Crypto holding the daily momentum, weekly still catching up

BTCUSD is weekly bullish and daily ultra bullish. The weekly Sniper RSI sits at 58 with the weekly Sniper MA dots red for 12 weeks; the daily Sniper MA has been green for 10 sessions. BTCUSD is 38% below its 52-week high.

ETHUSD is weekly bullish and daily ultra bullish. The weekly Sniper MA turned green this week, while the daily has been green for 10 sessions. ETHUSD is 48% below its 52-week high.

2 · Metals

Gold and silver pointing in different directions on the weekly

XAUUSD is weekly bullish and daily bullish. The weekly Sniper RSI is at 53 and the daily came in at 55, down from 67 the prior session. The weekly Sniper MA dots have been red for 17 weeks. XAUUSD is 20% below its 52-week high.

XAGUSD is weekly bearish and daily bullish, the two timeframes split. The weekly Sniper RSI sits at 50 and the daily at 55, down from 65. The weekly Sniper MA has been red for 18 weeks and the daily green for 17 sessions. XAGUSD is 45% below its 52-week high.

3 · Stocks

SPY within a percent of its high, QQQ a step behind

SPY is weekly bullish and daily bullish. The weekly Sniper RSI is at 64 and the daily at 57. The weekly Sniper MA has been green for 17 weeks. SPY is 1% below its 52-week high.

QQQ is weekly bullish and daily bullish. The weekly Sniper RSI is at 58 and the daily at 52. The weekly Sniper MA has been green for 17 weeks. QQQ is 4% below its 52-week high.

4 · Divergence

Bearish divergences showing up right across the board

Many names are showing bearish divergence this week. BATRK is one of them: weekly bearish divergence on a name that is weekly bullish but daily bearish, with the weekly Sniper RSI at 56.

5 · Weekly setup

GIS first weekly flip after 91 weeks of red

GIS is weekly bullish and daily bullish, the weekly Sniper MA turning green two weeks ago after a 91-week red run.

• Weekly Sniper RSI: 59

• Daily Sniper RSI: 67

• 19% below its 52-week high

6 · Daily setup

KRYS daily flip four sessions into a new run

KRYS is weekly bullish and daily bullish, the daily Sniper MA turning green four sessions ago after 26 red sessions.

• BTCUSD: weekly Sniper RSI at 58, with the overbought line at 70; weekly Sniper MA dots still red

• XAGUSD: weekly Sniper RSI at 50, the line that separates bearish from bullish

• GIS: 52-week high at $51, weekly Sniper RSI at 59

• KRYS: 52-week high at $383, daily Sniper RSI at 55

• DJT: 52-week high at $18, weekly Sniper RSI at 50

9 · Thirty days on

Thirty days on: GLUE

On Tuesday, Jul 28, 2026, the Bearish setup scan flagged Monte Rosa Therapeutics, Inc. (GLUE) lower. Members got it that day.

Price nearly hit $44,700 on December 8th and since then price has been consolidating under those 2023 highs. During this consolidation RSI has been slowly decreasing & there have been few pending sell’s but no actual sell signals so we are still at a pivot point.

Three weeks ago we laid out two possible future buy the dip scenarios.

1. Price would have one last push upwards to hit the 4th target out of 4 longer-term targets mapped out at the bottom of the bear market. Then have a bigger retracement prior to the halving that would present the next buy the dip scenario.

2. We see a sell signal & price puts in a lower high, retraces to lower targets prior to the halving event, & then another buy the dip scenario prior to the halving.

Weekly chart is still ultra bullish.

Daily chart is still currently bullish.

Crypto

Ethereum hit longer-term price target 2 of 4 just above $2,300 & remains bullish on the weekly & daily chart. However, there continues to be bearish divergence on the daily chart & is something we’ll continue to watch for the next possible buy the dip scenario.

TRB had some fun within 3 day span…Price increased more than +200% followed by a -72% correction. 😅

Stocks

NASDAQ remains bullish on the daily chart & ultra bullish on the weekly chart. Could see a shorter-term pull back due to another sell signal on the 4-hour chart.

Retracement for the next buy the dip scenario?

Opportunity Alert:

TDOC weekly chart just had a buy signal after hitting a low of $15/share. Possible longer-term buy & hold.

• Daily chart is bullish

• Weekly chart is bullish

• Long-term bullish divergence going back to April 2022

• 141 week bear market with a -95% correction during that time

Caution:

• A more defined higher low on the weekly chart is a higher probability

• There could be a pull back on lower time frames prior to price continuing higher

The potential longer-term targets:

• Confluence Sniper Targets above $50 & $80

• Large Gap at $56

• 200-week moving average hasn’t been retested since November 2021 & is currently at $102. Other targets as well.

After a monster move up a week ago after price nearly reached $45,000, price has been consolidating the past 10 days.

1. Weekly chart is still currently ultra bullish aka “overbought” but RSI did have a sharp reversal move down from 83 to 73 & is something to keep an eye on. Also, this is the first RED weekly candle after printing 8 consecutive green candles.

2. Daily chart was ultra bullish but no longer is & we’ve been calling out bearish divergence since November 1st as something we’ll continue to monitor.

3. 12-hour chart had a sell signal. Will the daily chart have a sell signal in the near future?

4. 3 of the 4 shorter-term targets have been hit to the downside so far.

Last week we asked if scenario 1 would happen & Bitcoin would run up & hit longer-term target 4? or Would scenario 2 happen & price retraces to the yellow target box near $32,000-$34,000. Both scenarios were either a short-term correction or a longer-term correction for the next buy the dip scenario. Starting to lean towards scenario 2 but not confirmed yet.

In past cycles, we’ve seen price peak out around 1300-1320 days before the next halving event that is estimated to be April 18th, 2024. I’ve been covering this on videos & live streams & will continue to do so.

Crypto

Ethereum hit longer-term price target 2 of 4 just above $2,300. However there are signs of a correction and/or has already started it.

• Bearish divergence

• Lower high

• Multiple candle closes below trending dots

• Multiple candle closes below upward trend line

• Shorter-term target 1 of 4 has been hit so far

There currently is no sell signal on the daily chart but there was a sell signal on the 12-hour chart.

Stocks

NASDAQ continues to be “overbought” on the daily chart & can remain that way with no signs of reversal as of writing this.

• Candles are on 🔥

• Price is above trending dots & upward trend line

• Weekly chart is also ultra bullish

Opportunity Alert:

PYPL weekly chart just had a buy signal on the weekly chart after hitting a low of $50/share. Possible longer-term buy & hold.

• Daily chart is bullish

• Weekly chart is bullish

• Long-term bullish divergence going back to February 2022 (not a typo)

• 117 week bear market with a -84% correction during that time

Cautions:

• A higher probability is a weekly candle close above the downward trend line

• A more defined higher low on the weekly chart is a higher probability

The potential longer-term targets:

• Gap at $72

• 200-week moving average hasn’t been retested since January 2022 & is currently at $146. Other targets as well.

Bitcoin just had it’s highest weekly candle close since March 2022 along with a pending sell signal on the shorter-term 4-hour chart with a quick -10% flash crash so far. Price retraced quickly & hit the target box that had been drawn out before the recording below. In the video below I laid out 2 buy the dip scenarios.

1. Possible buy the dip scenario based on hitting shorter-term targets prior to price hitting the higher 4th longer-term target before the next halving event.

Bitcoin MACD Bullish Crossover

We saw a monthly MACD bullish crossover after July 2023 candle close so why isn’t price going up? Why is price lagging & will it be bearish or bullish? On this video we make the case for both bullish & bearish scenarios:

1. Bullish Case: In February of 2022 we talked about Bitcoin having a bearish MACD crossover on the monthly chart which doesn’t happen often. Many people were still ultra bullish on Bitcoin and instead of price going straight down to the $16,000 level, price actually bounced for 2 months after the bearish crossover. On this MACD bullish crossover in July of 2023, price has retraced to the downside making it almost exactly the opposite.

However.

2. Bearish Case: Typically we don’t see a monthly crossover followed by a 2nd quick crossover. The NASDAQ, Russell 2,000, S&P 500, & Dow Jones all had bearish crossovers about the same time as Bitcoin in early 2022. They’ve all had bullish crossovers about the same time in July 2023 but Dow Jones & Russell 2,000 have now also had bearish crossover’s.

That leads to our question: Is price lagging & takes off to the upside similar to priced dropping in the bear market OR will the MACD cross back over bearish?

Part 2: Is the S&P 500 Crash Confirmed & will it impact Bitcoin’s price?

• Is a lower high being put in as we speak? (Not Confirmed yet)

• Longer-term Bearish Divergence ✅

• MACD Bearish Crossover ✅

• Many big named stocks have already retraced to these lower target levels.

• Some of the big named stocks: Amazon, Facebook, Target, Netflix, Alibaba, Paypal, & 3 M Company.

• Bitcoin was created after the dot com & great recession corrections & so we don’t know how it reacts. History on the charts so far makes me think it’ll be negatively impacted if we do see a bigger overall stock market correction.

• Bitcoin led the way in the November 2021 correction & it looks like Bitcoin led the way on this current correction.

We don’t have magic crystal ball & we don’t know with 100% certainty that it will correct that far. As a swing trader, I’ll be taking it level by level in order to remain as neutral as possible. This idea of a potential bigger stock market correction was talked about several times over the past 1.5+ years but we remained neutral so we could do our best to capitalize on the recent rally.

I’ve been trading BTC long enough to have spotted this topping pattern that also has bearish divergence two times already.

• Topping Pattern + Bearish Divergence ✅

• A lower high was put in both times before so if BTC puts in a lower high again, then the probabilities increase of price retracing to the lower target box.

• In both times in the past, BTC found support at the key target box & then price took off to the upside….

Will it happen again? We don’t have a magical crystal ball & won’t know for sure so we did lay out a two possible scenarios to be prepared.

• Weekly chart is still currently bullish but looks like it could still be putting in a lower high & is what we’ve been watching for a couple of months now

• Daily chart is still currently bullish but could be putting in a lower high & there was a reversal candle to take note of.

Bitcoin Miners & Micro Strategy: HUT, BITF, MARA, RIOT, & MSTR

Looks like they could be breaking out in the near future, Micro Strategy already had a buy signal, & some have similar set-ups as Bitcoin & the crypto assets we covered in a video last week.

Set-up: Bullish Divergence + Higher Low + Break of Downward Trend Line with a buy signal following soon after.
