Internet prioritizes liberal positions, then would its results would show liberal views?”

I asked, “looking at the above sources, is it possible that this list reflects a bias toward liberal concerns?”

Chat replied.

Looks like some electronic honesty. Very promising!

I asked, “Can you answer my question again trying to balance conservative and liberal sources and government agencies?”

I got a new list that was VERY different.

I then set up a spreadsheet and reconciled the first response with the “balanced” response and calculated the percent difference between the two.

So the first line, Support for veterans, showed only a 2% ranking in the first query, but the “balanced query” result was 31%, over fourteen times greater.

From the bottom of the full list (not shown above) “Global warming and climate change” was ranked 80% in the first query and 65% in the balanced query.

There were some topics in the first query that didn’t even show up in the “balanced” sample…

So “Environmental degradation” showed up at 45% in the first result, but not at all in the balanced query. And “Economic stability and inflation” scored at 52% in the balanced study, but wasn’t even listed in the initial query.

I can just imagine if I did a similar query asking for results based on “conservative sources.”

Please note that chatbots take data from the day they were “born” and ignore anything after that. In this case I used AskGPT data which ends in October 2021, so this doesn’t reflect the last four and a half years. AskGPT-4o ends in October 2023.

I asked it, “why don't chatbots access the most recent data?”

“Chatbots typically don't access the most recent data due to limitations in their design, such as privacy concerns, the need for manual updates, and the complexity of integrating real-time data streams.”

I probably could have simply written an article with only four words, “Garbage In, Garbage Out,” but that wouldn’t have been as much fun.

My little electronic adventure demonstrates that the Internet is chock full of liberal leaning data and opinions, and any attempt to get an unbiased answer to an honest question is going to be a challenge.

But this doesn’t go for just Chatbots. Everything you read online can be biased toward liberal views.

Many assertions by the Left are based on scientific research. But researchers are dependent on their educational institutions or their financial backers for support. There have been many reports of studies tainted by a desire to please their bosses and keep their jobs. Perhaps they don’t want to be being censored, deplatformed or shadow-banned for sharing an unpopular conclusion. “Climate scientists” frantic about “Global Warming” is a prime example.

The top 20 results for any news story usually shows 19 liberal publications and one conservative article way at the bottom.

If you get your information from TV sources such as CNN, NPR or the BBC, you’re only seeing one third of the picture to make life decisions of where your kids should go to school, how safe you are on your city’s streets, and whom you should vote for in the next election.

And when you see 51 “Intelligence Experts” telling you that the Hunter Biden laptop was “Russian disinformation,” consider the source and their possible motivations.

Before you take action based on a “fact-checker,” check the checker. What is their background? Do they work for a liberal newspaper or think tank? Look at their other stories. Do they seem accurate or biased?

Make an effort to seek out marginalized online publications that at least offer you another viewpoint. And then use your own brain to decide which viewpoint makes Common Sense. Here are a few of my favorite sources, feel free to add your own suggestions in comments or email me directly.

I wondered if a chatbots could recognize its flaws and change its performance when it finds an error or bias.

I asked “are you able to learn from your interactions with your users?”

No, I am not able to learn from individual interactions. I do not have the capability to remember past conversations or store personal data about users. Each session is independent, and I provide responses based solely on the data and training I received up to October 2021.

I cannot correct flaws in my training on my own. Updates and corrections to my training would need to come from the developers or researchers who maintain and improve the model. They would evaluate the data and make necessary adjustments based on new information or identified inaccuracies.

Would it make sense for a chatbot to always look to give balanced responses without the user having to ask?

Yes, it would make sense for a chatbot to aim for balanced responses to provide a more comprehensive view without requiring users to prompt for it. Striving for neutrality and balance in responses can enhance user trust and satisfaction, allowing individuals to receive well-rounded information on various topics from the outset. However, achieving this balance can be challenging, given the diversity of viewpoints and the complexity of many issues. Continuous improvements in AI training and response strategies can help mitigate biases and enhance the overall quality of information provided.

Perhaps my readers can check this with other chatbots to see their responses and ask if they are able to learn from their users, but unless you specifically ask for an unbiased response it looks like you're going to get slanted results.

In a secluded meadow, a clever Fox convinced the other animals that he possessed magic seeds that would grow berries made of gold. The creatures, enchanted by thoughts of wealth, eagerly exchanged their treasures—shimmering shells and juicy apples—for these miraculous seeds.

Eagerly, they planted them and waited for months, only to find they were ordinary bushes, bearing nothing but common fruit. Yet, the animals clung to the Fox's promises, dreaming of golden harvests. They assured each other the miracle needed just a bit more patience or special care.

Anyone who doubted the Fox’s promise was ridiculed or harassed.

One evening, a perceptive Rabbit noticed the Fox discarding berry skins and seeds near a hollow tree. They looked just like the berries the Fox was trading with his friends. Driven by curiosity, the Rabbit decided to plant the seeds. Within a few months they grew into the very same bushes the others had been tending.

The Rabbit gathered the animals, telling his story. Enlightenment spread through the group; they realized they had been tricked by the Fox’s lies and their own greed for an easy life of riches.

United by their shared disappointment, they angrily confronted the Fox and took back any traded belongings that remained. Fox scampered off to another forest where he will probably try the same scam on others.

Moral: Beware of smooth talkers who promise easy riches.

While we celebrate President Trump’s successful inauguration, we must pause to ask, “will he be able to fully accomplish his mission to make America great, free, prosperous, safe, and healthy again?”

In December 2023 pollster Scott Rasmussen sounded an alarm about our elections when he told us that 20% of Americans admitted they mailed in absentee ballots fraudulently. This could have been a major cause of Trump’s “loss” in 2020.

Last month Rasmussen’s company, RMG Research, released another earth-shattering poll concluding, “An astonishing 42% of the Washington, D.C. federal managers said they intend to fight the potential second term for President Donald Trump.”

Could these Deep State bureaucrats derail Trump’s success?

Democratic-leaning managers are particularly opposed [to Trump’s policies], with nearly three quarters of them planning to take on Trump’s administration. The survey reveals a deepening divide in the federal workforce especially at the higher income and senior levels.

The most important finding of the poll is the chasm within the federal workforce. Federal government managers, including top employees in D.C., are sharply divided. While 89% of Republican managers said they would carry out Trump’s policies, only 17% of Democratic managers said they would obey presidential orders that they considered to be bad policy.

In contrast, 64% of Democratic respondents said they would ignore such orders and follow their own judgment.

…But the American public seems less than sympathetic to bureaucratic defiance… 54% of Main Street Americans think federal employees who disobey presidential orders should be fired… of Republicans… 74% think federal employees who flout legal orders should be fired.

Federal employees’ political donations back this up.

“Federal employees have donated at least $1.8 million to the major candidates for president in 2020, with nearly 60% of that total going to former Vice President Joe Biden.”

The more important factor is the ratio of Trump to Biden support in each agency.

Notice above which agencies are strongly for Trump, (DOD and DHS) - which are even, (USDA, Energy, HUD, and SBA) - and which favor Biden, (Treasury, DOJ, DOI, Labor, HHS, DOT, Ed, VA, and EPA.)

In the real world, a business is composed of the owner or CEO, upper management, and employees. The CEO gives management a plan and they direct their employees to accomplish it. If Brian Niccol of Starbucks wants a new coffee flavor “Pistachio Mocha Peppermint” he tells his New Beverage Innovation and Development Lab to come up with a recipe - “3 pumps Pistachio 2 pumps Mocha and 1 pump Peppermint.” After testing and approval it is rolled out to the stores.

But what if local baristas unilaterally decide to follow their own opinions? Some want the ratio to be 1,2,3, others choose 4,1,1. What if some don’t like pistachio and choose almond or even lime?

In the real world an employee who doesn’t follow orders is fired.

If a DHS employee is allowed to ignore a lawful order from Kristi Noem, the Trump Train goes right off the tracks. And a single disloyal employee can leak sensitive information about a new operation that could cost the lives of officers in the field.

In the past, government employees have often worked internally to oppose new administrations. They would continue policies from the previous administration or actively push back against new directives.

Is this the Left’s ace up the sleeve? To rely on their loyalists within the government to deny, delay and obstruct everything Trump orders? Just this morning we heard the guards won’t release the pardoned J6 prisoners.

Can disloyal or disobedient workers be fired?

The process of firing federal government employees is governed by the Civil Service Reform Act of 1978. Employees can only be dismissed for "just cause" - misconduct, incompetence, or failure to meet performance standards. Employees are entitled to due process - they must be notified of the reasons for their termination and have an opportunity to appeal.

This process of investigation through dismissal can take significant time and money depending on the infraction…

Assault or sexual abuse, 1-3 months.

Theft or insubordination, 2-4 months.

Incompetence based on performance, 6-12 months.

Disobeying direct orders, 1-3 months.

Many federal employees belong to unions which have negotiated terms regarding discipline and termination. Union members typically have access to legal representation when facing disciplinary actions, which can further complicate the firing process.

If employees are hard to fire, could President Trump eliminate all or parts of an agency?

Trump can propose budget cuts, reorganization or the elimination of federal agencies, but the creation and abolition of entire departments typically requires an act of Congress where the margin of control is razor thin. If a department were to be cut, employees would be subject to termination, but employment laws would still have to be followed.

So how can President Trump ensure his plans are carried out?

1. It will be vital for the President and his cabinet members to clearly communicate written policies and expectations to bureaucratic agencies detailing very specific goals and timelines.

2. Mandatory training on new policies and procedures will ensure that employees understand their roles and responsibilities. This can reduce instances of insubordination or incompetence and facilitate disciplinary action if needed.

3. Regular performance reviews can hold individual employees accountable for their actions. Their work must be monitored closely, perhaps even using A.I.

4. During COVID many federal agencies shifted to remote work and established telework policies. A report last month from the Public Buildings Reform Board uncovered federal agencies using just 12% of the space in their headquarters buildings. Trump can announce the end of all COVID policies and require all employees to return to work. Any who refuse to comply can be terminated.

5. Trump should embark on a public media blitz to generate support to eliminate wasteful departments and reduce union control of government agencies overseeing areas of critical importance.

6. To reduce spending, any government buildings not being used at 100% can have their employees relocated, some D.C. offices can move to less-costly cities and the buildings can be sold. Perhaps Trump can conduct a photo op tour inside a vacant federal building.

7. Barack Obama used his regulatory agencies and executive orders to push through policies that could not gain traction in Congress. For example, the EPA implemented stricter emissions standards and the Department of Education made progressive changes to educational policy. While there is no definitive evidence that Obama systematically identified and fired conservative employees, cultures within certain agencies favored progressive ideologies. Those who disagreed often encountered a hostile work environment and many resigned. His administration encouraged “diversity” in hiring, which added even more liberal employees. President Trump just announced he is repealing all policies that favor social considerations over actual qualifications to perform the work along with a total ban on new regulations.

8. Trump can freeze all hiring and reassign existing workers to fill any vacancies.

9. Leakers, especially of sensitive information that could harm federal agents must be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

While the RINO/Left/Deep State’s efforts at impeachment, lawfare, election fraud, and assassination have all failed, we mustn’t let the administrative state and their rogue actors derail President Trump and his efforts to restore America.

Freedom of speech is the first amendment in the Bill of Rights. Free speech was rare at the time of our Founding. Kings and Czars could imprison or kill anyone who dared to criticize them. When the Founding Fathers set up their republic they realized that freedom of speech was an essential check on government.

We think elections are contentious these days, early campaigns were chock full of overstatements, mistruths and insane accusations, but our Republic survived.

1800 - Thomas Jefferson accused John Adams of being a hermaphrodite. Adams' supporters, in turn, called Jefferson an atheist and a French revolutionary sympathizer.

1828 - Andrew Jackson's wife was accused of bigamy, while John Quincy Adams was accused of pimping out an American girl to the Russian czar.

1876 - Rutherford B. Hayes and Samuel J. Tilden accused each other of voting fraud and corruption, leading to one of the most contested elections in U.S. history.

1884 - Grover Cleveland was accused of fathering an illegitimate child, while James Blaine was accused of corruption and accepting bribes.

1888 - In Harrison vs. Cleveland, voter fraud and the improper use of funds were major issues, with accusations of vote-buying on both sides.

Sound familiar?

When the digital age began, anyone could speak their mind and instantly reach millions, but they were dependent on the platforms they used. This began to break the mainstream media’s hold on news and information.

Here’s a brief progression of online efforts to restrict “harmful” content…

November 2016 - After the presidential election, articles spread rapidly on platforms about "Pizzagate," which claimed that Hillary Clinton had organized a human trafficking and child sex ring in the basement of Comet Ping Pong pizzeria in Washington, D.C. To combat the spread of such “misinformation,” Facebook and Google began to restrict advertising on sites known for “spreading fake news.”

2017 – “Shadowbanning” began on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. Users noticed their posts were no longer reaching the same number of followers. The platforms manipulated their algorithms to minimize the reach of posts containing “harmful content.”

August 5, 2018 - Apple removed radio host and Infowars founder Alex Jones’ podcasts. Pages and channels were removed from iTunes, Facebook, YouTube and Spotify.

November 21, 2018 – Laura Loomer was banned from Twitter for “tweeting” about “Squad Member” Representative Ilhan Omar, accusing her of being anti-Jewish and pro-Sharia law.

February 2020 - Facebook announced it would start removing content with “false claims or conspiracy theories” about COVID-19 that could cause harm including posts about “unproven treatments” and “misleading information” about virus origins.

July 27, 2020 – “America's Frontline Doctors” held a press conference on the steps of the U.S. Supreme Court. Their video quickly went viral, promoting “unverified treatments” for COVID-19. Social media platforms began removing the video the same day. Dr. Simone Gold was immediately fired from her position as an emergency room physician. When other doctors spoke out against the COVID vaccine in favor of safer treatments, many were threatened, fired from their jobs, and their online presence was ended.

October 14, 2020 - The Hunter Biden laptop story was the first time our government pressured platforms to censor free speech for political purposes. People were banned on platforms the Democrats were able to control, either through “requests for cooperation” or by fear of possible government reprisals.

October 27,2020 - The censorship of free speech reached a new level when outspoken investigative journalist Josh Bernstein began writing negative articles about Ilhan Omar, exposing her roots and origins and showing a Project Veritas video exposing how Democrats, working with overseas vote counting organizations, were planning to steal the 2020 election. When Bernstein suggested she be tried for crimes including treason, his Patreon page, ROKU TV Channel, and Facebook page was deleted and his Twitter account was suspended. Bernstein’s YouTube Channels were also removed with over 150,000 subscribers.

2021 to Present - Mike Lindell, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and even Donald Trump are among the tens of thousands who have been silenced when telling truth to power.

In the United States, even highly offensive speech is protected under the First Amendment, with legal actions often focusing on whether the speech incites violence. Brandenburg v. Ohio (1969) established that speech advocating illegal conduct is protected unless it incites imminent lawless action. Credible threats are investigated by the FBI and local law enforcement.

While the First Amendment protects freedom of speech, there is no such law for private enterprises such as online newspapers or social media platforms.

The problem occurs when government officials begin to demand these platforms suppress speech they dislike. Safeguards, such as the First Amendment and Supreme Court rulings, protect journalists who reveal classified information, but the pressure a government can bring to bear on websites that operate under government oversight is immense.

When the government is perceived to control or heavily influence the media and Internet, trust in those outlets, and the government, is destroyed. The public has no idea who to believe, making them even more susceptible to actual fake news.

Our media used to be considered “the Fourth estate.” The fear of organizations revealing government stupidity, misdeeds and corruption was considered to be an essential check on government misconduct and overreach. But when media owners and employees are overwhelmingly liberal they are much less likely to deliver fairness and accuracy in favor of supporting their progressive views.

Currently they hire very few conservative voices. These platforms and news organizations must resist partisanship. If not, our country will remain hopelessly divided, the papers will close and websites will lose half of their followers.

Instead of the government deciding what is fact or fake, or using biased “fact checkers,” websites and news organizations must begin policing themselves to restore their credibility by bringing on independent ombudsmen. Any efforts by government to manipulate the press must be reported.

Many brave voices have suffered great harm from censorship. Some were embroiled in lawsuits and ended up in prison. Others lost their online income, their jobs, and their friends because they were accused of saying something controversial.

Some have recovered and found gainful employment, Mike Lindell still sells pillows. Josh Bernstein is active on alternative social media platforms such as Rumble and BitChute, where he continues to share his political commentary through podcasts and has just written a book called “Preserving Liberty.”

Marjorie Taylor Greene is now a prominent member of Congress. Donald Trump is back on Twitter and is the President-Elect of the United States. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. will serve as Trump’s head of Department of Health and Human Services.

No one dies from hearing something they disagree with, but they do when government stupidity, waste and abuse is allowed to continue. How many people were killed in the California fires because no one exposed the State’s unpreparedness? How many people continue to suffer in North Carolina because no one is reporting their dark winter in the mountains?

People need to learn how to discuss partisan matters for real, not just copying memes or shouting insults in comment sections. We need to share honest information and work together to develop functional compromises, not use blunt political power to force compliance.
