Social polarization between distinct groups in America has reached alarming levels. This is how you control and manipulate the masses. Narratives are introduced and pushed in every institution to pit people against each other, dividing them along lines of race, religion, generation, geographical location, political affiliation, and socioeconomic status. You cannot expound on the evils of some of these, yet refute others. To truly destroy America they will pit one against the other in every possible way.

The way we fight back is not to look at how we can beat back each other. We come together with a sense of curiosity to discover what we can learn from each other. We must be able to sit out under the night sky around a fire pit to share who we are, no matter our differences. There are stories we’ve been “sold on” by the media. There are also stories we’ve simply learned along the way since childhood. Taught to us by our family, our teachers, television, and even the music we listened to.

Most of the stories we tell ourselves have never been questioned by us. We just have these narratives running through our brains on autopilot. We accepted them fully as kids without question. When you learn how to capture them and question them as an adult, it’s stunning to realize our brains have been lying to us for decades. It is also empowering to realize you can choose what stories you want to keep and what stories are no longer serving you.

Here’s a small example. I decided to dig through what my brain automatically tells me about money. Phrases jumped out to me immediately. “Dirty money” “You have to work hard to make money” “Oh, she’s a rich bitch” These first hits came right out of my childhood and all untrue.

“Dirty money” made me laugh because as a very little kid I would wash coins given to me and wrap each one in clean tissue. Yet as an adult, I still carried the thought that money was dirty. Now why would I ever have lots of money if it’s dirty?

“Rich bitch” shocked me. I was carrying a believe that implied if I ever actually became rich, others would view me as a bitch. How long did that subconsciously hold me back in life?

“Work hard for money” kept me taking on corporate jobs where I’d work my butt off for every paycheck. It didn’t occur to me for decades on end that I could simply work for myself, chasing something I’m passionate about.

We’ve also been sold deep, complex stories to intentionally manipulate our psyche. These are the narratives in media that destroy people. Often it’s a misleading headline. On one hand, they might initially appeal to your ego. It’s going to sound like, “Well, this is not your fault. It’s because of this other group over here.” It lets you off the hook for taking responsibility for your own life and happiness. But at the same time, it steals all your power to do anything to change your circumstances. It pushes you into a corner where you can’t do anything to reach the life you want because you believe it’s all because of someone else.

If the only way you can change a circumstance is to make someone else change, well . . . good luck with that. What a life of futility, trying to manipulate others. Know who you can easily change? Yep. Just start writing out the stories in your head and asking yourself, “Is this really true? Could I prove this true in a court of law? Is this story serving me?” That is the start.

Only you can create the reality of your life. If you have accepted anything else, don’t beat yourself up. Just recognize it and then firmly decide what you want. Begin taking actions towards that. Don’t be deterred by blaming others for anything. As a bonus for doing this kind of self examination, you will begin to immediately notice the narratives that are constantly coming at you. Once you can call yourself out for blaming other groups of people, you’ll begin to clearly see the divisions being perpetuated to divide us as a country.

Race against race, religion against religion, generation against generation, state against state, political party against political party, and poor against middle class against rich. What stories about these are undermining the success and prosperity of our country? Are there other divisional ploys we are missing?

Okay, let’s talk Korean Kimchi. This article was inspired after seeing a podcast on microplastics. It’s some scary stuff, people. Generally by now we each have the equivalent of a plastic spoon of microplastics in our brain. But then they said studies turned out showing the bacteria that occurs in Korean Kimchi (fermented Napa cabbage) are capable of processing microplastics and taking them out of our body. You can buy the special probiotic capsules to take several times a day with Kimchi probiotic (regular probiotics do not contain this). Or, if you are like me and love Kimchi, make sure you’re eating it daily

I, personally, am not making any claims about microplastics studies! But I had shared online that my eldest brother had returned from Korea when I was about 10 years old, bringing to me a Korean sister who I immediately adored. We would sit out back together with our bowls of kimchi and rice. As a result, I may only have half a plastic spoon in my brain. 😁

There are many, various recipes for Kimchi on the internet, but to me they are more complicated than what I was taught. You can browse through them to see if you want to tackle more complicated processes. When my Korean SIL came to the U.S. in the 1960s, traditional Korean ingredients were not available in stores. So I’m sure that’s why she made a much simpler version.

Napa cabbage

Start with Napa cabbage. Not the round head of cabbage you may be used to. It must be a Napa cabbage. Chop it in good-size chunks, place in a big bowl or pan and salt it down. I toss the leaves to salt evenly using about two tablespoons of salt for one head of cabbage. Cover with a tea towel and set aside to brine for about 5 to 6 hours.

After this you want to wash the cabbage well to rinse off any remaining salt. I fill a sink with cold water and swish the leaves around. Then scoop them back into the rinsed out bowl/pan and rinse them some more and drain well. As a final step, I dump out the well drained leaves onto a couple of towels to let them drain better.

I add a couple bunches of green onion. Wash them, cut them in half crosswise, and then slice them longways into strips (including the green ends). Toss these with the cabbage in your big bowl or pan. Now slice up about six cloves of garlic - more if they are small cloves to add in. You can also add shredded carrot or sliced up radish. I don’t - it’s a matter of preference.

Season with red pepper: Traditional Korean red pepper is Gochugaru. I’ve never bothered to hunt it down. It simply was not sold here in the 60s. So my SIL always used Cayenne power. As far as I can tell, they are basically the same thing except Cayenne is about three times hotter. So if you are following a recipe that calls for gochugaru, you only want about 1/3 of what it calls for.

Caution- you can add as much or as little Cayenne as you wish. It might take some experimenting in altering it from batch to batch to find what you can tolerate heat wise. Do not try to add enough to make your cabbage look as red as Kimchi. You’ll die. LOL. Kidding aside, it gets redder as it ferments and ages. So your brand new batch will not appear red. You’re going to use about 1 to 2 teaspoons of Cayenne (up to a tablespoon (3 tsp) if you’re brave. I also like to add a teaspoon or two of paprika for color and smokiness.

You can also add a teaspoon of soy sauce if you like or even a pinch of sugar to speed up the process of fermentation.

Now you will need to pack your kimchi into a large, clean jar or several smaller jars. Back in the day, my sister-in-law used large, cleaned mayonnaise jars. Seal tightly and leave out on your counter for 24 hours minimum. It can sit out for up to three days or more if you want it more fermented and sour. You can open it and taste a piece each day. Then move it to the fridge where it’ll keep for at least four months if not all eaten up long before then!

It should be garlicky, with some heat to it, not too salty, and sour, sour, sour. Remember, fermentation is what you want. I’ve always preferred to eat my kimchi with white, sticky rice. If you become proficient with chopsticks, you can delicately stretch a piece of cabbage leaf over your rice and squeeze the ends together to make a nice, little package of rice wrapped in kimchi to pop in your mouth. Kimchi goals. 😁

Yes, Kanye hit on a basic truth there. We have the right to independent thinking and independent beliefs. Your beliefs do not have to match my beliefs. The right to independent thinking means we get to CHOOSE our thoughts and CHOOSE our beliefs. Why is this so important? Because we are the only animal on the planet that can think about their own thoughts and decide which ones to focus on. I believe that it is our God-given gift: Free will.

Because you can choose which of your thoughts to focus on, you can change how you feel at any given moment. If you are emotionally struggling with something, you can ask yourself what you’ve been telling yourself about it. Look at those thoughts and understand why you’ve been thinking in a way that is causing you to feel bad about it. Then chose a better thought – one that makes you feel a little better. Immediately you can shift your mood – shift your attitude.

There is so much power in this. It can change your life. When you change how you feel, you change how you act. When you change how you act, you change your life. Did you follow that? Choosing a different thought will actually change your life. It really is as simple as that. I didn’t say easy. I said simple. Because sometimes changing your thinking is hard. Sometimes even acknowledging what you have been choosing to think is hard. We do not want to accept that responsibility, especially if we think it’s embarrassing or shameful. But when we do, it is magical and empowering.

Kanye, no matter what you think of him, was spot on. You have the right to independent thought. Your thoughts are directing the results in your life. So consider where you are right now in your life and know that it is your thoughts manifested. So what have you been thinking all along? What would you want to change in your life and what are the thoughts that will get you there? This is what a life coach can help you with. A few days after the 2024 election a post from an awesome member in SPITBALLERS (a chat on Telegram where we’ve followed Jon Herold’s brilliant series of articles on devolution of government) said this:

“I’m starting to wonder why they are so quiet now! It’s a little scary! We all know they aren’t going to just accept things and act normal! Anyone have any thoughts on this????

She was not alone in this sentiment.  I think we’ve all been holding our collective breath.

We did see the usual main stream news stations dragging their feet over calling a few states, and that continued for another day, day and a half after President Donald Trump was declared #47.  They were reluctant to show him over 300 electoral votes, not wanting Americans to see the landslide.  It was to be expected.  Actually, I think most of us felt like they would have tried even harder to not declare him the victor.  Much like we are now watching the ridiculously delayed calls on House seats as they desperately try to manufacture a result that gives democrats control.

The truth is this manipulation of house races may be exactly what is needed to pull back the curtain on a couple of obviously padded results that don’t jive at all with the numbers in the presidential vote. Not many people “cross over” vote, picking a Republican president and then a Democrat representative.  Especially as clearly divided as the country has been.  So we will see what happens with that reveal.  But something even weirder was taking place.  I was feeling it was really weird and out of character when Kamala conceded.  News casters were suddenly contrite.

Biden said that he spoke with Trump, congratulating him, and assured him that his administration will work with Trump's team to ensure a peaceful and orderly transition.  We have all been feeling like, hold on. We cannot peacefully slink off into the sunset.  Not when we KNOW there is still a fraudulent election system.  Not when we KNOW the Deep State isn't finished.

We want to dance and celebrate a hard fought for victory!  Yet surely another shoe will drop.  WHAT’S GOING ON?

I believe the sudden shift, the concession speeches, and promises of a peaceful transition of power is because the interlopers in the White House know reconstitution of the executive branch of government has begun and there is not a thing they can do to stop it. Their only hope is to be able to slink off into the sunset with no accountability for what they perpetuated on the American people. But we need to ensure that doesn’t happen.

President Donald Trump told us he would begin to end wars, even as President elect.  He has told us there were things that would correct so fast.  That’s what we are seeing.

💥The stock market surged the morning after Election Day to new highs.

💥Jack Smith and The Justice Department requested the Court vacate the remaining deadlines in the pretrial proceedings of and looking to end his J6 election interference case against President Donald Trump.   

💥 Then Texas AG, Ken Paxton, filed a Freedom of Information Act request with the DOJ.  He requested records from special counsel Jack Smith's investigation. Paxton said, “This is part of my office’s efforts to ensure that Americans are not cheated out of accountability . . . “.

💥 Putin signaled his readiness to sit down and end the war in Ukraine with President Trump.

💥 Putin says he will be selling Russian oil in US dollars again.

💥 There was a phone call to Trump from Zelensky, Ukrainian President, that included discussions with Elon Musk!

💥 The EU says it wants to buy American natural gas to avoid tariffs.

💥 Hamas is calling for peace.

💥 Mexico is reported to have broke up a caravan of migrants heading for the U.S.

And so much more!  Good things are already happening.

What we are seeing are not causes for alarm!  This all did not just happen “overnight.”  Upon reconstitution of execution branch powers to President Donald Trump, we are seeing the results of the protections that have been in place for the essential functions of government over the last four years.  Just because our devolved branch of government could not stop all the chaos and evil, doesn’t mean they were not able to effect a few solutions and get protections in place.

Did we expect a trumpet blast and fanfare to announce Devolution had happened?  Nope.  We knew full well it was something that might not ever be actually revealed.  And that’s okay.  But don’t miss the sign posts of what’s taking place right now. Because all of this sudden return to a semblance of normalcy isn’t spooky at all. It’s reconstitution. Celebrate the heck out of this moment!

Yes, there is some exposure still on the horizon and criminals will be held accountable. There are shenanigan’s in our electoral processes to be revealed and corrected.  I have no doubt this will happen. Liberals will scream and protest, but as Bannon’s War Room has told us daily - “it’s the primal scream of a dying regime.”

Our job as citizens of this great nation has just begun.  We must continue to make our voices heard. There is no lumbering back into the obscurity of a silent majority.  Stay involved in your local government and communities.  Look up and add to your phone contacts your Representatives and Senators in DC, as well as your state contacts (state AG, state rep, state governor).   Phone. Email. Make sure they know what you think about every bill!

Donald Trump told us in January of 2017 that he was returning control of the government to us, the American people.  He’s doing just that in spades.  Stand up and be counted in the hand off!

Congratulations America. We are indeed entering a golden age. All thanks to be God.

When Trump spoke about Liz Cheney at the Arizona Tucker Live, my real-life friend was upset that Trump said what he said, knowing the left would grab that rude sound bite and run with it. She texted, “I wish Trump had chosen his words more carefully. He knows what the media does to him.”

I explained a bit about the Arizona AG, Kris Mayes, who was desperately trying to say it was a death threat. I shared how she had overseen the 2022 recount that resulted in her own re-election.  Oh dear.

I also explained more about Trump traps.  He was definitely baiting the left.  Even if he wasn’t baiting them, they stepped right into it anyway.  The AG was flirting with violating federal law and the US constitution first amendment.

Confirmation of the Trump trap was demonstrated at his very next rally, in Michigan I think.  He said the SAME things about Liz Cheney, pretty much word for word.  That was no mistake. That was definitely not Trump just “going off on a weave.”  The statements about Cheney were 100% part of a plan.

Then came the proof.  Stunning. Late last night Tucker Carlson dropped an interview:

Stefan Passantino: Liz Cheney’s J6 Crimes & Mission to Destroy Any Lawyer Who Dares Represent Trump

The description says:  “No one has ever gone to prison for the real crimes of January 6th. Liz Cheney destroyed a man’s life to cover up her role in the hoax. Here’s what really happened”

Whoa. Clearly this is a coordinated plan to lay out Liz Cheney’s involvement in the crooked J6 committee.  Incredible.  Pay attention to moments when DJT puts you on edge. Pay attention to that little cringe over something he says.  In the recent past I have fallen prey to the intentional trap myself.   

It was a rally on October18th.  Trump referred to the gang, tren de aragua, that are causing such terror in our country as “fine people.”   Now, I know he was being sarcastic. Probably you do too given the way the left had manipulated the last time he used the phrase “fine people,” right?  But my first thought was, “Oh here we go. They’re going to take it out of context and say how horrible he is to think they’re “fine people.”

Suddenly that thought screeched to a halt, and I began to giggle.  He had just baited them.  He did it on purpose. Because they can’t possibly use that against him without admitting they’ve allowed tren de aragua into our country and how horrible they are.

Yep. It was a classic Trump Chinese Finger Trap.  Never doubt the master!

I get that, and no - the white hats are not in control of every last thing that’s going on. When in a war (which we have been in and continue to be) one side is not completely manipulating everything the other side is doing. That’s why it’s a war. If the “white hats” had control of everything, the war would be over. Trump would be back in the White House. Doctors would all be prescribing ivermectin. All truths would be exposed

This is 100% just my opinion.  Perhaps this article I had posted last year in PatelPatriot’s chat will help.  It’s more directed about President Trump than white hats in general:

PatelPatriot ran a poll on his channel asking if you believe Trump is in full control of the media or do you believe that he trolls and manipulates media.  Most of us recognize the master troll and appreciate how he can twist the reporting to go down a specific path.

I find it playing right into a deep state narrative to say Trump is in control of everything. It is the liberal “out” to imply that everything that has worked out poorly is “Trump’s fault.”

After devolution of government reconstitutes, there will be DS players saying,  “Trump’s shadow government was in control the whole time. He let people die. He let people suffer!”

This is exactly what many shills imply when they join chats to make trouble.  They ask the same kind of questions. “If the patriots are in control, why are they allowing so much death and pain?”

It reminds me of the atheist question: “If God exists, why is there human pain and suffering?  Why would your God allow that?”  The answer?  Because according to scripture, the earth is actually under Satan’s rule while God is in a kind of devolution. See Ephesians 6:12-13

No, I’m not equating the patriots to God. But there is an undeniable common thread of questioning and blame from those trying to cast shade.

The patriots are not allowing anything!  Trump is not in charge of the media, or putting certain democrats in power, or pushing through their legislation.

The very definition of devolution is that the president is stepping aside so power can be spread evenly throughout various sections of government.  Those who take on that power are not fully “in the driver seat.”  They are able to take measures to ensure critical parts of our government are still functional.

Because he is not currently “The President” he actually has more leeway to influence. For example, in a government role, he would never be able to set up Truth Social and the acquisition company.

President Trump is not in complete control of main stream media or in full control of things this illegitimate regime has been perpetuating on the American people.  Hopefully soon President Trump will step back into governing.

Do not be deluded that ALL we see is a “Movie” or that “Trump is in charge.” There is destruction right now. Most of it will be reversible. Destruction is less than we would be seeing if devolution had not been instituted, and if we had not had such an incredible foundation placed in the very structure of our government by the founding fathers.

We need to be specific about putting the blame on the current administration and the cabal players, where it belongs. Don’t let the left deflect any of their mess onto President Trump or any of the patriots who have been working so hard to push back against the entire loss of our nation.

Even though Trump and the patriots are NOT “in control” of everything, we are going to win this. We are seeing week after week with big wins now. The DS is failing daily.  We can’t take our foot off the pedal, not for one minute.

We will fix what we can of the mess created by the swamp.

We will discover the new America; the one we didn’t even know could exist.

It’s going to be amazing.

It’s going to be the best.

I’ve been feeling the frustration of all my contemporaries online who are so tired of hearing the “Debbie Downers” (apologies to actual Debbie). This morning I was scanning yet another tirade about “black pill” posters when I saw a responding comment asking “what do you do to get back in the red?”

Right now you may very well be asking what all these pills are anyway. Knowing that 99% of my readers are aware - I am going to take a second for my 1% who may be wondering. I’ll do my best to nonjudgmentally recap.

Blue pill: The opinion of the left. In the movie “The Matrix” the main character is offered a choice of two pills. The Blue pill was the option to stay uninformed and mindlessly continue on in the life of just another sheep in the dark. Never question. Just believe everything you are told.

Red pill: The opinion of the right. In the movie “The Matrix” the red pill choice was to be awakened and learn the actual truth. In the movie, Neo suddenly sits up out of a pod of primordial goo and looks around, realizing the truth of his existence as living the lie of a life that was manipulated by the matrix. Being red pilled today is interpreted to mean that you are questioning what you are told, and digging for the real truth.

Black pill: Someone who spreads doom and depression. “It’s a nothing burger” “Nothing is happening” “It’s only going to get worse” “Why even try?” This could be someone who is entirely depressed, or it could be a paid psyop trying to break the spirit of the electorate.

Introducing the white pill: Good news, encouragement for the future. A new view on something that may have sounded like doom in the beginning, but now reveals it to be a glimmer of hope.

Some people think all white pills are “just hopium.”

Poor darlings have been black pilled.

Get it?

You can be reading news and social media and hearing a dozen white pills! You’re feeling pretty positive. But then you hit ONE black pill, and it negates all the white pills you’ve come across that day. One black pill is all it takes to ruin your evening. So we are back to that one commentor’s question. What do you do?

What you don’t do is go online and spread your depression. I know, it is a natural instinct actually! When we have bad news, we have to tell everyone we encounter to help us process it ourselves.

After my dad died, my mother would tell every person she came into contact with. Even the grocery clerk checking her groceries. It was embarrassing to me that she kept pouring her heart out to complete strangers. But apparently this was part of her grief process. Being able to say it outloud was taking a little of the sting away, or perhaps helping her even believe what had happened.

The problem with retelling your black pill and feeling depressed about it is that you are just like a person drowning. You are pulling under everyone who reaches out to help. All those white pills trying to help your black pill are going down!

Okay, there is a way out of the black-pill funk. It’s my speciality. So here is your lifebuoy.

The black pill that you just read or heard isn’t what is making you feel down. Okay, control the urge to tell me I’m crazy. If that black pill was the cause, then *everybody* who read the black pill would be down. But they are not! Why are some of those folks still whistling while they work? Why aren’t they feeling 2” tall like you are? Because they have a different internal story about it.

That’s it. Or, the way I like to phrase it; It’s all about what you make it mean.

Hold onto your hats here. What I just told you right there - it’s life changing. I mean it. It’s life changing for everyone. You see, your emotions do not jump into your body from anything or anyone outside of you. They CAN’T. All emotions enter through YOUR BRAIN. I can and have proven this to each coaching client I’ve worked with over the years. My challenge today is to see if I can prove it to you here without even knowing you.

You see, when you have a thought go through your mind, your beautiful brain begins creating a vibration from that thought down into your body. It even releases certain hormones to go with it. It can speed up or slow down bodily functions.

Think for a minute about that “fight or flight” reaction people talk about. Have you ever had someone jump out from behind a door at you and your entire body reacted in a split second? You jumped, maybe yelled. You could FEEL a reaction to it. The immediate message in your brain was “danger.” Here’s what you were feeling in that split second of intense surprise/fear:

• Adrenaline released from your adrenals so you could react quickly.

• Your pupils dilated bigger to let in more light so your sight would immediately be sharper.

• Your heart rate increases so you’re ready to take immediate action.

• There can even be trembling as your muscles tense, primed to move!

All of this originates in your brain. The feeling of fear/surprise, came from the message in your brain “DANGER!”

That’s an extreme example. But it is the same for even subtle emotions. Write down a bummer thought that often comes up in your mind. Really, do it. Now what is a better thought that feels less uncomfortable? Write that down. Close your eyes and let the bummer thought play through your brain. Can you feel it? Now let the better thought play through your brain. Did your feeling in your body lift a little? Go back to the bummer thought. Did you feel the drop?

If you took the time to explore this little exercise, I bet you felt that subtle difference in your body’s reaction to the different thoughts. That is why when you read some piece of news that you think is terrible news, it will depress you. It’s depressing because you are interpreting it to BE BAD NEWS. Not just bad news, terrible news. Perhaps you make it mean that nothing Patriots do to correct a certain situation will work.

If you read a post or see a video and start to feel that sinking in the pit of your stomach, STOP. Ask yourself what you are making it mean. Pull out a notebook, a napkin, an old envelope - anything in reach - and start jotting down every thought that comes into your mind about it. Don’t think it’s silly. DO IT. Sometimes I’m a deer in the highlights when I open my notebook. So at the top of the blank page I’ll write “What they said makes me think - “ Or “I feel depressed because -”

Then I just start jotting every single thought as quickly as I can. Even if my thoughts are going to something completely different or I think “oh, that’s a stupid thought".” I write it anyway. No one will see. I can crumple up the page and toss it out when I’m done.

Now look at what you wrote. Ask yourself for every thought, is that true? Do I 100% know that’s true? Here’s a hint - 99% of what we think isn’t true. It isn’t a fact. It’s our emotional response. How do you know something is a fact? There is no emotional response - it’s neutral. If there is any adjective in the sentence - it’s a thought you are choosing. It doesn’t make it wrong! Our thoughts are just our thoughts. We actually get to pick and choose which thoughts we’d like to focus on.

Example: “My mother-in-law is so difficult.” ← Thought, not fact. No matter that your entire family would agree and say the same thing. It is not fact.

Here is the fact: “I have a mother-in-law.”

Boom. Neutral. She exists. You tell yourself she’s difficult. You are choosing to believe that. Go ahead. It’s fine until it presents a problem for you. Then you can find another story.

That’s how the optimist is an optimist. They tend to cast aside thoughts that don’t feel great and re-shuffle in their brain for a better thought. Are you thinking, “Oh no, Joann. I’m at the mercy of my thoughts!”

No you are not! I am telling you right now: thoughts are optional. Even the most devastating sentence in your head can be written on a piece of paper and held in your hand. You can look at it and decide whether you want to keep it or find something that you believe that works better.

Don’t think “affirmation.” I’ll make up a nice story and repeat it until I believe it. That does not work. Your brain can spot a fake. It’ll kick it out as fake news! The better thought has to be a thought that you do believe or at lease think to yourself, “I think I can believe this.”

Never again do you need to let the news on TV or what you see in the papers manipulate your emotions.

You see - you are and always have been in control.

You just needed me to remind you that you have a choice.

So remember this question: “What am I making that mean?” Write down all the thoughts of what you are making it mean. Then look at each one and ask, “is that really true?” You won’t believe the stuff our brains make up!

Know that when you feel guilty, hopeless, lonely, shameful, frustrated, anxious, enraged, overwhelmed, isolated, discouraged, sad - It’s only ever caused by your thoughts.

And your thoughts are optional. You get to pick and choose.

These words hang on the wall of my office:

You’ve got this too.

You now know that you get to choose what you make that “black pill” mean.

You never again have to let one black pill erase all the goodness of a dozen white ones.

You only need to decide.

First, congratulations to them for a very well done video. I’ve watched it over and over again. If you have not, here is the movie. Do watch this!

I’m sure there is a lot more to this than just recruiting, which they are by the way! You can text “4POG” to 462-769 if you want to learn more about that. This video was uploaded on May 2, 2022 and Tweeted out on May 3, 2022. What else was happening during that exact time frame? Late at night on Monday, May 2, 2022 a draft opinion from the Supreme Court that Roe v. Wade was unconstitutional was leaked. This was unprecedented for anything to leak from preliminary discussions of Supreme Court justices, violating the sanctity of the highest court in the land. By the morning of May 3, the news of this leak was breaking.

Enter, the ghost in the machine.

For four days I kept going back to this video. My mind kept searching for the message of this and what secret communications it could contain. Finally on the evening of May 7th, I had a thought about the timing of the Supreme Court leak.  I was thinking about the ghost in the machine video. That got me thinking about what the timing might have been on the Supreme Court handing down a decision that involved Roe v Wade.

What if the leak was to get this “out there” well ahead of the November elections so it could all blow up and then lose momentum?  That way, when the court does announce a decision closer to the election, it will be a fizzle - not a bomb.

I’m not saying it was a “good leak” by the good guys. Oh no. Prosecute away on that leak. But you know that ghost dancing in the machine?  It could’ve whispered into just the right ears. A few words of the right kind of encouragement. How it would be a “brave act” to save the “right to chose.”  Heroic even. Just a few suggestions from a ghost.

And it ends up being leaked just in time for Mother’s Day to hit just under a week later. Mother’s Day, celebrating motherhood and all our moms, came down over this news story like a wet blanket over a weak fireworks display. You’re going to stand in front of the mothers of America and insist ending the life of babies in the womb is “a constitutional right?” Good luck with that.

So the “explosion” of this ruling that will turn the decision back over to individual states and the vote of the people has already been snuffed out. There is time to educate the public on giving the power back to the people of each state to decide in their state the circumstances around legally performing this medical procedure.

This had such political hope for the democrats in DC, thinking this was just the thing to rile up their base. How tone deaf are these politicians and their operatives? Or maybe they ARE listening . . . . But listening to the whispers and encouragement of ghosts. Ghosts in the machine.

God wins.

Trump is not currently president.

I don’t think Trump has amazing power right now, but he will have after devolution reconstitutes government. As a matter of fact, I find it quite dangerous and playing into a deep state narrative that everything that has worked out poorly since January 20, 2021 is “Trump’s fault.”

After government reconstitutes and the presidency is handed back to President Trump, there will be players involved who will point fingers and say, “he was in control the whole time. He let people suffer!”  It’s what the shills all try to imply when they show up to make trouble.  They all ask the same kind of questions. “If the patriots are in control, why are they allowing so much pain?”

They are not allowing anything!  Trump is not in charge or putting democrats in power or pushing through their legislation. The very definition of COGCON and Devolution is the commander in chief is stepping aside so his powers can be spread evenly throughout various sections of government.

Is he advising?  Most definitely. Can he influence?  We surely have seen him weld great influence. Look at the affect his endorsement for various political candidates has.  In many senses, he actually has powers that he would not have as president right now. In an executive government position, he would never be able to set up a social media platform.

President Trump will step back into governing again very soon. Until then, we are watching the back and forth struggle between our military and those with their hands in devolution against the forces trying to destroy our nation. Make no mistake. There is destruction right now. Most of it will be reversible. It is FAR FAR less than we would be seeing if devolution had not been instituted, and we had not had such an incredible foundation placed in the very structure of our government at it’s inception.

What we are seeing is not localized to the US. This is a worldwide effort to take over. We are faring extremely well compared to other countries. We are going to win this. We are winning. The deep state globalists are failing more and more daily.  We can see it. We can’t take our foot off the pedal, not for one minute.

So do not fantasize that ALL of what we see is a “Movie” or is “Trump in charge.”  You better be putting the blame squarely where it belongs. Blame for the pandemic, for keeping treatments secret, blame for mandates, blame for Afghanistan deaths and those still left behind, blame for inflation, blame for the border crisis, human trafficking, on and on. Make sure you are clear where the blame lies.

Then be clear on who is standing in the shadows fighting every day to keep our country going, fighting to push back against the globalists and the CCP. Know we have our military still loyal and ready. Know the amazing Patriots who have given up personal wealth, comfort, and even placed their families on the line to keep fighting for us. People writing blogs, researching, providing the forums.

We are winning. We will fix what we can. We will discover a new America, one we didn’t even know could exist.

It’s going to be amazing.

And why Toledo?   

I checked this plane on Flight Radar.  Though it listed many flight numbers, it seemed to consistently be this one Ukraine plane.  

Curiosity pushing me to ignore my chores of the day, I kept checking back on ADSB radar throughout the day.  It became clear it was not going to Louisville – it was heading right on down towards the gulf eventually landing in Nicaragua.  When it left Nicaragua, it flew back up to Laredo Texas.  My mind went right to all the government charter flights we had been seeing for over a year bringing illegal immigrants directly into the US.  But why would a Ukraine plane be doing this?

I looked into the plane itself a little closer. 

Much to my utter surprise, the plane appeared to have previously been a commercial fleet called Ukraine Air Alliance (UAA), which has not flown since 2019!  There was a fatal accident landing and the entire fleet was grounded with the operating certificate revoked.

This fleet is completely defunct and a current check in “PlaneSpotters” shows nothing in the fleet today.

So why is this AN12 from the UAA flying around in 2022?  More importantly WHO from Ukraine was flying around and why Nicaragua?  It has been suggested that our CIA has used planes such as this in the past. But I can’t imagine they’d fly under the Ukraine flag unless they wanted to garner a lot of attention

On doing a quick search on the two countries, I immediately unearthed “Nicaragua's Ortega defends Russia's stance over Ukraine.”

Beginning to see a pattern?  There is certainly a tie between Russia and Nicaragua.  But again, why a Ukraine plane to Nicaragua?  I realized I had seen some similar unexplainable flights in the US since January of 2021.  Many of us who have followed the articles written on government devolution by “Patel Patriot” watched them with bemusement as most appeared to confirm our own government possibly in a state of devolution.  If you are not familiar with devolution, I highly recommend checking out Patel Patriot’s articles and proofs found at “devolution.link”.

Could it be?  Could there be a Ukrainian government in exile?  This brought me right down the rabbit hole of Ukrainian presidential history.

Something interesting occurred between the election of Yushchenko and Yanukovych back in 2004.  A runoff and allegations of a rigged election caused by Russian interference resulted in mass protests.  Sounds a little like allegations here after the 2016 election.  Except that this built up and sparked the “Orange Revolution” that gained global attention over Russia’s influence in Ukraine.

The protests were successful in having another election between the two candidates, and Yushchenko won with 52% of the votes. 

In 2010, Yushchenko lost re-election and Viktor Yanukovych was elected in 2010. 

In 2014 came the Ukrainian Revolution and Yanukovych was removed from office, installing Turchynov as a temporary, interim president until an election was held, installing Poroshenko as President.  That brings us up to Zelensky who won by popular vote in 2019.

Whew.  It’s a lot with much behind the scenes turmoil in Ukraine.  But something interesting took place when Viktor Yanukovych was removed from power. 

Yanukovych declared himself to remain the legitimate President of Ukraine and was granted personal security in the territory of Russia. 

It might sound a little off the wall, but how did Yanukovych leave Ukraine?  Is it possible it was on board a Ukraine Air Alliance flight?  Is it too farfetched to think he left in a plane solely for his departure and the plane remained as personal transportation in Russia?

There it is – Ukrainian intelligence sources believe it is Russia’s intention to declare Yanukovych as President of Ukraine in the event of Russian forces gaining control.

Would that even be possible?  Seems many outside of Ukraine think so as there are now many discussions in the US and in the EU regarding setting Zelensky and his government up as a government in exile if necessary.

One tiny glitch I see to that . . . . . . . there may already be a Ukrainian government in exile.  So one government in exile returns, and the west aids the ousted government into hiding as yet another Ukraine government in exile. 

Guess who else is most likely to be supporting the return of Yanukovych to power in the Ukraine?  Nicaragua.  Boom.  That rogue Ukraine plane is suddenly making a little more sense. 

Why was the plane up in Toledo first?  Why is it in Laredo now? 

I’d love to hear some opinions.  I do think I’m seeing a triangle between Russia, an exiled Ukraine leader, and Nicaragua.

I think the most immediate breath of fresh air was a massive psychological lift. Conservative voices suddenly felt a yoke that had been strapped over their social media access become lighter. Right away I began seeing multiple posts saying things like “Biden cheated” “81 million votes my a$$” “I love Trump” and “Can I say vaccine now?”

People en mass began testing the Twitter waters, basically weighing out what they could now express in Elon’s future town square.  Yes, there were a few nasty replies and even personal attacks. But everyone got to step out of their algorithmic boxed-in corners. It’s as if the elephant who had been held by a tiny chain suddenly realized they were far more powerful than the weak links around one ankle.

But something else was also happening in the background. Thousands of “bots” swarming and manipulating the platform were removed by the operators who saw the writing on the wall.  For whatever reason, whether that be having political ties or corporate ties, they can not risk being revealed.  Elon is indeed poised to pulling the curtain back on a lot of unconstitutional policies and plain illegal behaviors with nasty intent.

The past week, the bots literally swarmed over any tweet with the word “Musk” in it. On Monday afternoon, the amount of automated bot responses dropped significantly.   Suddenly my wish I tweeted out last week came true:  “I want Titter to have a sense of humor again.” (Intentional misspelling alluding to Elon’s humorous poll “Shall we remove the W from Twitter?).   Hilarious memes and posts began flooding the platform. It was a wonderful party atmosphere on the platform.

That said, understand the new boss will not be walking through the door for up to six months from now. So the truth is Dorothy, you’ve had the power inside of you all along.  One of the best demonstrations of this was a poll tweeted by a liberal early yesterday afternoon.  He posted, “This poll will probably be spread by republicans and skew the results, but I’ll still ask.”   Clearly it has equal chance to be retweeted by all opinions. But they are so used to displaying “gang up, bullying” behaviors that they expect it in return.

The poll was “If Musk gives Trump his Twitter account back, will you stay on Twitter?  The results after only 5 hours:

Stunning. It’s true, even on Twitter.  “There are far more of us than there are of ‘them’”.  And all this time, they thought their censorship-protected opinions were the “popular” opinion.

Good work, Patriots.  You’ve already begun to change the zeitgeist on Twitter. Even before the new boss takes charge. Let’s keep having fun.

We have reached a precipice. Things many have long known about are actually beginning to be acknowledged by a few mainstream media sources The truth is going to explode right in front of the eyes of the masses Do we all get to Pat ourselves on the back for “being right” and tell all our doubting friends and family “I told you so”? Not so fast!

If someone has been lied to over and over, by newscasters, newspapers, posts on social media, and even their friends repeating the lies they’ve read, they are going to defend those lies like absolute truth. Their mind does not WANT to think differently.

So this person will continue to read the lies and repeat the lies to others. Not that they would ever intentionally lie about anything!  No, they might a completely honest and good-hearted person. Remember, because they’ve believed what they’ve been told, they will fight to defend it. We all would fight to defend our beliefs!

We were raised to believe what we are told from the time we are little. “Just do as you’re told.”  Don’t break the rules. Line up to come back into class when the bell rings.  All good when we are little and must trust the adults to protect us.

How did masses of people believe and back obvious, absolute lies like what happened in Nazi Germany?  The citizenry of Germany were good, caring, honest people!  They were devastated - absolutely devastated when they learned the painful truth. The Germans I met when I lived there for a couple of years back in the 1970s were a very proud people. They were bright people. Thirty years after the war, they were still deeply hurt by what had happened in their country and what so many were tricked into believing.

There it is. Painful truth. When you’ve believed everything you’ve been told, passed it on, and even defended it; it is extremely painful to have to admit to yourself you were duped. No one, absolutely no one wants to be duped or tricked. No one wants to have to admit to themselves they’ve passed along lies. Dangerous lies.

We will in all honesty and candor admit our own foolish errors to others. Often one will laugh and say, “and then I dumped the coffee grounds right into the dishwasher!”

However, admitting a difficult truth to ourself is emotionally devastating.

We talk about “red pilling others.” We talk about how hard it is that we are shunned by family and friends for what we believe because it doesn’t line up with what they believe. We can’t understand how they can be so “dense” or so “hard hearted.”  It’s because confronting the fact that they may have bought into lies and even unintentionally spread lies is a terrible feeling. Confronting the fact that they allowed themselves to be duped is a most emotionally painful and embarrassing thing to face.

If you are going to “red pill” a beloved friend, you don’t want to cram it in their face. That’s cruelty. You have to approach sharing something you see differently in a way that they do not have to feel “stupid” or embarrassed about not seeing it your way.  Don’t ever try to score points against the other person. Don’t try to make yourself appear smarter or more noble in your view.

We define ourselves as patriots. We even refer to ourselves as Patriots. But you do not want to confront the reality of what friends and family believe with “I’m a Patriot!” or “the Patriots are in charge.”  When you do, you are implying that they are not patriotic or care about the US.  That’s not true. They are just as American.  Even worse, because of the liars they’ve been believing, they have been unwittingly influenced to not openly demonstrate that patriotism.  Only those deranged, deplorable Trumpers fly the American flag. Right?

Give them space to be patriotic. Give them space to know they are great Americans. Give them space to know they are intelligent human beings. Give them a lot of safe space to see they might have believed something that wasn’t true without excruciating embarrassment or being made to feel foolish.

These are our brothers and sisters. We know they are good people. We love them. It is going to be painful as each bit of truth is revealed.

It feels as if half the world is under a spell, blind to the trickery and treachery of those who would mislead us all.  It is a form of hypnosis using trauma repetition, fear, and the mockingbird media.   Every news channel repeating the same words, every social media platform screening and adjusting what you should be seeing on your feed.  

It is those of us who took initiative to strike out and find alternate views, alternate sources, and began digging for some semblance of truth who began to see the hypnotic spell we had just stepped out in front of.  Yet that did not stop the onslaught of mis-information and psyop agents infiltrating our spaces.  

And when all that noise of information penetrates our world, we feel we cannot help our triggered reactions and deeply distressing emotional crises.  We are fighting to “rise above” it all, yet the gut punch hits from out of nowhere.  

How do you survive all this and stay grounded?  How do you continue to be focused on your life and the things most important to you?  It’s possible.  You only need to know how to stop trying to fight back against your own emotional biology.

There are several steps I have learned and worked with over the decades of coaching.  Sure, back in the day I was as into New Age arts and positive affirmations as the next one of you.  But I soon began to notice the Catch 22 of positive affirmations.  My brain was too smart, too aware!  

When I was trying to force my brain to focus on lofty, positive thoughts, it would only serve to underscore the exact lack of what I was trying to create.  A simple test for me as I had always struggled to keep my weight in check.  I had written on a sticky note “I am naturally slender and healthy.” It was stuck up inside my medicine cabinet, so that every time I opened it to reach for my toothpaste, I saw that affirmation.  Pretty quickly I became frustrated with that damn sticky note.  It was not transforming a thing.  It was actually making me feel worse!

Why?  Because my brain did not for one minute believe I was naturally slender.  So seeing that note would trigger my brain to think, “ridiculous - just look at all the genetics of your family around you.”  Or some other immediate denial, like “you’re still in a size 16, girl.”  That is the problem with all those positive affirmations we repeated constantly throughout the 80s and 90s.  They were constant reminders of LACK.

So now what?  I began with taking a very objective look at various aspects of my life around me to see exactly what was fact versus my thoughts about those facts.  Anyone remember the old tv show, Dragnet?  Officer Joe Friday was always redirecting the person he was questioning with “Just the facts, mam.”  

STEP ONE

Facts are neutral.  They have no adjectives to describe them as good/bad.  No adjectives at all!  There are no emotions tied to facts.  Fact just are what they are.  A client might come to me and tell me her entire life has been a struggle because of her crazy, negligent mother.  Is it a fact her mother was/is crazy and negligent?  She will insist and tell me all her family members would back her up.  She would even then begin to share instances with me to PROVE she was right - her mother was crazy and negligent.

But the fact, the true fact, is this.  She has a mother.  

That’s it.  Nothing more.  Absolutely neutral.

Neutral until she chooses what to think about having a mother.  See what happens there?  Her mother is the fact.  All the rest - allllllll the rest, are her thoughts that she is choosing to think.  It’s the story she has spun around in her brain for decades about her own upbringing and her mother.  

What if her mother beat her brutally?  If there is proof, that is a fact.  It is not made “right” by being a fact.  A child being beaten is never acceptable.  We are not letting anyone off the hook here.  What we are doing is separating facts from the emotional story.

All her thoughts above were thus:  

My mother is crazy.

My mother was negligent.

My entire life has been a struggle because of her.

I would then help that client look objectively at all her thoughts and in fact, her entire story about her childhood and upbringing.  We would work on a lot of separation of thoughts from facts over time.  Over time, she might begin to see a few things from a different view.  She may begin to choose different thoughts that she actually believes.  That is the important part right there.  Her brain needs to believe the new thoughts she chooses.  She can even think to herself, I think I can begin to believe that . . . . . . 

You can do the same with any news article, any new information about the world around you.  Headlines today are not the “just the news and nothing but the news” headlines of yesteryear.  It is a constant source of amazement to me what is being passed off as journalism.  Because of my profession, I can look at a news headline and immediately see there are only one or two facts MAYBE and the rest of the headline is made up of opinion and emotional manipulation.  

Why is it important to see the difference between facts and thoughts?  Because of step two in creating your world around you.  

STEP TWO

We all thinking around 60,000 thoughts a day.  We are mostly unaware of nearly all of them, as it should be.  The number of thoughts and calculations it takes for the brain to send the signals down your arm to your hand to pick up your cup of coffee, bring it carefully to your mouth, and tilt it just so to take a sip is not something you want to be fully aware of.  But there are thoughts we are replaying on a daily basis that you will want to start exploring and evaluating.  Many of these are thoughts that you’ve been automatically thinking for decades without even questioning why or if they are serving you well or not.  

How do they serve you?  Every thought carries an emotional charge.  Some so negligible it doesn’t matter.  Some thoughts are like napalm!  You think a particular thought and simultaneously your brain sends a vibration down through you, it triggers the release of a cascade of chemicals and hormones throughout your body that creates all the bodily sensations and feelings that make up the emotion.

I have proven this to past clients by taking them from one thought in their brain to another and then back to the first thought again while having them be hyperaware of what they are feeling as each sentence runs through their brain.  When they “get it,” they are astonished.  It’s true.  Any thought of immediate life-threatening danger triggers something like this:

Adrenaline releases from your adrenal glands so you can MOVE.  

It also triggers release of stress hormones and sympathetic nervous system.  

This leads to bodily changes that prepare us to be more efficient in a danger. 

The brain becomes hyper-alert, pupils dilate, the bronchi dilate and breathing accelerates. 

Heart rate and blood pressure rise. 

Blood flow and stream of glucose to the skeletal muscles increase. 

Organs not vital in survival such as the gastrointestinal system slow down.

You feel “fight or flight” responses and FEAR.

It’s an extreme example.  But all emotion is created just this way.  So let’s say you turn on the TV and see someone talking who is distressing to listen to, or a news story that is upsetting.  

Sit down, close your eyes for a second and see where you are feeling this in your body.  What are the locations?  

HOW does it feel?  Hot, cold, tight, heavy, light, vibrational?  Is it a fast feeling or a slow feeling.  What color would that feeling be?  

Breathe into it.  Is it moving to another place in your body?  Ask the same questions.  See if you can put a name to what you are feeling.  Is it fear, anger, anxiety?  What’s going on.

By the time you can name it, it is beginning to dissipate.  One of the most astonishing things I learned through this process is an emotion that is not being resisted (which is what I was doing with my emotions most of the time) will only last about 90 seconds.  I KNOW!  Hard to believe because you’ve gone to bed mad and woke up the next morning still mad, right?  Only because you didn’t sit down and process what you were mad about and didn’t allow yourself to feel MAD.  Experience it and let it move on through.

So this is really only half of the process I teach for creating your life.  But this is such a critical piece and it is really how you can stay grounded throughout the turmoil and yes, even hypnosis that is going on constantly around us.  We are a world at war.  No question.  I’m seeing it in every country.  

So it is more important now than ever to teach these tools.  When you are feeling emotionally overwhelmed, it is time to sit down and do a download of all the thoughts swarming you.  A blank tablet and a pen.  You might need a prompt at the top of your page - like “I’m feeling really ________ because:”  Set a one or two-minute timer and begin writing as quickly as you can every thought that pops in your heard.  Good or bad.  Don’t edit.  Don’t think “oh that thought has nothing to do with this.”  Just WRITE.

When the timer goes off.  Stop.  You can then take a look at all those sentences running around your mind.  Start noting the bare facts.  Joe Friday style.  No emotion, no adjectives.  Then you’ll be able to clearly see the thoughts.  Pick out one that feels especially uncomfortable, let it run through your mind and follow the energy of the emotion.  Go through the emotion as described above.  

If you are satisfied that you allowed the emotion fully and got to understand what it was, you might want to look at that sentence again and ask yourself why you are choosing to think it.  Is there any other way to be looking at it?  If you do find a thought you might chose instead, test it.  Test it by seeing how you feel when you play it in your mind.  You’ll know if you believe it or not.

Do not expect the old thought to just “disappear.”  No way.  Your brain has been firing on those neurons for a long time now.  It’s a “go to” thought in your brain.  But you know what?  You’ll begin to notice it when it does fire!  You’ll be thinking to yourself, “oh, there’s that upsetting thing I tell myself again! But I decided I’m not focusing there.”  That’s how it begins to shift.  

This is but the very beginning of the work I’ve been doing for myself and teaching others for years.  You can become very good at it.  You can dig into any area of your life using this!  Over the years I’ve examined a lot of what I had just accepted as a kid and kept playing in my mind over the years.  I’ve examined my food beliefs, my money beliefs, relationships, you name it!

But lately, I’ve been fighting back against the insanity we’ve all been experiencing in the world over the last two years, to keep myself one step ahead of the facts.  You can too.  Just keep a notebook close by.

When a rocket lifts off for the moon, the G forces press our astronauts flat back in their seats.

You cannot make a sharp right without slowing waaaayyyyy down . . . . . . . . .unless. Unless you can eliminate all mass inertia. No G forces. Like a car or a craft that could have all inertia compensated for. This would erase all that G force. Then you could make a 90-degree right turn, heck even a hairpin turn without slowing down, and the people inside the car or craft don’t lean.

They wouldn’t even feel a thing - no matter how fast the vehicle was going.

SEPTEMBER 11, 2015 AT THE U.S. NAVAL RESEARCH LAB . . . . . . .

Interesting, Direct Drive Inertial Fusion. A little above my pay grade to really understand, but grab my hand and let’s see what we can discover here.

The source of the sun’s power is fusion. Our planet is beneficiary of a fusion energy source. Even before 2015, our military research labs were looking at hitting tiny sources with very, very high energy to see what happens. The challenge is to have it stabilized so it doesn’t break up the delivery system around it.

It has practical application.

If it does succeed, it will have a very, very positive influence on mankind. Fusion energy is the holy grail of clean energy.

How long has our most advanced minds been working on this. Remember, in part one I introduced a patent that was from 1945 for an object that looks like the future! I want to talk briefly about a couple more patents our US Navy filed for back in 2015 and 2017.

Meet Dr. Salvatore Pais

Dr. Pais has actually filed five very notable patents. You are going to want to remember the name Pais. I believe this man has carried us right into a future that we all still thought was a long way off. Let’s take a look at two of his patents. One was for a High-Energy Electromagnetic field generator and method to generate an electromagnetic field.

The other was for a room-temperature superconductor called, Piezoelectricity-induced Room Temperature Superconductor.

Interestingly enough, these patents were initially turned down by the US Patent Office because in the body of these patents the word used was not just “enabled.” The word used in these patents was “operable” meaning the systems were not just feasible, but in fact, tested in operation. The patent office said this is too far fetched. It can’t real.

In an article from “The Drive” by Brett Tingley, he wrote;

In these patent documents, the inventor Salvatore Pais, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division's (NAWCAD) patent attorney Mark O. Glut, and the U.S. Naval Aviation Enterprise's Chief Technology Officer Dr. James Sheehy, all assert that these inventions are not only enabled, but operable.

After interviews with the patent office and presentation, the US Patent Office was convinced. The patents were finally granted and applied to a system that was described as technology able to create what is essentially a force field that could generate “an impenetrable defensive shield to sea and land as well as space-based military and civilian assets, protecting these assets from such threats. In the patent for the HEEMFG, the technology is described as being able to create what is essentially a force field straight out of science fiction, one that could generate :

an impenetrable defensive shield to sea and land as well as space-based military and civilian assets, protecting these assets from such threats as Anti-Ship Ballistic Missiles, Radar Evading Cruise Missiles, Top Attack for Main Battle Tanks (land and sea-based systems), as well as counteracting the effects of solar-induced Coronal Mass Ejections or defending critical military satellites in an ASAT [anti-satellite] role (space based system).

Notice the bolded part about “solar-induced coronal mass ejections!” This is what they keep trying to tell us could knock out all our satellites and power grids. This technology for defense systems also goes a long way towards the ultimate goal of fusion energy. It has extreme military value.

Before I lose you entirely to boredom, let me tantalize you with the fact that if we can go look at these things on the internet now, our military’s technology is already WAY ahead of this. If they had not exceeded this, we would not be reading it.

Remember in the video above, there was mention of a need to be able to stabilize such massive energy so things don’t break up? Well, yes - they figured that out Boeing has patented a fusion “force field” that is also shown in this article to stabilize vehicles:

FORCE FIELD TO PROTECT AGAINST SHOCK WAVES

Also in that 2015 to 2017 time frame, US Navy scientist Salvatore Cezar Pais, also filed a patent for a “craft using an inertial mass reduction device”, and it was granted in 2018. With this reduction in mass device, it would lessen the craft’s resistance to motion, or ‘inertia’, and make it able to travel at a much greater velocity in water, air or even space.

ENTER NICK POPE

Some of these designs came to the attention of one Nick Pope who had worked at the British Ministry of Defense and was a crack UFO researcher. He noted that this patented design was “uncannily similar” to the ‘tic tac UFO’ that was reported by Navy jet pilots from the USS Nimitz off of the coast of San Diego in 2004.

The pilots saw a huge patch of churning, turbulent water suggesting something was beneath the surface, and then a tic tac UFO that accelerated at an ‘impossibly’ high speed. Pope also said that a similar incident of a UFO flying underwater occurred in Puerto Rico in 2013. “It’s possible that the patent is inspired by the incident and is part of an attempt to work out the technology behind the objects that were chased by the Navy F-18s. This is known as ‘reverse-engineering’,” says Pope.

Last year our Pentagon declassified sightings of UFOs. Many reports were coming back that sightings were often consistent with these patents in the triangular pyramid shape or in the “Tic tac” shape.

Ariel Cohen wrote about this in Forbes this year (February of 2021). He didn’t commit to it being something feasible right now. I would disagree. He wrote:

Dr. Pais’ “inertial mass reduction device” is one of his most extraordinary patents. This technology suggests manipulation of quantum field fluctuations which could reduce a vehicle’s inertial and gravitational mass, allowing it to travel at hitherto unseen speeds. The reason that speed of light is something of a universal speed limit is that mass increases to infinite as one reaches it, demanding infinite energy to continue moving. The ability to reduce mass could have incredible implications for the future of space travel. Only faster than light speeds of travel would allow the humanity to venture outside of the solar system.

Did you see our military flinch when a hypersonic missile traveled around the earth, allegedly tested by China (though China denied it was theirs)? Can you imagine China denying this was theirs if it was? I cannot. That said, I’m not implying it was ours.

Why?

Because I think ours would have traveled FASTER THAN THE SPEED OF LIGHT.

We have that technology RIGHT NOW. We have the technology to take that hypersonic missile right out of the sky, faster than can be seen. What is this technology that Dr. Pais has patented and developed? Faster than the speed of light without mass inertia. That means, no G forces.

This sculpture has sat outside of Skunk Works Helendale in the Mojave Desert. I believe it and more has become reality.

The craft below was moved just outside Skunk Works on a trailer, videoed and posted to TikToc. This is a screen grab. It appears that it’s being transported upside down.

Consider a craft that can go straight underwater, then come up out of nowhere to suddenly appear in the sky. It happens so fast it seems to have appeared out of nowhere. There have been sightings by our own pilots reporting exactly these behaviors as UFOs.

Yes, they are unidentified. But when they are identified, I believe we will discover they are not alien technology. We will be informed the UFOs are ours.

Remember, December 20, 2019, President Trump welcomed a new arm of our military. The United States Space Force. We are there - well into a future that many of us may not have expected to witness in our lifetime.

Time Travel into the future? For me, my interest and studies into how our minds and our universe work go hand in hand. Hence, fascination with the brain, life coaching, spirituality, and psychology along with my lifelong passion for physics.

Brian Cox, professor of particle physics at the University of Manchester, has ruled out the possibility of traveling into the past, messing up the chance meeting of your parents, thus erasing your own existence! Steven Hawking had a thing called the chronology protection conjecture and the conjecture is it does not make sense to be able to travel back in time and prevent things from happening.

“There’s a conjecture – the laws of nature will always be such that time travel into the past will always be forbidden.”

But he has not ruled out the idea of time travel altogether. In fact, Brian says time travel into the future is already proven. “Certainly it’s true in Einstein’s theory of relativity and most people agree that physics protects the past. You can, however, travel into the future – even in Einstein’s theory.”

“We’ve done it, it has been proved – moving clocks run slower than stationary ones.
If you were to run across this studio now and run back and sit down and we measured the time it took on your watch very accurately, it would run slower than mine.”

So there you have it. We seem to be protected from messing about in our past, but we can take a leap forward. At least according to Brian Cox and physics.

What happens if I take it into the realm of psychology, faith, and the powers of the mind? Truth is, I feel I do mentally time travel into the future daily as I am always in touch with what I am trying to create in my life and tap into the wisdom of my future self who has already accomplished it for advice. Sound crazy? It’s not!

Most of us are going about our daily living in a sort of “default mode.” We are just doing our daily living, repeating the patterns and routines we always do.

We get so busy with “day to day” life that we forget to even stop and explore the notion of what it is we want in the greater picture of life. We tend to think the same thoughts and process the same basic emotions, day in and day out

One week I sent out a note to my email list and had over 300 responses in email. I asked each responder, “What do you need most in your life right now?” Most of them were totally thrown by that question.

We just do not take a moment – take a breath out during our day to consider if anything and everything were possible in our lives, what would we want?
Over the years since becoming widowed, I’ve helped empower widows to discover what they want, and then showed them how to travel to the future to discover what it is they need to do to get there.

Does that sound like hokus pokus – like some bizarre secret to the universe? It is for sure the secret to living an amazing life and reaching new potential. According to my particle physics mentor, Brian Cox, it is not hokus pokus at all. That is why I adore tying physics together with psychology. It is all part of how we travel through our lives!

For if there is a future possibility that you achieved that thing you want, then there is a future version of you who has it. He or she knows what they did to accomplish it. You have that resource. Sit back, close your eyes, and picture the future you who did that. Notice what’s different and what’s the same.

Ask questions. What do you need to start doing? What do you need to let go of? What other advice does future you want to share?

Done? Make notes. Even note how future you dresses, eats, starts the day. Now, and this is crucial - step into those shoes right now. That’s right. You see, it’s not the accomplishment that turns you into that person. You become that person FIRST, then you get to have that accomplishment.

It’s sounds backwards, but that’s exactly the way success works. So everything you do, every decision you make - know where it is you’re headed and then ask future you, “what would you be doing?” Would future you be skimping? Would future you be cutting corners? No? Then stop it. Would future you say, “yeah, I took a lot of chances!” Hmmmm?

All the wisdom of the version of you who accomplished that thing is right there for you. So is the version that gave up, or never even took the first step. You actually have infinite you’s to pick from. Even the one who knows what he or she wants from life. Just do a little time travel to find out!

There has been in recent news a US Navy nuclear submarine incident in the South China Sea. The USS Connecticut was said to have struck an underwater object, damaging the nose of the sub. Only minor crew injuries were reported and the sub made its way to the US Naval base port in Guam.

The incident has raised many questions, especially from the Chinese who have demanded answers as to what happened.

READY TO SEE WHAT I GOT?

This may actually end up being a series of several articles, but let’s start with what might have been the mission of this sub, why China is insistent on an “explanation,” and why the sub seems to be completely intact except for the loss of its nose cone covering.

Boeing Has Patented a Plasma Force Field 2015

How wild is that? I stumbled across some information about some highly advanced technology that our military might have been developing for some time and actually have in testing and/or in use. This is jaw-dropping, better than “Meet George Jetson” kind of stuff.

Even better than the fantasy of speculation of what our military might someday accomplish is the actual findings that have been right under our nose!

Then there was the entire, teary afternoon I spent down a rabbit hole when I found a decades-old report from a lab my dad used to work at back in the day of our usual long-running joke from the time I was little:

“How was work, dad? Anything exciting?”

“I could tell you Jo-jo, but then I’d have to hire someone to kill you and I just don’t want to have to spend the money.”

Shiny things and old memories. But yes, we will eventually be visiting that lab report from Livermore in future installments of this series.

For now, we are jumping to an article written in 2019 about encounters that were had by navy pilots from 2004 through 2015. This is going to lead us to a patent from . . . . 1945!

Could Some of The UFOS Navy Pilots are Encountering be Airborne Radar Reflectors?

From the above-linked article on multiple UFO sightings of what appeared to be stationary balloons, beach-ball size, with a cube mysteriously suspended inside of it.

This was actually sounding like some kind of reflective radar. The writer said: “After searching sporadically over a number of days for what I envisioned, I found just that in U.S. Patent #2,463,517, titled "Airborne Corner Reflector."

This 1945 patent describes an ability for this to be packed into a small space (like the nose of a sub). It outlines that being able to launch it from a submarine—especially a submerged one—would be highly beneficial. How about that?

The article goes on to say that today’s submarines can release canisters to the surface deploying aerial drones. It is even possible that balloons could be released from very shallow depths without the use of a canister of any type and that there is even a historic precedent for clandestine operations where submarines launched balloons carrying radar reflectors as part of intelligence gathering operations.

Modern submarines have highly advanced electronic intelligence gathering capabilities. But the author points out that they don't really have a way to stimulate enemy air defenses organically in order to record these emissions and the communications that go along with them without surfacing. Being able to deploy balloons with various sized radar reflectors while submerged could be a relatively low tech, but highly effective way of doing this.

NOTE THIS —> “By sneaking in or near enemy territory, releasing these devices under the right weather conditions, and raising their low-observable electronic intelligence gathering masts; they could theoretically improve the quality of the intelligence gathered remarkably.” 

AND —> “Leveraging space-based capabilities is also another possibility.”

How about if our Navy’s “Airborne Corner Reflector” balloon communication ability was deployed with the help of Space Force in conjunction with Elon Musk’s thousands of Star-Link WiFi Satellites? There have been several articles discussing testing and contracts between the DOD and Elon Musk. The most recent below discusses a test slated for April was being postponed to September:

So might the USS Connecticut have been lurking down in the South China Sea, spying on communications of the CCP? It’s not a stretch to think the StarLink test that was postponed to September was not completed until October 2nd.

Was the test the launching of information via an Airborne Radar Reflector balloon that was compactly stored within the nose compartment at the front of the sub to communicate the data via StarLink back to a command central location?

Was the entire nose cover unfortunately lost? Or the nose cover was meant to be dropped off and left behind - and the mission was successful. Perhaps that’s all that China found. A sub nose cover. But they KNEW there had to be something more going on because that submarine nose cover was undented, completely intact, and seemed to be made to be ejected. How frustrating a find that must have been!

I have no proof that this is what happened. What I do have is a patent. Navy sightings. A postponed DOD test of StarLink. And a “crashed” USS Connecticut docked in Guam without a nose cover and no other visible damage.

There’s a whole bunch more of mind blowing technology to share in future installments. Buckle up space cowboys. We are going there.

This new reality and your experience of it would have been unimaginable to you before it happened. If two years ago I magically appeared before you and told you everything you thought was evil, would be reported as good; and everything good, all the news sources would be saying was evil. So evil you could not even discuss it in public or on Facebook or Twitter.

I would tell you that you might try to object to others being treated wrongly and in return, you’d be thrown off the social platform - ostracized by society! We would have a president who made threatening-sounding statements to the American people. You need to this or this or pay the consequences.

You’d be like, whaaaatttt?

Yet here we are. We had such hope last year that it was all going to work out somehow. Even the crazy things that were going on around the election. Suddenly early in the evening on election night, there were states that just said, “Well, that’s it for tonight. We are shutting down and we’ll come back and finish counting tomorrow.” I don’t know about you, but I was like, “Wait a minute . . . . you just stopping? At 10:30 p.m.?” Never in all my years did states just stop counting votes!

Then we went through all that strangeness, and it happened. January 20th. We watched Joe Biden being “sworn in” in a ceremony that made no sense. Then President Trump and the First Lady walked out of the White House and left. We were lost. We were confused. We kept waiting for something to happen.

There were vague promises. Some promises were specific. Specific dates came and went. Still, we all waited. We were told, things are happening - you just don’t see it. It’s all going to be corrected. Yet nothing seemed to be changing.

Welcome to downward spiral of self-pity.  Oh yes, you are totally entitled to it! Right? 

Guess what. NO ONE IS COMING TO SAVE US.

Not the President. Not the Patriots. Not our friends.  Not our family. 

There comes a time when you realize you have been in the process of grief that follows an exquisite loss in your life. That’s when you also know it is time to stand up and start putting one foot in front of the other.  You must save yourself.  SAVE YOURSELF. Do you hear me?

Now you’re thinking, wait. Joann, you’re supposed to be the optimist! The inspiration!

I am. And I am giving you the BEST NEWS EVER.

You get to allow those emotions – let them wash over you, one after another.  Any kind of initial loss is followed by a crazy cascade of emotions, hitting and changing, minute by minute.  Breathe, lean into them.  Notice each emotion and name it.

NO, we are not playing Enya in the background. It’s not Kumbaya time! But it is high time you recognize all the adrenaline and drama you’ve been pumping through your body all these months. I’m serious as a heart attack. This is terrible for your system.

We are humans. We need to let ourselves acknowledge all the trauma before we can do anything to move beyond the drama. It is not going to help to be blaming people and things outside of you for what you are going through. The emotion of it is what you have been choosing. Your reaction to this entire situation is your choice.

The bills that go late sitting on the end table.

The lawn that needs mowing.

The extra 20 pounds you’ve gained in the months during shutdown.

The leaking water heater.

The mortgage.

The kids.

The business you’ve let slide.

No one is coming to save you.  You must save yourself.

You are responsible for your health, your money, your happiness, your future.

How do you take control of all this? By learning to recognize the difference between the facts of your life and the thoughts you are thinking about those facts. Here’s the deal - facts are just facts. They are neutral. No adjectives. No emotion. No drama. Like that old tv show, “Dragnet.” Joe Friday always would say, “Just the facts, mam.”

Fact: The election outcome was announced for Joe Biden.

Everything else - EVERYTHING ELSE has been your thoughts about it. You can write all that down. I’m not saying your thoughts are right or wrong. They are your thoughts - no judgement. We all had lots of thoughts. Some people had thoughts like, “Thank God - I don’t have to listen to the orange man anymore.” Right? I had screaming thoughts, like “This is not right! They cheated!” “My vote has been taken from me!” and alllll the stuff that followed.

But I can look at the notebook I filled with all the thoughts I chose to run through my brain about that one fact “The election outcome was announced for Joe Biden” and see how all those thoughts drove my emotional state. Most of the time those thoughts were not serving me. Heck, probably they even aged me.

What if, at that time last year you and I had these thoughts immediately: “This is exactly what needs to happen.” “This is going to be perfect.” “I can’t wait to see how THIS all plays out - it is going to be the coolest ever.”

Whoa - that would have been a completely different set of emotions, right? We may have even been toasting each other that night. Isn’t it crazy to think about? We do this daily - hourly - even minute by minute. We choose how we think about the neutral facts of our life.

Now that you are getting a glimmer of the choices you can make about how you are thinking and feeling, just know this: There is a legacy living inside of you, waiting for you to take action.  Your brain is scared.  Your brain says, “don’t take chances.”  Your brain says, “who do you think you are?”  Your brain says, “Who will THEY think you are?”

Your brain’s job to keep you safe – sometimes to a fault.  It jumps to the negative on everything; just trying to make sure it keeps you alive and safe.  But you don’t feel safe anymore – not ever.  You can’t even get to sleep at night.

Here’s the thing:  We are not a broken people.  We ARE what’s going to turn the tide.  It’s time to focus on what we can do locally in our own state to BACK our military and the team that is handling the continuity of our government through this time. The sooner we do, the quicker the audits will progress and the sooner we get our country back. You find out how you can get involved in pushing an audit forward and helping canvas. If you have kids, have you ever gone to a school board meeting?

More than anything, I want you to internalize and know this: You become what you believe you are.  When you can believe in yourself, you become unstoppable. We can all begin to believe in US as “We The People.” We can believe that together we are unstoppable, because this is TRUE.

Then each of us can claim our lives – take back our futures.  It’s OURS.  Furthermore, each of us gets to design that future and grow into it.  It’s time.  No one is coming to save us.  But we CAN save ourselves.

Okay, okay. We’ve all been wondering this for months. There was even one week where it seemed like all our conservative heroes were out there saying, “go get the vaccination.” It left us scratching our heads. Some of us have had allergic reactions to too many medical elements and there was no way to even know what all was in the vaccinations. Others with serious medical conditions were not at all comfortable with the lack of testing. Many just flat out didn’t trust the medical community at this point.

For all those who have read about and followed the documented proofs on devolution of government as a protection against homeland attack were flummoxed by this. Why aren’t they protecting us against something that appears to be unsafe and there are indications that the reporting of reactions is possibly being kept censored.

Finally, as I was listening to a doctor talking about some of the things going on around the virus and treatments in an extensive interview this past week, I suddenly realized what was going on. It was listening to Dr. Ardis talk about what was he had been observing happening at hospitals when patients presented with severe Covid symptoms. The hospital protocols he was witnessing were beyond alarming. The protocols were not the same for everyone. That’s right. There were two kinds of protocols. One set for those who were had been vaccinated, and another set for those who were not vaccinated. Why are we not surprised?

When someone presented to the ER because they were suspected to have Covid and it had reached the point where they were having difficulty breathing, so it was recommended they go to the hospital, the first question asked of course is their vaccination status. If the patient is fully vaccinated, they are not tested for Covid. They were admitted and treated with hydroxychloroquine, even though this would not necessarily be the treatment written in the record. They were not treated with Remdesivir, which is the only treatment recommended by the NIH.

Dr. Ardis is alleging that if the patient presenting at the ER indicated they were not fully vaccinated, they were immediately tested for Covid and started on Remdesivir. They are giving a dose of Remdesivir that, according to Dr. Bryan Ardis, is high enough to cause renal failure. Renal failure causes the body to fill with fluid because the kidneys are not processing the fluids out of the body as urine. Often the antibiotic Vancomycin is added to the regime, which increases the kidney failure. The lungs fill with fluid. The patient is placed on a ventilator. The lungs continue to fill with fluid. The patient dies.

The vaccinated patient is treated and released. The unvaccinated patient is essentially murdered. I would think this was initially happening unbeknownst to the doctors and nurses prior to vaccinations. They are following the National Institute of Health guidelines for treatment. If they go to the CDC for guidelines for clinical management and treatment, they are referred over to the NIH website. Dr. Ardis mentioned communicating with a physician who had finally realized what was going on and sobbed.

I know. It sounds shocking. Harsh. Horrible. That’s the bottom line according to what Dr. Bryan Ardis has seen happening over and over. I highly recommend you go listen to his interviews for yourself. Obviously, you will not find these interviews on censured platforms. I will post links to a few places where you can find Dr. Ardis online at the end of this article. You will also want his extremely resourceful website.

I don’t expect to find “documentation” to back up the differentiation of treatment between vaccinated patients and unvaccinated patients. It is not the kind of thing I would expect the NIH to have listed on their website. I also realize that there could be some political bias of hospital staff that could even unconsciously affect patient care. In these times of people being pushed to take sides and even expressing hate, I heard people say terrible things.

It was listening to what Dr. Ardis was describing that it suddenly hit me why President Trump and other conservative voices might be recommending the vaccines. There is only so much reach that our minimum government heads in devolution can do to prevent collapse of our nation until such time all corruption can be cleared. What choice would our former president have once he became aware of the possibility hat hospital staff may be led to treat unvaccinated patients with a damaging dose of Remdesivir. The ONLY way he could limit the number of deaths due to the inadvisable and disastrous treatment of covid right now was to recommend vaccination so perhaps a more appropriate treatment could be guaranteed on hospitalization. It could be that it turns out at that point, without having this information up front, it is the best chance we could be given.

But it doesn’t have to be that way. We can be aware of how to receive the best treatment possible, no matter what choice we need to make for ourselves on the vaccines based on our medical history, our religious values, or just our own gut instincts on the lack of testing and information. I would not judge anyone for opting out or opting in. It’s YOUR informed decision to make. But get as informed as possible, including hearing out what doctors like Dr. Ardis have to say.
